      摘要:Objective: To prepare and identify α-hederagenin-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (BD-HP-β-CD). Method: BD-HP-β-CD was prepared by saturated aqueous solution.With yield of inclusion complex and entrapment efficiency as indexes,effects of temperature,time and stirring speed on inclusion technology was investigated by orthogonal design.Phase of BD-HP-β-CD was characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),solubilization effect of HP-β-CD to BD was investigated by phase solubility method. Result: Optimum inclusion technology was as following:inclusion temperature of 37 ℃,stirring speed 300 r·min-1,inclusion time 2 h.Average yield of inclusion complex was 93.3%,encapsulation efficiency was 70.7%,apparent solubility of BD-HP-β-CD compared to BD in pH 8.5,1.2,6.8 medium increased by about 4,60,200 times,disappearance of BD characteristic peak in XRD and DSC confirmed that inclusion has been formed. Conclusion: HP-β-CD could significantly improve solubility and dissolution of BD.

      摘要:Objective: To refine and preliminarily analysis chemical structure of polysaccharides from Caulis Polygoni Multiflori. Method: Through degreasing,water extraction,classification alcohol precipitation,bleaching,dialysis,crude polysaccharides was prepared,then separated and purified by DEAE 52-cellulose anion exchange column chromatography and Sephacryl S-300 gel permeation chromatography.Physical and chemical properties of polysaccharides were analyzed by chemical methods,purity,relative molecular mass,monosaccharide composition and preliminary chemical structure of polysaccharides were analyzed by high performance gel permeation chromatography(HPGPC),gas chromatography(GC),ultraviolet spectrometry(UV),infared spectroscopy(IR),et al. Result: Six homogeneous polysaccharides(SWTPA-1,SWTPB-1,SWTPB-2,SWTPB-3,SWTPC-1,SWTPC-2) were obtained,their relative molecular mass were 9 162,56 314,44 502,37 278,40 558,61 000,respectively.All these polysaccharides did not contain macromolecular proteins,peptides,nucleic acids,starches,phenols,but contained IR characteristic absorption peaks of carbohydrates.SWTPA-1,SWTPC-1 and SWTPC-2 were neutral polysaccharide;SWTPB-1,SWTPB-2 and SWTPB-3 may be acidic polysaccharides;SWTPA-1,SWTPB-1,SWTPB-3,SWTPC-1 and SWTPC-2 were pyranose and contained β glycosidic bond;SWTPB-2 was pyranose and contained α and β glycosidic bonds;SWTPB-2,SWTPB-3,SWTPC-1 and SWTPC-2 also contained furanose ring. Conclusion: Six homogeneous polysaccharides were first separated and purified from Caulis Polygoni Multiflori and their structures were preliminary analyzed,Sephacryl S-300 gel permeation chromatography could be adpoted to separate and purify of polysaccharides,sugar alcohol acetate derivatization method could better achieve polysaccharides from Caulis Polygoni Multiflori hydrolyzate derivatization.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare porous medical chitosan membranes and do their performance characterization. Method: Membranes were prepared by solvent evaporation gel method,degradation of chitosan enzyme to prepare porous chitosan membranes,then their morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope,weighing method was adopted to detect relationship between moisture absorption effect and hydrolysis time-remaining weight,and test adsorption of porous chitosan membranes to bovine serum albumin and controlled release properties to silver sulfadiazine. Result: Ratio of chitosan and endonuclease was 0.1 g·U-1,enzymolysis time was 3 h,both surface and internal of membranes generated porous structure which was suitable for pharmaceutical carriers. Conclusion: In situ endonuclease digestion of porous chitosan membranes had advantages of mild reaction conditions,pore rate controlled and non-toxic substance residues etc,which had a good application prospect.

      摘要:Objective: To explore differences between effects of chitosan flocculation clarification technology and alcohol precipitation technology on moisture absorption of water extract of Chinese medicinal herb. Method: Influences of two purification processes were investigated on extract yield,retention rates of carbohydrates and amino acids,removal rates of proteins and tannins,hygroscopicity of dry extracts. Result: Extract yield,retention rates of carbohydrates and amino acids,removal rates of proteins and tannin in chitosan flocculation clarification process were higher than that in alcohol precipitation process,but hygroscopicity of dry extracts was opposite. Conclusion: Moisture absorption of water extract of Lysimachiae Herba had relationship with retention rate of polysaccharides,removal rates of protein and tannin,it could provide the basis for selection of these two kinds of purification processes.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of SOD from Panacis Quinquefolii Radix liposomes and investigate its properties. Method: Anti-phase evaporation method was used to prepare SOD from Panacis Quinquefolii Radix liposomes,with entrapment efficiency as index,effects of lecithin-cholesterol ratio,volume of phosphate buffer and amount of SOD from Panacis Quinquefolii Radix on preparation technology was investigated by orthogonal design,then studied particle size,in vitro release and stability of SOD from Panacis Quinquefolii Radix liposomes. Result: Optimum preparation technology was:lecithin-cholesterol (4: 1),volume of phosphate buffer 12 mL,the amount of SOD from Panacis Quinquefolii Radix 10 mg.These prepared liposomes was uniform with average particle size of 480 nm and entrapment efficiency of 71.35%. Conclusion: These prepared liposomes had high entrapment efficiency and good stability with certain sustained-release effect.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of temperature and pH on agglomeration state of endotoxin in glycyrrhizic acid solution. Method: Under different temperature and pH conditions,glycyrrhizic acid solution was filtered with 30 kDa Millipore membrane,the concentration of Endotoxin in ultrafiltrate was determined by dynamic turbidity method,contents change of active components was examined by HPLC,particle size of agglomeration state of endotoxin was determined with nanometer particle size instrument under different temperature and pH conditions. Result: When temperature was 60 ℃ and pH was 4,particle size distribution and removal of endotoxin agglomeration state were optimal.The contents of active components in glycyrrhizic acid solution was above 98% after filtering by 30 kDa Millipore membrane. Conclusion: With increasing of temperature,particle size distribution and removal of endotoxin agglomeration state increased,but when pH increased from 4 to 10,particle size and removal decreased.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of polysaccharides from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium by central composite design-response surface methodology. Method: Based on single-factor tests,with solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time as independent variables and yield of polysaccharides from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium as dependent variable,multiple linear regression and binomial fitting was adopted by central composite design model,and determine optimum extraction technology. Result: The best extraction process was as following:ratio of solid to liquid 1: 49,extraction temperature 92 ℃,reflux extraction time 150 min.Yield of polysaccharides from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium was up to 14.77%,deviation of the predictive value and the measured value was 0.61%. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was simple and reliable,it could laid a certain foundation for development and utilization of polysaccharides from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology parameters of total flavonoids from Albiziae Flos by macroporous resin. Method: With the content of total flavonoids as index,purification technology was optimized by investigating the concentration of sample liquid,type and amount of eluent,impurity solvent,et al. Result: Optimum purification technology was as following:2 BV sample liquid (0.2 g·mL-1) passed AB-8 resin,eluted impurities with 4 BV water and 4 BV 10% ethanol,eluted by 5 BV 50% ethanol,collected eluate,purity of total flavones was up to 34.62%. Conclusion: This optimized technology had a better separation and purification capacity for total flavonoids from Albizia julibrissin.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction technology of total triterpenes from Trichosanthes cucumeroides and investigate its antioxidant activity. Method: With the content of total triterpenes as index,single-factor tests and orthogonal test were adopted to investigate effects of extraction time,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and microwave power on extraction technology.Antioxidant activity of its extract was extimated by DPPH assay,salicylicl acid assay,ABTS assay and FRAP assay. Result: The best extraction conditions for total triterpenes from T. cucumeroides were as follows:extracted 6 min with 50 times the amount of 90% ethanol,microwave power 500 W.Scavenging DPPH·,scavenging ABTS+·and reducing Fe3+ of extract from T. cucumeroides were higher than tea polyphenol and lower than Vc,but scavenging OH·was lower than theirs. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and rapid,extract of T. cucumeroides showed certain antioxidant activity.

      摘要:Objective: To improve secondary ethanol precipitation and subsequent processes of Guanxinning injections. Method: With residue mass as index,necessity of frozen and filtration steps after secondary ethanol precipitation was investigated.With the contents of sodium danshensu,protocatechuic aldehyde,rosmarinic acid,ferulic acid and salvianolic acid B as indexes,effects of the concentration of adding ethanol,pH and ethanol concentration on secondary ethanol precipitation and subsequent processes were investigated. Result: Frozen step in original standard process could be negligible.The contents of five kinds of characteristics components in Guanxinning injections were all improved effectively when ethanol content was adjusted to 80% with 90% ethanol in secondary alcohol precipitation and pH was adjusted to 8.0-8.2 after secondary alcohol precipitation. Conclusion: Improvement process of Guanxinning injections could better control liquid color and finished products quality,it could be widely applied with shortening production cycle.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare Panax notoginseng saponins liposome pellets. Method: With entrapment efficiency as index,orthogonal design was adopted to investigate effects of proportion of soybean phospholipid and cholesterol,ratio of water phase and organic phase,the concentration of drugs and lipid dosage on formulation technology of P notoginseng saponins liposome lyophilized powder,then P notoginseng saponins liposome pellets was prepared by plastic method. Result: Optional formulation technology of P notoginseng saponins liposome lyophilized powder were as follows:proportion of soybean phospholipid and cholesterol (6: 1),ratio of water phase and organic phase (1: 4),the concentration of drugs 20 g·L-1,lipid dosage 150 mg.After dissolved of prepared liposome pellets,average particle size of liposomes was 220.5 nm,Zeta potential was-71.2 mv,dissolution was up to 81.41% within 1 h. Conclusion: Dissolution of prepared P notoginseng saponins liposome pellets was high,particle size distribution of liposomes was well and quality was stable.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of berberine hydrochloride liposomes and evaluate its in vitro release properties. Method: Berberine hydrochloride liposomes was prepared by pH gradient combined thin film dispersion method,with encapsulation efficiency as index,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of cholesterol-phospholipid ratio,drug-lipid ratio,the concentration of phospholipid and pH of external phase on formulation technology.In vitro release behavior was investigated by dynamic dialysis. Result: Optimum prescription was that ratio of phospholipid to cholesterol (3: 1),drug-phospholipid ratio (1: 15),phospholipid concentration of 30 g·L-1,pH of external phase 7.0.Encapsulation efficiency of prepared berberine hydrochloride liposomes was 89.34%,average particle size was 123.3 nm and Zeta potential was -20.0 mV,cumulative release was 90.46% in 24 h. Conclusion: These berberine hydrochloride liposomes prepared by pH gradient combined thin film dispersion method had high entrapment efficiency and uniform particle size with significant in vitro sustained-release characteristics.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of different preparation processes on in vitro antiviral activity of Feiduqing prescription. Method: Antiviral activities of water extract(A),water and alcohol extract(D),water extraction-ethanol precipitation substance(B) and its n-butanol extract(C) were investigated by in vitro antiviral method. Result: Sample D could completely inhibit A 1 and 3 type influenza viruses with the concentration of 1 250 mg·L-1,sample A with 250 mg·L-1 could completely inhibit A 1 and 3 type influenza A viruses under 60% cytotoxicity,other samples had no inhibitory effect on other respiratory viruses,and in vitro antiviral activity of sample D was better than sample A. Conclusion: Different preparation processes of the same prescription had a certain influence of pesticide effect.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of tablets core of compound liquorice double-deck tablets. Method: With disintegration time of tablets core,dissolution and appearance as comprehensive evaluation index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize preparation technology of compound liquorice tablets with the amount of microcrystalline cellulose,sodium carboxymethyl starch(CMS-Na),french chalk and magnesium oxide(MgO) as factors. Result: Optimum preparation technology was as following:5.6% microcrystalline cellulose as stuffing bulking agent,15.2% CMS-Na as disintegrating agent,4.9% french chalk as lubricant and 5.1% MgO as absorbent. Surface of prepared tablets were smooth with disintegration time of (26.4±10) s and dissolution of 99%. Conclusion: Prepared tablets core conformed to requirements of double-deck tablets,optimized technology was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate productive technology and quality of Yansukang aerosols after changed excipient. Method: Through observing uniformity of mixture of liquid and propellant,Yansukang aerosol prescription was screened,with total press times as index to optimize tetrafluoroethane filling volume,leakage rate,residual,appearance were taken as qualitative and quantitative indicators to make comparative study on Yansukang aerosols before and after propellant changed. Result: Mixture of liquid and propellant was homogeneous without stratification phenomenon;When tetrafluoroethane filling volume was 4.5 g,total press times was almost the same with that before propellant changed;Leakage rate,residual,droplet size distribution of in vitro spray and simulated distribution of in vivo micro-particles distribution,appearance and so on all had no significant difference. Conclusion: Product prescription was not necessary to be adjusted after change of propellant and quantitative valve.Filling volume of tetrafluoroethane should be adjusted from 2.5 g to 4.5 g.Productive technology was controllable and stable,quality of Yansukang aerosols was consistent before and after propellant changed.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize soaking extraction technology of total flavonoids from Nelumbinis Folium. Method: Based on single factor experiments,with yield of total flavonoids as index,factors such as ethanol concentration,extraction time,liquid-solid ratio and extraction temperature were optimized by Box-Behnken response surface design. Result: The best technology parameters were as follows:extracted twice with 39 times the amount of 51% ethanol at 71 ℃,62 min per time,yield of total flavonoids was 6.21%. Conclusion: This extraction process by constant temperature soaking was stable and practicable.

