摘要:Objective: Study the actual dosage of clinical prescription in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) based on the data from two affiliated hospital of Guiyang college of TCM, and clear the situation and characteristics of the dosage of Chinese cut crude drug in Guiyang city. Method: The paper made use of the methods of stratified sampling and random sampling to investigate 1 832 broth prescriptions of pediatrics of TCM, and constructed the database, then applied Weka software to analyze. Result: It was identified the frequency and clinical dosage intervals of 300 drugs, and the practical dosage which dose has difference between in the actuality and in the pharmacopoeia. Most of drug’s dosage centralized the four intervals: (3-6]g, (6-9]g, (9-12]g, (12-15]g, and the concrete dosage were 6, 9,10, 12, 15 g, etc. Conclusion: The situation and characteristics of the dosages of clinical prescription in Guiyang city are coincided with the national level in pediatrics of TCM.

摘要:Objective: To study on effect of volatile oil from Amomum tsaoko on percutaneous penetration of Rotundine patch. Method: In vitro percutaneous penetration test in rat was conducted by using a modified Franz diffusion cell.Accumulative penetration volume of rotundine was determined by HPLC,enhancing effect of different concentrations of volatile oil from A. tsaoko on percutaneous permeation of rotundine in the patch was investigated. Result: The concentration of 5%,7% and 10% of volatile oil from A. tsaoko had a certain enhancing effect on permeation of rotundine in the patch, average cumulative penetration volume of rotundine in 12 h of 5%,7%,10% volatile oil were 3.848,4.329,4.914 mg·cm-2,multiples of enhancing permeation in 12 hours were 1.014,1.127,1.282. Conclusion: Volatile oil from A. tsaoko could enhance percutaneous penetration of rotundine in the patch.With a certain range,percutaneous penetration was enhancing with increasing the concentration of volatile oil from A. tsaoko.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process for antioxidants from Filipendula palmate,and to determine antioxidant activity of antioxidant extract and its purified. Method: With the content of total flavonoids and total phenolic acid as indexes,extraction process of antioxidants from F. palmatewas to optimized by orthogonal test;In vitro antioxidant activity of antioxidant extract and its purified was investigated by DPPH method. Result: Optimum extraction technology was selected as follow:reflux extracted 3 times with 10 folds the amount of 65% ethanol, 2.0 h each time;DPPH clearance rate of antioxidant extract and its purified were 70%,90%. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable,reliable;And antioxidant extract and its purified had a strong in vitro antioxidant activity.

摘要:Objective: To optimize traditional decoction process of Dachengqi decoctiom. Method: Traditional decocting apparatus of casserole was used to decoct,with extract rate,the content of combined anthraquinone, naringin, hesperidin,neohesperidin,honokiol and magnolol as indexes to comprehensive score,L9(34) orthogonal test was used to optimize traditional decoction technology of Dachengqi decoction with the amount of water,soaking time, decoction time and later added time of Rheum palmatum as factors. Result: Optimum decoctiom technology was:adding 8 times the amount of water in Dachengqi decoction, soaking 30 minutes,decocting 25 minutes after boiling,later added time of R. palmatum 10 minutes. Conclusion: Traditional decoction method was taken to establish decoction process standard of Dachengqi decoction in this study, and in order to provide a reference to improve quality of Dachengqi decoction.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Method: With the content of salvianolic acid B,total salvianolic acid,tanshinoneⅡA,total tanshinone as indexes,the content of index ingredients were determined by HPLC,UV spectrophotometry and colorimetry,ethanol refluxing extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with taking the concentration of ethanol,extraction time,the amount of ethanol, size of material and extraction times as factors. Result: Optimum extraction technology was:S. miltiorrhiza was cut into sections,extracted 3 times with 10 folds the amount of 60% ethanol,2 hours each time. Conclusion: Extraction rate of water-soluble and fat-soluble constituents from S. miltiorrhiza was high by optimized technology,and it was stable and energy-saving.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Chrysanthemum indicum. Method: With the content of total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid and linarin as indexes,water extraction and ethanol extraction technology were optimized by ultrasound-assisted and orthogonal test,and compared with conventional reflux extraction;The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV,the content of chlorogenic acid and linarin were determined by RP-HPLC. Result: In total of three indexes, optimum water extraction technology was as follows:Adding 15 folds of water and extracting for 2 times, 30 min each time,extraction temperature 75℃; optimum alcohol extraction process was as follows: extracted 30 min with 15 folds the amount of 80% ethanol,extraction temperature 70℃. Conclusion: Total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid and linarin were relatively high with alcohol extraction technology for C. indicum; it could provide experimental basis for comprehensive development and utilization of C. indicum.

摘要:Objective: To prepare solid dispersions of baicalin-PEG 4000 and investigate dispersed state and thermodynamic properties in melting process of baicalin. Method: Solid dispersions of baicalin-PEG 4000 was prepared by melting method,thermodynamic parameters in melting process of baicalin in solid dispersions and physical compound were determined by differential scanning calorimetry method. Result: Melting enthalpy of baicalin in solid dispersions was smaller than that in physical compounds,but phase transition cooperativity of melting process in solid dispersions was larger than that in physical compounds.All thermodynamic parameters of melting process in solid dispersions including melting temperature, melting enthalpy, and melting phase transition cooperativity increased with increasing the concentration of PEG 4000. Conclusion: Baicalin existed as minicrystal in solid dispersions and increasing the concentration of PEG 4000 will make baicalin more homogeneous.

摘要:Objective: To investigate dissolvability of total saponins from Pulsatilla chinensisand its index component in different dissolvents, and to study relationship among solubility of total saponins, solubility of index component and dispersion situation in various solvents. Method: Solubility of total saponins, solubility of index component and particle size of suspension was determined by precipitation method,index component determination method and particle size determination method. Result: Sequence of dissolvability of total saponins from P. chinensisand its index component in various solvents was:methanol>artificial colon juice>artificial small intestinal juice>distilled water>artificial gastric juice;particle size of suspension in sequence of artificial gastric juice>distilled water>artificial small intestinal juice>artificial colon juice>methanol. Conclusion: Dissolvability of total saponins from P. chinensisand its index component was maximum in methanol and minimum in artificial gastric juice,and relationship between change trend of particle size of suspension and solubility was basically negative correlation.

摘要:Objective: To prepare binary complexes of rutin and bismuth microcapsules, and evaluate its quality. Method: With homemade binary complexes of rutin and bismuth as raw material,binary complexes of rutin and bismuth microcapsules was prepared by complex coacervation method,preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal test;Quality evaluation was finished by detecting encapsulation efficiency,verification test and particle size. Result: Optimum preparation condition of binary complexes of rutin and bismuth microcapsules was:capsule material-capsule core 6:1, encysted pH 3.5,capsule temperature 60℃,curing time 1.5 h. Conclusion: Applying optimized technology to prepare microcapsules, encapsulation efficiency was more than 40% with good reproducibility,and particle size of 90% microcapsules was 15-85 μm.

摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation prescription of Bushen Wenfei microemulsion oral liquid. Method: Microemulsion prescription was optimized by pseudoternary phase diagram method,particle size was measured, transmission electron microscopic view was observed,and initial physical stability of microemulsion were investigated. Result: Optimum prescription was:volatile oil from Atractylodes macrocephala,Saposhnikovia divaricata and Asarum sieboldii as oil phase,extraction concentration liquid(3 g·mL-1) of Epimedium brevicornum, Astragalus membranaceus and Cornus officinalis as water phase,Tween-80 as surfactant,ethanol as cosurfactant. Electron microscope view showed microemulsion was spherical,average particle size was (18.25±0.08) nm,average PDI was 0.212±0.02,physical stability of prepared microemulsion was good. Conclusion: Volatile oil from the prescription could be oil phase to form microemulsion,particle size of prepared microemulsion distributed uniform with stable nature.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate problem which possibly existed in production process of Zhongsheng pill, and find solution. Method: Extraction rate of caffeic acid,paeoniflorin,polydatin and baicalin in extraction process of Zhongsheng pill were determined by HPLC,and to analyze influencing factors of extraction technology in production process of Zhongsheng pill. Result: Rhizomatous herbs with dense structure should make necessary pre-treatment, such as Scutellaria baicalensis,Polygonum cuspidatum,Paeonia lactiflora,et al.At the same time,boiling water feeding was an important condition to ensure extraction rate of glycosides. Conclusion: This study could provide reference for large-scale production of Zhongsheng pill.  
摘要:Objective: To prepare ellagic acid tablet,and to establish determination method for ellagic acid. Method: With appearance,hardness,friability and disintegration time of the tablet as indexes,prescription of ellagic acid tablet was optimized by orthogonal test; HPLC was adopted for determination of the content of ellagic acid, mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric aid 23:77,flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1,detection wavelength of 254 nm. Result: The best ratio of excipients from ellagic acid tablet was starch-lactose-hydroxymethyl starch sodium-magnesium stearate 4:9:0.5:0.2; There was a good linear relationship for ellagic acid tablet within the concentration of 10.21-102.10 mg·L-1,regression equation was Y=28010X-92942 (r=0.999 9), average recovery rate was 98.12%,RSD 1.28%. Conclusion: This determination method was accurate, convenient,reliable,and it could be used for determination of ellagic acid from ellagic acid tablet.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of absorption enhancers on intestinal absorption of silybin and silybin phospholipid complex(SPC). Method: In siturats single pass perfusion model was uesd to investigate absorption of silybin and SPC in duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon. Result: Silybin and SPC were absorbed in each intestinal segment,especially in jejunum and ileum,and absorption of SPC in each intestinal segments were higher than drug itself.Tween-80 had no significantly absorption enhancement effect on silybin and SPC,glycocholic acid sodium and carbomer only had silghtly promotion absorption,sodium dodecyl sulfate could greatly promote absorption of slilybin while weakly affected SPC;Cremophor RH40 had a strong role in promoting absorption of silybin and SPC. Conclusion: It could improve drug absorption by reasonable modifacaiton of drug structure and selection of suitable absorption enhancers.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from Malus hupehensis. Method: Single factor test was made to select extraction method and extraction times with the content of total flavonoids and phloridzin as indexes;With the content of extract yield,total flavonoids and phloridzin as comprehensive evaluation index,main factors were optimized by orthogonal test which including the concentration of ethanol,the amount of solvent and extraction time. Result: Optimum extraction technology was:refluxing extracted 3 times with 8 folds the amount of 70% ethanol,1 h each time. Conclusion: Optimized process was stable and feasible,and it could be extraction process of total flavonoids from M. hupehensis.

