      摘要:Objective: To optimize enzymatic technology of timosaponin AⅢ. Method: Taking bioconversion rate of timosaponin AⅢ as index,β-glycosidase enzyme was used to hydrolysis timosaponin,effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,pH and dosage of enzyme on enzymatic technology of timosaponin AⅢ was investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimum enzymatic technology conditions were as follows:reaction temperature of 55℃,pH of acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution 5.0,dosage of enzyme 600 U· g-1, reaction time 3 h. Conclusion: Optimized enzymatic technology was simple and reliable with moderate reaction conditions,it was suitable for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To study on effect of chitosan flocculation sedimentation method on anthraquinones. Method: Taking Rheum palmatum as research object,water extracting liquid of R. palmatum was handled by chitosan sedimentation,with the mass fraction of rhein,emodin,aloe-emodin,chrysophanol,physcion and extract rate as indexes,orthogonal test was used to optimize chitosan flocculation sedimentation by taking the mass concentration and pH of water extracting liquid,the amount of chitosan as factors;And compared with ethanol precipitation method. Result: Optimized chitosan flocculation sedimentation technology was:the mass concentration of water extracting liquid 0.1 g· mL-1 with pH 6,the amount of chitosan 10%.Both chitosan flocculation sedimentation method and ethanol precipitation method could precipitate water extract preferably,but also lead to loss of anthraquinones.The former was better than the latter in reducing extract rate and retaining active ingredients.There was no significant difference between the purified and unpurified liquid by these two kinds of precipitation methods. Conclusion: Effect of anthraquinones by chitosan flocculation sedimentation method was lower than ethanol precipitation method,it could be used in precipitation of Chinese materia medica containing anthraquinones,but it needed more research to decide if this method fitted expandable production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of quercitrin in Taxillus chinensis. Method: With yield of quercitrin as index,which was determined by HPLC,the concentration and amount of methanol,ultrasonic time,soaking time were chosen as factors,extraction technology of quercitrin from T. chinensis was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: The order of four factors affecting extraction yield was volume fraction of methanol>amount of methanol>ultrasonic time>soaking time.Optimized extraction conditions was as following:took powder of T. chinensis,ultrasonic extracted 45 min after soaked 1 h with 50 times the amount of 75% methanol,extraction yield of quercitrin 8.64 mg· g-1. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and convenient,it could provide experimental basis for further research of quercitrin from T. chinensis.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology conditions of alkaloids from Strychnos nux-vomica in Yisui Tongjing prescription by macroporous adsorption resin. Method: With the content of brucine and strychnine as indexes,which were determined by HPLC,macroporous adsorption resin type was screened by static adsorption and desorption test,single factor test was used to investigate adsorption and elution conditions,such as adsorption speed,adsorption time,elution concentration,elution speed,the amount of elution and so on,to determine purification technology of alkaloids from S. nux-vomica in Yisui Tongjing prescription. Result: Optimum purification technology was:type of macroporous resin was X-5,the concentration of sample solution 0.1 g· mL-1,loading speed 1.0 mL· min-1,sample volume 4 BV,adsorption time 2 hours,washed with 1 BV water for eluting impurity,eluted with 6 BV 50% ethanol,elution rate 2.0 mL· min-1. Conclusion: Optimized technology was simple and economical,it was feasible for taking macroporous adsorption resin to purify alkaloids from S. nux-vomica.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total tannin from walnut green husk. Method: The content of total tannin was determined by phosphomolybdotungsitc acid UV spectrophotometry method.With the content of total tannin as index,single factor test was used to investigate extraction method and solvent;Extraction times,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio were chosen as factors,extracting technology of total tannin from walnut green husk was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design test. Result: Optimum extracting technology was as following:extracted 3 times with 10 the amount of water,1 h each time,extracting rate of total tannin was up to 26.65 mg· g-1. Conclusion: Established a method of determination of total tannin was stable and feasible, optimized process could be used for industrial production of total tannin from walnut green husk.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate stability of compound Baitouweng colon targeting tablet. Method: The content of anemoside B4 was determined by HPLC,appearance characteristics,friability,release and weight variation of compound Baitouweng colon targeting tablet were investigated according to methods from the 2010 edition of 'Chinese Pharmacopoeia';Validity period of this preparation was determined by classical isothermal test. Result: After high temperature,high humidity,high light,acceleration tests,there was no significant change of each indicators in sample. Conclusion: Validity period of this product was 2.69 years at room temperature (25℃) conditions.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology for Flow Yinpian of Cirsium setosum,and compare with traditional Yinpian of C. setosum. Method: With the mass fraction of linarin as index,orthogonal method was used to investigate influence of grinding degree,the amount of water,roll pill speed on preparation technology;TLC,HPLC,SD-IR were used to compare traditional Yinpian with Flow Yinpian of C. setosum. Result: Optimized preparation technology was as following:grinding degree 80 mesh,the amount of water 1.8 times,roll pill speed 300 r· min-1,mean particle size of prepared Flow Yinpian of (1.94±0.20) mm, roundness of 9.09-27.7,bulk density 0.394 3 g· cm-3,true density 0.655 7 g·cm-3,mean hardness 6.2 N,mean friability 0.30%.Their TLC were similar,the content of linarin was 0.64% in traditional Yinpian,while it was 0.72% in Flow Yinpian.Decoction curve of them was close,IR spectroscopy of their decoction was nearly the same. Conclusion: Traditional Yinpian and Flow Yinpian of C. setosum was reciprocity in pharmacy,they could substitute for each other.

      摘要:Objective: To study on molding process of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) semi-extract film-coated tablet by taking Guanxinping tablet as model. Method: Prescription design and granulating of Guanxinping tablet was investigated by single factor test;With coating operation time and qualification rate of coating appearance as comprehensive evaluation index,orthogonal test was used to optimize film coating process parameters of Guanxinping tablet,and hygroscopicity study of semi-finished and finished products was used. Result: Fluidized bed granulation prescription of Guanxinping tablet was:dry extract powder mixed with 1.5%-2% tiny powder silica gel,with 1.9 times the amount of 60% ethanol as wetting agent;technology conditions were as follows:atomizing pressure 0.10-0.12 MPa,materials temperature 51-53℃,inlet air temperature 85-90℃, fan flow 120-140 M3· h-1,speed of feed liquid pump 10-15-20-26 r· min-1.Optimum film coating technology parameters were:the concentration of coating solution 16%,main engine speed 6-8 r· min-1,chip bed temperature 45-50℃.Optimal moisture content was 7.0%-9.0%, pressure of tableting machine 0.4-0.6 MPa. Mathematical equation of moisture rate with change of relative humidity was fitted Logistic model,relative humidity of operating environment should be controlled to <62%. Conclusion: Optimized molding technology was stable and feasible,it could be extended to large-scale production of Guanxinping tablet,this study could provide experimental basis for industrial production of TCM semi-extract film-coated tablet.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare ursolic acid liposome,optimize formulation of ursolic acid liposome and investigate its physicochemical properties and in vitro release behavior. Method: Oil-water partition coefficient of ursolic acid in a series of phosphate buffer solutions of different pH by shake flask method;Ursolic acid liposome were prepared by film-ultrasonic dispersion method,with entrapment efficiency as index,formulation of ursolic acid liposome was optimized by orthogonal test.Morphology was examined by transmission electron microscope,particle size and zeta potential were determined by laser particle sizer/zeta potential system,in vitro release behavior of ursolic acid liposome was studied by dynamic dialysis. Result: Oil-water partition coefficients of ursolic acid lgPO/W decreased with increasing of pH,and they were >0.5,it suggested that ursolic acid had good lipophilic.Optimized formulation was:drug loading of 6 mg,phospholipid-cholesterol 2: 1,the molar concentration of PBS 0.01 mol· L-1,ultrasonic time 3 min.These prepared ursolic acid liposome were spherical or elliptical sphere under transmission electron,the mean particle size was (223.7±68.4) nm,zeta potential was -20.63 mv,entrapment efficiency was (89.85±1.66)%,in vitro release behavior fitted the first order kinetic model,in vitro cumulative release rate was >80% in 48 h. Conclusion: Prepared ursolic acid liposome had high entrapment efficiency and good in vitro release property with sustained release characteristics.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of Acanthopanax senticosus extract sustained-release microsphere. Method: With comprehensive scoring of drug-loading and entrapment efficiency as index,orthogonal test was used to investigate influence of four main factors on preparation technology,including the mass fraction of sodium alginate and CaCl2,A. senticosus extract-sodium alginate and cross-linking time. Result: Optimum Preparation technology was:the mass fraction of sodium alginate 3.5%,A. senticosus extract-sodium alginate 1:1,cross-linking time 2 h,the mass fraction of CaCl2 4.0%,drug loading and entrapment efficiency of prepared microsphere were10.11%,21.74%,respectively.Prepared A. senticosus extract sustained-release microsphere was dark brown and roundness,particle size was about 0.45 mm,cumulative release was up to 96.12% in 12 h. Conclusion: Optimized preparation technology was simple and reliable.

      摘要:Objective: To explore ultrafiltration technology of total saponin from Panax notoginseng injection. Method: Contents of ginsenoside Rg1,Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 were determined by HPLC,effect of different factors on ultrafiltration technology were investigated by single factor test,including different molecular weight ultrafiltration membrane,the concentration and temperature of solution,lotion volume. Relust: 10 kDa ultrafiltration membrane was chosen,determined ultrafiltration technology was:the mass concentration of water solution of 100 g· L-1,ultrafiltration temperature 70℃,lotion volume 1 200 mL,transmission of ginsenoside Rg1,Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 were more than 90%. Conclusion: This optimized ultrafjltration technology was feasible for purification of total saponin of P. notoginseng.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology conditions of total flavonoid from Abrus cantoniensis by D101 macroporous resin. Method: With rutin as reference,the content of total flavonoid was determined by UV colorimetry,with adsorption rate and desorption rate as indexes,conditions of absorption and desorption were investigated by single factor test. Result: The best technology conditions were as follows:the concentration of sample solution 3 g· L-1,sample flow rate 3 BV·h-1,with 2 BV 80% ethanol as eluant, pH 6.0,elution flow rate 3.5 BV·h-1.Under these conditions,purity of total flavonoid was increased from 17.95% to 52.80%. Conclusion: D101 macroprous resin had good purification effect for total flavonoid from A. cantoniensis,optimized process was simple and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extracting technology of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone from Aucklandia lappa. Method: With extraction rate of costunolide and dehydrocostus as indexes,extraction method was screened by single factor test;With extraction rate of costunolide and dehydrocostus as indexes,orthogonal test was used to evaluate effect of 4 factors on extracting technology,including solid-liquid ratio,the concentration of ethanol,extraction time and times. Result: The best extraction method was ethanol warm immersion method,optimum extracting technology was as follows:warm immersion extracted 2 times with 6 times the amount of 90% ethanol,respectively,extraction time of 2 hours.Extraction rate of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone were 92.3,94.1%,respectively,and extract yield was12.7%. Conclusion: This optimized extracting technology was stable and feasible with high extraction rate of two kinds lactone from A. lappa,it was suitable for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoid from root of Arctium lappa. Method: With extraction rate as index,effect of different factors on extraction technology was investigated by single factor test,including the concentration of ethanol,solid-liquid ratio,crush size,extraction times,ultrasonic time,temperature and power;Orthogonal test was use to optimize ultrasonic extraction conditions of total flavonoid from root of A. lappa with extraction time,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power and crush size as factors,and test data was statistical analysing by SPSS software. Result: Ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and crush size were main factors,which influencing extraction effect of total flavonoid.Optimum extraction technology was as follows:crush size of A. lappa root of the most coarse powder,extracted 3 times with 20 the amount of 60% ethanol at 60℃,40 min each time,ultrasonic power 60 W. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible,it could be suitable in industrial production.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Phellodendrom chinense and Sophora flavescens from Fushubao gel. Method: Taking yield of matrine,berberine hydrochloride and extract as indexes,single factor test was used to choose extraction method,including water boiling method,ethanol reflux method and ethanol percolation method;Orthogonal test was designed to optimize extraction technology of P. chinense and S. flavescens from Fushubao gel with extraction times,extraction time,the amount and concentration of ethanol as factors. Result: Ethanol reflux method was selected,optimum extraction technology was as follows:extracted 3 times with 8 times the amount of 50% ethanol,1.5 hours each time.Yield of total alkaloid was about 2.47%. Conclusion: This optimized process was stable,feasible and reproducible,it could provide experimental basis for extraction of active ingredients from Fushubao gel.

