      摘要:Objective: To look for the rules of compatibility of medicines in historical prescriptions which treat vomiting, mining out new knowledge in science of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) formulas, providing support for making new TCM remedy for vomiting. Method: Created a TCM formulas database to treat vomiting by collecting 985 TCM formulas. A threshold level datamining method which based on both association and correlation rule is used, to mining rule of compatibility of medicines in database of historical prescriptions for vomiting. Result: The most used drug is Zingiber officinale,the using frequency of Z. officinale is 61.23%. The most association and correlation couple of drugs are Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf and Pinellia ternate(Thunb.)Breit.the correlation-confidence of this couple is 0.114 4.The most association and correlation group of drugs are Z. officinale and P. cocos and P. ternate, the correlation-confidence of this group is 0.295 4, Conclusion: The group of drugs which contain Z. officinale. and P. ternate and P. cocos is most used to treat vomiting. The ternate added in the P. cocos soup, which is ancient famous TCM formulas created by ancient great doctor ZHANG Zhong-jing, is proved that it is the key compatibility of drugs to treat vomiting.

      摘要:Objective: In the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with the theory of drug intervention and formulas corresponding to syndromes, and on the basis of application rough concept lattice clustering technique and method for mining out the basic data of medication experience, the medication rules on dyspnea syndrome are summarized through the sorting, summarizing and analyzing the corresponding relationship between medicine syndrome. Method: Rosetta computer software is used for data mining and cluster analysis on the experience of medication. Result: The association and medication rules between all symptoms and various drugs are obtained. Conclusion: Rough concept lattice clustering technique and method can effectively dig out the rules of medication and clinical experience in treating with dyspnea syndrome by TCM, providing a new model for data mining study in the rules of medication and clinical experience by TCM.

      摘要:Objective: Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS) to analyze the composing principles of the external prescriptions for canker sores. Method: The external prescriptions used for canker sores in the system of were collected. Then entering into the TCMISS, by using the software integration of the data mining, composing principles of external prescriptions for canker sores were analized. Result: Based on the analysis of 213 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed, twenty-seven core combinations and 7 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system is a helpful tool to analyze the composing principles of prescriptions.

      摘要:Objective: Using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system(TCMIS) to analyze the inherent relationships between herbs in prescriptions of prevention and breatment for influenza. Method: The prescriptions used for prevention and treatment for flu in China National knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) were collected, then by using revised mutual information and complex system entropy cluster in the TCM inheritance system,inherent relationships between herbs in prescriptions were analized. Result: Based on the analysis of 341 cases of prescriptions in database, the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed, core combinations of herbs and relationship framework between herbs are mined from the database. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system can be used to analyze the prescriptions database and transfer complicated inherent relationships between herbs in prescriptions orderly. So it can provide powerful reference to researcheres for making decision.It has good value for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification process of total alkaloids from Fritillaria thunbergii by macroporous resin. Method: Optimum macroporous resin and its purification process was selected by static and dynamic adsorption and desorption kinetics test. Result: Optimal purification process conditions were:optimal macroporous resin type HPD100,diameter-height ratio 1∶9, the concentration of sample solution 5 g·mL-1 with pH as 8.0,maximum sample volume 13 BV, flow rate of adsorption and elution 1 mL·min-1,washed by 8 BV water and 10 BV 80% ethanol,collected eluent of 80% ethanol.Under this optimized technology,the content of total alkaloids was more than 65% by UV. Conclusion: HPD100 type macroporous resin showed good comprehensive adsorption property for enrichment of total alkaloids from F. thunbergii,and suitable for separation and purification of it.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology for Artemisia argyi carbonisatus with vinegar. Method: With coagulation time and hemostasis time of mice,descent rate of total flavonoids and appearance as indexes,L9(34) orthogonal design was used to optimize processing technology with frying temperature,frying time and the amount of spray vinegar as factors. Result: Optimum processing technology was:frying 16 min at 360 ℃ with the amount of spray vinegar 15%. Conclusion: This optimized processing technology was stable and reasonable.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation of flavonoids from Ziziphus jujuba dripping pill. Method: Central composite design-response surface methodology was applied to optimize formulation of this drooping pill with ratio of drug-matrix,the amount of P188 and Tween-80 as independent variables, while dependent variables were T50, roundness and dissolution time,optimum mathematical model was obtained by SPSS software,which was used to fit multivariate linear model and polynomial model for experimental data.Effect diagram and contour map were draw by Origin software,optimum extraction condition was determined according to effect diagram. Result: Correlation coefficient of quadratic polynomial model was better than multivariate linear model, multiple correlation coefficient was 0.941 9,and it was determined as final fitting model;Bias between measured and predicted values of fitting model was negligible, indicating that had good predictive. Conclusion: Model established by central composite design-response surface methodology was better to predict and could be used to optimize formulation of flavonoids from Z. jujuba dripping pill.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate hygroscopicity of carbohydrate composition in Yiganning aqueous extract. Method: With Yiganning grain as a model drug,total polysaccharides,total monosaccharides and total oligosaccharides were obtained by different separation and purifycation method,and then drying,crushing, hygroscopic percentage and critical relative humidity(CRH) were determined.HPLC-ELSD was used to detect carbohydrate composition by gradient elution method. Result: CRH of Yiganning extract was 67.3%,CRH of total polysaccharide,total monosaccharides and total oligosaccharides were 78.4%,62.2%,68.3%,respectively.Main components of total monosaccharides was fructose,small molecules carbohydrate in oligosaccharides was fructose,glucose and sucrose. Conclusion: Carbohydrate components was one factor of increasing hygroscopicity in Yiganning dry extract,hygroscopicity of fructose was largest.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total alkaloids in Stephania dielsiana. Method: With yield of total alkaloids as index,effect of the concentration of ethanol,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and pH on yield of total alkaloids was investigated by orthogonal test and single factor test. Result: The best extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 2 h with 16 times the amount of 70% ethanol,pH 2.0. Conclusion: This optimized technology was suitable for extraction of total alkaloids in S. dielsiana.

      摘要:Objective: To compare chemical properties and pharmacodynamics between fine powder and ultra-fine powder of compound Beimu powder. Method: Change of chemical properties from fine powder and ultra-fine powder of Fritillaria ussuriensis, Ephedra sinica and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were investigated by determining the content of water-soluble and alcohol-soluble extract and active ingredients,thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to identify these compounds. With cough latency and cough times of mice as indexes,antitussive effect of fine and ultra-fine powder was compared by ammonia induced cough in mice test. Result: Studies on chemical properties showed nature and content of main chemical composition from ultra-fine powder were not changed significantly.There was significantly inhibited of ultra-fine powder on mice cough which was caused by ammonia,it was more obvious by compared isodose fine powder of compound Beimu powder. Conclusion: Compared with fine powder,there was no obvious change of main chemical composition,but therapeutic effect improved 2 times,it could be reduce the dose of compound Beimu powder,results from this test would provide references for use of ultra-fine grinding technology in traditional Chinese medicine compound.

Method: With the cotents of 4 kinds of amino acid as indexes,which was determined by HPLC,baking process of E. asinus was optimized by orthogonal test with baking time, baking temperature and size of E. asinus as factors. Result: Optimum baking process was:size of E. asinus 1.27 cm×0.88 cm×0.6 cm, baked 15 min at 180 ℃. Conclusion: Optimized process was simple,controllable,operable,and suitable for mass production

      摘要:Objective: To optimize polishing process of Yizheng Huomai concentrated pill. Method: The concentration of ethanol, the amount of ethanol, loading of basic pill, rotational speed of coating pot,dosage of activated carbon and blow-dry time after rotation were selected as factors, L8(2)7 orthogonal test was used to optimize polishing process with moisture content after polishing and appearance of pill as indexes. Result: Optimum polishing process was:250 mL35% ethanol, loading of basic pill 12 kg/pot, rotational speed of coating pot 35 r·min-1, the amount of activated carbon 0.3%,blow-dry time 30 min. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable,feasible and suitable for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Shurening mixture. Method: Taking puerarin and chlorogenic acid as indexes, the content of index components were determined by HPLC.Orthogonal experiment was applied to optimize extraction technology with extraction times,extraction time and the amount of water as factors. Result: The best extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 3 times with 10-fold the amount of water,1.5 h each time. Conclusion: optimized process was stable and feasible with good repeatability.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Coptis chinensis. Method: With the concentration of ethanol,the amount of solvent and extraction time as independent variables,overall desirability as dependent variable (including yield of extract,the content of berberine,coptisine and total alkaloids),each level of independent variables were fitted by multiple linear regression and binomial formula,response surface method was used to optimize extraction process,and prediction was carried out through comparing observed and predicted value. Result: Optimal extraction process was:extracted 3 times with 10 times the amount of 50% ethanol,50 min each time.the regression coefficients of binomial fitting complex model was 0.936 2,deviation between observed and predicted value was-2.27%. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology of C. chinensis was convenient with high predictive.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction method of antidepressant ingredients from Lihuan Jieyu prescription. Method: Water extraction, ethanol extraction and water-ethanol extraction were used to extract antidepressant active substances from Lihuan Jieyu prescription,optimum extraction method was determined by pharmacodynamics tests,such as forced swimming test, reserpine hypothermia test and open tank test in mice. Result: Compared with model group,water extraction group of Lihuan Jieyu decoction could significantly shortened immobility time of mice in forced swimming test,it showed antidepressant effect.There was significantly difference of water extraction group and model group in reserpine hypothermia test.In open tank test,there was no significant difference of spontaneous activity in all groups. Conclusion: Water extraction method was optimum extraction technology for antidepressant components from Lihuan Jieyu prescription.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ethanol extraction technology of compound Gouteng tablet. Method: Ethanol extraction technology were optimized by orthogonal test with yield of extract and rhynchophylline as indexes, with the amount of ethanol, extraction time and soaking time as factors, the content of rhynchophylline was determined by HPLC. The concentraction of ethanol was investigated by single factor test. Result: Optimum ethanol extraction process was as follows:soaked in 80% ethanol for 0.5 h,reflux extracted 2 times with 6,4 times the amount of 80% ethanol by 2.0,1.5 h, respectively. Conclusion: Optimum extraction process was stable, feasible, and suitable for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To determine optimum extraction process of volatile oil from roots of Valeriana officinalis in Guizhou province and analyze its chemical composition. Method: Volatile oil from roots of V. officinalis was extracted by steam distillation method,distillation time,solid-liquid ratio,soaking time,degree of smash and other factors were investigated with extraction ratio of volatile oil as index,extraction technology of volatile oil from roots of V. officinalis was optimized by single test and orthogonal test.Chemical composition of volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Result: Optimal extraction process of volatile oil was as follows:grinding degree 10-20 mesh, solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,soaking time 4 h,distillation time 5 h;Under these optimized extraction conditions, yield of volatile oil was 5.74%.25 kinds of chemical composition were identified from volatile oil,there was terpene compounds mainly,and it contained olefin,alcohol,ketone,ester,ether compounds, respectively.Bornyl acetate,incense tree by and hom-ene took dominant position,their relative mass fraction were 37.94%,18.52%,10.26%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible,it could be provide scientific basis for industrialized extraction of volatile oil from V. officinalis produce.

