      摘要:Objective: Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (TCMISS) to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for insomnia collected in the book of. Method: Collect and sift the prescriptions used for insomnia in the book of, then enter into the TCMISS one by one, by using the excavation method from the integration of the software to analyze composing principles of the collected prescriptions. Result: Based on the analysis of 438 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed, six new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: TCMISS is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine, and can be used to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for diabetic foot connected in the conferences of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance system. Method: The prescriptions using for diabetic foot in the conferences of CNKI were collected.The composing principles were analyzed using revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering in the TCM inheritance system after data entry. Result: Based on the analysis on 110 case of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed, 41 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system can be used for entry, administration, search and analysis of the prescriptions and is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate film-forming properties of main film-forming materials in water extraction liquid and different concentration ethanol extraction liquid of Platycladus orientalis leaf,then to provide references for selection and application of film-forming material from Chinese medicine spray membrane agent containing P. orientalis leaf. Method: According to solubility of film-forming material,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP), polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),ethyl cellulose(EC) and methyl cellulose(MC) were selected as film-forming materials, membrane structure photos was analyzed by microscopy and image capture software,film-forming property of film-forming materials was investigated in water extraction liquid and different concentration ethanol extraction liquid of P. orientalis leaf. Result: Film-forming properties of PVP-K30 and PVP-K90 in water extraction liquid and different concentration ethanol extraction liquid of P. orientalis leaf was very fine;PVA in water extraction liquid and the concentration of 20%,40%,60% ethanol extraction liquid could form film,but surface of membrane was uneven and rough;Film-forming property of EC in extraction solution of 100% ethanol was very fine,but it was poor in extraction solution of 80% ethanol,membrane structure was not obvious;Film-forming properties of MC in water extraction liquid and different concentration ethanol extraction liquid of P. orientalis leaf were very well,it could form a layer of thick and dense film;Film-forming property of PVB was excellent only in extraction solution of 100% ethanol. Conclusion: Choice of film-forming material had a relationship with polarity of extraction solvent for extraction liquid of P. orientalis leaf;Film-forming properties of PVP-K30 were fine in water extraction liquid and different concentration ethanol extraction liquid of P. orientalis leaf,it was optimum choice of film-forming material for Chinese medicine spray film agent and film agent containing P. orientalis leaf.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate in vitro percutaneous penetration law of Sanhuang spray in mice. Method: Vertical modified Franz diffusion cell device was used with the content of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride as indexes,index ingredients in receiving liquid were determined by HPLC. Result: Transdermal rates of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride were 42.35,49.99 μg·cm-2·h-1,respectively;Average cumulative penetration rate of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in 6 h were 19.51%,7.17%,respectively. Conclusion: In vitro transdermal absorption effect in mice of Sanhuang spray was ideal, transdermal behavior was in accordance with zero-level equation.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize molding technology of Yuhong Shengji gel. Method: With forming property,delicate and stability of gel as indexes,matrix type and molding technology of Yuhong Shengji gel were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimized molding technology was:2% cabomer-980NF as gel matrix,5% glycerol as wetting agent,1% tween-80 as solubilizer, ethylparaben as preservative. Conclusion: Optimized molding technology was simple and feasible,prepared samples had good stability.

      摘要:Objective: To establish determination method of in virto release of Brucea javanica oil self-microemulsion. Method: The content of oleic acid from B. javanica oil was determined by GC method,to determine optimum conditions of dissolution determination of B. javanica oil self-microemulsion.Chromatographic conditions were:DB-FFAP capillary column (0.25 mm×30 m,0.25 μm),column temperature of 205 ℃, temperture of inlet and detector were 220 ℃,sample volume 1 μL. 0.1 mol·L-1 HCl as dissolution medium, hard capsule shell as a carrier,in vitro release of B. javanica oil self-microemulsion drug delivery system was determined by rotating basket method. Result: Cumulative dissolution of B. javanica oil self-microemulsion was 90% in 15 min. Conclusion: This determination method was accurate and reliable, and it could be used for quality control of B. javanica oil self-microemulsion.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of total flavonoids from Nervilia fordii by central composite design and response surface methodology. Method: Central composite design was used with the concentration of ethanol,extraction time and the amount of ethanol as independent variables,the content of total flavonoids as dependent variables,each level was done with multiple linear regression and binomial fitting.Technology parameters was optimized by response surface methodology,and predictive analysis was carried out by comparing observed and predicted value. Result: Established mathematical model had high multiple correlation coefficients,relationship between factors and indexes was suitable for fitting with binomial equation(R2=0.987 0), verification test result and model prediction value had small deviation.Optimum extraction process was:extracted 2 times with 30 times the amount of 65% ethanol,75 min per time. Conclusion: This optimized process was simple,and had well prediction,it was suitable for development and utilization of total flavonoids from N. fordii.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare baicalin liposome gel and transfersome gel,and to compare in vitro transdermal property of them. Method: Baicalin liposome gel and transfersome gel were prepared with carbopol 981 as accessories,modified Franz diffusion cell was used,isolated rat skin as transdermal barrier, unit area cumulative permeation quantity of baicalin was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Result: Unit area cumulative permeation quantities of baicalein liposome gel and transfersome gel in 24 h were (38.00±2.51),(43.27±2.39)μg·cm-2 respectively, in vitro transdermal property of them were in line with Higuchi pharmacokinetics equation. Conclusion: Without pressure, baicalin transfersome gel had similar in vitro tansdermal property with ordinary liposome gel.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize water extraction process of Anemarrhena asphodeloides in Ermu granule. Method: With the content of timosaponin BⅡ, mangiferin and yield of dry extract as indexes to do comprehensive evaluation, orthogonal test was designed to investigate water extraction parameters,such as solvent usage, infiltration time, extraction time and extraction times. Result: Extraction times had significant effect on water extraction process, and optimum extraction process was A1B1C1D3,that A. asphodeloides pieces was added six times the amount of water without infiltration, extracted three times with 30 min each time. Conclusion: This optimized process was stable, reasonable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize inclusion process of volatile oil from Chanfukang granule. Method: Inclusion process was carried out by saturated aqueous solution method,inclusion process was optimized by uniform design with inclusion ratio of volatile oil as index,taking ratio of volatile oil to β-CD,inclusion temperature and inclusion time as factors,and physical phase of inclusion complex was verified. Result: Optimum inclusion process was as follows:ratio of volatile oil to β-CD 1∶8,inclusion temperature 40 ℃,inclusion time 140 min.Inclusion rate of volatile oil was as high as 75% under these optimized technology conditions.Validation result showed that inclusion compound had been formed. Conclusion: This optimized inclusion process was reasonable,stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction process of alantolactone and isoalantolactone from Inula helenium. Method: Based on single-factor test,orthogonal design was used to optimize extraction technology of I. helenium with the concentration of ethanol, ratio of solid-liquid, ultrasonic-time and extraction times as factors. Result: Optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 2 times with 15 times the amount of 65% ethanol,30 min per time. Under such conditions, the content of alantolactone and isoalantolactone were 28.647,13.963 mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To compare changes of content of berberine hydrochloride and yield of dry extract between pieces and powder of Phellodendri chinense in different boiling time. Method: HPLC was used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride and yield of dry extract from decoction of pieces and powder of P. chinense at different decoction time. Result: The content of berberine hydrochloride and yield of dry extract in powder were both greatly more than they were in pieces of P. chinense during 5-60 min, there was a significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: This study verified that Chinese medicine decoction had advantages of time-saving and energy-saving, in order to provid new ideas for application form innovation of traditional Chinese medicine pieces.

      摘要:Objective: To preliminary study on mobility and compression characteristics of D opposita powder and direct compression accessories. Method: Mobility of D. opposita powder and direct compression accessories were described by powder comprehensive characteristic test,compression characteristics of D. opposita powder was described by compression process and mechanical properties,at the same time,mathematical model method was used to evaluate and analyze compression process. Result: The compressability of Dioscorea opposita powder is poor. Though the compression characteristics of the two have similarities in Kawkita equation, they have greater differences in a great deal of respects in porosity-pressure relationship and Heckel equation. So the evaluations need comprehensive analysis and test. Conclusion: Related parameter of powder characteristics or mathematical model could be characterized features of Chinese medicine powder and direct compression excipient,however,relationship or regularity between physical properties and compression formability of drug powder were still need to be clarified.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare genistein liposomes containing cholesterol or stigmasterol, investigate and compare difference of thermal stability of liposomes containing different sterols according to thermodynamic parameters. Method: Blank and drug-containing liposomes were prepared by film dispersion method, Thermodynamic parameters were determined by differential scanning calorimetry technique,which including transition temperature and enthalpy. Result: Both transition temperature and enthalpy of drug-containing liposomes were lower than those of blank liposomes.In the case of the same composition,both transition temperature and enthalpy of liposomes containing stigmasterol were no significant difference to those containing cholesterol. Conclusion: Genistein could incorporate into hydrophobic region of the liposomes membrane and interact with hydrophobic tails of phospholipid molecules,difference of thermal stability between liposomes containing stigmasterol and that containing cholesterol was very small, which imply that cholesterol could be replaced by stigmasterol as membranes component of genistein liposomes.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss affect of different processing methods on the content of total flavonoids and analgesic effect in Artemisiae indica. Method: The content of total flavonoids from A. indica was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer;Analgesic effect of different processed products on mice was conducted by twisting test and hot plate method. Result: The content of total flavonoids from different processed products of A. indica was as follows:wine-fried>vinegar-fried>raw products.Compared with raw products,the content of total flavonoids from vinegar fried products increased by 6.60%,wine fried products increased by 7.46%;In twisting method, analgesic ratio of vinegar fried products increased by 27.11% as raw products,wine fried products increased by 29.11%;In hot plate method,analgesic effect of vinegar fried products and wine fried products was improved greatly as raw products, which was caused by hot plate. Conclusion: Raw products,vinegar fried products and wine fried products of A. indica had obvious inhibition on twisting response in mice which was caused by glacial acetic acid,they all could increase the pain threshold caused by hot plate of different periods in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize vacuum extraction process parameters of Carthamus tinctorius. Method: With transfer rate and dry extract ratio of hydroxysafflor yellow A as indexes,orthogonal test was used to investigate the amount of water,degree of vacuum,extraction time,extaction times and other factors,and compared with document method and ordinary pressure boiling method. Result: Optimized vacuum extraction process was:adding 12 times the amount of water to extract 3 times with 20 min each time,vacuity was -0.045--0.055 MPa.Optimized method was better than document method and ordinary pressure boiling method. Conclusion: Optimized process was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Xiangcao Guchi tincture. Method: Using the content of α-cyperone and wedelolactone in extraction liquid and yield of dry extract as indexes, the content of them were determined by HPLC, yield of extract was determined by baking method, ethanol percolation method was used,orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction process conditions with the concentration of ethanol, immersion time and velocity as factors. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows: The concentration of ethanol 60%, velocity was 5 mL·min-1, and impregnated percolation time was 24 h. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology was stable and reasonable, it could apply to industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To preliminary determine extraction and purification process of triterpenoid acids effective part from Crataegus pinnatifida. Method: Four extraction methods and three purification methods of triterpenoid acids effective part were compared,extraction and purification technology test was investigated with the content of triterpenoid acids as index. Result: Extraction efficiency of triterpenoid acids was optimum by alkaline alcohol water extraction method,triterpenoid acids were basic extracted completely.Purity of triterpenoid acids was more than 70% by activated carbon adsorption crystallization purification method. Conclusion: Optimized extraction and purification method was efficient, simple, easy to large scale, they were suitable for extraction and purification process of triterpenoid acids effective part from C. pinnatifida.