摘要:Objective: To investigate influence of different preparation techniques on stability of baicalinin from Xinjianwei tablet. Method: Influence of powder coating,solid dispersion and package chip technology to improve stability of baicalin was investigated by thermostatic accelerated test. Result: Prepared samples of solid dispersion and package chip technology could remain stable of baicalinfrom Xinjianwei tablet. Conclusion: Solid dispersion and package chip technology could solve stability problem of baicalin from Xinjianwei tablet.Comparatively, package chip technology had many advantages,such as fewer amounts of excipients, more convenient operation and easier to industrialization.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Paeonia lactiflora and Bupleurum chinense from Baijin Fuan granule. Method: With extraction volume of paeoniflorin and total saponins from B. chinense as indexes which were determined by HPLC,extraction solvent was optimized by single-factor test;With the content of paeoniflorin and total saponins from B. chinense as indexes, extraction process of Baijin Fuan granule was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Extraction volume of paeoniflorin was the most with 70% ethanol as solvent,but when the concentration of ethanol was more than 50%,total saponins from B. chinense was basically unchanged;Optimized extraction technology was P. lactiflora and B. chinense were crushed into coarse powder, refluxing extracted 2 times with 8,6 times the amount of 70% ethanol,respectively.2 h per time. Conclusion: Optimized process was reasonable with high yield of active ingredients.

摘要:Objective: To establish microbial limit test method for 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparations. Method: According to the rules of the 2010 edition ‘Chinese Pharmacopoeia’,microbial limit test method for 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparations were verified. Result: According to sample preparation method, recovery rate of each test bacteria samples was up to 70%. Conclusion: Manyan mixture, allergic rhinitis mixture,germinal UFA mixture and Yanyangke mixture could use conventional method for detecting;Tiaozhi oral liquid,Xiaoban mixture,Guwei mixture,Jianpi Pinggan mixture and nasosinusitis mixture could take culture medium dilution method for inspection;Dujieqing oral liquid could check by membrane filtration method.All varieties of control bacteria examination could be detected by conventional method.

摘要:Objective: To prepare injectable Shenmai thermosensitive in situ gel and to investigate its in vitro release characteristics. Method: Shenmai thermosensitive in situ gel was prepared by cold dissolution method,the content of ginsenoside Rb1 was determined by HPLC,in vitro release characteristics of Shenmai thermosensitive in situ gel was investigated by dialysis method,and release curve was fitted by drug release model equation. Result: Gelation temperature was 34.92℃,corresponding viscosity value was 1579.52 mPa·s,gelation time was 110.67 s. This in situ gel showed a newtonian fluid at a low temperature while it might be a pseudoplastic fluid when the temperature reached a certain point,in vitro release of Shenmai thermosensitive in situ gel fitted first order kinetics equation. Conclusion: Shenmai thermosensitive in situ gel had temperature sensitivity and obviously sustained-release effect.

摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for detecting icariin in Yanzong Yuzi capsules. Method: An Appollo C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (26: 74). The detection wave length was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was at room temperature. Result: Icariin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.025 5 to 0.408 μg,r=0.999 8.The recovery and RSD were 99.4% and 1.25%(n=6). Conclusion: Method was proved to be simple, accurate and repeatable to determine the content of icariin in Yanzong Yuzi capsules.  
摘要:Objective: An HPLC method was established for determination of scopoletin and scopolin in Lycium barbarum. Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on Diamonsil C8 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water-acetic acid ( 5:94.5:0.5 ) as mobile phase A and acetonitrile-water-acetic acid (72:27.5:0.5) as mobile phase B with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 at 30℃, and the detection wavelength was set at 346 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1-10 mg·L-1 for scopoletin (r=0.9999), and the regression equation was Y=32568X+637.8.The recovery was 98.2%, with RSD of 1.45%. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1-10 mg·L-1 for scopolin (r=0.9999), and the regression equation was Y=23951X+746.7.The recovery was 101.6%, with RSD of 1.27%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, which could be used as a quality control method for scopoletin and scopolin in L. barbarum, and provide basis for development and utilization of L. barbarum.

摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous detemination of albiflorin, paeoniflorin, naringin, neohesperidin and baicalin in Tangminlingwan. Method: The chromatographic method was carried out on an Aglient Zorbax SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detection was set at the wavelength of 230 nm. The column temperature was at 30℃. Result: The linear ranges of albiflorin, paeoniflorin, naringin, neohesperidin and baicalin were 0.008-0.320,0.021-0.832,0.088-3.52,0.124-4.96 and 0.086-3.44 μg(r≥0.9999,n=7),respectively. The average recoeries were 99.7%(RSD 2.0%),100.1%(RSD 1.8%),100.1%(RSD 1.5%),100.0%(RSD 2.4%) and 103.6%(RSD 2.4%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize the technical conditions of semi-bionic extraction (SBE) for Cihangdan Prescription. Method: The prepared slice residues, from which the volatile ingredients were extracted by SFE-CO2, were mixed with Herba Leonuri and U9 (91×33) homogeneous design was used taking chuanxionggzine hydrochlorid, ferulic acid, stachydrine hydrochloride, D-glucose anhydrous and dry extraction with molecular weight less than 1000 Da as indexes; the result was comprehensively evaluated to optimize SBE technical conditions for Cihangdan Prescription based on the same drugs, extracting time, equal solvent and the same refine conditions. Result: The pH value of 3 times of extraction is 5.9707, 7.4570 and 8.8008 respectively, and the extracting time is 4.988 3h. Conclusion: The pH value of three extractions is 6.0, 7.5, 8.8 respectively, and the extracting time is 2.0, 1.5, 1.5 h in turn.

摘要:Objective: To establish the multi-indicator HPLC fingerprint of Eucommiae Cortex and to determine the contents of geniposidic acid,chlorogenic and acid, pinoresinol diglucoside with quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker. Method: WelchromTM C18 110A (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used, the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-0.3% acetic acid as gradient elution. The column temperature was at 20℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the fingerprint was detected at 238 nm.Geniposidic acid and chlorogenic acid,pinoresinol diglucoside and geniposide was choosen as marks of ingredients to establish HPLC fingerprint. Using chlorogenic acid as internal reference standard, the contents of geniposidic acid, chlorogenic acid,pinoresinol diglucoside was determined according to the relative correction factor. Result: All tested samples contained the 12 common peaks and there was no significant differences between the quantitative results of three ingredients of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker method and external standard method. Conclusion: The multi-indicator HPLC fingerprint and simultaneous determination of geniposidic acid and chlorogenic acid, pinoresinol diglucoside with quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker were firstly studied.This method was simple and feasible,which would provide better technique support for the quality control of Eucommiae Cortex.

摘要:Objective: To compare the total alkaloids and three kinds of diester diterpenoid alkaloids in different parts of monkshood medicinal material. Method: We used acid dye colorimetry method to evaluate the alkaloids and RP-HPLC to evaluate three kinds of diester diterpenoid alkaloids. The compounds was analyzed by gradient elution program performed with acetonitrile and 40 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection was done at 240 nm and column temperature was 30℃. Result: The total alkaloid content of different tissues which be harvested before June 4, was significantly less than on June 18 and July 3. The best harvest period of aconitine can be defined as the end of June and early July. The alkaloid content of ground parts of Aconitum is less than the underground. The contents of alkaloid and three kinds of diester diterpenoid alkaloids in different tissues of Aconitum carmichaeli were in the sequence of: fibrous tubers >monkshood-tubers > mother tubers > leaves > stem. Conclusion: The study was a preliminary understanding of the dynamic variation of the various tissues of the Aconitum Alkaloids and From the point of view on the content of alkaloids, the best harvest period of aconitine and content of alkaloids in various tissues can be defined.  
摘要:Objective: To study the material basis of Shengmai injection by hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury. Method: Shengmai injection was separated into three fractions according to semi-preparative HPLC retention time to investigate their protective effects on human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC)H/R injury model, respectively. Result: 50-80 min elute was proved to be the main active section of Shengmai injection on HUVEC H/R injury model with the highest protection rate of 52.76%, HPLC-MS analysis indicated that ginsenosides were the main active component in this fraction. Conclusion: The medium-polar fraction containing ginsenosides showed most remarkable protective effects on HUVEC H/R injury in Shengmai injection.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effective component group represented by fingerprint contributed to pharmacodynamic by grey relational analysis, and provide a reference for traditional Chinese medicine quality control and develop evaluation criteria of pharmacodynamics. Method: The fingerprint of essential oil from Curcuma kwangsiensis was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the anti-tumor effect of curcuma oil was studied. At the premise of the acquired GC-MS characteristic of fingerprint and pharmacodynamic data to inhibiting proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell, the relational grade and relational sequence between fingerprint of essential oil and of inhibiting proliferation rate were calculated by grey relational analysis. Result: According to the relational grade the sequence of contribution to inhibiting proliferation to nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell was curcumol>curdione>β-elemene>germacrone>curzerenone>α-caryophyllene>δ-selinene>β-caryophyllene>β-elemenone>a-pinene>α-caryophyllene>eucalyptol>camphor>2-nonanol>isoborneol>curzerene>δ-elemene>camphene>D-limonene>borneol. Conclusion: The anti-tumor effect of C. kwangsiensis is the result of combined effect of 'effective component group. This study identifies the effective component group represented by fingerprint contributed to pharmacodynamic, and provides a reference for establishing fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine's spectrum-effect relationship, traditional Chinese medicine quality control and develop evaluation criteria of pharmacodynamics.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the simultaneous determination method for ligustilide, senkyunolide A and n-butylphthalide in the essential oil of Chuanxiong Rhizoma, and to compare the results of HPLC and GC-MS method. Method: The oil was obtained through supercritical CO2 extraction and steam distillation, and the contents of the above three compounds were determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with internal standard method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with external standard method respectively and methodology was also inspected. Result: The oil yields were 10.49% and 1.54% respectively. The contents of the three compounds were 19.676,15.56,0.957 4 mg per gram crude drug in SFE-CO2 extraction and 2.16,1.56 and 0.11 mg in volatile oil which measured by GC-MS was 1%-4% less than the value which obtained by HPLC. Compared with the result by HPLC, GC-MS is more scientific with 10% higher precision and tenfold detection limit. Conclusion: In the determination of components in the essential oil of Chuanxiong Rhizoma, GC-MS internal standard method is a more accurate and sensitive method whereas HPLC is a relatively convenient and economical method.  
摘要:Objective: To assay the content of quercitr in Gaultheriae leucocarpa by HPLC. Method: The Appollo-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid (23: 77), the detection wave length was at 254 nm and the column temperature was at room temperature. Result: Linearity of quercitr was good at 0.027 5-0.88 μg (r=1.00). The average recovery of buddleodide was 102.7% with RSD less than 1.65%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be applied in determination of quercitrin in G. leucocarpa.