      摘要:Objective: To study the content difference of the principal component (As2S2) and the soluble arsenic salt (As2O3) in realgar and it processed products from different origins. Method: As2S2 content was determined by titration based on the analysis method of realgar recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition),and As2O3 content was detected using AFS-230E Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. Result: The contents of As2S2 and As2O3 were significantly different in realgar and its processed products from different origins. After processing, As2S2 content in the processed products was obviously increased, while As2O3 content was significantly reduced. Except that As2S2 content in realgar and its processed products from Jilin province and Jiangsu province was less than 90.0%, the rest of the samples can meet the pharmacopoeia requirements, and As2O3 content in all of the processed products can be controlled below 1.7 mg· g-1. Conclusion: This findings can provide a reference for guiding rational clinical applications of realgar.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the liposoluble components of Pinellia pedatisecta. Method: The liposoluble components of P. pedatisecta were extracted by ethanol; the extract was abstracted by chloroform, which can get liposoluble components and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Result: Nineteen liposoluble components were identified as trichloroacetic acid 1.86%,cis-1,2-cyclohexanediol 3.56%,heptylhydroperoxide 1.66%,(Z)-2-undecene 5.54%,1-hexene,1-butoxy-2-ethyl-4.13%,pyrrolo pyrazine-1,4-dione,hexahydro-3-(2-methylpropyl)-6.36%,n-hexadecanoic acid 23.32%,10-undecynoic acid 33.81%, cyclopentane undecanoic acid 1.11%, 2,5-piperazinedione,3-benzyl-6-isopropyl-2.95%,2-bromononane 1.04%,pyrrolo pyrazine-1,4-dione,hexahydro-3-(phenylmethy)-5.73%,4-ethyltetrahydro-2H-thiopyran 1.77%,docosane,1,22-dibromo- 1.26%,cyclopropane,1,1-dichloro-2,2,3,3-tetramethyl- 2.31%,6,9,12-octadecatrienoic acid,phenylmethyl ester,(Z,Z,Z)1.00%. Conclusion: The liposoluble components of P. pedatisecta have been further determined to establish the basis for antitumous effect.

      摘要:Objective: To determine and compare the content of myo-inositol in Citri Grandis. Method: The content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light-scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD) method. The operation was performed on a Rezex RCM-Monosaccharide Ca2+ (8%) cloumn (7.8 mm×300 mm) using deionized water as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.4 mL· min-1. The temperature of drift tube was set at 80℃, the tube was set at heating 100% and the column temperature at 35℃, the gas pressure was 40 bar. Result: The calibration curve of inositol displayed ideal linearity over the range of 0.25-8.00 g· L-1 (r=0.999 9), and the average recovery was 98.94% with RSD of 2.19%. The other ingredients in the sample showed no interference. Conclusion: The content of myo-inositol was different due to the different sample-variety of C. grandis and the sample from Lufu was the highest. And it would show a pattern of increase after pollination. But this study didn't show variations for samples from different region.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of ultra-micro pulverization on the lignanoid content and dissolution of Schisandra chinensis. Method: QAMS (quantitative analysis multi-components by single marker) was used to determine the content of the lignanoid, and the paddle method was applied to investigate the effects of ultra-micro pulverization on the dissolution of schisandrin. Result: The content of four lignanoids of S. chinensis ultra-micro powder was the same with its fine powder, and the dissolution rate of schisandrin was lower than its fine powder, but their cumulative dissolutions were the same. Conclusion: There was no difference between S. chinensis fine powder and its ultra-micro powder for the content of four lignanoids, including the dissolution of the schisandrin, but the latter dissolution rate was lower.

      摘要:Objective: Determination of tannin between Dendrobium aurantiacum and species in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Method: UV method was used. Result: a method was established for the content determination of tannin compared with gallic acid for the first time. The results showed that tannin content in D. nobile was the highest, and was almost same between D. aurantiacum and D. fimbriatum. Conclusion: The method was stable, reliable and repeatable, and can be applied for determination of tannin in Dendrobii Caulis.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of puerarin, liquiritin, baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Gegenqinlian Micropills. Method: RP-HPLC was applied on a Kromasil-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-phosphate buffer as mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. Result: The methodology of 4 components met the requirements with no interference of negatives. Conclusion: The method established is easy, accurate with high specificity, which can provide the base for the quality control of Gegenqinlian Micropills.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprint chromatograms of Flos Gentianae Stramienae by the means of liquid chromatography-mass spectrography (LC-MS). Method: The analysis was performed on Agilent ZORBAX ECLIPSE XDB-C18 column (2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.8 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid-water-acetonitrile in a gradient mode. The chromatograms were recorded by using ESI-MS in positive ion model. Totally, 11 batches of samples were analyzed and their similarities were calculated using fingerprint similarity evaluation software. Result: The LC-MS fingerprint common mode of Flos Gentianae Stramienae was obtained. A total of 23 characteristic peaks were selected as the common fingerprint peaks. The similarities of 11 samples were greater than 0.90 as compared to the common mode and seven peaks were identified by using HPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS. Conclusion: The reported method is precise, reproducible and reliable. The establishment of LC-MS fingerprint chromatograms can be helpful for the quality control of Flos Gentianae Stramienae.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination saikosaponin a from Bupleurum longiradiatum var. porphyranthum. Method: HPLC conditions: Phenomenex luna C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water (74: 26) as mobile phase; flow rate was 0.9 mL· min-1; column temperature was set at 35℃, and the detection wavelength was at 200 nm. Result: Saikosaponin a was linear in the range of 0.11-4.4 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.42% with RSD of 1.42%. Conclusion: HPLC gradient elution method for determination of saikosaponin a from B. longiradiatum var. porphyranthum is sensitive, accurate, specific, and reproducible.

      摘要:Objective: To reveal the chemical material foundation of active components in water decoction of Fengshao Liujunzi. Moreover, in order to develop and utilize them comprehensively, this paper studies the chemical constituents systematically. Method: According to extraction of the traditional decocting method, the components were isolated by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, macroporous adsorption resin D101, ODS-C18 repeatedly, and compounds structures were identified by spectral analysis. Result: Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitoster (1), palmitic acid (2), isomultiflorenol (3), triacontanol (4), psoralen (5), atractylenolidⅢ (6), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (7), gallic acid (8), benzoic acid (9), nobiletin (10), sinensetin (11), tangeritin (12), lactiflorin (13). Conclusion: thirteen compounds above were isolated from the decoction for the first time. Gallic acid may be one of the main active constituents of the decoction.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of salvianolic acid A in the plasma samples, and then study the plasma protein binding rate of salvianolic acid A. This can provide a reference to the further study of salvianol acid A in its metabolism, pharmacokinetics and clinical treatment. Method: The ultrafiltration was employed to determine the plasma protein binding rate of salvianol acid A in BSA plasma samples, rat plasma samples, the New Zealand rabbit plasma samples and beagle dog plasma samples. The plasma concentrations of salvianol acid A were measured by RP-HPLC. Result: The calibration curve of salvianolic acid A was linear within the ranges of 0.01-2.5 mg· L-1(r=0.999 4).The average plasma protein binding rates of salvianol acid A with BSA, rat plasma, the New Zealand rabbit plasma and beagle dog plasma were (99.79±0.02)%, (99.79±0.03)%, (99.73±0.06)%, (99.81±0.03)% in the plasma concentrations of 5.0, 50.0, 100.0 mg· L-1 respectively. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity, good specificity and reproduction, with simple management thus fulfilling the requirement. Salvianol acid A shows a high binding power to plasma protein., and this was independent of the investigated concentrations and the different species.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on S. chinensis Formula Granules by HPLC and provide a reference for quality evaluation of S. chinensis Formula Granules. Method: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by the Waters Xbridge C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of acetonitrile-water. The detective wavelength was set at 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 25℃. Result: 18 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of S. chinensis Formula Granules and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9 were found in fingerprints between the different samples of S. chinensis Formula Granules and the standard fingerprint. Conclusion: The method with good reproducibility is simple and accurate. It can be used as a quality control method for S. chinensis Formula Granules.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of 6 indicative components(gallic acid,hydroxyl-paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin, 1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloylglucose, paeonol, benzoyl-paeoniflorin) in Moutan Cortex. Method: Phenomsil(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted;the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 267 nm(0-20 min,gallic acid),258 nm(20-30 min, hydroxyl-paeoniflorin),230 nm(30-50 min,paeoniflorin) 274 nm(50-80 min, 1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloylglucose, paeonol),230 nm(80-90 min,benzoyl-paeoniflorin). Result: The content of 6 indicative components in Moutan Cortex was stable. The method had a good linearity in the ranges of 0.109 4-1.094 μg(r=0.999 5)for gallic acid, 0.034 86-0.348 6 μg(r=0.999 5) for hydroxyl-paeoniflorin, 0.212 4-2.124 μg(r=0.999 1) for paeoniflorin,0.214 5-2.145 μg(r=0.999 6) for 1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloylglucose, 0.323 5-3.235 μg(r=0.999 4) for paeonol,0.075 84-0.758 4 μg(r=0.999 3) for benzoyl-paeoniflorin. The average recoveris(n=6) were 98.7%,98.8%,99.7%,98.3%,98.9%,99.2%,respectively. Conclusion: This method is dependable,simple and practical,and may be use to control quality of Moutan Cortex.

      摘要:Objective: To study chromatography fingerprints of the alkaloids in Croton tiglium by HPLC. Method: Waters Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with methanol-0.2% acetic acid of water gradient elution, at flow-rate of 0.8 mL· min-1, detection wavelength at 292 nm; column temperature was at 25℃. Result: HPLC was used to establish fingerprint chromatograph of methanol extraction from thirteen batches of C. tiglium, which had been harvested from the same area at the same time. Crontonoside and magnoflorine in the fingerprint were identified. The result showed that peaks were common. Conclusion: The method could be used for the research and the quality control of C. tiglium.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for simultaneous determination of 6 active components. Method: Simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, phellodendrine, magnoflorine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine in Huangbai was carried out by HPLC. A Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (1‰ acetic acid, 2 mmol ammonium acetate) solution in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, the column temperature was kept at 25℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL· min-1. Result: The linear range of chlorogenic acid, phellodendrine, magnoflorine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berberine was 20.00-320.00,18.75-130.00,25.00-200.00,5.00-100.00,20.00-200.00,0.09-1.80 mg· L-1 separately. The average recovery was 98.1%, 99.4%, 97.5%, 97.3%, 104.0%, 98.5% separately; and RSD was 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%, 1.4%, 0.9% separately. Conclusion: The method is convenient, stable, reliable and suitable for quality control of Huangbai.

