摘要:Objective:To investigate the optimum conditions and parameters of macro reticular resin in purification of flavonoids in BYHWD.Method:Through the static adsorption and desorption experiments and the dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments,the ideal resins for BYHWD flavonoids from the D101,DA201,AB-8 and polyamide were screened.Through single-factor analysis to study the optimum conditions of resin in separating and purifying BWD flavonoids.Result:After purification by D101,BYHWD the purity of flavonoids could reach 63.1%,transfer rate was 80.2%.The static adsorption capacity of D101 macroporous resin for BYHWD flavonoids was 66.28 mg.g-1(dry resin),the best dynamics on the sample size was 20 mL.g-1(total flavonoids concentration 3.033 mg.mL-1),the sample flow rate was 1 BV.h-1,elution ethanol concentration was 60%,elution speed was 1.5 BV.h-1.Conclusion: D101 macroreticular resin could be better used for the separation and purification of BWD flavonoids.
摘要:Objective: To optimize the formula of total alkaloids of Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai sustained-release tablets and evaluate its drug release property.Method:Orthogonal design was used to obtain the best formula.The best formula was determined by dissolution of lappaconitine in total alkaloids of Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai sustained-release tablets and comprehensive scoring method.The release formula was made to investigate the release mechanism.Result:The dissolution curves in-vitro showed that the drug release could be best described by the Higuchi equation(Q = 0.349 t1/2-0.150 5,r = 0.997 2) and Peppas equation(lnQ = 0.688 9 lnt-1.595 7,r = 0.995 5).It showed that the release mechanism were Fick diffusion and backbone corrosion.The release rate matched the requirement of quality control on sustained-release tablets in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005).Conclusion:The method of content determination was simple and sustained-releasing rate was significant.The release mechanism followed the kinetic model of sustained-release tablets.It is worth doing further research for clinical use.

摘要:Objective:Study the optimum condition of extraction of licorice flavonoids from licorice waste residue and explore the feasibility of development and utilization of licorice waste residue.Method:Organic solvent extraction,ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent extraction,basic solvents extraction and ultrasonic-assisted basic solvent extraction were used to extract licorice flavonoids from licorice waste residue.Optimum condition for extraction was selected with theorthogonal design,using the yield,content and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of licorice flavonoids from all extracts as the evaluating criteria.Result: The optimum extracting condition with ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent extraction method was that the ethanol concentration was 65%,ratio of material to solvent was 1∶ 12,extraction time was 1.5 h,and extraction temperature was at 75 ℃.Conclusion:The development and utilization of extracting licorice flavonoids from licorice waste residue was feasible with good social and economic benefits.
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica leaves by HPLC,and study on extracting and purifying chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica leaves by different macroporous resin,so as to provide a reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of honeysuckle herbs.Method: The chlorogenic acid was determined with the detection wavelength 327 nm by HPLC.Static adsorption and dynamic adsorption were used to optimize the adsorption and elution process by macroporous resin.Result:Chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 2.376 8-60.476 9 μg.The average recovery was 96.82%,RSD was 1.83%.At the same time,the purification effect of chlorogenic acid by HPD450 macroporous resin was better than other resins,the optimal conditions were:column diameter ratio 3 ∶ 1,liquid concentration 0.5-1.0 g·mL-1,absorption velocity 0.5 BV·h-1,resin adsorption quantity 0.3 g·g-1,elution solvent 30% ethanol,elution speed 2 BV·h-1,elution solvent volume 2 BV.Conclusion:The process of purification of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica leaves by HPD450 macroporous resin was stable and could be used for industrial production.
摘要:Objective: To optimize the formulation and preparation process of Zhi-kang orally disintegrating tablets,and establish an HPLC method for determination of emodin and chrysophanol in the tablets.Method:The prescription of Zhi-kang orally disintegrating tablets were optimized by parallel design technique,with disintegrating time,appearance and taste as the assessment index.The analytical column was packed with Kromasil C18(200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) and performed at 35 ℃.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.2% formic acid(82∶ 18).The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.Result:The tablets prepared were fine in appearance and taste,disintegrated within 1 min.Emodin and chrysophanol were linear in the range of 0.100 5-0.201 0 μg and 0.040 2-1.608 0 μg respectively.The average recovery was 99.44%(emodin) and 98.18%(chrysophanol).Conclusion: The disintegrating tablets were designed rationally and feasible to operate.HPLC assay was simple,accurate and specific.
摘要:Objective: To seek the optimum alcohol extraction conditions of Weikan tablets.Method:The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal tests with the extract yield and the amount of the extracted hydrochloride berberine as index.Result: The optimum extraction process was as follows: soaking in alcohol for 1.5 h,extracting two times,adding alcohol for 8,6 times and extracting for 2.5,2.0 h respectively.Conclusion: The optimum extraction process was stable and practicable in manufacture.
摘要:Objective: Flavonoids were extracted from Toona sinesis successfully.Method:Flavonoids were extract,By using the method of dissolved in alkali and separated out in acid and microwave.All the flavonoids in Toona sinesis were determined by UV-spectrophotometry with rutin as the standard and the quantities of flavonoids component were measured.And use L9(34) orthogonal test design.Result:It showed that the optimum extracting conditions were determined with 0.5%(M /V) Na2B4O7.10 H2O as extractor with the ratio of material to liquid at 1 g∶ 40 mL,and extracting for 30min /time and the separation temperature is 60 ℃.Conclusion:This study provided scientific basis for Toona sinesis,development and utilization of gardenia.