摘要:Objective: The chromatographic fingerprint of Senecio cannabifoliuswas established, which created a new method for evaluating and controlling the quality. Method: HPLC analysis was carried out on Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-1% trifluoroacetic acid system (gradient elution). The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Column temperature was set at 30℃. The obtained data was analyzed by computer aided similarity evaluation. Result: Fourteen common peaks were confirmed in fingerprints. The similarity degree of the samples was found to be higher than 0.900. Conclusion: This method is simple, credible and of good reproducibility, which can be used for their quality control.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the methods of determination on the contents of total flavonoids in Cardiospermum halicacabumby UV. Method: Rutin was used as reference substance and sodium nitrite-nitrate aluminum-sodium hydroxide as color-showing reagent,measurement wavelength was set at 488 nm. Result: The linear response range was 0.00935-0.0560 g·L-1(r=0.9993). The average recovery was 100.05%, RSD 2.3%(n=6)。 Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and repeoducible which could be used for determination of the total flavonoids in C. halicacabum.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a new method for determination of palmatine hydrochloride, dehydrocorydaline nitrate and tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis by HPLC. Method: The HPLC was adopted performing on a C18column(4.6 mm×250 nm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid(B). The gradient elution program was as follows: 0-20 min,25%A;20-30 min,25%-55%A;30-45 min,55%A;45-50 min,55%-25%A;50-55 min,25%A; The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and 280 nm. The column temperature was at 30℃. Result: Palmatine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 2.12×10-2-1.59 μg(r=0.999 9); dehydrocorydaline nitrate was linear in the range of 4.10×10-2-3.07 μg(r=0.9999);tetrahydropalmatine was linear in the range of 2.10×10-2-1.57 μg(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 100.10%,100.03% and 97.47%. Conclusion: The method was accurate and had satisfactory efficacy; it can determine palmatine hydrochloride, dehydrocorydaline nitrate and tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis.

摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for uncertainty analysis of icariin in bushen oral liquid. Method: HPLC method was established to determinate the content of icariin. Each active component of uncertainty was calculated the variable parameters among the procedures. The combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty and confidence were finally obtained by synthesized the uncertainties of various component variables. Result: The determined content of icariin in bushen oral liquid of this test is (0.2212±0.0140) g·L-1. Conclusion: The established mathematic model is applicable to the uncertainty analysis of icariin in bushen oral liquid by HPLC method.  
摘要:Objective: To establish UPLC method for the determination of main flavone in Astragalus membranaceus peparation. Method: ACQUITY UPLCTMBEH C18column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm) was used with Methanol-0.2% formic acid Wateras a mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1,The detecting wavelength was set at 200-400 nm.The column temperature was at 30℃. Result: The linear ranges of calycosin glycoside, formononetin glycoside, calycosin and formononetin were 0.1313-1.313 g·L-1(r=0.9997),0.1186-1.186 g·L-1(r=0.9994),0.020 6-0.206 g·L-1(r=0.9995),0.0150-0.150 g·L-1(r=0.9995). The average recoveries were 97.07%, 97.26%, 97.45%, 96.97%. Conclusion: The method was reliable, accurate and quickly. It can be used for quality control of A. membranaceus peparation.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid,berberine hydrochloride, aloe emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Shuanghuangqudu tablets. Method: The HPLC system consisted of a ZORBAX SB-Pheny Dimensions column(4.6 mm×15 cm,5 μm), methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase (using gradient) with flowing rate 1.0 mL·min-1 and detected at 310 nm. Result: The linear ranges of gallic acid,berberine hydrochloride, aloe emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion were 0.12-2.4 μg (r=0.9999), 0.11-2.2 μg (r=0.9999), 0.015-0.3 μg (r=0.9998), 0.02-0.4 μg (r=0.9998), 0.008-0.16 μg (r=0.9999), 0.013-0.26 μg (r=0.9998), 0.006-0.12 μg (r=0.9999), respectively, and the average recoveries (n=9) were 100.97%,100.20%,99.01%,99.76%,101.10%, 101.97%, 100.56%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and repeatable,which can be applied to determine seven ingriedients at the same test condition in Shuanghuangqudu tablets.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a feasible method for the content determination of piperine in Shiwei Shoushen powder by RP-HPLC. Method: An HPLC method was adopted with column Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water (77:23).The flow velocity was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 343 nm. Result: The calibration curve showed a good linearity with in the range of 0.448-2.24 μg.The average recovery was 99.43%. Conclusion: This method is convenient,rapid and reliable for quality control of this preparation.  
摘要:Objective: To established the method for quality control of Rukang capsule. Method: Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium viride,Bupleuri Radix in Rukang capsule were identified by TLC.The content of saikosaponin a and Saikosaponin d in Rukang Capsule was determined by HPLC. Result: The spots on the TLC plate were clear and the negative control sample didn't disturb.A good linearity was obtained for saikosaponin a in the range of 2.04-14.28 μg(r=0.9998)and saikosaponin d in the range of 2.52-17.64 μg(r=0.9995).The average recovery was 99.15%(RSD 0.54%,n=9). Conclusion: The method are specific,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Rukang capsule.

摘要:Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of bacalin and berberin hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablets. Method: The separation was performed on an Accurasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column eluted with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (25:75) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was set at 35℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Result: The linear ranges of bacalin and berberin hydrochloride were 0.043 6-0.436 μg(r=0.9999) and 0.018 5-0.185 μg(r=0.9999),the average recoveries of bacalin and berberin hydrochloride were 105.0% and 103.0%,and RSD were 1.28% and 1.80% respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple,feasible,and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Sanhuang Tablet.  
摘要:Objective: To detect if Pileostegia tomentellacollected is qualified according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia for advanced study. Method: Use the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition) to detect the content of water, ash and extract from P. tomentella, investigate the influence of different extract methods and time for extract content. Flavones were extracted with 70% ethanol by reflux and determinated by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, which rutin was taken as control sample. Result: The water content, total ash content and the acid-insoluble ash content was 10.8%, 5.2% and 1.2%, respectively. The content of highest water soluble extract is 13.45% by reflux extraction for 40 mins, the highest ethanol-soluble extractives is 11.09% by reflux extraction for 60 mins, the total flavones content is 0.39% with good repeatability. The recovery rate was 102.7% and RSD was 1.76%. Conclusion: The research provide basis of theoretical for the reasonable use, quality control, development and industrialization production.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the absorption kinetics of spinosin in the gastrointestinal of rat,to provide the biological pharmaceutical basis for dosage design. Method: The absorption kinetics was investigated in rats using situ perfusion method. RP-HPLC was used to determine the concentrations of spinosin. Result: The absorption percentages at concentration of (10,20,40 mg·L-1) in stomach were 20.35%,21.88%,20.23%, respectively. The absorption rate constant (Ka) in duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon were (0.0264±0.0014), (0.0234±0.0009),(0.0226±0.0009),(0.0265±0.0006) h-1,respectively. Intestinal Ka of spinosin at different concentrations(10,20, 40 mg·L-1)were (0.0231±0.0015),(0.0241±0.0016),(0.0233±0.0029)h-1,respectively. Ka at pH of 6.5,7.2 and 7.8 for the whole intestine were (0.0235±0.0015),(0.0241±0.0016),(0.0221±0.0026)h-1. Conclusion: Spinosin was absorbed in all segments in the pattern of first-order kinetics with the passive diffusion absorption mechanism;concentration and pH of the drug solution have no effect on the absorption kinetics;the absorption at duodenum,colon,jejunum and ileum align in a decreasing order. Spinosin was well absorbed at stomach.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the contents change after oral Radix Ophiopogon Japonicas polysaccharides MDG-1 in rats by high performance gel permeation chromatograph(HPGPC). Method: Labeling the MDG-1 and detecting replacement of fluoresciniso thiocyate(FITC) then using the HCGPC was in order to detect the contents of MDG-1 in stomach,small intestine,large intestine. To the various parts of the gastrointestinal tract,the stomach were given different doses of F-MDG-1 after pylorus ligation, then suture abdominal while contents were immediately harvested at times 1 h postdose; the stomach were given doses of F-MDG-1 after pylorus ligation, then suture abdominal while contents were immediately harvested at predefined times. The small intestine near the bottom of the cecum were ligated after small intestine were given F-MDG-1 from duodenum near the pylorus then suture abdominal while contents were harvested at predefined times;the large intestine near the anus were ligated after the large intestine were given F-MDG-1 from end of the small intestine near the cecum then suture abdominal while contents were harvested at predefined times,all these contents stored at -20℃ until analysis. Result: The F-MDG-1 in rats stomach following oral administration at different doses of F-MDG-1 after pylorus ligation were described with a degradation model and indicated that F-MDG-1 increases the decomposition along with the dosage to reduce in the stomach,while after oral the same dose indicated that F-MDG-1 increases the decomposition along with the time, but the determination result showed that the content unchanged after pH was adjusted to be neutrality(7.2). The small intestine and the large intestine metabolite process indicated that decomposition of F-MDG-1 increased along with time. Conclusion: The combination of the FITC prelabeling method with the highperformance gel permeation chromatography was confirmed and tested and was feasibile.This methodology should be helpful to other polysaccharides research in gastrointestinal tract. In this study, F-MDG-1 was not decomposition in stomach and mainly metabolism in the intestinal tract as a result of effects of gastrointestinal tract condition and bacterium together.

