摘要:Objective:To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for seminal emission collected in 〈The Dictionary of Prescriptions in Traditional Chinese Medicine〉 using TCM inheritance system.Method: The prescriptions treating seminal emission in the 〈Dictionary of Prescriptions in Traditional Chinese Medicine〉 were collected and the composing principles were analized by using revised mutual information,complex system entropy clustering and so on based on the TCM inheritance system.Result: Three hundred and seventy prescriptions involving 282 herbs were studied.The herbs for invigoration or astringent were used in the highest frequency,of which,Poria appeared 129 times,being 34.9% in total prescriptions.Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Poria as a pair of herbs appeared 66 times,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata as a 3 item set appeared 35 times,Fructus Corni,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Pradix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Poria as a 4 item set appeared 22 times,being the highest in frequency.The analysis on association rule showed that Rhizoma Anemarrhenae was coupled with Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,Stamen Nelumbinis with Semen Euryales,Fructus Corni and Poria with Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix Morindae Officinalis and Poria with Herba Cistanches.Thirty six core combinations and seven new prescriptions are mined from the database.Conclusion: The prescriptions for treating seminal emission are mainly composed with herbs for invigoration,assisted by tranquilizing and/or astringent herbs.This pattern will provide a reference for clinical practice.

摘要:Objective:Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System(TCMIS) to analyze the composing principles of the classical prescriptions for stroke.Method: Collect the classical prescriptions for stroke reported in the literature over the years,then enter into the TCMIS,by using revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze composing principles.Result: Based on the analysis of 92 cases of the classical prescriptions,the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed,twenty-six core combinations and 4 new prescriptions are mined from the database.Conclusion: TCMIS can be used to enter,administrate,search and analyze the prescriptions and is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective:To optimize purification technology of total phenolic acid from Mentha haplocalyx by macroporous resin.Method: With the content of total phenolic acid and adsorption-resolution rate as indexes,optimum resin model was determined by investigating adsorption capacity of five different macroporous resin on total phenolic acid,and optimized its purification technology conditions.Result: HPD-400 macroporous resin was selected,Optimum purification conditions were as follow:The concentration of sample liquid was 0.1 g · mL-1 and then turn to pH 3 with acetic acid,the amount of sample 6 BV,ratio of diameter-height 1∶9,2 BV 20% ethanol to wipe off impurity with flow velocity of 2 BV · h-1,3 BV 70% ethanol to elute with 4 BV · h-1,eluate collected,purity of total phenolic acid 53%.Conclusion: Optimized purification technology was fit for separating and easy to operate with good reproducibility,it could be used to separate and enrichment total phenolic acid from M.haplocalyx.
摘要:Objective:To study effect of different excipients on quality parameters of Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet,in order to provide a scientific basis on process optimization of actual production.Method: Four kinds of Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet were developed by wet granulation and tableting with different accessories,cumulative dissolution was determined by small glass method,similar factor of dissolution curve was fitted,model of dissolution mechanism was fitted.Result: In 4 kinds of different Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet,there were significant differences between sample Ⅰand Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ of hesperidin dissolution curve,there are no significant differences among Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ;dissolution of hesperidin was fastest of sample Ⅱ,and cumulative dissolution was highest;Dissolution behavior of hesperidin was closest to the kinetic equation.Conclusion: The best accessories of Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet was dextrin,sucrose,magnesium stearate and so on.
摘要:Objective:To investigate influence of azone on in vivo percutaneous absorption of tetrahydropalmatine from Guping cataplasm.Method: Paste residual quantity method was used by determining remnant amount of tetrahydropalmatine,its kinetic equation of transdermal absorption was simulated.Result: Transdermal absorption of tetrahydropalmatine showed first-order kinetics,rate of absorption and absorbed dose were enhanced when dosage of azone raised.Conclusion: There was no significant deviation between mass fraction of azone 3% and 5%,which both had great absorbed dose,consideration by combining with effect of lag time,we determined the amount of azone 3%.
摘要:Objective:To optimize processing technology of Epimedium brevicornu by central composite design-response surface methodology.Method: Main influential factors of processing technology included processing temperature and time,with the content of icariin and baohuoside I as indexes,which were determined by HPLC,processing technology was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology.Result: Optimum processing conditions were:processing temperature 160 ℃,processing time 7 min,RSD between measured value and predicted value-2.59%,it showed that established model had good predictability.Conclusion: Optimized processing technology was simple and stable,it could be used for quality control of E.brevicornu.
摘要:Objective:To optimize preparation technology of hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) magnetic liposomes and examine its in vivo targeting aggregation.Method: With Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles as material whose surface was modified by oleic acid,soybean lecithin and cholesterol as raw material,HCPT magnetic liposomes was prepared by film dispersion-ultrasound method with encapsulation efficiency as index,preparation technology of HCPT magnetic liposomes was optimized by orthogonal test.Local tumor aggregation of magnetic liposomes was dynamic and continuous investigated by microdialysis technique.Result: Optimized prearation conditions of HCPT magnetic liposomes were as follows:ratio of drug-lipid 25∶1,phospholipid-cholesterol 80∶30,preparation temperature 45 ℃,hydration medium phosphate buffer solution(pH 6.8).The highest encapsulation efficiency of 66.8%,drug loading of 2.57%.In tumor-bearing mice in vivo magnetic targeting positioning test,the drug concentration at site of tumor of HCPT magnetic liposomes additional magnetic field group was higher than group without magnetic field and injection group,it proved that HCPT magnetic liposomes had obvious magnetic targeting effect under guidance of additional magnetic field.Conclusion: HCPT magnetic liposomes showed particle size uniformity,stable dispersion,high encapsulation efficiency and good magnetic targeting,which prepared by oleic acid-modified Fe3O4 and film dispersion-ultrasonic method.
摘要:Objective:To optimize water extraction technology of Jingtongshu plaster.Method: With yield of lcariin and paeoniflorin as indexes,the content of these were determined by HPLC,orthogonal test was used to investigate factors,such as the amount of water,boiling time and extraction times,water extraction technology was optimized by comprehensive scoring method.Result: Optimum water extraction technology was that reflux extracted 3 times with 12 times the amount of water for 1.5 h each time.Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was scientific,stable and feasible,it could be used for industrial production of Jingtongshu plaster.
摘要:Objective:To optimize separation and purification technology of total saponins from Dioscorea bulbifera.Method: With the content of total saponins from D.bulbifera as index,which was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,optimum macroporous resin model was selected by dynamic adsorption-desorption method,then separation and purification technology of total saponins from D.bulbifera was optimized.Result: Optimum separation and purification technology conditions of total saponins by D-101 macroporous resin were as follows:the concentration of extraction liquid from D.bulbifera 0.2 g · mL-1,sample volume of 6 BV,flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1,washed impurity with 4 BV water,and then desorpted with 4 BV 30% ethano1,collected eluate.Under these technology conditions,yield of total saponins from D.bulbifera reached as high as 61.85%.Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and feasible,which could meet industrial requirements.
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction process of volatile oil from Artemisia rupestris by response surface methodology.Method: With yield of volatile oil as indicator,volatile oil was extracted by water distillation method,single factors test and response surface methodology were used to optimize extraction technology with crushed particle size of medicinal materials,the concentration of NaCl,material-liquid ratio and extraction time as affecting factors.Result: Optimal extraction technology conditions were as follows:crushed particle size of medicinal materials 40 mesh,the concentration of NaCl 9.9%,extracted 6.6 h with 14.5 times the amount of water.Under these conditions,yield of volatile oil from A.rupestris was 0.468%.Conclusion: Measured value was agreed with model predictions,which showed that optimized extraction process could be used for extraction of A.rupestris.

摘要:Objective:To ascertain optimum formation process of Taiqi Peiyuan granule.Method: Optimum excipients and their proportion of Taiqi Peiyuan granule were selected with forming ratio,moisture rate and angle of repose as indexes,critical relative humidity of finished products were determined according to 2010 edition ’Chinese Pharmacopoeia’.Result: Optimum composition of prescription was:extract-dextrin-Astragalus membranaceus powder 7∶2∶1,under this process,prepared granule had high forming ratio,low hygroscopicity,high dissolubility and good flowability.Conclusion: This optimized formation process was available for development and production of Taiqi Peiyuan granule.
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from Juming Jiangya prescription.Method: With yield of extract,the content of total flavonoids and buddleoside as indexes,the content of total flavonoids and buddleoside were determined by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC,respectively.extraction solvent,solvent dosage,soaking time,extraction time and extraction times were selected as investigating factors,extraction technology was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.Result: Optimized extraction conditions were:soaked 15 min with 80% ethanol,extracted 3 times with 8,6,6 times the amount of 80% ethanol,1.5 hours for each time.Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was rational,stable and could be used in large-scale production.
摘要:Objective:To investigate effect of the amount of accessories,processing time and temperature on main active components from Jiangxi Jianchangbang Cyperus rotundus.Method: With α-cyperone and total flavonoids as indexes,the content of α-cyperone was determined by HPLC,processing technology of Jiangxi Jianchangbang C.rotundus was optimized by uniform design test.Result: The smaller the dosage of salt and vinegar,the lower processing temperature and the shorter frying time,the higher the content of α-cyperone;The dosage of ginger and rice wine had no significant influence on the content of α-cyperone.The greater the dosage of salt and vinegar,the higher frying temperature,the higher the content of total flavonoids;Ginger,wine and processing time had no significant impact on the content of total flavonoids.Conclusion: The dosage of salt and vinegar,processing temperature and time had a certain influence on the content of α-cyperone and total flavonoids from Jianchangbang C.rotundus,both of them showed negative correlation,it suggested that evaluation of processing technology should be comprehensive consideration by combining with of pharmacodynamic index.
摘要:Objective:To investigate enrichment technology parameters of paeoniflorin from Paeonia suffruticosa by macroporous resin.Method: With paeoniflorin as index,which was determined by HPLC,model of macroporous resin was optimized by static and dynamic adsorption-desorption test,and to optimize its enrichment and purification technology conditions.Result: Optimal model of macroporous resin was AB-8 type,the mass concentration of sample liquid 0.125 g · mL-1,sample volume 2.25 BV,pH of sample liquid 4,adsorption flow rate 2 BV · h-1,washed impurity with 8 BV water,paeoniflorin was eluated with 14 BV 20% ethanol,desorption flow rate 4 BV · h-1.Under these conditions,elution rate of paeoniflorin was up to 90.40%.Conclusion: This optimized process could be well enrichment of paeoniflorin from P.suffruticosa,it could be promoted in industrial production.
摘要:Objective:To optimize microwave-assisted extraction process of oleanolic acid from Chaenomeles speciosa.Method: With yield of oleanolic acid as index,the concentration of ethanol,microwave power and particle size were selected as independent variables,effect of independent variables and their interaction on yield of oleanolic acid was analyzed by response surface methodology.The content of oleanolic acid was determined by HPLC.Result: Optimum extraction technology was:the concentration of ethanol 83%,microwave power 229 W,particle size 0.18 mm,under these conditions,yield of oleanolic acid was 6.33%,which agreed with theoretical predicted value of 6.46%.Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was simple and feasible,it had a certain reference value for optimization of extraction condition for oleanolic acid from C.speciosa.
