摘要:Objective:To study on composition,micromorphology and toxicity of special calcium oxalate raphides in Arisaema erubescens.Method:X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrometry were used to identify composition of raphides.Micromorphology of raphides in A.erubescens was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and compared with that in other plants.Rabbit eye irritation experiment was used to test relationship between toxicity and concentration of raphides.Result:Composition of raphides in A.erubescens was determined to be calcium oxalate,microstructure of raphides’ surface was not smooth,there were a number of protrusions(barbs),and center of this needle body had a groove,its toxicity and concentration had a significant positive correlation relationship.Conclusion:Raphides in A.erubescens was main component to produce irritating toxicity,and irritating toxicity of raphides was related with its micromorphology.

摘要:Objective:To compare the content of volatile oil from Acorus tatarinowii in three areas of Anhui, Jiangxi, Hu’nan,and optimize β-CD different inclusion technology of volatile oil. Method: Volatile oil from A. tatarinowii was extracted by steam distillation method,and extraction volume of volatile oil in different time was compared.Taking inclusion rate of volatile oil as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize inclusion technology of saturated aqueous solution,ultrasound and sealing temperature control methods,then to determine optimum β-CD inclusion method and technology. Result: Yield of volatile oil from A. tatarinowii in Jiangxi, Anhui, Hu’nan were 1.15%,1.39%,1.65%,respectively.β-CD inclusion rate of saturated aqueous solution method,ultrasonic method and sealing temperature control technology were 83%,61%,56%,respectively.Optimum inclusion method was saturated aqueous solution method,its optimal inclusion technology was as following:volatile oil-β-CD-water 1∶8∶60,stirred 2 h at 50 ℃. Conclusion: Content of volatile oil from A. tatarinowii in Hu’nan was the highest in these three areas.Optimized inclusion technology was reasonable and economic with high inclusion rate.

Method: With mixture of different types of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC K100M,HPMC E4M) as skeleton material,puerarin sustained-release tablet was prepared by wet granulation tabletting method,with release of puerarin as index,formulation of sustained-release tablet was optimized by single factor test;In vitro release model of puerarin skeleton sustained-release tablet was investigated by determining release. Result: Optimized prescription was:HPMC K100M and HPMC E4M as compound matrix,the mass fraction of them were 10%,20%,respectively; Lactose as filler,the mass fraction of it was 30%.Release law of prepared sustained-release tablet complied with Ritger-Peppas equation curve,release process was synergistic reaction of drug diffusion and skeleton dissolution. Conclusion: Prescription of prepared puerarin sustained-release tablet was reasonable,preparation technology was feasible,prepared puerarin sustained-release tablet had good in vitro release characteristics in 12 h.

摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction and purification technology of Evodia rutaecarpa. Method: With tranfer rate of evodine,evodiamine and rutacarpine as comprehensive evaluation index,influence of extraction times,solvent multiples,solvent concentration and extraction time on alcohol extraction technology of E. rutaecarpa was investigated by orthogonal test;With the mass fraction of evodine,evodiamine and rutacarpine as indexes,single factor test was used to investigate progressive water precipitation purification technology of extraction solution. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:refluxing extracted 3 times with 16 times the amount of 70% ethanol,3 hours each time;optimum progressive water precipitation purification technology:recovery of ethanol,centrifugation,precipitate was ultrasonic extracted 15 min with 20 times the amount of 90% ethanol,centrifugation,taking the supernatant,added quarter times of water in second time of water precipitation. Conclusion: Optimized extraction and purification technology could ensure effective components from E. rutaecarpa to maximize retention.

摘要:Objective:To optimize ultrasound extraction process of total flavonoids from Anchusa italica.Method:With yield of total flavonoids as index,influence of solid-liquid ratio,the concentration of ethanol,ultrasound temperature and time on ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids from A.italica was investigated by single factor test,extraction technology parameters were optimized by response surface methodology.Result:Optimum extraction conditions were as follow:extracted 20 min with 20 times the amount of 70% ethanol at 60 ℃,yield of total flavonoids 3.92%.Conclusion: Total flavonoids extraction experiment proved that there were good fitness between the predicted and actual value,optimized extracting technology was stable and feasible,it could be extended to application of large-scale production.

Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follow:extracted 20 min with 20 times the amount of 70% ethanol at 60 ℃,yield of total flavonoids 3.92%. Conclusion: Total flavonoids extraction experiment proved that there were good fitness between the predicted and actual value,optimized extracting technology was stable and feasible,it could be extended to application of large-scale production.

摘要:Objective:To isolate and purify trypsin hydrolysates of Eupolyphaga sinensis by solvent extraction method and sephadex gel column chromatography,and initially identified anticoagulate active components and chemical composition. Method: Rypsin hydrolysates of E. sinensis were prepared by trypsin hydrolysis method,with Active partial thromboplastin time (APTT) as index,anticoagulant active site IV was obtained by solvent extraction method, and purified trypsin hydrolysates were obtained by sephadex G-10 gel column chromatography;Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 was used to quantitative analysis of purified trypsin hydrolysates,and range of molecular weight distribution of separating portion was detected by MALDI-TOF-MS. Result: The composition IV which separated from trypsin hydrolysates of E. sinensis had strong anti-coagulate activity,and the activity was in a positive correlation with the concentration of hydrolysates;After purified by Sephadex G-25,the mass fraction of protein in IV site was 5.5%,which was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue G-250;Purified material was detected by MALDI-TOF-MS after further desalted with Sephadex G-10 gel column,its relative molecular weight range of three groups of polypeptide compounds was identified 850 to 910 Da. Conclusion: It was feasible for separation and purification trypsin hydrolysates of E. sinensis by gel column chromatography,anticoagulant active component was small molecular peptide of less than 1 000 Da.

摘要:Objective:To optimize impregnating-squeezing extraction technology for Scutellaria baicalensis. Method: Impregnating-squeezing joint extraction method was used,with OD of extract rate,yield of total flavonoids and baicalin as index,extraction time,extraction temperature and dosage of solvent were selected as factors,extraction technology was optimized by Box-Behnken design. Result: Optimal impregnating-squeezing extraction technology was as follows:soaked 4 h with 11 times the amount of water at 60 ℃,squeezing extracted, add 2 times water to wash dregs, squeezing extracted, once again.Yield of total flavonoids and baicalin were 17.63%,9.38%,respectively,extract rate was 42.7%,these datas were very close to model predictor,it showed this model was reliable. 摘要:Objective:To establish the method for determining simultaneously four components in Sijunzi Tang,ginsenosid Rg1,ginsenosid Re,ginsenosid Rb1 and glycyrrhizic acid.Method:HPLC was carried out on the Hypersil BDS column(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.03% phosphoric acid,gradient elution,the volume of flow 0.9 mL · min-1,column temperature 30 ℃,detection wavelength 202 nm and 250 nm.Result:The correlation coefficients of the four components were higher than 0.999 and the average recoveries were 100.86%,100.57%,97.88%,99.25%,respectively;and RSD of the above four components were 2.34%,2.95%,2.86%,2.97%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is proved to be so easy and accurate and practical that it can be used to determine the four components in Sijunzi Tang.

摘要:Objective:To determine the optimal extraction processed conditions and contents of total flavonoids in vegetables of Acanthopanax. Method: Single factor and orthogonal design were optimized. Result: The optimums of extraction were extracted in 80% ethanol ultrasonic, processed time 40 min, extraction once, liquid-solid ratio 40∶1 (mL·g-1). Under the above conditions, the extraction ratio could be 11.22 mg·g-1 in stove dried tender leave of A. leucorrhizus (Oliv.) Harms var. fulvescens Harms & Rehd. Contents of different processed technology of A. leucorrhizus (Oliv.) Harms var. fulvescens Harms & Rehd were as following: Stove dried ≈ sun-cured ≈ shade-dried>water-scalded ≈ tea made>microwave-driedrefrigerator frozen>pickled. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and repeatable and useful for the study of the quality control of vegetables of Acanthopanax. Samples, which origined from Tibetan and Qiang Herbs in Aba and Ganzi Autonomous Prefectures of Sichuan province of China, contain higher contents of total flaconoids than that of A. sessiliforus Rupr. Et Maxim., moreover they are worth to be farther developed and have a good prospect.

摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine simultaneously the content of four water-soluble chemical constituents (salvianolic acid D, rosmarinic acid, lithospermic acid and salvianolic acid B) in salvianolic acid extracts, and to compare their content discrepancy of salvianolic acid extracts from 6 batches. Method: Chromatographic column was Venusil XBP C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at the gradient elution mode with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, mobile phase was phosphoric acid-water (0.02∶100) and phosphoric acid-acetonitrile-water (0.02∶80∶20). Column temperature was kept at 30 ℃ and the detector was set at 280 nm. Result: The regress equation for salvianolic acid D was A=13 979C-1 739.2,R2=0.999 6, and the linear range was 2.11-21.10 mg·L-1. Rosmarinic acid was A=42 007C-448.58, R2=0.999 7, and the linear range was 3.94-39.40 mg·L-1. Lithospermic acid was A=23 061C-6 319.2, R2=0.999 6, and the linear range was 4.14-41.40 mg·L-1. Salvianolic acid B was A=22 186C-21 435, R2=0.999 8, and the linear range was 53.90-539.00 mg·L-1. The average recoveries of salvianolic acid D, rosmarinic acid, lithospermic acid and salvianolic acid B were 100.12%, 100.60%, 102.47% and 104.53%, RSD 1.52%, 1.83%,1.53% and 2.00%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate for determination of salvianolic acid D, rosmarinic acid, lithospermic acid and salvianolic acid B in the salvianolic acid extract.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the qualitative and quantitative change law of essential oil components in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(CRP) harvested in different time from the same plant. Method: The volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The overlapped peaks were resolved by the programs of GC-MS data analysis and AMDIS. Result: A total of 72 compounds in the essential oils of four batches CRP were identified, which represented 95.542%, 92.138%, 98.655%, and 96.201% of the total relative content, respectively. The two compounds that have the highest content are limonene and linalool, accounting for 43.78-68.432% and 9.258-15.724% respectively. Quantitative changes of some compounds present regularity. Conclusion: The essential oil of each batch CRP has almost the same chemical constituents, whereas the relative content of each constituent shows some difference. The quantitative change law of some components may have important meaning to explore the dynamic change law of volatile oil components in CRP. The combined utilization of programs of GC-MS data analysis and AMDIS can efficiently solve the difficulty in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of overlapped peaks.

摘要:Objective:To compare the effects of different processing methods for Jumi on the principal constituents and determine the best processing methods. Method: Jumi of different processing methods were collected from Zhejiang Suichang Shilian Mountain. The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Chlorogenic acid, lutelin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and 3,5-O-discaffeoylquinc acid were analyzed by HPLC. Result: The results showed that the effects of processing methods on the principal constituents for Jumi were significant. The Jumi which was dried directly no fixation showed lower content according to standard compounds. The overall change trend of effective component content is mechanical processing>manual processing, and the variations are significant except lutelin-7-O-β-D-glucoside. Conclusion: The best processing methods is mechanical processing.

摘要:Objective:To study on several influencing factors of index content, tetrohydropalmatine, in Corydalis Rhizoma. The reference datas were provided for its quality control. Method: The contents of tetrohydropalmatine of corydalis yanhusuo in different origin, growth years, process methods and grain sizes were detemined, respectively. The datas were analyzed by statistical methods. Result: According to the determine datas of different samples of Corydalis Rhizoma, the content of tetrohydropalmatine was higer in Zhejiang Province than in Shanxi for producing area, one year than two year for growing time, moistened samples than soaked samples for softening methods and there were no significant differences between the different particle sizes of Corydalis Rhizoma. Conclusion: The influencing factors on the content of tetrohydropalmatine in Corydalis Rhizoma were producing area, growing years and softening methods except the particle sizes.

Result: The five compounds were well separated.Calibration curves showed good linear relationship,RSD<2.0%.The average recoveries of trachelogenin-4′-O-β-gentiobioside,tracheloside,rhoifolin,trachelogenin and luteolin were 98.27%,97.30%,97.20%,96.89% and 96.48% respectively.Conclusion: The developed method is simple,accurate,and repeatable,which can be readily used as valid tool for the quality control of T.Jasminoides.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determination of trachelogenin-4-O-β-gentiobioside,tracheloside,rhoifolin,trachelogenin and luteolin in Trachelospermum jasminoides. Method: The Alltima C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used; the mobile phase consisting of 0.5%HAc-water. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength set at 270 nm and content calculated with external reference method. Result: The five compounds were well separated. Calibration curves showed good linear relationship, RSD<2.0%. The average recoveries of trachelogenin-4-O-β-gentiobioside,tracheloside,rhoifolin,trachelogenin and luteolin were 98.27%,97.30%,97.20%,96.89% and 96.48% respectively. Conclusion: The developed method is simple, accurate, and repeatable, which can be readily used as valid tool for the quality control of T. Jasminoides.

摘要:Objective:To create a determination method and to explore the preliminary stability of formulated granules of detoxification and anti-leukaemia. Method: HPLC was performed on a C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-0.1%H3PO4 (34∶66) as the mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 335 nm to determine scutellarin of barbata. The preliminary stability of three batches samples was also investigated. Result: The linear range of scutellarin was 0.260-2.60μg. The mean recovery was 100.7% with RSD 2.6% (n=6). 摘要:Objective:To establish the way to control the quality of matrine in Shangke Jiefuye. Method: Chinese Angelica, Polygonum cuspidatum, golden cypress and jasmine in the description were identified by TLC. The content of matrine which is the effective substance in the preparation was determined by HPLC with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid-triethylamine (1∶99∶0.3) as a mobile phase and the detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. Result: Drugs could be detected by TLC. The linear correlation of the matrine is good in extent of 0.434-2.170 μg and the recovery is 97.62% (RSD 1.86%). Conclusion: The quality control is feasible and can be applied to control the products from mass production. It can ensure the stability of the pharmaceutical quality.

Method: The effects of species, concentration, and dosage of chromogenic reagent were studied, and NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH colour reaction system was used for content determination of total flavonoids in Scoparia dulcis. Result: Using rutin as comparison sample, the detection wave length was set at 506 nm. There was good linear relationship during 4.8-96.2 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 3). The average recovery rate was 103.71% (RSD 2.68%, n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the quantitative method of S. dulcis.

Method: gentiopicroside in Yan Reqing Pian was identified by TLC,and the content of gentiopicroside was detected by HPLC. Result: The results indicated that the bands in the TLC were clear without interference(Rf=0.600). Gentiopicroside in the calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0.222 5-1.78 μg(n=5). Conclusion: This qualitative and quantitative method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Yan Reqing Tablet.

摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of dissolution rate of chlorogenic acid in Cholagogic tablet. Method: 150 mL of water was used as the dissolution medium, the rotating speed was 100 r·min-1, the sampling time was 60 minutes. The HPLC separation was performed on a Capcell Pak C18(4.5 mm×150 mm,5 μm), using acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (9∶91) as a mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 327 nm. The cumulative dissolution curve was ploted by determinating the cumulative dissolution percentage. Result: The linear range was 3.288-21.920 mg·L-1, the average recovery was 98.88% and the RSD was 0.44%. There were considerable dissolution differences of Cholagogic tablet among different batches and types. The content of chlorogenic acid in the single tablet should be no less than 0.36 mg, which was drafted as the quality control standards for the dissolution rate of Cholagogic tablet. Conclusion: The method is simple, viable and reproducible, which can be applied for the quality control of Cholagogic tablet.

Method: HPLC was performed on TSK ODS-100V(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water(containing 0.1% phosphoric acid) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃,and the eluate was detected by programmed wavelength(0-14 rnin,257 nm;14-18 min,203 nm;18-30 min,257 nm). Result: Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the linear ranges of rutin,ginsenoside Rb1 and quercetin were 0.171 2-1.284 0 μg(r=0.999 8),0.828 0-6.210 0 μg(r=0.999 9),0.204 8-1.525 7 μg(r=0.999 8) respectively.The average recoveries of rutin,ginsenoside Rb1 and quercetin were 97.33%(RSD=2.02%),98.61%(RSD=1.70%),98.38%(RSD=2.59%) respectively. Conclusion: The method set up is accurate,feasible and reliable,therefore available for the quality control of G. pentapylla.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of rare-earth elements La3+and Ce3+ on callus growth and oridonin and ponicidin in Rabdosia rubescens.Method: The uniform callus of R.rubescens was cultivated in different concentration of La3+or Ce3+ in culture medium,and the gravimetric method was used for the determination of callus fresh weight and cell growth curve;HPLC method was used for the determination of oridonin and ponicidin content.Result: The supreme biomass of callus was 2.4 times of blank conditions when CeCl3 ·7H2O concentration was 1 μmol · L-1.Blank and the control conditions of oridonin content were 0;ponicidin was the lowest with 0.11% at blank condition;the ponicidin concentration increased as Ce3+ increasing,it was up to 0.58% when Ce3+ concentration was 10 μmol · L-1 while the ponicidin concentration decreased as La3+increasing,the content was 0.44% when La3+ concentration was 0.1 μmol · L-1.Conclusion: 0-10 μmol · L-1 La3+ and Ce3+ promoted R.rubescens callus biomass accumulation and ponicidin synthesis,didn′t promote the synthesis of oridonin,the CeCl3 · 7H2O concentration of 10 μmol · L-1 was the selection of optimum conditions.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Spatholobus sinensis.Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by solvent and chromatography methods.The structures were identified on the basis of chemical methods and spectroscopic evidence.Result: Eight compounds were identified as zizyvoside Ⅰ(1),spatholosineside B(2),ethyl 2,4-dihydroxybenzote(3),bis(2-ethylhexyl) benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate(4),2-palmitoylglycerol(5),1-(26-hydroxyhexacosanoyl)-glycerol(6),lupeol(7) and β-sitosterol(8).Conclusion: Among these compounds,compound 2 was new,and compounds 7,8 were isolated from S.sinensis for the first time;compounds 1,3-6 were isolated from the genus Spatholobus for the first time.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Spatholobus sinensis. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by solvent and chromatography methods. The structures were identified on the basis of chemical methods and spectroscopic evidence. Result: Eight compounds were identified as zizyvoside Ⅰ ( 1 ), spatholosineside B ( 2 ), ethyl 2,4-dihydroxybenzote ( 3 ), bis (2-ethylhexyl) benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate ( 4 ), 2-palmitoylglycerol ( 5 ), 1- (26-hydroxyhexacosanoyl) -glycerol ( 6 ), lupeol ( 7 ) and β-sitosterol ( 8 ). Conclusion: Among these compounds, compound 2 was new, and compounds 7, 8 were isolated from S. sinensis for the first time; compounds 1,3-6 were isolated from the genus Spatholobus for the first time.