Method: With the content of cinnamic acid and total solids as indexes,orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology of Bianyan oral liquid with amount of water, soaking time, decocting time, boiling times as factors. Result: Optimum extraction technology was:soaked 1 h with solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,decocted 2 times with 2 h per time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was reasonable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To compare purification method for water extract of Yinhuang Hugan granule. Method: With retention rate of chlorogenic acid and yield of extract as indexes,impurity removal processes for water extract of Yinhuang Hugan granule were compared,such as natural sedimentation method,ethanol precipitation method,centrifugation metohd, ZTC1+1 Ⅱclarifying agent and chitosan clarification purification method. Result: Centrifugation method was confirmed as optimum purification method. Conclusion: Optimum impurity removal technology was stable,feasible,and suitable for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: Establish the two methods for the determination of entrapment efficiency of liposomes. Method: Sephadex G-50 and cation exchange resin were used to separate free vincristine sulfate from liposomes. The concentration of vincristine sulfate was determined by HPLC. The result was analyzed with SPSS. Result: The entrapment efficiency of the different drug loading liposome determined by the two methods was consistent. Conclusion: Both methods can be used to determine the entrapment efficiency of vincristine sulfate liposomes.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the quantitative characteristic spectrum to control the quality of buyanghwanwutang the product by extent. Method: The Characteristic spectrum of buyanghuanwutang was established. In methodological study, peoniflorin as the reference peak to calculate the RSD of the relative retention time and relative peak area of each common peaks, precision, stability and reproducibility were investigated as well. The characteristic spectrums of 10 batches of buyanghuanwutang were established.The quality of buyanghuanwutang was evaluated by the correlation,cosine of the angle and extent similarity of ten batches,combined with the numericalsimilarity. Result: RSD of the relative retention time and relative peak area of common peaks of precision, accuracy,repeatability was less than 3%.The calculation results of Samples' correlation coefficient and angle cosine are above 0.95, it cannot reflect the differences among samples, but there is a great difference in extent similarity, so it can reflect the differences among samples. The combination of the extent similarity and numerical similarity was better than the correlation,cosine of the angle. The combination reflected the differences of different batches,and was used to control the quality of products. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable,for quality evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for detecting bergenin in Cissus pteroclada. Method: An Appollo-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (22∶78). The detection wavelength was 286 nm and the column temperature was room temperature. Result: Bergenin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 10.6 to 169.6 mg·L-1, r=0.999 2.The recovery and RSD were 100.5% and 1.53%(n=6), respectively. Conclusion: This method was proved to be simple, accurate and repeatable to determine the content of bergenin in C. pteroclada.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the fingerprint chromatogram of amino acids compounds in different brands Buzhongyiqi pills and offer reference to distinguishing them. Method: By 6-aminoqtiinoly-N-hydroxysuccinimdyl carbamate(AQC) according to pre-column derivatization HPLC method to establish the fingerprint chromatogram of amino acids compounds.distilling the digital info of fingerprint chromatogram and analyzing with SPSS. Result: nine co-peaks on the HPLC fingerprints of Buzhongyiqi pills were indicated. The results of similarity analysis were 0.8-1.00. Conclusion: This method is available for quality evalution and can control the quality of BuzhongYiqi pills.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Rodgersia pinnata. Method: A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to establish the fingerprint of R. pinnata and 14 samples from various batches were analyzed. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) were applied to study on HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition method. Result: The fingerprint of R. pinnata was set up. Conclusion: The method could be used for the quality control and comprehensive evaluation of R. pinnata.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of different processing technology on contents of imperatorin, total coumarin and extract in the Angelica dahurica. Method: Using the RP-HPLC method, ultraviolet spectrophotometry method and the weight method to determine the effective component in the A. dahurica. Result: Different processing technology has an effect on effective component in the A. dahurica. The best method was drying the fresh A. dahurica for several hours, then cut into thick slices and dry at 60 ℃.The second was drying the fresh A. dahurica. The third method was the traditional method. Conclusion: This method not only shorten the soften time in processing,but also save the cost of production to ensure quality of pieces.It is a new processing method for standardized production of Chinese herbal pieces.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the effective proportion of Psammosilene tunicoides. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography, and the structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic studies. Result: Seven compounds were obtained, and five of them were identified as 16-isoquillaic acid ( 1 ), gypsogenin ( 2 ),α-spinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside ( 3 ), α-spinasterol ( 4 ), daucosterol ( 5 ). Conclusion: Compound 1-3 were isolated from this plant for the first time as natural products.

      摘要:Objective: To enrich the study of chemical composition and provide a theoretical basis for quality control, GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile oil components in Ganteling capsule. Method: The volatile oil components were extracted and isolated with steam distillation method according to ChP (2010). The chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatography, and the relative contents of constituents were determined by area normalization method. Result: Twenty seven compounds were detected and 24 compounds of them were identified by contrast with the mass standard map. And the compounds that the relative contents were more than 5% were palmitic acid(31.82%), falcarinol(16.89%), 1-naphthalenepropanol,α-ethenyldecahydro-α,5,5,8α-tetramethyl-2-methylene-, [1S,[1α(R*),4aβ,8aα]]-(8.07%), palmitoleic acid (6.67%). Conclusion: The main components in the oil were palmitic acid, falcarinol, palmitoleic acid.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an UPLC method for the Determination of lactone in Andrographis paniculata peparation. Method: Acquity BEH Shield RP C18 column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm) was used with Methanol(A)-Water(B) as a mobile phase by gradient elution program (0-2 min,40%A;2-4 min,40%-45% A;4-10 min,45%-50% A;10-15 min,50% A). The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1. The detecting wavelength was 226 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of andrographolide and dehydroandrographoline were 0.028 6-0.286 g·L-1(r=0.999 6,n=6),0.094 0-0.940 g·L-1(r=0.999 3,n=6). The average recoveries were 97.32% and 97.11%. Conclusion: The method was accurate, quickly and sensitive. It can be used for quality control of A.paniculata peparation.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the most appropriate time reflecting cytotoxicity sensitively, to study the effect of cell inocμLating concentration determining the sensitivity of cytotoxic results. Method: Seven test extracts interacted with L-929 cells (the inoculating concentration was 1×104·mL-1 and 1×105·mL-1) from 1 to 7 days in MTT method to determining the most appropriate day which reflected the cytotoxicity sensitively. Result: The extension of cytotoxicity increased with the extracts interacting with 1×104·mL-1 cells from 1 to 7 days. It was 3 rd day that the cytotoxicity classification became stabilized. The extension of cytotoxicity increased with the extracts interacting with 1×105·mL-1 cells from 1 to 7 days. It was 2nd day that the cytotoxicityrating became stabilized, and from the 5th day the absorbance value of cells decreased. Conclusion: The effect of cytotoxicity has relationship with time. In 1×104·mL-1 inocμLating concentration condition, the shortest appropriate time reflecting cytotoxicity was 72 h. In 1×105·mL-1 inoculating concentration condition, the shortest incubation time reflecting cytotoxicity was 48 h. Increased cell inoculating concentration could shorten the time of cytotoxicity, increase the sensitivity of cytotoxicity.

      摘要:Objective: CO2 supercritical fluid extraction and decoction methods were used to extract Crocodylus siamensis oil, respectively. The oil yield, fatty acid yield and main oil compositions were set to be the investigation index. Method: C. siamensis oil was extracted by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction and decoction methods respectively. The oil yield and fatty acid yield were compared. The relative percentage of the components was determined by the area normalization method using gas chromatography (GC)/electron impact (EI) mass spectrometric (MS). Result: The oil yields were 32.6%, 60%, respectively, while the fatty acid yields were 73.06%, 76.78%. Mainly compositions extracted by the two methods were not identical. Conclusion: Decoction method has certain advantage over CO2 supercritical fluid extraction method at the aspect of oil yield. The way of extracting C. siamensis oil by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction method still needs further study and optimization.