      摘要:Objective: To control quality stability of Chinese materia medica pieces by stepwise blending method. Method: Scutellariae Radix was chosen as research object,with the contents of baicalin,baicalein and wogonin as indexes,five batches of Scutellariae Radix were blended to get one target cruse drug using stepwise blending method,fingerprint similarity was used to verity quality consistency of Scutellariae Radix. Result: RSD of the contents of index components between blending pieces and objective piece was less than 5%,fingerprint similarity between blending pieces and objective piece was 0.986. Conclusion: After different batches of pieces were handled by stepwise blending method,RSD of index components content reduced and fingerprint similarity tended to be consistent,then quality uniformity of Chinese materia medica increased significantly.Stepwise blending method was accurate and simple without complexity mathematical software,which could be a new method for blending of Chinese materia medica pieces.

      摘要:Objective: To determinate in vitro transdermal rates of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride from Tianxing Kechuan patches in rats. Method: Accepted physiological saline as receiving medium,the contents of percutaneous ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by HPLC,in vitro transdermal rate of two index ingredients from Tianxing Kechuan patches was investigated. Result: Cumulative transdermal rates of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in 24 hours were 12.37% and 12.04%,respectively, and in 36 hours were 14.81% and 14.34%,respectively. Conclusion: In vitro transdermal rates of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine from Tianxing Kechuan patches in rats were high,which provided basis for clinical efficacy studies of this preparation.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate rat intestinal absorption characteristics of total flavonoids from Hippophae Fructus. Method: In vitro everted gut sac model and in situ rat single-pass perfusion model were adopted,the contents of quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were determined by HPLC,rat intestinal absorption parameters of total flavonoids from Hippophae Fructus were calculated. Result: The best absorption parts of quercetin,kaempferol,isorhamnetin was ileum,ileum and duodenum,respectively.Absorption rate constant (Ka) of these three ingredients were 3.405×10-2,3.649×10-2,5.671×10-2,respectively.Ka and apparent absorption coefficient had no significant difference when the concentration of total flavonoids from Hippophae Fructus was 50-200 mg·L-1.A positive correlation was found between drug concentration and accumulated absorption amount. Conclusion: Absorption characteristics of these three main flavonoids components were consistent,all complied with the first order absorption kinetics,absorption mechanisms of them were passive diffusion,and they had specific absorption site in small intestine.

      摘要:Objective: Changing regularity of chlorogenic acid and rutin content were detected from Ilex hainanensis gathered in different periods by HPLC in order to decide the best gathering time. Method: Six samples of I. hainanensis were collected from July 2011 to May 2012 at every two months. RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of chlorogenie acid and rutin in different periods of I. hainanensis with the chromatographic conditions of Phenomenex Gemini C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), detected at the wavelength of 330 nm, gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase, column temperature of 30 ℃, the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. Result: The linearity of chlorogenic acid and Rutin were good in the range of 0.10-2.00 μg and 0.25-5.00 μg, regress equation were Y=4 027X+5.262(r=1.000 0) and Y=1 258X-1.406(r=1.000 0), the average recovery was 97.18% and 99.36%, RSDs were 1.27%, 1.91%. The content of Chlorogenic acid and Rutin were higher in I. hainanensis collected in January, and the content of Chlorogenie acid and Rutin were lower in I. hainanensis collected in July. So the collection time could be set at January. Conclusion: The determination method of chlorogenic acid and rutin in I. hainanensis is good at resolution and reproducibility, quickly analysis, accurate and stable, which can be used for the quality control of I. hainanensis. There are some changing regulations of chlorogenic acid and rutin in llex hainanensis during its growing development period. The content of chlorogenic acid and rutin will help us to decide the best gathering time for I. hainanensis.

      摘要:Objective: To establish total saponins from Panax japonicas (SPJ) activity related to quality standards by the quantification of main active ingredient. Method: The extraction process of total saponins from P. japonicas (SPJ) was optimized to obtain total saponin extraction. HPLC was used to determine the content of the main ingredients in the standard extract. The main ingredients were made into the preparations of principal component cluster equal with total saponins of herbal extracts to evaluate the differences between the principal component cluster and the active ingredients of herbal extraction through vitro antioxidant model. Result: Vitro antioxidant activity of standard extracts was 71.30 U·g-1; the content of saponin V of P. japonicus was 24.9 mg·g-1; saponin Ⅳa was 90.6 mg·g-1; saponin Ⅳ was 38.7 mg·g-1; Pjs-2 was 41.1 mg·g-1. Vitro antioxidant activity of the principal component cluster is 64.79 U·g-1. Conclusion: The method taking saponin V, saponin Ⅳa, saponin Ⅳ and Pjs-2 from P. japonicus as the principal component of the Panax japonicus total saponins has a high accuracy, which is scientific and reasonable. In the samples of Panax japonicus total saponins, the content of saponin V is no less than 24.9 mg·g-1, saponin Ⅳa is no less than 90.6 mg·g-1, saponin Ⅳ is no less than 38.7 mg·g-1, Pjs-2 is no less than 39.6 mg·g-1.

      摘要:Objective: To study and compare the effective components of Semen Trichosanthis from different prodution regions. Method: The contents were detected by the HPLC,in 3,29-Dibenzoyl rarounitriol as reference,with methanol-water (93: 7) as the mobile phase,to 230 nm as the detection wavelength. Result: There are significant differences of content in 45 samples,Shandong Pingyin 025 samples containing up to 0.289 1%, Shandong Feicheng 001 was 0.078 1% minimum content of the sample. The change of 3,29-Dibenzoyl rarounitriol content was relatively large, and the stability is relatively low in each region and sub-interval.The highest content from the region of Changqing,Shandong, and the contents change were stability.The average content of Shandong Feicheng areas is up to 0.141 7%, but its stability is lowest. Conclusion: The results indicated that the average content of the six production regions all match the standard of the national,but the difference between regions were significant,and their stability lower.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of total polyphenol from Callicarpa nudiflora. Method: The total polyphenol content of C. nudiflora was analyzed by folin-phonel colorimetry. The optimum conditions were investigated using gallic acid as standard. Result: The polyphenol content of C. nudiflora could be well calculated by applying folin-phonel reagent 0.5 mL, 7.5% Na2CO31.5 mL, reacted 10 min at 40 ℃, color condition 60 min at 25 ℃ for colorimetric reaction. The linear range of standard curve was 0-18 μg. The regression equation was found as follows Y=32.262X-0.001 2 (n=7) with the correlation coefficent r=0.999 9. Conclusion: The method established is simple, stable and accurate, which is suitable for analysis of total polyphenol and quality control in C. nudiflora.