      摘要:Objective: To compare purification effect of saponins from Ziziphus jujube with different types of macroporous adsorption resin,and to optimize its purification technology. Method: With jujuboside A as index,the content of it was determined by HPLC-ELSD.Types of macroporous resin were optimized by static adsorption and dynamic adsorption method, purification technology of it was investigated by orthogonal test and single factors test. Result: For jujuboside A,there was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.216-2.16 μg,average recovery was 95.77%, RSD was 0.71%. ADS-7 macroporous resin could effectively remove pigment with better purification effect of total saponins than other resins,optimum technological parameters were:column height-diameter ratio of 3∶1, the concentration of liquid 1.0 g·mL-1, absorption velocity 1.0 BV·h-1, resin adsorption quantity 0.4 g·g-1,elution solvent 70% ethanol, elution speed 2 BV·h-1, elution solvent volume 4 BV. Conclusion: ADS-7 macroporous resin had a good purification effect on jujuboside A,optimized technology was stable,feasible,it could be used for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction and purification technology for Dahuang Tongqi oral liquid. Method: With volume of volatile oil as index, orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology of volatile oil from Aucklandia lappa,Citrus sinensis and so on with soaking time,extraction times,the amount of water as factors;With yield of water extract,total content of rhein,emodin and chrysophanol as indexes,orthogonal test was used to investigate factors of water extraction process for Dahuang Tongqi oral liquid,such as extraction time, extraction times and the amount of water;With yield of dry extract,total extraction ratio of rhein,emodin and chrysophanol as indexes,orthogonal test was used to investigate factors of ethanol precipitation process for Dahuang Tongqi oral liquid,such as relative density of liquid,the concentration of ethanol and alcohol precipitation time. Result: Optimized extraction technology of volatile oil was:distilling 2 h with 4 times the amount of water;optimum water extraction technology was:boiling 2 h with 8 times the amount of water,2 h per time;optimized alcohol precipitation process was:concetrated to relative density of 1.20 (80 ℃),95% ethanol was added to liquid contained ethanol of 50%,alcohol precipitation time 24 h. Conclusion: Optimized extraction and purification technology for Dahuang Tongqi oral liquid was reasonable and feasible,it was suitable for requirements of industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of the content of three alkaloids 3-methyl-canthin-5,6-dione, 4-methoxy-5-hydroxycanthin-6-one and 4,5-dinethoxycanthin-6-one in Picrasmae Ramulus et Folium. Method: The determination was carried out with Phenomenex Gemini C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.25 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate buffer(pH 4.0 by HAC)(A)-acetonitrile(B) with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was at 254 nm. Result: 3-methyl-canthin-5,6-dione,three reference substances were in good linearity between 0.004 56-0.182 40,0.012-0.480,0.002 6-0.104 0 μg(r≥0.999 9),and the average recovery was greater than 96.72%(RSD<0.78%). Conclusion: The determination method is simple and convenient,stable and repeatable,it would provided a reliable approach to evaluate and control the quality of Picrasmae Ramulus et Folium.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC assay method for trollioside and determine its content in the flowers of Trollius chinensis commercially available in China. Method: High performance liquid chromatography was employed using kromasil C18 ODS column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), and mobile phase comprising acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid solution (gradient:0-30 min, 2%-100% A) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detecting wavelength of 258 nm. Result: A good linear relationship was demonstrated for trollioside within 0.115 8-1.042 2 μg and the content of trollioside in nine batches of the flowers of T. chinensis commercially available in China was within 0-0.058%. Conclusion: This assay method is good in terms of precision, accuracy and repeatability and can be used for determination of the content of trollioside.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for simultaneous determination of four active components in Baihu Decoction. Method: Simultaneous determination of neomangiferin, mangiferin, liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Baihu Decoction by HPLC. An Alltima C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile and 25 mmol·L-1 of KH2PO4 solution in gradient elution, the detection wavelength was set at 256 nm, the column temperature was kept at 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. Result: The linear range of neomangiferin, mangiferin, liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate was 0.15-3.00 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.10-2.00 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.04-0.80 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.04-0.80μg (r=0.999 9) separately. The average recovery was between 95.0%-104.5% for four ingredients. Conclusion: The method is convenient, stable, reliable and suitable for quality control of Baihu decoction.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of germacrone in Curcuma kwangsiensis. Method: After using the orthogonal test to optimize extracting conditions,germacrone was separated on Phenomenex C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column and detected at 217 nm,with 76% acetonitrile as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Germacrone was linear in the range of 0.056 7-2.324 7 μg (r=0.999 99) and the average recovery of germacrone was 98.05% with RSD 0.69%.The most and the least content of germacrone in C. kwangsiensis was from Rong county and Pingnan county respectively.The germacrone in processed root tubers and stems and leaves of C. kwangsiensis were much less than that in the root tubers dried in the shade. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and rapid.The conternt of germacrone in C. kwangsiensis from different producing areas,medicinal parts and processed products make a great difference.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Microcos paniculata by HPLC for the quality control. Method: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by the Waters Xbridge C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of methanol and 0.05% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1; the wavelength was set at 320 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. Result: Twenty main common peaks were selected in the standard fingerprint and three peaks of them were identified as vitexin, isovitexin and narcissoside. There were fifteen samples fingerprints with good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.90 compared with the standard fingerprint in nineteen different samples of M. paniculata, while others were higher than 0.75. Conclusion: The method with good reproducibility is simple and accurate, it can be applied for quality assessment for M. paniculata.

      摘要:Objective: A method for the quality control of Nervilia fordii was developed, and the quality of 14 batches of N. fordii purchased from different markets was investigated. Method: Rutin and AlCl3-HAc-NaAc(pH 5.5)system were employed as reference substance and chromogenic reagent, respectively, the total flavonoids of N. fordii were measured by UV spectrophotometry at the 405 nm. Result: The linear relationship of rutin was in the range of 0.007 28-0.030 8 g·L-1(r=1.000). The average recovery was 99.78% (RSD 1.94%). The range of the amount of the total flavonoids of 14 batches of N. fordii was 1.25%-3.12%. Conclusion: This method was proved to be simple, quick, accurated, stable and reliable, and it could be used to determine the total flavonoids of N. fordii.

Method: GC was used to determine the content of patchouli alcohol in Baoji Wan under different sterilizations,such as unsterilized, microwave sterilization-A, microwave sterilization-B, wet microwave disinfection-A, wet microwave disinfection-B, moist heat sterilization, Co-60 radiation sterilization. Result: The content of patchouli alcohol in Baoji Wan, which under microwave sterilization(A) was comparatively large. Conclusion: We could choose the microwave sterilization could be chosen to improve the content of patchouli alcohol.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the differences of chemical composition between extracts of Sijunzi Tang prepared by traditional decocting together and single,with fingerprint technology. Method: The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution; the flow rate was 0.6 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 25 ℃ and UV detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Result: The ratio of the compositions and its main chemical substances was different between the two extracts.There were 20 peaks in the fingerprint of compatible granules of Sijunzi Tang,and the extract rate of the main chemical substances was higher in extrat decocted together than in extract decocted single. Conclusion: There are some differences in chemical substances and compositions,ratio being different in the extracts traditional of Sijunzi Tang made by decocting together and single,which is provide some scientific reference for the clinical application Sijunzi Tang.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the antioxidant ability and preliminarily screen antioxidant components in Tibetan medicine Sanguo Tang San with TLC-bioautograhpy,HPLC fingerprinting and spectrophotography. Method: The antioxidant ability of Sanguo Tang San from different areas, single herbs and formula's chemical components, including gallic acid, ethyl gallate, ellagic acid and corilagin, were initially evaluated. And then the analysis methods for antioxidant components were established. Result: Sanguo Tang San from different sources had similar antioxidant activity revealed, as well as gallic acid had the best antioxidant activity of all components. It indicated that gallic acid might be one of the major antioxidant active components in Sanguo Tang San from different resources. Conclusion: This method was accurate and reliabile,which supplied scientific basis for further exploring antioxidant components of Sanguo Tang San.

