      摘要:Objective: To establish a process for separation and extraction coumarins from Cnidii Fructus by cloud-point preconcentration using self-microemulsion as solvent. Method: With dissolved amount of osthole as index,single factor tests were adopted to screen oil phase,emulsifier and co-emulsifier,microemulsion formulation was optimized by pseudo-ternary phase diagrams;Taking extraction amount of osthole and total coumarins as index,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power,extraction temperature and time was investigated by U5(54) uniform test.To separate coumarins from self-microemulsion extract by cloud-point preconcentration. Result: Proportion of optimized prescription was[octyl polyethylene glycol phenyl ether-butyl alcohol(5:1)]-ethyl oleate-water(2.5: 0.5: 7);Optimum technology parameters were as follows:extraction temperature of 50℃,extraction time 60 min,solid-liquid ratio of 20: 1,ultrasonic power 280 W.Under these conditions,yield of osthole was 83.2%,total coumarins was 91.19%.After self-microemulsion extract treated by cloud-point preconcentration method,recovery of osthole and total coumarins in oil reservoir reached 90.33% and 78.91%,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and feasible,it was suitable for extraction and separation of active ingredients from Cnidii Fructus.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize clarification technology of Shenyu oral liquid. Method: Effects of KBT-ZTC flocculation,enzymatic,microfiltration,enzymatic-microfiltration and flocculation-microfiltration on quality of Shenyu oral liquid were investigated with the contents of ginsenoside and total polysaccharides,clarity and stability as evaluation indexes. Result: Optimum clarification method was flocculation-microfiltration which could improve retention rate of effective ingredients of Shenyu oral liquid and make this oral liquid clear and stable.The contents of ginsenoside Re,Rg1,Rb1 were 0.331 1,0.282 8,0.098 4 mg·g-1 and the content of total polysaccharides was 96.33 mg·g-1. Conclusion: Impurities could removed effectively and effective ingredients were retained by KBT-ZTC flocculation-microfiltration method,this process was stable and could be used as clarification technology of Shenyu oral liquid.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of total lignans from Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus softcapsules. Method: The content of total lignans was determined by UV spectrophotometry.With corn oil and polyethylene glycol 600(PEG600) as dispersant,hydrogenated vegetable oil and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na) as stabilizer,polysorbate80(Tween80) as co-solvent,optimum prescription of capsules content was screened.With capsules yield and rolling phenomenon as comprehensive evaluation index,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of inlet temperature,outlet temperature and rotating basket drying time on preparation technology. Result: The best prescription of capsules content was main medicine-corn oil-PEG600-1,2-propanediol-CMC-Na-hydrogenated vegetable oil-Tween80-water(44: 10: 15: 1: 8: 9: 3: 10).Optimum preparation process was as following:dried by basket method at room temperature for 24 h with inlet temperature of 50℃ and outlet temperature at 20℃. Conclusion: This optimized process was feasible,stable and reasonable.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate influence of different compatibility to the contents of three kinds of monoester-alkaloids (benzoylmesaconine,benzoylaconine,benzoylhypaconine) from Aconiti Radix Cocta in aconitum decoction. Method: HPLC was applied to determine the contents of three kinds of monoester-alkaloids from Aconiti Radix Cocta in aconitum decoction with different compatibility. Result: Compared with single fried of Aconiti Radix Cocta,the contents of monoester-alkaloids in aconitum decoction felt from 1 338.86 μg to 349.26,402.18 μg by compatibility with black beans and Saposhnikoviae Radix,compatibility of Aconiti Radix Cocta and Saposhnikoviae Radix reduced to 680.01 μg,and felt to 667.59 μg in compatible decoction of Aconiti Radix Cocta and black beans. Conclusion: Compatibility of Saposhnikoviae Raidix and black beans could reduce to a large extent contents of three kinds of monoester-alkaloids from Aconiti Radix Cocta,it provided guidance for revealing attenuated compatibility mechanism of Aconiti Radix Cocta.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of betulinic acid from Forsythiae Fructus using response surface methodology. Method: On the basis of single factor tests,Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface methodology was adopted to optimize extraction conditions with the concentration of ethanol,extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio as factors.HPLC was used to determine the content of betulinic acid from Forsythiae Fructus,chromatographic conditions were as follows:Thermo Hypersil GOLD AQ-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-water (9: 1) as mobile phase,flow rate of 1.2 mL·min-1,injection volume 20 μL,detection wavelength at 210 nm. Result: Optimal ultrasound-assisted extraction technology of betulinic acid from Forsythiae Fructus was as following:the volume fraction of ethanol 80%,extraction temperature 37℃,liquid-solid ratio 32 mL·g-1.The actual value of betulinic acid yield was (4.28±0.05) mg·g-1,which was consistent with the predicted value of 4.30 mg·g-1. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was reasonable and reliable with high yield of effective components.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation of seabuckthorn flavonoids extract dispersible tablets by central composite design-response surface methodology. Method: With disintegration time,suspension coefficient and tensile strength as dependent variables,the amounts of PVPP,HPC and PVP-K30 as independent variables,formulation was optimized by central composite design,data was fitted by multiple linear and binomial nonlinear equations,response surface methodology was adopted to determine optimum formulation. Result: Optimal formulation was proposed to contain PVPP 50.0 mg/table,HPC 9.2 mg/table and PVP-K30 7.0 mg/table.Dissolution test of optimal formulation indicated that there was low deviation (0.32%) between the predicted value and the measured value. Conclusion: Central composite design-response surface methodology was convenient to optimize molding technology of seabuckthorn flavonoids extract dispersible tablets,optimized molding technology was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To explore influence of different processing methods to the contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ in Dipsaci Radix. Method: The contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ in Dipsaci Radix were determined by HPLC,effects of different processing methods on the contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ were investigated. Result: Compared with the crude samples,the content of asperosaponin Ⅵ increased and the content of asperosaponin Ⅹ decreased in processed samples. Conclusion: Different processing methods could affect saponins content in Dipsaci Radix,it demonstrated that traditional processing methods for Dipsaci Radix was reasonable.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ethanol extraction process of Sisheng granules. Method: L9(34)orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of extraction time,the amount of ethanol and ethanol concentration on ethanol extraction process with composite score of yield of verbascoside,nuciferine and dry extract as index. Result: Optimal extraction conditions were as follows:reflux extracted 2 times with 12 folds the amount of 60% ethanol,1 h per time. Conclusion: Optimized ethanol extraction process was stable and feasible,it could be extended for application in industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic degradation technology of polysaccharides from Lycii Fructus. Method: With small molecule polysaccharides from Lycii Fructus(LBP-s,the relative molecular mass<30 000),based on single factor tests,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic time and reaction temperature on ultrasonic degradation technology of LBP. Result: Optimum ultrasonic degradation technology conditions of LBP were as follows:ultrasonic frequency 40 kHz,ultrasonic time 1.5 h,reaction temperature 40℃,yield of LBP-s was up to 80.04%. Conclusion: Optimized degradation process of LBP was stable and feasible with good application prospect.

