摘要:Objective: To prepare curcumin-loaded Pluronic F127 micelles and clarify micellization behavior of Pluronic F127 in water. Method: The content of curcumin was determined by HPLC with mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid solution-methanol(30:70) and detection wavelength of 420 nm.Curcumin-loaded Pluronic F127 micelles were prepared by thin-film hydration method and effects of curcumin-Pluronic F127 mass ratio,aqueous phase amount,pH of aqueous phase and hydration time on drug-loading coefficient and entrapment efficiency were investigated by orthogonal design.Particle size of micelles was determined by dynamic light scattering method. In vitro release profile of curcumin in micelles was investigated by dynamic dialysis method.1H-NMR was performed to study micellization behavior of Pluronic F127 in water. Result: Optimized formulation process was as follows:curcumin-Pluronic F127(1:15),aqueous phase amount 10 mL,pH of aqueous phase 5.0 and hydration time 1.0 h. Average size of curcumin-loaded Pluronic F127 micelles was about 30 nm with average entrapment efficiency of 64.5% and average drug-loading coefficient of 4.1%. In vitro release data fitted well to Higuchi equation.1H-NMR results demonstrated that chemical shift of Pluronic F127 upshifted and signals broadened with increasing of the concentration. Conclusion: Pluronic F127 has been formed hydrophobic micelles core for drug-loaded in water,thus showing excellent drug-loaded and release capability.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) for amentoflavone (AMF) and evaluate its quality. Method: The amount and type of excipients was screened by solubility test,compatibility of oil and surfactant and pseudo-ternary phase diagram,formulation technology of AMF-SMEDDS was optimized by comparing appearance,particle size,self-microemulsifying time and drug loading of different prescriptions,then physicochemical characteristics,in vitro release and stability of AMF-SMEDDS were determined. Result: The best prescription of AMF-SMEDDS was as following:mAMF:mcremophor EL-35:methyl oleate:m1,2-propanediol(5.0:47.5:19.0:28.5);After being diluted with water,AMF-SMEDDS consisted of small spherical droplets with the mean particle size of (15.37±0.09) nm and Zeta potential of (-17.1±0.24) mV,microemulsion could quickly complete release of AMF at different pH medium. Conclusion: AMF-SMEDDS could significantly improve in vitro dissolution of AMF,and its preparation technology was stable and simple.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize vacuum-belt drying process of Fangji Huangqi granules. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine contents of tetrandrine,fangchinoline and astragaloside.With moisture content,total content of tetrandrine and fangchinoline,content of astragaloside as comprehensive evaluating indexes,orthogonal test was used to optimize vacuum-belt drying process of Fangji Huangqi granules with drying temperature,charging rate and belt speed as factors. Result: Optimal vacuum-belt drying process parameters were as follows:temperature of three heated regions at 80,85,80℃,belt speed of 20 cm·min-1,feeding rate of 12 L·h-1,moisture content 4.58%,total content of tetrandrine and fangchinoline 11.97 mg·g-1,content of astragaloside 0.54 mg·g-1. Conclusion: Optimized vacuum-belt drying technology had advantages of high drying rate,good product quality and so on.This study could provide a reasonable basis for industrial production of Fangji Huangqi granules in line with the GMP requirements.  
摘要:Objective: To prepare Talci Pulvis dispersible tablets and optimized its prescription process. Method: Wtih disintegration time,dispersible uniformity or soft material molding conditions as indexes,excipients species of Talci Pulvis dispersible tablets were screened by single factor tests;With the amount of Talci Pulvis,disintegrating agents and stuffing bulking agents as factors,comprehensive scoring method and D-optimal mixture design were adopted to optimize prescription of Talci Pulvis dispersible tablets by taking disintegration time,dispersible uniformity and suspension stability as indicators. Result: Optimal preparation technology was as following:with microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) as a filler,30% ethanol configured hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) as a binder,cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVPP) as a disintegrating agent;The best proportion of prescriptions was Talci Pulvis-MCC-PVPP (0.447:0.400:0.123). Conclusion: Optimized preparation tehcnology was stable and feasible; Established mathematical model of D-optimal mixture design had good predictability which could be used to optimize prescription of Talci Pulvis dispersible tablets.  
摘要:Objective: To isolate active constituents from toad skin and investigate inhibition effect of different macroporous resin elution parts on growth of lung cancer cell line A549. Method: Type of macroporous resin was screened by static adsorption-elution test,single factor tests were adopted to optimize separation and purification technology of active constituents from toad skin.Assay methods of total alkaloids and four bufadienolides were established,inhibition rate of different elution parts on lung cancer cell line A549 was determined by MTT assay. Result: AB-8 macroporous absorption resin was selected with a better adsorption separation property for total alkaloids and four bufadienolides from toad skin,four different elution parts exhibited certain inhibition effect on lung cancer cell line A549,30% and 70% ethanol eluent showed stronger inhibition effect with IC50 of 1.83 and 2.23 mg·L-1,respectively. Conclusion: Macroporous absorption resin could be used for separation and purification of active constituents from toad skin,inhibition effect of different elution parts on lung cancer cell line A549 showed a certain concentration-dependent,30% and 70% ethanol elution parts could be used as key active ingredients in antitumor preparations of toad skin.

摘要:Objective: To investigate purification effect of different types of macroporous resin on water extract of Raphani Semen. Method: The content of sinapine thiocyanate was determined by HPLC,mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) using a gradient elution program(0-15 min,5%-10% A;15-17 min,10%-12.5% A;17-27 min,12.5%-14% A;27-55 min,14%-25% A;55-57 min,25%-70% A;57-70 min,70%~100% A),detection wavelength 225 nm.With elution rate of sinapine thiocyanate and elution rate of total active ingredients in HPLC fingerprint common peaks as indexes,optimum macroporous resin was screened by comparing purification effect of each model of resin. Result: Effect of each resin on elution rate of sinapine thiocyanate was in order of AB-8>NKA-9>HPD100C>HPD400>X-5>HPD750>HPD722>D101>DM130,but influencing sequence of elution rate of total active ingredients was HPD400>HPD100C>HPD722>AB-8>NKA-9>HPD750>DM-130>D101>X-5. Elution rates of sinapine thiocyanate and total active ingredients by AB-8 resin were 96.39% and 70.03%,respectively. Conclusion: Process of applying AB-8 resin to purity effective constituents from water extract of Raphani Semen was feasible.  
摘要:Objective: To screen out species and amounts of absorption enhancer for intranasal administration preparations of gastrodin. Method: The content of gastrodin was determined by HPLC with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(3:97) and detection wavelength at 220 nm.Improved Franz-type diffusion cell was adopted,with rabbit nasal mucosa partition as transdermal barrier,single factor tests were used to compare promoting penetration effect of borneol,propylene glycol and water-soluble azone on intranasal administration preparations of gastrodin,in order to determine kinds and amounts of absorption enhancer. Result: All of three absorption enhancers had promoting penetration effect on intranasal administration preparations of gastrodin,but 5% water-soluble azone was the best one,its cumulative permeation quantity was 3 470.54 μg·cm-2 in 3 h,enhancement ratio was 1.922. Conclusion: 5% Water-soluble azone could be as a absorption enhancer for intranasal administration preparations of gastrodin.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of airtight Chinese medicine composite dressings. Method: With contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1,extract yield as evaluation indexes,extraction times was optimized by single factor test,orthogonal design was adopted to optimize extraction technology of airtight Chinese medicine composite dressings by taking the amount and content of ethanol,extraction time as factors.Contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 were determined by HPLC,mobile phase of water(A)-acetonitrile(B) with a gradient elution program(0-10 min,81% A;10-38 min,81%-79% A;38-90 min,79%-66% A),detection wavelength 203 nm. Result: Effect of each factor on extraction technology was in order of ethanol concentration>extraction time>ethanol amount.Optimum extraction process were as follows:extracted 2 times with 8-fold the amount of 70% ethanol,2 hours per time;Average extract yield was 25.45%,average concentration of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 were 0.46,0.37 g·L-1. Conclusion: This established method was accurate and reproducible,optimized extraction process was stable,reasonable and practicable,this study could provide a reference for secondary development of clinical prescriptions.

摘要:Objective: To optimize ethanol extraction technology of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus and Herba Hedyotis from Zhenzhi granules. Method: Contents of oleanolic acid,ursolic acid and specnuezhenide were determined by HPLC.Factors influencing transfer rate of specnuezhenide were investigated by single factor tests,with contents of specnuezhenide and total triterpenoid acids as indexes,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize ethanol extraction technology of Zhenzhi granules by taking the amount and concentration of ethanol,extraction time and times as factors. Result: Optimum extraction process was as following:coarse crushed Ligustri Lucidi Fructus and mixed with Herba Hedyotis,extracting twice with 70% ethanol (9 folds for the first time,7 folds for the second time) for 1.5 h each time;Extraction amount of specnuezhenide and total triterpenoid acids were 19.083 and 7.163 mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was reasonable,stable and feasible,which could provide scientific basis for industrial production of Zhenzhi granules.

摘要:Objective: To optimize forming technology of Xihuang dropping pills. Method: With dissolved time,appearance quality and weight variation of dropping pills as comprehensive evaluation index,based on single factor tests,orthogonal test was used to optimize molding technology by taking ratio of drug-matrix,dropping temperature,refrigerant temperature and dropping distance as factors. Result: Optimum forming technology conditions of Xihuang dropping pills were as follows:with PEG8000-PEG10000 (1:1) as matrix,ratio of drug and matrix 1:1.5,dimethyl silicone oil 100 as refrigerant,liquid temperature at 75℃,refrigerant temperature with a gradient cooling model(30℃ as upper temperature and 0-5℃ as the lower temperature),dropping velocity of 20-25 drops per minute,dropping distance 4 cm. Conclusion: This optimized technology of Xihuang dropping pills was feasible and stable,it could provide a reference for clinical practice of Xihuang dropping pills.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Shehuang gels by orthogonal test. Method: L9(34) Orthogonal test was performed with extraction amounts of triphyllin A and emodin,dry extract yield as indexes,based on single factor tests,extraction process of Shehuang gels was optimized by multi-index comprehensive evaluation method.Contents of triphyllin A and emodin were determined by HPLC,mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B)-water(C) with a gradient elution program(0-40 min,10%-70% A,10% B,80%-20%C),detection wavelength 226 nm. Result: Optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 3 times with 14 times the amount of 70% ethanol,30 min for each time;Average extraction amounts of triphyllin A and emodin were 0.37,0.76 mg·g-1. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible,which had some guidance and reference value for production of Shehuang gels.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of Fu's cupping therapy on transdermal absorption of tetrahydropalmatine patches. Method: With composite score of AUC0-t,Tmax and Cmax as index,orthogonal design was adopted to optimize technology parameters of Fu's cupping therapy by taking tank methods,pressure and time as factors.UPLC-MS/MS was used to determine plasma concentration of tetrahydropalmatine in tetrahydropalmatine patches,mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(70:30),flow rate 0.3 mL·min-1,autosampler temperature 30℃,column temperature 30℃,injection volume 3 μL,electrospray ionization(ESI+),m/z 356.27,capillary voltage 3.38 kV,cone voltage 38 V,ion source temperature 150℃,desolvation temperature 350℃,anti-cone gas flow rate 50 L·h-1,desolvation gas flow rate 650 L·h-1,collision gas flow rate 0.16 mL·min-1. Result: The best conditions of Fu's cupping therapy was:scraping tank,low pressure (-0.02 MPa) and time of 15 min. Conclusion: Fu's cupping therapy could significantly improve transdermal absorption of tetrahydropalmatine patches,which was a new physical method for promoting transdermal absorption.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize semi-bionic extraction technology of total triterpene acids from Abri Herba. Method: The content of total triterpene acids was determined by UV.With yield of total triterpene acids as index,based on single factor tests,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize semi-bionic extraction technology of total triterpene acids by taking extraction temperature,ratio of solid-liquid,acid and alkali extraction time as factors,then compared with water extraction method and lower than ultrasonic method. Result: Optimum semi-bionic extraction technology was as following:extraction temperature at 100℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1:15,acid(pH 2) extraction time 55 min,alkali(pH 8) extraction time 25 min;Under these conditions,yield of total triterpene acids was 0.123%,which was higher than water extraction method(0.089%) and lower than ultrasonic method(0.304%). Conclusion: Optimized semi-bionic extraction process had advantages of green environmental protection,low cost and so on.

