      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology of total flavonoids from Saussureae Involucratae Herba by macroporous resin. Method: Taking rutin as index ingredient,macroporous resin model was screened by static adsorption-elution test,single factor tests were adopted to investigate effects of sample amount,sample flow rate,elution rate and other factors on purification technology of total flavonoids from Saussureae Involucratae Herba. Result: X-5 macroporous resin showed the best separation efficiency by compared with other resins,its optimum purification technology were as follows:the concentration of sample solution 50 g·L-1,sample volume of 6 BV,adsorption rate of 3 BV·h-1,washed impurities with 3 BV of water,removed other purities with 6 BV of 20% ethanol,eluted with 5 BV of 40% ethanol,elution velocity of 3 BV·h-1,collected 40% ethanol eluent; After purified, the content of rutin increased from 1.07% in extract to 12.14% in ethanol eluent. Conclusion: X-5 macroporous resin could purify total flavonoids from Saussureae Involucratae Herba.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Qidan granules. Method: Taking tanshinone ⅡA content,salvianolic acid B content and dry extract rate as indexes,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize alcohol extraction process with extraction times,the concentration and consumption of ethanol as factors;With dry extract rate and extracting amount of astragaloside as indexes,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of the amount of water,boiling time and decocting times on water extraction process.Contents of astragaloside,salvianolic acid B and tanshinone ⅡA were determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum alcohol extraction conditions were as follows:extracted twice with six times the amount of 60% ethanol,extraction time of 2,1 h;Dry extract rate was 41.04%,mass fraction of salvianolic acid B and tanshinone ⅡA were 1.215% and 0.599%,respectively.Optimum water extraction conditions were as follows:decocted twice with ten times the volume of water,1.5 h per time;Extracting amount of astragaloside was 3.408 mg·g-1,dry extract rate was 43.37%. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable and feasible,which could provide a reference for rational development of Qidan granules.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction process of triptolide from Tripterygium wilfordii. Method: With yield of triptolide as index,response surface methodology was adopted to optimize extraction technology by taking material-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction time and ultrasonic temperature as factors.HPLC was adopted to determine the content of triptolide with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(33:67) and detection wavelength at 218 nm. Result: Optimal extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 1:12,ethanol concentration 70%,extraction temperature at 35 ℃,extraction time 30 min;under these conditions,yield of triptolide was 0.037 9 mg·g-1,which was close to the predicted value(0.038 6 mg·g-1). Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was stable and reliable,which had obvious advantages by comparing with conventional reflux extraction method.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of compound lobelia injection by synergistic action of cellulase and ultrasonic method. Method: Under these established ultrasonic conditions,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of enzyme dosage,enzymolysis time,pH and temperature on yield of scutellarin in compound lobelia injection.The content of scutellarin was determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum technology conditions were as follows:enzymolysis temperature at 40 ℃,pH of 6.0,cellulase dosage 1 g(6.7 mg·g-1),enzymolysis time 30 min;Under these conditions,the concentration of scutellarin in compound lobelia injection was 4.68 g·L-1,which was significantly more than 1.34 g·L-1 through decocting technology contained in registration standards,3.84 g·L-1 through single ultrasonic extraction and 2.26 g·L-1 through single cellulose extraction. Conclusion: Compared with the original extraction method contained in registration standards,synergistic action of cellulase and ultrasonic method had advantages of high extraction efficiency,less production cost and shorter production duration,etc.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Physalis Calyx Seu Fructus fruit and investigate antioxidant activity of its extract. Method: With extraction amounts of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids as index,orthogonal test and single factor tests were employed to optimize ethanol extraction process of Physalis Calyx Seu Fructus fruit by taking ethanol concentration,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio as factors,and antioxidant activity of extract was investigated by observing its ability of scavenging ABTS free radical. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows:extracted twice with 20 times the amount of 85% ethanol,0.5 hour per time;Average extraction amounts of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids were 0.618,1.152 mg·g-1 with RSD of 1.66% and 1.19%,respectively. Conclusion: It was reasonable to optimize extraction technology by taking pharmacodynamics test as index,Physalis Calyx Seu Fructus fruit had a certain in vitro antioxidant activity.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrafiltration purification technology parameters of Gegen Qinlian extract. Method: With composite score of transfer rates of puerarin,baicalin,berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhetate as index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize purification technology of Gegen Qinlian extract by taking ultrafiltration pressure,liquid temperature and solvent amount as factors. Result: Hollow-fiber membrane with 5000 relative molecular weight had better separation efficiency as others,optimum ultrafiltration technology parameters were as follow:ultrafiltration pressure 0.025 MPa,liquid temperature 40 ℃,2 times the amount of solvent;Transfer rates of puerarin,baicalin,berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhetate were 82.78%(RSD 2.76%),88.63%(RSD 1.43%),89.75%(RSD 2.52%),59.91%(RSD 1.97%). Conclusion: Hollow-fiber membrane could be selectively used in purification of liquid,it could increase retention rate of active ingredient in Gegen Qinlian extract.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize clarification process of water extract of Daphne giraldii leaves by ZTC 1+1-Ⅱ type clarifying agent. Method: With retention rate of daphnetin and solid removal rate as indexes,single factor tests were adopted to optimize clarification process by taking extract concentration,reaction temperature,stirring speed,bath soaking time,adding order and amount of clarifying agents as factors.HPLC was adopted to determine the content of daphnetin with detection wavelength at 327 nm and mobile phase of methanol-0.5% acetic acid(25:75). Result: Optimal clarification process was as follows:concentrated water extract to 0.1 g·mL-1,reaction temperature at 80 ℃,added 6% of B component,then added 3% of A component,stirring speed of 100 r·min-1,bath soaking time for 10 minutes;Under these conditions,retention rate of daphnetin and solid removal rate were 74.29% and 38.80%,respectively. Conclusion: Clarification effect of ZTC 1+1-Ⅱ type clarifying agent for water extract of D. giraldii leaves is effective,and this optimized process was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total saponins from Vaccariae Semen. Method: With dry powder yield and the mass fraction of total saponins as comprehensive evaluation index,orthogonal tests were adopted to optimize ultrasonic and ethanol reflux extraction processes by taking extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic power,ethanol concentration and extraction times as factors. Result: Optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follows:extracted twice with 15 times the amount of 70% ethanol under 640 W,20 minutes per time;Dry powder yield and the mass fraction of total saponins were 7.34% and 10.92%,respectively.Optimum ethanol reflux extraction technology was as following:extracted twice with 14 times the amount of 60% ethanol under micro-boiling state,2 h per time;Dry powder yield and the mass fraction of total saponins were 7.17% and 9.01%,respectively. Conclusion: Ultrasonic assisted extraction method was better than ethanol reflux extraction method for total saponins from Vaccariae Semen,which were stable and reliable.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrafine grinding technology for cell wall disruption of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis. Method: With particle size,cell wall-broken rate and the content of total polysaccharides as comprehensive evaluation index,L16(43×26) orthogonal test was adopted to optimize ultrafine grinding process by taking grinding time,amount and particle size into mill,grinding temperature and moisture content of materials as factors. Result: Optimum grinding process was as follows:particle size into mill 80 mesh,moisture content of materials 4%-6%,materials amount into mill 250 g,grinding temperature 0-10 ℃,grinding time 25 min;Average powder yield was 96.1%(RSD 0.24%),average yield of particle size<75 μm was 96.8%(RSD 0.28%),average cell wall-broken rate was 98.3%(RSD 0.78%),average mass fraction of total polysaccharides was 42.2%(RSD 2.85%). Conclusion: This optimized process was reasonable and stable,which provided experimental data for clinical effective application of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare high purity of hypericin by polymer nanospheres. Method: Hypericin extract was enriched by PEK nanospheres,then PDCX nanospheres further purification,high-purity of hypericin was prepared by ODS column,single factor tests were adopted to optimize purification technology.HPLC was employed to determined the content of hypericin with mobile phase of methanol-0.006 mol·L-1 Na2HPO4(7:1,added H3PO4 adjusted pH to 6.5)and detection wavelength of 590 nm. Result: Static saturated adsorption capacity of PEK nanospheres for hypericin was 8.5 mg·g-1 with elution ratio of 89.6%,after extract was enriched by PEK nanospheres column,purity of hypericin was 3.2% with recovery rate of 89.9%;Purity of hypericin was 33.0% through PDCX nanospheres chromatography,recovery rate was 80.1%;Hypericin with a purity of 91.6% was obtained by ODS column chromatography,recovery rate was 86.7%. Conclusion: This preparation process was efficient and economical,which was suitable for separation and purification of hypericin and other unstable ingredients.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of children Jianpi ointments by central composite design-response surface methodology. Method: Extraction technology of children Jianpi ointments was optimized by taking water volume and extraction time as independent variables,overall desirability value of extract yield and the content of hesperidin as evaluation index;Central composite design was adopted to design a two factors-five levels table and conduct test-screening,then quadratic polynomial fitting and depicting of 3D-response surface were performed,extraction process was selected by response surface methodology. Result: Optimal extraction technology was as follows:extracted twice with 21-folds of water,160 min per time.Under these conditions,average yield of hesperidin was 13.245 mg·g-1,average extract yield was 42.37%,bias between the observed and predicted value was 1.429%. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible,which could be as production process of children Jianpi ointments.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a determination for total alkaloids in Atalantia buxifolia and optimize its extraction process. Method: The content of total alkaloids was determined by acid dye-colorimetry,taking Buxifoliadine-B as index ingredient,detection wavelength was set at 410 nm.Effects of ethanol concentration,ethanol volume,extracting time and times on extraction amount of total alkaloids were investigated by orthogonal test. Result: The content of Buxifoliadine-B had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.034-0.34 g·L-1,recovery was (99.16±1.81)%.Optimum extraction process was reflux extracted twice with 10 times the amount of 80% ethanol for 1.5 h per time;Under these conditions,extraction amount of total alkaloids was 4.88 mg·g-1. Conclusion: This determination for total alkaloids in A. buxifolia and optimized extraction process were reasonable and practicable.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of processing methods on contents of active ingredients from Angelicae Sinensis Radix. Method: The content of volatile oil was determined by steam distillation;HPLC was adopted to determine the content of ferulic acid with mobile phase of methanol-1% acetic acid(45:55) and detection wavelength at 321 nm;The content of total tannins was determined by phosphotungstomolybdate acid-casein colorimetry. Result: Processing could decrease contents of volatile oil and ferulic acid in Angelicae Sinensis Radix,orders of them were crude Angelicae Sinensis Radix(0.683%,0.075%) >fried Angelicae Sinensis Radix with wine(0.590%,0.068%) >stir-baked Angelicae Sinensis Radix with soil(0.397%,0.024%) >carbonized Angelicae Sinensis Radix(0.125%,0.012%);The content of total tannins was in order of carbonized Angelicae Sinensis Radix(0.702%) >stir-baked Angelicae Sinensis Radix with soil(0.491%) >crude Angelicae Sinensis Radix(0.352%) >fried Angelicae Sinensis Radix with wine(0.339%). Conclusion: Different processing methods had a certain effects on contents of active ingredients from Angelicae Sinensis Radix.