      摘要:Objective: To study the determination methods for naphthoquine by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry(UV) and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC),to provide data for the quantitative determination of naphthoquine. Method: To UV, 0.05 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid was used to dissolve the sample then test at wavelength 341 nm.HPLC was achieved on a Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) utilizing a mobile phase which consisted of acetonitrile and 0.25% diethylamine(pH 2.5)(23∶77). The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was at 342 nm. Result: To UV,naphthoquine has a good linearity at the range of 5.1-15.3 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery is 100.0% with RSD 0.3%(n=9).As to HPLC, naphthoquine has a good linearity at the range of 0.16-0.8 μg (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 99.9% with RSD 0.2%(n=9).The assay results among UV,HPLC and non-aqueous titration showed little difference. Conclusion: Both methods of UV and HPLC are suitable for the determination of naphthoquine.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze and determine the compositions of mineral elements in different parts of Mosla chinensis, so as to provide theoretical evidence for the deep development of M. chinensis . Method: Mineral elements in stem and leaf of M. chinensis were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Result: There were 25 mineral elements in M. chinensis. Among them, constant elements K,Ca,P, Mg as well as trace elements Mn,Fe,Zn,Sr were rich,and these mineral elements in leaf were higher than stem of M. chinensis. Conclusion: M. chinensis is rich in plenty of compositions and is worth to make an intensive study.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Phyllanthus urinaria. Method: RP-HPLC Method was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprint.Corilagin was used as the internal reference peak.The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient elution composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphate acid(0.1∶100).The column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detective wavelength was at 280 nm. Hierarchical clustering analysis was performed with SPSS 16.0.similarity of HPLC fingerprint was performed on the Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(2009). Result: Twenty-one characteristic peaks were established in the fingerprint, and six peaks were identified. 14 batches s of P. urinaria. could be divided into two grades through the results of hierarchical clustering analysis. The mutual model was established and the similarities were calculated.The similarity of 12 samples in all the 14 samples was more than 0.90. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of P. urinaria.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for measuring the content of Ginsenoside Rb1 in Shensong Yangxin capsules by HPLC, in order to provide theoretical basis for the quality standards of Shensong Yangxin capsules. Method: The Ginsenoside Rb1 from Shensong Yangxin capsules was extracted by methanol reflux extraction 2 h,and then extracted by water-saturated n-butanol with, ammonia solution washing. The content of Ginsenoside Rb1 in Shensong Yangxin capsules was measured by HPLC, the instrument and chromatographic conditions was Agileni1100 high-performance liquid chromatograph, waters XTERRA MS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), column temperature: room temperature; mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (53∶47); flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1; detection wavelength 203 nm; injection volume 40 μL. Result: The Ginsenoside Rb1 within the range of 5.0-200.0 mg·L-1 was linear with the peak area, r 0.998 9; the average recovery was 100.31%, RSD 1.98%. Conclusion: The established method has strong specificity, high accuracy and good reproducibility, it can be used as quality control of Shensong Yangxin capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish quality standard for Kangdian Zhixian pill. Method: Bovis calculus artifactus was identified by TLC. Tanshinone IIA was determined by HPLC. Result: TLC spots developed were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. The linear range was 0.10-0.80 μg for tanshinone IIA(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 97.89%, RSD 1.60%. Conclusion: The method is easy to operate, specific and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Kangdian Zhixian pill.

      摘要:Objective: To establish high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) method to determine the content of hesperidin in sucking tablets of jinguo. Method: The running buffe consisted of 25 mmol·L-1borax solution(pH 10.0), applied voltage was 20 kV,injection pressure was 0.5 psi,injection time was 10 s.The chromatogram was detected at 283 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of the hesperidin was 0.023 8-0.142 9 g·L-1(r=0.999 8).Their respective average recovery was 99.57%(RSD 1.03%). Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and rapid,it could be used for the quality control of hesperidin in sucking tablets of jinguo.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the main chemical components of essential oil from Aqeratum conyzoides by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SFE). Method: The essential Oil from A. conyzoides was extracted by SFE, and the chemical components was analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS),then the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Result: Sixty components, 95.96% of the total oils had been identified, and the main components were 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-propenoic acid ethyl ester(12.78%), eucalyptol(11.59%),1R-α-pinene(8.52%), (+)-2-bornanone(5.03%), 3-(1-formyl-3,4-methylenedioxy)methyl benzoate(4.24%), L-verbenone (3.52%), caryophyllene(3.33%), L-borneol(3.14%).The main components were extremely different from the essential oil extracted by team distillation(SD). Conclusion: The present experiments provided a scientific basis for the integrated utilization of A. conyzoides.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid and bacalin in Yinhuang granules. Method: The analysis was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile and water containing 0.4% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase in gradient elution. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1. The UV detector wavelength was at 325 nm, and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid and bacalin were 0.060 0-1.20 μg (r = 0.999 9) and 0.272-5.44 μg (r=0.999 9); the average recoveries of chlorogenic acid and bacalin were 99.5% and 97.9%, and RSD were 0.73% and 1.79% respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple, feasible, and it can be used for the quality control of Yinhuang granule.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprints of water extract from Lindera aggreata. Method: The sample solution was prepared by boiling water and HPLC was employed to separate ingredients by gradient elution with mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid and detected at 280 nm. The fingerprint data were analyzed by similarity evaluation, principal component analysis, and cluster analysis. Result: Fifteen common peaks were defined in different fingerprints. The relative standard deviation (RSD) values of the relative retention time of 15 common peaks were small than 2%. Conclusion: The fingerprints established could be used for the quality control of L. aggreata with high stability and good reproducibility.

Method: HPLC was applied with a DiamonsilTMC18 column by acetonitrile-water (30∶70) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was at 25 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was at 265 nm. Result: The content range of kaempferol 3,7-O-α-L-dirhamnopyranoside from 9 different habats was from 0.05%-0.43%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific. It can be used for determination of kaempferol 3,7-O-α-L-dirhamnopyranoside in W. unigemmata.

      摘要:Objective: To study the metabolism of Atractylodes Rhizome polysaccharides and pachymaran in gastrointestinal environments. Method: Atractylodes Rhizome polysaccharides and pachymaran were incubated with artificial gastric, intestinal juice and gut flora respectively; the method of 3, 5-dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) was applied to determine the variation of reducing sugar content, which suggested the metabolism of Atractylodes Rhizome polysaccharides and pachyman in gastrointestinal environments. Result: There was no significant metabolism found in artificial gastric juice and intestinal juice, while most of the polysaccharides were greatly reduced in the process of incubating with gut flora. Conclusion: The intestinal tract is the mainly metabolic place for Atractylodes Rhizome polysaccharides and pachyman, and the gut flora plays an important role in the process.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of ellagic acid tablets in rabbits plasma and to study the pharmacokinetics of ellagic acid tablets in rabbits. Method: An Agilent C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was adopted, the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (23∶77) at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min -1, the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the column temperature was controlled at 30 ℃. Result: The retention time of ellagic acid was observed at 8.5 min. The linear range of calibration curve was within drug concentrations of 0.013-1.635 mg·L-1 (r=0.998 9). The quantitation limit was 0.010 mg·L-1. The recoveries of three levels were more than 95%. The plasma ellagic acid concentration-time curve could be evaluated by the two compartment model.       摘要:Objective: Directed by meridian distribution of Radix Scutellariae, studying effector substance of Qingkailing injection. Method: Qingkailing injection was given to experimental rats, the brain, liver and lung were collected in various time. Then Qingkailing was injected to both normal and cerebral isehemia-reperfusion rats, the brain, liver and lung were collected at various time. The concentration of baicalin from samples was determined by HPLC-MS. Result: After iv Qingkailing injection, considerable baicalin was distributed quickly to target tissue of normal rats, ie liver and lung; the content of baicalin in the brain was minimum. In cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats, the concentration of baicalin in the brain was higher than that of normal rats. Conclusion: Baicalin is one of effector substance of Qingkailing injection curing lung, liver and cerebral ischemia disease. It is feasibility to search for effector substance of complex prescription, directed by meridian distribution of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate influence of Didang decoction on the low extremity vascular disease of STZ-induced diabetic rats. Method: After being injected streptozotocin (STZ) into the caudal vein and fed with the high fat diet, diabetes model rats were divided into normal control group, model control group, Didang decoction group, and the rosiglitazone group. After continuous stomach perfusion administration for 12 weeks, the change of blood glucose, total urinary protein in 24 h, serum creatinine were detected with correlative methods, and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in kidney were examined by inmunohistochemical technique. Result: Compared with normal control group, the expression of ICAM-1 in model control group is significantly increased.Compared with model control group, the expression of ICAM-1 is decreased in Didang decoction group, and rosiglitazone group. Conclusion: Didang decoction can restrain expressions of ICAM-1 on kidney, maybe one of the possible mechanisms.

