摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determining contents of monosaccharide and oligosaccharide in Rehmannia glutinosa,and study on role of accessories in Wenzhi R. glutinosa with Jianchang band. Method: HPLC-ELSD was applied to determine the content of monosaccharide and oligosaccharide with prevail carbohydrate ES column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),influence of accessories on Wenzhi R. glutinosa with Jianchang band was investigated. Result: The content of monosaccharide in Wenzhi R. glutinosa was higher than that of processing accessories negative contrast groups,but the content of oligosaccharide was just the opposite.The content of monosaccharide in Wenzhi R. glutinosa,Amomum villosum negative contrast group,A. villosum and Citrus reticulata negative contrast group,A. villosum,yellow rice wine and C. reticulata negative contrast group,yellow rice wine negative contrast group and C. reticulata negative contrast group were (23.46±1.07)%,(21.81±0.94)%,(15.83±1.01)%,(14.14±0.58)%,(21.91±0.76)%,(21.53±0.84)%, respectively;The content of oligosaccharide in them were (3.02±0.25)%,(3.29±0.17)%,(11.73±0.64)%,(14.33±0.83)%,(6.17±0.38)%,(3.77±0.19)%, respectively. Conclusion: This established determination method was simple,stable and accurate;It demonstrated that processing accessories could affect change of chemical component in processing of R. glutinosa,including A. villosum,yellow rice wine and C. reticulata.It could provid experimental basis to clarify processing mechanism of R. glutinosa.  
摘要:Objective: To study on preparation process of carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes load hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) and intestine absorption characteristics of HCPT-MWCNTs-COOH. Method: Optimum load method for HCPT-MWCNTs-COOH was selected by comparing adsorption capacity of oscillation method,milling method and ultrasonic method;FIR and UV spectroscopy were used to characterize,the content of it was determined by HPLC;Isolated everted intestine model was used to investigate absorption characteristics in different regions of rat intestine(duodenum,jejunum,ileum,colon),the concentration of samples were determined by HPLC,and calculated absorption rate constant(Ka). Result: Ball milling method with frozen had the highest load(12.5 mg·g-1) for preparing HCPT-MWCNTs-COOH;FIR and UV spectroscopy changes showed carbon nanotubes had loaded HCPT.Intestine absorption test showed that Ka increased linearly along with increasing of HCPT concentration;Ka had no significant difference between different regions of intestines,Ka of the high concentration in duodenum,jejunum,ileum,colon were 150.9,92.7,148.9,183.0 ng·cm-2·h-1,respectively. Conclusion: Solubility of HCPT and intestine transmission rate in the load were increased and lactone ring was protected;The load in small intestine was passive diffusion absorption.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology conditions of Scrophularia ningpoensis. Method: Central composite design and response surface method was used with soaking time,steaming time,drying temperature as factors,OD of change ratio of harpagide,cinnamic acid and harpagoside as index,mathematical model of index and factors were established by multi-linear regression and binomial fitting,and to predict optimum processing technology of S. ningpoensis. Result: Optimal conditions were as followings:soaking time 19 min,steaming time 1.2 h,drying temperature 49℃.Deviation of predicted and measured value was less than 2.65%. Conclusion: Optimized processing technology was stable,reliable and feasible,it could provide experimental evidence for quality standards research of S. ningpoensis.

摘要:Objective: To optimize separation and purification technology of total flavonoids from Citrus aurantium by AB-8 macroporous resin. Method: Adsorption property of seven different kinds of macroporous resins for total flavonoids from C. aurantium was compared by static adsorption test,in order to select optimum macroporous resin;Single factor test was used to investigate adsorption and elution conditions of macroporous resin. Result: AB-8 macroporous resin was the most suitable one for purification of total flavonoids in C. aurantium;Its optimum separation and purification parameters were as followings:the sample concentration 0.408 g·L-1,pH of 4,sample flow rate 2 BV·h-1,eluted with 6 BV 75% ethanol at 1 BV·h-1;Under this condition,purity of total flavonoids would be increased from 14.03% to 42.54%. Conclusion: Optimized separation and purification technology was stable and feasible,it could be extended to industrial production.  
摘要:Objective: To compare volatile organic compounds in nine samples including three blank packaging materials(composite membrane of polyethylene and aluminum foil,polyethylene plastic membrane,leather condensate membrane paper),these three kinds of materials have packaged and Lycium barbarum pieces have packaged for 12 months using these three kinds of packaged materials. Method: Component analysis of volatile organic compounds in these nine samples was determined by head-space gas chromatography,the relative content of each compound was gained by area normalization method. Result: Vvolatile organic compounds in each sample were mainly oxidation terpenoids,aldoketones and fatty acids compounds,among them,blank polyethylene bag peculiarly included volatile dissolvent(ethanol and acetone);Isopropyl alcohol and n-pentanol were only being in leather condensate membrane paper;polyethylene bag and leather condensate membrane paper which packaged L. barbarum pieces for 12 months all contained benzaldehyde.Three blank packaging material all contained BHT which was additive antioxidant usually used in plastic packaging materials,only blank leather condensate membrane bag contained BHA which was additive antioxidant usually used in plastic packaging materials;furfuraldehyde was the main ingredient in L. barbarum which packaged for 12 months. Conclusion: Compositions and relative content of L. barbarum pieces using different packing materials were different,it showed that packaging materials had an important effect on volatile organic compounds in the pieces.

摘要:Objective: To optimize separation and purification technology of total flavonoids and puerarin from Pueraria lobata by macroporous adsorption resin. Method: Static adsorption and desorption performance of four kinds of different polar macroporous adsorption resins(S-8,AB-8,D-101,HPD-100) for total flavonoids and puerarin from P. lobata were investigated,in order to select optimal resin;With yield and purity of total flavonoids and puerarin as indexes,single factor test was used to investigate adsorption and elution conditions. Result: AB-8 macroporous resin was chosen,its optimized technology conditions were as followings:the concentration of sample solution 1.0 g·mL-1,mass ratio of raw material-resin 1:2,diameter-height ratio of column 1:6,washed by 2 BV water, eluted with 2 BV 80% ethanol,elution flow rate 2 mL·min-1.Elution rate of total flavonoids and puerarin were more than 92%,purity of total flavonoids and puerarin could reach 80% and 25%,respectively. Conclusion: AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin was sutiable for enrichment total flavonoids and puerarin from P. lobata,it was a kind of ideal separation and purification medium,optimized technology was simple and reliable.

摘要:Objective: To investigate physical characteristics of raw materials in Zhichan granules,and optimize prescription and molding technology of Zhichan granules. Method: Physical characteristics of raw materials in Zhichan granules were determined by powder comprehensive test instrument,laser particle size distribution instrument and so on,including water content,compression degree,angle of repose,et al;With forming rate,friability and appearance score as indexes,single factor and orthogonal test were used to select optimum accessory and granulation technology parameters of Zhichan granules. Result: Angle of repose of preparation materials was 31°,cohesion 1.36 kpa,compression degree 33.96%,water content 4.84%,particle size distribution 37.96 μm;Optimum prescription consisted of 84.0% extract powder,1.0% magnesium stearate,0.7%sucralose,0.5% black tea flavor,13.8% dextrin;Optimal dry granulation technology parameters were as follows:horizontal speed 30 r·min-1, roll wheel speed 5 r·min-1,roll wheel pressure 5 MPa. Conclusion: Study of physical property of preparation materials could guide screening prescription of dry granulation preparations;These prepared Zhichan grunules had high drug-loading and forming rate with good taste and appearance,this optimized dry granulation technology was stable and reasonable.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Kangliugan oral liquid. Method: With antipyretic efficacy as index,extraction solvent and method were investigated by pharmacodynamic tracking test;With transfer rate of baicalin as index,extraction process of Kangliugan oral liquid was optimized by orthogonal experiment with solvent amount,extraction time and times as factors. Result: Optimum extraction process was as following:extracted 3 times with 12 times the amount of water,1 h each time,transfer rate of baicalin was 85.41%. Conclusion: Pharmacodynamic tracking test could guarantee effectiveness of products,this optimized extraction technology was stable,feasible and workable.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrafiltration purification technology parameters of Coptis chinensis extract. Method: With extract rate,the content of berberine hydrochloride,coptisine,palmatine and epiberberine as indexes,influence of hollow-fiber membranes with relative molecular weight 5 000,10 000 and 20 000 on ultrafiltration purification technology of C. chinensis extract was investigated by single factor test;Temperature and concentration of sample liquid,sample flow rate were chosen as factors,orthogonal test was used to optimize ultrafiltration purification technology parameters of C. chinensis extract with composite score of integrated content and transfer rate of index components as an indicator. Result: Hollow-fiber membrane with 5 000 relative molecular weight had better separation efficiency as others,optimum ultrafiltration technology parameters were as followings:liquid temperature 40℃,liquid speed 40 mL·min-1,liquid concentration 25 g·L-1. Conclusion: Hollow-fiber membrane could be selectively used in purification of liquid,it could increase retention rate of active ingredient.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize bioleaching parameters of pyritum using Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans (A.f). Method: With leaching rate of pyritum as index,three variables including concentration,pH and temperature of pulp were investigated by response surface methodology. Result: A quadratic polynomial regression model was developed and optimized bioleaching conditions were as follows:pulp concentration 0.97%,pH 1.82,temperature 34.75℃.Bioleaching rate of pyritum was up to 82.04%,it was close to the predicted value. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple with high bioleaching ratio and good reproducibility.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate pH and absorption enhancer dosage of andrographolide rectum microemulsion prescription. Method: At different time after administration,the content of andrographolide in rabbit mesenteric plasma was determined by HPLC,and time-plasma concentration curve was drawn,with AUC0-2 as index,orthogonal test was used to determine the optimum prescription of pH and absorption enhancer dosage in andrographolide rectum microemulsion. Result: Optimum prescription of rectum microemulsion was determined as following:andrographolide 8 g,tween-80 300 mL,ethanol 600 mL,isopropyl myristate 30 mL,azone 30 mL,added water to 1 L with pH 7. Conclusion: These prepared Andrographolide rectum microemulsion had good stability.

摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC-DAD method for simultaneously determining the content of arecoline, arecaidine and guvacine in Areca catechu,and compare their content changes under different processing conditions. Method: Determination was performed on a Partisil 10 SCX cation column (4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% H3PO4 (adjusted pH 3.8 with triethylamine) (50:50),flow rate 1 mL·min-1,detection wavelenth 215 nm and column temperature 25℃.Under different baking and boiling time conditions,content change of three kinds of alkaloids in peel and core of A. catechu was investigated. Result: The content of alkaloids decreased along with extension of baking and boiling time,decreasing level was different under different technology conditions,loss rate of alkaloids was about 50% by baking 8 h at 100℃,but loss rate was up to 80% after boiling 0.5 h,it showed that effect of baking on alkaloids in peel and core of A. catechu was more than boiling. Conclusion: This established HPLC-DAD method was suitable for quantitative of alkaloids in A. catechu,this study could provide experimental basis for development safety dosage standard of edible and officinal of A. catechu.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total naphthoquinone from Arnebia euchroma. Method: Absorbance was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometer,with extraction ratio of total naphthoquinone as index,orthogonal test was used to investigate influence of extraction time,solvent consumption and extraction temperature on extraction efficiency of total naphthoquinone. Result: Factors affecting extraction of A. euchroma were:solvent consumption>extraction temperature>extraction time.Optimum extraction technology was as follows:extracted 2 times with 10 times the amount of 95% ethanol at 55℃,1 h per time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible,it could provide experimental basis for developing of total naphthoquinoe.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Penthorum chinense. Method: With extraction amount of quercitrin as index,influence of ethanol amount,extraction time,extraction times and ethanol concentration on extraction technology was investigated by orthogonal test.The content of quercitrin was determined by HPLC. Result: Extration times had significant effect on extraction technology of P. chinense,optimum extraction technology was as following:extracted 2 times with 10 times the amount of 80% ethanol,0.5 h per time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was stable and feasible.

Method: With the content of aloin,aloe-emodin,total cucurbitacin and extract yield as indexes,extraction technology of Wenwei Ayaranji tablets was optimized by orthogonal design by ethanol concentration,extraction times and ethanol amount. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:extracted 3 times with 15 times the amount of 80% ethanol,1 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was simple and feasible,it could be used for industrial production of the preparation.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize spray srying technology conditions of compound Shaji granules. Method: With moisture content and moisture absorption rate as index,type and dosage of accessories were investigated by single factor test;With composite score of total flavonoids content,moisture content and flour yield as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize spray drying process with relative density,inlet air temperature and feed rate as factors. Result: Relative density of extract and inlet air temperature had significant effec on spray drying process.Optimum technology conditions were as followings:relative density 1.02(25℃),inlet air temperature 100-110℃,feed rate 22 mL·min-1,forming rate of granules 32%. Conclusion: This optimized drying technology was stable and feasible,it could be used in industrial production.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Impatiens balsamina by central composite design/response surface methodology. Method: With ethanol concentration,extraction time and solvent ratio as independent variables,yield of total flavonoids from I. balsamina as dependent variable,levels of independent variables were regressed by multiple linear and fitted by binomial,response surface method was used to optimize extraction process,and prediction analysis was carried out by comparing observed and predicted values. Result: Optimal extraction technology was as following:extracted 164.08 min with 23.83 times the amount of 81.55% ethanol,deviation between observed and predicted values was-1.08%,multiple correlation coefficient of binomial fitting model was 0.987 1. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process of I. balsamina was simple with high precision and good predictability.

摘要:Objective: To prepare total flavonoids from Rhododendron dauricum-PEG 6000 solid dispersion,and investigate its in vitro dissolution. Method: With PEG6000 as carrier,three different proportion of solid dispersion was prepaerd by dissolvent-fusion method,the content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method,and in vitro dissolution was studied. Result: Cumulative release of bulk drugs within 60 min was 57.032%;Cumulative release of 1: 2,1: 4,1: 6(total flavonoids from R. dauricum-PEG 6000) solid dispersion within 60 min was 80.21%,91.43%,74.32%,respectively. Conclusion: Each proportion solid dispersions could significantly improve dissolution rate of drug,which were prepared by dissolvent-fusion method.

摘要:Objective: To investigate feasibility of traditional artificial frying for Gallus gallus domesticus improved to mechanization frying. Method: Roller structure was optimized by monitoring materials temperature in roller with radial section of multi-point temperature measurement method;With the mass fraction of soluble protein as index, L16(45) orthogonal design was used to optimize mechanization processing technology with materials proportion,stir-frying speed,frying temperature and time as factors. Result: Optimal mechanization processing technology was as following:ratio of sand-G. gallus domesticus 40:1(the amount of sand 500 g per 12.5 g G. gallus domesticus),stir frying speed 50 r·min-1,frying temperature 215℃,frying time 120 s. Conclusion: These mechanization processed G. gallus domesticus had uniform color and foam muster,the content of soluble protein was significantly higher than traditional processing,it could significantly improve quality of medicinal products of G. gallus domesticus and provide experimental basis for mechanized frying production of Chinese materia medica.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from leaves and fruit of Cydonia oblonga. Method: With the content of total flavonoids as index,orthogonal design was used to investigate influence of four factors on extraction technology,including the concentration of ethanol,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and ethanol amount. Result: Optimum extraction technologies of leaves and fruit were A3B3C3D1,ultrasonic extracted 40 min with 30 times the amount of 60% ethanol,ultrasonic power 80%,the content of total flavonoids in leaves was higher than fruit. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible,and it could provide experimental basis for development of Chinese medicine in Xinjiang.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of three residual organic solvents such as benzene, methylbenzene and phenylethylene in the D-101 macroporous absorption resin, by headspace-GC. Method: Headspace condition was as follows:equilibrium temperature 120℃; pressurization time 0.5 min; equilibrium time 30 min; ration ring filling time 0.5 min; sample injection time 1 min. Chromatographic condition was as follows:FID-detector, DM-1 GC column; column temperature, the initial temperature was kept at 60℃ for 10 min, then, rose to 200℃ at the rate of 5℃·min-1; split ratio was 2:1, flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1, N2-Air-H2 (30:300:30). Result: The method was in good linear relation, recovery (more than 90%), precision and reproducibility. Limits of detection were less than 3 PPM. Conclusion: This method is more closed to truth-value than the method of solvent extraction and direct injection, and also operates simply. So it is suitable for determining the content of residual organic solvent in the D-101 macroporous absorption resin.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method of quality control of Swertia mussotii. Method: TLC method was applied in the qualitative identification of S. mussotii. The content of swertiamarin, mangiferin, swertianolin and oleanolic acid were determined by HPLC equipped with Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase of swertiamarin, mangiferin and swertianolin consisted of methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid, and detected at the wavelength of 254 nm. The mobile phase of oleanolic acid consisted of methanol-0.2% glacial acetic acid, and detected at the wavelength of 210 nm. The analysis was done at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was kept at 30℃. Result: The linearity of swertiamarin, mangiferin, swertianolin and oleanolic acid was in the range of 0.075-0.75 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.05-0.5 μg (r=0.999 7), 0.032-0.32 μg (r=0.999 3) and 0.116-11.6 μg (r=0.999 4), respectively. The average recoveries were 98.91% (RSD 0.77%) for swertiamain, 99.61% (RSD 1.38%) for mangiferin, 100.35% (RSD 0.69%) for swertianolin and 99.26% (RSD 0.40%) for oleanolic acid respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility. It is suitable for quality control of S. mussotii.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical components of flavonoids of Gardenia jasminoides. Method: Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification, and physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures of flavonoids. Result: Twelve flavonoids were isolated from G. jasminoides, quercetin (1), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), rutin (3), 5-hydroxyl-7,3',4',5'-tetramethoxyflavone (4), 5,3'-dihydroxyl-7,4',5'-trimethoxyflavone (5), 5,7-dihydroxyl-3',4',5'-trimethoxyflavone (6), 5,7,3'-trihydroxyl-8,4',5'-trimethoxyflavone (7), 5,7,4'-trihydroxyl-8-methoxyflavone (8), 5,7,4'-trihydroxyl-6-methoxyflavone (9), 5-hydroxyl-6,7,3',4',5'-pentamethoxyflavone (10), 5,7,3',5'-tetrahydroxyl-6,4'-dimethoxyflavone (11), 5,7,4'-trihydroxyl-3',5'-dimethoxyflavone (12). Conclusion: Compounds 6, 8 were first isolated from this plant.  
摘要:Objective: The comparative analysis of chemical constituents from four different cultivated strains of Amomum villosum was carried on in order to provide references for the research on approbation and variety breeding. Method: The characteristics of infrared spectra from four different cultivated strains of A. villosum were compared and analyzed by conventional fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy combined with fourth derivative spectrum. Result: Four cultivated strains of A. villosum samples showed similar infrared absorption in the two bands of 750-1 800 cm-1 and 2 700-3 500 cm-1,and their infrared absorption spectra had no significant differences by the fourth derivative spectrum changes in comparison. Conclusion: The infrared spectra of the four cultivated strains of A. villosum are basically the same and the structure of the chemical composition is similar.

