      摘要:Objective: Study the dynamics mode of transdermal absorption of Fufang Chansu Zhengtong (CSZT) cataplasm and the effect of azone on transdermal absorption in order to improve the effect of CSZT cataplasm. Method: Using Franz diffusion pool, with the penetration amounts of cinobufagin and resibufogenin in CSZT cataplasm at different times as the index, a michaelis-menten kinetics mode about transdermal absorption was obtained. Result: Azone could significantly improve the absorption rate and the absorbing capacity of cinobufagin and resibufogenin across the mice skin. The two components presented different absorption rate, absorbing capacity and mode of dynamics with different azone. Conclusion: Azone at 3% can remarkably increase the absorption rate and the absorbing capacity of cinobufagin and resibufogenin across the mice skin.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extract process of total lignans from Schisandra sphenanthera. Method: The best extraction conditions were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method and HPLC method based on the test of total lignans from S.sphenanthera; and the orthogonal experiment design was used with a total lignans, fructus schisandrae chinensis and schizandrol A as evaluation indexes, using reflux extraction method with extraction time, ethanol concentration, solvent dosage, extraction times as factors. Result: The optimal extracting process was as follows: 16 times of 55% ethanol solvent consumption, extracted for 60min with 2 times. Conclusion: The extraction process of Schisandra sphenanthera objectively optimized by multi-index synthetic evaluation method can provide the reference for the purification research of total lignans from S. sphenanthera.

      摘要:Objective: To select the best ratio of damp-proofing excipients for astragalus polysaccharides (APS) granules. Method: APS was chosen as a model drug. The influence of single and blended excipients on hygroscopicity of APS was studied with the method of single factor test to screen the kinds and ratio of the excipients and measure its critical relative humidity. Result: The best damp-proofing excipients integrated with hygroscopicity, formability and appearance were lactose, microcrystalline cellulose and mannitol by 2 ∶1 ∶1 ratio with polysaccharides and its critical relative humidity was 66%. Conclusion: Screened excipients were effective in reducing hygroscopicity of polysaccharide component.

      摘要:Objective: To innovate and optimize the extract process of volatile oil in Tongjingbao granules. Method: Ligustilide, cinnamaldehyde, costunolide and dehydro-α-curcumene were used as chemical index and together with mice dysmenorrheal model and rat uterine spasm model, the best extract process of volatile oil in Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae and Radix Aucklandiae were optimized. It was investigated by orthogonal experiment to optimize the conditions and parameters to extract essential oil. Result: Both the best extract process of Radix Angelicae Sinensis (single), Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae and Radix Aucklandia (mix) were CO2 supercritical fluid extraction, and the spasmolysis effect of innovated process had significant increase than the original preparation. The optimal extraction conditions of the essential oil from Angelica sinensis using supercritical fluid extraction were: pressure 25 MPa, temperature 40 ℃, extraction time 2 hour, and 35 MPa, 55 ℃ and 2 hour for essential oil from Cinnamomum cassia and Aucklandia lappa. Conclusion: The improvement of the extraction process of volatile oil enhanced the efficacy of Tongjingbao preparation, and the process was feasible and convenient.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the extract process of polysaccharides for Yiguanjian by using the response surface method. Method: Three factors of the three levels of the response surface method(RSM)extracting process were studied on the basis of single factor analysis and the response rate of polysaccharide in Yiguanjian. Result: The best parameters were as follows: the ratio of solvent to material was 11:1; ethanol concentration was 85%; the extraction time was 1.8 h and extracting for 2 times. Conclusion: Response surface method can be used in continuous range analysis with the advantages of short experimental cycle and high precision. The optimization results can provide reference basis for production.

      摘要:Objective: Study on extracting technology of iridoid glycoside from Corni Fructus based on transformation of morroniside. Method: The optimal conditions for extracting iridoid glycoside from Corni Fructus were studied by orthogonal design. Result: The optimal conditions of refluxing method were as follows: water was used to extract for 3 times and ten times volume of solvent was used to extract for 80 minutes for each time, morroniside transformationrate was 145%, loganin was 92%. Conclusion: The optimum extraction processes are stable and feasible. Extraction of morroniside is increased.

      摘要:Objective: To study the condition of agent in vitro transdermal of indirubin under different accepted liquid and penetration enhancers. Method: The influence of indirubin accumulated permeability and through percentage of indirubin on different acceptable solution and penetration enhancers was detected by HPLC and Franz’s diffusion cell with excised mouse skin as percutaneous permeation barrier. Result: The effect of permeability of indirubin with different accepted liquid was different, the best accepted liquid was 40% ethanol saline and the through percentage was 28.77%; the effect of permeability of indirubin with different penetration enhancers was different, the best penetration enhancer was 5% borneol and the through percentage was 50.23%. Conclusion: The best effect of permeability of indirubin was with the condition of 40% ethanol saline as the accepted liquid and 5% borneol as the penetration enhancers.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the best condition to extract tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia mihiorrhiza by ethano1. Method: The optimum condition was determined with L9 (34) orthogonal experiment to arrange experiments with extract rate of tanshinone ⅡA as quantitative index. Result: The best extraction process condition was: 8 times of 90 percent alcohol immersed for 30 minutes, reflux extraction was two times with each time of 0.5 hour at 85 ℃. The HPLC result showed that the extraction rate of tanshinone ⅡA was about 91%. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process design is reasonable, reproducible and can increase the reuse of herbs. Salvia mihiorrhiza can be served as a kind of tanshinone resource, which has great value of development and utilization.

      摘要:Objective: To set up the quantitative method of mangiferin in decoctions prepared from various combinations of Baihu decoction by UPLC and to study the changes of mangiferin in eight decoctions. Method: Different decoctions were prepared and analyzed by L8(27) orthogonal design, the content of mangiferin in each decoction was determined by UPLC. Result: The mangiferin content was decreased when Rhizoma Anemarrhenae compatible with other herbs. For rice, the difference of mangiferin was significant(P<0.05), for Gypsum, Licoroce, the influence was insignificant, and the interactions between two of three were insignificant too. Conclusion: The mangiferin in Baihu decoction could be determinated by UPLC. The methods were simple and rapid, and suitable for the quality control of Baihu decoction. The content of mangiferin in decoction was reduced by rice.

      摘要:Objective: To find out the optimal ethanol extraction process for Huganbadu extractum. Method: The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with yield of the extracted content of matrine and oxymatrine and the productivity of the ethanol extraction. Result: The optimal extraction process was as follows: 60% alcohol, 15 times the amount of herbs, refluxing for 3 times, each time 2 hours. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and convenient for applying to production.

      摘要:Objective: The best extraction technics of Kangyantuire granules was optimized. Method: The main influential factors of extraction technics included the quantity of water and extraction time. The extraction effect was evaluated with the content of baicalin and the extract yield. The optimal extraction technics of Kangyantuire granules was selected by central composite design-response surface method. Result: The best extraction conditions were as follows: 22-fold of water, extracted for twice, 140 minutes for each time. Conclusion: The extraction technics of Kangyantuire granules is reliable, available and stable.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the forming technology of Xiaochaihutang dripping pills. Method: The pills were prepared using dripping method. The forming technology of the pills was optimized by orthogonal experiment by using dropping temperature, the ratio of herbal extract to base material and dropping speed as factors and with pill weight RSD, spherical degree and the time limit of collapse of the pills as evaluation indexes. Result: Using PEG 6 000 and PEG 4 000 as base material with the ration of 1 ∶1 and dimethyl silicone oil (viscosity 200 mPa ·s) as refrigerant, the optimized parameters for the forming technology were as follows: the ratio of herbal extract to base material was 1 ∶1.5; the dropping temperature was at 80 ℃ and the dropping speed was 30 drops per minute. Conclusion: This forming technology served as experimental basis for the preparation of Xiaochaihutang dripping pills was stable, easy to handle and repeatability was ensured perfectly.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize the matrix formulation of the complex capsaicin cataplasm. Method: The optimal proportion of matrix formulation was selected by uniform design. The adhesion strength was used as test parameters. And the optimal ratios of adhesive (polyacrylic acid sodium/methyl cellulose), excipients (gelatin), filler (kaolin), softener (castor oil) and moisturizer (polyethylene glycol 400/glycerin) were acquired. Result: The matrix formulation of the complex capsaicin cataplasm was made with polyacrylic acid sodium/methyl cellulose-gelatin-kaolin-castor oil-polyethylene glycol 400/glycerin(8 ∶8 ∶4 ∶3 ∶5). Conclusion: With this optimal matrix prescription better quality cataplasm can be prepared.

