      摘要:Objective: To prepare solid dispersions of puerarin with polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 (PVP K30) to improve dissolution of puerarin. Method: Solid dispersion of puerarin-PVP was prepared by solvent method with PVP K30 as carrier. And the best proportion of puerarin to PVP K30 has been optimized.Nature of the solid dispersion was evaluated by dissolution test,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), infrared spectroscopy(IR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Result: Optimum proportion of puerarin to PVP K30 was 1 ∶3.Dissolution rate of puerarin in the solid dispersions was 2 folds as that of material medicine. The results of DSC, IR and XRD showed that puerarin in the solid dispersion was amorphous form, and hydrogen bond may have been formed between puerarin and PVP K30. Conclusion: Dissolution rate of puerarin could be improved in solid dispersion of puerarin-PVP which prepared by solvent method.

      摘要:Objective: To compare transdermal permeability properties in vitro of Calamine lotion with different mesh size. Method: Modified Franz diffusion cell was used,excised rat skin was applied as permeability barriers. Permeability quality of ZnO was determined by titration, transdermal rate constant and lag time were computed. Result: Transdermal permeability in vitro of ZnO in vitro was in accordance with zero-order release kinetics.Compared with other size,transdermal permeability in vitro of Calamine with 1 000 mesh size was relatively good. Conclusion: With size of Calamine decreasing,accumulative penetration amount trended to increase, and contributed to transdermal permeability.

      摘要:Objective: To study on optimum purification technology of total flavonoids from Yushen granules by macroporous resin. Method: With adsorption capacity, desorption rate and elution rate as indexes, purified total flavonoids of Yushen granules by seven macroporous resin. Result: HPD100 macroporous resin showed good separation and purification capabilities of total flavonoids from Yushen granules.The optimum technology conditions were as follows:2 BV sample(dose of raw drug was 1 g·mL-1) of Yushen granules formula was passed through the column with flow rate of 1 BV·h-1, eluted by 2 BV water, 3 BV 30% ethanol, 4 BV 50% ethanol respectively, elution flow rate was 2 BV·h-1.Combined 30% and 50% ethanol elutes were concentrated to yield the purification of total flavonoids. Conclusion: The purity of total flavonoids was up to 76%. HPD100 could be well used in purifying total flavonoids from Yushen granule.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of Tianshu dropping pills and to establish determination method of its dissolution in vitro. Method: Spherical degree, pill weight and time of dissolution as indexes, influential factors were investigated by orthogonal design.Small vessel and HPLC method were applied to determine dissolution of ferulic acid. Result: The optimal conditions were as follows: drug-matrix1 ∶2,PEG6000-S40 3 ∶1, coolant nozzle temperature was 25-30 ℃, dripping rate was 60-65 d·min-1;Accumulated dissolution percentage of ferulic acid reached over 85% in 10 min, and dissolved completely within 15 min. Conclusion: This process is reasonable and favorable for industrial production, dissiolution of Tianshu dropping pills was good.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize optimum processing technology of Alocasia macrorrhiza. Method: Soaking time, slice thickness, amount of water were studied by orthogonal test with the content of extractive, organic acid and raphide as indexes. Result: Optimized process conditions were as follows: slice thickness was 10 mm, soaked 7 d with 10 times amount of water,changed water once one day. Conclusion: The optimized process is feasible, which can be used in industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize optimum ultrasound extraction process of total flavonoids from Agrimania pilosa. Method: With yield of total flavonoids as index,ethanol concentration, ultrasound temperature and material-liquid ratio were optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). Result: Effect factors on extraction rate of total flavonoids with the order of follows: material-liquid ratio, ultrasound temperature, ethanol concentration. The optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration was 72%,material-liquid ratio of 1 ∶25,extraction temperature was 60 ℃, extraction time was 20 min. Under these conditions,yield of total flavonoids reached 9.02 mg·g-1, which was agreed with model prediction. Conclusion: This extraction process of total flavonoids from A. pilosa by ultrasound-assisted was stable and reliable.

      摘要:Objective: To study characterization difference of Realgar after smashed by ultra-high pressure jet and investigated the influence of particle size to antibacterial effect. Method: Smashed Realgar by ultra-high pressure jet technology,and compared powder characterization and in vitro antibacterial effect of ordinary powder, levigating powder and jet powder of Realgar. Result: Compared with ordinary powder and levigating powder, average particle size of jet powder reduced from 23.756 μm to 1.427 μm, specific surface area increased from 1.251 m2·cm-3 to 11.653 m2·cm-3,angle of repose increased, and bulk density decreased,main chemical composition had no significant change;Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) to escherichia coli reduced from 8% to 2%, MIC to staphylococcus aureus reduced from 1% to 0.5%. Conclusion: After smashed by ultrahigh pressure jet, particle size of Realgar ultra-high pressure jet powder reduced significantly, specific surface area significantly increased, porosity increaseed greatly, liquidity got worse, main chemical composition of the powder complied with pharmacopoeial requirement, in vitro antibacterial effect and powder particle size was negatively correlated. The result showed that smashed Realgar by ultra-high pressure jet was feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To study effect of azone on transdermal absorption in vitro of Ruyijinhuang cream. Method: Modified Franz diffusion cell was used,selected rat abdominal skin as permeability barriers,the content of chrysophanol in samples was determined by HPLC,effect of concentrations of azone on transdermal absorption of Ruyijinhuang cream were compared. Cumulative percentage of permeation at different time period was attained, and calculated penetration rate constant. Result: Penetration rate constants of Ruyijinhuang cream samples were 0.006 06, 0.009 47, 0.018 74, 0.019 18,0.015 05 μg·cm-2·h-1 respectively corresponding to the concentrations of azone at 0, 1%, 2%,3%, 4%. Conclusion: Azone could be chosen as transdermal enhancer of Ruyijinhuang cream with the concentration of 3%.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Qikui granules. Method: Orthogonal design was used to optimize extraction process of Qikui granules. The content of astragalosideⅣ, hyperoside,and stilbene glycoside were as indexes. Result: The optimum extraction process was as follows:extracted with 10times amount of water,extracted three times, 60 minutes per time. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is feasible and suitable for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: Prepared corni fructus soft nanocapsule and determine the content. Method: Prepared corni fructus nanosuspension by film-ultrasonic wave dissolving techniques. Determined ursolic acid of liposoluble components and loganin of water-soluble components by HPLC. Result: The linear range of ursolic acid was 1.132-5.660 μg(r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 98.90% with RSD 1.85%. The linear range of loganin was 0.176-0.880 μg(r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.12% with RSD 1.26%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate; Which can be used for quality control of corni fructus soft nanocapsule.

      摘要:Objective: To optimized the preparation technology of Euphorbia Humifusa Herba dropping pills. Method: Used appearance quality as evaluation criteria, investigated factors by using orthogonal design.The factors included ratio of drug to matrix,length of condensation pole,inside diameter of burette and so on. Result: Optimum technology of dropping pills was as follows: matrix was a mixture of polyethylene glycol 4000 and polyethylene glycol 6000(1 ∶7), ratio of drug to matrix was 1 ∶3 at temperature of (82±2) ℃,condensate was dimethicone at (1-3) ℃,length of condensation pole was 15 cm, inside diameter of burette was 3.0 mm,dropping speed was 30 drops per minute. Conclusion: The prescription and preparation technology were reasonable and simple, Under above preparation process, appearance quality of dropping pills was fine, and subtle difference among pill weights.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare Awei Huapigao emplastrum by using acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive as matrix,and preliminary optimized of preparation technology. Method: Optimized prescription of emplastrum by determined hold adhesion and 180° peel strength and combined appearance index. Result: Optimized prescription of Awei Huapigao emplastrum was as follows: water 0.40 g, ethanol 0.30 g, acryliate pressure sensitive adhesive 4.50 g, and acrylicresin 0.30 g. Mean 180° peel strength was 0.33 kN·m-1, mean hold adhesion was 15.45 h. Conclusion: Appearance index of the emplastrum was fine.