摘要:Objective: To study qualititative and quantitative methods for Rose Oral Liquid. Method: TLC test was based on silica gel plate with ethyl acetate-acetic acid-water (15:0.4 0.5) as mobile phase. The analytical column was Allteck-Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase in gradient mode; the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1; the detecting wavelength was at 254 nm and the column temperature was set at 35℃. Result: The liner response ranged from 0.196 8 to 5.904 μg and the average recovery was 97.61% with RSD 0.70% for gallic acid; the liner response ranges from 0.005 5-0.165 6 μg and the average recovery was 120.0% with RSD 1.42% for quercitin. Conculsion: The TLC and HPLC methods are simple, accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the oral liquid.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of rhizosphere soil chemical properties on content of chromones and counarins in radix Saposhnikovia divaricata collected from different regions in different harvest times. Method: The HPLC method was adopted for determination content of eight effective components in methanol extracts from radix S. divaricata. According to the National Standard of the People's Republic of China, the pH value, total nitrogen, hydrolysable nitrogen, available phosphorus, potassium and organic matter in rhizosphere soils of S. divaricata were determined. The obtained data were statistical analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software. Result: In general, content of 4 chromones was higher in the first samples than in the second samples and less affected by rhizosphere soils. To the second samples, the soil pH value was significantly negatively correlated to psoralen and xanthotoxin content, but significantly positively correlated to imperatorin content. Whereas, there was a significant positive correlation between soil available phosphorus content and cimicifugin, sec-O-glucosylhamaudol, psoralen, 4'-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol, xanthotoxin, bergaptol methyl ether and imperatorin content. Conclusion: Rhizosphere soils had different influence on chromones and counarins content in radix S. divaricata collected in different harvest times, especially the samples collected in October.  
摘要:Objective: HPLC was employed to detect the tannin in salvianolic acid extracts for injection. Method: Gallic acid, catechins and ellagic acid in salvianolic acid extracts for injection were analyzed using HPLC method before and after the hydrolysis. The chromatographic condition for gallic acid was as follows:the chromatographic column was Venusil XBP C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1, mobile phase was phosphoric acid-water (0.05:100) and methanol, column temperature was kept at 30℃ and the detector was set at 271 nm. The chromatographic condition for catechins was as follows:the chromatographic column was Venusil XBP C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at the gradient elution mode with the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1, mobile phase was phosphoric acid-water (0.05: 100) and methanol, column temperature was kept at 30℃ and the detector was set at 271 nm. The chromatographic condition for ellagic acid was as follows:the chromatographic column was Venusil XBP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, mobile phase was phosphoric acid-water (0.2:100) and acetonitrile, column temperature was kept at 40℃ and the detector was set at 254 nm. Result: There was no gallic acid in salvianolic acid extracts before and after the hydrolysis. But catechins and ellagic acid might exist in salvianolic acid extracts after the hydrolysis. With the corresponding standard product in salvianolic acid extracts after the hydrolysis and detected again, it proved that no catechins and ellagic acid existed in salvianolic acid extracts after the hydrolysis. Conclusion: No tannin exists in salvianolic acid extracts after the treatment of polyamide resin.

摘要:Objective: To develop a capillary gas chromatographic method for detection and determination of 19 organochlorine pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines. Method: Sample was extracted with ethyl acetate using an ultrasonic bath, and cleaned up with solid phase extraction cartridges, Carbon-GCB-Florisil in series. Analysis was carried out on a fused silica capillary column (DB-35, 0.53 mm×30 m, 0.25 μm film). The temperature program was as follows:initial temperature at 80℃, the 40℃·min-1 to 200℃, then 5℃·min-1 to 300℃, and kept for 2 min. The injection port temperature was set at 300℃. The injection mode was splitless. The temperature of electron capture detector was set at 300℃. The content was calculated with external standard method. Result: The average recoveries of 19 organochlorine pesticides were from 80.06% to 124.0%, and RSD values were from 3.5% to 10.7%. The content of the organochlorine pesticides in five Chinese herbal medicines, Uncariae Ramulus Cununcis, Chrysanthemi Flos, Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, Corydalis Rhizoma and Curcumae Radix, was determined. Conclusion: The method was simple, fast, accurate, and can be used for detection and determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.

摘要:Objective: To establish the determination method of chlorogenic acid in Sargentodoxa cuneata. Method: HPLC was used with Diamonsil ODS-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) as chromatographic column and acetonitrile-4% phosphoric acid solution (11:89) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength was set at 327 nm and the column temperature was kept at 25℃. Result: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.000 102-0.010 2 mg. The average recovery was 102.57%, RSD 0.83% (n=6). Conclusion: The method of sample processing was simple and the HPLC method was accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of S. cuneata and its preparation.  
摘要:Objective: To develop the quality standard of Sojae Semen Germinatum. Method: TLC method was used to identify leucine and genistin. In the HPLC method, the separation was performed on a C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-1% acetic acid as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. Result: For the HPLC quantitation method, the calibration curve of daidzin displayed ideal linearity in the range of 0.042 1-1.011 μg. And the calibration curve of genistin displayed ideal linearity in the range of 0.041 3-0.991 μg. Conclusion: The TLC identification and HPLC determination were sensitive, reliable and repeatable and can be applied for the quality evaluation and assessment of Sojae Semen Germinatum.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC-ELSD fingerprint analysis method of carbohydrate constituents in Morindae Officinalis Radix and its salt processed products and provide the basis for the amount of salt proportions when being processed and quality standard. Method: HPLC analysis was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX carbohyrate analysis column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mixture of methanol and acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in gradient mode. The drift tube temperature was at 105℃, nitrogen flow was 2.0 L·min-1, gain value was 1, column temperature was at 35℃ and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The chromatogram fingerprint was evaluated by the similarity evaluation software published by committee of pharmacopeia. Result: Sixteen co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Morindae Officinalis Radix by taking nystose peak as the referential peak. The fingerprint similarity value of eighteen batches was above 0.90 compared with system generation spectrum. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible; it can be used for quality control of carbohydrate components in Morindae Officinalis Radix and its salt processed products.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC-FP analysis method for identification of drying and sulphur fumigated Lonicera japonica to comparison the impact on the internal components of sulphur fumigated Lonicera japonica. Method: The HPLC separation was performed on AichromBond-AQ C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) by gradient elution with a mixture consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate acid; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the column temperature was kept at 30℃; the detective wavelength was 238 nm. Result: Twenty common peaks were obtained in 10 batches of samples and 16 common peaks were obtained in 10 batches of samples. The similarity of each fingerprint within one group was higher than 0.96 in drying L. japonica and 0.90 in sulphur fumigated L. japonica. Conclusion: This method shows high precision, good repeatability. It can be used for assessment the quality of drying and sulphur fumigated L. japonica.

摘要:Objective: To study extraction method of Baihuayiganpaidu Particles. Method: Method investigation was made on the effect of concentration of alcohol, alcohol amount, extraction time and extraction times, with the extraction rate of solid, kinds of anthraquinone compounds and schisandrin as the index. Result: Orthogonal experimental design was applied to decide the optimal process as follows:extracting time 2 hours, extracting for 3 times, alcohol amount 6 times, alcohol concentration of 70%. Conclusion: The verification test showed that the optimum extraction process was stable, reasonable and feasible.

摘要:Objective: According to the study on dynamic changes of three flavonoid C-glycosides constituents in different harvest time of trollius chninesis,the best harvest time for trollius chninesis was established, providing a scientific basis to achieve the greatest medicinal value. Method: Using a HPLC method for gradient elution,the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0.35% phosphoric acid(14:86), and the detection wavelength was set at 345 nm. The content of orientin,vetixin,2"-O-β-L-galactopyranosyl orientin in different harvest time was tested. Result: Three flavonoid C-glycosides in trollius chinesis in different periods reached to the top after 3 to 6 days when blossomed. Conclusion: 3 to 6 days after blossom of trollius chinesis is considered to be the best harvest time. This method is simple with high precision and good repeatability,which offered a scientific basis to achieve the greatest medicinal value.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of β-caryophyllene in essential oil from Clausenae folium produced in Hainan by GC. Method: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and the determination was carried out on an SE-54 capillary column (0.25 mm×30 m, 0 25 μm). The temperature program was as follows:the initial temperature was set at 143℃, and hold for 17 min, and then programmed to 250℃ at 20℃·min-1. The detector was FID, and its temperature was set at 280℃. The carrying gas was nitrogen and its flow rate was 1.2 mL·min-1. Result: The linear range of β-caryophyllene was 0.081 0-0.810 g·L-1 (r=0.999 7). The average recovery of β-caryophyllene was 98.93% (n=6, RSD 2.54%). Conclusion: The developed method is simple, quick and accurate, which provided basis for the quality control of Clausenae folium.

摘要:Objective: To determine the content of Pb and Cd in Bombyx Batryticatu by GF-AAS. Method: This paper collected 6 different sources of Bombyx Batryticatus, used a mixed solution of conc. HNO3 and HClO4 (4:1) to digest the sample of Bombyx Batryticatu,the content of Pb and Cd was determined by GF-AAS. Result: Tight correlation between values of absorbance and mass concentration of Pb and Cd were obtained in the ranges within 40 μg·L-1 and 7.2 μg·L-1 respectively,with detection limits(3 s) of 1.02 μg·L-1 for Pb and 0.10 μg·L-1 for Cd.A total of 6 Bombyx Batryticatus samples were determined with the result of not more than 5.0 mg·kg-1for Pb and less than to 0.3 mg·kg-1 for Cd. The values of recovery for determination of Pb and Cd by standard addition method were 99.5% and 103.5% respectively with the RSD(n=6) less than 5.0%. Conclusion: It was proved that the method is of high sensitivity and good stability, the precision and accuracy requirements are both suit for the determination of Pb and Cd in Bombyx Batryticatus.  
摘要:Objective: To find a quality control method of mangiferin, anemarrhena saponin A3, caffeoyl glyceride and ophiopogonin D, which are flavones effective fraction, steroidal saponins effective fraction from Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), the total phenylic effective fraction and steroidal saponins effective fraction from Baihe (Lilium lancifolium) in Baihe Zhimu decoction respectively. Method: The procedure of HPLC-DAD was performed on the chromatographic column of Yi li-te Hypersil ODS (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at 25℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution. The flow velocity was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 258 nm for mangiferin, 191 nm for anemarrhena saponin A3, 310 nm for caffeoyl glyceride and 200 nm for ophiopogonin D'. Result: Mangiferin showed a good linear relationship in a range from 0.228-1.14 g·L-1; caffeoyl glyceride from 0.072-0.576 g·L-1, anemarrhena saponin A3 from 0.069 25-0.554 g·L-1, ophiopogonin D' from 0.101-0.505 g·L-1. The average recovery was 98.97%, 99.32%, 97.65% and 96.67% respectively. The limit of quantitation and detection about mangiferin was 0.912 mg·L-1 and 0.456 mg·L-1. The LOQ and LOD about caffeoyl glyceride was 1.44,0.36 mg·L-1. The LOQ and LOD about anemarrhena saponin A3 was 5.54,1.85 mg·L-1. The LOQ and LOD about ophiopogonin D' was 3.16,1.06 mg·L-1. Conclusion: The method was simple and reliable,which can be used for the quantitative determination of mangiferin, caffeoyl glyceride; anemarrhena saponin A3 and ophiopogonin D' as well as quantity control of Baihe Zhimu decoction.