      摘要:Objective: To study the relationship between physical and chemical parameters and effect of invigorating Qi by Danggui Buxue decoction, and to explore the feasibility of characterizing the quality of decoction by physical and chemical parameters. Method: Danggui Buxue decoction was prepared by four methods (extracting once with 8 times water for 1 h; extracting three times with 8 times water for 2 h; extracting three times with 10 times water for 1.5 h; extracting three times with 12 times water for 1 h), the physical and chemical parameters of which such as surface tension, pH value, conductivity and osmotic pressure were determined at 25 ℃.224 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups, with 32 in each group. model group, E Jiao compound group and Danggui Buxue decoction groups were treated with 100% Rhubarb decoction every morning and forced to swim for 5 min every afternoon for eight days. Danggui Buxue decoction groups, E Jiao compound group, blank group and model group were treated with Danggui Buxue decoction, E Jiao compound, normal saline respectively from 9th to 15th day. Temperature, time for resistance to fatigue, hypoxia tolerance and the hardy, liver, spleen and thymus index were determined at 1.5 h after the last administration. Finally, relationships between physical and chemical parameters,effect and the content of main active ingredients of Danggui Buxue decoction were studied, and mathematical statistical analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze these data. Result: Through polynomial regression analysis, correlation coefficients between surface tension, pH value, conductivity,osmotic pressure, and the score of component content and effect were respectively 0.864 8,0.999 4,0.973 8,0.937 0. It showed that physical and chemical parameters closely correlated with component content and effect of invigorating Qi. Conclusion: Physical and chemical parameters have a good correlation with effect of invigorating Qi of Danggui Buxue decoction. These results preliminarily suggest that such parameters could be used to characterize the quality of decoction.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of Paeoniae Radix Rubra against ANIT-induced acute cholestasis hepatitis in rats. Method: The rat cholestasis hepatitis model was induced by ANIT (60 mg·kg-1)once after intragastric administration (ig) for 3 days with Paeoniae Radix Rubra group. The extract of Paeoniae Radix Rubra was administered intragastricly after ANIT treated for three times. Blood sample was obtained, the serum biochemistry indicators were tested, and bile flow within 6 h in rats and histopathological changes in liver were also investigated. The protective effect of Paeoniae Radix Rubra was evaluated by correspondence analysis. Result: Biochemical results showed obviously that, compared with model group, the concentrations of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), total bilirubin(TBIL), direct bilirubin(DBIL), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), total bile acid(TBA) in high-and medium-dose group of Paeoniae Radix Rubra were significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the bile flow volume was significantly increased (P<0.05). By examining the liver histopathology,it was found that hepatic cellular change, necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration were notably alleviated in the high-and medium-dose group of Paeoniae Radix Rubra with ANIT treatment, however, the improvement was not obviously found in the low-dose group. Correspondence analysis results showed that the treatment effect was remarkable in the high-and medium-dose. Conclusion: It showed that the high-and medium-dose of Paeoniae Radix Rubra (36,18 g·kg-1)have obvious treatment effect against acute cholestasis hepatitis induced by ANIT.

      摘要:Objective: To study the prevention and treatment action of Shenge formula on CCl4 combined with high-fat and low-protein diet induced non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) model. Method: The rat NAFL model was established by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) for 4 weeks twice per week combined with high-fat and low-protein diet for 2 weeks. All rats were randomly grouped into normal group, model group, Shenge formula group and positive drug group. Distilled water and corresponding drugs were administered by intragastric administration method every day. After rats were sacrificed, the serum aminotransferase value, liver pathological changes and triglyceride(TG),free fatty acid(FFA) level, malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were examined. Result: Compared with model group, serum ALT and AST value were significantly decreased in Shenge formula group, and the MDA level in liver was significantly decreased in Shenge formula group(P<0.01). In addition, hepatic steatosis was significantly improved in Shenge formula. Conclusion: Shenge formula has protective effects on steatohepatitis, and it can significantly decrease the levels of TG and FFA, and improve inflammatory injury and hepatic steatosis, and anti-lipid peroxidation injury in the NAFL model.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the inhibitory activity of WX-JT on alpha glucosidase and the effects of WX-JT(a compound Chinese medicine) on indexes associated with blood glucose in type 2 diabetic KK-Ay mice. Method: ①Everted rat intestine experiment: normal adult Wistar rats were sacrificed and whole small intestine was removed and made into intestinal sac. The intestinal sac was placed inside the conical flask with stopper containing substrate with WX-JT and acarbose. After incubating at 37 ℃ for 2 h, liquid in all conical flask was collected and the glucose level was measured. ②In vivo evaluation of oral starch tolerance experiment. Forty ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, the fasting blood glucose was measured after all mice were fasted for 12 h. Mice in WX-JT group and acarbose group were given starch solution after acute treatment at 45.24, 90.48, 180.96 mg·kg-1WX-JT and acarbose respectively,and mice in control group were given starch solution in the same volume by gavage. The blood glucose was measured respectively at 30, 60, 120 min after oral administration. ③All mice were divided into untreated group, acarbose group, WX-JT low (180.96 mg·kg-1) and high dose (361.92 mg·kg-1) treatment group according to FBG and weight. Ten C57 BL/6J mice were taken as normal group. Acarbose and WX-JT were given by oral administration for 9 weeks. Mice in normal group and untreated group were administered orally with sterile water in the same dosage. Fasting blood glucose was detected in every odd week and non-fasting blood glucose was detected in each even week. Oral glucose tolerance (OGTT) was detected 9 weeks later. The level of glycohemoglobin (HbA1c) was measured after all the mice were sacrificed. Result: ①The everted rat intestine experiment showed that 7-189 mg·L-1 WX-JT could inhibit the activity of alpha glucosidase enzyme in vitro in concentration-dependent manner and the inhibition rate was 16.6%-86%. ②Oral starch tolerance experiment indicated that WX-JT could decrease the postprandial blood glucose in mice at 30 min and 60 min after oral administration, which revealed that 90.48,180.96 mg·kg-1 WX-JT could inhibit the activity of α-glucosidase enzyme in vivo. ③At 3 and 9 weeks after treatment with 180.96,361.92 mg·kg-1 WX-JT, the fasting blood glucose, non-fasting blood glucose and the level of HbA1c in KK-Aymice decreased remarkably in dose-dependent manner. Oral glucose tolerance test revealed that WX-JT could improve the glucose tolerance of KK-Ay mice. Conclusion: Both in vivo and in vitro experiment indicate that WX-JT can inhibit the activity of α-glucosidase enzyme. After a long-term administration with WX-JT, the indexes associated with blood glucose in type 2 diabetic KK-Ay mice decreased significantly, which indicates that WX-JT can decrease blood glucose by inhibiting the activity of α-glucosidase enzyme.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the protection of andrographolide (AP) on rat's myocardial hypertrophy induced by isopropylarterenol (Iso), explore balance of vasoactive substance. Method: The rat's myocardial hypertrophy model is formed through hypodermic injection which extended 10 days at back skin with Iso, 1 mg·kg-1·d-1. Once the model is formed, it will be administrated with various doses of AP, dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) or normal saline through hypodermic injection from the second day, and the process will extend 14 days. After the last administration, the rat will be in absolute diet status for 12 h and its blood and heart are taken under anesthesia. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum and myocardium tissue, the level of NO in serum, and the content of angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ), endothelin(ET) and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP)in plasma were investigated. Result: Compared with control group, Iso group showed a change about activity of LDH which was increased in serum but decreased in myocardium tissue, a descended level of NO in serum, improved content of AngⅡ and ET while reduced content of ANP in plasma. However, the activity of LDH is depressed in serum and elevated in myocardium tissue in AP groups, furthermore, the level of NO and ANP were enhanced while the content of AngⅡ and ET were reduced in AP groups. Conclusion: AP has a protection on rat's myocardial hypertrophy caused by Iso, and its mechanism probably result of modulating the homeostasis of AngⅡ, ANP, ET and NO.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Fuzheng Jiedu granula(FJG) on the renal injury in rats exposed to nickel sulfate(NiSO4). Method: Fifty Wistar rats were made into nephrotoxicity models by intraperitoneal injection of NiSO4 (2.5 mg·kg-1·d-1).They were randomized into 5 groups,model group,high dose of FJG group(20 g·kg-1·d-1), middle dose of FJG group(10 g·kg-1·d-1),low dose of FJG group(5 g·kg-1·d-1), meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid(DMSA) group(0.05 g·kg-1·d-1). Twenty Wistar rats were divided into NS group and FJG control group(10 g·kg-1·d-1) randomly. The rats in each group were treated with intragastric administration once every day for four weeks. Urinary α1-microglobulin(α1-MG),urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) and urinary creatinine were detected by radioimmunity assay(RIA), photoelectric colorimetry assay and enzymic assay,respectively. Result: In NiSO4 group, urinary α1-MG and NAG activity(NAG/ UCr) were increased remarkably(P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with that of NiSO4 group, the indexes montioned above in FJG groups decreased obviously(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Urinary α1-MG and NAG activity enhancement could be correlated with nickel-induced nephrotoxicity. FJG could protect rats from the renal injury induced by nickel.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of total saponins of Chaenomeles speciosa (TSCS) on synovial pathology, synovial mast cell degranulation and tryptase expression and to investigate the relationship between the functions of mast cells and effects of TSCS on adjuvant arthritis(AA) in rats. Method: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and TSCS group(200 mg·kg-1),n=15 in each group. AA was induced by injection of 0.1 mL Freund's complete adjuvant in left hind limb footpad. Normal control group and model group received saline treatment, while rats in the TSCS group were treated once a day for 21 days. The body weight and paw volume of the rats were measured every six days. Synovial tissues of the right hind ankles were sampled and stained with HE for observing synovial pathology to evaluate the effects of TSCS on AA, then stained with TB for observing the number and degranulation ratio of synovial mast cells and finally detected by immunohistochemical staining method to investigate the expression of tryptase in synovium. Result: TSCS increased significantly the body weight of AA rats, while decreased obviously the paw volume. TSCS significantly inhibited inflammatory cell infiltration, synovial cell hyperplasia, and synovial fibroplasia in synovium of AA rats. TSCS could significantly diminish the numbers of total and degranulated mast cells in AA rats, TSCS decreased the expression of tryptase in synovium. Analyzed by Spearman's bivariate correlation, the number of mast cells and degranulation ratio of mast cells were positively correlated with the pathological scores. Conclusion: TSCS can improve pathological condition of inflammatory synovium in AA rats by inhibiting the function of synovial mast cells, which may play an important underlying role in the immunoregulation of TSCS on AA.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of selenium chiston (SC) on mdr-1 gene and P-glycprotein(P-gp) expression in multidrug resistance human leukemia cell line K562/ adriamycin(ADM) in vitro. Method: After treated with 100, 200 mg·L-1 SC for 24 h. The expression level of P-gp in K562/ADM was determined by western blot and transcription of mdr-1 gene was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The intracellular ADM concentration was tested by HPLC. The proliferation of K562/ADM cell line was determinde by MTT. Result: The relative efficiency of K562/ADM to ADM and the intracellular accumulation of ADM increased after SC treatment and the effect of 200 mg·L-1 SC was more obvious than that of 100 mg·L-1 SC(P<0.01);SC could inhibit the expression of mdr-1/P-gp according to results of semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot(P<0.01), the down-regulating rate on mdr-1/P-gp was(40.87±3.19)%and(35.08±0.09)% in 100 mg·L-1 SC group, (78.24±3.42)%and(79.61±0.23)% in 200 mg·L-1 SC group. Conclusion: SC could obviously inhibite the P-gp protein and mdr-1 gene expression and could effectively restore the sensitivity of K562/ADM cells to conventional chemotherapeutic.

