摘要:Objective: To compare pharmacological activity and chemical composition changes of water extract from Huanglian Jiedu Decoction (HLJDT) after refined by 10 different Macroporous Resins. Investigated optimization principle of refining process by resin from traditional Chinese medicine compound, provided basis to refining and separation of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription. Method: Ten different polarity type of polystyrene Macroporous Resins were selected to refine the water extract from HLJDT. Took activity tracking filter of rat adrenal medulla pheochromocytoma PC-12 cell, determined the effect of water extract and refined material to low-sugar of DMEM and the oxygen-glucose deprivation injury of cobalt chloride-induced PC-12cells by MTT. The content of six index ingredients (berberine,palmatine, baicalin, baicalein,wogonin and geniposide) were detected by RP-HPLC. Result: The results show:the refined material of water extract by X-5-type Macroporous Resin was better able to retain the existing ratio of each component in HLJDT, and the pharmacodynamic effects consistent with HLJDT. Conclusion: This study settled experimental basis to clinical improved formulations and of industrial production of HLJDT.  
摘要:Objective: To determine optimum extraction process of squalene from Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, and analysis of crude fat components. Method: The extraction process was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design with extraction rate of squalene as index. Four factors were chosen, including ratio of material to solvent, soaking time, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time; And the constituents of crude fat from Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma were analyzed by GC-MS. Result: The optimum extraction process was as follows: ratio of material to solvent was 1:15, soaking time was 10 h, ultrasonic time was 50 min, extraction temperature was at 50 ℃; The GC-MS results showed that 26 kinds of compounds were identified, the content of squalene was 0.8%. Conclusion: The ultrasonic method is simple for extracting squalene, and the development and utilization of squalene from licorice crude fat had a better social and economic benefits.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the purification technology of total alkaloids from Rhizoma Coptidis by macroporous resin, and to provide feasible program for large-scale manufacture. Method: Evaluated the effect of purification of total alkaloids from Rhizoma Coptidis by D101, AB-8 and D151 resins respectively with the indicator of the content of berberine. Result: It has been found that D151 resin’s adsorption capacity of total alkaloids was the best in those three resins. The optimum process was as follows: the concentration of the sample solution was 0.15 g ·L-1 with 9 times the amount of resin volume, washed 2 times the amount of resin volume by distilled water and 5 times the amount of resin volume by 0.12 mol ·L-1 of HCl solution. Under those conditions, more than 60% extract was reduced with the proportion of total alkaloid in excess of 80%, and 70% of sample recover. Conclusion: D151 resin is suitable for industrial production for excellent drug loading and purification.  
摘要:Objective: To study on pre-preparation of total saponins extract from Bupleuri Radix and provide a basis for rational design of dosage forms. Method: Using spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography to investigate of the appraent aqueous solubility,oil-water partition coefficient, stability and preliminary gastric irritation of extracts of total saponins extract from Bupleuri Radix. Result: The appraent aqueous solubility in water was 0.145 g ·L-1.In buffer of pH 5.0, oil-water partition coefficient was 34.72; In buffer of pH 9.0, oil-water partition coefficient was 60.36, High-humidity test results didn't meet requirements;Had greater irritating. Conclusion: Appraent aqueous solubility of total saponins extract from Bupleuri Radix was small, oil-water partition coefficient in alkaline solution was greater than in acidic solution, had good stability, but with a certain degree of hygroscopicity, and had a large irritation to gastric.

摘要:Objective: To investigate in vivo and in vitro release of sulfasalazine suppository. Method: Sampling at different time points, determine dissolution of sulfasalazine suppositories, analyze the cumulative amount of release; New Zealand rabbits were given sulfasalazine suppository by rectum, determined the concentrations in plasma of SASP at different time points, pharmacokinetic analysis by 3P87. Result: In vitro release rate of SASP is low,Rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream,Tpeak was 0.606 272 h,Cmax was 2.404 431 mg ·L-1. Conclusion: SASP released in vivo with a good correlation.

摘要:Objective: To optimize matrix prescription of Fufang Chansu Zhentong cataplasm. Method: Orthogonal design was used to investigate the matrix prescription with cohesive strength,degree of difficulty and appearance as indexes. Result: The optimum matrix prescription was humectant (glycerol-1,3-propanediol, 15∶1)-H2O-sodium polyacrylate-CMC-Na-carbomer-PVA-medicinal powder(40∶40∶6∶4∶1.5∶1∶10). Conclusion: The optimized prescription is rational and suitable for production.

摘要:Objective: To prepare Xiaojin sustained release pellets and investigate release in vitro of Xiaojin sustained release pellets with different coating conditions by ferulic acid was determined as index. Method: Single factor test was applied to optimize the coating formulations. Result: A 10 h-sustained release curve was satisfactorily obtained by using EC as coating material and lactose 12% as porogenic agent in the optimized coating formulation with a 10% of coating weight gained. Conclusion: Coating material,coating weight gained and the amount of porogenic agent are the key factors that can significantly affect the drug release in vitro .

摘要:Objective: To determined mix power and grinding process of honey cream by study on powder of Uyghur Medicine Majun AM. Method: we compared 11 taste single herbs in 150 mesh condition and confirmed the grinding matrex under a couple of standards as grain collecting rate,second grain collecting rate,unstability rate; the grinding matrix as a raw material, added other medicinal herb grain gradually to make mix grinding herb,confirmed the mix grinding object finally. Testified the mix grinding process in the range of 80-200 mesh. Result: Ascertain the mixed grinding matrix by vertical compared the single herb powder of Asari Radix Et Rhizoma,Tsaoko Fructus、Amomi Fructus Rotundus、Cyperi Rhizoma、Cinnamomi Cortex、Rose、Margarita by vertical comparison of the singal grinding herb under the 150 mesh level; It has been confirmed and testified that 13 taste herbs could be used to mix grinding in total 17. Conclusion: By systematic study on grinding process determined mixed grinding process.This study provided priliminary experimental foundation to estimate the effect of Grinding material to the appearance,uniformity,dissolution characteristics of honey paste.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize spray drying process of Fufang Huanglian powder. Method: By using water content and the loss rate of berberine as parameters, to investigate the effect of different inflow wind temperature and spraying velocity on quality of Fufang Huanglian powder. Result: The best spraying dry conditions were as follows: inflow wind temperature at 170-190 ℃ and spraying velocity at 3 500 mL ·h-1. Conclusion: Prepared Fufang Huanglian powder is feasible by the optimum method.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process conditions of Fufang Zhiou Granules. Method: Optimized extraction process conditions of Fufang Zhiou granule by orthogonal design and pharmacodynamics test, 6-gingerol and vomiting results as evaluated indexes. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extracted three times with 9 times the amount of water for 1 h every time. Optimum extraction conditions were verified with satisfactory results. Conclusion: Optimized the extraction conditions by orthogonal design and pharmacodynamic test with the characteristics of active ingredients and indications combined closely. The optimized extraction process was stable, reliable, reproducible.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of crude drug from Fufang Yungui granules. Method: Using extraction rate of ferulaic acid from angelicae sinensis radix and naringin from aurantii fructus as indexes, HPLC was used to quantitative, optimized process of water extraction by L9(34) orthogoral design. Result: The optimum technology of water extraction was as follows: extracted twice with 12 and 10 times the amount of water, soaked 1 h, extracted 1.5 h each time. Conclusion: The optimum extraction technology is stable,feasible and suited for industrialization production.It can settle foundation for preparation of Fufang Yungui granules.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize the decolorization technology of polysaccharide from Ophiopogonis Radix. Method: Activated carbon was used as adsorbent.Concentration of polysaccharides,the amount of activated carbon,decolorization time as well as decolorization temperature were selected as experiment factors by single factor test. Result: The optimum decolorization process was as follows:concentration of polysaccharides was 5 g ·L-1,the amount of activated carbon was 2%,the temperature was at 50 ℃,the time was 30 min. Conclusion: The technology can establish foundation for the further purification of polysaccharide from Ophiopogonis Radix.

摘要:Objective: To determine the equilibrium solubility of capsaicin in various medium. Method: To determine the solubility of capsaicin in physiological saline,oleic acid,isopropyl myristate, different concentration of ethanol, ethanol-phosphate buffer solution and polyethylene glycol 400 by HPLC. Result: The solubility of capsaicin increases with the decreasing polarity of solvent and the increasing percentage of semi-polarity solvent.When the concentration of ethanol was 40%,the solubility of capsaicin increased to 30.4 g ·L-1. Conclusion: The equilibrium solubility of capsaicin depends on the polarity of the medium.We can regulate the polarity of the medium to increase the solubility of capsaicin.  
摘要:Objective: To dicucss the rationality of prescription compatibility and the refining method of extracts from Yinhuang oral liquid. Method: Appoint the effect of vitro anti-Staphylococcus aureus as the evaluating indicator to determinate the prescription allocated proportion of Yinhuang oral liquid, the method to refine extracts from Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and the optimum proportion of refined material to extracts from Scutellariae Radix. Result and conclusion: The result of vitro anti-staphylococcus aureus showed:In the present standard of the Yinhuang oral liquid, the prescription allocated proportion need to be improved. The extract from Lonicerae Japonicae Flos can be refined by ethyl acetate, and the optimum proportion of refined material to extracts from Scutellariae Radix is 5 times than the present standard.