      摘要:Objective: To identify and assay of watersoluble dyestuff-lemon yellow and sunset yellow in Adulterated Rhizoma Belamcandae. Method: Use TLC for iddentification and HPLC-DAD for iddentification and assay lemon yellow and sunset yellow. Result: Both TLC and HPLC-DAD can identify lemon yellow and sunset yellow in Adulterated Rhizoma Belamcandae, and HPLC detection indicate the content of lemon yellow between 0.11-0.37 g·kg-1,and sunset yellow between 0.04-0.11 g·kg-1. Conclusion: Staining Iridis kectori khizoma or other adulterants with lemon yellow and sunset yellow as Rhizoma Belamcandae for sales is not only unnecessary, but also increase unsafe factors in clinic.It is necessary to pay attention to about this by relative medicine researcher and manufactory.

      摘要:Objective: To determination of jatrorrhizine, epiberberine, coptisine, palmatine and berberine hydrochloride in purification parts of ‘Sanrelun’ compound. Method: ‘Sanrelun’ compound through HPD 400 macroporous resin with 10%, 30%, 60%, 90% ethanol eluted, then was determinated the five alkaloids in four purification parts by HPLC. Result: The highest content of alkaloids was the part of 30%EtOH purified by HPD 400 macroporous resin. Conclusion: In this study, the method of macroporous resin purification is simple, alkaloid content which was determinated by HPLC is highest in the part of 30% of the purified, which provide the foundation for effective parts selection.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of α-terthienyl in Radix Echinopsis by GC. Method: A simple GC method was developed with DA-INOWAX polythylene glycol capillary column (0.25 μm×0.25 mm,30 m) with FID detector.N2 was carrier gas, injection port temperature, column temperature and FID detector were used at 240 ℃, splittless mode.The sample size was 1 μL and column flow rate at 1.9 mL·min-1. Result: On this condition, good linear within the concentration range of 0.142 9-1.429 0 g·L-1(r=0.999 6), with an average recovery rate of 98.56%.(RSD 0.77%,n=6). Conclusion: This method is accurate,simple,and good reproducibility, which can be used for the determination of α-terthienyl in Radix Echinopsis.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a quality standard of Xiaoyao pills,Glycyrrhiza Radix et Rhizoma was determined by HPLC method. Method: HPLC Separation was achieved on a Agenlit PAK-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column as fixed phase and methanol-0.2 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate buffer [0.2 mol·L ammonium acetate-Acetic anhydride(33∶1)] (62∶38) as mobile phase was adopted. The flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detective wave length was 250 nm.Column temperature 30 ℃. Result: The linearity range was 0.039 74-3.972 μg(r=0.999 9), the average recovery of was hesperidin was 101.8%,RSD 1.4%(n=9). Conclusion: The established HPLC method is simple,accurate and repeatable and sensitive. It is can be used for quality control of Xiaoyao pills.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of matrine content in A’naer vigills. Method: By RP-HPLC, Kromasil (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.04% triethylamine (61∶39) and flow rate set at 0.7 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm and column temperature was set at 25 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The linear response range of matrine was 19.12-153.0 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 95.17%, RSD was 1.11% (n=9). The product in the 12 h solution in stability. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable,sensitive, accurate and reproducible for quality control of A’naer vigills.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Fufang Quanshen tablet. Method: A Phenomenex Luna C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was applied;a mobile phase composing of methanol-acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61) was used, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the UV detector was set at 283 nm. Result: The linear range of hesperidin was 104-1 040 ng, and the average recovery was 97.1%(n=6). Conclusion: A sensitive, simple RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of hesperidin in Fufang Quanshen tablet.

      摘要:Objective: The study on the buds of Jasminum officinale was carried out to look for anti-hepatitis B rirus(HBV) constituents. Method: The isolation and purification were performed by chromatography on silica gel column and macroporous resin column. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Result: Five phenols were identified as scopoletin ( 1 ), ethylgallate ( 2 ), 1,4-benzenediol ( 3 ), 2-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-malic acid ( 4 ), salidroside ( 5 ). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from Jasminum officinale for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To detect the anti-inflammatory effects of ethanol extracts and dictamnine extracted and isolated from Dictamni Cortex. Method: High performance centrifugal partition chromatography method was used for separation of the essential dictamnine, and anti-inflammatory effects of ethanol extracts and dictamnine were investigated by xylene-induced aruical swelling in mice and the abdominal capillary permeability in mice. Result: Separation was performed with a two-phase solvent system composed of hexane ethylacetate-ethanol-water (1∶1∶1∶1). The purity of dictamnine obtained was 98% determined by high performance liquid chromatograph. The results showed that each dosage of ethanol extracts could significantly (P<0.05) suppress the mouse auricle which caused by the xylene swelling (being 44.26%, 52.46%, 44.26%, respectively), as compared with the control group. The medium-dosage group of dictamnine could obviously (P<0.01) suppress the mouse auricle but the dosage was not increased significantly in abdominal capillary permeability in mice compared with control group. Conclusion: HPCPC is a recommendable method to prepare and purify the dictamnie with good separation and the method is simple, accurate and easy to operate. The results showed that ethanol extracts and dictamnine showed different anti-inflammatory effect in variety of animal models of anti-inflammatory.

      摘要:Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the effect of the antipyretic effective fraction from the decoction of Bupleurum chinese and Scutellaria baicalensis in fever model mice induced by lipopolysacharide(LPS). Method: Four fractions were obtained by using AB-8 macroporous resin column to purify the decoction of B. chinese and S. baicalensis . Through chemical reactions to dentify the major types of components,the flow of a merger similar gain four parts.Then the anus temperature of mice was tested to observe the antifebrile action of every fraction and compare to the fever model mice induced by LPS. Result: The four fractions, A (polysaccharides), B (saponins), C (saponins and flavonoids), D (flavonoids and aglycones of saponins), purified by AB-8 macroporous resin,all can reduce the temperature of fever mice (P<0.05), and diferent fraction have differen levels. Fraction D showed the best effective on antifebrile action(P<0.01). Conclusion: the decoction of B. chinese and S. baicalensi s involved more than one effect of the fever effective fractions.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of geniposide in mice plasma by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and study the effect of borneol on the pharmacokinetics of geniposide in mice with the proposed method. Method: Mice were divided into two groups and administrated with the extraction of Gardenia jasminoides and the extraction coupled with Borneol, respectively. HPLC was used for the determination of geniposide in plasma, and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by the software of Kinetica. Result: The good linearity range of geniposide in plasma was 1.187 5-76 mg ·L-1 (r=0.999 3, n=5). The pharmacokinetics model of geniposide in the two groups followed the non-compartment model. Compared with the group administrated with gardenia, the gardenia-borneol group showed significant increase in the area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC) and in the peak concentration (Cmax), with an extension of the mean residence time (MRT). Conclusion: Borneol could accelerate the absorption of geniposide, decelerate its clearance speed, increase its bioavailability.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method to determine the pharmacokinetics of 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose and pharmacokinetic differences of 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose following oral administration of pure 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose, Radix Polygalae extract and Kaixinsan were investigated in acquired dysmnesia model rats with approximately the same dose of 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose. Method: The rats were received injection of scopolamine to make the model of acquired dysmnesia, and orally treat with pure 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose, Radix Polygalae extract and Kaixinsan respectively. Blood samples were collected via abdominal aorta. Serum samples were immediately separated by centrifugation at 4 000 r·min-1 for 10 min, and 0.1 mmol monopotassium phosphate and acetonitrile were added to deposit proteins. After centrifugation, the upper liquid evaporated to dryness by N2 at 50 ℃. The residue was added distilled water to dissolve and the concentation of 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose was determined by HPLC. Result: A good linear relationship of 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose was obtained from 0.052-2.08 mg·L-1, the lowest limits of determination were 52 μg·L-1. The pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated by non-compartmental methods using the Kinetica 4.4 program, and the pharmacokinetic parameters AUC0~∞, Cmax of 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose showed significant differences between 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose and other groups. Conclusion: The method applied for determination of 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose content in blood was simple, feasible and accurate for the study of 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose pharmacokinetics in rats. The results indicated the other components of Radix Polygalae and compatibility had remarkable influence on the pharmacokinectics of 3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose.

      摘要:Objective: To examine the role of c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)in proliferation and bone-specific transcription factor runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2 ) mRNA expression stimulated by the serum of Zuogui pill in MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells. Method: We used model of MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells cultured in different serums with or without specific inhibitors of JNK SP 600125 within 48 hours. Grouping:control group,SP 600125 group,Zuogui pill group,Zuogui pill plus SP 600125 group,premarin group,premarin plus SP600125 group. We investigated proliferation using thiazolyl blue(MTT)assay. We analyzed JNK,and p-JNK by immunoblotting. We examined Runx2 mRNA expression in MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells by Real Time RT-PCR. Result: Compared with the control group,Zuogui pill group was found to stimulate proliferation significantly,the expression of p-JNK protein and Runx2 mRNA of the Zuogui pill group were increased significantly(P<0.01). SP 600125 decreased the proliferation and expression of p-JNK induced by Zuogui pill (P<0.01),while the expression of Runx2 mRNA was not altered significantly. Conclusion: JNK signaling pathway may be involved in the proliferation induced by Zuogui pill in MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells, while Runx2 mRNA expression induced by Zuogui pill was independent of JNK signaling.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the vasodilative action of gastrodin, baicalin, tetramethylpyrazine,puerarin and their combinations on rat thoracic aorta, and to select the best combination of hypotensive components. Method: The rat thoracic aorta was taken as specimen and the vasodilative action of single components and their combinations on rat thoracic aorta which was pre-constricted with NE was tested. Result: Gastrodin, baicalin, tetramethylpyrazine and puerarin exerted a dose-dependent vasodilative action on rat isolated thoracic aorta rings. The results of orthogonal optimization experiment showed that the best combination including gastrodin (0.64 g·L-1), baicalin (0.12 g·L-1), tetramethylpyrazine (0.32 g·L-1) and puerarin (0.64 g·L-1) presented more obvious contraction than any single component. And the vasodilatation rate was 89.37%. Conclusion: The above components and their combination have vasodilative action on the NE pre-constricted rat thoracic aorta, but the effect of latter is stronger than the former.

