      摘要:ABSTRACT Objective To optimize the extraction process of Fructus Arctii and Radix Clematidis. Methods Using orthogonal design method, to apply extract yield of Fructus Arctii and Radix Clematidis and the extract amount of arctiin and oleanolic acid as observing indexes. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows,adding 10 times of 60%alcohol into coptis meal,refluxing and extracting for 2 times,half and an hour every time. Conclusion This optimized process is simple,stable and efficient.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of formulation factors of Fufang Danshen pulsed tablets on release behavior in vitro, and to determine the best tablet core formulation and the coating formulation. Method: Three constituents of Fufang, total phenolic acids, ginsenoside Rg1 and Borneol ,were taken as the index to study the effect of different types and usage amount of disintegrants ,diluents,adhesives on release behavior in tablet core formulation.The same study was carried out on the effect of plasticizers and pore-forming agent in the coating formulation.Results: Low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose (L-HPC) was selected as disintegrants,meanwhile microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) was as diluent with PVP ethanol solution as adhesive in tablet core formulation. Ethyl cellulose (EC) was employed as the main coating materials.And triethyl citrate (TEC) and lactose were chosen as plasticizers and pore-forming agent in the coating formulation, respectively. Release curves of index constituents in samples prepared according to the best formulation could be fitting by Weibull distribution model .Conclusion: Prepared Fufang Danshen pulsed tablets has desired pulsatile release behavior,which laid the foundation for further research.

      摘要:ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To study extracting technology of QuFengTongLuo capsule and provide reference datas for it's preparation in production. METHODS Optimizing etracting technology of QuFengTongLuo capsule was used by orthogonal experiment table L9(34) while the concentration of sinomenine and the dry extract as indexes. It was investigated four factors, alcohol concentration, alcohol volume, the number of extracting times, extracting time respectively. RESULTS The optimal extracting condition was as follows: extracting with 8-fold 70% alcohol for two times, two hours for each times. CONCLUSION The optimized condition is the best for the extracting of QuFengTongLuo capsule and this technology can be used to guide the production of it.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the drug release in colon targeting of pH-triggered double layer colon target pellets of Sophora flavescens in vivo and in vitro. Method: Evaluate the drug release of the pellets in vitro with paddle method. Multi-slice spiral CT scanning was applied to detect the conveying of pellets in the digestive canal of human body in real time. Result: The pellets altogether released 26.18% of the drug in artificial gastric juice for two hours and in artificial intestinal juice for four hours, and accumulate to release 99.52% of the drug in artificial colon juice for two hours. The pellets were all emptied from stomach one hour after taking orally and all reached to colon after five hours. The disintegration of the pellets was not detected in stomach and small intestine, which started to disintegration after entering colon, disaggregated obviously after ten hours and completely disaggregated in colon after twenty-four hours. Conclusion: The pellets possess well drug release of colon targeting in vivo and in vitro.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the oil-water partition coefficients of podophyllotoxin at variable pH and to assess the solubilizing effect of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) on podophyllotoxin. Method: The water solubility and oil-water partition coefficient of podophyllotoxin in different pH media were determined using the shake-flask method. The inclusion processes with HP-β-CD were optimized through orthogonal design. The solubilization effect of HP-β-CD on podophyllotoxin was investigated by a phase-solubility method. Result: The solubility of podophyllotoxin in water was 0.09 g ·L-1, while the solubility in octanol was 12.91 g ·L-1. The distribution of podophyllotoxin between water and octanol could be achieved balance in 5min. The oil-water partition coefficient (P) of podophyllotoxin was 179.067, so logP was 2.249.The phase solubility diagram was AL-type, and the inclusion constant (K) was 1 022.65 L ·mol-1. Conclusion: Podophyllotoxin is high lipophilic, and distributes to be balanced rapidly between water and oil. The HP-β-CD has good solubilization effect on podophyllotoxin, which forms stable inclusion complexes with podophyllotoxin.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a optimum process for eliminating n-butyl alcohol in TianShu dropping pills and detect vestigial of n-butyl alcohol in intermediate of concentrated solution. Method :To use the orthogonal experimental design method and be taken as evaluating norms by vestigial of n-butyl alcohol,the analysis of vestigial of n-butyl alcohol was carried out on GC and optimized the conditions. Result: The optimal technique for eliminating n-butyl alcohol was 80 ℃ reduced-pressure distillation with three times. The solution add 0.25 times of water every time. The recovery of eliminating n-butyl alcohol was 101.13% with RSD of 1.10%. Conclusion: The optimal technique was convenient,efficient,accurate,reliable and with good replications.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction procedure of Shenyuan tablet. Method: The proper extracting condition was optimized with the amount of ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1 and tetrahydropalmatine as indexes by single-factor and orthogonal tests. Result: The optimum extraction conditions were 8 times alcohol for 2 frequencies while 2 h per frequency. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is simple, stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the stability of the compound of Sophora flavescentis injection and three kinds of clinical commonly used injections for compatibility to provide reference for clinical application. Method: Clinical pharmacy situation was simulated with compound Sophora flavescentis injection compatible with three kinds of common injections to observe the stability in 6 h and the changing situation of the pH and insoluble particles of every transfusion before and after compatibility. Result: The compound Sophroa flavescentis injection compatible with 0.9%NaCl was more appropriate than compatible with 5% glucose and 10% glucose. Conclusion: The compatibility of compound Sophora flavescentis injection is basically stable in 6 h.

      摘要:Objective: To study the optimum condition for the extraction of total tanshinones from above-ground part of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and to screen the optimum macroporous resin. Method: The extraction process was evaluated by orthogonal design with the content of total tanshinone as index, absorption and desorption rates of total tanshinone on five resins as the screening indexes. Result: The optimal condition was as follows: added 12 times 90% alcohol for 2 times and 1.5 hours for each time. The optimum macroporous resin was D101-1. Conclusion: The process can extract and concentrate the total tanshinone from above-ground part of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the preparation technology of stir-frying Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex. Method: The key factors of the stir-frying Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex were examined with orthogonal design.The appearance and berberine content were chose as evaluation index. Result: The optimal preparation conditions were as follows: the frying temperature is 150 ℃, the frying time is 3 minutes, rotative speed of the pot is 24 r ·min-1. Conclusion: The results lay a foundation for quality standard establishment of the stir-frying Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extracting technology of liquiritin in glycyrrhiza. Method: The amount of solvent, the extracting time and the extracting frequencies were assayed by orthogonal test with different concentrations of alcohol as the solvent to detect their influences on the extraction rate of liquiritin in glycyrrhiza; liquiritin content was determined by HPLC. Result: The optimum extracting conditions were as follows: 10 times of 70% alcohol, each 3 h with two times. Conclusion: This procedure was efficient; the extraction technology is reasonable and can provide scientific basis for industrialize process.

      摘要:Objective: The orthogonal test was used to optimize ethanol-extraction technique of Juming Jiangya granules. Method: Observation was made on the effect of alcohol concentration, solvent ratio, extraction time and extraction frequency on the extraction result by orthogonal L9 (34) design, with the content of linarin as the index. Result: The best extraction process was as follows: adding 8 times volume of 70%alcohol, extracting twice and refluxing for 1 h. Conclusion: The extraction process of Juming Jiangya granules was stable, reasonable and reliable.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the content of curcumin and the anti- inflammation, analgesic effects on different processed products of Curuma kwangsiensis. Method: The content of curcumin from different processed products of C. kwangsiensis was determined by HPLC. The anti-inflammation effect was studied with mouse auricle swelling model induced by xylene and the model with reinforce permeability of abdominal cavity capillary caused by acetic acid in mice. The analgesic was conducted by twisting test and hot plate methods. Result: The content of curcumin in different processed products of C. kwangsiensis was as follows: primitive>vinegar-fried>vinegar-cooked. Stronger inflammation and analgesic effects were found in the vinegar processed product. Conclusion: Different processed methods may have some affection to the quality of C. kwangsiensis.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology for traditional Mongolian medicine Fructus Choerospondiatis. Method :The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with concentration of alcohol,amount of alcohol,extraction time and extraction times as factors. A RP-HPLC. Result :was established for determination of gallic acid;An UV-Spectrophotometer method was adopted to determine the content of total flavonoids. Result: The optimum extracting condition was as follows:adding eight times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 1h(totally extracting for 2 times). Conclusion: The extraction technology was economic,feasible and controllable.