摘要:Objective: To develop a new method for simultaneous determination of two hydrophillc components and three lipophillc components of Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae.Method:The HPLC-double wavelength detection was employed using a column of Dikma Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.05% phosphoric acid(B).The gradient elution program was as follows:0-27 min,20%-25% A;27-55 min,25%-80% A;55-65 min,80%-80% A.The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and 286 nm.The column temperature was at 30 ℃.Result:Rosmarinic acid was linear in the range of 1.92 × 10-2-0.96 μg;salviamolic acid B was linear in the range of 7.29 × 10-2-3.64 μg;clyptotanshinon was linear in the range of 3.05 × 10-3-0.15 μg;tanshinone was linear in the range of 1.71 × 10-3-8.55 × 10-2 μg and tanshinone ⅡA was linear in the range of 5.80 × 10-3-0.29 μg.The average recovery was 99.88%,104.75%,101.08%,101.41%,102.41% respectively.Conclusion:The present method was simple and had satisfactory efficacy;it can simultaneously determine multiple hydrophilic and lipophilic bioactive components in Salvia miltiorrhiza from different areas.
摘要:Objective:The contents in different samples and different parts of the beetle were determined to study the impact of processing blister beetle on the total cantharidin contents.Method:HPLC conditions were as follows:the mobile phase was methanol-water(23∶77);the column temperature was at 35℃;the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1;the detection wavelength was at 230 nm.Result: The total cantharidin contents determined were: unprocessed mylabris>blister beetle>mylabris(stir-frying with rice).The total contents of head,legs,inside and outside wings of blister beetle were 0.61%.Conclusion:For safety,the total cantharidin contents should be used to control the quality of blister beetle.

摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Flos Genkwa,providing control substance for the research of Flos Genkwa and Flos Genkwa processed with vinegar.Method: 80% ethanol extract of Flos genkwa was obtained by solvent method,chemical constituents were isolated by macroporous resin HP-20,silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were determined by physiochemical and NMR spectral data.Result: Eleven compounds were isolated from ethanol extract of Flos Genkwa,and identified as genkwanin(1),apigenin(2),luteolin(3),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(4),quercetin(5),daphnoretin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(6),kaempferol-3-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl) glucopyranoside(7),4′,7-dimethyl-apigenin(8),daphnoretin(9),β-sitosterol(10),daucosterol(11).Conclusion:Compounds 4,5,6 were first isolated from Flos Genkwa.
摘要:Objective: Comparing the content of flavonoid in different harvesting periods and to evaluate the optimal harvest time.Method:Extraction of flavonoid with ultrasonic.The content of flavonoid was compared by UV at wavelength of 508 nm.Result:Rutin was linear in the range of 22.78-113.88 mg.L-1(r = 0.999 8) with average recovery of 98.87% and RSD of 1.03%(n = 9).The measurement results of Poacyzuan hendersonii leaves in different harvesting time:relative low in April and May,unfaltering rose in June to September,little lower in October than in September.Conclusion:The method was simple,accurate,reproducible,it can be used to evaluate the best harvest time of P.hendersonii,and provide a scientific basis for rational development and utilization.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the volatile constituents in Mayi Rhinitis Spray and provide some useful information for the quality.Method: The volatile components of Mayi Rhinitis Spray were separated by GC-MS and identified by comparing the structural information given by the MS database.Area normalization method was used to calculate the relative content of each compound of the volatile components.Result: Thirty four compounds were separated,27 compounds were identified,accounting to 95.5% of the total essential components.Conclusion: The principle constituents of the volatile components were eucalyptol(19.85%),borneol(16.32%),camphor(12.54%),isoborneol(8.4%),methyl eugenol(6.08%),sabenene(4.19%).
摘要:Objective: To set up the method for content determination of chlorogenic acid of Maxin oral.Method: HPLC was adopted performing on a kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1%(w) phosphoric acid(10∶ 90) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1.The detective wave length was set at 327 nm and the column temperature was at 30℃.Result:Chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 15.84-95.04 mg·L-1.The standard curve equation was Y = 27.606 X + 27.927,r = 0.999 5.Conclusion: The method set up was stable,feasible and accurate,and it can be used to control the quality of Maxin oral.
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the quality control of the Tongsaiyinao Oral Liquid.Method: TLC method was used to identify Dilong,Chuanxiong,and Yuanhu.HPLC was adopted to determine the ferulic acid in Chuanxiong.Result: The characteristic spots of these crude drugs could be detected in TLC color spectrum.Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 15.28-152.80 mg.L-1.The average recovery was 99.38% RSD 1.11%(n = 6).Conclusion:The method was accurate and reliable with good reproducibility,and can be used as a quality control of Tongsaiyinao Oral Liquid.