摘要:Objective: To determine the optimum microwave-assisted extraction process for Rhizoma Chuanxiong. Method: The process was selected by orthogonal design with the transfer rate of ferulic acid as index. Result: The optimum extraction conditions was as follows:extracting twice with 10 times amount of 40% ethanol for 2 min. The microwave power was 160 W. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process was stable, feasible and could improve extraction efficiency.  
摘要:Objective: To develop the capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method for quantitative analysis of guanosine in Pinelliae Rhizoma using aciclovir as internal standard. Method: A fused silica capillary (57 cm×75 μm ID,an effective length of 50 cm) was used.The running buffer was composed of 0.8 mol ·L-1 boric acid, 0.1 mol ·L-1 borate and acetonitrile (50∶50∶13) with pH adjusted to 9.0.The applied voltage was 25 kV and the capillary temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was at 254 nm. Result: Good linearity was found in the range of 0.25-1.5 mg for guanosine with r=0.999 1.The average recovery was 102.0% for guanosine with the relative standard deviation 2.4% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate to determine guanosine in Pinelliae Rhizoma.

摘要:Objective: To determine the content of Pb, Cd, Hg, As and Cu in Polygonum perfoliatum from different places and evaluate their quality. Method: The samples were digested and detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence, and the results measured were treated by mathematical statistical software cluster analysis. Result: The content of Cd and Hg was over the relevant standards, the exceeding rate was Cd 73.33% and Hg 6.67% respectively. Conclusion: The content of Pb, As and Cu in Polygonum perfoliatum from different places is accorded with the correlative standards, while the content of Cd and Hg from some places exceeds the correlative standards.  
摘要:Objective: The GC method was established for determination simulataneo of eugenol, borneol and isoborneol of Guanxin Shutong capsule. Method: The stationary phase of capillary column is polyethylene glycol 20 000, with 10% coating. Carrier gas is nitrogen,detector is Flame Ionization Detector(FID). Result: The standard curve was linear within the concentration range of 2.025 6-50.640 0 μg (r=0.999 0) for eugenol, 29.9-104.65 μg (r=0.999 5)for borneol. and 30.2-105.7 μg(r=0.999 4) for isoborneol The average recovery of eugenol, borneol and isoborneol was 100.95%(n=6,RSD 0.72%),99.72%(n=6,RSD 0.38%)and 100.47%(n=6,RSD 1.11%). Conclusion: The contents of eugenol, borneol and isoborneol in Guanxin Shutong capsule were determined in the first time. The method is simple, stability and feasible, controllable strong, which can be used to determinate the content of eugenol, borneol and isoborneol of Guanxin Shutong capsule.  
摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC for determining the content of dehydrodiisoeugenol in Nutmeg roasted with wheat bran. Method: An HPLC method was developed. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Diamonsil C18 column and methanol-water (75∶25) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 274 nm. Result: The linear range of dehydrodiisoeugenol was 0.075-0.60 μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 98.22% and RSD was 1.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability, and can be used for determination of dehydrodiisoeugenol in Nutmeg roasted with wheat bran.

摘要:Objective: The content and categories of alkaloids in the combination of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with different prepared products of Pinellia Rhizoma were studied by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). Method: The samples for ESI-MS study were prepared by decocting a mixture of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae,prepared Rhizoma Pinellize with juice of Rhizima zingiberis recens,prepared Rhizoma Pinellize without adjuvant and Rhizoma pinelliae preparatum. Result: Comparing to unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae,the content of diester diterpenoid alkaloids was higher in the decoction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with prepared Rhizoma Pinellize without adjuvant,prepared Rhizoma Pinellize with juice of Rhizima zingiberis recens and unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae,and lower in the decoction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with rhizoma pinelliae preparatum. Comclusion: For the hydrolysis and pyrolysis of alkaloids are inhibited;and lower in the decoction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with Rhizoma pinelliae preparatum.,for most of diester diterpenoid alkaloids are hydrolyzed.  
摘要:Objective: To explore whether the compatibility of Niuhuang Jiedu tablets could reduce the toxicity of realgar, and which may be the possible herbal medicines that could reduce toxicity in the Niuhuang Jiedu tablets prescription. Method: Different groups about Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets and its disassembled prescription were arranged, treated with artificial gastric juice or artificial intestine juice, and then atom fluorescence spectrophotometry (AFS) was used to detect the content of soluble arsenic in the different groups samples. Result: The content of soluble arsenic in the whole prescription was significant lower than that in the single realgar (P<0.01). The content of soluble arsenic in the whole prescription except for Gancao , Huangqin and Dahuang was significant higher than that in the whole prescription (P<0.01). Conclusions: The compatibility for Niuhuang Jiedu tablets could reduce the toxicity of realgar, and Gancao , Huangqin and Dahuang may be the possible herbal medicines that could reduce toxicity.

摘要:Objective: To establish an High Performance Capillary Zone E1ectrophoresis(HPCE) method to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in sankezhen simultaneously. Method: Fused silica capillary coated (75 cm×50 μm) was used for separation in this study. The mobile phase consisted of 50 mmol ·L- 1 borax solution acetateacetic acid in methanol(2∶1). The applied voltage was 25 kV, and the column temperature was maintained at 15 ℃. The chromatogram was detected at 230 nm. Result: Berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride obtained over the range of 0.816 8-32.672 0 mg ·L-1 (r2=0.999 4)for palmatine, the range of 0.852 0-8.520 0 mg ·L-1 for jutrorrhizine,and the range of 0.815 2-8.152 0 mg ·L-1 for jutrorrhizine.The average recoveries were 103.8%(RSD 1.14%),100.7%(RSD 3.46%)and 100.2%(RSD 2.87%) for berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in sankezhen sample respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate,simple and rapid. It can be used for the quality control of Sankezhen and providing a experimental basis for development its resources.  
摘要:Objective: To accumulate data to stabilize the processing technology of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou by comparing the effects of different processing methods on the content of the paeoniflorin and the water-soluble extract in Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou. Method: With the paeoniflorin and the water-soluble extract as criteria, the content of the paeoniflorin and the water-soluble extract in Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou with different processing methods are determined by HPLC and the methods of water-soluble extract determination included in Appendix Ⅹ A of China Pharmacopeia 2010 (vol.Ⅰ). The effects of different processing methods on the content of the paeoniflorin and the water-soluble extract in Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou are investigated in the experiment. Result: With regard to the content of the paeoniflorin and the water-soluble extract in Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou with different processing methods, the content of the method of directly drying is higher up to 3.87% than that of the method of scraping and drying after boiling. The content of this method of boiling and drying after scraping is the lowest. Conclusion: The different methods have different effects on the content of the paeoniflorin and the water-soluble extract in Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou, and the highest content is obtained by the method of directly drying.

摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard for Yimei lotion. Method: Sophorae Flavescentis Radix was identified by TLC with ammothamnine and matrine as the standard. The content of matrine in Yimei lotion was determined by HPLC. Result: Sophorae Flavescentis Radix could be identified by TLC; The linearity of matrine was good in the range of 0.258 4-2.584 0 μg, regress equation was Y =71.217 8 X -1 045.177 9,r=0.999 4; the average recovery was 97.89%. Conclusion: The method of TLC identification and HPLC determination is simple, reliable and accurate which can be used for the quality control of Yimei lotion.  
摘要:Objective: To establish quality control system of suppository for Flos Chrysanthemi Indici (FCI) by identification and content determination. Method: The suppository for FCI was identified by TLC with luteoloside and linarin as indexes. The content of chlorogenic acid and linarin in the suppository for FCI was determined by HPLC. Result: On the silica gel thin layer plate, developed with mixture of acetic ether-acetone-formic acid-water (7∶3∶1∶1) and sprayed with 2% aluminum trichloride ethanol solution, luteoloside and linarin were detected in the suppository for FCI. Chlorogenic acid was separated well in Agilent Eclipse column with isocratic elution by methanol-acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid (5∶6∶89) and detected at 326 nm. Linarin was separated well in Agilent Eclipse column with isocratic elution by methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid (47∶53) and detected at 326 nm. Chlorogenic acid and linarin showed a good linear relationship with its peak area in the range of 3.27-408.40 mg ·L-1 and 0.63-79.10 mg ·L-1 respectively. Their average recoveries were 100.16% and 96.99% with RSD of 1.44% and 0.88% respectively. Conclusion: These methods are simple and feasible with good reproducibility. The study will provide a quality control method of suppository for FCI.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the fat-soluble components of Toddalia asiatica . Method: The fat-soluble components were extracted by cold-soak extraction, and GC-MS was used to analyze their components. Result: 45 compounds were extracted from T. asiatica , and 27compounds were identified, accounting for 77.33% of the total constituents. Conclusion: The hydrocarbons are the main components from T. asiatica , accounting for 40.32 % of the total, followed by esters accounting for 37.01 %.