Result: The optimal chnologic parameters by use of microwave vacuum dry were as follows:drying temperature was 85-90 ℃, drying time was 60-90 min. Conclusion: Compared with vacuum drying and spray drying,MVD isrelatively short time and low.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the formative excipients for Guizhi granule. Method: Effects of different types and ratios excipients on the formation,moisture absorption and relative critical humidity of Guizhi granule were examined,and the optimal excipients as well as formula were selected by adoption of the comprehensive scoring method. Result: The optimal excipient for preparation of Guizhi granule were dextrin and lactose,and the ratio of between the two was 1 ∶1. Conclusion: The Guizhi granule thus prepared is ideal:good in shape,easy to dissolve and not liable to moisture absorption.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of six sesquiterpenes (curdione, curcumol, germacrone, curzerene, furanodiene, β-elemene) in Oleum Curcumae. Method: HPLC was performed on an Agilent Extend Cl8 analytical column (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution (0-20 min, 30%-65% A, 40%-30% B, 21-30 min, 65% A, 30% B)of acetonitrile (A) - methanol (B) - water (C) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Detection wavelength was 216 nm. Result: The six sesquiterpenes had good linearity with correlation coefficient > 0.999, ranging from 43.72-2 186, 44.37-2 219, 15.49-774.4, 28.30-1 415, 40.13-2 007 ng and 16.74-837.0 ng respectively. The average recoveries were between 98.46%-103.9%, repeatability experiments showed that RSD values of their contents were less than 1.29%. Conclusion: The developed method is rapid, accurate with high repeatability and stability, which is helpful to control the quality of Oleum Curcumae.

      摘要:Objective: To determine niccolum in sorbitol with flame-atomic absorption spectroscopy, and set up measurement uncertainty of the method. Method: Niccolum in sorbitol distilled by methylisobutylketone was determined by flame-atomic absorption spectroscopy, and set up measurement uncertainty of the method simultaneously. Result: Nickel content is 0.035 1, 0.027 3 μg·g-1 with RSD 0.54%, limit of quantitation is 0.02 mg·L-1, recovery is 100.15%. Specificity test showed no impurity disturbances. The percent of uncertainty of sample solution and atomic absorption spectrometer is 84.01% and 15.99%. Conclusion: This method possesses excellence of simplify manipulation, high veracity and nicer repeatability. It can content the need of niccolum determination and offer basis for quality control of officinal accessories sorbitol.

      摘要:Objective: To assay linoleic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid in the fatty oil of Arctium Fructus from different areas by GC. Method: The GC separation was performed on a PEG-20M quartz capillary column (30 m×0.32 mm×0.5 μm) and the initial temperature was programmed from 165 ℃ to 205 ℃ at 3.5 ℃·min-1and kept for 3 min, then raised to 230 ℃ at 30 ℃·min-1and maintain for 22 min, inject temperature at 280 ℃, FID detector temperature was at 300 ℃, carrier gas was N2(99.99%). Petroleum ether was used to extract the fatty oil from both crude and processed Arctium Fructus of different areas and after methyl esterification, determination and comparison were carried out by taking margaric acid methyl ester as internal standard. Result: The standard curves of linoleic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid were linear within the range of 0.122 3-1.958 1 μg, 0.039 2-0.626 4 μg, 0.037 2-0.596 4 μg and the coefficient were 0.999 8, 0.999 8, 0.999 8 respectively. The content of linoleic acid was the highest in fatty oil of Arctium Fructus from all areas, and the content of fatty acids would be significantly affected by processing. Conclusion: The method can be used to control the quality of linoleic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid in the fatty oil of Arctium Fructus, which is accurate, reliable and repeatable.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Tongmai formula and set an example for its bioactive substances foundation investigation. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography of macroporous resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography, and their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectrum analysis. Conclusion: On the basis of the above mentioned results and previously reported chemical studies on the Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, and Chuanxiong Rhizoma, it was suggested that the main chemical components were isoflavanoid compounds rised from the Puerariae Lobatae Radix, and the secondary components were tanshinones rised from the Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, and senkyunolide H rised from the Chuanxiong Rhizoma in the Tongmai formula. Compaunds 16,17, 29 were isolated from Puerariae Lobatae Radix and the genus Pueraria DC. for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a rapid analysis of volatile components in Bidens biternata by static headspace injection. Method: Using head-space injection technology,extract the volatile components,analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Result: By GC-MS, 24 volatile components can be identified,the content of α-pinene and α-panasinsen is the highest up to 30.666 0% and 14.966 5%. Conclusion: GC-MS combined with static headspace injection technology can provide the low boiling point volatile components, search the component objective characterization of the smell of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the experiment provide a scientific basis for the objective research on collection terminology and experiences of TCM and effectively promote the modernization process of TCM.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil from Rubus amabilis extracted by supercritical CO2 and determine their contents. Method: The essential oil from R. amabilis were extracted by supercritical CO2, and the chemical constituents were identified and their relative content was determined by GC-MS. Result: The yield of essential oil was 3.08%. 47 peaks were separated by GC-MS, and 40 components were identified. The main constituents were tetratetracontane (30.63%), hexatriacontane (20.15%), octacosane (16.27%), DL-α-tocopherol (8.39%), heptacosane (6.29%), lineoleoyl chloride (1.87%) and caryophyllene (1.64%). Conclusion: The essential oil extracted by supercritical CO2 was one of the effective components of Rubus amabilis.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a sensitive HPLC-ELSD fingerprint method for controlling the quality of Compound Tangmaikang. Method: HPLC analysis was performed on a Welch Material Cl8 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in gradient mode. The drift tube temperature was at 55 ℃, gas flow was 1.8 L·min-1, gain value was 1,and column temperature was at 40 ℃. Result: Twenty-four peaks were identified in the HPLC fingerprint of Tangmaikang and their similarities were more than 0.80. Good precision, stability and repetition were showed. Conclusion: This method provides evidence to quality evaluation of Tangmaikang.

      摘要:Objective: To establish fingerprint of Fuyankang enema by HPLC-DAD, and to analyze its chemical component classification. Method: The samples were separated on a reversed phase Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.04 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.1% phosphoric acid, the detection wavelength was 230 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result: Thirteen characteristic peaks were obtained in the fingerprint of Fuyankang enema with good separation. The method was stable with great reproducibility. The sources of characteristic peaks in Fuyankang enema were determined with the information of chemicals of compound, negative samples and single medicine. Conclusion: The fingerprint of Fuyankang enema showed a strong characteristic and good reproducibility, and was an important reference for quality evaluation of Fuyankang enema.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of luteoloside in Shuanghuanglian Injection. Method: Purification and enrichment of luteoloside were performed through polyamide column. The Waters C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A)-0.1% phosphoric acid (B) with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 350 nm, and the column temperature was set at 35 ℃. Result: The linear range of luteoloside was 34.3-343.0 ng (r=0.999 7), and the average recovery was 99.2% with RSD of 3.3% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is sensitive, simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of the content of luteoloside in Shuanghuanglian Injection.