摘要:Objective:To investigate plant resource of Desmodium styracifolium and evaluate the quality of crude drugs collected from different locations, so as to provide scientific basis for the sustainable utilization, rational exploitation and standardized cultivation of D. styracifolium. Method: The combination of literature consult and field research was conducted. Determination of schaftoside by HPLC was applied for the evaluation of crude drugs. Result: The wild resource of D. styracifolium was gradually reduced, which was close to extinction in some regions. The cultivating technique of D. styracifolium was imperfect and crude drugs were uneven in quality, which discouraged plant exploitation. Conclusion: The ecological environmental protection of D. styracifolium should be strengthened in order to promote its repopulation. Furthermore, GAP base of D. styracifolium should be set up, so as to improve cultivating and processing technology and meet the need of market.

Culture by changed temperatures with 15/25 ℃ could promote seed germination, and the seed germination rate was as high as 55.3%. Some embryos could break through the seed coat and grow into cotyledon. Culture by changed temperatures with 20 ℃/25 ℃ is suitable for the growth of radicle, and the radicle length is (3.667±0.208 2) cm. Weak light irradiation of 750-1 500 lx is suitable for the seed germination, the seed protrusion rate and germination rate were more than 86.7% and 58.3%, respectively. Under 750 1x weak light, the radicle grow rapidly, and the radicle length could be up to(4.867±0.152 8) cm. 3 000 lx strong light irradiation exhibited some inhibition for the seed germination and radicle growth. Conclusion: This study established the germ-free germination culture system of radicle and embryo for the seeds of P. polyphylla var.Yunnanensis, which could lay the foundation for further study the growth, physiological and biochemical change of radicle and embryo of P. polyphylla var.Yunnanensis under aseptic condition.

摘要:Objective:To study the synergic effects of Shouwu Fang and Madopar on striatal neurochemical substances in freely moving rats with Parkinson's disease (PD) by brain microdialysis and its relevant detection technology. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Madopar group, Shouwu plus Madopar group.Parkinson's disease animal model was induced by injection of 6-hydrodopamine (6-OHDA) into striatum of SD rats. Brain microdialysis was performed and concentrations of dopamine (DA) and its metabolites homovallinic acid (metabolic protact of DA), dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC),2,3-dihydroxy benzyl acid and 2,5-dihydroxy benzyl acid (the index of hydroxyl radical) were detected by high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detector (HPLC-ED). Result: Compared with Madopar group, Shouwu Fang plus Madopar group treatment elevated extracellular DA level in striatum with peak at (39.15±28.70) μg·L-1 as well as reduced the fluctuation of DA (ΔDA). In addition, during whole observation period, hydroxyl free radical generation in Shouwu Fang plus Madopar group was significantly lower than Madopar group (with 9 time points P<0.05). Conclusion: Shouwu Fang could raise DA concentration and reduce its fluctuation in extracelluar fluids of straitum. It could also inhibit the generation of hydroxyl free radical and protect neurons from damage under oxidative stress.

Method: Fifty rats were randomly divided into the blank control group, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata control group, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma control group, psoraleae fructus group and Rehmanniae Radix group. the dosage of aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata control group was 6.75 g·kg-1; the dosage of Rhei Radix et Rhfizoma control group was 13.5 g·kg-1; the dosage of Psoraleae Fructus group was 4.05 g·kg-1; the dosage of Rehmanniae Radix group was 6.75 g·kg-1. The rats were fed with the amount of 10 mL·kg-1 for 28 days (the blank group was fed with equal volume of physiological saline irrigation), 1 time a day, lasting 6 days, stopping 1 day. The toe temperature and Rectal Temperature of the rats were measured 28 days after administration. The liver was removed and made into homogenate after the rats were put to death. The adenosine triphosphate(ATP) ase activity was measured. Result: The toe temperature and rectal temperature of psoraleae fructus group were obviously higher than those of blank control group (P<0.05). The toe temperature and rectal temperature of rehmanniae radix group were obviously lower than those of blank control group (P<0.05). The activity of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in liver tissue in psoraleae fructus group were obviously higher than those in blank control group (P<0.05). The activity of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in rehmanniae radix group were obviously lower than those in blank control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psoraleae fructus and rehmanniae radix have a significant influence on body temperature and ATPase activity. It is pointed that the different influences on ATPase activity of herbs with different properties might be one of the reasons why herbs with different properties could made different trends on body temperature. Its specific mechanisms should be studied further.

摘要:Objective:To screen the optimal compositions for the anti-chronic bronchitis activity from components of Aster ageratoides. Method: ① Seventy-two Kuenming mice were randomly divided into the normal group, ammonium chloride group(0.1 g·kg-1) and groups of different proportions of total saponins and total flavonoids(Setting 8∶1,4∶1,2∶1,1∶1,1∶2,1∶4,1∶8 of total saponins and total flavonoids with increase-decrease baseline geometric proportion design method). Every group was ig administrated at dose of 1.0 g·kg-1 once a day for 3 days.The effect of eliminating phlegm detected by the quantity of phenolsulfonphthalein excretion was taken as the indicators for the optimization of compositions. ② Seventy-two mice were randomly divided into groups as ditto. The positive control group was administrated carbetapentane at dose of 0.04 g·kg-1. The effect of stopping coughing against ammonia water stronger was taken as the indicators for the optimization of compositions. Result: ①For the same total dosage, compared with blank group, the eliminating phlegm effects of group 8∶1(total saponins∶total flavonoids), group 4∶1, group 2∶1, group 1∶1, group 1∶2, group 1∶4 and group 1∶8 were increasing with the proportion of total saponins increased, and vice versa(P<0.05 or P<0.01), but the eliminating phlegm effects of all group were not as good as ammonium chloride. ②Compared with blank group, the cough frequency in 2 minutes were decreased and latency period were extended significantly for all groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),especially for group 1∶1 (25.11±4.20) frequency(f) per a time.(2 min),(60.44±10.31) s and group 1∶2(22.13±7.02) f per a time (2 min), (66.50±6.6) s,(P<0.01). The effects of decreasing cough frequency in 2 minutes of group 1∶2 and the carbetapentane group(20.78±8.17) f per a time.(2 min) had no significant difference. Conclusion: For the same total dosage, the eliminating phlegm effects of different proportions of total saponins and total flavonoids of A. ageratoides showed dose-dependent; the inbiting cough effects of group 1∶1 and group 1∶2 not only depend on total flavonoids, but on synergetic compatibility relationship between total saponins and total flavonoids. The optimal composition of flavonoids and total saponins of A. ageratoides would still need further study through other pharmacodynamic action and toxicity from chemical reaction, absorption and metabolism between different components.

摘要:Objective:To study effects of tanshinone ⅡA(TSⅡA) that was the active component of traditional Chinese medicine salvia miltiorrhiza to hypodermatic transplanted tumor micrangium growing in colorectal cancer nude mice. Method: Colorectal cancer models in nude mice bear human HCT-116 cells were established, and then were randomly divided into 5 groups: Model group (DMSO group), TSⅡA low-dose group(0.5 mg·kg-1·d-1), TSⅡA mid-dose group(1 mg·kg-1·d-1), TSⅡA high-dose group(2 mg·kg-1·d-1), 5-Fu group(50 mg·kg-1·d-1,2 d). All group of nude mice were sacrificed at the last time treatment for 21 days, the size and weight of tumor were measured; the microvessel density(MVD) was tested by Immunohistochemistry; the vascular endothelia growth factor(VEGF) protein expression in mice serum was assayed by ELISA; the β-catenin expression was detected by Western blot. Result: The inhibition rate of tumor in each group were respectively 25.6%, 46.7%, 59.6% in low, mid, and high-dose TSⅡA. The MVD in low, mid, high-dose TSⅡA were respectively (60.8±7.0), (47.5±6.7), (31.3±4.2) and (20.5±4.1), which was obviously decreased compared with model group (P<0.01). The VEGF in low, mid, high-dose TSⅡA was decreased as 0.94 folds, 0.84 folds and 0.73 folds compared with model group (P<0.01). TSⅡA dose-dependently reduced the level of β-catenin in the total cell and nuclear proteins. Conclusion: TSⅡA could inhibited the growth of colon carcinoma implant tumor of nude mice and MVD, which may be due to decreasing β-catenin and VEGF expression.