      摘要:Objective: To explore chemical composition in yellow hairs of rhizome of Cibotii Rhizoma and its material basis for topical hemostatic effect. Method: Chemical composition in yellow hairs of rhizome of Cibotii Rhizoma was extracted by ultrasound,Soxhlet's extractor and reflux methanol extraction technologies,each extract was determined by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS for qualitative analysis,mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-water(B) gradient elution(0-5 min,5%-55% A;5-7 min,55%-85% A;7-15 min,85%-100% A;15-20 min,100% A),detection wavelength was 254 nm,scanning range of m/z from 100 to 1 000,desolvation gas temperature at 350 ℃,volume flow of desolvation gas was 9 L·min-1,spray pressure was 2.4×105 Pa,capillary voltage was 4 000 V. Result: A total of 50 compounds were checked out by these three methods,38 compounds out of them were recommended for molecular formula and name.Eight compounds of Number 32-39 should be a series of triacylglycerols homologues. Conclusion: Relative molecular weight was concentrated within 200-800,including vegetable oils(triacylglycerols),organic acids,organic acid esters,alkaloids,flavonoids,polyphenols,glycosides and so on,triacylglycerols of which may be the main ingredient in yellow hairs of rhizome of Cibotii Rhizoma.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze and compare the chemical constituent of the liposoluble content from different parts of Cinnamomum camphora. Method: The liposoluble content from different parts of Cinnamomum camphora was extracted by petroleum ether and then analyzed by GC-MS. The compounds were quantitatively determined by normalization method. Result: Ten, thirteen and nineteen compounds were identified from branch, leaf and bark respectively. The major chemical constituents of branch were phytol 49.64%, α-terpineol 7.86% and nerolidol 7.50%. The major chemical constituents of leaf were phytol 62.37% and nerolidol 10.98%. The major chemical constituents of bark were α-terpineol 13.45%, phytol 8.10%, hexadecanoic acid 7.75%, eugenol 6.82%, (Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid, methyl ester 5.90% and methyl hexadecanoate 5.41%. Conclusion: The results will provide foundation for further exploitation and use of Cinnamomum camphora.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents and antibacterial activity of essential oil from the flowers of Wedelia trilobata. Method: The essential oil from the flowers of W. trilobata was extracted by steam distillation. The components of the essential oil were separated and identified by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). Its antibacterial activity against six species of strains (Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis, Pediococcus, Sarcina lutea, Staphylococcus) was evaluated by microdilution method. Result: 61 chromatographic peaks were detected and 57 components were identified and accounted for 92.92% of all the peak area. The essential oil showed well inhibitory activities against B. subtilis and S. lutea, with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 0.39 and 0.78 mg·L-1, respectively. Conclusion: The essential oil was extracted and the chemical constituents were identified for the first time, and found that is rich in diversity of sesquiterpenes. This study provides experimental evidence for the further research and exploitation of W. trilobata.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a quantitative method of quantitative analysis of multi-component with a single-marker (QAMS) for the content determination of flavonoid glycosides in Ginkgo biloba extract. Method: According to the operating method in the Pharmacopoeia, quercetin was used as the internal standard, the response factors of kaempferol, isorhamnetin and quercetin were respectively measured under a fixed ratio and different ratios of orthogonal design to calculate the relative correction factor, the relative correction factors were established after investigating the related influencing factors. In the content determination of the samples, the relative correction factor were used to calculate the content of kaempferol and isorhamnetin. The content of flavonoid glycosides was determined by kaempferol, isorhamnetin and quercetin. The results of the QAMS method were verified by comparing with the external standard method. Result: The relative correction factors of kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 1.020 and 1.033 respectively;RSD was 1.23%,1.03% respectively, demonstrating good reproducibility. Two methods did not show significant difference in results. Conclusion: The relative correction factors and the QAMS methods for the content determination of flavonoid glycosides in Ginkgo biloba extract were accurate and reliable. This method is suitable for routine, multi-batch content determination of flavonoid glycosides in Ginkgo biloba extract, bringing the convenience to the actual content determination, and has good practical value.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an analysis method of simultaneously determining [luteolin-7-O-gentibioside (LGT), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (LGCOP), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (LGCRP), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (AGCOP), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (AGCRP), luteolin (LI) and apigenin (AGI)] in Kudiezi injection by RP-HPLC-DAD. Method: 0.05% formic acid-acetonitrile and 0.05% formic acid-water as the mobile phase, chromatographic column was Waters Symmetry C18(3.9 mm×150 mm, 4.6 μm) in gradient elution mode with velocity:1 mL·min-1, column temperature 35 ℃, detection wavelength of 340 nm. Result: There were perfect chromatogram with good separation. All the 7 calibration curves showed a good linear relationship. The recoveries were 99.0%-101.5%, according to the requirement. The developed method was successfully applied for the simultaneous determination of the 7 components (LGT,LGCOP,LGCRP,AGCOP,AGCRP,LI,AGI). After the determination of 8 batch of Kudiezi injection, the content of 7 flavonoids was in 0.157 9-103.4 mg·L-1. Conclusion: The method is convenient, specific, and can be used for the flavonoids constitutes quality control of Kudiezi injection.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the effects on the content of militarine and extracts in herb Rhizoma Bletillae by different processing methods. Method: Several methods such as direct slices, slices after boiling and slices after steaming have been adopted to concoct Bletillae Rhizoma. The content of militarine and the extract were determined using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and extract content assay. Result: Different processing methods have different effect on the content of militarine and extract of Bletillae Rhizoma. Conclusion: Based on the content of militarine and extract, the best concoct method is slice after steaming.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of extracts from Desmodium sequax. Method: By establishing α-glucosidase inhibitory model in vitro, the activity of petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract from D. sequax was screened. Result: Three extracts from D. sequax showed good inhibitory activity, which showed far greater activity than that of acarbose (IC50=1 103.01 mg·L-1). Petroleum ether extract (DSPE) had the highest inhibitor activity (IC50=45.16 mg·L-1). α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of ethyl acetate extract (DSEA) and methanol extract (DCME) had concentration-dependent. Conclusion: Three extracts had more significant α-glucosidase inhibitory activity and great development and application value.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method to determine related substances and content in Glycyrrhizia uralensis of ammonium glycyrrhizinate. Method: HPLC was adopted for the determination. The separation was performed on Ecosil-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),column temperature at 30 ℃ with mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution(pH=7.0)-acetonitrile(80:20). The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1 with its detection at 250 nm. Result: Related substances and degraded substances were completely separated from ammonium glycyrrhizinate,the least detective range was 1.52 ng, the least quantification range of 4.23 ng. The content was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.025 6-0.409 9 g·L-1(r=0.999 9).The precision in a day is good (RSD 0.60%). The average recovery was 99.51%(n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific and sensitiveness for the determination of ammonium glycyrrhizinate related substances and its content.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of aurantioobtusin,aloe-emodin,rhein,chrysoobtusin,obtusin,emodin,chrysophanol,physcion in Jiangzhiling tables. Method: The separation was performed on a Phenomsil-C18 ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with the gradient elution of acetonitrile-water of 0.1% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength at 284 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result: Aurantioobtusin,aloe-emodin,rhein,chrysoobtusin,obtusin,emodin,chrysophanol,physcion had good linearity in the ranges of 0.10-0.50,0.066-0.33,0.037-0.19,0.019-0.093,0.028-0.14,0.24-1.2,0.11-0.55,0.17-0.87 μg.repectively. The average recoveries of matters were 97.0%-102.9%, with RSDs of the recoveries were less than 2.0%. Conclusion: The developed method is rapid,accurate with high repeatability and stability,which is helpful to meet the content determination requirements of Jiangzhiling tables.