      摘要:Objective: Establish quality method for Yixinshu Capsule. Method: TLC method was used to identify Ginseng, Salvia, Schisandra and Astragalus, the content of ginseng saponins Rg1 and Re was determined by HPLC on Merk RP-using C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) of chromatographic column with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (20 ∶80) as mobile phase at 203 nm. Result: TLC spots were clear with strong specificity and easy identification. Ginseng saponins Rg1 was linear in the range of 0.399 2-3.992 0 μg (r=0.999 9), ginseng saponins Re was linear in the range of 0.395 6-3.956 0 μg (r =0.999 9), the average recovery of ginseng saponins Rg1 and Re was 99.6%, RSD of 1.9%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple, sensitive with good reproducibility, and can more effectively control the quality of Yixinshu capsule by raising the quality standards.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a microwave-assisted extraction method for the extraction of imperatorin from Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.) . Comparison of the determination of imperatorin from A. dahurica between microwave-assisted extraction and Chinese pharmacopeia method was carried out. Method: Dikma Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (55 ∶45). The temperature of column was at 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 300 nm. Result: Microwave extractive time was 10 min, the temperature was at 80 ℃, the extraction solvent was ethanol. The calibration curve was linear in the range from 0.01 to 0.2 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 97.48% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, as well as precise and reliable, and can be used for the determination of imperatorin from A. dahurica.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of determined the content of dehydroeffusol in Juncus effusus . Method: The content of dehydroeffusol was determined by HPLC. The separation employed Agilent HC-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) in 23 ℃, using methanol-water (65 ∶35)as mobile phase at flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and UV detection at 270 nm. Result: The method of validation parameters indicate a linear range of between 0.017 4-0.870 4 μg. The recovery was 98.3%(RSD 0.61%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It is adoptable for quantitative analysis of dehydroeffusol in J. effusus.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of danshensu, tanshinone ⅡA and notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rgl in Fufang Shengmai Granules. Method: Danshensu and tanshinone ⅡA were separated on the column of Discovery C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The chromatographic condition for danshensu and tanshinone ⅡA was containing mobile phase, flow rate and detect wavelength.The gradient elution program was carried out by mobile phase of methanol(A)-0.5% acetic acid(B) that follow 0-10 min, 9%-75% A; 10-40 min, 75% A.Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and temperature was 25 ℃. The analytes were detected at 275 nm.Chromatographic condition for notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rgl was acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid(20 ∶80)as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and temperature was 30 ℃. The analytes were detected at 203 nm. Result: Calibration curves of danshensu were linear from 0.099 6 to 1.195 2 μg(r=0.999 9), the linearity range of tanshinoneⅡA was 0.026-0.312 μg(r=0.999 9), the methodology recovery of danshensu and tanshinoneⅡA was 101.33%,100.24% respectively, RSD was 1.28%,1.53%; Calibration curves of notoginsenoside R1 were linear from 0.092 6 to 1.182 2 μg(r=0.999 7), the linearity range of ginsenoside Rgl was 0.160 8-1.929 6 μg (r=0.999 9), the methodology recovery of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rgl was 99.87% and 101.42%,RSD was 1.07% and 2.43%. Conclusion: The HPLC method is simple and has satisfactory efficacy, it can simultaneously determine danshensu, tanshinone ⅡA and notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 from different areas.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Xiao’er Xieli tablet. Method: Radix paeoniae alba was identified by TLC. The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. Result: The TLC sports were clear and well-separated. The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.03-0.48 g·L-1 (r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 97.36% (RSD 1.41%, n=6). Conclusion: The method is practicable, simple and sensitive. It can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Xieli Tablet.

      摘要:Objective: To established the method of Yinhuang series preparations fingerprint chromatogram. Method: In this method, the C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used, and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid was used as gradient eluent; detection wavelength was at 318 nm. Result: Yinhuang capsules, Yinhuang buccal tablets, Yinhuang granules and Yinhuang oral liquid were consistent with the overall fingerprint chromatogram, but the number and percentage of common peaks slightly different, 10 batches similarity of Yinhuang series preparations are greater than 0.9. Conclusion: This method is useful for quality control of Yinhuang series preparations.

      摘要:Objective: To provide a XRD method to identify the pearl powder. Method: Analysis method of XRD was used to identify some pearl powders and get finger pattern of pearl powder, and then to calculate similarity in these pearl powders. Result: Through the analysis method of XRD, some pearl powders except 3# and 6# from market were different comparing to medical pearl powder. Conclusion: The XRD method is a fast and convenient way to identify the pearl powder, the method can be used in pearl powder identification and quality controlling.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of kaempferol in Zhixionghuoxie Pills. Method: The chromatographic system was consisted of C18 column with methanol-water (52 ∶48) as mobile phase. The content was detected at a waveleng of 367 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The kaempferol was linear in the range of 2.148-21.48 μg·min-1 (r=0.999 9); the average recovery was 99.08% and RSD 0.47% (n=6). Conolusion: The established method is accuracy, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Zhixionghuoxie Pills.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the active ingredient distribution in Salvia different parts. Method: An HPLC was applied using dual wavelength detection and analytical column of Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid solution by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with the detection wavelength at 270 nm and 280 nm.The active ingredients were measured by HPLC in Salvia rough bark part, the part without the rough bark and the original medicinal part. Result: The distribution of Salvia active ingredients is different, of which cryptotanshinone, tanshinone ⅡA, protocatechuic aldehyde, caffeic acid mainly were found in the rough bark part and danshensu and Sal B were mainly distributed in the part without the rough bark. In cultivation Salvia, the content of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone ⅡA, protocatechuic aldehyde, caffeic acid, danshensu and Sal B in the rough bark part were 1 933.6%, 1 554.7%, 700%, 268.4%, 56.6% and 61.1% compared with that in the part without the rough bark respectively. In wild Salvia, the content of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone ⅡA, protocatechuic aldehyde, caffeic acid, danshensu and Sal B in the rough bark part were 1 393.0%, 1 822.0%, 235.7%, 150%, 62.8% and 90.4% compared with that in the part without the rough bark respectively. The content of Sal B, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone ⅡA in cultivation Salvia was high. Conclusion: The differences in composition in different parts of Salvia confirmed the traditional classification scientific, and can guide our rational use of Salvia resources.

      摘要:Objective: To isolate the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Pyrola decorata and identify their structures. Method: The constituents were isolated by chromatography methods; the structures of these compounds were identified by pysico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Ten compounds were isolated and elucidated as: chimaphilin (1), oleanolic acid (2), ursolic acid (3), toluhydroquinone (4), vanillic acid (5), pomolic acid (6), maslinic acid (7), colosic acid (8), 3-β-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl siaresinolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (9) and ziyuglycoside I (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1~10 were isolated from this plant for the first time and compounds 6~10 were isolated from Pyrola species for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia helioscopia. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and purified by Sephadex LH-20 and Pre-HPLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data. Result: Twelve compounds were isolated from the PE extract and the EtOAc extract of Euphorbia helioscopia. Their structures were identified as euphornin (Ⅰ), euphornin D (Ⅱ), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glycopyranoside (Ⅲ), daucosterol (Ⅳ), naringenin (Ⅴ), luteolin (Ⅵ), luteoloside (Ⅶ), 4,2',4'-trihydroxychalcone (Ⅷ), kaempferol (Ⅸ), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (Ⅹ), caffeicacid (Ⅺ), gallate (Ⅻ), especially. Conclusion: Compounds Ⅲ~Ⅶ were isolated from Euphorbia helioscopia for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical components and antimicrobial activity of the essential oil from the flower of Senecio scandens. Method: The chemical components of the volatile oil derived from flower of S. scandens were extracted by simultaneous distillation-extraction and analyzed by GC-MS. The antimicrobial activity of the essential oil was tested by cylinder plate method. Result: Twenty-eight compounds of essential oil were identified and accounting for 89.59% of the total volatile oil. The main constituents in the essential components were (E) ocimene (14.60%), nerolidol (13.57%), α-pinene (12.95%), (Z) ocimene (11.67%), 2-naphthylamine (6.98%). The oil was found to inhibit the growth of Bacillus subtilis, but not of Escherichia coli. and Staphylococus altrells. Conclusion: Analysis can provide evidence for development and usage of flower of S. scandens.