摘要:Objective: To study the compatibility rule of Huanglian Jiedu Tang based on metabonomics. Method: Fifty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups including control group, model group, Huanglian group, Huanglian-Huangqin group, Huanglian-Huangqin-Huangbai group and Huanglian Jiedu Tang group. The treatment groups were orally administrated with corresponding drug at a dose of 7.2, 12, 16.8, 24 g crude drug·kg-1, respectively. Thirty minute later, the model group and treatment groups were injected with a DNP solution (sc, 25 mg·kg-1). The urine of rats was collected during period of 0-1, 1-3, 3-5, 5-7, 7-13, 13-22 h, respectively. The urine samples were analyzed by UPLC-TOF/MS and the urine mass spectrometry data were processed by MarkerLynx XS software and analyzed further by principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA). Result: In the score plot, the Huanglian group was mixed with model group, the Huanglian-Huangqin group was close to model and farther away from the control group, the Huanglian-huangqin-huangbai group, the model and conrtol group were distributed in 3 clusters in the principal components analysis diagram without overlap,and closer to the control group, the Huanglian Jiedu Tang group, the model group and control group were distributed in 3 clusters in the principal components analysis diagram without overlap, and their distances were identical; meanwhile, 33,15,36,40 biomarkers were respectively interfered by the Huanglian, Huanglian-Huangqin, Huanglian-Huangqin-Huangbai and Huanglian Jiedu Tang groups. After comprehensively evaluating the intervention effect of treatment groups according to the overall metabolism of fever syndrome and endogenous biomarker variations, we found that the order of effect strength was Huanglian Jiedu Tang, Huanglian-Huangqin-Huangbai, Huanglian, Huanglian-Huangqin. Conclusion: Huanglian as the monarch herb play a major pharmacological action; Huangbai and Zhizi as the assistant and guide herbs also play their respective roles; however Huangqin as the minister herb is to be discussed.  
摘要:Objective: To detect the expression of γ-aminobutyric acid B receptor (GABABR)and adenylate cyclase (AC) of forbral cortex in rats with anxiety emotion and to explore the antianxiety mechanism of baixiangdan capsule. Method: Paeoniflorin,cyperolone and paeonolum were main ingredients of baixiangdan capsule. Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, baixiangdan capsule group(200 mg·kg-1) and baclofen group(8 mg·kg-1). The rats were administrated with relevant drugs intragastrically once a day for 7 days. The anxiety emotion rat models were established by a social isolation plus resident intruder stress. The rats were evaluated by sucrose intake, the open field and elevated plus-maze tests. The expression of GABABR1, GABABR2 and AC in frontal cortex were detected by the immunoflourescence. Result: Compared with normal group, the model group had the lower sucrose intake, the higher total score of open field tests,the lower open arm entry percent(OE%) and the lower open arm time percent (OT%) of elevated plus-maze tests and the lower expression of GABABR1,GABABR2 and AC in frontal cortex. Compared with model group, baixiangdan capsule and baclofen decreased the total score of open field tests, increased the OE%and OT%of elevated plus-maze tests and the expression of GABABR1, GABABR2 and AC in frontal cortex. Conclusion: The lower expression of GABABR1, GABABR2 and AC in frontal cortex may have close relationship with anxiety emotion. Increasing the expression and the function of GABABR in frontal cortex maybe one of the mechanisms of the antianxiety effect by Baixiangdan capsule.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Daiping granules on the gene expression of Glut4 and IRS-1 in skeletal muscle of rats with type 2 diabetes and explore its possible molecular mechanism in decreasing the blood sugar. Method: The rat type 2 diabetes model was established by feeding with high-fat diets and injecting streptozocin (STZ) into caudal vein. The model rats were randomly divided into model group (M), Metformine group (Met), Daiping granules low dose group (DL), Daiping Granuleshigh dose group (DH),at the same time normal control group (N) was established. After four weeks of treatment, blood was collected for measurement of fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum lipid and fasting insulin(FINS), and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was calculated.Real-time quantitative PCR technology was employed to measure Glut4 mRNA and IRS-1 mRNA expression of in the skeletal muscle. Result: After 4 weeks of dosing,compared with M group·L-1,ISI:(-6.05±0.29)], FBG·L-1,DH:(11.21±2.95)mmol·L-1] was decreased significantly(P<0.01) and ISI was increased (P<0.01) in Met group and DH group. Contents of Glut4 mRNA and IRS-1 mRNA in M group were respectively 63.3%,67.8%(P<0.01);compared with M group, contents of Glut4 mRNA were increased 31%(P<0.01)and IRS-1 mRNA were not significantly increased(P>0.05)in Met group;while contents of Glut4 mRNA and IRS-1 mRNA in DH group were,respectively,increased 88.9% (P<0.01)and 82.4%( P<0.01). Conclusion: Daiping granules has a good effect on decreasing FBG in rats with type 2 diabetes, and its mechanism is probably related to increasing insulin sensitivity of the target tissues, enhancing the expressional level of Glut4 mRNA and IRS-1 mRNA in skeletal muscle and improving the taking in and metabolism of blood glucose.  
摘要:Objective: To compare the effects of three different prescription granules of Semen Cassiae prepared by spraying, freezing and vacuum process methods and traditional decoction, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical application. Method: The mice were divided into normal group, model group, positive control group, Semen Cassiae decoction group and spray group, frozen group, vacuum group of granules. The actions on intestinal propulsion in normal mice, defecation of dry constipation in constipation mice, and blood lipids in hyperlipidemia mice (including TC, TG,HDL-C,LDL-C) were observed to find the pharmacological differences at same dose. Result: Three granules significantly promoted intestinal movement in normal mice(P<0.01); but showed not evident difference compared with the decoction. Three granules groups promoted bowel movement in constipation mice, the first black fecal discharge time in spraying group and freezing group shortened evidently compared with the decoction(P<0.01 and P<0.05). Compared with hyperlipidemia model group, TC and LDL-C in spraying and freezing groups reduced (P<0.05), but HDL-C increased evidently(P<0.05), TG levels in freezing group also reduced evidently(P<0.05), the vacuum and decoction groups only showed significant differences in TC level(P<0.05). Conclusion: Semen Cassiae granules are superior to the traditional decoction in efficacy, especially freezing and spraying granules indicate more significant effects.

摘要:Objective: To clarify effect and possible mechanism of Yixin Jiedu formula (YXJDF) on the heart failure after infarction induced by Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Method: The heart failure model after myocardial infarction was prepared by left coronary artery ligation.Drugs were given by continuous intragastric administration for 28 d. Then cardiac function of each group was evaluated by echocardiography, plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) and aldosterone (ALD) levels were also examined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in all groups. The level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in serum was detected by immunoturbidimetric assay. Result: Compared with the sham group, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd) and left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVEDs) of model group increased significantly (P<0.05), ejection fraction (EF) and fractional shortening (FS) decreased significantly (P<0.05). After given the high-dose and middle-dose of YXJDF and the fosinopril sodium, the two drugs could improve EF and FS, further to improve the cardiac function. Moreover, YXJDF could effectively shorten the LVEDd and LVEDs, and fosinopril sodium did not work. RIA results showed that AngⅡof model group in plasma was significantly higher than sham group; the high-dose and middle-dose of YXJDF and fosinopril sodium could down-regulate the plasma AngⅡ by 16.58%,15.58%,12.79% (P<0.05) respectively. And the experimental results of immunoturbidimetric assay showed that YXJDF could reduce high levels of hs-CRP in serum and inhibit inflammatory response. Conclusion: YXJDF can shorten the LVEDd and LVEDs, and thus slow down the process of cardiac remodeling and strength the cardiac function. The mechanism may be that it can decrease plasma AngⅡlevels and reduce RAAS activity thus to improve cardiac afterload in heart failure rats and suppress the inflammatory response.

摘要:Objective: To study the protective effects of Dahuang Zhechong Pill (DHZCP) on myocardial fibrosis induced by isoprenaline (Iso) in rats. Method: Fifty SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly: normal control, model control, positive control (Danshen, 1 g·kg-1·d-1), low and high doses of DHZCP (1.6, 3.2 g·kg-1·d-1). Myocardial fibrosis model was established by subcutaneous injection of 5 mg·kg-1Iso in rats for 10 days except normal control rats. The drugs were administered intragastrally to rats for 28 days. The histopathological change was examined, and level of hydroxyproline and malondialdehyde (MDA) as well as superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were determined in the myocardial tissue. Result: The results showed that heart index, level of hydroxyproline and MDA, collagen volume fraction (CVF), perivascular collagen area (PVCA) were increased, and SOD activity was reduced in myocardial tissue of model rats in comparison with normal rats. The histopathological examination showed that there was a significant collogen proliferation and myocardial fibrosis. However, DHZCP improved and reversed the changes induced by Iso. Conclusion: DHZCP is able to reverse the myocardial fibrosis induced by Iso and to improve ventricular remodeling in rats, which may not related to antioxidative effect.  
摘要:Objective: This paper presents the effects of anti simian immunodeficiency virus(SIV) of the aqueous extract from Ganodorma lucidumspores(AEGLS)by using SIVmac and CEM×174 cells as a model in vitro, and the mechanism were preliminarily studied. Method: The inhibitory effects of AEGLS on SIV were observed when SIV and CEM×174 system were employed as the models,and the mechanism of action were preliminarily studied by using time course assay, effective stage analysis,Western blot. Result: AEGLS had a remarkable anti-SIV activity. The IC50 (50% inhibitory concentration) of AEGLS was (466.62±20.21)mg·L-1, and it was low cytotoxicity which its CC50 (50% cellular cytotoxicity) was (3.13±0.11)g·L-1 and selection index was 6.71.The results of anti-SIV mechanism showed AEGLS main acted on the early stage of SIV infection,and might contribute to affect the SIV attachment and/or penetration into the cells. The results of Western blot showed AEGLS could decrease SIV P27 capsid protein expression level. Conclusion: AEGLS had a remarkable anti-SIV activity and is main acted on the early stage of SIV infection,and might contribute to affect the SIV attachment and/or penetration into the cells,and could decrease SIV P27 capsid protein expression level.