摘要:Objective: To prep 20(S)-PPD (protopanaxdiol) tablets, and establish the determination and in-vitro evaluation methods. Method: The determination method was established by HPLC, using C18 liquid chromatography column at a detecting wavelength of 203 nm, and acetonitrile-water (88∶12) as the mobile phase with flowing rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The dissolution behavior of 20(S)-PPD tablets was investigated by paddle method (second method listed in Volume II of Chinese Pharmacopeia), in the 0.5% SDS solution at the rotating rate of 100 r ·min-1. The parameters of drug dissolution rate were treated with nonlinear regression by SAS software and iterated by Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm (LMA) to calculate Weibull’s distribution parameters and characteristic dissolution parameters. Result: The linear range of HPLC determination was 20.4-1 020.0 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 9), with the average recovery rate 97.0% (RSD 1.99%). In the methodology study of dissolution, the tablets were completely dissolved in 20 min, with the linear range of 10.0-80.0 mg ·L-1(r=0.999 9)and the average recovery rate 99.9% (RSD 2.13%). In Weibull’s distribution analysis, the location parameter(α) was 0.526 6, the shape parameter(m) 0.602 1 and the scale parameter(β) 2.387 2. In characteristic dissolution profile, Td was 4.766 8 min and T50 2.834 7 min. Conclusion: The determination and in vitro evaluation methods is simple, exactly and reliable. SAS system is a convenient and rapid instrument to calculate Weibull’s distribution parameters and characteristic dissolution parameters.

摘要:Objective: Study and revise the quality standard of Qingwen Jiedu tablets. Method: Pueraria radix, Paeoniae radix rubra, Angelicae dahuricae radix in Qingwen Jiedu tablets were identified by TLC method and the content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Result: TLC identification method for Pueraria radix, Paeoniae radix rubra, Angelicae dahuricae radix was simple and feasible with strong specificity. Baicalin content was linear in the range of 21-168 mg ·L-1, the recovery was 97.49%, RSD 0.32%. Conclusion: The method can effectively control the quality of Qingwen Jiedu tablets.

摘要:Objective: To establish a routine analytical method for the determination of plasma puerarin by LC/LC-UV, and used for the investigation of pharmacokinetics of puerarin. Method: LC1 system column was FRO-XB C18 (4.6 mm×30 mm, 20 μm, ANAX), with mobile phase consisting of 20 mmol ·L-1 ammonium acetate-acetonitrile (75∶25) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The column temperature was at 40 ℃. LC2 system column was UC-XB C18(4.6 mm×300 mm i.d, 5 μm, ANAX), with mobile phase consisting of 20 mmol ·L-1 ammonium acetate (pH 3.8 adjusted by formic acid)-acetonitrile (86∶314) at the flow rate of 1.2 mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 248 nm. Flow of transferring was 1.0 mL ·min-1, and the windows of ″heart cutting″ was 1.66-2.20 min. The sample loop volume was 200 μL. Result: The linearity range of puerarin was 0.020-4.50 mg ·L-1 (r=0.999 4). The limit of puerarin was 15.0 mg ·L-1.The RSD of intra-day precisions was less than 3% (n=6), the RSD of inter-day precisions was less than 5% (n=18). The accuracy was 100.3%-102.6%. Conclusion: The method for the determination of puerarin by LC/LC-UV is simple and accurate with high automatization. The method is used for investigation of pharmacokinetics of puerarin.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the relationship between the decomposition rate of rutin and the heating tempreature. Method: Rutin monomers were heated from 120 ℃ to 250 ℃ for 30 min, according to internal temperature was 10 ℃, separately. The content of rutin, quercetin in the heated samples were determined by HPLC. Result: The content of rutin and quercetin were not change singnicantly from 120 ℃ to 170 ℃. The content of rutin was reduced significantly from 180 ℃ to 200 ℃ and the content of quercetin was increased significantly. The contents of the two compounds were all reduced. Conclusion: When the heated temperature between 180 ℃ to 200 ℃, rutin partially decomposed into quercetin. Over 210 ℃, rutin wasall damaged.

摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Viburnum setigerum . Method: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,polyamide and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography, and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral methods. Result: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as taraxerol palmitate(Ⅰ), β-sitosterol palmitate(Ⅱ), β-amyrone(Ⅲ), palmitic acid(Ⅳ),quercetin(Ⅴ),oleanolic acid(Ⅵ), β-sitosterol(Ⅶ),taraxerol(Ⅷ)and β-daucosterol(Ⅸ). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from V. setigerum for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: Paeoniflorin, gallic acid, catechin, and benzoic acid of Radix Paeoniae Rubra of different origins of wild and cultivation were compared by HPLC. Method: A agilent zorbax C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0.02% phosphoric acid solution, gradient elution.The detection wavelength were 230 nm and 270 nm respectively.Column temperature is 30 ℃. The injection volume is 10 μL. Result: The content of catechin, gallic acid, paeoniflorin and benzoic acid in wild Radix Paeoniae Rubra were 0.008 35%- 0.143%,0.024 2%- 0.675%,2.23%- 8.03%,0.033 2%- 0.152% respectively,in cultivated Radix Paeoniae Rubra were 0.006 26%- 0.0523%,0.114%- 0.516%,1.57%- 4.18%,0.032 5%- 0.115% respectively. Cultivated Radix Paeoniae Rubra of Daqing and Lishu have no significant differernce with wild Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Conclusion: Suggest Paeoniflorin and catechin as the indicative components of evaluateing genuine medicinal materials. Heilongjiang and Jilin were the suited area for cultivating Radix Paeoniae Rubra.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in rat plasma after iv Danhong Zhusheye. Method: Male SD rats six, after iv Danhong Zhusheye (10 mL ·kg-1), Separately at differ ent times take blood, with cinnamic acid as internal standard, Liquid-liquid extraction processing, determination of rosmarinic acid by HPLC,Diamonsil C18 colurme was used. Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, gradient elution, at the flow rate of 1 min ·mL-1 with detection wave length at 286 nm. Result: Rosmarinic acid had good linear relationship when its concentration was between 4.0-100.0 g ·L-1. Recoveries were between 85.0%-101.4%. The intra-day and inter-day precision of this method were 4.00%-6.76% and 4.50%-7.81%,respectively. Concentration of rosmarinic acid in rat plasma at different times Separately were 85.44, 75.09 g ·mL-1, 61.13, 54.73, 43.02, 20.92, 10.12, 7.18, 4.28 mg ·L-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and convenient for the determination of rosmarinic acid.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate astragaloside and astragalan determination method in angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood granules. Method: This article used HPLC to determine the content of astragaloside, and used phenol-sulfuric colorimetric method to determine the content of astragalan. Result: The average recoveries of astragaloside and astragalan were 97.64%, 97.68%. Relative standard deviation was 2.10%, 3.07%. Conclusion: HPLC had been used in determining the content of astragaloside and it could get an effective separation, good peak shape and reproducible assay results. Phenol-sulfuric colorimetric method was used to determine the content of astragalan, and it was accurate, reliable, high sensitivity, and good reproducibility. So they can be effectively used to evaluate the quality of angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood granules.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of NaCl stress on growth, physiological index and content of effective composition of Glycyrrhiza uralensis . Method: Medicinal plant Gomposition uralensis was taken as the material. The rhizomes were grown in nutrient solution, and stressed with different concentration of NaCl. Respectively sampling after treatment of 10, 20, 30,40 days, liquorice growth, physiological indexes and glycyrrhizic acid and liquorice contents were determined. Result: On the treatment of 20, 30, 40 days, the height and the root fresh weight of 0.6% and 0.8% treatment groups were decreased as compared with CK significantly, while on the treatment of 30 and 40 days, the dry weight of 0.6% and 0.8% treatment groups were decreased as compared with control group significantly. On the treatment of 20 days, the SOD acticity and the the chloroplast pigment content of 0.6% and 0.8% treatment groups were extremely significant higher than those in the control group. And on the treatment of 30 days, the content of the glycyrrhizic acid of 0.6% and 0.8% treatment groups were increased as compared with control group significantly. While on the 20 and 30 days, the content of liquorice of 0.6% and 0.8% treatment groups were increased as compared with control group significantly. Conclusion: NaCl stress inhibited the growth of G. uralensis , and through improving the body of antioxidant enzymes activity, reducing the chloroplast pigment contents and promoting secondary metabolites accumulation, it improved its salt tolerance and the quality of G.uralensis .  
摘要:Objective: To study ecological suitability regionalization of Akebia trifoliate. for selecting artificial planting base and high-quality industrial raw material purchase of the herb in China. Method: Article basic on the meteorological data from 1971 to 2001 of 740 weather stations and DEM date of China, and grid data map of China’s soil. Using the spatial analysis method, that is space overlying and calculating method of ArcGIS software, to regionalize ecological suitability of A.trifoliate. planting. Result: The most suitability areas of A.trifoliate. planting are Yangtze valley and some areas in Shanxi province and Henan province. Conclusion: Using the spatial analysis method, basic on the climate,DEM and soli condition, the ecological suitability regionalization for planting of A. trifoliate can be provided.