      摘要:Objective: To improve formulation and preparation technology of ligustrazine hydrochloide and sodium chloride injection. Method: With sodium citrate to adjust samples solution to pH 4.0,and try to make ligustrazine to form salt in injection,then long-term stability test,accelerated stability test and influencing factors test of three batches of pilot products was adopted,which were prepared by improving prescription. Result: Improved prescription was as following:ligustrazine hydrochloide 0.8 g,sodium chloride 9.0 g,added water for injection into 1 L,added a amount of 10% citric acid and 10% sodium citrate to adjust pH of samples solution.Under conditions of long-term stability test[24 months,room temperature of (25±2)℃],accelerated stability test[6 months,(40±2)℃] and influencing factors test,quality of three batches of test products was stable without tiny spots and white block. Conclusion: Improved formulation and preparation process were feasible and stable.Change of pH regulator was not change substance basis of drug and controllability,safety,efficacy of drug quality, and stability of samples got better.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology of Jianwei Qingchang mixtures. Method: With composite score of the total content of rhein,emodin and rhubarb phenol,dry extract yield as index,effects of the amount of water,extraction times and time on extraction technology was investigated by orthogonal test;With the total content of rhein,emodin and rhubarb phenol as index,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of the concentration of alcohol precipitation and relative density of concentrate on alcohol precipitation technology. Result: Optimum water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology was as following:extracted 2 times with 10 folds the amount of water,3 h each time,extracts were combined and concentrated to a relative density of 1.05 g·mL-1,added 95% ethanol to precipitate the volume fraction of ethanol with 60%. Conclusion: Optimized water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology was stable and feasible,it could provide a reference for standardized production of Jianwei Qingchang mixtures.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize laboratory extraction method of tissue proteins in Armeniacae Semen Amarum. Method: Tissue proteins in Armeniacae Semen Amarum were extracted by salting-out method,protein separation method,reverse micelles method,alkali extraction and acid precipitation method,alkaline method,the content of tissue protein was determined by Kjeldahl method,comparative analysis of proteins content and proteins extraction rate was adopted,kinds of extraction proteins was measured by application of a one-dimensional SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Result: Extraction rates of tissue proteins using salting-out method,protein separation method,reverse micelles method,alkali extraction and acid precipitation method,alkaline method were 39.41%,25.63%,0.326%,40.02%,41.85%,respectively;protein contents were 75.667%,44.986%,5.372%,60.056%,51.379%,respectively;weights of protein powder were 8.6,9.1,0.823,9.8,6.259 g,while salting-out method showed the highest of proteins content and proteins extraction rate.SDS-PAGE electrophoresis pattern showed 4 electrophoretic bands by alkali extraction and acid precipitation method,protein separation method,reverse micelles method,salting-out method had 5 electrophoretic bands,alkaline method only 3,indicating that there was the largest number of protein species by salting-out method. Conclusion: Under laboratory conditions,salting-out method had the best effect on extracting proteins from tissue of Armeniacae Semen Amarum.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for uncertainty analysis of ephedrine hydrochloride in Anye Zhike syrup. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride.According to data from verification method,each component of uncertainty was evaluated,from which the combined uncertainty and finally the extended uncertainty were obtained in 95% confidence intervals. Result: Expanded standard uncertainty of this HPLC for determining the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Anye Zhike syrup was 2.41%. Conclusion: This established mathematic model was reasonable and reliable,which was applicable to uncertainty analysis of HPLC for determining active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint for different processed products of Arecae Semen. Method: HPLC was adopted,Chromatographic conditions were performed on Agilent TC-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-water as mobile phases in gradient elution,detection wavelength of 283 nm and column temperature at 30℃,flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.HPLC fingerprint for different processed products of Arecae Semen was established. Result: RSD of methodological study in HPLC fingerprint were less than 1.5%,which was in line with relevant regulations.There were 10 common peaks in fingerprint of 10 batches of samples,we found three new ingredients in frying process,these three new ingredients increased gradually,reached peak value of Arecae Semen Tostum,then reduced gradually;But other ingredients decreased gradually in frying process. Conclusion: Change of fingerprint could reveal that materials basis of Arecae Semen has been changed at a certain degree,which provided a reference for processing principle of Arecae Semen.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ethanol extraction process of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma in compound Naoqing capsules. Method: Orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of the concentration and amount of ethanol,extraction time and times on ethanol extraction technology of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma with yield of panax notogingseng saponins and notoginsenoside R1 as comprehensive evaluation index. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 3 times with 8-fold 75% ethanol,1 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized process was stable and feasible,it could provide a reference for further development of compound Naoqing capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC for determining the contents of four anthraquinones in Yiqing granules by a single marker (QAMS). Method: RP-HPLC was performed on an Accurasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),eluted with a mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(85: 15). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was set at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Using emodin as an internal reference substance,the contents of four anthraquinones in 11 batches of Yiqing granules was authentically determined by QAMS,and compared with the measured values by external standard method. Result: Recoveries of rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion were 103.6%,98.8%,99.5%,99.4% with RSD were 0.29%,1.8%,2.7%,3.8%,respectively.frhein/emodin=1.14,fchrysophanol/emodin=1.47,fphyscion/emodin=1.04,rrhein/emodin=0.64,rchrysophanol/emodin=1.38,rphyscion/emodin=1.88,there were no significant differences between results determined by the two standard method. Conclusion: This method was simple and reliable,it could be used for determination of the four anthraquinones inYiqing granules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of α-pinene,β-pinene and limonene in volatile oil from aril of Torreya grandis by GC. Method: HP-1 quartz capillary column (0.25 μm×320.00 μm×29.9 m) was adopted,inlet temperature 230℃,flame ionization detector(FID) with temperature of 250℃,column temperature program (initial temperature 50℃,keeping 2 min,heated to 130℃ at 8℃·min-1,keeping 3 min),N2 as carrier gas,flow rate 1.2 mL·min-1,injection mode was split injection with split ratio of 30: 1,injection volume 1 μL,naphthalene as an internal standard. Result: The linear ranges of α-pinene,β-pinene and limonene were 0.070-2.23(r=1.000 0),0.075-2.393(r=1.000 0),0.070-2.24 g·L-1 (r=0.999 9),respectively;Average recoveries of them were 103.03%(RSD 1.42%),99.17%(RSD 1.23%),97.73%(RSD 1.63%),respectively. Conclusion: This developed method was simple,quick and accurate,it could be used for quality control of volatile oil from aril of T. grandis.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of magnoflorine, epiberberine, coptisine, jatronhizine, palmatine and berberine in Coptidis Rhizoma and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets. Method: The chromatographic conditions were:Waters Symmetry ShieldTM RP18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile (0.3% formic acid and 0.3% triethylamine) (A) and water (0.3% formic acid and 0.3% triethylamine) (B) as mobile phases for gradient elution;flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 345 nm and 270 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 25℃. Result: The linear ranges of magnoflorine, epiberberine, coptisine, jatronhizine, palmatine and berberine were 0.012 06-0.241 2, 0.038 24-0.764 8, 0.088 02-1.760 4, 0.016 55-0.331 0, 0.036 08-0.721 6, 0.189 41-3.788 2 μg (r≥0.999 8). The average recoveries were between 95%-105%. Conclusion: This is a specific, sensitive, repeatable and simple method for determining magnoflorine, epiberberine, coptisine, jatronhizine, palmatine and berberine in Coptidis Rhizoma and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets. The method is available for the quality control of Jinqi Jiangtang Tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To study the content of oxymatrine and general flavone in Sophora flavescens from different habitats. Method: HPLC and UVspectrophotometry method were applied to detected the content of oxymatrine and general flavone in S. flavescens. Result: S. flavescens from different habitats were detected. Oxymatrin content in S. flavescens from Henan Province (Batch No:110613) was the highest, up to 19.53 mg·g-1, and general flavone content in S. flavescens from Guangxi Province (Batch No:110930) was 14.44 mg·g-1, significantly higher than the others. Conclusion: Oxymatrine and general flavone content differ widely in S. flavescens from different habitats, and it is necessary to establish quality control standard for compound preparations of S. flavescens.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a method for the determination of oleic acid in the Capra hircus or Ovis aries, an adjuvant of processing. Method: The GC separation was performed on a HP-5 quartz capillary column (0.25 μm×0.25 mm×30 m) and the initial temperature was programmed from 100℃ to 180℃ at 8℃·min-1 and kept for 3 min, then raised to 230℃ at 2℃·min-1, inject temperature was set at 230℃, carrier gas was N2(99.99%). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and split injection was conducted with split radio of 20: 1.Preparation of the test solution:0.4 g suet oil was taken, then 0.5 mol·L-1 of KOH-methanol solution 15 mL was added at 60℃ for 30 min. After cooled, 14% BF3-ether solution of 10 mL was added at 60℃ maintaining 5 min, placed, it was cooled to room temperature, 10 mL n-hexane and 10 mL saturated aqueous NaCl solution were added, standed, and the supernatant was separated. Cetane was used as internal standard and measured to compare. Result: The standard curves of oleic acid was linear within the range of 2.02-10.12 μg. The coefficient were 0.999 8.It contains not less than 6.0 per cent of oleic acid, tentatively, calculated with reference to the dried drug. Conclusion: This method is accurate,reliable and repeatable.It can be used to control the quality of oleic acid in the suet oil.

      摘要:Objective: To establish high performance liquid chromatographic fingerprint of the seeds of Sterculia lychnophora and compare the quality coherence of this drug commercially available in China in order to provide a reference for its quality evaluation. Method: The fingerprint analysis procedure of these seeds was developed by investigating the extraction and chromatographic conditions, the fingerprints of 8 batches of the seeds purchased from various places of China were determined with this procedure, and the data were analyzed with Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System 2004A Version provided by Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission. Result: The extraction and chromatographic conditions for HPLC fingerprint of the seeds of S. lychnophora were established, 20 common peaks of this drug were identified, and similarities of these 8 batches were determined to be between 0.942 and 0.984. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint analysis procedure of the seeds of S. lychnophora has been successfully established for the first time. The quality of the seeds of S. lychnophora commercially available in China was demonstrated to be comparable by the established procedure.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of multi-assay by single-marker (QAMS) for simultaneous determination of pseudolaric acid B-O-β-D-glucoside (PABG), pseudolaric acid C (PAC) and pseudolaric acid B (PAB) in Fufang Tujingpiding. Method: Using pseudolaric acid B as the internal reference substance, the relative correction factors (RCF) of the other two diterpenoids were 0.681 4 and 1.225 3 respectively. The other two diterpenoids were simultaneously calculated according to their RCFs. The content of these two diterpenoids in 17 samples was also determined by external standard method, comparing two methods to validate the accuracy and feasibility of the new method. Result: Three diterpenoids in 17 batches of Fufang Tujingpiding were determined by the new method, and there were no significant differences between the calculated values and the measured values. Conclusion: The new method is feasible and accurate to evaluate the content of three diterpenoids in Fufang Tujingpiding, which can be used as the quality control of Fufang Tujingpiding.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of gastrodin, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and ferulic acid in Tianshu Capsule. Method: Phenomenex Luna C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol (A) and water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid (B), and the gradient program was as followed:0-10 min,5%-10%A;10-16 min,10%A;16-50 min,10%-60%A. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was set at 30℃. The detection wavelength was at 221 nm (gastrodin), 283 nm (5-hydroxymethylfurfural) and 322 nm (ferulic acid). Result: The linear ranges were 5.61-299 mg·L-1 for gastrodin, 3.31-212 mg·L-1 for 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and 4.63-247 mg·L-1 for ferulic acid, respectively. The average recoveries of three constituents were 99.74%, 102.5% and 100.3% with the RSD of 0.84%, 1.53% and 0.49%. The contents of three compounds, gastrodin, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and ferulic acid in Tianshu Capsules were 2.70-3.65, 2.07-2.67 mg·g-1 and 1.95-2.10 mg·g-1. Conclusion: Determination of gastrodin, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and ferulic acid could effectively control the product quality of Tianshu Capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the peels of Camellia pitardii . Method: Chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods and were identified by physicochemical characters and spectroscopic analysis or comparison with standard compounds. Result: From the ethyl acetate extract of the peels of C. pitardii, seven compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol(1), gallic acid(2), protocatechuicacid(3), oleanolic acid(4), daucosterol(5), β-sitosterol(6), lupeol(7). Conclusion: Compounds 1-7 were obtained from the peels of C. pitardii for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) method for detecting content of uridine, guanosine and adenosine in Pinellia ternata. Method: ACQUITY UPLC BEH Cl8(2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7 μm)was used,and the mobile phase was composed of methanol and water by gradient elution mode, column temperature was 3 0℃, at a flow rate of 0.5 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength of 254 nm. Result: The linear range of uridine was 2.033-20.33 mg·L-1. The regression equation was as follows:Y=16 788X-3 556(r=0.999 9). The linear range of guanosine was 1.098-10.98 mg·L-1. The regression equation was as follows:Y =25 378X-325(r=0.999 9). The linear range of adenosine was 0.201 2-2.012 mg·L-1. The regression equation was as follows:Y=30 800X-59(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.65%(RSD 2.12%), 98.21%(RSD 2.38%) and 98.54%(RSD 1.91%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and reliable and can be used to determine the content of uridine, guanosine and adenosine in P. ternata.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality evaluation of Fraxinus sogdiana seed. Method: A series of experiments were performed to study the impurity, including moisture, the ash, the acid-insoluble ash, heavy metal, pesticide residue and extract determination according to the Pharmacopoeia. Microscopic identification and TLC was performed to identify Fraxinus sogdiana seed. HPLC was used to determine the content of ferulic acid. Phenomenex luna C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 4 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid water solution (35: 65) and UV detection wavelength at 340 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;column temperature was kept at 30℃. Result: The UV biggest absorption wavelength was found at 340 nm. Fraxetin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.08-0.48 μg (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.61% (n=6), RSD was 1.41%. Conclusion: Quality evaluation methods of Fraxinus sogdiana seed were established and content limit of fraxetin was confirmed. And the methods preformed in this study were simple, accurate and sensitive, and which can provide a reliable reference for the standard of fraxetin quality control.