摘要:Objective:To compare the influences of four kinds of extraction methods in current standard of proprietary Chinese medicines on the determination of magnolol and honokiol content.Method: The samples were extracted by petroleum ether and methanol using ultrasonic extraction or Soxhlet extraction;determination was performed by HPLC.The column was Kromasil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),water-acetonitrile-acetic acid(60∶38∶2) was used as mobile phase;UV detection was at 294 nm.Result:The content of magnolol and honokiol with ultrasonic extraction by methanol was higher than Soxhlet extraction by methanol,and the Soxhlet extraction by methanol was higher than Soxhlet extraction by petroleum ether and ultrasonic extraction in the recovery aspects.he ratio of honokiol to magnolol in samples was 0.304-2.669.Conclusion:The ultrasonic extraction by methanol for the determination was the optimal extraction methods.The different ratio of honokiol to magnolol was due to the different ingredients from different source.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for quantitative determination of mercury and arsenic in Cynomorium songaricum by using intermittent-flow-hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).Method: The method of determination was set up by atomic fluorescece spectrometry method after digesting by perchloric acid combining nitric acid.Result: Mercury was linear in the rang of 0.1-0.5 ng·mL-1,the linear function was Y = 3.54 × 102X + 9.54,r = 0.999 7,the detection limits of mercury was 0.022 ng·mL-1.Arsenic was linear in the rang of 1.0-10.0 ng.mL-1,the linear function was Y = 1.65 × 102X-3.89,r = 0.999 9,the detection limits of arsenic was 0.151 ng.mL-1.Conclusion:This method was simple and quick,the results wereaccurate and reliable for quantitative determination of mercury and arsenic in Cynomorium songaricum.

摘要:Objective:This investigation was performed to develop a method to prepare liquiritigenin using acid hydrolysis.Method: Preliminary test was performed to see if purified liquiritin can be converted into liquiritigenin by acid hydrolysis,then liquiritin from Glycyrrhiza uralensis was converted into liquiritigenin use the same method.TLC,UV and HPLC were used to judge feasibility of this method.Result:The conversion rate of the purified liquiritin was 81.1%,and the conversion rate of the liquiritin from G.uralensis was 63.2%.Conclusion: This method is feasible,concise and results in high extraction rate.
摘要:Objective: Comparative study on the mineral elements from wild and cultivated Sarcandra glabra.Method: Six mineral elements,K,Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca and Cu,in S.glabra were determined by microware FAAS.Result:Standard curve method was used for the determination.The experiments indicated that the content of mineral elements for human requirement(K,Ca,Fe,Mg) is rich,the content of Zn and Cu is low,for both origins of the herb.For cultivated herb,the order appears to be K>Ca>Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu;for the wild herb,the order is Ca>K>Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu.The method is highly sensitive,convenient and speedy.The recovery(n=6) is 93.8~102.5% and the RSDs(n=6) are lower than 5%.Conclusion: The methods are practicable with a good reproducibility,and the results are satisfactory.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of precursor feeding on cell growth and salidroside content of Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor.Method:Three kinds of precursor of L-phenylalanine,cinnamic acid and tyrosine were added in the initial period of cell culture and cells were harvested to measure dry weight,salidroside content,polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and phenylalanine lyase(PAL) activity in the 14 d,i e in the stability phase of the cell growth curve.Result:The best concentrations of phenylalanine,cinnamic acid and tyrosine to be added were 20,10,10 mg·L-1,while salidroside content was 2.65,3.50,3.21 mg·g-1 respectively.But high concentration of tyrosine would restrain cell growth.Conclusion:Three kinds of precursor in appropriate concentration could all promote the biosynthesis of salidroside and increase polyphenol oxidase(PPO),phenylalanine lyase(PAL) activity,among them,cinnamic acid did work obviously.
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Tenebrio molitor proteins on immune function in mice.Method: Effects of T.molitor proteins on immune organs’ indexes,carbon clearance ability,delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH),hemolysin antibody were investigated in mice.Result: T.molitor proteins could significantly increase weight of immune organs and swelling in foot sole of mice.T.molitor proteins could enhance macrophage phagocytic activity and production of hemolysin antibody.Conclusion:T.molitor proteins can enhance the immune function in mice significantly.

摘要:Objective: The discussion straightened up the effects of the Fuzheng Huayu(FZHY) decoction on the marrow cells migrating into liver in mice fibrosis liver.Method: Based on the model of the transposition bone marrow between female and male BABL /C mice,we duplicated the CCl4 liver fibrosis mice model,and then the mice in FZHY group were administered with FZHY decoction ig for 4 weeks.Did PCR,liver function and pathology examination to view the model.,marked the Y through the FISH to observe the number of the cells from the male mice bone marrow in female mice livers,tested the chemokine SDF-1 relative expression in female mice livers by Western blot.Result: The damage of mice liver relieved obviously in FZHY decoction group compared the model group.The observation of Y chromosome dyed indicated,the number of the cells from the male mice bone marrow reduced in the FZHY decoction group compared the model group liver(P < 0.05).The chemokine SDF-1 relative expression reduced in the FZHY decoction group compared the model group liver(P < 0.01).Conclusion: When the liver is damaged,the FZHY decoction may be able to depress the chemokine SDF-1 expression to prevent the marrow cells to migrate into the liver,and thus in certain degree controls the marrow cell promoting the liver fibrosis.