摘要:Objective: To optimize opposite dual-frequency ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavonoids from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium. Method: Hydrophone method was adopted to investigate cavitation effect of single frequency and opposite dual-frequency ultrasonic under different frequency and power.With yield of total flavonoids as index,effects of extraction time,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic electric power and different frequency/power combinations on extraction technology were investigated by single factor tests. Result: Cavitation effect of opposite dual-frequency ultrasonic(20+25) kHz was greater than single frequency ultrasonic(frequency were 20 kHz and 25 kHz,respectively);Under a temperature of (20±0.5)℃,extraction time of 10 min,ethanol concentration of 60%,opposite dual-frequency ultrasonic combination of (20 kHz,25 kHz),yield of total flavonoids was 4.52%,which was higher than the same extraction condition of single frequency ultrasonic(3.95%,4.03%). Conclusion: Opposite dual-frequency ultrasonic extraction for active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicines was an ideal method,which was closely related to reactor shape,transducer spatial location and other factors.  
摘要:Objective: Optimize alcohol precipitation process of polysaccharides from Aloe. Method: With yield of polysaccharides as index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize alcohol precipitation process of polysaccharides from Aloe by taking alcohol precipitation time,alcohol precipitation concentration and concentration degree as factors.Sulfuric acid-phenol method was used to determine the content of polysaccharides from Aloe. Result: Optimum alcohol precipitation process was as following:alcohol precipitation time 6 h,alcohol precipitation concentration 70%,concentration degree 1:2;The average yield of polysaccharides was up to 0.076% with the average purity of 57.37%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and credible,it could be used for industrial production of polysaccharides from Aloe.  
摘要:Objective: To establish quantitative analysis of multi-components with a single-marker(QAMS) for determining contents of six ingredients from Gycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. Method: Contents of six ingredients from Gycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were determined by HPLC,mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(B) with a gradient elution program(0-20 min,90%-68% B;20-45 min,68%-30% B;45-75 min,30%-5% B),detection wavelength(0 min,275 nm;32 min,250 nm;33.5 min,300 nm;34.5 min,360 nm;53 min,280 nm;55 min,270 nm;57.5 min,265 nm).With glycyrrhizic acid as a internal standard,relative correlation factors(RCF) of liquiritin,liquiritiyenin,isoliquiritiyenin,glycyrrhetinic acid and licochalcone A to glycyrrhizic acid were calculated,contents of these six ingredients were determined by the external standard method and QAMS,respectively. Result: These two methods did not show significant difference in assay results of contents of these six ingredients with similarity of 0.999 9. Conclusion: QAMS could be used for quality control of Gycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a rapid determination of total phenols in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis. Method: Folin-Ciocalteu Colorimetry was adopted to determine the content of total phenols in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis by taking ferulic acid as a reference.Single factor tests were adopted to screen chromogenic conditions,such as detection wavelength,chromogenic time and temperature,et al;With the content of total phenols as index,effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and times on extraction technology of total phenols were investigated by L9(34) orthogonal test,in order to define preparation method of the test solution for determination. Result: Chromogenic conditions were as follows:detection wavelength 760 nm,the amount of Folin-Ciocaileu reagent 3.5 mL,the amount of 10% sodium carbonate solution 7 mL,chromogenic temperature 20-30℃,dark reaction time 0.5 h.Optimum extraction of total phenols from Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis was as following:extracted 1 h with 40 times the amount of 70% ethanol.The concentration of ferulic acid had a good linear relationship in range of 3.168-9.504 mg·L-1,average recovery was 97.9% with a corresponding RSD of 1.53% (n=6). Conclusion: This determination method was simple,rapid,accurate,stable and reproducible for determining the content of total phenols in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis.

摘要:Objective: To determine the heavy metal elements in Pinus plants and the soil. Method: The content of Pd,Cd,Hg,As in three Pinus plants and the soil was determined by atomic fluorescence photometry. Result: The correlative coefficients of the standard curves surpassed 0.999, with the recovery at 93.2%-103.6%, while the RSD was below 3.3%. The content of Pd,Cd and Hg was higher than the limited standard levels, the content As and the four heavy metal elements in soil were lower than the limited standard levels. Conclusion: The method is quick, simple with high sensitivity. It is a reliable method for the determination of the heavy metal elements in Pinus plants.

摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC-MS method for the simultaneous quantitation of luteolin, apigenin, 3'-hydroxy-genkwanin, genkwanin and yuanhuacine in Genkwa Flos, and to analyze the content change before and after processing. Method: HPLC-MS was used for quantification in negative ion mode under ESI. Chromatography was performed on Agilent Zorbax C18(2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.8 μm) column by gradient elution using 0.05% formic acid in acetonitrile-0.05% formic acid in water at the flow rate of 0.6 mL·min-1. The column temperature was kept at 30℃ and the inject volume was 2 μL. Result: The content of five toxic and active compounds was all changed after processed. The content of the luteolin, 3'-hydroxy-genkwanin, genkwanin was higher and the apigenin and yuanhuacine were lower than the raw ones. Conclusion: The new developed LC-MS method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the quality evaluation of crude and processed Genkwa Flos.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of condensed tannins in Spatholobi Caulis (the stem of Suberect spatholobus) and investigate the content of condensed tannins in Spatholobi Caulis and its different parts. Method: The vanillin-sulphuric acid coloration system for the determination of condensed tannins was set up. The optimized condition of coloration was 3 mL 3% vanillin, 3 mL 40% sulphuric acid, at room temperature for 20 min, and the detection wavelength was set at 500 nm. Result: The content of condensed tannins was measured as 3.99%-8.63% in five commercial crude drugs of Spatholobi Caulis. Among different parts of the crude drugs, condensed tannins was most abundant in the resin-like secretion part (8.14%-11.51%), far higher than those in the xylem part (5.39%-7.92%) and the phloem part (3.65%-6.90%). Conclusion: The developed methods are simple, rapid, accurate, stable, and reproducible with high selectivity, and are suitable for the determination of condensed tannins in the quality control of Spatholobi Caulis.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of rosmarinic acid and salviaflaside in Xiasangju Granules. Method: An Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was applied with gradient elution using acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The UV detector was set at 319 nm. Result: The linear range of rosmarinic acid was 0.036 4-0.364 μg, and the average recovery was 99.16%. The linear range of salviaflaside was 0.004 98-0.049 8 μg and the average recovery was 98.40%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and repeatable. It can be used for quality evaluation of Xiasangju Granules.  
摘要:Objective: The purpose of this study is to simultaneously determine the content of rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid and ethyl caffeate in Melissa officinalis by RP-HPLC. Method: Hanbon Megres C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of formic acid-acetonitrile-water (0.5:20:80) and formic acid-methanol-acetonitrile (0.5:40:60) with gradient elution program(0-25 min, 0%-45% B;25-30 min, 45%-100% B;30-30.1 min,100%-0% B). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was set at 35℃ and the detection wavelength was 330 nm. Result: The linear ranges of rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid and ethyl caffeate were 6.0-300.0, 0.15-7.5 and 0.15-7.5 mg·L-1 respectively. The average recoveries(n=6) for the sample preparation of the markers were 99.48%,99.56%, and 101.7% respectively. Conclusion: The quantitative method for rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid and ethyl caffeate by HPLC can provide the basis for quality control of M. officinalis.  
摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint detection for Huangbai Gancao lotion. Method: Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was selected, gradient eluted with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid water, flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, detection wavelength was 237 nm. 10 batches of Huangbai Gancao lotion were detected by HPLC fingerprint, then evaluated with 2004 edition of ‘chromatographic fingerprint evaluation system of Chinese medicine’. Result: By taking this method, peaks separation of Huangbai Gancao lotion was better, 20 common peaks were identified. Furthermore, similarity of these 10 batches was more than 0.9. Conclusion: This analysis method owns good repeatability and stability, it could provide a detection method for quality control of Huangbai Gancao lotion.  
摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of the content of icariin, baohuoside Ⅰ, crocin-Ⅰand crocin-Ⅱ in Huichunjiu (HCJ). Method: An Hypersil C18 column was used as the chromatographic column, the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. The mobile phase A consisted of acetonitrile, the mobile phase B consisted of 1% acetic acid solution, the UV detection wavelength was at 270 nm (for icariin and baohuoside I). The mobile phase A consisted of acetonitrile-methanol (2:3),the mobile phase B consisted of 0.5% phosphoric acid solution, the UV detection wavelength was at 440 nm (for crocin-Ⅰ and crocin-Ⅱ). Result: There were a good linear relationship between the concentration of icariin, baohuoside I and peak area value when the concentrations of icariin and baohuoside I were within the range of 0.054 6-1.092 μg (r=0.999 7), 0.076 2-1.524 μg (r=0.999 1). The average recovery were 97.56% (RSD 0.94%) and 99.17% (RSD 0.77%). There were a good linear relationship between the concentration of crocin-Ⅰ, crocin-Ⅱ and peak area value when the concentrations of crocin-Ⅰ and crocin-Ⅱ were within the range of 0.102 8-2.056 μg (r=0.999 4), 0.060 4-1.208 μg (r=0.999 8). The average recovery were 97.54% (RSD 0.90%) and 96.91% (RSD 1.27%). Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible, it may be used in the determination of icariin, baohuoside I, crocin-Ⅰ and crocin-Ⅱ in HCJ.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for quantification of quercetin and kaempferol in compound Ganyan granules. Method: Samples were extracted in 80% methanol with ultrasonic process and hydrolyzed for 1 h. The HPLC was performed on an ODS-C18column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.4% H3PO4 (50:50) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column tempreture was kept at 30℃. The eluate was detected at 360 nm. Result: The linear ranges of quercetin and kaempferol were 0.050 1-0.501 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.024 2-0.242 μg (r=0.999 5) respectively. The average recoveries of quercetin and kaempferol were 99.69%(RSD 0.22%) and 99.30%(RSD 0.82%). Conclusion: The method can be used for quality control of Ganyan granules. It is simple, rapid and accurate for simultancous determination of two constituents in compound Ganyan granules.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of monomer combination drug of Shenqi Yizhi, which could be appliable to establishing the foundation of its quality standards. Method: Due to different kinds of components in the drug, different extraction methods for sample preparation was adopted herein, several developer systems were investigated in this TLC study. A HPLC method was established for the determination of four flavonoids of this monomer combination drug. Result: TLC indentification methods of ferulaic acid, gastrodine, epimedium total flavonoids, ginseng total saponins and astragalus total saponins in monomer combination drug of Shenqi Yizhi were finally established respectively. Linear equations, sensitivities, precisions, stabilities, etc of four flavonoids of this drug under the HPLC were all in line with requirements of HPLC assay. Conclusion: The reported methods are simple, practical, sensitive, accurate, specific and reproducible, which can be used as quality control method of monomer combination drug of Shenqi Yizhi.

摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprint of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum from different origin by HPLC, and compare the durg through the Chemical Pattern Recognition to provide the basis on comprehensive evaluation of the quality of S. hexandrum. Method: Based on HPLC method, Agilent Zorbax SB C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.04% formic acid as the mobile phase by gradient elution. Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the column temperature was set at 30℃. 16 samples of S. hexandrum fingerprint were compared. Chemical pattern Recognition Method of S. hexandrum cluster was used to analyze on the origin and evaluate quality. Result: S. hexandrum fingerprint by HPLC was established with comparison of similarity for 16 batches of samples, calibration of the 29 common chromatographic peaks.The composition of each sample was the same, but the content was quite different. Based on the principal component analysis, the medicinal materia from Tibet was the best. Conclusion: The method can be used for S. hexandrum comprehensive evaluation and quality control.  
摘要:Objective: To analyze fat-soluble constituents in flowers of Tibetan medicinal plants of three Gentiana species, G. dendrologi, G. straminea and G. tibetica. Method: The fat-soluble components were extracted by Soxhlet extraction, separated and identified using GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Result: Thrity-eight, thrity-five and twenty-seven compounds from G. dendrologi, G. straminea and G. tibetica were identified respectively. The ratios of identification of total compounds were 94.31%, 83.09% and 80.84% respectively. There are some differences among three Gentiana, the main ingredients being alkane (59.33%), ethanol (14.53%), and organic acid (6.43%) and ketones (3.84%) in flowers of G. dendrologi, alkane (28.24%), ethanol (17.51%), and organic acid (8.09%) and esters (7.55%) in G. straminea, and alkane (24.79%), ethanol (5.79%), and alkaloids (17.03%), quinones (16.60%) and esters (2.78%) in G. tibetica G. tibetica showed different pharmacological activity owing to different chemical compositions. Conclusion: By analyzing and evaluating their fat-soluble components in three Gentiana Species, the scientific data can be provided for exploitation of Gentiana resources.  
摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Wenshen Jiangzhuo powder. Method: ANGLA Promosil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the column temperature kept at 30℃;the detection wavelength was set at 224 nm, and the injection volume was 10 μL, and a gradient solution of acetonitrile and H2O (acidified to 0.1% with phosphoric acid). Result: Most peaks could be separated preferably, and the RSD of the relative relation time of ten batches of Wenshen Jiangzhuo powder was lower than 1%, fourteen common peaks were obtained in the fingerprint of ten batches of Wenshen Jiangzhuo powder by peaks match with Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM. The similarity of fingerprints was calculated more than 0.93. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprint has desirable accuracy, repeatability and stability, it could be used as a method of quality control and provide evidence for the research of effective components of Wenshen Jiangzhuo powder.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a quality control method of Kexinkang tablets. Method: Platycodonis radix, Scutellariae radix, Glycyrrhizae radix rhizoma were identified by TLC, respectively. Amygdalin in Kexinkang tablets was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was the Shiseido CAPCELL PAK C18 MG(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted acetonitrile-methanol-water-acetic acid(7:7:86:0.02).The detection wavelength was 210 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: TLC was a specific method for the identification of Kexinkang tablets. Ursolic acid showed a good linear relation in the range of 0.044-0.327 g·L-1 (r=0.999 5, n=7), the average recovery was 98.9% with RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Kexinkang tablets.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of three kinds effective compositions in Mongolian medicine Gentianella turkestanorum from different elevation. Method: A Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used with methnol-water(20:80) and methnol-0.5%acetic acid(25:75) at detection wavelengths of 238,270 nm and 254 nm for swertiamarin, gentiopicrin and mangiferin. The flow rate was 1.0 mL-1·min-1 and the column temperature was 25℃. Result: The method is simple and accurate. In Gentianella turkestanorum from 1 900-3 035 m, the changes of swertiamarin,gentiopicrin and mangiferin were 1.30%-2.48%,0.377%-0.508%,0.041%-0.071%(g·g-1). Conclusion: Three kinds effective compositions in Gentianella turkestanorum were increased with the increase of elevation.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of residual solvents in Rg1 by GC. Method: The detector was FID.The analytical column was DB-624(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25 μm).The injector temperature was 200℃,and the detector temperature was 200℃.The column temperature was 50℃.Nitrogen as the carrier gas and the water as solvent media. Result: It had a good linearity in the experimental concentration.The detection limit of ethanol was 1.0 ng·mL-1.The RSD of precision was all less than 1.0%.The average recovery was 90%-105%. Conclusion: This method was simple,sensitive. accurate and can be used for the detection of f residual solvents in Rg1.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the correlation between the quality of Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong from different producing areas and soil factors, and find the main factors that influence the quality of Rhizoma Ligusticum chuanxiong. Method: TFW-VII soil nutrient and moisture tester was used to determine the content of organic matter, available P, available K and nitrate-nitrogen. SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between the soil nutrition values and the content of effective components in Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong. Result: The statistical results showed that the content of available K had obvious correlations with the content of effective components in Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong. The content of available K had a significant negative correlation with the content of total fluorescence materials and ligustilide, while it had a significant positive correlation with the content of senkyunolide. The second were organic matter, pH and available P, while the content of nitrate-nitrogen had no significant correlation with the effective components. Conclusion: The main soil factors to influence the content of effective components in Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong were available K and organic matter. The content of effective components had certain correlation with the soil nutrition values, that is to say the soil nutrient influenced on the quality of Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong is not single factor function, but synergistic effect. This conclusion can provide theory support for reasonable cultivation and maintenance of Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong.  
摘要:Objective: Triterpenoids component was separation from Osmanthus fragrans,study on hypolipidemic and antioxidant activity of Osmanthus fragrans in vivo. Method: Soxhlet extraction was used to extract, and triterpenoids fraction were colected from the ethyl acetate extract, the hyperlipidemia mice model was established by intragastric administration of high fat emulsion. Investigation of triterpenoids fraction in hyperlipemia mice lipid levels and antioxidant effects. Result: Compared with hyperlipidemia model group, the content of TC, TG, LDL-C of serum in the triterpenoids groups were significantly decreased, the levels of SOD were significantly increased and the levels of MDA were significantly decreased. Conclusion: Triterpenoids fraction of O. fragrans has effection of hypolipidemic and antioxidantion activity, the exact lipid-lowering effect needs further investigation.  
摘要:Objective: To study chemical constituents of petroleum ether portion of Salacia amplifolia. Method: The petroleum ether portion was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20. The chemical structures of isolated compounds were identified by their spectral data (1H-NMR,13C-NMR) and comparison with literature. Result: Eleven compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether portion. They were identified as β-sitosterol(1), tricosane(2), hexadecanoic acid(3), heptadecanoic acid(4), arachidic acid(5), n-heneicosanoic acid(6),heptadecanol(7),tricosanol(8),pentacosanol(9),pipericine(10),4-cumylphenol(11). Conclusion: The compounds 2-11 were isolated for the first time from this Family.  
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Ranunculus ternatus. Method: Compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel and LH-20 columns,and purifided by PHPLC. Their physicochemical properties and spectral data were used to elucidate the structures. Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 4-oxo-5-(O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-pentanoic acid (1),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (2),adenosine (3),3-[(3-hydroxy)-(4-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-phenyl]-2-propenoic acid (4),5-hydroxymethyl furoic acid (5), 3, 4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (6), salicylic acid (7), syringic acid (8),respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 1-3, 7 and 8 can be isolated from the genus for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical compositions of the essential oil from the leaves of Thalictrum ichangense. Method: The essential oil was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction assay, and the constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). The DPPH·method was used to study its antioxidant activity and MTT assay was used to study its anti-tumor activity. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method. Result: Twenty one compounds were identified, representing 91.86% of the essential oil. The scavenging ratio for the DPPH·radicals reaches (61.2±2.1)% when the concentration was 300 mg·L-1 and the essential oil at 300 mg·L-1 showed anti-tumor activities against MGC-803 in vitro with a inhibition rate of (56.0±6.8)%. Conclusion: The principal chemical constituents of the essential oil were tetratetracontane (25.82%), stigmastan-3,5-diene (16.39%), and octacosane (14.96%). The essential oil showed certain antioxidant activity and displayed good inhibition proliferation of MCG-803 in vitro. The analytic results can provide further exploitation and utilization of T. ichangense.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the anticancer effective part and anticancer effect of Sedum bulbiferum in vitro,and to establish a method for determination of quercetin and kaempferol in S. bulbiferum by HPLC. Method: The inhibitory activities of the the different extract fractions and the total flavones of S. bulbiferum on cancer cells proliferation of liver,esophageal and colon (HepG2, EC109, SW480)were tested by MTT assay.HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in S. bulbiferum was established. Result: The growth and proliferation of the 3 cancer cells were all significantly inhibited by ethyl acetate fractions and the total flavonoids of S. bulbiferum. With the increase of the concentration, inhibiting action increased. The linear ranges of quercetin and kaempferol were 0.03-0.36 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.08-0.96 μg (r=0.999 9) respectively;their average recoveries were 98.90%(RSD 1.15%) and 98.27%(RSD 1.70%)respectively. Conclusion: S. bulbiferum has significant effect of anti-tumor in vitro. The method of HPLC is accurate,reproducible and could be used for active ingredient content determination of this crude drug.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method of HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition of Fructus Evodiae. Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm,3 μm).The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0.1%acetic acid aqueous solution in gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 245 nm,the injection volume was 10 μL and the column temperature was 25℃.Then,the data from HPLC fingerprint were analyzed by similarity evaluation, principle component analysis and system cluster analysis. Result: The HPLC fingerprint of 34 batches Fructus Evodiae from different habits and varieties were set up and 11 common peaks were obtained.The RSD of the relative retention time of the common peaks was below 1%. The RSD of the relative peaks area was relative big. The distance between the three species of Fructus evodiae could be clustered by clustering analysis and principle component analysis method for the first time. Conclusion: The clustering analysis and principle component analysis method could be used for the quality control and comprehensive evaluation of Fructus Evodiae.

Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, RP-8, MCI,SephadexLH-20 and so on.The structures were identified by the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Result: 11 compounds were isolated and identified as palmiticacid (1), baohuosideⅠ (2),methyl-α-D-glucoside(3), vitexin-2"-O-P-coumarate(4), Isovitexin(5), vitexin(6), 8-C-β-D-glucopyranosylkaempferol(7), isoorientin(8), orientin(9), orientin-2"-O-P-coumarate(10), L-Tryptophan(11). Conclusion: The compounds of 1-3,7,11 are isolated from T. foenum-graecum for the first time.