      摘要:Objective: To learn the chemical constituents of the butanol fraction of Euscaphis japonica. Method: Various column chromatographies (CCs) including MCI CC, RP-18 CC and semipreparative HPLC were employed for the isolation and purification of the constituents and their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Result: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as corchoionoside C (1), ellagic acid (2), junipetrioloside A (3), 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid-4'-O-α-D-arabinfuranoside (5), 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-xylopyraoside (6) and 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid (7). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from E. japonica for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Alpinia oxyphylla. Method: The chemical constituents of 95% ethanol extract of A. oxyphylla were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, together with preparative liquid chromatography method, and the structures were identified by means of NMR spectral analysis and physico-chemical properties. Result: Nine compounds were obtained and elucidated as teuhetenone A (1), α-hydroxymethyl furfural(2), protocatechuic acid (3), dibutyl phthalate(4), 1-n-butyl-4-(5'-formyl-2'-furanyl) methyl succinate (5), tectochrysin(6), β-sitosterolum(7), daucosterol(8), 1-O-nonyl-xylitol(9). Conclusion: Compounds 2, 4,5 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time,and compound 9 was a new natural product.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents and bioactivity of essential oil from Artabotrys hexapetalus. Method: The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation and separated by capillary GC. The chemical constituents were determined by normalization and were identified by MS. Result: Sixty-eight chromatographic peaks were detected and 53 compounds were identified, which were 89.32% of the total essential oil. The essential oil from A. hexapetalus showed inhibitory activity against staphyococcus aureus rosenbach,escherichia coli,bacillus subtilis and exhibited higher activity to restrain liver cancer cells(BEL-7402), with IC50 values of 12.07 mg·L-1. Conclusion: Volatile oil has been extracted from A. hexapetalus. and the compounds have been identified for the first time, containing many active ingredients. This study provides experimental evidence for the further research and exploitation of A. hexapetalus.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Radix Gentianae before and after taste masking, compare the changes and summary the taste masking regular pattern. Method: Suc-ralose(SL), adenosine monophosphat(AMP) and sodium ferulate(SF) alone or in combination to masking the taste of Radix Gentianae were used, and the fingerprints of every sample were collected before and after taste masking use HPLC. Result: In the relative retention time there was no significant difference between every parallel peak, the maximum difference was just 2.2%;In the relative peak area, some peaks were quit different which contain AMP, the highest one reached to 93.7%, but the relative peak area of gentiopicroside was just under 4.8%, only 1 and 11 peaks in the fingerprints without AMP group had larger changes, the maximum changes reached to 21.4% and 16.4%, the relative peak area of each peak difference was in 10%. Conclusion: Sucralose and sodium ferulate have no impacton the elements and efficacy of Radix Gentianae;AMP has some impact on some elements of Radix Gentianae, but there is needed to do some further research wether AMP will impact the efficacy of Radix Gentianae.

      摘要:Objective: Quality controlling method of Pyrolusite was established to evaluate the quality of Pyrolusite. Method: Appearance, microscopic observation, limit of heavy metal and Arsenic salt, content of MnO2 were examined in 10 batches Pyrolusite from different districts of China. Result: Quality differences were obvious. Heavy mental exceeded standard of 5 batches. Difference of MnO2 content was also obvious. Conclusion: Scientific methods of quality control of Pyrolusite is established to produce, manage,supply and identify.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the antimicrobial activity of nine plants of Polygonaceae in vitro. Method: Disc diffusion methods and porous plate methods were used to evaluate the inhibitory activity of different extracts of nine Polygonaceae plants against Staphylococcus aureus (SA),Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and ESBLs-SA. Result: The results indicated that methanol extract of Polygonum capitatum D. Don and ethyl acetate extract of P. capitatum at the concentration of 50 g·L-1 had a larger inhibiting diameter than that of other extracts of plants, among them MIC in the ethyl acetate extract of P. capitatum against SA,MRSA and ESBLs-SA was 0.062 5 g·L-1. The ethyl acetate extract of P. hydropiper L. var hispidum (Jook. F.) Steward. showed the highest inhibitory effect (IC50 0.45 g·L-1) in porous plate methods. Conclusion: Results showed that nine plants extracts of Polygonaceae have better inhibitory activity against the tested bacteria, especially P. capitatum and P. hydropiper L. var hispidum (Jook. F.) Steward. showed more significant antimicrobial activity.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC fingerprint of Compound Huangbai Capsules (CHC) and elucidate main components in CHC. Method: The multi wavelength fusion fingerprint (MWFF) was established by mean principal component analysis. HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C8 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, column temperature was maintained at 35℃, and the wavelength detection range was 210-400 nm. The origin of chromatographic peaks was distinguished by comparing chromatographic profile of CHC with negative samples. The chemical attribution of chromatographic peak was recognized by window target-testing factor analysis technique. Result: The similarity is more than 0.9 between the correlation coefficients of 10 samples and the common pattern. In the common peaks of MWFF, there were of 25 peaks identified the material source, among which chemical attribution of 13 peaks were confirmed. Conclusion: The establishment of MWFF can be helpful for the quality control of CHC.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Huangbaizhili Granules. Method: The Coptis chinensis, Rhubarb charcoal and Pulsatilla chinensis were identified by TLC and the content of berberine hydrochloride was detected by HPLC. The separation was carried out on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid (32: 68). The detective wavelength was set at 348 nm. The column temperature was kept at 25℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The C. chinensis, R. charcoal and P. chinensis could be identified by TLC and the calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride showed a good linearity in the range of 0.008 8-0.11 g·L-1(r=0.999 1). The average recovery was 98.58% with RSD 1.05%. Conclusion: This method to identify three main ingredients in Huangbaizhili Granules by TLC is simple and has a great repeatability. The negative control sample has no interference. The method to determine the content of berberine hydrochlorid in Huangbaizhili Granules is rapid, accurate and the results have a good repeatability and recovery. The methods can be used for the quality of the Huangbaizhili Granules.

      摘要:Objective: A method of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (PMP) pre-column derivatization high performance liquid chromatographic was established for analysis of four kinds of monosaccharide and two kinds of galacturonic acid and glucouronic acid. Method: The polysaccharides were extracted by hot distilled water, precipitated by alcohol. The product was purified by ultrafiltration and formed monosaccharides by sulfuric acid hydrolysis. The hydrolysate reacted with PMP to produce the PMP derivatives that were analyzed by HPLC. The optimum conditions of derivatization were determined by studying the quantity of PMP and sodium hydroxide, reaction time, reaction temperature and hydrochloric acid consumption during neutralization. Under the optimum mobile phase which was acetonitrile-phosphate buffer (pH 6.8), PMP derivatives can be separated successfully. This method was applied to monosaccharide compositions analysis of SDP, SDP-1, SDP-2, SDP-3. Result: The results showed that three polysaccharides (SDP-1, SDP-2, SDP-3) were obtained by ultrafiltration, molecular weights were less than 10, 10-50 kDa and more than 50 kDa respectively. Both SDP and SDP-1 were composed of Man-GlcUA-GalUA-Glc-Gal-Ara in molar ratio of 1: 0.8: 0.7: 3.4: 3.3: 2.1 and 1: 0.5: 0.3: 0.6: 0.6: 0.4;SDP-2 was composed of Man-Glc-Gal-Ara in molar ratio of 1: 2.0: 0.2: 0.3;SDP-3 was composed of Man-Glc in molar ratio of 1: 5.4. Conclusion: The method is accurate and sensitive, thus suitable for the analysis of monosaccharide composition of Suanzaoren Decoction polysaccharide.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of HPLC for quantitative determination of paeonol and paeoniflorin in the extraction of Danshao Formula. Method: The separation was performed on the chromatographic column of ODS HYPERSIL (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), and the mobile phase in the gradient elution program was acetonitrile-water. The column temperature was maintained at 32℃. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 274 nm and 230 nm respectively. Result: Paeonol and paeoniflorin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0-0.202 1, 0-27.960 0 μg. The average recovery was 97.40% (RSD 1.18%), 101.35% (RSD 0.48%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is easy and accurate with higher repeatability, which can be used in the quality control of paeonol and paeoniflorin in the extraction of Danshao formula.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD method for assay of astragaloside IV in Jianpi Yishen Capsules. Method: The content of astragaloside IV was determined by a HPLC method. The Diamonsil C18 (2) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (33: 67) with 1.0 mL·min-1 flow rate at 35℃. The temperature of drift tube for ELSD was set at 105℃, the air flow rate was 2.7 L·min-1. Result: The linear range of astragaloside IV was 1.985-11.91 μg (r=0.999 1). The average recovery was 102.0% (RSD 2.5%). Conclusion: The method is simple and quick. It can be used as determination method of astragaloside IV in Jianpi Yishen Capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard for Evodiae juice, an adjuvant material of processing. Method: The Evodiae juice was identified by TLC. The content of evodin, evodiamine and rutaecarpine in the Evodiae juice was determined by HPLC simultaneously. The column of Agilent C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-tetrahydrofuran-glacial acetic acid (40: 60: 1: 0.2). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The wavelength was set at 225 nm for evodin and evodiamine, 343 nm for rutaecarpine. Result: TLC pots were clear with strong specificity, good repeatability and easy identification. While the linear range of evodin, evodiamine and rutaecarpine were 0.12-8.10 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.028-1.80 μg (r=0.999 8), 0.012-0.75 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recoveries of three compounds were 101.49% with RSD 2.21%, 102.65% with RSD 1.51% and 100.47% with RSD 3.42%(n=6) respectively. Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Evodiae juice, the adjuvant material.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous quantitative determination of curdione and germacrone in Xingnaojing injection. Method: HPLC was used to determine the content of curdione and germacrone in Xingnaojing injection. The analysis was performed on an Waters symmetry C18 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(60: 40), the monitoring wavelength was 210 nm, the column temperature was 35℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The linear ranges of curdione and germacrone were 0.072 9-1.98 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.023 2-0.58 μg (r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recovery of curdione and germacrone were 99.47% (RSD 2.73%) and 100.2%(RSD 2.94%) respectively, which showed the method was reliable. Conclusion: The method was simple and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Xingnaojing injection.

      摘要:Objective: To find a better analytic method to determine Tiaojing Zhongyu Pills qualitatively and quantitatively. Method: Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Dipsali, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata were identified by TLC. A method of HPLC to determine content of ferulic acid in the preparation was developed. Result: The studies on the quality control showed that the characteristics for identification by TLC were distinct. The quantification method had the linear range of 4.68-62.34 ng (r=1.000 0). The average recovery was 99.89% (RSD 0.79%). Conclusion: The method can be used as a quality control standard of Tiaojing Zhongyu Pills.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard for Ziyinshengfa Granules. Method: The thin-layer chromatograph (TLC) method was used to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Fructus Lycii, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and the content of 2,3,4,5'-tetahyd roxy stilbence-2-O-β-D-glucoside was determined by RP-HPLC. Result: The characteristic spots of Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Fructus Lycii, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae appeared in the TLC, and there was no interference for the negative sample. The linear range of 2,3,4,5'-tetahyd roxy stilbence-2-O-β-D-glucoside was 0.190 5-1.143 2 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rates were 98.60% (RSD 2.28%) (n=9). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, precise and reproducible, thus it can be used for the quality control of Ziyinshengfa Granules.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content and release degree of sinomenine transdermal patch. Method: HPLC analysis was adopted in the determination, and the chromatographic conditions were as follows:the column was Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water-ethylenediamine (50:50:0.25). The elution rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column was kept at room temperature. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Result: The average recovery and RSD were 98.97% and 1.90% (n=6) respectively. The cumulative release ratio at 6, 24 and 72 hours was confirmed temporarily as 9.6%-14.4%, 30.4%-45.6% and 45.2%-67.8%. Conclusion: The methods for content and release degree determination are simple and repeatable, which could be used for the quality control of the preparation.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the determination method of tetrandrine content in Mappianthus iodoides. Method: VP-ODS Cl8 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) colmnn was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3% triethanolamine (with H3PO4 to adjust pH 2.0) (45: 55), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was sest at 280 nm. Result: The linear relation of hyperin was good in the range from 0.040 4 to 0.363 6 μg. The average recovery was 99.02%, RSD was 1.67%. Conclusion: The method established is accurate, sensitive and good in reproducibility. It can be applied to the quality control of Mappianthus iodoides.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content and related substance of calcium dobesilate. Method: The separation was performed on a Kromasil C8 column (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was composed of 50 mmol·L-1 sodium phosphate monobasic-acetonitrile (90:10);the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. The injection volume was 20 μL and the determination wavelength was set at 220 nm. The column temperature was 35℃. Result: Using this method, calcium dobesilate and its related substances could be absolutely separated. For the content determination, a linearity between the area of calcium dobesilate and its concention was achieved in the range of 20.0-200.0 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 99.4%. The content of total impurities was 0.16%, 0.18%, 0.13% respectively. The special impurity was 0.018%, 0.023%, 0.021% respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple, efficient and accurate for analyzing the related substances and content of calcium dobesilate.