      摘要:Objective: To determine Qingrejiedu oral liquid by HPLC fingerprint of the 4 major effective component content in order to establish effective quality evaluation method. Method: The determination of HPLC fingerprint was established to analyze the quality of products sold in the market. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Shim-Pack VP-ODS C18 HPLC column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase methanol-0.1% phosphate gradient elution, detection wavelength of 227 nm. Result: The chromatographic parameters of HPLC fingerprints were better. 10 batches of fingerprint evaluation by similarity showed that there were larger differences between sold in Qingrejiedu oral liquids by different manufacturers. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate with high sensitivity and repeatability, which can serve as a quality control method of Qingrejiedu oral liquid; there are significant differences between the varieties of preparation sold in.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a chromatographic method for the analysis of Paeoniae Radix Alba, Aurantii Fructus and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in Qizhi Weitong particle. Method: Investigated by techniques of HPLC-DAD, Elite C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (0-45 min, 10%-28%A; 45-50 min, 28%-95%A) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Result: Measured value of sixteen batches revealed that there were ten common peaks with Paeoniae Radix Alba, Aurantii Fructus, Glycyrrhizae Radix and high similarity between samples of specific chromatogram. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It can provide a more scientific and accurate control for Qizhi Weitong particle.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the contents of metal elements in Lysimachia christinae H. by FAAS. Method: The samples were digested with the HNO3-HClO4 system and then the flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of five mental elements (Fe,Mg,Mn,Cu and Zn) in L. christinae from six diferent places. Result: L. christinae contains abundant mental elements. The contents of five mental elements from high to low is Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu successively. The additional standard recoveries of samples were between 97.11% and 102.94% with RSD(n=6) of the range from 0.83% to 3.37%. Conclusion: The established method to determine the conetents of Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in L. christinae was of high sensitivity, good stability, precision and accuracy.

      摘要:Objective: To determine 14 active compositions alignment (ACA) in Gengen Qinlian Decoction so as to provide technology and ideas for the establishment of quality standard in accordance with its therapeutic. Method: Gengen Qinlian Decoction was prepared by traditional method, the ACA were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Result: The 14 ACA in Gengen Qinlian Decoction were puerarin, daidzin, daidzein, baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin, berberine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride, epiberberine hydrochloride, coptisine hydrochloride, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, liquiritin. The content of ACA (%) were 1.673 7%, 0.153 3%, 0.047 3%, 0.448 0%, 0.091 6%, 0.012 3%, 0.006 7%, 0.095 5%, 0.034 3%, 0.043 8%, 0.036 0%, 0.048 3%, 0.110 3%, 0.158 0%. Conclusion: The HPLC method used is rapid and simple, and the ACA in Gengen Qinlian Decoction can be used as the scientific indicator of quality control.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in Rabdosia serra from different species and different habitat. Method: HPLC method was performed on a Dikma Diamonsil(2) (C18 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid as mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1, column temperature was kept at 25℃ and detection wavelength was set at 329 nm. Result: Caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid showed good linearity in the ranges of 0.045 4-0.908 0 μg (r=0.999 6) and 0.219 2-4.384 0 μg(r=0.999 9 with average recoveries of 98.7% and 103.0%, respectively. The content of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in Rabdosia serra from different species and different habitat, and the content of both in R. lophanthoides was the highest. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid for determination the content of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in R. serra, and can be used as the quality control of I. lophanthoides.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a method using pre-column derivation and high-performance capillary electrophoresis for determining amino acids content in pheretima. Method: Pheretima, a kind of Chinese medicinal material was firstly treated with water boiling, and then hydrolyzed by hydrochloride acid. The hydrolysate of amino acids in pheretima was derived by Waters AccQ-Fluor reagent. The amino acids in pheretima were identified and quantified with the method of high-performance capillary electrophoresis. Result: The optimized CZE conditions were as follows: a running buffer composed of 25 mmol· L-1 H3PO4-Na2HPO4 (pH 2), separation voltage at 20 kV, temperature at 25 centigrade, injection time for 4 sec with 0.5 psi pressure. 15 kinds of amino acids in pheretima were determined within 16 minutes. The separation effect of amino acids was perfect and the linear relationship was good in the range of 15.625-250 μmol· L-1 amino acids concentration. The results showed that there was relative high content of Glu, Ile/Leu, Gly, Ala and low content of His, Tyr in pheretima of Chinese medicinal material. And Asp was not detected. Conclusion: The present established method of AQC derivation and high-performance capillary electrophoresis is simple, rapid and suitable for determination of amino acids in animal medicinal materials.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Cangling Zhixie oral solution. Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid (20: 80); the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1; the detection wavelength was at 327 nm, and the column temperature was at room temperature. Result: A good linear correlation of chlorogenic acid was observed within the range of 0.021 84-0.436 8 μg. The average recovery was 100.97% with RSD 2.10% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Cangling Zhixie oral solution.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a method for the determination of costustoot in uighur medicine JinSuoKunDuEr Tablets. Method: HPLC method was adopted in which the separation of costustoot was performed on YMC-Pack ODS-A AA12S05-1506WT A-312(150 mm×6.0I.D.,S-5 μm,12 nm)column;the mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(65: 35),with a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min-1 and detection wavelength at 225 nm. Result: Costunolide were linear in the range of 0.03-0.07 g· L-1(r=0.999 5);the average recovery was 99.31% with RSD of 0.62%. Dehydrocostus lactone was linear in the range of 0.06-0.14 g·L-1(r=1),the average recovery was 99.33% with RSD of 0.69%. Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and repeaable,and it can be used for quality control of this preparation.

The method is simple, specific, and reproducible; detection spots were clear. Of paeoniflorin in the injection volume 0.509-16.31 mg· L-1, and linear range of the relationship is good. The average recovery was 96.79%, RSD was 1.7% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, efficient, sensitive and can be applied to quality control of Zhixieheji.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the methods of identification and assay in Peiyuantongnao Capsule. Method: TLC was used to determine Polygonum multiflorum, Cinnamomum cassia, Paeoniae radix rubra, Herba Cistanches and HPLC was used to determine the content of stilbene glycoside. Result: The spots of TLC were fairly clear with the good separation. The linear range of baicalin was from 0.064 5 to 0.805 9 μg. The average recovery was 99.4%, RSD was 2.2% (n=6). Conclusion: The established standard is applicable for the quality control of Peiyuantongnao Capsule.

      摘要:Objective: Explore the microscopic identification of Oxalis corniculata specificity for the further research and to provide evidence for identification. Method: With safflower O. corymboas as control, using conventional microscopy techniques to observe the organizational structure and microscopic characteristics of the O. corniculata from different origins and different elevations. Result: The fresh O. corniculata cross-sections microscopic characteristics from different origins and different elevations are similar, but O. corymboas cross-sections microscopic characteristics with fresh safflower is obvious different; microscopic characteristics of O. corniculata powder from different origins and different elevations had no obvious difference, and with safflower O. corymboas differences are also not obvious. Conclusion: The microscopic features of cross-section of fresh O. corniculata have strong specificity, which can be used as microscopic identification basis for fresh O. corniculata, but microscopic characteristics of O. corniculata powder as a basis for identification will be questionable.

Method: The methods of morphological identification and microscopic identification were used. Result: The root had primary ray. The cluster crystals of stem cortices arranged in intermittent central; collenchyma divided cortex into two parts, xylem conduits almost arranged in single longitinal; vascular bundles of main vein arranged in central. The powder has a mount of mucous cells and calcinm oxalate crystal. Conclusion: The upper characteristics have macroscopic identification significance, and it can be as references for the identification of C. repens.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetic properties of hyperoside in beagle dog plasma. Method: The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 (2) reversed-phase column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 mm) by isocratic elution with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid (42: 58). The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. Beagle dogs were oral administrated, and at different time points, the concentrations of hyperoside in dog plasma were determined by HPLC method. Main pharmacokinetics parameters were estimated by non-compartmental analysis using the Kinetica 4.4 software. Result: Linear response was obtained for hyperoside ranging from 0.5 to 100 mg· L-1. The intra-and inter-day precisions (RSDs) were less than 5.9%. The extraction recovery ranged from 89.95% to 95.32%. Stability studies showed that hyperoside was stable in preparation and analytical process. Hyperoside plasma concentration reached a maximum at(2.17±0.41)h after administration with an average Cmax of (13.88±1.26) mg· L-1. The area under the curve (AUC0-∞) was (96.69±30.94 )μg· h-1· mL-1. The MRT was (8.28±3.79) h. Conclusion: The results indicated that the validated method was successfully used to determine the concentration-time profiles of hyperoside.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate absorption,distribution and elimination process of ZB-ISG in rabbits. Method: Study on pharmacokinetics of ZB-ISG and oral Zhibing solution (reference preparation) by double preparation and double-period method in New Zealand white rabbits,in vivo bioavailability of ZB-ISG was evaluated by determining the content of imperatorin in serum. Result: AUC of Zhibing solution and ZB-ISG were (610.89±36.09),(1 150.77±64.6 1) μg· h· L-1,respectively,it showed that absorption degree of ZB-ISG in rabbits was higher than Zhibing solution.Cmax of Zhibing solution and ZB-ISG were (62.7±7.71),(110.7±10.76) μg· L-1,respectively,tmax of Zhibing solution and ZB-ISG were (3.35±0.36),(0.82±0.22) h,respectively,these showed that absorption amount and rate of imperatorin after nasal administration of ZB-ISG were higher than oral Zhibing solution. Conclusion: Comparing with oral Zhibing solution,ZB-ISG could greatly enhance bioavailability of imperatorin in rabbits.