摘要:Objective:To investig,ate the therapeutic effect of Anzi Mixture on concentration of positive serum anticardiolipid antibody(ACA) in cyclophosphamide-treated mice.Method:Cyclophosphamide was given to induce positive serum ACA for the model mice.Control group was given saline(0.01 mL.g-1) and distilled water(0.01 mL·g-1);model group was received cyclophosphamide(0.01 mL·g-1)and distilled water(0.01 mL·g-1).The treatment groups were given aspirin or high,middle,low doses of Anzi Mixture(0.01 mL·g-1) on the model of cyclophosphamide induced.All groups were administered once daily for 14 consecutive days.Eyeball blood sample was collected for all the mice in all groups 1 h after administration on the 14 th day,and then serum was separated by centrifugation,ELISA was employed to detect the serum ACA levels.Result:Compared with the model group,sig-nificant decrease in serum ACA level was observed in all groups of different dosages of Anzii Mixture(P < 0.05).Compared to aspirin group,there was no obvious difference in serum ACA level for any group of Anzi Mixture.Con-clusion:Anzi Mixture could effectively reduce serum ACA level in cyclophosphamide-treated mice with a dose-de-pendent manner.The potency of Anzi Mixture treatment appeared to be equal to that of aspirin treatment.
摘要:Objective:To study,the effect of decoction of Agastache rugosa with dried tangerine peel in different proportion on gastrointestinal motility in rat model of limb ischemia-reperfusion.Method:Limb ischemiareperfusion model of gastrointestinal dysfunction was established.Decoction of Agastache rugosa with tangerine peel in different proportions was administered to observe the influence on gastrointestinal motility in ischemia-reperfusion rat and on gastrointestinal hormone abnormalities.Result:Gastrointestinal motility in the model rat was slowed down,and secretion of motilin and gastrin was decreased.Agastache rugosa and dried tangerine peel together in different proportions could improve gastrointestinal mobility in the model(P < 0.05) and increase the levels of the motilin and gastrin(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Agastache rugosa and dried tangerine peel together in different proportions may improve gastrointestinal motility disorder in the brat model of limb ischemia-reperfusion.The mechanism may linked with improvement of gastrointestinal motility,and the increase in plasma motilin and gastrin.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Qianliean on the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and the related mechanism.Method:Rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia was established by castration followed by injection of testosterone.The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:the normal group,the model group,the Qianliean high-dose group,the Qianliean low-dose group,Longbishu group.The rats were treated accordingly and sacrificed after 30 d.The prostates were sampled and weighed,and the prostate index was calculated.Light microscopic and immunohistochemical specimens were prepared and investigated.Result:Prostatic weight,prostatic index and basic fibroblast growth factorlevelsin(bFGF) expression levels in three treatment groups were significantly lower than that of the model group,in particular for the Qianliean of high-dose group.Model group showed marked pathological changes in prostate tissue,Qianliean low-dose group showed alleviated pathological changes in prostate tissue compared with the model group,high-dose group and Longbishu group rats prostate tissue showed obvious improvement in pathological changes.Conclusion: Qianliean can decrease prostate wet weight in rat and alleviate pathological damage in prostate.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of prostate tissue bFGF release.
摘要:Objective:To investiga:te the mechanism of Danqi Granule for treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome(SS) in rat,and to consider expression of aquaporin-5(AQP5) as the target point.Method:Submandibular gland tissue was extracted from Wistar rat before blending and emulsification with complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA).After that,subcutaneous injection of DTP vaccine was conducted on the back to enhance immunity.The effects of Astragalus and Danshen on rat isolated salivary glands were investigated,the method used was Chinese herb perfusion.The expression distribution of AQP5 in submandibular salivary glands of rat with SS was shown by Western blot analysis.Result:After immunization 7 weeks of SS rats,thus pathological changes similar to the salivary gland in human SS were found.It suggested that a large number of lymphocyte cells were different invasive depth and effective immunization.Through Chinese herb perfusion on rat isolated salivary glands,it was found that Astragalus and Danshen could promote salivary gland secretion in different depth.Western blot analysis showed that there was a 42 × 103 in each groups.There was no abnormal expression of AQP5 in the control group,Compared with the control group,the expression of AQP5 in the rat model group was significant reduced(P < 0.05);Danqi Granule of high-dose and low-dose could significantly increase the expression of AQP5(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The results indicate Danshen can promote salivary glands slightly.Astragalus also has the similar effect.However,they promote the secretion of saliva graphics in different patterns.Danqi Granule through enhanced the release of water molecules in channel of submandibular gland,by upregulating the expression of AQP5,improving the secretive function of salivary glands and increasing saliva flow,so as to release the thirsty symptoms of SS.