      摘要:Objective: A fast ultra performance liquid chromatographic (UPLC) method for determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Radix Glycyrrhizae and Extractum Glycyrrhizae was established. Method: UPLC was used. The operating conditions were BEH Shield RP18 column (2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7 μm) and gradient elution with acetonitrile (A)-1.0% acetic acid-H2O (B) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 276 nm for liquiritin and 254 nm for glycyrrhizic acid. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Result: The content of liquiritin was linear related to its peak area in the range of 0.01-1.0 g·L-1, and the average recovery of the method was 98.98%;the RSD of precision test was 2.55%. The content of glycyrrhizic acid was linear related to its peak area in the range of 0.03-1.2 g·L-1, and the average recovery of the method was 99.03%;the RSD of precision test was 1.73%. Conclusion: The method can be used for determining the content of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Radix Glycyrrhizae and Extractum Glycyrrhizae at the same time. The separation of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid only needs about 7 min with accuracy and good reliability.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of hydroxyacetophenone in Qingganlidan Oral Solution and provide the basis of the quality control. Method: HPLC was used to determine the content of hydroxyacetophenone. A Kromasil 100-5 C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (25: 75) and the velocity of flow was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. The injection volume was 10 μL and column temperature was kept at 35℃. Result: The calibration curve of hydroxyacetophenone was in good linearity over the range of 0.213-5.335 μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.06% with RSD of 1.54% (n=6). The content of hydroxyacetophenone in Qingganlidan Oral Solution was 0.22, 0.19, 0.18 mg respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reliable and stable. It can be used for the quality control of Qingganlidan Oral Solution.

      摘要:Objective: To study the peels among three strains of Trichosanthes kirilowii in changqing by IR spectra method. Method: The general infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), secondary derivative spectroscopy and two dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy (2D-IR) were used to analyze the powder of the three strains of T. kirilowii. Result: In the one-dimensional spectra and the secondary derivative,the three strains of T. kirilowii. had certain differences in shape, position and intensity of partial absorption peaksin 2D-IR spectra the three strains had obvious feature. Conclusion: The multi-steps infrared IR macro-fingerprint is a rapid and accurate method to identify three strains of T. kirilowii.

      摘要:Objective: The contents of photosynthetic pigments and secondary metabolites were analyzed in different habitats to explore the influence of growth and metabolism of Epimedium acuminatum. Method: The quadrat was divided into four habitats according to the illuminance and herb important value. The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoids, total flavonoids and icariin were determined by UV method and HPLC method of E. acuminatum leaves. The date were analyzed by the SPSS 17.0. Result: Chlorophyll a (1.90 mg·g-1), chlorophyll b (0.66 mg·g-1) and carotenoids (0.43 mg·g-1) were the lowest. And the contents of icariin and total flavonoid were the highest in the forest edge wilderness. Correlation analysis showed that photosynthetic pigments and secondary metabolites had significant negative correlation (P<0.01). However, the contents of photosynthetic pigments and secondary metabolites in E. acuminatum leaves had no significant difference in the bushes habitat, weeds habitat and valley ditch habitat. Conclusion: The synthesis of chlorophyll and carotenoids declined, resulting in poor growth, but the accumulation of secondary metabolites increased in the forest edge wilderness. The above shows that the plant of E. acuminatum has an obvious tress-effects.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content and analyze the dynamic changes of the total flavonoids and five flavonoid components of vitexin-glucoside, vitexin-rhamnoside, vitexin, rutin, hyperoside of different months in hawthorn leaves from Chengde, and then determine the optimal harvest time. Method: The content of the total flavonoids in hawthorn leaves was determined by UV spectrophotometry, and the five flavonoid components were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to analyze the dynamic changes of the content in different months. An Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran at 30℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 340 nm. Injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The content of the total flavonoids and vitexin-rhamnoside, vitexin-glucoside, hyperoside in hawthorn leaves were the highest in June. The content of vitexin and rutin was the highest in July. Conclusion: It is suggested that the best harvest time of hawthorn leaves for extracting flavonoid components is in June.

      摘要:Objective: To determine pharmacokinetic parameters of ferulic acid after oral administration by blood microdialysis technique. Method: Days stability of probe recovery and effects of perfusion rate,the concentration of ferulic acid,temperature on probe recovery were investigated by concentration difference method (incremental and reduction method);Zero-net flux method was adopted to determine in vitro recovery of ferulic acid,result of this method was compared with concentration difference method.In vivo pharmacokinetic study was applied by blood microdialysis method,the content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. Result: Days stability of probe recovery was good;In vitro recovery had no correlation with the concentration of ferulic acid,but presented exponential negative correlation with perfusion rate and positive correlation with temperature;The content of ferulic acid and recovery in dialysis medium could be accurately determined by zero-net flux method.Recovery of incremental method,reduction method and zero-net flux method was the same.In vivo average recovery was (28.69±1.95)% with flow rate of 2.5 μL·min-1,Cmax of ferulic acid was reached at 9.33 min and t1/2β was 12.52 min after oral administration. Conclusion: Microdialysis sampling technique could be used for pharmacokinetic study of ferulic acid and reduction method could be used to determine recovery of ferulic acid in in vivo microdialysis study.

      摘要:Objective: To compare dissolution of chlorogenic acid,phillyrin and forsythoside A in decoction of different compatibility proportions of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus,and investigate effects of different compatibility proportions on in vivo pharmacokinetics of chlorogenic acid in rats. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid,phillyrin and forsythoside A in single decoction and co-decoction of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus;Rats were intragastric adiministrated co-decoction of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus with ratio of 1: 1 and 1: 2 (dosage of chlorogenic acid was 60 mg·kg-1),then the concentration of chlorogenic acid was determined,pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with DAS software by non-compartment model. Result: The contents of chlorogenic acid and phillyrin in co-decoctions were higher than that in single decoctions,but the content of forsythoside A was decreased when Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus decocted together.After intragastric adiministrated co-decoction of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus with ratio of 1: 1 and 1: 2,AUC0-t were 0.95,1.19 μg·h·mL-1,and Cmax were 0.18,0.26 mg·L-1,respectively;Pharmacokinetics had no significant difference. Conclusion: Dissolution of chlorogenic acid and phillyrin were increased with compatibility of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus,while forsythoside A was decreased in co-decoctions.Pharmacokinetic parameters of chlorogenic acid showed no significant differences between 1: 1 and 1: 2 decoctions at the same dosage of chlorogenic acid.

      摘要:Objective: To observe absorption characteristics of extract from Toosendan Fructus in duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon segment by rat everted gut model. Method: Toosendanin(TSN) which was representative compositions of extract from Toosendan Fructus in rat everted gut test was detected by HPLC,and absorption rate parameter to describe absorption characteristics of TSN in different parts of intestine was calculated. Result: Absorption of TSN with different concentration was linearity in different intestines,square of coefficient correlation all exceed 0.95,which consistent with zero order absorption.K of TSN significantly increased along with raised the concentration of extract from Toosendan Fructus,indicated passive absorption.Absorption of TSN in duodenum,jejunum,ileum was quick with no significant differences,but absorption of TSN in colon was slow. Conclusion: Absorption of TSN at different sections of intestine conformed to zero order model with a pattern of passive absorption.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the assay of bufalin(BL),cinobufagin(CBG), resibufogenin(RBG) and study the pharmacokinetics of BL, CBG, RBG in dogs plasma. Method: The sample blood from dogs were injected Chan Su extract by 0.18 mg·kg-1 at 2,5,10,15,20,30,45,60,90 min. Protein precipitation with acetonitrile and solid-phase extraction were applied to purify plasma samples and used HPLC to determine the concentration of BL, CBG, RBG in it. The pharmacokinetics parameters were accessed by Kinetica software. Result: In this SPE-HPLC method, the separation, precision and accuracy of BL,CBG, RBG were well. The calibration curves were linear. The analytical recoveries were all more than 90%, intra and inter-day precision RSD were all less than 10.0%(n=5). The main pharmacokinetics parameters were fitted by non-compartment models. Conclusion: The SPE-HPLC method can be used to determine the concentration and to investigate the pharmacokinetics of BL, CBG and RBG.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of active compounds of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix(coumarin/volatile oil) on the intestinal absorption of puerarin, baicalin, ferelic, liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid, respectively. To explore the influence law of Angelicae Dahricae Radix on the intestinal absorption of the active compounds of herb-pairs. Method: Everted gut sac was used to study compatible effects of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and herb-pairs(Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Scutellariae Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) on intestinal absorption of puerarin, baicalin, ferelic acid, liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid. Result: Results showed that Angelicae Dahuricae Radix could enhance the absorption of puerarin(1.7 times ) and baicalin (4.74 times ), and has no effect on the intestinal absorption of ferulic acid, but could significantly restrain the intestinal absorption of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid. Conclusion: These results confirmed that synergistic therapeutic effect of compatibility of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and Scutellariae Radix not only lay in the different active ingredients acting on the different target, but also shown as active compounds of Radix Angelicae dahuricae could increasing the intestinal absorption of puerarin and baicalin. The mechanism of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and Chuangxiong Rhizoma, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma may be not related to the influence of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix on the intestinal absorption of ferulic acid, liguiritin and glycyrrhizic acid.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-diabetic activity of amentoflavone (AMT) in diabetic mice, and to lay the foundation for the further research and development. Method: Male Kunming mice were injected intraperitoneally (ip) with streptozotocin(STZ,180 mg·kg-1) to induce diabetic model. Then, the diabetic mice were treated with AMT (30,60,120,240,480 mg·kg-1) for 2 weeks. During the administration, food and water intake was recorded. After administration for 2 weeks, the serum levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG), oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) and insulin were measured, meanwhile pathologic-morphological of pancreas was observed by HE staining, to authenticate the antidiabetic activity of AMT and to find out the optimum dose. Result: All the dose of AMT(30, 60, 120, 240, 480 mg·kg-1) could decrease the food and water intake and FBG,and ameliorate the OGTT.Meanwhile, amentoflavone could improve islet tissue repair function. Conclusion: AMT can ameliorate the glucose disorder, regulate insulin secretion and restore the pancreas.