Method: ABI 4000Q TRAP Mass was applied to determine and the compounds were analyzed with mass combined with references and standards. Result: Ten compounds in Ginseng extract and seven compounds in rat serum were identified. Conclusion: They are Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rd, Rc, Rb2, Rb3, Rf, Rg2 and R0 in Ginseng extract while ginsenoside Rf, Rg2 and R0 were not detected in rat serum.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of tanshinone ⅡA on peripheral blood of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-2/TIMP-2) and atrial muscle tissue of L-type calcium channel a1c subunit (LTCCa1c) effect, revealing the direct molecular mechanism in rats with atrial fibrillation. Method: The rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, model group,tanshinone ⅡA treatment group and verapamil intervention group. The rat model with atrial fibrillation was tail vein injected with acetylcholine a calcium chloride (Ach-CaCl2) drug; the expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in serum were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)method; by western blotting in detection of atrial muscle LTCCa1c protein expression. Result: Compared with the normal control group, the model group showed higher levels of MMP-2 and reduced of TIMP-2 in the peripheral blood, while LTCCa1c of atrial muscle tissue are reduced in the protein expression levels(P<0.05).Compared with the model group, treatment group of tanshinone ⅡA and verapamil intervention group were decreased the level of MMP-2, increased TIMP-2 level, improve atrial fibrillation rats in atrial muscle tissue LTCC protein expression levels reduce state (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tanshinone ⅡA can significantly interfere with the MMP-2/TIMP-2 and LTCCa1c-protein expression, the display may through the multiple target effect,improve the degree of injury of atrial fibrillation rats atrial muscle tissue remodeling process, thereby treating atrial fibrillation.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the material basis of Polygonum orientale protecting cardiac H9c2 cells against oxidative injury induced by hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) basing on traditional Chinese medicine serum chemical and serum pharmacological methods. Method: The absorbed components of P. orientale into blood were determined by comparing the ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) fingerprints of the extract, medicinal serum and blank serum. Simultaneously, the oxidative injury models induced by H2O2 was established by cultivating cardiac H9c2 cells in vitro and then the cell viability, lactic dehydrogense(LDH) release, malondialdehyde(MDA) production as well as superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were analyzed. Moreover, the morphology of cardiac H9c2 cells damaged by H2O2 were observed under an inverse fluorescence microscope after dyed by AO/EB. All of them were used to evaluate the protective effect of P. orientale on H2O2-induced injury. Result: Twenty five transitional components of P. orientale absorbed into blood after intragastrical administration were detected, nine of which were original components and sixteen are possible metabolites. Furthermore, compared with the model group, medicated serum decreased the release of LDH, MDA (P<0.05). However, it increased the activity of SOD and cell viability (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while apoptosis of cardiac H9c2 cells were obviously inhibited. Conclusion: The absorbed components into blood may be material basis of P. orientale used for protecting cardiac H9c2 cells against oxidative injury.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Danggui Buxue decoction(DBD) on proliferation in tumor vascular endothelial cells,and to explore the mechanism of inhibition of tumor angiogenesis. Method: After different doses of DBD acting on vascular endothelial cells (EA. Hy926) co-cultured with the tumor cells (A549) model, CCK-8 assay was used to observe the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells co-cultured with the tumor cells; enzyme-cinked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) was used for assay of vascular endothelia growth factor (VEGF) and its receptors (VEGFR1, VEGFR2, sVEGFR1, sVEGFR2) and expression of vascular endothelial cells co-cultured with the tumor cells. Result: Compared with normal group, vascular endothelial cells co-cultured with tumor cells proliferation capacity increased (P<0.01); DBD each dose group could promote the proliferation of normal endothelial cells, inhibit the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells co-cultured with tumor cells with a manner of dose and effect, compared with model group, there was significant difference (P<0.01). DBD each dose could promote vascular endothelial cell co-cultured with tumor cells expression of VEGF, compared with model group, co-cultured of high dose group and dose group showed a significantly different (P<0.01). Co-culture model group was significantly up-regulate VEGFR1,VEGFR2 expression, the groups DBD inhibited the expression of VEGFR1,VEGFR2 and showed a dose relationship. Co-cultured with tumor vascular endothelial cells in model group decreased expression of sVEGFR1 and sVEGFR2, each dose group of DBD could promote sVEGFR1 and sVEGFR2 expression,showed a dose relationship. Conclusion: DBD can Inhibit proliferation of vascular endothelial cells co-cultured with the tumor cells. The mechanism might be related to regulation of VEGF and its receptors

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of honokiol combined with artemisinin on cell cycle in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines(CNE-2) cells and to explore its possible mechanism. Method: After treating with thymidine deoxyribonucleoside (TdR, the final concentration was 2 mmol· L-1) for 16 h, the CNE-2 cells were washed with PBS twice then cultured in RPMI-1640 medium for 10 h and then treated with TdR at same final contentration for 16 h.Aftter the thymidine released,the CNE-2 cells were collected for further experimental studies.The CNE-2 cells were treated with honokiol 7.5 mg· L-1 or/and artemisinin 7.5 mg· L-1 for 24 h, at the same time, the control group was established. Flow cytometric analysis was performed to analyze the change of the cell cycle distrubtion and RT-PCR analysis were used to examine the expression level of cyclin D1,cyclin E1and p27gene. Result: After the CNE-2 cells were released from TdR, the flow cytometric analysis indiacted that the cell percentage of Gl,S,G2 phase was (72.64±5.01)%,(24.60±4.35)%, (0.00%) respectively, which meant that the CNE-2 cells were at the G1/S boundary. The cells percentage of Gl phase in the combined group,the honokiol group and the artemisinin group was (90.78±9.49)%,( 67.86±1.59 )%,( 66.77±2.25)% respectively, which showed that compared with either honokiol or artemisinin alone, the combined group could cause the CNE-2 cells arrest at G1 phase significantly (P<0.05). RT-PCR analysis indicated that the cyclin D1mRNA expression in combined group, the honokiol group and the group was (0.237±0.014),(0.328±0.002),(0.368±0.007) respectively, the cyclin E1mRNA expression in above groups was (0.445±0.027),(0.572±0.005), (0.542±0.006)respectively, which indicated that the combined group could downregulate the mRNA expression of both cyclin D1and cyclin E1, compared to either honokiol or artemisinin alone(P<0.05).The RT-PCR showed that the p27 mRNA expression in combined group,the honokiol group and the artemisinin group was (1.069±0.046),(0.543±0.022)and (0.388±0004)respectively, which showed that the combined group could upregulate the expression of p27mRNA. Conclusion: The combination of the honokiol with the artemisinin yields synergistic effect on induction of G1 phase arrest in CNE-2 cells. The cooperative effect of honokiol with artemisinin may be associated with the downregulate the expression of both cyclin D1mRNA and cyclin E1mRNA and upregulate expression of p27 mRNA.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Qingre Huayu decoction(Qinggan decoction) on expression of high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGB1) in liver tissue of acute liver failure(ALF) rats, and to explore the mechanism of anti-ALF from mRNA level. Method: Rats were injected intraperitoneally with D-GalN 1.4 g· kg-1 to induce ALF rat model. One hundred and twenty five SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, that was normal group, model group, Stronger Neo-Minophagen C (SNMC) group and Qinggan decoction group according to whether or not to accept the modeling and drug intervention. Each group was further randomly divided into two subgroups according to different time points, a total of 8 groups. The first subgroup was used to collect blood and liver tissue samples at hour 36, while the second was applied to observe the survival rate of rats at hour 96.Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin(TBiL) levels were measured via automatic biochemical analysis; plasma prothrombin time(PT) level was measured via automatic coagulation analysis while for liver pathomorphology observation via HE staining. To detect high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGB1) mRNA expression changes via quantitative RT-PCR, and to calculate the target gene relative expression level of the housekeeping gene β-actin as control by 2-ΔΔCt method. Result: After 96-hour treatment, mean survival times of the three groups were 64.6, 71.9, 83.3 hours respectively; cumulative survival rate of rats in Qinggan decoction group was higher than that of rats in model group(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the levels of HMGB1 mRNA/β-actin were remarkably reduced in the normal group, Qinggan decoction group and SNMC group(0.006±0.003,0.067±0.033,0.112±0.027 vs 0.245±0.153, all P<0.01). The level of ALT, AST, TBiL and PT were significantly lower in the Qinggan decoction group than in the SNMC group(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the levels of ALT, AST, TBiL and PT were remarkably reduced in the normal group, Qinggan decoction group and SNMC group(P<0.01). The level of ALT, AST, TBiL and PT were significantly lower in the Qinggan decoction group than in the SNMC group(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the level of liver tissue damage degree score was also significantly reduced in the Qinggan decoction group and SNMC group(1.84±0.13, 2.85±0.20 vs 3.56±0.24, both P<0.01). The level of liver tissue damage degree score was significantly lower in the Qinggan group than in the SNMC group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Qinggan decoction can be effective in improving liver function, blood coagulation, liver pathology and reducing mortality in D-GalN-induced acute liver failure rats, and its molecular mechanisms may be related to inhibition of HMBG1 expression.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of serum containing Taohong Siwu decoction(TS) on transforming growth facor β1(TGF-β1)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) secreted by macrophages and further explore the mechanism of macrophages in promoting necrotic repair. Method: Conventional New Zealand rabbits, half males and half females, were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, TS high dose group, low dose group. Within 2 weeks, the high dose group was administrated with TS 15 g· kg-1 per day, the low-dose group was administrated with TS 7.5 g· kg-1 per day, the control group was administrated with normal saline 15 mL· kg-1 per day. Macrophages (M) were harvested after U-937 cell lines induced by phobol myristate acetate(PMA), cells were seeded in flat-bottom 6 well plates at 5×105 cells/well. Under the stimulation condition of necrotic bone particles, M were exposed to 30% of TS medicated serum 48 h. Then cells were collected to detect TGF-β1 mRNA,TNF-α mRNA by reverse transcription PCR. Result: The production of TGF-β1 was high-regulated by different concentration of TS compared with control group(P<0.05), the transcription quantity of low-dose group was 3.366 7, the high-dose group was 4.186 7; the production of TNF-α was down-regulated by different concentration of TS compared with control group(P<0.05), the transcription quantity of low-dose group was 1.603 3, the high dose group was 1.356 7. Conclusion: The Taohong Siwu decoction can enhance the level of TGF-β1 and suppress the TNF-α.The Taohong Siwu decoction promote necrotic repair by affecting on the macrophages.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate intervention of Daotan decoction (DTD) in of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) mRNA expression through the regulation of p53 in order to reveal the mechanisms of DTD in the treatment of atherosclerosis. Method: Neonatal umbilical cords were used to isolate endothelial cells, and they were subcultured for 1 to 3 generations in experiment.According to a dose of 0.9 g· kg-1·d-1, DTD was given to SD rats by gavage. Blood samples were obtained via the abdominal aorta after 10 days and the serum was separated. The experiment was divided into 7 groups: blank control group, blank serum control group (HUVECs were treated with serum without DTD), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) induced group (200 U· mL-1 TNF-α, 12 h), 5% DTD group (5% DTD serum, 6 h, and then 200 U· mL-1 TNF-α, 12 h), 10% DTD group (10% DTD serum, 6 h, and then 200 U· mL-1 TNF-α, 12 h), 20% DTD group (20% DTD serum, 6 h, and then 200 U· mL-1 TNF-α, 12 h) and PFT-α group (p53 blocker) blocking groups (PFT-α 0.009 g· mL-1, 30 min, and then 200 U· mL-1 TNF-α, 12 h). The impact of DTD on ICAM-1 mRNA and p53 expression in human umbilical vein endothelial cells stimulated by TNF-α were observed with the PCR and Western blot. Result: ①The expression of ICAM-1 mRNA and p53 in the TNF-α induced group was significantly higher than the normal control and DTD control groups. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); after being treated with DTD serum or PFT-α, the expressions of ICAM-1 and p53 mRNA were reduced(P<0.05). ②The protein expressions of ICAM-1 and p53 in the TNF-α induced group were significantly higher than the normal control and DTD control groups. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); after being treated with DTD serum or PFT-α, the protein expressions of ICAM-1 and p53 were reduced(P<0.05). ③There was a significant positive correlation between the p53 and ICAM-1 mRNA level (r=0.981,P<0.01), and protein level (r=0.854,P<0.01). Conclusion: DTD inhibits TNF-α stimulation caused ICAM-1 mRNA expression in umbilical vein endothelial cells through the regulation of p53 expression, therefore, it may play a therapeutic role in the treatment of atherosclerosis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate whether Buyang Huanwu decoction inhibits homocysteine(Hcy)-mediated smooth muscle cell proliferation and related mechanisms. Method: Thirty male mice were treated with Buyang Buyang Huanwu decoction(14.9 g· kg-1· d-1) for 7 days to abtain Buyang Huanwu decoction contained serum, concentration of which was as 5%,10%,20% and added to smooth muscle cells. After 1 hour homocysteine was added and cultured for 24 hours. Cell cycle distribution and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)were detected by Western-blotting, DCFH-DA was used for examining the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS). Result: Buyang Huanwu decoction could decrease ROS content,significantly inhibited cell cycle of VSMc,as 20% doses make 27.95%(P<0.01)cells at cell cycle of S+G2;and down regulated the expression of PCNA(P<0.01);significantly inhibited ROS production induced by Hcy in VSMCs. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction significantly inhibit Hcy-mediated proliferation of VSMCs,and inhibition of ROS production may be related molecular mechanisms.