摘要:Objective: To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the volatile constituents of Gleditsia sinensis. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from G. sinensis by Steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Result: 99 compounds were separated and 81 of them were identified, which accounted for 95% of all the volatile oil. The major components were D-germacrene(8.144%),linalool(6.214%),δ-cadinene(5.907%),α-copaene(4.657%),α-selinene(3.606%),hexanal(3.395%) and α-muurolene (2.955%). Conclusion: The volatile oil of G. sinensis was extracted by team distillation and analyzed by GC-MS to provide the basis for the next development.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC characteristic fingerprints for the determination of the roots and stems of Berchem lineata. Method: The characteristic fingerprints of 24 batches of roots and stems of B. Lineata and B. floribunda, which were belong to different kinds and collected from different places, were established by HPLC. A chemical pattern recognition method was constructed by using cluster analysis and principal components analysis(PCA)method. Result: 11 common peaks were found in the HPLC characteristic fingerprints. 24 samples were divided into two branches. 9 batches of roots of B. Lineata and B. floribunda clustered to a clade. 3 roots of B. floribunda, 12 stems of B. Lineata and B. floribunda were first clustered together as a sister clade to roots of B. Lineata and B. floribunda. Conclusion: The established method can be used for quality control of the roots and stems of B. lineata.

摘要:Objective: To determine solubility of dehydrosilybin(DHS) and investigate its intestinal absorption kinetics characteristics. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine solubility of DHS with mobile phase of methanol-0.2% formic acid solution(60:40) and detection wavelength of 255 nm.Absorption characteristics of DHS in duodenum,jejunum and ileum was investigated by in situ intestinal circulation model in rats. Result: Solubility of DHS were 0.46,1.23 mg·L-1 oscillated at 20,37℃ for 24 h,respectively.Absorption rate per unit time of DHS in duodenum,jejunum and ileum were (17.81±6.37)%,(8.41±2.43)%,(12.95±5.06)%,absorption rate constant(Ka)of them were (0.176±0.069),(0.089±0.053),(0.158±0.058) h-1,respectively;Ka of DHS in duodenum generally kept unchanged with drug concentration increased. Conclusion: Temperature had a certain influence on solubility of DHS.DHS had absorption in duodenum,jejunum and ileum,but absorption amount and Ka in duodenum were significantly higher than them in jejunum.Absorption mechanism of DHS in small intestine was based on passive diffusion.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,forsythiaside A and baicalin in rat plasma,and investigate pharmacokinetics characteristics of these three ingredients from Shuanghuanglian powder injection. Method: Plasma samples were precipitated by acetonitrile-methanol (1:1).HPLC was adopted to simultaneous determine contents of chlorogenic acid,forsythiaside A and baicalin with puerarin as internal standard,mobile phase composed of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) with a gradient elution program(0-10 min,10%-20% A;10-35 min,20%-35% A;35-40 min,35% A;40-40.5 min,35%-10% A;40.5-55 min,10% A),detection wavelength of chlorogenic acid,forsythiaside A,baicalin and puerarin were 328,328,277,249 nm,respectively. Result: Excellent linear relationships were obtained in the range of 0.2-20 mg·L-1 for chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside A,but it was 2.0-300 mg·L-1 for baicalin (r>0.999 4);RSD of both intra-day and inter-day precisions were less than 13.6%,the assay recoveries at three levels were 88.3%-109.3%,the extract recoveries were more than 80.8%.Main pharmacokinetic parameters of chlorogenic acid,forsythiaside A and baicalin:AUC0-t were (8.406±1.175),(9.696±2.349) and (145.35±22.02) mg·h·L-1;MRT0-t were (0.619±0.105),(0.634±0.115) and (0.456±0.068) h;t1/2 Z were (0.532±0.064),(0.732±0.357) and (0.542±0.175) h;Vz were (0.384±0.050),(0.673±0.422) and (0.324±0.072) L·kg-1;CLZ were (0.504±0.067),(0.634±0.150) and (0.426±0.066)L·h-1·kg-1,respectively. Conclusion: This determination method was sensitive,simple and accurate,it was suitable for determining contents of chlorogenic acid,forsythiaside A and baicalin in rat plasma and pharmacokinetics of Shuanghuanglian powder injection.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of the Jiangtang Xiaoke granule (JTXKG) on the blood glucose and blood lipids in type 2 diabetic rats. Method: Diabetic rats were constructed by high-fat-diet for 4 weeks and combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin 30 mg·kg-1, and the model rats were randomly divided into diabetes model group (T2DM), positive control group (metformin 0.2 g·kg-1) JTXKG groups with high, medium, and low dose (raw herbs 17.6, 8.8, 4.4 g·kg-1), and the normal control group (NC) was also designed. After 4-week treatment, the general condition of rats was observed, and fasting blood glucose (FBG), blood lipid (BL), fasting serum insulin (INS), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were tested, glucose tolerance and insulin tolerance were measured. Result: Compared with model group, body weight,FBG and insulin sensitive index levels of JTXKG groups were improved (P<0.05), HbA1c showed certain changes, but the difference was not statistically significant. However, the serum insulin levels and blood lipid levels did not significantly change. After treatment, the glucose tolerance presents time-related improvement in diabetic rats, the results of insulin tolerance test showed that JTXKG could enhance insulin sensitivity of diabetic rats. Conclusion: JTXKG, the treating principle of which is regulating function of liver spleen and kidney together, can improve glucose and lipid metabolism and pancreatic islet function in type 2 diabetic rats, and relieve insulin resistance that may be the possible mechanism of JTXKG preventing and controlling type 2 diabetes.  
摘要:Objective: To study the inhibitory effects of modified Wuzi Yanzong prescription (MWP) on BV-2 microglial cells induced by lipopolysaccharides(LPS) and the potential mechanism. Method: BV-2 microglial cells were cultured in vitro and stimulated by LPS (1 mg·L-1).The cells were divided into three groups:blank control group, model group and MWP treatment group. The gradient 50, 100, 200 mg·L-1three concentrations were used in the treatment group. The expression of inflammatory factor nitric oxide(NO), protein inducible nitric oxide synthese(iNOS) and cyclooxygenase(COX-2), the translocation of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), nicotinamide adenosine denucleotide hydrophosphori(NADPH) oxidase activity and reactive oxygen species were tested after treating the cells by LPS and MWP. Result: MWP could decrease the release of NO and expression of iNOS, COX-2 protein with a dose-dependent manner, the nuclear translocation of NF-κB was inhibited by MWP too. In addition, MWP could decrease the NADPH oxidase activity with a dose-dependent manner and significantly reduced the generation of ROS. Conclusion: MWP can significantly inhibit the inflammatory response of BV-2 microglial cells induced by LPS via suppression of NF-κB signaling pathway and NADPH oxidase-mediated oxidative stress.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Shuxiong capsule micropowder on whole blood viscosity and the alpha-granular membrane protein(GMP-140) as well as thrombomodulin(TM) content of blood plasma of rats with acute blood stasis. Methold:Sixty rats were randomly divided into six groups as following:the group of Shuxiong capsule micropowder 0.094 5 g·kg-1, the group of Shuxiong capsule micropowder 0.283 5 g·kg-1, the group of shuxiong capsule 0.094 5 g·kg-1, the group of shuxiong capsule 0.283 5 g·kg-1 as well as blank and model groups. After administration for 14 days continuously, acute blood stasis models were replicated by means of epinephrine in ice-bath. Then the effects of shuxiong capsule micropowder on whole blood viscosity and the GMP-140 as well as TM content of blood plasma of model rats were observed. Result: When compared with blank group, the model rats' whole blood low, moderate and high cuts viscosity as well as the GMP-140 and TM content of blood plasma all rise remarkably.Compared with model group, the Shuxiong capsule micropowder and Shuxiong capsule can decreased whole blood viscosity,GMP-140 and TM content of blood plasma. The group of Shuxiong capsule micropowder 0.283 5 g·kg-1 had better effect. Conclusion: The results stated that Shuxiong capsule micropowder can improve blood rheology behavior of rats with acute blood stasis and has remarkable function of activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis. The mechanism might be related to the reduction of the GMP-140 and TM content of blood plasma.  
摘要:Objective: To compare the neuroprotective effect of different extracts of Angelica pubescens on SH-SY5Y cells injury induced by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) so as to screen the most pharmacologically active extracts. Method: Different extracts were obtained by means of reflux extraction, solvents extraction or silica gel column chromatography. Pro-incubation of different extracts on SH-SY5Y cells for 6 h prior to co-treat with 250 μmol·L-1 H2O2 for 24 h, the cell viability were observed by MTT assay. Meanwhile, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was determined.The expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and nerve factor-3 (NT-3) by immunofluorescence was measured. Result: All extracts showed the protective effect against decrease of cell viability induced by H2O2 and there was dose-effect relationship except the extract of petrdeum ether(PE) These extracts enhanced SOD activity and lowered H2O2-induced MDA release. Therefor,they exhibited the similar effect of anti-oxidation;According to increasing the level of BDNF and NT-3(94.5% and 97.5% vs. control, relatively), we found that the PE-EtOAc extract was better neuroprotective than others. Conclusion: The different extracts of A. pubescens show some protective effect on H2O2 induced SH-SY5Y cells injury and the PE-EtOAc extract has the most pharmacologically activity.  