      摘要:Objective: To study 3-hydroxybenzoic acid in Artemisiae Argyi Folium (carbonized and processed with vinegar) that come from different arrears, which provide the theoretical basis of the quality control and rational use of Artemisiae Argyi Folium (carbonized and processed with vinegar). Method: HPLC method, the analytical column was Prevail C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate (15: 85). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 240 nm and the column temperature was set at 25 ℃. Result: There was good linearity between the peak areas and concentration at the ranges of 0.010 02-0.501 00 μg for 3-hydroxybenzoic acid (r=1.000 0). The average recovery (n=9) was 97.39% with RSD 0.99%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and repeatable. The 3-hydroxybenzoic acid in Artemisiae Argyi Folium (carbonized and processed with vinegar) of different arrears has significant difference.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin(saponins X), 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin(saponins B), 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin(saponins PD), 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside hederagenin(saponins A) in Akebiae Fructus using high-performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD). Method: The separation of A. Fructus was performed on an Agilent 1100 manual high performance liquid chromatograph, Cosmosil-C18 ODSchromatography column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detector was ELSD. The temperature of drift tube was 98 ℃. And the nebulizer nitrogen flow rate was 2.8 L·min. Result: The linear range of saponin X, saponin B, saponins PD, saponin A was 2-10 μg (R2 was 0.999 0, 0.999 0, 0.999 1, 0.999 1,respectively), and the average recovery (n=6) was 96.8%, 101.9%, 99.3%, 100.5%, respectively; and RSD was 0.9%, 1.2%, 0.7%, 1.3%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate. It can be used to determine saponins X, saponins B, saponins PD, saponins A content and control the quality in Akebiae Fructus.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Ampelopsis japonica. Method: Multi-chromatographic methods including Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography were employed for the isolation and purification. The structures were identified on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data. Result: Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as lupeol (1), β-sitosterol (2), physeion (3), β-sitosterol linoleate (4), paeonol (5), 4-p-menthane-1,8-diol (6), vanillin (7), α-tocopherol (8), α-tocopheryl quinone (9), α-methyl-pyrrole-ketone (10), botcinins D (11), 5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (12), 4-keto pinoresinol (13), bungein A (14), lasiodiplodin (15). Conclusion: Compounds 4-15 are obtained from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of fructus Melia toosendan. Method: Normal phase silica gel, RP-18 Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies combined with recrystallization were used to isolate and purify the constituents. Their structures were identifided by spectroscopic methods, including 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, ESI-MS and EI-MS. Result: Twelve compounds were isolated. Their structures were decided as 1-O-tigloyl-1-O-debenzoylohchinal (1), ohchinal (2), 1-cinnamoyltrichilinin (3), 3, 7-diacetyl-14, 15-deoxyhavanensin (4), 7-O-acetyl-14, 15-deoxyhavanensin (5), 6α-O-acetyl-7-deacetylnimocinol (6), 6α-hydroxyazadirone (7), 24-nor-5ξ-13α, 17α-chola-14, 20, 22-triene-3β, 7α-diol-21, 23-epoxy-4, 4, 8-trimethyl-3-acetate (8), hedyotol-A (9), 2, 6-bis(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-3, 7-dioxabicyclo[3,3,0]octan-8-one (10), exo-endo-2, 6-bis(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxy-phenyl)-3, 7-dioxabicyclo[3,3,0]octane (11) and betulafolienediolone (12). Conclusion: Compounds 2-12 were obtained from fructus M. toosendan for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study chemical constituents from endophytic fungus FL10 of Ficus carica. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Six indolyl diketopiperazines alkaloid were obtained and elucidated as verruculogen (1), cyclotryprostatins B (2). fumitremorgin C (3), cyclotryprostatin A (4), tryprostatin A (5), tryprostatin B (6). Conclusion: Six indolyl diketopiperazine alkaloids were isolated from endophyic fungus of F. carica for the first time. The present study revealed that endophytic fungi Aspergillus tamarii from F. carica are the sources for the production of indolyl diketopiperazine alkaloids.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for simultaneous determination of five free anthraquinones(including aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, physcion), two dianthrones(including sennoside A and sennoside B), gallic acid and catechin from rhubarb. Method: The analysis was achieved with an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 analytical column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution of 0.05% phosphoric acid in water and acetonitrile at 40 ℃. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, injection volume was 10 μL, and detection wave length was set at 280 nm. Result: All the active constituents' calibration curves showed a good linearity(r≥0.999 5) in a relatively wide concentration range. The liner range of the active constituents was 4.56-45.6,16.3-163,7.38-73.8,7.44-74.4,1.82-18.2,57.6-576,28.2-282,3.27-32.7,118-1.18×10 mg·L-1, respectively. And the average recovery was 96.4%-101.4%,RSD<3.15%. Furthermore, contents of the Nine active constituents of rhubarb samples from different sources differ significantly. Conclusion: This method is simple, good reproducibility, accuracy and reliability, it can be used for rapid quality evaluation of rhubarb.

      摘要:Objective: The active components with function of eliminating fire and detoxication from Sanhuang Xiexin tang were annalyzed to provide scientific data for the discovery of active components and the establishment of quality evaluation methods. Method: The active components were determined by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) compatibility. Result: The active components with function of eliminating fire and detoxication were Alkaloids-Flavonoids-Anthraquinones.Therwere 16 kinds of active components. The content of hydrochloride gatrorrhizine, hydrochloride epiberberine, hydrochloride coptisine, hydrochloride palmatine and hydrochloride berberine, baicalin, wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin,sennoside A and sennoside B, aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion respectively was 1.80%, 5.40%, 7.70%, 4.50%, 18.80%, 47.80%, 9.40%, 3.60%, 1.10%, 0.42%, 3.54%, 0.07%, 0.11%, 0.37%, 0.11%, 0.03%. Conclusion: The active compounds with function of eliminating fire and detoxication from Sanhuang Xiexin tang is 104.75%(mg·g-1),and the 16 kinds ratio was 56: 163: 232: 136: 571: 1448: 283: 110: 32: 107: 13: 2: 3: 11: 3: 1.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a new RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the seven naphthoquinones in crude extract of Arnebia euchroma, namely lithospermum acid, shikonin, acetyl shikonin, deoxyshikonin, isobutyryl shikonin, β,β-dimethylacry shikonin and isovalerylshikonin. Method: Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile-pure water (with 0.03% formic acid) as mobile phase in gradients elution. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, and the UV detector was monitored at 254, 516 nm. Result: All the calibration curves of the seven naphthoquinones showed good linearity in test ranges (r>0.999 1); and the overall recoveries were in the range of 97%-103% (n=3) with RSD less than 3%. The overall of RSD of precision test were less than 3%. A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the seven naphthoquinones in crude extract of A. euchroma was established. Conclusion: The established HPLC method is rapid, accurate, credible and repeatable for the determination of the seven water-soluble (lithospermum acid) and liposoluble (the rest of six components) components simultaneously, and provide a more comprehensive scientific basis for the quality evaluation of A. euchroma.

      摘要:Objective: To study the difference of Licorice from different sources in major ingredient contents and protective effect on liver. Method: HPLC was applied to determine the contents of Glycyrrhizin, liquiritin and isoliquiritigenin from Licorice, and mice were chosen to duplicate the acetaminophen-induced toxic hepatitis model. Result: Licorice was able to significantly decrease serum transaminase levels of chemical liver injury's mice induced by acetaminophen. Difference of serum transaminase activity between S1 and S8 groups was not significant, but the contents of Glycyrrhizin, liquiritin and isoliquiritigenin from S1 were more higher than them from S8, which were 2.219%,2.86%,0.023% and 0.767%,0.557%,0.013% respectively. The protective effect on liver of S4 and S6 were relatively weak, but their contents of constituents were still higher. Conclusion: The quality of licorice from different sources is different, and the protective effect on liver has no positive relationship with contents of glycyrrhizin, liquiritin and isoliquiritigenin. Those show that it could be related to interreaction of various chemical constituents of Licorice.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of flavonoids from Potentilla discolor. Method: Column chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify the constituents. Result: The n-BuOH fraction from P. discolor was separated and purified. Seven compounds were obtained and identified as:isorhamnetin (1), quercetin (2), kaempferol(3), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactoside (4), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronide (5), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinoside (6) and mauritianin (7). Conclusion: Compound 3 is isolated from the plant for the first time, Compounds 1,4,6 and 7 are isolated from this genus for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the chromatography fingerprint of the leaf of Dimocarpus longan by HPLC. Method: HPLC analysis was performed on a Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the gradient eluting system consisted of methanol and 0.2% H3PO4.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 20 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. The time of gradient elution was 90 min. Result: Ten samples of the leaf of D. longan in different origin of Guangxi were detected and eleven main marker peaks were selected in the standard fingerprint. The similarity of samples is all over 0.90. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint can be used for identification of the leaf of D. longan as well as quality control.

      摘要:Objective: To establish identification method of Qingfeixiaocuo Granules by TLC and provide experimental basis for the quality control. Method: TLC was used to distinguish all Chinese herbal medicine in the prescription which contains Scutellaria baicalensis, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Radix Paeoniae Rubrae and so on. Result: 75% content of water microemulsion-formic acid (9.5: 0.5), chloroform-ethyl acetate-methanol-formic acid(50: 5: 10: 0.2), benzene-ethyl acetate (19: 1), petroleum ether-methyl formate-formic acid(15: 5: 1), chloroform-methanol(20: 1), chloroform-diethyl ether (1: 1), benzene-acetone(1: 1) were used as developing agent for Scutellaria, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Salviae Mitiorrhizae expansion agent, Polygonum cuspidatum, Forsythia, Radix Platycodi, Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii respectively, and toluene-ethyl acetate-formic acid(20: 4: 0.5) as the agent for hawthorn and wainut, which launched on the polyamide film or silica gel plate. The spots of TLC of all varieties were distinctive and there was no interfere with the negative reference. Conclusion: The methods are specific and reliable that can be used as qualitative identification for Qingfeixiaocuo Granules.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) for simultaneously determining catechin, gaultherin and gaultheroside A in G. yunnanensis. Method: A HPLC method was developed as QAMS to determine the three principal components in Gaultheria yunnanensis. Catechin was selected as the internal reference substance, and 2 relative correction factors (RCFs) to catechin were calculated. The method was evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results between external standard method and QAMS method. Result: No siginificant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method were observed. Conclusion: It is feasible and suitable to determine catechin, gaultherin and gaultheroside A in Gaultheria yunnanensis by QAMS, and this method can be used for a certain different types of compounds.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of aconitine, mesaconitine and hypaconitine in Fumailing Capsules. Method: The aconitine, mesaconitine and hypaconitine in the capsules was determined by HPLC on the Aglient TC-C18column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at room temperature. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.05% triethylamine (70: 30). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 minand the detection wavelength was set at 235 nm. Result: The content of aconitine had a good linearity in the range of 0.080 8-0.808 0 μg (r=0.999 6), the average recovery was 98.40%, RSD was 2.84%. The content of mesaconitine had a good linearity in the range of 0.866-4.330 μg (r=0.999 7), the average recovery was 98.04% and RSD was 2.05%. The content of hypaconitine had a good linearity in the range of 0.089-0.890 μg (r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 98.71%, and RSD was 2.34%; Conclusion: This method was simple, reproducible and accurate, and it can be used for determination of Fumailing Capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To compare different chemical composition of Cinnamomi Ramulus specifications by HPLC method and discuss the relationship between specifications and chemical compositions. Method: Waters-Symmetry-RP-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of solvent A (acetonitrile) and solvent B (0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid) by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The wavelength was set at 275 nm. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: The calibration curves of coumarin, cinnamyl alcohol, cinnamic acid and cinnamaldehyde were in good linearity over the ranges of 0.001 32-0.132 μg(r=0.999 5),0.001 08-0.108 μg (r=0.999 6),0.002 57-0.257 μg (r=0.999 6),0.141 4-1.448 μg (r=0.999 7), and the average recoveries were 97.8%, 97.2%, 100.6%, 99.6% with RSD of 1.5%, 1.1%, 1.3%, 1.7% respectively. The content of coumarin, cinnamyl alcohol, cinnamic acid and cinnamaldehyde in Cinnamomi Ramulus of different specifiations was different. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which will supply evidence for the quality control and research of Cinnamomi Ramulus.