      摘要:Objective: To study the best microwave extraction technique for complex prescription of catechu anti-diarrhea preparation. Method: Conditions for the microwave extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design with the content of catechin in the extract as indexes. Result: The best technological conditions of the microwave extraction were using 20 min, 480 W firepower and the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶7. Conclusion: Microwave extraction technique has much value of application by shorten the cycle of produce of complex prescription of Chinese drugs pharmaceutics, and it can be used to elevate the efficiency of production and save resources.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma Formula granules by HPLC and provide a reference for quality evaluation of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma Formula granules. Method: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by the Waters Xbridge C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the gradient elution and the solvent system was composed of acetonitrile-water. The detective wavelength was set at 203 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: Eighteen copossessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma Formula granules and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9 were found in fingerprints between the different samples of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma Formula granules and the standard fingerprint. Conclusion: The method with good reproducibility is simple and accurate; it can be used as a quality control method for Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma Formula granules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality control methods of adjuvant black beans and that in Radix Polygoni Multiflori preparata. Method: By comparing differences of HPLC chromatogram of black beans.Radix Polygoni Multiflori preparata without adjuvant and processing with black beans, to determine quality control index of adjuvant black beans. On this basis, to establish the detection method of black beans in Radix Polygoni Multiflori preparata and the quality control method of raw black beans. Result: Comparison by HPLC chromatogram, detected in trace daidzein in Radix Polygoni multiflori preparata with adjuvant,and then established the TLC Chromatography of black bean in Radix Polygoni Multiflori preparata. On the other hand, HPLC determination method of assaying daidzein in raw black beans has been established. Black beans from 12 different areas were determined, that from Guangdong province was the highest content of all. Conclusion: This method could be used as the quality control methods of adjuvant black beans and that in Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata.

      摘要:Objective: To establish sensitive and specific HPLC fingerprint for controlling the quality of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Xiongbing Nasal spray. Method: HPLC method was applied for quality assessment of Xiongbing Nasal spray. HPLC analysis was performed on a Phenomenex Hyperclone BDS C18 (4.00 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) by gradient elution using methanol-1% acetic acid solution as mobile phase. Flow-rate was 1 mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 322 nm. Result: Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Xiongbing Nasal spray were closely related to each other. Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate. It can be used for determination of Xiongbing Nasal spray and Chinese formulated medicine with it.

      摘要:Objective: To set up the HPLC specific chromatograms of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus and Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus charcoal. Method: The analysis was performed on Lichrospher C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid by gradient elution at a column temperature of 30 ℃; the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1, the detection wavelength was at 203 nm and the analytic time was 70 min. Result: Five specific peaks were identified in chromatograms of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus and four specific peaks were identified in chromatograms of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus charcoal by 3-epibetulinic acid as reference substance. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus and Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus Charcoal.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the analysis method for determination of gypsum in Qingyan Liuwei San. Method: Samples were charcoaled and incinerated to ash, and the content of gypsum was determined by complexometric titration. Result: Calcium sulphate dihydrate in Qingyan Liuwei San was 17.63% and 21.60% with the average recovery of 102.88%, RSD of 0.65%. Conclusion: The method established was simple in operation, and can be used for the content determination of calcium sulphate dihydrate in Qingyan Liuwei San.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Anaerfujie vagina effervescent tablets. Method: The herb medicines including Fructus Cnidii, Sophora alopecuroid, pricklyash peel and borneol were identified by TLC and the content of gallic acid and osthole in Anaerfujie vagina effervescent tablets was determined by RP-HPLC with C18 as column. Result: The herbs could be identified by TLC. The calibration curves of gallic acid and osthole were in good linearity and the average recovery, reproducibility and stability were according with the requirement of assay. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of Anaerfujie vagina effervescent tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To extract and determine chlorogenic acid from Artemisia capillaries in different harvest times with ultrasonic extraction and HPLC. Method: The separation was accomplished an Agilent ZORBAX Eclispse XDB C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.4% H3PO4 (15 ∶85) as the mobile phase, the column temperature was at 25 ℃; the flow rate was 0.8 mL ·min-1; the detection wave length was at 327 nm. Result: The linear range of rutin was 0.103-5.130 μg (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 98.22% with RSD of 1.72%. The content of chlorogenic acid of A.capillaries from two harvest times was 0.81% and 0.46%. Conclusion: A.capillaries in different harvest times all contain chlorogenic acid and the content was higher in A.capillaries seedlings.

      摘要:Objective: The method for content determination of inorganic elements in Dracocephalum tanguticum was established. Method: Inorganic elements including Ni, Cr, V, Mn, Cu, Zn, Co, Se, Fe, As, Pb, Al, Ba, Mg, K and Ca were determined by ICP-MS using sealed microwave digestion and Rh and Re as internal standards. Result: The detection limits of elements were 0.002-0.951 μg ·g-1 and the recovery was 91.82%-104.72% by adding standard recovery experiment. Standard value of inorganic elements approximately equal to measured value in standard reference materials (GBW07605) and (GBW07604). Conclusion: It is indicated that the proposed method has the advantages of accuracy, simplicity, speediness and feasibility. This paper provides scientific basis for deeply studying the relation between the inorganic elements and the drug effects and flavor of D. tanguticum, which also established a feasible methods for studying inorganic elements in Tibet drug of curing CHI BA disease.

      摘要:Objective: To propose an HPLC quantitative method for simultaneously determining tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Co-danshenjiangzhuo Pill. Method: Analysis were carried out using an Agilent TC-C18(2) (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.5% formic acid in water with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. The wavelength was set at 268 nm. Result: The linearity ranges of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B were 0.007-0.084 μg and 0.071 5-1.001 μg respectively. The average recoveries were 100.9% (RSD 1.81%) for tanshinone ⅡA, and 101.4% (RSD 1.55%) for salvianolic acid B. Conclusion: The method appeared to be precise and accurate for the simultaneous determination of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Co-danshenjiangzhuo Pill.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze western medicines added in Compound Arthritis Capsules by High performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD). Method: To identify and determine of vitamin B1, piroxicam and prednisone acetate in compound arthritis capsules by HPLC-DAD. The HPLC conditions were as follows: column of Phenomenex luna ODS C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (62 ∶38), detection wavelength of 254 nm, flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1 and column temperature of 30 ℃. Result: Compound arthritis capsules contained vitamin B1, piroxicam and prednisone acetate and the contents were 22.6, 13.8, 7.12 mg ·g-1. Conclusion: The methods is simple, reliable and can used to analyze western medicines added in traditional Chinese medicines.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard for Kanggan Liyan Capsule. Method: Radix Scrophμlariae, Radix Scutellariae and Cortex Moutan in Kanggan Liyan Capsule were identified by TLC;the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae japonicae was determined by HPLC. Result: The TLC sports developed were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.0968-0.968μg;the average recovery was 97.03% and RSD was 1.54% (n=6). Conclusion: The selective, sensitive and reproducibility of the method are good;the method can be used for quality of control of Kanggan Liyan Capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Qutan Pingchuan Capsules. Method: The chromatogram column was Hypersil ODS2 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase composition was the acetonitrile-potassium dihydrogen phosphate-triethameamine-phosphoric(5 ∶95 ∶0.4 ∶0.2),the detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Result: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride 0.506 6-8.104 0 μg, the average recovery was 95.00% and RSD 1.61%(n=6). Conclusion: The method was convenient, quick and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Qutan Pingchuan Capsules.