摘要:Objective: In order to investigate the effect of ultra-filtration extract from Angelica Sinensis Radix and Hedysari Radix(Angelica Sinensis Radix:Hedysari Radix 1:5) on the memory ability and brain neurotransmitters in old rats. Method: 12 healthy male Wistar rats with 3-months old were selected for the youth control group (A), and 48 natural aging male Wistar rats with 24-months old were selected and randomly divided into four groups:the old control group (B), 5×104 Da molecular of UFE-AH group (C), 1×105 Da molecular of UFE-AH group (D), and 2×105 Da molecular of UFE-AH group (E);Group A,B were given normal saline (7 mL·kg-1·d-1) and Group C,D,E were respectively given with 5×104 Da(1.87 g·kg-1·d-1), 1×105(2.14 g·kg-1·d-1),2×105 Da(2.47 g·kg-1·d-1)molecular of UFE-AH by gavage. After 10 weeks, the learning and memory ability were measured, and heir brain tissue was observed (hippocampus and cortex) by microscope,the contents of the central neurotransmitter acetylcholine(Ach), the monoamine neurotransmitter 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), dopamine(DA), and norepinephrine(NE) were tested in the brains. Result: The learning and memory ability in group B were lower than that of group A, and the contents of Ach, 5-HT, DA, and NE in the brain tissue also decreased; Compared with group B, the contents of Ach, 5-HT, DA, and NE group C, D and E increased, and the increase extent in group D was more significant than that in group C and E. Conclusion: Ultra-filtration extract from Angelica Sinensis Radix and Hedysari Radix Polybotrys can improve the learning and memory ability of old age rats, which may be related to the increase of the Ach, 5-HT, DA, and NE in the brain tissue, and the effect of 1×105 Da molecular weight group is better than others molecular weight group.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the impact of Simiao Yongan Tang on the expression of thrombin-treated endothelial cells and neutrophil adhesion and endothelial cell P-select expression. Method: MTT was used to detect endothelial cell viability of serum containing Simiao Yongan Tang 0.2 U·mL-1 thrombin was added to EA.hy926 cells,neutrophils was as a model group, 2.5%, 5%, 10%, 20% of the serum containing drugs pretreated endothelial cells 24 h after modeling.Bengal method was used to detect the cell adhesion rate, the flow cytometry and ELISA were used to detect endothelial cell P-selectin expression. Result: 10%, 20% serum containing drugs inhibited adhesion rate, 10% serum of which was better;the ELISA results showed that 10% serum containing drugs pretreatment could inhibited P-selectin expression;the flow cytometry showed that 10%, 20% serum containingdrugs inhibited cell surface P-selectin, 10% serum containing drugs was better. Conclusion: Simiao Yongan Tang can inhibit neutrophil adhesion of endothelial cells, this effect may be achieved by inhibiting P-selectin expression in endothelial cells.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the neuroprotective effects of forsythiaside on glutamate, low-glucose and low-serum, amyloid beta25~35 (Aβ25~35))-induced neurotoxicity in PC12 cell. Method: The glutamate (20 mmol·L-1), low-glucose and low serum and Aβ25-35 induced (10 μmol·L-1) neurotoxicity models in PC12 cell were established and the neuroprotective effects of forsythiaside (0.1,1,5 μmol·L-1)on above models were observed. Result: Forsythiaside could improve the proliferation on PC12 cell and significantly reduced cell death induced by glutamate, low-glucose and low-serum and Aβ25-35.In addition, forsythiaside (0.1,1 μmol·L-1) significantly inhibited cell apoptosis induced by Aβ25-35. Conclusion: forsythiaside has neuroprotective effects on glutamate, low-glucose and low-serum and Aβ25-35-induced neurotoxicity in PC12 cell.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of icariin on femoral tissue(diaphyses and metaphysis) resorption and metabolic activity of rats in vitro. Method: The femoral tissue (diaphyses and metaphysis) was isolated which was treated with final concentration of 1×10-5 mol·L-1icariin in culture medium in vitro.The tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (StrACP) activity, glucose and lactic acid content in culture medium were determined,StrACP, MCSF, CTSK mRNA expression was detected by Real-Time RT-PCR. Result: 1×10-5 mol·L-1 icariin inhibited the activity of StrACP, increased the content of lactic acid and decreased glucose content,and improved StrACP, MCSF, CTSK mRNA expression level. Conclusion: Icariin are adjust femurs tissue metabolic activity and inhibited resorption.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Guanxinshu capsule on myocardial ischemia induced by ligating coronary artery in rats. Method: Myocardial ischemia model was developed by ligating the anterior descendingbranch of left coronary artery in rats. The rats were randomly divided into normal control group, sham group, model group, Fufang Danshen pill 90 mg·kg-1 group(positive control), Guanxinshu low and high dose group(raw materials 5.2,15.6 g·kg-1),the rats were administered with medicine for 28 days. After the last administration, rat II lead electrocardiogram was recorded, the myocardial infarction was measured by triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining method, prothrombin time(PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) of plasma were detected, the activities of creatine kinase (CK), isoenzyme of creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) of serum and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in myocardial tissue were determined, the ventriculus sinister were dissected to assess the morphology by pathological grading. Result: Guanxinshu capsule could reduce the scope of myocardial infarct significantly(compared with sham group, there were significant difference, P<0.05), inhibit the lowering of ST segment (P<0.05), decrease the level of CK, CK-MB and LDH (P<0.05), prolong the time of APTT (P<0.01), increase the activity of GSH-Px (P<0.01), and improve the pathological changes of myocardial cells. Conclusion: Guanxinshu capsule showed obvious therapeutic effects on myocardial ischemia induced by ligating the coronary artery in rats.  
摘要:Objective: To compare the.nourishing Yin effect of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma before and after processing. Method: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, high dose group of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and the one processed with salt-water(2 g·kg-1), low dose group of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and the one processed with salt-water(1 g·kg-1). The treatment groups were gavaged with thyroxine solution(1.25×10-2 g·kg-1) and the water decoction of corresponding sample (10 mL·kg-1) every day, and the control group was gavaged with the same volume of physiological saline, the model group was gavaged with the same volume of thyroxine solution and physiological saline. Three weeks later, blood serum was colledted, then free T3(FT3) and free T4(FT4) were measured by antigen-antibody reaction, and urine and the supernatant were collected, then the content of 17-hydroxycorticosteroid(17-OHCS) was measured by UV-spectrophotometry meter (410 nm). Result: Compared with the control group, the FT3, FT4 of model groups were significantly increased (P<0.01);Compared with model group, in addition to FT3 of raw low dose group, others were significant decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01);The contents of 17-OHCS in each group were decreased. The salt Anemarrhena Rhizoma high dose group had significant difference compared with model group(P<0.01), and is superior to that of Anemarrhena Rhizoma group. Compared with the same dose of raw Rhizoma Anemarrhenae group,FT3, FT4 and urine 17-OHCS of the salt Anemarrhena Rhizoma group were lower, in which high dose group had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Both Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and the one processed with salt-water can nourish Yin, and the effect increase after processing.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Jiedu Fuyang Fang on inflammatory factorstype 2 in diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Method: The rat T2DM model was established by feeding of high fat and sugar diet and the intravenous injection of 60 mg·kg-1 streptozotocin(STZ). The corresponding drugs were given for 12 weeks. The serum was collected for the determination of leptin (LEP) pigment, and insulin (INS), and white cell between pigment interleukin(IL)-1, and IL-6, and C-reactive protein (CRP), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) level,insulin sensitive index(ISI) was calculated. Result: Jiedu Fuyang Fang decreased inflammatory cytokines like IL-1, IL-6, CRP, TNF-α level,blood sugar, insulin and leptin content, and ISI. Conclusion: Jiedu Fuyang Fang has a impact on inflammatory factors in T2DM rise and regulate disorders of glucose metabolism.  
摘要:Objective: To explore effects of Jiangtang Xiaozhi (JTXZ) tablets for improving insulin resistance and decreasing blood lipids. Method: Wistar rat model with insulin resistance was established by taken high fat feed for one month. Thereafter, seventy rats were randomly and equally assigned to 7 groups (10 rats/group), including a normal control group with common-feed, a model group with high fat feed and without any treatment, two positive control groups by treatment of Pioglitazone Hydrochloride tablets(5 mg·kg-1)and simvastatin tablets (4 mg·kg-1), and three JTXZ tablets groups at dose of 8,4, 2 g·kg-1,by received intragastric administration daily for 2 months concurrently continued to take high fat feed. Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C), super oxide dismutase(SOD), malonic dialdehyde(MDA) and free fatty acids(FFA) were measured following glucose infusion rate (GIR) and euglycemic clamp test. The liver and pancreas were weighted to calculate the viscera index and performed pathological slice up for observation of morphological change. Result: GIR was significantly decreased in model group comparing to normal control group and indicating an obvious IR in model group. In comparison with model group, GIR was significantly increased in JTXZ tablets groups at dose of 8, 4 g·kg-1 and indicating a noted improvement of IR; serum TC levels were markedly decreased in JTXZ tablets group at dose of 8 g·kg-1; serum TG levels were also significantly reduced in JTXZ tablets groups with all doses; serum HDL-C levels was evidently enhanced and serum LDL-C levels was significantly reduced in JTXZ tablets group at dose of 8 g·kg-1; SOD activities were markedly increased and MDA were notedly decreased in JTXZ tablets groups at all doses; the liver index was reduced in JTXZ tablets group at dose of 8 g·kg-1. The pathological observation indicated morphological improvement of liver and pancreas at various degrees in JTXZ tablets groups at all doses compared with model group. Conclusion: JTXZ tablets have obvious effects on improving insulin resistance and decreasing blood lipids.  
摘要:Objective: To study the improvement of polygala tenuifolia and rhizoma acori tatarinowii in treating cognitive impairment of diabetes mellitus rats. Method: Diabetic rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of Streptozotocin for 3 months. The polygala tenuifolia and rhizoma acori tatarinowii decoction were made. The rats were divided into 5 groups:control group, model group, and polygala tenuifolia and rhizoma acori tatarinowii group (large dose group, medium dose group and small dose group). observed the change of rat's ability of learning and memory function observed were by the way of water maze and examination of the blood serum methylglyoxal through Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.The percentage of neuron apoptosis was examined through flow cytometry. Result: In the water maze experiment, it was shown that rats in model group needed more time to swim to the platform than the control group, and polygala tenuifolia and rhizoma acori tatarinowii could significantly reduce the swimming time to platform(P<0.01). It was shown that the serum methyglyoxal of model group increased about 2.5 times more than the control group, and polygala tenuifolia and rhizoma acori tatarinowii could significantly reduce the serum methylglyoxal and the percentage of neuron apoptosis. Conclusion: Polygala tenuifolia and rhizoma acori tatarinowii could improve diabetes mellitus rat's cognitive impairment by reducing serum methylglyoxal.  
摘要:Objective: The cell suspension cultures of Sorbus aucuparia (SASC) was used to study the effect of abiotic elicitors-heavy metals on the SASC biomass. Method: The different concentrations of lanthanum chloride, copper nitrate, lead nitrate solution were prepared to treat the SASC,an electronic balance was used for measurement of Biomass of SASC. Result: The cell growth was stimulated by low concentration of lanthanum chloride but inhibited by high concentration of lanthanum chloride, the effect on cell growth was similar to Hormesis phenomenon, optimal stimulating concentration was 0.01 mg·L-1;low concentration of copper nitrate inhibited cell growth but high concentrations stimulated cell growth, after treated with 0.05 mg·L-1 copper nitrate the cell biomass was the lowest;substantially all concentrations of lead nitrate stimulated cell growth,the optimal stimulating concentration was 0.5 mg·L-1. Conclusion: Heavy metals affect the SASC biomass, and its role in the extent and manner may be related to elicitors' type and concentration.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the improved multi-infarct dementia (MID) model, and observe the protective effect and pathway of paeoniflorin on MID model rats. Method: The classic rat's MID model was used to observe protective effect and pathway of different doses of paeoniflorin. The learning and memory abilities of rats were detected by Morris water maze. The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were detected by immunohistochemical.The changes of cerebral cortex and the neuron structure were detected by HE staining and electron microscopy. Result: The control group had no behavior change. The nerve behavior evaluation, oblique pull test, learning and memory and Brain neurons were affected compared withthe sham-operation group.But the nerve behavior evaluation, oblique pull test, learning and memory and Brain neurons were all significantly improved compared with model group, the expression of Bcl-2 was increased and Bax was restrained. Conclusion: The paeoniflorin has significant improvement effect on the rats' MID model, So its protective mechanism is related with the Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Lishi methods on expression of VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor) in acute gouty arthritis rats and to explore the mechanism of Bushen Lishi methods in the treatment of GA. Method: Seventy rats were randomly divided into seven groups:blank control group, model group, herbal control group, western medicine control group, high dosage herbal group, medium dosage herbal group and low dosage herbal group, 10 rats in each group. The uric acid sodium and oxygen polybenzoxazines potassium were used to induce rat acute gouty arthritis model. ELISA was used to detect the concentration of serum VEGF in rats and analyze the data. Histopathologic examination of synovial tissue was also performed. Result: The differences of VEGF level between 7 groups were significant (P<0.01). The expression of VEGF in model group was higher than that in blank group, and the difference was significant (P<0.01). The expression of VEGF in model group was also apparently higher than that in herbal control group, western medicine control group, high dosage herbal group, medium dosage herbal group and low dosage herbal group (P<0.01), especially the effect of western medicine control group and medium dosage herbal group was more obvious. Conclusion: Bushen Lishi methods can inhibit the expression of VEGF in acute gouty arthritis rats. It has certain curative effect gouty arthritis.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on pathomorphology and the expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)mRNA and Smad3 mRNA in lung tissue of pulmonary fibrosis rats induced by bleomycin (BLM). Method: 144 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:sham operation(NS) group,model(BLM)group,prednisone(P) group,Buyang Huanwu decoction high-dose, middle-dose, low-dose(A, B, C) group, 24 rats in each group. Pulmonary fibrosis model was established by injection of BLM into tracheal intubation, NS group was intratracheally instilled with equal NS. The rats of group A, B, C were given Buyang Huanwu decoction at the dose of 18.48,9.24,4.62 g·kg-1, the rats of group P were given prednisone at the dose of 4.2 mg·kg-1, the rats of group NS and BLM were given NS at the dose of 10 mL·kg-1. 8 rats in each group were killed respectively on days 7, 14, 28 after intratracheal instillation. To measure alveolar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis degrees in left lung dyed with HE and Masson, and TGF-β1mRNA, Smad3 mRNA in right lung tissue was assessed by RT-PCR. Result: ①Alveolar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis degrees in group BLM were significantly higher than group NS(P<0.01);②The groups of Buyang Huanwu decoction could improve the alveolar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis in varying degree by comparison with group BLM (P<0.01 or P<0.05);③At all time points, TGF-β1, Smad3mRNA expression in group BLM was higher than that in group NS(P<0.01),on the 7th day the change was significant;④TGF-β1, Smad3 mRNA expression of the groups Buyang Huanwu decoction was lower than that in group BLM(P<0.01 or p<0.05), TGF-β1, Smad3 mRNA expression of group B was lower than that in group BLM at all time points(P<0.01), the levels of that in group C were significant lower than group BLM's on the 14th day and the 28th day(P<0.01), the levels of group A's were lower than that in group BLM, but the differences were not more obvious on the 7th day than group B and C. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction could significantly alleviate alveolar catarrh and pulmonary fibrosis, efficiently regulate expression levels of TGF-β1, Smad3 mRNA in the lung tissues of pulmonary fibrosis rats induced by BLM, the degree of pulmonary fibrosis can be reduced.  