      摘要:Objective: The aim is to establish the determination method of saccharide in Pareonia albiflota extracts. Method: The volume ratio of sulfuric acid and water, the volume of color liquid, 100 ℃ water bath time, and ice bath time were studied by single-factor experiment. Result: The optimum experimental conditions were as following: 5: 1 of the volume ratio of sulfuric acid and water, 5 mL color liquid, 100 ℃ water bath for 50 min, and ice bath for 15 min. In the optimum experimental conditions, the standard solutions of glucose possessed good linear with absorbance when its concentration was 0.019-0.189 mg. The linear equation was Y=7.488X-0.000 2(R2=0.999 5). The recovery ratio of three degrees was 102%, 102.15%, 95.86%, the RSD was 2.08%, 1.51%, 2.24%. The RSD of six samples was 2.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC method for assay of naringin in Chushi Yangxue Capsules. Method: The content of naringin was determined by a HPLC method. The Diamonsil C18 (2) column was used. The mobile phase was 0.1% acetic acid-methanol (60: 40) with 1.0 mL·min-1 flow rate at 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. Result: The linear range of naringin was 0.035 83-1.146 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.9%, RSD was 2.7%. Conclusion: The method is simple and quick. It can be used as the determination method of naringin in Chushi Yangxue Capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content of hederagenin in root of Luffa cylindrica. Method: HPLC was performed with chromatographic conditions as follows:Dikma Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with column temperature at 35 ℃, the mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine (85: 15: 0.04: 0.02), flow rate at l mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength at 210 nm. Result: The linearity of hederagenin was good in the range of 0.563 2-5.632 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 97.49%, RSD was 1.86%. RSD of repeatability was 1.73% (n=6) Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible and reproducible, which can be used to control the quality of root of L. cylindrica.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Jiangnian Capsules by HPLC. Method: Phenomenex C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (20: 80) and the detecting wavelength was set at 327 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and the injection volume was 10 μL; the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. Result: The linear range of calibration curve was 4.344-130.3 mg·L-1 for chlorogenic acid (r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 99.93% (RSD 0.12%). Conclusion: The method is highly sensitive, quick and accurate with good repeatability, which can be used for the quality control of Jiangnian Capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the essential oils from the host of Osmanthus fragran. and Acacia confusa. Method: The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation (SD) and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Result: 85 peaks of the essential oils from the Flos Osmanthi Fragrans were separated and 52 components were identified, which accounted for about 77.08% of the total essential oils. 97 peaks of the essential oils from the Acacia Confusa were separated and 25 components of it were identified, that accounted for about 67.04% of the total essential oils. Conclusion: There are some differences in the principal chemical constituents and content of the essential oil from two different host of Taxillus chinensis extracted by SD.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a quantitative determination method of HPLC for two polymethoxylated flavonoids in Bauhinia championii. Method: The determination was performed on a DIKMA Platisil ODS column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase by gradint elution (0 min, 25%A; 15 min, 45%A; 40 min, 50%A). The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 324 nm. Result: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.008 4-0.336 0 μg (for 5,7,3',4',5'-pentamethoxy flavone, r=0.999 9), 0.013 4-0.536 0 μg (for 3',4'-methylenedioxy-5',5,6,7-tetramethoxyflavone, r=0.999 7). The average recoveries were 99.41% (RSD 0.57%) and 98.65% (RSD 1.01%) respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and accuracy with good separation and reproducibility. It can be used as the quality control of the polymethoxylated flavonoids in Bauhinia championii.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC method for the content determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re in Renshen Guben Capsules. Method: A Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used and acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (19.3: 80.7) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The calibration curves of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re were linear in the range of 0.216-5.400 μg (r=0.999 4) and 0.212-5.300 μg (r=0.999 8) respectively. The average recoveries were 98.53% (RSD 1.10%) for ginsenoside Rg1 and 98.36% (RSD 1.35%) for ginsenoside Re. Conclusion: The established method is simple, rapid, specific and accurate; it can be used as quality control of Renshen Guben Capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To carry out the authentication study in pharmacognosy for the new adulterant of Plantaginis Semen-the fruits of Bupleurum chinense. Method: Using the methods of macroscopic and microscopic, the authentication characteristics of PLANTAGINIS SEMEN and its adulterant were studied, and using the method of TLC, the adultrant was corroborated further. Result: The characteristics of macroscopic and microscopic were obviously different, and the adulterant's TLC result was accordant with the reference drug of Bupleuri Radix and the referential fruits of Bupleurum chinense. Conclusion: The adulterant is derived from the dried fruits of Bupleurum chinense, and can not be used as Plantaginis Semen.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution characteristics of the 5F oral microemulsion in mouse. Method: An Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol and 0.5% acetic acid(55: 45)at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The column room temperature was set at 35 ℃ and the injection volume was 20 μL. KM mice were orally administrated with 5F microemulsion at the dose of 20 mg·kg-1. At the setting time intervals, blood were collected from the ocular artery directly from the mice after eyeball removal; serum was immediately separated by centrifugation. The heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys of each mouse was rapidly collected following blood collections, and immediately washed, wiped with filter paper, weighed and homogenized with normal saline to 10%. The serum and homogenates were extracted and then HPLC analysis. Result: The pharmacokinetics after oral administrations of 5F microemulsion were AUC0→t 12.202 μg·L-1·h-1, Cmax.3.434 μg·L-1, Tmax 1.048 h,MRT0→t 2.451 h. The relative bioavailability was 616.15% higher for microemulsion than that for the control. Conclusion: The average drug retention time was prolonged, and the relative bioavailability improved. 5F microemulsion has sustained-release characteristic.

      摘要:Objective: The present study was designed to examine whether Liangxue Huayu recipe (LHR) had the protective effects on D-galactosamine(D-GalN) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)-treated human L02 hepatocytes and its possible association through the mitochondrial pathway. Method: Hepatocytes L02 injured by D-GalN and TNF-α was treated by LHR. The morphological changes of the cells were observed under inverted phase-contrast microscopy. The percentage of cell viability was evaluated by MTT. Apoptosis and mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) were determined by high content screening (HCS) assay. In addition, the expression levels of apoptosis protease activation factor-1(Apaf-1), apoptosis induced factor (AIF),cleaved Caspase-3 and cleaved Caspase-9 were detected by Western-blot analysis in L02 cells. Result: It revealed that LHR pretreatment improved the morphology of TNF-α/GalN-treated human L02 hepatocytes. The study also showed that incubation with LHR caused significant increase in the viability of L02 cell and decrease of cell apoptosis. Furthermore, LHR prevented the loss of MMP, inhibited the upregulation of Apaf-1 and AIF protein expression, which was accompanied with a decrease in cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-9 activation in this cell model. Conclusion: These results indicate that LHR is effective in attenuating hepatocyte apoptosis in human L02 cells, and this effect is partly mediated through prevention on the loss of MMP and subsequent regulation of particular proapoptotic gene expression.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of prescription with function of relieving the exterior syndrome on upper respiratory tract infection in mice model through regulating mucosal immunity. Method: The mouse model of upper respiratory tract mucosal immunity dysfunction was induced by cold stimulation. Then the effects of prescription were evaluated by secretory immunoglobulin A(S-IgA) and lysozyme activity in saliva of the mice. Furthermore, the modeling mice received separately intranasal infection and intraperitoneal injection of streptococcus pneumoniae. The effects of prescription were evaluated by mortality and survival time. The antibacterial activities by in vitro experiment were observed. Result: Mahuang decoction and Yinqiao Powder could significantly improve the lysozyme activity in the saliva of the mice. In addition, Mahuang decoction also could enhance the S-IgA in the saliva of the animal. In the mice infected by streptococcus pneumoniae via nasal, Mahuang decoction could reduce the mortality rate and prolong survive time. But Mahuang decoction and Yinqiao powder had no protective effect on the upper respiratory tract mucosal immune dysfunction induced by streptococcus pneumoniae intraperitoneal injection. Moreover, no antibacterial ability on streptococcus pneumoniae in vitro was found. Conclusion: The prescription with function of relieving the exterior syndrome may prevent the upper respiratory infection through improving the function of upper respiratory mucosal immune system.

      摘要:Objective: From the cell proliferation, cycle and apoptosis researching the mechanism which Xuanfu Guilian prescription treats esophageal cancer. Method: Esophageal carcinoma cells (Eac9706) in vitro were cultured,and the cell proliferation inhibitory rate of Xuanfu Guilian prescription were detected with MTT assay to observe the time-and dose-effect; 1×105 cells/wells were seeded in 6 wells plate and respectively mixed in Xuanfu Guilian prescription extracts (15,25,60 mg·L-1);after cultured 48 h,the cell cycle and apoptosis of Eac9706 were detected by flow cytometry(FCM). Result: Xuanfu Guilian prescription can inhibit strongly the proliferation of Eca9706 cell, and have dose dependent, 50% inhibition concentration(IC50) 58.11 mg·L-1. The inhibition rate of concentration 15,25,60 mg·L-1 increased on time in 96 h. Early and late apoptosis rate of treatment group were significantly increaser than the negative(P<0.05). The cells rate of G0/G1 also increased significantly(P<0.05),and the 60 mg·L-1 group appeared apoptosis peak. Conclusion: Xuanfu Guilian prescription can inhibit the proliferation of Eac9706 cells and there is in dose and time dependent, which mechanism may be related to drug block of cells to G0/G1 phase and induce cell apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the inhibition mechanism of ursolic acid on inhibiting the growth of human carcinoma cell SMMC-7721. Method: Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell SMMC-7721 were co-cultured with different doses of ursolic acid for 24 h and 72 h,respectively. The absorbance value was evaluated by neutral red staining method, evaluation of ursolic acid on the proliferation of hepatoma cells; and the apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. Result: Different concentrations of ursolic acid on the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells showed obvious inhibition effect (P<0.05 or P<0.01) with a time and dose dependent manner. The half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of ursolic acid on SMMC-7721 cell strain was 12.59 mg·L-1 and 8.32 mg·L-1, respectively. The result indicated that the apoptosis rate was up to 14.07%, ursolic acid arrested SMMC-7721 the cell strain to S by flow cytometry with a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Ursolic acid on the proliferation of SMMC-7721 hepatoma cell line has the obvious inhibitory action, antitumor mechanism may be related to induction of cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in S phase.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the anticonvulsant effect of Bupleuri Radix(BR) and Paeoniae Radix Alba(PA) with different compatibility proportion in mice. Method: The Kunming mice were randomly divided into seven groups:the model group(A),the positive control group(B),BR-PA2:1 group(C),BR-PA1:1group(D),BR group(E),PA group(F),RB-PA1:2 group(G).The positive control group received the administration ofphenytoin 0.025 g·kg-1 or diazepam 0.004 g·kg-1,the dosage of BR and PA with different compatibility proportion was 10.4 g·kg-1,and the model group received the same amount of saline.After the continuous lavage administration for 7 days,we tested the anticonvulsant effect of BR and PA with different compatibility proportion in mouse models of maximal electroskock(MES),pentylenetetrazole(PTZ),strychnine and pilocarpine-induced convulsions 60 min after the last administration,the latency of clonic convulsion,tonic convulsion and death were observed. Result: In MES model, compared with group A,group B and F could significantly decrease the incidence of seizures (P<0.05); in PTZ model, group B,C,D could significantly prolong the latency of clonic, convulsions and tonic convulsions(P<0.05), group B, C could obviously prolong the latency of death;in strychnine model, all groups except group B(P<0.05) had no effect on the latency of clonic and death; in pilocarpine model, compared with group A, all groups could prolong the latency of death (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bupluri Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba with application compatibility display commendable anticonvulsant effect, which is better than Bupluri Radix or Paeoniae Radix Alba alone, anticonvulsant effect of BR and PA group with ratio of 2: 1 is best.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Shanmai capsules on the renal arteriole remodeling in renovascular hypertensive rats. Method: The two-kidney one-clip (2K1C) renovascular hypertensive rats were randomly divided into model group(n=8), captopril group(0.007 g·kg-1,n=8), Shanmai capsules high(1.8 g·kg-1,n=8), middle(0.9 g·kg-1,n=7), low(0.45 g·kg-1,n=6) dosage group and the sham control group(n=10). Treatment was started at the 5th week after surgery by intragastric administration. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) was measured periodically. Rats were sacrificed after the last administration. Angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)and endothelin(ET)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA). The morphometric measurements were performed in the renal arteriole remodeling. Result: The blood pressure of rats after renal artery narrow operation was significantly higher than before(P<0.01). Compared with model group, the antihypertensive effect of Shanmai capsules on renal hypertensive rats was reversible with a concentration dependent manner. The AngⅡand ET level in plasma and the renal arterial media thickness(Mt) were decreased, and lumen diameter(RAD) and luminal cross-sectional area(Lcsa) were increased, differences were statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: Shanmai capsules could inhibit the renal arteriole remodeling in renovascular hypertensive rats, and its mechanism may be related to the antihypertensive effect and reducing the levels of AngⅡand ET in vivo.