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Shuanggen Qingnao granules on proliferation and migration of neural stem cells(NSCs) in model of rats with vascular dementia and its treatment mechanism for vascular dementia(VD).Method:Forty two SPF level SD rats were randomly divided into large,medium,low-dose of Shuanggen Qingnao granules groups,piracetam group,model group,sham operation group,the normal group(n = 6,each).VD rat model was established by slowly injecting the same kinds of thrombotic emboli to the catheter of the external carotid artery.5-bromo-2-deoxyuriding(BrdU) positive cells and doublecortin(DCX) positive cells were respectively marked by immunohistochemical method and their expressions were observed by microscope.Result: Compared with model group,whether in cerebral cortex or hippocampus,BrdU positive cells of medium,low-dose of Shuanggen Qingnao granules groups and piracetam group were significantly increased(P < 0.05);compared with piracetam group,BrdU positive cells of medium,low-dose of Shuanggen Qingnao granules groups in cerebral hippocampus were also significantly increased(P < 0.01).DCX-positive cells in rats’SGZ district of normal group,sham operation group and medium,low-dose of Shuanggen Qingnao granules groups were significantly increased(P <0.01);compared with the model group,DCX-positive cells of large-dose of Shuanggen Qingnao granules group and piracetam group were also significantly increased(P < 0.05);DCX-positive cells in rats’SGZ district of medium,low-dose of Shuanggen Qingnao granules groups compared with the piracetam group were obviously increased(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Shuanggen Qingnao granules can promote the proliferation and migration of NSCs in inner brain of VD rats.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of the extract from Cestrum cocturnum on the immune function for the tumor-bearing mouse.Method:The routine methods were used to observed the carbon partical clearance,seurm hemolysin level,the contents of proteinic factor IL-2 and TNF-α of the H22 tumor-bearing mouse.Result:The high and middle dose of the extract from C.cocturnum could promote the carbon partical clearance speed and the content of the IL-2 and TNF-α.But the C.cocturnum had no obvious influence on the serum hemolysin level in the tumorbearing mouse.Conclusion:The extract from C.cocturnum could promote the cellular immune function of tumorbearing mouse.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of terpenoids from Liuyueqing(TLYQ) on immunological hepatic injury in mice.Method:Seventy-two mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Zadaxi positive control(4.2 × 10-3 g.kg-1·d-1) group and low,medium,high-dose TLYQ-treated group(0.5,1,2 g·kg-1.d-1).On the first day,except the blank group,other groups were injected BCG from tail vein.The next day the mice in normal and model groups were administered with nothing,while those mice in other groups were respectively administered with different medicine.By the end of the 10 th day,model,Zadaxi and three TLYQ-treated groups were injected LPS from tail vein.10 h later the mice were weighed,blood was collected from eyeball,then all of groups were sacrificed,livers were taken out.ALT and AST in serum,percentage of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + and CD4 + /CD8 + of every group were determined.Liver tissue damage with HE staining was observed by light microscope.Result:Compared with model group,high,medium-dose TLYQ could significantly increase percentage of CD3 +,CD4 + cell and CD4 + /CD8 +,decrease the ratio of CD8 + and the activity of AST,ALT.And TLYQ also could reduce the balloon degeneration,punctate,patchy necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration.Conclusion:TLYQ has a protective effect on immunological liver injury in mice.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the analgesic mechanism of cinobufagin injection based on opioid receptor.Method: Hind paw withdrawal latency of female Kunming mice was induced by radiant heat and mechanical stimuli.Moreover,the paw withdrawal latency(PWL) was measured to serve as indicator of pain threshold.Then,influence of naloxone methiodide,the peripheral opioid receptor antagonist,on PWL increase induced by cinobufagin injection in mice was investigated.Result:The analgesic effect and PWL increase induced by of cinobufagin injection could be completely blocked by naloxone methiodide.Conclusion: The peripheral opioid receptor may play a main role in the analgesic effect of cinobufagin injection.
摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of alcohol extraction of eupatorium(AEOE) on ulcer index(UI),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),Nitric Oxide(NO),Epidernal Growth Factor(EGF) in rats with experimental gastric ulcer.Method: The rat model of experimental gastric ulcer was established by giving glacial acetic acid.The levels of MDA,SOD,NO and EGF in blood serum were measured.The level of NO in stomach homogenate and UI were measured and calculated.At last,the effect of AEOE for the rats of experimental gastric ulcer was studied.Result: Compared with control group,AEOE groups and cimetidine tablet group could significantly decrease UI and the level of MDA(P < 0.01),and significantly rise the level of SOD and NO in blood serum(P < 0.01).AEOE groups could significantly rise the level of NO in stomach homogenate(P < 0.01).Conclusion: AEOE has the function of protecting gastric mucous from ulcerous injury.
摘要:Objective: To explore the mechanism of reducing urine by effect of Suoquan Wan(SQW) on the mRNA and protein expressions of collage Ⅰ/Ⅲ.Method: Aging SD rat model was established by subcutaneous injection of D-galaclose for 8 weeks.Treatment of SQW was carried out from the 3rd week of model establishing and lasted for 8 weeks.The mRNA and protein expressions of collage Ⅰ/Ⅲ in detrusor were investigated with RT-PCR and IHC technologies for all the groups.Result: Compared with control group,SQW could remarkably cndecrease the expressions of mRNA and protein of model rats collage Ⅰ/Ⅲ(P<0.01).Conclusion: SQW may reduce urine by increasing the expressions of mRNA and protein of collage Ⅰ/Ⅲ,so adjust water metabolism in the body.