      摘要:Objective: To observe express of B7-1(CD80) and B7-2(CD86) in peripheral blood from rats with collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) treated by Scorpio-Scolopendra. Method: Sixty female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, the normal control group, the model control group, the low-dose,the middle-dose and the high-dose Scorpio-Scolopendra group(1∶1), and the type Ⅱcollagen group. Rat arthritis model was induced by injection of collagen. The number of CD80+ and CD86+cell in peripheral blood was tested by flow cytometry. Result: Compared with the model groups, the level of CD80+ cell(55.7±6.31)% was decreased obviously in the middle and low dose of Scorpio-Scolopendra groups (46.6±6.34, 30.8±15.14)%(P<0.05). While the level of the CD80+CD86- cell (43.7±10.26)%in peripheral blood from rats in the model groups was higher than in the low dose of Scorpio and Scolopendra group(25.3±12.67)% (P<0.05). Conclusion: The mechanism of Scorpio and Scolopendra treated RA is likely to down-regulate express of B7-1(CD80) and B7-2 (CD86) in peripheral blood.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the role of icaritin on Estrogen-dependent breast cancer cell line MCF-7. Method: MCF-7 human breast cancer was used to observe proliferation rate by different concentrations of icaritin alone and combined effects of estrogen in human breast cancer MCF-7 cell, and test the expression of estrogen receptor (ERα). Result: When MCF-7 cells were treated with ICT, MCF-7 cells proliferation was promoted. The activity of ERα report gene expression could be induced by icaritin. The effect of estradiol(E2) could be antagonized by icaritin when treated with the combined icaritin and E2. Conclusion: The icaritin can promote MCF-7 cells proliferation and has certain phytoestrogenic effects. The activity of ERα report gene expression can be antagonized by icaritin.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the effective part of anti-hyperuricemia in Gardeniae Fructus. Method: Four fractions were obtained by systematic solvent extraction, petrol ether extract, ethyl acetate extract, butanol extract and water-soluble part.Total extract of Gardenia Fructus (TEG) and its different extracts were administrated to hyperuricemia mice induced by potassium oxonate, then the level of uric acid and xanthine oxidase in hyperuricemia mice were observed. Result: TEG, ethyl acetate extract and water-soluble part could obviously reduce the level of serum uric acid in hyperuricemia mice, TEG, petrol ether extract and water-soluble part could obviously inhibit the activity of and xanthine oxidase in the liver. TEG and its different extracts had no effect on the level of serum uric acid in normal mice. Conclusion: Ethyl acetate extract and water-soluble part from Gardeniae Fructus are the active fraction for anti-hyperuricemia, and the effect is related to its inhibition of xanthine oxidase.

      摘要:Objective: Fractionation of ginseng polysaccharides were done by column chromatographic,and study the stimulation of collected fractions on proliferation of spleen lymphocyte to find out the active fractions. Method: Fractionation of ginseng polysaccharides was done by Q-Sepharose FF, separated GP into neutral polysaccharide and acidic polysaccharide with water and 0.4 mol·L-1 NaCl as eluents,then separated GPA into several fractions with 0-0.4 mol·L-1 NaCl as eluents. Spleen lymphocytes of mice was isolated and adjusted the spleen lymphocytes concentration to 3.0×106/mL, added sample and incubated for 48 h, the stimulation of each fractions with different concentration(25,50,100,200,400 mg·L-1)on proliferation of spleen lymphocyte was observed. Result: Obtained GPN and GPA from GP, separate GPA into GPA-1,GPA-2,GPA-3 and GPA-4.GP,GPA,GPN,GPA-2,GPA-3 and GPA-4 had the promoting function on proliferation of spleen lymphocyte,their biggest stimulating indexes were 1.073,1.082,1.119,1.101,1.102 and 1.296. The effects of GPA,GPA-2,GPA-3 and GPA-4 enhanced along with the increasing of concentration;with the increasing of concentration, the promoting action of GPN was reduced,when the concentration was over 100 mg·L-1, inhibition was found, and with the increasing of concentration,the inhibition became stronger. GPA-1 had suppression inhibitory effects on proliferation of spleen lymphocyte, and with the increasing of concentration, the inhibition became stronger. Conclusion: Different polysaccharide acid were separated from GP with Q-Sepharose FF. Fractionations of ginseng polysaccharides have different promoting function on proliferation of spleen lymphocyte,and GPA-4 had the strongest effect.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Qingkailing and Puerarin injection on blood pressure in conscious dogs. Method: The sensor was implanted in abdomen of conscious dogs. Qingkailing and Puerarin injection were intravenously injected after the dogs recovered. The change of blood pressure in dogs was monitored with Dataquest A.R.T.4.3 system. Result: After the administration of Compound 48/80 and Tween-80,blood pressure of dogs was decreased,which was statistically significant.Changes of blood pressure in dogs were not apparent after the administration of Qingkailing injection of 1.2,2.3,11.5 mL·kg-1 or Puerarin injection of 0.24 mL·kg-1.Blood pressure in dogs was decreased after the administration of Puerarin injection of 0.47 mL·kg-1.Average blood pressure dropped from (115.35±7.73) mmHg to (91.74 ±10.18) mmHg(P<0.01) and systolic blood pressure dropped from (147.33±14.65) mmHg to (112.88 ±6.51) mmHg(P<0.01) thirty minutes later. Conclusion: Qingkailing injection has no effect on blood pressure in conscious dogs,the reduction of blood pressure in dogs caused by Puerarin injection is related to dosage,which may be caused by the pharmacological actions of itself.We preliminary conclude that Qingkailing injection and Puerarin injection cannot cause anaphylactoid reaction in conscious Beagle dogs.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the anti-fatigue effect of Lycium barbarum L. on Yin deficiency model mice. Method: Mice were divided randomly into five groups: three treatment groups(L. barbarum orally given for 14 days,5,10,20 g·kg-1 daily),model group and control group. Mice Yin deficiency model was induced by injecting hydrocortisone,The open field test, lactic acid, urea nitrogen and weight-loaded swimming test with computer-aided automatic control system were used to observe actions of L. barbarum. Result: L. barbarum could increase spontaneous motor activity and descended the level of blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen in Yin deficiency model mice(P<0.05). The sink time and the death time in 10,20 g·kg-1groups were significantly prolonged as compared with model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: L. barbarum has anti-fatigue effect in Yin-deficiency model mice. It can increase endurance of mice in later period of swimming.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the antiviral activities of oxymatrine(OM) on hepatitis B virus (HBV) in vitro and initially explore the mechanism of it. Method: HepG2.2.15 cells(at 90% confluencerespectively) were treated with different concentrations(125,250,500,1 000,2 000 mg·L-1 )of OM for 9 d.Cytotoxicity was observed with MTT colorimetric method. HBeAg and HBsAg in the culture supernatant were determined by ELISA assay. Fluorescence quantity PCR assay was used to assay the extracellular HBV DNA, intracellular HBV DNA and covalently closed circular DNA(cccDNA). Result: After treatment with 2 000 mg·L-1 OM for 9 d the level of the extracellular HBV DNA, intracellular HBV DNA and (cccDNA)was significantly inhibited in a dose-dependent manner, the inhibitory rates were 54.25%,64.56%,52.12% respectively. It can also inhibit the level of HBeAg and HBsAg in culture supernatant and the inhibitory effect showed a dose-and time-dependent manner. In the same condition, the inhibitory effect on HBsAg is stronger than that of HBeAg. When OM concentration was 2 000 mg·L-1,the inhibitory rates on HBsAg and HBeAg were 51.59%,17.88%. Conclusion: OM can inhibit HBV DNA replication in HepG2.2.15 cells through inhibiting the reproduction of the viral nucleic acid and gene expression.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Sophoridine on expression of super oxide dismutase (SOD), malonaldehyde (MDA)and Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4 )of in acute lung injury (ALI ) mice induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Method: Sixty healthy KM mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, prevention treatment group, sophoridine high dose group, sophoridine middle dose group, low dose group sophoridine,10 mice each group. The normal group, model group, sophoridine high,middle and low groups were lavaged 0.5 mL sodium chloride and the prevention treatment group was lavaged 0.5 mL sophoridine every day. It lasted 6 days. The disposable intraperitoneal injection of endotoxin method was used to establish intends to induce acute lung injury model in mice. The model was set up in the sixth day by injecting LPS 9 mg·kg-1. 2 hours later, sophoridine high,middle and low groups were given 9,5,2.5 mg·kg-1 respectively. According to the manual of kits, SOD, MDA were detected. Reverse transcriptase-PCR was used to study the expression of TLR4 mRNA. Result: In model group SOD content (50.58±10.06) compared to other groups decreased significantly (P<0.05). In model group MDA content (2.01±0.15) and the expression of TLR4 mRNA compared to other groups increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: Sophoridine can reduce ALI model mice lung tissue MDA content and the expression of TLR4 mRNA and increase the value of SOD.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Jinkui Shenqi Wan on the cardioventricular reconstruction in rat induced by Isoproterenol(ISO). Method: The rats were injected subcutaneously by 20,10,5 mg·kg-1 ISO for 3 days and then 3 mg·kg-1 ISO as maintenance dose for 7 days to build the rat model of cardioventricular reconstruction,Enalapril and Jinkui Shenqi Wan were given to the rats for 5 and 15 weeks as interventions and after that, stained the myocardium with Hematoxyln Eosin (HE) staining method and observed the myocardial morphologic changes by light microscope. The density of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), norepinephrine (NE) and angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ) in blood serum were detected by method of ELISA. Result: The results of neuroendocrine factors in blood serum: at 5 weeks, compared with model group, the density of ANP of Jinkui Shenqi Wan group was significantly lower (P<0.05). At weeks 15, compared with model group, the density of ANP and BNP of Jinkui Shenqi Wan group decreased (P<0.05). The density of NE in blood serum of model group at week 5 was higher than normal group, but with no significant difference, while that of model group at week 15 was significantly higher than normal group (P<0.05). At week 5 and 15, NE in the treat groups was no significant difference compared with model group. Both at weeks 5 and 15, there was not significant difference in the density of AngⅡin blood serum between model group and normal group. The results of pathomorphologic observation on myocardium: At week 5, the model group had many collagenoblast and neogenesis micrangium, while the collagenoblasts degenerated into fibrocytes, widespread fibrosis appearanced and the granulation tissues changed into scar tissues at week 15.Both at week 5 and 15, the myocardial cells in enalapril group and Jinkui Shenqi Wan have some extents of pathological changes, but it was less than model group. Conclusion: Jinkui Shenqi Wan has some therapeutic effects on cardioventricular reconstruction by suppressing the over-expression neuroendocrine factors both in earlier period and advanced stage of rat induced by isoproterenol. However, this effect is more obvious for advanced stage of cardioventricular reconstruction.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-cancer effection of Xinjiang Jujube. Method: ICR mice were randomly divided into model group, cyclophosphamide(CTX) group, 25% jujube juice group, 50% jujube juice group, 100% jujube juice group, CTX+100% jujube juice group (n=10). Right forelimb axillary subcutaneous inoculation of S180 mouse sarcoma cells 24 h after administration (jujube juice orally 20 mL·kg-1·d-1, CTX intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg·kg-1·d-1) 14 d after the determination of tumor weight inhibition rate, index of thymus and spleen, organs, peripheral blood, serum interleukin-2(IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), the survival time and life prolongation rate. Result: Compared with model group, the CTX group, 100% jujube juice group and the CTX+100% jujube juice group tumor weight, thymus, spleen index was significantly reduced; compared with the CTX group, 50% jujube juice group, 100% jujube juice group and the CTX+100% jujube juice group, thymus, spleen index was significantly increased; compared with model group, White blood cell count(WBC), platelet count(PLT), the CTX group decreased significantly, 100% jujube juice group, RBC and WBC significantly increased; compared with the CTX group, 50%group of jujube juice, jujube juice group of 100% and CTX+100% jujube juice group, WBC and PLT was significantly increased; compared with model group, the CTX group of IL-2 and TNF-α levels decreased significantly; compared with the CTX group.50% jujube juice group, 100% jujube juice group and CTX+100% jujube juice group IL-2 and TNF-α significantly increased; compared with model group, 50% jujube juice group, 100% jujube juice group and CTX+100% jujube juice group significantly prolonged the survival time; compared with the CTX group, CTX+100% jujube juice group significantly prolonged survival time. Conclusion: Xinjiang jujube can significantly inhibit the growth of tumor cells in the mice.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of centipede extraction on von willebrand disease fector(vWF) and thrombopoietin(TPO) expression after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Method: Intraluminal thread occlusion of the middle cerebral artery(MCAO) was applied to establish the focal cerebral reperfusion model. The rats were randomly divided into six groups: sham-operative group, model group,high dose of centipede extraction group,middle dose of centipede extraction group,low dose of centipede extraction group and Yiqi Huoxue Recipe(YHR) group. The rats were reperfused again after occlusion of 2 hours. After intragastric administration of different drugs for 14 days, the blood plasma vWF and TPO were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result: The vWF and TPO levels were significantly up-regulated in rats after ischemia-reperfusion injury compared with sham-operative group. Compared with the model group, high dose of centipede extraction significantly ameliorated the vWF and TPO expression(P<0.05). Yiqi Huoxue Recipe administration could just decrease TPO level(P<0.05). The middle dose and low dose of centipede extraction reduced vWF and TPO levels without significant difference compared with model group. Conclusion: Centipede extraction could ameliorate cerebral ischemia-reperfusion symptoms via down-regulating the vWF and TPO levels.