摘要:Objective:To optimize microporosity osmotic pump tablet formulation of total alkaloids from Corydalis decumbens by central composite design-response surface methodology.Method: With dosage of NaCl,pore-forming agent content,coating weight gain as independent variables,the linear correlation coefficient(r) of cumulative release curve and drug cumulative release amount as dependent variables,prescription was optimized by Design Expert,and verified this optimized formulations.Result: Optimum formulation was as follows:the dosage of NaCl 34 mg,the mass fraction 99%,coating weight gain 4%;This optimized formulation showed zero-order release property.Conclusion: A formulation optimization model was successfully established by central composite design-response surface methodology,thereby prescription screening of microporosity osmotic pump tablet formulation of total alkaloids from C.decumbens was achieved.
摘要:Objective:To optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of total phenols from Pinus massoniana by response surface methodology.Method: With yield of total phenols as index,the concentration of ethanol,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature and solid-liquid ratio were investigated by single factor test,based on this,ultrasonic extraction technology of total phenols was optimized by response surface methodology.Result: Optimal extraction conditions were:ultrasonic extracted 24 min with 30 times the amount of 39% ethanol at 51 ℃,under these conditions,yield of total phenols reached 3.85 mg · g-1,which was agreed with model predictions.Conclusion: Ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology was simple,rapid,and efficient,response surface method could used well to optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total phenols from P.massoniana.
摘要:Objective: To develope an HPLC method for simultaneously determining benzoylmesaconitine,benzoylaconitine and benzoylhypaconitine in Fuzi Lizhong pills.Method: The Alltimate C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and Alltimate C18 guard column(7.5 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) were used;the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-40 mmol · L-1 ammonium acetate(adjusted by ammonia pH value at 10.00±0.5) by gradient elutiou;the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1;the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm with column temperature at 35℃.Result: The good linear range of benzoylmesaconitine,benzoylaconitine and benzoylhypaconitine was 0.212-1.272 μg(r=0.999 6),0.011 6-0.069 6 μg(r=0.999 7) and 1.035-6.210 μg(r=0.999 6),respectively,and their average recoveries were 97.59%,98.81% and 98.37%,also with RSD of 1.90%,2.00%,1.72%(n=6),from Henan Wanxi pharmaceutical Co,respectively.Their average recoveries were 98.18%,103.66% and 98.23%,also with RSD of 2.39%,1.77%,2.05%(n=6),from Anhui Dongzhitang pharmaceutical Co,respectively.The average recovery of benzoylmesaconitine was 100.17% with RSD of 2.29%(n=6),from Beijing Tongrentang pharmaceutical Co.The stability of benzoylmesaconitine,benzoylaconitine and benzoylhypaconitine was good during 8 h,respectively.Conclusion: The method is convenient,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Fuzi Lizhong pills.
摘要:Objective:To study the relationship between the quality of Aconiti Lateralis Radix and ecological factors,such as climate and soil.Method: Plant height and bio-yield of Radix Aconiti Lateralis cultivated at the three locations in Sichuan province,Jiangyou,Chengdu and Yaan were compared by multi-location trials,and the content of hypaconitine(HA) in materials was measured using HPLC method.Result: Content of HA from Jiangyou,Chengdu and Yaan is 1.099,1.087 and 0.755 mg · g-1,respectively.Yields of root are 65.288,59.028 and 48.190 kg·hm-2,respectively.Conclusion: Biological yield and content of hypaconitine are affected seriously by ecological factors.Especially,the sunshine hours,rainfall and pH of soil influence the Geo-herbalism of Aconiti Lateralis Radix.
摘要:Objective:A capillary gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of three irritant constituents(isopropyl isothiocyanate,methyl isothiocyanate,isobutyl isothiocyanate) in Cappers spinoza was developed.Method: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation.Butyl isothiocyanate was selected as the internal standard substance.The contents of three irritant components was analyzed by gas chromatography using a TM-FFAP capillary column and a flame ionization detector.The retention time of the peak was applied for qualitative analysis,and the internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Result: Three components were well separated in 46 min.There were good linear relationships between peak area ratio on the mass concentration and correlation coefficents above 0.999 1.The average recoveries for the added standards and the RSD were 85.9%-104% and 2.44%-3.12%,respectively.Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate for the irritation determination of volatile substances of C.Spinoza.

摘要:Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine the content of chlorogenic acid from Tibetan vegetables of Acanthopanax.Method: The analysis was carried out at 30 ℃ on a Kromasil C18 column eluted with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(A)-water with 0.2% phosphoric acid(B)(10∶90).The detective wavelength was at 324 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1.Result: The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was linear within the concentration ranges of 0.27-3.24 mg with r of 0.999 9(n=7).The average recovery was 100.31% with RSD of 0.95%(n=9).Refluent extracting 100 min with 70% methanol is the best way to acquire chlorogenic acid.The results of content of chlorogenic acid were as following: tender leave’s>elder leave’s;tender leave’s of A.leucorrhizus >A.setchuenensis >A.giraldii >A.sessiliforus.Tea made>dried with electrothermal oven under 40 ℃>shade-dried or equal to water-scalded with by boiling water in 2-5 min>dried in the sun>microwave-dried>>pickled or equal to that of frozen.Conclusion: This method was simple,accurate and repeatable.It was useful for the study of the quality control of TibetanVegetables of Acanthopanax.

摘要:Objective:To establish the chromatography fingerprint of Herba Euphorbiae hirtae by HPLC.Method: HPLC was used with quercetin gallic acid and myricitrin as control samples.The sample are separated on Platisil ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,gradient elution,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 at 25 ℃.The time of gradient elution is 60 min and the UV detection is set at 360 nm.Result: Twelve samples of E.hirta in different origin of Guangdong were detected and nine main marker peaks were selected in the standard fingerprint.The similarity of samples is all over 0.90.Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint can be used for identification of E.hirta as well as quality control.
摘要:Objective:To select the optimum microwave extracting conditions for polysaccharide.Method: Based on the design of the orthogonal experimental,the optimum extracting conditions for polysaccharide were optimized.The content of polysaccharide was detected by phenol-sulfuric acid,and the structure of polysaccharide was analyzed by infrared spectrum.Result: The results show that the optimum microwave extraction conditions are 390 W power,1∶20 liquid material ratio,6 min for 2 times.Under these operating conditions,the polysaccharide content is 14.82%,which is obviously higher than 10.26% obtained by the traditional method.Infrared analysis showed that the structure of polysaccharide from microwave extraction is basically the same as the traditional method.The microwave method is reasonable for the extraction total polysaccharide in the Sijunzi decoctin and it has the advantages of the high efficiency and save time.Conclusion: The microwave extraction can save time,and has higher efficiency than the traditional method.It was reasonable for total polysaccharides of Sijunzi decoctin.
摘要:Objective:To establish an UPLC-MS method for determination of Clenbuterol hydrochloride in Chinese patent medicines.Method: Ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem three quadrupole mass spectrometer was adopted,LC condition:A agela Venusil MP-C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,3 μm) column was used with the isocrstic elution of methanol and 0.2% methanoic acid at a flow rate 0.3 mL · min-1.MS condition: adopted electrospray ionization(ESI),and multiple reaction monitoring,The relative intensities of the detected qualitative ion pairs using for qualitative,integrating the signals of the detected quantitative ion pairs using for quantitative.Result: The clenbuterol hydrochloride had good linearity with correlation coefficient>0.999 8,ranging from 1.092-27.300 μg · L-1.The average recoveries were 97.26%.The limit of quantitation was 0.19 pg.Conclusion: This method is reliable qualitative and quantitative accuracy,simple and rapid,and can be used for proprietary Chinese medicines illegally added clenbuterol hydrochloride detection.
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of pseudoprodioscin in Dioscorea zingiberensis.Method:HPLC-ELSD was used in the quantitative analysis with Dikma C18 chromatography column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and acetonitrile-water(30∶70) as a mobile phase.The flow rate of mobile was 1.0 mL·min-1;the drifting tube temperature of the detecor was set at 60 ℃.The pressure of pure air was 4.5 kPa.Result: The linear range for pseudoprodioscin was 10-40 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.7%(RSD 1.6%,n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid,sentive,accurate,and can be regarded as the quality control method of D.zingiberensis.
摘要:Objective:A method was studied for the analysis of Hg in Baochisan by using ICP-MS.Method: Hg in Baochisan was analyzed by using ICP-MS.The samples were digested by microwave.Bi was selected as internal standard,and instructment parameters were adjusted to optimum working conditions.The reagent blank,standard series and sample solutions were added to equipment and detected.The accuracy was estimated by precision and recovery.Result: The linear range of Hg was 0.25-25 μg · L-1.The average recovery was 99.62% and RSD 1.12%,And determination result of the Hg in Baochisan was 0.201,0.207,0.203 mg · g-1 respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple and fast with low detection limit and high accuracy,can be used to protect quality control of Baochisan.
摘要:Objective:To establish GC-MS fingerprint of Wujia Shenghua capsule.Method: Chromatographic conditions: HP-5MS quartz capillary column(0.25 μm×0.25 mm×30 m);temperature program carrier gas(He),velocity 1.0 mL · min-1,the injection volume 1 μL;split ratio 1 ∶ 20.MS conditions: electron impact(EI) ion source,transmission line temperature 280 ℃,ion source temperature 230 ℃,quadrupole temperature 150 ℃ mass scan range m/z 30-600.And the results were contrasted with Chemstation and Nist 05a.Result: Seven peaks were found in the GC-MS specific chromatogram of volatile oil from Wujia Shenghua capsule,and six main common peaks were appraised.The operating standard of Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Chinese Materia Medica(Version 2004 A) was used to calculate.Similarity of 11 batches of Wujia Shenghua capsule decoction samples was higher than 0.90.Conclusion: The fingerprinting could be used as a method of quality control and provide evidence for the research of effective components of Wujia Shenghua capsule.
摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determining 6 amino acids in Lujiao Buxue keli.Method: The sample was derived with phenyl isothiocyanate(PITC).Amino acids were separated on Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) column at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1,detected at 254 nm.Result: L-Glu had good linearity in the range of 0.169-1.014 μg(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 101.43%,RSD was 3.20%;L-Hyp had good linearity in the range of 0.178-1.068 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 101.23%,RSD was 3.25%;Gly had good linearity in the range of 0.381-2.286 μg(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 102.87%,RSD was 2.32%;L-Ala had good linearity in the range of 0.162-0.972 μg(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 102.37%,RSD was 3.36%;L-Arg had good linearity in the ranges of 0.118-0.708 μg(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 102.73%,RSD was 2.41%;L-Pro had good linearity in the range of 0.253-1.518 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.69%,RSD was 2.34%. Conclusion: The method is reliable,which is helpful for the determination of amino acids in Lujiao Buxue keli.

摘要:Objective:To establish capillary electrophoresis fingerprints(CEFPs) of Tianwang Buxin Wan(TWBXW).Method: Square optimization method was used to choose the background electrolyte(BGE) and index of chromatographic fingerprint(F) was applied to optimize the CEFPs conditions.The CEFPs were obtained by using a 75 cm×75 μm I.D.(the effective length of 63 cm) uncoated fused silica capillary with 50 mmol · L-1 sodium borate-50 mmol · L-1 disodium hydrogen phosphate(3∶5) as the BGE.The running voltage was 15 kV while the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.The 12 batches of TWBXW were identified by hierachical cluster analysis,and the referential capillary electrophoresis fingerprint(RCEFP) was synthesized from 11 batches of TWBXW according to the results of classification.Taking the RCEFP for the qualified model,the whole 12 batches of TWBXW were evaluated by systematic quantified fingerprint method(SQFM).Result: Fourteen co-possessing peaks were selected as the CEFPs peaks when taking ferulic acid peak as the referential peak,and the identification results obtained by SQFM indicated that the quality of S2,S6,S7,S10 and S11 were better,S4 and S8 were good,S5 and S9 were moderate,S1 and S3 were common and S12 was defective.Conclusion: The results show that the method established is with good precision and reproducibility,which can be served as a novel reference for the quality control of TWBXW.