      摘要:Objective: Antibacterial/antifungal tests and synergistic interactions between polyprenols and other lipids(including fifteen known compounds) isolated from Ginkgo biloba leaves against five selected stains (Salmonella enterica, Staphylocococus aureus, Aspergillus niger, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis) were carried out. Method: Antibacterial/antifungal actions and synergistic interactions were observed using a disc-diffusion method at 500 mg·L-1 in n-hexane(blank) by measuring inhibition halos and comparing minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC), minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC), minimal fungicidal concentration(MFC) values by recording the sample concentration(250, 125, 62.5, 31.3, 15.6, 7.8, 3.9 mg·L-1 in n-hexane)as no bacteria growing and figuring out fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC) Index. Result: Nerolidol showed the highest activity against the four tapes of bacteria(S. enterica, S. aureus, E. coli and B. subtilis) among all the tested samples, and inhibition halos were 17.4-20.9 mm,MIC and MBC values were the range of 3.9- 15.6, 31.3-62.5 mg·L-1. linalool showed the highest activity against A. niger among all the tested samples and the GBP with β-caryophyllene mixture group had the strongest synergistic effect against B. subtilis among all mixture groups against the five tested strains, and inhibition halos were 17.9 mm,MIC and MFC values were 7.8, 31.3 mg·L-1. The proportion of β-caryophyllene and GBP was 43.42%:56.58% that was determinated by Mixture Design as the optimal proportion of synergistic effect on GBP with isophytol against B. subtilis. In the meantime, the truth values of FIC index and inhibition halos were respectively 0.16, 19.8 mm. Conclusion: G. biloba leaves polyprenols and other lipids have antimicrobial effects and the parts of lipid compounds with polyprenols have synergistic effects against the tested strains.

      摘要:Objective: To explore TCM syndromes in abnormalglucose metabolism metabolic syndrome(MS) rats based on syndrome detecting from recipe used. Method: After the establishment of the MS rat model,according to blood sugar level, rats were randomly divided into MS group, group A, group B, group C, group D. Chaihu Tang, Huanglian Wendan Tang, Zhibai Dihuang Wan and Xuefu Zhuyu Tang were given. At week 12 and 15 the weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose(FBG), triglycerides(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and insulin levels were measured. Result: Compared with the model group,in A,B, C,D group, body weight, blood pressureand FBG had no significant difference, in A, B and D groups TG level significantly decreased, and in B group HDL-C was significantly increased (P<0.05),in A and D group fasting insulin(FINS) and homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) were significantly lowered (P<0.01). Conclusion: Abnormal glucose metabolism MS rats may exist hepatogastric stagnant heat, phlegm each node certificate, Yin Heat Syndrome and blood stasis syndrome, and the four syndromes indicated mixed signs.

      摘要:Objective: To study antibacterial active fraction of Bletilla striata against methicillin-resistant Staphylococccus aureus(MRSA). Method: Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of ethyl acetate extract, n-butanol extract, water extract after extraction and water decoction after extracting alcohol from B. striata against MRSA and S. aureus(MSSA) was assayed. Oral administration and intraperitoneal injection of ethyl acetate extract from B. striata were given to mice before they are infected by MRSA. Result: Ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract showed obvious antibacterial activity. Ethyl acetate extract had the highest activity with MIC 0.065-0.26 g·L-1. Ethyl acetate extract could completely protect mice from MRSA through intraperitoneal injection with the concentration of 0.5 g·kg-1. Conclusion: Ethyl acetate extract is the main active fraction of B. striata against MRSA and MSSA.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Danhong injection on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and hypoxic injury in Neuro-2A cell. Method: ①Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups as following:model group, sham group, Danhong injection low, middle and high dose(0.9,1.8,3.6 mL·kg-1)groups, and the positive control (edaravone, 6 mg·kg-1) group. The model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was reproduced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) performed with thread inserted for 60 minutes and then reperfusion 72 h, Danhong injection was administered intraperitoneally to the animals 30 min before operation and immediately at the onset of reperfusion, and then once a day for three days. Scoring method of ischemia for 72 h was used to evaluate the abnormal behaviour by nerve injury. The content of S100B protein and nerve specific enolase (NSE) in brain tissue were determined by enzyme linked immunoassay(ELISA).②Neuro-2A cells injury were reproduced by oxygen and glucose deprivation (OGD). Incubating with Danhong injection(1.25,2.5,5 μL·mL-1), the neuroprotective effect indexes were investigated as the cell proliferation activity, LDH release, and ROS detection. Result: ①Compared with sham group, the contents of S100B and NSE were significantly increased in brain tissue (P<0.01). Compared with model operation group, Danhong injection 0.9,1.8,3.6 mL·kg-1 ip could improve the nerve defect symptoms of model rats at 72 h to some extent(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05),and decreased the content of NSE significantly(P<0.05). Danhong injection 0.9,1.8 mL·kg-1 ip could markedly decrease the content of S100B protein(P<0.05,P<0.01).②Compared with control group, the viability of Neuro-2A cell injury induced by OGD decreased significantly, the release of LDH and the level of ROS significantly increase(P<0.01),1.25,2.5,5 mL·L-1 Danhong injection could improve hypoxic injury Neuro-2A cell proliferative activity, inhibit the level of ROS increase in cells(P<0.01)and 2.5,5 mL·L-1 Danhong injection could reduce the LDH release of Neuro-2A cell(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Danhong injection protect against cerebral the hypoxic-ischemic injury.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Yinhuang mixture on the expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein 2 (MRP2) and bile salt export pump (BSEP) in rats with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy induced by estrogen and progesterone. Method: The animal model of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy was induced by 17-α-ethinylestradiol and progesterone and these rats were randomly divided into four groups, including normal group, model group, low dosage and high dosage of Yinhuang mixture groups, either saline or low and high dosage of Yinhuang mixture were given. The serum levels of total bile acid (TBA) total bilirubin (TBil) alanine transarninase(ALT) aspartate aminotransferase, (AST)were examined, and the expression of MRP2 and BSEP were detected by real-time RT-PCR and Western blotting analysis. Result: Compared with the model group, the serum levels of TBA and TBil were remarkably decreased in low dosage and high dosage of Yinhuang mixture groups, in addition, the expression of MRP2 and BSEP were significantly increased in these groups. Conclusion: The therapeutic effects of Yinhuang mixture on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy may upregulate the expression of MRP2 and BSEP.

      摘要:Objective: To analyses the reversal effect of serum containing Buzhong Yiqi decoction on multidrug resistance of human adenocarcinoma of lung cell line A549/DDP, and observe the impacts on expression of phosphorylation of senine threonine protein kindse(p-Akt) and P-glycoprotein(P-gp). Method: The serum containing Buzhong Yiqi decoction was prepared by adopting the method of serum pharmacology. 24 rats were divided into the blank group(normal saline, 10 mL·kg-1), high (1.314 g·kg-1), middle (5.76 g·kg-1) and low (2.84 g·kg-1)dose groupsof Buzhong Yiqi decoction. At the end of the 7th day serum was obtained. A549/DDP was divided into blank serum group, high, middle and low dose groups of serum drug-containing. LY294002 group, high dose combined with LY294002 group, IC50 was observed by MTT assay, and the reversal fold was computed. Immunohistochemical (IHC) was used to assay the protein expression of p-Akt and P-gp, RT-PCR was used determine to the content of mRNA of Akt and P-gp. Result: Compared with blank serum group, IC50 in middle and high dose group was decreased (P<0.05), and it was observed to exert a concentration-dependent inhibition on the proliferation of A549/DDP cell line, the largest decline was in high dosage combined with LY294002 group(P<0.01).The protein expression of p-Akt and P-gp was significantly decreased in middle and high group, LY294002 group combined with high dose LY294002 group (P<0.01, P<0.05).The mRNA expression of P-gp and Akt was significantly decreased in middle and high dose group, LY294002 group combined with high dose group (P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum containing Buzhong Yiqi decoction could moderately reverse the multidrug resistance of A549/DDP cells through reducing the expression of p-Akt and P-gp and increasing the sensitivity of 549/DDP to DDP.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Buxin decoction on the content of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),troponin I(TNI),adenosine triphosphate(ATP) in rats with heart failure after myocardial infarction. Method: Sixty rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:model group,sham-operation group,trimetazidine(TMZ) group low, middle and high dosage groups of Buxin decoction,10 rats in each group. The acute myocardial infarction (AMI) model was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending artery, oral administration lasted for 8 weeks.The BNP,TNI level was determined by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA),and the contents of adenosine monophosphate(AMP),adenosine diphosphate(ADP) and ATP were measured by HPLC. Result: Before treatment, compared with the sham-operation group,BNP and TNI level in model and treated group significantly increased (P<0.01). After treatment,compared with model group,BNP and TNI level in Buxin decoction groups significantly decreased (P<0.01). Compared with the sham-operation group, the ATP content in model group was significantly lower (P<0.01). After the intervention of Buxin decoction, the ATP content increased in the high-dose and low dose group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Buxin decoction can reduce the content of BNP and TNI in rats with heart failure after myocardial infarction,and improve energy metabolism.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antitumor effects and mechanism of steroidal saponins of Cestrum nocturnum(SSCN) on human hepatocellular carcinoma xenografts in nude mice in vivo. Method: SSCN from the leaves and twigs of cestrum nocturnum,Linn were separated and their structures were identified by solvent;the animal model of human hepatocellular carcinoma xenografts was constructed by subcutaneous inoculation of hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells into nude mice.The mice were randomly divided into five groups:NS group(0.2 mL),thalidomide(TLD) group(200 mg·kg-1),and SSCN low,medium and high dose groups(4,6,8 mg·kg-1).During treatment,tumor size was measured.The mice were killed 30 days later to observe tumor morphology.The angiogenesis was assessed by immunohistochemical staining using anti-vascular endothelia grouth factor(VEGF) and cluster of differentiation 34(CD34) antibodies,the expression of interleukin-8(IL-8) of serum was detected by ELISA. Result: The relative proliferation rate in experimental groups (low,medium and high doses) was 48.26%,42.94% and 41.57%,respectively,and in positive group (thalidomide) the relative proliferation rate was 42.19%. Compared with the NS group, the expression of MVD, VEGF and IL-8 were was markedly lowered in all SSCN treatment groups and TLD group (P<0.01). Conclusion: SSCN has a certain inhibitory effect on tumor nude mice in vivo. The anti-tumor mechanism is probably related to the inhibition of activity of VEGF, MVD and IL-8, and downregulating the expression of proangiogenic factors.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of Xiaoyao San on related indexes of the prefrontal cortex in rats model of Alzheimer's disease. Method: The male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, model group (group B), western medicine group (C group), Chinese medicine group (D group) respectively by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose and A-β1-42 peptide bilateral hippocampal injection molding (D-galactose 10 mL (100 mg·kg-1), once a day, continuous injection for 42 d;A-β 2 μL (10 μg) once, normal group (group A) was given normal saline. After modeling,C and D groups were given oxiracetam solution and Xiaoyao San ig once for 28 days. Result: In C and D groups,compared with B group, the number of attempts and the correct behavior rate is obvious, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 and P<0.01);In B group,compared with A group, number of attempts and the correct behavior rate is poor, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 and P<0.01);there was no significant difference in C, and D groups compared with A groups. Immunohistochemical staining resultd showed that, compared with B group, C group and D group increased the expression of PP-2A positive cells significantly, while the number of GSK-3 positive cells were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Xiaoyao San can improve the spatial memory ability of AD rats, the expression is related to its up-regulatiing expression of PP-2A and inhibitory prefrontal GSK-3β.