摘要:Objective: To study the anti-inflammation effects of tetra-acetylated puerarin and its mechanism. Method: Male rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,tetra-acetylated puerarin high,middle and low dose (80,40,20 mg·kg-1)group,and indomethacin(5 mg·kg-1)group. Tetra-acetylated puerarin was given by injection for 4 days, and the model was established at 30 min after last injection.To abserve the influence of tetra-acetylated puerarin on acute paw oedema induced by carrageenin, content of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in inflammatory tissue, as well as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in serum was measured. Result: Tetra-acetylated puerarin(80 mg·kg-1) showed marked suppressive effect on paw oedema induced by carrageenin in rats(P<0.01). In addition,the content of PGE2(P<0.05)in infl-ammatiory tissue along with the content of TNF-α(P<0.05) and IL-1β(P<0.05)in serum was all was reduced at the dosage of 80 mg·kg-1. Conclusion: Tetra-acetylated puerarin has a marked suppressive effect on paw oedema induced by carrageenin in rats.Its effects may be related to the inhibition on inflammatory factors.  
摘要:Objective: To compare the pharmacologic effects of Sini decoction with dosages of different convertsion criteria. Method: Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: blood-letting hypotension group (control group), Sini decoction low, middle and high dosage groups(SND-L group,SND-M group and SND-H group). The model of hypotension was replicated by blood-letting. The curves of blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), respiratory (R) were recorded during experiment by physiological polygram. At the end of the experiment the changes of curves were analyzed. Result: To be compared with control group, mean systolic pressure(MSP), HR, respiratory frequency(RF) were increased significantly in SND-L group. MSP and HR were increased significantly in SND-M group. HR was increased significantly in SND-H group. There was no significant difference among groups in mean diastolic pressure (MDP) and mean arterial pressure (MAP). Conclusion: Sini decoction with proper dosage could elevate BP, strengthen heart and promote respiratory function in blood-letting hypotension rats, protect and maintain the function of vital organs. However, no enhanced effects obviously appeaved as the dosage increased. side-effect were noted when high dosage (especially Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata) was used. These results suggest that we should pay more attention to the possible risk when increasing the dosage of Sini decoction in clinical practice.

摘要:Objective: To investigate immunization and the anti-inflammatory effect of Artemisia rupestris granule to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of influenza. Method: Mice were randomized into the model group, antiviral granule group and Artemisiae rupestris granules group with 1, 2, 4 g·kg-1 dose respectively using the xylene-induced mouse ear edema and capillary permeability test to investigate anti-inflammatory effects. The efects on the immune function of drug were measured by ELISA in serum of mice immunized with sheep red blood cell(SRBC) IgM-generated effects, and drugs on effects of Lipopoly saccharide LPS and ConA induced T, B lymphocyte proliferation was measured by MTT colorimetric assay. Result: Artemisia compound particles 2,4 g·kg-1 dose could significantly inhibited xylene-induced ear edema in mice; Artemisia rupestris granule (1, 2, 4 g·kg-1 dose)could significantly inhibited acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability in mice and significantly increased levels of serum IgM antibodies of SRBC immunized mice; Artemisia rupestris granule 232-15 000 mg·L-1 concentration range can suppress ConA-induced T cell proliferation (P<0.05); Artemisia rupestris granule 464-15 000 mg·L-1 concentration range can significantly suppress LPS-induced B lymphocyte proliferation (P<0.05). Conclusion: Artemisiae rupestris granules have anti-inflammatory and immunoregulation function.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the mechanism of antidiarrheal effect of Yunpi Zhixie formulas (smoothing spleen to stop diarrhea formulas). Method: Rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group (distilled water), drug (Yunpi Zhixie formulas)group and model group(reserpine). Reserpine was administrated to rats of drug and model group by intraperitoneal injection for 3 days in a prophylactic manner. In consequent 6 days, distilled water was administrated to model group, while Yunpi Zhixie formulas were administrated to drug group. The changes in D-xylose,pepsin, motilitin(MTL), vasoactive intestinal peptide(Vip), acetylcholinesterase(AChE) and microvilli were observed. Result: After reserpine was administrated, the level of the D-xylose, pepsin,AChE and Vip decreased, MTL increased. Microvilli were disturbed severely. After Yunpi Zhixie formulas was administrated, the level of D-xylose·L-1] is higher than those in model and control group·L-1].Pepsin·mg-1] is higher than that in model group·mg-1] obviously, MTL·mg-1] was lower than that in model group·mg-1]. Vip·L-1] was back to control group's level·L-1]. AChE·mg-1] was higher than model group·mg-1],but still lower than that in control group·mg-1].The microvilli were almostly repaired. Conclusion: Yunpi Zhixie formulas by Wang Peng-fei under the direction of warming middle to invigorate spleen inhibits diarrhea through promoting digestion, absorption, slowing motility of gastrointestinal tract and provides a protection for microvilli.  
摘要:Objective: To evaluate the anti-tumor effects of neogambogic acid on S180 cell line both in vivo and in vitro. Method: CCK-8 method was used to assay the anti-proliferative effect of neogambogic acid with different concentrations for 48 h on S180 cell line in vitro. The anti-tumor effect in vivo was evaluated by the survival time of the mice bearing S180 ascitic tumor, which was ip treated with 8.0, 4.0, 2.0 mg·kg-1 neogambogic acid respectively, once per day for continuous 7 days, and observation period lasted for 45 days, and the mice bearing S180 xenograft was ig treated with 16.0, 8.0, 4.0 mg·kg-1 neogambogic acid respectively, once per day for continuous 12 days. The LD50 of mice was determined based on single administration (ip)of different doses of neogambogic acid. Result: Neogambogic acid showed obvious anti-proliferative effect on S180 cell culture, the IC50 of 48 h was (1.54±0.12) mg·L-1. And the in vivo test showed that the survival time of the mice administrated with 4.0 mg·kg-1 neogambogic acid was prolonged 141.6%. The inhibitory effects of the mice bearing tumor increased with the increasing of the concentration of neogambogic acid in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05). The LD50 of neogambogic acid (ip) was 36.66 mg·kg-1. Conclusion: The results suggest that the anti-tumor effect of neogambogic acid on S180 cell line is significant both in vivo and in vitro.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Fang on the expression of cochlea Fas mRNA in the kidney-deficiency rats. Method: Eight healthy SD rats with a sound auricle response were randomized into the control group, the other 16 rats were modeled into kidney-yang-deficiency by alternate injection of cetacort into their buttocks. After 14 days of modeling, rats were randomized into model group, Bushen Huoxue Fang group. The treatment lasted two weeksn. Rats in each group were chosen randomly to test auditory brain-stem response(ABR) on the day 15 of treatment, then all rats were sacrificed.The blood of the femoral artery was collected to measure the cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP). Cochlea was isolated, and RT-PCR method was adopted to test the expressions of Fas mRNA. Result: The Fas mRNA expression in control group was 0.2101±0.0256, and 0.5514±0.0903 in model group, but Bushen Huoxue Fang was 0.2429±0.0525.The model group enhanced the Fas mRNA expression compared with the control group(P<0.01); Bushen Huoxue Fang decreased the Fas mRNA expression, compared with model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Fang may regulates the mRNA expression of Fas, therefore can improve the hearing and protect the structure and function of cochlea.

摘要:Objective: To study the antilipemic effect of banana peel polyphenols in hyperlipidemic rats. Method: Sixty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group (NC), model control group (MC), positive control group (PC, simvastatin group), low dose group of banana peel polyphenols (P1), middle dose group of banana peel polyphenols(P2), high dose group of banana peel polyphenols(P3). The rats in the normal control group were fed with normal diet,and the MC groups were given high fat diet; the PC groups were given high fat diet, and given orally administrated with simvastatin at dose of 10 mg·kg-1, semel in die; the P1, P2, P3,groups were given high fat diet, and orally administrated with banana peel polyphenol (30, 60, 120 mg·kg-1), semel in die. After 40 days rats were sacrificed and blood sample was collected to evaluate serum total cholesterol (TC), serum triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Result: Compared with the NC group, the level of TG(1.14±0.21) mmol·L-1,TC(3.06±0.24)mmol·L-1,LDL-C(2.97±0.12)mmol·L-1 in MC group was increased for, and HDL-C(0.89±0.11)mmol·L-1 level was decreased in rats fed high fat diet(P<0.05),and then the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the treatment groups were decreased, and HDL-C levels were increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: It demonstrates that the banana peel polyphenols could effectivly reduce the levels of blood lipid in hyperlipidemic rats.  
摘要:Objective: The effect of Ersheng decoction on myocardial ischemia in rats. Method: Wistar rats was randomly divided into 5 groups, Ersheng decoction high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group(100, 50, 20 g·kg-1), control group and model group, ten rats in each group. The changes of electrocadiograph (ECG) II lead, serum level of thromboxane A2(TXA2), prostacylin(PGI2) and the content of Bax mRNA, Bcl-2 mRAN on myocardial cells were detected. Result: Compared with model control group, Ersheng decoction group decreased the T wave(P<0.05), and could reduce the blood serum content of TXA2, which was significantly lower in Ersheng decoction high dose group (102.16±9.41)μg·L-1 than that in model group(188.81±38.70)μg·L-1 (P<0.05), increase the serum PGI2 content, which was significantly higher in Ersheng decoction high dose group (112.10±10.45)μg·L-1 than that in model group(36.10±4.26) μg·L-1 (P<0.05); Ersheng decoction could inhibit Bax mRNA expression, up-regulation of Bcl-2 mRNA expression(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ersheng decoction can protect myocardial cells against myocardial ischemia injury, which may be related to regulating expression of Bcl-2 mRNA and Bax mRNA.