摘要:Objective:To explore the mechanism of Bushen Wenyang Huayu(BSWYHY) on endometriosis(EMs).Method: The peritoneal type endometriosis in SPF-grade female rats was established.They were then divided into 4 groups: BSWY high dose group(16),BSWYHY low dose group(16),danazol group(16),model group(17),and control group(12).Immunohistochemistry was performed to examine the expression of HIF-1α and GLUT-1 in the ectopic endometrial tissues of the EMs model rats before and after treatment,and the volume change in endometriotic lesions before and after treatment was compared.Result:After treatment with high dose and low dose of BSWY and danazol,volumes of ectopic lesions were reduced obviously(P < 0.05),and the volume of the high dose group demonstrated the most notable reduction(P < 0.01).The expression of HIF-1α and GLUT-1 in ectopic EMs of the model group is significantly higher than that in eutopic endometrium in the control group(P < 0.01).The BSWYHY high and low dose group and the danazol group were able to inhibit the high expression of HIF-1α and GLUT-1 substantially(P < 0.01),with the high dose group as the best,followed by the low dose anddanazol group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: BSWY can be an effective measure for reducing the high expression of HIF-1α and GLUT-1 for the treatment of EMs.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of active fraction of Bushen Xingnao Decoction(BSXND) on cerebral IL-1β and ICAM-1 expression in middle cerebral artery occlusion followed reperfusion in rats.Method: The reversible middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model was established in rats to investigate the role of BSXND in ischemia injury.The scores of neurological deficits were determined by Lorma EZ method in MCAO rats.IL-1β and ICAM-1 expression in cerebral tissue were determined by immunohisto-chemistry.Result: After cerebral ischemia for 2 h followed reperfusion for 46 h,IL-1β positive cells in cerebral hippocampus and medulla increased markedly(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),ICAM-1 positive cells in hippocampus and cortex increased remarkably(P < 0.01,P < 0.05),alkaloid extracted from BSXND could reduce IL-1β positive cells(P < 0.01),glycoside extracted from BSXND could decrease ICAM-1 positive cells(P < 0.01).Conclusion: After cerebral ischemia reperfusion,both IL-1β and ICAM-1 expression are increased,alkaloid from BSXND could inhibit IL-1β protein expression in cerebral medulla,glycoside from BSXND could inhibit ICAM-1 protein expression in cerebral cortex.Alkaloid and glycosidemay be the partial substance basis of BSXND for antagonizing inflammatory reaction after cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Gengnianchun formula(GNC) on BDNF in hippocampus of ovariectomized SD rat.Method: Ten to twelve months old SD rats were randomized into mimic sham operation group,ovariectomized(OVX) group + NS,OVX + high-dose GNC group,OVX + low-dose GNC group and OVX + Nilestriol group.A little fat around ovary was cut in mimic sham operation group rats.Ovariectomy was operated in four other groups.These rats were fed with GNC,nilestriol or NS for 12 weeks respectively.The changes learning and memory were tested by Morris water maze(MWM).The real time PCR was performed to determine the mRNA level of BDNF in right hippocampuses.And the immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the distribution of protein of BDNF in paraffin section of left hippocampus CA3.Result:Twelve weeks after ovariectomy,the scale of BDNF mRNA and protein decreased in ovariectomized rat,but rats fed with GNC or Nilestriol had higher scale of BDNF mRNA and protein.Conclusion:GNC may increase the BDNF mRNA and protein in hippocampus,and to improve the learning and memory ability for the ovx rats.
摘要:Objective: To study effect of low molecular dextran on the pharmacokinetics of Xiangdan Injection in rats.Method:The rats were divided into two groups: one was administrated with Xiangdan Injection individually(group XD) and the other was administrated with the combination of Xiangdan Injection and low molecular dextran(group XD + DY).Plasma concentrations of danshensu of two groups were detected by HPLC.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by software and statistical analysis.Result: The main pharmacokinetics parameters(α,t1/2α,CL,AUC(0-t) and K10) of danshensu had statistical differences between group XD and group XD + DY(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in β,t1/2β,Vc,K12 and K21 between the two groups.Conclusion: There was obvious interaction of pharmacokinetics when the two drugs were used together.It is concluded that low molecular dextran inhibits the normal metabolism of danshensu of Xiangdan Iinjection.It is necessary to change the therapeutic dose of danshensu when the drug is coinjected with low molecular dextran.
摘要:Objective: To compare the pharmacological effects of Peucedanum praeruptorum before and after honey roasted pieces.Method: The pharmacological experiments for expectorant,antitussive and relieving asthma effects were tested by means of mouse tracheas excretion contents of phenol red,cough induced by ammonia water and the guinea pig model induced by histamine phosphate accordingly.Result: The middle and large-dosage of the honey roasted products showed the strong expectorant and antitussive effects while the small-dose of honeyed pieces and the raw pieces exhibited the better relieving action for asthma.Conclusion: The honey roasted pieces have slightly better efficiency than the raw pieces.It primarily elucidates the processing principle of the stir-baking with honey for P.praeruptorum.

摘要:Objective: To study the influence of the Tiaozhong Granule on the vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),substance P(SP)and nitricoxide synthase(NOS) of rats with mixed reflux esophagitis.Method: The rats were randomly divided into five groups:the model group,the normal group,the Tiaozhong granule Group,the Banxia Xiexin Tang group and cisapride group.Then anastomose esophagoduodenstom was used to make the rat model of mixed reflux esophagitis.The pathohistologic examination was used to observe the changes in esophagus mucous membrane.The content of SP,NOS and VIP in the esophagus tissue was detected after 12 days by immunohistochemical technique.Result: Compared with the model group,the esophagus mucous membrane of the Tiaozhong Granule group,the Banxia Xiexin Tang group and cisapride group were renovated;the content of NOS and VIP in the rats of the Tiaozhong granule group,the Banxia Xiexin Tang group and cisapride group were increased significantly;and the content of SP decreased after treatment.The differences between the treatment groups were not significant.Conclusion: Tiaozhong granule can be applied for mixed reflux esophagitis through decreasing the content of NOS,VIP and increasing SP in the esophagus tissue.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Jiawei Zhenwu Tang on renal interstitial fibrosis in model of SD rats.Method: Rat renal interstitial fibrosis model was produced by unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO),60 rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham group,UUO group,treaement group.Some rats of each group were killed respectively at 7,14,21 days after operation.Renal index,Cr and BUN were measured.The level of renal damage by HE and Masson staining was carried out.The expression of TGF-β and FN was analyzed by immunohistochemical method.Result: The level of renal index,Cr,BUN and renal damage in UUO group were highter than those in treament group.The expression of TGF-β was significantly higter than treatment group,and FN increased also.Conclusion: Jiawei Zhenwu Tang can downregulate the level of renal index,Cr,BUN in UUO group,inhibit the expression of TGF-β and accumulation of FN.Jiawei Zhenwu Tang has active effects in anti-fibrosis.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of traditional Chinese medicine aconite roots on the contents of adenosine triphosphate(ATP),adenosine diphosphate(ADP) and adenosine monophosphate(AMP) in normal rats liver tissue and its impact on the energy charge by RP-HPLC.Method: 20 Wister rats were divided into two groups randomLy and were administered with decoction of aconite roots or saline respectively for four weeks.The contents of adenine nucleotides in rat liver tissues were analysed by RP-HPLC after four weeks.Result: The hepatic ATP in aconite roots treated group increased significantly by 70.3%(P < 0.01),with high statistical significancy compared with that in control group,whereas the content of ADP and AMP showed no obvious differences between these two groups.The total adenylate library and energy charge(EC) levels in aconite roots treated group also increased significantly(P < 0.05) compared with that in the control group.Conclusion: Aconite roots,the hot natured Chinese herbal medicine,can boost the body energy reserves,increase the ATP content and EC level in liver tissue,and thus influence the hepatic energy metabolism.