      摘要:Objective: To clone elongation factor-1a (EF-1a) gene cDNA and analyse its expression level of the temperature effect. Method: Elongation factor-1a (EF-1a) gene was cloned through constructing cDNA library of Scutellaria baicalensis, and its characteristics was analysed by bioinformatics method. Its expression level of the temperature effect was analysed by using RT-PCR. Result: The length of elongation factor-1a (EF-1a) gene of Scutellaria baicalensis was 1 672 bp, the open reading box located in 97-1 446 with 449 aminos. It was a typical elongation factor domain.The transcription levels of SbEF1a were significantly improved with high and low temperature processing. Conclusion: 1a (EF-1a) gene of S. baicalensis was a elongation factor, participating in translation of protein. Its expression controled by environmental temperature, and its transcription level is significantly increased after high and low temperature processing.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a plasma 8-acetylharpagide in HPLC determination of Khabarovsk to study different routes of administration in rats given 8-acetylharpagide Haba pharmacokinetics after. Method: Rats were injected and orally 8-acetylharpagide, blood was collected at different time points; detected in plasma by HPLC 8-acetylharpagide, acetonitrile-isopropyl alcohol-water (1.8 ∶10.2 ∶88), detection wavelength 207 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL· min-1, draw the curve, the establishment of pharmacokinetic models, calculation of pharmacokinetic parameters. Result: Regression equation of 8-acetylharpagide in plasma was Y=613 753.13X -86 995.55(r=0.999 2).In the range of 0.015 3-22.995 μg with good linear relationship.The intra-day and inter-day precision of three dosage were 0.59%,0.38%,0.55%;3.9%,2.1%,1.5% respectively.The extraction recoveries were 94.89%,95.85%,95.25%.The intragastric approach basically can not be detected in thebody;The main pharmacokinetic parameters of injection means by three dosage group were as follows:t1/2(21.15±3.36),(24.26±5.50),(16.58±5.65) min;tmax (4.98±0),(4.98±0),(4.98±0) min;Cmax (2.25±1.41),(0.09±0.03),(0.02±0.007) g·L-1. Conclusion: This method was proved to be sensitive,selective and simple.It can be successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of 8-acetylharpagide.The injection given to 8-acetylharpagide in rats in vivoabsorption of Khabarovsk fast and does not completely eliminate relatively slow, but with good pharmacokinetic characteristics,compartment model fitting analysis for the compartment model.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method to determine the concentration of vancomycin (VAN) in human plasma and study the stability of vancomycin in different condition. Method: The metonidazole was used as inter standard (I.S.) The analytical column was a Kromasil C18 column connected with the Agilent 1100 HPLC system. The isocratic mobile phase was the acetonitrile and buffer of KH2PO4 (0.01 mol·L-1) with the rate of (7 ∶93). The detective UV wavelength was 236 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The plasma samples, added metonidazole as internal standard, were deposited down the protein with 30% ZnSO4 and 20 μL of the upper phase was injected into the sampler.The stability of the samples in different conditon were studied. Result: The chromatography was good and not interfered by the components of the plasma. The linear equation was Y=-1.94×10-2X+0.653(r=0.999 3). The recovery of vancomycin in different concention were all >78%. The samples were stability in 4 ℃ for a week, the standard solution of vancomycin were stablity for a half year. Conclusion: This is a accurate, sensitive and conventient method for the dertermination of VAN in the therapeutic drug monitoring.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Tanyu Tongzhi(TYTZ) formula on stability of vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque of carotid artery in rats. Method: With high cholesterol lipid and 2% L-methionine feeding for four weeks, the vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque model was reproduced by operation on carotid artery endothelium for inducing sacculus pull injury. Rats were randomized into five groups: normol control group, model group, simvastatin group, vitamin complex group, TYTZ group (7.8, 3.9, 1.95 g·kg-1) and administrated orally for 8 weeks. At the end, the blood sample was collected to measure the concentration of Hcy, MMP-9 and TIMP-1, the protein contents of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in plaque were detected by immunohistochemistry. Result: In contrast to model group, TYTZ (7.8, 3.9 g·kg-1), simvastatin and vitamin complex decreased the concentration of serum MMP-9 and increased the concentration of TIMP-1, the expression of MMP-9 detected in plaque was also lower. Conclusion: TYTZ formula could stablize the vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque of carotid artery through mediating MMP-9 and TIMP-1.

      摘要:Objective: To explore effect of the anti-infective part of Filifolium sibiricum(FS) on pyelonephritis. Method: Pyelonephritis model was established by unilateral ureteral obstruction and Escherichia coli injection into the bladder. The rats were divided into 6 groups:normal group(sham group),model group,three dose groups of anti-infective part of FS (403.2,201.6,100.8 mg·kg-1)and positive control group (Cefixime capsules, 36.87 mg·kg-1).Serum creatinine(Scr), ureanitrogen(BUN),albumin(Alb)and urine protein was monitored at different time point.ELISA was used to examine the content of circulating immune complex. The activity of interleukin-2(IL-2) was measured. Renal biopsy was performed to study the pathology changes. Result: There was no difference in Scr and BUN between FS groups and the model group. Compared with the model group, the left kidney coefficient increased in high dose group of FS. The activity of IL-2 was significantly enhanced in the FS groups(P<0.05). The optical microscopy outcome showed FS. anti-infective part could improve kidney pathological changes. Conclusion: FS had the effect of anti-inflammatory, furthermore FS could reduce glomerular inflammation and improve renal function, and had some therapeutic effects on pyelonephritis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the active ingredients from Erzhi Pill(AIEP) on acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)in mice. Method: Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups: the normal group,the model group, bifendate group (150 mg·kg-1),high AIEP group (19.8 g·kg-1), middle AIEP group (13.2 g·kg-1)and low AIEP group (6.6 g·kg-1).The treatment groups were orally administered once per day for 7 d, whereas the normal and model groups were orally administered with saline. Except normal mice,all the other mice were injected intraperitoneally CCl4 20 mL·kg-1 once. The mice were executed 16 h after CCl4 administration. Serum and liver samples were collected for analysis. The acute hepatic injury model was prepared by CCl4 injected intraperitoneally. Then,the therapeutic effects of AIEP on the model were evaluated by the activity determination of serum alanine aminotransferase and aspirate aminotransferase (ALT and AST), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver, and the hepatic pathological changes following the treatment. Result: The activity of ALT and AST and the MDA content in liver were significantly increased and the activity of SOD was largely inhibited in the animals of modeling group. Following the treatment with AIEP,ALT and AST activity and MDA content were significantly reduced and SOD activity was obviously increased in the mice of treatment group. Furthermore, AIEP could ameliorate the hepatic pathological changes. Conclusion: AIEP have protective effects on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the different effects of several traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) formula therapies on vimentin(VIM) expression in liver cancer rats and in humane hepatocarcinoma cells. Method: Rat hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) model was induced by diethylnitrosamine(DEN). These rats were treated by different therapeutical methods including Nourishing spleen and enriching Qi, Clearing away heat and toxic material, Activating blood circulation. Gene chips were used to measure the different expression of VIM gene. Two siRNA targets toward VIM gene were designed; and recombinant plasmid was transfected to hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721. Gene expression of VIM was determined using real-time quantitative PCR, and the cell viability was determined by MTT assay. Result: According to the gene chip results, VIM expression increased significantly after formation of hepatocellular carcinoma in rats. Such TCM therapeutical methods as Nourishing spleen and enriching qi and Activating blood circulation could down-regulate VIM expression obviously. An effective siRNA target sequence in VIM was obtained by MTT assay. Hepatocarcinoma cells proliferation were inhibited obviously after 144 hours of interferenced target transfection. VIM gene expression was decreased greatly. Conclusion: Malignant proliferation of hepatocarcinoma cells might be related with high expression of VIM gene.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the regulation of Shugan Huoxue recipe on hypoxia inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA expression in muscle after limb ischemia. Method: Forty-eight BALB/c nude mice, were randomly divided into Shugan Huoxue recipe group, blank control group and normal group. Nude mice limb ischemia model was established by femoral artery ligation method. Nude mice limb ischemic changes were observed at Week 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th after limb ischemia respectively. Hematoxylin-Eosine (HE) staining and CD34 immunohistochemical staining was used to observe ischemic morphological changes in muscle tissue. Dynamic changes of gene expression of HIF-1α, HGF, VEGF were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in ischemic muscle. Result: Compared with the blank control group, Shugan Huoxue recipe could improve the state of ischemia in the limb of nude mice. In 2-4 weeks after ischemia, the microvascular count (MVC) in the ischemic limb muscle of nude mice in Shugan Huoxue recipe group was significantly higher than that in blank control group (P<0.01). The mRNA expression of HIF-1α, HGF, VEGF in the ischemic limb muscle of nude mice in Shugan Huoxue recipe group were upregulated compared with those in blank control group. Conclusion: Shugan Huoxue recipe could increase HIF-1α, HGF and VEGF mRNA expression and promote angiogenesis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate honokiol, artemisinin or combination of honokiol and artemisinin on proliferation and apoptosis of CNE-2 cells in vitro. Method: MTT assay was used to determine the effect of honokiol, artemisinin or their combination on the proliferation of CNE-2 cells. King formula was applied to analyze the combination effect of the two drugs. DAPI staining was used to observe the morphological changes of CNE-2 cells treated with honokiol, artemisinin or their combination for 48 hours. Flow cytometric analysis was used to detect the apoptosis rate of CNE-2 cells. Result: Honokiol could significantly inhibit the proliferation of CNE-2 cells, but artemisinin could inhibit the proliferation of CNE-2 cells slightly. The inhibitory effect of honokiol was in a dose-dependent manner. IC50 value of honokiol and artemisinin was 8.58, 62.24 mg·L-1 respectively. The inhibition rate in combination group was much higher than that of the single drug group. Much more chromatin condensation, nuclear fragmentation and formation of apoptotic bodies was observed in combination group than single drug groups under fluorescence microscope. Compared with single drug groups, combination group induced higher apoptotic rate of CNE-2 cells by FCM analysis. Conclusion: Honokiol could inhibit proliferation of CNE-2 cells,while artemsinin had little effect on the proliferation of CNE-2 cells. However, honokiol combined with artemisinin yield a synergistc inhibitory effect on CNE-2 cells.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Linderae Radix on cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP), gastrin (GAS), motilin (MTL) of plasma in rat stomach cold models. Methods: The rats of model group were prepared by using cold stimulation method for three days. According to the difference of weight between before and after modelling, the rats were randomly divided into eight groups: model group, domperidone group, water decoction of Safflower group, the water decoction group, the volatile medicine group, the medicine ethanol-extraction liquid group, the potions mention ether extract group, the medicine ethanol-extraction ether extract group. At 10 minutes after modeling of the fourth day, treatment group was given corresponding solution 1 mL·kg-1, normal group and model group were given distilled water e, the second administration was carried out after one hour, the gastric emptying rate was identified through Phenol red method. the content of plasma cAMP, cGMP, MTL and serum GAS was examined. Result: Compared with the normal group, the gastric emptying rate of model group significantly reduced(P<0.05),levels of cGMP,cAMP / cGMP were reduced(P<0.05),and levels of CAMP,GAS,MTL had no significant difference.Compared with model group, treatment goups like the medicine decoction, volatile oil and uriah medicine ethanol-extraction ether extract of Linderae Radix significantly suppressed gastric emptying rate(P<0.05, P<0.01). The medicine decoction and volatile oil of Linderae Radix could obviously increase the content of cAMP(P<0.01); the medicine decoction, volatile oil, lindera root alcohol extract and alcohol extraction ether extract of Linderae Radix could obviously reduce the content of cGMP(P<0.01); the medicine decoction and volatile oil of Linderae Radix could significantly increased the ratio of cAMP/cGMP(P<0.01). Conclusion: The medicine decoction, volatile oil and uriah medicine ethanol-extraction ether extract of Radix Linderae can inhibit significantly gastric emptying, and can markedly elevate cAMP/cGMP.