      摘要:Objective: To study the scavenging effect of active ingredient compatibility from Chinese herbal on carcinogens such as radicals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in vitro. Method: The active ingredient formula of Chinese herbal were composed of ginkgo biloba extract(GBE), total flavonoids of glycyrrhiza(TFG), total flavonoids of epimedium (TFE), astragalosides(AST) and tatal saponins of ophiopogon (TSO). Uniform design and comprehensive weight coefficient method was used to analyze the effect of the formula on cavenging polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and radicals in vitro. Result: According to the comprehensive action, the pharmacodynamic actions of five active ingredient formula was stronger than any single ingredient. The best effect was in the ratio of GBE 3.144 g·L-1, TFG 0.8 g·L-1, TFE 0.024 g·L-1, AST 0.036 g·L-1 and TSO 0.036 g·L-1. The optimum proportion was 33∶131∶1∶1.5∶1. Conclusion: Active ingredient compatibility of Chinese herbal could strengthen the scavenging effect of single active ingredients on carcinogens such as radicals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which may play the role of reducing the damage of carcinogens on human being.

      摘要:Objective: The optimum extraction technology of total polysaccharides from Agrimonia pilosa was established and its inhibitory activity on human glioblastoma U251 cells in vitro was evaluated. Method: The orthogonal test was implied to optimize the extraction process conditions of total polysaccharides.With the extraction rate as the index, the extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid-material ratio were optimized. MTT assay was used to determine the effect of total polysaccharides on cell growth inhibitory. Morphological changes of the U251 cells were observed through inverted phase contrast microscope. Result: The optimum extraction conditions were determined as following: extraction temperature 90 ℃,extraction time 3 hours and liquid-material ratio of 1∶20.Under these conditions the maximal yield of total polysaccharides reached 1.85%. Total polysaccharides from A. pilosa could inhibit the hyperplasia of glioblastoma U251 cells in dose-dependent manner(P<0.01) and its IC50 reached 1.35 g·L-1. After treatment with polysaccharides U251 cells showed apoptosis morphology. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology is effective and simple. Total polysaccharides from A. pilosa significantly inhibited tumor cell growth in vitro by inducing apoptosis of tumor cells.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of Tonglian decoction(T) on proliferation of esophageal carcinoma cell line Eca109 through determination of cell morphology and cell cycle, and to discuss inhibition mechanism of the prescription on esophageal carcinoma. Method: Human esophageal carcinoma cell line Eca109 cultured in vitro were treated with T and its separated formulae, including clearing-heat-and-detoxification formula (Q), activating-blood-and-promoting-Qi formula (H) and nourishing-Yin-and-blood formula (Z). Cell proliferation was assayed by MTT, cells morphology was observed with microscope and cell cycle was measured with Flow Cyto Meter (FCM). Result: Dose for 50 percent cells inhibition rates (IC50) of T, Q and H was 386, 771, 729 mg·L-1, respectively. T, Q and H inhibit cell proliferation predominantly, rate of G1 phase of cell cycle reached to 69.43%,60.84%, 61.90%, respectively. Cells number in S phase treated with T, Q, and H had significant difference with controlled group (P<0.05), and T had the best effect. But Z has little inhibition power, having no difference with controlled group. Conclusion: T can be used to regulate Eca109 carcinoma cell proliferation with inhibiting cells S phase. During whole process, 3 separated formulae cooperate with each other to insure effect of T.

      摘要:Objective: To study the Influence of Sijunzi decoction on natural killer cell(NK) activity and serum interferon-γ(IFN- γ ) and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) in rats with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Method: Animal model was prepared by exhaustion swimming and 20 hours' sleep deprivation.The SD rats were divided into 5 groups,model group,blank group and treatment group at low, mid and high dosage group (3.37,6.75,13.5 g·kg-1). After two weeks of treatment, NK activity and serum IFN- γ and TGF-β content were determined. Result: The NK activity and serum IFN- γ content was decreased, and TGF-β content was increased in model group, compared with blank group (P<0.01). The NK activity and serum IFN- γ content in treatment groups were higher and the TGF-β content was lower compared with model group (P<0.05); Conclusion: Sijunzi decoction could obviously enhance the NK activity and serum TGF-β content and reduce serum IFN- γ content,which could strengthen the immunity in rats with CFS.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Siwu decoction with different extracting techniques including water extract, water extract and alcohol precipitate, and 50% ethanol percolation on hematopoietic function in mice with blood deficiency. Method: The mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal gruop, model group,positive group, water extract group, water extract and alcohol precipitate group,50% ethanol percolates group. The Siwu decoction groups were treated with the dosage of 12 g·kg-1,positive group was goven Fufang E-Jiao Jiang 20 mL·kg-1,normal group and model group were given physiological saline, fro 8 days. Except normal group, every group received subcutaneous injection with APH in the second and fifth day with the dosage of 20,40 mg·kg-1 respectively. From the fifth day, every group received peritoneal injection with CTX 40 mg·kg-1 every day for four days. The normal group was given physiological saline. Then, the peripheral hemogram, index of spleen and thymus, blood monomuclear cell(BMC) were detected in different groups. Result: All Siwu decocotion groups could inhance the number of red blood cell(RBC), white blood cell(WBC), BMC and the content of HGB,and the effects of water extract group and 50% ethanol percolates group were more obvious (P<0.01) meanwhile Siwu decocotion groups could increase index of spleen and thymus (P<0.01). Conclusion: Siwu decoction can improve the hematopoietic function in mice with blood deficiency, and the water extract group and 50% ethanol percolates group were better than water extract and alcohol precipitate group.

      摘要:Objective: In this study, Human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 cells were used as a model and treated with the aqueous extract of actinidia chinensis medicated sera, to investigate the antioxidant mechanism via inducing the produce of phase 2 enzymes. Method: The normal SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group, high, middle and low dose groups. The actinidia chinensis aqueous extract was gavaged in different doses,respectively and water was gavaged in the blank control group and twice a day for 14 days. The blood was collected from abdominal aorta to prepare serum containing drugs, then which were given to the SGC-7901 cells separately at different time. Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the localization of nuclear factor-E2 related factor2 (Nrf2) in the SGC-7901cells, RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA level of phase 2 enzymes. Result: The immunohistochemistry detecting showed that the expression of the nuclear Nrf2 was increased and the area broadened significantly(P<0.05) in th groups after administration with different doses of serum containing drugs in the SGC-7901 cells. The results of RT-PCR showed that the mRNA expression levels of the phase 2 enzymes glutamate cysteine ligase catalytic subunit (GCLC) were induced (P<0.05), and the mRNA expression levels of glutathione-S-transferase (GST )- P1 and GST-T1 were enhanced significantly(P<0.01), which was no obvious effect on GST-M1 and heme oxygenase-1 (NQO1). Conclusion: The Actinidia chinensis aqueous extract can increase nuclear translocation of Nrf2 and increase the phase Ⅱ enzyme mRNA expression. The Actinidia chinensis aqueous extract has the function of antioxidant.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of the extracts of Folium Artemisiae argyi (FAA) with different extraction methods (by water, by ethanol, firstly by water then by alcohol) on the primary dysmenorrheal model in mice and to clarify the potential mechanism. Method: The ICR mice were randomly divided into nine groups, including normal control group, model group, masculine control group and the extract of FAA extracted with different preparation method groups (low and high dosage, 0.55,1.65 g·kg-1 accordingly). Except the control group, all the other groups were injected subcutaneously estradiol benzoate (10 mg·kg-1) with seven consecutive days, and then these mice were injected intraperitoneally oxytocin (10 mL·kg-1) at the eighth day so that the primary dysmenorrheal model was established. All the groups were orally administered once pre day with four consecutive days after the model has been made for 5 days. The mouse model of primary dysmenorrheal was used to study the effect of FAA extracted with different preparation methods (low dose and high dose) on writhing response and the levels of nitric oxide(NO) and calcium ion(Ca2+) in mice uterine tissue. Result: The ethanol extract in high dosage of FAA and the water alcohol mixture extract in both dosages of FAA could increase pain threshold markedly, and the inhibitory rate was 36.9%, 52.5% and 42.2% (P<0.01), respectively. Furthermore, the solution of FAA extracted firstly by water then by alcohol showed the stronger effect than the water extract at the same dosage by reducing the writhing times (P<0.05). In addition, the ethanol extract in high dosage of FAA and the water alcohol mixture extract in both dosages of FAA showed significant effect on primary dysmenorrhea by increasing NO concentration and reducing Ca2+ concentration in uterine tissue (P<0.01). Conclusion: The different extracts of FAA showed different antidysmenorrheic trend on primary dysmenorrhea model mice, which were related with the containing constituents. In three extracts of FAA, the water alcohol mixture extract showed stronger analgesic activity than that of the ethanol extract, and the water extract had the weakest activity.

