摘要:Objective: To study the characteristics of particle size distribution in O/W microemulsion gel and its difference from hydrogel. Method: The diluted O/W microemulsion gel was detected by using dynamic light scattering. The pretreatment methods and conditions of sample were investigated to determine its detection method;Average size of microemulsion gels with different gel matrix and different microemulsion formulae were tested,which can be used to compare with hydrogel. Result: The result showed that average size of O/W microemulsion gels can be determined after being diluted 100 times. Its average particle size was between 10 nm and 100 nm.The size distribution of microemulsion gel is similar to the same formulae of microemulsion,which was obviously different from hydrogel. Conclusion: Size measurement can be used as a testing index for microemulsion gel.  
摘要:Objective: To study the optimum extracting process of solamargine from Solanum nigrum Method: The optimum extraction process was investigated by L9(34) orthogonal design with the yield of solamargine as index,and four factors were chosen, including ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction times and extraction time. HPLC was used to determine the content of solamargine. Result: The optimum extraction conditions was to reflux the herbs for two times, four hours each time with 20 times amount of 80% ethanol. Conclusion: The selected technology is reasonable and feasible,and was suitable for extraction of solamargine.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the process of phenylethanoid glycoside from Callicarpa konchiana by reflux ethanol extraction. Method: Three factors were investigated by Doehlert design with the content of phenylethanoid glycoside as criterias, including the ratio of material to liquid,extracting time and the alcoholic concentration. And statistics and mathematics software were used to analyze the test data,then prepared the optimum extraction process. Result: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: reflux extraction with 12-fold 90% alcohol for 2 times, 2 hours each time. Conclusion: The doehlert design is easy to use and has good predictability, it can be widely applied in process optimization.

摘要:Objective: To study the purification technological parameters of total alkaloids from Sinisan by 001×7 cation resin. Method: Eluting solvent, sample concentration, absorption capacity and the volume of eluting solvent were chosen to analyze their influence on the purification process. UV was used to determine the process parameters by compared with synephrine, and the content of total alkaloids from eluent as criteria. Result: Eluting solvent was 4% ammonia ethanol solution, the optimum sample concentration was 0.25 g ·mL-1, the absorption capacity is 5 mL and the volume of eluting solvent is eight times to the volume of sample solution. Conclusion: Total alkaloids from Sinisan can be purified by cation resins.The purification process is simple and affordable.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the purification method of two main flavonoid aglycones (apigenin and genkwanin) from Flos Genkwa by macroporous resin. Method: HPLC was used to determine the content of apigenin and genkwanin, and the purification conditions were selected by static and dynamic adsorption. Result: AB-8 resin was selected because it gave the most effective of separation. The optimum process for the purification was as follows: the concentration of sample solution was 0.1 g ·mL-1, the dosage was 5 BV, adsorption flow rate was 2 BV ·h-1, and eluted with 95% ethanol by 9 BV, elution flow rate was 2 BV ·h-1. The purity of two flavonoid aglycones was more than 20% after processing. Conclusion: Apigenin and genkwanin were purified effectively with macroporous resin. The optimum process is simple,stable and feasible.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the optimun technique parameters on preparing clinopodii saponin microspheres by spray drying technique. Method: HPLC were used to determine the content of clinopodii saponin A, Investigate the influence factors with appearance,the loading capacity and entrapment efficiency as indexes,such as inlet temperature,feeding rate,kinds of plasticizer,ratio of drug to coating material. Result: The optimum technique parameters was as follows: inlet temperature at 90 ℃, feeding rate as 2.5 mL ·min-1,kinds of plasticizer was glycerine,ratio of drug to coating material was 1 ∶4. Conclusion: Clinopodii saponin microspheres accorded with expected demand.The optimum technique was reasonable, feasible.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize the extracting technology conditions of Kanli Granules. Method: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions, with the content of multi-target ingredients such as astragaloside, paeoniflorin, total saponins and total alkaloids as comprehensive evaluation indexes. Result: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extracted 3 times with 10 fold water,45 minutes each time. Conclusion: The optimum extraction conditions was stable and reproducible.

摘要:Objective: Studied on ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Fructus Sophorae. Method: Total flavonoids were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted technique, yield of total flavonoids as the index. The optimum parameters of the technology were obtained through single-factor and orthogonal test. Result: The optimum extraction process was as follows: ethanol concentration 80%, solid-liquid ratio 1 g ∶50 mL,extracting temperature at 50 ℃, extracting for 45 min under the ultrasonic power of 250×70% W. In this optimum extracion conditions, the yield of total flavonoids was 3.04%. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process was achieved, which is suitable for industrialization with short extraction time,high efficiency,without heating.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction condition of volatile oil from seeds of Schisandra chinensis by single factor test and orthogonal test. Method: The experiment was performed with steam distillation, take extraction rate of volatile oil as the index, orthogonal test with the grinding degree of seeds of Schisandra chinensis, solid-liquid ratio, time of distillation and soaking time as affecting factors. Result: The primary factor which influenced the extraction rate was grinding degree, then it was time of distillation, solid-liquid ratio and soaking time. The optimal condition of extraction was as follows:60-80 mesh powder of the grinding degree of seeds of Schisandra chinensis, 1 ∶5 of solid-liquid ratio, 8 h of distillation time, 2h of soaking time. Conclusion: The method is efficient,simple and practicable.the extraction rate of volatile oil was 2.72% under the optimal condition.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the release profile of Zhibing in-situ gel (ZB-ISG)in vitro. Method: ZB-ISG was prepared by Carbomer, investigated the release behavior of imperatorin and isoimperatorinin vitro, and the results were fitted by weibull equation. Result: ZB-ISG had slowly-releasing effect and could continously release for 8h,and the release effect decreases with the increase of Carbomer. The study showed that all models fitted well with Weibull equation. Conclusion: The releasing mechanism of ZB-ISG is non-Fickian diffusionin vitro.

摘要:Objective: To prepare oxymatrine colonic localization tablets controlled by pH-dependent,colonic microflora-activated and time-dependent effects, and evaluated its release characteristics in vitro. Method: The oxymatrine colonic localization tablets were coated from inside to outside with isolated layer of HPMC and PEG6000,time-dependent layer of the mixed solution with Eudargit RS 30D and Eudargit RL 30D, enzyme-triggering layer of chitosan and Eudargit RS 30D/RL 30D, outermost enteric coating layer of Acryi-EZE.And investigated conditions of the coated tablets released in artificial gastrointestinal fluid in vitro. Result: The oxymatrine colonic localization tablets didn't release in simulated gastric fluid(pH 1.2) within 2 hours, the accumulative release was less than 10% in the simulated intestinal fluid within 6 hours,whereas it released mostly in the similated colon fluid(pH 6.0) within 8 hours. Conclusion: This study reveals that oxymatrine colon targeting tablets can delivery effectively in the specific location of colon.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize the process of volatile oils extraction and β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion from Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis,Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum,Cortex Cinnamomi,Fructus Piperis Longi and Radix Aucklandiae of Changweisan Tablets. Method: The study was carried out with single factor and orthogonal design of L9(34). Determine the optimum conditions for volatile oils extraction with the yield of volatile oils extraction as index.Optimize the process of β-CD inclusion with inclusion ratio of volatile oils and recovery ratio of inclusion compounds as comprehensive evaluation index. Result: The optimized extraction process was as follows: Crude herbal materials extracted for 2.5 hours after soaking 1.0 hours with 12 times amount of water. The optimized inclusion conditions were: applied saturated aqueous solution,the proportion of oil to β-CD was 1 ∶8(mL ∶g),inclusion temperature at 40 ℃, inclusion time was 60 minutes. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is suitable with high oil-extraction ratio, The inclusion process is reasonable with minimum cost.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total polyphenol from Seeds of Syzygium jambos. Method: Response surface analysis was conducted for optimizing the main technical parameters with the content of total polyphenol as index, and received the regression model. Result: The best parameters were as follows: the ratio of liquid to material was 47 ∶1 (mL ∶g), ethanol concentration was 38%, ultrasonic extraction time was 32 min. Under this conditions, the extraction yield of total polyphenol was 16.32%. Conslusion: The relative error was 0.7% between the regression model predicted and measured by response surface method, the regression equation fitted well with the actual situation.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of the seed-soil from Morus alba L. by SoxhLet with hexane. Method: Crushed seeds from Morus alba, and extracted the seed-oil with hexane. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process of the seed-soil from Morus alba With the yield of seed-oil as index. Four factors were investigated to determine the optimum extraction process, which including extraction solvent,refluxing temperature, extraction time, solvent volume. Result: The order of factors which affected extracting was: refluxing temperature, extraction time, solvent volume. The optimum extraction process was to reflux the seeds at 80 ℃, extraction time was 4 h with 24 times amount of hexane. The extraction rate was 32.33%. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is achieved, which is stable, feasible, energy-saving, short production cycle, high extraction efficiency, suitable for industrialization.