      摘要:Objective: To identify the volatile compounds in Coriopsis ticntoria. Method: Volatile compounds from C. ticntoria were isolated by headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and identified and quantified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A quantitative analysis in percent was performed by peak area normalization measurements. Fifty-four peaks in C. ticntoria were detected respectively. Species of chemical componens were identified by GC-MS. Result: The content of the identified compounds extracted from C. ticntoria was 95.88% of the total volatile substances, 3-carene, 1,3,8-p-menthatriene, D-limonene, verbenol, carvone were the most abundant volatile compounds released from C. ticntoria. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, which could be used for determination of volatile compounds in C. ticntoria.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC fingerprint for the different compatibility proportion in Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma. Method: Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted;the mobile phase was acetonitrile (A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 267 nm (0-13 min), 258 nm (13-20 min), 230 nm (20-45 min), 254 nm (45-100 min). Result: An HPLC fingerprint for the different compatibility proportion in Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma was developed. A total of 18 chromatographic peaks and 9 chromatographic peaks were identified. Through studying 5 proportion of fingerprint of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, the main components of two herbs belonging were preliminary identified. Conclusion: This method is dependable, simple and practical, and it may be used to identify component and control quality of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.

      摘要:Objective: Study on a specific and sensitive determination method of the total organic acid. Method: It has been developed the method that by citric acid as index based on the formation of hydroximic acid from the organic acid in the presence of dlcyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) and hydroxylamine perchlorate (HAP) as well as the formation of purple ferric hydroxamate from hydroximic acid in the presence of acidic ferric perchlorate solution in Pinellia pedatisecta. Result: A determination method has established by optimization of conditions. Through the study methodology, approach was consistent with requirements determination:citric acid has a good linear relationship between the concentrations and the absorbance of schaftoside in the ranges of 0.078-0.390 g·L-1(r=0.999 8), and the average recovery was 99.91% (RSD 1.32%, n=9). Conclusion: The performance of the method was convenient, sensitive and has a good reproducibility, and can be used to determination of the organic acids in Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprint and quantitative analysis of 4 component from extract of Rosa davurica from different producing areas. Method: With an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), gradient elution was performed by mobile phase of 0.5% formic acid-acetonitrile-methanol-tetrahydrofuran; detection wavelength was sat at 370 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. The data calculation was performed with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (Version 2004A). Result: 10 common peaks were found from 18 batches of R. davurica extract HPLC fingerprint, of which 4 peaks were confirmed. Fingerprint provides a scientific similarity of each batch of samples higher than 0.9. Conclusion: This method provides basis for controlling the quality of extract of R. davurica.

      摘要:Objective: To study chemical constituents of Gnaphalium affine. Method: The ethyl acetate extract part was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20.The compounds isolated chemical structures were identified by their spectral data (1H-NMR,13C-NMR). Result: Nine compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract portion. They were identified as n-tetratriacontanol (1),paoriscabratine (2),glyceryl monopalmitate (3),9,16-dioxo-10,12,14-octadeca-trienoic acid(4),tithoniamide B(5),corchoionol C (6),daucosterol (7),2,3,5,4'-tetrahydtoxysilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8). Conclusion: Compound 3 was isolated from the genus Gnaphalium for the first time and compounds 1, 2, 4-6, 8 were isolated from the family Compositae for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To determine and compare the dehydroeffusol(DHE) content in rush pith and cortex of Juncus effusus collected in 2 places and different time. Method: The content of dehydroeffusol was determined by HPLC.An Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was employed, the mobile phase of MeOH-H2O(57:43) was used at the flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1 and the signal was detected at 270 nm. Result: The content of DHE in pith was significantly higher than that in cortex in the same period;the difference of DHE contents given by the 2 producing areas increased with time;despite the cortex of J. effusus was contained little DHE per gram, it roughly contributed as much as DHE which contributed by the pith in the whole plant. Conclusion: The quality of J. effusus in 2 places have large differences.