      摘要:Objective: To study hemolytic effect of extraction of saikosaponins and antioxidants on the hemolytic effect of extraction of saikosaponins. Method: The hemolytic effects by different concentrations of saikosaponins and antioxidant effects of saikosaponins hemolytic were observed by naked eye and UV. Result: For saikosaponins with concentrations of 0.01, 0.02 g·L-1, its hemolytic curve showed s-shaped, hemolytic equivalent was 0.01 mg,hemolytic index was 1 ∶100 000, antioxidant and saikosaponins group hemolytic rate was lower than the concentration of saikosaponins group. Conclusion: Saikosaponins has hemolytic effect with a certain degree, and hemolytic strength and concentration is dose-dependent, addition of antioxidants can reduce the hemolytic effect of saikosaponins.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the forming mechanism of gastric ulcer model induced by indomethacin combined with cold or heat syndrome. And to observe the basic mechanism of action and objective regularity of 'formula-syndrome corresponding’ of cold or heat formula on gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome. Method: One hundred and forty Wistar rats were divided into blank group, disease model group, disease combined with syndrome model group, syndrome model group randomly. Adopting cold (ice water, NaOH)or heat (8%dry pepper powder with ethanol liquid)factors, ig 7 d continuously to establish the stomach cold or heat syndrome models. Then ig cold prescription(Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction 1.8 g·kg-1),or heat prescription(Lizhong pill 3.6 g·kg-1), was given for 4 d continuously. After the last ig, fasting 30 h, then ip indomethacin was given to establish the gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome, so called 'disease combined with syndrome’model.Using radiation immune analysis or euzymelinked immunosorbent assay to detect the contents of gastrin (GAS), motilin(MOT) in serum. Result: Compared to the blank group, the content of GAS in serum was increased remarkably in each model groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Excepting the cold syndrome group, compared to the blank group, the content of MOT in serum was increased remarkably in each model groups. (P<0.01). And the contents of MOT in serum increase remarkably in the heat factor groups. Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction or Lizhong Pill could respectively decrease the contents of GAS, MOT in serum of heat-ulcer group or cold-ulcer group obviously (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: On the basis of the theory of 'formula-syndrome corresponding’, duplication of "disease-syndrome combination" model, i.e. gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome, appears to be feasible. The therapeutic action of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction on heat-gastric ulcer, or Lizhong Pill on cold-gastric ulcer both is likely achieved by decreasing the contents of GAS, MOT in serum.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the the effect of 'Coptis chinensis Gardenia jasminoides’ on the fever syndrome model induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol based on metabonomics. Method: The metabolites in rats urine of 2,4-dinitrophenol-induced fever syndrome model were determined by UPLC-MS and then analyzed by Principle Component Analysis(PCA) and Partial Least Squares discrimination analysis(PLS-DA). Result: Ninty-seven biomarkers on the fever syndrome model induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol were found, and the herbal compatibility have effect on 31 biomarkers of them. Conclusion: The result indicated that the effect on fever syndrome model induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol is related to metabonomics.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of the water extract from helicteres angustifolia on duck hepatitis B virus(DHBV) in vivo. Method: Ducks infected with DHBV were randomly divided into five groups: three dose groups of helicteres angustifolia(10,5,2.5 g·kg-1), lamivudine group and model group.Ducks in the lamivudine group were administrated with lamivudine(50 mg·kg-1) once per day.Ducks in the three-dose groups of helicteres angustifolia were administrated with different dose of helicteres angustifolia for 14 days respectively.The serum content of DHBV-DNA was determined by FQ-PCR method before treatment and on the 7th, 14th day after treatment.The pathological changes of liver were evaluated after the treatment. Result: Lamivudine showed a rapid inhibiting effect on DHBV-DNA, but this effect didn’t last long, and the serum level of DHBV-DNA increased again after treatment stopped.The serum level of DHBV-DNA dropped markedly in the high-,medium-dose groups of helicteres angustifolia on the 7th and 14th day.And the hepatic pathological changes in the high-dose helicteres angustifolia group and lamivudine group were slighter than those in the model group. Conclusion: Helicteres angustifolia could inhibit DHBV DNA significantly,and its inhibitory effect was in a dose and time dependent manner.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidant effect of sophoridine on lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in mice and its influence on NF-κB expression. Method: Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal group, LPS-model group, prevention treatment group of sophoridine 5 mg·kg-1, three dose groups of sophoridine treatment (9,5,2.5 mg·kg-1), ten mice in each group.Sophoridine was administrated for three days before LPS injection in prevention treatment group and administrated for three days after LPS injection in treatment groups.General condition of mice were observed before and after treatment.SOD and MDA in lung tissue homogenate was detected and pathological changes in lung tissue were observed.NF-κB p65 expression in lung tissue was determined by immunohistochemical method. Result: Compared with model group, general condition of mice was improved, and SOD in lung tissue homogenate increased(P<0.05), MDA in lung tissue homogenate decreased(P<0.05), pathological lesions of lung tissue alleviated in sophoridine treatment groups (5, 2.5 mg·kg-1 dosage groups)and prevention treatment group.NF-κB p65 in lung tissue was reduced significantly in all sophoridine groups.And medium-dose sophoridine group showed the best effect. Conclusion: Sophoridine could reduce LPS-induced pathologic lesions in lung tissue of mice, protect from the damage caused by oxygen free radicals;sophoridine could reduce NF-κB expression, thus blocking LPS signal transduction pathway in TLR4-mediated NF-κB signal transduction pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of aqueous extract from Melastoma dodecandrum on blood glucose in experimental hyperglycemic mice. Method: Glucose, adrenaline or streptozotocin was administrated respectively to induce three types of experimental hyperglycemic models in mice.Blood glucose was determined after ten days’ administration of the aqueous extract from M. dodecandrum. Result: The aqueous extract from M. dodecandrum.could decrease blood glucose in hyperglycemic mice induced by glucose, adrenaline or streptozotocin, and it had no effect on blood glucose in normal mice. Conclusion: The aqueous extract from M. dodecandrum had effect of lowering blood glucose in hyperglycemic mice.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Fuzi Lizhong granule preparation on Bcl-2 and Bax gene expression in rats with aristolochic ACID nephropathy (AAN). Method: Ninety SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly: normal control group (n=10), model group (n=20), Jiawei Fuzi Lizhong group (n=20), prednisone group (n=20), and Jiawei Fuzi Lizhong plus prednisone group (n=20). Experimental model of AAN was established by intragastric administration of aristoloch acid (100 mg·kg-1·d-1) for three days in SD rats. Rats in each group were intragastric administrated of distilled water (10 mL·kg-1·d-1), distilled water (10 mL·kg-1·d-1), Jiawei Fuzi Lizhong granule preparation (10 mL·kg-1·d-1), prednisone (0.5 mg·kg-1·d-1), and Jiaweifuzilizhong granule preparation (10 ml·kg-1·d-1) plus prednisone (0.5 mg·kg-1·d-1), respectively. Three weeks later, Bcl-2 and Bax expression was examined. Renal tubular epithelial cells apoptosis was determined by TUNEL method. Result: Bcl-2 mRNA and protein expressions were obvious decreased, while Bax expressions increased. There was significant difference in Bcl-2 and Bax expressions between model group and the other experimental groups (P<0.05). Jiawei Fuzi Lizhong granule preparation plus prednisone group showed the strongest effect (P<0.05). The renal tubular epithelial cells apoptosis was obvious in model group. There were statistic differences in renal tubular epithelial cells apoptosis between model group and the other experimental groups (P<0.05). The Jiawei Fuzi Lizhong granule preparation plus prednisone group had the best effect on alleviating apoptosis (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Jiawei Fuzi Lizhong granule preparation had effect on reducing apoptosis rate in AAN rats. Furthermore, combination of Jiawei Fuzi Lizhong granule preparation and prednisone showed the best effect.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Soothing liver and Invigorating spleen recipes on PPARα mRNA and TNF-α protein expression in hepatic tissue of rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and to explore the molecular mechanism. Method: NAFLD model was established by feeding high fat diet for 12 weeks.Then rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: model group, Soothing liver group, Invigorating spleen group, integrated group, Sanqi Zhigan Pill group and natural recovery group.Rats in model group were continuously given high fat diet while all other rats were given normal diet.Meanwhile, rats in medication groups were administrated i.g.with corresponding herbs.Eight weeks after the treatment, all rats were anesthetized by 3% pentobarbital sodium through intraperitoneal injection.TC, TG, AST, ALT content in the serum and TC, TG content in liver tissue was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.The pathological changes of hepatic tissue were observed by HE staining.The peroxisome proliferator activated receptor alpha(PPARα) mRNA expression in liver tissue was examined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). tumor necrosrs factor-α(TNF-α) protein expression in the liver tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Result: Compared with the model group, the hepatic steatosis degree was alleviated obviously in all treatment groups and natural recovery group.TC, TG, AST, ALT content in serum, and TC, TG content in liver tissue were dramatically declined (P<0.01).PPARα mRNA expression in treatment groups and natural recovery group was up-regulated (P<0.05), especially in the soothing liver and invigorating spleen group, whose expression was much higher compared with model group (P<0.01);.Compared with that in model group, TNF-α positive cell numbers were significantly decreased in treatment groups and natural recovery group (P<0.01). Conclusions :Soothing liver and invigorating spleen methods and recipes showed certain therapeutic effect on NAFLD, which might be linked to up-regulating PPARα mRNA and down-regulating TNF-α protein expression.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Yangxin Kaiyu tablet (YXKY Tablet) on behavior and memory in chronic depression model rats. Method: Chronic stress depression rat model was established by chronic and mild unpredictable stressors and housed seperately as described in the literature.The preference for 1% sucrose solution, Morris water maze and space search test was carried out.SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, fluoxetine hydrochloride group, and three dose groups of YXKY tablet (1 500, 750, 375 mg·kg-1).YXKY tablet were administered i.g.once per day for 28 days; same volume of water was given to model group and control group. Result: The preference for 1% sucrose solution was increased in 375, 750 mg·kg -1 of YXKY tablet groups. Navigation latency in Morris water maze was shortened in three dose groups of YXKY tablet.Lasting time, distance, and total times of crossing the target region in the fourth quadrant were increased significantly in 375, 750 mg·kg-1 of YXKY tablet groups.There was statistically significant difference between medication treatment groups and model groups (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: YXKY tablet could improve depressive rats’ behavior and memory.The experimental result provided a basis for clinical treatment to depression.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of buddlejasaponin Ⅳ on proliferation and activation of rat hepatic stellate cell line HSC-T6. Method: HSC-T6 cells was incubated with buddlejasaponin Ⅳ at different concentrations (20,14,9.8,6.86 mg·L-1) for 24 hours.Effect of buddlejasaponin Ⅳ on proliferation of HSC-T6 was observed by MTT assay.Col-I and Col-Ⅲ mRNA expressions were assayed by reverse transcription ploymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) after incubation.Apoptosis of HSC-T6 was detected by Annexin V/ PI staining combined with flow cytometry method. Result: Buddlejasaponin Ⅳ could inhibit HSC-T6 cell proliferation, in a dose-and time-dependent manner.Buddlejasaponin Ⅳ with 6.86 mg·L-1 inhibited Col-Ⅲ mRNA expression(P<0.05).Buddlejasaponin Ⅳ with 9.8 mg·L-1 decreased Hyp secretion, inhibited Col-I mRNA expression (P<0.05) and induced apoptosis significantly (P<0.01), so as to achieve the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis. Conclusion: Buddlejasaponin Ⅳcould interfere liver fibrosis via inhibiting proliferation and activation of HSC-T6 cells and inhibiting the synthesis of extracellular matrix.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the Smads proteins localization in lung tissue of chronic bronchial asthma rats lung tissue and its mRNA expression, and to explore the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway,thus in the chronic bronchial asthma. Method: Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups:normal control group was treaded by 0.9% saline; model group treaded by the mixture(10%ovalbumin+10%aluminum hydroxide). HE staining was used to observe the pathomorphological changes;Smad proteins localization in lung tissue was determined by immunofluorescence; Smads mRNA expression was determed by RT-PCR. Result: HE staining showed the model group was obviously bleeding, expanding of lung alveolar andinflammatory cell. The results showed Smads proteins were located in the bronchial wall or alveolar wall by immunofluorescence assay;RT-PCR showed that the Smad2 mRNA expression were higher significantly in model group than that in normal group (P<0.05); Smad7 mRNA expression were significantly lower in model group than that in normal expression (P<0.05); Smad4 mRNA expression was no difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Smads proteins had closely related to chronic asthma, Smad proteins were located in lung tissue of both normal rats and chronic bronchial asthma rats. In the course of asthma, receptor type Smad2 mRNA was increased in expression, inhibitory type Smad7 mRNA was decreased in expression,and thus TGF-β/Smad signaling pathways that might be activated.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the interventional mechanism of Chinese herbs Xiaoshuan Tongmai Granules(XSTM) on deep venous thrombosis (DVT)in rats. Method: Seventy two Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham group, DVT model group, XSTM group, Fufang Danshen tablets(DS) group. Venous thrombosis was induced by inferior vena caval occlusion by ligature just below the level of the renal veins. The levels of NF-κB p50 mRNA, NF-κB p65 mRNA and IκBα mRNA in vein wall of all rats were dynamic detected at 1, 3, 6 days after model built. Result: At the same time, the levels of NF-κB p50 mRNA and NF-κB p65 mRNA in Chinese herbs treatment groups were significant lower than those in model group(P<0.01), while the level of IκBα mRNA was significantly higher(P<0.01). The levels of NF-κB p50 mRNA and NF-κB p65 mRNA were increased the decreasing trend after model induced, and reached the peak at 3rd day after ligature(P<0.01) in all groups. But the levels of IκBα mRNA were decreased the increasing trend after model induced, and reached the low at 3rd day after ligature(P<0.01) in all groups. At the same time, the levels of NF-κB p50 mRNA and NF-κB p65 mRNA in XSTM group were significantly lower than those in DS group(P<0.01), while the level of IκBα mRNA in XSTM group was significantly higher(P<0.01). Conclusion: It suggested that XSTM could intervene the system of NF-κB p / IκB to supress inflammatory reaction and thrombosis.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the anti-atherosclerosis mechanism of Zhimaining. Methed: Rabbit atherosclerosis model was reproduced with high fat diet. Zhimaining was fed for 4 weeks when hyperlipidemia had been taken shape in 4 weeks, Index of lipid,oxidation,Low density lipoprotein-R(LDL-R) mRNA and VCAM-1 mRNA were detected. Result: There was a significient increase in lipid,superoside dismatase(SOD) and malandiavdehyde(MDA) and decrease in Gluathine(GSH),Glutathine peroxidase(GSH-Px) in model group compared with contral group; there was a significient increase in aorta endometrial and plaque in model group compared with contral group. A very significient decrease of lipid and MDA and increase of GSH,GSH-Px in high dose (0.375 g·kg-1) and low dose(0.188 g·kg-1) group were manifested compared with control group. There was a significient increase of the expression of VCAM-1 mRNA and decrease of the expression of LDL-R mRNA both in the Zhimaining groups compared with contral group. Conclution :The anti-atherosclerosis mechanism of Zhimaining may be related with regulating the antioxidant and metabolism of lipid and the expression of LDL-R mRNA and VCAM-1 mRNA.