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Yupingfeng soft capsules.Method: HPLC-ELSD method was used in the quantitative analysis using a Shim Pack CLC ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(35∶65),ELSD evaporator tube temperature was 83 ℃,and pressure of carrier-gas(N2) was 2.0 bar.Result: The calibration curve was good linear relationship in the range of 1.026 5-8.212 0 μg for astragaloside IV(r=0.999 9,n=5).The average recovery was 97.31% and RSD was 2.30%.Conclusion: This method was accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Yupingfeng soft capsules.

摘要:Objective:To establish specific chromatogram of compound Jinyinhua granule by using HPLC for quality evalution and to determin the conten of chlorogenic acid,baicaliin and forsythin in compound Jinyinhua granule.Method: The analysis was performed on a Phenomenex C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,4 μm)with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1,and at a column temperature of 35 ℃.The detection wavelength was at 228 nm.Recorded time was 80 min.Result: The specific chromatogram of compound Jinyinhua granule was established and 13 common peaks were indicated.Through reference substances,3 common peak were identified.The relative standard deviations for re1ative retention times and relative peak areas were less than 4% in the precision and repeated test.Base line resolution was achieved.The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid,baicaliin and forsythin were 0.11-5.57 μg(r=0.999 9),0.05-2.66 μg(r=1),0.01-0.52 μg(r=1),respectively.The average recoveries were 98.9%,100.3%,99.2%,respective1y.Conclusion: The method is accurate,feasible and reliable,which can be used for the quality of compound Jinyinhua granule.
摘要:Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Vatica mangachapoi.Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatographic method with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,and other separation methods.Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Result: Ten compounds were isolated and elucidated as dimethyl 3-carboxyl-3-hydroxypentanedioate(1),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(2),trimethyl citrate(3),citric acid(4),chlorogenic acid(5),epicatechin(6),rutin(7),bergeninum(8),β-sitosterol(9) and daucosterol(10),respectively.Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from the fruits of V.mangachapoi for the first time.
摘要:Objective:To develop RP-HPLC method for the quantitative determination of two chromones in Fangfeng Tongsheng Wan.Method:The determination was performed on a kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(24 ∶ 12 ∶ 64) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.Result:The calibration curves of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4′-O-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol were linear in the ranges of 0.012 5-0.250 μg and 0.010 8-0.216 μg(r > 0.999 9),respectively.The average recoveries were over 96.75% with RSD lower 1.65 %.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and suitable for simultaneously determination of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4′-O-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol,and can be used for quality control of Fangfeng Tongsheng Wan.
摘要:Objective:To determine costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Aucklandiae Radix produced in different areas and time by HPLC.Method: HPLC method was set up,column was Venusil XBP C18,the mobile phase was methmol-water(65∶ 35),with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 225 nm,column temperature was at 30℃.Result: Costunolide was linear within the range of 0.2-3.0 μg,the correlation coefficient r=0.999 7;the average recovery was 99.27%.Dehydrocostuslactone was linear within the range of 0.2-3.0 μg,the correlation coefficient r=0.999 8;the average recovery was 99.46%.Conclusion: Aucklandiae Radix harvested in September to December complies with pharmacopoeial standards,the quality of medicinal materials produced in Yunnan province in October was the best.
摘要:Objective: To establish and optimize ISSR-PCR reaction system for Taraxacum mongolicum.Method: Based on the analysis of orthogonal design test,an orthogonal design was used to optimize the ISSR-PCR amplification system on T.mongolicum by three factors(Taq polymerase Mix,DNA template and primer) at two concentration levels,respectively.PCR program was optimized by single factor experiments.Result: The suitable PCR reaction system contained 15 μL Taq polymerase MIX(1.25 U Taq DNA polymerase,1.8 mmol·L-1 Mg2+,dNTPs 0.24 mmol·L-1),0.3 μmol·L-1 primer and 5 ng template DNA in total 25 μL reaction solution.On this basis,16 primers were screened with stable amplification and rich polymorphism from 50 ISSR primers.The optimal annealing temperature for ISSR-PCR reaction was proposed by gradient PCR.Conclusion: It is a way to establisd the ISSR-PCR system for orthogonal design combining with single factor test.This optimized ISSR reaction system would provide the basis for the genetic analysis of T.mongolicum.
摘要:Objective:To investigate chemical constituents and antioxidant activities of Lindera aggregata.Method: Silica gel chromatography,D-101 macroporous resin and sephadex LH-20 were used for separation.Spectroscopic techniques were used for structure identification of compounds.1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhdrazyl radical(DPPH) method was used for antioxidant activities bioassay of seven compounds.Result: Twelve compounds were obtained and determined to be hernangerine(1),syringgaresinol(2),vanilin(3),α-cadinol(4),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(5),β-sistosterol linoleate(6),epicatechin(7),boldine(8),norboldine(9),norboldine acetate(10),daucosterol(11) and β-sitosterol(12).The antioxidant activities of compounds 1,2,3,4,7,9 and 10 were evaluated through DPPH assay.Conclusion: Compounds 1-6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.Compounds 2 and 7 exhibited moderate antioxidant activities.
摘要:Objective:To assay antibacterial activity and fat-soluble compositions of Rhodiola dumulosa.Method: The fat-soluble components of R.dumulosa produced in Taibai mountain in Shanxi province were extracted by Soxhlet extraction.The category and content of fat-soluble components were identified and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) after methyl esterification treatment.The antibacterial activity of fat-soluble components was assayed in vitro.Result: Total 3 kinds of fraction were identified from the fat-soluble components from R.dumulosa.: the non-polarity compounds,weak polarity compounds and polarity compounds.Total 20 kinds of compositions were identified from the non-polarity compounds.Total 17 kinds of compositions were identified from the weak-polarity compounds.Total 12 kinds of compositions were identified from the polarity compounds.The result of antibacterial activity of the fat-soluble component in vitro showed that Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtillis and Candida albicans have a better antibacterial activity.Conclusion: It was shown that there were some impotent fat-soluble components in R.dumulosa which have potential value in food nutrition and health care.At the same time,the fat-soluble components have better antibacterial activity.
摘要:Objective:To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the volatile constituents of Lasiosphaera fenzlii.Method: The volatile oil was extracted from L.fenzlii by team distillation.The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.Result: Eighty nine compounds were separated and forty nine of them were identified,which accounted for 70.713% of all the volatile oil.The major components were acenaphthylene(16.836%),ar-curcumene(7.800%),caryophyllene oxide(5.448%),beta-tumerone(2.814%),beta-cadinene(2.771%).Conclusion:This paper reported,for the first time,the composition of volatile oils of L.fenzlii by GC-MS.
摘要:Objective:Analysis of chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of Elytranthe albida.Method:The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation(SD) and then the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.Result: Seventy-six compounds were isolated and 46 compounds were identified that composed about 84.73% of the total essential oils.Conclusion: It’s the first study of leaves of E.albida in this paper,and provided scientific evidence for further exploiting.
摘要:Objective:To study the antioxidant activity of Cuminum cyminum from Xinjiang.Method: Antioxidant activities of the samples were determined by three different test systems,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical(DPPH),2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid(ABTS) and reducing power assay and the contents of total phenolics and total flavonoids were also tested.Result: Samples showed different antioxidant ability,the antioxidant of methanol and ethyl acetate extract were significantly stronger than the others;the contents of total phenolic and flavonoids of extracts had obvious difference.Conclusion: The results showed that their antioxidant activities have significant discrepancy,having close relations with extraction solvent and activity assay methods.It is extremely important to point out that;there is a positive correlation between antioxidant activity potential and amount of phenolic and flavonoids compounds of the extracts.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the chemical compositions from Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum fruits.Method: The chemical structures of products were identified by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction(GC-MS),combined with NIST database queries.Result: By GC-MS,24 compounds can be identified,the content of ethyl palmitate is the highest up to 28.26%,and 4-methyl-1-(1,5-dimethyl)-benzene is 10.22%,methyl hexadecanoate is 8.09% and camphene is 7.26%.Conclusion: The extraction of essential oil from Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum fruits by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction(SFE-CO2) is satisfactory.

摘要:Objective:To observe uptake process of shikonin(SKN) in Caco-2 cell.Method: The concentration of SKN in cells was detected by HPLC and the mechanism of SKN absorption in cells was explored by studying the influencing of time,pH,drug concentration and inhibitors on the uptake of SKN in cells.Result: SKN in Caco-2 cells uptake was time-dependent;SKN at 0.2-3.2 mg · L-1 concentration range of uptake increased linearly,which was consistent with passive diffusion process.The drug intake amount(0.350±0.004)mg · g-1 under pH 8.0 was significantly lower than pH 5.0(0.450±0.008)mg · g-1,(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,SKN cell uptake was significantly higher after addition of verapamil[(0.320±0.007)mg · g-1,P<0.01],sodium azide [(0.340±0.003)mg · g-1,P<0.05]and 2,4-dinitrophenol[(0.260±0.007)mg ·g-1,P<0.01].Conclusion: The mechanism of SKN absorption in cells mainly is passive transport and P-glycoproteins does not participate in the conveying process of SKN in Caco-2 cells.
摘要:Objective:To establish a rapid and accurate method with omeprazole(OPZ) as a ’probe drug’ in order to evaluate or determine the activity of cytochrome(CYP2C19) by the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-UV detection(VWD).Method: The analytical column was used in accordance with Agilent Extend-C18 column(4.6 mm ×100 mm,5 μm),flow rate at 1.0 mL · min-1,UV detection at 290 nm,and column temperature at 40 ℃.In vivo study: 20 mg · kg-1 of OPZ was given to the rats via the tail vein.Blood samples were collected at designed time points post dose and plasma samples were obtained.OPZ and 5′-hydroxy omeprazole(5′-OHOPZ) were determined by an HPLC method.In vitro study:After incubation,the formation rate of 5′-OHOPZ was used to evaluate the function of CYP2C19.Result: In vivo: the internal standard,OPZ and 5′-OHOPZ retention times were 8.91,10.26,14.93 min.The linear range of OPZ was 0.28-18.0 mg · L-1,and the lower limit of quantitation(LLOQ) was 0.28 mg · L-1.Extraction recovery at low,medium and high concentrations were 91.13%,97.21% and 96.55%,respectively.The intra-and inter-day relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 10%.The linear range of 5′-OHOPZ was 0.19-6.25 mg · L-1,and the lower limit of quantitation(LLOQ) was 0.19 mg · L-1.Extraction recovery at low,medium and high concentrations were 94.36%,97.57% and 90.64%,respectively.The intra-and inter-day relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 10%.In vitro: The internal standard,OPZ and 5′-OHOPZ retention times were 8.91,10.26,14.93 min.The linear range of 5′-OHOPZ was 0.06-2.0 mg · L-1,and the lower limit of quantitation(LLOQ) was 0.06 mg · L-1.Extraction recovery at low,medium and high concentrations were 96.53%,99.40% and 98.00%,respectively.The intra-and inter-day relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 10%.Conclusion: Other endogenous substances in the plasma and incubation system do not interfere with the determination.The method is rapid,stable and highly sensitive.It is suitable for determination of OPZ and its metabolites 5′-OHOPZ and can be used for in vivo and in vitro determination of CYP2C19 activity and research of enzyme kinetics.