摘要:Objective: To study the sleep improvement of petroleum extract of Valeriana amurensis, observe it's effect on the contents of γ-aminobutynic acid (GABA) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in the brain of mice, and preliminarily investigate the activity mechanism. Method: The effects of three doses of petroleum extract of V. Amurensis, combined with Flumazenil, 5-hydroxytryptophane (5-HTP) and parachlorophenylalanine (PCPA), respectively on sleep latency duration and sleep period of mice were examed with the synergy of sodium pento-barbital. The improved-sleeping mechanism of petroleum extract was determined by detecting the contents of GABA and 5-HT in the brains of mice with ELISA method. Result: Three doses (30, 15, 7.5 g·kg-1) of V. amurensis petroleum extract showed the effect of improving sleep by shortening the sleep latency and prolonging the sleep duration of mice. Compared with the control. The synergy effect of diazepam or V. amurensis petroleum extract with sodium pentobarbital was blocked by Flumazenil injection. The synergy effect of V. amurensis petroleum extract with sodium pentobarbital was intensified by 5-HTP. The synergy effect of V. amurensis petroleum extract with sodium pentobarbital was blocked by PCPA. The contents of GABA and 5-HT in the brain of mice were increased by the three doses of V. amurensis petroleum extract. Conclusion: V. amurensis petroleum part (30, 15, 7.5 g·kg-1) could significantly prolong the sleep duration of mice. The improved-sleeping mechanism of V. amurensis petroleum extract was verified to exist the relationship with the content of GABA and 5-HT in mouse brain.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoaishu(XAS) and serum containing XAS on proliferation and migration of human cervical carcinoma Hela cell in vitro, and investigate the mechanism. Method: The morphology of Hela cell was observed by inverted microscope. Thiazolyl blue (MTT) assay was used to detect Hela cell proliferation. Migration ability of Hela cells was measured through transwell assay. The carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) level of Hela cell was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Real time RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA. Result: The morphology of Hela cell was changed after XAS treatment, the main expressions of Hela cell consisted in decreased cell diopter, turned round and small. The proliferation and migration of Hela cells was significantly inhibited by XAS and serum containing XAS. The level of CA125 and the expression of VEGF mRNA were decreased after XAS treatment, and XAS combined with Cisplatin had a better effect. Conclusion: XAS and serum containing XAS had obvious effect against the proliferation and migration of Hela cell, which showed much higher superiority to the single medication group combined with cisplatin, and it's mechanism may be related with the reduction of CA125 level and VEGF mRNA expression.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Naomai Shukang capsule(NMSKC)on mice acute cerebral ischemia model. Method: Kunming mice were divided into six groups:Naomia Shukang capsule groups(4.0,2.0,1.0 g·kg-1),model control group,positive medicine control groups(Huatuo Zaizao pill 2.67 g·kg-1,Nimodipine 0.02 g·kg-1).The mice acute cerebral ischemia model was established by rapid head-breaking method,and recorded the respiratory frequency and duration, the brain tissue was collected foe measurement of the contents of lactic acid (LD),lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), malondiadehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity. Result: Naomai Shukang capsule could significantly increase respiratory rate and prolong respiratory and reduce the contents of LA and MDA, and increase the activities of LDH and SOD in brain tissue. Conclusion: Naomai Shukang capsule has protective effects on acute cerebral ischemia injury in mice.  
摘要:Objective: To study the influences of Fufang Jiangzhi capsule(FFJZ) on inflammatory factor in blood of rats with experimental atherosclerosis. Method: Twenty-five male SD rats and 25 female SD rats were given high diet (4% cholesterol, 0.5% sodium tauroglycocholate, 0.2% propylthiouracil, 10% lard, 85.3% ordinary diet), then the rat AS model was established by injuring right common carotid artery and intramuscular injection of Vitamin D3.The rats were randomly divided into five groups as follows:model group (saline), positive group (lovastatin 7.48 mg·kg-1), FFJZ high dose group (53.34 g·kg-1), FFJZ medium dose group (26.67 g·kg-1), low dose group (13.33 g·kg-1), respectively, while control group (10 rats) was given ordinary diet. The cupsules were given by oral administration once a day, after that, specimens of blood and right common carotid artery were collected, indications including blood-lipid, Interleukin-6(IL-6), Interleukin-10(IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α)were examined along with histopathology studies and observation of the change of artery walls with microscopy. Result: After the intervention treatment of the capsule, the concentrations of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), IL-6 were decreased while the concentrations of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), IL-10 and TNF-α were increased. The formation of arterial wall plaque was reduced;the deposits of foam cells and lipid were shorten. Conclusion: FFJZ could dramatically decrease the concentrations of lipid in serum and reduce risk of the formation of AS plaque. The mechanism could be associated with the inflammation inhibition, protecting the function of vascular endothelial cells and suppressing the formation of AS plaque.  
摘要:Objective: To observe effects of Fuzi Lizhong decoction on content of ANP,expression of pGC mRNA and gastrointestinal dynamics in rats with spleen Yang deficiency syndrome. Method: Hundred clean grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,model group, Fuzi Lizhong decoction low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group 5 groups with 20 rats in each group. The control group was given ordinary diet while model group was administrated by incising brown adipose tissue(BAT), high fatty diet and cold enviroment stimulating. From the first day after incised BAT,model group was given high fatty diet for 3 weeks, and low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group were ig respectively with Fuzi Lizhong decoction (10, 20, 40 g·kg-1) based on model group, once a day for 3 weeks. On the first day after 3 weeks the activities of jejunum muscle was observed andcolon was collected to examine content of ANP by ELISA and expression of pGC mRNA by RT-PCR. Result: Compared with the control group, in the model group, content of ANP and expression of pGC mRNA reduced(P<0.05 or P<0.01),frequency of slow wave reduced significantly(P<0.01)while occurrence frequency of fast wave, maximum amplitude, spike burst per cluster increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01), both amplitude of longitudinal muscle contraction and amplitude of circular muscle contraction enhanced significantly(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, in high-dose group, content of ANP and expression of pGC mRNA increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).in middle-dose group frequency of slow wave increased(P<0.05) while occurrence frequency of fast wave, maximum amplitude, spike burst per cluster reduced(P<0.05 or P<0.01), in high-dose group frequency of slow wave increased significantly(P<0.01)while occurrence frequency of fast wave, maximum amplitude, spike burst per cluster reduced significantly(P<0.01), in middle-dose group amplitude of longitudinal muscle contraction reduced(P<0.05)while in high-dose group both amplitude of longitudinal muscle contraction and amplitude of circular muscle contraction reduced significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion: Fuzi Lizhong decoction could increase content of ANP and expression of pGC mRNA to restore gastrointestinal dynamics,meantime, regulate the reabsorption of water and NaCl,which perhaps is one of its mechanisms of improving symptoms of diarrhea.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of recombinant melittin on the glioma C6 cells and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1 (Flt-1) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in the cells. Method: Glioma C6 cells were separated into control group and 3 treatment groups, then 20, 50,80 mg·L-1 recombinant melittin was given. MTT method was used to evaluate the inhibitory effects of recombinant melittin with different doses after 24, 48,72 h on glioma C6 cell growth;the proteins expression of VEGF, Flt-1 and MMP-9 were determined by Western blot analysis. Result: Compared with control group, no significant change was found on glioma C6 cell growth after treated with recombinant melttin for 24 h in each treatment groups, but significantly inhibition of the glioma C6 cells proliferation was observed after treated with recombinant melttin for 48 h and 72 h in each groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The assay of Western blot showed that the proteins expression of VEGF, Flt-1 and MMP-9 in glioma C6 cells induced by recombinant melittin were significantly down-regulated when the cells were treated with 50, 80 mg·L-1 recombinant melittin for 72 h. Conclusion: Recombinant melittin can inhibit the glioma C6 cell growth and the expression of VEGF, Flt-1 and MMP-9 in the cells, so recombinant melittin maybe can inhibit the growth of glioma by affect expression of VEGF, Flt-1 and MMP-9.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of the compound Notogin Sengnano granules on blood brain barrier,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in rats after traumatic brain injury. Method: The trauma model were established according to the Feeney free-fall impact brain injury using adult male rats.The nine-six rats were divided into four groups:control group, model group, low-dose compound Notogin Sengnano granules group(0.6 g·kg-1)and high-dose compound Notogin Sengnano granules group(2.4 g·kg-1). The rats in each group were scored according to the ZeaLonga neural function score.At the 1, 3,5 d, blood samples were collected to detect detect(TNF-α) and IL-6 by ELISA.The brain tissue were collected for determination of water content. Result: Compared with control group,in model group the neural function defect score was increased,the brain water contents significantly increased,the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 content were increased. Compared with model group, in compound Notogin Sengnano gragules group, the neural function defect score, the brain water contents, TNF-α and IL-6 levels were decreased,significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion: The compound Notogin Sengnano granules can promote the recovery of neural function and reduce the content of the TNF-α and IL-6 in rats after the traumatic brain injury.  