      摘要:Objective: To study protective effect of extracts from Astragalus Radix on liver fibrosis induced by CCl4 in rats and its mechanisms. Method: Liver fibrosis model was established by CCl4.Rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and extracts from Astragali Radix group.Activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) was determined by Reitman-Franke's method. Serum levels of hyaluronic acid(HA) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) were detected by radio-immunity method.Pathological changes of liver were observed. Result: Extracts from Astragali Radix significantly decreased the activity of ALT and AST in rats with liver fibrosis.Compared with model group, extracts from Astragalus Radix could obviously alleviated liver fibrosis injury and reduce HA and TNF-α level in rats. Conclusion: The extracts from Astragali Radix had significantly protective effect on liver fibrosis in rats, and its mechanisms might be related to decreasing HA and TNF-α level.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect and mechanism of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)on mice. Method: We observed the effect of ANP(13.10,6.55 ng·kg-1, iv) on the weight-loaded swimming time of the mice and the changes of gastrocnemius malonaldehyde (MDA). In vitro experiment, we observed the effect of high dose ANP(13.10 ng·kg-1) on H2O2(0.2 mol·L-1)induced mice gastrocnemius MDA. Result: ANP (13.10 ng·kg-1) could significant increase weight-loaded swimming time(P<0.01) and reduced the contents of MDA(P<0.05)compared with control group; ANP (13.10 μg·L-1) had the protective effect on H2O2 induced tissue injury of gastrocnemius (P<0.001),but the blocker LY83583 of protein kinase G prevented the protective effect. Conclusion: ANP has the anti-fatigue effect, its role relevant to the signal transduction pathway of ANP-cGMP-protein kinase G(ANP-cGMP-PKG).