摘要:Objective: To provide experimental data for technical improvement and quality standards by investigated the effect on transfer rate of chlorgenic acid from Flos Lonicerae (FL), which is decocted with other medicinal herbs in Yinqiao Jiedu Keli. Method: Five medicinal herbs in Yinqiao Jiedu Keli were selected to decoct with FL. The herbal samples were consisted of FL group, FL with Semen Sojae Praeparatum group, FL with Fructus Arctii group, FL with Radix Platycodonis group, FL with Herba Lophatheri group, FL with Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae group, FL with selected five medicinal herbs group. The contents of chlorgenic acid were determined by HPLC, and then used to calculate the transfer rate in each group. Result: The transfer rate of chlorgenic acid from FL decocted with other herbs decreased to a certain degree. Conclusion: The transfer rate of chlorgenic acid from FL was affected by mixed decoction with other medicinal herbs.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the microwave-assisted extraction of the total flavonoids from Broussonetia papyrifera. Method: The total flavonoids were extracted by microwave-assisted,the optimum extraction process was investigated by L9(34)orthogonal test with rutin as index which controlled the absorbance of total flavonoids by UV. Result: The optimum extraction technology was as follows: 350 W of microwave power for 15 minutes at 45 ℃, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1 ∶10. Conclusion: This process is simple, reasonable, stable and feasible.

摘要:Objective: According to determining the content of quercetin from Cuscutae Semen by different processing degree with wine, to research the influence of different wine processing on the content of quercetin. Method: To prepare the samples of different wine quantity to be added, different temperature and different time of wine processing, determined the content of quercetin by HPLC. Method: Almost no quercetin was determined in the crude material, the content of quercetin significantly increased after processing,processing factors with different processed temperature, time, moistening time and rice wine volume all had effect on the content of quercetin. Conclusion: The content of quercetin was increased by processing with wine,there were different effect on the content of quercetin with different processing craft level.  
摘要:Objective: To develop high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) fingerprints of Anhui Moutan Cortex and to provide the scientific basis for quality control of Moutan Cortex. Method: Electrophoresis was performed on a fused silica capillary column (64.5 cm×75 μm). The running buffer was composed of 30 mmol ·L-1 borax (5% MeOH,pH 9.4). The separation voltage was 20 kV and the temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 212 nm. Pieces of Moutan Cortex from different habitats were analyzed and the chromatographic fingerprints were determined by HPCE. The data were analyzed by hierarchical cluster and fingerprint similarity evaluation, with paeonol and gallic acid as reference. Result: The mutual mode of Moutan Cortex HPCE fingerprint was set up with 9 common peaks. Components of Moutan Cortex were closely related to their producing areas. Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate, simple and quick, which can be used to control the quality of Moutan Cortex.

摘要:Objective: To establish a quality control method for identification and assay of ilexsaponin A for Aikeqing Capsules, a compound Chinese materia medica Radix Ilicis Pubescentis containing. Method: Ilexsaponin A was isolated and identified from the roots of Ilex pubescens. The Phenomenex Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with a Phenomenex Security Guard C18 guard column was used with methanol-0.2% acetic acid (67 ∶33) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 95 ℃, the gas flow was at 2.5 L ·min-1. Result: Ilexsaponin A was identified by silica gel TLC from the compound preparation of Chinese materia medica. The linear range of ilexsaponin A was 1.92-9.60 μg (r=0.999 5), and its average recovery was 99.85% with RSD 1.04%. Conclusion: The methods established are rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control on Radix Ilicis Pubescentis or its compound preparation.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the method for determination of mangiferin in Zhizi Jinhua Wan. Method: An RP-HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile -0.2% phosphoric acid (13 ∶87). The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 258 nm. Result: The linear range of mangiferin was 5.1-30.6 mg ·L-1 (r=0.999 6). The average recovery for mangiferin was 99.0%, precision of the method was 1.7% (RSD, n=6). Conclusion: The method can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.  
摘要:Objective: To study the distribution character of inorganic elements content of Allium chinense and to provide valuable experimental evidence for the quality evaluation and control of Chinese herbal medicines Allii macrostemi bulbus. Method: The content of 14 inorganic elements in ten samples of A. chinense was determined by the means of ICP-MS with the result that fingerprints of inorganic elements were established and the characteristic elements were evaluated by SPSS cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Result: Four principal components were extracted from the original data. The principal component analysis results show that Mn, Cu, Zn, Fe, Ni, Se and Cr may be the characteristic elements in A.chinense; the results of cluster analysis showed that ten samples could be clustered reasonably into two groups, and there were some differences between red bulb and white bulb of A.chinense. And the content of inorganic elements of A.chinense is related to the ecological environment in some degree. Conclusion: The overall quantitative similarity method could be used for the determination of the inorganic elements in A.chinense; The principal component analysis and cluster analysis could be perfectly applied in data processing in inorganic elements.  
摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin, geniposide and paeonol in Chaishao Pills. Method: Paeoniflorin, geniposide and paeonol were separated on Inertsil ODS-SP (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column and detected at 230 nm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result: Paeoniflorin, geniposide and paeonol were linear within the range of 0.494 4-12.36 μg (r=1), 0.492 2-12.305 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.260 2-6.505 μg, (r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recovery was 98.77% (2.1%), 101.64% (1.9%) and 100.92% (1.7%). Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Chaishao pills.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a quantitative model of 3,5-didroxystilbene in Lindera reflexa so as to determine the content of 3,5-didroxystilbene fast and accurately. Method: A quantitative model was established by NIR and TQ Analyst8.0 software. Result: The correlation coefficients (R2) and the root-mean-square error of calibration (RMSEC) of the quantitative model for 3,5-didroxystilbene were 0.993 65 and 0.110 respectively. Conclusion: This method is used easily, and the result is accurate. It can determine the content of 3,5-didroxystilbene in Lindera reflexa quickly and effectively.

摘要:Objective: To establish the RP-HPLC method for the content determination of brucine and strychnine in Yaotongning Patch. Method: The Intersil C8-3 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid (20 ∶96 ∶7), adjust pH to 3.10 with triethylamine. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 254 nm; the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The linear range of strychnine was between 0.020 56-0.123 36 μg (r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 100.28% with a RSD of 1.33% (n=9); the linear range of brucine was between 0.013 84-0.083 04 μg (r=0.999 9); the average recovery was 99.82% with a RSD of 0.84% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable and accurate, it can be used in the quality control of strychnine and brucine in Yaotongning Patch.  
摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of hyperin, hesperidin and resveratrol in Danning Tablets (DNT). Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Venusil XBP reversed phase C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) analytical column by gradient elution with acetonitrile and water buffer (containing 0.05% formic acid, adjusted with triethylamine to pH 5.0) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL ·min-1.The column temperature was at 25 ℃ and the optimum detection wavelength was set at 358 nm (hyperin), 283 nm (hesperidin) and 306 nm (resveratrol). Result: Three components were separated completely in 40 minutes. They had good linear relationship (r>0.999 6) and recovery (98.13%-101.19%) in their detection scope. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of this herbal medicine.

摘要:Objective: Studying changes of main flavone ingredients in Radix Scutellariae after compatibility with Rhizoma Anemarrhena; determining the amount of main flavone ingredients in the decoction. Method: A Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-acctonitrile-0.2% H3PO4 in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL ·min-1, the detection wavelength was at 276 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: The linear range of baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein and wogonin were 9.76-195.2 (r=0.999 2), 3.960-79.20 (r=0.999 9), 1.600-32.00(r=0.999 5), 1.536-30.72 mg ·L-1 (r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries (n=9) of the four components were 96.8%-103.0%, RSD<1.7%. Conclusion: Rhizoma Anemarrhenae combination with Scutellaria Baicalensis have important impact on the main flavone ingredients in Radix Scutellariae, which made the four flavone ingredients increasing significantly.