      摘要:Objective: To screen the effective part of anti-ulcer activity from Lyeium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP). Method: We divided LBP into four parts (LBP-1,LBP-2,LBP-3,LBP-4) by DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography. Sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, positive control group, LBP-1 group,LBP-2 group,LBP-3 group, LBP-4 group. The anti-ulcer components were screened by the experiments of absolute alcohol and indomethacid inducing gastric mucosa ulcer of mice. Positive control group received 100 mg·kg-1 sucralfate or ranitidine and LBP groups received 250 mg·kg-1 LBP by ig, twice per day for 7 days. Result: LBP-2 and LBP-4 could inhibitgastric ulcer induced by absolute alcohol significantly(P<0.05), with the inhibition rate of 77.7% and 80.1%. LBP-2 had also the inhibitory effect on gastric ulcer induced by indomethacid(P<0.05), with the inhibition rate of 64.7%. Conclusion: LBP-2 and LBP-4 can be considered as active parts from LBP, and LBP-2 has a better activity.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the regulatory effect of Gouteng San on the related indicators on the hippocampal CA1 area in Alzheimer's disease(AD) model rat. Method: AD rat model was established by hippocampal injection of β-amyloid protein(Aβ1-40), and then divided into high, meddlu and low-dosage, the model and normal control group. Oral administration of Gouteng San (5, 2.5, 1.25 g·kg-1) was started for 15 constitutive days. The maze behavioral indicators were measured at day 14.After administration of Gouteng San for 1 h, the rats were given anesthesia and cardiac perfusion to obtain the brain, make hippocampal CA1 district biopsy, and immunohistochemical determination was used to assay nerve cells, Aβ, postsynoaptic density-95(PSD-95) positive cells and mean optical density value. Result: After the treatment of Gouteng San, behavioral test results showed that that Gouteng San could improve the learning and memory ability in the rats. The nerve cells in CA1 region, PSD-95 positive cells and average optical density values were higher than model group (P<0.001), Aβ positive cells and the mean optical density values were lower than the model group (P<0.01), indicating that Gouteng San could effectively reduce Aβ levels in the brain tissue while increasing PSD-95 positive cells and protecting nerve cells. Conclusion: Gouteng San has a protective effect on the hippocampus area in AD rats.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of the water extract from Picris japoncia Thunb on blood glucose in normal mice and diabetic model mice. Method: Diabetic model in mice was induced by caudal vein injection of 50 mg·kg-1 alloxan. Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group,model group, Xiaokewan pill group(0.75 g·kg-1·d-1),low dose, moderate dose and high dose groupsof P. japoncia(1.5,3,6 g·kg-1·d-1).The drugs were administrated to mice for 14 days. Determination of fasting blood glucose by blood sampling,in the corresponding time, and acute toxicity experiment were carried out. Result: The blood glucose value of low dose, moderate dose and high dose group of P. japoncia achieved respectively was (7.52±1.47),(7.33±2.99),(7.79±1.84) mmol·L-1 after administrated for 14 days,there were significant difference in blood glucose value compared with model group.The acute toxicity experiment revealed that the maximum dose of intragastric administration was 120 g·kg-1. Conclusion: The total extracts of P. japoncia had obvious hypoglycemic activity and little toxicity in hyperglycemia model mice.

      摘要:Objective: To screen the effective parts from Erchen Tang for expectorant and antitussive. Method: The mice were allotted into 12 groups as following: physiogical saline,DHS group,the five part from Erchen decocotion groups with high dose(HD) and low dose(LD,15,3.75 g·kg-1),the mice were orally administered for 3 days,the antitussive effect was observed by concentrated ammonia method after 1 h. The mice were allotted into 12 groups as following: physiogical saline,AHOS group,the five part fron Erchen decocotion groups with high dose(HD) and low dose(LD,15,3.75 g·kg-1),the mice were orally administered for 3 days,the expectorant effect was observed by increased the secretion of expect oration method after 30 min. The cavies were allotted into 12 groups as following: physiogical saline aminophylline group,the five part from Erchen decoction groups with high dose(HD) and low dose(LD,8.32,2.08 g·kg-1),the cavies were orally administered for 3 days,the antiasthmatic effect was observed by spray method after 1 h. Result: Essential oil, butanol and water fractions could reduce the frequency of cough,and increase secretion of expectoration,and inhibitory asthma(P<0.01, P<0.05);petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions could not reduce the frequency of cough,could not increase secretion of expectoration,and inhibitory asthma. Conclusion: The results show that petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions were invalid,essential oil, butanol and water fractions were the effective parts of Erchen Tang for expectorant and antitussive.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate genotoxicity of Radix Millettiae Speciosae by single cell gel electrophoresis. Method: Forty mice were divided into five groups randomly: negative control group, positive control group, and Radix Millettiae Speciosae group with high(20 g·kg-1),middle (10 g·kg-1)or low(5 g·kg-1) doses. Radix Millettiae Speciosae groups were given with relative drugs, Negative control group and positive control group were given with normal saline by gavage once a day for 10 days, while the last two days, positive control group was injected with cyclophosphamide(0.08 g·kg-1)once a day. In the eleventh day, the mice were sacreficed, DNA damage of liver, kidney, lung, testicular cells was detected by single cell gel electrophoresis. Result: Compared with positive control group, tail DNA% and tail moment of liver, kidney, lung, testicular cells in Radix Millettiae Speciosae group had a significant lowereduction (P<0.01).Compared with the negative control group, tail DNA%and tail moment of kidney cells in the Millettiae Speciosae group with high dose showed a significant reduction (P<0.05), tail moment and tail DNA% of ther cells in other dose group, no statistically significant difference was found. Conclusion: Radix Millettia Speciosa has no damage to mouse cells DNA.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Xinmailong capsules(XMLJ) on the blood lipid and hepatic tissue in the rats with hyperlipidemia. Method: The hyperlipidemia model was established by injected intraperitoneally(ip) vitamin D 6×105 IU·kg-1 at once and given high fat forage for four weeks. Then modeling rats were treated with different doses of XMLJ(450,300,150 mg·kg-1),and four weeks later, the levels of blood lipid were measured, the degree of peroxide and endothelium injury were observed, including the hepatic tissue pathology. Result: The total cholesterol(TC), triglyeeride(TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and malondialdehyde(MDA), endothelin-1(ET-1), thromboxane B2(TXB2) at different dosages of XMLJ were significantly decreased ,and the high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),nitric oxide(NO), prostacyclin (PGI2)with XMLJ were markedly increased, meanwhile, it could increase SOD activity,steatosis of hepatic tissue was significantly reduced. Conclusion: XMLJ could regulatedblood lipid level, improve antioxidation ability, enhance vascular endothelial function and relieve the liver steatosis.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Qinggan Tiaozhi decoction on lipid peroxidatic reaction in rat nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH). Method: The NASH model was induced by high fat diet, and the modeling rats were randomly divided into five groups: the model group, the low dose, middle dose and high dose group of Qinggan Tiaozhi decoction and the group of silybin, each group were treated with corresponding 4.59,9.18,18.39 g·kg-1 and 27 mg·kg-1,ig. The indexes of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and triglyceride(TG) in serum were detected, the levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver tissue homogenate were measured, CD14 and cytochromes P450 2E1(CYP2E1) in liver tissue for quantitative analysis were assayed by immunohistochemical stain. Result: The indexes of ALT, TNF-α, CYP2E1 and SOD in model group were changed compared with those in normal group (P<0.05,P<0.01), otherwise they were all improved in treated groups than those in model group (P<0.05,P<0.01). The indexes of TG and TNF-α were improved in high dose group of Qinggan Tiaozhi decoction than that in silybin group (P<0.01), and for other indexes, there were similar effects between Qinggan Tiaozhi decoction and silybin group. Conclusion: Compared with silybin, Qinggan Tiaozhi decoction has better effects on NASH.

      摘要:Objective: To observe and compare the effects of Xinglou Chengqi decoction(XLCQD) and Buyang Huanwu decoction(BYHWD) on hippocampal neurons injuried by cerebral ischemia, and then to clarify the characteristics of two recipes in phase of therapy. Method: Rats were divided randomly into sham, model, nimodipine, BYHWD and XLCQD groups. Rat focal cerebral ischemia model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) with nylon thread. The dose of two recipes was 10.8 mg·kg-1 for nimodipine, 5.0 g·kg-1 for (XLCQD), 13.0 g·kg-1 for BYHWD. Rats were administrated with corresponding drugs by gavage before establishing model. After operation of cerebral ischemia, rats were given the corresponding drugs once a day. Rat neurological score(NS) was evaluate and brain was taken out at 1, 3 and 7 d after operation, and then the brain tissue water ratio(BTWR), infarct area ratio(IAR), hippocampal neurons density (HND) and brain pathological damage (BPD) were observed and determined. Result: In each model group, rats NS(18.00±0.00 vs 7.43±1.27,8.86±1.34,10.25±1.03) and HND(215.00±7.78 vs 153.57±15.62,118.71±9.98,79.38±6.02) decreased, BTWR(71.00±1.33)% vs (79.85±1.73)%,(80.84±0.98)%,(82.86±1.15)% and IAR(0.00±0.00)% vs(16.73±1.13)%,(17.89±1.54)%,(19.32±1.21)% increased, and the BPD was severed. In comparison with that of rats in each model group, NS, BTWR, HND and BPD of rats in each treatment group improved obviously, and rats' IAR reduced at 3 d and 7 d in nimodipine group and each chinese medicine group. In comparison with that in nimodipine group, the NS and HND increased in each BYHWD group, BTWR decreased and BPD weakened at 7 d group, and HND in each BYHWD and XLCQD group all increased. The improvement of NS(13.29±1.11), BTWR(77.94±2.00)%, HND(124.29±11.64) and BPD were more significant at 7 d in BYHWD group compared with that in XLCQD group. Conclusion: It is seemed that the treatment of XLCQD and BYHWD can perform the effects on hippocampal neurons injuried by cerebral ischemia, and the roles of two kinds of recipes have no significant differencese in early ischemia(1 and 3 d), but following the prolongation of cerebral ischemia(7 d), BYHWD has the more comprehensive and significant roles in neurons protection and functional recovery.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the effects of ‘supplementing qi and invigorating spleen’ and ‘nourishing yin and harmonizing stomach’ on gastric motility and gastric blood flow in rats of diabetic gastroparesis model. Method: One hundred and twenty SD rats, were divided into the normal group (n=16) and model group (n=104). Rats were intraperitoneally injected streptozotocin(STZ) solution(70 mg·kg-1) to establish diabetic models. After 72 hours, we tested blood glucose levels of rats and rats that blood glucose levels less than 11 mmol·L-1 were expelled. Seven weeks later, medel rats were randomly assigned into seven groups, such as the model group, supplementing qi-high group(20 g·kg-1·d-1), supplementing qi-low group(5.5 g·kg-1·d-1), nourishing yin-high group(27 g·kg-1·d-1), nourishing yin-low group(7.8 g·kg-1·d-1), metformin group(125 mg·kg-1·d-1), domperidone group(3.5 g·kg-1·d-1). The administration time last 6 weeks.Thirty minutes after the last administration, blood glucose, gastric motility and gastric blood flow were determined. Result: Gastric motility and gastric blood flow of model rats were both reduced greatly compared with the normal rats (P<0.05). Gastric motility and gastric blood flow of administration groups, especially of supplementing qi-high, nourishing yin-high and domperidone groups, increased greatly compared with rats of model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Both of ‘supplementing qi and invigorating spleen’ and ‘nourishing yin and harmonizing stomach’ methods can improve gastrointestinal function in rats of diabetic gastroparesis Model by increasing gastric motility and gastric blood flow. ‘nourishing yin and harmonizing stomach’ has certain treatmental advantage than ‘supplementing qi and lnvigorating spleen’ which conformed the Chinese medicine theory that diabetes belonged to ‘yin-deficiency’ syndrom.