      摘要:Objective: The anti-fatigue and immune properties by nutritional constituents from Synsepalum dulcificum mixing averrhoa carambola, carica papaya and pumpkin fruit powders (SDMFP) were evaluated. Method: The nutrition ingredients from SDMFP were analyzed as follows, the amount of total sugar using Fehling reagent hot titration, the content of moisture by directly dried, contents of crude fat and protein, were assayed by acid hydrolysis and Kieldahl method respectively, trace elements contents were determined through the atomic absorption method. The male mice were divided randomly into 4 groups: blank control group, low, medium, high group(SDMFP,100,200,400 mg·kg-1·d-1). The SDMFP were orally given to mice daily for 14 days, the loaded swimming time and some biochemistry indexes including blood lactic acid (BLA), hepatic glycogen (HG), and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were tested to evaluate the anti-fatigue property. The function of macrophage cell and the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) were detected for the immune function. Result: The analysis result of SDMFP was: total sugar 42.12%, crude fat 1.97%, protein 0.33%, water 11.31%, and the content of K,Mg,Ca were 5 926.15, 826.75, 600.83 μg·g-1 respectively. Compared with the blank group, the mice in the high group (SDMFP, 400 mg·kg-1·d-1) prolonged the loaded swimming time (P<0.01), reduced the blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen, and the content of hepatic glycogen were increased (P<0.05), the index of phagocytic macrophage cell and the weight of thymus and spleen were increased highly. Conclusion: The research results showed that the SDMFP could significantly enhance the ability of anti-fatigue and heighten the immune function of mice at a certain extent.

      摘要:Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the antifatigue effect of the Kidney-tonifying recipe before and after compatibility with penis of B. gruniens in rats. Method: The total of 55 male SD rats was randomly divided into four groups: control group (A group), training control group (B group), kidney-tonifying + training group (C group, 2.7 g·kg-1·d-1), compatibility with penis of B. gruniens + training group (D group, 3.8 g·kg-1·d-1).Chang of indices of body weight, hemoglobin content (Hb), creatine kinase (CK), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), liver glycogen (HG), serum testosterone (T), serum cortisol (Cor) and T/C ratio were tested after heavy load swimming training for 8 weeks in each training group. Result: Compared with A group, body weight of B and D group was lower (P<0.05 and P<0.01);BUN, CK level was lower (P<0.05 and P<0.01) and HG level was obviously higher (P<0.05), T and T/C ratio had upward tendency and Cor had downward tendency, but no remarkable significance in D group compared with B group; HG level of D group was significantly higher than C group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Compatibility of the Kidney-tonifying Recipe with Penis of B. gruniens has the superiority in resisting fatigue by increasing HG, decreasing CK and BUN.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antiatherosclerotic efficacy by ligustrazine (LIG). Method: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, model control group, LIG (75 mg·kg-1) group and LIG (150 mg·kg-1) group. In in vivo experiments, rabbits fed by high cholesterol diet have been used to evaluate the antiatherosclerotic efficacy of LIG (75, 150 mg·kg-1) including plaque surface area in aorta, intima/media (I/M) ratios, foam cell amounts, serum lipid level of tolal cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) after twelve weeks. Result: Comparied with model control group, LIG could reduce the plaque surface area in aorta at the dose of 75, 150 mg·kg-1 (420.4±46.2) mm2 and (310.2±12.3) mm2 vs (663.2±38.9) mm2, P<0.01). I/M ratios and foam cell amounts were also decreased (P<0.01). Serum lipid level of TC, TG and LDL-C was depressed; however serum level of HDL-C had no changes. Conclusion: Antiatherosclerotic effects by LIG lie at endothelial cells.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Ruanganning on fibrosis level in in rats with liver fibrosis. Method: Sixty rats were randomly divided into six groups: the normal group, the model group, bifendate group(0.01 g·L-1), high Ruanganning group(0.12 g·kg-1), middle Ruanganning group(0.06 g·kg-1) and low Ruanganning group(0.03 g·kg-1). The treatment groups were orally administered once per day for six weeks, whereas the normal and model groups were orally administered with saline. Six weeks later, the blood simple was collected for the examination of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), albumin(ALB), hyaluronic acid(HA), Laminin(LN), precollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ), hydroxyproline (HYP) and liver specimen were collected for the observation of pathology. Result: Compared with model group, Ruanganning could protect hepatic function. Following the treatment with Ruanganning, ALT and AST activities were significantly reduced and ALB activity was obviously increased in treating group(P<0.05, P<0.01), especially the middle and high doses could significantly degrade the serum levels of HA, LN, PCIII and the exorbitant HYP in liver tissue(P<0.05, P<0.01). Furthermore, pathological examination indicates Ruanganning can protect rats from hepatic fibrosis. Conclusion: Ruanganning can greatly protect from liver fibrosis in rats induced by CCl4.