摘要:Objective: The content and categories of alkaloids in the unprocessed and processed aconite roots were studied by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). Alkaloids could become protonated molecular with similar ionization efficiency under ESI-MS for their similar structures. Relative content of alkaloids with similar structure could be approximatively detected by the ion abundance,the method was established to compare alkaloids in aconite roots and its processed products with internal standard and to reveal the mechanism of toxin reducing effect of variously processed products.  
摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oils from Folium Clausenae. Method: The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation, and then the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents of essential oils were calculated with area normalization. Result: Forty four compounds were identified, representing 91.81% of the essential oils. Conclusion: The principal chemical constituents of essential oils are β-phellandrene (9.56%)、caryophyllene(14.29%),(S)-1-methyl-4-(5-methy-1-methylene-4-hexenyl)-cyclohexene(12.35%),2,6-dimethyl-6-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-bicyclo hept-2-ene(22.25%).  
摘要:Objective: To eatablish the quality standard of modified xileisan suppository. Method: Indigo Naturalis, Calculus Bovis, and borneol in this preparation were identified by TLC. The content of indirubin in Modified Xileisan Suppository was determined by HPLC which was performed on a Sino Chrom ODS-AP C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of methanol-1% acetic acid solution (81:19) at a flaw rate of 0.8 mL ·min-1. The UV detection wavelength was 288 nm, and the column temperature was room temperature. Result: Characteristics of identification were very obviously. The linear ranged from 0.2 mg ·L -1 to 10.8 mg ·L-1 (r=0.999 5) and the average recovery was 100.95% (RSD 1.12%, n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, good reproducibility, and can be used as quality control for Modified Xileisan Suppository.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the electrochemistry fingerprint of Rhizoma Pinelliae. Method: H+-Mn2+-CH3COCH3-BrO-3chemical oscillation system was used with Chinese herbal medicine as reaction substrate to get the electrochemistry fingerprint of Chinese herbal medicine by recording the electrochemical potential of oscillation system over time using electrochemical workstation. Result: Rhizoma Pinelliae and Rhizoma Typhonii had different characteristics and the difference was significant. Conclusion: The method is simple and convenient and can be used to distinguish Rhizoma Pinelliae.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprint chromatogram of leaf Lonicera hypoglauca, and research the establishment method and application to the fingerprint chromatogram. Method: RP-HPLC was used.The samples were separated on a C18ODS2 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) and detected at 328 nm.The column temperature was set at 25 ℃.The flow rate was 0.5 mL ·min-1, methanol, acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid was used as a linear gradient elution of the mobile phase. Result: The fingerprint chromatogram based on the data of 11 batches of leaf L. hypoglauca was set up and had been applied in Samples-recognition and quality assessment. Conclusion: The method and application of fingerprint chromatogram in Chinese medicine were extended to recognize and access other samples.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the quality standard of Xiaoyang dispersible tablets. Method: Rhizoma Bletillae was identified by TLC. The content of total panax notoginseng saponins was determined by HPLC. The dissolution was determined by the oar method. Result: The relevant spots in Rhizoma Bletillae and dispersible tablets could be identified by TLC. The linear range of R1, Rgl and Rbl were 0.195-1.95 μg, 0.812-8.12 μg, 0.784-7.84 μg, the average recovery rate were 102.83%(RSD 2.73%), 99.06% (RSD 1.76%) and 92.06% (RSD 1.97%) respectively. The dissolution was above 80% in 15 min. Conclusion: The established methods is simple, feasible and repeatable, and can be used as the quality control of Xiaoyang dispersible tablets.

摘要:Objective: To study and revised the quality standards of yaotong tablets. Method: Psoralea Fructus and Paeoniae Radix Rubra were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC).The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Result: Psoralea Fructus and Paeoniae Radix Rubra were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC).The characteristic identification was distinct and highly specific. chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.118 4-0.592 0 μg.Average recovery was 99.94%,RSD was 1.35%. Conclusion: The quality control method is reliable,accurate and specific.It can be used for quality control of yaotong tablets.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of the flowers of Inula helianthus-aquatica . Method: Various chromatography methods such as silica gel,RP-18 Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,HPLC,and et al were used to isolate the compoumds from the flowers of I. helianthus-aquatica .The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. Result: Seven sesquiterpene lactones were isolated and elucidated as aromaticin (1),8-epihelenalin (2),bigelovin (3),6- epi -desacetylisotenulin (4),carpesiolin (5),2,3-dihydroaromaticin (6),ergolide (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1,2,4 and 5 were isolated from I. helianthus-aquatica for the first time.

摘要:Objective: To develop a simple method for effectively extracting protein from schisandra with the comparison of three extractive methods. Method: The extracts of the three methods were determined with SDS-PAGE,the content of protein was determined with the Lowry method,and a HPLC method was established for the determination of the amino acids in schisandra extract. Result: The protein content of the three methods was 58.44%,19.21% and 26.18%.The amino acids content of the three methods was 57.46%,15.41% and 23.14%. Conclusion: Purified protein and its amino acids were obtained by defatted ammonium sulfate precipitation procedure,and the content of protein was acceptable.This method is easily and more feasible.

摘要:Objective: Determination the leaching quantity of baicalin in different prop-ortional combinations of Scutellariae Radix and Prepared Pinellia tuber by HPLC,explore the scientific content about the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine properties. Method: The HPLC separ-ation was performed on Diamonsil-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with a mixture acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate acid solution (26 ∶74) as mobile phase and detection wavelength of 280 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The experiments are 3 groups,the proportional combinations of Scutellariae Radix and Prepared Pinellia tuber are 9 ∶6,9 ∶9,6 ∶9 and comp-aring the leaching quantity of baicalin. Result: For baicalin,the linear rang was 0.010 25-0.102 5 g ·L-1 ( r =0.999 9),and the average recovery rate was 99.21% ( n =9) with an RSD of 2.0%.Basis on the Scutellariae Radix equivalent,the Scutellariae Radix and Prepared Pinellia tuber are 9 ∶6,9 ∶9,6 ∶9 and single Scutellaria,the average content of baicalin are 64.018,63.680,50.581,62.529 mg ·g-1. Conclusion: This HPLC reliable,stable and reproducible.The leaching quantity of baicalin has larger differences in different proportional combinations,especially the group of 6 ∶9 has the largest influence on leaching quantity,the leaching quantity is minimum.It reflects the scientific content about the properties of hot and warm of Prepared Pinellia tuber inhibition the properties of cool and cold of Scutellariae Radix.  
摘要:Objective: The quality of Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba from different place and origin was evaluated,to provide the scientific basis for the use and development. Method: The oridonin,ponicidin,and rosmarinic acid were determinated by HPLC,The method of determining the content of water-soluble chemical composition and ether-soluble chemical composition was in line with Pharmacopeia Edition 2010.And the data of different samples was compared and analysed. Result: The content of chemical compositions in Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba from different place and different variance-types has a significant difference.The oridonin,ponicidin,and rosmarinic acid are the main factors causing differences in the quality of Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba from different places.By comparison,the impact on the quality of Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba,ether-soluble chemical composition is greater than the water-soluble chemical composition.The difference of variance-types is caused by the content of oridonin and ponicidin. Conclusion: It's necessary to distinguish the place and variance-type of Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba before using it.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of auxin on the active compounds and endogenous hormones in Scutellaria baicalensis suspension cell cultures. Method: The subculture scutellariae callus were cultivated in MS liquid medium containing various concentration of NAA or KT on a gyratory shaker with a 16-h photoperiod. After 18 d, the contents of baicalin and endogenous hormones were determined with HPLC and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively. Darkness condition was as control. Result: (1) After 0.2 mg ·L-1 NAA treatment, the content of baicalin was 2.56% and 3.36% lower than of untreatment, respectively. (2) After NAA treatment on the dark conditions, the content of ZR was significantly reduced. (3) The synergistic effect of 0.2 mg ·L-1 NAA with different concentration of KT on the content of baicalin presented the trend of rising then declined. And after 1.0 mg ·L-1 KT treatment, the content of baicalin was the highest levels on the dark conditions and significantly higher than light condition. Conclusion: Auxin is not suitable for the active compound production of S. baicalensis. The combination of 0.2 mg ·L-1 NAA+1.0 mg ·L-1 KT promotes the accumulation of baicalin.  
摘要:Objective: To screen the optimized seed viability test methods for Vitex trifolia L. var. simplicifolia Cham,and then measure the correlation between the germination rate and seed viability. Method: TTC (2,3,5-triphynel tetrazolilum chroride) staining,red ink staining and BTB staining were used respectively to evaluate seed viability of V.trifolia L.var. simplicifolia from five habitats.Conditions for seed germination contained four kinds of culture beds (filter paper,sponge,sand and vermiculite) and six temperature (15,20,25,30,30 ℃ then shift to 20 ℃,25 ℃ then shift to 15 ℃). Result: Compared with the other two methods,TTC staining was the best one for the seed viability test.The seeds can reach to the highest germination rate on vermiculite culture bed in 30 ℃.There was a significant relationship between germination rate and seed viability tested by TTC staining,and the correlation coefficient can reached to 0.992.The regression equation was proved to be Y =0.967 X +6.038 ( X :seeds viability; Y :germination rate). Conclusion: TTC staining was the optimal method to determine seed viability of V.trifolia L.var. simplicifolia .seed viability tested by this method was significant related with germination rate .  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Chang ji’an extract on D-xylose absorption in rats and intestine propelling movement in mice. Method: Seventy SD rats were randomized into 7 groups:control group,model group (induced by Folium Sennae,1 g ·kg-1),complex glutamine group,berberine hydrochloride tablets group and Chang ji’an extract groups (2.812,1.406,0.703 g ·kg-1). The treatments (ig) were lasted for 7 days. One hundred and fifty four NIH mice were randomized in the groups as the above mentioned. The model of intestine propelling movement was induced by atropine. The doses of Chang ji’an extract were 4.062,2.031,1.016 g ·kg-1accordingly. The treatments (ig) were also lasted for 7 days. D-xylose content in serum was determined to study the effect of Chang ji’an extract on D-xylose absorption in rats administered senna leaf,and charcoal-powder propelling rate was determined to study the effect of Chang ji’an extract on intestine propelling movement stimulated by neostigmine and that inhibited by atropine. Result: The D-xylose content of serum in high,medium and low dose groups was significantly higher than that content in model group(P<0.05);the charcoal powder propelling rate in high,medium and low dose groups was significantly lower than that rate in the two kinds of model groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: Chang ji’an extract has effects on facilitating absorption of small intestine and inhibiting intestine propelling movement.