      摘要:Objective: To carry out a morphological study on the protective effect of Tamoxifen combined with Pisuxiao in rats of mammary gland hyperplasia. Method: Rat were randomized into 7 groups:nomal,model,Tamoxifen(Tam) with Pisuxiao(PSX,3.0,1.5, 0.75 g·kg-1)and Tamoxifen (1.67 mg·kg-1),Pisuxiao (2.5 g·kg-1),and ig for 45 days.Rat models of of mammary glands hyperplasia were established by intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate (E2)and progesterone(P). Pathologic histopathology of the breast tissue was check up under the microscope.The estradiol and progesterone contents were determined.Estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) were evaluated by immunohistochemical technique. Result: In compare with model groups,the estradiol level of Tam with PSX group was evidently lower than that in the model group, Tamoxifen with Pisuxiao could inhibit the ductal and lobular hyperplasia and induce hyperplasia(P<0.01 or P<0.05), reduce the content of E2 and P in serum (P<0.01).At the sametime ER and PR expressionwere obviously inhibited(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: Tamoxifen combined with Pisuxiao is protective in rats withexperimental mammary glands hyperplasia.

      摘要:Objective: To search for natural products that couldpromote neurite outgrowth. Method: Neurite outgrowth activity was evaluated after treatment of natural extracts from Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma seu Caulis using primary cultured cortical neurons (SD rat, E17). Extention of axons and dendrites was quantified by immunocytochemistry using Phosphorylate-neurofilaments protein H(pNF-H) antibody (axon marker) and MAP2a & 2b (dendrite marker); microscopic analysis and image analysis were used for measuring the growth of axons and dendrites. Result: The preliminary experiments indicated that:among methanol extracts of 3 natural medicines, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma was effective to extend axons at 1 g·L-1 (P<0.05). As to water extracts, Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma seu Caulis has effect to extend axons (P<0.05). The water extracts of Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma seu Caulis was further partitioned by ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and the n-butanol fraction and water subfraction seemed to show the ability to extend the axons(P<0.05). Conclusion: The preliminary results indicated that the methanol extracts of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and the n-butanol fraction and water subfraction of Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma seu Caulis have the potential ability to repair spinal cord injury.The animal experiment is needed to confirm these results.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the inhibitory effect of extracts from Salvia chinensis against H22 tumor in mice, and analyze the mechanism of inhibiting the growth of tumor. Method: H22 tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into five groups, they were control group, high, middle and low dosages of extracts from S. chinensis, and positive-control group. All the treatment lasted 10 days. We investigated the inhibition rate, spleen index, thymus index, content of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) in serum at the 11th day. Result: In contrast to model group, the inhibition rate of the high, middle, and low dosages of S. chinensis extracts were 23.83%, 48.93%(P<0.01) and 27.48(P<0.05), respectively. The spleen index and thymus index of middle and low dosages of S. chinensis extracts rose, but there was not statistical significance. The content of TNF-α and VEGF in serum of administered group were decreased, and the middle dosage of S. chinensis was remarkable(P<0.05). Conclusion: S. chinensis benth extracts could obviously inhibit tumor growth of H22 in tumor-bearing mice, and maybe it involved the down regulation of VEGF.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect and pharmacological mechanism of Renshen Baihu decoction in non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) rats. Method: The rats were bred with high lipid special food for 4 weeks, then intraperitoneal injected streptozotocin (STZ) to establish the NIDDM animal model. After that, the rats were administrated with Renshen Baihu decoction (15, 7.5, 3.7 g·kg-1, respectively) or metformin, respectively. Model group and control group animal were administrated with tap water. 4 weeks later, observed the contents of blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin, glucose and insulin tolerance to analyze the influence of Renshen Baihu decoction on NIDDM animal model. Result: Renshen Baihu decoction obviously decreased the amount of blood glucose(P<0.05 or P<0.01), triglyceride(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and cholesterol(P<0.05 or P<0.01), increased the amount of high-density lipoproteins(P<0.05), improved glucose and insulin tolerance(P<0.05 or P<0.01), reinforced the sensitivity of rat to exogenous insulin(P<0.05 or P<0.01), but showed less effect on the content of insulin. Conclusion: Renshen Baihu decoction had significant effect to decrease blood glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol, improved glucose tolerance, reinforced the sensitivity to exogenous insulin. Its hypoglycemic effect maybe due to it strengthened the sensitivity of insulin of the animal.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-senility effects of Liuwei Xueha tablets in aged rats in order to provide clinical & medicinal basis for its application in weak & elderly patients. Method: Fourty 15-month-old rats were divided into 4 groups at random: the control group and Liuwei Xueha tablets groups, low ( 0.36 g·kg-1), middle (0.72 g·kg-1) and high dosages (1.44 g·kg-1), all groups were orally treated for 60 days. The effects on the rat weight indexes, superoside dismutase(SOD) activities in liver, the malandialdehyde(MDA) contents and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities in serum were observed. Result: The tablets showed no obvious effects on elder female rats' weight and ascending SOD activities, but it had clear effects of lowering MDA content and raising GSH-Px activities. Conclusion: Liuwei Xueha tablets has anti-senility effects, which may be related with its functions of radicals scavenging and MDA contents decreasing.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Compound Jaogulan Yizhi Granules(CJG) on memory improvement in people. Method: One hundred and six participants were randomly assigned to experiment (53 cases) and control (53 cases) groups, and their memory quotients (MQ) were evaluated with clinical memory scales. The test was conducted by following the method of Technical Standards for Testing and Assessment of Health Food in Improving Memory Function (2003). Result: The MQ scales of experiment and control groups were 69.09±16.90 and 69.13±15.72 respectively before testing; the MQ scales of experiment and control groups were 90.13±16.07 and 73.33±14.85 respectively after testing. Before the experiment, the MQ scales showed that there was no a significant difference among the experiment groups compared with the control groups. After the experiment, the MQ scales of the experiment groups was significantly higher than that in the control groups (P<0.05); the MQ scales of the experiment groups was significantly higher than before the test of itself (P<0.05). Conclusion: CJG has the effects of memory improvement in our experiment.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the clinical efficacy and safety of Tuibai decoction combined with NB-UVB irradiation in treating vitiligo. Method: One hundred and thirty-seven patients with vitiligo were divided into 3 groups. In treating group with 46 cases, Tuibai decoction was orally given twice a day, 200 mL per time, and combined with NB-UVB irradiation twice a week with an initiated dose of 0.5 J·cm-2, and increasing the dose with 10%-20% per time till the erythema appeared with 3 month treating course. In control groupⅠwith 46 cases, only taken tuibai decoction. In control group Ⅱ with 45 cases, only NB-UVB irradiation was applied for 3 month treating course. Result: The efficiency in treatment group, the control groupⅠ, the control group Ⅱwas 73.91%, 52.17%, 48.89%, respectively. The difference between the treatment group and the two control groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the difference between the control group Ⅰand Ⅱ wa not statistically significant, efficiency of the head and face was remarkably higher than that of the trunk and extremities (P<0.01). The onset time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), but the control group Ⅰcompared with control group, Ⅱ, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Tuibai decoction combined with NB-UVB irradiation is clinically effective and safe in treating vitligo.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of the therapy of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin herb plus pemetrexed combined with cisplatin chemotherapy treated the patients with adenocarcinoma of lungs in advanced stage. Method: The 56 cases of patients with adenocarcinoma of lungs were divided into traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group and simple chemotherapy group at random, then the life quality, alteration of tumor, alteration of cellular immune function and side-effec were observed. Result: The differences of life quality, alteration of cellular immune function and side-effect in two groups were significant. The effective rates of two groups were 56.7% and 53.8% respectively and there was no difference. Conclusion: The therapy of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin herbplus thepemetrexed combined with Cisplatin could improve life quality, increase cellular immune function and decrease side-effect of patients with adenocarcinoma of lungs in advanced stage.