      摘要:Objective: To observe influence of Heart-Protection Musk Pill(HMP)on inflammatory factor in myocardial tissue in rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and to explore the mechanism of HMP for imroving ventricular remodeling. Method: Left anterior desecending coronary arteries of rats were ligated to make AMI model, seventy SD male rats were randomly divided into control group, sham operation group,AMI group, HMP 14 mg·kg-1·d-1 group, HMP 28 mg·kg-1·d-1 group and simvastatin group. Two weeks later, hemodynamic parameters were measured, and ELISA was used to determine IL-6, TNF-α in myocardial tissue. Result: Compared with control group, LVESP,LV+dp/dtmax and LV-dp/dtmax were markedly decreased(P<0.01),while LVEDP markedly were increased(P<0.01)and content of IL-6 and TNF-α markedly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in AMI group. Compared with those in AMI group, LVESP and LV±dp/dtmax markedly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while LVEDP and Content of IL-6,TNF-α markedly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in HMP group. Conclusion: HMP can improve hemodynamic parameters in model rats with AMI and reduce the release of inflammatory factor in myocardial tissue.This may be the mechanism of HMP for improving ventricular remodeling.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the immunomodulating activities of crude polysaccharides from the seeds of Zea mays. Method: ICR male mice were randomly divided into four groups,including normal control group, cyclophosphamide model group,and two groups treated respectively with low dose and high dose of crude polysaccharides from the seeds of Z. mays (50,100 mg·kg-1) for 7 d. The hypoimmune mice model was constructed by intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide. Thymus index, spleen index, serum hemolysin (HC50) and phagocytic index of mononuclear macrophage were measured. Result: The crude polysaccharide from the seeds of Z. mays promoted spleen index (P<0.05) and phagocytic index (P<0.001) of hypoimmune mice. Conclusion: It is suggested that the crude polysaccharide from the seeds of Z. mays has significant effect of the immuun regulation in hypoimmune mice by promoting phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophage.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Danyining(DYN) on activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the level of Malonyldialdehyde(MDA) in serum and pancreatic tissue to explore the mechanism of Danyining for treatment of chronic pancreatitis(CP). Method: The rat CP model was established by injection of L- Arg into abdomen. The model rats were randomLy assigned into five groups; normal control group, model group, Xiao-chai-hu-tang pilular group, DYN low-dose group and high-dose group. After four weeks of treatment, all rats were executed to measure the activity of SOD and level t of MDA in serum and pancreatic tissue. Statistics the experiment data. Result: DYN low-dose group and high-dose group could increase the activity of SOD (P<0.01)and reduce the level of MDA (P<0.01) in serum and pancreatic tissue. Conclusion: DYN has functions of increasing the activity of SOD and reducing the level of MDA in serum and pancreatic tissue, which indicates that DYN may prevent against injury of pancreatic tissue,and be beneficial to treatment of CP.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Yigan powder on acute hepatic injury induced by D-galactosamine (D-GalN) in mice. Method: Seventy-two mice were randomly divided into 6 groups (n=12): normal control group, model control group, positive control group and three dose groups of Yigan powder (38.4, 19.2, 9.6 g·kg-1).The mice in treatment groups were administered medicine respectively via gavages, while the others in control and model groups were treated with the same volume of normal saline.After seven days all the mice except those in the normal control group were treated with intraperitoneal injection of 10% D-GalN (850 mg·kg-1).Twenty-four hours later, the mice were killed and the blood sample and liver、spleen tissue were taken.The index of liver and spleen was calculated.Liver pathological changes were observed and the activities of serum ALT, AST were determined. Result: Acute liver injury could be significantly reduced by Yigan powder.Serum ALT, AST activity, liver and spleen index were significantly lowered compared with those in the model group (P<0.05).Yigan powder could improve the acute liver injury in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion: Yigan powder had protective effect on acute hepatic injury induced by D-galactosamine.

      摘要:Objective: To study liver and kidney injury induced by Tween 80, solutol HS 15 or polyoxyethylene (40) hydrogenated castor oil in rat. Method: The rats were randomly divided into such groups as control group, three dose groups of tween 80, three dose groups of solutol HS 15, three dose groups of polyoxyethylene (40) hydrogenated castor oil. Each rat was injected 0.22 mL of corresponding excipients q.d.for 4 weeks. Serum biochemical indicators of rat liver, kidney function were detected. Weight of liver, kidney was weighed and organ coefficient was calculated. Liver and kidney pathological changes were observed by HE staining. Result: There was no significant difference between groups of Tween 80 and the control group. There was significant difference in liver and kidney function in different dose groups of solutol HS15 and difference dose groups of polyoxyethylene (40) hydrogenated castor oil (P<0.05). There was no obvious pathological changes except some inflammatory cells in rat liver and kidney in rats in all the groups. Conclusion: Tween 80 might be the weakest one to cause liver and kidney injury in rats injected with the three kinds of excipients.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare the vinorelbine liposomes(VL) and investigate its safety. Method: Liposomes was prepared by thin-film ultrasonication method.The acute toxicity of VL was evaluated in Kunming mice.Its vein irritation and hemolysis was characterized in rabbits.Vinorelbine injection(VI) was taken as the control.LD50, vein irritation and hemolysis of these two preparations was compared. Result: The particle size of the liposome was 158.3 nm; The bilayer of the liposome was seen clearly; and the entrapment efficiency was 85.3%.The LD50 of VL and VI in mice was 16.02, 4.16 mg·kg-1 respectively.None of hemolysis, hemagglutination and vein irritation was observed after intravenous injection of VL into rabbits. Conclusion: Compared with VI, VL was safer and more efficient.