摘要:Objective: To detect the changes in protein location and expression level of 5-hydroxy tryptamine3B receptor in related regions of hippocampus and hypothalamus in rats with depression emotion (DE),to explore the intervention mechanism of Shuyu capsule for treating DE preliminarily. Method: The Wistar rats were divided into normal group,model group,Shuyu capsule group(0.4 g ·kg-1) and fluoxetine group(0.002 g ·kg-1). Then we used the chronic mild stress(CMS)to establish the DE model in rats, and then the rats were evaluated by sucrose intake and the body weight from beginning to the end for the model. We adopted the immune fluorescence to detect the protein distribution and expression levels of 5-HT3B receptor in related region of hippocampus and hypothalamus,and to calculate the content of the receptors in the regions by the mean fluorescence intensity(MFI) as the index. Result: Compared with the normal group,the body weight of rats in DE model group lessened significantly (P<0.01),the sucrose intake of preference also decreased obviously (P<0.01),the expression of the receptor of 5-HT3B had a significant increase in hippocampus and hypothalamus (P<0.01). Compared with the model group,in the Shuyu capsule group and fluoxetine group,the body weight of rats in DE model group increased significantly (P<0.01),the sucrose intake of preference also increased obviously (P<0.01),the expression of the receptor of 5-HT3B was increased markedly in hippocampus and hypothalamus (P<0.01),however,there was no statistical differences in the two treatment groups. Conclusion: The high expression of 5-HT3B receptor may have close relationship with DE,and Shuyu Capsule can correct the high expression of the 5-HT3B receptor protein in the hippocampus and hypothalamus of DE model in rats.

摘要:Objective: The bio-active contribution of main herb pairs in Xiangfu Siwu decoction (XFSWD) was evaluated by using the forward-reverse biological activity test. Method: Four animal models,including hot-plate test,acetic acid-induced writhing,dysmenorrheal mice model,and blood-deficiency mice model,were adopted to test the effect of every sample on different models. Result: In the three pain models,Rhizoma Cyperi-Rhizoma Corydalis (RCRC)have great analgesic effect. When RCRC are removed from XFSWD,its analgesic activities was lowered,even disappeared. While the analgesic effect of Rhizoma Cyperi-Angelicae Sinensis Radix (RCASR) was weaken than RCRC;and when RCASR was removed from XFSWD,the effect was not diminished clearly,some were even increased. In comparison with the model group,the amount of white blood cells,the weight of spleen and thymus of all samples had no significant difference in the blood deficiency experiment. Based on the number variation of red blood cells and hemoglobin,RCASR had strong blood-enriching function,while XFSWD and XFSWD removed RCASR showed no apparent effect. Further research showed that XFSWD could raise NO level and SOD activity,degrade Ca2+ level in the uterus of dysmenorrheal mice. Conclusion: In XFSWD,the blood-enriching effect of RCASR is very weak,RCRC plays important role in its analgesia effect. The inhibiting dysmenorrhea of XFSWD may be resulted from affecting the level of NO and Ca2+,and SOD activity. The forward-reverse bio-activity evaluation is an effectual method for studying on the compatibility regularity of traditional Chinese medicine formulae.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of alcohol extracted part A of Zhuanggu Zhitong prescription for treatment of osteoporosis,and to explore the possible mechanism. Method: Seventy five female SD rats weighing about 250 g were randomly divided into control group,model group (induced by ovariectomization),sham operation group,ethanol extracted partA of Zhuanggu Zhitong prescription group (0.12 g ·kg-1 ·d-1) and Zhuanggu Zhitong prescription group (13.2 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). Five days after ovariectomization,different treatment were lasted for 13 weeks. Blood and bone samples of the rats were used to determine the bone mineral density,bone biomechanics,path-ology and other aspects to evaluate the efficacy.Serum (estrone) (E2), bone gla protein(BGP), parathyroid gland(PTH), calcitonin(CT) were investigated for exploring the related mechanism. Result: Ethanol extracted part A of Zhuanggu Zhitong prescription showed significantly increase in femoral and lumbar bone mineral density (P<0.05);could significantly enhance the maximum stress and tibia maximum flexural strength (P<0.01); Ethanol extracted part A had an increasing trend of serum E2 and uterine wet weight. Ethanol extracted part A could significantly increase the average trabecular bone-density of the femoral head (P<0.01). Ethanol extracted part A could significantly decreasethe serum CT (P<0.01). Conclusion: The ethanol extracted part A can increase the bone density,the maximum stressand the maximum bending strength. Part A may reverse osteoporosis with improved pathological evidences.The mechanism may be related to estrogen-like action of the drug with improved hormone metabolism,regulated bone metabolism and cytokines,reduced bone turnover,bone formation and inhibited bone resorption.

摘要:Objective: To study the different purgative effect among different extracts of processed Rhez Radix et Rhizoma (Rhez Radix et Rhizoma,Rhez Radix et Rhizoma wine,cooked Rhez Radix et Rhizoma and Rhez Radix et Rhizoma carbon extracts). Method: The different samples were administered to mice for examining the purgative ED50 and observing the first purgative time,the 5 hour purgative times and defecation quantity;the effects on small intestinal propulsion were determined by charcoal powder rates in mice;the effects on Na+-K+-ATPase in rat colon wall cell membrane were determined after the rat was administered for 5 days. Result: The purgative ED50 of Rhez Radix et Rhizoma was equivalent to Rhez Radix et Rhizoma wine,the cooked Rhez Radix et Rhizoma and Rhez Radix et Rhizoma carbon were not purgative. The mice would be purgative when administered Rhez Radix et Rhizoma and Rhez Radix et Rhizoma wine for 3 hours,but judging from the first purgative time and the 5-hour purgative times,the purgative effect of Rhez Radix et Rhizoma was greater than Rhez Radix et Rhizoma wine. Compared with control group,the high dose of Rhez Radix et Rhizoma,the Rhez Radix et Rhizoma wine and the low dose of Rhez Radix et Rhizoma carbon could significantly promote the small intestinal propulsion in mice,but the cooked Rhez Radix et Rhizoma and the low dose of Rhez Radix et Rhizoma carbon could not. The four processed products of Rhez Radix et Rhizoma can inhibit Na+-K+-ATPase in rat colon wall cell membrane,but the Rhez Radix et Rhizoma showed the best inhibitory effect. Conclusion: The four extracts of processed Rhez Radix et Rhizoma have different purgative effects. The Rhez Radix et Rhizoma was the best,next came the Rhez Radix et Rhizoma wine,and the cooked Rhez Radix et Rhizoma and Rhez Radix et Rhizoma carbon were poor.