      摘要:Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of Yikang capsules in the diabetic mouce and rat model. Method: Alloxan were injected in ICR mice (85 mg·kg-1) and SD rats (60 mg·kg-1) by Intravenous injection, then the diabetic model was established after 72 h. ICR mice and SD rats were divided into seven groups randomly, Yikang capsules high, medium and low dose groups, control group, model control group,positive control group (metformin hydrochloride),Jinqi tablet control group. and corresponding drugs were given for 11 days, then the glucose tolerance was observed. Result: Yikang capsules high, medium and low-dose showed hypoglycemic action in diabetic ICR mice. Compared with the model group, there was significant difference in blood glucose level(P<0.01). Hypoglycemic percentage was 23.8%, 21.1%and 18.7%, respectively. Yikang capsules could significantly inhibit the increased blood glucose at the day 11 of administration and at 24 hours of withdrawal; Yikang capsules could improve the glucose tolerance of the normal mice. Conclusion: Yikang capsules has a hypoglycemic action in diabetic ICR mouce and rat model induced by alloxan, and can improve the glucose tolerance of normal mice.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of the tanshinone cream and investigate the probable mechanism. Method: According to smeared coal tar on the inside of New Zealand Rabbit's auricle and injected acne for two weeks to built acne complex animal model. We used tanshinone cream to treat it for two week.After that, we measured the local microcirculation,ear slice weight,the concentration of dihydrotestosterone(DHT), interleukin-1 alpha(IL-1α),interleukin-6(IL-6) in the serum. Result: Compared to the model group,tanshinone cream high,middle,low dose group,tanshinone cream middle with Penetration enhancers(1% menthol)group and positive drug all could reduced the weight of ear slice (P<0.01),tanshinone cream high,middle,tanshinone cream middle with Penetration enhancers(1% menthol)group and positive drug all could reduced the concentration of IL-1α(P<0.01),tanshinone cream high,middle,low group,tanshinone cream middle with Penetration enhancers(1% menthol)group and positive drug all could reduce the concentration of IL-6(P<0.01),tanshinone cream high,middle,low group,tanshinone cream middle with Penetration enhancers(1% menthol)group and positive drug all could reduced the local microcirculation(P<0.01),tanshinone cream high,middle,low group and tanshinone cream middle with Penetration enhancers(1% menthol)group all could reduced the concentration of DHT(P<0.01).The minimal inhibitory concentraton(MIC) of positive drug(Clindamycin)was 31.25 mg·L-1.The MIC of tanshinone cream was 31.25 mg·L-1.The MIC of tanshinone cream was 6 250 mg·L-1. Conclusion: We supposed that tanshinone cream has a notable anti-acne effect, the mechanism of tanshinone cream anti-acne may depend on four field:suppressing and killing acne,suppressing sebum synthetize by reduced the concentration of DHT,remitting local inflammation by reduce IL-1α,IL-6 in serum,promoting acne recover via improved local microcirculation.Menthol could promote tanshinone cream absorbing into skin to improve the tanshinone cream therapy effect.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the actions of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis by Guanxin Cataplasm and provide the experimental basis for clinical applications of the cataplasm. Method: The rat blood stasis syndrome model was induced by subcutaneous injection of adrenalin with ice-bath, the indexes of hemorheology including fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity, packed cell volume and platelet aggregation.The acute rat myocardial ischemia model was established by sublingual vein injection of 0.5 U·kg-1 posterior pituitary, and the electrocardiogram ECGs were recorded by polygraph to determine the incidence of ventricular tachycardia(VT) and ventricular fibrillation(VF), the mean duration and onset time of VT plus VF. Result: Compared with model group, high dosage group of guanxin cataplasm decreased plasma viscosity from (1.101±0.064) mPa·s to (1.039±0.025) mPa·s, platelet aggregation from (54.92±6.53)% to (49.05±4.15)%, and whole blood viscosity under the shear rate of 200 s-1from (3.81±0.31) mPa·s to (3.53±0.27) mPa·s; meanwhile the delayed duration of VT plus VF from (1 133.75±298.71 )s to (881.20±115.48)s and onset time of VT plus VF from (20.90±7.74)s up to (36.08±16.91)s with reduced incidence of VT plus VF from 75% to 37.5% were observed. Small and middle dosage group led to a reduction in whole blood viscosity under 10 s-1 from (7.14±0.88) mPa·s to (6.38±0.69) mPa·s and that under 200 s-1 from (3.81±0.31) mPa·s to (3.48±0.15) mPa·s shear rate, and in the incidence decreased from 75% to 37.5% and duration decreased from(1 133.75±298.71) s to (816.43±243.46) s for VT plus VF respectively(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Guanxin cataplasm can obviously improve indexes of hemorheology and afford a protection against occurring of VT plus VF, which may contribute to its function of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Ziyin Dihaung Wan(ZDW) on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and pigment epitheliumderived factor (PEDF) in rabbit choroids tissue. Method: Chorodial Neovascularization (CNV) model was induced by laser, and then administrated with 9.75, 39 g·kg-1 ZDW for 30 days and then rabbit eyeballs were performed immunohistochemical staining in determination of the expression of VEGF, bFGF and PEDF in choroid. Result: Comparing with the strongly positive expression of VEGF, bFGF and weak expression of PEDF in model group rabbit choroidal tissue, the expression of VEGF and bFGF were positive or weakly positive, PEDF expression was positive or strongly positive in low, high dose ZDW treatment groups. Comparing with model control group,ZDW at 9.75 g·kg-1 dose inhibited the expression of VEGF, bFGF significantly (P<0.01) and induced the PEDF significantly (P<0.05). ZDW at 39 g·kg-1 dose inhibited the expression of VEGF, bFGF and induced the expression of PEDF significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion: ZDW inhibited CNV by inhibiting the expression of VEGF and bFGF and inducing the expression of PEDF in rabbit choroids tissue.

      摘要:Objective: To study the mechanism of Qilong granula for treating allergic rhinitis (AR). Method: Rats were feeded for one week then randomly divieded into four groups according to male and female: Blank control group,lung qi deficiency of allergic rhinitis model group,Qilong granula group and positive drug Xinqin granula group,(n=15 each). Qilong granula(20 g·kg-1) and Xinqin granula(20 g·kg-1) were treated for two weeks accordingly. The content of interleukin-1(IL-1) and interleukin-4(IL-4) was datermined in serum with immunofluorescence method in each group. Result: The levels of IL-1(127.67±4.58)ng·L-1 and IL-4 (106.87±2.04)ng·L-1 in model group were obviously higher than in blank control group(P<0.01). IL-1 (86.95±4.54)ng·L-1, IL-4(74.35±2.63)ng·L-1 in Qilong granula groups and IL-1(104.61±3.85)ng·L-1,IL-4(88.67±2.06)ng·L-1 in Xinqin granula group were lower than those in model group(P<0.01). The levels of Qilong granula groups were obviously lower than Xinqin granula group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Qilong granula could descent the serum IL-1 and IL-4 in allergic rhinitis with lung qi deficiency.This may be one of posible effect on AR with lung qi deficiency.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Shengyu superfine powder granules on protection to vascular endothelium and antioxidant in hyperlipidemia rat in qi deficiency and blood stasis. Method: The rat model was experimentally induced by feeding with high glucose and fat diet together with swimming overfatigue. Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group, the model group, the positive group and the Shengyu superfine powder granules groups (high doses and low doses). After feeding 3 weeks, the positive group was given Tongmai Granules(2.4 g·kg-1) and different doses of Shengyu superfine powder granules(3.2 or 1.6 g·kg-1) were fed to the rats. Then the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesteroal(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), nitric oxide(NO), endothelin-1(ET-1), malondialdehyde(MDA), supevoside dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were assayed. Result: Compared with the normal group, the level of NO,SOD,GSH-Px of the model group was decreased, the level of TC,TG, LDL-C,ET-1, MDA was increased. Compared with the model group, the levels of NO,SOD,GSH-Px of the positive group and the Shengyu Superfine powder Granules(high dose) group were increased obviously, the level of TC,TG, LDL-C, MDA was decreased obviously, the level of ET-1 of the positive group was decreased obviously. Compared with the positive group, the levels of TG, LDL-C of the Shengyu superfine powder granules(low dose) group were increased obviously, the levesl of NO, SOD, GSH-Px were down-regulated. Conclusion: Shengyu superfine powder granules could provide protection on vascular endothelium as well as antioxidant action in the rats with hyperlipidemia.

      摘要:Objective: To study pharmacodynamic effects of Qianlieshuang granule (QLSG) in treating chronic prostatitis from four aspects: anti-inflammation, analgesic, anticoagulation and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, aiming at providing basis for clinical use. Method: Animals were randomly divided into model group, Qianlie Huichun group and QLSG groups (1.13,2.25,4.50 g·kg-1). Xylene induced ear swelling method; acetic acid induced mouse peritoneal capillary permeability increased method; carrageenan induced rat paw swelling method and acetic acid writhing test in mice were used. Bleeding time (BT) in mice with cut tail, determination of the coagulation time (CT) by slide method, prothrombin time (PT) according to reagent box instruction (blood sampling via aorta in mice), BM-15A microscopic observation of mouse auricle capillary caliber and the capillary network intersection were applied to observe the effects of QLSG on anti-inflammation, analgesic, anticoagulation and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Result: QLSG could apparently restrain ear swelling induced by xylene (three doses of QLSG, P<0.01), decrease mouse peritoneal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid (middle and large doses of QLSG, P<0.01), restrain rat paw swelling induced by carrageenan (three doses of QLSG, P<0.01), decrease mice writhing induced by acetic acid (three doses of QLSG, P<0.01). With application of 2.25 or 4.50 g·kg-1, QLSG could prolong PT, BT, and CT, and increase mouse auricle capillary caliber and the capillary network intersection (P<0.01). Conclusion: QLSG has the effect of anti-inflammation, analgesic, anticoagulation and function of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.