摘要:Objection: To simulate solution drought stress conditions with 20% PEG (6000) to research characteristic drought-resistant of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds from different regions in response to drought stress. Method: The seeds of S. baicalensis from different regions was treated with 20% PEG respectively. Germination rate, germination index, the fresh weight of seedlings and the length of the organs. The seeds were classified by software SPSS13.0 for Windows. And we analyzed the activities of protective enzymes of two seeds, which have significant difference. Result: PEG treatments had different influence on the germination rate and the growth of the seedlings of S. baicalensis from different regions. Clustering results showed the seeds from longxi, were drought-resistant. But the seeds from weinan were weak in drought-resistant and their CAT activity was significant increased after stress. Conclusion: The characteristic drought-resistant between different regions of Scutellaria baicalensis could be different.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a simple HPLC method for the determination of auraptene in rats plasma, and to investigate the pharmacokinetics of auraptene after intravenous injection in rats. Method: The contents of auraptene in rats plasma were determined by RP-HPLC. The software DAS 2.1 was used to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters. Result: After intravenous injection to rats, direct proportion was found between AUC and the doses, and linear relationship was observed between Cmax and the doses. MRT did not extend with the doses, but the half-life time changed. Conclusion: The pharmacokinetics of auraptene after intravenous injection in rats are in accord with two-compartment model, the disposal process fits incompletely linear kinetics.  
摘要:Objective: To study the in situ intestinal absorption behaviors of lutein microscapsules in rats. Method: In situ the rat single-pass intestinal perfusion model was used and the concentrations of the perfusate were determined by UV to investagate the intestinal absorption site and mechanism. Result: The Ka and Papp of Lutein Microscapsules showed ileum>jejunum>duodenum>colon in four different region of rat intestine. The Ka and Papp between four intestinal segments had no significant influence. The Ka and Papp of different drug concentration had no significant influence. Conclusion: Lutein Microscapsules could be absorbed in whole intestinal segment,drug concentration had no effect to Ka and Papp, its absorbing mechanism may be for passive diffusion.

摘要:Objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of rhein rats were given of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Dachengqi Decoction. Method: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei group were given a single dose of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Dachengqi Decoction group were given Dachengqi Decoction. The plasma concentration of rhein was measured by HPLC. Diomansil C18 (4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm)was used as analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid(77∶22∶1), and the wavelength of detection was set at 428 nm. Plasma concentration-time data were analysted with the 3P97 pharmacokinetic software. Result: The linear ranges of rhein were from 1.0 to 15 mg ·L-1 .The concentration-time curves of rhein were fitted to the two compartment models in rats. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of the concentration-time curves and the maximum plasma concentration were significant difference between the Radix et Rhizoma Rhei groups and Dachengqi Decoction group after administrated the same dosage of rhein in rats (P<0.05). Conclusion: It was decreased the concentration of rhein in plasma when Radix et Rhizoma Rhei compatibility with other chinese medicine in Dachengqi Decoction.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of rhein in rats plasma by solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography, and study the pharmacokinetic. Method: SD rats were i.g with rhein after a single dose, blood samples were collected at time intervals. The plasma concentrations of sample in rats were assayed by SPE. The plasma concentrations of rhein were determined by HPLC method and internal standard method. Rhein was eluted on a Venusil XBP C18(L)(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column, using a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% acetic acid water (75∶25); and the column temperature was controlled at 30 ℃, the UV detector was operated at 254 nm. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by the software of DAS 2.0. Result: In rat plasma, rhein was linear in the range of 0.019 2 to 11.72 mg ·L-1 (R2=0.999 1). Detection limit (LOD) and quantification limit (LOQ) were 0.009 6 and 0.019 2 mg ·L-1 respectively. The recovery of rhein from plasma was larger than 80%, and RSDs of intra-day and inter-day were less than 6%. Conclusion: The concentration-time curve of rhein was shown to fit two compartment models. This method is accurate, precise and specific, and can be applied to determine the pharmacokinetic of rhein.  
摘要:Objective: To study the metabolism of components in the Radix of Scutellaria baicalensis. Method: ① We established the HPLC fingerprint of water extract of S. baicalensis and real-time monitored the chemical composition. ②We established the HPLC fingerprint of water extract of S. baicalensis in vivo and analyzed the rats’ serum samples from hepatic portal vein with the established method. ③ We established the HPLC fingerprint of water extract of S. baicalensis in vivo and analyzed the rats’ serum samples from aorta abdominalis with the established method. ④ Intestinal absorption of S. baicalensis was investigated by everting gut sacs in rats'sterile intestinal. ⑤ Using the established method, HPLC fingerprint spectrum of serum samples, the sample of herb, the sample after intestinal metabolism, rats’ serum samples from hepatic portal vein and rats’ serum samples from aorta abdominalis were investigated and analysed, in order to infer the metabolism of components in the Radix of S. baicalensis. Result: There were 17 compositions were detected, four of which were metabolized by intestinal flora and could not be absorbed into blood; four of them could not be absorbed directly into intestinal; seven compositions could be absorbed directly into intestinal; a new compound absorbed into blood while it was not detected in water extract of S. baicalensis. Conclusion: We could infer the metabolic processes of chemicals by analyzing and comparing HPLC fingerprint spectrum of serum samples, the sample of herb, the sample after intestinal metabolism, rats’ serum samples from hepatic portal vein and rats’ serum samples from aorta abdominalis.

摘要:Objective: To study Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhuo decoction (YHJD) on transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1), smad7, p-smad2/3, integrin-linked kinase(ILK) protein expressions, and investigate the effect of YHJD on TGF-β1-smad-ILK signal transduction pathway. Method: Unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) method was adopted to establish rat model of renal interstitial fibrosis, one hundred and thirty-two SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, western medicine group, YHJD large, medium and low-dose group. Coomassie brilliant blue method was used to measure 24 h urinary protein. The protein expression of TGF-β1, smad7, p-smad2/3, ILK in kidney tissue were detected respectively by immunohistochemistry. Result: Compared with the normal group and sham operation group, TGF-β1, p-smad2, 3, and ILK protein expressions in kidney tissue in he model group were significantly increased at 1,2,3 weeks (P<0.01), there were weak expressions of TGF-β1, p-smad2/3, and ILK protein in normal group. TGF-β1, p-smad2/3, and ILK protein expressions in YHJD large, medium, low-dose groups were increased compared with those in the normal group and sham operation group at each time point. However, compared with the model group they were significantly reduced (P<0.01), fosinopril sodium group was also significantly reduced than in model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: YHJD could block TGF-β1-smad-ILK signal transduction by reducing TGF-β1,p-smad2/3,ILK protein expressions and increasing smad7 proteins expression in kidney tissue. It might be the mechanisms of YHJD relieving renal interstitial fibroblast.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of drug-containing serum prepared for Chinese herbal medicine of Jiedu Huayu on the expression of nuclearfactor-κappaB(NF-κB)of leukemia HL60/ADR cell. Method: Western blot was applied for examination the expression of NF-κB/p65,NF-κB/p50,IκBα after HL60/ADR cell receiving the treatment of herbal serum of Jiedu Huayu. Result: The expression of NF-κB/p65,NF-κB/p50,IκBα after HL60/ADR cell was decreased by herbal serum of Jiedu Huayu. Conclusion: Jiedu Huayu Chinese herbal serum can reverse multidrug resistance in leukemia cell by blocking the expression of NF-κB pathway in leukemia HL60/ADR cell.