      摘要:Novel paeonol para-substitution derivatives were synthesized with the natural resources paeonol and p-nitro-benzaldehyde, p-methyl benzaldehyde, p-fluorobenzaldehyde, and discussed those reaction mechanisms, This research will provide scientific proof. Methods: Novel paeonol para-substitution derivatives were synthesized in alkaline medium with the natural resources paeonol and p-nitro-benzaldehyde, p-methyl benzaldehyde, p-fluorobenzaldehyde respectively at room temperature, three novel compounds structures were characterized by IR, UV, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 135° DEPT, X-ray structure analysis.and elemental analysis. Those crystal structures of 3-hydroxy-1-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxy phenyl)-3-(4 '-nitrobenzene)-1-acetone and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-4'-methylchalcone were also characterized by X-ray structure analysis. Results: The reaction of paeonol and p-nitro-benzaldehyde is by aldol condensation reaction, and paeonol and p-methyl benzaldehyde, or p-fluorobenzaldehyde is by Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction. The crystal of 3-hydroxy-1-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxy phenyl)-3-(4 '-nitrobenzene)-1-acetone belongs to triclinic crystallographic system, space group p_1_21/c_1 and cell parameters: a=0.875 0(15)nm, b=1.137 8(2) nm, c=1.554 0(3)nm, α=90.0(8) °, β=106.5(8) ° , γ=90(8) °, V=1.483 5(5) nm3, Dc=1.41 6mg ·m-3, μ=0.110 mm-1, F(000)=660, Z=4, R1=0.059 5, ωR2=0.185 3, R(int)=0.021 9. The crystal 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-4'-methylchalcone belongs to triclinic crystallographic system, space group P2(1)/n and its cell parameters: a=1.137 7(3) nm, b=0.683 7(17) nm, c=2.043 0(4) nm, α=90.0(10)°, β=117.7(10)°, γ=90(10) °, V=1.406 4(6)nm3, Dc=1.416 mg ·m-3, μ=0.086 mm-1, F(000)=568, Z=4, R1=0.045 2, ωR2=0.122 5, R(int)=0.021 5. Conclusion: Different type paeonol derivatives were synthesized in alkaline medium with the natural resources paeonol and p-nitro-benzaldehyde, p-methyl benzaldehyde, p-fluorobenzaldehyde respectively at room temperature by different reaction mechanisms.

      摘要:Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from Carpesium lipskyi, which was used as traditonal herb medicine in the treatment of some diseases. Method: These compounds were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis (NMR and MS). Result: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as: β-sitosterol(I), stigmasterol(II),1-docosanol(III),daucosteol(IV),5-hydroxy-3,6,7,4’-tetramethoxyflavone(V), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(VI). Conclusion: All these compounds were isolated from Carpesium lipskyi for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: The HPLC method was established for determination of chlorogenic acid, forsythoside, rutin and phillyrin in Forsythia suspense flowers and leaves. Method: The separation was performed on Supelcosil C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃ using methanol-0.8% aqueous acetic acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1, the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result: The standard curve was linear within the concentration range of 0.125-12.500 μg for chlorogenic acid, 0.125-12.500 μg for forsythoside, 0.175-17.500 μg for rutin and 0.125-12.500 μg for phillyrin. The average recovery was 99.43%-99.97%, respectively. The RSD was less than 5%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive and accurate. It can be used for determination of chlorogenic acid, forsythoside, rutin and phillyrin in Forsythia suspense.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from the chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions of ethanol extract from Hemistepta lyrata. Method: The compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography,ODS chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography,and preparative HPLC,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods,including MS,1D and 2D NMR spectral techniques. Result: Eight flavonoids were isolated from the chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions of ethanol extract from H.lyrata,and were identified as acacetin(1),cirsimaritin(2),apigenin(3),kaempferol(4),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),and acacetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8). Conclusion: This is the first report of the isolation of 5 from Hemistepta genus.

      摘要:Objective: The different parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge f. alba was analysed by IR spectroscopy. Method: Multi-steps infrared macro-fingerprint methed(infrared spectroscopy, secondary derivative spectroscopy and two dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy) was used to analyse the powder, ethanol-soluble and water-soluble extracts of the root, stem, leaf, flower of S. miltiorrhiza. Result: In effective component characteristics absorption area (1 800-1 200 cm-1 band) the peak intensity of the leaf was higher than root, stem and flower. In the one-dimensional spectra, except flower, the ethanol soluble extract of root, stem and leaf all appeared the adjacent quinone C=O characteristic peak absorption 1 692 cm-1 or 1 670 cm-1. In water-soluble extract, the skeleton vibration peak 1 610 cm-1 of aromatic compounds (like salvianolic acids B) in leaf and flower was more obvious than root and stem. In the secondary derivative spectra, ethanol-soluble extract and water-soluble extracts all appeared the characteristic peak of standard substance, which confirm the conclusions of one-dimensional spectrograms. In the two-dimensional correlation spectra, the automatic peak position and intensity of different parts of S. miltiorrhiza were different. Conclusion: The kinds and content of chemical composition of different part of S. miltiorrhiza were different, and the stem, the leaf and the flower were resources to be further exploited.

      摘要:Objective: To study chemical constituents and antimicrobial activities of essential oil from Daucus carota in Guizhou province. Method: Steam distillation was employed to extract essential oil from D. carota and the compositions of essential oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Result: 49 compounds were identified, accounting for 96.39% of its total content. The essential oil had inhibition to many bacterial species, the minimum inhibitory concentration to Bacillus subtili, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach and Micrococcus luteus. were 0.65-1.25, 1.25, 0.62-1.25, 0.62, 0.31-0.62 g ·L-1respectively. Conclusion: Essential oil from D. carota is mainly composed of terpenoids and has specific bioactivity.

Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Five compounds were obtained and identified as secoxylognin(1), sweoside (2), secologanin dimethyl acetal (3), secologanoside (4) and secologanin (5), respectively. Conclusion: The five compounds were obtained from the Leaves of L. japonica for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Xinjianwei tablets. Method: Phenomenex C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetic acid-water(35 ∶4 ∶61) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1, the detective wavelength was at 283 nm. Result: The hesperidin has a good linear in the range of 0.10-2.03 μg (r=0.999 9), the average recovery(n=9) was 98.37%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, sensitive, and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Xinjianwei tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To study the volatiles from leaves of Averrhoa carambola. Method: The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Result: Fifty peaks were separated and twenty-four of them were identified, representing about 72.00% of the total content. The main types of the volatiles were aliphatic acids, alkanes and terpenoids. Conclusion: This research could give a scientific basis for the further research on the leaves of A.carambola.