      摘要:Objective: Study on the regularity oftriptolidedissolution in Qingluo Tongbi decoction to find the chemical basis related to Tripterygium wilfordii compatibility for attenuation. Method: Concentrations of triptolide in Qingluo Tongbi decoction and T. wilfordii combination groups were determined by HPLC binding component-knockout and forluma combination approach.Total components in T. wilfordii, T. wilfordii decoction, combined application of T. wilfordi and Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma as well as T. wilfordii and Sinomenii Caulis were analyzed to find the dissolution difference of marjor elements between the combination groups. Result: The concentrations of triptolide werein the order under the same dose of T. wilfordii: the whole recipe exclude Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma> the whole recipe exclude Sinomenii Caulis> whole recipe exclude Rehmanniae Radix> the whole recipe exclude Bombyx Batryticatus> the whole recipe; T. wilfordii and Sinomenii Caulis> T. wilfordii> T. wilfordii and Rehmanniae Radix> T. wilfordii and Bombyx Batryticatus> T. wilfordii and Radix Notoginseng et Rhizoma. The statistics analysis showed that Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma significantly reduced the dissolving action of triptolide (P<0.05) while Sinomenii Caulis promoted its dissolution(P<0.05). The dissolubility rules of T. wilfordii in different groups based on total components analysis were in accord with that above. Conclusion: Based on the dissolution changes of chemical components of T. wilfordii due to compatibility in Qingluo Tongbi decoction, it could be preliminarily inferred that T. wilfordii induced toxicity could be decreased by combination of T. wilfordii and Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma while increased when T. wilfordii and Sinomenii Caulis were used simultaneously, which provided exprimental basis of T. wilfordii combinations for attenuationin clinical therapy.

      摘要:Objective: To study the synthesis and in vitro anti-cancer activity of new curcumin derivatives. Method: Three new curcumin derivatives were synthesized using anti-tumor ingredients of Shiquandabu Wan as starting materials. Our idea was enlightened by the ‘combination principle’ in drug discovery. The curcumin derivatives anti-tumor activities were evaluated on the HT-29, Bel-7402, HepG2 and Hela human cancer cell lines and their toxicities were evaluated on MDCK (madin-darby canine kidney cell lines). Result: Compound 4 and CU-T displayed more antiproliferative activities on these cancer cells than their starting materials; IC50 values were similar to DDP's, while curcumin derivatives showed much lower toxicity on MDCK cell than DDP. Conclusion: It is feasible to discover high-effect and low-toxicity lead compounds from classic formulas via combination principle.

      摘要:Objective: An preliminary study on antioxidant activity of Turnip seed polysaccharide was carried out through radical scavenging experiment in vitro. Method: Several methods include degreasation, water extraction, deproteinization, decolorization and alcohol precipitation were adopted to extract polysaccharide. Four common of antioxidant activity in vitro testing methods were selected,namely scavenging DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical and total reducing ability, to measure the antioxidant capacity of Turnip seed polysaccharide, and ascorbic acid Vit C(Vc) was selected as the positive control. Result: Turnip seed polysaccharide have a certain amount of antioxidant activity,and the extraction rate of is 2.34%. The antioxidant capacity of polysaccharide and its concentration have good dose-effect relationship. Besides, higher concentration can enhance the antioxidant activity. Meanwhile, Turnip seed polysaccharide has strong total reduction ability, but relatively weak superoxide anion radical scavenging capacity. Conclusion: The experiments show that Turnip seed polysaccharide has natural antioxidant capacity, and using turnip seed as raw materials to develop multi-functional carbohydrate foods will have a more realistic practical significance.

      摘要:Objective: To study the isolation and identification of Fungi in Medicated Leaven. Method: Using streak plate method and the hyphal tip purification methods to isolate fungi from Medicated Leaven, and using biological microscope microscopic method to identify morphology study, along with DNA sequencing for molecular identification. Result: There strains were identified three strains of fungi were Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium chrysogenum and Cladosporium fungus by morphology and molecular biology identification. The Aspergillus and P. chrysogenum fermentation of medicated leaven, it smells and trait similarity and traditional fermentation. C. fungus fermentation of medicated leaven produce rotting smell, its characters is also great different from traditional fermented difference. Conclusion: The results provide material basement for further studies related to Medicated Leaven.

      摘要:Objective: To identify an unknown broken plant sample. Method: In this work,the method included macroscopical identification, microscopic identification, DNA barcoding identification was used. Using the DNA barcoding identification technology, DNA extraction, PCR amplification and sequencing, ITS sequence data were analyzed by three methods about the Blast comparison method, specific point method, system development method. Result: The unknown sample is the seeds of family umbrelliferae plant Foeniculum vulgare Mill. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine authentication technology can solve the species identification problem of unknown sample in the actual work. DNA barcoding technology provide a new method for TCM authentication and play an important role of the identification of unknown sample.

      摘要:Objective: To study the intestines absorption mechanism of salidroside using signal-pass perfusion model in rats. Method: After one-way intestinal perfusion model of rat in situ was set up, by taking phenolsulfonphthalein as a marker, the absorption of salidroside in small intestine under conditions of different concentrations, segments, and pH values was studied respectively. Result: Salidroside was much stable in Krebs-Ringer(K-R) solution, pH value was 5.5-8.0. No significant difference of Peff value was found in different concentrations of salidroside at different intestine segments, which showed that there was no obvious change in absorption of salidroside in rat small intestine and no inhibition due to different concentrations and the absorption of salidroside mainly was complied with the passive diffusion. The Peff and Ka values of intestinal perfusion showed that the absorption of salidroside in duodenum, jejunum, and colon were better than that of ileum. Conclusion: Salidroside absorption in rat intestine is mainly by passive diffusion, and is easily absorbed in the intestine.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the role of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPK) signal pathway in the course of visfatin inducing human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC) to secrete tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and the effect of Dingxin recipe (DXR) containing serum. Method: Rats were treated with DXR to prepare DXR containing serum methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) method was used to detect the proliferation of HUVEC and the contents of TNF-α a derived from HUVEC culture supernatant were detected by the method of ELISA and the protein expression of p38 MAPK and p-p38 MAPK in HUVEC lysate were detected by the method of Western blotting incorporated into vistation and final concentration 5% DXR containing blood serum, respectively after exerting into different concentration Risfation(0,50,100,200 μg·L-1) in different time points(0, 6, 12, 24, 48 h). Result: Compared with the control group, Visfatin(100 μg·L-1) could significantly decrease the proliferation of HUVEC and increase the TNF-α contents in HUVEC cultural supernatant. Meanwhile, it could increase p-p38 MAPK protein expression at 24 hours. Compared with the visfatin group, DXR(5%) containing serum could decrease the TNF-α contents in HUVEC cultural supernatant, at the same time, it could restrain p-p38 MAPK expression in HUVEC. Conclusion: The p38 MAPK signal pathway plays an important role in HUVEC injury induced by visfatin, the protective mechanism of DXR containing serum is related to the p38 MAPK signal pathway in endothelial cells.