摘要:Objective:To study the influence of Daotan decoction on the expression of intercellular adhesion molecular-1(ICAM-1) and p21 in carotid atherosclerosis rabbits.Method: Twenty-five male rabbits were divided into control group,model group and Daotan decoction group.Control group was treated with basic diet;model group and Daotan decoction group were treated with both high-fat diet and carotid artery intima air drying operation.Daotan decoction group was treated with Daotan decoction,at dose of 10,8,6 mg · kg-1,for 4 weeks.Then the right carotid was cut and fixed.The expression of ICAM-1 and p21 was assayed by immunohistochemistry and pathological staining.Result: Compared with control group(ICAM-1:0.037±0.005,p21:0.078±0.016),the expression of ICAM-1(0.200±0.035) and p21(0.297±0.097) in model group was significantly increased(P<0.01).And compared with model group,Daotan decoction could significantly restrain ICAM-1(low dose group: 0.166±0.043,medium dose group: 0.104±0.011,high dose group: 0.098±0.010) and p21(medium dose group: 0.173±0.021,high dose group: 0.128±0.026) expression(P<0.05).Also,there was significant positive relationship between the expression of ICAM-1 and p21(r=0.772,P<0.01).Conclusion: Daotan decoction could restrain ICAM-1 and p21 expression in carotid atherosclerosis rabbits.
摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of Huayu Qutan recipe and its separated recipes on cholesterol metabolism-related genes in HepG2 cells.Method: SD rats were equally divided into five groups in random: the control,Huayu Qutan recipes,Buqi recipes,Huayu recipes and Qutan recipes groups.They were gastric perfused daily with normal saline and recipes for 8 d,respectively.Blood sample was collected from abdominal aorta at 2 h after ending administration on the 9th day,and the serum was separated for testing.The cultured HepG2 cells were divided into six groups randomly: the normal serum control,oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) stimulating,Huayu Qutan recipes,Buqi recipes,Huayu recipes and Qutan recipe groups.Then cell viability of HepG2 was detected by MTT method.The levels of total cholesterol in HepG2 cells were measured by a method of enzymatic reagents.RT-PCR was used to test the changes of expression of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase(HMGCR),scavenger receptor class B type I(SR-BⅠ)and cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase(CYP7A1) genes.Result: After stimulating by 50 mg · L-1 ox-LDL,HMGCR mRNA level was obviously decreased while SR-BⅠand CYP7A1 mRNA levels were obviously increased in HepG2 cell(all P<0.01).Compared with the ox-LDL stimulating group,the expression of HMGCR mRNA was significantly decreased while SR-BⅠand CYP7A1 mRNA significantly increased in the Huayu Qutan recipe group and Qutan recipe group.Conclusion: Huayu Qutan recipe and Qutan recipe can reduce the levels of total cholesterol in HepG2 cell.The change of cholesterol metabolism-related genes expression may be one of the mechanisms against AS.
摘要:Objective:To discusses the development of the follicle stimulating mechanism by observing Yangjing Zhongyu decoction reducing insulin resistance induced by excess androgen in follicle.Method: ①Follicles from porcine ovary were isolated and cultured in vitro.The follicles were induced by excess androgen for 48 h.Then the follicle glucose intake and glucose content were measured in culture solution.②The protein expression of insulin receptor substrate-1(IRS-1) and glucose transporter 4(GLUT4)and glucose content were detect in culture solution of each group.Result: After being treated by excess androgen for 48 h,follicle glucose intake was decreased about 39.56%(P<0.01),the glucose content in culture solution was increased for about 29.08%(P<0.01).The levels of IRS-1 and GLUT4 protein expression was decreased about 74% and 94.56% in follicles induced by excess androgen(P<0.01,P<0.01).However,the protein expression of IRS-1 and GlUT4 was increased 2 times and 5 times(P<0.01),the glucose content in culture solution was decreased for about 33.6%(P<0.001)after treated with Yangjing Zhongyu decoction.Conclusion: The mechanism of excess androgen can induce in sulin resistance and Yangjing Zhongyu decoction reduce insulin resistance in follicle which may be related to the levels of IRS-1 and GLUT4 protein expression.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Jingqianshu granule on distribution and expression of estrogen receptor(ER) α and ERβ in the hypothalamus of premenstrual syndrome model rats with liver-qi stagnation,and to find out the corresponding effect targets and mechanisms of Jingqianshu granule.Method: Thirty female SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: the normal group,the model group,and the medication group.The premenstrual syndrome(PMS) model rats with Liver-qi stagnation were induced by bondage stimulation.Jingqianshu granule was given to rats in the medication group at the dose of 10 g · kg-1 by gastrogavage while equal volume of sterilized water was given to modeling.rats in the model group and the normal group,once daily.The protein distribution and integrated optical density(A) in ventromedial hypothalamic area(VMH) of rats in the three groups were detected by using immunohistochemistry ABC methods.HPLC method was used to detect 5-HT level in hypothalamus.Result: IHC demonstrated that there were no noticeable differences in the distribution of ERα,ERβ in VMH of hypothalamus in three groups.The IA of ERα,ERβ in model group which were 163 605±27 284 and 147 318±24 924 increased markedly compared with the normal group(130 156±32 579,105 430±28 641)(P<0.05,P<0.01).The IA of ERα and ERβ of medication group which were 122 0120±21 287 and 77 482±31 112 decreased markedly compared with model group(all P<0.01).The 5-HT level(454.51±65.18) μg · L-1 in hypothalamus of model group were noticeable increased compared with the normal group(144.47±42.20)μg · L-1(P<0.01),and the 5-HT level(234.11±14.38)μg · L-1 of medication group decreased markedly compared with model group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The high expressions of the ERα and ERβ protein in VMH may have close relationship with liver-qi stagnation,and probably is one of the centre pathogenesis of PMS with liver-qi stagnation.The Jingqianshu granule can correct the high expression of ERα and ERβ protein of model rats in VMH,which may be one of the mechanism and effect target for Jingqianshu granule.

摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effects and mechanism of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids(GLT) in Alzheimer disease model animal.Method: After Morris water maze,60 natural aging rats(24 month) qualified and screened were randomly divided into 6 groups(n=10),model group(NS 10 mL · kg-1),GLT low dose group(0.25 g · kg-1),GLT middle dose group(0.5 g · kg-1),GLT high dose group(1.0 g · kg-1),positive group[Jiannao Jiaonang(JNJN) 0.38 g·kg-1] and solvent group(oil 10 mL · kg-1),while 10 young rats(5 month) were selected as a control group.Then the intragastric administration was used.After being treated with GLT for 60 days,the learning and memory function were tested by Morris water maze,the activity of total acetylcholinesterase(AChE),choline acetyl transferase(ChAT) in brain were examined by chemistry detecting kits.Result: The model animals showed worse ability in learning and memory compared with the control.The activity of AChE increased,while the activity of ChAT decreased in model animals compared with the control.GLT significantly improved the changes mentioned above(P<0.05).Conclusion: GLT can improve the learning and memory dysfunction in aging model rats by increasing ACh content in brain.

摘要:Objective:To investigate protective effect of solid preparation of Xingnaojing(XNJ) in middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model in rats,and explore related mechanism.Method: Cerebral middle artery was occluded with nylon suture to establish permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion(pMCAO) model.Rats with occlusion were randomly divided into model group,XNJ 12,25,50 mg · kg-1 groups,and Butylphthalide(NBP) 70 mg · kg-1 group,which were ig administered for 12 days,taking rats underwent same procedure except artery occlusion as the sham group.At day of 3,6,9,12,14 from the occlusion,four different neurological tests were applied to all animals: neurological defects score,beam-walking test,tape-removal test,and pulling-force test,with regard to detection of sensorimotor defects,motor coordination defects,and strength of forelimbs.At the 14th day,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in ischemic cerebral tissues were measured after neurological tests.Result: Compared with the sham group,there were obvious neurological defects in pMCAO model rats.At the 3rd day after occlusion,score of beam-walking test in the model group reduced by 65%(P<0.01),time for tape-removing increased 13.9 times(P<0.01),as well as strength of forelimbs reduced to 39.7%(P<0.01).From 6th day to 14th day after occlusion,compared with the model group,in the 12,25,50 mg · kg-1 dose-groups of XNJ,neurological defects scores reduced(P<0.05,P<0.01),scores for beam-walking test improved(P<0.05,P<0.01),time for tape-removing shortened(P<0.05,P<0.01),strength of forelimbs increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).In addition,content of MDA in the ischemic brain tissue of all dose-groups of XNJ significantly reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion: Solid preparation of XNJ has protective effect on permanent cerebral ischemia model in rats.In early convalescence after pMCAO,it is able to improve recovery of neurological defects in rat,which might relate to its inhibition on generation of MDA to alleviate oxidative stress.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the morphologic influence of compound Qinglongyi capsules on apoptosis as well as to preliminarily study the basis for its growth inhibitory effect on human gastric cancer cell.Method: Preprocessing human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 for 48 hours by setting 3 different drug concentration gradients 2.0×10-3,1.0×10-3,0.5×10-3 g·L-1 observing its effect on ultrastructure of SGC-7901 cell by transmission electron microscope;observing its effect on apoptosis of SGC-7901 cell by fluorescence microscope.Result: After dealing with human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 with compound Qinglongyi capsules of different concentration for 48 hours,the result of transmission electron microscope showed that the drughad effect on the ultrastructure of SGC-7901 cell and indicated that it can induce apoptosis.The result of fluorescence microscope showed that with the increase of the dose,the apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells gradually increased in proportion after having been stained with Hoechest 33258 staining solution.Conclusion: Compound Qinglongyi capsule has obvious growth inhibitory effect on human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901,and it is probably able to induce apoptosis of cancer cells.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the depressant effect of Astragali injection on insulin resistance and oxidative stress in rats treated by high-fructose diet.Method: SD rats were randomly divided into model group,Astragali injection high,low dose(5,2.5 g · kg-1,equivalent to the amount of crude drug,ip) groups,rosiglitazone(3 mg · kg-1,ig) group after fed with high-fructose forage for 4 weeks and were given high-fructose forage for another 4 weeks.The rats in the normal group were given ordinary forage.The body weight,fasting blood glucose,plasma insulin,insulin sensitivity index,oxidative stress indicators were determined.Result: There was no significant difference between model group’s body weight and normal group’s body weight;the fasting blood glucose,plasma insulin levels,insulin resistance index,(MDA) content were markedly higher than normal group(P<0.05);catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities were significantly lower than those in normal group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the fasting blood glucose,plasma insulin levels,insulin resistance index,malonaldehyde MDA content decreased,while CAT,SOD,GSH-Px activities increased in the Astragali injection groups and rosiglitazone group.There was significant difference between high dose group and model group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Astragali injection can release insulin resistance and oxidative stress induced by high-fructose diet.