      摘要:Objective: To study the conditions and parameters of purifying stilbene glycoside from Polygonum multiflorum. Method :HPLC was applied to determine the content of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glycoside,and calculate the adsorption rate and desorption rate. Result: The optimum process condition was as follows:60% ethanol was used as eluting solvent; the solution concentration was 0.2 g ·mL-1;the adsorption and elution velocity were 1.0 mL ·min-1(10 g resin). Conclusion: The desorption purification effect of LSA-21 marcoporous resin is good. So this Method:of purification is advisable. The results of this study can provide theoretical basis for practical production.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a rapid NIR method for determination of moisture content in Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae and Radix Sophorae Flavescentis. Method :The NIR spectra of the sample powders were measured in a diffused reflection mode. The correlation models between the NIR spectra and the reference values of moisture content in two herbs were obtained with partial least squares method and optimized through inner cross validation and external validation. Result: The determination coefficients of inner cross validation of the two models were both above 0.97 and the RMSECV were both below 0.001 9.The determination coefficients of external validation of the two models were both above 0.99 and the RMSEP were both below 0.002 2. Conclusion: The presented method is timesaving,convenient and accuracy,which could be applied for the rapid detection of the moisture content in the raw medicinal materials.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Medulla Junci for its quality evaluation. Method :HPLC fingerprint was achieved on an Agilent HC-C18 column with methanol-water as mobile phase in gradient elution and 254 nm as detection wavelength. The time for analysis was 40 minutes. Similarity of HPLC fingerprint was performed on the Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Result: Eleven samples were analyzed. The common pattern of HPLC fingerprint of Medulla Junci consisted of 16 peaks. The rate of peak area of dehydroeffusol,a bioactive compound of Medulla Junci.,was from 45.14% to 67.86% in the fingerprints of 11 samples. The HPLC fingerprints of 11 samples showed over 90% similarity to the common pattern of HPLC fingerprint. Conclusion: The fingerprints of Medulla Junci on market have high similarity,indicating a high chemical homogeneity of Medulla Junci. HPLC fingerprint can be used in quality evaluation of Medulla Junci.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of six lignan components(deoxyschizandrin,schizandrin B,schizandin C,schisandrin,schizandrol B,schisantherin A)in Schisandra chinensis. Method :The chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 Column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)at 35 ℃ with the methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid as the mobile phrase in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the flow rate was 0.9 mL ·min-1. Result: Six lignans can be detected in different samples and the content of the schisandrin is the highest while the schizandin C is the lowest. Conclusion: The method that established by this paper can be used to determine six lignan components in Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus simultaneously,and provide a more comprehensive scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and its processed products.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a method for HPLC fingerprint of Huanglian Jiedu decoction and quantitative analysis of index components. It will be used for quality control of Huanglian Jiedu decoction. Method :HPLC-DAD was applied on an C18 HPLC column and a gradient elution program to develop a HPLC fingerprint of Huanglian Jiedu decoction.The method validation of quantitative analysis of index components was fulfilled. Result: HPLC fingerprint of Huanglian Jiedu decoction was developed including 18 compound peaks whose resolution was beyond 1.0 and 7 index components concentration in Huanglian Jiedu decoction was determined. Conclusion: The method accurate,convenient and rapid has been applied for quality control of Huanglian Jiedu decoction.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antioxidant effect in vitro of Cordyceps kyushuensis. Method :Antioxidant capacity of the petroleum ether fraction(EVP);acetic ether fraction(EVE);n-butanol fraction(EVB)and water fraction(EVW)were determined using the DPPH assay in vitro. Result: EVP,EVE,EVB and EVW showed antioxidant capacity of eliminating DPPH free radicals,and the scavenging efficiency increase with the concentration increase. EC50 values of the EVP,EVE,EVB and EVW are 190.2,141.4,151.6,195.4 mg ·L-1 respectively. Conclusion: C. kyushuensis shows great oxidation resistance,and the results of the antioxidant effect of the EVP,EVE,EVB, EVW provide a scientific basis to the research of active constituent and the exploitation of C.kyushuensis.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the volatile compounds in Psoraleae Fructus. Method :Volatile components in Psoraleae Fructus were analyzed and identified by GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by head-space injection. Result: Thirty-nine components in Psoraleae Fructus were detected by GC-MS and 20 compounds were identified by MS combined with Kovats retention index. Conclusion: GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by headspace injection is a simple,rapid and accurate way for the analysis of volatile compounds in Psoraleae Fructus.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination the content of the organic acids in Malus doumeri. Method :The content of the organic acids in Malus doumeri was determined by HPLC-MS. The Kinetex HILIC100A column(4.60 mm×100 mm,2.6 μm)was used with acetonitrile and acetic ammonia(30 ∶70)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.5 μL and the column temperature was at 35 ℃. Result: The recovery of malic acid was 103.07% with RSD 3.85%;the citric acid was 99.51% with RSD 4.12%;and the tartaric acid was 85.03% with RSD 4.39%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive and accurate;it can achieve very good reproducibility and provide the experimental basis for quality control of Malus doumeri.

Conclusion: This method is specific,rapid and stable,it could be applied in identification or quality control of Astragali Radix.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the content of magnolol in hejian decoction(mixed the traditional Chinese herbs together,then boiling them with water)and in fenjian decoction(boiling the single traditional Chinese herb with water separately,then mixed the abstracts)of Banxia Houputang(composed of Prunus Ephedra sinica armeniaca and Mangnolia officinalis). Method :A HPLC method was established with a Diamonisl C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm),a mobile phase of methanol-water(78 ∶22),a flow rate of 1 mL ·min-1 and a detection wavelength of 294 nm in order to determine the content of magnolol. Result: The average content of magnolol of the fenjian decoction was equal to that of the hejian decoction. Conclusion: Comparing with both decoctions,the content of magnolol in hejian and fenjian decoction was equal.

      摘要:Objective: To revise and improve the quality standard of Rodgersiae Rhizoma. Method :Twenty batches of Rodgersiae Rhizoma were collected. TLC was used to identify bergenin and the content of bergenin was determined by HPLC. The rest inspection items were detected according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Result: The quality standard was studied systematically on specific items,such as the moisture,the ashes,the acid-insoluble ashes,the ethanol-soluble extracts,the TLC diagnosis and the content of bergenin. Conclusion: The study can be used for the emendatory content to the quality standard of Rodgersiae Rhizoma.