摘要:Objective: To explore attenuation that serum containing drug of Shenqi Fuzheng injection treatment on immunosuppression caused by chemotherapeutics. Method: Twenty male Wistar rates are divided into drug serum group and control group. Drug serum group is injected through caudal vein with 40 g ·kg-1 ·d-1 Shenqi Fuzheng injection twice a day and five times in total. Control group are injected with 0.9%NaCl solution instead of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and others are the same. All the rates’ blood are collected from abdominal aorta and then serum are Separated. Researches are divided into drug group and control group. In drug group, RAW264.7 cells are treated with Fluorouracil injection(50 mg ·L-1), Cisplatin injection(6.25 mg ·L-1), drug serum and in control group no-drug serum is used instead of drug. Treated RAW264.7 cells are detected with microplate reader.Observe effect on Fluorouracil injection, Cisplatin injection,serum containing drug of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on cell multiplication of RAW264.7 cells. Result: The serum containing drug of Shenqi Fuzheng injection can promote RAW264.7 cells multiplication(P<0.01). The serum containing drug of Shenqi Fuzheng injection can produce attenuation on immunosuppression caused by Fluorouracil injection and Cisplatin injection(P<0.01). Conclusions: In vitro environment Shenqi Fuzheng injection can promote RAW264.7 cells multiplication, and improve immunosuppression caused by chemotherapeutics. It can induce same trend and different intension of attenuation on different types of chemotherapy drugs.  
摘要:Objective: To study the possible link between preventing effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction (BHD) for atherosclerosis (AS) with connexins (Cx). Method: Thorty-two male ApoE-/- mice were randomly divided into four groups: model group and three dose groups of BHD (5, 10, 20 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). C57BL/6J mice was used to set up a normal control group. AS model was established by intragastric administration of homocysteine (0.1 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). Meanwhile, treatment groups were intragastric administrated with BHD (5, 10, 20 g ·kg-1 ·d-1). Eight weeks later, the area of atherosclerotic plaques, blood vessel walls and the ratio between them were observed and measured. The aortic ROS content and the expression of MAPKp38, ERK, Cx37, Cx43 were determined. Result: Model group showed evident AS lesions differently to the three treatment groups. The model group ROS content was elevated (17.01±1.31) ×105 RFU, compared with that in control group (2.73±0.18)×105 RFU, showing significant difference (P< 0.01). The MAPKp38, ERK,Cx43 protein expressions were significantly elevated, while Cx37 decreased in the models. Different doses of BHD could decrease ROS content, down-regulate MAPKp38, ERK,Cx43 protein expressions, and up-regulate Cx37 expression. Conclusion: BHD could prevent atherosclerosis induced by homocysteine via preventing AMPKs and regulating connexin expression.  
摘要:Objective: To study the lipid-lowering effects on flavonoid-phospholipid complex from Lonicera japonica Thunb in quails fed with high lipid food. Method: Eighty quails were randomly divided into 6 groups, one normally fed control group and other 5 groups. The quails in the 5 groups were fed with high lipid food for 12 days to form hyperlipidemic model, then fed with high fat diet continuously for 45 days. During the later 45 days, the model group was fed with normal saline, the other 3 treatment groups were treated with flavonoid (20 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1), flavonoid-phospholipid complex from L. japonica . (80 or 20 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1) accordingly. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), HDL-C, LDL-C in serum and the fatty content in liver of the quails with hyperlipidemia were measured. Result: The high lipid food remarkably increased plasma content of TC (P<0.01), TG (P<0.01) and the fatty content in liver. Flavonoid-phospholipid complex from L. japonica . could remarkably reduce TC level in serum and the degree of pathological changes in liver cells of the hyperlipidemic model. Conclusion: Flavonoid-phospholipid complex from L. japonica . has the effects on decreasing the level of serum lipids and protecting the liver against fatty accumulation.  
摘要:Objective: The investigate effects of astragalus polysaccharide (APS) segments with different molecular weight (Mw) on immunoregulation. Method: The systematic immunodepressie mice were prepared through subcutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide (CY) at the dose of 25 mg ·kg-1, and APS segments with different Mw (157.7,69.9,22.4,13.2,1.4×103) were then ig administrated for 14 days by the dose of 139 mg ·kg-1. Serum hemolysin, DNFB induced mice ear edema and the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage were used to characterize the effects of samples on cellular immunity, humoral immunity and non-specific immunity respectively. Mucosal immunodepressive mice were prepared through subcutaneous injection of CY (50 mg ·kg-1), and were administrated with the same samples as above. Secreted immunoglobulin A (sIgA) in lung and intestine irrigating solution, alteration of peyer’s patches in intestine were observed to study the effect of samples on mucosal immunity. Result: Phagocytosis index, phagocytosis rate, ear edema, serum hemolysin level and sIgA level in intestine and lung were increased by total APS and samples with larger Mw to different extent, and the 157.7×103 APS behaved the strongest effects for most indicators. Conclusion: APS with larger molecule weight could improve both systematic and mucosal immunity in immunodepressive mouse, and its effects were stronger than APS with lower melocule weight. This molecular segment of polysaccharide might be the main active substances of astragalus responsible for its immunomodulatory effect.  
摘要:Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of protoporphyrin disodium (NAPP) on human hepatoma carcinoma cell strain of SMMC-7721 cells in vitro . Method: The maximum atoxic concentration (TC0) of NAPP was determined by drug toxicity test on normal human hepatocyte strain of QSG-7701 cells. TC0 was used as the initial concentration, five different concentrations of NAPP were diluted by 10 times gradient dilution, and applied to treat the human hepatoma carcinoma cell strain of SMMC-7721 cells cultured in vitro . MTT assay was used for evaluating the proliferation inhibitory effect of NAPP. Morphological observation for SMMC-7721 cells was undertaken via the inverted optical microscope and inverted fluorescence microscope after Hoechst33258 staining. Apoptotic cells were counted and apoptosis index (AI) was calculated. Flow cytometry was applied to measure the apoptosis and necrosis rates of SMMC-7721 cells through Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining with apoptosis detection kit. Result: The proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells was inhibited dramatically after the treatment of different concentrations of NAPP, and the A values were decreased significantly (P<0.05 orP<0.01). The inhibition rate was depended on the concentration of NAPP and the treatment time to some extent. These were visible in the optical microscope that cell number reduced obviously, cell density was thinning markedly, the appearance of SMMC-7721 cells was changed evidently, significantly, many conjunctions between cells disappeared, and cells became round and corrugativus or cellular shape turned slender like Fusiform shape. The SMMC-7721 cell nucleus showed the typical changes of apoptosis morphology in fluorescence microscope, and AI increased remarkably (P<0.05 orP<0.01). Flow cytometry showed that apoptosis and necrosis rates of SMMC-7721 cells were raised to different level. Conclusion: NAPP can inhibit the proliferation of human hepatoma carcinoma cell strain of SMMC-7721 cells and promote its apoptosis and necrosis.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of sophoridine on immune and oxidative injury of acute infection induced by endotoxinin mice. Method: Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, preventive treatment group, low dose, midium dose, and high dose of sophoridine group (n=10, each). Mice in preventive treatment group were injected with 5 mg ·kg-1 sophoridine ip continuously for 6 days, the mice in the rest groups were ip injected 5 mg ·kg-1 saline. One hour after the last administration, mice in all groups except those in group A were ip given endotoxin (9 mg ·kg-1 )to induce acute infection. After 2 h of modeling, sophoridine groups were given ipsophoridine 2.5, 5, 9 mg ·kg-1 accordingly, the changes in mice were observed; including lung water content; serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO). Cellular changes in lung tissue was observed by HE staining. Result: Mice treated by sophoridine in each group showed significant improvement in the degree of acute infection, and serum IL-6, MDA, NO levels were lower than those in model group (P<0.05); SOD level was higher than that in model group (P<0.05). Nedium-dosage group was better than the other groups (P<0.05). HE staining showed that the degree of inflammation of the treatments resulted in different degrees of improvement compared with the model group. Conclusion: Sophoridine can reduce the pathological damage in model mice with endotoxin injury to certain degree,and effectively enhance the immune function and the anti-oxidative ability.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Panax notoginseng on renal and urinary intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) expression in unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) rats. Method: Tubulointerstitial fibrosis model was established by unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) rat. Fifty-two male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group (n=12), UUO model group (n=20), P.notoginseng 0.84 g ·kg-1 ·d-1group (n=20). Half rats in each group were sacrificed respectively on day 7 and day 14. Urine ICAM-1 level was tested by ELISA, renal ICAM-1 expression and localization were detected by immunohistochemistry. Result: Compared with the sham group, tubulointerstitial injury score was significantly higher (P<0.05), and ICAM-1 expression in renal tissue and urine was significantly upregulated in model rats on day 7 and day 14. ICAM-1 expression in renal tubulointerstitium was positively correlated with urinary ICAM-1, and was also positively correlated with renal tubulointerstitial injury score (kidney damage index). P.notoginseng 0.84 g ·kg-1 ·d-1decreased tubulointerstitial injury score, and suppressed the levels of renal tissue and urinary ICAM-1 expression on day 7 and day 14 significantly, compared with those in the UUO model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The ICAM-1 expression in renal tubulointerstitium was positively correlated with renal tubulointerstitial injury score and urinary ICAM-1 respectively. It suggested that the urinary levels of ICAM-1 could reflect the changes of ICAM-1 in kidney. P.notoginseng improved the histological changes in renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis and had certain renoprotective effect in UUO rats. The mechanism might be related to reducing renal ICAM-1 expression and urinary ICAM-1 levels.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of Rhodiola crenulate oral liquid (RCOL) on Yang deficiency induced by hydrocortisone in rats. Method: Fifty Kunming male mice were randomly divided in 5 groups with 10 mice each group. The mouse model of Yang deficiency was induced by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone (25 mg ·kg-1) for 5 days. On the fifth day of administration, normal saline (blank control and model control) Nan-bao capsule, RCOL (2.48, 24.80 g ·kg-1) were orally treated for 7 days, twice a day. The weight of mice, the coefficient of sex organs and immune organs, independent activity, the body temperature and the swimming time in cold water, were observed. Result: The weight, activity times, body temperature, the swimming time in cold water, the indexes of thymus and accessory sex organs in the model group were lower than that those in blank group (P<0.01). The weight, body temperature, the indexes of thymus and accessory sex organs in RCOL groups were higher than that in model group (P<0.01 orP<0.05). Conclusion: RCOL has anti-stress effect on Yang deficient induced by hydrocortisone in mice.  
摘要:Objective: To study the antidepressant effect of spine date seed oil in mice with behavioral despair. Method: Healthy male KM mice were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups: a blank control group, positive control and spine date seed oil of 50, 100, 200 mg ·kg-1 groups (ig 7 days). By using tail suspension test, forced swimming test and autonomic activity test, the antidepressant effects of spine date seed oil in mice were observed. Result: Different dose groups of spine date seed oil could significantly reduce the immobility time of mice during the forced swimming test and the tail suspension test, compared with those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusions: The spine date seed oil possesses antidepressant effect.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of traditional Chinese drugs Chaiyu Wendan Tang (CYWDT) and its component on the serum copper, zinc in depressed rats. Method: Eighty-four male rats were divided into seven groups randomly. Model of depression was established by chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) and living individually. The herbs in CYWDT was split into three categries, namely Huatan, Tiaoqixue and Yangxinpi. The level of serum copper and zinc was detected by atomic absorption method. Result: The model of depression was successfully established. Compared with control animals, the serum copper level in the model rat was increased significantly and the serum zinc level was decreased significantly. CYWDT could reverse all these changes. Huatan could significantly increase the level of serum zinc (P<0.05). Yangxinpi could significantly decrease the level of serum copper. Conclusion: CYWDT has a good effect for anti-depression. It can improve the behavior of the depressed rats, increase serum copper level and decrease serum zinc level significantly in depressed rats. Huatan and Yangxinpi are likely the major components of CYWDT.