      摘要:Objective: To assess the effect of different polarity extracts from Psychotria rubra on learning and memory abilities of mice. Method: P. rubra was extracted by 95% ethanol, and then was extracted by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and butanol respectively. The dose of different polar extracts and piracetam was 200, 120 mg·kg-1,respectively. Effect of different polarity extracts from P. rubra on learning and memory abilities was tested in the mice model caused by chlorpromazine hydrochloride, sodium nitrite, ethanol and scopolamine,respectively, and screened the active part of P. rubra. Result: Extracts from P. rubra could prolonged latency and decreased error frequency of mice. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate extracts and the water extracts of P. rubra can improve the learning and memory abilities and the ethyl acetate extract may be an active part.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of different extracts from Eurotium cristatum in vitro. Method: The petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts from E. cristatum were attained by the extraction method of the methanol extract of the E.cristatum. The antioxidant activity of E.cristatum was evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical and (ABTS) radical scavenging assay with vitamin C(VC) as the positive control. Result: The petroleum ether extract from E. cristatum showed significant DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity,with 50% inhibition concentration(IC50) values of 0.078,0.083 g·L-1, respectively,the positive control VC showed IC50 values of 0.032,0.024 g·L-1, respectively.The ethyl acetate extract exhibited modest radical scavenging activity against DPPH and ABTS radicals,with IC50 values of 0.21,0.13 g·L-1, whereas the n-butanol extract did not display noticeable in vitro activity against above-mentioned radicals. Conclusion: The petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts from E. cristatum showed significant antioxidant activity.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of the different extracts from modified Siwu Siteng decoction (TFT-I, TFT-Ⅱ) on acute gouty arthritis in rats induced by monosodium urate crystals. Method: SD rats were divided into normal group,model group, positive medicine diclofenac sodium group(0.007 g·kg-1),TFT-I low and high dose group (1.24, 2.48 g·kg-1), TFT-Ⅱlow and high dose group(1.48,2.96 g·kg-1). The treatment groups were given corresponding drugs for 7 days. At 5th day monosodium urate method was used to establish model. Gaits of rats were observed at 24 h after modeling. Ankle joints' swelling degree at different time points after modeling was measured by paper tape. Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) levels were monitored by ELISA. Prostaglandine-2 (PGE2) levels were monitored by the principle of isomer. Result: Compared with normal group (0.07±0.01)cm, in model group, ankle joint swelling reached peak(0.52±0.02)cm at 8 h (P<0.05), and IL-1β, COX-2 and PGE2 levels were increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, TFT-I could significantly improve gaits of rats (P<0.05), reduced ankle joints' swelling and the IL-1β,COX-2 and PGE2 level of rats' joint tissue (P<0.01). TFT-Ⅱ had no significant effect on swell improvement and inflammation factors inhibition. Conclusion: TFT-I has remarkable efficacy on symptom improvement in acute gouty arthritis rat induced by monosodium urate crystals, which may be related to its inhibiting IL-1β, COX-2 and PGE2 levels.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Shaohuang Anchang decoction (SAD) on Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88)/nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) in colonic mucosa of rats with ulcerative colitis(UC), and to explore its possible mechanism. Method: The rat UC model was induced by trinitro-benzene-sulfonic acid (TNBS)/anhydrous alcohol.The SD rats were randomized into the normal group, model group, SAD low-dose group, SAD middle-dose group, SAD high-dose group (4.5,9,18 g·kg-1)and the Mesalazine group(5 g·kg-1), with 10 in each. Since the 2nd day of modeling,corresponding medications were respectively administered to each treatment group by gastrogavage for 10 successive days.Disease activity index (DAI), colon macroscopic damage score (CMDS) were calculated, The expression of NF-κB in the colonic mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry.The expressions of TLR4 mRNA and MyD88 mRNA were detected with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Result: Compared with the normal group, the model group showed significantly increased DAI, CMDS, but the SAD groups showed more lower than the model group. Compared with the normal group, the expressions of NF-κB, TLR4 mRNA, MyD88 mRNA were significantly increased in other groups. Comparing with the control group, the expressions of NF-κB, TLR4 mRNA, MyD88 mRNA were significantly decreased in the SAD low-dose, middle-dose, high-dose groups and the Mesalazine group, especially in the SAD high-dose group. Conclusion: Treatment with DG could reduce inflammatory injury in rats with ulcerative colitis. Its possible mechanism may be through inhibiting the expression of TLR4 and then inhibiting the activation of MyD88 and NF-κB, and finally reducing inflammatory reaction.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the influence of serum containing Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe and gefitinib on proliferation and apoptosis of lung cancer H1975 cells in vitro. Method: The medicated serum was prepared by the serum pharmacology method and divided into the low,medium,and high dose Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe groups(15.75,31.5,63 g·kg-1),the gefitinib group(22.5 mg·kg-1), the gefitinib(22.5 mg·kg-1) combined with low,medium,and high dose Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe groups, and 0.9%NaCl solution group. 6×104/mL the single cell suspension was planted into 96-well microplates, 100 μL/well,1×105/mL the single cell suspension was added to 6-well microplates and cover glasses in 6-well microplates, 2 mL/well. RMPI-1640 culture solution containing 10% the medicated serum was added to each well for 24,48,72 h behind cell adherent.The proliferation of H1975 cells was measured by CCK-8 method.The cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry(FCM) and Annexin V-FITC/PI. Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression levels of Caspase-3. Result: The inhibition effects of different dose of the medicated serum on lung cancer H1975 cells was found. The inhibiting rate was 23.81% and 42.86% in high dose Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe and high dose Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with gefitinib at 72 h. The inhibitory effect was increased with the increased drug doses.Compared with NS group,each group containing drug serum could induce apoptosis of H1975 cells. The apoptosis rate was 10.29%,25.77% in high dose Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe and high dose Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with gefitinib at 72 h. The apoptosis protein Caspase-3 expression was positively correlated with drug dose and action time, the high dose Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe combined with gefitinib was the strongest. Conclusion: Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu recipe can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of H1975 cells.The promotion of Caspase-3 protein expression may be one of the mechanisms of inducing apoptosis of H1975 cells.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Jianpi Huoxue decoction on cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) expression in rats with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC). Method: Sixty rats were randomly divided into the normal group(10) and the modeling group(50).Except normal group,PLGC model was established in other rats for 12 weeks with following. Method: 150 mg·L-1 N-methyl-N-nitro N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG) solusion was drunk freely,170 mg·L-1 MNNG which contained 0.03% ranitidine at dose of 10 mL·kg-1 was administered once a day, 40% alcohol (10 mL·kg-1)was administered twice a week, and irregular diet was given from the 5th week.Forty rats after modeling were randomly divided into the model control group(0.9%NS),the Weifuchun group(0.86 g·kg-1),the high-dose,middle-dose and low-dose of Jianpi Huoxue decoction groups(32,16,8 g·kg-1),8 rats in each group.Each group was given corresponding medicines once a day for 10 weeks.All of the rats were sacrificed by the 22th weekend.The expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 was detected by rapid immunohistochemistry. Result: Compared with the normal group,the COX-2 and MMP-2 expressions were significantly increased in the model group(P<0.01),respectively. Compared with the model group,the COX-2 and MMP-2 expressions were significantly decreased in the high-dose,middle-dose,low-dose Jianpi Huoxue decoction groups and Weifuchun group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the Weifuchun group,the COX-2 and MMP-2 expressions were significantly decreased in the high-dose of Jianpi Huoxue decoction group(P<0.05),respectively.But there was no significant difference in the the COX-2 and MMP-2 expression between the Weifuchun group and the middle-dose and low-dose Jianpi Huoxue decoction groups. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huoxue decoction is associated with the reduction of COX-2 and MMP-2 expression in gastric mucosa.