摘要:Objective: To observe theexpression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in the livers of rats with hepatic fibrosis, and the effects of total flavone from Litchi chinensis Sonn (TFL) on rats. Method: The rat model of hepatic fibrosis was established by intraperitoneal injection of DMN(dimethylnitrosamine). TFL was orally given at a dose of 100, 200 mg·kg-1·d-1. Colchicine was used as a positive control. After 6 weeks, all rats were sacrificed and their left liver lobes were examined histopathologically. The degree of fibrosis was evaluated by HE and Masson straining; serum levels of alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were detected by an biochemical analytical tool in the laboratory test department of our hospital. The expression of MMP-2 in liver tissue was assessed by S-P immunohistochemical staining using polyclonal antibodies against MMP-2. Result: Serum levels of ALT nad AST were significantly lower in the TFL group and the colchicine group than that in the fibrosis model group (all P<0.05). The degree of hepatic fibrosis in the TFL group was less severe compared with those of the fibrosis model. The expression levels of MMP-2 in the TFL group and colchicine group were lower than in that the liver fibrosis model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: TEL can improve the degree of fibrosis,the mechanism possibly involve the inhibition of the expression of MMP-2.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the cytotoxic effects of apigenin from Mallotus apelta. on proliferation and apoptosis in nude mice bearing human gastric carcinoma. Method: The model of nude mice bearing developed xenografts of the SGC-7901 cell line was established, and mice were administered with apigenin at dose of 600,300, 150 mg·kg-1 by oral and 5-FU at dose of 20 mg·kg-1 by intraperitoneal injection (ip) respectively for 11 days. The weights of the tumor and inhibitory rate of tumor of the nude mice were observed. The morphological changes of apoptosis were observed by transillumination electron microscope. Result: In tumor bearing mice, apigenin at dose of 600, 300 mg·kg-1 and 5-FU could clearly prevented tumor growth in nude mice.The inhibitory rates were 31.78% (P<0.01) and 25.66% (P<0.05) and 49.03% (P<0.01). The nude mice treated with apigenin showed significant morphological changes in different apoptotic phases. Conclusion: The apigenin from M. apelta has obvious antitumor effects and the mechanism may be related to inhibited proliferation and induction of apoptosis in cancer cells.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Yinchenhao Decoction(YCHD) on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) rats induced by high fat diet. Method: NASH model in SD rats was established by feeding high fat diet for 8 weeks,and then the rats were randomized into model group,YCHD high dose group,YCHD low dose group,composite prescription Yiganling group,natural recovery group. Rats in medication groups were administrated ig with corresponding herbs from the 9th week,YCHD groups (4.97,3.31 g·kg-1), prescription Yiganling group (1.265×10-2 g·kg-1) and natural recovery group was given normal diet.After treatment for 4 weeks,the influence of the treatments on blood lipids,liver lipids,antioxidant indexes and serum insulin contents were investigated. Hepatic tissues were detected by HE and oil red staining. Result: The level of total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),malondialdehyde(MDA),insulin(INS),free fatty acids(FFA) ,MDA in liver of YCHD low dose group were significantly lower than those of model group. The activities of glutathine peroxidase (GSH-Px) was significantly higher than that of model group(P<0.05, P<0.01). It can improve the steatosis of liver in rats with NASH.Meanwhile,the level of TG,Ins,MDA in serum and FFA in liver of YCHD high dose group were also significantly lower than those of model group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: YCHD low dose is better than high dose on rats NASH model. YCHD low dose has good effects on NASH rats feeding by high fat diet with disorders of lipid metabolism and hyperinsulinemia for the pathogenesis of NAFLD ‘two-hit’ mechanism by enhancing antioxidant ability and clearing free radical metabolites as well as inhibiting lipid peroxidation.

摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of the Chrysanthemum indicum polysaccharide(CIP) on immunosuppressed mice caused by cyclophosphamide. Method: The mice were randomly divided into four groups (10 in each group): normal control group, model group and CIP groups (high and low dosage). CIP high and low dosage groups were administered intragastrically with CIP at dose of 400, 200 mg·kg-1, respectively once daily for fourteen days. At the tenth day model group and CIP groups were administered with cyclophosphamide by peritoneal injection for four days to induce an immunosuppressed mouse model. The effect on carbon clearance was observed. The weight of the mice,thymus and spleen was measured; the thymus index and spleen index were calculated. The cell immune function was assessed by delayed type hypersensitivity induced by dinitrofluorobenzene in normal mice. The serum level of hemolysin was determined. Result: All the indexes in the model group were reduced(P<0.01). The carbon clearance rate in CIP high and low dosage groups was 0.0278±0.0059 and 0.0199±0.0047 respectively, the phagocytic exponent was 5.3970±0.7356 and 4.8278±0.4801, ear edema was (5.23±0.98) mg and (4.89±1.10) mg, the serum level of hemolysin was 0.410±0.063 and 0.357±0.058. The carbon clearance rate in model group was 0.0134±0.0038,the phagocytic exponent was 4.2316±0.3672, ear edema was (3.21±0.91)mg,the serum level of hemolysin was 0.299±0.032.Compared with model group, all was significantly increased (P<0.01 orP<0.05). Conclusion: CIP can improve the non-specific, humoral and cellular immune functions in cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice.

摘要:Objective: The effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan(LWDH)and Erdong Gao (ED)on the tumorigenesis and the antitumor immune function were studied in a model of chemical carcinogenesis in the mouse lung. Method: Thirty three female Kunming mice with urethane subcutaneous injection(1 g·kg-1·d-1)were randomized into three groups: the control group,the group treated with LWDH(ig, 1.56 g·kg-1·d-1)and the group treated with ED(ig, 0.78 g·kg-1·d-1). The mice were sacrificed after 100 days to investigate the rate of tumor formation by naked eye, pathological section and hematoxylin-eosin staining.The spleen index, thymus index, activity of macrophage and content of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in the blood serum were tested. Result: In the process of lung carcinogenesis, compared with control group,LWDH and ED could reduce the rate of lung chemical carcinogenesis which was 18.2% and 36.4%,respectively. Compared with control group, LWDH and ED could also increase the spleen index, elevate the activity of macrophage(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and decrease the content of TNF-α in the blood serum(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: LWDH and ED can delay the occurrence and development of lung carcinoma induced by urethane through enhancing antitumor immunity and decreasing content of the inflammatory factor.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Shugan capsule (SGC) on behavior,body weight,uterus and ovary index in rats with psychological stress of anger。 Method: Animal model of anger stress was established by indirectly clamping the mice tails according to ZHAN Xianghong's method. The SGC group was given SGC 0.54 g·kg-1d ig for 4 weeks. The behavior was recorded and analyzed as well as BW, uterus and ovary index were used to evaluate the model and effects of SGC. Result: Theopen field test showed that each index changed significantly in model group compared with normal control group(P<0.01),but SGC group have no significant discrepancy;compared with model group,SGC group have significant discrepancy(P<0.05).Body weight and organ index in model group have significant discrepancy compared with normal control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but SGC group have no significant discrepancy;compared with model group,SGC group have or no significant discrepancy. Conclusion: SGC can regulate the abnormal emotion and improve BW and uterus and ovary index.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of salvianolic acid B(Sal-B) on blood glucose,lipid,renal function,insulin levels,as well as insulin and glucose tolerance in rat models with type 2 diabetes. Method: The rat type 2 diabetes model was established by feeding with high glucose and fat diets and intraperitoneally injecting with 30 mg·kg-1 STZ. The rats were divided into four groups: normal, model, diamicron (26.7 mg·kg-1)and Sal-B(187 mg·kg-1) group, corresponding drugs were orally administrated for four weeks. At the end of administration, blood samples were collected, and blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin(HBA), triglyceride, total cholesterol, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and insulin levels were detected. Then insulin sensitivity index was calculated. Insulin sensitivity of rats was evaluated by insulin and glucose tolerance tests. Result: Sal-B and diamicron not only significantly decreased fasting blood glucose and lipid, insulin and HbA1 c levels(P<0.01), but also improved renal function, insulin sensitivity,insulin and glucose tolerance, which were remarkably different from the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Sal-B can lower blood glucose and lipid levels, protect kidney, ameliorate glucose and lipid disorders, and insulin resistance in rat models with type 2 diabetes.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of the Qingpeng paste on synovium angiogenesis and cartilage destruction in rats with adjuvant arthritis(AA). Method: The rat AA models were induced by injection of Freund’s complete adjuvant. Then modeling rats were randomly divided in model group, the Qingpeng paste high-does group and the Qingpeng paste low-does group. The treatment groups were given Qingpeng paste 1.6, 0.4 g·kg-1 on their right-hindlimb for 4 weeks.The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), matrix metalloporoteinase-3(MMP-3), nitric-oxide synthase(iNOS) were observed. HE staining was used to examine the pathology of synovium on joint. Result: Qingpeng paste high-does and low-does significantly decreased the amount of angiogenesis in synovium compared with the left-hindlimb and the control group. Qingpeng paste high-does significantly decreased the expression of VEGF,HIF-1α,iNOS (P<0.05); low-does significantly decreased the expression of VEGF and iNOS(P<0.05),the expression of HIF-1α did not change significantly compare with the left-hindlimb and the control group, but the expression of HIF-1α was decreased. However, the expression of MMP-3 did not decrease significantly in the two groups. Conclusion: Qingpeng paste can alleviate the synovium angiogenesis and protect joint cartilage in AA rats.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Sheng-huang mixtrue on the apoptosis related proteins expression of Bcl-assosiated x protein(Bax), B-cell leukemia/lymphoma 2-like proteins(Bcl-2) and Aspartate-specific cysteinyl proteinase(Caspase-3) in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury rats. Method: SD rats(n=48) were divided randomly into six groups: normal control group, model group, positive control group, low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose Sheng-huang mixtrue groups(n=8). After the drug was administered to the six groups seven days, the Myocardial Ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats was established. TUNEL was used to detect the myocardial apoptosis index,The protein expressions of Bax, Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 were assayed by western blotting. Result: In comparison of the five other groups with model group,Sheng-huang mixture can decrease the myocardial apoptosis index and the protein expressions of Bax and Caspase-3, but increase the protein expressions of Bcl-2 in rats and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax. Among which high dose Sheng-huang mixtrue group decreased much more than other groups. Conclusion: Sheng-huang mixture has the protective effects on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats,which can inhibit the myocardial apoptosis of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by increasing the protein expressions of Bcl-2 and reducing the protein expressions of Bax and Caspase-3.