摘要:Objective: To vertify mongolian medicine theory ‘myrobalan can decrease the toxicity of aconitum', comparing the contents of aconitum alkaloids among decoctions of aconitum processed with myrobalan,crude aconitum and co-decoctions of aconitum and myrobalan. Method: The HPLC method was used for determination of the contents of aconitine,hypaconitine,mesaconitine,benzoyl aconine,benzoyl hypaconitine and benzoyl mesaconitine in decoctions of aconitum processed with myrobalan,crude aconitum and co-decoctions of aconitum and myrobalan. Result: The contents of diester-diterpene type aconitum alkaloids during processing in order were co-decoctions of aconitum and myrobalan, decoctions of aconitum processed with myrobalan, decoctions of crude aconitum. Conclusion: Diester-diterpene type aconitum alkaloids in aconitum could hydrolysis slowly under the action of myrobalan decoctions, and the toxicity of aconitum processed with myrobalan is lower than the compatibility of aconitum and myrobalan.

摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Pushen capsule and give a new method for quality control. Method: RP-HPLC was used on a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 water solution; the detection wavelength was 254 nm; sample injection was 10 μL. Result: HPLC fingerprint of Pushen capsule was established. Taking 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside as the reference peak, eighteen common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Pushen capsule. The similarity between the fingerprint of twelve batches of Pushen capsule samples and reference fingerprint was determined. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprint has desirable precision, reproducibility and stability, and can be applied to the quality control of Pushen capsule.  
摘要:Objective: To determine the related substances of Vinpocetine Injection by HPLC. Method: The separation was performed on Hypersil ODS C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1.75 g·L-1 ammonium carbonate solution-acetic acid (80:25:3), the flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1 with detection at 273 nm. Result: Under the established chromatographic conditions, the related substances and vinpocetine were separated completely. The detective limit was 20 ng.The precision in a day was good (RSD 0.52%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific and sensitive for the determination Vinpocetine Injection related substances.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC for determination of aloperine in Sophora alopcuroides and investigate the content of aloperine in different medicinal parts of S. alopcuroides to define an optimum harvest part. Method: The separation was carried out on a Kromasil NH2 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was acetonitrile-absolute alcohol-3% phosphonic acid water solution (70:15:15); the detective wavelength was set at 205 nm. The column temperature was at kept at 25℃; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The linear ranges of aloperine was 11.21-224.20 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9) and the average recovery (n=6) was 98.18% (RSD 4.1%). The content of aloperine in leaf and stem was 0.38% and 0.02% respectively. However, aloperine was not detected in seed, legume and flower. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate with good repeatability. It can be used as a method for determination of aloperine in S. alopcuroides; the results show that leaf has the highest content of aloperine. Hence, leaf is the optimum harvest part for aloperine extraction and separation.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the quality control of Duteng pills. Method: Pubescent angelica, Loranthus parasiticus, Poria cocos, Glycyrrhiza uralensis were identified by thin-layer chromatography (TLC). The osthole of Duteng pills was determind by HPLC. Result: The characteristic for identification by TLC was distinct. The linear correlation of osthole was good in the range of 20-200 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 7) (n=5) and the recovery was 99.57% (RSD 2.309%). Conclusion: The method is convenient and reliable with good specifity and reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Duteng pills.  
摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and emodin in Liyan Jiedu granules, response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to predict optimum conditions for extraction. Method: The analysis was carried out on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) and 0.2% phosphoric acid (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength were set at 280, 245 nm, respectively. The column temperature was 28℃. Result: The linear ranges of baicalin and emodin were 2.016-134.4 and 0.408 0-27.20 mg·L-1, respectively. The average recoveries (n=6) of these were 98.9% and 97.8%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Liyan Jiedu granules.

摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Huazhi tablets. Method: Sophorae Flos, Aurantii Fructus, Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma, Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma were identified by TLC. Rutin in Sophorae Flos was determined by HPLC. The separation was applied on a Fuji silysia C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with actetonitrile-0.2% phorsphoric acid as wobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and detected at 256 μm. Result: Rutin, hesperidin, naringin, mollugin, ginsenoside Rg1 could be detected with clear spots and good separation by TLC. Rutin showed a good linear relationship in a range of 0.198-0.990 μg, r=1.000.The average recovery was 98.5% and RSD was 0.85%. Conclusion: The methods are available with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Huazhi tablets.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determination of specnuezhenide in Nuzhen granules. Method: Samples were analyzed on a Waters-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-water (40: 60) as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and examination wavelength was set at 224 nm. Result: Specnuezhenide showed a good linearity in the range of 0.306 25-0.918 75 μg, regression equation was Y=4×10-7X-1.51×10-2(r=0.999) and the average recovery was 98.00% (RSD 1.48%, n=6). Conclusion: The established methods are simple, accurate, reliable and can be used for the quality control of Nuzhen granules.

摘要:Objective: To choose the optimal extraction conditions of Rhizoma Atractylodis and Cortex Magnolioe Officinalis compatibility by supercritical CO2 and control the quality of the extract. Method: The orthogonal design experiments were used to choose the optimal conditions and the factors were extraction temperature, extraction pressure, resolution temperature and resolution pressure. The extraction rate was used as inspection index. The essaying by HPLC was established. Result: The optimal conditions were as follows:extraction temperature at 50℃, extraction pressure of 26 MPa, resolution temperature of 35℃, resolution pressure of 8 MPa. The average content of honokiol, magnolol and atisine chloride atractydin was 9.81%, 12.52%, 7.26%. Conclusion: The method of supercritical CO2 extraction is reliable and feasible; it can be used in industry. The quality of extract is stable and controlled.

摘要:Objective: The everted gut scas in vitro was used to investigate intestinal absorption kinetics characteristics of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid from Yangxue Qingnao granule at different intestinal section. Method: In vitro everted gut model was applied. The absorption concentration of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid, was detected by HPLC, and the absorption parameter was calculated for describing the absorption characters. Result: The absorption of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid was linearity in different intestine,and the square of coefficient correlation exceed 0.9,which consistent with zero order rate process. The absorption of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in ileum was quick. Conclusion: The absorption of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Yangxue Qingnao granule conforms to the zero order rate process at different sections of intestine.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment effects of Qinggan Lishi Jiejiu decoction on rats with alcoholic fatty liver(AFL). Method: Male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:normal group and model group. Rats were administered with alcohol and fed with high fat diet including FeSO4 to replicate AFL model. All model rats were divided into model group, the compound Yiganling group (0.042 g·kg-1,) and the Qinggan Lishi Jiejiu decoction group (10, 20, 40 g·kg-1). While molding, the normal group and the model group were administered saline, the other groups were given corresponding medicine by gavage for 6 weeks. After giving medicine for 6 weeks, we measured the following indexes:weight; liver index; levels of triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), glutamyltranspeptidase(GGT) in serum; malondial dehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum and hepatic tissue. Result: Compared with the model group, in the Qinggan Lishi Jiejiu decoction middle dose group and high dose group, the following indexes were significantly decreased:liver index were (3.18±0.42), (3.13±0.38)%, the contents of TG were (1.09±0.20), (1.04±0.14)mmol·L-1, the contents of TC were (1.54±0.14), (1.51±0.21)mmol·L-1, the contents of LDL-C were (0.15±0.02), (0.14±0.01)mmol·L-1, the contents of AST were (194.10±16.43), (171.50±11.40)U·L-1, the contents of ALT were (57.70±5.62), (50.80±3.52)U·L-1, the contents of GGT were (2.80±0.40), (1.80±0.40) U·L-1 in serum, the contents of MDA were (6.50±1.32), (4.70±1.05)μmol·L-1 in serum and (3.07±0.72), (2.07±0.65)nmol·mg-1 in hepatic tissue; the following indexes were significantly increased:body weights were (316.47±29.47), (320.71±32.04)g, the contents of HDL-C were (0.55±0.07), (0.56±0.07)mmol·L-1 in serum, the contents of SOD were (43.67±2.38), (48.00±1.56)U·mg-1 in serum and (57.31±3.12),(60.67±1.97)U·mL-1 in hepatic tissue. All the experimental data had statistieal significance(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Qinggan Lishi Jiejiu decoction can significantly improve liver function, decrease blood lipid and peroxidation, enhance antioxidant capacity.