      摘要:Objective: To estabish the HPLC method for determining the content of three flavonoids(calycosin,formononetin and rhamnocitrin)in the seeds of Astragali complanati. Method :An HPLC method has been developed to separate the three flavonoids on Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with methanol-1% acetic acid(56 ∶44)as mobile phase(1 mL ·min-1),column temperature at 30 ℃ and UV detection wavelength at 266 nm. Result: The good linearity range of calycosin,formononetin and rhamnocitrin is 0.348-1.74(r=0.999 7),0.288-1.44(r=0.999 8),0.120-0.60(r=0.999 7). The average recovery of Calycosin,Formononetin and Rhamnocitrin are 100.3%(RSD 0.33%),99.8%(RSD 2.78%),98.6%(RSD 2.91%). Conclusion: The estabished method is simple,accurate and can be used for simultaneously determining the content of three flavonoids and for the the quality control of the seeds of A.complanati.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the changes of the contents of five kinds of anthraquinone in rhubarb,rhubarb stir-fried with wine(W- rhubarb)and rhubarb steamed with wine(S- rhubarb)during storage. Method :The content of aloe-emodin,emodic acid, emodin,chrysophanol and rheochrysidin was determinated by UPLC in rhubarb,W- rhubarb and S- rhubarb at 1,3,6,9,12 month storage. Result: The content of five kinds of anthraquinone was all decreased.Chrysophanol and rheochrysidin were decreased obliously.The content of anthraquinone in S- rhubarb was lower than these of other. Conclusion: The content of anthraquinone in rhubarb obviously decreased during storge. Process method had effects on the contents of anthraquinone in rhubarb.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from the roots of Dracaena cochinchinensis. Method :Total flavonoids were extracted from the roots of D.cochinchinensis through ultrasound wave assisted technique. Effects of operation conditions were studied by using single factor and orthogonal design methods L9 (34). Result: The optimize extraction technology condition was 60 ℃,60 W,90% ethyl alcohol,1 ∶30 and 30 min. Conclusion: Under the optimized conditions,the extraction percent of total flavonoids is about 2.13% from the roots of D.cochinchinensis.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Qinyi Lidan granules by HPLC. Method :A HPLC method was used with welchrom C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(9 ∶91). The UV detector wavelength was at 327 nm.The flow rate was 1 mL ·min-1.The temperature of the column was at 35 ℃. Result: The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was linear within the range of 0.303 5-1.517 5 μg(r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 97.3%(RSD 1.9%). Conclusion: The method is simple,convenient and reliable. It is appropriate for the content determination of the preparation.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the analytical method for the fingerprint of Herba Hyperici Japonici by HPCE and estimate the quality of Herba Hyperici Japonici. Method: Herba Hyperici Japonici were analyzed and the chromatographic fingerprints were determined by HPCE. The data were analyzed by Fuzzy Cluster and Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software to compare the similarity of samples. Result: HPCE fingerprint of 6 main peaks was established preliminarily. It was discovered that a small number of samples differed from others. Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate and can be used for quality control of Herba Hyperici Japonici.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Lizhong Decoction on expression and transport ability of PepT1 in Caco-2 cells. Method :Caco2 monolayers were grown on permeable supports. Peptide transport activity was studied using -glycyl-sarcosine( -Gly-Sar). The densities of PepT1 protein and mRNA(SLC15A1)expression levels were analyzed by Western blot and real-time quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction. Result: The total transported Gly-Sar of Caco-2 cells within 15, 30, 60, 120 min of group treated by Lizhong Decoction were higher than those of controlled group, (4.52±0.57),(6.34±0.57),(7.29±0.64),(8.23±0.67) μmol/ well vs (2.42±0.68), (3.15±0.76), (5.62±0.20), (6.54±0.54) μmol/ well. The group of Lizhong Decoction together with Rp-8-Br-cAMP at 15, 30, 120 min. were 2.68±0.46,4.13±0.46,6.73±0.43 μmol/p well. The figures were significantly lower than that of Lizhong Decoction olone.The PepT1 protein expression level of cells treated with Lizhong Decoction was higher that of control. Conclusion: Lizhong Decoction has significant effects on promoting the transport ability of dipeptides in Caco-2 cells, which maybe take effects by inducing the plasmatic PepT1 protein to insert to cell membrane.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a LC-MS-MS method to determine pteryxin concentration and its metabolite in rats plasma. Method: Blood samples were collected at different time after oral administration of Peucedunum harry-smithii var subglabrum extract at doses of 80 mg ·kg-1. The pteryxin concentration and its metabolite in plasma was determined by LC-MS-MS. Pharmacokinetic parameters were fitted by DAS 2.0 software package. Result: The linear range and the average recovery of pteryxin were 0.132 5-53.00 μg ·L-1(r =0.999 2), and more than 83% (n=5),respectively. The inner and inter-days precision were both less than 10%. Conclusion: The method described in this report has high sensitivity and selectivity, and was suitable for pharmacokinetic study of pteryxin.The process of pteryin in palsma showed two compartment model after oral administration of Peucedunum harry-smithii var subglabrum extract at doses of 80 mg ·kg-1 to rats.

      摘要:Objective: To study the permeability of paeoniflorin with enhancer azone. Method :Wistar rats as experimental animal models,cutaneous microdialysis technique was used in penetration studies. The in vitro recovery of the probe was assessed by concentration difference method and in vivo recovery was estimated by retrodialysis method. Result: Azone could significantly increase drug permeability, with 1%, 3% and 5% azone transdermal delivery was 0.906 9, 1.887 8 and 1.272 8 μg ·h-1. Conclusion: Azone is an excellent enhancers for cutaneous absorption of paeoniflorin, and the penetration effect and the concentration will not be linear. The cutaneous microdialysis is a effective method for in vivo cutaneous penetration study.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Naokang Ⅱ on diabetes mellitus and cognitive impairment in rats. Method :We used Naokang Ⅱ to treat rats with diabetes mellitus and cognitive impairment. We observed the change of rat’s ability of learning and memory function,by the application of water maze,and examined the blood serum 3-deoxyglucosone using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Result: Naokang Ⅱcould not reduce rats serum glucose,but it could significantly reduce the swimming time to platform and serum 3-deoxyglucosone. Conclusion: Naokang Ⅱ could improve diabetes mellitus rat’s cognitive impairment,by reducing serum 3-deoxyglucosone.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction on blood glucose and blood lipids in rats with type 2 diabetes. Method: With feeding high fat diet for a certain duration, the diabetic rat model was established through intraperitoneal injection of STZ of 25 mg ·kg-1 . And then the diabetic rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: model control group, merformin hydrochloride group (0.25 g ·kg-1), high dosage of Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction (10 g ·kg-1), and low dosage of Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction (5 g ·kg-1 ). After 2 weeks’ medical ig administration, the influence of Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction on type 2 diabetic rats regarding fast blood glucose, blood lipids, and insulin content was evaluated. Result: Compared with the model control group, Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction could significantly reduce blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats, with significant hypoglycemic effect after administration for 7 days and 14 days (P<0.05). Compared with the model control group, Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction could decrease the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride concentration, as well as increase the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol and the insulin content (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Jiuyuan Decoction has hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects, which may be related to promotion of insulin secretion and regulation of lipids metabolism.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Shenxiong Huayu Capsule on the learning and memory behaviors of rats with vascular dementia. Method: Sixty healthy rats were evenly divided into 6 groups: normal group, sham-operation group, model group, hydergine group, compound salvia miltiorrhiza tablet group and Shenxiong Huayu Capsule group. Vascular dementia (VD) model in rats was established by common carotid artery repeatedly occlusion and sodium nitroprusside ip injection. The learning and memory abilities of rats were detected by Morris water maze. Result: Compared with the normal group and sham-operation group, the escape latent period was increased in the model group(all P<0.01),and the times of traversing terrace and the period of staying in the pristine quadrant were obviously decreased in the model group after removing the terrace(all P<0.01). Compared with the model group,the escape latent period in the drug intervention groups was decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the times of traversing terrace and the period of staying in the pristine quadrant were increased after removing the terrace(all P<0.05). The escape latent period in Shenxiong Huayu Capsule group was decreased compared with hydergine group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between Shenxiong Huayu Capsule group and compound salvia miltiorrhiza tablet group. Conclusion: Shenxiong Huayu Capsule can improve the abilities of learning and memory for the VD rats.