摘要:Objective: To establish a rapid screening and evaluating method for antibacterial active substance,and apply it to the screen of antibacterial marine active substance.Method: accelerated solvent extraction was applied during the active substance extraction procedure of biological samples,and then resazurin was used as a indicator to determine the antibacterial ability.Result: A rapid screening method for antibacterial medicine was worked out.What’s more,we found that the ethyl acetate extract of Tripnetistes gratilla,Echinometra mathaei,Culcita novaeguineae and Ophiarthrum elegans have relatively strong inhibition to the experimental bacteria.Conclusion: It is an applicable method to realize high-throughput screen and evaluation of antibacterial biological-active substance,and overcome the shortage of conventional methods such as conventional methods.
摘要:Objective: To study the mechanism of acupoint external application with "treating winter disease in summer"prescription on bronchial asthma in cavia cobaya.Method: The metabolite profiles of the urine samples of the blank control group,the asthma-model group and the acupoint administration group were detected by ultraperformance liquid chromatography coupled with Q-TOF mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS).The data was analyzed by partial least square discriminatory analysis(PLS-DA) in SIMCA-P +.Result: The result showed that metabolite profile of the urine sample was separated obviously and had no any overlapping between the asthma-model group and the blank control group,the acupoint administration group and the asthma-model group.N4-acetylcytidine,6-methyladinosinek and an undetermined compound were confirmed initially as the marker of asthma,while methylglutarate and methyl inosine,the markers of the ‘treating winter disease in summer’prescription.Conclusion: The topic establishes a method of metabonomic analysis for urine from cavia cobaya using UPLC-Q-TOF-MS.The study shows the mechanism of metabolism for the therapy of asthma with‘treating winter disease in summe’prescription.The results will be of great helpful to explain the theory of Chinese drugs pharmaceutics using biological science of modern time.

摘要:Objective: to study the anti-lipid peroxidative effect of Boschniakia rossica extract(BRE).Method:The total antioxidant capacity,the reactive oxygen species scavenging activity,and the malonyldialdehide(MDA) content in H2O2-or Fe2 + + H2O2-induced liver homogenate and liver mitochondria were detected by spectro-photometric method.Result: BRE elevated the total antioxidant capacity and the reactive oxygen species scavenging activity in liver homogenate and liver mitochondria,and inhibited the lipid peroxidation in liver homogenate and liver mitochondria.Conclusion: BRE has the anti-lipid peroxidative effect.
摘要:Objective: To study the intestine absorption of salvianolic acid B.Method: The isolated everted intestine model was used to study the absorption in different regions of rat intestine(duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon).The sample was determined with HPLC in combination with ultraviolet detector.Result: The intestine absorption rate constant increased along with the increase in concentration of salvianolic acid B.The absorption rate had no significant difference between different regions of the intestine.Conclusion: The absorption of salvianolic acid B by intestine appears to be a passive diffusion process and it does not contain a special absorption window..

摘要:Objective:To explore antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of QingLi Tonglin decoction.Method: The antipyretic effects of Qingli Tonglin decoction were observed by dry yeast induced fever in rats;the anti-inflammatory effects of xylene induced ear edema were observed by mouse ear swelling.Result: Qingli Tonglin decoction had good antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects for fever induced dry yeast in rats,and could significantly inhibite ear edema induced xylene.Conclusion: Qingli Tonglin decoction had significant antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects,espicially in the high-dose group.
摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of water extracts from Cassia obtusifolia on blood pressure,blood lipids and kidney structure in cold-induced hypertensive mice.Method: Water extracts from Cassia obtusifolia was prepared.Mice were divided into normal control group,cold-stress control group,and cold-stress feeding groups(water extracts 5,10,20 mg·kg-1).Control groups were given physiological saline as the control.After 18 days,blood pressure was measured by carotid intubation and the contents of serum trireactive glyceride(TG),total cholesterol(CHO),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL) were also detected.Kidney was observed by routine histology inspection.Result: The blood pressure in cold-stress control group increased significantly compared with normal control group(P < 0.01).Cold-stress feeding groups’systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure were not evident compared with normal control group.The content of TG in cold-stress control group was increased compared with that in normal control group(P < 0.01),and the content of TG,TC in cold-stress feeding groups decreased compared with that in cold-stress control group(P < 0.05).The content of LDL and HDL in cold-stress feeding group(10 mg.kg-1) decreased compared with that in cold-stress control group(P < 0.05),and the others had no statistical significance compared with that in cold-stress control group.Renal histologic changes caused by cold-stress showed severely enlarged glomeruli,narrowed Bowman’s spaces,and renal tubule edema.Nephrons of the cold-stress feeding groups were similar to that of the control group.Conclusion: The water extracts from C.obtusifolia possesses the effects of decreasing blood pressure and modulating blood lipidcontents and improving pathological changes of renal structure.
摘要:To explore the effect of modified Shengyu decoction on spinal cord function of cervical spondylotic myelopathy after operation.Method: A total of 68 cases diagnosed definitely and operated,were randomly divided into rehabilitation exercise treatment combined with modified Shengyu decoction group(group A),and rehabilitation exercise treatment(group B).Group A included 32 cases,and 36 cases were in group B.After operation,the cases were treated by anti-inflammatory,rehabilitation treatment,traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Spinal cord function of cervical spondylotic myelopathy was evaluated by JOA score at preoperative and 1,2,4,6 weeks and 3 months after operation.Result: The JOA scores for patients in both groups were significantly improved compared with that of pre-operation(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after one week.And JOA in group A were significantly better than that in group B after 2,4,6 weeks and 3months,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Rehabilitation exercise treatment and rehabilitation exercise treatment combined with modified Shengyu decoction can improve the spinal cord function for cervical spondylotic myelopathy after operation.But the effect of combined with modified Shengyu decoction is more significant.

摘要:Objective:Compared with the western treatment,the plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) is used to assess the efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine integrated treatment to congestive heart failure(CHF).Method: 164 patients with CHF were randomly divided into western treatment group alone(control group) and combination group(treatment group),The level of plasma BNP were measured.Result: The level of BNP decreased in both group while it decreased more significantly in treatment group compared with control group.Treatment group in improving cardiac function is better than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Integration of Chinese and western medicine is benefit to the patients of CHF and has better clinical efficacy than purely western medicine method.It may be come true through the deceasing of the level of BNP.

摘要:Estrogen receptor(ER) is a ligand-activated nuclear transcription factor to estradiol,and mediates most of the estrogen responses.As the estrogen widely used in clinic in recent years,there are many advances in ER research,such as the organization localization,expression,function and related diseases.In addition,researches also suggest that some mechanisms responsible for traditional Chinese medicine are closely related with ER.

摘要:The Database of adverse reaction were set up according to the data from "The Traditional Chinese Medicine Database System(1949-2007)"and "The Chinese Biomedical Database System(2008)".The key words were concluding traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and toxicity or side effect or adverse reaction.Studies showed there were over 90% of adverse reaction owing to overdose,improper or without processing,incorrect usage of toxic drug,the confused resource or misuse of medicinal plants.This result was a base for the research of internationalization and proper usage of TCM.
摘要:The hemostyptics with complicated mechanism are commonly used in clinic,and the study of hemostyptics is the attention-attractive issue.Owing to few side effects,and abundant resources,natural compounds from medicinal plants and traditional Chinese medicines possess unique advantages and good potential in prevention and treatment of hemorrhage.Researchers have made great efforts in the field of botanical hemostyptics,and have found some medicinal plants,natural compounds and compound preparations,such as flavonoids,alkaloids and quinones.In this article,recent advances in the research of the botanical,traditional Chinese drugs,active constituents,compound preparations and the action mechanisms of these agents were reviewed.
摘要:Objective:The scientific significance of the compatibility theory of traditional Chinese medicine is discussed.From the compatibility point of view,there being three levels of development of Chinese medicine in the process of traditional Chinese medicine modernization: traditional Chinese medicine by prepared pieces compatibility →chinese medicine by drug combination compatibility→Chinese medicine by molecular compatibility.A new model of molecular compatibility is proposed,and the initial approach and the theoretical framework in the research of modern Chinese medicine by molecular compatibility are discussed in the paper.

摘要:Hemorheological parameters are closely linked with cardiovascular disease.Abnormalities of the parameters in cardiovascular diseases is one of the important pathological changes.This paper gives an overview of the relationship between hemorheological parameters and cardiovascular diseases,and the influences of some traditional Chinese single herbs and compound prescriptions on hemorheological parameters.This article may provide valuable references for future researches and development of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for cardiovascular diseases.

摘要:Objective: Using the method of statistical analysis to explore the relationship between the Traditional Chinese Medicine formulae of different proportions and the treatment for diseases.Method:We retrieved database containing 2 632 formulae of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Astragali from the "Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulae",then built the database to analyze the relationship among the ratio,the corresponding major disease and the disease category.Result:The ratio"1∶ 1"appears to be the most(49.43%) in the 2 632 formulae containing Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Astragali;which were most-frequently used for the treatment of the diseases in internal medicine(47.83%) and gynecology(23.18%).Conclusion: Using the method of the statistical frequency analysis,we can find the applied pattern of the TCM formulae and provide a theoretical basis for using herbs effectively in clinic.