摘要:Objective: To observe the cardioprotective effects of total organic acids in Fructus Choerospondiatis on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Method: In vivo experiments, rat were given total organic acids in Fructus Choerospondiatis 0.5 g·kg-1 by intragastric administration, once per day and for 3 days. One hour after the last administration, rats underwent 40 min of left coronary artery occlusion followed by 120 min reperfusion. The myocardial infarct size was measured by N-BT staining. The coagulation parameters such as prothrombin time (PT), partial thromboplastin time (APTT),clotting time (TT), fibrinogen (Fib) were measured. In vitro experiments, the protective effect of total organic acids in Fructus Choerospondiatis was observed on cardiomyocytes hypoxia/reoxygenation injury and the intensity of protective effects of single organic acids was compared. Result: ① Total organic acids in Fructus Choerospondiatis 0.5 g·kg-1 could significantly reduce myocardial infarct size and weight, and reduce the percentage of infarct myocardium in ventricular (heart)s size(P<0.01). Total organic acids in Fructus Choerospondiatis 0.5 g·kg-1 had tendency to reduce the contents of plasm PT, TT and increase the content of plasma Fib, but there were no significant difference. ② Total organic acids in Fructus Choerospondiatis 400 mg·L-1 significantly decreased LDH release rate of cardiomyocytes injured by hypoxia/reoxygenation (P<0.01). ③ Citric acid, L-malic acid, succinic acid and tartaric acid 400 mg·L-1 significantly decreased LDH release rate of cardiomyocytes injured by hypoxia/reoxygenation, with the effect of citric acid was more obvious. Conclusion: Total organic acids in Fructus Choerospondiatis have protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion. Citric acid, L-malic acid, succinic acid and tartaric acid may be the partial substance basis of Fructus Choerospondiatis on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Fengshiqing (FSQ) on osteoclast differentiation of RAW264.7 cells induced by receptor activator for nuclear factor-κB ligand, RANKL(RANKL) and the secretion of bone-related immune factor tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-17(IL-17) in RAW264.7 cells. Method: RAW264.7 cells induced by RANKL were cultured with three variable volume fraction (5%, 10%, 15%) of serum containing FSQ in vitro 6 days. The influence of FSQ on osteoclast (RAW264.7 induced by RANKL) differentiation was observed by tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP) staining. RAW264.7 cells induced by IL-1β were cultured with three variable volume fraction of serum containing FSQ in vitro 24 hours, level of TNF-α,IL-17 in cell culture supernatant was examined by ELISA. Result: RANKL could induce RAW264.7 cell to form TRAP positive multinucleated cells, IL-1β could induce abnormally high expression of TNF-α and IL-17 in RAW264.7 cells. Variable volume fraction (5%, 10%, 15%) of serum containing FSQ could decrease the number of TRAP-positive cells dose-dependently. In addition, FSQ (10%, 15%) also suppressed the expression of IL-17(P<0.01) and TNF-α (P<0.05). Conclusion: FSQ has notable inhibiting effect on osteoclast differentiation of preosteoclast cells and suppressing expression of IL-17 and TNF-α in RAW264.7 cells induced by IL-1β, which may be a part of the mechanism of FSQ for treating rheumatoid arthritis.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Gansui Banxia decoction with different proportion of KANSUI RADIX and Gansui and GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX ET RHIZOMA in malignant ascites rats, and then find out the compatibility proportion when it works. Method: We set up seven matched groups according to the principle of uniform design(two factors seven levels) compared with normal, model, positive group. At the end of experiment, we measured urine volume with the cylinder, caculated ascite fluid volume through differential value of the body weight of rats with or without ascites, and determined the content of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in ascites by radioimmunoassay. The data statistic analysis was processed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) in combination with optimized formula soft. Result: Matched group1 could increase urine output(P<0.05), and matched group 6, group 7 could decrease the content of TNF-α and VEGF(P<0.05). Conclusion: When the ratio is 15: 1 in compatibility of gansui and gancao, it could increase urine output, and inhibit cytokine in malignant ascites.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effects of Banxia Xiexin decocotion on P450 activities by Cocktail probe drugs in rats, provide a reference for clinical medication. Method: Four probe drugs (caffeine,tolbutamide,chlorzoxazone,midazolam) were simultaneously injected to rats after gavaged decoctions of Banxia Xiexin and its compatibilities for 7 days. The plasma concentrations of the four probes were measured by LC-MS-MS and their corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated. Result: Compared with the control group, the Banxia Xiexin decoction inhibited the espression of CYP2C6, and activated the expression of CYP2E1,but there were no differences on CYP3A1/2, CYP1A2;pungent-swelling group only inhibitied CYP2C6; bitter-descending group inhibitied of CYP1A2 and CYP2C6 expressi on, activatied CYP2E1,CYP3A1/2 no significant difference; sweet-invigorating group inductied the activity of CYP1A2, CYP2E1, inhibition of CYP2C6,and CYP3A1/2 there is no significant difference. Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin decoction and different conbinations have different functions on liver CYP450 enzyme activity.In clinic,We must be aware of possible drug-drug interactions when Banxia Xiexin decoction was used with other drugs.  
摘要:Objective: To observe effect of realgar nanoparticles (RN) on inhibiting proliferation and inducting apoptosis for human skin squamous cell carcinoma A431 cells, and to explore the related mechanism. Method: MTT colorimetric method and flow cytometric were used to observe the influence of RN on proliferation and apoptosis for human skin squamous cell carcinoma A431 cell,and RT-PCR was used to detect the affect of RN on the expression of survivin and Caspase-3. Result: MTT assay and flow cytometry technique showed that RN could induce apoptosis in the A431 cells and inhibit their proliferation; and the effects were increased with the dose of RN. The combination of RN with cisplatin showed synergistic effect. In the control group, the 5%, 10% and 20% RN groups, DDP group and DDP+10% RN group, survivin relative expression levels were (68.74±1.96)%, (63.93±3.57)%,(57.12±3.93)%,(47.64±6.44)%,(41.44±4.83)% and (32.18±4.10)% accordingly;while the Casepase-3 relative expression levels were (26.26±2.07)%,(32.660±4.42)%,(35.29±5.26)%,(38.52±8.37)%, (45.69±4.19)% and (52.98±6.52)% respectively. RN could increase the expression of Caspase-3 and reduce the expression of survivin. Conclusion: RN may play an anti-tumor effect by inducing tumor cell apoptosis and inhibiting their proliferation; the mechanism may be related to the increase in Caspase-3 expression and the down-regulation of the expression of survivin.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-allergic effect of extracts from Fructus Kochia Scoparia,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Peach seed,Lonicera,tea polyphenols,Chamomile Extractand and Opuntia, to evaluate their irritating effect, and to provide data for the herbal medicine as potential additives in cosmetic. Method: The method of hyaluronidase inhibition in vitro was used to explore the anti-allergic properties of the extracts of the seven Chinese herbal medicine. And hemolysis of red blood cell was used to evaluate their irritating effects. Result: The anti-allergy inhibition rates of the extracts were as following:Chamomile Extract(77.04%)>Lonicera water extract(69.54%)>tea polyphenols(68.01%)>Opuntia extract(62.67%)>S. divaricata(55.51%)>Fructus Kochia Scoparia(43.09%)>Peach seed water extract(32.74%). In the seven extracts, only tea polyphenols (concentration over 6 g·L-1) showed certain irritation, hemolysis rates of other extracts were lower than 20%, so irritation was very light. Conclusion: Extracts from seven kinds of Chinese herbal medicine show certain anti-allergic properties. And within a predetermined addition amount, their irritating can be very light. So they might be used as allergy cosmetic additives.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of flavonoids extracted from Lysimachia Hristinae Hance on renal oxalate calcium(CaOx) stone formation in rats. Method: The rat model of renal calcium oxalate stones formation was induced by administering 1% ethylene glycol(EG) for 9 weeks, then these rats were fed with 100, 200,400 mg·kg-1of flavonoids extracted from Lysimachia Hristinae Hance respectively for 6 weeks. The concentration and the 24 h content of oxalic acid in urine was determined by paired ion high performance liquid chromatography, the serum urea nitrogen(BUN),Cr,Ca2+,P3+,K+,and Na+ content in serum were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer, the Ca2+ and Mg2+ content in kidney tissues and urine was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, the distribution of crystals in renal tubular and the renal tubular distension were observed under microscope. Result: In the rats administered with different doses of flavonoids, renal tissue calcium content,urinary calcium excretion and crystals deposition in renal tissue and tubular ectasia were significantly lower than those of the mode;group of stone formation (P<0.05). However,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the concentrations of Ox and the 24 h content of Ox in rats. Conclusion: The flavonoids can inhibit experimental kidney calcium oxalate crystal formation in hyperoxaluria rat. The reason may be related to the metabolism of calcium was regulated by the flavonoids.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the possible mechanism and effect of tanshinoneⅡA on the protein expression of L-type calcium channelα1c in th rat atrial fibrillation model to reveal the mechanism of AF. Method: Rats were randomly divided into four groups, normal control group, model group, tanshinone ⅡA group and Verapamidronate group.The rat atrial fibrillation model was established by the tail vein injection of acetylcholine a calcium chloride (Ach-CaCl2) drug. The change of LTCCα1c expression was detected with immunohistochemistry after two weeks. Result: Compared with normal control group, in model group CaLα1c subunit mRNA expression level was reduced, L calcium channel (LTCC) protein expression level was reduced, there was a difference between two groups (P<0.05);compared with model group, in tanshinone treatment group and verapamil intervention group atrial fibrillation rats and atrial organization were significantly improved. CaLα1c subunit mRNA expression and protein expression level were reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion: TanshinoneⅡA could improve the decreasing status in AF rats and atrial muscle cell reconstruction process of the damage degree, which may be related with. CaLα1c subunit mRNA expression and protein expression.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the in vitro effects of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori extracts on bacteria and fungi. Method: The effects on bacteria and fungi of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori extracts were measured by inhibition zone diameters. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori extract was determined by micro-liquid dilution method. Result: Radix et Rhizoma Dispori extracts, except for the water layer, have apparent inhibitory effect to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumonia. The 95% alcohol extract (1:40) and the 95% alcohol elution part (1:40) could kill S. aureus. All extracts of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori showed no inhibitory effect to Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans. Conclusion: Some extracts of Radix et Rhizoma Dispori have bacteriostatic activities, but no inhibitory effect to single-celled fungi in vitro.

摘要:Objective: In this study, we aim to investigate mechanism of Ziying Qingre prescription on acne. Method: The animals were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely blank control group, positive control group, high and low dosage of Ziying Qingre prescription. They were respectively fed with saline solution, antisterone(10 mg·kg-1), Ziying Qingre prescription(18,9 g·kg-1) for 4 weeks. We measured the greatest transverse and greatest longitudinal diameter of bilateral sebaceous gland plaques with vernier caliper under strong light. The size change (greatest transverse diameter multiply greatest longitudinal diameter)and histopathology of sebaceous gland plaques were observed. Result: The size of sebaceous gland plaques of high dosage group were decreased (P<0.05) compared to the blank control groupHistopathology showed Ziying Qingre prescription made the numbers of sebaceous gland layers decreased, gland atrophy, arrangmentloose. Conclusion: Ziying Qingre prescription can suppress the proliferation of sebaceous glandwhich may be one of the mechanisms in treatment of acne.