      摘要:Objective: To explore Xiaochai hutang(XCT’s) jun and chen herbs and their compatibility extracts antivirus and the protective function by infected CVB3m and to elaborate the therapeutic mechanism. Method :We prepared herb-contained serum of the extracts from Bupleurum,Scutellaria and their compatibility,and measured effects on virulence CVB3m in vitro.We cultured the myocardial cells of suckling mice and established the viral myocarditis mAel. From three aspects tested: the protection rate of the myocardial cell after infected CVB3m by MTT methA;the release of LDH and AST in the supernatant of each hole;and CVB3m content of containing serum on myocardial cells infected CVB3m by RT-PCR. Result: Scutellaria herb-contained serum might have affect on directly kill CVB3m in vitro. Three results were: a significant difference though containing serum group compared with the blank serum(P<0.01);Scutellaria group and the compatibility group were compared with the Bupleurum group, there were significant differences(P<0.01);Compatibility group compared with the Skullcap group was no significant difference. Conclusion: Scutellaria extract might have affect on directly kill CVB3m in vitro. Scutellaria and the compatibility extracts inhibited the virus replication and protected cells infected virus.Equivalent compatibility extract did not show the advantage of the enhanced role.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of the extract of Selaginella tamariscina on the content of hydroxyproline in femur of ovariectomized rats. Method: Wistar rats were ovariectomized except for the normal group. One week after operation, the rats were treated with different medicines. Eleven weeks after treated the medicines, the rats were killed, the content of hydroxyproline in femur of ovariectomized rats was determined by RP- HPLC with pre-column derivatization by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). Result: Calibration curves showed good linearity within the concentration range of 0.125-2.00 g ·L-1 for hydroxyproline. The RSD of precision was less than 1%,the RSD of stability of the sample was less than 5% in 24 hours and recoveries of assay were 90%-110%. The water part group and n-butanol part group of S, tamariscina could increase the content of hydroxyproline in femur of ovariectomized rats. Conclusion: The extract of S. tamariscina can increase the content of hydroxyproline in femur of ovariectomized rats, suggesting that the water part group and n-butanol part group of S.tamariscina can intervene the osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the fungicidal activity of the substance in peritoneal exudates from inflammatory fluid of abdominal cavity in rats infected by Candida albicans. Method :The model of severe abdominal cavity inflammation was prepared by intraperitoneal administration of C. albicans to rats. The peritoneal exudates were collected and the fungicidal activity of peritoneal exudation supernatant were determined. Result: The peritoneal exudation supernatant collected at 24 h possessed the most potent fungicidal activity. The fungicidal activity of 80% peritoneal exudation supernatant collected at 24 h was dramatically declined after incubated in 56 ℃for 10 min. C. albicans morphology changed gradually and their color turned dark,their thalline was shrinked and their cell wall was degraded after treated by peritoneal exudation supernatant for 30 min, C. albicans color turned dark further,the thalline was smaller further,and then was expired due to disruption lastly. Conclusion: The supernatant of imflammatory peritoneal exudates from abdominal cavity inflammation rat models infected by C. albicans possess potent fungicidal activity against fungus,the substances may be unknown fungicidal protein/ peptide.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Gualou Xiebai decoction to pathological lesion and dopamine(DA),norepinephrine(NE),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in lung at stage of pulmonary fibrosis formation in rats. Method :The female Wistar rats were divided into control,model,prednisone and Gualou Xiebai decoction groups randomly. The model was induced by injected pingyangmycin in trachea only once. The drugs were used after 14 days as treatments. After 28 days of the model establishment,the rats were sacrificed. The lung index,pulmonary fibrosis degree,contents of DA, NE and 5-HT in lung tissue were evaluated and compared. Result: The pulmonary fibrosis degree was obviously severe in model than other groups(P<0.05)and the lung index was high in the model than other groups(P<0.05). The contents of DA, NE and 5-HT in lung tissue were obviously high in the model compared with the control and prednisone groups(P<0.05). The contents of NE were obviously high than that in model group,but contents of DA and 5-HT were lower in Gualou Xiebai decoction than model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Gualou Xiebai decoction had the function to lessen lung pathology change in pulmonary fibrosis formation stage. The DA,NE and 5-HT were high in the pulmonary fibrosis formation stage. Gualou Xiebai decoction had the function to restrain the increase in DA and 5-HT and raise the NE content in model lung.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Bushen Huoxuetang(BSHXT)in femail rats with Reproductive-endocrine Disorder(RED)induced by immobilization stress. Method :The female rat model of RED was established by repeated immobilization stress. The serum levels of estradiol(E2), progesterone(P), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteiuizing hormone(LH)were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA)and,inhibin-B(INHB), follistatin(FS)and activin-a(ACTA)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result: The serum level of E2 was significantly increased and the serum levels of INHB,FS and ACTA were obviously reduced in femail rat model treated by larger and middle doses of BSHXT(8.0,4.0 g ·kg-1). Conclusion: BSHXT could obviously protect ovarian function of RED induced by immobilization stress in femail rats.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of Lixin granule on the neuroendocrine and inflammation of rats with adriamycin-induced heart failure. Method :Sixty adult male Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups:normal control group(NC),adriamycin(ADR)group,L- Lixin granule group(20 g ·kg-1),H- Lixin granule group(40 g ·kg-1),captopril group(16 mg ·kg-1 ). Then ADR of 4 mg ·kg-1 was given intraperitoneally once in every 5 days(total 3 times)to copy the model of heart failure. The biological signal collecting system was used to record and analyze the LVSP of the rats. The pathological changes in the cardiomyocytes were observed. Real time PCR was used to record and analyze the neuroendocrine and inflammation of rats. Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect TIMP-1. Result: As compared with NC group,the LVSP of the ADR group was significantly lower(P <0.05),but those of the H- Lixin granule group were markedly higher than those of the ADR group(P <0.01). HE staining showed that the myocardial tissue in CHF group was injured,presenting in cardiomyopthy-like changes;in NC group,muscle fiber was arranged regularly with no injury muscle fibers;in the treatment group,Lixin granule partially normalized contractile function. Real time PCR and Serological detection staining showed that the neuroendocrine factors(ANP,BNP,ET)and inflammatory factor(TNF-α)of rats were increased by ADR,and those of the H- Lixin granule group were markedly lower compared with ADR group(P<0.01). Conclusion: H- Lixin granule group treatment can relieve the neuroendocrine and inflammation induced by ADR in myocardium, and also obviously improve the cardiac contractility of heart failure rats.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Yigan Zhuanyin granules(ZGZYG)on acute liver injuries induced by D-galactosamine(D-GalN)in mice and its mechanism. Method :After oral administration of YGZYG(1.68,0.84,0.42 g ·kg-1)for seven days, the mice were abdominally administrated D-GalN(0.8 g ·kg-1)to induce liver injury. The activities of AST,ALT and ALP,the content of Alb,the ability of T-AOC in serum,the content of MDA,and the activity of SOD in liver tissue were investigated. Result: Compared with model group,the activities of AST,ALT and AKP,and the content of MDA in the treatment groups were decreased;while the content of Alb,the ability of T-AOC,and the activity of SOD were increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The degree of hepatic injury was lessened. Conclusion: YGZYG has protective effect on acute liver injury induced chemically. The mechanism may be related to attenuating free radical and inhibiting the effect on lipid peroxidation.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Scutellaria barbata extract for survivin protein expression in human lung cancer A549 cell and its mechanism. Method :Using the MTT assay to display the sensitivity to the drug,the inhibition of S.barbata extract to lung cancer cell(A549, 10% fetal calf serum, 1640 nutrient medium)in vitro was observed. TUNEL was used to test the apoptosis, immunocytochemistry was applied to examine the expression of survivin protein. Result: The inhibition rate of S.barbata extract(5~40 μg ·mL-1)to A549 indicated a dose-dependent anti-proliferative effect by MTT assay(P<0.01).The apoptotic index was(38.40±7.41)% in experiment group(S.barbata extract 18.86 μg ·mL-1), higher than that(6.22±0.45)%in control group, showed a significant difference(P<0.01). Compared with control group,the masculine cells of survivin protein was decreased in the experiment group obviously(P<0.01). Conclusion: The proliferation of A549 cell was inhibited obviously by S. barbata extract and the mechanism maybe related with survivin expression downregulation.