      摘要:Objective: To find out the volatile components in Chimonanthus salicifolius leaves and its variation with spring and summer and to provide some useful information for the development and utilization of C. salicifolius. Method: The volatile components of C. salicifolius were separated by GC-MS and identified by comparing the structural information given by the MS database. Area normalization method was used to calculated the relative content of each compound of the volatile components. Result: Fifty-nine compounds were separated from C. salicifolius in March, of which 54 compounds were identified.Forty-eight compounds were separated in May, of which 44 compounds were identified.The predominant compounds were 3-(4,8-dimethylnona-3,7-dienyl)-furan and eucalyptol. Conclusion: The volatile components were rich and related with the season and then provided the theoretical basis for the developmental and useful medicinal value in C. salicifolius.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of rhein on the expression of multi-drug resistance protein(MRP)1-5 in Caco-2 cells. Method: Caco-2 cell line was stimulated with rhein. Then the expression levels of MRP1-5 were detected by the method of real-tmie PCR; the data were processed by the method of 2-ΔΔCT. Result: Both the high(5.00 mg ·L-1)and the low(2.50 mg ·L-1) concentrations of rhein could up-regulate the expression level of MRP3 (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the low concentration of rhein can down-regulate the expression level of MRP5 (P<0.05). Conclusion: Up-regulating the expression level of MRP3 mRNA or down-regulating the expression level of MRP5 mRNA in Caco-2 cells may be part of the melecular mechanisms for rhein to exert its affect on the bioavailability of other oral drugs.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the effects of different drying methods of Qushi Huayu decoction on the pharmacodynamics of experimental fatty liver. Method: Qushi Huayu decoction was prepared(0.93 g crude drug ·mL-1), then been concentrated to paste, and dried powder through 70 ℃ vacuum drying,40 ℃ vacuum drying,frozen drying and spray drying. Wistar male rats were used to establish fatty liver model by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) subcutaneous injection for 4 weeks (twice per week) along with high-fat and low-protein diet for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the rats were respectively divided into model group, non-drying group,paste group,70 ℃ vacuum drying group,40 ℃ vacuum drying group,frozen drying group and spray drying group randomly and given corresponding drug. The rats were killed after treatment for 2 weeks, then activity of serum ALT,AST,GGT,and content of liver TG,FFA were detected. The different drugs were analyzed through fingerprint analysis. Result: Activity of serum ALT,AST,GGT and content of liver TG and FFA were all increased in the model group. Compared with the model group, ALT,AST,GGT,TG and FFA of the non-drying group were significantly decreased.The paste group had good effect on ALT,GGT,TG and FFA.Compared with the model group, activity of serum ALT were significantly decreased in 70 ℃ vacuum drying and 40 ℃ vacuum drying group, content of liver TG were significantly decreased in frozen drying group, activity of serum GGT were significantly decreased in spray drying group. Fingerprint Analysis showed the chromatogram map of each drug were different. Conclusion: Different drying methods have negative effects for Qushi Huayu decoction on the pharmacodynamics of experimental fatty liver. Some effective material may be dropped after drying. It needs further research.

      摘要:Objective: To study the total flavonoids and anti-tumor activities of different solvent extract from Spatholobus suberectus and determine the extraction solvent and extraction method. Method: Using ethanol or acetone aqueous solution as the solvent, different extracts were prepared from S. suberectus by refluxing or ultrasonic extraction.The inhibitory activity on the proliferation of HT-29 cancer cell was determined by MTT;The content of total flavonoids and formononetin were determined by spectrophotometry and HPLC, respectively. Result : The content of total flavonoids and the cytotoxic activity were highest in the 60% ethanol 60 min-refluxing extract. Conclusion : Using 60% ethanol as extraction solvent, refluxing as extraction method, obtained extract from S. suberectus showed highest anti-tumor activity on HT-29 cancer cell.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsule on the quantity of CD4+ T lymphocytes and the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in spleen of with rats endometriosis. Method: Rat model of endometriosis was created by self-transplant, and then administrated with 0.256 or 1.024 g ·kg-1 Guizhi Fuling Capsule orally for 28 days. Lymphocytes and NK cells were separated from the spleen. The quantity of CD4+ T lymphocytes was measured by flow cytometry. The cytotoxic activity of NK cells were tested by MTT assay while incubated with K562 cells. Result: CD4+ T lymphocytes were 19.0% higher in low-dose group than model group. Compared with model group, the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in low-dose group increased about 0.5 fold. Conclution: The quantity of CD4+ T lymphocytes and the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in EMs can be significantly increased by Guizhi Fuling Capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Wendan Decoction (WDD) on the receptor of glutamic acid (Glu) and N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA ) in rats with schizophrenia. Method: Thirty SD rats were divided randomly into 3 groups with 10 in each group: normal group (A), model group (B) and WDD group (C). WDD group was administered intragatrically with 20 g · kg-1 WDD;the other groups were administered the same volume of normal saline (20 mL ·kg-1). The 3 groups were treated for 21 days. Except the normal group, the other groups were given MK801 with sinistro-intraperitoneal injection to set the schizophrenia model after 1 hour of intragastrical administration in the last 3 days. The dosage was 0.1 mL per 20 g. By the changes in immunohistochemistry and neuropathological morphology, we observed the influence of WDD on expression of receptor Glu in hippocampus,receptor subunit NR1 and NR2B of NMDA and protective effects on pathological injuries in hippocampus of the model rats. Result: The morphological observation showed that there were significant differences in expression of Glu, subunit NR1 and NR2B of NMDA receptor in all groups and there also were significant differences in cell structure and cell denaturalization of CA1 area in hippocampus. Conclusion: WDD can improve disorder of cell rearrangement, relieve the process of nuclei dissolution, postpone the denaturalization of hippocampus cell. It indicates WDD has certain protective effects on pathological injury in hippocampus of the model rats.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Dioscorea Rhizoma polysaccharide iron complex (PIC) on mice with iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Method: Mice model with IDA was prepared by offering low-iron feeds combining with periodic sparing bloodletting. Changes of the indexes such as hemoglobin and red blood cell count were determined. Result: There was significant difference between the indexes of the PIC (Ⅱ) group of 35 mg ·kg-1 and those of the model group (P<0.05), the indexes of Hb and RBC were restored to normal level at the end of the experiment. Compared the indexes of experimental groups with the control groups of corresponding dosage, the PIC(Ⅱ)group was significantly higher than PS(Ⅱ) group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dioscorea Rhizoma polysaccharide iron complex not only has superior therapeutic efficacy on IDA, but also has the effect on enriching and harmonizing blood, which the Dioscorea Rhizoma polysaccharide does.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the neuroprotective effect of modified Wuzi Yanzong prescription (MWP)on β-amyloid protein (Aβ25-35)-induced tau protein hyperphosphorylation in PC12 cells and the potential mechanism. Method: Control, Aβ25-35 model and sample treatment groups were set in our study. Aβ25-35(30 μmol ·L-1)was used to induce tau protein hyperphosphorylation in PC12 cells, and MWP(50-400 mg ·L-1)was also simultaneously added. Then, the neuroprotective effects of MWP were investigated. Result: MWP alone did not show any cytotoxicity in PC12 cells. MWP significantly protected PC12 cells from Aβ25-35-induced neurotoxicity, cell viability increased from (70±4.9)% to (98±6.5)%(P<0.01), and apoptosis-related protein (Caspase-3 and PARP)expressions were also effectively inhibited, Caspase-3 and PARP were down-regulated from (378.15±34.65)% and (985.12±45.32)% to (127.65±12.65)% and (543.61±39.07)%(P<0.01). In addition, tau protein hyperphosphorylation in PC12 cells was significantly down-regulated, p-tau (in Ser396 site) expression decreased from (130.01±5.83)% to (113.75±6.34)%(P<0.01),and p-tau (in Ser404 site) expression decreased from (150.17±10.28)% to (105.37±4.57)%(P<0.01). The inhibitory effects of MWP on the phosphorylation of glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK-3β)at Ser9 site and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) may explain the potential mechanism. Conclusion: MWP could inhibit Aβ25-35-induced tau protein hyperphosphorylation on PC12 cells, showing a neuroprotective effect in Alzheimer’s disease.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of Cordyceps sinensis Berk Sacc(CsB) and its effective components on liver fibrosis induced by dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) in rats. Method: From the 1st to 4th week, rats were treated with intraperitoneal injection of DMN (5 mg ·kg-1) for three continuous days each week. After modeling, normal group and model group were given saline (10 mL ·kg-1) intragastrically, and rats in drug treatment group were treated separately with CsB and its componentsC12 (800 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1 and 5 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1) for 2 weeks.All the rats were sacrificed to harvest blood and liver tissue sample. Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate transferase (AST) were detected, maleic dialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and glutathiones s transferase (GST) in liver tissue were assayed biochemically. Content of hydroxyproline (Hyp) in liver tissue was assayed biochemically;Histological changes with collagen deposition with sirus red staining in rat liver tissue were observed. Expression of α-smooth muscle action (α-SMA), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF-α) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were detected immunohistologically. Result: Compared to 6 wk model group, serum ALT and AST in CsB and C12 group were lowered( P <0.05).Compared to 6 wk model group, Hyp content in liver tissue in CsB and C12 group was decreased significantly ( P <0.05). Large area of hemorrhage and necrosis, swelling of large amount of hepatocytes, widened portal area, inflammatory cells infiltration, increased collagen deposition, and pseudolobule were seen in liver tissue in the model group. Some histological improvement was seen in CsB group and C12 group. Compared to 6 wk model group, CsB and C12 could increase SOD and GSH-Px activity, meanwhile decrease MDA and GST activity ( P <0.01). Compared to 6w model group, expression of α-SMA,TGF-β1 and TNF-α in CsB and C12 was decreased obviously ( P <0.01). Conclusion: CsB and C12 blocks development and formation of liver fibrosis induced by dimethylnitrosamine, through protecting hepatocytes to resist liver injury,decreasing synthesis of collagen, inhibiting oxidative stress. CsB and C12 inhibit KCs activation and release of cytokines, which further inhibits HSCs’ activation, synthesis and secretion of ECM.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the differences in sensitivity of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) caused by breviscapine among Sprague Dawley (SD), Wistar, and Fischer344(F344) rats. Method: The rats in the 3 strains were randomly divided into negative control group, trichosanthin group and breviscapine group. The homologous PCA experiment was performed by using three different strains of rat and xenogenic PCA by using rats and mice. Breviscapine was given as allergen. The absorbance was measured to discriminate the severity of PCA. Result: The rat homologous PCA revealed that after injection with 25 mg · kg-1 breviscapine, F344 rat showed positive reaction, the absorbance was 0.064±0.005 7 and increased significantly (P<0.05), but SD rat and Wistar rat showed negative reaction. Xenogeneic PCA showed that the mice injected breviscapine antiserum of F344 rat, demonstrated a positive reaction (P<0.05),the absorbance was 0.10±0.01,the others received breviscapine antiserum of SD or Wistar rats showed negative reactions. Conclusion: There are differences in sensitivity to breviscapine among three rat strains, and F344 rat is the most sensitive one.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the direct protective effect of total salvianolic acids(TSA) on myocardium injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion in isolated rat heart. Method: Heart ischemia-reperfusion model was induced in the isolated rat heart subjected to 31 min ischemia and 30 min reperfusion at constant pressure. The left ventricular pressure(LVP),coronary flow(CF) were recorded and the influences of different doses of TSA in KH solution on the changes of heart function parameter were observed. Result: TSA treated hearts showed significant recovery of post-ischemic contractile function(The levels of LVDP, ±dp/dtmax,CF and LVEDP(P<0.05-0.01). Conclusion: TSA has direct protective effect on myocardium injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion.