      摘要:Objective: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the diuretic effect and explore its mechanism of Ainsliaea grossedentata in water-loaded rats. Method: The rats were divided and given extractive of A.grossedentata at three different dose(2.5,10,20 g·kg-1),and given furosemide(10 mg·kg-1) as positive control group. After the first administration,the urine of rats was collected at 1,2,4,6,24 h to study the effect of urine output and electrolyte concentration (Na+, K+ and Cl-) and regulation of the relative mRNA expression of aquaporin-1 (AQP1), aquaporin-2 (AQP2) and aquaporin-3 (AQP3) in water-loaded rats. Result: Compared with normal group, after single dose of the extract of A. grossedentata, urine output was significantly increased, which began at 4 h after the treatment. The extract increased urinary levels of Na+, K+, and Cl- at 24 h markedly. After administration of 8 days,the extract significantly reduced expression of AQP2 and lower expression of AQP3 to some extent, but there was no significant difference in the expression of AQP1. Conclusion: A. grossedentata has conspicuous diuretic activity, the possible mechanisms may restrain the relative mRNA expression of AQP1 and AQP2 as well as renal tubular reabsorption function.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antidepressant effect and the protective effects against neurotoxity of tanshinol sodium. Method: The animals were randomly divided into five groups:control group, low dose tanshinol sodium group, medium dose tanshinol sodium group, high dose tanshinol sodium group and amitriptyline group.The effects of tanshinol sodium on immobility time were deserved through the forced swimming test and tail suspension test in rats and mice. Likewise, PC12 cells injury was induced by corticosterone and the effect of tanshinol sodiumon the cell viability were measured by MTT assay. Result: In the rat forced swimming test, the immobility time in the control group was (139±34)s, tanshinol sodium (12, 24,48 mg·kg-1) could shorten the immobility time to (107±23),(89±18),(76±18)s (compared with the control group,P<0.05).In the mouse forced swim and tail suspension test, the immobility time in control group was (123±39),(110±26)s, tanshinol sodium (18, 36,72 mg·kg-1) could shorten the forced swimming immobility time to (97±28), (89±23),(78±19)s, shorten the tail suspension immobility time to(92±24),(83±26),(67±15)s, there were significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05). In addition, PC12 cell viability with treatment of corticosterone was significantly reduced (A) value (0.68±0.08), there was a significant difference compared with the control group A value (1.41±0.39). Tanshinol sodium (1,10,100 mg·L-1) can significantly improve the survival rate of PC12 cells, there were asignificant differences compared with the corticosterone group. Conclusion: Tanshinol sodium possessed antidepressant effect,the mechanism may be related to its cytoprotective effect.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Yulangsan (YLS) extracts on acute lung injury in rats. Method: The Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, dexamethasone group(3 mg·kg-1), high and low dose groups of total YLS water extract (TYLS) (60,30 g·kg-1)and flavonoids extracted from the roots of YLS(FYLS)(0.1,0.05 g·kg-1). The animals were intragastrically treated with drugs for 7 days.The ALI model was set up by intraabdominal injection of 20% yeast suspension 5 mL·kg-1, two time 30 minutes after the last medication.The lung wet/dry weight ratio(W/D) and the activity of myeloperoxidase(MPO) in the lung tissues were determined to assess lung injury. The expression of nuclear factor κB(NF-κB) p65 was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The content of interleurin-1β(IL-1β)in the lung tissue was detected by ELISA. Meanwhile, the pathological change of lung was also observed by HE dying. Result: As compared with the control group, the lung W/D, MPO activity,IL-1β content and expression of NF-κB p65 were higher in the model group(P<0.01). HE dying showed inflammatory changes in lung in the model group. In TYLS high-and low-dose groups and FYLS high dose group,the lung W/D was (4.31±0.15),(4.72±0.35),(4.74±0.23) respectively, was significantly lower compared with model group(P<0.05,P<0.01). The MPO activity was (1.000± 0.304),(0.956±0.139 )U·g-1,IL-1β content was(265.58±47.05),(222.31± 53.99)ng·L-1, NF-κB p65 expression level was(51.00±8.62)%, (48.88±11.80)%, in the high dose group of TYLS and FYLS respectively. The MPO activity and IL-1β content and NF-κB p65 expression level in lung were significantly reduced compared with model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).On the other hand,histopathological examination confirmed that the degree of lung injury in TYLS and FYLS groups was lessened. And high-dose groups showed the best effect. Conclusion: Preliminary administration of YLS extracts can alleviate the degree of pulmonary edema and pulmonary inflammation. The effects may be related to inhibiting the production of IL-1β by interfering the NF-κB path.

      摘要:Objective: To observe effects of ethanol extraction from Cassiae Semen on serum interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in hyperlipidemia rats. Method: The rat hyperlipidemia model was established by feeding high calorie-diet and 10% alcohol. After modeling, the selected rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal control group, model group, positive control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group. Positive control group was administrated Xuezhikang capsule at dose of 0.15 g·kg-1. Low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group were administrated at different concentrations of ethanol extraction from Cassiae Semen, which was respectively 4,8,16 g·kg-1. All groups were applied by intragastric administration by 10 mL·kg-1 for 4 weeks. Except normal control group, the remains were fed with high calorie-diet and 10% alcohol. After the last administration, the serum content of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and glucose(Glu) were detected by automated biochemistry analyzer. And the content of IL-6 and TNF-α was determined by ELISA. Result: The content of TC, TG, LDL-C, Glu, IL-6 and TNF-α was increased, and the content of HDL-C was decreased in model group, compared with normal control group (P<0.01).The content of TC, TG, LDL-C and Glu was decreased, and the content of HDL-C was increased in medium dose group and high dose group of ethanol extraction from Cassiae Semen, compared with model group (P<0.01). At the same time, the content of IL-6 and TNF-α was decreased in medium dose group and high dose group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Ethanol extraction from Cassiae Semen can regulate the metabolic process of blood lipids and blood glucose levels of hyperlipidemia model rats, also can decrease the content of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of Foeniculum vulgare extract on hepatic injury of early stage in diabetic rats. Method: The rat diabetes model was induced by streptozotocin (STZ).Diabetic rats based on blood glucose values were randomly divided into model group,metformin group(0.15 g·kg-1), low(1.5 g·kg-1) and high(3.0 g·kg-1)-doses of F. vulgare groups,and 10 rats were choose as normal group.All groups were perfused once a day for 14 days, the normal control group and model group were intragastrically given the same amount of saline. Two hours after last administration, fasting blood glucose(FBG),alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), malondialdehyde(MDA)contents and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity for all rats were measured.The morphological changes of liver tissue by routine HE staining were observed. Result: Compared with normal group,the levels of MDA contents,ALT,AST and FBG were increased significantly in the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01), the levels of serum SOD activity were decreased significantly(P<0.01). The liver tissue structure was not clear and necrotic cells were obvious. Compared with model group,the levels of serum SOD activity were increased significantly(P<0.01)in high and low-doses of F. vulgare groups, the MDA contents,ALT, AST and FBG levels were decreased significantly(P<0.01).The liver tissue structure was improved obviously, the number of necrotic cells was less, the regeneration of liver cells was obvious, in the higher dose group which was improved more obviously. Conclusion: F. vulgare has a protective effect on liver injury of early stage in diabetic rats.