      摘要:Objective: To explore how safflower polysaccharide (SPS) induce apoptosis of human liver cancer cell line SMMC-7721 through observing the influence of SPS on proliferation, apoptosis and expression of apoptosis gene and protein Bax and Bcl-2 of SMMC-7721. Method: SMMC-7721 cells were treated with different concentrations(0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.08, 0.16, 0.32, 0.64, 1.28 g·L-1) of SPS. The cells growth inhibitory rate was measured by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay. The morphological changes of apoptosis were observed by AnnexinⅤ-FITC/PI staining. The mitochondrial membrane potential(Δψm) was assayed by fluorescent microscopy using Rhodamine 123(Rho123). Quantitative real-time RT-PCR and Western blot analysis were used to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax. Result: SPS could inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells in a dose and time dependent manner. After treated with SPS, SMMC-7721 cells presented typical apoptosis under fluorescence microscope.Fluorescence intensity of Rho123 were significantly decreased in SMMC-7721 cells. The mRNA and protein expression of Bcl-2 expression were down-regulated while those of Bax were up-regulated and both changes had good time-dependent tendency. The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax decreased significantly in a time-dependent manner. Conclusion: SPS could inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721 and enhance apoptosis of SMMC-7721 and its mechanism maybe relate with its up-regulation of Bax expression as well as down-regulation of Bcl-2 expression and decline of Δψm.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the genetic toxicity of realgar by using Hamster in vivo chromosome aberration test and CHL cells chromosome aberration test. Method: For in vivo chromosome aberration test, hamsters (Phodopus sungorus) were used to realgar suspension at doses of 33.25,66.5,133 mg·kg-1 respectively for 5 days by ig administration. Colchicine was injected intraperitoneally 2 h before sacrificed. Bone marrow cells were taken to prepare chromosome smears. Mitotic index of bone marrow cells and types of chromosome aberration in 100 metaphase cells per animal were observed under the microscope oil lens. For CHL cells chromosome aberration test, realgar extracts were used to cells at final doses of 0.15,0.3,0.6 g·L-1, cultured for 24 h or 48 h. Colchicine was added at 4 h before harvesting and preparing chromosome smears. Mitotic index of CHL cells and types of chromosome aberration in 200 metaphase cells per dose were observed under the microscope oil lens. Result: ① Obvious mitosis inhibition effects were found at doses of 265.0,530.0 mg·kg-1 realgar suspensions in vivo chromosome aberration test, and of 1.2,2.4 g·L-1 final extract concentrations in CHL cell chromosome aberration test. ②Compared with the negative control, the chromosome aberration rates in both in vivo chromosome aberration test and CHL cell chromosome aberration test after administration were statistically significant increased, and had dose-effect relations. The aberration rate was lower in vivo test than in vitro test. ③More chromosome fragments could be found in in vitro test, while no chromosome fragments was found in in vivo test. The difference may be caused by different drug-cell reactions in in vitro and in vivo. Conclusion: ①Realgar can cause chromosome aberrations both in vitro and in vivo, therefore has genotoxicity effect. ②Hamster (P.sungorus) in vivo chromosome aberration test can be used as one of the test battery for evaluating Chinese medicine genotoxicity.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of Tianren Pingchuan capsule in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (deficiency of pulmonary and renal vital energy). Method: A design of randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial was adopted. The 120 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group respectively. The best western medical therapy solution was applied to both groups, on which basis Tianren Pingchuan capsules and placebo capsules was used respectively. Three times a day, 3 capsules each time and total daily dose of 450 mg.The course of treatment was 24 weeks. Tranditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes, st. George vespiratory questimnaire scores(SGRQ), 6 minute walk test(6MWT), pulmonary function, cases and safety index of acute re-exacerbation were observed. Result: Curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total efficacious rate in treatment group and control group was 89.28% and 60.34% respectively, with statically significant differences (P<0.01), improvement of TCM syndromes: In both groups, the scores and total scores for cough, expectoration, anhelation and chest distress after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.01); score changes in treatment group were superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Life quality and exercise tolerance: after 24-week treatment, SGRQ score in treatment group obviously decreased with remarkable improvement of 6MWT distances (P<0.01); SGRQ score in treatment group and 6MWT distances were better than those in control group (P<0.05). Cases of acute re-exacerbation: the incidence of acute re-exacerbation in treatment group and control group was 5.36% (3/56) and 20.68% (12/58) respectively, with statically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tianren Pingchuan capsules can improve ventilation function for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (deficiency of pulmonary and renal vital energy), with remarkable efficacy and satisfactory safety.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effect of Sanzi Pingchuan granule on treating children with asthmatic respiratory tract infection. Method: Fifty cases of asthmatic respiratory tract infection in children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group (25 cases each). Control group was given conventional western treatment (antibiotics, antivirotic, aerosol inhalation, corticosteroids and necessary supportive therapy). Treatment group was given Sanzi Pingchuan granule on the basis of western treatment. Both groups were treated for seven days as a course, then to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Result: Both groups showed significant effect after treatment compared to before, respectively. Although there were no significant differences in the degree of improvement in cough, sputum, pulmonary wheezing sound and coarse rales, composite score and the total effective rate between control group and treatment group, treatment group significantly alleviated wheezing and panting symptom on fifth and seventh day compared with control group(0.28±0.84 vs 0.92±0.57,0.08±0.28 vs 0.32±0.56, respectively, P<0.05). Conclusion: Sanzi Pingchuan granule combined with western treatment for treating children with asthmatic respiratory tract infection appears to be significantly effective on alleviating wheezing and panting compared with western treatment alone. The therapeutic approach might be widely applied.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Yunnan Baiyao Combined with pantoprazole in treatment of acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage. Method: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. Two groups of patients after admission were treated with hemostasis, infusion and (or) transfusion. In acute period, fasting or indwelling gastric tube were carried out for patients with hematemesis. The control group at the same time give pantoprazole intravenous drip: first with pantoprazole 80 mg saline 100 mL rapid intravenous infusion, again with 8 mg·h speed continuous infusion for 3 days. In observation group,Yunnan Baiyao was orally given at the same time, 0.5 g each time, 6 times daily, for 3 days. The 2 groups were treated for 3 days as 1 course of treatment, the therapeutic effects were observed after 1 course of treatment. Result: The observation group showed an efficacy of 73.33%, the total effective rate was 93.33%; in the control group marked effective rate was 26.67%, the total efficacy was 70%. In two groups, the total efficacies appearred to be differences(P<0.05 ). Bleeding time, duration of hospitalization in observation group were (28.8±3.4) h, (6.68±0.5) d respectively,in control group (52.6±5.7) h, (9.33±3.2) d respectively. The data in observation group were shorter than that in control group(P<0.05 ).Volume of blood transfusion and bleeding volume in obseruation group were (14.2±3.4) U,(451.6±50.8) mL, in control group were(29.8±5.3)U, (612.3±68.5) mL (P<0.05). Serum high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and cortisol levels after treatment were significantly reduced (P<0.05), but the observation group were more significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yunnan Baiyao combined with pantoprazole in treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage shows remarkable clinical curative effect with shortened bleeding time and decreased amount of blood transfusion.

      摘要:Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on conventional therapy for acute pancreatitis (AP). Method: With in 80 cases of AP patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (40 cases in each group). Two groups of patients were monitered with fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, correcting water and electrolyte disturbances, regulating acid-base balance; inhibiting gastric acid secretion and pancreatin, resisting infection, symptomatic treatment of spasmodic pain. Observation group was treated on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine with treatment based on syndrome differentiation, 1/d decoction of 2-3 times the oral or nasal feeding. The 2 group were treated 7 d for 1 courses. Result: The cure rate was 55% in observ ation group 42.50% in control group , two groups had significant difference (P<0.05); the total efficiency was 92.50% in observation group, 77.50% in the control group, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Abdominal distention, abdominal pain, fever, constipation and other clinical symptoms disappeared time were (3.08±1.83), (2.33±1.22), (2.54±1.67), (1.18±0.42) d in observation group,(5.14±1.78), (4.57± 1.30), (6.93±1.88), (3.22±0.85) d in control group respectively.The observation group was better than control group (P<0.05). CRP, blood amylase, serum lipase recovery time, hospitalization time were (6.11± 1.53), (4.48±1.86), (4.64±1.64), (8.53±2.42) d in observation group,(9.56±2.68), (8.63±1.98), (7.05±1.84), (13.48±3.67) d in control group respectively. The observation group was beeter than control group (P<0.05 ). Conclusion: The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine treatment for conventional AP was significant, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, fever, constipation and other clinical symptoms disappeared, CRP, blood amylase, serum lipase recovery time was shortemed.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Xueshuantong combined with suture double intradermal suture in the treatment of pediatric hypospadias fistula. Method: Ninety case of urethral fistula after hypospadias repair in children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(45 cases in each group). The two groups were given clean dressing change, the observation group with Xueshuantong (4 mL+saline 250 mL), intravenous infusion,2 times a day,14 days of continuous use. Result: The wound healing rate in observation group was 88.89%,and 71.11% in control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). The observation group hospitalization time, urinary fistula healing time were shorter than those in the control group,with significant difference (P< 0.05); recurrence of fistula rate of observation group was 2.22%, and 11.11% in control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Blood rheology indexes of two groups after treatment were significantly reduced (P<0.05);the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xueshuantong application combined with surgical treatment for pediatric hypospadias fistula shows high success rate, good wound healing, shortened hospitalization, shortened urinary fistula healing time and low rate of recurrence.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo recipe (YQYYHZTLr) on plasma connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), type IV collagen and Cystatin C(Cys C) in patients with early diabetic nephropathy (DN). Method: Six-three patients with DN were randomly divided into the control group(n=31) and the treatment group (n=32). The control group was applied DN regular treatment and the treatment group was added to YQYYHZTLr on the basis of regular treatment. Both of them were treated for two months. Plasma CTGF and type IV collagen were determined with ELISA in two groups both before and after treatment. Plasma Cys C was determined with particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay (PETIA). Fasting blood glucose and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) were also examined. Result: Plasma levels of CTGF and type IV collagen between the two groups were significantly lower than those of pretreatment (P<0.05,P<0.01), and favorable changes of levels of other parameters (Cys C,UAER and fasting blood glucose) were also demonstrated (P<0.05,P<0.01). At the same time,plasma levels of CTGF, type IV collagen and Cys C were different significantly in the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: YQYYHZTLr could delay the development of early DN by decreasing the levels of CTGF and type IV collagen.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of strengthening earth to generate metal method on BODE index and quality of life in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Method: Sixty patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into treatment and control group. The control group was treated with bronchodilator or glucocorticoid, the treatment group was treated with strengthening earth to generate metal method on the basis of rrgular treatment in the control group, and the calculation of the BODE index score included body mass index (BMI), degree of airflow obstruction (FEV1% pred), dyspnea (MMRC), exercise capacity (6MWD). The St·George S Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients. BODE index and the SGRQ score changes before and after treatment were observed. Result: In selected 60 cases, on the end of the study a total of 3 patients was lost,57 patients entered qualified patients. ① In the treatment group BMI, FEV1, 6MWT, MMRC and the BODE index were decreased after treatment compared with before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In control group, BMI, FEV1, 6MWT, BODE index after treatment had no significant change, MMRC decreased after treatment comparted with before treatment (P<0.05), compared with the control group, the BODE index in treatment group was significantly different (P<0.01). ②SGRQ total score and SGRQ total score after treatment were decreased (73.64±11.29,56.98±14.14;73.68±8.84,64.86±8.45), two groups showed significantly different (P<0.01). Conclusion: The strengthening earth to generate metal method can significantly improve stable BODE index and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