摘要:Objective: The antiproliferative and apoptosis inducing effects of the compounds isolated from Urtica laetevirens on MH7A human rheumatoid arthritis synovial cells were tested in this study. Method: MH7A cells were treated with nine compounds isolated from U. laetevirens, respectively. The antiproliferative activities of nine compounds were evaluated by MTT assay, and the apoptosis was assessed with DNA fragmentation after 24 h. Result: Among the nine compounds 5α,6β-dihydroxy-daucosterol showed stronger antiproliferative activity against MH7A cells. It could induce DNA fragmentation in MH7A cells. Conclusion: The compound, 5α,6β-dihydroxy-daucosterol isolated from U. laetevirens could inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis in MH7A cell.

摘要:Objective:To observe effects of Jiangtang Xiaozhi(JTXZ) tablets on expression of insulin receptor β(InsRβ) and insulin receptor substrate-1(IRS-1) in KK-Ay transgenic mice model of diabetes mellitus (DM). Method: KK-Ay transgenic mice were used and fed with high-fat diet to induce hyperglycemia as a model of DM obesity. The C57mice with same age of KK-Ay transgenic mice were used as a control group. Thereafter, Fifty-five mice with DM obesity were divided into 5 groups (n=11) including model group without any treatment, pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets treatment group as a positive control group, and JTXZ tablets groups at high, middle and low treatment doses, and were continuously given JTXZ tablets by intragastric administration for 8 weeks. All mice were sacrificed after treatment of 8 weeks. The pathology examination of abdominal salivary gland was performed. The expression of InRβ and IRS-1 were deteced, respectively. Result: In the JTXZ tablets treatment group, compared with that in KK-Ay transgenic mice model with DM obesity, the pancreatic pathological changes were ameliorated significantly. Expression of InRβ and IRS-1 were increased in each treatment group by JTXZ tablets, respectively. Conclusion: JTXZ tablets have obvious effects of increasing levels of InRβ and IRS-1 in KK-Ay transgenic mice model with DM obesity.

While, the AUC in ME and PF groups were decreased by 13.6%, 11.8%, respectively. Intestinal perfusion experiment showed that the transportation rate of DNJ was significantly different (P<0.05) between the two groups ME-PF and ME, with effective permeability (Peff) values of 3.5×10-3, 7.5×10-3 cm·min-1, respectively. The percentage of transportation of DNJ were also significantly different (P<0.01), with 14.8%, 31.6%, respectively. Conclusion: PF could significantly improve the hypoglycemic effects of ME, for depress elevation of postprandial blood glucose, this may probably related with that PF could strongly decrease the absorption of DNJ in the small intestine, and resulting higher DNJ concentration in small intestine could display a relative stronger α-glycosidase inhibition activity.

摘要:Objective:To screen the antitumor extract of compound Fomes fomentarius, detect its chemical composition preliminarily and evaluate its antitumor activity in vitro. Method: Distilled water or ethanol was used for extraction of compound F. fomentarius. The MTT assay was used to measure the inhibition effect in vitro of distilled water extract of compound F. fomentarius (WECF) and ethanol extract of compound F. fomentarius (EECF). The system pre-test method was used to detect the chemical composition preliminarily. Apoptosis of A549 was tested by flow cytometry. Result: The 50% inhibition concentration (IC50) of WECF to A549, Hela and QGY were (0.28±0.02), (0.40±0.06), (0.28±0.05) g·L-1 respectively, and to EECF, the IC50 were (0.50±0.04), (0.50±0.03), (0.60±0.06) g·L-1 respectively. There were organic acid, amino acid, peptides and proteins, sugar, polysaccharide and nucleoside, saponins, lactone, coumarone and nucleoside, plant sterol and terpene composition, volatile oil and grease in WECF. The polysaccharide content of WECF was (16.1±0.5)%. The IC50 of WECF to A549, Hela, QGY, DU145, MDA-MB-435S and SGC-7901 were 0.29, 0.45, 0.32, 0.32, 0.83, 0.23 g·L-1. 22.0% of totle cells apoptosis after A549 treating with WECF at 1 g·L-1 for 24 h. Conclusion: WECF showed higher antitumor activity in vitro compared with EECF and has significant inhibitory effect to a variety of tumor cells, further investigation revealed that WECF exerted an antitumor activity via apoptosis-induced cell death and maybe developed as a new antitumor medicine.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effective of Rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharides (ROS) on neural apoptosis and expression of apoptosis-related proteins in hippocampus CA1 region of vascular dementia rats. Method: SD rats were randomly and evenly divided into sham-operation group, model group, high and low dose of ROS treated groups. Vascular dementia model was established by repetitively blocking bilateral common carotid arteries and refilling. Behavioral score was used to evaluate the behavioral disorders of rats. HE staining was used to observe the pathological morphological changes in the neural cells of hippocampus CA1 region. The apoptosis of nerve cells in hippocampus CA1 region were detected with TUNEL method. The expression of B cell lymphoma/leukmia-2(Bcl-2) and Bcl-2 assaciated x protein (Bax) protein in the neural cells of hippocampus CA1 region were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The contents of glutamic acid in hippocampal tissue were detected by spectrophotometry, and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in hippocampal tissue and serum were detected by the same method. Result: ROS could significantly reverse the ischemia-reperfusion induced increasing in behavioral score. It prevented the pathological morphological changes in hippocampus CA1 region. And it decreased the percentage of apoptotic cells in this area. Through ROS treated, the expression of Bcl-2 protein was significantly increased, while the Bax protein was decreased in this area. The Bcl-2/Bax was increasing. In addition, ROS could slow down the accumulation of MDA. It increased the activity of SOD in the serum and hippocampal tissue, while the production of glutamic acid decreased. Conclusion: ROS significantly alleviated the apoptosis of neuron in hippocampus CA1 region of vascular dementia rats, which was associated with influencing the expression of apoptotic proteins. In addition, the reducing of glutamic acid and MDA content, and the increasing of SOD activity indicated that ROS had protected effect to vascular dementia rats.

摘要:Objective: To assess the antioxidant activities of polysaccharide from Acalypha australis L. by different ethanol concentration in vitro. Method: The different part of polysaccharide were precipitated by 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, 80% ethanol. The scavenging rate of the precipitated polysaccharides on (DPPH·)free radical, superoxide anion radical(O2-·), hydroxyl radicals(·OH) was investigated by ferric reducing method,DPPH·radical assay,O2-·radical assay and thiobarbituric acid method respectively. The total antioxidantive capacity (T-AOC) and the inhibition on lipid peroxide (LPO) of the precipitated polysaccharides were also been determined. Result: The scavenging activities on the DPPH·reached 73.85%. The results showed that T-AOC was enhanced with the increase of polysaccharide concentration. The antioxidantive especially the scavenging activities on the O2-·and·OH reached 92.47%, 95.89% respectively at 5 g·L-1.Furthermore the scavenging effects were as much as that of vitamin C(VC). The inhibition of LPO with the polysaccharide precipitated by 75% ethanol was significantly higher than that of any by other ethanol concentrations. Conclusion: the precipitated polysaccharides from A. australis showed strong antioxidant activities.

摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effect and mechanism of scutellarin (Scu) on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy induced by L-thyroxine (L-Thy) in rats. Method: The rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal group, model group, captopril group (25 mg·kg-1), Scu-high, medium and low-dose group (100,50,25 mg·kg-1). Except normal group, rats were treated by ip of L-Thy to establish cardiac hypertophic model and treated with corresponding drugs via ig at the same time. The change of cardiac indexes, the activity of creatine kinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in plasma, the content of hydroxproline (Hyp) in left ventricle, morphological changes of cardiac tissue were measured. Result: Compared with normal group, the cardiac indexes, the activity of CK, LDH, AST in plasma, the content of Hyp in left ventricle were significantly increased (P<0.01); the myocardial hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis were appeared in model group. Compared with model group,Scu each groups can significantly decreased the left ventricular mass indexes (P<0.05); Scu each groups can significantly decreased the activity of CK, LDH, AST; Scu high-dose group could significantly decreased the content of Hyp (P<0.05) and markedly inhibited myocardial hypertrophy. Conclusion: Scu could prevent cardiac hypertrophy induced by L-Thy and protect cardiac tissue from injury.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan on aged rats with the learning memory and cholinergic M1 receptor(M1-AchR) positive neurons. Method: The SD rats were divided into three groups: healthy young control group(3 month-old﹚, the natural aging model group (24 month-old﹚and the Liuwei Dihuang Wan group(24 month-old﹚. Liuwei Dihuang Wan group and the natural aging model group were orally administered with Liuwei Dihuang Wan(3 g·kg-1﹚and the same volume of distilled water for thirty days;the healthy young control group was administered with the same volume of distilled water for seven days. It tested the learning and memory capacity with Morris water maze. It detected M1-AchR with immunohistochemistry. Result: All of the indexes between rats in older group and the healthy young control group were significant(P<0.01).The average escape latency of the elderly was significantly shorter than the Liuwei Dihuang Wan group since the third day, and there was a significant difference(P<0.01). Space exploration experiments showed that there was a significant difference between rats in older group and Liuwei Dihuang Wan group in the number of crossing the platform (P<0.01). Compared with the aged rats in control group, the numbers of M1-AchR positive cell of aged rats in Liuwei Dihuang Wan group increased in the hippocampus CA3 and primary somatosensory cortex; trunk region(S1Tr),and there were very significant between them (P<0.01). Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang Wan can improve the learning and memory of the natural aging rats, which was caused possibly by protecting M1 AchR positive neurons in the hippocampal CA3 and S1Tr and enhanced the central cholinergic system function.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of puerarin on the expressions of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),tyrosin kinase B(TrkB), caspase-3 in substantia nigra tissue of Parkinson's rats induced by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). Method: Rat parkinson model was established, themodeling rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, L-dopa group (40 mg·kg-1), low-, medium-and high-dosage groups of puerarin (20, 40, 80 mg·kg-1). The drugs were intragastrically perfused daily for 30 consecutive days. The apoptosis of nerve cells in substantia nigra was observed by TUNEL assay. The expression of BDNF and TrkB in substantia nigra was assayed by Western blot analysis. The caspase-3 expression was tested by immunohistochemistry assay. Result: Compared with model control group, puerarin effectively reduced neuronal apoptosis levels in substantia nigra tissue of parkinson's rats (P<0.01), and up-regulated the BDNF, TrkB protein levels in substantia nigra tissue (P<0.01). The number of caspase-3 immunoreactive cells was significantly decreased. Conclusion: The results demonstrate that puerarin has protective effect on the neuronal cells in substantia nigra of PD rats induced by 6-OHDA, probably the mechanism may be linked to neuronic repair or regeneration and reverse the process of apoptosis to improve the functions in substantia nigra.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of puerarin on the expressions of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),tyrosin kinase B(TrkB),caspase-3 in substantia nigra tissue of Parkinson’s rats induced by 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA).Method: Rat parkinson model was established,themodeling rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group,L-dopa group(40 mg · kg-1),low-,medium-and high-dosage groups of puerarin(20,40,80 mg · kg-1).The drugs were intragastrically perfused daily for 30 consecutive days.The apoptosis of nerve cells in substantia nigra was observed by TUNEL assay.The expression of BDNF and TrkB in substantia nigra was assayed by Western blot analysis.The caspase-3 expression was tested by immunohistochemistry assay.Result: Compared with model control group,puerarin effectively reduced neuronal apoptosis levels in substantia nigra tissue of parkinson’s rats(P<0.01),and up-regulated the BDNF,TrkB protein levels in substantia nigra tissue(P<0.01).The number of caspase-3 immunoreactive cells was significantly decreased.Conclusion: The results demonstrate that puerarin has protective effect on the neuronal cells in substantia nigra of PD rats induced by 6-OHDA,probably the mechanism may be linked to neuronic repair or regeneration and reverse the process of apoptosis to improve the functions in substantia nigra.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Xianglian capsule on acute ulcerative colitis, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-diarrheal functions. Method: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Xieli-xiao group, low, medium, high doses of Xianglian group (0.122, 0.243, 0.486 g·kg-1). Using acetic acid method to establish the rat models of ulcerative colitis. Gross morphological changes of rat colon and colonic mucosal damage index (CMDI) score, and rat colon weight, pathology was observed after after continuous administration for 10 days. Anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-diarrheal efficacys were observed with ear swelling models induced by xylene, diarrheal models induced by senna and acetic acid writhing test. Result: Compared with the model group, the Xianglian capsule medium dose group (0.243 g·kg-1) can obviously reduce on rat intestinal mucosal damage induced by acetic acid, reduce inflammation, necrosis, edema and inflammatory cell invasion; Xianglian capsule medium dose group (0.243 g·kg-1) inhibited the degree of ear swelling (P<0.01), decrease frequency of diarrhea (P<0.05), shortened small intestine advance distance (P<0.05), reduce the writhing times of (P<0.01). Conclusion: Xianglian capsule can significantly inhibit the ulcer and have anti-inflammatory, analgesic action and inhibition of intestinal peristalsis.

摘要:Objective:To study effect of Danggui Buxue decoction on apoptosis of rat arterial endothelial cells(RAOECs)and its mechanism. Method: Extracts of Danggui Buxue decoction was incubated with angiotensinⅡ-induced apoptotic RAOECs(1×105/mL) for 24 hours, apoptosis rate and mRNA level of caspase-8, B cell lymphoma/leukmia-2 Bcl-2 and Bcl-2 assaciated x protein(Bax) were detected. Result: Apoptosis rate in 500 mg·L-1 Danggui Buxue decoction group was (8.69±0.69)%, which significantly lower than that in control group(14.45±1.87)%(P<0.05); while mRNA level of caspase-8,Bax and Bcl-2 of Danggui Buxue decoction group (0.603±0.081, 0.629±0.079, 0.566±0.113,respectively)were all significantly lower than that in control group (1.083±0.115, 1.024±0.072, 1.018±0.111, respectively),(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Danggui Buxue decoction has effects on apoptosis of RAOECs. Danggui Buxue decoction may inhibit RAOECs apoptosis by down-regulating caspase-8 mRNA expression and mitochondrial signaling pathway by down-regulating Bax mRNA expression respectively.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Morindae Officinalis Radix (RMO) on the exercise capacity and mitochondrial antioxidant capacity of rats. Method: The high-intensity endurance training was used to establish model. Fifty-five Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups (n=10 for group):motionless group (C group),exercise group (T group),exercise ig low-dose RMO group of (RMOL group), exercise ig middle-dose of RMO group (RMOM group), exercise ig high-dose of RMO group (RMOH group). The dose was 4, 8, 12 g·kg-1·d-1, ig volume 5 mL·kg-1, administration lasted 6 weeks. At 24 h after the last training, weight, exhaustive swimming time, the various indicators of fatigue-related content were measured in mitochondria, such as malondialdehyde (MDA), etc.Result: Weight of each RMO group was greater than the T group (P<0.05), swimming time was longer than T group (P<0.01). Exhaustive swimming increased the MDA conten in T group and RMO groups(6.06±0.24),(5.07±0.56),(5.08±0.79),(5.09±0.53) μmol·L-1,and that the RMO groups was significantly lower than the T group (P <0.01). superoxide dismutace(SOD), glutathi one peroxidace(GSH-Px) activity was significantly decreased [T-group and RMO groups, SOD decreased to(211.35±20.37),(255.85±10.31),(258.98±8.24),(263.31±12.69)U·mL-1,GSH-Px decreased to(55.72±14.23),(70.64±5.83),(70.96±4.96),(71.38±5.06)U·mg-1], and the RMO group was significantly higher than the T group (P<0.01).Conclusion: RMO has the effects on improving the exercise capacity and the mitochondrial antioxidant enzyme activity.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the prevention of ethanol extract from Curcumae Radix (CR) on hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)-induced oxidative stress in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). Method: HUVEC cells were curtured in Dulbeccos modified essential medium (DMEM) containing 10% fetal bovine serum. The oxidative stress was induced by H2O2-induced in HUVEC. The different experiment groups were designed including normal control group, 800 μmol·L-1H2O2 group, 100 mg·L-1 CR+800 μmol·L-1 H2O2 group, 50 mg·L-1 CR+800 μmol·L-1 H2O2 group, 25 mg·L-1 CR+800 μmol·L-1H2O2 group, 0.1 mmol·L-1 positive control vitamin E(VE) group. Cells were treated with drugs for 48 h, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), superoxidase dismutase (SOD) activity and malonaldehyde (MDA) levels in culture medium were measured. Cells were treated with superoxide anion fluorescent probe dihydroethidium (DHE) and the fluorescence intensity of reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation was determined under fluorescent microscope. Result: Compared with normal group,800 μmol·L-1H2O2 could decrease significantly SOD activity [(87.65±7.82), (110.57±10.32) nU·mg-1], and increase significantly MDA level [(19.72±3.68), (12.04±2.33) nmol·mg-1], LDH activity (6.93±0.27), (3.62±0.42) U·mg-1] and ROS level [(119.47±2.46)%,(100.00±5.73)%], (P<0.01). However, compared with model group, 100, 50, 25 mg·L-1 CR increase significantly SOD activity (109.39±5.28),(101.43±6.41), 96.37±8.03 )nU·mg-1], decrease significantly MDA content(12.47±1.90),(14.51±2.08), (16.88±2.15) nmol·mg-1] and LDH activity (3.77±0.53),(4.68±0.63), (5.74±0.49) U·mg-1] and ROS level (P<0.01). Conclusion: The ethanol extract of CR has anti-oxidative activity and a protective effect on endothelium damage.