      摘要:Objective: Through the observing changes of sensitive indexes of allergic reaction, several animal models were used to compare sensitivity as allergen assessment of animal models. Method: ①BN rats,SD rats and guinea pigs were sensitized by ovalburmin(OVA),the symptoms,the degree of allergic response were observed,the level of immunoglobulin E(IgE),histamine,(TPS) and (β-Hex) in serum were determined by ELISA assay.②The sera were also applied for passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test (PCA test) in SD rats. Result: ① The changes of serum IgE, histamine, TPS and β-Hex concentration were with significant compared with control group.The rate of change of IgE,TPS and β-Hex in guinea pigs was higher than that in BN rat group and SD rat group.The rate of change of histamine in BN rats was higher than that in guinea pigs and SD rats.②PCA test by using sera from OVA group of BN rats after irritations showed the strong positive result characterized by large amount of subcutaneous effusions of Evans blue in SD rats. Conclusion: Guinea-pig was not the suitable for assay of the anaphylactoid reaction caused by injection.That the different animal species and observation indexes should be applied to evaluate the potential ASA detection induced by traditional Chinese medicine injections may be more comprehensive and acceptable.

      摘要:Objective: To research the effects of Albizzia julibrissin flower total flavonoids (AJFTF) on the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and tyrosin kinase B(TrkB) in the hippocampus CA3 of rats with depression. Method: Ninty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, venlafaxine hydrochloride group (12.5 mg·kg-1), and high, middle, low dosages of AJFTF groups(100,50,25 mg·kg-1). Depression model rats were induced by solitary cultivation plus chronic stress. Rats in venlafaxine hydrochloride and AJFTF groups were orally administered with venlafaxine hydrochloride or AJFTF once daily for 21 days, and rats in normal and model groups with equal volume distilled water. The learning and memory ability of rats were determined by Morris maze method, and the expressions of BDNF and Trkb in hippocampal CA3 were determinated by immunohisto chemical assay. Result: Compared with the normal group, escape latencies in model group were significantly increased and the times of succeed were decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the expression of BDNF and TrkB in the hippocampus CA3 were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, escape latencies were significantly decreased and the times of succeed were increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01)in venlafaxine hydrochloride group, AJFTF (100,50,25 mg·kg-1) dosage groups, and the expression of BDNF and TrkB in the hippocampus CA3 was significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: AJFTF can improve the learning and memory ability of rats with depression, and its mechanism may be related to the improvement of the expression of BDNF and TrkB in the hippocampus CA3 to protect the hippocampal neurons.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of the saponins of Thladiantha dubia (STDR)on the nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) p65 mRNA, interleukin(IL)-6 mRNA and IL-10 mRNA expression in tissue of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) rat's paw. Method: Fifty male SD rats were randomly taked 10 as control group,and the rest used Freund's adjuvant induced adjuvant arthritis.Fifty rats which successfully induced by adjuvant were randomly divided into five groups:model group, SRTD 160,80,40 mg·kg-1·d-1 groups and Tripterygium glycosides 12 mg·kg-1·d-1 group.Each group was given corresponding medicine, group model and control group was given distilled water, for 21 days.The expression of NF-κB p65 mRNA,IL-6 mRNA,IL-10 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. Result: Compared with nomal control group, the expression of NF-κB p65 and IL-6 mRNA increased significantly (P<0.01),and the expression of IL-10 decreased significantly (P<0.01) in the model group group. The relative expression levels of NF-κB p65 mRNA IL-6 mRNA of the three STDR groups were significantly lower than the model group(P<0.01); while the relative expression levels of IL-10 mRNA of STDR groups were significantly higher than the model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect on RA rats maybe related to decreasing the expression levels of NF-κB p65 andIL-6 mRNA,and increasing IL-10 mRNA.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of compound Fufangteng mixture medicated serum on bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells (BMSCs) Notch signal pathway in rats. Method: The whole bone marrow adherent method was used to isolate, culture and purify the BMSCs in vitro.A total of 30 rats was randomly divided into 2 groups, 15 each group, and compound Fufangteng mixture 2 g·kg-1·d-1 was given by gavage to the rats as drug intervention group, while physiological saline 2 mL·kg-1·d-1 was given as negative control group. The 10% medicine serum and negative control serum were intervene to BMSCs. Then RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of Notch1,Jagged1 and Hes1 after intervention. And the immunofluorescence cytochemical method was used to detect the protein expression of Notch1 and Jagged1 after the intervention. Result: RT-PCR results showed that the mRNA expression of Notch1,Jagged1 and Hes1 in drug intervention group was higher than negative control group(P<0.05). Immunofluorescence cytochemical method indicated that the protein expression of Notch1 and Jagged1 in drug intervention group was higher than that in negative control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound Fufangteng mixture containing serum can upregulate key genes of Notch signal pathway and protein expression, and activate Notch signal pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of serum containing Zuogui Wan and Yougui Wan on the osteogenic differentiation in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). Method: To assign 28 rats into 4 groups at random,then the rats were respectedly gavaged with Zuogui Wan,Yougui Wan, positive control drug(estradiol valerate,EVT)and distilled water.The dosage of gavage was respectively 18.9,20.52 g·kg-1,0.36 mg·kg-1,1.0 mL·kg-1,two times one day.On the 4th day,after being gavaged 2 h,get the containing serum from aorta abdominalis, centrifuge, inactivate(56 ℃,30 min).The four kinds of 10% containing serum separately adding inducer(10-7mol·L-1 dexamethasone, 50 μmol·L-1 vitamin C, 10 mmol·L-1 sodium β-glycerophosphate), with inducer group,simultaneously intervene the BMSCs(1×105/L)for about 9 days.Then, to show the expression of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and typeⅠcollagen(COLⅠ) protein with the method of Western blot,to test expressing transforming growth factor beta1(TGF-β1) mRNA by RT-PCR. Result: Compared with control group, Zuigui Wan,Yougui Wan, EVT can promote BMSCs ALP,COLⅠexpression,upregulate BMSCs TGF-β1 mRNA(P<0.05);compared with inducer group, Zuigui Wan,Yougui Wan can promote BMSCs ALP,COLⅠexpression,upregulate BMSCs TGF-β1 mRNA,also Zuigui Wan is better than Yougui Wan (P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum containing Zuigui Wan and Yougui Wan can help inducer on the osteogenic differentiation in BMSCs,and Zuigui Wan is better,which indicates nourishing kidney-Yin is more effective on osteogenic differentiation in BMSCs.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effects of flavonoids extracted from Cuscutae Semen (FCS) on human umbilical vein endothelial cells injured by H2O2. Method: Vein endothelial cells were cultured in vitro and divided into four groups which was normal control,FCS control,model,FSC+H2O2respectively. We tested the influence of FCS on the endothelial cells oxidative damage induced by H2O2 the indexes of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malanyldiadehyde(MDA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and apoptosis were measured. Result: FCS could remarkable lessen oxidative damage of endothelial cell induced by H2O2, compared with normal control groups,the levels of LDH and MDA in model group remarkably increased and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px obviously decreased;while the groups pretreated by FCS,compared with model group,the levels of LDH and MDA obviously decreased and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased. Conclusion: FCS has protective effects on human umbilical vein endothelial cells injured by H2O2.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of Zhixiao Pingchuan prescription on eosinophil(EOS) apoptosis and expression of Fas B cell lymchoma/lewkmia-2(Bcl-2) mRNA in asthmatic rats. Method: Sixty SD rats were randomly assigned to 6 groups including normal control group,asthma model group,dexamethasone treated group,low dosage group,middle dosage group and high dosage group of Zhixiao Pingchuan prescription. The rat asthma model was established by sensitization and challenge of ovalbumin(OVA). After the rat models were formed successfully, the decoction of Zhixiao Pingchuan prescription was given. Twenty-one days later,their right lungs were removed for investigation. Apoptosis was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL)assay, the expressions of Fas mRNA and Bcl-2 mRNA in the lung tissue were detected in situ hybridization. Result: Compared with normal group,the count of EOS increased and EOS apoptosis rates decreased,the expression of Fas mRNA significantly decreased and the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA significantly increased in model group(P<0.01). Compared with model group, EOS apoptosis rates and the expression of Fas mRNA increased significantly,while the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA decreased significantly in each treatment group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).A positively significant correlation was found between the Fas mRNA expression and EOS apoptosis in each group(P<0.01),and a very significant negative correlation was found between the Bcl-2 mRNA expression and EOS apoptosis(P<0.01). Conclusion: By means of promoting EOS apoptosis,Fas mRNA expressionand inhibiting Bcl-2 mRNA expression,Zhixiao Pingchuan prescription could reduce airway inflammation in asthmatic rats.

      摘要:Objective: Observed total flavone from Litchi chinensis Sonn(TFL) on dimethylnitrosamine(DMN)-induced liver fibrosis in rat liver tissue the transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)/Smad signal path key signaling molecule TGF-β1, Smad3, Smad7 expression levels changes, explore the mechanism of TFL antifibrotic. Method: SD rats by intraperitoneal injection of DMN in rat liver fibrosis model for 4 weeks, selected silybin 50 mg·kg-1 ig positive for the control group, then apply a different dose TFL (400, 200,100 mg·kg-1·d-1) ig in experimental rats were sacrificed on the sixth week decimation the inferior vena venous detect aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), specimens from the same liver parts for HE Masson staining pathological changes and liver fibrosis in rats, using RT-PCR method to detect the expression of TGF-β1, Smad3, Smad7 mRNA. Result: Compared with blank control group, the degree of liver fibrosis in rats was obviously increased in model group and the serum AST and ALT were significantly increased, and the expression of TGF β1 Smad3 mRNA in the liver tissue obviously increased (P<0.05), while the expression of Smad7 mRNA significantly reduced (P<0.05), compared with model group, TFL each dose group and silybin group serum AST, ALT were significantly lower than the model group, the expression of liver TGF-beta 1, smad3 significantly decreased (P<0.05), while the smad7 was increased. Conclusion: Total flavone from Litchi chinensis Sonn(TFL) may reduce liver injury and improve liver fibrosis in rats, and its mechanism may be closely related with suppression the expression of TGF-β1, Smad3 mRNA, or increase the expression of Smad7 mRNA.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-asthmatic mechanism of compound Chuanbei granules (CCB)in ovalbumin-mediated allergic asthma model of guinea pig. Method: Seventy guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control,model,erchen pill(2.325 g·kg-1),dexamethasone 9.30×10-4g·kg-1 and CCB granule 0.67,1.34,2.68 g·kg-1 groups(n=10). Each group of male and female ratio was 1: 1. On the first day of the test, the guinea pigs were sensitized by intra-peritoneal injection of 10% ovalbumin (OVA) saline solution. 13 days after sensitization, corresponding drugs were given for 7 days, the model group and normal control group given distilled water, 15 days later excitation with 1% ovalbumin was carried out.After treating with the CCB granules, latent period of asthma was recorded, the amount of eosinophils(EOS) was detected, the content of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and leukotriene B4(LTB4) were examined. Result: Compared with normal control group, in model group guinea pig serum TXB2, LTB4 level was significantly increased(P<0.01), the increased eosinophils were seen (P<0.01). Compared with model group, the CCB granules 1.34,2.68 g·kg-1 could reduce serum TXB2, LTB4 content (P<0.05, P<0.01). The CCB granule 0.67,1.34,2.68 g·kg-1 dose reduced the total number of eosinophils around the small airways of asthma guinea pig (P<0.01); and prolong the incubation period of asthma guinea pig (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The CCB granules could play anti-asthmatic effects. The results suggest that its functional mechanism may be related to the serum inflammatoty mediators.