Method: Fifty rats were divided into 5 groups, the normal group, Qinxian capsules high (4.59 g·kg-1), middle(2.30 g·kg-1), low (1.15 g·kg-1), Aminophylline (50 mg·kg-1), by Ovalbumin induced asthma for the determination of the incubation period of asthma;50 mice divided into 5 group, the normal group Qinxian capsules high (6.63 g·kg-1), middle (3.32 g·kg-1), low (1.66 g·kg-1) dose group, Fu fang Gancao tablets group (0.14 g·kg-1) or ammonium chloride (0.12 g·kg-1), with ammonia water spray determination of cough incubation period and 3 min cough frequency, determining phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity;50 mice were divided into 5 groups, the normal group, Qinxian capsules high (6.63 g·kg-1), middle (3.32 g·kg-1), low (1.66 g·kg-1) dose group, Dexamethasone group (2 mg·kg-1), using xylene induced ear swelling and determining the swelling degree, using Granuloma hyperplasia model for determination of granulation quality, comprehensive study on the main pharmacodynamics of capsule in treating bronchial asthma. Result: Qinxian capsules high, low dose group of rats with asthma latency was significantly prolonged (P<0.05), high, low dose group of mice cough frequency was significantly reduced and latency was significantly prolonged (P<0.01, P<0.05), high, middle dose group mouse tracheal phenol red excretion increased significantly (P<0.05), auricle swelling degree significantly reduced (P<0.01, P<0.05), high, low dose group mice agar granuloma growth was significantly reduced (P<0.01). Conclusion: Qinxian capsules has reducing cough and resolving phlegm and anti-inflammatory effects, on bronchial asthma with therapeutic effect.  
摘要:Objective: This study was designed to explore:the effect of hederagenin on the biological behaviors including proliferation, adhesion, invasion and migration capabilities of human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803 in vitro. Method: Using MTT,adhesion experiment,transwell room,wooding healing to observe the effect of hederagenin on the biological behaviors including proliferation, adhesion, invasion and migration capabilities. Result: ①Hederagnin significantly inhibited the proliferation of MGC-803 cells. (P<0.01), the result showed that inhibition ratio increase with the increasing of the concentration of concentration and the passage of time. ② Hederagnin significantly decreased the adhesion capability of MGC-803 cells (P<0.01), along with the increasing of the concentration and the passage of time, present the results of inhibition rate increasing. ③Hederagnin roled in human gastinc cancer cells MGC-803 so that the cell invasion number is significantly reduced (P<0.01), the higher concentration, the less the number of cell invasion. ④After hederagnin roled in human gastric cancer cells MGC-803, cell healing degree have obvious group difference, the higher concentration,the worse of degree of healing, which showed that migration ability greatly affected. Conclusion: Hederagnin can inhibite the proliferation of human gastric cell line MGC-803 and supresse the adhesion, invasion and migration capability of MGC-803 cells.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) induced oxidative damage in PC12 cell. Method: MTT method was employed to determine the viability in PNS (0.01-100 mg·L-1) treated PC12 cell and PNS (0.1-10 mg·L-1) plus H2O2 treated PC12 cell. Thereafter, intracellular reactive oxygen species amounts, activity of SOD, GSH-Px, as well as MDA concentration were determined at optimal dosage of PNS selected based on MTT experiment. Result: PC12 cell viability was increased by PNS at 0.1-10 mg·L-1, and the viability of H2O2 treated PC12 cell was increased by PNS at 0.1-10 mg·L-1. Furthermore, PNS at 0.1-1.0 mg·L-1 significantly decreased intracellular reactive oxygen species levels, as well as enhanced SOD activity (P<0.001) and GSH-Px activity (P<0.001). But MDA concentration was decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: PNS can protect PC12 cell against H2O2 induced damage via enhancement of intracellular antioxidant enzyme activity.

摘要:Objective: To determinate the content or activity changes of the nitric oxide-nitric oxide synthase (NO-NOS) system in the vastus lateral muscle of rat under different exercise loads, and to explore the impact of exercise training on vastus lateral muscle. Method: Sixty male rats were divided randomly into quiet control group (n=20), moderate exercise intensity group (n=20), exercise fatigue group (n=20). The rats in the quiet control were feeded regularly, and without any intervention, the rats in the moderate exercise intensity group were trained with swimming moderately, the rats in the exercise fatigue group were established to be fatigue model.The content or activity changes of the NO-NOS system in the vastus lateral muscle were determinated by biochemical kits. Result: Comared with the quiet control group, the content or activity of NO, total nitric oxide synthase (tNOS), endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) were significantly increased after moderate intensity. Compared with the moderate-intensity group, the activity of iNOS in the exercise fatigue group was significantly decreased. Conclusion: The NO-NOS system in the vastus lateral muscle will have varying degrees of change under different exercise loads, moderate-intensity exercise can increase the content or activity of NO, NOS, eNOS, nNOS and iNOS, and high fatigue movement can decrease the activity of iNOS and eNOS.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of volatile oil extracted from Alpinia oxyphylla fructus(VOA) on amino acid neurotransmitters glutamic acid (Glu), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and its receptor expression in the brain of the model rats with the rapid eye movement(REM) sleep deprivation recovery. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank control, sleep deprivation recovery, positive control group, sleep deprivation recovery+high and low-dose VOA treatment. After two weeks of administration, model were established with REM sleep deprivation(SD) induced by maded-self multiple platform method (MMPM). Six hours later,the levels of amino acid neurotransmitters Glu and GABA were detected in cortex and hypothalamus of the model rats by HPLC.Using immunohistochemical staining and semi-quantitative analysis of a retrovirus-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR),γ-aminobutyric acid A receptor (GABAAR) α1 and γ2 subunit expression were detected in cortical and hippocampal parts of the model rats.Whats more, after intervention of VOA, those indicators were studied too. Result: Compared to blank control group, model group rats content of Glu showed a considerable upper,while GABA showed a considerable down,GABAARα1 and γ2 subunit immunochemistry absorbance accumulated were lower significantly (P<0.01) in cortex and hippocampus, and GABAARα1,γ2 mRNA expression showed lower significantly (P<0.01) in cortex.While those indicators tended to the normal range after the treatment of VOA(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: REM sleep deprivation recovery could regulate amino acid neurotransmitters and make expression of GABAAR α1 and γ2 subunit markedly down in cerebral cortex and hippocampus. VOA can regulate amino acid neurotransmitters to normal state trend,and upward adjusting GABAAR α1 and γ2 subunit expression in the rat brain. This may be one of the mechanisms for VOAs affect of nourishing the brain and improving intelligence.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects and mechanisms of Scutellaria baicalensis stem-leave total flavonoid (SSTF) preteratment on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rat hippocampus. Method: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups as following:sham operation group, ischemia reperfusion group, and SSTF pretreated group. Rats of SSTF were perfused with SSTF, other two groups were given PBS solution instead of SSTF equally in a week before the operation. The model of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion was reproduced by the suture embolic method after treated with SSTF 1 week. After 2 h of occlusion and 24 h reperfusion, morphological changes of hippocampus neurons were observed. The activity of (glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px) and (lactate dehydrogenase, LDH), and the content of (malondialdehyde MDA) in hippocampus tissue were measured by colorimetric methods. Fas and FasL expression in the hippocampus were determined by immunohistochemical methods and analyzed by a microimage analysis system. Result: SSTF pretreatment can alleviate the pathological changes in hippocampus area. Compared with I/R group, the positive cell count of Fas and FasL was decreased significantly in SSTF preteratment group. SSTF decreased the content of MDA and increased the activity of GSH-Px and LDH in hippocampus tissue. Conclusion: SSTF pretreatment can ameliorate hippocampus damage induced by focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats, which may be related to down-regulation of Fas and FasL protein expression and increase the anti-oxidant ability of cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats.