摘要:Objective:To study the intervention with Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction on kidney-yang deficiency mice model infected with influenza virus and provide a scientific basis for clinical application. Method: kidney-yang deficiency model mice were established through intraperitoneal injection of estradiol benzoate(8 mg·kg-1 body weight), and then according to body temperature, the Kidney-yang deficiency mice were randomly divided into model group, the ribavirin group(0.312 5 g·kg-1), Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction different dose group(2.5,12.5,25 g·kg-1), and normal control group. Mice were inoculated with mice lung influenza virus FM1 by intranasal to establish the mice model of influenza disease with kidney-yang deficiency. After infection the mice were treated for 6 d, mortality and survival time were observed. Comparing the lung index. Inflammatory lesions of the lung tissue were observed with HE staining lung tissue sections. The level of serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result: Compared to the model group, different dosages of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction could reduce the mortality of infected mice, of mice significantly rebound rectal temperature (P<0.05). Alleviate the lung tissue pathological impairment and lower mortality rate (P<0.05). After treatmented by Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction with middle and large dose, the level of TNF-α were significantly increased in blood (P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction for the prevention and treatment of the disease has been proved by the obvious improvement of physiological status and significant alleviation of the pathological impairment of lung tissue on the model mice which can provide basic evidence for clinical use this decoction in influenza disease.

摘要:Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Jingxuening capsule-butyl alcohol extracts (JXN-C). Method: Male rats or mice were randomly divided into JXN-C high dosage and low dosage groups (9,4.5 g·kg-1),positive control group (Hexadecadrol 3 mg·kg-1),blank control group (N S part aeq).All rats were intragastric administrated. Carrageenan-induced foot swelling was determined via volume measurement method, and the joint swelling inhibition rate was calculated. Ear swelling degree and inhibitory rate was investigated in ear auricle swelling mice model induced by xylene then nitric oxide (NO) was detected. Mouse peritoneal capillary permeability increasing model was employed and the absorbance(A) value of celiac irrigating solution was detected to investigate the anti-Inflammatory effects of JXN-C. Result: JXN-C low dosage (4.5 g·kg-1) markedly inhibited carrageenan-induced toes swelling after administrating 120, 180 min, toes swelling ratio were significantly lower than that of blank control group (P<0.05). JXN-C high dosage (9 g·kg-1) significantly reduced serum NO concentration in carrageenan treated rat (P<0.05). JXN-C markedly inhibited ear swelling, the ear swelling ratio was 52.12% and 45.56% respectively, which was significantly lower than that of blank control group, but JXN-C had no effect on acetic acid-induced mouse peritoneal capillary permeability. Conclusion: JXN-C posses potent anti-inflammatory effects, one of the mechanism in the inhibit inflammatory process induced by NO.

摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of Jiawei Dachaihu decoction on experimental guinea pigs cholecystitis. Method: Fifty guinea pigs(weight between 350-450 g) subcutaneouslyinjected by Lincomycin Hydrochloride 60 mg·kg-1·d-1 everyday to establish cholecystitis model, were randomly divided into mdel, Jiawei Dachaihu decoction low, medium and high dose group, Xiaoyan Lidan tablets group and normal group. The control and model group were given 10 mL·kg-1 of distilled water by intragastric administration once everyday;Jiawei Dachaihu Tang low, medium and high dose group were given 3.83,7.67,15.33 g·kg-1 by intragastric administration different concentration decocting with 10 mL·kg-1, Xiaoyan Lidan tablets group was given corresponding concentration decocting with 0.25 g·kg-1 by intragastric administration,once everyday,administration for three weeks. Result: Jiawei Dachaihu decoction of medium and high dose can significantly increase the volume of bile(P<0.05),also can significantly reducing the number of white blood cells in plasma(P<0.01). Jiawei Dachaihu decoction of low, medium and high dose can significantly decrease the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and expression of TNF-α mRNA in animal gallbladder tissue(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiawei Dachaihu decoction can increase volume of bile,reducing the number of white blood cells in plasma and decrease the content of TNF-α and expression of TNF-α mRNA in animal gallbladder tissue,which suggest there was a certain curative effect on cholecystitis.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effect of baicalin on acute lung injury(ALI) rats induced with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Method: SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups (n=10): control, ALI model, dexamethasone (5 mg·kg-1) and baicalin groups (50, 100,200 mg·kg-1). After 1 h of the last administration, the model of ALI was established by intratracheal instillation of LPS. After 6 h of the LPS instillation, the serum was collected for determinating the interleukin (IL) -1β, IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α levels. In addition, the ratios of lung wet to dry weight and water content were also measured. The activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and cyclooxygenase (COX) -2 in lung was determinated. Result: Compared with control group, ALI group exhibited a higher wet to dry radio and water content in lung (P<0.05). Compared with ALI model group, baicalin significantly decreased the levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α in serum (P<0.05), reduced the wet to dry ratio and water content in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05). Moreover, baicalin significantly decreased the activity of MPO and COX-2 in lung (P<0.05). Conclusion: Baicalin had a protective effect on ALI rats induced with LPS and the mechanism maybe related to the suppression of inflammation.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effect of baicalin on acute lung injury(ALI) rats induced with lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Method:SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups(n=10): control,ALI model,dexamethasone(5 mg · kg-1) and baicalin groups(50,100,200 mg · kg-1).After 1 h of the last administration,the model of ALI was established by intratracheal instillation of LPS.After 6 h of the LPS instillation,the serum was collected for determinating the interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α levels.In addition,the ratios of lung wet to dry weight and water content were also measured.The activity of myeloperoxidase(MPO) and cyclooxygenase(COX)-2 in lung was determinated.Result:Compared with control group,ALI group exhibited a higher wet to dry radio and water content in lung(P<0.05).Compared with ALI model group,baicalin significantly decreased the levels of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-α in serum(P<0.05),reduced the wet to dry ratio and water content in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.05).Moreover,baicalin significantly decreased the activity of MPO and COX-2 in lung(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baicalin had a protective effect on ALI rats induced with LPS and the mechanism maybe related to the suppression of inflammation.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Sini decoction on the contents of endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) in atheroscledsis(AS) rabbits with hyper lipidemia(HLP). Method: Rabbits were fed with high fat food everyday and injected with albumin from bovine serum(BSA), egg-white protein, rabbits were treated with atorvastatin and three doses of Sini decoction. The level changes of ET and NO in blood after the intervention were assayed by radioiunoassay(RIA) and enzymatic determination separately. Result: NO content in Sini decoction group increased compared with model group, the ratio between ET and NO was reduced(P<0.05, P<0.01). It was statistically significant in the ratio between ET and NO in high dose of Sini decoction compared with model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: SNT can decrease the content of ET and increase the content of NO, the mechanism may be related with adjusting vascular endothelial function and reducing AS plaque formation.

摘要:Objective:To analyze the mechanism of antifibrotic role of Qigong Kangxian decoction (QKD) and the component herbs in rat models of hepatic fibrosis induced by immune injury. Method: A modified comparison method of serum pharmacology was applied to analyze, and QKD's impact on growth of hepatic stellate cell(HSC-T6) cell and expression of transforming growth factor (TGF-β1) receptor mRNA protein. Result: significant increase in cell growth of stellate cell(HSC-T6) were observed in the rat models comparing with that of normal healthy rats. While rat models treated with different QKD doses showed significant inhibitory effects on growth of HSC-T6 cell (P<0.01 or P<0.05) comparing with model rats. Comparing with normal control group, TGF-β1 mRNA concentration increased significantly in rat models (P<0.01), but in rat models treated with QKD, TGF-β1 mRNA concentration were all regulated to decrease obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion: One of the main mechanisms of antifibrotic role of QKD and individual herbs is the inhibitory impact on HSC cell growth, and down-regulation of TGF-β1mRNA receptor protein expression. QKD shows a dose dependent effect, which is better than that of Huoxue formula and Ruanjian formula.

摘要:Objective:To optimize Aloe moisturizing active ingredients and to evaluate their skin adaptability. Method: Moisturizing active ingredients of Aloe were optimized with the skin hydrated state and transepidermal water loss test method. Skin adaptability of the moisturizing active ingredients was evaluated by erythrocyte hemolysis method, franz diffusion cell in vitro transdermal absorption method and the human skin patch test method, respectively from the biocompatibility, skin permeability and skin safety three aspects. Result: Aloe polysaccharide components showed excellent moisturizing efficacy, significantly improving skin hydration status (P<0.05), at the same time, reducing the skin water loss (P<0.05). Different concentrations of aloe polysaccharide solution (2,20 g·L-1) to the erythrocyte hemolysis rate was lower than 0.3%, far below the blood compatibility of the conventional value, with human body compatibility degree was high. Polysaccharide mass concentration was 5%, the skin penetration rate was 0.251 mg·h·cm-2, and the quantity of the transdermal absorption reached (4.152±0.046) mg·cm-2 in 24 hours; in the human skin patch test all evaluation showed zero level reaction, so it should be highly safe for human application. Conclusion: Aloe active polysaccharide has significant moisturizing efficacy and good skin adaptability. It can be widely used in dermatology, as a excellent moisturizing cosmetics additive.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of Xiaochuanning granules on bronchial asthma. Medicated serum of Xiaochuanning granules was prepared in rat, the anti-degranulation effect on rat basophilc leukemia cell line (RBL-2H3) was observed in vitro. Method: Twenty-five adult Sprague-Dawley rats weighing between 180-200 g were randomly divided into 5 groups (n=5 each). Animals in control group were received normal saline orally while hexadecadrol treated rats received dose of 8.33 mg·L-1 as positive control by gavage. Xiaochuanning granules treated rats were orally received different doses of 40, 20, 10 g·L-1 respectively for 5 continuous days. Abdominal aorta blood was collected after last administration and medicated serum was separated; anti-degranulation effect was observed with 5% and 10% medicated serum respectively. The real time change of intracellular calcium was recorded by calcium imaging method and the release of β-hexosaminidase was detected by colorimetric method. Result: The medicated serum of Xiaochuanning granules could inhibit both the early and late phase of degranulation after sensitized by Compound 48/80 by the reduction intracellular calcium and β-hexosaminidase release. Conclusion: Medicated serum containing Xiaochuanning granules can inhibit sensitized degranulation in mast cells. This might be one of the mechanisms related to the curative effect of Xiaochuanning granules for treating type I allergic asthma and bronchial asthma in clinic.