      摘要:Objective: To study Cuscuta chinensis. protective effect and mechanism of movement renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Method: Divided the 75 7-week-old male Wistar rats into 4 groups randomly:control group (group C, 12), general training group (group M,12), overtraining group (group OM, 24), C. chinensis+overtraining group (group COM,24), 56 days of exhaustive swimming training. The COM group with professional gavages for gastric lavage (ig) once a day, the dose was 6.96 g·kg-1 and ig volume was 5 mL·kg-1;other groups were for ig normal saline. Detect biochemical parameters of serum urea nitrogen and serum creatinine after 24 hours when the last training ends. Result: In the 8 week of overtraining rats resulted in movement of ‘renal ischemia reperfusion’ and disordered free radicals metabolism. The ultrastructure of kidney was severely damaged, the histopathological changes obviously, and renal function was seriously damaged. Serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen of OM group and COM group were higher than in group C (P<0.01); COM group was lower than the OM group (P<0.05). SOD activity of OM group and COM group were lower than in group C (P<0.01); COM group was higher than the OM group (P<0.05). The content of MDA in OM group and COM group was higher than in group C (P<0.01); COM group was lower than the OM group (P<0.05). Conclusion: C. chinensis can improve disordered free radicals metabolism in overtraining rats which is caused by renal ischemia reperfusion. Kidney ultramicrostructure is normal. Moreover, it has a protective effect on exercise-induced ischemia-reperfusion kidney.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Qianjin Weijing prescription (QJWJ) on promoting apoptosis of the human tongue squamous cell carcinoma SAS and TCA-8113 with serum withdrawal. Method: The SAS and TCA-8113 were treated with serum withdrawal to imitate the condition caused by the chemical therapy of anti-angiogenesis. The assistant effects on anti-tumor of three parts extracted from QJWJ were investigated by SAS and TCA-8113 with serum withdrawal in vitro. MTT assay was used to evaluate the activities of cell proliferation, and flow cytometric analysis was conducted to analyze the cell cycle distribution and apoptosis. The level of the prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in the cell culture supernatant was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result: In comparison with the control, the results showed the 07 part of QJWJ could distinctly promote the inhibitory effects on the activities of cell proliferation in SAS and TCA-8113 cells. The maximum growth inhibition rate 34.36%, and the apoptosis of human squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05) by flow cytometric analysis. The level of the PGE2 in the cell culture supernatant was inhibited by 07 part of the QJWJ by ELISA assay(P<0.05). Conclusion: The results suggested that the promoted effects of QJWJ on apoptosis of the hunman tongue squamous cell carcinoma with serum withdrawal was mediated by the inhibition of PGE2 releasing. The research provided a new way to explore the scientific interests of QJWJ in adjuvant treatment of malignant cancers.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the growth inhibitory effect of Oxaliplatin(L-OHP) and (7-hydroxystaurosporine,(UCN-01) on HCT116 colon cancer cell line in single or combination treatment, and to investigate its mechanisms. Method: The growth inhibitory effect was evaluated by MTT assay in single agent or combination treatment. Apoptosis was investigated by flow cytometry and Western blotting, and mitotic catastrophy was determined by HE staining. Result: Combination treatment of L-OHP in low concentration and UCN-01 has synergistic effect on killing HCT116 colon cancer cell line,which was more effective than single treatment. AnnerxinV positive cell rate showed no difference between combination treatment or UCN-01 alone. Cellular morphology of HCT116 cell was changed in combination treatment, and megakaryocytes and polykaryocytes in combination treatment were increased by approximately 10% compared with the single treatment. Conclusion: Combinition treatment of L-OHP and UCN-01 has synergistic inhibitory effect on HCT116 cell proliferation through inducing cell apoptosis and mitotic catastrophy.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the anti-metastasis effect and the inhibition of the tube-like structure formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells of isoliquiritigenin and glabridin. Method: The sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay was used, and the mouse melanoma B16F1 and vascular endothelial ECV304 cells in logarithmic phase of growth were randomly divided into drug groups and control group, treated with the concentration of 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 μmol·L-1 isoliquiritigenin or glabridin, intervention durations were 48 h accordingly. And the scratch wound assay, gelatin zymography, enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) assay, acridine orange/othidium bromide (AO/EB) double staining and tube-like structure formation test were used to observe and compare the antitumor and anti-metastasis ability. Result: Inhibition rate of the B16F1 and ECV304 were enhanced along with increase of isoliquiritigenin and glabridin concentration; glabridin against melanoma cell migration, matrix metal proteinase-2 (MMP-2) expression and the ability of inhibiting tube-like structure formation were slightly lower than those of isoliquiritigenin. Conclusion: Isoliquiritigenin and glabridin have strong anti-metastasis activities, but anti-metastasis effect of glabridin was weaker than that of isoliquiritigenin within 80 μmol·L-1.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of the extracts, Nocturnoside B, from cestrum nocturnum Linn. on doxorubicin-induced(DOX) myocardial injury in Wistar rats. Method: Nocturnoside B(NNS B) from the leaves and shoots of cestrum nocturnum, was separated by solvent silica gel extraction, column chromatography and preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral analysis. Myocardial injury model in Wistar rats was induced by DOX injection intrapertoneally. Rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal group, DOX group (2.5 mg·kg-1), DOX+NNS B(4.0,2.0 mg·kg-1) group. Rats were killed 14 days after treatment to observe general state, ascites and rat mortality. Heart rate, waveform, the whole heart index and left ventricular index were calculated from the electrocardiogram. The serum creatine kinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), aspartate transaminase(AST) and superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in myocardial tissue were determined. The changes in myocardial cells and fibers in the left ventricular were investigated pathologically. The cytotoxic effect of DOX+NNS B on tumor cells was evaluated in vitro. Result: Treatment with NNS B could significantly protecte the rat model from DOX-induced cardiotoxic effects as evidenced from lower mortality(%), less ascites, lower levels of lipid peroxidation, normalization of antioxidant enzymes and ultrastructural studies showing minimal damage to the heart. In vitro cytotoxic studies using BEL-7404, Hela, K562 cells lines demonstrated that NNS B could compromise the anti-tumor effect of DOX. Conclusion: NNS B has a protective effect against cardio-toxicity induced by DOX. The mechanisms may depend on the effect of NNS B on scavenging oxygen free radicals in the rat heart, inhibiting lipid peroxidation.The combined treatment of DOX and NNS B holds promise as a safe and effective chemotherapeutic strategy.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Zishui Qinggan Yin (ZSQGY) on estrogen level, cholesterol level and the endometrial thickness of ovariectomized rats after endocrine therapy. Method: Ovariectomized rats were treated with Letrozole(0.23 mg·kg-1)to mimic climacteric syndrome of breast cancer patient after endocrine therapy. Rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=7) and were orally administered corresponding drugs once per day for 6 weeks:sham group, model control group, positive control group(Remifemin 0.026 g·kg-1), ZSQGY high and low dose group(45.10,11.28 g·kg-1). The body weight of rats was recorded each week. After the treatment, blood plasma was collected by abdominal aortic method, plasma estradiol(E2),progesterone(PRO),total cholesterol(CHO),triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterd(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterd(LDL-C) were detected, pathological detection was processed by endometrium thickness. Result: After treatment,the average weight of ZSQGY high and low group were lower than that of model group(P<0.05). Compared with model group, the serum level of E2, PRO, CHO,TG,LDL-C of ESQGY were significantly decreased (P<0.05) which were still higher than sham group; the serum level of HDL-C of ESQGY high dose group was incseased(P<0.05).The ZSQGY groups and remifemin group have no obvious difference in endometrium thickness compared with the model group. Conclusion: ZSQGY can reduce the blood lipid without increasing the E2,PRO level and endometrium thickness.