摘要:Objective:To investigate different doses of ’Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparatat’ in regulating ventricular remodeling,neuroendocrine,hemodynamic in chronic heart failure(CHF) rats.Method: A rat model of CHF was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery way,ninety Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly assigned into sham-operation group,model group,captopril-control group,decoction of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata low(4.5 g · kg-1),high(9 g · kg-1) dose group,drug intervention was started on 28th day after operation,corresponding drugs was given to each treatment group by gavage for 4 weeks.Meanwhile,the same volume of physiological saline was given to the model group and the sham-operation group by gavage once a day for 4 weeks.The hemodynamic,neuroendocrine,ventricular remodeling data were detect by normal way.Result: Fifty rats were survived after operation and observation of hemodynamic data,left ventricular remodeling and angiotension II in high dose group were greatly deteriorated than model group,captopril group and low dose group(P<0.05).Data of hemodynamic were significantly decreased in high dose group(P<0.05).Angiotension II in captopril and low dose group were lower than model group(P<0.05).Conclusion: High dose usage of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata may harm hemodynamic,neuoendocrine and ventricular remodeling of CHF rats.Like captpril,low dose usage of ’prepared aconite root’ can moderate neuroendocrine of CHF rats.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Fufang Tufuling granules on serum level of uric acid(UA),urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),and the level of interleukin 1β(IL-1β),interleukin 6(IL-6) in mouse kidney homogenate.Method: Animal model was made by Adenine(100 mg · kg-1) and uricase(1 g · kg-1).The animals were divided into normal group,model group,positive drug Benzbromarone 20 mg ·kg-1 group,Fufang Tufuling granules high dose group,Fufang Tufuling granules middle dose group,Fufang Tufuling granules low dose group(6,3,1.5 g · kg-1).At the 21th day,blood was collected,then the serum level of UA,BUN,CR,and the IL-1β,IL-6 in Kidney homogenate were measured.Result: The serum level of UA[(110.22±28.07),(128.10±54.79),(144.10±51.73) μmol · L-1],BUN[(25.15±3.17,(29.65±2.17),(35.01±3.63) mmol · L-1],Cr [(39.11±8.55),(60.90±21.29),(87.50±16.18) μmol · L-1],and the level of IL-1β[(3.13±0.53),(4.26±1.44),(5.10±1.86) μg · L-1],IL-6[(14.90±4.93),(22.87±6.71),(35.83±22.19) μg · L-1]in kidney homogenate in Fufang Tufuling granules high,middle and low dose group was lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).The effects of high and medium dose group were similar to Benzbromarone group.Conclusion: The Fufang Tufuling granules can prevent and cure experimental hyperuricemia and hyperuricemic renal impairment.The mechanism might be related to inhibiting the expressions of IL-1β and IL-6.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of the early intervention with Didang Tang on the expressionlevels of macrophage colony-stimulating factor(M-CSF),macrophage inflammatory protein-1a(Mip-1a) and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) associated with macrophages in the experimental type 2 diabetic rats with the macrovascular lesions.Method: The experimental diabetic in rats was induced by using high fat diet and streptozotocin,then early,middle and late intenventions of Didang Tang(3.24 g · kg-1,ig) were applied to the rats.The mRNA expression of M-CSF and Mip-1a was detected by using Real-time PCR method,and the protein expression of MMP-9 was measured by using Western blot method in the aorta.Result: Compared with model group,the mRNA expression of M-CSF in the aorta were lower in the early Didang Tang group and rosiglitazone group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the mRNA expression of Mip-1a in the aorta was lower in the early Didang Tang group,rosiglitazone group and simvastatin group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the protein expression of MMP-9 in the aorta was lower in the early Didang Tang group,the middle Didang Tang group and rosiglitagone group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The mRNA expression of M-CSF and Mip-1a and the protein expression of MMP-9 in the aorta of the experimental type 2 diabetic rats reduced after early intervened with Didang Tang.The early intervention with Didang Tang could regulate the role of macrophages in the formation and stability of atherosclerotic plaque,and delay the development of diabetic macroangiopathy.
摘要:Objective:To investigate pharmacological effect of Cuscutae Semen by external use on experimental vitiligo in guinea pigs,and to provide the reference basis for the 〈Chinese Pharmacopeia〉(ChP).Method: The vitiligo model was produced by chemical decoloration method.The Cuscutae Semen preparation was externally applied to the guinea pig skin(1.86,0.93,0.49 g · kg-1) for 40 days.Melanin distribution in skin and tyrosinase(TYR),cholinesterase(CHE) and monoamine oxidase(MAO) in blood were determined.Result: The Cuscutae Semen showed good effects.Compared with the model group,it increased the skin melanin generation.Compared with the models,the Cuscutae Semen of 1.86 g · kg-1 groups had significant difference(P<0.01),the Cuscutae Semen of 0.93 g · kg-1 group also showed difference(P<0.05).For TYR,compared with the models(16.43±3.50) ng · mL-1,1.86 g · kg-1 and 0.93 g · kg-1 groups of Cuscutae Semen showed significantly difference(30.57±3.39) ng · mL-1 and(24.33±1.89) ng · mL-1 respectively(P<0.01).Compared with the models,the Cuscutae Semen of 1.86 g · kg-1 group increased the activity of CHE [(94.20±6.73) U · mL-1],(P<0.01) and reduced the activity of MAO [(36.42±3.99) U · mL-1(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Cuscutae Semen by external use shows good effects on vitiligo in guinea pigs.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Huangliang Jiedu decoction and its ingredients berberine,baicalin,palmatine,geniposide on the proliferation of neurocytes injured by H2O2 and glutamic acid(Glu).Method: H2O2 and Glu were respectively used to induce the injured models of SH-SY5Y and Neuro-2a cell lines.The screening concentration of Huangliang Jiedu decoction,berberine,baicalin,palmatine,geniposide were 7.812 5,15.625,31.25,62.5,125,250,500 mg · L-1 respectively.MTT analysis was employed to evaluated the proliferation effect of cells after the injury.Result: Huangliang Jiedu decoction enhanced the proliferation of SH-SY5Y cell line.Geniposide in a reasonable concentration promoted the proliferation of SH-SY5Y and Neuro-2a cell lines.It also had the protective effects on SH-SY5Y cell line which were damaged by H2O2 and Glu.In addition,geniposide increased the proliferation of Neuro-2a cell line injured by H2O2.Conclusion: Geniposide might be the active ingredient of Huangliang Jiedu decoction to protect the injuried neurocyte.
摘要:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Zenye Bujin decoction on the mice model of Sjgren’s syndrome.Method: BALB/c rats were divided into normal group,model group,Zengye Bujin decoction low dose group,Zengye Bujin decoction middle dose group,Zengye Bujin decoction high dose group,anethol trithione group.In addition to normal group,other five groups were induced by immune inducement method(injection of pertussis vaccine,complete Freund’s adjuvant and mice glandula angularis antigen).Then the normal group and model groupwere given normal saline gavage,Zengye Bujin decoction low dose(6.8 g ·kg-1),middle dose(12.6 g · kg-1),high dose(27.3 g · kg-1)were given treatment groups,and anethol trithione(1.25 g ·kg-1) was given anethol trithione group.After first immune,at 3th and 7th day emulsifier antigens was use to reinforce immune,the same dose as the first,sc on back.The changes of wight food and water intakes were observe every two days,saliva flow rate.Thymus gland index,spleen gland index,submaxillary gland index and pathological changes of submaxillary were also observed.Result: After the experiment,pathological changes were similar to the salivary gland in human SS were found.Compared with normal group,the weight and saliva flow rate of modle group decreased(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the high dosage group of Zenye Bujin decoction could increase body weight,submaxillary gland index and saliva flow rate,reduce thymus gland index,and relieve the pathological changes(P<0.01).Conclusion: Zenye Bujin decoction may play a therapeutic role by inhibiting the submandibular gland atrophy,lymphocyte infiltration of the pathological process
摘要:Objective:The influences of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex on stomach dynamic and ulcer in ratsbefore and after its diaphoretic processing were investigated.Method: The gastric motility disorder in SD rats was established by injecting L-Arg intraperitoneally for five days,then the rats were given the extract of Magnoliae(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex 10 g · kg-1) by intragastric administration,the extract of diaphoretic Magnoliae(diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex 10 g · kg-1) was gived by intragastric administration,cisapride(0.004 g · kg-1) by intraperitoneal injection,respectively,gastric residual rate was determined,then improving effect by Magnolia Officinalis Cortex before and after its diaphoretic processing was observed.Kunming mice were given 0.35 mL 0.6 mol · L-1 hydrochloric acid by ig,HCI-induced gastric ulcer was established.mice were given 10 g · kg-1 indomethacin by ip and 0.15 mL 50% ethanol by ig,indomethacin-ethanol-ulcer was established,and antiulcer effect between pre-and post treatment of diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex was observed by giving the extract of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex 10 g · kg-1),the extract of diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex 10 g · kg-1),0.04 g·kg-1 ranitidine hydrochloride for continuous 3 d.Result: Gastrointestinal motility in rats injected by L-Arg intraperitoneally was slowed down,plasma motilin was reduced.The extract of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,the extract of diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex could effectively inhibit the decrease in Gastrointestinal motility(P<0.05) and plasma motilin(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex group and the Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex group,and the diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex groupand the group cisapride(P<0.05).Gastric residual rate in the extract of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortexand the extract of diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex group,cisapride was(70.2±14.1)%,(61.5±12.8)%,(71.3±12.4)% respectively;plasma motilin was(84.8±11.6),(92.9±11.7),(85.4±12.1)nmol · L-1.Both Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex could reduce the index of HCl-ulcer and indomethacin-ethanol-ulcer(P<0.01),and the index of HCl-ulcer and indomethacin-ethanol-ulcer of diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex was smaller to that of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(P<0.01).The index of HCl-ulcer in the extract of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,the extract of diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and ranitidine hydrochloride groups was(36.8±10.4),(29.5±8.2),(17.5±10.1)mm respectively;indomethacin-ethanol-ulcer were(45.4±11.7),(33.8±11.0),(20.3±4.9)mm.Conclusion: Diaphoretic Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex is better than Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex on improving the gastric motility disorder and antiulcer effect,so processing technology of diaphoretic Magnolia Officinalis Cortex is necessary.
摘要:Objective:To investigate effects of Juncus setchuensis decoction on the fasting blood glucose(FBG)and the fasting insulin levels(FINS) in rats.Method: The type 2 diabetes models in rats were made by fedding high lipids foods for one month together with injecting the streptozotocin(STZ)of small dose one time.The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group,model group,metformin group(0.15 mg ·kg-1 · d-1),Low,medium,and high dose groups of J.setchuensis decoction(2.5,5,10 g · kg-1 · d-1).The contents of fasting blood glucose(FBG),oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) and fasting insulin(FINS) were determined.Result: FBG of diabetic rats which were fed with J.setchuensis decoction of medium and high dose respectively were(14.30±3.04),(13.25±3.81)mmol · L-1,and glucose tolerance respectively were(13.44±3.24),(13.03±4.72)mmol · L-1,and serum insulin levels were(15.40±3.76),(16.39±4.75)mU · L-1.It showed that the J.setchuensis decoction in high dose and medium dose had significant effect of decreasing FBG and increasing FINS indiabetic rats.Conclusion: J.setchuensis decoction could decrease FBG and increase FINS levels in diabetic rats.
摘要:Objective:Tostudy the effects of Xiongshao decoction(XSD)on matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 1(TIMP-1)in rats with liver fibrosis.Method: Eighty-four SD rats were randemly divided into normal group,model group,Fuzheng Huayu capsule group(0.525 g·kg-1),XSD preservation group(7.9 g · kg-1),high and low doses of XSD group(15.8,7.9 g · kg-1).The hepatic fibrosis model was induced by injecting porcine serum to the abdominal cavity of rats.The levels of MMP-9 was detected by ELISA.The content of TIMP-1mRNA in hepatic tissue was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Result: The content of MMP-9 was obviously higher in XSD preservation group(7.9 g · kg-1) than in model group(P<0.01).The content of TIMP-1mRNA was obviously lower in high-dose XSD group(15.8 g · kg-1) than in model group(P<0.01).Conclusion: XSD can promote the production of MMP-9 and suppress the expression of TIMP-1 mRNA.Regulating the balance between MMPs and TIMPs is one of the anti-hepatic fibrosis mechanisms of XSD.