      摘要:Objective: To observe effect of Haizao Yuhu decoction(HYD) on growth inhibitory mechanism for thymic lymphoma in mice. Method: The implantation model of thymic lymphoma in mice was established by subcutaneous injection of thymic lymphoma cells from nude mouse xenograft tumor induced by N-methyl nitroso urea(MNU). Antitumor of HYD was evaluated by recent curative effect and forward prognosis. In recent curative effect, HYD ig 20 g· kg-1 was used to treat mouse once daily for five weeks. Next day after the end of dosage, antitumor of HYD and its growth inhibitory mechanism for thymic lymphoma were investigated by assay of tumor size,blood flow veloeity,tissue viscosity, matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases(TIMP-1),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),and Fas.In forward prognosis, HYD po at equivalent dose in drinking water was used to treat mouse once daily untill the end experiment. Life span was analyzed.In addition, the medicated serum from mice received intragastric HYD for two weeks was prepared and used to treat mouse embryonic lung fibroblast (L929 cells) and spleen lymphocyte and observe its effect on cell proliferation and collagen Ⅰ-Ⅳ secretion in L929 cells. Result: In curative recent effect, the tumor weight in model group is (2.48±0.42)g while it was (0.79±0.48) g in HYD group, tumor inhibitory rate of HYD was 68.1%. In forward prognosis,median life span in model group and HYD group were 11 weeks and 26 weeks respectively. In mechanism study, HYD could reduce blood flow veloeity,tissue viscosity, TIMP-1, TGF-β1, VEGF and bFGF, increase MMP-2, MMP-9 and Fas.In addition, HYD could promote spleen lymphocyte proliferation and inhibit proliferation and collagen Ⅰ-Ⅳ secretion in L929 cells. Conclusion: HYD could suppress growth and metastasis of thymic lymphoma in mice, its growth inhibitory mechanism may be associated with matrix degradation, cell apoptosis and immune enhancement in tumor microenvironment.

      摘要:Objective: To study the hepatoprotective effect of mogrosides(Mog). Method: Seventy-two mice were randomly divided into six groups: the normal group,the model group,bifendate(BPD) group (0.6 g· kg-1),high dose Mog group (1.5 g· kg-1),middle dose Mog group (0.75 g· kg-1) and low dose Mog group (0.38 g· kg-1). Except for normal group and model group,the other mice were orally administered corresponding drugs once per day for seven days.After the last administation,the treated groups and model group were ip given 0.08% CCl4 (10 mL·kg-1) once to produce acute liver injury. The serum was collected after 12 h to detect level of aspartate aminotransferase (AST),alanine aminotransferase (ALT),and the histological changes of liver were observed. Seventy-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: the normal group,the model group,BPD group (0.1 g· kg-1),high-dose Mog group (0.8 g· kg-1),middle-dose Mog group (0.4 g· kg-1) and low-dose Mog group (0.2 g·kg-1). Except for normal group the other rats were sc 25%CCl4(2 mL· kg-1) once every two week for eight weeks to establish chronic liver injury (the first time sc 25%CCl4 5 mL· kg-1).The effects of Mog on the activities of ALT and AST,the content of hyaluronic acid(HA), procollagen Ⅲ N-terminal petide (PⅢNP), hydroxyproline (Hyp) in serum,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),the content of malondiadehyde(MDA) in liver tissue was observed. The effect of Mog on transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) expression in liver tissue was observed and the histological changes of liver were detected. Result: Mog could inhibit the increasing in ALT and AST in serum of the acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4, and decrease the degree of the histological changes of liver. Mog could significantly decrease the elevation of serum ALT and AST activities, decrease the content of HA, PⅢNP, Hyp in serum; increse the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in liver tissue and decrease the content of MDA in liver tissue in the CCl4-induced chronic liver injury in rat. Mog could inhibit the expression of TGF-β1 and decrease the degree of the histological changes of liver in the CCl4-induced chronic liver injury in rat. Conclusion: Mog showed protective effect on mice with acute hepatic injury; Mog can protect liver function from the chronic hepatic injury induced by CCl4 and has obvious effects of contradicting hepatic fibrosis in rat.

      摘要:Objective: To study protective effect of extracts from Rhizoma Anemones Raddeanae(RAR) on hepatic fibrosis induced by pig blood serum in rats. Method: Sixty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, the normal group,the model group,the RAR group,the extraction of RAR group(EXRAR group),the Fuzheng Huayu group(FZHY group). Rats were intraperitoneally injected with 0.5 mL of porcine serum twice a week to establish immunological liver fibrosis model for 15 successive weeks. The model group was treated with distilled water, the RAR group was treated with RAR decoctum(0.7 g· kg-1), the EXRAR group was treated with the extraction of RAR(0.071 g· kg-1),the FZHY group were treated with Fuzheng Huayu gelatin capsule(0.525 g· kg-1).The course of treatment lasted 8 weeks. At the end of 23th weeks. Alanine amino transferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),albumin (Alb),hyaluraic acid (HA),laminin (LN),typeⅢ pro collagen (PCⅢ),collagen Ⅳ(CⅣ) in serum and hydroxyproline (Hyp) content in liver homogenate were assayed. HE stain and Masson stain were used to examine the histopathological change. The expression of collagen Ⅰ(col-Ⅰ),collagen Ⅲ(col-Ⅲ)were detected by SABC. Result: Compared with the model group,content of ALT,AST,HA,PCⅢ,CIV,Hyp decreased and the content of Alb increased in EXRAR group,RAR group (P<0.05).compared with the model group, level of inflammation activity and fibrosis level was reduced significantly in EXRAR group and RAR group. Immunohistochemistry result indicated that the expression of col-Ⅰ,col-Ⅲ in EXRAR group,RAR group depressed obviously,dyeing iwas tasteless in interval,and area was asystematic. There was no false flocculus to form. Coloration exponent result indicated that the expression of col-Ⅰ,col-Ⅲ in EXRAR group,RAR group decreased. Conclusion: . RAR and it's extraction has a significant effect on anti-fibrosis, furthermore, RAR's extraction has the same effect.The possible mechanism is related to inhibiting the composition of ECM and encouraging the degradation of ECM.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the liver protection of total flavones of Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel(MQR) from Gansu Province in mice. Method: Fifty-five Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups that were orally administered the total flavones of MQR (0.300,0.150,0.075 g· kg-1) or contrast solution once per day for 7 d. Except normal mice,all the other mice were injected intraperitoneally 0.15% carbon tetrachloride(CCl4), 1.5% paracetamol(AP) or 5% thioocetamide(TAA) once. All mice were executed after 16 h and collected serum and liver samples for determining alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspirate aminotransferase(AST) in serum and malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px) in liver. Result: The total flavones of MQR growing in Gansu Province can degrade the levels of ALT and AST in serum and MDA in hepatic tissue, upgrade the SOD and GSH-Px activity in hepatic tissue. Furthermore,their protective effects exhibit the dose-effect relationship. Conclusion: The total flavones of MQR from Gansu Province have some protective effects on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4, AP or TAA in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the regulating lipid antioxidation by compound curcumin microcapsule. Method: hyperlipidemia animal model was established, the level t of malondialdehyde(MDA), nitric oxide(NO), endothelin(ET-1) etc were measured. Result: Compared with the model group, the low-dose group decreased significantly thelevelof total cholesterol(TC), Total triglyceride(TG), ET-1 and the MDA, increased the NO content and superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)activity,; the high dose group also reduced the TC, TG content, increased SOD and GSH-Px activity, but which have no obvious influence on the content of MDA,NO and ET-1.Compared with curcumin microcapsules, the compound had the pharmacological effects more significantly. Conclusion: The compound microcapsule has significant regulation of the lipid metabolism and antioxidative reaction, the d effect is significantly superior to the single application of curcumin.

      摘要:Objective: The ethanol extracts of 24 medicinal plants were screened for their anti-acetylcholinesterase(AChE) activity and antioxidant activity. Method: The medicinal plants were extracted by ethanol(70%) under reflux. The objective extracts would be extracted by different solvents-dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water respectively, in order to obtain their dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and aqueous-soluble fractions. The AChE inhibitory activity was tested by TLC bioautographic method combined with modified Ellman's colorimetric method; Antioxidant activity was evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging method. Result: On the basis of the evaluation of 24 medicinal plants tested by TLC bioautographic method and modified Ellman's colorimetric method, some medicinal plants had taken on significant anti-acetylcholinesterase activity and DPPH free radical-scavenging activity, such as Leonfice robustum (Maxim.) Diels, Stephania kwangsiensis H.S.Lo, Toddalia asiatica (L.) lam., Rhododendron mucronatum G.Don and Alangium chinense (Lour.) Harms. The inhibition rates of the above medicinal plants were (88.72±1.47)%, (82.25±1.32)%, (77.71±1.61)%, (77.00±1.38)% and (75.22±1.28)% at the concentration of 1g·L-1, respectively; And IC50 value of DPPH free radical-scavenging activity were 153.75, 74.95, 50.00, 10.87, 24.40 mg· L-1, respectively. Compared with the the various extracts based on kinds of solvents, dichloromethane fractions of L. robustum and S. kwangsiensis had the higher anti-acetylcholinesterase activity, which IC50 value were 33.97, 38.79 mg· L-1, while IC50 value of DPPH free radical-scavenging activity were 302.95,79.45 mg· L-1. Conclusion: Dichloromethane fractions of L. robustum and S. kwangsiensis extracts have shown high AChE inhibitory capacity and antioxidant activity, so they will be further performed bio-guided isolation and purified to obtain active compounds.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects and mechanism of Yiqi Yangxue Wenyang formula on interstitial cells of cajal in the rat colon of constipation caused by laxatives. Method: The rat constipation model was caused by laxatives on. First day rats were ig given rhubarb 200 mg· kg-1· d-1 , second day given 400 mg·kg-1· d-1 for 3 months, until half rats appeared diarrhea. The modelling rats were treated with Yiqi Yangxue Wenyang formula for two weeks, interstitial cells of cajal in colon was observed by RT-PCR. Result: The interstitial cells of cajal in rat colon in the Yiqi Yangxue Wenyang formula high dose group was 0.365 08±0.047,the medium group was 0.370 97±0.040, that was higher than that in the model group is 0.298 55±0.046(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yiqi Yangxue Wenyang formula can treat constipation by adjust interstitial cells of cajal in colon.