      摘要:Objective: To screen anticonvulsive activity of compounds isolated from Beauveria bassiana. Method: Two anticonvulsive models indued by nikethamide (750 mg·kg-1,sc)and isoniazid(300 mg·kg-1,sc) were used to test the three compounds(β-sitosterol; ergosta-6,22-diene-3β,5α,8α-triol; beauvericin) isolated from B. bassiana.After 3 days of subcutaneous injection of the three compounds,nikethamide (750 mg·kg-1,sc)and isoniazid(300 mg·kg-1,sc)were injected after 30 minutes of the end administration. Result: Compound Ⅰ(β-sitosterol), had no significantly effect on the two models;high-dose of compoundⅡ(ergosta-6,22-diene-3β, 5α,8α-triol, 250 mg·kg-1) prolonged the latent time of convulsions induced by nikethamide while low-level (beauvericin 125 mg·kg-1) increased the death time induced by isoniazid;low-level of compoundⅢ (beauvericin,125 mg·kg-1)prolonged the latent time of convulsions induced by nikethamide and high-level (250 mg·kg-1)prolonged the death time induced by isoniazid. Conclusion: CompoundⅢ(beauvericin) has anticovulsant activity, can be as a quality control index component of B. bassiana.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the anti-proliferative effects and possible mechanisms of serum containing Simiao Yongan decoction(SYD) on rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells(VSMC) during the insulin resistance state. Method: Nine New Zealand big-eared rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 rabbits each group.Each groups were separately given distilled water 10 mL, simvastatin 5 mg·kg-1 and SYD at dosage of 11.25 g·kg-1 each time and twice a day for 3 consecutive days.Serum containing SYD was prepared by serum pharmacological method,the proliferation of VSMC was induced by high concentrations of glucose and insulin(4 500 mg·L-1 glucose+100 U·L-1insulin).The VSMCs were divided into following groups:blank group (10%FBS normal glucose DMEM), normal group (10%FBS normal glucose DMEM+normal serum containing), model group (10%FBS glucose DMEM+100 U·L-1 insulin+normal serum containing), western medicine group (10%FBS high glucose DMEM+100 U·L-1 insulin+serum containing simvastatin),traditional Chinese medicine group (10%FBS high glucose DMEM+100 U·L-1 insulin+serum containing SYD).Cell proliferation was measured by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay,content of IL-6 and TNF-α in cell culture supernatant was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. Result: The proliferation of VSMC was markedly induced by high concentrations of glucose and insulin.Compared with the normal group,the absorbance (A)value of MTT,the content of cell culture supernatant of IL-6 and TNF-α in model group was increased significantly (P<0.05);compared with the model group, Chinese medicine group and western medicine group, the A value, the content of IL-6 and TNF-α of cell culture supernatant was reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum containing SYD can inhibit proliferation of the smooth muscle cells induced by high glucose and insulin, one of the possible mechanisms may be related to reducing secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α in smooth muscle cells.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of salt-processing Eucommiae Cortex on BMD and serum hormone in rats after ovariectomy. Method: The model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was developed by ovariectomy, the rats were randomly divided into six groups, including sham operation group, model group, Nilestriol group, and salt-processing Eucommiae Cortex high, moderate, low-dose group(6,3,1.5 g·kg-1,ig)7 days later, successive administration was carried out,lasted for 12 weeks. The lumbar spine and femoral bone BMC and BMD,serum E2 and IGF-I content were assayed. Result: Compared with control group, BMC and BMD in model group rats decreased obviously,serum E2,IGF-I level decreased.Compared with model group, salt-processing Eucommiae Cortex could increase BMC and BMD,and serum E2,IGF-I level in rats after ovariectomy(P<0.05). Conclusion: Processing can enhance the anti-osteoporosis effect of Duzhong, salt-processing Eucommiae Cortex can prevent and delay osteoporosis in rats after ovariectomy by increasing serum E2,IGF-I level.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of serum containing Huazhuo Jiedu recipe on oxidative stress in hepatic stellate cell(HSC)-T6 cells. Method: HSC-T6s were divided into control group,model group and serum containing Huazhuo Jiedu recipe group. HSC-T6s in control group were only incubated with high glucose DMEM,HSC-T6s in model group were treated with 0.1 mmol·L-1 H2O2. The methods of thiobarbituric acid,xanthine oxidase and digestion were respectively applied to determine the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and hydroxyproline(HyP)of culture mediums.The mRNA expression of collagen(COL) I and COLⅢ was determined by RT-PCR and the protein of COL I and COLⅢ was determined by Western blot. Result: Compared with control group,the level of SOD and GSH-Px decreased.the level of MDA and GSH increased significantly in model group(P<0.05). The activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased and the level of MDA and GSH decreased significantly in serum containing Huazhuo Jiedu recipe groups(P<0.05),especially in the high does and middle does group.The mRNA and the protein expression of COL I and COLⅢ increased in model group,decreased in Huazhuo Jiedu recipe groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum containing Huazhuo Jiedu recipe can dilute the level of oxidation,depress the content of collegen of HSC and lessen fibrosjs.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract(EGB) on proliferation, apoptosis and Caspase-3 expression in human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Method: The human breast cancer MCF-7 cells cultivated in vitro were treated with 0, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160 mg·L-1 of EGB, cultured for 24 h or 48 h. The 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to measure the cell proliferative effect. The annexin V/PI double staining analysis by flow cytometry was used to evaluate apoptotic rate and the cell cycle. The expression of Caspases-3 protein was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result: EGB could inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cells in vitro, and concentration-effect relationship was significant (P<0.01). 50% inhibition concentration(IC50) of MCF-7 was 83.65 mg·L-1. The flow cytometry test indicated that EGB could make MCF-7 cells G0-G1 phase gradually increasing, G2-M period and S phase reduce gradually and with the increase of the concentration, MCF-7 cell apoptosis rate increased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). EGB could enhance MCF-7 cells Caspases-3 protein expression (P<0.05 or P<0.01) and with the concentration dependent. Conclusion: EGB could effectively restrain human breast cancer MCF-7 cells Caspases-3 protein expression, induction MCF-7 cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanism of matrine modification X on inducing apoptosis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE1 cells in vitro. Method: MTT assay was used to measure the anti-proliferative effect of modification X on CNE1.The cell apoptosis rates and cell cycle were analyzed by flow cytometry. The protein expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and p53 was examined by Western blot. Result: After incubation of CNE1 cells with modification X for 48 h, the modification X could inhibit the proliferation of CNE1 cells with a dose dependent manner. Flow cytometry analysis revealed the apoptosis rate in 58,116 μmol·L-1 modification X group was higher than the matrine group by 70.02% and 75.73% respectively, which showed the significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with the control group, Modification X could significantly arrest the cell cycle at G1 stage (P<0.05,P<0.01). Western blot showed that the expression of Bax and p53 protein significantly increased by modification X in CNE1 cells, at the same time, the expression of Bcl-2 significantly decreased by modification X with a concentration dependent manner(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Modification X could induce apoptosis of CNE1 cells in vitro, and the possible mechanism is related to arresting the cell cycle, increasing the Bax and p53 protein expression level and decreasing the Bcl-2 protein expression level.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antidepressant effects of petroleum ether extracts from Ranae Oviductus (ROS) and to investigate the related mechanisms. Method: Male ICR mice were divided into 2 batches, and every batch was randomly divided into control and six treatment groups.The control group was given normal saline and treatment groups were received ROS at dose of 10,30,100,300,900 mg·kg-1 respectively for 8 days.In the first batch,1 h after the 7 th day and 8 th day administration,forced swimming test (FST) and tail suspension test (TST) were conducted for evaluation of behavior.And then the levels of serum corticosterone in the mice were measured by radioimmunoassay method. In the second batch, we observed the effects of ROS on depressive mice through reserpine reversal test after the day of 8 administration. Result: The group of 100,300, 900 mg·kg-1 ROS could significantly shorten mice immobility time in FST and TST (P<0.05), and could remarkably inhibit the decrease of body temperature and motor deficits in reserpine-induced hypothermia and motor deficits test at 4th hour(P<0.05). Moreover, the groups of 100,300, 900 mg·kg-1 ROS could decrease the cortisol level in mice serum compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Petroleum ether extracts from Ranae Oviductus possess antidepressant effects, and it may be related to monoamine neurotransmitters and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of traditional Tibetan medicine tonic prescription Basangmu Suyou wan on erythropoiesis and elucidate the underlying mechanism in mice with joint radiation and chemical injury. Method: Using a blood cell counter,a colony forming assay and fluorescent real-time quantitative PCR, the changes in peripheral erythrocyte count, hemoglobin content, erythroid hematopoietic progenitors colony forming proportion of bone marrow cell, kidney erythropoietin (Epo), spleen Epo receptor (EpoR) mRNA were investigated after 0.75,1.5,3.0 g·kg-1Basangmu Suyou wan was gastrically given to the mice with joint radiation and chemical injury, and compared with those in the blank group as well as the control group given physical saline. Result: The erythrocyte count of blank, modle, low dose, middle dose, high dose group were(8.92±0.30), (8.67±0.38),(8.85±0.49),(9.35±0.77),(9.61±0.30)×1012/L respectively at 14 days. The counts of 14 days middle dose and high dose group were highen than those of the blank, the modle and of low dose group (P<0.05). The hemoglobin contents were (157.00±6.78), (145.75±37.81), (162.09±8.57), (166.17±9.40), (162.00±6.07)g·L-1 respectively at 20 days aften tneetment, the content of middle dose group was higher than those of the blank and modle group (P<0.05). The bone marrow cell colong forming unit erythrocyte (CFU-E) and burst-forming unit erythroid(BFU-E) proportion in the blank, modle and the middle dose group were (56.56±6.64), (55.18±7.07), (64.31±9.15)/5×104 bone marrow cell(BMC)and (31.68±6.13), (33.44±6.5), (40.69±8.06)/5×104BMC respectively at 14 days,the proportion in the middle dose groups were more higher than those of the blank and modle groups (P<0.01). The kidney Epo mRNA expression level of the blank, the modle and the middle dose group were (1.13±0.53), (0.92±0.20), (2.48±1.56)2-ΔΔCtrespectively, the level in middle dose group was higher than those of the blank and modle groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Basangmu Suyou wan promotes the kidney erythropoietin secretion, the erythroid hematopoietic progenitor proliferation and differentiation, and then induce the recovery of peripheral erythrocyte count and hemoglobin content in mice with joint radiation and chemical injury.