      摘要:Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of the combination of ibuprofen and dihydroartemisinin on rheumatoid arthritis in rats, and to explore the compatible mechanism of the drugs. Method: Standard Sprague Dawley rats with weight of 160-180 g were randomly divided into 7 groups, including normal group, adjuvant arthritis (AA) model group, methotrexate group,Compatibility high-dose group, Compatibility low-dose group, ibuprofen group, dihydroartemisinine group. We detected T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood by flow cytometry, and measured the levels of INF-γ and IL-4 in serum by ELISA for AA animal model treated by drugs. Result: The combination group could significantly reduced the percentage of CD+ 4 T cells and CD+4 T/ CD+8T ratio in the peripheral blood lymphocytes cells, reduce INF-γ and improve IL-4 in serum. Compared with the ibuprofen group, dihydroartemisinin could significantly improve IL-4 (P<0.01). The combination of the drugs could more effectively delay the joint injury of the model rats compared with those given individual drug. Conclusion: The combination of ibuprofen with dihydroartemisinin can suppress proliferation of CD4 + T cells, and promote the Th1/Th2 shift towards the Th2 cytokine response,and can complement, thus enhancing the therapeutic effect for arthritis.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of the compound Ginkgo biloba (CGB), the combination of Ginkgo biloba extracts (GBE) and Rose roxburghii, on hepatic injury and to explore the possible mechanism. Method: Eighty-four male rats of clean grade were randomly divided into 7 groups: control group, acute liver injury model group, GBE group(0.4 g ·kg-1), and low, middle and high doses of CGB groups(0.4, 0.8, 2.4 g ·kg-1), bifendatatum group. These rats were firstly given with corresponding drugs for 4 weeks, and then were induced by alcohol at a dose of 6 g ·kg-1 except for the control group, and after 6 hour the rats were sacrificed, and ALT, AST in serum and MDA, TG in tissue were assayed. The in vitro damage of L02 cells by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was chosen to establish the model of hepatocellular oxidative stress and the levels of ALT, AST and TAOC were determined. Result: Compared with model group, the levels of AST, ALT and TG in groups of CGB high and medium doses were decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the levels of MDA in groups of CGB high and low doses were decreased significantly (P<0.05). Except the levels of AST in the low doses of CGB, the exaltation of ALT and AST of LO2 cells stimulated in vitro by H2O2 were inhibited (P<0.05 or P<0.01) and the capacity of TAOC was enhanced in the groups of CGB and GBE (P<0.01). The effects of high dose and medium dose groups of CGB were better than that of GBE for decreasing the levels of AST, ALT and increasing the capacity of TAOC. Conclusion: CGB can protect the hepatocyte injury induced by alcohol and H2O2.It might be related to its collaborative antioxidation.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the influences of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and the one processed with salt-water on erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activities in rats with hyperthyroidism and yin deficiency, and to clarify the nourishing yin principle by processed Anemarrhenae Rhizoma with salt water. Method: SD rats, half male and half female, were randomly divided into control group, model group, Liuwei Dihuang Wan group(2.2 g ·kg-1), high dose Anemarrhenae Rhizoma group and the high dose group of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma processed with salt-water (2 g ·kg-1), low dose Anemarrhenae Rhizoma group and accordingly the one processed with salt-water group(1 g ·kg-1).Each rat was ig given thyroxine liquid 2 mL(1.25 g ·L-1)every morning. Control group was ig given physiological saline. The treatment groups were ig given corresponding liquids(10 mL ·kg-1)each afternoon. Control group and model group was ig given the same volume of saline. Continuous treatment for three weeks and then the activity of erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATP enzyme was determined. Result: Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and the one processed with salt-water could significantly reduce Na+-K +-ATP enzyme activity(P<0.05).In the low dose group, the effect for the one processed with salt-water was better,but the effect of the high dose groups appeared to be on the contrary. Conclusion: Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and the one processed with salt-water both can nourish kidney yin and clear asthenic fever.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Fuzhi Capsule on rat with vascular dementia and on expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in brain hippocampus, and to explore the related mechanisms. Method: Sixty SPF rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=15 each), the vascular dementia of rat was reproduced by bilateral carotid artery ligation. Afterwards, the animals were received different treatments: Fuzhi capsule group(3.0 g ·kg-1 ig daily), aricept group(0.05 mg ·g-1 ig daily), sham operation group and model group(saline 10 mL ·kg-1 ig daily). After 4 weeks of treatments, the behavioral experiments and expression of iNOS in hippocampus were determined. Result: The experiment showed that the learning achievement(finding the platform within 2 min) and memory performance(across the platform within 2 min in the other three quadrants) in the model group were decreased. On the other hand, the learning achievement and memory performance were improved in the treatment groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Pathological morphology suggested that the hippocampus iNOS expression was significantly increased the model group compared with sham operation group, and Fuzhi Capsule and aricept could make the expression of iNOS down. The effect of Fuzhi Capsule was more apparent compared with aricept. Conclusion: Fuzhi Capsule has a significant protective effect on vascular dementia, and the mechanism might be related with inhibiting iNOS expression.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of herbs of activating blood circulation, herbs of replenishing Qi and Yin and herbs of removing dampness on advanced glycation end products(AGEs) in kidney and renoprotection for diabetic rats. Method: The model rats suffering from diabetes were induced by streptozocina(STZ). The diabetic rats were treated by herbs of activating blood circulation, herbs of replenishing Qi and Yin and herbs of removing dampness for six weeks respectively. The AGEs in kidney of diabetic rat were investigated. Result: Compared with the normal group, fasting blood glucose, kidney weight/body weight, blood ureanitrogen, serum creatinine and AGEs in cortex of kidney in diabetic rats were increased greatly. After treated by Chinese herbs, AGEs were decreased and the kidneys were protected. Conclusion: Herbs of activating blood circulation, herbs of replenishing Qi and Yin and herbs of removing dampness may delay the development of diabetes complications through inhibiting AGEs in kidney of diabetic rat.