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Mori Fructus polysaccharide (FMP) on blood glucose, serum lipoprotein in diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) and high-energy diet. Method: Type 2 diabetes model was induced with high sucrose-fat diet for 4 weeks and STZ ip at 30 mg ·kg-1. Rats were randomly divided into groups: model group, FMP low dose(ig 150 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1)and middle dose(ig 300 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1)and high dose treatment group (ig 450 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1), rosiglitazone treatment group (ig 4 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1). Blood glucose, serum lipoprotein, HbAlc, Ins contents in rats were detected after 60 d of continuous medication. Result: Compared with the model group, FMP could significantly reduce the levels of blood glucose, HbAlc, TG, TCH and LDL ( P <0.05), and improve the level of HDL and Ins ( P <0.05). Conclusion: FMP can effectively reduce rat’s blood glucose of T2DM, promote Ins secretion, regulate serum lipoprotein.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Rhizoma Chuanxiong extract on rodent’s experimental dysmenorrhea and to reveal the extract’s analgesic mechanism. Method: Rodent’s experimental dysmenorrhea was induced with oxytocin. A writhing test was employed to evaluate the analgesic effects of Rhizoma Chuanxiong extract, which was designed into different doses, in animal subjects. The contents of PGF2α,PGE2,TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α in the blood were observed by Elisa assay. Result: The extract has a significant analgesic effect on experimental dysmenorrhea with dose-dependent manner. Latent period was delayed significantly, the number of writhing response was evidently decreased as well. Besides, PGE2 were significantly increased, and PGF2α, PGF2α/PGE2, TXB2, TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α decreased in the treated groups ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Rhizoma Chuanxiong extract had a significant analgesic effect on experimental dysmenorrhea. Its analgesic mechanism is mediated by regulating the plasma levels of PGF2α, PGE2, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Aralia echinocaulis Hand-Mazz in Guizhou on adjuvant arthritis in rats and discuss the mechanism. Method: Rats were divided into normal control group, model group, positive drug group(tripterygium wilfordii 12 mg ·kg-1), A. echinocaulis high dosage group, middle dosage group, low dosage group(the dosage 3.5, 1.75, 0.88 g ·kg-1)randomly, all rats were made into ovalbumin adjuvant-induced arthritis model in Freund’s adjuvant(FCA) except the normal group.The according treatments were given by oral gavage for each group starting from the modeling day, then continuously for 35 days. The effect on rats’ primary and secondary adjuvant-induced arthritis were observed. Nitric oxide(NO) content in serum was detected by nitrate reductase method and the interleukin-1 β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF-α) were measured with radioimmunoassay (RIA). Result: A. echinocaulis had obvious inhibition on rats’ ankle adjuvant-induced arthritis, the inhibitory effect was decreased with the alleviation of the amount of dosage(middle dosage group, low dosage group).The A. echinocaulis high dosage group could decrease the IL-1 level in rat serum significantly. The high and middle dosage group could decrease the TNF-α level significantly. The high,middle and low dosage group could decrease the NO level significantly. From the pathological observation,the rat ankle joint inflammatory cells in A. echinocaulis high dosage group decreased obviously, the synovial membrane tissue cells and the fibroblast cells did not increase obviously, the articular cartilages got few failure. Conclusion: The high dosage A. echinocaulis is effective in the treatment of AA rats by inhibiting the inflammatory cytokines.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Guben Yishen Capsule(GB-C)on the hemorheological parameters for acute blood stasis in rats and mice. Method: The model of blood stasis in rats was prepared by injection of 0.1% epinephrine and putting them into ice-water for several minutes. The model of stasis in mice was established in the similar manner. The whole blood viscosities at low,middleand high shear rates, plasma viscosity,serum viscosity,fibrinogen viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosity, hematocrit,platelet aggregation resistance index and the clotting-time of mice were measured. Result: GB-C at 2.25, 0.75 g ·kg-1 doses could markedly decrease the whole blood viscosities at low,middle and high shear rates, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen viscosity,and whole blood reduction viscosities at low,high shear rates and hematocrit were decreased,decrease platelet aggregation resistance index,and the clotting-time of mice was extended(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: GB-C can ameliorate the indexes in hemorheology in animals with acute blood stasis.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Zhiwei Fuwei concentrated pill(FW)on gastric secretory function and histomorphology of gastric mucosa in chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) model rats, and to investigate the mechanism of FW in prevention and treatment of CAG. Method :An experimental CAG model was established by comprehensive factors(including alternative ingestion with 30% ethanol and 2% sodium salicylate mixed solution and 10 mmol ·L-1 sodium deoxycholate, 0.05% ammonia by drinking daily, combining with active immunization method, followed by either hunger or gorge)in Wistar rats.Three doses of FW were used(1.67,0.84,0.42 g ·kg-1 ig,35 d)as treatment.The pepsin activity was tested by colorimetry,the content of gastric secretion, gastric acid pH and total acid of gastric were determined,the histomorphology of gastric mucosa was observed. Result: FW could improve the general conditions significantly for CAG rats. The high dosage of FW could increase gastric secretion and total acid of gastric(P<0.05).All dosage of FW could promote pepsin activity(P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between the effect and dosage. It had good improving effect on pathologic morphology of gastric mucosa. Conclusion: FW can improve gastric secretory function and histomorphology of gastric mucosa in CAG model rats.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the influence of micro RNA-9(miR-9)on the down-regulation of NF-κB1 in esophageal carcinoma cell TE6. Method :The expression of mRNA of NF-κB1 in esophageal carcinoma cells TE6 by miR-9 was determined with RT-PCR, and the expression of protein of NF-κB1 in esophageal carcinoma cell TE6 by miR-9 was observed with Western blotting. Result: The expression of mRNA and protein of NF-κB1 in esophageal carcinoma cell TE6 were both up-regulated.The esophageal carcinoma cells which were transfected with negative control could not suppress the expression of mRNA and protein of NF-κB1,but the esophageal carcinoma cells which were transfected with miR-9 could significantly inhibit the expression of mRNA and protein of NF-κB1.The inhibition ratio were 73.21% and 87.63% respectively. Conclusion: The expression of NF-κB1 in esophageal cancer cell TE6 is significant down-regulated by miR-9.It provides a new way for prevention and tceat ment of esophageal carcinoma.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antimicrobial activities of petroleum ether extract from Green Forsythia suspensa. Method :The petroleum ether extract was subjected to column chromatography on silica gel using petroleum ether with increasing volume of ethyl acetate as eluent to give different fractions. The antimicrobial activities of different fractions on Staphy lococus aureua, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were studied by K-B paper dispersion. Result: The petroleum ether extract from green F. suspense showed antimicrobial activity against tested mold. But the antimicrobial activities of all the fractions were not relevant to the concentration of extract. Conclusion: The antimicrobial activities of different fractions on S. lococus aureua, E. coli and C. albicans were significant.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Cheng’s Fenqingyin on the rats with nephritic syndrome. Method: Fifty male SD rats were randomLy divided into five groups (ten for each group):the normal control group(A), model control group(B), Cheng’s Fenqingyin group(C), hormone group(D) and Cheng’s Fenqingyin +hormone group(E). Rats model with nephritic syndrome was established by one-time caudal vein injection of Adriamycin (5.5 mg ·kg-1). The effects of the Cheng’s Fenqingyin on the rats with nephritic syndrome were observed in the urine protein, serum albumin(Alb), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Cr), serum triglyceride(TG) and pathological kindney. Result: The 24 h urine protein in the treatment groups was significantly lower than in group B (P<0.05,P<0.01). Serum biochemical indicators in each treatment group significantly improved in contrast to group B. The kindney significantly changed. Conclusion: Cheng’s Fenqingyin can effectively improve the urine protein and lipid metabolism of the nephritic rats, protect the renal function and reduce the renal injury, so Cheng’s Fenqingyin is proved to have remedial effect for Rats with nephritic syndrome.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Biyuanxi capsule on acute rhinitis, anti-inflammatory function and relieve pain function. Method: By means of mice acute rhinitis induced by xylene;by means of the swelling of mice ears induced by xylene, swelling of granulation in cotton ball and the penetrating of blood capillary in abdominal cavity;by means of mice twisting bodies caused by acetic acid. Result: BiYuanxi capsule has the favorable treatment for the mice model of acute rhinitis. BiYuanxi capsule can significantly inhibit swelling of mice ears induced by xylene,swelling of the penetration of blood capillary in abdominal cavity and granulation in cotton ball. BiYuanxi capsule can enhance the threshold of pain of mice pain caused by acetic acid. Conclusion: Biyuanxi capsule has the significantly effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.Biyuanxi capsule has the favorable treatment for acute rhinitis

      摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of Shengjiangsan on mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis in rats. Method :Forty normal rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Shengjiangsan group and Lotensin group. Except of the control group, the rats in last three groups were made as model of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. From the fifth week, rats in Shengjiangsan group and Lotensin group were feed with Shengjiangsan 5.4 g ·kg-1 ·d-1,and Lotensin 1.17 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1 for eight weeks.respectively. Twenty four hours urine protein excretion was tested respectively before experiment, the forth week and the 12th week. After the 12 week, all the rats were executed. Kidneys were conserved to observe their pathological changes in different groups. Meanwhile NF-κB expression in kidney tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Result: The level of 24 hours urine protein(UP),in the model group was higher compared with contral group(P<0.01),The levels in Shengjiangsan and Lotensin group were decreased(P<0.05). NF-κB expression in both glomerulus and renal interstitium in rats of model group was significant,and heavily expressed in nucleolus.But expressions in Shengjiangsan and Lotensin group were weaker. Conclusion: Shengjiangsan can reduce the urine protein excretion in rats with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, decrease the expression of NF-κB in kidney tissue, and relieve hyperplasy of intercapillary cells and ground substance.

      摘要:Objective: ascertain the effective part of anti-tumor activity in Viscum coloratum (Kom.)Nakai f. Rubroaurantiacum Kitag(VCR). Method :We made sarcoma S180 mice as the animal model, the inhibition rate of tumor was used as investigation index. We carried out the screen assay of the anti-tumor for different solvent extraction part of the VCR extracts by 75% alcohol,including petroleum extraction part,chloroform extraction part,acetate extraction part,n-butanol extraction part and the rest. We randomly divided mice with inoculated tumor into 7 groups according to tumor size. The positive control group of mice were given ip cyclophosphamide of 100 mg ·kg-1,the other experimental group at the same time were given ig of 14.2 g ·kg-1 ·d-1 and the blank control group were given the same volume of the blank solvent,continuously administrated for 8 days. Result: The results showed that the extraction of VCR could obviously prevent the growing of the tumor in mice. The inhibition rate of tumor for the chloroform extraction part was 48.8%;the rate of the n-butanol extraction part was 44.1%. Conclusion: The chloroform extraction part and the n-butanol extraction part are the effective part of anti-tumor from VCR.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Yiqi Huayu Fang on tumor necrosis factor -α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1),6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-K-PGF1α),thromboxane B2(TXB2)in rats model of subinvolution of uterus. Method :Seventy-two SD female rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank group,model group,Chanfukang group and small-,middle-,large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group. The model of subinvolution of uterus was established for rats in the groups beside the blank one. All rats in each group were administered by intragastric infusion with corresponding drugs during day 1-7 after the model established. The contents of TNF-α,IL-1,6-K-PGF1α and TXB2 were respectively detected by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay(ELISA),immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay(RIA). Result: Compared with blank group, the content of average gray level of IL-1 and TXB2 in model group decreased significantly(P<0.01) while other indexes in this group became higher(P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with model group, other indexes in Chanfukang group changed significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01)except 6-K-PGF1 ; there had not obvious effects in small-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group; average gray level of IL-1 increased, while area density and TNF-α decreased in middle-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group, these changes were significant(P<0.05, P<0.01); All indexes in large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group changed apparently. Compared with Chanfukang group, large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang group had a more remarkable effect on reducing 6-K-PGF1 level. Group comparison among small-, middle-, large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang , large-dose group could regulating PGI2/ TXA2 ratio better. Conclusion: Yiqi Huayu Fang has anti-inflammatory effect by reducing the content of TNF-α and IL-1;It can also adjust PGI2/TXA2 ratio to maintain dynamic equilibrium and to got hemostasis without blood stasis. Through these ways,Yiqi Huayu Fang plays a role in the treatment of subinvolution of uterus. Large-dose of Yiqi Huayu Fang had a significant curative effect.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of Jiejiu Oral Liquid on ethanol-induced liver injure. Method: Sixty male KM mice were divided into 5 groups randomly:blank control group, model control group with hepatic injury group and three experimental groups (Jiejiu Oral Liquid 1.67, 3.33,10.0 g ·kg-1 respectively). Ethanol was given to mice by oral gavage once in order to make the acute liver injury model at the end of experiment. The content of MDA and GSH in hepatic tissue was detected by kits accordingly. The content of TG in hepatic tissue was detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer and the pathological change of fat in hepatic tissue was determined. Result: The content of GSH in 3.33,10.0 g ·kg-1 groups was significantly higher than that of model control group. The content of MDA and TG was obviously decreased in 10.0 g ·kg-1 group, compared to that in the hepatic injury model control group ( P <0.05). The pathological change of fat in hepatic tissue in 3.33 and 10.0 g ·kg-1 groups was significantly less than that of model control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Jiejiu Oral Liquid has the function of protecting the liver from ethanol-induced injury.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoer Zhike Granule on serum high mobility group box-1 protein(HMGB-1)level in lung tissues of mice with endotoxin shock. Method :ICR mice were divided into six groups,except the blank group,all other groups were injected with LPS by the tails vein to establish the lung tissue injury model. The blank group was only received an injection of same volume of saline. The serum HMGB-1 level at 24,36,48,72 and 96 h was investigated respectively to explore the time of the highest content. ICR mice were divided into six groups as follows:blank,model,Xiaoer Zhike Granule high,middle,low group,dexamethasone acetate tablets. The effect of Xiaoer Zhike Granule on serum HMGB -1 content of sepsis mice was studied at the point of 72 h. Result: Serum HMGB-1 got to the highest level at 72 h after injection of LPS. Xiaoer Zhike Granule could inhibit the content’s increase in HMGB-1(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoer Zhike Granule can decrease serum HMGB-1’ content,which maybe related to its function.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the immunological mechanism of extract of grifola frondosa on spleen deficiency mice. Method :Thirty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:control group,spleen deficiency group,positive control group and three groups with dosage difference(5,10 and 20 mg ·kg-1 ).After the establishment of spleen deficiency,the treatment of the extract and the positive drug was lasted for 10 days(ip).Then phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages was detected by neutral red;NO-producing ability was determined by Griess method;and lymphocyte transformation rate,NK cell activity were tested by MTT method. Result: Extract of grifola frondosa could increase the above mentioned ability. Conclusion: Extract of grifola frondosa can enhance the ability of macrophages and the production of NO,and the lymphocyte transformation rate,NK cell killing activity to improve immunological ability of spleen deficiency in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Danlou tablet on myocardial Infarct size and MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 protein expression in rats with acute isoproterenol-induced myocardial infarction. Method :Eighty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:① blank control group(normal saline 10 mL ·kg-1,n=20);② model control group(normal saline 10 mL ·kg-1,n=20)③Danlou large dose group(900 mg ·kg-1 ,n=20);④Danlou small dose group(450 mg ·kg-1 ,n=20).Each group of rats were randomly paired into 10 pairs,continuously ig 14 d. Except the blank control group,acute myocardial infarction models were induced by subcutaneous injection of Iso 15 mg ·kg-1 after 14 days of drug treatment. Pathological changes in myocardial,then myocardial infarct size and myocardial MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-1 protein expression In 1d and 7 d after injected ISO were investigated. Result: Compared with model group,Danlou could significantly reduce the extent of ischemic myocardial injury,reduced myocardial infarct size ,reduce ischemic myocardial protein expression of MMP-2(42.10±6.58 vs 26.71±6.84,P<0.01)and MMP-9(43.37±8.78 vs 32.91±5.21,P<0.01),however,TIMP-1 expression was not affected. Conclusion: Danlou tablet may reduce myocardial necrosis area,and promote infarct healing,prevention and treatment of early left ventricular remodeling by inhibiting+ MMP-2,MMP-9 protein expression;Danlou tablet has no significant effect on the expression of TIMP-1,suggesting the inhibition of MMP activity may not be achieved by TIMP.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the mainly pharmacological effects of Jingdekang Spray. Method :Pharmacological effects of Jingdekang Spray on in vitro antibacterial action. The rat model of vaginitis infected with blastomyces albicans or baeteria were established,then the rats were randomly divided into four groups(10 in each)and two groups were treated with Jingdekang Spray 2.0 g ·kg-1 and 0.5 g ·kg-1(1 mL ·kg-1),one group was treated with Fuyanping capsule 0.5 g ·kg-1,and the last group was treated with distilled water. The therapeutic effects of Jingdekang Spray on vaginosis rats were observed. The cavia cobaya model of topical pruritus caused by histamine phosphate was used to observe the relieving itching effect of Jingdekang Spray,which were divided as mentioned above. The mouse model of ear swelling induced by croton oil was used to study the antiinfiammatory effect of Jingdekang Spray,which were randomly divided into four groups,10 rats in each group,and two groups of the extender of croton oil in mouse’s ear were treated with Jingdekang Spray 10.0, 2.5 g ·kg-1. Result: Jingdekang Spray could inhibit the growth of bacteria which caused vagina infection;restrain the bacterial and mycotic vaginitis evident. The inhibitory rate for bacterial vaginitis was 82.6%. The curative ratio of mycotica vaginitis was 90%. The spray could restrain the pruritus of cavy by histamine phosphate obviously,the inhibitory rate was 51.2%. The inhibitory rate of extender of croton oil in mouse’s ear was 15.8%. Conclusion: Jingdekang Spray has effects of antibacterial,relieve itching and anti-inflammation.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the protection effects of total flavones from Taraxaci Herba(TF) on rats with viral myocarditis. Method :Fifty male BAIB/c mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,ribavirin group,TF low dose group(25 mg ·kg-1),medium dose group(50mg ·kg-1)and high dose group(100mg ·kg-1).The mice in model group and therapy group were inoculated with CVB3.At 1st,3rd,7th,9th and 14th d,a part of the mice were killed,ardiomyocyte apoptosis was detected by the immunohistochemical technique and caspase-8 expression was detected by TUNEL staining method. Result: As compared with control group ,the level of ardiomyocyte apoptosis in model group showed elevation. These indexes were obviously improved in treatment group,ribavirin group was and those in TF medium,high dose groups were accordingly. The positive cell expression in model group was incressed significantly after inoculation it reached the peak at 7th d(27.2±1.17)%,and then declined,it was (9.2±1.17)% on the 14th d,which showed significantly elevation compared with control group ,All of these indexes were obviously improved in treatment groups:ribavirin group was and those in TF medium and high dose groups were , respectively. Conclution:TFD has a protective effect on ardiomyocyte in mice with viral myocarditis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the pharmacodynamics of ginsenoside Rg1(GRg1)nasal spray. Method :Water maze was used to observe the ability of learning and memory in the mice administrated with GRg1 nasal spray(30 mg ·kg-1). Step-down test was used to observe the impairment of memory acquisition,memory consolidation and memory retrieval induced by scopolamine,NaNO2 or ethanol. Result: The time required to the safe area and the error times were shortened in the normal mice administrated with GRg1 nasal spray. The error number was decreased and the latency was extended by the treatment of GRg1 nasal spray in the model mice with impaired memory acquisition, memory consolidation and memory retrieval. Conclusion: The ability of learning and memory in normal mice and in model mice can be improved to different degrees after administration of GRg1 nasal spray.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the treatment efficacy of Tangzuxiao for early diabetic foot. Method: A total of 100 patients were enrolled,simple random method was used to divide them into treatment group and control group(n=50,each).Treatment group was used Tangzuxiao and control group was used similar colorant foot bath,for 20 minutes every other day,for 12 weeks. Result: Forty-seven cases of treatment group and 45 cases of control group were included in the analysis.The toatl effective rate was 82.98% and 51.11%(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the treatment group significantly increased ankle-brachial blood pressure index(P<0.05),while the control group did not change significantly. Conclusion: Tangzuxiao can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,with its quick and easy operated advantages.It is suitable for promotion and application in the community.