摘要:Objective: The Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum and Dioscoreae Rhizoma pair(CRP) has been used for kidney-yang deficiency for thousands years.But there is no material about its pharmacological activity.We studied the strengthening yang activity of CRP with kidney-yang deficiency mice model. Method: Forty-eight mice were randomly divided into experimental group,control group,positive control group and model group.The control group and model group mice were given normal saline 0.01 mL·g-1 by gavage,the positive control group mice were given nanbao capsule 1.3 g·kg-1, experimental group mice were given CRP 0.9 g·kg-1.The mice were injected subcutaneously with dexamethasone 0.04 mg except control group mice.After the last administration on the 14th day,several organ indexs of loaded-swimming mice were observed.The antioxidant capacity of CRP was determined by DPPH.The levels of testosterone in Leydig cell was determined by the method of ELISA. Result: The mice with CRP could swim for longer time than model mice, epididymis indexs was also higher(P<0.05).The IC50 of CRP was 114 mg·L-1,and the proliferation rate of spleen cells was 74.13%,51.49%,41.90%,30.41%,21.31% in CRP-treated groups corresponding to CRP concentrations of 1 600,800,400,200, 100 mg·L-1, respectively. Conclusion: It is concluded that CRP can be used for reinforcing deficiency.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Yinhua Paidu capsule(Ⅰ) in anti-acne, anti-inflammatory and analgesia, and to provide more data for further research of Ⅰ. Method: Acne model induced by coal tar in rabbits were established, rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Jiedu Cuochuang Wan group(1.68 g·kg-1), Ⅰ high, middle and low dose groups(3.26,1.63,0.82 g·kg-1), oral administration for two weeks, changes on modeling parts of the skin were observed and acne model was examined by histopathologic examination. Paw edema model induced by egg white in rats were established, rats were randomly divided into model group, Jiedu Cuochuang Wan group(3.24 g·kg-1), Ⅰ high, middle and low dose groups(6.30,3.15,1.58 g·kg-1), oral administration for 5 d, paw volume change were measured. Ear edema model caused by xylene and pain model induced by glacial acetic acid in mice were established, mice were randomly divided into model group, Jiedu Cuochuang Wan group(4.68 g·kg-1), Ⅰ high, middle and low dose groups(9.10,4.55,2.28 g·kg-1). Oral administration for 5 d, auricle inflammatory swelling and writhing response were observed. Result: The experiments showed that the there dose groups of Ⅰ could significantly reduce the acne formation intension and reaction intension(P<0.01); also could significantly reduce the pinna tumidness of the mice and the vola pedis tumidness of the rats; the high and middle dose groups of Ⅰ also could decread the writhing response remarkedly, but the low-dose group hasd no effect on writhing response. 摘要:Objective: To study the characteristics of blood nourishing and blood circulation activating efficacy preference of the Angelicae Sinensis Radix herb pairs. Method: ICR mice, half male and half female, were randomly divided into control group,model group,Angelicae Sinensis Radix - Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Danggui-Shudihuang), Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Astragali Radix (Danggui-Huangqi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Paeoniae Radix Alba (Danggui-Baishao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Paeoniae Rubra Radix (Danggui-Chishao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma(Danggui-Chuangxiong) and Angelicae Sinensis Radix\|Persicae Semen (Danggui-Taoren) groups (10.4 g·kg-1). Control and model groups were ig given the same volume physiological saline for 8 days. Acetylphenyhydrazine and cyclophosphamide were used to copy the blood-deficiency model mice by ip cyclophosphamide (200 mg·kg-1) at the first day and sc acetylphenyhydrazine (100 mg·kg-1) at the sixth day. Periphera hemogram, organ index and BRC ATPase activity were detected at the 8th day to compare the blood nourishing efficacy. SD rats, half male and half female, the same group as above (7.2 g·kg-1), control and model groups were ig given the same volume physiological saline for 7 days. Epinephrine hydrochlaride and ice-water stimulation were used to copy acute blood stasis model rats by sc acetylphenyhydrazine (0.8 mg·kg-1) at the 6th day(interval of 4 h, 2 times) and ice-water stimulation for 4 min. Aemorheology, blood clotting tetrachoric index were detected at the 7th day to compare the blood circulation activating efficacy. Result: Compared with model group, Danggui-Baishao, Danggui-Huangqi and Danggui-Shudihuang could increase HGB(P<0.01), HCT (P<0.01 or P<0.05) and reduced SI (P<0.01) and had better blood nourishing effect. Danggui-Shudi, Danggui-Chuanxiong, Danggui-Chishao and Danggui-Taoren could reduce whole blood low reduction viscocity, bood sedimentation equation K, and AI (P<0.01 or P<0.05) and lengthen APTT (P<0.01) and had better blood activating effect. Conclusion: Danggui-Baishao and Danggui-Huangqi herb pairs have better blood nutriting efficacy. Danggui-Chuanxiong, Danggui-Chishao and Danggui-Taoren herb pairs have better blood circulation activating efficacy. Danggui-Shudihuang herb pairs have well nutriting and circulation activating efficacy at the same time.

摘要:Objective: Inhibition of alpha-glucosidase and antioxidation of different extracts from the branches and leaves of Taxus chinensis var mairei were studied in vitro to supply the separating base of the effective chemical components. Method: The inhibitory activities of α-glucoside were assayed in external.The antioxidant activities of these extracts were assessed bytwo complementary test systems,namely 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) assay. Result: The ethyl acetate extract showed strong activity in the inhibitory activities of α-glucoside.(IC50 27.854 1 mg·L-1) The ethanol extract (IC50 29.215 5 mg·L-1)and n-butanol extract(IC50 38.913 0 mg·L-1) displayed lower activity. Petroleum ether fraction(IC50 128.729 5 mg·L-1) and water fraction(IC50 74.505 9 mg·L-1) have a little activity. The antioxidant activities:ethanol extract (DPPH IC50 6.370 7 mg·L-1,FRAP 4.266 mmol·g-1)>ethyl acetate extract (DPPH IC50 9.535 8 mg·L-1,FRAP 3.275 mmol·g-1)>n-butanol extract (DPPH IC50 20.461 3 mg·L-1,FRAP 1.498 mmol·g-1)>water fraction (DPPH IC50 26.685 5 mg·L-1,FRAP 0.678 mmol·g-1)>petroleum ether fraction. Conclusion: The components of inhibition α-glucoside could be testified in the ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract. Antioxidative components were in the ethyl acetate extract.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Liuyueqing polysaccharides on immunological function and p53, B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 (Bcl-2), Bcl-2 assaciatid X protein(Bax) oncoproteins expression in S180 tumor-bearing mice. Method: Fifty mice were inoculated subcutaneously with S180 cell in right axilla. Twenty-four h after inoculation, these mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:tumor model group (NS 20 mL·kg-1·d-1), cyclophosphamide (CTX) group (0.02 g·kg-1·d-1) and high, medium, low-doses of Liuyueqing polysaccharides-treated groups (1.2, 0.6, 0.3 g·kg-1·d-1 ). Except that the cyclophosphamide group subjeced to intraperitoneal injection, other groups were given intragastric administration with drugs for 10 days. 24 h after last dose of drug, the inhibitory rate of transplantable tumor in mice was observed. Thymus and spleen were culled and weighed, indexs of thymus and spleen were calculated.Proliferated ability of spleen lymphocyte was assayed by MTT method. The phagocytized ability of enterocoelia macrophage was assayed by neutral red method. The oncoproteins expression of p53, Bcl-2 and Bax in the tumor tissue were studied by immunohistochemistry. Result: The inhibitory rate of high dosage of Liuyueqing polysaccharides (1.2 g·kg-1·d-1) was 38%. Compared to tumor model group, the indexes of thymus in each dose group were increased significantly (P<0.05). The indexes of spleen, proliferated ability of spleen lymphocyte and the phagocytized ability of enterocoelia macrophage in high, medium-doses groups were increased significantly (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The oncoproteins expressions of p53 in each dose group were not significantly different. The oncoproteins expression of Bcl-2 in high-dose group was decreased significantly (P<0.05). The oncoproteins expression of Bax in high-dose group was increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: Liuyueqing polysaccharides has significant antitumor effect on S180 tumor-bearing mice. Enhancing the immunological function, down-regulation of Bcl-2 oncoproteins expression and up-regulation of Bax oncoproteins expression might be the main mechanisms of antitumor effect on S180 tumor-bearing mice.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Shenfu Qiangxin pills on myocardial cells Bcell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) expression and anti-heart failure mechanism in abodominal aortic coarctation rats. Method: The rats model of chornic cardiac failure(CHF)were made by abdominal aortic banding. The ventricular pressure wave,limb leads electrocardiogram(EKG),neuroendocrine,myocardial cells apoptosis,myocardial fibrosis of coarctation of aorta rat were determined. Result: The left ventricular pressure peak(LVSP),+dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax were depressed(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.001), indicating ventricular systolic function decreased. left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) was raised(P<0.001). ST of EKG was raised(P<0.05),QRS were extended(P<0.05). Angiotensin Ⅱ(AngII) and aldosterone(ALD) in blood plasm were increased(P<0.01,P<0.01). Myocardial cellular structure was damaged. The Bcl-2 expression was down-regulated. Fibrosis was tested under microscope. Shenfu Qiangxin 2.14 g·kg-1 improved ventricular systolic and diastolic function. The +dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmax were raised significantly compared with the model group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The LVEDP and ST of EKG were improved significantly (P<0.001, P<0.05). AngII and ALD in blood plasm were depressed. The myocardial cellular structure,Bcl-2 expression and fibrosis in the Shenfu Qiangxin groups were improved significantly. Conclusion: Shenfu Qiangxin can improve cardiac function function, and up-regulate.,Bcl-2 expression.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of puerarin on the expressions of nerve growth factor (NGF), c-fos, c-jun in substantia nigra of Parkinsons rats induced by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). Method: Parkinsons rat model was established, model rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:model group, L-dopa group (40 mg·kg-1), low-, medium-and high-dosage groups of puerarin (20, 40, 80 mg·kg-1). The drugs were intragastrically perfused to rats daily for 30 days. The changes of nissl bodies in nerve cells of substantia nigra were observed by Nissl staining. The expression of NGF was tested by immunohistochemistry assay. And the c-fos, c-jun mRNA levels were tested by in situ hybridization analysis. Result: Compared to model group, the neuronal cells were badly injured and expression of NGF, c-fos, c-jun mRNA was obviously reduced in substantia nigra of PD rats in model group. Compared to model group, puerarin effectively increased nissl bodies in neuronal cells of substantia nigra of PD rats, and elevated the number of NGF-immunoreactive cells in substantia nigra (P<0.01). The expressions of c-fos, c-jun mRNA were significantly up-regulated. Conclusion: The results demonstrate that puerarin has a neuroprotection on the neuronal cells in substantia nigra of PD rats induced by 6-OHDA, though the underlying mechanisms that may be associated with regulation of c-fos/c-jun expressions to mediate neuronic repairment and enhance the signaling transduction.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects of compound Nepeta angustifolia on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion-induced injury(I/R) in rats. Method: Sixty SD rats were divided into 6 groups randomly:sham group(onlyneddle not ligation),model group, positive group(compound danshen tablets,1.08 g·kg-1), N. angustifolia groups low-does,medium-does and high-does group(2.9,5.8,11.6 g·kg-1).Rats were continuous gavaged for 7 days, the ligation/relaxat-ion of left anterior descending artery was used to establish acute ischemia/reperfusion model.meanwhile monitoringⅡECG, arrhythmia and infarcted zone. Result: Compared with control, I/R group increased the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia,infarcted zone and growth of J point and ST-T wave(P<0.01). Compared with I/R group,N. angustifolia groups reduced the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia;delaying arrhythmia time; shorten the arrhythmia duration;diminished infarcted zone;reduced the growth of J point and ST-T wave on ECG,also slowed the heart rate of rats(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: N. angustifolia can play a protective role in myocardial ischemia/reperfusion-induced injury,which maybe relate to that N. angustifolia can reduce the incidence of arrhythmia;diminish infarcted zone;reduce the growth of ST-T wave and J point.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective mechanism of quercetin(Que) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI) in rats. Method: The rats were randomly divided control group, MIRI model group, positive control group (diltiazem HCl 0.01 mg·kg-1) and low, medium and high dose Que pretreatment group (15, 30, 60 mg·kg-1), 10 rats each group. The myocardial ischemia reperfusion model was induced by occulusion of the anterior descending coronary artery for 30 min and reperfusion for 60 min. Each Que dose was proconditioned for a week, and the rats serum and cardiac muscle tissue werecollected seperately 60 minutes after MIRI. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), creative kinase MB(CK-MB) and troponin(cTnI); the acitivity of superoxygen dehydrogenises(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and Sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ pump (SERCA). And by tetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining, the areas of myocardial damage and infraction were observed. Result: In the MIRI group, the contents of MDA (17.71±3.24)μmol·L-1, CK-MB (2 010.21±76.31) U·L-1, cTnI (2.25±0.76) μg·L-1, IL-6 (5.89±0.34) ng·L-1 and TNF-α (114.12±22.13) μg·L-1 in serum were obviously improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05), and acitivity of SOD (77.58±5.20) U·mL-1, GSH-Px (11.22±4.88) U·mL-1, and myocardial SERCA (2.76±0.49) μmol·mg-1·h-1 were obviously reduced (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The contents of MDA, CK-MB, cTnI, IL-6 and TNF-α in serum in MIRI group were obviously reduced by medium and high dose Que pretreatment (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and acitivity of SOD, GSH-Px and myocardial SERCA were improved by medium and high dose Que pretreatment (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and the areas of myocardial damage and infraction were obviously reduced (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: Que preconditioning can alleviate the oxidative stress injury, reduce the inflammatory response and calcium overload in cells, and can indicate obvious protective mechanism on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury of rats.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Huoxue Cuyu capsule on acute soft tissue injury in rats with acute blood stasis. Method: The rat model with acute blood stasis was estalished by freely falling mass damsges models. After modeling, rats were at random divided into model control group,Sanqi capsule control groups, low dose group, middle dose groups and high dose group(2.75,8.25,16.50 g·kg-1)of Huoxue Cuyu capsule,10 rats each group. calf circumference and the threshold value of mechanical stimulus in injuries was tested every day. Rats were treated with oral medication daily for 5 days,the visual observation of local tissue damage, histological examination,determination of blood viscosity was made. A normal control group was set up in addion. Result: Huoxue Cuyu capsule had an apparent effect on acuting soft tissue injury in rats with acuting blood stasis, easing the suffer in soft tissue injury from the mechanical stimulus, reducing the blood viscosity, and increasing the erythrocyte aggregation index, also it had an obvious utility in reparing the soft tissue injury. Conclusion: Huoxue Cuyu capsule is benefit for acuting soft tissue injury from blood stasis.