      摘要:Objective: To establish and evaluate the old rat model with Ganqi stagnation syndromes of insomnia. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:control, single-factor model, the multi-factor model, the multi-factor model+Shuyu Anshen Fang treatment. The old rat model with Ganqi stagnation Syndromes of insomnia was induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose 60 mg· kg-1·d-1 for six weeks, and then clamping tail stimulus for one week was used toestablish Ganqi stagnation model, and REM sleep deprivation for 48 hours was caried out by using modified multiple platform method (MMPM). Then features of physical sign, free radicals in brain, and the contents of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1a(6-keto-PGF1a),thromboxane B2(TXB2) in blood plasma were analyzed. Result: Compared with all the other groups (control group, treatment group and single-factor model group), the multi-factor model group with Ganqi stagnation showed the higher levels of malondialdehyde(MDA) and TXB2(P<0.01), and the lower levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), 6-keto-PGF1a and the ratio of 6-keto-PGF1a/TXB2 (P<0.01). Conclusion: The composite animal model showed pathological features of clinical Ganqi stagnation syndromes. It is a feasible and reliable composite animal model.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of astragalus saponin on rats with atrophic gastritis (CAG), and on myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88), Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) receptor. Method: The rat model of atrophic gastritis was established with synthesis method.Then saline, astragalus saponin(14.93 mg·kg-1) and sucralfate(360 mg·kg-1)were given orally after the modeling rats were sacrificed after 10 weeks and 15 weeks, and whole stomach was collected to observe whether there were intestinal metaplasia,pseudo-pyloric metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia under the microscope, the expression of MyD88 and TLR4 was detected. Result: Astragalus saponin had a therapeutic effect on rats with atrophic gastritis, the occurrence of intestinal metaplasia,pseudo-pyloric metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia significantly reduced, at the same time, the expression of TLR4 and MyD88 decreased significantly compared with blank group and sucralfate group, higher expression of superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in astragalus saponin group was found. Conclusion: Astragalus saponin can prevent the activation of MyD88, TLR4 receptors and improve the activity of SOD, it has a therapeutic effect on atrophic gastritis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the ameliorating effect of Didang decoction on hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage model rats. Method: Healthy male Sprague-Dawsley rats were randomly allotted to five groups as following: sham operation group,model group, Didang decoction low-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group, respectively. The hypertension was reproduced by intraperitoneal injection posterior pituitary injection, and then intracerebral injection autoblood was used to establish cerebral hemorrhage.Didang decoction was continuously treated for 7 days. The HIF-1α was detected by immunohistochemistry, Western blotting,and polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Result: The HIF-1α positive cells, HIF-1α protein content,HIF-1α mRNA expression significantly enhanced in Didang decoction treatment groups, particularly in the low-dose group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Up-regulated the expression of HIF-1α maybe involved in effects of Didang decoction.

      摘要:Objective: To select the recommended dose of the Shenxiong Huayu capsule in the treatment of global cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats. Method: Adult male SD rats were divided into five groups randomly: sham group, model group, low, medium and high dose group of Shenxiong Huayu capsule group(240,360,480 mg· kg-1). Global cerebral ischemia model was formed by improved four-vessel occlusion as described according to the description of Pulsinelli's method. Morphological changes were observed by HE staining in 12, 24, 48 h after injury. Beam walking test and bilateral forepaws grasp was used to detecte sensorimotor integration after 72 h. The best dose group was selected by using immunohistochemistry method to detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Result: Compared with sham group, neuronal morphous was damaged, the density of neurons was reduced, the level of sensorimotor integration was decreased obviously(P<0.01)in model group Compared with model group, the number of neurons and the level of sensorimotor integration were increased obviously in Shenxiong Huayu capsule group(P<0.05); the above mentioned changes were more significant in high dose of Shenxiong Huayu capsule group. The expression of VEGF in high dose group was increased significantly,compared with model group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Shenxiong Huayu capsule have good therapeutic effect on ischemia-reperfusion injury and the recommended dose is 480 mg· kg-1, which is related to regulating VEGF expression.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Jingfukang granule by water extraction coupling rectification(WER)on thrombosis,blood viscosity, cerebral blood flow (CBF) and cerebral vascular resistance(CVR). Method: The vitro thrombus was induced and the length,wet and dry weight of the thrombus were measured. Thrombosis instrument was to observe the invivo occlusion time (OT). At the same time, the platelet aggregation rate,the high-,middle-,low-shear blood viscosity as well as the plasma viscosity in rats was determined. The CBF and CVR were measured before and after drugs in dogs. Result: Compared to Jingfukang granule, Jingfukang granule by WER could delay the OT, decrease the length,wet and dry weight of invitro thrombus and the platelet aggregation rate,reduce the blood viscosity,increase CBF. Conclusion: Jingfukang granule by WER has obvious actions of activating blood circulation to remove blood.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of serum containing Liuwei Dihuang Wan on calcium concentration and the level of calmodulin-dependent protein kinase Ⅱ(CaMKⅡ) mRNA in PC12 cells induced by KCl. Method: The models of PC12 cells was established (rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line) by being stimulated by 150 mmol· L-1 KCl. Then Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) containing 10% Liuwei Dihuang Wan serum was added to exponentially-growing PC12 cells for pre-protection. After 48 h, the proliferation of PC12 cells was detected by MTT and the calcium concentration in PC12 cells was observed by laser scanning confocal microscope. The level of CaMKⅡmRNA was analyzed by RT-PCR. Result: It can significantly improve the activity of cells in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(1.15±0.09), compared with the model group (0.47±0.11), (P<0.01). It can significantly reduced the mean fluorescence intensity of calcium in PC12 cells induced by KCl (150 mmol·L-1) in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared with the model group(P<0.05). The basic calcium intensity in PC12 cells was down-regulated in traditional Chinese medicine pre-protection group compared with the control group and the model group. In addition, the level of CaMKⅡmRNA in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was up-regulated compared with that in model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum containing with 10% Liuwei Dihuang Wan can effectively inhibit the intracellular calcium overload induced by KCl and improve the expression of CaMKⅡmRNA in PC12 cells.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of puerarin on parkinson'as rats model induced by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). Method: Parkinson's rats model was established, the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, L-dopa group (40 mg· kg-1), low-, medium-and high-dosage groups of puerarin (20, 40, 80 mg· kg-1). The drugs were intragastrically perfused to rats daily for 30 consecutive days. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) as well as the contents of MDA in substantia nigra tissue were tested by biochemical method; the pathological change of nerve cells in substantia nigra was observed by HE staining; then the expressions of induced nitric oxide synthase (iNOS),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)-response-element-binding-protein (CREB) in substantia nigra were using Western blot analysis. Result: The condition of Parkinson's rats model was alleviated via puerarin treatment. Compared to model control group, puerarin significantly elevated the activities of GSH-Px and SOD in substantia nigra tissue of parkinson'as rats, while the MDA contents was reduced (P<0.01); and down-regulated the iNOS protein level in substantia nigra tissue, while the expression of CREB was increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: The findings indicate that puerarin has protective effect on the 6-OHDA-induced PD rats the mechanism may be associated with restraining the oxidative stress and regulations of endogenous iNOS, CREB expressions.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the protective effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on focal cerebral ischemia in rat. Method: One hundred and eight-nine SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and Buyang Huanwu decoction group (n=63). One week after the regular feeding, cerebral ischemia animal models was established. Buyang Huanwu decoction was given 2 h after operation(the dose of 5 g·kg-1·d-1 ig 1 times per day).Each group was divided into three sub-groups namely 7 days after administration, 14, 21 d three time points. neurological function and brain tissue morphological changes in each group at different time points were observe. Result: The infarction area and neurological score in Buyang Huanwu decoction group were significantly decreased compared with model group at the same time-phasep,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hippocampal and cortical cell morphology was significantly improved and cells were arranged neatly in Buyang Huanwu decoction group compared with the model group. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve cerebral ischemic injury neurological recovery and tissue repair,has cerebral protective effect.