摘要:Objective: To observe the hypoglycemic and hypolipemic effects of Zhuyu Wan on experimental type 2 diabetes in rats. Method: One hundred and ten Wistar rats were divided randomly into normal experimental group (50 rats),and diabetes experimental group (60 rats). The type 2 diabetic model was established through high fat diet and administration of Streptozotocin (30 mg ·kg-1 ip). After 7 days,50 rats were selected from the diabetes group. The selected 50 diabetic rats were randomly divided intothe following groups:model group (ig normal saline),metformin group (ig metformin hydrochloride 0.2 g ·kg-1),three Zhuyu Wan groups (ig 0.75,1.5,3 g ·kg-1 accordingly). Another 50 normal rats were divided similarly as the above diabetic rats,except the model group was replaced by a normal control group. All the rats were treated accordingly for two weeks. Then,effectiveness was evaluated by determinations of body weight,blood glucose and blood lipid. Result: Zhuyu Wan showed an obvious effect on lowering the blood glucose level in type 2 diabetes rats (P<0.01),but it had no distinct effect on the blood glucose level for the normal rats. Zhuyu Wan could improve glucose obviously(P<0.01),decrease the index on TC and TG,and delay the weight loss in diabetic rats (P<0.01). Conclusion: Zhuyu Wan can lower blood glucose,and regulate blood lipid and weight loss in type 2 diabetic rats.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of three factors with different combination on stability of vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque of carotid artery in rats. Method: With three factors, high lipid, 2% L-methionine and carotid artery balloon injury, we established four models of vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque of carotid artery with their different combination, they were high lipid with carotid artery balloon injury, high lipid with 2%L-methionine, 2%L-methionine with carotid artery balloon injury, and high lipid, 2%L-methionine with carotid artery balloon injury(three factors model group). Each model group was given the relevant feed, and carotid artery balloon injury was operated at the fourth week. After 12 weeks, the levels of lipid, Hcy, hs-CRP and some plaque indexes were measured to evaluate four models. Result: In contrast to control group, the levels of TC, LDL-C, Hcy, and hs-CRP in three factors model group were raised significantly(P<0.01). In contrast to the others, the plague area related indexes(PA, PA/IEL-A, PA/EEM-A) of three factors model group were obvious. Conclusion: The atherosclerotic plaque of carotid artery in three factors group was obvious, the level of hs-CRP was raised, it showed that the plaque tended to rupture, and indicated there was synergistic effect among hyperlipemia, hyperhomocysteine (HHcy), and vascular endothelial dysfunction. They worked together to make the formation and progress of the atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque of carotid artery.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Huayu Wan on tumor growth and expression of thrombosis related factors in Lewis lung cancer-bearing mice. Method: Lewis lung cancer model in mice was established. They were then divided into 5 groups 24 h after model establishment:model group (sterile water 10 mL ·kg-1 ig,0.9%NaCl 10 mL ·kg-1 ip,daily),low-molecular-weight heparins group(sterile water 10 mL ·kg-1 ig,low-molecular-weight heparins 100 u ·kg-1 ip,daily),cyclophosphamide (CTX) group (sterile water 10 mL ·kg-1 ig,CTX 50 mg ·kg-1(1,6,11,16 d) ip,once),Huayu Wan group (Huayu Wan 4 g ·kg-1 ig,0.9% NaCl 10 mL ·kg-1 ip,daily) and control group (sterile water 10 mL ·kg-1 ig,0.9%NaCl 10 mL ·kg-1 ip,daily). The tumor inhibiting rate,the inhibiting rate of lung metastasis and change of weight was observed regularly and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),P-selectin, endothelin-1(ET-1) in peripheral blood serum were tested by ELISA. Result: The decrease of tumor weight was obvious in Huayu Wan group (P<0.01). The tumor inhibition rate was 34.97% (13 d) and 31.52% (20 d),the inhibiting rate of lung metastasis was 83.25% (20 d). The level of ET-1 in peripheral blood serum of Huayu Wan group was lower than those in model group (P<0.05). The level of P-selectin and ET-1 in peripheral blood serum of Huayu Wan group were lower than those in low-molecular-weight heparins group (P<0.05),the decrease was obvious compared with CTX group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Huayu Wan can be an effective measure for inhibiting the tumor growth and reducing the expression of thrombosis related factor in lewis lung cancer-bearing mice.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of peroxynitrite anoin (ONOO-) on the differentiation of hippocampus neural stem cells (NSCs) of primary rat,and the action and potential mechanisms of soy bean isoflavones against oxidative damage produced by ONOO- in brain nerve cells. Method: Hippocampus NSCs of primary rat were prepared according to the methods of trypsin digestion combined with mechanical dissociation,and differentiated nerve cells were identified with the method of immunofluorescence. Dysdifferentiation of hippocampus NSCs were induced by SIN-1(1 mmol ·L-1) as a ONOO- donor,then the cells were treated with HbO2(0.05 mmol ·L-1),SOD/catalase (50 U ·mL-1),melatonin (0.5 mmol ·L-1) and isoflavones (0.1 mg ·L-1),respectively,and the differentiation of NSCs was detected with the method of immunofluorescence. Result: Differentiation of hippocampus NSCs were limited by the SIN-1,the number of nestin-positive (NSE+) cells was significantly decreased and the morphological changes of differentiated neural cells were obvious. The number of NSE+ cells was increased and the morphological changes were alleviated with the treatment of NO- scavenger(HbO2)or O-2·scavenger(SOD/catalase)alonely,but that could be alleviated significantly with the treatment of ONOO- scavenger (melatonin) or soy bean isoflavones and the former was better. Conclusion: The dysfunction in the differentiation of hippocampus NSCs of neonatal rat can be produced by ONOO-,which can be improved moderately by soy isoflavones showing the potential of isoflavones in application to the repair of oxidative damages in brain nerve cells.