      摘要:Objective: To observe effects of total flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf (TFBFL) on adriamycin induced heart failure in rats and its mechanism. Method: The rats were randomly divided into normal control group,heart failure model contrast group, TFBFL groups at different doses (100, 200, 400 mg·kg-1)and captopril group(10 mg·kg-1). The rat heart failure model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin. The rats of each group were given therapeutic drugs by ig for 3 weeks. The cardiac function indexes were determined after the last administration. The levels of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay. The levels of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result: Compared with the normal control group, the myocardial infarction indexes such as left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure LVEDP)and ±dp/dtmax, and the levels of ANP, BNP,NO,NOS,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in serum were increased remarkably(P<0.05, P<0.01). But compared with the model group, the myocardial infarction indexes and the levels of ANP, BNP,NO,NOS,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in serum were decreased to some extent(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: TFBFL could improve cardiac function of heart failure induced by adriamycin, which may be related to decreasing the levels of ANP, BNP, NO, NOS, IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in serum.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antipyretic effect of the flavonoids from Trollius ledebouri Reichb (FTLR) on ferile rabbits induced by endotoxin and its mechanism. Method: The effects of the essential oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hor t. on changes of body temper ature and hypothalamic content of monoamine nerval transmitter were measured in the rabbits following intravenous injection of bacterial endotoxin(ET) The febre rabbits model was established by ear intravenous injection endotoxin of 250 ng·kg-1 of body weight,and then the rabbits that the body temperature rises 1 ℃ were divided into groups randomly:FTLR 200 mg·kg-1 group,100 mg·kg-1group and 50 mg·kg-1 group, Asprin 100 mg·kg-1 group (positive control), and fever model control group,at the same time. All groups were intragastric given the same volume drugs or distilled water. After treatment measured temperature 1 time each hour and that kept on four hours. The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum and PGE2 in cerebrospinal fluid were measured by ELISAE assay. Result: At each time point, the average body temperature of rabbits in FTLR 200,100 mg·kg-1 and asprin 100 mg·kg-1 groups were lower than that of the model control group(P<0.01), in FTLR 50 mg·kg-1group the average body temperature of rabbits were lower than that of the model control group after treatment 2-4 hours. The expression level of TNF-α and IL-β in serum and PGE2 in cerebrospinal fluid were significantly lower than that of model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: FTLR has significantly antipyretic effect on ET-induced febris response in rabbits and in a dose-dependent manner..Its mechanism may be related to inhibition expression of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum and PGE2 in cerebrospinal fluid.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of breviscapine on immunological function of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Method: Sixty cases with AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. In addition to routine comprehensive treatment in both groups, additional 40 mg breviscapine was given to the treatment group by intravenously guttae, once per for fourteen days. The effects of treatment and the change of pulmonary function and CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood were observed. Result: The effective rate was significantly increased in treatment group (P<0.05). The improved levels of FEV1/FVC, FEV1, FVC, PEF, RV and RV/TLC were significantly increased in treatment group than control group (P<0.05). The levels of CD3, CD4 significantly increased and CD8, CD4/CD8 descended in treatment group. There were no significantly changed in control group. Conclusion: On the basis of routine comprehensive treatment combined with breviscapine can improve the curative effect in AECOPD. It may concern with that breviscapine can obviously improve immunological function of T lymphocyte.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Xingnaojing(xnjj) on the Pathogenesis of the soluble intercellular adhesion molecule1 (s ICAM-1),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the patients with cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Method: Sixty-two patients with SAH were randomly assigned to the puerarin group (32 cases) and the control group (30 cases) by lot.On the basis of routine treatment,the patients in the xnjj group were intravenously dripped with 30 mL puerarin by adding in 250 mL normal saline injection once daily.The injection was given starting from beginning the disease course,for 14 successive days.The serum levels of s ICAM-1,TNF-α and IL-1β were compared between the two groups pre and post treatment.The incidence of CVS was observed using TCD.The glasgow outcome scale (GOS) were compared between the two groups. Result: Compared with the control group,the serum levels of hs-CRP,s ICAM-1,TNF-α and IL-1β decreased in the xnjj group(P<0.05),the mean middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery (ACA) and posterior cerebral arteries(PCA)velocity decreased (P<0.05),and the GOS increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Pathogenesis of Xingnaojing on the patients with CVS after SAH might were decreased the levels of sICAM-1,TNF-α and IL-1β, decreased the cerebral blood flow, and decelerate cerebral blood velocity, absolve cerebral vascular convulsion.It was an effective agent for treatment of the CVS in patients after SAH.

      摘要:Objective: The purpose is to discuss the clinical effects of Tongguan Fumai decoction on ventricular premature beat in coronary heart disease (CHD) and the influence of vascular endothelial function. Method: Seventy-seven cases of patients with were randomly divided into control group (39 cases) and observation group (38 cases) according to the oder of being in hospital.Both groups were treated with regular western medicine treatment.In control group,patients took metoprolol sustained-release tablets,50 mg/time,1 does/day.For patients in observation group took Tongguan Fumai decoction based on control group,1 does/day, conventional water decoction,taken orally.The treatment course was 12 weeks for both groups.Record symptom score of palpitation,chest pain,spirit fatigue,breathe hard and dark purple color on lip before and after treatment. Keep a record of the number of ventricular premature beat by 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram.Besides,record number of angina pectoris attack times and duration time within a week.Detect serum nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1), thromboxane (TXB2) and 6-ketone-prostaglandin F_(1a) (6-Keto-PGF_1a) before and after treatment. Result: After the treatment,total effective rate of arrhythmia in observation group was 92.11%,which was better than 74.36% in control group(P<0.05).Electrocardiograph curative effect in observation group was superior to control group(P<0.01) by analysis of Ridit.The number of angina pectoris attack times and duration time in observation group were both lower than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01) after treated.Symptom score of palpitation,chest pain,spirit fatigue,breathe hard and dark purple color on lip in observation group were inferior to control group(P<0.01).For observation group, the level of NO and 6-Keto-PGF_1a were higher than control group,but ET-1 and TXB2were lower (P<0.01). Conclusion: Through the treatment of Tongguan Fumai decoction. It can improve patients with CHD ventricular premature beat in clinical symptoms,electrocardiograph ischemia change and ventricular premature beat.As for the effective clinical effects, its mechanism of action may be because it improve patients' vascular endothelial function and increase myocardial blood supply.

      摘要:Objective: The purpose is to observe the clinical effects of Sancai Fengsui dan coordinated with Daochi san to treat recurrent oral ulceration(RAU) and influence of T cell subset, inflammatory factor. Method: One hundred and five cases of patients with were randomly divided into control group (52 cases) and observation group (53 cases) by digital method.For patients in control group,they took licorzine granules,5 g/time,3 times/day,taken orally.Treatment course were 8 weeks.Besides,they took Vitamin B2 piece,5 mg/time, 3 times/day,taken orally,continuing 8 weeks.Vitamin C tablets,0.2 g/time, 3 times/day,continuing 4 weeks.Coat ulcer surface with Bingpeng san,3-6 times/day,continuing 5 days.Based on control group, patients in observation group took Sancai Fengsui Dan and Daochi san by dialectical add and subtract treatment,orally,1 does/day,water conventionally.Treatment course were 8 weeks.For short-term effects,choose ulcer area, degree of congestion and pain as observation target.Observe recurrence rate during 3,6 months.Detect peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+) before and after treatments. Test the level of interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-10(IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Result: Analyzed by Ridit,the curative effect of the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),the fifth day after the treatment, the main symptoms and total symptom score of the observation group were lower than these data of observation group,besides,the ulcer area and the hyperemic area of the observation group were smaller than the observation group(P<0.01),During the three mouths after the treatment, it showed no statistically significant of the recurrence rate among the two groups,After 6 mouths of the treatment,the recurrence rate of the control group 55.8% was higher than 26.4% of the observation group(P<0.01),CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of the observation group were higher than the control group.The observation group was lower than the CD8+ of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01), Serum interleukin-2 of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01), IL-10 and TNF-α of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: On the base of western medical routine therapy,it can relief the clinical symptoms quickly and reduce the recurrence rate when Sancai Fengsui dan which combined with Daochi san was use for curing recurrent aphthous stomatitis,besides,there was a obvious curative effect in short-term and long-term,the mechanism of action may be related to regulating the T lymphocyte subpopulation and the level of relative inflammatory factors,and improving the unbalanced immune function.

      摘要:Objective: The purpose is to discuss the clinical effects of traditional Mongolian medicine to treat chronic cardiac failure(CHF) and influence of hemorheology,plasma D-dimer on patients. Method: One hundred and eight cases of patients with were randomly divided into control group (54 cases) and observation group (54 cases).In control group,patients were treated with western medicine conventional therapy by cardiac,diuresis,vascular dilation and so on. In observation group,besides based on control group,patients added traditional Mongolian medicine,Dali-16 wei san 5 g,taken orally after breakfast;Jili-3 wei decoction 5 g,taken orally after lunch;Shaosha-7wei pill 3 g,taken orally before sleep.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Record New york heart association(NYHA) cardiac functional grading and Lee's heart failure scores before and after treatment.Measure the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD) and cardiac output(CO) by ultrasonic cardiogram at pretherapy and post-treatment.Detect hemorheology,plasma D-dimer and N-terminal plasma brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP)before and after treatment. Result: After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.4% superior to 70.37% of the control group(P<0.05). the Lee's heart failure scores of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.01), Left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LDVV) of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),LVEF and CO of the observation group were higher than the the control group(P<0.01). The level of NT-proBNP and D-dimer of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.01). The improvement of blood viscosity, erythrocyte deformation index(RCD) and fibrinogen of the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the routine western medicine therapy,for the elderly patients,it can improve the cardiac function,relief clinical symptom and improve clinical effects when Dali-16 wei san,Jili-3 wei decoction and Shaosha-7 wei pill of the three traditional Mongolian medicine were used in CHF.Besides,it can also improve the hemorheology and hypercoagulable state,worthy of clinical using.