摘要:Objective: To study the promotion mechanism of Yanghe decoction-containing serum (YHDS) for inhibitory effect of doxorubicin on MCF-7 cell. Method: Yanghe decoction (1.08 g ·mL-1) was administrated orally to 20 mice at a volume of 20 mL ·kg-1 (21.6 g ·kg-1) for 7 days. For the control mouse, water was administered in the same way. Blood samples were collected for all the mice by carotid artery cut at 1 hour after the last administration, and YHDS(1 g ·mL-1) was obtained. Cells proliferation was tested by incorporation of BrdU, cell differentiation was assayed by colonogenic potential in soft agar, the Bax/Bcl-2 expression were assessed by western blotting, Cell apoptosis was examined by TUNEL and the mitochondrial membrane potential was examined by flow cytometry. Result: YHDS could obviously induce promotion for growth inhibition (61.25%±1.66%,P<0.05) and drop the mitochondrial membrane potential induced by doxorubicinin in MCF-7 cells, up-regulate radio of Bax/Bcl-2 expression, and increase cell apoptosis. In addition, YHDS could induce MCF-7 cell differentiation (clones reduced 68.4% compared to normal cell group,P<0.05). Conclusion: YHDS is able to promote inhibitory effect of doxorubicin on MCF-7 cells, its mechanism could be associated with sensitization of apoptosis and differentiation induced by YHDS.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Huazhuo granules on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and insulin resistance in rat model of hepatosteatosishigh. Method: Rat model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease was induced by feeding high fat diet for 8 weeks, and then the rats were randomized into 4 groups (n=10 each): model group, Huazhuo granules groups (2.025, 0.675 g ·kg-1)and positive control group (rosiglitazone 0.35 mg ·kg-1). Another 10 normal rats were used as the normal control. The influence of the treatments on TC, TG, insulin resistance index was investigated. Result: Compared with the model group, Huazhuo granules group and rosiglitazone group showed reduced TG, TC significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Huazhuo granules high-dose group had similar therapeutic effect as that in rosiglitazone group, appeared to be superior to the low-dose. Conclusion: Huazhuo granules can decrase TG, TC in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, thus alleviate pathological changes and lipid metabolism in the rats.

摘要:Objective: To study the influence of complex herba lysmachiae gramules on the experimental kidney stone and its diuretic,spasmolyti and anti-inflammatory effects. Method: Fifty Wistar rats (n=10) were randomly divided into five group,the normal goups, the model group, the Shenshitong gramules group(3.3 g ·kg-1), high complex herba lysmachiae gramules group(7.4 g ·kg-1) and low complex herba lysmachiae gramules group(1.8 g ·kg-1). The rat model of renal calcium oxalate stones was induced by administrated ethylene glycol and ammonia chloride, after 8 weeks modeled and administered, the incidence of kedney stone, calaium in kedneys, serum BUN,serum Cr were detected. The effects of complex herba lysmachiae gramules on ureter smooth muscle of rabbits in vitro,water-loaded diuretic in rats and anti-inflammatory was evaluated. Result: The number of renal stone formation, the contentration of calcum in kedneys, serum BUN and serum Cr were lower in high complex herba lysmachiae gramules group than that in model group, and lasted diuretic effects in water-loaded rat. High complex herba lysmachiae gramules group could obviously inhibit the average tension amplified on the ureter smooth muscle induced by Ach, and could markedly suppressed xylene-caused mouse ear swelling and granuloma by cotton ball. Conclusion: Complex herba lysmachiae gramules could inhibit calcium oxalate stone formation in experimental rats, and had diuresis,spasmolytic effects in vitro and anti-inflammatory actions.

摘要:Objective: To study the antitumor effect of ethanol extract YM-J and polysaccharide YM-S of maize. Method: The inhibitory effects on BGC-823, SMMC7721 human cancer cell lines were observed by detecting MTT absorbance value and calculate IC50 value. Human gastric cancer cell line BGC 803 nude-mouse transplanted tumor model and H22 mouse liver cancer transplanted tumor model were used. The animals were given maize ethanol extract YM-J and maize polysaccharid YM-S by gavage(400, 200 mg ·kg-1, daily, 19 d for BGC 803, 10 d for H22), in order to observe the antitumor effect in vivo . Result: YM-J and YM-S displayed strong growth inhibitory effects on human gastric cancer cell line BGC-823, the IC50 were 24.16, 12.61 μg ·mL-1, respectively. Meanwhile, YM-J and YM-S displayed weak inhibitory effects on human liver cancer cell line SMMC7721 with IC50 which were 127.42 and 1 352.72 μg ·mL-1. YM-J had obvious inhibition to the tumor growth, the highest inhibition rate were 40.27% and 44.69% on above two model in vivo , respectively. YM-S displayed inhibition on H22 mouse liver cancer transplanted tumor model in some degree with 38.89% inhibition rate, however, the highest inhibition rate on human gastric cancer cell line BGC 803 nude-mouse transplanted tumor model was only 25.96%. Conclusion: Maize ethanol extract YM-J and maize polysaccharide YM-S have obvious antitumor effect in vivo and in vitro ; ethanol extract YM-J has stronger inhibitory effects on liver cancer and gastric cancer than polysaccharide YM-S.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate water extract (EOF) intervention in septic rats, and to explore EOF on serum cytokines in septic rats. Method: The male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group (n=6), sham operation group (n=24), model group (n=24), EOF low dose (0.5 g ·kg-1) group (n=24) and high dose EOF (2 g ·kg-1) group (n=24). Experimental model was established by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP), 2,6,12,24 h after modeling blood was collected and double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 level. Result: In the model group TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 were higher than those in the sham group (P<0.01). EOF treatment group showed (except 2 h),TNF-α and IL-6 were decresed (P<0.05), and IL-10 inctesed (P<0.05). Compared with those in the model group. High dose EOF showed stronger effects, compared with those in the low dose EOF(P<0.05). Conclusion: EOF can reduce sepsis TNF-α, IL-6 expression; increase expression of IL-10 inrats with sepsis. EOF has anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. It might become new drug for clinical treatment of sepsis.