      摘要:Objective: To define the optimum flavonoid extract program from Ginkgo Folium leaf and its antioxidant activity. Method: Orthogonal experiment was applied to define the optimum extract program. The ability of oxygen radical absorbance capacity was determined by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH·)method, Total antioxidant capacity was evaluated by Ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) value. Inhibition of nitrosation reaction was predicated by the cleaning of nitrite and the blocking rate of nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA). Result: The optimum extraction program (8.65%) could be obtained under the condition of 80 ℃,material ratio 1: 15 by the 75% alcohol for 1 h. The ablility of total antioxidant capacity and DPPH·clearance is enhanced at a dose-dependent manner with the concentration of the extract. Conclusion: The flavonoid extract from Ginkgo Folium have strong antioxidation ability and could block nitrosamine synthetise.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect and acute toxicity of total polyphenols from Elaeagnus angustifolia seeds. Method: Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups:modle group, aspirin group (200 mg·kg-1) and total polyphenols from Eiangustifolia(90,180,360 mg·kg-1)groups, once a day for 7 continuous days, xylene induced mouse ear edema was used to assess the anti-inflammatory ability. One hurdred and eighty Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into modle group, aspirin group (165 mg·kg-1) and the total polyphenols from Eiangustifolia(75,150,300 mg·kg-1) groups. After treatment, the anti-inflammatory effects of total polyphenols from Eiangustifolia were observed with rats pow swollen induced by carrageenan, rats skin capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and rats granuloma caused by embedded tampon. Maximal tolerance dose (MTD) with oral administration was used for acute toxicity test. Result: Compared with the modle group,total polyphenols from Eiangustifolia have a significantly effect to decrease ear edema induced by Xylene (P<0.05) and pow swollen induced by carrageenan (P<0.01). Compared with the modle group, granuloma of tampon and kin capillary permeability were decreased significantly (P<0.01) respectively. MTD of total polyphenols from Eiangustifolia was 160 g·kg-1. Conclusion: Total polyphenols from E. angustifolia seeds performed anti-inflammatory activity with low toxity.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of the ethanol extracts of glossy privet leaf on hyperlipemia model of quail. Method: Hyperlipemia model of quail were induced by exogenous cholesterol and high fat diets until the liver's fatty degeneration, Quails were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group of high fatty,the zhibituo group (3 g·kg-1),the high,middle and low dose group of ethanol extracts from glossy privet leaf (1.5,3,6 g·kg-1), each group was administrated for according drug for 4 weeks. The serum content of triglyceride(TG) cholesterol(CHO),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of each group was determined after administration. Meanwhile, the histopathologic examination in livers fatty degeneration was also detected. Result: The low dose of the extracts of glossy privet leaf could decreased the level of TG in sevum (P<0.05), while the middle and high dose could significantly decreased the levels of CHO and TG in serum (P<0.01). High dose of extraction glossy privet leaf could significantly rise the level of HDL-C in serum while has counter effect on LDL-C. The coefficient of liver weight and the amount of hepatic fatty degeneration had been obviously reduced in both ethanol extract group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The ethanol extracts of glossy privet leaf have effects on preventing and treating the experimental hyperlipemia and liver's fatty degeneration of quail.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis on serum lipid and inflammation-related proteins in ApoE-/- mice,and explore its anti-atherosclerotic mechanisms. Method: ApoE-/- mice were fed a high-cholesterol diet for 4 weeks to induce atherosclerosis mode,then they were given simvastatin(3 mg·kg-1),Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis (1.5,3 g·kg-1) by gavage,respectively.They were sacrificed after treated with drugs for 8 weeks continuously,and plasma lipid was determined by enzymatic method,expression of TNF-α and IL-6 was measured by ELISA,aortic plaques formation was stained with sudan IV,aortic lumen of atherosclerotic plaques were stained with oil red O and Hematoxylin-eosin,and expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in aortic arches was detected with immunohistochemical method. Result: Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis could reduce TG,TCHOL,LDL-C levels in serum significantly and reduce expression of TNF-α and IL-6;It also could inhibit or slow down formation of atheromatous plaque in aortic valve and aortic arch atherosclerotic plaque areas of ApoE-/- mice,then decreased expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in aortic arch. Conclusion: Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis could reduce serum lipid content,inhibit expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and aortic of ApoE-/- mice,and then reduced inflammatory reactions and relieved atherosclerotic damage.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanism of combination of matrine and tetrandrine for reversal of multidrug resistance of breast carcinoma MCF-7 cells. Method: Human breast carcinoma MCF-7 and doxorubicin-resistant MCF-7/DOX cells were treated with matrine, tetrandrine and doxorubicin. The inhibition of drugs on cell proliferation was detected by MTT assays. The fluorescence intensity of Rho123 was detected by flow cytometry. The expression of P-glycoprotein was examined by Western blot. Result: The IC50value of matrine toward MCF-7/DOX cell lines was similar to that of MCF-7 cells, indicating that the former has non-cross resistance to matrine. Flow cytometry analysis not only showed matrine reverse multi-drug resistance on MCF-7/DOX, but also has synergy effect with tetrandrine. The cell proliferation inhibition of doxorubicin was obviously increased when the combination of matrine with tetrandrine. Furthermore, reduction of P-glycoprotein expression was detected in MCF-7/DOX cells after exposure to matrine or combination with tetrandrine. Conclusion: Matrine has synergy effect with tetrandrine on reversal of multidrug resistance and reduction of P-glycoprotein expression in breast carcinoma MCF-7 cells.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of the immune-inflammatory response of the Shengji Xiangpi mastic(SM) promoting the ulcer healing in diabetic rats. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups, one group as the normal control group, the remaining three groups rats were injected streptozotocin(STZ) into vena caudalis as the diabetic model. All the four group rats were punched in back to establish the diabetic ulcer model. The three group rats with diabetic ulcers were randomly divided into diabetic control group, vaseline group and SM group according to the blood glucose and body weight. The rats in SM group were treated with SM gauze compress,those in vaseline group treated with vaseline gauze compress, and those in normal control group and diabetic control group treated with physiological saline, then the content of serum IL-2 level and wound tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the wound tissue were observed. Result: The diabetic ulcer wounds in the back of the rats in SM group healed faster than those in the rats in diabetic control group and vaseline group, and the difference was significant on the day 7, 14, 21 and 30 compared with diabetic control group, respectively; the contents of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) in the rats in SM group were lower than those in the rats in diabetic control group on the day 21 and 30, and the difference was significant; it was also lower than those in the rats in vaseline group on the day 21th and 30 and the difference was significant.The expression levels of TNF-α mRNA of the diabetic ulcer wounds in the rats in SM group were lower compared to those in the rats in diabetic control group on the day 21 and 30, and the difference was significant; it was also lower than those in the rats in vaseline group on the day, 21 and 30 and the difference was significant. Conclusion: The Shengji Xiangpi mastic can promote the ulcer healing in diabetic rats, and it is closely related to regulating the immune-inflammatory response.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the effect of the serum containing Yougui Pill in inducing bone marrow stem cells to differentiate into neurons-like cells in vitro. Method: Rat bone marrow stromal stem cells (BMSCs) was cultured in DMEM/F-12 medium and inducted into neurons-like cells by serum containning Yougui Pill. The morphologic changes were observed by light microscope, the specific characteristic structures of neurons cells were observed using Nissl's staining method,gial fiber acidic protein(GFAP), neuron specific enolase(NSE) and microtubule-associated protein-2(MAP-2) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Result: By induction, BMSCs' body shrinked and showed processes after 6 hours; the prominences interlaced to net, forming typical nerve fiber net after 24 hours; trachychromatic Nissl body was found in cytolymph. The NSE and MAP-2 were determined by immunohistochemistry, GFAP was undetermined. Conclusion: BMSCs could be inducted into neurons-like cells in vitro by serum containing Yougui Pill.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss effects and the possible mechanism of noninvasive limb ischemic preconditioning on ischemic myocardial rabbits by observing the expression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70),cyclooxygen ase-2(COX-2),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),tumour necrosts factor-α(TNF-α),nudear factor-κB(NF-κB) mRNA and the variation of superaxide(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO). Method: Rabbits were randomly divided into ischemia control(Ctr)group, non-invasive limb ischemic preconditioning (LIP)group, LIP+KATP antagonist, glibenclamide,(LG)group. In ctr group any special treatment was not performed, but the vasopressin was injected intravenously to produce myocardial ischemia background, then epine-phrine was injected to induce arrhythmia。Double hindlimb ischemia 5 min and reperfusion 5 min was carried out with repetitionof four times to set up a non-invasive limb ischemic preconditioning model. Another methods and contents of observation were same as the Ctr group. The KATP antagonist (glibenclamide) was injected intravenously to LG group rabbits beforehand, another treatments same with the LIP group. After that, SOD, MDA, NO levels in myocardial tissue were detected by biochemistry method; The mRNA expression level of HSP70,COX-2,iNOS,TNF-α and NF-κB was evaluated by RT-PCR. Result: In LIP group COX-2 and iNOS expression level was significantly higher compared with the Ctr group, and TNF-α and NF-κB expression level was significantly reduced;in LG group HSP70 and iNOS expression level was significantly reduced compared with the LIP group, and the TNF-α and NF-κB expression level was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant. SOD level in myocardial tissuein LIP group was higher than others, there was no significant difference between Ctr and LIP group; MDA level in Ctr group wasa higher than other groups; NO level in LIP groupwas higher than others, therewas no significant difference between Ctr and LG group. Conclusion: LIP can effectively improve the ischemic myocardial injury, and the KATP pathway may have a very important role in its protective effects.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the hepatic injury induced by multiple administration of controlled Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma(STRR)in rats and its toxic mechanisms. Method: The quality of extract of STRR was controlled by purchasing the herbs from the same source and the extraction:1 hour of extraction,6 times amount of water,and twice extraction. Then the extract was used in animal experiment. The rats were divided randomly into 5 groups:blank control group,the extrad-STRR low dose group(1 g·kg-1), medium dose group(4 g·kg-1),high dose group(16 g·kg-1)and positive control group(10%CCl4). The rats were given the corresponding extract by gavage for 14 days. The toxic effect and body weight of rats were observed.After last administration, the rats were anaesthetized by 25% urethane,and blood was collected from aorta abdominalis, then the liver function and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10 in serum was detected. The livers were collected and weighed, organ index was calculated. The hepatic histopathology was examined. The value of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malanyldiadehyde(MDA), GSH in liver was investigated. Result: After administration of STRR for 7 days, reduced locomotor activity of the rats in high dose group was found. Compared with blank control group, the level of ALT, ALP, TBA increased significantly in high dose group and positive control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05) after 14 day of administration. Hepatocyte swelling and inflammatory cell infiltrate were evident in high dose group. The organ index of liver in high dose group increased significantly. The level of IL-6,TNF-α and the content of MDA,GSH also increased significantly in high dose group. The content of SOD in liver and SOD/MDA ratio decreased significantly in high group. Conclusion: Liver injury in rats was induced after administration of large dose of STRR decoction. Oxidative stress,inflammation may be one of the hepatic toxic mechanisms,and the mechanisms is similar to the CCl4 to some extent.

      摘要:Objective: To study the morphological characteristics of kidney toxicity in rats when repeated intra-gastric administration of realgar in order to provide a scientific basis for safe and effective application of realgar. Method: The rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group and realgar 0.01,0.04,0.17 g·kg-1 groups. The rats were intra-gastrically treated with realgar once a day for successively 90 days, while the control group was given ultra-filtrated water. Calculatate the kidney weight and body weight index were calculated and the glucose, ketones, blood urine nitrogen and urine protein were measured and pathological change of kidney under microscope was observed at 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 days. Result: The kidney cells showed swelling, vacuolation, nuclear condensation, breakage, vasodilation and congestion after repeated intra-gastric administration of realgar ≥0.01 g·kg-1 successively 90 days or 0.17 g·kg-1 successively 60 days. Proximal convoluted tubules were seriously damaged. The lesions showed significant dose and time and toxicity relationship, blood urine nitrogen, glucose, urine protein also increased accordingly. 66.7% of the renal tubular in 0.17 g·kg-1 group showed mild swelling and degeneration at day 30 after drug withdrawal, while the other groups had no significant lesions. Conclusion: Kidneys showed severe pathologic injuries after repeated intra-gastric administration of realgar≥0.01 g·kg-1 successively 90 days or 0.17 g·kg-1 successively 60 days. The proximal convoluted tubules may be a main target of arsenic toxicity to kidneys. The lesions can gradually restored to normal after realgar withdrawal.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Xiaofeng Yin on HIV-pruritic popular eruption(HIV-PPE),and the life quality of patients suffered from HIV-PPE. Method: Sixty-three patients were divided randomly into the test(33 cases)and the control(30 cases)according to diagnosis standard. The mometasone furoate cream and Liangxue Xiaofeng Yin was used in the test. Mometasone furoate cream was used in the control. Course of treatment was 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms and life quality of HIV-PPE were observed respectively by HIV-PPE clinical symptom scale,TCM symptom scale, DLQI and WHOQOL-HIV. Result: The total effective rate of dermatic clinical symptoms in the test and the control was 90.9% and 76.67%,respectively. The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the test and the control was 96.97% and 83.33%, respectively. The change of DLQI before and after treatment was (9.35±2.86)and (7.36±2.93), respectively in the test, group, and(8.91±2.22),(7.53±2.89)in the control group. Conclusion: Liangxue Xiaofeng Yin has treating effects on HIV-PPE. The clinical symptoms and body signs of patients can be improved obviously.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in articular cavity injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method: One hundred and fifty cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis received in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups according with 50 cases in each group. Duhuo Jisheng decoction group was given alone Duhuo Jisheng decoction for the treatment, sodium hyaluronate group was given sodium hyaluronate injections alone, combined group was given injection of sodium hyaluronate and taken Duhuo Jisheng decoction. The efficacy,VAS pain scores, serum C-reactive protein levels and adverse reactions in the three groups of patients were compared. Result: The total effective rate in combination group was 94%, significantly higher than Duhuo Jisheng decoction group (80%) and sodium hyaluronate group (78%), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); VAS scores in combination group after treatment was significantly lower than Duhuo Jisheng decoction group and sodium hyaluronate group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); CRP levels in combination group after treatment were significantly decreased compared with Duhuo Jisheng decoction group and sodium hyaluronate group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined intra-articular injection sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis had good efficacy, could quickly relieve pain and improve function, worthy of clinical promotion.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy, toxic side effects and immune function between modified Sijunzi decoction combined with tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule and pure tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule in treating late gastric cancer. Method: Fourty cases of late gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group (modified Sijunzi decoction combined with tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule) and the control group (pure tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule) and the differences in the recent therapeutical effect, immune function, adverse reactions and the quality of life were observed. Result: .Comparisons of the effect, quality of life, and immune function of two groups showed the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);and toxic effects of the the observation group were significantly lower than these in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Sijunzi decoction combined with tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule for the treatment of late gastric cancer can enhance the curative effect, reduce toxic effects, improve the immune function of patients, and increase the quality of life of the patients.