      摘要:Objective: To explore relationship of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) with the clinical course in the central nervous system (CNS) of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) in mice, and to explore the mechanism and effects of Yishen Daluo decoction (YDD) for treatment of EAE. Method: Ninety-five SJL/J mice were randomly divided into normal group, predinisone 3.9 mg·kg-1group, YDD 20 g·kg-1 group and YDD 20 g·kg-1 +predinisone 3.9 mg·kg-1 group. Immunohistochemistry and western blot were used to explore the expression of TNF-α in the CNS in SJL/J mice after 15 d administretion. Result: Compared with model group, YDD could reduce the relapse rate of EAE, improve the neurological function score (P<0.05). Compared with model group, the content in central nervous system of TNF-α was reduced in normal group, predinisone-treated group, YDD group, predinisone-YDD complex treated group (P<0.05). Conclusion: TNF-α mediated inflammatory cascade might play an important role in the mechanism of CNS inflammatory infiltration and axonal injury in EAE. Treatment with YDD can reduce the relapse rate of EAE, improve the neurological function score. The therapeutic mechanism of YDD is proposed by regulating the level of TNF-α.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the anxiolytic-like effect of extracts from a Chinese traditional herb, Moutan Cortex. Method: Eighty male Kunming mice were divided into eight groups:the vehicle-treated group (Control), the diazepam-treated group (BZ, 1 mg·kg-1, ip), three phenolic component-treated groups (Px, 10, 20, 40 mg·kg-1, ig) and three aqueous extract-treated groups (Wx, 50, 100, 200 mg·kg-1, ig). Behavior of mice from each group in free exploratory paradigm (FEP), open field test (OFT), elevated plus maze (EPM), elevated zero maze (EZM) and light/dark box (LDB) was recorded by sequence, with a less-than twenty-second interval. The following parameters were evaluated:percentage of time spent in the FEP novel compartment (Ntime%);percentage of number of units visited in the FEP novel area (Ncross%);percentage of number of rears in the FEP novel area (Nrear%);the total number of units visited in FEP (Cross);the total number of rears in FEP (Rear);percentage of time spent in the OFT central area (Ctime%);percentage of number of squares visited in the OFT central area (Ccross%);the total number of horizontal squares in OFT (Cross);the total number of rears in OFT (Rear);percentage of time spent in the EPM or EZM open arms (Otime%);percentage of number of entries into the EPM or EZM open arms (Oentries%);the total number of entries into the EPM or EZM open and closed arms (Entries);percentage of time exploring in the LDB light area (Ltime%);percentage of number of squares crossing in the LDB light area (Lcross%);percentage of rears in the LDB light area (Lrear%);the total number of transition in LDB (Transition);the total number of horizontal squares in LDB (Cross);the total number of rears in LDB (Rear). Result: Compared with control group, both 1 mg·kg-1 BZ and various doses of Px treatment obviously increased the percentage of exploratory and locomotor activity in FEP novel area, such as Ntime%, Ncross%, Nrear%;in OFT central area, such as Ctime%, Ccross%;in EPM and EZM open arms, such as Otime%, Oentries%;in LDB light area, such as Ltime%, Lcross%, Lrear%. However, only 200 mg·kg-1 Wx made an enhancement in OFT Ccross%, EZM Otime % and LDB Lrear%. Meanwhile, both BZ and various doses of Px and Wx showed no effect on the total locomotor and exploratory activity, such as Cross, Rear, Entries and Transition parameters in FEP, OFT, EPM, EZM or LDB. Conclusion: The phenolic components, such as paeonol and its analogues and metabolism, from Moutan Cortex, are the major active ingredients for the anxiolytic-like effect, and they may exhibit positive allosteric effect by targeting on GABAA receptor.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-diabetic effect of Danzhi Jiangtang capsule (DJC) on experimental diabetic rats. Method: Experimental diabetic model in rats was induced by the injection of streptozocin. The models were divided randomly into 6 groups:model group (normal saline ig), phenformin hydrochloride group (75 mg·kg-1, ig), Tangmaikang group (1.5 g·kg-1, ig) and DJC low, middle, high dose (13, 6.5, 3.2 g·kg-1,ig) groups (n=8 each). Rats were selected as normal group (nomal saline ig). After 20 days of administration, effects of body weight, blood glucose, glucose tolerance and insulin level of rats were observed. Result: The DJC high dose group could significantly decrease level of fasting blood glucose (P<0.01) and improve glucose tolerance (P<0.01). All the DJC groups could significantly increase body weight of diabetic rats (P<0.01, P<0.05) and decrease level of glycosylated serum protein (P<0.01). No obvious effect of DJC on insulin level. Conclusion: DJC has significant anti-diabetic effect on experimental diabetic rats.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antitumor effects and it's mechanism of steroidal saponins from Cestrum nocturnum,Linn (SSCN) on human hepatocellular carcinoma xenografts in nude mice in vivo. Method: SSCN was separated and identified their structure. The animal model of human hepatocellular carcinoma xenografts was established by subcutaneous inoculation of hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells into nude mice. The mice were randomly divided into five groups:NS group, thalidomide (TLD) group, and SSCN 4, 6, 8 mg·kg-1·d-1group ip, every the other day for 30 days. During treatment, tumor size was measured. The mice were killed 30 days later to observe tumor morphology. The tumor samples were observed and analyzed using HE staining and immunohistochemical staining. The protein expression of proliferating cell necliar antigen(PCNA) and Ki-67 in transplantation tumor was detected. Result: The relative proliferation rate in TLD group in tumor nude mice was 42.19%. The relative proliferation rate in SSCN high, middle and low dose in tumor nude mice was 48.26%,42.94%,41.57% accordingly. Along with the increase of the dose of SSCN the relative tumor proliferation rate decrease gradually, explaining the inhibition of tumor growth by SSCN in dose dependence manner. A large number of necrotic cells in tumor tissue sections could be viewed in SSCN 8 mg·kg-1 group. Some tumor cells were smaller, and nuclear staining was dense. The protein expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Ki-67 in transplantation tumor was markedly higher. Compared with the NS group, the protein expression of PCNA and Ki-67 was markedly lower in TLD group and SSCN 8 mg·kg-1 group(P<0.05). Conclusion: SSCN show certain inhibitory effect on human hepatocellular carcinoma xenografts in nude mice in vivo. The anti-tumor mechanism is probably related to down-regulation of the protein expression of PCNA and Ki-67 gene, thus inhibiting tumor cell proliferation.