      摘要:Objective: To observe euphorbia fischeriana plyosaccharide (EFP-AW1) regulate the effect of immunologic function in S180 tumor-bearing mice. Method: Fifty male institute of lancer research(ICR) mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, model group, EFP-AW1 group, CTX group, EFP-AW1 and CTX group. The mice were grouped and treated for 10 days by EFP-AW1.The splenocyte proliferation was measured by MTT in order to assess the effects on the immune activity by EFP-AW1; transforming growth factor(TGF-β1) determination by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA); CD4+T,CD8+T tumor detected by flow cytometry in peripheral blood. Result: EFP-AW1 could significantly enhance ConA/LPS-induced T lymphocyte proliferation, and reduce TGF-β1 secretion, and increase the number of CD8+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood. Conclusion: EFP-AW1 can enhance immune response function in S180 tumor-bearing mice, inhibit tumor cell in vivo metastasis and recurrence.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the in vitro bacteriostatic action of Shenglin Baizhu powder (SBP) on Clostridium difficile, a major pathogen of antibiotic associated diarrhea (AAD). Method: The normal culture group (cultured on brain heart infusion) and cultured on adding medicine culture group (cultured on brain heart infusion adding a series dilution of with V/V: 1×10-1, 10-2, 10-3, and 10-4) were used to test the influences of SBP on in vitro growths of four clinic C. difficile isolates (NC-1, NC-2, SH182 and SH186) including two A+B+ stains and two A-B+ stains respectively, using continual exampling and spectrophotometry methods. Result: The modified brain heart infusion medium adding SBP decoction of whole dilution (V/V: 10-1, 10-2, 10-3 and 10-4) and of the 10-1 dilution significantly inhibited the growths of C. difficile NC-1 and C. difficile NC-2 respectively (P<0.05), while modified BHI medium adding other series dilution SBP decoctions exhibited slight influences on all selective C. difficile strains by decreasing the bacterial CFU· mL-1 (colony forming units per milliliter) maximum. Conclusion: SBP has some bacteriostatic action to influence the growth of AAD pathogens.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the inhibition effect of salvia extract on cultured neonatal rat hypertrophic cells induced by angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)and the related gene regulation to mRNA expression. Method: The Ang II-induced cardiac myocyte hypertrophy model was replicated, the neonatal rat cardiomyocytes in primary culture were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, valsartan (Val) in the control group, and salvia extract three different dose groups. There was any added drugs in the normal control group, and the final concentration was 10-6 g· L-1 AngⅡ in the model group, 10-6g· L-1 Val in Val control group, and 10-4, 10-3, 10-2g· L-1 salvia extract in the other three groups. Myocardial cell counting and diameter were determined by the BI-2000 medical micrograph analyzing system, protein content was detected by the Bradford method, and protein kinase D1(PKD1) mRNA expression was analysed by the reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) method. Result: Compared with the normal control group, the number of myocardial cells in model group changed little, yet cardiomyocyte diameter, total protein content and PKD1 mRNA expression were significantly increased (P<0.05); compared with the model group, cardiomyocyte diameter, the total protein content and PKD1 mRNA expression of the Val control group were significantly lower (P<0.05); as well as the 10-3, 10-2g· L-1 salvia extract groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Salvia extract can significantly inhibit hypertrophy of cardiac myocyte induced by Ang II, which may be closely related to the mRNA expression regulation of PKD1.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of total flavones of Epimedium leptorrhizum Stearn on hFOB1.19 osteoblast activity. Method: The hFOB1.19 osteoblast was treated with 50,25,12.5,6.25,3.13,1.56,0.78,0.39, 0.20 mg· L-1 total flavones of E. leptorrhizum Stearn, and then detected proliferation rate by MTT and alkaline phosphate(ALP) secretion by automatic biochemical analyzer after 72 h(single administration) and 1,4,7,10 d(continuous administration). Result: 0.78-50 mg· L-1 total flavones of E. leptorrhizum Stearn can promote proliferation of hFOB1.19 osteoblast by single administration after 72 h. The max proliferation rate is 132.32%. 0.78 mg· L-1 total flavones can also promote the ALP secretion obviously. Total flavones of E. leptorrhizum Stearn has no influence on hFOB1.19 osteoblast by continuous administration at 1-4 d, but shows a different degree of promoting effect after 7 d. From 0.78 to 25.0 mg· L-1, the effect presents an obvious dose relationship. With the further increase of drug concentration, the cell proliferation no longer increasing, and the effect lasted at least until 10 days. 12.5, 25.0, 50.0 mg· L-1 total flavones of E. leptorrhizum Stearn at the 7 d and 25.0, 50.0 mg· L-1 total flavones at the 10 d can promote ALP secretion significantly. Conclusion: The total flavones of E. leptorrhizum Stearn can promote hFOB1.19 osteoblast proliferation and ALP secretion. It shows that the promotion of osteoblast activity by total flavones of E. leptorrhizum Stearn maybe a pathway of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of ethanol extract of six breeds of Uncaria on blood pressure in normal rat. Method: For acute hypotensive experiment, the rats were randomly divided into normal control group, nifedipine(0.002 g· kg-1) group and ethanol extract groups of six breeds of Uncaria Schreb at dose of crude drug 68.4, 34.2 g· kg-1. The common carotid artery blood pressures were recorded 0, 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 hours after single dose administration of medicine to duodenum. For chronic hypotensive experiment, the rats were randomly divided into normal control group, nifedipine(0.002 g· kg-1) group and ethanol extract groups of six breeds of Uncaria Schreb at dose of crude drug 34.2, 17.1 g· kg-1. The caudal artery blood pressures were recorded on 0, 7,11 days after repeated intragastric administration. Result: Uncaria rhynchophlly(Miq.)Miq.ex Havil at doses of 68.4, 34.2 g· kg-1 could significantly decrease the common carotid artery blood pressure of normal rats from 0.5 h to 3 h after single dose administration (P<0.01).U. rhynchophlly(Miq.)Miq.ex Havil at doses of 17.1,34.2 g· kg-1, U. macrophylla Wall and U. rhynchophylloides F.C.How at dose of 34.2 g crude drug· kg-1could significantly decrease the caudal artery blood pressure of normal rats after repeated intragastric administration (P<0.01). But U. scandens (Sm.)Huntch, U. lancifolia Hutch and U. homomalla Miq could not decrease the common carotid artery and caudal artery blood pressure of normal rat. Conclusion: U. rhynchophlly(Miq.)Miq.ex Havil, U. macrophylla Wall and U. rhynchophylloides F.C.How could significantly decrease the blood pressure of normal rats. But U. scandens (Sm.)Huntch, U. lancifolia Hutch and U. homomalla Miq showed no influence on blood pressure in normal rat.

      摘要:Objective: To study the acute and chronic toxicity of Shenyuan tablet. Method: Shenyuan tablet was intragastrically administered a time to mice in range of one day. Determine the median lethal dose (LD50).Animal appearance, behavior, mental status, respiratory changes and the number of animals poisoned and die in each group were noted daily for 14 consecutive days. The amount of weight and feed of survived mice were recorded every day. The chronic toxicity was performed in rats, the treatment groups (minimum, middle, maximum dose of Shenyuan tablet.) and control group were made. After continuously feeding rats orally for 6 months, we observed the rats behavior, weight gain, food consumption, blood test, biochemistry test, urine test, electrocardiogram, systematic autopsy and pharmacology test. The above physiological signs were inspected again 1 month after cease of feeding. Result: The oral acute toxicity study of Shenyuan tablet. In mice revealed that the maximum dose is 97.46 g·kg-1, which was 568 times the maximum recommended human dose in the clinic practice. No significant differences were observed in rat's behaviors, food intake, electrocardiogram and relative examination indexes among the 3 different dosage groups of Shenyuan tablet. Which compared with normal control group. There was no abnormal condition for the results of blood test, biochemistry test, urine test and pharmacology test for the rats. The liver and kidney weight and liver (kidney)/rat weight have significant increase in the group of Shenyuan tablet maximum dose. And the feces are soft. Conclusion: The minimum dosage of Shenyuan tablet. is relatively safe. The shenyuan table, especially at high doses, may lead to potential liver and kidney toxic risk, so it should be paid attention in clinical studies.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the growth effect on human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 by liquid extract of Pingfei prescription, a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula that has been used to treat lung cancer. Method: Liquid extract of Pingfei prescription (1 g· mL-1) was provided by pharmaceutical department in China-Japan friendship hospital. The liquid extract was filtrated through primary filtration by qualitative filter paper and second filtration by 0.22 μm microporous membrane before applied to experiments. A549 cells were recovered, cultured and subcultured. Cells in logarithmic growth phase were prepared for single cell suspension in the following experiments. Groups were blank control, liquid extract of Pingfei prescription 1, 5,10 g· L-1 group. A549 cells were seeded in 96-well plates, 7×104 per well, 3 wells for replica. Drugs were then added 24 hours after except for the blank control group, which was replaced with fresh medium only. A549 growth was detected by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8, Donjino, Japan) at 24,48,72 h after drugs being added. For apoptosis study, A549 cells were seeded in 6-well plates with 3×104 per well, 3 for replica. Drugs were then added 5 hours after except for the blank control group, which was replaced with fresh medium only. Cells were harvested 17 hours after drugs added. Apoptosis was detected by analyzing plasma membrane translocation of phosphatidylserine (PS) (FITC Annexin V Apoptosis Detection Kit Ⅰ, BD Pharmingen), using FACS. Each experiment was repeated at least 3 times. Statistic analysis for quantitative data is student t-test. Result: 5,10 g· L-1 groups presented inhibitive effect on A549 growth at 24, 48,72 h time points(P<0.01). 10 g· L-1 group showed early and late apoptosis induction (P<0.01). Conclusion: Liquid extract of Pingfei prescription, a TCM formula, could suppress A549 growth in vitro in dose and time dependent manner. This inhibitory effect may be related to its apoptosis induction.

      摘要:Objective: To study acute toxicity, anti-inflammatory effect of water extract of the root of Sauropus rostratus. Method: Determined the LD50 of the water extract by modified Karber's method, Dimethylbenzene-induced auricle edema in mice, capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and cotton ball-induced granuloma in mice were respectively performed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of root of S. rostratus. Result: The LD50 of water extract of root of S. rostratus. was 152.24 g·kg-1. The auricle edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice,capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and catton ball-induced granuloma in mice were inhibited significantly by water extract of root of S. rostratus. (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The water extract of root of S. rostratus. Had low toxicity and had anti-inflammatory effect. The researches provided a scientific basis for the developping and utilizing of S. rostratus.

      摘要:Objective: Tostudy effect of Lifei Yishen-recipon chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of patients. Method: Sixty COPD paitents of grade Ⅲ were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group with 30 cases received Chinese medeicen Lifei Yishen-recip; the control group with 30 cases received routine westen medical treatment,the treatment time lasted 3 months. Result: Two groups can improve symptoms and enhance lung ventilation function. Lifei Yishen-recip can obviously releaes commen cold and infection of lung. Conclusion: Lifei Yishen-recip has effect on COPD.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Tanreqing-injection on lymphocytes in patients for squamous cell carcinoma of lung after radiotherapy. Method: Seventy cases with squamous cell carcinoma of lung treated by radiotherapy were divided equally into two groups: control group and test group treated by Tanreqing-injection, at the same time both groups were treated by radiotherapy. The patients of both groups were subjected to relevant laboratory examination to observe the routine blood indexes and simultaneously peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry(FCM)before or after medication.The ordinary silver staining technology was to measure the relative content(I.S) of AgNORs in lymphocytes. The incidence of radiation esophagitis and radiation pneumonia for the both groups was also investigated. Result: After radiotherapy,the routine blood indexes of the both groups reduced, but Hb,WBC and lymphocyte count inTanreqing-injection group were obviously higher than control group(P<0.05). The incidence of radiation esophagitis and radiation pneumonia in Tanreqing group were obviously lower than control group (P<0.05).Meanwhile the improvement of peripheral-blood lymphocytes subset and I.S% value of test group patients was observed more notablely powerful than control group's(P<0.01). Conclusion: Tanreqing-injection has certain immunoregulation action on lymphocytes in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of lung after radiotherapy. Tanreqing-injection also possess prophylaxis prevention action on radiation esophagitis and radiation pneumonia caused by radiotherapy.

      摘要:Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Chinese tradition medicine recipe with the function of cooling blood to remove toxin in treating severe chronic hepatitis and intervening effect of lipopolysacch aride(LPS) recognition receptors. Method: Fifty-eight cases with chronic severe hepatitis patients were rando mLy divided into control group with 30 cases (basic treatment) and observation group with 28 cases (basic treatment plus Chinese herb with the function of cooling blood to remove toxin). The clinical symptom score, serological change, the rate of clinical efficiency after treatment were observed after four weeks, and the levels of endtoxin, sCD14, TLR4 mRNA were detected. Result: The rate of clinical efficiency of observation group(78.6%) was superior to the control group(66.7%), there was significantl difference between two groups(P<0.05). The clinical symptoms of two groups were improved to various degrees, liver function was ameliorated, chdinest erase(CHE) increased in observation group and there was a significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05). There were no difference in the levels of endtoxin, sCD14, TLR4 mRNA before treatment between two groups. The levels of endotoxin, sCD14, TLR4 mRNA decreased in observation group after treatment and there was a difference compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese tradition medicine recipe with cooling blood to remove toxin is an effective method in treating chronic severe hepatitis, with a high therapeutic effect, and may intervene LPS recognition receptors.