摘要:Objective:To screen traditional Chinese medicine with anti-angiogenesis effect. Method: Hatching eggs were randomly divided into 21 groups, after incubating for 7 days, nineteen kinds of decocted medicinal herbs and 0.9% sodium chloride solution were added to the carrier which was on the surface of chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) respectively. Four days later, the states of angiogenesis on the CAM were observed. Result: Among the selected 19 traditional Chinese medicines, gambogic acid, ginsenoside, arteannuinumsuccinat, matrine and norcantharidin showed apparent inhibitive effects on angiogenesis. There was a significant difference compared with the group which was added sodium chloride solution (P<0.05). Conclusion: Gambogic acid, ginsenoside, arteannuinumsuccinat, matrine and norcantharidin have inhibitive effects on angiogenesis.

摘要:Objective:In order to evaluate the effect of developmental toxicity of offspring pregnant rats treated with Curcumae Rhizoma. Method: Wistar female rats were randomized into normal group and blood-stasis model group. A model of blood stasis model in rats by injecting adrenalin and being immersed in ice water was used. The rats were mated and pregnant rats of two groups were randomized into the low, medium and large dose sub-groups and control group.Curcumae Rhizoma were orally administered to pregnant rats from gestational day (GD) 6 through 19 at dose levels of 0, 1.4,2.8,5.6 g·kg-1. Physical development and neurobehavioral function were examined. Result: There was a difference of neurobehavioral function toxicity induced by Curcumae Rhizoma between normal and blood-stasis pregnant rats. Compared with the blank group, the pass time of cliff avoidance test and negative geotaxis reflex of normal rats delayed significantly. We could not find any significant changes in that of blood-stasis rats. Conclusion: Neurobehavioral toxicity of offspring of the blood-stasis pregnant rats to Curcumae Rhizoma is weaker than that of the normal pregnant rats, confirmed the rationality of evaluating the toxicity of Chinese medicines based on TCM syndrome theory.

摘要:Objective: To obsreve the effects and security of oral(Qingfei Pingchuan grain)with sticking(Guben Qingfei plaster)treating active asthma. Method: One hundred and twenty patients with hermal asthma syndrome were randomized to two groups.the control group treated with theophylline and budesonide powder for inhalation, experimental group treated with Qingfei Pingchuan grain and Guben Qingfei plaster. Before and after treatment, clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,lung function forced expiratory rolume in one second (FEV1),peak expictory flow(PEF) mutation rate,asthma control test(ACT)integral Etc were observed. Result: In experimental group, markedly effective rate was 78.18%,total effective rate was 92.73%;in the control group, markedly effective rate was 80.39%, total effective rate was 90.20%,there was no significant difference between the two groups. In terms of TCM symptom score, in experimental group:markedly effective rate was 63.63%, total effective rate was 92.73%; in the control group markedly effective rate was 52.94%, the total effective rate was 88.24%,there was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups in lung function and ACT integral. Conclusion: Oral administration of Qingfei Pingchuan grain combined with externaluse of Guben Qingfei plaster in treating active asthma (thermal asthma syndrome)is safe and effective.

摘要:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Guben Huayufang for the relapse of ulcerative colitis(UC) and its influence on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Method: Eighty-four patients with UC were divided into two groups randomly, 44 cases in treatment group treated with the Guben Huayufang plus salazosulfapyridine and 40 cases in control group treated with salazosulfapyridine. And a normal control group with 20 healthy volunteers was set. After three months,the general therapeutic effect of the two groups and the relapse information were observed after 6 months, also the serum TNF-α were detect before and after the therapy in three groups. Result: The therapeutic effect of treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05); the relapse ratio of treatment group is lower than control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the serum TNF-α in treatment group is higher than control group and healthy control group(P<0.05). And the serum TNF-α in the relapse patients is higher than patients who has not relapsed(P<0.01). After the treatment, and during the follow-up, the serum TNF-α in treatment group is lower than control group(P<0.05); but with no difference during the follow-up. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Guben Huayufang for UC is significant, and can lower the relapse ratio. The mechanism might be that it can lower the expression of serum TNF-α.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the influence of compound purslane on the immunologic function of patients with condyloma acuminatum. Method: Fourty cases of condyloma acuminatum patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group of 20 cases using the carbon dioxide laser burning wart body,and then oral compound purslane tablets for three months.The control group of 20 cases using the carbon dioxide laser burning wart body,and then oral Pudilan Xiaoyan capsule for three months.Check results after three months. Result: The recurrent rate for the treatment group is 15%, the control group is 35%.The recurrent rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The treatment group, CD4+,CD3+T lymphocyte percentage and CD4+/CD8+ ratio was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),CD8+T lymphocyte percentage was lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The carbon dioxide laser burning wart body,and then oral compound purslane tablets,can significantly reduce the recurrent rate of condyloma acuminatum,the principle is probably that the compound purslane has regulating effect for patient’s immune function.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang treated on cerebral infarct and its influence on cell immune function. Method: Sixty patients suffered from cerebral infarct were divided into two average groups including the treatment group and the control group at random, the two groups were both treated with routine western medicine, besides this, the treatment group was dosed the Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang additionally which could strengthen body resistance, 14 days is a period of treatment, we observed two periods. Assessing the two groups respectively before and after treatment of 7, 14,28 days with the national institutes of health storke scale(NIHSS) score,at the same time, the change of the peripheral blood T cell subsets was measured by flow cytometry in both groups before and after treatment. Result: The significance of the treatment group was 76.76% and the total effective rate was 93.33%, while the number was 40.0% and 73.33% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group is higher obviously than that of the control group (P<0.01,P<0.05). The NIHSS score after treatment declined obviously in both groups(P<0.01),and it is much more significant for the treatment group(P<0.01). The number of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in both groups increased obviously(P<0.01) while the number of CD8+ decreased significantly(P<0.01) after treatment, and the number of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in treatment group increased much more than control group(P<0.01), the number of CD8+ also decreased much more than control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang, which has the effect of strengthening body resistance, could improve the clinical symptom and sign of cerebral infarct patients and enhance the function of cell immune, the clinic curative effect is significant.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang treated on cerebral infarct and its influence on cell immune function.Method: Sixty patients suffered from cerebral infarct were divided into two average groups including the treatment group and the control group at random,the two groups were both treated with routine western medicine,besides this,the treatment group was dosed the Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang additionally which could strengthen body resistance,14 days is a period of treatment,we observed two periods.Assessing the two groups respectively before and after treatment of 7,14,28 days with the national institutes of health storke scale(NIHSS) score,at the same time,the change of the peripheral blood T cell subsets was measured by flow cytometry in both groups before and after treatment.Result: The significance of the treatment group was 76.76% and the total effective rate was 93.33%,while the number was 40.0% and 73.33% in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group is higher obviously than that of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The NIHSS score after treatment declined obviously in both groups(P<0.01),and it is much more significant for the treatment group(P<0.01).The number of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in both groups increased obviously(P<0.01) while the number of CD8+ decreased significantly(P<0.01) after treatment,and the number of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in treatment group increased much more than control group(P<0.01),the number of CD8+ also decreased much more than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang,which has the effect of strengthening body resistance,could improve the clinical symptom and sign of cerebral infarct patients and enhance the function of cell immune,the clinic curative effect is significant.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Taohong Sanchong decoction (TSD) on acute cerebral infarction. Method: Eighty-six cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into observe group 44 cases and control group 42 cases. Two groups were treated by routine western medicines. The control group was also treated by Xuezhitong capsules, while the observe group was also treated by TSD. The clinical efficacy and changes in blood lipids and blood viscosity were investigated, after 8 weeks treatment for the two groups. Result: The total effective rates in the treatment group was 90.9% and the control group was 83.3% respectively with a significant difference (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the levels of total cholesterol(TC), trilyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) and blood viscosity between before and after treatment in the two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). After treatment, TC,TG,blood viscosity, HCT and fibrinogen in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: TSD may adjust the level of blood lipids and blood viscosity, increase the clinical efficacy for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