摘要:Objective:Dahuang Zhechong recipe(DHZC) is a traditional Chinese formula for treatment of cirrhosis.The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of ultramicro-powder of DHZC on rats liver fibrosis and its possible mechanisms by Two-dimensional differential in-gel electrophoresis(2D DIGE)based proteomics analysis.Method: SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal group,model group and DHZC-treated group.Except in normol group,liver fibrosis in rat was produced in each group.The rats were injected intraperitoneally with 0.5 mL sterile porcine serum twice a week for 12 weeks.In addition,rats of normal group treated with physiological saline in the same way.At the same day,aqueous solution of ultramicro-powder of DHZC was given to the DHZC-treated group(0.27 g · kg-1,ig) for 12 weeks.Rats of three groups were given equal volume of physiological saline.The rats were killed after 12 weeks of porcine serum treatment.Blood samples of all groups were drawn from the abdominal aorta.Livers were stained with HE and Masson to observe the histopathological chang.The lever of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),procollagen type III(PC-III) and collagen type IV(IV-C) were measured.The difference gel electrophorisis(2-D DIGE) combined MALDI-TOF MS/MS technique was used to analyze differentially expressed proteins of rat livers from model group and DHZC-treated group.Result: Rats of model group showed significantly increased serum ALT,AST,HA,LN,PCⅢ and IV-C levels compared with rats of normal group(P<0.01).The histopathological analysis suggested that the severe liver fibrosis happened in model group compared with normal group.Administration with ultramicro-powder of DHZC obviously alleviated the degree of liver fibrosis based on HE stained and Masson stain tissue sections.Fifty-eight spots representing significant changes in protein expression were detected utilizing DIGE.Twelve of these proteins were send to identify by MALDI-TOF MS/MS.Two proteins were confirmed by Western blot and immunohistochemistry.The contents of ALT,AST,HA,LN,PCⅢ and IV-C in model rats were increased significantly,while DHZC could decrease those significantly.The histopathological analysis suggested that DHZC obviously alleviated the degree of liver brosis induced by porcine serum.Conclusion:DHZC can effectively prevent hepatic fibrosis and improve liver function in rats.The regulation on the expressions of some proteins may be one of the pathways for DHZC to exert its anti-hepatic fibrosis effect.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Wuzi Yanzong Wan on the intercourse capacity of rats and the kidney-yang deficiency mice and investigate its pharmacological action of invigorating kidney and strengthening Yang.Method: ①Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal control group,Nanbao group(0.35 g · kg-1),Wuzi Yanzong Wan group(2.0,1.0,0.5 g · kg-1).The rats were administrated daily by oral for 28 days.After the female rat was crated to the container with the male rat,the mating capability of male rat was evaluated by the catching latency,ejaculation latency,capture times and ejaculation frequency.Meanwhile,the content of testesterone(T),and luteinizing hormone(LH) in rat serum were detected;②Male ICR mice were divided randomly into normal group,model group,Nanbao group(0.35 g · kg-1),Wuzi Yanzong Wan group(2.4,1.2,0.6 g · kg-1).Except for the normal group,the other groups were treated by hydrocortisone for a week.At 7 days post treatment with drug,the weight,body temperature,the numbers of autonomic activity and the survival time of swimming with low temperature were recorded.The spleen,thymus and genitals were weight to calculate the viscera index.Result: Wuzi Yanzong Wan can increase the catching numbers,ejaculation frequency and epididymis index significantly(P<0.05-P<0.01).The content of T in blood has a rising trend while the LH was decreased significantly(P<0.01-P<0.001) compared to the control group.Wuzi Yanzong Wan can prolong its swimming endurance in low temperature(P<0.01-0.001) and elevate the body temperature and the numbers of autonomic activity.Besides,the spleen weight and he index of levator ani muscle were increased(P<0.05).The spermary weight and the index of epididymis has a increasing trend.Conclustion: Wuzi Yanzong Wan have the function of building kidney and strengthening yang which can improve the male sexual function and have a significant effect on cold-resist and anti-fatigue.It was demonstrated that can improve the syndrome of kidney Yang deficiency.

摘要:Objective:To study the pharmacodynamics on Fuyankang enema in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,concerning anti-inflammatory,analgesic and immune.Method: Two hundred and forty Special-pathogen free KM rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group,western medicine group(Indomethacin 0.025 g · kg-1 · d-1),high-dose Fuyankang ig group(2 g · kg-1 · d-1),low-dose,middle-dose,and high-dose Fuyankang enema groups(2,1,0.5 g · kg-1 · d-1 respectively).Effects of Fuyankang enema on abdominal capillary permeability,ear edema,hot-plate tests and writhing were observed.Other 120 rats were divided in the same way,but western medicine group was replaced by model group.Immune organ relative weight and the charcoal clearance index were also observed in prednisone acetate induced immunodepressive rats.Result: Fuyankang enema had inhibitory effects on mice ear edema(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and reduction of immune organ relative weight(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and charcoal clearance index(P<0.05) caused by prednisone had a reduction in ratio of writhing of mice(P<0.05) and had a addition on pain threshold of mouse(P<0.05).Conclusion: Fuyankang enema has pharmaceutical effects in agreement with clinical effect on chronic pelvic inflammation,combination with oral medication is better.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of ethanol extract from Semen Persicae on superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents of brain tissue in the mice dementia model b induced by AlCl3.Method: To establish the mice dementiamodel of AlCl3was ig given.They were divided into 5 groups: the control group,the model group and the doses groups of high,middle and low extracts(2.4,1.2,0.6 g · kg-1) from Semen Persicae randomly,10 of each group.And modeling mice were ig given corresponding drugs after 40 d continuously,then they were sacrificed.SOD,GSH-Px activity and MDA contents of brain tissue were measured in dementia mice.Result: In the model group activity of SOD and GSH-Px of brain tissue were decreased,the contents of MDA of brain tissue was increased compared with the control group.The ethanol extracts groups from Semen Persicae could obviously increase activity of SOD and GSH-Px of brain tissue and decrease the contents(P<0.01,P<0.05)of MDA of brain tissue compared with the model group.Conclusion: The ethanol extract from Semen Persicae has scavenging oxygen free radicals and anti-oxidation effects.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the protecting effect of Xinshu dicoction against arrhythmia and ischemia myocardial in animal model.Method: Hundred mice were divided into Xinshu dicoction high,middle and low dose group(1.7,0.85,0.42 g · kg-1),model group(0.2 mL water),Guanxin Danshen capsules(0.35 g ·kg-1) group at random.After continuous oral administration for 14 d,arrhythmia animal model induced by chloroform in mice was copied to observe incidence of ventricular fibrillation(VF).Fifty rats were randomly divided 5 groups: Xinshu dicoction high,middle and low dose group(1.18,0.59,0.29 g · kg-1),model group(2 mL water),Guanxin Danshen capsules group(0.24 g · kg-1).Oral administration lasted 14 days,isoproterenol-induced myocardial ischemia model was esyablished in rats to observed protective effect of Xinshu dicoction.Total 60 rats were divided into 6 groups and given drugs for 14 d in the same way as mentioned above.In the 12 d and isoproterenol(ISO) was used to establish myocardial ischemia model in rats twice.This was aimed to watch the protection of Xinshu dicoction on myocardial ischemia.Result: Xinshu dicoction could reduce the incidence of VF caused by chloroform to 25% in mice,could increase dosage of aconitine when ventricular prematoure(VP),ventricular tachycardia(VT),ventricular fibrillation(VF) happened in rats to 19.7,23.7,32.6 μg · kg-1.Xinshu dicoction could reduce wave amplitude of T wave and the level of creatine kinase(CK) and aspartate aminotransiferase(AST) in serum of ischemia myocardial rats to 2 572.9,111.3 U · L-1.Conclusion: Xinshu dicoction has a protective effect on arrhythmia and ischemia myocardial.
摘要:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Polygonum perfoliatum in hepatic fibrosis(HF) induceded by dimethylnitrosamine(DMN) in rats.Method: Rats were given the DMN to establish hepatic fibrosis model,and then given different dose of P.perfoliatum.The liver was used to histopathological analysis.And hepatic levels of transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1),serum hyaluronic acid(HA)、laminin(LN),procollagen type Ⅲ(PCⅢ),type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C) were also measured.Result: High and middle dose of P.perfoliatum reduced the content of serum HA,LN,PCⅢ and Ⅳ-C(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and TGF-β1 level in liver(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the low dose had no effect.Conclusion: The P.perfoliatum attenuates progression of hepatic fibrosis induced by DME in rats.The mechanism is possibly related to suppressing hepatic fibrosis through protecting liver and suppressing the expression of TGF-β1.
摘要:Objective:To discuss the mechanism of the fracture healing by Gujian granule which may promote the express of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2),and the change of bone gamma-carboxyglutamic-acid-containing proteins(BGP)and blood rheological behavior.Method: The rabbit model of radius fracture was establishs.The modelinng rabbits were randomly definited into five groups:model group A,Shangke Jiegu Pian group(200 mg · kg-1),low dose of Gujian granule group(0.4 g · kg-1),middle dose of Gujian granule group(0.81 g · kg-1) and high dose of Gujian granule group(1.62 g · kg-1),25 rabbites each group.The oral administration was started at second day of modeling,once per day.After 1,2,3,4,6 weeks of modeling,respectively,material bone tissue were collected to measure the expression of TGF-β1 and BMP-2 by histochemistry stains and graph analysis;and radio immunity analysis was used to detect the level of BGP in peripheral venous blood at the same time and the indexes of blood rheology were measured during the second week.Result: The peak of expression intensity of TGF-β1 and BMP-2 in administrated group appeared at second week,the peak in modeling group appeared at third week.The sequence was group D>group E>group C>group B>group A.In each group peak of BGP appeaed at the week 3,and the sequence was group D>group E>group C>group B>group A.At second week,whole blood viscosity at high and low shear was significantly different(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The erythrocyte sedimentation rate and blood cell press volume and viscosity of plasma were significantly different(P<0.01).Conlusion:Gujian granule can promote the fracture healing by improving expression of TGF-β1 and BMP-2,BGP level and indexes of blood rheology.
摘要:Objective:Experiments were carried on to identify the pharmacodynamic differences between aqueous extracts and Ethanol Extractes from Fritillaria unibracteata and F.thunbergii.Method: The antitussive effects were investigated through observng the cough time and 50% effect time(ET50)induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice,the counts of cough induced by critic acid in guinea pigs.The expectorant activity was studied by testing the amount of phlegm secreted in mice and rats.The antiasthma effects were studied by the asthma time induced by acetylcholine chloride and histamine phosphate in guinea pigs.The dose of 5 Fritillarias in the antitussive experiment was 5 g · kg-1 in mice and 1.5 g · kg-1 in guinea pig.The codeine phosphate saved as positive control on the dose of 25 mg · kg-1 in mice and 20 mg · kg-1 in guinea pigs.The dose offritillarias was 2 g · kg-1 in mice and 1 g · kg-1 in rat,the ammonium chloride saved as positive control on the dose of 1 g · kg-1.The dose of 5 fritillarias was 1.5 g · kg-1 and the salbutamol sulfate saved as positive control on the dose of 4.5 mg · kg-1.Result: F.unibracteata powder had conspicuous effect on elimilating cough sputum and asthma,the difference between was significant P<0.05.The ethanol extracts of F.unibracteata had similar eliminating phlegm activity,the difference of ET50 and cough times between the two groups was significant P<0.05.The aqueous extractives and the composition of aqueous and ethanol extracts of F.unibracteata had similar eliminating cough activity,the difference was significant P<0.05.Conclusion: Aqueous extracts of F.unibracteata may be the expectorant effective constituent and the ethanol extractis of F.unibracteata may be the anti-tussive effective constituent.