      摘要:Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of Reduning adjunctive Azithromycin Sequential therapy in the treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia. Method: From 2008 January to 2013 January treated 80 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia from the hospital were as the object of study, all patients were diagnosed clinically, according to the different treatment methods all patients were divided into the control group treated with azithromycin and tobservation group treated with combined use of Reduning and azithromycin 40 cases each group.The differences in two groups were compared. Result: In observation group after treatment antifebrile, the time (1.73±1.03) d, cough time(3.44±1.44) d, length of hospital stay (6.12±2.12) d were significantly lower than tthose in he control group;the total efficiency was significantly higher than that. in the control group (P<0.05); in observation group after treatment the complications was less than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Reduning adjunctive Azithromycin sequential therapy can effectively improve the children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia curative effect and safety

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of Danhong injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Method: One hundred and twenty-six cases patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,63 of them in control group and experimental group each. Both group received general rehabilitation measures such as daily oxygen uptake, anticoagulation treatment, brain cells protection. Additionally, control group got edaravone intravenously only and experimental group received Danhong injection combined with edaravone. 10 days was taken as a course. After three courses, degree of neurological impairment and improvement of daily living activities was evaluated and compared with before. Result: The NIHSS score of neurological deficit was significant lower in the experimental group than the control group, and the activities of daily living(ADL) score of daily living ability was significant higher in the experimental group than the control group. Both the difference were statistically significant. Overall efficiency of the experimental group was 91.67%, significantly better than the control group's 70.21%. Conclusion: It is a safe and effective method to use Danhong injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. The combination therapy is better than edaravone monotherapy and it's worthy of promotion in clinical practice.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Method: One hurdred and twenty-six children cases with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and experience group. Control group were given routine western treatment, and experience group received medicine treatment. Clinical effect and symptom and sign remission time were compared between two groups. Result: The effective rate in experience group was 96.9%, of which was much higher than that in control group (82.3%,P<0.05). Remission duration of cough, cough up phlegm, antipyretic, antiasthmatic and lung rales in experience group were much earlier than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for children with bronchial pneumonia greatly improve the clinical effect and induce the therapy time.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect and hospital duration of Xingbei Zhike Qutan oral liquid on children with pneumonia. Method: Ninty hospitalized children with pneumonia were rando mLy divided into two groups. Treatment group was treated with Xingbei Zhike Qutan oral liquid based on routine treatment(Cephalosporin to bacterial pneumonia, Azithromycin to Mycoplasma pneumonia, no antibiotics to viral pneumonia and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol to children with wheezing), control group was treated only with routine treatment without any oral drugs. The treatment duration was 7 days. The cough, temperature, chest sighs, hospital duration and therapeutic effect were evaluated. Result: The average time of cough relief and average hospital duration were significantly shorter than in control group. The average time of chest signs disappearing and falling to normal temperature in treatment group was shorter than in control group.The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), and the non-effective rate was lower than that in control group.There was no difference in side-effect rate between treatment group and control group. Conclusion: Xingbei Zhike Qutan oral liquid shortens the improved time of symptoms and chest signs, increases the total effective rate, shortens the hospital duration of children with pneumonia and has no adverse reaction.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of ribavirin combined with Xiyanping injection in treating infantile rotavirus enteritis. Method: Children with rotavirus enteritis were collected and randomly divided into observation group given ribavirin combined with Xiyanping Injection and control group given ribavirin alone. Then gastrointestinal symptoms relief time, temperature changes and nerve function index were observed. Result: Abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, borborygmus remission time of observation group were significantly shorter than control group, nerve growth factor(NGF), neurotrophicfacts(NTF), brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) levels were significantly higher than control group; the temperature was obviously lower from 15 min, which was significantly faster than control group. Conclusion: Ribavirin and Xiyanping injection is an effective method for it can improve gastrointestinal symptoms relief, lower body temperature, protect the nerve function.

      摘要:Objective: Observed the effect of wound healing using Jiedu Huayu decoction oral and fumigation to the patients who had postoperative archosyrinx. Method: The 120 patients with low anal fistula after postoperative treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Each had 60 cases. The two groups of patients after did anal fistulectomy, used of antibiotics treatment 5 d. Wounds were treated with the Shengji Yugao of gauze applied externally and sterile gauze bandaged. The observation group was treated with Jiedu Huayu decoction oral and fumigation. Treatment for 14 d. Recorded postoperative pain, swelling, exudation scores. Recorded wound healing days, the hematochezia days, pus rot off days, the wound scars area, and anus function evaluation, the detection of fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). Result: The total effective 98.33% was better than the control group 85.0% (P<0.05); 1, 3, 7, 14 d observation group after treatment, pain, swelling, exudation scores were lower than the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01);observation group wound healing days, the hematochezia days, pus rot off days were less than the control group, wound scar area was less than the control group (P<0.01); dry stools, loose stools, gas, need gasket, lifestyle change score and total score were significantly increased (P<0.01). The observation group did not change significantly compared to the indicators before treatment. The observation group serum bFGF was higher than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Jiedu Huayu decoction oral and fumigation could significantly reduce the anal fistula postoperative pain, edema, exudate, bleeding and other symptoms. Promoted wound healing and did not affect the anal anorectal function. It was an effective prescription for the treatment of anal fistula, worthy of efficacy use.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuming capsule in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency of dry from agerelated macular degeneration(AMD). Method: Sixty-four patients of dry AMD were randomly allocated into control group and experimental group, 32 patients (64 eyes)in each group. In the control group, Mingmu Dihuang pills, 8 to 10 pills/time, 3 times/d, were oral administrated while in the experimental group, fuming capsule, 5 capsules/time, 3 times/d, oral taken. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The visual acuity, central visual field, retinal drusen area, the liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome and life quality before and after the treatment were measured. Result: The total effectiveness of experimental group was 71.87%, better than that of the control group with 51.56% (P<0.01);the improvement of visual acuity and central scotoma distribution in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05); drusen area of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group (P<0.01) after treatment; scores to measure the symptoms of blurred vision, metamorphopsia, dry eyes along with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome scales of the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.01);the living quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Fuming capsule can improve the clinical symptoms, eyesight, vision and life quality of liver and kidney yin deficiency of dry AMD, its curative effect is obvious so that it is worthy of clinical use.

      摘要:Objective: Observation of shentong zhuyu decoction Add-Subtract in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH) efficacy. Method: One hundred and twenty cases of LDH were randomly allocated to experimental and control groups according to random number table, 60 cases in each group. The control groups were treatedf with Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion while the experimental were added with Shentong Zhuyu decoction, both lasting for 20 days. Different time points of the 0, 2, 4,6,8,10,12,14,20th day were followed measuring the visual analogue scale pain scales and its improvement rate, brief pain scales including pain and Oswestry function index. Result: Overall effectiveness of experimental group with 93.33% was better than control group with 78.33%(P<0.05);VAS of both groups was in decrease from the 6th day to the end of the treatment. VAS of the experimental was lower than that of the control(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the improvement rates of pain of experiment at the 7, 14,20 day were better than the control(P<0.05 or P<0.01); the SF-MPQ scores and Oswestry function index of the experimental were all lower than the control groups in the first and the second visit point (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shentong Zhuyu decoction Add-Subtract on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can significantly reduce the pain of patients, improve patient function, significant short-term effect, is worthy to be popularized.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with vacuum sealing drainage in treating chronic osteomyelitis. Method: Patients with chronic osteomyelitis were collected and randomly divided into control group given conventional treatment and observation group given TCM medicine combined with vacuum sealing drainage. Then treatment efficacy, pain score, negative mood and quality of life score were observed. Result: The therapeutic effect in observation group was significantly better than that in control group; the pain score in observation group was significantly milder than that in control group; negative mood score and quality of life score in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group patients. Conclusion: TCM therapy combined with vacuum sealing drainage therapy can significantly improve the results of treatment of patients, relieve pain and improve the quality of life.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the differences and characteristics of ancient and modern prescriptions for diabetes mellitus,in order to provide the reference for their clinical application. Method: Based on the inclusive and exclusive criteria, ancient and modern prescriptions for Diabetes mellitus were collected and analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Result: In ancient prescriptions, radix ophiopogonis, radix astragali and panax ginseng were often used. However radix astragali,yam and radix rehmanniae were commonly used in modern prescriptions. Herbal medicines with the function of invigorating for deficiency and clearing away heat were often used both in ancient and modern prescriptions. Hight-frequency selected points could also be formed four clusters both in ancient and modern prescriptions. Conclusion: The medication principles of ancient and modern prescriptions were similar. Clinical treatment could be used flexibility based on the different pathogenesis.

      摘要:In this paper,we summarized the development of in-vitro release methods,including typical in vitro release method,dialysis bags or tube diffusion method,Franz diffusion cell method,Flow through cell method,in-vitro release method based on in vitro lipolysis model. Lipid nanoparticles are one of rapid developed drug delivery systems in recent years. The indicators to evaluate the lipid nanoparticles are mainly particle size, Zeta potential, drug loadings, in vitro release, stability and so on. Drug release from the carriers is one of the key factors affecting drug performance in vivo, so the in vitro release is the important one to control the quality of the lipid nanoparticles.