      摘要:Objective: To study prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis by Lifei Huaxian prescription (LHP), a formulated prescription based on traditional prescription Shengjiang San. And to investigate its influence on pulmonary function and the content of hydroxyproline in serum and in tissue. Method: One hundred Wistar rats (half male and half female), weighing(200± 20)g, were randomly divided into 5 groups evenly (20 in each). Model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by injection of amphotericin A5 in the airway. Normal controls and model group were given the same volume of physiological saline. The dosage of LHP was 4.41 g ·kg-1 ·d-1, prednisone dosage was 1.05 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1, prednisone+LHP treatment group was given the same amount of prednisone and LHP.The experiment lasted for 7, 28 d. Afterwards, animal lung function was analyzed and the serum and lung tissue hydroxyproline content was determined. Pathological method was used for morphological observation with sappanwood fine-Iraq red and Masson dyeing slice. Result: The lung tissue morphology showed that the model establishment was successful. The lung function of forced vital capacity (FVC), largest exhaled quantity (PEF) and the first 0.25 s hard exhaled volume percentage of forced vital capacity (FEV 0.25/FVC%), maximum volume (MVV) were investigated. Testss showed that the treatment group and model group had significant differences in lung function and serum and tissue hydroxyproline content. They were significantly improved by the combination of LHP and prednisone. Conclusion: Lifei Huaxian prescription can significantly improve pulmonary fibrosis and lung function in rats with pulmonary fibrosis, and reduce serum and tissue hydroxyproline content, especially when applied with prednisone treatment.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of salidroside on the stressed mice induced by repeated tail-suspension test(R-TST). Method: Fifty Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups,including control group,stressed group, high-dose salidroside group(ig.60 mg ·kg-1),middle-dose salidroside group(ig.30 mg ·kg-1),low-dose salidroside group(ig.15 mg ·kg-1). Repeated tail suspension test model was adopted in this experiment. All groups were stressed once a day for 11 days and two hours daily,the stress time was progressively increased one hour in every three days. Each group was administered with appropriate dose of salidroside or saline 30 min before the stress, the blood samples were collected from the orbit 30 min after the stress. RIA was used to determined the contents of testosterone in serum. The spleen, thymus, adrenal gland and testis were removed and the organ indexes were calculated after weighing. Adrenal gland and testes were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and tissue sections prepared, stained with HE, morphological changes were observed under a microscope. Result: After the stress, body weight gain was suppressed significantly for the stressed mice, and the weight gain was only 27% of controls. The adrenal gland index was increased to 164%,spleen index were reduced to 70%,comparing with the control group. Along with adrenal index increase, adrenal hypertrophy, medulla atrophy or even disappeared. And the testosterone level in plasma in mice of the stressed groupwas significantly lowered compared with that of the control group(P<0.01). Giving low dosage of salidroside 30 min before the stress could reverse the slow weight gain caused by stress, reduce adrenal index, relieve the pathological syndrome, such as adrenal hypertrophy and medullary atrophy, and make the testosterone recovered to normal level. However, the similar effects were not found in the mice of middle dose salidroside group and high dose salidroside group. Conclusion: The low-dose salidroside can significantly improve the following problems in the stressed mice: suppressed weight gain, the increased adrenal gland index, adrenal cortical hypertrophy, medulla atrophy and blurred microscopic structure and the low testosterone level. It indicates that salidroside may perform the anti-stress function by means of improving the decreased testosterone level caused by stress and maintaining the normal tissues structure as well as the physiological function of adrenal gland. And high dosage salidroside may have adverse effects.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of curcumin on hepatic stellate cell(HSC)-T6 cell proliferation and transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) mRNA expression induced by oxidative stress. Method: The proliferation of HSC-T6 cell was examined by MTT colorimetry. The methods of thiobarbituric acid, xanthine oxidase and digestion were respectively applied to determine the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and hydroxy proline(HyP) of culture mediums. The mRNA expression of TGF-β1 by HSC was determined by RT-PCR. Result: HSC cell proliferation was remarkably increased in the presence of H2O2(P<0.01), the content of MDA and HyP of HSC in culture mediums was remarkably increased, and SOD activity was decreased(P<0.01). Curcumin could concentration-dependently inhibit HSC-T6 cell proliferation. After the intervention of different content curcumin, the content of MDA and HyP was remarkably decreased, SOD activity was increased, especially for those treated by 50, 100 μmol ·L-1of curcumin(P<0.01).Moreover, TGF-β1 mRNA expression of HSC was remarkably increased induced by H2O2(P<0.001). After the intervention of different concentration of curcumin, TGF-β1 mRNA expression level was decreased(P<0.01). Conclusion: All the results indicated curcumin could remarkably inhibit HSC-T6 cell proliferation and TGF-β1 mRNA expression induced by oxidative stress suggesting that curcumin, as an antioxidative stress factor, may have a potential therapeutic value for liver fibrosis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-inflammation effect of Argyreia seguinii . Method: The animals were given orally with A. seguinii daily(at doses of 19.0,13.6,8.2 g ·kg-1 accordingly) for 7 days. Model of ear swelling in mice,model of paw edema in rats and model of cotton granuloma in rats were adopted to observe the anti-inflammatory effects. Result: A. seguinii could inhibit the ear swelling induced by the croton oil ( P <0.05 or P <0.01),inhibit the swelling of the paw in rats with the carrageenan ( P <0.05),and reduce the weight of cotton granuloma in rats ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The results indicates that A. seguinii has anti-inflammatory effect.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the main active extraction of Rubia yunnanensis and verified its anti-myocardial ischemia activity. Method: Norepinephrine (NE) induced contraction activity of rat arterial link with different concentration of extract of R. yunnanensis (1.5×10-3, 5×10-3, 1.5×10-2, 5×10-2, 5×10-1 g ·L-1) was compared. The main active extraction was ethyl acetate extraction. Then activity of the ethyl acetate extraction was verified by researches, including mouse hypoxia tolerance under normal pressure, platelet aggregation induced by adenosine disphosphate (ADP) and action on rat myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin (Pit). Result: The results showed ethyl acetate extraction had significant anti-myocardial ischemia effects that included prolong mouse living time, inhibited ADP induce platelet aggregation, improved myocardial injury induced by Pit, also strengthened the activeness of SOD and reduced MDA content obviously. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate extraction could be the main active extraction of R.yunnanensis for anti-myocardial ischemia.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Heibu Ointment on proliferative activity and apoptosis of fibroblasts in the hypetrrophic scarring model in rabbit ears. Method: Twenty-four white rabbits were used to establish the model of hypertrophic scar in ears.After twenty-one days, the model rabbits were randomly divided into Heibu Ointment treatment group and model group. In Heibu Ointment treatment group, Heibu Ointment was plastered on the hypetrrophic scars once in every three days. The treatment course lasted for fifty-six days. The scar tissue was sampled on the second, the fourth, the sixth and the eighth week for the two groups. The changes in fibroblasts treated with Heibu Ointment were compared with that of the controls during the forming of hypertrophic scars. The expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was measured by immunohistochemistry technique, and the apoptosis was measured by TUNEL. Result: The expression of PCNA in the Heibu Ointment treatment group was obviously weaker than that of the controls (P<0.05),and the apoptosis was increased in Heibu Ointment treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Heibu Ointment can inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts and accelerate cell apoptosis in hypertrophic scars in rabbit ears.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of low molecular weight polysaccharide lsolated from Agaricus blazei (LMPAB) on tumor cell adhesion and transmigration to HUVECs. Method: HT-29 cell and HUVECs proliferation were analyzed by MTT. Adhesion and transmigration ability of HT-29 to monolayer HUVECs were examined by spectrophotometry and Transwell chambers. Result: LMPAB (5, 10, 20 mg ·L-1) showed no cytotoxic affect to HT-29 cells as well as the proliferation of HUVEC. LMPAB could significantly decrease counts of HT-29 adhesion to and transmigration through HUVECs. Conclusion: LMPAB exerts the anti-tumor metastasis activity via inhibition adhesion and transmigration of tumor cells toand through HUVECs.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of different extracts of Dischidia chinensis. Method: The total phenol and total flavonoids content of ethanol extract, acetone extract and ethyl acetate extract from D. chinensis. Their antioxidant activities were investigated in present study, employing various methods established in vitro systems, such as the scavenging activities on DPPH radical and ABTS + · radical, and reducing power. Result: These plants possessed good scavenging activities on ABTS + · radical (reaching to 88.97%) in the sequence of EAE>EE>AE, but weak scavenging activities on DPPH · radical (only reaching to 38.37%). Their reducing power activities are in the sequence of BHT>EAE>EE>AE with BHT as a control. Conclusion: This study showed that EAE of D. chinensis might be valuable antioxidant natural sources and seem to be applicable in both healthy medicine and foods.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of atrazine (ATR) and its main metabolite (DEDIA) in rat plasma and tissues, and to study tissue distribution. Method: Rats were oral administrated atrazine at a single dose, blood and tissues samples were collected at 0.5, 2, 6 and 12 h after administration. After precipitated protein with acetonitrile, an HPLC-UV method was established to determine the concentration of ATR and DEDIA, the analytes were eluted by gradient solvent of MeOH/H2O which contained 0.5% acetic acid. Result: ATR was quickly and extensively metabolized to DEDIA in rat, ATR and DEDIA could be detected in plasma and tissues;DEDIA widely distributed in various tissues, but with varies elimination rates, especially slow in liver and kidney. Conclusion: Those distribution and elimination regular of ATR and DEDIA can provide references for toxicokinetics study.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the toxicity effect of Cinnabaris on rat fertility and embryo development. Method: Cinnabaris suspension was orally administrated to SD male rats for six weeks and to female rats for two weeks intragastrically before matting at the doses of 1 000,300, 100 mg ·kg-1 respectively, until the day males successfully mated and females was pregnant at D6.Male rats were sacrificed after mating, and female rats on D15 of pregnancy. The numbers of corpus luteum, implantation spot, and survival fetus were calculated. Blood cells, biochemistry, urine, and histo-pathological examination and analysis of all rats were carried out to compare with the control group. Result: There were significant differences in mean numbers of survival fetuses and pre-implantation embryo loss in 1 000 mg ·kg-1 group, although no significant differences in pregnant rates were seen. Blood cell and biochemistry examination showed that HGB, HCT, ALT, TP and ALB were significantly decreased as the doses increased in male rats. Pathological lesions were found in testicle, epididymis and seminal vesicle. Conclusion: Cinnabaris has toxicity effect on male rat fertility and early embryo development. Long term administration of Cinnabaris may inhibit erythrocytopoiesis and impair liver function. The functional and pathological changes may attribute to the toxicity of free mercury dissolved in blood.