      摘要:Objective: To study the morphological characteristics of liver toxicity induced by repeated intra-gastric administration of Realgar in rats to provide a scientific evidence for safe and effective application of Realgar. Method: The rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group and Realgar 0.01,0.04,0.17 g·kg-1 groups.The rats were intra-gastrically treated with Realgar once a day for successively 90 days,while the control group was given ultra-filtrated water.Serum biochemistry indexes were measured,and pathological change of liver under microscope was observed at day 30,60 and 90. Result: In more than 40% of the liver cells in rats mild cloudy swelling,degeneration and inflammatory cell infiltration could be observed.10% to 20% of the animals appeared patchy hepatocyte swelling, eosinophilic degeneration,focal necrosis,etc. After repeated intra-gastric administration of Realgar, more than 0.04 g·kg-1 successively 90 days.50% of liver cells in 0.17 g·kg-1 group showed mild cloudy swelling and mild inflammatory cell infiltration in interstitial at day 30 after drug withdrawal.The other groups had no statistical difference compared with the control group.2 and 3 months after intra-gastric administration of Realgar, the APTT in the experimental groups was significantly shorter than the control group.Administration for 3 months and 1 month after withdrawal,the PT also significantly shorten.The biochemical indexes in each group had no significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion: After repeated intra-gastric administration of Realgar more than 0.04 g·kg-1 successively 90 days,the early and mild liver toxicity was observed,which can gradually returned to normal after Realgar withdrawal.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the treatment of elderly-onset rheumatoid arthritis(EORA), observe the efficacy and side effects of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with methotrexate in treating EORA and provide a reference for clinical safe medication. Method: Eighty patients diagnosed with EORA were randomly divided into tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with methotrexate group (research group) and methotrexate group (control group), 40 in each group. The control group were treated with methotrexate only, every time 10 mg, once a week for 6 months, while the research group added with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside, every time 10 mg, 3 times a day for 6 months. Clinical assessment using the American college of rheumatology (ACR) criteria for improvement was performed. A fellow-up observation compared the improvements of clinical symptoms, changes on inflammation markers and the incidences of side effects before treatment with those after treatment. Result: Two groups achieved ACR 20% after treatment which were not significantly different in statistics between two groups; while achieved ACR 50%, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05); the clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory index of two groups before and after treating were statistically significant difference (P<0.01). After 6 months treatment, the number of swelled joint, ESR, CRP, RF and the satisfaction of patients and doctor were obviously improved in the research group, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01); while the incidence of side effects were not significantly different in statistics with the control group. Conclusion: Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with methotrexate is effective and safe in treating EORA cases, which made it become one of the best treatments of EORA.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the protecting renal function by Kangai injection in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Method: The randomized, controlled and single-blind study was used.The kidney function and urine trace protein levels were detected and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms were evaluated, and other related symptoms were analyzed. Result: The general situation and renal function in treatment groupwas better than the control group. Conclusion: Kangai injection can reduce kidney damage and improve survival situation.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Shenshu Granule in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis (CPN). Method: Ninety-three patients with chronic pyelonephritis were randomly divided into observation group (n=47) and control group (n=46). Patients in the two groups were both treated with sequential therapy. Shenshu granule was used in the observation group (4 g per times, three times per day, if the acute attack, it was changed to 8 g per times). Symptoms of urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria and low back pain and other changes were observed, urine was tested and Clean Catch Midstream bacterial was cultured. IgA, IgG, IgM, urine Urina albumin, urine Urinary β2-m and Urine Urinary N-acetyl β-Glucosaminidas were tested. Number of cases of acute attack and attack frequency were recorded in the 6 months follow-up period. Result: The total efficacy of the observation group (100%) was significantly better than the control group (85.1%) (P <0.05). After treatment, serum IgA and IgG levels were raised and it was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria and low back pain symptom scores of the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.01). The urinary ALB 2-MG and NAG level in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01). The recurrence rate and the frequency of recurrence in the observation group were 32.6% and 56.5%, lower than the control group(59.6% and 102.1%)(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The Shenshu granule in treating of CPN have significant clinical effect and it can reduce the CPN recurrence rate, improve immune function, improve renal tubular function, it is worth to further research.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng decoction in Preeclampsia patients. Method: Eighty patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40). Patients in the two groups were both treated with conventional western therapy. Tianma Gouteng Decoction was used in the observation group (1 dose per day, 2-3 as a cycle). Blood pressure, pregnancy time, birth weight, 1 min Apgar score, maternal complications, perinatal mortality, 24 h urinary protein excretion, serum nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1)level were monitored. Result: Systolic blood pressure and diastdic blood pressure of the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01). Termination of pregnancy time of the observation group were late than the control group, birth weight heavier than the control group, cases of the maternal complications were fewer than the control group, member of 1 min Apgar score greater than 7 was more than the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01);After treatment, 24 h urinary protein of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.01);NO level were significantly increased in both groups, ET-1 level of the observation group was significantly lower than the observation group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Tianma Gouteng decoction can control blood pressure of the patient with severe preeclampsia, improve symptoms, prolong gestational age and improve outcomes of Perinatal Fetus, it also can regulate vascular endothelial function and is worth to further research worthy of clinical use.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of heat-clearing and detoxifying resuscitation method on patients with severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD) and the protection effect on brain, heart, lungs. Method: ninety patients with HFMD were randomly divided into observation group(n=45) and control group(n=45). Control group was given conventional therapy according to 'Hand-foot-mouth disease treatment guidelines (2010 Edition)’. Reduning injection and traditional Chinese medicine were added to observation group by using heat-clearing and detoxifying resuscitation method. Body temperature returned to normal time, Rash, bleb subsidise time, the healing time of oral ulcer and hospital stay of patients were observed. The SPO2 and PaO2 of the 0 day and 3th day were tested;the Aspartate aminotransferase(AST), Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), Creatine kinase(CK), Isoenzymes of creatine kinase(CK-MB) and Neuron specific enolase(NSE) of 0 day and 5th day were tested. Result: The body temperature returned to normal time, Rash, bleb subsidise time, the healing time of oral ulcer and hospital stay of patients in observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05).The SPO2 and PaO2 level of the 3th day in observation group were higher than control group (P<0.01);the CK and CK-MB level of the 5th day in observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05, P<0.01);the NSE level of the 5th day in observation group were lower than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Heat-clearing and detoxifying resuscitation method can Shorten the course of HFMD disease, and it can protect brain, heart, lungs of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong Huayu in treatment of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and the influence on vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). Method: sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=30, 58 eyes) and control group (n=30, 57 eyes). Patients in control group were given Calcium Dobesilate Capsules(0.5 g/time, take orally, 3 times/d, 2 times/d after 6 weeks). Patients in observation group were given Danhong Huayu (20 mL/time, taken orally, 3 times/d). Both groups were taken 12 weeks as one cycle. VEGF level, bFGF level and blood rheology indexes were tested. Result: The total efficacy of the observation group (82.75%) was significantly better than the control group (66.67%) (P<0.05). After treatment, visual acuity was improved and observation group was superior to control group (P<0.01). Eye fundus microvascular lesion severity score, QMG score for macular edema and retinal total cycle time were decreased obviously, observation group was superior to control group (P<0.01);VEGF and bFGF levels significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.01) and observation group were lower than control group (P<0.01). Improvements in blood rheological indexes such as whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, erythrocyte deposited and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in observation group were better than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The shenshu Granule in treating of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy have significant clinical effect and it can improve blood circulation, improve immune function, reduce VEGF, bFGF levels, slow DR progresses.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of precocious prescription in the treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) girls. Method: Eighty two female patients with ICPP were received the treatment of the precocious prescription. The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, the change of gonads (breast size, uterine volume, ovarian volume, follicle diameter) and serum sex hormone (follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol) were observed before and after treatment. Result: After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, the breast Tanner score and the follicle diameter were obviously improved. The volumes of uterine and ovarian were reduced in varying degrees, and the serum sex hormone levels also had different degrees of decline. Conclusion: Precocious prescription can reduce the sex hormone levels of the ICPP girls, and also effectively control and delay the maturity and the speed of gonadal development. It's a safe and effective method to treat ICPP.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with pamidronate disodium on cancer pain in the bone metastatic in patients. Method: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases. The control group was given pamidronate disodium, the treatment group was given Chinese medicine and pamidronate disodium. Result: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 80%, and was 40% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). For the analgesic effect, in the treatment group relief rate was 83.3%, which was higher than that in the control group (46.70%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Chinese medicine combined with pamidronate disodium in treatment of metastatic bone cancer is better than single pamidronate disodium, which can improve the patients quality of life in clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangxin decoction on brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) in plasma and inflammatory cell factor, tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) of Qi and Yin deficient type. Method: One hundred and twenty cases of CHF were equally divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group was given conventional western treatment,and the treatment group was used Yiqi Yangxin decoction for 4 weeks on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function,the level of NT-proBNP in plasma and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were observed before and after treatment. Result: After 4 weeks treatment,the two groups cardiac function and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were obviously improved, and the levels of NT-proBNP in plasma and TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were obviously decreased;the decline degree of NT-proBNP in plasma and TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of treatment group after treatment was superior to the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqi Yangxin decoction could significantly improve cardiac function in patients with CHF,reduce the level of plasma NT-proBNP and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum.Its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory cytokines to reduce the inflammatory response.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi decotion combined with Seretide (Fluticasone propionate/Salmeterol) in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma (BA) at remission. Method: 60 patients with BA at remission were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Seretide (Fluticasone propionate 50 μg/Salmeterol 250 μg) on the basis of anti-inflammatory, oxygen, cough, asthma and other conventional treatment for 12 weeks. The patients in the observation group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi decotion on the basis of the control group. The course was 2 weeks, 3 courses were carried on, and the treatment interval was one week. The clinical efficacy was evaluated and the lung function index such as (forced vital capacity,FVC), (forced expiratory volume in the first second,FEV1), FEV1/FVC% were compared after the treatment. Result: After treatment, the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (66.67%) (P<0.05);After treatment, the lung function index of the patients in the two groups improved, and the lung function index such as FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC of the observation group improved more significantly than the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi decotion combined with Seretide is effective in improving lung function in patients with BA at remission.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine therapy on conducting ovulation vaginal ultrasound follicle score. Method: Sixty-eight cases without ovulation and pregnabncy were chose in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2009,then divided them into two groups, thecontrol group and treatment group.32 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional therapy, thetreatment l group was treated with traditional Chinese treatment based on the treatment of control group. The Aloka SSd1700 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument was used to monitor and record their follicle discharge conditions, computational follicle score. The advantage follicle number, follicular development and follicle score comparison were observed.The patients were followed-up for a mean of 12 months, pregnancy and miscarriage rates of two groups were compared. Result: Compared with control group,in follicle daily growth and average diameter of mature follicle there was a increase in treatment group(P<0.05). The advantage follicle number and follicle score,increased obviously in treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with pregnancy rate (15.6%) of control group, pregnancy rate (36.1%)of treatment group obviously increased (P<0.05), and compared with miscarriage rate (28.1%) of control group, miscarriage rate (8.3%) of treatment group obviously increase(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine therapy could increase folliclegrowth, the ovulation vaginal ultrasound follicle score is reasonable

      摘要:Objective: To analysis the clinical efficacy of Yanhuning supplementing Cefminox in treatment of children bronchial pneumonia. Method: In this hospital from 2011 February to 2013 February 180 cases with bronchial pneumonia entered study, all patients were consistent with the clinical diagnosis standard of children with bronchial pneumonia, according to the different treatment methods patients were divided into the control group treated with Minuozhi and observation group treated with Yanhuning and Mino. Signs and symptoms were compared. Result: The clinical curative effect in observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group (P<0.05);after treatment symptom relief rate was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05);compared with the control group after treatment in observation group no significant adverse reaction was found in. Conclusion: Yanhuning supplementing Cefminox can effectively improve the pediatric patients with bronchial pneumonia curative effect, and relieve the clinical symptoms and signs.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoshuan capsule on hemorheology and vascular endothelial function in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type, to evaluate the possible mechanisms in patients with CIS. Method: Eighty patients with CIS of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomLy divided into two groups:the control group (40 cases) was given conventional treatment methods;Xiaoshuan group (40 cases) was given Xiaoshuan capsule 0.4 g once,three times daily. These patients of two groups were treated for 3 months. The scores of neurological deficit and activities of daily living were evaluated,and changes in blood rheology and endothelial function indicators were observed before and after treatment. Result: Before the treatment, indicator of national Institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS) score, Barthel index, blood rheology, blood lipids and vascular endothelial function indicators were no significant difference between two groups. Before treatment, there were significant difference in these indicators between two groups and the health group(all P<0.01);after treatment,total efficiency in Xiaoshuan group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);NIHSS score, Barthel Index, blood rheology and vascular endothelial function indicators in the Xiaoshuan patients were better than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Xiaoshuan capsule had no adverse reactions. Conclusion: It is safe and effective that Xiaoshuan capsule in the treatment of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,the mechanism may be achieved through improving blood rheology, vascular endothelial function.

      摘要:Objective: To study the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine with Bufei Yiyang Huatan in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patientsin stationary phase of pulmonary function and the influence on the quality of life. Method: Seventy-two patients with COPD patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group (36 cases) were given western medicine treatment, the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine in base of treatment of the control group the treatment course was one month, lasted for 6 treatment courses. Result: In the observation group the effective rate was 33.33%, total effective rate was 83.33% which was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01).The improvement of lung function was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The improvement of life quality was better than that in control group (P<0.05).During the treatment period no adverse reaction was found. Conclusion: Chinese traditional medicine with Bufei Yiyang Huatan can effectively improve quality of life and lung function in the stationary phase in COPD patients.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the medication principle of treating arrhythmia based on text mining and to provide a reference for clinical experience summary Method: We used data mining technology combined with visualization.Based on the literature data of treatment of arrhythmia collected in the CBM database,we explored the medication principle of treating arrhythmia,both traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and Western medicine.The means we used include frequency statistical data based on sensitive keywords hierarchical algorithm,retro-read and manually noise reduction.These laws displayed by the frequency of one-dimensional and two-dimensional network diagram. Result: Common Western medicine for treating arrhythmia are Epinephrine,urokinase,digoxin,etc,common Chinese medicine are Wenxin grain,compound Danshen Dripping pill,etc,common TCM are Rehmanniae,Salvia,Ginseng,Aspartame,Licorice,etc.Among these, Epinephrine,Wenxin grain,Cassia twig are most closely related to other medicine.Commonly used Chinese medicine is Wenxin Grain when Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine. Conclusion: Text mining technology can be used for summary of medication principle of treating arrhythmia,thus could provide useful exploration and reference for clinical experience summary.

      摘要:Autophagy is a mayor degradative pathway for organelles and long-lived protein. The basic autophagy is crucial for cellular physiology, especially for non-renewable cells like neurons. Mounting evidences implicate that dysfunctional autophagy is relevant to several neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease (AD). In this review, we summarized research on autophagy in AD to introduce autophagy's role in AD's onset and progress, the modulation of traditional Chinese to autophagy as well as the potential therapeutic significance to AD of modulating autophagy.

      摘要:The application state of pharmaceutical excipients hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) in preparation was introduced. The author referred to the related domestic and overseas literatures in recent years to carry out the analysis and induction, and described the application state of solid preparation, liquid pharmaceutical, sustained-controlled preparation, capsule formulations, gel preparation and bioadhension preparations. HPMC can be widely used and will play a key role in the field of pharmaceutical preparations.

      摘要:Through reviewing literature in recent years, we summarized research state about the chemical compositions of Polyporus umbellatus, including polysaccharide, steroidal ingredients and other ingredients. And we systemized the factors which impact the quality, such as species, habitats, cultivation, harvest and processing. Then we compared and analyzed the extraction, identification and content determination methods which were used to evaluate the quality of P. umbellatus. As a kind of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines,the quality can affect the efficacy in clinical use. By reviewing the affecting factors and evaluation methods, a reasonable basis is provided to ensure the quality of P. umbellatus.

      摘要:Literatures about gels around recent years were consulted and combined with practical experimental experiences to sort and summarize literatures about studies and applications of novel excipient carbomer in gel preparations,then detailed introduction structure characteristics,physical and chemical properties,thickening mechanism,preparation methods,formulation design and clinical applications of carbomer,this study will provide theoretical basis for promotion and application of carbomer in industrial production.At the same time,carbomer would be a promising and novel pharmaceutical excipient,with introduction of new technologies and methods,it would give more dosage forms and inspirations to topical preparations of traditional Chinese medicine.