摘要:Objective: To explore a method for high density cultivation of LO2 hepatocytes using microcarrier, and study the hepatotoxicity and its mechanism of triptolide's major toxic components. Method: With the condition of the cells restricted to attach dish, three-dimensional cultivating of LO2 hepatocytes was carried out by Cytodex-3.The cell growth was observed on the light microscope and the effect of triptolide on liver cell proliferation was detected. Concentrations of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), lactic dehydrogense(LDH), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the supernatant were examined. Content of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) was also examined in the cell lysate. Result: The proliferation of hepatocytes was considerably inhibited and the activity of hepatocytes was decreased by triptolide(100 μg·mL-1). On the other hand, the activity of ALT, AST, LDH was increased by triptolide(100 μg·mL-1). The content of MDA was increased, and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were decreased by triptolide(100 μg·mL-1). Conclusion: The triptolide could do harm to hepatocytes, which may be caused by the lipid peroxidation of hepatocytes.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the main chemical constituents of volatile oil in Artemisia argyi from Gansu, and explore its genotoxicity in mice. Method: ①Constituents analysis: the chemical constituents of volatile oil in A. argyi were separated and identified by GC-MS, the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. ②Micronucleus assay: thirty Kunming pregnant mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, ig given with peanut oil in equal volume; volatile oil 2,1, 0.5 mL·kg-1 groups, ig given volatile oil; and positive control group, ip given cyclophosphamide(CP) 40 mg·kg-1.The normal control group and volatile group were ig administrated once a day from the 12th day of pregnancy to the 16 th day, for 5 d, while positive control group was ip given CP on the 15th day of pregnancy for 2 d.On the 16th day, the pregnant mice in each group were sacrificed to take out the embryo from mice, micronucleus test of adult mice bone marrow cells and fetal mice hepatocytes were carried out. ③Sperm abnormality assay: forty male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, the doses and administration of each group were similar to micronucleus test. The drugs was administered for 5 days. After 35 d of first medication, the mice were sacrificed to take out the epididymis and produce the sperm smear, and examination of sperm deformity was carried out. Result: Seventy-two components were isolated from volatile oil and fifty-six of them were identified, which was about 90.83% of all components. Compared with control group, the micronucleus rates of bone marrow and fetal hepatic cell and teratospermia number were all significantly increased (P<0.05) at a oral dose of 2 mL·kg-1; only the micronucleus rate on fetal liver was increased significantly (P<0.05) with the oral dose of 1 mL·kg-1; there was no statistic difference in any of the indexes at the dose of 0.5 mL·kg-1. Conclusion: The main chemical components of volatile oil in A. argyi from Gansu are 1, 8-cineole(20.45%), artemisia alcohol (12.12%),camphor(6.99%), Artemisia ketone(5.85%), L-borneol (4.27%),et al. A potential dose-related genotoxicity of volatile oil in A. argyi has been verified in this research.

摘要:Objective: To explore the acute toxicity of sophocarpine and oxysophoca rpine in Kunming mice. Method: The drugs were administered in mice via the tail vein injection. The toxic reactions were recorded and the medium lethal dose (LD50) was calculated by spss 13.0. Result: The LD50 of sophocarpine and oxysophocarpine was 63.94, 250.37 mg·kg-1, its 95% confidence interval was 56.49-73.08 mg·kg-1 and 219.05-288.02 mg·kg-1, respectively. Conclusion: Acute toxicity experiment showed that the sophocarpine and oxysophocarpine have some toxic effects on mice, and the former is more poisonous than the latter.  
摘要:Objective: To observe efficiency of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for pneumonia cough (syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung). Method: Multi-center, single-blind randomized controlled trial method was used, and 162 cases were divided into the treatment group (n=101) and the control group (n=61). The control group was given cefoperazone sodium intravenous drip, every time 2.0 g, 2 twice a day, and cooperated with symptomatic treatment; and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment combined with the western medicine, 10 days being as one course. Result: in the treatment group 48 cases were cured, 40 cases were markedly improved, 13 cases was effective, recovery rate was 47.52%, the cure and marked effectiveness rate was 87.13%; In the control group 18 cases was cured, 25 cases were markedly improved, 17 cases showed effective, recovery rate was 29.51%, the cure and marked effectiveness rate was 70.49%.The clinical effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine for pneumonia cough (syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung) is significant.

摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Jianpi fang for treating the patients with colon cancer after surgical operation. Method: Sixty cases of patients with colon cancer after surgical operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The all patients underwent radical resection, two days after the observation group was given the treatment of Yiqi Jianpi fang, the control group was given only conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy was evaluated in after one month of continuous treatment, the postoperative first exhaust and defecation time, the white blood cell(WBC) count were observed, th bowel function recovery time and adverse circumstances of the two groups were compared. Result: The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score of observation group was 86.7%, the was control group 66.7%, the difference was significant between the two groups (P<0.01). The effective rate of kamofsky performance status(KPS) score of observation group was 90.0%, the control group was 70.0%, the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.01). After treatment the WBC count of observation group was significantly lower than the control group, compared the difference was significant (P<0.05). The first exhaust and defecation time of observation group was significantly ahead of schedule, compared with the control group the difference was significant (P<0.05). The Ⅲ-Ⅳ adverse events incidence rate of observation group was 20.0%, the control group was 73.3%, the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: The Yiqi Jianpi fang for treating the patients with colon cancer after surgical operation has better clinical efficacy, can promote postoperative recovery of bowel function, reduce the postoperative inflammatory response, and can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction and degree of occurrence. So it is safe and valuable as a treatment method for the colon cancer after surgical operation.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaifang oral liquid in the treatment for children with fever of acute upper respiratory infection(AURI). Method: Sixty-six qualified children with AURl were enrolled in this study and divided randomly into two groups: on the basis of conventional treatment, 32 cases were treated with Chaifang oral liquid as Chinese medicine treatment group, 34 cases were treated with ribavirin as western medicine controll group. With 3 day course of treatment,patients were observed for changes in temperature, primary clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment for comparing efficacy. Result: ① Compared the temperature cooling time, the time of Chaifang oral liquid group was (2.8±1.3)days, the time of controlled group was (3.8±1.0)days,there is a statistical difference (P<0.01). The cooling start time (descended 0.5℃ by our standards), that was (2.0±1.1)days in Chaifang oral liquid group,the time in controlled group was (2.8±1.1)days,there is a statistical difference (P<0.01). ② In Chaifang oral liquid treatment group, the total efficacy of pyrexia extinction was 84.4%. In controll group, the total efficacy of pyrexia extinction was 64.7%, there is a statistical difference within two groups (P<0.05). ③ After treatment,patients were observed changes in clinical symptoms and signs,such as pharyngalgia,cough and stuffy nose, the rates of symptom disappearance in Chaifang oral liquid treatment group were higher than those in the control group, there is a statistical difference (P<0.05) for the cough disappearance rate. Conclusion: Chaifang oral liquid is better than Western medicine for body temperature cooling and it can markedly improve clinical symptoms and signs. It is an effective prescription in the supplementary treatment for children with AURI. Thus, Chaifang oral liquid deserves popularization in clinical practice.  
摘要:Objective: To observe Wushen Shunmai capsule combined with low dose amiodarone on maintenance of sinus rhythm, P wave dispersion(Pd), left atrial diameter (LAD) and left ventricular shoot ejection fraction (LVEF) in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF) after the restoration of sinus rhythm. Method: PAF patients (100 patients), who received intravenous amiodarone converted to sinus rhythm, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (50 patients) was received oral low dose amiodarone alone, the treatment group was received Wushen Shunmai capsule on the basis of the control group.Two groups were treated continuously for 6 months. Result: There were no significant difference on rate of sinus rhythm maintenance in 15 d, 1 month after maintenance of sinus rhythm therapy between the two groups,the sinus rhythm maintenance rates of the treatment group(85.1%,80.9%) were significantly higher than the control group (71.1%,57.8%) at 6,12 months after maintenance of sinus rhythm therapy, (allP<0.05). At 12 months after maintenance of sinus rhythm therapy the Pmax, Pd, LAD of the treatment group was significantly shorter than before treatment(P<0.01) and the control group(all P<0.05). The LVEF of the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01) and the control group (P<0.05);Wushen Shunmai capsule had no adverse reaction. Conclusion: It was the good effect with safety that Wushen Shunmai capsule combination with low dose amiodarone for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation to maintain sinus rhythm, better than amiodarone alone, significantly reducing the maximum P wave duration and P wave dispersion, reduce the left atrial diameter, and improve left ventricular ejection fraction.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. Method: Eighty cases of hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. Two groups of patients after admission were given constraints on protein intake, removed incentives, supplement of albumin, maintained the electrolyte disorders such as symptomatic treatment. The observation group while giving the effect of Xingnaojing injection in 20 mL+250 mL 5% glucose injection, intravenous drip, 1 times a day; also the prototype of valley reduced glutathione 0.6 g+250 mL intravenous saline infusion, 1 times a day. The 2 groups were treated for 10 days as 1 course of treatment, after treatment the efficacy in the two groups was evaluated. Result: Significant efficiency was observed in observation group 62.50%, control group 45%(P<0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was 95%, control group 80%(P<0.05). After treatment, AST, ALT, TBil, blood ammonia level in observation group were (143.93±75.41), (124.45±74.43)U·L-1, (155.92±71.21), (131.43±49.16) μmol·L-1;in control group they were respectively (113.75±70.58) U·L-1, (94.32±42.64) U·L-1, (117.31±61.23),(91.33±39.15) μmol·L-1, compared with before treatment in two groups of AST, ALT, TBil, blood ammonia levels decreased significantly (P<0.05), the observation group was improved more than control group (P<0.05). Fever, convulsions, consciousness disturbance, meningeal irritation, cranial nerve involvement disappearance time, EEG, cerebrospinal fluid to restore the normal time, the average hospitalization time in observation group were better than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with reduced glutathione for treatment of hepatic encephalopathy is significant.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Barui particles on hand-foot-mouth disease. Method: One hundred children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Bairui particles and ribavirin,whereas the control group was treated with ribavirin. Two groups were treated for a period of five days. The body temperature, deflorescencewere and oral ulceration were observed. Result: The difference of total effective rate was significant between two groups. The cure days of treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Therapeutic effect of Bairui particles on hand-foot-mouth disease is significant, which can ease symptoms and shorten the duration of illness.  
摘要:Objective: This article is to analyse the compatible rules and the mechanism of the clinical application between Dioscoreae Rhizoma and Poria,which could offer some suggestions to highlight the importance of compatibility of medicines in clinics. Method: Dioscoreae Rhizoma and Poria are both traditional Chinese medicine in common clinical use. Based on the compatible mechanism,combination character and the modern relative research,we collect and record the formulae containing Dioscoreae Rhizoma from the classic format Formula Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine into Excel.Then we have an analysis of the compatible mechanism and the clinical sense of Dioscoreae Rhizoma and Poria. Result: The kind of traditonal Chinese drugs of highest frequency combined with Dioscorea opposita Thunb. is tonic drug. The traditonal Chinese drug of highest frequency combined with Dioscorea opposita Thunb. is Poria cocos(Schw.)wolf. Conclusion: The combination of Dioscoreae Rhizoma and Poria has wider use in clinics through reinforcing and reducing methods,which is the reference of more value for the clinics and health protection.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the joint Shenmai injection with Leucogen tablets for leukopenia after chemotherapy. Method: Sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=30 each). Two groups were given Leucogen tablets, vitamin C tablets, vitamin B tablets in the treatment, while giving the observation group Shenmai injection. Two groups are treated for 4 weeks for a course, a clinical effect observed after treatment and changes in white blood cells. Result: The observation group was 36.67% significant efficiency, the control group was 20.00%, comparison showed significant difference (P<0.05); the total effective rate was 76.67% in the observation group, 66.67% in the control group(P<0.05). In both groups, the white blood cell count after the first week of treatment was rapidly reduced, compared with before treatment (P<0.05). Two weeks after treatment, white blood cell count in two groups continued to decline, with significant difference before treatment (P<0.05); 3 weeks after treatment had rebounded. The white blood cell count was(3.58±0.4)×109/L in the observation group and (2.82±0.6)×109/L in the controls after 3 weeks treatment (P<0.05);and (4.58±0.85)×109/L and (3.20±0.74)×109/L after 4 weeks treatment accordingly(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenmai injection with Leucogen tablets for leukopenia after chemotherapy is effective.  
摘要:With the new materials, new technologies and new emerging carriers, the research of novel dosage form of podophyllotoxin and its derivatives is opening up a broader prospect. Relevant literatures are collected, compiled for review. The applications of podophyllotoxin in liposome nanoparticles, layered double hydroxide, drug-loaded polymer micelles, and other new drug carrier system and its anti-tumor effect were introduced. The podophyllotoxin derivatives etoposide microspheres, oral microemulsion, nano-liposomes,β-cyclodextrin and other new formulations for anti-cancer in targeted therapy, increasing the solubility of hydrophobic drugs, sustained-release effect of the drug were also introduced. Further studies on podophyllotoxin and its derivatives as novel targeted agents will reduce toxicity and enhance the characteristics of anti-tumor effect. All these could serve as referential basis for the reasonable development of podophyllotoxin and its derivatives with new formulations.

摘要:To review and analysis the literature of Tripterygium’s property, efficacy, application and mechanism research. Use ‘Tripterygium wilfordii’ as the theme word, ‘medicinal properties’,‘medicinal study’, ‘mechanistic investigation’, ‘xperimental research’ as free words search in Chinese database, such as Chinese periodical full-text database, VIP database retrieval. Use‘Tripterygium’, ‘T. wilfordii’, ‘thunder god vine’, ‘Leigongteng’ as the theme word, ‘traditional Chinese medicine’s property’, ‘property’, ‘mechanism shudy’, ‘experimental study’ as free words search in the foreign language databases such as Medline, EMbase search, besides, tracking their references, and reference some books. Except some repetitive research literature, we collect 38 literature relevant to our purpose. On the basis of these literature and related books, this paper first reviews the related literature of T. wilfordii’s property, than summarizes its efficacy and clinical application, analyses its mechanism research at last.Although T. wilfordii has been widely used in the treatment of various diseases, its property is controversial, its mechanism of action is not so clear, the clinical application is unreasonable, we should carry out its mechanism research under the guidance of its property theory, and use the contacted, developed thoughts in order to make it more effectively, reasonable implicated in clinical.

摘要:By analysing and summarizing the literature about Chinese medicine’s reatment of atherosclerosis(AS) in recent years,finding four kinds of methods about treatmenting AS,including eliminating stasis,eliminating toxin and heat,nourishing liver and kidney and interference blood.Successful treatment of AS mainly through adjusting the lipid metabolism,improving the blood rheology,limiting the inflammation cell infiltrates,limiting the immune factor expression and interfering theatherosclerotic plaque.This paper affirms the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the advantage of Chinese medicine’s reatment of AS and puts forward the future treatment of AS that should be put in stable of vulnerability patches in order to provide effective basis for treating AS by combinatng western medicine with Chinese medicine in the future.

Subject terms such as Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, harvesting, packaging and storage are used as a keyword to retrieve the related literature from CNKI and Wanfang Data, 19 articles of which are summarized and analyzed. The quality of medicinal substances and decoction pieces of Menthae Haplocalycis Herba is closely related to its sources of varieties, harvest processing and packaging storage. The proper harvest processing and good packaging storage of Menthae Haplocalycis Herba is very significant to the improvement of the quality of medicinal substances and decoction pieces of Menthae Haplocalycis Herba and to the guarantee of clinical efficacy.

摘要:Studies on production examples of vacuum belt drying technology in Chinese traditional medicine extract to promote the application of the new equipment vacuum belt drier in traditional Chinese medicine industry. With consulting 23 references from journals database, comparing with conventional technologies and investigating the development status of belt-drying technology at home and abroad, we summarize the optimal craft condition, including crawler speed, heating temperature, water content of the extract and feed rate by mathematical modeling, quadrature analysis and comprehensive analysis in criterion of product moisture, drying rate and drug content, and thereby lay the foundation for technology standards in this field. Vacuum belt drying technology is the most advanced drying methods which has the advantage of saving energy and achieving a higher active ingredient content. However, a generally accepted technical standard has not yet been formed. Therefore, development of computer analysis software and building up of automatic monitoring technology and on-line measuring technology are needed to be combined with to simplify the process optimization and expand the scope of application.

摘要:Yangqi manage the spirit,the change of yangqi will lead to the disorders of the human's spirit. The typical clinical manifestations and disease characteristics of depression precisely in line with the characteristics of if Yangqi doesn’t inspire,the spirit will be depressed. This paper analyzed Pro. Ding Yuanqing's new recognition for pathogenesis of depression from the persepective of circulation and movement of Yangqi, yingqi and Weiqi,that is if Yangqi was stagnated, the spirit would be depressed. The vast majority of clinical manifestations due to the stagnation of Yangqi, which result in the malnutrition and decadent of the spirit. So the crucial therapy of depression is dredging Yangqi to relieve stagnation, make the heart serenely is an important part of treatment of depression. Around the basic pathogenesis, this paper introduced Pro. Ding Yuanqing’s prescription and medication of depression, and his clinical experience, in order to provide reference for the clinical syndrome and treatment of depression.  
摘要:This paper, further exploring etiology, pathogenesis,characteristics and clinical syndromes of prediabetes,aims to emphasis on the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)’s theory on prediabetes,combination of TCM’s differential treatment, and health care methods to intervene and prevention diabetes early.Inputing the keywords "spleen hate" and "prediabetes"on CNKI database for searching,and retrieval time span from 2002 to 2012, the retrieval source category as the core journals.Removal in the search results of epidemiological investigation, the report of the meeting, western experimental study. Entering the keywords 'spleen hate’to retrieve 15 relevant literature,thus the keywords 'prediabetes’ to retrieve 169 relevant literature.By screening the remaining literature of the eligible total of 45.Throughout the history of development of Chinese medicine, ancient physicians attach more importance to diabetes than to spleen hate, and lack of comprehensive understanding on the etiology and pathogenesis, the evolution of syndromes and overall in treating law of the spleen hate.Therefore, this article from the perspective of Chinese medicine spleen hate understanding of prediabetes, provides a theoretical basis for the prevention of diabetes from the source, highlight the 'treating disease’ideas to improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine, highlighting the characteristic of TCM.