摘要:Objective:To investigate effects of Xiaohuang decoction on macrophages activation and pro-inflammatory cytokines in rats with dimethylnitrosamine(DMN)-induced liver fibrosis.Method: In DMN-treated rats,DMN(10 mg · kg-1) was administrated intraperitoneally for the first three days per week for 4 weeks.At the second weekend,DMN rats were randomly divided into DMN-water and DMN-Xiaohuang decoction(DMN-XHD).At the first day of the third week,both groups continued to receive weekly DMN treatment for another 2 weeks in addition to daily administration of either water or XHD.CD68 was detected using western blotting,immunohistochemistry and real-time PCR.Result:The immunohistochemistry results showed that CD68 mainly located in the sinusoids and between interlobular in normal group.The CD68 mainly located in the fibrotic septa in DMN-treatment rats.The CD68 expression was increased 5-fold compared with normal rats showed by real-time PCR analysis.Compared with DMN-water rats,CD68 was reduced significantly in XHD rats.The content of Tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) in the serum increased remarkably in DMN-water rats,and XHD could suppress TNF-α notably.Conclusion: Xiaohuang decoction inhibited liver macrophage activation and pro-inflammatory cytokines in DMN-induced liver fibrosis.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of polysaccharide from Niuxin persimmon leaf on diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin.Method: Diabetics in fifty mice was induced by Streptozotocin(STZ) peritoneal injection with a dose of 150 mg · kg-1(the normal control group was excluded).Being evidenced by fasting blood-glucose(FBG) for diabetic establishment,then the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 10 mice in each group: model group,dimethyldiguanide group(0.32 g · kg-1),low-,medium-and high-dosage groups of Niuxin persimmon leaf polysaccharide(0.4,0.6,1.2 g · kg-1).The mice in the normal and model control groups were given same volume of normal saline.The drugs were given to mice daily for 15 consecutive days.At the end of the 15th day,the rats were fasted for 12 h before drug administration,then at 1 h after drug administration the blood samples were collected via evulseing the eyes,and centrifuged to obtain serum for test.Glucose oxidase(GOD) and radioimmunoassay(RIA) were used to examine the index of glycemia and insulin for fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FNS),insulin sensitivity index(ISI),insulin resistance(IR).Triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were also tested.Result: Comparing to the model control group,the treatment could effectively restore the condition of diabetic mice induced by STZ,Niuxin persimmon polysaccharide could significantly reduce the levels of blood sugar and blood lipid,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 and P<0.01),and appreciably recover insulin levels,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusion: Polysaccharide from Niuxin persimmon leaf demonstrates hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects through the mechanisms that may be associated with improving diabetic mice antioxidant capacity and restoring islet function.
摘要:Objective:To observe the immunoregulatory effects of Qushi Chubi medicines on gouty arthritis in rats models to prove the hot and humid block the main mechanism of acute gouty arthritis.Method: Forty SPF Wistar ratswere randomly divided into blank group,model group,colchicine group,traditional Chinese medicine low-dose group and high-dose group,8 rats in each group.The uric acid sodium crystals were injected in rat ankle to establish acute gouty art-hritis model.the dysfunction index of rats was observe,and the inflammatory cells(lympho-cytes) in joint tissue was determineed.The expression levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-1R(IL-1R)and myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88) in joint tissue were assayed.Result: Each dose group of the Chinese medicines could significantly improve the dysfunction in rats and reduce the number of inflam-matory cells of joint tissues and inhibit the expression of inflammatory cytokines in the joint organization.Chinese medicine high-dose group was more effective than the colchicine group.Conclusion: The Qushi Chubi medicines can effectively inhibit the expression of inflammatory cells and the inflammatory cytokines in rats with acute gouty arthritis.It is the effective method for acute treatment of gouty arthritis.
摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effect of Yulangsan flavonoids(YLSF) on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.Method: The Kunming mice were divided into normal control group(NC),model group(MC),high-,medium-and low-doses of YLSF groups,and biphenyldicarboxylate group(BPDC).The mice of NC and MC groups were treated with normal saline(NS),and all doses of YLSF groups and the positive control group were treated with YLSF(112,56,28 mg·kg-1) and BPDC(150 mg·kg-1) respectively.All mice were treated with drugs or NS for 7 consecutive days ig,qd.One hour after the last administration of drugs,each group of mice was induced by 0.1% CCl4,ip,except the NC group.The activities of aspartate aninotransfer as(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and Alkaline phosphatase(ALP),the content of Albumin(Alb),the ability of Total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in serum,the content of Malondialdehyde(MDA),and the activity of Superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver tissue were investigated by spectrophotometry,and the degree of hepatic injury was examined.Result: In low-,medium-and high doses of the YLFS group,the activity of AST,ALT,Alb,ALP and the level of T-AOC in the serum were AST(40.49±10.41),(32.97±2.58),(27.57±7.98) U · L-1,ALT(129.69±18.02),(90.79±7.02),(66.75±20.90)U · L-1,Alb(4.53±1.05),(5.15±1.62),(5.68±0.72) g · L-1,ALP(40.06±1.47),(35.77±2.66),(32.87±4.19)U · L-1 and T-AOC(4.33±1.56),(6.49±0.96),(8.15±0.76)U · mL-1,the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in the tissue were SOD(122.01±14.47),(165.49±18.25),(191.66±37.95) U · mg-1 and MDA(15.07±1.75),(12.27±1.79),(9.65±1.76) nmol·mg-1 respectively.The activities of AST,ALT and ALP in serum(P<0.01) and the content of MDA in liver(P<0.01) were decreased,the content of Alb and the activity of T-AOC in serum(P<0.01),and the activity of T-SOD in liver(P<0.01) were enhanced obviously by treatment with medium-and high-doses of YLSF.Then in low does of YLSF group,the activities of AST and ALP in serum(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the content of MDA in liver(P<0.01) were decreased,and the content of Alb in serum(P<0.01) was increased significantly,but the activities of ALT in serum and T-SOD in liver,and level of T-AOC in serum could not be significantly affected.The degree of hepatic injury in all doses of YLSF groups could be lessened.Conclusion: YLSF has protective effect on acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice.The mechanism may be involved in attenuating free radical and inhibiting the lipid peroxidation.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the regulating effects of dayflower(Commelina communis L.) on blood lipids metabolism and the anti-oxidative capability in hyperlipidemia mice.Method: KM male mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group,model group,Simvastatin group(4 mg · kg),dayflower high dose group(16 g · kg-1),middle dose group(8 g · kg-1) and low dose group(4 g · kg-1).The normal control mice were given pure water,and the mice of other five groups were given lipid emulsion 0.02 mL · g-1daily and subjected to intragastric administration simultaneously for 14days.After the last medication,all mice were sacrificed,blood lipids,anti-oxidative enzymes,malondiadehyde(MDA) content in serum,liver and brain were determined respectively.Atherogenic index(AI) was calculated.Result: Compared with the model,dayflower extracts 4-16 g · kg-1 lowered serum total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels,AI and malondiadehyde(MDA) content in serum,liver and brain,and increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) levels(P<0.05,P<0.01);dayflower extracts 8-16g · kg-1 increased superoxide disrnutase(SOD) and glutathioneperoxidaes(GSH-Px) activities in serum,liver and brain(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Dayflower(C.communis) could regulate lipids metabolic disorder,enhance the anti-oxidative capability and inhibit the lipid peroxidation in mice with hyperlipidemia.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the recovering effect of Qizheng plaster on the bone defect in rat model.Method: The rat model of bone defect was established.Qizheng plaster was percutaneously given with doses of 2,1,0.5 g · kg-1 for 4 weeks.During the period,the effect was investigated by X-ray examination,serum calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P) and alkaline phosphate(ALP) were measured,and biomechanical parameters were determined,and histopathologic examination was carried out.Result: In 2,1,0.5 g · kg-1 groups,the X-ray examination showed that of bone mineral density(BMD) in the bone defect parts was increased within 7-28 days.The gray value in the treated groups were higher than that of the model group,and had obvious difference on the 14th day(P<0.01).There were no obvious changes in the serum ALP,Ca and P.Histopathologic examination showed that the generation rate of bony trabeculae and bony spicules in the 2,1,0.5 g · kg-1 groups were faster than that in the model group within 7-14 days.Conclusion: Qizheng plaster has recovering effect for the bone defect in rat model.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the regulatory effects of saffower yellower on superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyed(MDA) and infarction area in acute myocardial ischemic rats.Method: Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=13 each): the controls and the model group(normal saline,ip),the positive controls [Danshen injection,3.75 g · kg-1,ip) and Saffower Yellower high dose and low dose groups(80,40 mg ·kg-1 ip).The treatment lasted for 7 days respectively.On the 8th day,rats were injected with pituitrin(20 U · kg-1,ip) to induce acute myocardial ischemia.Then the SOD activity and MDA concentration in heart tissues and heart infarction areas in rats were detected.Result: In comparison to group,modle saffower yellower 80 mg · kg-1group significantly enhanced SOD activity [(47.57±11.52) vs(25.97±7.73) U ·mg-1,P<0.01];[(41.28±11.97) vs(25.97±7.73) U · mg-1,P<0.05] and suppressed MDA concentration [(0.29±0.08) vs(1.40±0.26) nmol · mg-1,P<0.01];[(0.45±0.15) vs(1.40±0.26) nmol · mg-1,P<0.01] in left ventricle tissues.The infarction areas were decreased in 80 mg · kg-1 saffower yellower group compared to model group [(32.20±2.2)% vs(43.84±6.3)%,P<0.05].Saffower yellower dose dependently reversed these pathological changes significantly.Conclusion: Saffower yellower has protective effect to the pathological impairment in rats with acute myocardial ischemic induced by pituitrin.This is likely related to its anti-oxidation action.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the change in hemorheological parameters and components of erythrocyte membrane of the senile patients of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Method: Eighteen coronary heart disease patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis,thirteen healthy old people and ten healthy young people were divided into coronary patient group and healthy old people control group and healthy young people control group.Many indexes,including biochemical indicators of plasma,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deformability and the content of cholesterol,sialic acid,hydrosulphonyl,MDA,activity of SOD,Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity of erythrocyte membrane were determined.Result: The whole blood viscosity at low,middle and high shear rates of the coronary heart disease group were [(24.08±4.85),(8.48±1.81),(5.51±1.27) mPa · s] respectively.Compared with healthy elderly group [(20.26±2.76),(7.36±0.81),(4.71±0.54) mPa · s] and healthy young group [(17.04±5.26),(6.53±1.38),(4.16±0.61) mPa · s],the whole blood viscosity of the coronary heart disease group was increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01).The plasma viscosity of the coronary patient [(1.56±0.078) mPa · s] was significantly higher than that of the healthy elderly group [(1.26±0.095) mPa · s] and healthy young group [(1.25±0.053) mPa · s](P<0.01,P<0.05).The red cell deformability index of the coronary heart disease group under 600 s-1(46.55±2.37) was lower than that of healthy elderly group(49.25±3.70)(P<0.05);Under 800,1000 s-1,the coronary heart disease group(47.70±2.54 and 48.93±2.46) were lower than those of healthy young group(52.35±2.43,53.07±2.57)(P<0.05).The contents of cholesterol in erythrocyte membrane of the coronary heart disease group(6.09±1.44) μmol · mg-1 were significantly higher than that of the healthy elderly group(5.07±1.44) μmol-1 · mg-1(P<0.05).The contents of sialic acid of coronary heart disease group(2.01±0.42) mmol · mg-1 were significantly lower than that of the healthy young group(2.82±0.70) mmol · mg-1.And hydrosulphonyl in erythrocyte membrane in the coronary heart disease group(0.039±0.019) mmol · mg-1 was significantly lower than that of the healthy elderly group(0.059±0.022) mmol · mg-1,(P<0.05) and the healthy young group(0.070±0.011) mmol ·mg-1,(P<0.01),SOD and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activities of erythrocyte membrane were decreasing and the content of MDA was increasing.However,there were no statistically difference.Conclusion: The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the senile patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis are increased significantly and the red cell deformability is decreased distinctly.The mechanism may be related to the increase in membrane sialic acid and cholesterol,and the decrease in hydrosulphonyl.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin on gastrointestinal reactions and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer after chemotherapy.Method: Eighty-five patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=40).The treatment group was given remedy of supplementing qi and nourishing yin combined with chemotherapy.The control group was given chemotherapy.A treatment cycle was four weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical symptoms,KPS score,body weight,quality of life in each group before and after treatment were observed in two cycles.Result: In the two groups,the symptom scores were improved after the treatment cycle(P<0.05).The treatment group could relieve the lung cancer clinical syndromes including cough,bloody sputum,chest pain,shortness of breath and fatigue better than control group(P<0.05).The treatment group could significantly relieve syndromes of nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,constipation,improving the quality of life and body weight comparing to control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the physical condition and functional status of the patients in the treatment were better(P<0.05).As side effects and toxicity concerned,the results were similar in two groups.Conclusion: As for the advanced lung cancer patients of chemotherapy with cisplatin,the use of supplementing qi and nourishing yin decoction can not only improve the symptoms of lung cancer,but also effectively reduce gastrointestinal reactions induced by chemotherapy and improve patient’s quality of life.