摘要:Objective: To study protection on myocardium and mechanism of Kangdu Buxin Capsule on model rats with acute myocardial ischemia. Method: Seventy two Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, positive group, Kangdu Buxin Capsule low, medium and high dose groups, each group orally administered 14 days. Then, model rats with acute myocardial ischemia were prepared by coronary artery ligation. The influences on the content of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malonaldehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) were observed. Result: Kangdu Buxin Capsule significantly reduced the content of CK,MDA,LDH in serum of model rats with acute myocardial ischemia. Kangdu Buxin Capsule significantly improved the content of SOD in serum of model rats. Conclusion: Kangdu Buxin Capsule has a protective effect on model rats with acute myocardial ischemia prepared by coronary artery ligation.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the inhibition of magnolol on the apoptosis of PC12 cell induced by MPTP and its mechanism. Method: Magnolol (final concentration 0.1, 10 μmol ·L-1) and /or MPTP(final concentration 50, 100, 150, 200 μmol ·L-1) were added into the culture of PC12 cells. The cell viability was detected with MTT method, apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry and Bcl-2/Bax ratio was detected by western blot. Result: Cell viability was declined sharply by MPTP with different concentrations, the pre-treatment of magnolol 0.1-10 μmol ·L-1 could significantly increase the PC12 cell viability, apoptosis and the decrease in the Bcl-2/Bax ratio. Conclusion: Magnolol may inhibit the cell damage induced by MPTP and the mechanism is likely related to inhibition to expression of Bcl-2/Bax.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects of extract from Polygonum cuspidatum on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham operated group, model group, nimodipine group (1 mg ·kg-1) and 3 groups treated with extract from P.cuspidatum (5,10,20 mg ·kg-1). The rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was induced to observe the changes in cerebral function score, infarction area, water content, and histological modifications in rat brain. The levels of Interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), nitric oxide (NO) were also measured. Result: Extract from P.cuspidatum at different doses could obviously decrease the cerebral function score, infarction area and water content. It also alleviated the pathological injury of focal cerebral I/R injury in rats. For extract from P.cuspidatum groups, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and NO in brain tissue were significantly decreased. Conclusion: Extract from P.cuspidatum has protective effects on cerebral I/R injury.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Baoji Wan on gastrointestinal motility. Method: Impacts of Baoji Wan on gastrointestinal motility were evaluated through observing the small intestine function in normal mice, the intestinal movement of mice with hyperactive muscle movemen in small intestinet, gastric emptying in normal mice, the lower gastric emptying gastrointestinal motility induced by atropine. Result: Baoji Wan could significantly inhibit gastric emptying and increase the retention rate of phenol red in stomach; suppress normal mice and mice with hyperthyroidism intestine of small intestine function, significantly inhibit the rate of advance and promote distance. Conclusion: Baoji Wan have antispasmodic effects, which provide an experimental basis for clinical application.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Cuscuta chinensis polysaccharide(CCP) on glucose-lipid metabolism in diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin. Method: The rat diabetic model was established by 50 mg ·kg-1 streptozotocin iv , 10 days later the rats with fasting blood glucose beyond 11.1 mmol ·L-1 were selected as diabetic rats. Experimental groups (n=8, each) included model, CCP (400, 200, 100 mg ·kg-1), acarbose 15 mg ·kg-1, and another normal control group was also setup. After ig treatment for 15 days, body weight, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein, insulin, blood lipid level in rats were measured to evaluate the effect of CCP. Result: In model group, body weight was significantly reduced(P<0.01)and levels of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein, CHO, TG were increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05)while insulin level was reduced(P<0.01), compared with those in the normal control. CCP 200,400 mg ·kg-1 could significantly improve the weight loss of diabetic rats(P<0.05, P<0.01), reduce fasting blood glucose and glycosylated serum protein(P<0.01 or P<0.05), CCP 400 mg ·kg-1 could significantly reduce CHO level(P<0.05). CCP 400, 200, 100 mg ·kg-1 could significantly reduce TG level(P<0.01 or P<0.05). No obvious effect of CCP on insulin level was observed. Conclusion: CCP could improve glucose-lipid metabolism for the experimental diabetic rats.  
摘要:Objective: To study the modulatory effect of the water extract of Ziziphus jujaba Mill.var. spinosa (Bunge) Hu ex H.F.Chou(SZR), Polygala tenuifolia Willd.(YZ)and Platycodon grandiflorum (Jacq.)A.DC.(JG)on the activity and mRNA expression of cytochrome P450 isoenzymes in rat liver. Method: The rats were killed after the animals were administred medicines once daily for consecutive 7 days, the livers were removed rapidly and weighed,and then,liver microsomes were prepared with ultra-centrifuge method,the contents of liver microsomal cytochrome P450(CYP450), cytochrome b5 (Cytb5) and the activities of erythromycin N -demethylase(ERD) were examined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,the activities of phenacetin O-deethylase (PHD) and p-nitrophenol-hydroxylase (pNPH) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The mRNA expression level of five CYP isoenzymes CYP1A1,CYP1A2,CYP2E1,CYP3A1 and CYP3A2 were detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Result: All groups were no difference in the levels of liver index compared with the blank control. SZR obviously decreased the b5 contents and CYP3A activity of liver microsomes,markedly increased the activity of p NPH. YZ obviously increased p NPH,and significantly decreased ERD activity, JG obviously decreased the b5 contents of liver microsomes,and significantly increased the activity of PHD and p NPH. At the mRNA level.The CYP1A1 gene was not detected in these groups. SZR induced the expression of CYP2E1,CYP3A1 and CYP3A2. YZ inhibited the expression of CYP3A1,induced the expression of CYP3A2. JG induced the expression of CYP1A2,CYP2E1 and CYP3A2.The mRNA level of CYP2E1 in SZR group,and the mRNA level of CYP1A2 and CYP2E1 in JG group were largely consistent with the results of the enzyme activity. Conclusion: The water extract of SZR induced the activity of CYP2E1,the water extract of JG could induce the activity of CYP1A2 and CYP2E1. The change in enzyme activity might be attributed to the increase in mRNA level. It indicates that if drugs metabolized by CYP2E1 and CYP3A are taken simultaneously with SZR and YZ,or drugs metabolized by CYP1A2,CYP2E1 and CYP3A are taken with JG, the efficacy of the above drugs will be influenced. So, the cases should be careful considered in clinical application.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of a combination of traditional Chinese herbs Dihuang Guanshitong Granules on the rat model of esophageal cancer after rradiotherapy for inducing apoptosis and the c- myc, TERT protein expression. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups.They were treated with MANA 5 mg ·kg-1 by subsutaneous injection except control group(the normal).After the model was successful,the model rats were treated with Intraperitoneal injection of sodium pentobarbital anesthesia and local esophageal radiation by cobalt60 except the model group rats.The rats were randomly divided into the radiotherapy group,the Dihuang Guanshitong high, middle, low dose(5,10,15 g ·kg-1) groups,the Liuwei Dihuang Wan(4.5 g ·kg-1) group after the last radiation.Then they were administered. TUNEL assay was used to examine the promotion on apoptosis of esophageal cancer cells. Immunohisto -chemistry (IHC) technique was used to measure the expression of c-myc and TERT protein in cells. Result: ① The esophageal cancer cells were apoptic according to the result of TUNEL assay in all the groups.The granules was more obvious and the high-dosage group was the most. ②Immunohistochemical results showed that c-myc protein expression in model group were increased than that in the radiation group. The drug therapy group were reduced by different degree and the high-dosage group were more obvious(P<0.05). The comparison between the high-dosage groups and radiation therapy group was significant(P<0.05). ③TERT protein expression of each drug groups were tending to decrease compared with that in radiotherapy group.The high, middle,low dosage groups were significant(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: Apoptosis is likely one of the mechanisms of Dihuang Guanshitong Granules to kill esophageal cancer cells.This is related with inhibiting c-myc,TERT protein expression. The granules can decrease side effects after chemotherapy and prevent of recurrence.  
摘要:Objective: To study the irritability of agglutinin from P. ternate Breit, P. pedtaisecta Schott and Typhonium giganteum Engl. Method: Male SD rats were designed to control group, low dose group(100 mg ·L-1), medium dose group(200 mg ·L-1) and high dose group(300 mg ·L-1) randomly. The control group received the same volume of saline in substitution of the lectin solution. Four hours later, rats were sacrificed and peritoneal cells harvested by washing each peritoneal cavity with saline. The irritation effect of P. ternata agglutinin (PTA),P. pedtaisecta agglutinin(PPA) and T. giganteum agglutinin(TGA) was observed in model of rat neutrophil migration in vivo by measurement of the number of neutrophils and the content of protein, NO and PGE2 of peritoneal fluid. Rabbits were designed to control group, Raphides of P. ternate group, P.pedtaisecta group and T. giganteum group, PTA and Raphide of P. ternate group, PPA and Raphide of P. pedtaisecta group , TGA and Raphide of T. giganteum group. Conjunctival congestion of rabbit was observed. Result: After injection of PTA, PPA and TGA, compared with control group (633.33 ± 233.81)×106/L the number of neutrophil migration in the low-dose group of PTA (1 083.33±116.9)×106/L, PPA (1 033.3±150.55)×106/L and TGA (1 133.33±103.28)×106/L was significant increased (P<0.01). Neutrophil migration was induced and the content of protein, NO and PGE2 was elevated by PTA, PPA, TGA. PTA, PPA, TGA that showed obvious irritation effects on conjunctival congestion of rabbit. Conclusion: Agglutinin is the irritative component from P. ternata, P. pedtaisecta and Typhonium giganteum.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effct of slight depression treated by Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets and Peiyao. Method: The patients with slight depression were randomized into treatment group(35 cases),treated by administration of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets for oral taking and Peiyao for external application,and control group(35 cases), treated by administration of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets for oral taking.The therapeutic effect and score of Harmilton Depression Scale(HAMD) were observed in the both groups. Result: After a course treatment, the scores of HAMD in the both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01); in the treatment group 26 cases were excellent, 5 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 88.57%; in the control group 25 cases were excellent, 5 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 85.71%.The effects of the both groups were not significant difference.However the scores of HAMD after the first、second and fourth week treatment of the treatment group were significantly better than of the control group(P<0.01 orP<0.05), after the six week treatment,the scores of HAMD in the both groups were not different. Conclusion: In the treatment of slight depression, Melitracen tablets and Peiyao treatment may make more quicker effect and has higher compliance.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Tangmaikang particles combined with captopril on diabetic nephropathy (DN). Method: 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups which were the observation group and the control group. The control group received captopril treatment, 25 mg/time, three times/d. And the observation group was received Tangmaikang particles 5 g, tid. combined with captopril treatment, 25 mg, tid. BUN, SCr and 24 h urinary protein were observed after 4 weeks treatment. Result: Two groups of patients with BUN, SCr, 24 h urinary protein in pre-treatment was no significant difference. After treatment 4 weeks, the observation group compared with the same group before treatment, efficacy was significant difference (P<0.05); the control group compared with the same group before treatment, 24 h urinary protein was significant difference in external (P<0.05) , BUN, SCr, while improving, but not statistically significant; compared the two groups after treatment, the effect was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tangmaikang particles combined with captopril on treatment of DN was better than captopril alone.