      摘要:Objective: Observation of Danshen injection combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of refractory hypertension patients. Method: With a case in sixty patients with refractory hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were prescribed diet, the control group treated with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets,1 time/d,1 pill/time. In the observation group with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets on the basis of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection 20 mL+200 mL intravenous saline infusion,1 times/d. The 2 groups were treated for 2 weeks with 1 courses of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment efficacy. Result: Significant efficiency was observed in group 76.67%, control group 53.33%, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). The total efficiency of the observation group 93.33%, control group 73.33%, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Two groups of systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP) after treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05), the observation group is better than control group (P<0.05). The two groups after treatment, serum cystation C(Cys C), serum creatinine(SCr), urea nitrogen(BUN) and urinary mALB were significantly improved (P<0.05), the observation group is better than control group (P<0.05). The two group is China should occur rate showed no significant difference. Conclusion: The effect of Danshen injection combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of refractory hypertension clinical curative effect is remarkable, the antihypertensive effect of good, and can have good serum Cys C, mALB, SCr, BUN in urine.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the efficiency of Shugan Yijing decoction combining with laser in treatment of central serous retinopathy. Method: A retrospective analysis on the one hundred and twenty-six patients with central serous retinopathy in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011, the 126 cases were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n=62) and the control group (n=64), the treatment group was treated with Shugan Yijing decoction combining with laser treatment, the control group was treated with traditional treatment, the treatment course was 30 d. The best corrected visual acuity and average light sensitivity index were observed. Result: After treatment, compared with control group, in treatment group the visual acuity was increased, average light sensitivity was better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shugan Yijing decoction combining with laser treatment can protect the abnormal visual function with safety and efficiency.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengmai Yangxin fang for treating the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in syndrome of asthenia of qi and blood. Method: Ninety cases of patients with ACS in syndrome of asthenia of qi and blood were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The all patients were given basic treatment of western, the treatment group was given the treatment of Shengmai Yangxin fang, the control group was given only basic treatment of western. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after a course of treatment. The cardiac function, angina pectoris and frequency of attacks of the two group were compared before treatment and after treatment, the adverse cardiovascular events were recorded during treatment. Result: The effective rate of treatment group was 91.1%, the control group was 53.3%, the difference was significant between the two groups (P <0.01). After treatment the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), CO and E/A of the two groups increased significantly, compared with the prior-treatment the difference was significant (P <0.05), and the difference was significant between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment the angina attack frequency and duration of the two groups were significantly reduced, compared with pre-treatment the difference was significant ( P <0.05), and the treatment group compared with the control group the difference was significant ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse events of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, he difference was significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The Shengmai Yangxin fang for treating the patients with ACS in syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood is safe and effective.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) combining with mecobalaminein in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).[WTHZ]Method: Randomized trial controlled(RCT) on TMP combining mecobalamine in treatment of DPN was retrieved by computer search and manual collection from 1979 to 2011.There were two researchers independently doing a data extraction according to the inclusion criteria of trials and quality assessment about the method of research and the extraction of valid data were then made based on Meta analysis.[WTHZ]Result: In eleven RCTs involving 918 patients who met the standards,Meta-analysis indicated that TMP combining mecobalamine in treatment of DPN was more effective in alleviatingpain or numbness of extremities than mecobalamine medicine alonely[OR=0.29,95%CI(0.21,0.41),P=0.000]and the conduction velocity between (motor nerve)MNCV and(sensory nerve)SNCV in sensory nerve and pheroneal nerve [MD=4.92,95%CI(4.39,5.45),P=0.000;MD=5.24,95%CI(4.73,5.75),P=0.000]。Only one trial reported an adverse reactions occurrence induced by high-dose TMP combining with Methylcobalamin, such as dizziness and headache.[WTHZ]Conclusion: Based on the review, TMP combining with mecobalamine may have positive effect on DPN,but the need more high-quality RCT in order to draw firm conclusions of large randomized, double blind and placebo-controlled trial.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Jiajian Banxia Xiexin decoction for ulcerative colitis (UC). Method: All randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and quasi-RCTs on Jiajian Banxia Xiexin decoction for UC were searched in the VIP, CNKI, CBM disc and Wan fang. The quality of RCTs meeting inclusion criteria was evaluated and the related data were extracted; meta-analyses were performed with RevMan 5.1 software, and then the GRADE system was used to rate the level of evidence and strength of recommendations. Result: A total of 8 trials were included in this study, including 736 cases. Meta-analyses showed that: total effective rate OR=3.87, 95% CI (2.47, 6.05), and had a better security. Based on GRADE, the level of evidence was grade C, and the strength of recommendations was weak. Conclusion: The present evidences show that: Jiajian Banxia Xiexin decoction has a better efficacy and safety, but key outcome should be evaluated. For the low quality and potential publication bias of included study, large-scale, the studies of high-quality researches and with TCM features should be performed.

      摘要:To provide a reference for clinical use of drugs by analyzingthe situation of traditional Chinese medicine injections (TCMIs) of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in the elderly population. By means of retrospective study, 23 096 ADRs case reports caused by TCMIs were analyzed by the gender, age, drug therapy status, serious degree, occurrence time, the main performance of ADRs and clinical outcome. The proportion of ADRs caused by TCMIs in the elderly population was 31.4% in total ADRs caused by TCMIs. The ADRs concerned body as a whole-general disorders, skin and appendages disorders and cardiovascular disorders were 35%, 25% and 13.3% in the ADRs caused by TCMIs in the elderly population. Different categories of TCMIs caused ADR in the elderly were respectively 46.8%, 23.3%, 14.9%, which was used for promoting blood circulation, reducing fever and compensation. The TCMIs should be used reasonably in the elderly patients; the postmarket survillance of the ADRs of TCMIs should be strengthened.

      摘要:We search data on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the genus Sonchus in recent years by the CAS Shanghai institute of materia database platform.The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the genus Sonchus were reviewed and analyzied. The chemical constituents of the genus Sonchus is more complex, so the current research focuses on sesquiterpene lactones and sesquiterpene lactone Glycosides. Its pharmacological research is now mainly in their antitumor and antioxidant effect. Now some plants from this genus have used as health food. This paper sums up the chemical structure, the main bio-activity and the distribution of chemical constituents according to the research on this genus over the last 20 years, hoping to give references for the further research and development of this genus.

      摘要:This article referred to 26 references,to summarized development of dry granulation technology at home and abroad.Standard regression equation of yield of particle was established by collecting model drug samples, correlation among yield of particle with physical properties of extract powder and technology parameters were investigated by multiple linear regression,such as angle of repose,compression degree,cohesive force,moisture content,roller pressure and roller speed and so on.With a molding rate as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize ratio of accessories for materials with low forming rate;combined with technical parameters of dry granulating machine,main factors of feasibility and efficient were analyzed from statistical point,which influenced dry granulation of Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for dry granulation technology in traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Human body is considered as a complex network system, its pathogenesis is resulted from interactions of various factors, molecular network anomalies including multi-pathway and multi-target. So the treatment mode of drug with the only single target can not meet the demands of the complex diseases. It has given a powerful support to utilization of combinational drug with the emergence of network science such as system biology, network pharmacology. In this paper, taken as a key point, the origin, concept of combinational drug and trend of development in combination of Chinese and Western medicine have been reviewed in detail. It is also clarified in this paper that the generation of drug combination which integrates the advantage of characteristics of Chinese and Western medicine is the objective requirements of the complex human life system and the multiple pathogenic mechanisms, as well as the inevitable trend of modern drug development and show a broad development and application prospect.

      摘要:To study the antidepressant effect of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba with the collation and analysis of literatures. Radix Bupleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba and antidepressant as the subject headings were used to screen literatures from 1988 to 2012 in CNKI, and then make an overview of the antidepressant effect of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba according to chemical composition, pharmacology, clinical application and another several aspects. The active ingredient and material basis of the antidepressant effect of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba were introduced in order to provide literature reference for the study on the antidepressant effect of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba.There is broad prospect treating depression with Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba, but the related research on the mechanisms of antidepressant effect of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba is less, and further research are need.