摘要:Objective: To compare toxicities of Taxillus sutchuenensis from different hosts. Method: Acute toxicities were tested on T. sutchuenensis from six different host plants by measuring median lethal dose (LD50) or maximum tolerance dose (MTD). And on the bais of different hosts, ninety-eight mice were randomly divided into seven groups:the normal group, the Pyrus pyrifolia group, the P. salicina group, the Populus canadensis group, the Xylosma japonicum group, the Nerium indicum group, the Toxicodendron vernicifluum group. Except for normal group,the other mice were orally administered corresponding aqueous extracts 7.5 g·kg-1 once per day for four weeks. The indexes of serum alanine aminotransferase (AST),aspartate aminotransferase (ALT) and creatinine (Cr), urea nitrogen (BUN) were determined for evaluation. And the morphological changes of liver tissue and nephridial tissue were observed. Result: Herbs from N. indicum and T.vernicifluum were apparently toxicant. The one from N. indicum LD50 was 109.276 g·kg-1, with 95% confidence limit of 96.837-122.645 g·kg-1, and the other from T.vernicifluum LD50 was 77.286 g·kg-1, with 95% confidence limit of 66.891-89.296 g·kg-1. Herbs from other four hosts has no mice death. Compared with control group, T. sutchuenensis from N. indicum could raise mice's Cr index, and harmed their kidney but not obvious of other hosts. Conclusion: T. sutchuenensis from toxic hots were poisonous.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral administration and fumigation on knee osteoathritis after arthroscopy and the influence on tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) of synovial fluid. Method: Ninety patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45). Both groups were given arthroscopy. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment. Observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine oral administration, 1 dose each day, for 4 weeks. Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation was added in 5th days of postoperation, 2 times each day, for 14 days. Lysholm Knee function score and total symptom score were observed. patients with painful, swelling and joint mobility were in 1,3,7,10,14 day after treatment. The level of TNF-α, IL-1β of synovial fluid were tested. Result: The curative effect of observation group was superior to control group(P<0.01);patients with painful, swelling and joint mobility of both groups in 3 day were significantly improved than before(P<0.01);the degree of improvement of pain, swell and After the treatment of 7, 10, 14 days joint mobility of observation group was preceded than control group (P<0.01);the lysholm scores of observation group were obviously rison after treatment and higher than control group(P<0.01);total symptom scores of observation group were dramatic declined and lower than control group(P<0.01);the level of TNF-α, IL-1β of synovial fluid of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine oral administration and fumigation on knee osteoathritis after arthroscopy could improve patients with painful, swelling and joint mobility, promote functional recovery of joint function, enhance clinical effects. The mechanism of action may be related with the level of TNF-α and IL-1β of synovial fluid and is deserved further study.

摘要:Objective: The study the influence of Bushen Tiaopi fang on female climacteric syndrome (CS) glucolipid metabolism And endocrine level. Method: Eighty cases of CS patients were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) according to digital method. The patients in both groups took appropriate psychological counseling treatment and guidance on diet and exercise. Patients in control group took Tibolone Tablets, 2.5 mg/time, 1 time/day, orally. Patients in observation group took Bushen Tiaopi fang, 1 dose/day, 2 times/day, conventional water frying, treatment course 12 weeks. The KI scores of before and after the treatment of 4, 8 and 12 weeks were recorded. Levels of serum estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were detected before and after the treatment. The height, weight, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured, calculating body mass index (BMI) and waist-hip ratio (WHR). Fasting blood glucose (FBG) and fasting insulin (FINS) were detected, calculating the homeostasis insulin rate (HOMA-IR). Levels of serum Leptin (LP) and Adiponectin (APN) were measured. Result: The total effects of the observation group and control group were 92.5% and 87.5% respectively, which means no statistical significance from the differences between two groups. After the treatment, KI scores of two groups were significantly decreased, which also means no statistical significance from the differences between two groups at different points. E2 levels of two groups increased dramatically, which shows no statistical significance from differences between groups. Levels of FSH and LH significantly decreased after treatment, which shows no statistical significance from differences between groups. BMI and WHR of observation group were significantly decreased after the treatment and were lower than the control group (P<0.05). TG, TC and LDL-C of observation group were decreased after the treatment and were lower than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). HDL-C of observation group increased apparently and was higher than the control group (P<0.01). After treatment, FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR of observation group all reduced, which were lower than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Serum LP level of observation group was lower than the control group, while APN level was higher than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Bushen Tiaopi fang can improve the clinical symptoms and CS endocrine levels of CS patients, which has the similar effect as Tibolone Tablets. Bushen Tiaopi fang can also regulate glycolipid metabolism of CS patients.Its mechanism may be associated with increasing serum APN and decreasing LP level.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of orally taken Huoluo decoction with external using Dingxiang ointment in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) and its mechanism of action. Method: One hundred-ten patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=55) and control group(n=55). Both groups were given acupuncture treatment,the course of treatment was 10 days. The control group was given Vitamin B1 tablet orally, 50 mg/time,3 times/day, methylcobalamin, 0.5 mg/time, 3 times/day, diclofenac sodium dual release enteric-coated capsules, 75 mg/time,1 times/day. Taking paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride tablets orally when it is necessary. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The observation group was given oral Huoluo decoction,and external using Dingxiang ointment,treatment course 8 weeks. Pain relief degree by VAS, and calculate the pain decline index;record of quality of life (QOL) score before and after the treatment.Record the dosage in group of acetaminophen tramadol during the treatment.Test the level of T cell subsets and serum interleukin 6 (IL-6) and interleukin 2 (IL-2) before and after treatment. Result: The total effective rate of observation group on pain reduction index (95.54%) were lower than the control group (78.18%) (P< 0.05);the both groups using the VAS score were significantly decreased.The VAS scores of observation group were lower than the control group at the second,fourth and eighth week after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the level of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in observation group of was superior to the control group, the level of CD8was lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01); the level of IL-6 in the two groups were reduced(P<0.01), while the observation group was lower than control group (P<0.01);The level of IL-2 in the two groups were rising(P<0.01); while the observation group was higher than control group (P<0.01);the QOL scores of observation group was superior to the control group;the dosage in group of acetaminophen tramadol of observation group was less than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Using the Huoluo decoction taken orally with Dingxiang ointment can quickly reduce the relieve PHN pain symptoms and the dosage in group of acetaminophen tramadol, which improve the patients' life quality. The mechanism may be related to regulate immune function,reduce inflammation injury and promote the recovery of neural function.  
摘要:Objective: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined Yueju pill to study the clinical curative effect of add and subtract treatment on stable angina pectoris and its influence on blood lipids. Method: Eighty-six cases of patients were divided into control group (43 cases) and observation group (43 cases) according to the digital method randomly. Patients in both groups took conventional western medicine treatment, simvastatin tablets, 20 mg/time, 1 time/day. Based on the treatment of control group, patients in the observation group took add and subtract treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined Yueju pill, 1 dose/day, treatment course 12 weeks. Attack frequency, degree and last time of angina pectoris and the phlegm turbidity syndrome of blood stasis syndrome integral were recorded. Before and after treatment, levels of serum adiponectin (APN), von willebrand factor (vWF), hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were detected. Levels of serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were also detected. The electrocardiogram of patients was monitored every week. Result: The total effect of electrocardiogram curative effect in observation group (93.0%)was better than control group (76.7%) (P<0.05). The total effect of lipid-lowering effect in observation group (95.3%) was better than control group (79.1%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of blood lipids (TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C) of two groups were significantly improved, the improvement of TC and TG in the observation group is better than that of control group (P<0.01). The attack time and duration of angina in observation group were less than the control group (P<0.01).At the eighth and twelfth week after treatment, the phlegm turbidity syndrome score in observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.01). The two groups' level of serum APN were raised, while the observation group was higher than control group (P<0.01). The serum vWF and hs-CRP in both group decreased, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Add and subtract treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Yueju pill can reduce the attack time and duration of stable angina patients, relieving the phlegm turbidity syndrome score. It can also regulate lipid metabolism and improve the electrocardiogram. Its mechanism may be related to regulating APN, vWF, hs-CRP levels in order to reduce inflammation, improving endothelial function.

摘要:Objective: The purpose is to study the clinical efficacy and the influences on cellular immune function and angiogenesis correlation factor of Fuzheng Huadu Xiaoai decoction on middle-late stage patients of primary liver cancer. Method: Seventy-two cases of liver cancer patients in middle-late stage were randomly divided into control group and observation group each 36 cases,according to digital method.Two groups were both given symptomatic support treatment:PCB double ester 50 mg/time, 3 times/day, treatment course 3 months;Human blood albumin, 50 mL/second, 1 does/day, 7-10 consecutive days when necessary;tramadol hydrochloride zyban, 0.1 g/second, take orally when it is necessary, one take not more than 0.4 g Patients in observation group took Fuzheng Huadu Xiaoai decoction 1 dose/day, conventional water frying 2 times/day on the basis of the control group, treatment course 3 months. Serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP) level, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD+, CD4+/CD8+) level, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) level were measured. Liver function (ALT, AST, TBIL) was monitored. The cardinal symptom, physical sign score, change of life quality (KPS score) and survival rate (6 months and 12 months) were recorded. Result: The effective rate (increasing+stable) of life quality evaluation of the observation group was 86.1%, superior to 58.3% of the control group. The survival rate of 6 months and 12 months of observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The serum levels of ALT, AST, TBIL and AFP were lower than the control group (P<0.01).After treatment, the scores of fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, insomnia and abdominal distention of observation group were lower than control group (P<0.01). The levels of VEGF and MMP9 in peripheral blood were lower than the control group (P<0.01). The levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in observation group were higher than the control group, while CD8+ was lower than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Directed at primary liver cancer patients in middle-late stage, Fuzheng Huadu Xiaoai decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve liver function and the life quality of survival, reduce the levels of AFP, VEGF, MMP9 in peripheral blood and prolong lifetime of survival. Its mechanism may be related to improve patients' immune function and inhibit tumor angiogenesis.  
摘要:Objective: The purpose is to observe the curative effect of Penyanping decoction taken orally with Pudi decoction retention enema treatment on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(hot and damp stasis junction) and the influence on blood rheological and serum C reactive protein(CRP). Method: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases)by numeric table. Patients in control group were given daemonorops margaritae dispersible tablets, 4 pieces/time, 3 times/day, orally.Take the pills after the menstruation is end,treatment course 20 days;sophora suppository, 1 grain/time,1 times/day,after three days from the menstruation is clean,rectal administration,treatment course 10 days.Patients in observation group were given Penyanping decoction,1 dose/day,orally,2 times/day, conventional water frying about 200 mL each time and take it in the morning and evening.Taking it after the menstrual to be clean,treatment course 20 days.Pudi decoction retention enema:1 agent/day,after three days from the menstruation is clean,treatment course 10 days.Observe the both groups for three consecutive menstrual cycle.Record the humid heat and blood stasis syndrome score before and after the treatment.Detect the level of blood rheology indexes and CPR before and after the treatment.Evaluate the patients life quality with the world health organization quality of life measurement profile (WHOQOL-BREF). Result: The total effective rate of observation group on pain reduction index (91.66%) were superior to the control group (78.33%) (P<0.05). The heat and blood stasis syndrome score of observation group is lower than control group(P<0.01)at the fourth,eighth and twelfth week after treatment.The whole blood viscosity,whole blood reductive viscosity(high, medium and low),red blood cell aggregation index and plasma viscosity got obvious improvement after the treatment(P<0.01).The improvement of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.01).Serum CRP significantly decreased in observation group is less than control group(P<0.01). The dimension score and total score in life quality,health, daily activities and feel,the observation group is higher than control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of Penyanping decoction taken orally with Pudi fang retention enema treatment on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can improve clinical symptoms and local signs and improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the patient's blood state of thick, sticky, coagulation and sluggish,reduce inflammatory response,improve clinical curative effect, which deserves promoting in the clinical.  