摘要:Objective:To observe effects of astragalus injection on immune functions of sub-populations of T lymphocyte and natural killer cells(NK-cell) in patients of bronchial asthma with acute exacerbations.Method: Seventy two patients with acute bronchial asthma were divided randomly into two groups,namely control group(conventional therapy) and astragalus group(conventional therapy+ astragalus injection).The effects of treatment were observed;the changes in T lymphocyte and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood were detected.Result: After treatment of 14 days,the clinical control rate and the total efficiency of the astragalus group(68.6%,97.1%) were significantly higher than that of the control group(43.2%,78.4%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK in the astragalus group and the control group were significantly lower than that of the healthy group(P<0.01).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK in the Astragalus group [(61.47±5.31)%,(39.60±5.36)%,(1.61±0.41),(31.79±4.11)%] were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01) and the control group [(56.02±4.51)%,(33.30±5.22)%,(1.27±0.52),(29.60±4.41)%](P<0.01 or P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate in the astragalus group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of routine treatment,combined with astragalus injection can improve the effects for the treatment of acute bronchial asthma,while it is able to relieve the harmful reactions induced by using steroids.The mechanism may be related to the improvement of immune function of T lymphocyte and NK-cells.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Shuxuening combined with edaravone treatment for acute cerebral infarction.Method: One hundred and tweenty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the combined treatment group and control group(n=60 each).The patients in the combined group were given Shuxuening with edaravone,the patients in the control group were given edaravone.The changes in neurological deficit scores(NDS) were investigated after two weeks of treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Result: Before and after treatment,NDS scores were(22.5 ±4.15) and(16.71 ±4.82) in the combination group,while they were(23.1±3.99) and(19.12±3.94)in the control group.The difference after the treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy was 88.3% in combined treatment group,73.3% in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shuxuening combined with edaravone therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction is effective.The therapy may reduce the extent of nerve damage without significant side effects.
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of gastrodin injection in the treatment of cluster headache(CH).Method: Eighty cases reached the selection standard for CH patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.Two groups were given nimodipine,40 mg,tid,orally.The observation group was given gastrodin injection in addition,800 mg in 5% glucose(500 mL),iv drip,daily.The two groups were treated for 1 weeks as a course.The clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after 2 courses was evaluated for pain symptom and adverse reactions.Result: The cure rate of the treatment group was 77.50%,and 62.50% in the control group.Two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).The total efficiency in treatment group was 92.50%,and 82.50% in control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).In two groups,after the treatment pain symptom scores were(2.12±0.71) and(4.13±0.31) accordingly,compared with those before treatment they were significant(P<0.05).The observation group showed more improvement than in the control with significance(P<0.05).Two groups of patients were smoothly pasted the treatments without any obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Gastrodin injection is effective in the treatment of CH.
摘要:Objective:Study the herbal pieces dosage of clinical prescription used in gynecology from two affiliated hospital of Guiyang college of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and determine the situation and characteristics in Guiyang city.Method: We made use of the methods of stratified sampling and random sampling to investigate 1 812 broth prescriptions and constructed the database,then applied Weka KDD software to analyze.Result: We identified the frequency and clinical dosage intervals of 300 drugs,and the practical dosage which had difference between in the actual application and in the pharmacopoeia.Most of pieces dosage centralized the four intervals:(6-9],(9-12],(12-15],(18-21] g,and the concrete dosage was,9,10,12,15,20 g,etc.Conclusion: The situation and characteristics of the dosages of clinical prescription in Guiyang city are coincided with the national level in gynecology of TCM.

摘要:Objective:The exploration on the effective treatment for Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)by application of Yao medicine.Method: Sixty patients with CFS were randomly divided into the group of Yao medicine and that of western medicine respectively with 30 patients in each group.The group in western medicine was treated with regular western medicine and that in Yao medicine was treated with Yao medicine in oral solution.Two groups both treated 60 days.It is to observe the effect before and after the treatment on the value of Fatigue scale,blood plasma with superoxide dismutase(SOD)and clnical treatment.Result: The effective rate(90%)of Yao medicine group is better than that of western medicine(70%)(P<0.05);after the treatment,the value of Fatigue scale in Yao medicine group(3.90±3.56)improves better than that in westren medicine group(9.57±4.11)(P<0.01);the amount of blood plasma with superoxide dismutase in Yao medicine group(125.23±18.22)after the treatment is much higher than that bfore the treatment(98.44±9.56)(P<0.01),and there is a significant difference while making comparison with that in western group(111.97±18.66)(P<0.01).Conclusion: Yao medicine shows superiority in treating CFS with increasing the level of Blood plasma with Superoxide dismutase for CFS patients.
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease in 56 patients with myocardial ischemia.Method: Selected one houndred and twelve cases with myocardial ischemia and coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group(56 cases treated with oral intestines dissolving aspirin and isosorbide mononitrate and sustained-release capsules pure western medicine therapy,observation groups were treated with wheat yangxin piece on base of treatment in control group.After treatment,the therapeutic effect and nitrates medicine stop were observed.Result: In the observation group,the feective rate was 94.64%,in the control group being 78.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group the reducing drug rate was 25.00%,in control group being 8.93%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The combined Chinese and western medicine treatment method ia significantly better than pure western treatment,and patients can obviously reduce the dosage of oral nitric acid ester medicine.
摘要:Objective:To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine and western medical treatment of dermatomyositis clinical curative effect and the influence to tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)to carry on the research analysis,confirmed by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of dermatomyositis in exact curative effect.Method: In 2008 August-2011 December in our hospital treatment of 78 cases of patients with dermatomyositis as the research object,divide them into two groups.A group of 52 patients,using a combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy,observation group;a group of patients with 26 cases of using western medicine therapy,as compared to a control group.Treatment after a certain period,the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the influence to TNF-α were compared,and carries on statistics analysis.Result: Creatine phosphokinase(CPK) and erythrayte sedimentation rate(ESR) and adverse reaction of curative effect index all relatively contrast group have obvious advantages,through statistical analysis,with a significant difference(P<0.05) in TNF-α;comparison of the effect of observation group than in the control group,the patients have obvious advantages,through statistical analysis,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: In dermatomyositis therapy in combined treatment of TCM and western medicine than western medicine therapy has obvious curative effect,the influence to TNF-α and other advantages,is suitable for clinical use.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical influence of Tangshenan,a compound prescription of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and dispelling stasis to promote regeneration,on inflammation factors in diabetic nephropathy(DN).Method:Forty-five DN patients were divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=15) at random.And each of the two groups was treated with western medicine routinely,and the treatment group was combined with Tangshenan on this basis of western medicine.The two groups were both for a treatment course of 8 weeks.Then the variations of patients’ clinical responses,fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum total cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG),the inflammation factors of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6),were investigated.Result:After treatment,the total effectiveness of treatment group was 86.7%,and the control group was 53.3%,with significant difference(P<0.05).For both the two teams,FBG,TC and TG were decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01) after treatment.And the treatment group’s TC and TG’s decreasement was better than that in the control group.The treatment group’s Hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01) after treatment.The control group’s Hs-CRP level was also decreased significantly(P<0.01) after treatment,but the improvement of IL-6 and TNF-α were not obvious.Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine,if combined with Tangshenan,the curative effect can be improved,the blood lipid metabolism can be improved,and the regular inflammation factors can be down-regulated.

摘要:To summarize the research progress on steroidal saponins,pharmacological actions in medicinal plants of lily,and provide useful references for the further research.The relevant information and references about lily were looked through,and further analyzed and reviewed,especially its chemical structure of steroidal saponins.Up to now,fourty-seven kinds of steroidal saponins were isolated from lily.Pharmacological references show that it has effects on antidepressant,antioxidant,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor and so on.The pharmacological research mainly focus on steroidal saponins’s antidepressant,antioxidant,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor and gastrointestinal effects,but very few researches focus on its monomers activity and toxicity,we should carry out further studies on monomers activity and toxicity,so that we may ensure its safe and effectiveness in clinic application.
摘要:To summarize the research progress in the treatment of insulin resistance(IR) via glucose transporter 4(GLUT4) translocation with Chinese medicine.Translocation of GLUT4 to plasma membrane plays a key role in regulating whole body glucose homeostasis,and experiments carried out in GLUT4 translocation might give significant results on IR mechanism and drug targets screening.In order to facilitate the clinical rational treatment of IR and develop new potential drug from Chinese medicine,this review will assess the current research status in the treatment of IR via GLUT4 translocation with Chinese medicine including active ingredients,single drug and compound preparations,which mainly via several key pathways such as PI3K/ PKC/ Akt and AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK).
摘要:Objective:To study potential risk of Chinese medicine preparations containing toxic herbs and offer suggestion about risk management system.Method: Based on Statistics of Chinese medicine preparations containing toxic herbs in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010),related literature,regulations,drug standard,the statements of drug labels and instructions were searched.The insufficient causes were analysed and the potential risk was investigated.Result: To ensure the safety of drug usage for the people,risk management system should be set up by improving the related laws,evaluating these drugs with Pattern Recognition,researching on toxic substances,perfecting quality standard,instruction and lable,etc.Conclusion: It is very important to construct and perfect risk management system for Chinese medicine preparations containing toxic herbs by management means and technical means.