      摘要:Objective: The purpose is to discuss the clinical effects of Tongluo Zhitong decoction united tapping and cupping methods to treat agedness ostherpetic neuralgia (PHN) and observe the influence of it on serum interleukin-2 (IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Method: One hundred and twenty elder patients with PHN were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases).in control group, Control group amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets,25 mg/time,only 1 time at night,taken orally;mecobalamin tablets,0.5 mg/time,3 times/day,taken orally,paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride tablets,1 piece/time, taken when necessary,diclofenac sodium cream,coated infected part appropriately.For patients in observation group, they took tapping acupuncture cupping, every other day,continuing using ten times;Tongluo Zhitong decoction,1 does/day,taken orally.When necessary, patients can take acetaminophen tramadol tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Record pain degree,time of pain relief,evaluate sleep quality,and application amount of paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride tablets. Detect the level of serum IL-2 and TNF-α before and after treatment. Result: The total treatment efficacy of the observation group was 95.0% superior to 81.67% of the control group(P<0.05). After one week of the treatment,the pain degree of the two groups were both lower than that before the treatment,at 2,3,4 weeks,the pain degree score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). After one week of the treatment, the sleep quality score of the two groups were lower than that before the treatment(P<0.01),the alleviative time of pain of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.01), besides,the dosage of paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride tablets were less than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Guided by the collateral disease theory can relief the pain of elderly PHN patients,and improve their sleep quality when tapping and cupping and Tongluo Zhitong decoction were used, which also had obvious clinical effect, and the mechanism of action may be related to improve the level of IL-2,and relief the level of TNF-α,and regulate immune function,reduce injury of neurological function which caused by inflammation.

      摘要:Objective: The purpose is to observe the clinical effects of Bufei Huazhuo cream party to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stable phase and the influence of Bufei Huazhuo cream party on cure of patients' lung function and living quality in stable period. Method: Ninety hundred cases of patients were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases) by numeration table.The patients in the control group took salmeterol assigned powder inhaler, 1 absorption/time, in each morning and night.For patients who had excessive phlegm,took ambroxol hydrochloride tablets,2 pieces/time, 3 times/day.Those who had obvious asthma took aminophylline tablets,0.2 g/time,3 times/day.Based on control group's treatment,observation group added Bufei Huazhuo cream party,15 g/time,3 times/day.Treatment courses for two groups continued 24 weeks.Detect lung function and record airflow obstruction, dyspnea, exercise capacity(BODE)index, main symptom scores before and after treatment.Evaluate quality of life using St.George's respiratory questionnaire(SGOR). Result: The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, which is better than 77.78% of control group (P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) and FVC/FEV1 all got ascended.Besides these data were superior to control group (P<0.05). Symptoms and signs scores of observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01) after treatment. Respiratory symptoms,capacity action, disease influence of 3 dimensionality and SGOR total scores in observation group were all inferior to these data in control group.Moreover,degree of airflow obstruction,dyspnea, 3 dimensionality of 6 min walk distance(6 MWD) and BODE index scores were lower than those in control group. Conclusion: Bufei Huazhuo cream party improved lung function of COPD patients at stable phase,delayed lung function decline,relieved clinical symptoms and enhanced patients' living quality.The clinical curative effect is obvious.It deserves clinical use.

      摘要:Objective: Analysis of the clinical application in Chinese medicine of clear heat from hospital, to provide identifiable ground for clinical medication. Method: Collected prescriptions 672 copies from hospital in Oct. 2011 to Jan. 2012, analysed the data of Patient and maked a survey and analysis. Result: In the 672 cases of patients, 272 cases used to treat the anti-inflammatory and disease resistance of the microbial role, effective rate of 100%, 120 cases used to treat antineoplastic and antipyretic role, effective rate of 86.7%, 220 cases is to run smoothly action, effective rate of 86.4%, 60 cases is to treat coronary heart disease, effective rate of 96.67%. Conclusion: Clearing-heat herbs have a better therapeutic effect in anticoagulation, reducing fever and improving immunization.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the principle of the treatment of pulmonary disease of Deng Xing-bo by using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance support system software. Method: Eighty-two prescriptions that built by Deng Xing-bo were input to the TCM inheritance support system, which can extract Dr. Deng's experiment in the treatment of pulmonary disease by analyzing the frequency of each drug in these prescriptions based on association rules and clustering algorithm. Result: From the analysis of the 82 prescriptions, the most frequency of the drugs were dessert almond, tuckahoe, caulis bambusae in taenian, bryozoatum, dendrobe, Fritillaria thunbergii, Gardenia, Radix Cynanchi and so on. And there were also 18 core drug combinations and 8 new prescriptions that found from the system. Conclusion: From the study, we can make a conclusion that Dr. Deng was good at curing the pulmonary disease by relieving cough and reducing sputum to relieve asthma, which complemented by nourishing spleen and stomach, which is mild and has efficacy for pulmonary disease.

      摘要:Objective: Analysis the application of children acute upper respiratory tract infection in hospital. Provide the basis for physician clinical medicine and views. Method: Collecting prescription 512 cases from the hospital in Mar. 2012 to Jul. 2012 for children acute upper respiratory tract infection. Analysis the usage of single herb medicine to use frequency, Chinese medicine types, such as drug compatibility use statistical. Result: Using the highest frequency of traditional Chinese medicine for licorice, appear in the percentage of the number of prescription for 97.27%, from drug use frequency first 26 taste statistics that of traditional Chinese medicine. Chinese traditional medicine type criterion with divergent wind hot medicine, divergent chill, resolving phlegm and cough medicine Ping Chuan Yao majority, the proportion of them are 26.92%, 23.08%, 23.08%. Medicine in mulberry leaves to match chrysanthemum, yinhua with thorns, with his forsythia bush divaricata, with which the more common cassia twig, they appear in the number of prescription respectively is 284 times and 236 times, 144 times, 89 times. Conclusion: Method with Chinese and Western medicine technology, pay attention to medication timing and method, which can obtain good treatment effect.

      摘要:This paper discusses the penetration methods and its combination research progress of transdermal drug delivery system. Search the recent years domestic and foreign literature on TDDS, the penetration mechanism of Nano drug carrier systems, physical methods and the combination research progress are introduced in this paper. The use of transdermal penetration methods in TDDS, improve the poor skin permeability of the drug and overcome the problems of the skin stratum corneum barrier. Furthermore,the combinations of several methods is much better than any other one, promote the development of TDDS. TDDS has the advantage of no first-pass effect, stable plasma concentration and little drug side effects. In recent years, a variety of new methods and technologies had been used in TDDS to enhance drug penetration, making it becomes possible that the majority of drug to develop transdermal formulations, the research of transdermal penetration methods combination and its mechanism should be strengthened in future,expecting to promote the development of transdermal formulations.

      摘要:Alpiniae officinarum rhizoma has been used as a folk medicine and contains essential oil, flavonoids, diarylheptanoids, phenylpropanoids, glycosides and other constituents. According to recent pharmacological research reports, this medicine has various pharmacological activities including antimicrobial activity, antiviral activity, antitumous activity, antioxidant activity, gastric ulcer therapy and as a hemostat in the treatment of gastrointestinal hemorrhages. For further exploitation and sustainable utilization of this folk medicine, the information about the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the rhizoma of Alpinia officinarum that have appeared in recent years were summarized.

      摘要:This article focused on the research progress of the hypoglycemic effective parts and hypoglycemic activity of mulberry leaves. Through consulting a large number of literatures, hypoglycemic effective parts of mulberry leaves and its research progress of hypoglycemic activity were reviewed.Summed up the mulberry leaves as hypoglycemic effective parts of medicinal resources, and discussed the effective parts in the role of the diabetes. Mulberry leaves were excellent hypoglycemic herbs, its alkaloids, flavonoids and polysaccharide have a significant hypoglycemic activity, and for the further research has an important scientific and clinical value.