摘要:Objective: The purpose is to study the curative effect of Zhilong Huoxue capsule on unstable angina (UA) and its influence on vascular endothelial function and platelet function. Method: Eighty cases of UA patients were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) according to digital method. Patients in both groups were given conventional treatment. Patients in control group took Fufang, 1.2 g·d-1, 3 times/day, orally. Patients in observation group took Zhilong Huoxue capsule, 1.2 g·d-1, 3 times/day, orally. Treatment course was 8 weeks. The condition of angina pain occurring was observed. The nitroglycerin dosage and the syndrome integral and Qi deficiency syndrome of blood stasis were recorded. Levels of flow mediated vasodilation (FMD), plasma endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO), von willebrand factor (vWF) and platelet α-membrane particles protein (GMP-140) were detected. Result: The total effective rate of observing group was 92.5%, superior to 72.5% of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram curative effect of observation group was 90.0%, superior to 75.5% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the anginal attacks and nitroglycerin consumption of observation group were less than the control group (P<0.01). The FMD and NO of observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.01), while the ET and vWF of observation group lower than the control group (P<0.01). GMP-140 level of observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.01). The Qi deficiency syndrome of blood stasis score of observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Zhilong Huoxue capsule can improve the UA patients' clinical symptoms and clinical curative effect and decrease the nitroglycerin dosage and the times of angina pain occurring. Its mechanism may be related to improve the function of vascular endothelium and platelet and thus improving vasodilatation function, microcirculation status and increasing myocardial oxygen supply.  
摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of Shuanghua Qingwei decoction on patients with chronic periodontitis and the effect on inflammatory factor and pathogenic bacteria. Method: Ninety-six patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=48) and control group (n=48).Both groups were given basic treatment. Control group was given roxithromycin capsules, 0.15 g each time, 2 times each day;tinidazole tablets, 1 g each time, 1 times each day. Shuanghua Qingwei decoction were added to observation group, 1 decoction each time, 2 times each day, all for 7 days. Local symptoms of periodontal were observed, including the gingival index(GI), plaque index(PLI), pocket depth(PD), sulcus bleeding index(SBI), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), prostaglandin E2(PGE2), interleukin count-6(IL-6). Polymerase chain reaction was used to test pathogenic bacteria, including actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans(Aa),porphyromonas gingivalis aeromonas(Pg), bacteroides forsythus(Tf). Result: The total effective rate of observation group (91.7%) was superior to control group (75.0%) (P<0.01);the scores of SBI, PLI, GI in observation group were lower than control group (P<0.01);the level of TNF-α, PGE2, IL-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01);the relevance ratio of Aa, Pg, Tf in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shuanghua Qingwei decoction can control inflammation level of CP patients, inhibit the content of periodontal pathogen, relieve the clinical symptoms of disease, enhance curative effect. It is worthy of clinical use.  
摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Huazhuo decoction on treating type 2 prediabetes (qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type). Method: One hundred and eleven patients with chronic pyelonephritis were randomly divided into observation group (n=56) and control group (n=55). Patients in the two groups were both treated with basis interventions, including diet, health, education and sports. Jieyu Huazhuo decoction was used in the observation group (one dose per day, 12 weeks as one cycle). Fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 h PBG), fasting insulin (FINS), 2 h postprandial insulin (2 h INS), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and blood lipids total cholesterol (TC), riglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C),low densith lipoprotein (LDL-C) were tested before and after treatment, the patient's body weight, waist and hip and TCM syndrome score were measured. The patient's outcome was follow-up. Result: After treatment, 15 cases in observation group (26.78%) have normal glucose metabolism, better than the control group (6 cases, 10.91%) (P<0.05). 7 cases in the observation group (12.5%) was converted to T2 DM, lower than the control group (17 cases, 30.91%) (P<0.05);After treatment FBG, 2 h PBG, HbA1c, FINS, 2 h INS of the patients in control group showed an upward trend, and the observation group index decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01). FBG, 2 hPBG, HbA1c, FINS, 2 hINS of observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01);BMI, weight, waist circumference and improment of WHR in observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05);TG, HDL-C of observation group were decreased after treatment (P<0.05);Scores of body fat, abdominal distension, nausea, irritability, dry stool and mouth waiting symptom of observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on the basis interventions, regulate glucose and lipid metabolism, improve clinical symptoms and signs, to prevent prediabetes into T2 DM have a certain effect.  
摘要:Objective: To observed the efficacy of Bushen Zhiyi decoction in treating children with nocturnal enuresis. Method: One hundred and thirty-four cases that met the criterion of children with nocturnal enuresis were selected, all subjects were divided randomly into two groups, treatment group (96 cases) and controlled group (38 cases). Treatment group was given Bushen Zhiyi decoction;Controlled group was given meclofenoxate hydrochloride capsules. The clinical effects, the main symptoms and signs before and after four weeks-treatment were observed recorded for comparative analysis. Result: The total effective rates of treatment group (92.71%) were obviously better than that of the controlled group (78.95%). Significant difference was showed (P<0.05), the treatment group much better than controlled group in improve symptoms of nocturnal enuresis. More significant difference was showed (P<0.01) in the field of relapse rate, the effect of treatment group is more obvious. Conclusion: Bushen Zhiyi decoction in treating children with nocturnal enuresis is safe and effective, and should be widely applied.

摘要:Objective: To observe clinical effect of Jianpi Xiaotang granule on prediabetic state. Method: One hundred and seventeen cases with diabetes mellitus(DM)were divided into treatment group of 59 cases and control group of 58 cases both groups received health education and life intervention treatment.The treatment group received Jianpi Xiaotang cranule and acarbose tablets and the control group was given the acarbose tablets.The treatment course lasted six months and the changes of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h plasma glucose(2 hPG),hermoglobins Alc(HbA1c), fasting inslulin(FINS),insulin resistance(IR),insulin sensitivity index(ISI), homeostasis model assessment-B(HOMA-B) was observed. Result: The levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c were reduced significantly(P<0.05),FPG, HbA1c was reduced more significantly(P<0.01).The levels of FINS and IR was reduced (P<0.05) compared with control group, was reduced significan tly(P<0.01).The levels of ISI and HOMA-B was improved(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Both Jianpi Xiaotang granule and acarbose can reduce the levels of the FINS,IRFPG,2 hPG,HbA1c and improve the levels of the ISI,HOMA-B.The reinforcing spleen and hypoglycemic granule significantly improve the pancreas islet functions.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the curative effect of Bushen Shugan decoction on mild to moderate level of depression in Parkinson disease (PD)with liver and kidney yin deficiency. Method: One hundred and nine PD patients were randomly assigned to the treated group and the control group. Both were treated according to the international medication guiding principle for PD treatment, and the treated group was administered with Bushen Shugan decoction additionally. The treatment course lasted for 9 consecutive months, and the end point was the end of the 9th month. The scores of unified Parkinson's disease rating scale (UPDRS), Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD), activities of daily living (ADL) and liver and kidney yin scale of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) were evaluated before treatment, every 3 months of the treatment and at the end point. Result: After treatment, UPDRS total scores and ADL scores in both groups showed a significant ascending trend at a slower rate in the treated group than in the control group;At the end point, the scores in the treatment group were lower than the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). After treatment, HAMD scores in both groups showed an descending trend in both groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups at the same period. After treatment, the TCM scores decreased in the treatment group while increased in the control group;At the end point, the TCM scores in the treatment group were much lower than the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: The recipe for Bushen Shugan decoction could improve the motor and depressive symptoms, as well as the liver and kidney yin deficiency symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, which could enhance PD patients' activities of daily life.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen capsule in treatment of influenza combined with bronchial pneumonia. Method: From February 2010 to February 2013, the patients with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with ribavirin, cefuroxime and other drug treatment, while patients in the treatment group were treated with Lianhua Qingwen capsule on the basis of the above treatment. The clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Result: In this study, two groups of patients after 2 weeks of active treatment, in thetreatment group 13 cases were cured, 16 cases markedly effective, the total effective rate was 90.63%;in the control group patients 10 cases recovered, 12 cases markedly effective, the total effective rate was 68.75%;the statistical analysis found that in the treatment group the total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group the the duration of clinical symptoms like fever, cough, shortness of breath was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The patients in the two groups during treatment had no hearing loss, acute kidney damage;1 patient in the treatment group had gastrointestinal discomfort, while patients in the control group had no adverse reactions, the statistical analysis of the incidence of adverse reaction showed no significant difference compared to control group. Conclusion: Lianhua Qingwen capsule has obvious anti-inflammatory against influenza virusin the treatment of influenza and pneumonia, and the safety is good.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with desloratadine in the treatment of senile skin pruritus. Method: This study in 2012 February-2013 year in February admitted to the senile pruritus patients with Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with desloratadine in the treatment and control group. Result: The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the treatment group patients improved significantly in terms of pruritus, frequency, duration, consciously itching severity, extent, dry skin lesions (P<0.05). In two groups patients during treatment did not appear systemic allergic rash and general discomfort and other adverse reactions.Six cases in the treatment group occurred skin flushing, with no burningand dryness. In the control group the occasional sleepiness, fatigue, dry mouth, but the symptom were slightr. Conclusion: The clinical effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with desloratadine in the treatment of senile skin pruritus is accurate, no serious adverse reaction was found, and it is worthy of clinical application  
摘要:Objective: To explore the safety and effecacy of Rhubarb and MECT in treatment of Schizophreni. Method: One hundred patients of schizophrenia from January 2010 to January 2013 were analyzed, all cases were randomly divided into experimental group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases). Treatment group was given combined therapy of rhubarb and MECT,the control group was given psychotic western medicine treatment. Result: The PANSS (total score, positive, negative, right and correct number) and WCST(last error number, complete the classification number, total number of responses) compared in post-treatment in groups (P<0.05).The score PANSS and WCST compared (P<0.05). The Hepatic function abnormal, leukopenia, comparison, cardiac arrhythmia, sleepiness, constipation comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined therapy of Rhubarb and MECT can improve the psychotic symptoms and execution ability, reduce the incidence of sleepiness and constipation.  
摘要:Objective: To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for arthromyodynia collected in the book of 〈The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary〉 by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system. Method: Collect the prescriptions used for arthromyodynia in the book of 〈The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary〉; analyze the composing principles by using data mining method after data entry. Result: Based on the analysis of 94 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed, 25 frequently-used couplet medicines, 40 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system can be used to enter, administrate, search and analyze the prescriptions and is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:The development of multidrug resistance (MDR) to conventional therapy is one of the most important obstacles that lead to the failure of clinical chemotherapy in treating cancers and has become an extremely urgent one to overcome. Chinese materia medica which is capable of circumventing MDR with minimal adverse side effects, curative effects and multiple targets is an attractive resource library and has aroused more and more concern. Chinese materia medica has the activity to reverse the MDR of wide variety of tumors through mediatation in drug delivery system, drug metabolic system and promotion of apoptosis.  
摘要:In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), a herb is often processed before it is used in clinic. The quality of the herb is thus heavily affected by how it is processed. ‘Perspiration’is an on-site processing method that has been used widely. This study reviews not only the origin of the perspiration but also the effect of the perspiration on herb quality, including water content, chemical ingredient composition, pharmacological effect and toxicity. It's suggested that during the perspiration, some enzymes could be activated or deactivated, which resulting in the changes of herb color and chemical ingredients.