摘要:Objective: To establish foundation for constructing a suitable animal model of deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome (DQYS) induced by two types of chronic intermittent hypoxia (soda lime and low-pressure oxygen controller) by comparison the whole behavior in mice. Method: The two modes of oxygen scarcity,including oxygen pressure declining continuously from 21% to 7%-8% with the average speed of 0.5%/min-1% per minute in airtight wide-mouthed bottle and oxygen pressure falling abruptly within short period and then keeping in the level of 7%-8%,were adopted respectively to observe the time-course changes in body weight,food intake,locomotive activity and electrocardiogram respectively. The experiments were designed for mimicing clinical features of DQYS. Result: The mice exposed to two different modes of chronic intermittent hypoxia for certain duration showed body weight loss,food intake decline,locomotive activity change of ambulation decrease and rearing increase,heart rate increase and T wave elevation. There was significant correlation between the results of the two groups. Conclusion: Both types of chronic intermittent hypoxia can simulate the major clinical features of DQYS mainly characterized by tiredness,emaciation,anorexia,fidget,palpitation and rapid pulse,etc.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects and mechanisms of dihydroquercetin against myocardial ischemic model induced by isoproterenol in rat. Method: The health SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, three dose groups of dihydroquercetin. Myocardial injury model was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol (5 mg·kg-1). The electrocardiogram ECG was recorded, superoxid dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase isoenzymes(CK-MB) and lactate dihydrogenase (LDH) in the blood were detected by ELISA, pathological changes of rat’s myocardial tissue were determined by hematoxylin-eosin(HE) stainning. Result: J point displacement in ECG was improved in dihydroquercetin group. Serum CK, CK-MB and lactate dihydrogenase(LDH) decreased significantly in dihydroquercetin group compared with those in the model group. SOD activity increased and MDA content lowered in myocardial tissue homogenate in dihydroquercetin group. Conclusion: Dihydroquercetin had an effective role to treat coronary heart disease by inhibiting myocardial tissue ischemia induced by ISO and protecting myocardial cells from injury.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Cuyu granule on the nitric oxide(NO),gastrin(GAS) in serum and neurotensin(NT) in blood plasma in rats with gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid. Method: The rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group,model group,Cuyu granule(28.8 g ·kg-1)group and Ranitidine(27 mg ·kg-1)group. The rat model of gastric ulcer was induced by acetic acid.The pH meter was used to measure the pH of stomach liquid. The content of gastrin in serum and NT in blood plasma were detected with radio immunoassay. The level of NO in serum was determined by the method of nitric acid reductase. Result: Compared with model group,the pH of stomach liquid,the contents of gastrin and NO in Cuyu granule group were increased as NT in blood plasma decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with ranitidine group,the pH of stomach liquid,the content of gastrin in serum and NT in blood plasma of Cuyu granule group showed no differences,but the level of NO in serum was increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cuyu granule can ameliorate the quality of reborn mucosa and increase pHin treatment of gastric ulcer. The mechanism may be related to regulation of NO,Gas and NT.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect and preliminary mechanism of the Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata for treating adjuvant arthritis (AA) in rats. Method: Ten rats was randomly selected from sixty rats as the normal control,the other rats were used to made the AA model. The model was induced by Freund's complete adjuvant (CFA),then the rats were divided into drug treatment 4 weeks,model control of drug treatment 4 weeks,Drug treatment 2 weeks and model control of drug treatment 2 weeks. In the drug treatment group the Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata was given intragastrically 0.2 g ·kg-1,once daily.The rats were treated for 2 and 4 weeks respectively. The influence on swelling rate,serum nitric oxide(NO) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) level were observed after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks. The synovial histopathology was observed under optical microscope too. Result: Drug treatment significantly decreased swelling rate of joints in AA rats and the pathology of synovisl tissues was markedly ameliorated compared with that in the control(P<0.05).After administration for 2 weeks,the levels of serum NO and IL-1β of the rats in drugs groups were significantly decreased compared with those in the control(P<0.05).Continuous administration for 4 weeks,the levels of the targets reached to near the normal leve1. Conclusion: All the results demonstrate that the Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata may play anti-inflammatory and immune-regulatory roles in AA rats through inhibiting the levels of serum NO and IL-1β,adjusting related cytokines expression,then eliminating the joint swelling and improving synovitis pathologically.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Astragalus injection on the protein expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in H22 tumor cells bearing mice. Method: Hepatic cancer H22 model in mice was performed to study anti-hepatocarcinoma activity of Astragalus injection in vivo. The growth curve and inhibitory rate of tumor growth were measured. Cell apoptosis of each group were measured by flow cytometry (FCM). Protein expression of Bax and Bcl-2 were analyzed by immunohistochemistry (IHC). Result: Under the treatment of 12,8,4 g ·kg-1of Astragalus injection,the inhibitory rates of H22 transplanted tumor in mice were 52.36%,33.68%, 17.28%,respectively. FCM and IHC showed the cell apoptosis rate and protein expression of Bax and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio of H22 transplanted tumor in Astragalus injection were significantly higher than that of in the control group (P<0.05). The protein expression of Bcl-2 was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Astragalus injection has significant anti-tumor effects in vivo for inducing apoptosis of H22 tumor cells by promoting protein expression of Bax,decreasing protein expression of Bcl-2 gene,and marked increasing the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a rat model of chronic superficial gastritis. Method: The experimental SD rats were given 60% alcohol and 20 mmol ·L-1 sodium deoxycholate,0.05%-0.1% ammonia water and also treated with irregular diet for 12 weeks,pathologic changes in gastric mucosa were investigated by microscope. Biochemical indexes were measured with instruments. Result: Compared with the control group,the body weight in the model group decreased obviously,the concentration of free acid and total acid were significant increased,free mucin content and pepsin activity were significant higher. Conclusion: The above described method could establish rat model of chronic superficial gastritis successfully.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the antidepressant effects of Baochan Wuyou powder on antenatal depressed in mice and the endocrine changes in antenatal depressed. Method: The forced swimming was used in antenatal mice to induce the depressant model. Mice were divided into normal contral,antenatal control,Baochan Wuyou powder of high,middle,low dose groups (30,15,7.5 g ·kg-1). The immobility time (ImT) and serum levels of prolactin (PRL),progestin (P) and estrogen (E2) were detected. Result: ImT of antenatal mice was prolonged,and the levels of P and E2 were higher compared with those of the normal mice. Baochan Wuyou powder could not only shorten ImT,but also decrease the levels of P and PRL(P<0.05). Conclusion: Baochan Wuyou powder can regulate the serum hormone levels in antenatal mice by decreasing PRL and P levels. It is possibly one of mechanisms for Baochan Wuyou powder to show a good antidepressant effect on antenatal mice.  
摘要:Objective: To study the antipyretic,antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects of Huangyu cataplasm (HYC). Method: The antipyretic effects of HYC were observed on febrile animals induced by three kinds of pyrogens including dry yeast,typhoid paratyphoik A,B vaccines,and milk,correspondingly. The analgesic effect was determined by writhing and hot plate tests in mice. Anti-inflammatory action was investigated on the model of paw edema caused by egg white and the pathological model with increasing vascular permeability induced by acetic acid in mice. Result: HYC had good antipyretic effects for experimental fever rabbits induced by dry yeast,typhoid paratyphoik A,B vaccines,and milk heating method. HYC could significantly inhibit the pain responses caused by hot plate and writhing responses induced by acetic acid. HYC could significantly decrease the degree of paw edema caused by egg white in mice and notably inhibit the degree of the increase in permeability of the capillaries. Conclusion: HYC shows considerable antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of compound Codonopsis Radix extract on immunological function in immunosuppressive model mice induced by cyclophosphamide. Method: The immunosuppressive model in mice was induced by cyclophosophamide. Mice were administered with (low, medium and high dose, 0.25,0.5 and 1.0 g ·kg-1 accordingly) compound Codonopsis Radix and control groups were administered with distilled water for 10 days. MTT assay was employed to evaluate the metabolic activity of splenocytes.The changes in the phagocytotic activity of macrophage in response to compound Codonopsis Radix extract treatment were tested by phagocytosis percentage of chicken red blood cells (CRBCs).The effect of compound Codonopsis Radix extract on humoral immunity was assessed in mice immunized with sheep red blood cells (SRBCs) by measuring the serum levels of specific antibody against SRBCs. Result: Compound Codonopsis Radix extract significantly increased the paw swelling in mice, enhanced the metabolic activity of mouse splenocytes, and also significantly increased serum hemolysin level immunized with SRBCs and capacity of mouse peritoneal macrophages for CRBC phagocytosis in mice induced by cyclophosophamide. Conclusion: Compound Codonopsis Radix extract can stimulate the immunologic function in immunosuppressive mice.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of the ethanol extract from Ajuga decumbents on blood-activating and stasis-dissolving and anti-liver acute injury in mice. Method: Fifty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal control group,aspirin group,ethanol extract from A.decumbents groups of low,middle and high doses. Treatments in according groups were given daily for 7 days. Glass capillary method and slide method were used to determinate the effects of the ethanol extraction of A. decumbens on blood-activating and stasis-dissolving by the clotting time in mice. Meanwhile we selected the intestinal mucosa to measure its nodal points of capillary network,the diameter of capillary and the blood’s flow velocity. Another 60 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,model group,bifendete group,ethanol extract from A. decumbents groups of low,middle and high doses. The acute liver injury model in mice was induced by CCl4 or D-GalN. Treatments in according groups were given daily for 7 days. The protective effect for liver was investigated by detecting the levels of ALT,AST in serum. Result: The ethanol extract from A. decumbens could significantly prolong the clotting time (P<0.05),increase the blood flow velocity and the intestinal mucosa’s nodal points of capillary network (P<0.05) in normal mice. It could markedly decrease the level of ALT and AST in serum in the acute liver injured mice induced by CCl4 or D-GalN (P<0.05). Conclusion: The ethanol extract from A. decumbens has the effect of protecting liver. It may be related with effects of blood-activating and stasis-dissolving.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional chinese medicine Kuiyangping on gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF) and the serum concentration of endothelin-1(ET-1) and nitric oxide(NO) rats with in acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer(GU). Method: The ulcer model in rats was prepared with Okabe’s method with some modifications. The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,model group,low,middle and high-dose of Kuiyangping groups(1.4,2.8,5.6 g ·kg-1,ig) and ranitidine hydrochloride group(2.83×10-2g ·kg -1,ig). After the 14 days treatment, GMBF of the mucosa around the GU were measured by the LDF100C of MP150 BIOPAC System. We also determined the serum concentration of ET-1 by ELISA,and determined the serum concentration of NO by nitrate reductase one step method. Result: Compared with model group,GMBF was higher(P<0.05),the serum concentration of ET-1 was lower(P<0.01) and NO was higher(P<0.05) significantly in high-dose of Kuiyangping group. Compared with ranitidine hydrochloride group,GMBF was higher(P<0.05),the serum concentration of ET-1 was lower(P<0.01) and NO was higher(P<0.05) significantly in high-dose of Kuiyangping group. Conclusion: Kuiyangping could promote the synthesis and release of NO,however,NO could inhibit the release of ET-1.So Kuiyangping could increase the GMBF. Which may be one of the mechanisms of Kuiyangping to promote the healing of gastric ulceration and improve quality of ulcer healing.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate strengthening yang action of Yangxin Tiaogan Yishen decoction and its possible mechanism. Method: On the 8th days after making castrated model rats by operation,we respectively fed NS,Yangxin Tiaogan Yishen decoction(50,25 g ·kg-1),Nanbao mixed liquid(0.56 g ·kg-1) into the stomaches of the different groups of male rats for 21 days. Afterwards,the weight of prepputial gland,sperm bladder-prostate,anus levator muscle,content of testosterone(T) and cortisol(F) in blood serum and nitric oxide(NO) content of endothelium cell of penial corpus cavernosum were observed. Result: The indexes of prepputial gland,sperm bladder-prostate,anus levator muscle,and content of T,F and NO were increased,these items of Yangxin Tiaogan Yishen decoction group were higher than these of the model group (P<0.05). The deta in Yangxin Tiaogan Yishen decoction with high dose group were especially remarkable(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangxin Tiaogan Yishen decoction can adjust lower thalamus-hypophysis-sexual gland axis and adrenal function,and it can strengthen yang action.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Kaixin Jieyu decoction on the concentraion changes of norepinephrine (NE),dopamine(DA) and serotomin(5-HT) in brain of depression model in rats. Method: Thirty male SD rats were evenly randomized into normal,model and medical groups. Depression model of rat was produced by using chronic unpredictable mild stress stimulation (forced ice-water swimming,electric shock,tail-clamping,etc) combined with lonely raising for 21 days.At the same time of producing the depression model,Kaixin Jieyu decoction (40 g ·kg-1) was given to the medical group rats,once daily,continuously for 21 days.The concentraions of NE,DA and 5-HT were detected by HPLC-ECD. Result: The concentraions of NE,DA and 5-HT were reduced significantly in brain of the model rats compared to that of the normal group(P<0.05);also the concentraions of NE,DA and 5-HT were increased significantly in brain of Kaixin Jieyu decoction group compared to that of the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The mechanism for anti-depression of Kaixin Jieyu decoction may be correlative to regulating the balance of monamine transmitter.  
摘要:Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of LAMS on prostatic cancer growth in tumor-bearing mice. Method: Fourty C57 mice inoculated with RM-1 prostate cancer cells for 7 days were divided into 4 groups according to the tumor size:the model group (NS),cyclophosphamide (CY) group (20 mg ·kg-1),LAMS low and high dose groups (50,100 mg ·kg-1),ig,once daily. After 14 days of treatment,the animals were killed. The subcutaneous sarcoma,thymus and spleen were separated and weighted. Inhibition rate,spleen index and thymus index were then calculated. Result: CY 20 mg ·kg-1 significantly inhibited the growth of tumor,the inhibition rate was 40.3%;LAMS(low and high dose) also showed significant inhibitory effect compared with the model group,the inhibition rates were 25.0% and 33.8%. CY could significantly inhibited the thymus index and spleen index in tumor-bearing mice,however,the effects of LAMS were not significant. Conclusion: LAMS have inhibitory effects on RM-1 in tumor-bearing mice,but do not affect the immune function. Furthermore,LAMS has no side effects on chemotherapy drugs such as CY.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the inhibitory activity in vitro of rhizoma coptidis,radix scutellariae on Porphyromonas gingivalis,Provotella intermedia,Fusobacterium nuleartum and provide evidence for drug susceptibility testing of the Chinese herbal. Method: The Chinese herbal was pureed,and adopted the methods of agar dilution recommended by CLSI2010 to investigate the MIC of Chinese herbal on the three different kinds of bacteria. Result: The coptidis rhizoma,radix scutellariae had different level inhibitory activity in vitro on the bacteria strain mentioned above. And the coptidis rhizoma had the most intensive inhibitory on Provotella intermedia,the radix scutellariae has lower level inhibitory activity than the Coptidis Rhizoma. Conclusion: Rhizoma coptidis; radix scutellariae had different level inhibitory activity in vitro on bacteria.The effect of Radix Scutellariae on Provotella intermedia was the strongest.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Cinnabaris on mouse/rat chromosome damage,and to compare the detection of genotoxicity by short-term and long-term dose administration,exploring the feasibility of integrating micronucleus assay and comet assay into reproductive toxicity test Ⅰ period (male fertility and early embryonic development). Method: Cinnabaris suspension was orally administrated to male mice by ig at doses of 10,5.0,2.5 g ·kg-1respectively (equal to 100,50,and 25 times of the human highest clinical equivalent doses),after 2 days mice were sacrificed.Cinnabaris suspension was orally administrated to rats by ig at doses of 1.0,0.3,0.1 g ·kg-1respectively (equal to 20,6.4,and 2.0 times of the human highest clinical equivalent doses),according to the protocol of rat fertility and early embryo development toxicity by ig administration of Cinnabaris, male rats were sacrificed after 42 day’s continuous administration and mating,and female rats after 20 day’s continuous administration and on D15 of pregnancy.Then the bone marrows were taken to do micronucleus assay and comet assay. Result: The micronucleus rates of mice administrated were 0.175%,0.108% and 0.092% respectively,and had statistical significance when compared with the negative control.But in comet assay,the results were negative.The micronucleus rates of rats,which were integrated into the protocol of rat fertility and early embryo development toxicity test,had a tendency of increase as the doses increase,but no statistical significance.But in comet assay,the results showed that both tailed cell numbers and tailed lengths in high and middle dose groups statistically increased in both male and female rats when compared with the negative control. Conclusion: ① Both high dose,short-term and low dose,long-term administrations of Cinnabaris may cause chromosome damage; ② it is feasible that both micronucleus assay and comet assay be integrated into the protocol of rat fertility and early embryo development toxicity test,which is in accordance with the long-term and low-dose administration of traditional Chinese medicine.③ The combination of micronucleus assay and comet assay is of complement in evaluating drug genotoxicity in vivo  
摘要:Objective: To study toad venom(BV)-induced cardiac toxicity and the toxic substances in isolated guinea-pig heart. Method: Isolated guinea pig hearts were switched to the Langendorff mode and perfused with or without BV.Measure the content of toad venom in perfused hearts using HPLC. Result: BV caused auriculo-ventricular block,supraventicular tachycardia,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation and other arrhythmias phenomenon in isolated hearts.The cumulative doses of bufadienolides (60±11.5)μg induced cardiac arrest.Nine kinds of bufadienolides were detected by HPLC in the isolated hearts.Compare their affinity with the hearts:arenobufagin>bufalin>telocinobufagin>hellebrigenin>gamabufotalin>cinobufalin>bufotalin>resibufogenin>desacety-bufotalin. Conclusion: BV has cardiotoxicity on the guinea pig heart and the material basis of toad induced toxic effects may be gamabufotalin,arenobufagin and so on.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the self-control Liyan agents on the treatment for radiation esophagitis. Method: Sixty patients with lung cancer by radiotherapy were randomLy divided into two groups. The treatment group of thirty cases of beginning to end was given the self-control Liyan agents; thirty patients in the control group from beginning to end was given the common western medicine by mouth. Then evaluated any changes in the incidence of radiation esophagitis for the patients and T Lymphocyte subsets. Result: The incidence of radiation esophagitis in the treatment was 16.67%, and the control group’s incidence was 56.67%, there was significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment the proportion of CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and the CD4/CD8 ratio has statistical significance compared with those before treatment. And there was no change in the control group. Conclusion: Using the self-control Liyan agents could reduce the incidence of radiation esophagitis, improve the patients’ immunity, prevent certainly the emergence of radiation esophagitis.

摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Xiongzhi decoction on migraine. Method: Total 122 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 62 cases were treated with Xiongzhi decoction and control group in which 60 cases were treated with Flunarizine capsule,with a course of 3 months.The clinical efficacy and migraine frequency and severity were observed. Result: The total effective rate was 78.5% in the treatment group and 53.2% in the control group,with a striking difference between them ( P <0.01).After treatment,the scores of migraine frequency and severity were reduced in both groups ( P <0.05),with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion : Xiongzhi decoction is quite effective for migraine.  
摘要:Objective: to observe the effect of Feiai Heji(FAHJ) in treating patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Method: Sixty patients with confirmed diagnosis of advanced NSCLC were selected and randomly divided into two groups:Thirty patients in the control group with chemotherapy alone(NP or GP regimen),Thirty patients in the treated group were administered with FAHJ and chemotherapy(the regimen was as same as the control group).After 2 cycles,two groups were observed with short-term effect,the main symptom improvement,quality of life,weight changes,adverse reactions,changes in tumor markers and other projects. Result: The improvement of clinical symptoms in the treated group were superior to those in the control group.As well as improved the QOL,decreased marrow suppression,nausea,vomit and other adverse reactions and levels of tumor marks(CEA,CA153).But there was no significant difference in the effective rates and the disease control rates between two groups. Conclusion: FAHJ combined with chemotherapy can be used as an effective,low toxicity approach to treat the advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