      摘要:Objective: To approach the curative effect and safety of Diacerein combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method: One hundred and twenty patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected, which were divided into Duhuo Jisheng decoction group (group A), Diacerein group (group B) and combination group (group C) randomLy. Every group was handled with the appropriate treatment. One month was a course, and totally with observation and treatment of three month. The VAS score, WOMAC score, ESR and CRP were the indicators of clinical efficacy, and the comprehensive efficacy score was evaluated. Result: After the treatment for three months, the VAS score, WOMAC score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP) were improved significantly than before(P<0.01).The indicators of clinical efficacy in group C were better the group B and C(P<0.05), the comprehensive efficacy score were also best(P<0.01), and with a lower rate of adverse events(7.5%). Conclusion: Diacerein and Duhuo Jisheng decoction were effective drugs for treatment of the knee osteoarthritis; the clinical efficacy was more significant when combined together, and with no obvious adverse events. It is worth promoting.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of coma patients treated with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine. Method: One hundred and seventy-three coma cases who were admitted in our hospital from january 2009 to january were chose 2011,and randomly divided into two groups according to the state of illnesses, the observation group and the control group,and they were given the treatment of protopathy;the 87 patients in the observation group,were given conventional western medicine therapy (maintaining circulative function, naloxone promote wake, keep respiratory tract unobstructed, correct water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders, etc). The 86 patients in the control group were treated with Chinese medicine. The reatment effect and revival time were observe in two groups. Result: The effective rate in control group was 64.86%, the observation group was 86.49%, there was a statistical significance (P<0.05), and in control group revival time (18.34±4.64)h, the observation group revival time (11.56±2.67)h, there was a statistical significance (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, scores of patients in the two groups (G-pcs) were increased, there was a statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, and score of patients in control group (G-pcs) increased, there was a statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combinined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is effective.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with cupping in treating gastroesophageal reflux-related chronic cough. Method: Sixty cases with gastroesophageal reflux induced cough were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group treated with of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with cupping therapy (30 cases), the control group treated with routine western medicine therapy (30 cases). Result: In the treatment group,13 cases of 30 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,5 cases were improved, the total effective rate being 90%; in the control group 5 cases of 30 cases,were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were improved, the total efficiency being 63.3%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with cupping in treating gastroesophageal reflux-related chronic cough indicates a significant efficacyl, and can control the development of diseases and improve clinical symptoms.

      摘要:Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of warming the channels and promoting blood circulation on uterus instauration after cesarean section. Method: After cesarean section 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group(each 30 cases), the treatment group was given oxytocin with therapy of warming the channels and promoting blood circulation,the control group was given oxytocin to promote contractions, to monitor patient the change of symptoms, signs and hemorheology parametens. Result: Compare two groups of cesarean during 1-7 day height of the decline fundus, lochia lasted duration and 30,42 day,14 day uterine cavity effusion volume had statistical significance among the two groups (P<0.01). After 7 d of operation, the experimental parameters in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the controls(P<0.05). Conclusion: Therapy of warming the channels and promoting blood circulation can promote the production of blood cells and change blood viscous state in uterine and have significant positive effects on instauration of uterus after cesarean section.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Buyang Huanwu decoction on endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in patients with migraine. Method: Seventy two patients with migraine were divided into 2 groups randomly, 36 patients in western medicine group were treated by Nimodipine tablets 20-40 mg once,3 times a day,To add ergotamine caffeine 1-2 tablets once in acute seizure phase.36 patients in Chinese medicine group were treated by Buyang Huanwu decoction, take a decoction a day, divided into morning and evening. Patients had received continuous treatment for three months.Migraine frequency, duration,severity,adverse drug reactions and the concentration of plasma CGRP and ET were monitored before and after treatment.And comparative study with 36 cases of normal. Result: The total efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05);ET in patients with migraine was significantly higher than those of normal people(all P<0.01),CGRP in patients with migraine was significantly lower than those of normal people(all P<0.01);ET concentration, migraine scores were significantly lower and CGRP concentration were significantly increased patients than before treatment(all P<0.01);However, the role of traditional Chinese medicine group is more obvious than the western medicine group(all P<0.01);Buyang Huanwu decoction has no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction eliminate migraine by regulate vasoactive substances CGRP, ET level and improve the condition of abnormal systolic and diastolic blood vessels.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical safety of Fufang Ejiao Jiang in treatment of anemia. Method: In 2010 January-2011 December, 1 200 cases of anemia were treated with Fufang Ejiao Jiang. After 1 months of treatment, evaluate the adverse drug reaction and the changes of classification of blood white blood cells, and the function of liver and kidney, and monitor the incidence of adverse reactions. Result: The incidence of adverse reaction rate was 0.83% on the 1 200 cases of anemia, the highest incidence was digestive system reaction, other adverse reactions rate was lower, such as Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, allergic reaction. and lasted for a short duration, all disappeared or improved. The changes of classification of leukocytes, transaminase, blood urea nitrogen, was little and no significant difference. Conclution: Fufang Ejiao Jiang is safe for treating anemia in clinical use.

      摘要:Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Bozi Ziyin Runchang decoction (BZRD) for treatment chronic functional constipation (CFC) and the influence on the colon transmission function. Method: One hundred and sixteen cases of CFC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,59 cases and 57 cases respectively.The treatment group was given BZRD, 1 agent/daily, the control group was given Maren Runchang soft capsule, 8 capsules, bid. Period of treatment was 4 weeks. Symptom of defecation difficult, Bristol score, defecation time, defecation frequency and abdominal distension, and begin colon transmission test were observed. Result: After treatment, the treatment group's symptom defecation difficult was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.01); after the treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,whole colon transmission time in the treatment group was less than that in control group (P<0.01); after treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness was 93.22%, which is higher than that of 77.19% in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the two groups of the recurrence rate difference was not obvious. Conclusion: BZRD for treatment of CFC has significant clinical curative effect, good safety, promising clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of fiber duodenoscopy combined Lidan Paishi decoction (LPD) in treatment of common bile duct stones. Method: Eighty cases of common bile duct stones were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each. The 2 groups were given anti-infective, maintenance of water, electrolyte, acid-base balance as foundation treatment. The control group was given the fibers treated with endoscopy, based on the control treatment the observation group was given LPD treatment, before and after 1 week of operation daily. Two groups were observed in patients with fever, jaundice, abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms integral improvement and before treatment and after treatment at 3 months total bilirubin (TBil), amylase (AMY), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels. Result: Jaundice, fever, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain and other symptoms integral in the observation group after treatment group were (0.75±0.12), (0.87±0.15), (0.81±0.18), (0.54±0.26), the control group were (1.57±0.22), (1.43±0.37), (1.47±0.24), (1.74±0.26), the two group were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the TBil and Amy of observation group were better than that of the control group (P<0.05). TBil, AMY, ALT, AST index after treatment in observation group were (12.54±2.25)μmol·L-1, (48.43±18.87), (33.54±6.42), (33.34±4.25) U· L-1, control group were (19.75±6.25)μmol·L-1, (84.53±13.57), (34.71±6.24), (33.94±5.16) U· L-1, two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the TBil and Amg of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fiber duodenoscopy combined LPD for the treatment of common bile duct stones can improve clinical symptoms and serum TBil, AMY levels.

      摘要:Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicines for patients with depression. Method: A meta-analysis was performed to identify case-control studies of Chinese herbal medicines for patients with depression from the literatures. Result: Eight studies involving 1 340 participants were included. As for the total effective rate, there is no statistical difference between treatment group and control group in the 4 trials comparing with Fluoxetine (OR=1.04, 95% CI=0.74-1.46, P=0.84), in the 2 trials comparing with Paroxetine (OR=0.57, 95% CI=0.16-2.08, P=0.40), in the 1 trial comparing with Venlafaxine (OR=0.57, 95% CI=0.22-1.50, P=0.26), and in the 1 trial comparing with Maprotiline (OR=0.23, 95% CI=0.02-2.22, P=0.21). As for HAM-D scaling rate, neither 6 trials with treatment for 6 weeks nor 1 trial for 12 weeks appear statistical differences between treatment group and control group (MD=0.18, 95% CI=-0.89-1.24, P=0.74; MD=0.75, 95% CI=-0.56-2.06, P=0.26). Conclusion: Based on the existing evidence, some Chinese herbal medicines for treating depression appeared efficacious. However, due to the lack of stronger evidence, we cannot recommend any kind of Chinese medical herbal formulation as an effective remedy for depression.

      摘要:Objective: To systematize the records of Chinese medicinal formulae containing Pulsatilla chinensis, to provide references for theoretical research and clinical prescription. Method: Combining the TCM literatural appoaches and modern statistical methods, the databases and data analysis system of Chinese medicinal formulae that contains Pulsatilla chinensis are innovatively established to analyze the rule of these changes. Result: The oral delivery is the main formulation and the usage is less and less. The compatibility is based on clear heat, relieve pain, resolve phlegm and suppress cough and detoxify. Conclusion: Statistical analysis can be applied to classify herbs, and can be guiding the clinical medication.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of retention-enema of dragon's blood in treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC) applying the method of Meta-analysis. Method: A comprehensive data were colledted on dragon's blood or compound dragon's blood preparations treating ulcerative colitis.All literature were assessed via. The Cochrane collaboration's tool for assessing risk of bias and application of quality and GRADE system evidence were used for level classification and RevMan5.1.7.0 software was used to evaluate the results of the total effect of Meta-analysis and sensitivity analysis. Funnel-plot analysis was used to identify the publication bias. Result: Six reports were identified in this Meta-analysis. GRADE system for low level recommended classification, recommend intensity as the weak recommended in methodology. Meta-analysis results showed that retention-enema of dragon's blood versus sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis:RR=1.13,95%CI=[1.03, 1.24],z=2.67,P<0.05. The results of Meta analysis showed that treatment group is better than control group and differences were significant. Sensitivity analysis showed that the evaluation result was stable and funnel figure graphics was symmetric. Literature had better security. Conclusion: Retention-enema of dragon's blood in treament of ulcerative colitis has certain therapeutic effect.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the application and rationality of the nonlinear mixed effect model (NONMEM) in quantitative analysis for finding an optimal combination based on the public published data. Method: Based on the original data of Danshou tang formulation in the published literature, an orthogonal design, with 1-level (used) and 2-level (not used) in L12, was used to assign experimental groups of the combinations of components, the embryos absorption rate was the primary endpoint, mathematical model was build up with the nonlinear mixed effect model (NONMEM) for the experiment. The importance and effectiveness of each component were analyzed in combinations and the bias was evaluated by 4 charts. Result: The whole formulation of Danshou tang showed addition action, the contribution to combined effect of each component in order was A, E, B (P<0.05). The best combination would be the ABCEF theoretically, and 4 diagrams revealed the reliability and the stability of the model. Conclusion: More information about prescription compatibility can be obtained by the orthogonal simulation method with NONMEM.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for stomachache collected in the book ofusing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance system. Method: The prescriptions used for stomachache in the book ofwere collected, then entered into the TCM inheritance system, by using revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze composing principles: frenquently used herbs, association rules, core combinations, new prescriptions. Result: Based on the analysis of 92 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among herbs included in the database are computed, 18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: The composing principles of the prescriptions for stomachache collected in the book ofare clarified。

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the composing experience of professor Yan Zheng-hua for chest pain by using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance support system. Method: Collecting the prescriptions for chest pain,then the data were entered into TCM inheritance support system and composing principles were analyzed by using datamining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Result: Based on the analysis of 122 Prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed, 34 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: Professor Yan Zhenghua is good at simulating the circulation of blood,regulating qi and nourishing the heart for tranquilize to relieve chest pain,TCM inheritance support system can be used to analyze senior TCM doctor clinical experience.

      摘要:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) refers to a wide spectrum of disorders that range from simple steatosis to steatohepatitis, advanced fibrosis, and cirrhosis. NAFLD is associated strongly with such components of metabolic syndrome as obesity, diabetes and insulin resistance. To date, the pathogenesis of NAFLD has not been well elucidated, and few effective therapeutic approaches for NAFLD are available. Therefore, the development of animal models of NAFLD is very important in order to enhance our understanding of its pathogenesis.