      摘要:Objective: To describe the curative effect of therapy for early diabetic-foot by washing foots with Tangzukang lotion in basin with magnetization. Method: One-hundred and four patients were randomly grouped to A,B and C. All groups are controlled with the level of blood glucose and cholesterol, also accepted intravenous infusion by Mailuoning injection as a base. As experiment group, group A take additional treatment through washing foots with Tangzukang lotion in basin with magnetization; Group B as magnetotherapy group wash foots with plain boiled water in basin with magnetization; Group C is control group, wash foots with plain billed water in normal basin without magnetization. Result: It shows significant statistic difference between A and B, no statistic difference is observed between B and C. Conclusion: Washing foots with Tangzukang lotion in basin with magnetization shows significant effect on early diabetic foot, meanwhile the effect of magnet therapy is not proved yet.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Xiehuo Yangyin powder on balance of peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cytokines in Graves’ disease(GD). Method: Fifty first diagnosed cases of GD were randomLy divided into two groups, group A treated with methimazole and group B treated with methimazole combined with Xiehuo Yangyin powder. Besides, a normal group(group C) was set up for control. The peripheral blood IFN-γ and IL-4 in all the groups were detected by the ELISA once before and after the treatment. Result: The serum IFN-γ, IL-4 levels and the IFN- γ/IL-4 ratios of first diagnosed GD patients were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P<0.01); The values of IFN-γ, IL-4 and the IFN- γ/IL-4 ratios in the treatment groups decreased after the treatment(P<0.01); And comparison between the two treated groups after treatment, the decreasing was more significant in group B(P<0.01). Conclusion: Xiehuo Yangyin powder can regulate the Th1/Th2 balance by modifying the expression of Th1/ Th2 cytokines, which might lead to alleviation of immunological imbalance in patients with GD.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium tanshinone ⅡA combined low molecular weight heparin treatment for unstable angina patients. Method :A controlled study of patients after informed consent,random allocation method,cases were divided into treatment and control group of 60 cases each. The control group was treated by conventional methods,the treatment group on the basis of the control group,the low molecular weight heparin calcium+sodium tanshinone ⅡA was used. Two groups before and after treatment were observed,including ECG,bleeding time,coagulation time,prothrombin time,the efficacy was determined by analyzing and comparing various indicators. Result: ① The ECG comparison:the treatment group had higher efficiency and efficient,the difference was significant(P<0.05);② Clinical comparison of two groups: the effective rate of the treatment group was 88.33%,control group rate was 65.00%,higher efficacy showed in the treatment group,the difference was significant(P<0.05); ③ In the treatment group three indicators of coagulation(bleeding time,coagulation time,prothrombin time) showed no changes before and after treatment,significant changes in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of conventional treatment plus low molecular weight heparin+sodium tanshinone ⅡA treatment for patients with unstable angina is safe. It is easy to use,and worth to be popularized.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of LEEP combined with the Interferon suppository and Baofukang suppository on treating cervical erosion. Method :One hundred and sixty eight patients diagnosed with cervical erosion were randomly divided into:the test group and the control group. The test group was treated with the LEEP,then the Interferon suppository and Baofukang suppository were placed in their vaginas.The control group was simply treated with LEEP alone. Result: After 3 months,the cure rate of the test group is 92.86%,where the cure rate of the control group is 80.95%,there is significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: LEEP combined with the Interferon suppository and Baofukang suppository is effective in treating cervical erosion,and more effective than simply LEEP. This method can reduce the duration and amount of vaginal discharge and bleeding compared to the simple LEEP. It also reduce the chance of infection. The treatment is simple to apply,with no side effects. The treatment would have wide range of clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: The case data of 219 patients with Sap complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)admitted to general surgery department were retrospectively analyzed,to summarize the pattern of pathological changes and experience of prevention and integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment in early organ function impairment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Method: All patients with SAP received integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.After enrollment,the patients were given monitoring immediately.Based on the diagnostic procedures in accordance with MODS standard,the incidence of organ dysfunction at different time periods(1,3,7,10 and 14 days)were recorded and the incidence of organ dysfunction of SAP were recorded and analyzed. Result: In all the 219 cases, from high to low order,the incidence of organ impairment was that of the lung,circulation,kidney,heart,coagulation, brain, liver, metabolism. Severe conplications included acute respiratory distress syndrome in 46 cases(21%), renal failure in 23 cases(10.5%),shock in 17 cases(7.7%),coagulation disorder in 12cases(5.5%),gastrointestinal bleeding in 10cases(4.6%),liver damage in 3 cases (1.4%),and pancreatic encephalopathy in 2 cases(0.9%). After integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment,In the whole group,190 cases survived and 29 cases died,and the mortality was 13.2%. Conclusion: The organ impairment SAP characterized as that of the lung, kindey, circulation. Death had a close relation with acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute renal failing and shock.The prevention and treatment of multiple organ failure caused by SAP with integrated Chinese and Western medicine would be satisfactory effective.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the prevention effect of Zengye Jiedu granule on radiation-induced pulmonary injury. Method: Sixty patients with lung cancer or esophagus cancer were divided into two groups, 30 cases were treated only by the radiotherapy (control group), another 30 cases were treated by radiotherapy and'Zengye Jiedu granule’ (treatment group). Radiation-induced pulmonary injury was observed. Result: The total incidence rates of acute radiation pneumonitis in the treatment group and the control group were 26.67% and 33.33% respectively. Grade 3 or 4 acute radiation pneumonitis occurred in 6.67% of patients treated with Zengyejiedu granule, and 26.67% in the control group. The average onset time of acute radiation pneumonitis occurred was 31days and 37 days respectively. Conclusion: Zengye Jiedu granule is effective in preventing the occurrence of Grade 3 or 4 acute radiation pneumonitis and delaying the occurrence of radiation-induced pulmonary injury. It is proved that Zengye Jiedu granule may elevate the quality of life and ensure successful radiotherapy.