      摘要:Objective: To study the time-effect relation and dose-effect relation of hepatotoxicity induced by Evodia rutaecarpa in mice. Method: KM mice were divided into control group and model groups. Model groups were divided into 5 different time groups and 3 different dose groups. The different time groups were gavaged with water decoction of E.rutaecarpa in doses of 50 g ·kg-1 for 8, 15, 25,30 d and then sacrificed. While the different dose groups were given in dose of 100,50,25 g ·kg-1 for 8 days and then sacrificed. All animals were detected for the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST). The liver index was calculated, and the liver histological changes were investigated. Result: Compared with the control group, dose group of 50 g ·kg-1 had a high level of serum ALT,AST and liver index(P<0.01).Serum ALT and AST reached a peak after 20 days:ALT from (31.7±9.1)U ·L-1 to (621.4±244.9) U ·L-1,AST from (120.0±31.8) to (407.6±132.8) U ·L-1respectively. Furthermore,the liver index and pathologic change showed time dependance.In the groups of different doses, serum ALT,AST and liver index were all increased.ALT in the medium and high dose groups were (127.2±42.0), (320.0±131.3) U ·L-1,AST were (282.1±69.8), (471.4±143.7) U ·L-1.Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in serum ALT,AST and liver index of the high and medium dose groups, and the liver pathologic examination showed the liver tissue were damaged more seriously with the increased dose in a dose dependence manner. Conclusion: When water decoction of E.rutaecarpa is given to mice continuously,it may induce liver damage and the hepatotoxicity demonstrated by significant time-effect and dose-effect.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the medication principle of treating obesity and hyperlipidemia with Chinese herbal medicine by a novel text mining approach. Method: We proposed a data mining algorithm to retrieve simple and meaningful networks from large data sets of obesity and hyperlipidemia. We transfered XML type data sets to the structured database of Microsoft SQL 2 000 and visualized them into different graphs by software Cytoscape version 2.7 in order to detect the potential medication principles. Result: The most common used Chinese herbal medicine applied for treating obesity commonly proved to be Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Fructus Crataegi Pinnatifidae,Rhizoma Alismatis,Radix Astragali Mongolici,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Palmati,poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Pinelliae;the core couplet medicine is Radix Astragali Mongolici,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Palmati;the most common used herbal medicines applied for treating hyperlipidemia are Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Fructus Crataegi Pinnatifidae,Rhizoma Alismatis,Radix Astragali Mongolici,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Palmati,Radix Polygoni Multiflori;the core couplet medicine is Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Fructus Crataegi Pinnatifidae. Conclusion: although the primary prescriptions for treating obesity and hyperlipidemia share some common herbs, the cores of the two formulae are significantly distintive, which indicates that the pathogenesis of the two diseases are different according to the theory in Chinese medicine. The novel text mining technology could be a promising approach in the medication principle detecting research of Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To study the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with rehabilitation on patients with dysphagia after stroke. Method: Randomized controlled study was used in the study. These patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 patients in each group, a total of 84 cases. The treatment group was treated with oral decoction of Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training and transcutaneous electrical stimulation of the throat muscles. The control group was treated with rehabilitation training and transcutaneous electrical stimulation of the throat muscles only. Using videofluoroscopic swallowing study(VFSS) and standard swallowing assessment(SSA) we evaluated the effectiveness after 3 weeks treatment. Result: After 3 weeks treatment, the assessment score of VFSS and SSA were improved than those of before treatment.There was significant difference before and after treatment,especially for the treatment group(P<0.01). Between the treatment and control group,there was also significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with rehabilitation has a good effect on patients with dysphagia after stroke