      摘要:Objective: To study the attenuated effect of cinnamon on strychnos. Method: The mice were administrated with strychnos decoction or strychnos-cinnamon decoction (strychnos ∶cinnamon=1 ∶5) intragastrically. The half lethal dose (LD50) of both decoctions were studieded and compared by the sequential acute toxicity test. Result: LD50 of the two decoction were strychnos decoction=(173.161±18.289) mg·kg-1, strychnos-cinnamon decoction=(781.345 ± 214.744) mg·kg-1. In addition, the average time from poisoning to death of the mice administrated with strychnos-cinnamon decoction was significantly longer than that of mice with strychnos deconction. Conclusion: Cinnamon can reduce the toxicity of strychnos significantly.

      摘要:Objective: To study the actual dosages of clinical prescriptions in internal medicine department of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) based on the data from two affiliated hospital of Guiyang college of TCM, and clear the situation and characteristics of the dosage of Chinese herbal pieces in Guiyang city. Method: The methods of stratified sampling and random sampling were used to investigate 12 461 prescriptions of TCM. We constructed the database, then applied Weka KDD software to analyze. Result: We identified the frequency and clinical dosage intervals of 300 drugs, and the dosage difference between that in practice and that in the pharmacopoeia. Most of drug’s dosage centralized the 3 intervals: (3-6], (9-12], (12-15],and the concrete dosages were 10, 12, 15, 20, 30 g, etc. Conclusion: The situation and characteristics of the dosages of clinical prescription in Guiyang city are coincided with the national level in internal medicine of TCM.

Method: Patients with recurrent aphthae (the syndrome of excessive heat in heart and stomach) were included and randomized into the C. deltoidea group (superfine powder of C. deltoidea 3 g, po, tid, for 7 days.) and C. chinensis group (superfine powder of C. chinensis 3 g, po, tid, for 7 days). Result: ①131 patients entered the trial, 66 cases in C. deltoidea group,65 cases in C. chinensis group. After 7 days of treatment. ② The curative effect of the C. deltoidea group in relieving recurrent aphthae is better than the C. chinensis group (P<0.05). ③The curative effect of the C. deltoidea group in relieving drying dampness is better than the C. chinensis group(P<0.05). ④The changes in main symptoms such as aphthous pain and the area of aphthous ulcer were significantly different between the two group (P<0.05). ⑤No severe adverse effect was observed in two groups. Conclusion: The C. deltoidea may have a better effect than the C. chinensis in relieving recurrent aphthae, and in remedying the syndrome of excessive heat in heart and stomach, also in attenuating pain and reducing the area of aphthous ulcer. The species of C. deltoidea is more effective in clearing heat and drying dampness, alleviating pathogenic fire and deoxication than the species of C. chinensis.

      摘要:Chinese medicine clinical research projects supported by the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the 863 Program,or the 973 Program are characterized by large samples, multi-center, wide area. In order to ensure its science, it is needed to strengthen quality control. Chinese medicine research is not exactly same as drug clinical trials.Therefore, the quality control can not be a copy of the contents of the Good Clinical Practices (GCP). In this paper, remote-site interact quality control methods applied by nine national Eleventh Five-Year Plan supported clinical research projects were summed up based on GCP. It was focus on the research periods. On-site and the remote quality control interaction at the beginning, during the on-going, and just before the finish of the projects were described.

      摘要:Objective: To explore therapeutic efficiency of Tourette’s syndrome by therapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. Method: The patients with Tourette’s syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was orally treated with haloperidol 0.05 g·kg-1·d-1, tid. the integration group of traditional Chinese and western medicine was orally treated with haloperidol 0.05 g·kg-1·d-1, tid on the basis of Jianpi-pinggan After 2 Course of treatment,the yale global tic severity scale(YGTSS) and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were applied to assess the efficacy and adverse reaction of treatment. Result: The total effective rate were significantly different between two groups(P<0.05). TGTSS score for the two groups was lower(P<0.01)compared with prior treatment. For the integration group of traditional Chinese and western medicine score was lower than the control group(P<0.05) after the treatment. For symptoms of Chinese medicine score showed a significantly different after treatment for two groups(P<0.01). After treatment, there are was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: Jianpi-pinggan has effects on TS.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yinjia pellet on hyperthyroidism (Grave’s disease) of hyperactive fire due to Yin deficiency. Method: Fifty-four cases according with the diagnostic criteria of hyperthyroidism (Grave’s disease) and syndrome of hyperactive fire due to Yin deficiency simultaneously were divided into two groups at random, Yinjia pellet group and western medicine group, and conducted an observation on therapeutic effect for 3 months. Finally,comparative analysis between pre-therapy and post-therapy was conducted, including clinical symptoms,signs,serum thyroid hormone, thyroid-related antibodies and cytokine. Result: Yinjia pellet group is superior to western medicine group on improving clinical symptoms, signs and serum thyroid hormone. Conclusion: Therapeutic effect of Yinjia pellet on hyperthyroidism (Grave's disease) of hyperactive fire due to Yin deficiency is superior to western medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinic-effects of acne vulgaris treated by oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel. Method: A total of 100 cases was randomly divided into two group. Patients of the therapeutic group (n=56) were treated with Chinese medicine orally administration combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel. Patients of the control group (n=44) were treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine. The treatment duration of 2 groups was 30 days. Result: After the treatment, the therapeutic effect of the therapeutic group was superior to that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel was superior to simple therapy of oral administration of Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To summarize the experimental research progress on the applications of Chinese Medicine in endogenous neural stem cells in recent years. Method: The literatures about the experimental research on Chinese medicine and endogenous neural stem cells were collected by Wanfang data,VIP information and CNKI in 2001-2010. Result: Extractive,single-and mixed-decoction of Chinese Medicine all can effect on the renew-self and differentiation of endogenous neural stem cells. Conclusion: With the current research of stem cell compared,which focus the transplantation and cloning, Chinese medicine emphasized on activating endogenous neural stem cells or regulating microenvironment in order to improve regenerative response. It proposes an effective ways and shows the significance and optimistic perspective.

      摘要:The field of intranasal administration of traditional Chinese medicine is illustrated in this review article.Intranasal administration of traditional Chinese medicine has a local effect on nasal cavity,or delivered from nose to brain to show a centralnervons treatment as well as works in curing systemic diseases. This paper makes an overview of expenrimental study(the route of administration, dosage form selection, the choice of excipients, evaluation of drug release in vitro, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, brain targeting, safety evaluation) and clinical applications on intranasal administration of Chinese Medicine in recent years and has a bright future,expecting to provide reference for new drug of intranasal preparation of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To summarize the advances on etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and experimental study applying traditional Chinese medicine on radiation esophagitis. And to explore the current problems and future trends about traditional Chinese medicine on radiation esophagitis study. Method: A computer-based onling search of CNKI and Wanfang databases was undertaken for the relevant literature published after 01-2006.The literature of core journals with Chinese languages was choosed as its main references. A total of 16 literatures were selected. Result: In clinical practice, the use of dialectical theory of governance, specific prescription for certain illness, injection of traditional Chinese medicine, integrated traditional chinese and western medicine, acupoint application and other therapies, can improve radiotherapy completion rates, clinical symptoms, patients' quality of life and so on. Experimental study found that Chinese herbs can inhibit the expression of mRNA such as COX-2, MMPs and IL-8, TGF-β1 and other proteins,then reduce radiation-induced pathological changes of esophageal injury. Conclusion: Chinese medicine prevention of the disease.Its symptoms can be reduced or even disappeared, allowing patients to complete radiation treatment, with a good prospect. However, the efficacy of current treatment methods and standards are not unified,so it still need to establish uniform treatment standards.It should be explored about radiation esophagitis on traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an intelligent and digital analysis methods of Chinese medicinal prescription to obtain the prescription of specific efficacy and indications. Method: By constructing a mathematical model of Chinese medicinal prescriptions, weight calculation was used for the digital information, and the calculated values was put into the the Knowledge Base of Traditional Chinese medicine to match the results obtained. Result: The analysis method indicates of high accuracy. In particular, the classic recipe for testing the efficacy of contrast with the actual efficacy of their accuracy can reach 83.3%. Conclusion: This method can be used for the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine prescription,promote the use of a certain value.