      摘要:Objective: Observation the curative efficacy of Baoshen Tablets curing/therapy Chronic Renal Failure (CRF)with Qi and Yin Deficiency and dampness syndrome. Method: Using the methods of a multicenter, randomized, double-blind double-dummy, parallel control for positive drug, the experimental group 345 cases of patients taking Baoshen Tablets and imitated tablet, the control group of 118 patients taking Shenkangning Tablets and imitated tablet. Observing the changes before and after treatment by the value of TCM syndromes, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr), creatinine clearance rate of endogenous (CCr), hemoglobin (Hb), 24h urinary protein. Result: The total effective rate of experimental group was 88.12%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.58%. The patients of experimental group the value of TCM syndromes, BUN, SCr, 24h urine protein were significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), CCr, Hb significantly increased (P<0.01), the control group on BUN, SCr, Hb , 24h urinary protein showed no significant improvement(P<0.01). The Control group of BUN, SCr, Hb, 24h urinary protein showed no significant improvement. Conclusion: The Baoshen Tablets can significantly improve the CRF with Qi and Yin Deficiency and dampness syndrome of the clinical manifestations, lower BUN, SCr levels, reduce urinary protein loss, increased CCr, corrected to some extent in patients with anemia.

      摘要:The therapeutic effect of Chinese herb Triptergium wilfordii is significant and affirmative in immune rheumatic disease and renal diseases in clinical practice, but the toxicity limits its applications in many fields. Toxicity of T. wilfordii often bring damage to digestive system, reproductive system, hematological and immune system, so reducing toxicity but maintaining therapy effect has been focused on T. wilfordii studies in the past decade. Forty eight related articles on attenuating toxicity of Tripterygium from 1999 to 2011 have been searched and analyzed. In these literatures both traditional methods and Bi-directional solid fermentation technology can reduce the toxicity but maintaining therapy effect of Tripterygium. Traditional methods include formulation transform, processing, and combining with traditional Chinese medicine compounds. Advantage and disadvantage of each method on attenuating toxicity have been discussed. Bi-directional solid fermentation technology can provide new medicine and become new research approach. This technology is so promising and available, that it worth being further popularized. The mechanism of attenuating toxicity but maintaining therapy effect of Tripterygium will be disclosed with the aid of modern detection methods in order to pave the way on developing new medicine of Tripterygium preparation. By combining traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern pharmacology and Pharmacodynamics, more and more new methods for reducing toxicity but maintaining therapy effect of Tripterygium will be invented in years to come.

      摘要:Use the methods of serum pharmacology of Chinese medicine study the potency, material base, action mechanism of the compound traditional Chinese medicine.Chose the best experimental scheme by the chosen of animals, administration dosage, dosage regimen, blood sampling regime, control group establishment, inactivation, storage and addition quantity of serum. Compound traditional Chinese medicine can regulate nervous system, protect myocardial cells, promote the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, prevent asthma, enhance immune, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antivirus, anti-fibrosis and delay the development of diabetic nephropathy. Serum pharmacology of Chinese medicine have good application in nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, immune system, digestive system, reproductive system, urinary system, skeletal system, anti-inflammatory, antivirus and anti-fibrosis etc, which can provide a good method for the compound traditional Chinese medicine research.

      摘要:Systematic pharmacological evaluation of material basis for the efficacy of Chinese medicine compound is one of the key issues in modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine. Many researchers have conducted a great deal of research and practice on it in recent years, especially the serum pharmaco-chemistry of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) research methods attracted widespread attention and has made significant results. Studies on serum pharmaco-chemistry of TCM for the past five years were briefly reviewed. And this article proposes the research method of material basis of traditional Chinese medicine compound based on correlation analysis of metabolism and efficacy, through clarifying the efficacy and pharmaceutical ingredients and metabolites in vivo qualitative and quantitative relationships,case in Jianghuang capsule,to reveal the material basis for efficacy of Chinese medicine.We hope to extend the ideas of research on material basis of traditional Chinese medicine compound.

      摘要:To explore the compatible mechanism and the clinical significance of Astragalus membranaceus, A. membranaceus matches with Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes macrocephala and Dioscorea oppositae to cure chronic diarrhea,with A. macrocephala,Stephania tetrandrd and Semen Coicis to cure edema;with Angelica sinensis, Paeonia veitchii and Ligusticum chuanxiong to cure the sequelae of paralytic stroke,with A. macrocephala,Peucedanum dielsianum and Concha ostreae to cure spontaneous perspiration.Then observe the clinical effect of A. membranaceus matched with different herbs of traditional Chinese Medicine. A. membranaceus can cure many diseases with different chinese herbs and then its effect and the mechanism of different compatibility in clinics are determined.A. membranaceus is of more importance in clinics for its different principles and functions of compatibility.

      摘要:Xiaochaihu decoction has the notable effects of soothing liver and invigorating spleen, as well as regulating Qi and blood. It is widly applied in clinic to treat various related diseases in traditional Chinese Medicine. However, the novel application and scientific research of Xiaochaihu decoction on anti-aging and cosmetology remains unclear. Therefore, we focused to demonstrate the mechanisms of skin aging, and investigate the correlation of the liver and the spleen with the sking aging by Xiaochaihu decoction. The results may uncover useful approaches for Xiaochaihu decoction, and the important practical significance and value of clinical applications.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the lows in flavor nature and meridian entry of medicinals in syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic bronchitis in the stage of exacerbations and stable. In order to suppose provide reference for clinical treatment of chronic bronchitis. Method: Follow the evidence based medicine(EBM) to collect papers, then analysis its involved herbs, determine those herbs’ nature of medicinals,flavor of medicinals and meridian entry,the data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software package. Result: In the stage of exacerbations the frequencies are 899 and in stable phase the frequencies are 711 and for those traditional Chinese medicine, nature of medicinals statistical analysis found that traditional Chinese medicine used in the stage of exacerbations is worm,peaceful and cold followed;and in stable phase worm herbs used most frequently then peaceful property herb,moderate the third.For flavor of medicinals acrid,then bitter and sweet, the cumulative frequency is 90.7%;and in stable phase the herb in used mostly sweet,then acrid and bitter;meridian entry of medicinals no for Fei channel tropism was the most either in the stage of exacerbations or in stable phase, then for Pi channel tropism followed. Conclusion: The worm traditional Chinese medicines should be use whether in the stage of exacerbations or stable phase, the method of strengthening earth to generate metal should use in the stage of exacerbations,and strengthening shen.

      摘要:In recent years, injection has a serious security problem, people put more attention on the quality of pharmaceutical excipients and its safety. Because of its wide application in its production processes, product quality and safety research in vitro of polysorbate 80 (tween -80) in the injection become the focus. This paper examined polysorbate 80 quality standard, on the basis of the standard home and abroad,injectable polysorbate 80 quality standards is thoroughly discussed. In order to establish injectable polysorbate 80 quality standards, provide the reference to injection safety problems.

      摘要:In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine injections have been continuous developed and widely applied in clinical practice. Satisfactory effect has also been received in the dermatology department. The medicine is also in widespread use for psoriasis. But some doctors who have not accepted the regular Chinese medicine education and do not have Chinese medicine rationale can not accurately distinguish symptom,therefore the use is quite blind. This article discussed how to treat psoriasis accurately with the traditional Chinese medicine injection,and the commonly used type and effect of traditional Chinese medicine injections on psoriasis, and how to choose the medicine by treatment upon syndrome differentiation, and the application experience.