摘要:Objective: To observe the joint Xiangling Gubao(XLGB) capsules with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method: Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group received XLGB capsules+glucosamine hydrochloride tablet (XLGB capsules, 3 capsules, 2 twice daily+glucosamine hydrochloride tablets, 480 mg, 3 times daily), the control group received glucosamine hydrochloride tablet (480 mg, 3 times daily), 8 weeks for a course of treatment. Result: The treatment group’s effective rate was 89.3%, the control group rate was 71.9%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Comparing the pain relief time after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: XLGB capsule combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis shows efficacy significantly, joint pain can be shortened.  
摘要:Objective: To observe clinical efficacy for treatment of acute cellulitis by the self-made dandelion combined Xuebijing topical ointment. Method: The inclusion criteria found 116 cases.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group and treatment group(58 cases,each). Two groups were given intravenous antibiotic therapy. Treatment group was given Xuebijing intravenously with topically ointment of dandelion.After a course of 6 d treatment effects were observed. Result: The curative rate of control group was 60.00%,total effective rate was 78.33%;treatment group the curtive rate was 83.33%,total effective rate was 96.67%. Comparison of cure rate,the total effective in the 2 groups was significant(P<0.05). In the 2 groups,before and after treatment symptom scores, CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8,showed statistically significant difference compared(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group was better than that in the control(P<0.05). Conclusion: The dandelion combined Xuebijing topical ointment for treatment of acute cellulitis is effective significantly,the improvement of clinical symptoms is good with effect for regulation of inflammatory cytokines.

摘要:Objective: To study the curative effects of autologous bone marrow and umbilical cord blood nuclear cells transplantation treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Method: The autologous bone marrow of a patient with ALS or umbilical cord blood were collected.Then the nuclear cell suspensions containing stem cells were made. Each suspension contained 4.72×108 nuclear cells averagely. The suspensions were injected into subarachnoid space of the patient by lumbar puncture. In 4 years we performed 3 transplantations of autologous bone marrow nuclear cells and 50 transplantations of umbilical cord blood nuclear cells on the patient respectively. The changes of movement function, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and adverse reactions of the patient were observed. Result: The patient’s condition improved after the first transplantation, and to the best after the third transplantation. From then on the patient’s condition worsened gradually, but the worsening speed was slower than before the transplantation. The pressure, routine test and biochemistry indicators of CSF were normal in the 4 years. No severe adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion: Autologous bone marrow and umbilical cord blood nuclear cells transplantation has short-term effect in treating ALS. It can slow down the progression of the disease, and the treatment is safe.

摘要:Objective: To review the research about anti-HIV activity of quercetin derivants from natural products, and provide reference for clinical and further research. Method: Retrieve and inspect the literatures and monographs over the past decade about anti-HIV of quercetin derivants from natural products, and analyze and summary these paper by the different function of quercetin derivants. Result: Quercetin derivants have strong anti-HIV activity, and they are mainly inhibit HIV viral replication through the three key enzymes: protease, reverse transcriptase, integrase. Conclusion: Natural products in the anti-HIV compounds quercetin play an important role, there is great significance in-depth study of these compounds  
摘要:Objective: To summarize the research progress on chemical components, pharmacological actions and toxicity of Ferula assafoetid , and provide useful references for the further research. Method : Literatures about F. assafoetid in plenty of journals and books were referred to, and the progress of the chemical components, pharmacological actions and toxicity were summarized. Result: Up to now, the chemical components isolated from F. assafoetid include mainly essential oil, coumarin, and phenylpropanoids. Pharmacological references show that it has anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, inhibition of gastrointestinal motility and disinfection effect. Conclusion: The pharmacological research mainly focus on its antiinflammation, anti-oxidation and gastrointestinal effects, but very few researches focus on its anti-tumor effect, we should carry out further studies on mechanism-based anti-tumor activity, so that we may understand the effect and its pharmacological mechanism of "removing retention and stagnation", and establish groundwork for illuminating the effectiveness of F. assafoetid.

摘要:Treatment of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) used traditional Chinese medicine was introduced in this review. EPCs, the precursor cells of endothelial cells (ECs), can participate in angiogenesis and endothelial injury after repair, which plays an important role in the incidence and development of cardiovascular disease. There is a long history for Chinese medicine to treat cardiovascular disease. It plays an important role in the different stages of disease development simultaneously. Some Chinese herbal medicines adjust the EPCs functions effectively, like influencing their mobilization, differentiation, homing, adhesion, etc. This paper reviewed Chinese medicine in the treatment of endothelial progenitor cells, to improve its application in cardiovascular field and new drug development of traditional Chinese medicine. The adjustment of Chinese medicine on EPCs plays a very important role in disease treatment.

摘要:Radix Asteris Tatarici belongs to the family of Compositae which is a widely used Tibetan Medicine herb and has a very high medicinal value. Recently, a great number of chemical and pharmacological studies have been done on Radix Asteris Tatarici. It’s proven to possess triterpene and triterpenoid saponin, flavone, peptides, volatile oil, amine acid and mineral element et al. Modern pharmacology studies and clinical practice demonstrated that Radix Asteris Tatarici and its active compounds possess wide pharmacological actions, especially in expelling phlegm and relieving cough, anti-tumor, antisepsis and antivirus, analgesia and anti-oxidant activities. Shionone is the main and effective components of the Radix Asteris Tatarici . Shionone are usually adopted for qualitative and quantitative analysis for Radix Asteris Tatarici . This review is delivered to support the further application and exploitation for new drug development.  
摘要:Objective: To summary related research about chemical components of HEDYOTIC DIFFUSA and detection methods. Method: Index the literatures in VIP Database and Pubmed Database from 1990 to 2011 whose titles or keywords are "Hedyotic diffusa" and/or "chemical components". Result: It includes anthraquinones, terpenes, flavonoids, sterols, diolefine, polysaccharides, organic acids, alkaloids, amino acids and some volatility compositions. It summarizes the detection methods of methy para-hydroxybenzoate, quercetin, kaempferide, coumaric acid, polysaccharides, ursolic acid and oleanolic acid. Conclusion: It is relatively consummate about the study on its complicated chemical components, but it remains to be standard about detection methods.  
摘要:Objective: To review the extraction and analytical methods of artemisinin and its analogues, it given the reference for the research and development of Artemisia annua. Method: Literatures on extraction and analytical methods of artemisinin and its analogues in recent years were summarized and analyzed. Result and Conclusion: Currently, the extraction methods about artemisinin and its analogues include organic solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave assisted extraction, supercritical carbon dioxide assisted extraction, the analytical methods as to these compounds were GC-ECD(MS, FID), HPLC-UV(MS,RID,ELSD, EC,CE), 1H-NMR,voltammetry and biological methods.Each extraction and analytical method of artemisinin and its analogues have it's advantages and disadvantages, to be flexible use the methods depend on the purpose, requirements and actual conditions.

摘要:Objective: By summarizing the latest research development on pharmacological effects and hepatotoxicity of Bupleurum saikosaponin,to provide the literature accordance and research ideas. Method: By searching the CNKI and NCBI databases,the related references in recent 5-10 years both at home and abroad about Bupleurum saikosaponin were collected, analyzed and summarized. Result : Bupleurum saikosaponin were the mainly chemical components of Bupleurum which had the hapatoprotective effect; the hepatotoxicity of Bupleurum saikosaponin were gradually recognized on the process of clinical application and modern research, and the hepatic damage mechanism and channel were mainly related with the multi-channel oxdative injury. Conclusion : Only in the process of effect expression and the effctive materials separation and control of Bupleurun when studying its toxicity and toxic materials,it could propose the early adverse reaction warning program and early diagonosis treatment measures properly and guarantee the clinical use of Bupleurum safely,so that to deal with relative problems of its hepatotoxicity both at home and abroad scientifically.