      摘要:Objective: Through observing the treatment of geriatric hypertension by Shuxuetong injection on the activity of PRA, the content of AngⅡ,ET, NO, to investigate the mechanism of Shuxuetong on antihypertension. Method: All of the hypertension patients were randomized into treating group (n=40)and control group (n=36).The two groups were all treated with Captopril.The treating group was given Shuxuetong injection additionally.The total course was 14 days.We observed the change of PRA,ET,AngⅡ,NO and the other biochemical data before and after the treatment. Result: The level of ET and AngⅡwas descending, and the level of PRA, NO was ascending in the treating group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference compared with the control group for the level of ET, NO, PRA(P<0.05).The difference of the level of AngⅡwas insignificant.The hemorheological parameters and lipids in the treating group were improved obviously,and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Shuxuetong injection could improve renin-angiotensin system for geriatric hypertension,raise the level of NO,lower the content of ET and AngⅡ,improve the hemorheological parameters and the function of lipids and endothelium, lower blood pressure effectively.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of optic nerve protection with traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating primary open-angle glaucoma. Method: Seventy eight patients with optic atrophy leaded by Primary open-angle glaucoma were randomly. Comparison of topical travoprost eye drops given once daily and timolol0.5% given twice daily and traditional Chinese medicine in patient with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension observe eyesight, and visual evoked potentials. Result: Effieaey of the treatment group is superior to the before treatment.Before and after treatment.The average photosensitive degree of vision is increased,there are significant differences(P<0.05).The average defect is reduced,there are signiflcant differences(P<0.05). In study of VEP,the amplitude of the P100 wave is improved,there are significant differences (P<0.05),the latency of the P100 wave is shorten,there are significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical efficacy of optic nerve protection with traditional Chinese and western medicine is a good method on treating Primary open-angle glaucoma.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the joint compound fluorine medicine treatment of primary moss methoxyflavone ointment sample skin amyloid curative effect. Method: will comply with primary moss sample skin amyloid cases 110 cases were divided into three groups, the treatment group and control group 1, controlled 2 groups. The treatment group used herbal internal and external compound fluorine joint methoxyflavone ointment, Comparison of group 1: pure methoxyflavone ointment topical compound fluorine, Contrast two groups: purely internal medicine. Continuous treatment 6 weeks the end of therapy efficacy, observe three groups were compared. Result: treatment group efficient 93.33﹪ contrast group 1 capital of usd 7.429﹪ contrast 2 groups of 55﹪ treatment group and control group 1 and contrast two groups of comparisons difference were significant, a statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine joint compound fluorine methoxyflavone ointment treatment of primary moss sample skin amyloid has good curative effect, no significant side effects, and clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: To clarify the research progress in pharmacological actions of Rhizomn Polygoni Cuspidati, having the main bioactive components of stilbene compounds, on the basis of introducing its chemical components briefly. Method: Looked through the related literatures from domestic and abroad, analyzed and reviewed on them. Result: Up to now, the chemical components isolated from P. cuspidatum mainly include stilbenes, anthraquinones, flavonoids, tannins, polysaccharides, etc. Pharmacological results show that it has effects on anti-HIV, anticancer, antimicrobial, antivirus, anti-inflammation, anti-diabetes, anti-tissue (heart, brain, lung, kidney) damages, anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-osteoporosis, neuroprotection, hypolipidemic, hepatoprotection and so on. Stilbene compounds are the main and key bioactive components of various pharmacological actions, and meanwhile anthraquinones can play important roles to some extent in the actions of P. cuspidatum. Conclusion: P. cuspidatum has wide ranges of pharmacological actions and great exploiting values in various aspects, especially in anti-HIV and anticancer. The present review can provide significant reference for further studies and exploitations of P. cuspidatum.

      摘要:Property theory of herbal medicines is the key part and the soul of Chinese material medica theory. Four properties of the traditional Chinese medicine is the core content of drug property theory of traditional Chinese materia medica(TCMM). For the past few years, the study of property has attracted high degree of attention increasingly. Although a few of achievements have been obtained in biological effect and material structure, a great breakthrough is still being expected.In this article, the status of of the four properties for the TCMM are analysed from four aspects such as theory research, clinical research, biological effect research, method and pathway research. The existing problems are identified and the potential preferential methods and pathways are raised.

      摘要:Shengtong Zhuyu decoction was a famous prescription for critical cases in traditional Chinese medicine, which was known as one of the five Zhuyu decoctions for blockage syndrome complicating blood stasis disease in clinic. Based on the literature search of Shengtong Zhuyu decoction in the past decade and the summarization of its clinical application, we have found that this prescription was used to treat the diseases of arthritis, lumbar spinal stenosis, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, etc, in the department traumatology & orthopedics on the premise of syndrome differentiation. The results also suggest that Shengtong Zhuyu decoction shows better therapeutic effect for those diseases and has great value in clinical application.

      摘要:The traditional delivery methods of Chinese medicine have been changed by the broad application traditional Chinese medicine injections. Combined with the accurate dose and rapid effect, the traditional Chinese medicine injections offered broad prospect for using Chinese medicine in the clinical. However, in recent years, while the traditional Chinese medicine injections play a therapeutic role, the safety problems caused by the traditional Chinese medicine injections have caused widespread concern in the community. In this article, the author analyzed the reasons of the safety problems of the traditional Chinese medicine injections, and proposed solutions and countermeasures to the safety problems of traditional Chinese medicine injections. The purpose is to provide valuable information and a reference for the development, production and safe application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinical, and to promote healthy and sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine injections industry.

P.asiatica matches with Aconitum carmichaeli and Cinnamomum cassia to cure chronic nephritis,with Clematis armandii and Lysimachia christinae to cure ureter stones;with Houttuynia cordata and Prunus armeniaca to cure chronic tracheitis,with Dioscorea opposita and Coix lachrhryma-jobi L.var.mayuen(Roman)Stapf. to cure ulcerative colitis,with Haliotis diversicolor and Ostrea gigas to cure hypertension.Then we get the kinds of clinical effect of different compatibility of P.asiatica. Plantago asiatica can cure many diseases with different chinese herbs and then its effect and the mechanism of different compatibility in clinics are determined. Plantago asiatica is of more importance in clinics for its different principles and functions of compatibility.

      摘要:This article researches on the ancient knowledges and history about classic prescription with the use of Rhizoma Pinelliae and Radix Aconiti Contorti. It also researches on the main treatment effects, chemical compositions and pharmacology of Rhizoma Pinelliae and Radix Aconiti Contorti (Radix Aconiti Laterialis preparata ).Besides, it researches on whether it will generate new toxicity with Rhizoma Pinelliae and Radix Aconiti Contorti (Radix Aconiti Laterialis preparata ),how to deploy Rhizoma Pinelliae and Radix Aconiti Contorti (Radix Aconiti Laterialis preparata ).It summarizes some clinical practice.Such as they treat vascular occlusive vasculitis and coronary heart disease, myocardial ischemia with Red pill, treat gastric and duodenal ulcers with Radix Aconiti Laterialis preparata rice decoction, treat bronchial asthma with Small Dragon decoction and Radix Aconiti Laterialis preparata.

      摘要:To discuss the practical training methods of clinical pharmacists. The working contents and working pattern of pharmacists were summarized by reviewing the strategy and experience of three-step about how to cultivate clinical pharmacists in our hospital. Appropriate training methods can not only improve the overall quality of hospital pharmacy, and make a solid foundation for carry out the work of clinical pharmacists. Appropriate training methods of clinical pharmacists is a new way for clinical pharmacy.