      摘要:Objective: Explore the therapeutic effect of chronic periodontitis with Zhibai Dihuang pills(ZDP) combined with periocline and its effect on infla mmatory factor in gingival crevicular fluid. Method: Two hundreds and fourteen patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the patients in treatment group injected Periocline into the periodontal pocket until the drug pocket overflow,once a week, and ZDP(3# Tid),the patients in control group received routine therapy, the therapeutic effect and changes of inflammatory factor were observed after treatment. Result: The total effective rates of the treatment group by 96.3%were higher than that of the control group by 81.5% (P<0.05). The levels of sulcus bleeding index(SBI),sulcus bleeding index( SBI),probing depth (PD),attachment loss (AL),plaque index(PLI),interleukin-16(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α ) had no significant difference between both groups before the treatment,after 4 weeks,the levels of those of both group were reduced significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01)).SBI,PD,AL,PLI,IL-6, IL-8,TNF-α was lowed in treatment group than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with periocline in treatment of chronic periodontitis is obvious,which is an effective method to chronic periodontitis.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of liquefying the necrotic tendons of diabetic foot and promotion of wound healing using the treatment of Huafu Zaisheng. Method: One hundred and seven patients suffering from diabetic foot were randomLy divided into Huafu Zaisheng group(35 cases), Huafu group(36 cases), Zaisheng group(36 cases), then had eroded debridement timely for its wounds. After that, different drugs were used for the wound dressing and observe the condition of wound healing,liquefaction of necrotic tendons,the changing of inflammatory indicators as white blood cells,CRP before and after treatment. In addition, collecting the exudation from the wound at the time of four points after wound dressing: 0,3,7,14 d. Then using them as pathological smears and testing tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) to observe the effect in diabetic wound healing by different wound dressing method, and analyze afterwards. Result: The necrotic tendons of Huafu Zaisheng group were liquefied clearer than the other two groups; the white blood cells and CRP of the three groups are declining, and the Huafu Zaisheng group is the smallest, the difference is of significance in statistics science(P<0.05); the pathological smear of secretions shows that inflammatory cells in Huafu Zaisheng group and Huafu group significantly reduced comparing with Zaisheng group; the TNF-α in exudation of the three groups are rising, and the Huafu Zaisheng group is the highest, the difference is of significance in statistics science(P<0.05); the IL-6 in exudation of the three groups rise first and then decreased, while the IL-6 in exudation of Huafu Zaisheng group rising and decreasing quicker than the other groups, the difference is of significance in statistics science(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using the wound dressing method of Huafu Zaisheng, the necrotic tendons and tissues could be liquefied as early as possible, then promote the wound healing, the mechanism of which may correlated with the combination of bromelain and Shengji Xiangpigao could make the drainage unobstructed, then activate and enhance the anti-inflammatory immune mechanism of the organism, thus fits intocontrol diabetic foot infection, and promote wound healing.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the changes in plasma oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL)in the patients with coronary heart disease,and to evaluate the clinical value of detection for ox-LDL level.Method: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure the plasma ox-LDL in 189 patients with coronary heart disease,among them 103 were acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and 86 were non-ACS patients, and in additional 210 healthy controls. The patients were divided by coronary angiography into multi-vessel disease group, double-vessel group and mono-vessel disease group.Result:The ox-LDL levels of the patients in both ACS and non-ACS groups[(185.44±70.11),(139.51±58.790) mg·L-1] were siginificantly higher than that in normal controls group [(80.47±25.96 mg·L-1],(P<0.001),and the ox-LDL level of patients in ACS group was siginificantly higher than that in non-ACS group(P<0.001).Different plasma levels of ox-LDL were found in the multi-vessel, double-vessel and mono-vessel disease group,[(180.34±76.92),(149.18.15±64.80), (137.74±58.09) mg·L-1]. The ox-LDL levels in multi-vessel disease group were siginificantly higher than that in mono-vessel group(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that ox-LDL levels siginificantly correlated with the sevesity of coronary artery disease (R2=0.046,β=0.208,P=0.000).Conclusion:Elevated ox-LDL presented in patients with coronary heart disease is correlated with the severity coronary artery lesion,especially in the patients with acute coronary syndrome.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on clinical efficacy and hemorheological indicators in treatment of pulmonary heart disease. Method: Eighty patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group took Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of conventional therapy. Two groups were continuous treated for 30 days.The changes in hemorheological parameters, D-dimer level and cardio-pulmonary function parameters in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result: After treatment 30 days, hemorheological parameters, D-dimer level of two groups were significantly better than those before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Hemorheological parameters, D-dimer level of the observation group were significantly improved than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Indicators of heart-lung function and arterial blood gas of two groups were significantly better than those before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Indicators of heart-lung function and arterial blood gas of the observation group were significantly improved than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The observation group showed no adverse reactions after taking Chinese medicines. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction is effective in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.It can reduce blood viscosity, improve heart and lung function with good safty.

      摘要:Objective: To summarize the research progress on chemical components, pharmacological actions and clinical utility of Herba Aconiti Ponka. Method: Literatures about Ponka in plenty of scientific journals and books were referred to, and the progress of the chemical components, pharmacological actions and clinical utility were summarized. Result: Up to now, the chemical components isolated from Ponka mainly included 22 alkaloids, 3 flavonoids and 35 volatile oils. Pharmacological references showed that it exhibited various biological effects e.g. anti-inflammation, antivirus and anticancer. Clinical references showed that it is mainly used to treat influenza, pneumonia, hepatitis, common inflammation, as well as virus infection. Conclusion: It's not enough in the study of Ponka. In the future, we should focus on the chemical compositions, effective fractions and compounds, and the mechanism of actions and toxicology of Ponka, so that we can provide references and basis for the further application and exploitation for new drug development.

      摘要:The applications of brain microdialysis in pharmacokinetics in the normal brain and cerebral ischemia model were chiefly introduced.The applications include the drugs across the blood-brain barrier characteristics, drug transport, the distribution of drugs in different regions in the brain, the changes of neurotransmitters and energy metabolites, and cerebral protective effect of exogenous drugs, etc. Brain microdialysis technique can collect samples from extracellular fluid of the endogenous and exogenous compounds in the specific site continuously, and the samples can be dynamically sampled and observed. The technique has become an important research tool and presents unique advantages and prod perspective in pharmacokinetics in the normal brain and cerebral ischemia model.

      摘要:To review the research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of plants belonging to genus Emilia and provide useful references for the further research. The literatures and monographs about genus Emilia over the past decades were referred, and the progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities were summarized. Alkaloids, flavonoids, volatile oils are the main chemical constituents of genus Emilia. Many extracts prepared from the plants of the discussed genus show various biological activities, such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-nociceptive, anti-oxidant, etc . Because they have wide application prospects in anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and other aspects, the study of the substance basis of the plants of genus Emilia should be enhanced. And it is important to strengthen the research in toxicity, due to poisonous pyrrolizidine alkaloids, in order to provide references for safty.

Intestinal heat syndrome animal model treated by Dacheng Qi decoction, Damp-heat syndrome animal model treated by Modified Simiao Powder.       摘要:Objective: Analysis the Chinese herbal nature of common external treatment herbals, investigate the trend of medication. Method: Retrieval the clinical research of treating cancer pain with Traditional Chinese Herbs which published on domestic periodicals from 1/1980 to 12/2011, Statistics the frequency and ratio of drugs and its nature. Result: The principal activating blood and resolving stasis drug and detoxification and analgesia herbal drug are the main external treatment herbs, the TCM generally with warm property, the TCM common tastes acrid, common Channel distributions of Traditional Chinese Herbs is liver meridian, most of Traditional Chinese Herbs is non-toxic. Conclusion: The external treatment of cancer pain should be considered activating blood and resolving stasis and detoxification and analgesia, pay attention to pungent and fragrant of acrid herbs, the treatment of cancer pain may choose liver meridian herbs, we should pay attention to the toxicity of Traditional Chinese Herbs for medication safety.

      摘要:To observe the relationship between the blood stasis syndrome(BSS) defined by Chinese medicine with carotid hemodynamics, carotid atherosclerotic plaques(CAP) and atherosclerotic relative active substances. Two hundred and nine patients were selected from 306th Hospital of The Chinese People's Liberation Army.All subjects comprised 136 patients with acute cerebral infarction(CI) and 73 volunteers without acute cerebral infarction. All patients were examined with color dopplor ultrasound for hemodynamics,IMT and CAP of carotid artery. Morever, ELISA method was used to test the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMPS-9),tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1),b-fibroblast growth factor(b-FGF),high sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) and blood-lipid in blood-serum in CI patients. The patients with BSS had AS. There was correlation between carotid diameter,the number of CAP and ulcerative CAP with BSS.Morever, the CAP in patients with BSS have unstablity. The number and unstablity of CAP increased in patients with BSS have CI. The carotid diameter of patients with BSS increased,and also the patients with BSS had CAS and abnormal carotid hemodynamics. The carotid diameter, the degree of CAS and number of CAS increased in paitents with BSS have CI. There was correlation between matrix metallopeptidase-9(MMP-9) with BSS. Contrarily, there was no correlation between TIMP-1,b-FGF, Hs-CRP, blood-lipid with BSS. Conclusion: The important pathological basis of blood stasis syndrome(BSS) defined by Chinese medicine is Atherosclerosis.

      摘要:According to National Central Product Classification and Codes,Codes for traditional Chinese medicine prescription are studied. With seven floor ten digital code, 703 frequently-used and classical traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are classificated, edited and coded and 703 ‘ID’ codes are given. Chinese herbal medicine prescription codes are replaced of the messy name to use simple mathematical language to express, fixed the national unity ‘identity’ code. At the same time, each pieces of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription are researched, given out a regular code. The study will promote traditional Chinese medicine prescription digitized, standardized and developed.