摘要:Objective:To discuss potential therapeutic mechanisms of Peitu Qingxin Fang therapy for atopic dermatitis (AD) by detecting the level of n-6 fatty acid before and after treatment. Method: Patients with elevated serum total IgE were selected to the trial. The Peitu Qingxin Fang(daily) was orally used to treat for 12 weeks. The severity of AD was assessed with the SCORAD index(SCORAD).The serum of samples was collected from patients and 20 healthy people.The serum linoleic acid (LA),γ-linoleic acid (GLA),two high-linoleic acid (DGLA), arachidonic acid(AA) were detected by ELISA. Result: Before treatment,serum level of GLA in AD group was lower than the control group(P<0.01),there was no significant difference of serum levels of LA,DGLA,AA between AD patient and the control group respectively.The GLA/LA ratio was lower than the control group (P<0.05), there was a negative correlation between serum level of GLA and the SCORAD index(P<0.05). After treatment,the SCORAD index declined significantly than that before(P<0.01).The level of serum GLA,GLA/LA increased than that before (P<0.01). Conclusion: The level of GLA in AD patients with elevated serum total IgE was association with severity of AD.The could regulate n-6 desaturase,which may be possible mechanism for treating AD.

摘要:Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Qinggan Jiangya drink (QJD) for early intervention of pre-hypertension and primary grade 1 hypertension. Method: One hundred and forty-six patients with hypertension and the primary grade 1 hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=73, each), control group was in non drug intervention mode, the treatment group was given QJD 2~4 agent daily for 8 weeks. Blood pressure, blood lipids and scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were observed before and after treatment. Result: Blood pressure after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment and that after another 4 weeks in treatment group was lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). The recovery rate of blood pressure after treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks were 43.83% and 90.41% respectively, all was better than the control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate of blood pressure in the treatment group was 95.89%, which is higher than that of 60.27% in control group (P<0.01). After treatment, the total effective rate for the scores of syndromes was 98.63%, in the treatment group, while 56.16% in the controls (P<0.01). The treatment also showed significant regulation for blood lipids. Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of early intervention for pre-hypertension and primary grade 1 hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine is promising. This is gained under the guidance of the principle of 'preventive intervention before a formed disease’.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine of Qingnao Yisuei Buxue (QYB) combined with low dose huperzine A in treatment of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in patients. Method: Patients with MCI of 46 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=23 each). Control group was given QYB, the treatment group was given QYB combined with low dose huperzine A (50 μg, tid). The treatment in two groups was carried out for 24 weeks. The scores of a simplified intelligent check list (MMSE) were determined for both groups before treatment and 8 and 24 weeks after treatment. Result: No significant difference could be found in MMSE scores after 8 weeks of treatment between the two groups. After 24 weeks of treatment, MMSE scores in both groups were significantly better than that before treatment (P<0.05). Also, the score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: QYB combined with low dose huperzine A can improve the cognitive impairment in treatment of patients with MCI, and shows obvious clinical curative effect.

Method: Eighty cases with Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody (MP-Ab) positive and respiratory symptoms were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=40 each). The control group was given azithromycin by intravenous drip only (10 mg·kg-1 daily for 3-5 d), while the treatment group was given KJY (100 mL) orally 30 minutes before the intravenous drip in addition. The gaotreintenstinal side effect incidence rate in the two groups was compared. Result: Incidence rate of side-effects in the treatment group was 20%, while that in the control group was 45%. There was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: KJY can reduce the incidence rate of the gastrointestinal side-effects of azithromycin in intravenous drip and it is worth to be applied clinically.

摘要:Objective:To observe Penyanjing granule (PG) combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppositories (KXS) for treatment of sequela after pelvic inflammatory disease (SPID) and effect on hemorheological parameters. Method: One hundred and forty-seven cases of SPID were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 74 cases and 73 cases respectively.The treatment group was given PG orally, 10 g tid; combined with KXS for external use, 1 application daily. The period of treatment was lasted one menstrual cycle. The control group was given levofloxacin orally, 0.2 g, bid and metronidazole tablets, 0.4 g, bid. The course was 14 days. The clinical symptoms, signs and hemorheological parameters were observed for both groups. Result: After treatment, the scores of symptoms, signs and symptoms were(4.52±2.14) in treatment group, lower than that of(10.57±3.75)in the control group (P<0.01). The improvement of hemorheological parameters in treatment was also superior to those in the control group (P<0.01). The total curative rate in treatment group was 90.54%, better than 78.08% in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: PG combined with KXS is an effective treatment for treating SPID. It is worth for clinical use.

Method: The data on chronic glomerulonephritis were collected from Chinese BioMedical literature database. Then, the rules of TCM syndrome, symptoms, and Chinese herbal medicines were mined out. The results were showed in frequency explanation and 2-dimention networks. Result: For TCM pattern, chronic glomerulonephritis is mainly focused on root deficiency and branch excess. For TCM internal organs,kidney,lung, and spleen are involved. For syndromes, deficiency of both Qi and Yin is the most significant,edema,fever,lack of power and lumbago as associated symptoms. For Chinese herbal medicines, supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin is the typical applications. Conclusion: Text mining, together with artificial reading for anti-noising, is an important approach in exploring the rules of TCM syndrome, symptom, and their association with Chinese herbal medicines.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Yougui pill with decision rules model based on rough set, to explore the interactions and position of the Yin-tonifying herbs, the Yang-tonifying herbs and the edge herbs, and then to improve the compatibility of Yougui pill. Method: The rats were divided into 8 groups, ie normal group, model group of kidney-yang deficiency, the original prescription group and five prescription groups by uniform design of Yougui pill. T4, CORT and T values were detected respectively. The decision rules model based on rough set was set up. The interactions among the Yin-tonifying herbs, the Yang-tonifying herbs and the edge herbs were analyzed according to the decision rules. Result: There were synergies between the Yin-tonifying herbs and the Yang-tonifying herbs in Yougui pill. There were synergies between the edge herbs and the Yin-tonifying herbs. There were synergies between the edge herbs and the Yang-tonifying herbs when the amount of the Yang-tonifying herbs were small, while the edge herbs antagonistic with the Yang-tonifying herbs when the amount of the Yang-tonifying herbs were large in Yougui pill. Conclusion: The compatibility of Yougui pill should focus on benefiting both yin and yang, as well as mutual rooting of Yin-yang. The amount of the edge herbs was determined according to the amount of Yang-tonifying herbs in order to improve the efficacy of Yougui pill.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ligustrazine injection for acute cerebral ischemic stroke. Method:Randomized controlled trials (RCTs)involving ligustrazine injection in the treatment for acute cerebral ischemic stroke were searched by computer from Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase, CBM, CNKI, CMJD, ChiCTR and identified by the inclusive and exclusive criteria. The quality of all trials included was assessed according to the Cochrane Handbook 5.0.RevMan5.1 was used for data analysis. Result:Seven RCTs involving 679 patients were included. Compared to conventional medicine treatment alone,ligustrazine injection plus conventional medicine treatment showed no significant difference in effective rate (RR=1.10,95%CI[0.98,1.24]).Compared to Danshen plus conventional medicine treatment,ligustrazine group showed improvement in effective rate (RR=1.28,95%CI[1.13,1.45])and neurological deficit scores(MD=5.05,95%CI[3.5,6.6]). Ligustrazine group also showed better results in lowering WBLSV, BVH,plasma viscosity,HCT and fibrinogen compared to either conventional or Danshen group. There was no significant difference in effective rate,neurological deficiency score,WBLSV,BVH,plasma viscosity,HCT and fibrinogen between ligustrazine and vinpocetine group. Four studies conducted safety assessment and one of them reported minor adverse events. Conclusion:Ligustrazine injection plus conventional medicine treatment was a safe therapeutic method with few side effect,but showed no better effect in improvement of recent neurological deficit compared to conventional treatment alone. According to this study,ligustrazine injection was not suggested to add in conventional treatment for acute cerebral ischemic stroke and high quality RCTs were needed to provide clear evidence for its clinical efficacy.

摘要:This article summaries the research progress about molecular mechanisms of neural stem cells proliferation. Referring to literatures about molecular mechanisms of neural stem cell(NSCs) proliferation and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine from CNKI, Wanfang database and PUBMED, it can be found that endogenous NSCs proliferation is regulated by many factors, and closely interrelated with cytokines, for example brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), interleukin, and Notch gene, Wnt gene as well as their signaling pathway. All regulatory factors interact with each other and form a sophisticated regulatory network. According to the features and advantages of the multi-component, multi-target and multi-level of traditional Chinese medicine, it is significant to develop drug screening, prescription optimization and innovative drug research in the light of endogenous NSCs proliferation. Traditional Chinese medicine has excellent application prospect in promoting the proliferation of neural stem cells and the treatment of stroke and neurodegenerative diseases.