摘要:Objective: To observe the cure effect and the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria treated by Kangmin Tang combined with auto-blood therapy. Method: One hundred and thirty-two cases of chronic urticaria were divided into two groups randomLy. The control group were treated with oral citirizine, the therapy group were treated with Kangmin Tang combined with auto-blood therapy. The patients who had cure effect were followed up for 8 weeks, calculated the recurrence rate. Result: There was significant difference of cure effect between two groups(P<0.05),the recurrence rate were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The cure effect of Kangmin Tang combined with auto-blood therapy are better than that in control group.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the efficacy of shenyangxu of chronic aplastic anemia treatment with Longteng Shengxue pill. Method: A prospective cohort study, included in the study were divided into treatment group and control group, respectively treatment with Longteng Shengxue pill and cyclosporine, the efficacy and adverse effects were observed. Result: The basic cure 2 patients, remission in 17 cases, significant improvement in 23 cases, total effective rate 70.0%, significantly higher than the 45.0% (P<0.05). Degree of proliferation of Bone marrow nucleated cells was significantly improved in the treatment group. Adverse reactions are mild in the treatment group, and significantly less than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The chronic aplastic anemia treatment with Longteng Shengxue pill is effective, no obvious side effects, and is worthy of clinical application.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) clinically. Method: Based on inclusion criteria, 98 cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (n=49 each). Two groups were given TP chemotherapy:TAX (docetaxel) 65 mg/m2, gtt 30-60 min, d0; DDP(cisplatin) 25-30 mg/m2, gtt, d1-d3.While the observation group was treated with Aidi injection 80~100 mL, adding 0.9% saline 400 mL gtt, a total of 14 d. Three weeks for both groups were lasted as a treatment cycle, 2 treatment cycles were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and survival in patients with and without the occurrence of side effects. Result: The total effective rate was 91.84%, 77.55% in the two groups with significant difference (P<0.05). The quality of life in the observation group was higher compared with that in the control group significantly(P<0.05).CD3+,CD4+,CD4+ /CD8+, NK cells observed before and after treatment the difference was significant(P<0.05); CD4+,CD4+/CD8+, NK cells after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups in bone marrow toxicity, peripheral neurotoxicity, vomiting and other side effects were statistically different(P<0.05). Conclusion: Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of clinical NSCLC shows significant effect. It can improve the quality of life, enhance immunity, reduce the chemotherapy-induced toxicity.  
摘要:To provides guidance to the research and the application of chemical type in Cinnamomum plants on some remaining problems. Analyzed of concept of the chemical type and which compound can come into being chemical types, and discuss the mechanism and characteristic of the chemical type formation in Cinnamomum plants, and brought forward in the future research direction of chemical type in Cinnamomum plants. Chemical type is the all-pervading phenomena in Cinnamomum plants. Chemical components of leaf oil from reproductive progenies of Cinnamomum plants are different. The formation of chemical type is the result of the interaction between environment and genes, and related of developmental stages. Different chemical types have different applications in pharmaceutical, chemical and spices industries. In the future the chemical type in Cinnamomum plants should be studied from the following aspects:① Studying the formation mechanism of the chemical type in Cinnamomum plants. ② Studying the affect factor of the formation of different chemical types. ③ Studying genes of key enzyme different chemical types, and establishing transgenic systems. ④ The good breeding of different chemical types. ⑤ The Identification of the different chemical types seeds.  
摘要:In this text the applications of infrared spectrometry in quantitative analysis of drug have been reviewed by reviewing literature and summarizing in recent years. On the base of a brief review on the definition, characteristics and research of IR spectrometry, the text focused on that it has been applied the field of non-destructive drug quantitative analysis by using the chemical metrology methods, such as partial least squares, first derivative, second derivative and artificial neural network. Compared with traditional methods-HPLC and UV, IR has good correlation coefficient and accuracy. The article also pointed out that it has been used in the field of food, pesticides, gas, copolymer, chemistry and chemical engineering. The results show that the method is accurate, based on its own advantages, and has good application prospect.

摘要:Objective: The recent development on the Radix Isatidis pharmacological action and active substances was summarized. Method: The 45 published articles on Radix Isatidis were reviewed, analyzed, and concluded on the basis of contemporary pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine. Result: Pharmacological action and active constituent of Radix Isatidis in anti-various, anti-endotoxin, anti-inflammatory and increase immune function has been researched. On this basis, the author put forward a new idea for researching the heat-clearing and detoxicating function of Radix Isatidis. Conclusion: There has been a great research achievement on Radix Isatidis. However, pharmacological action active constituent of heat-clearing and detoxicating function of Radix Isatidis still have no unified understanding. It advises to research Radix Isatidis by multi-channel, multi-mechanism and multi-constituent way.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the Chinese medicine for hepatic fibrosis’s regularity and provide the prescription of Chinese medicine for hepatic fibrosis. Method: Through arranging and researching, we classify the drugs in 101 congruous literature of hepatic fibrosis and use statistical software to describe statistics. Result: The most frequently used Chinese medicine for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis are Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Astragali, Radix Bupleuri, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. According to frequency of classified Chinese medicine, the first place is Buxu drugs and the second place is Huoxue drugs. Conclusion: The Chinese medicine treat for hepatic fibrosis have its own laws and characteristics. In the treatment of hepatic fibrosis, attention should be paid to the using of Buxu drugs and Huoxue drugs. Meanwhile, joining some drugs which have been shown to have anti-fibrosis facts will have more effective treatment for hepatic fibrosis.  
摘要:To summarize the similarity algorithm methods used in the analysis of fingerprints for traditional Chinese medicine in recent years through CNKI,SCIENCE DIRECT database retrieval. Twenty articles were found andNinenine kinds of similarity calculation methods were summed up including Nei coefficient and Improved Nei coefficient,distance coefficient,correlation coefficient,cosine of angle and other six improving similarity algorithm methods.The advantages and the advantagesand disadvantages of each method were listed. In practical work, similarity methods should be chosen according to their characteristics, in which way this technique would be applied to the quality control of TCM more appropriately.

摘要:Objective: To summarize the research progress on chemical components, pharmacological actions and toxicity of Psammosilene tunicoides , and provide useful references for the further research. Method: Recent journals and books for P. tunicoides were reviewed, and the progress of the chemical components, pharmacological actions and clinical utility was summarized. Result: Up to now, the chemical components isolated from P. tunicoides mainly include triterpenoid saponin, cyclopeptide, lactam, etc. Pharmacological references show that it can be used to relieve pain, anti-inflammation, and has certain effect on regulating the immune function. Clinical references show that it is mainly used to deal with fracture, rheumatic arthralgia, and hemorrhagic diseases. Conclusion: The pharmacological research mainly focuses on its anti-inflammation, pain-relieving and hemostasis effect, but seldom research in found for other effects, and the pharmacological mechanisms are not well known yet. We should carry out further studies on mechanism and toxicology, so that we can provide references and basis for the research and development of ethnodrugs.  
摘要:Objective: This article research classic prescription on euphorbia kansui and pinellia soup, which is contained the euphorbia kansui to match the licorice ,with the theoretical research and the clinical practice. Method: Through the research on euphorbia kansui matched the licorice the ancient times to know that, all previous dynasties followed, as well as the euphorbia kansui, the licorice mainly treatment effects, the chemical composition and the pharmacology, the euphorbia kansui match the licorice whether had the new toxicity, how to deploy the euphorbia kansui matched the licorice and so on, then the confirmation clinical utilized by the euphorbia kansui pinellia soup primarily treats intestinal tuberculosis, the thyroiditis feasibility and practicaliltiy. Result: The exploration euphorbia kansui matches the licorice theoretically is scientific, in clinical also has the good treatment function. Conclusion: The historical record euphorbia kansui and the licorice relative opposite lack the theory hypothesis, the clinical reasonable application differentiation of symptoms and signs is objective fact.