摘要:Objective: To explore the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Tylophora ovata. Method: SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly:physiological saline group,positive control group,the water extract of T. ovata low-dose group (6 g·kg-1), middle-dose group (12 g·kg-1) and high-dose group (24 g·kg-1). The fever model with high temperature was established induced by yeast in rats,and the inflammatory model with foot edema was established by carrageenan in rats. The antipyretic and the anti-inflammatory effects of T. ovata were observed, the content of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in paw tissue were tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Result: Compared with the saline group,the water extract of T. ovata middle-dose group and high-dose group showed significant antipyretic activity in rats with high temperature induced by yeast (P<0.05),and appeared significant anti-inflammatory activity in rats with foot edema induced by carrageenin (P<0.05). Conclusion: T. ovata had notable effects of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory, the anti-inflammatory mechanism might be related to inhibition of PGE2 biosynthesis.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the antidepressant-like effect of a traditional Chinese medicine, Banxia Xiexin Tang(BXT). Method: One hundred and twenty mice were divided into five groups(n=24), such as control group, fluoxetine(FLU) group, BXT(50, 100, 200 mg·kg-1) groups. The behavior of each group in open field test(OFT,n=8), tail suspension test(TST,n=8) and forced swimmig test(FST,n=8) was recorded. The following parameters were evaluated:the number of horizontal squares, number of rearings and total score for OFT, the latency to the first bout of immobility and duration of immobile time during the last 4 min of the 6-min trial for TST and FST. Result: FLU and BXT decreased the duration of immobile time during the last 4 min of the 6-min trial in both TST and FST, and the latency to the first bout of immobility in FST, however, had no effect on OFT activcity, such as number of horizontal squares and number of rearings. Conclusion: BXT has a good antidepressant-like effect on mice depression model.

摘要:Objective: To observe effects of Weshuling(WSL)on the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF)and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)in the established rats model of chronic gastritis, so as to explore the therapeutic mechanism of WSL. Method: Mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Wenweishu granules group, high and low doses groups with WSL. Experimental gastritis were prepared in the later four groups by oral intake of sodium salicylate,drugs was administrated in the model control group,Wenweishu granules group, high and low doses groups with WSL for six weeks, EGF and EGFR from stomach mucosal organization of chronic gastritis model rats were measured by immunohis to chemical. Result: WSL(0.56,2.22 g·kg-1) could significantly reduce reperfusion arrhythmias ratings rate (P<0.01) and the expression of EGFR(P<0.01). WSL(0.56 g·kg-1) could reduce the expression of EGF(P<0.05). Conclusion: WSL decoction has protective effect on chronic gastritis. Its mechanism might be related to down-regulating the expressions of EGF and EGFR.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Professor Fang Heqians prescription, Jiangzhi decoction (JZD) in treatment of hyperlipidemia. Method: One hundred and eighty patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group, Xuezhikang group and simvastatin group (n=60 each). The treatment group was treated with JZD (granules), once daily; patients in Xuezhikang group was given 2 grains bid orally; the patients in simvastatin group was given 20 mg orally per day. The treatment was lasted for 8 weeks. Lipid levels and phlegm-turbidity accumulation syndrome in Chinese medicine were investigated. Result: The total efficiency of the treatment group was 79.31%, Xuezhikang group was 71.92%, and 84.75% in the simvastatin group. No significant difference among the groups was found. The syndromes efficiency of the treatment group was 94.82%, better than 78.94% of Xuezhikang and 67.79% of simvastatin (P<0.05,P<0.01). Triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein A (ApoA), apolipoprotein B (ApoB), and ApoA/ApoB of the treatment group showed no significant difference compared with those in simvastatin group. The TC of the treatment was higher than the simvastatin group (P<0.05); the improvement of TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA of ApoA/ApoB of the treatment group was better than Xuezhikang group (P<0.05). Conclusion: JZD is promising in regulation of lipid metabolism with good clinical efficacy, and worthy for further study.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiangzhi decoction on lipid levels, vascular endothelial function and hsCRP of Patients with hyperlipidemia. Method: Sixty patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30).The treatment group was treated with lipid-lowering soup side (recipe granules),once daily. The control group was treated with simvastatin, 20 mg once daily, all for 8 weeks. Lipid levels were measured; blood endothelin (ET) was determined by radioimmunoassay; serum nitric oxide (NO) was observed by nitrate reduction method; high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) was monitored by ELISA; and endothelium-dependent flow-mediated diastolic function (FMD) was also detected. Result: After treatment, in both groups, TC, TG, LDL-C were decreased significantly, HDL-C was increased significantly. No significant difference appeared between the two groups after treatment. In the two groups, ET-1 and hs-CRP were significantly lowered, NO and FMD was significantly increased. ET-1 and FMD of the treatment group showed significant difference compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiangzhi decoction can improve the status of patients with hyperlipidemia. It is likely related to improvement in endothelial function and decrease in plasma hs-CRP level.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effects of supplementing Qingnao Jiangya tablets for treatment of essential hypertension (yin deficiency and yang excess). Method: One hundred and twenty-four patients with essential hypertension were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both two groups were given conventional non-drug therapy. The control group was given captopril orally 25 mg tid, and the treatment group was supplemented by Qingnao Jiangya tablets 5 tablets tid. Course of treatment were 8 weeks. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP, DBP) before treatment, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were monitored. Inteleukin-6,8(IL-6,IL-8) and high-sensitivity C protein (hs-CRP) before and after treatment were detected. Result: SBP and DBP in treatment group at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). IL-6, IL-8 and hs-CRP of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.01). In the treatment group, the symptom curative effect and blood pressure control were better than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Qingnao Jiangya tablets have good clinical effects for treating essential hypertension (yin deficiency and yang excess type), besides, it can also regulate the inflammatory factors, protect the vascular endothelium.

摘要:Objective: To investigate external Zhuangyang San combined with oral Zhenwei decoction in treating impotence patients. Method: Ninety-eight cases during 2009-2012 as the data source, were divided into the observation group and the control group. The therapeutic effect and life quality were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.82%, while was 73.47% in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The IIEF-5 score, insert success rate and successful erection rate were better than those in the control group (P<0.01); HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: External Zhuangyang San combined with oral Zhenwei decoction have good effect for treating impotence.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Dahuang Zhechong capsule (DZC) for treating endometriosis and the influence to prostaglandin (PG). Method: Sixty-seven cases of patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, while control group was received mifepristone (12.5 mg daily), and experimental group received DZ, 5 tablets bid. The treatment was lasted for 12 weeks. Score of visual analogue scale(VAS) and the score of B&B multidimensional scale were investigated, and the level of plasma PGs were determined. Result: VAS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). B&B multidimensional scale score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Level of prostaglandin F2a (PGF2a), prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) of experimental group was lower than those of control group (P<0.05). But level of 6-keto-PGF1a of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: For treating patients with endometriosis, DZC can improve symptom and signs. The effect of alleviating dysmenorrhea is likely related to regulation of levels of PGs.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy Longdan Xiegan decoction (LXD) for treating herpes zoster (HZ) in patients with middle and severe depressive emotion. Method: Seventy-four herpes zoster patients with middle and severe depressive emotion were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (n=37 each). The control group was given oral famciclovir (0.25 g,bid) antiviral treatment for 7 d, combined with flupentixol 2 tables bid for 14 d, the observation group was given additional treatment on the basis of the control group with LXD modified according to the different syndromes. The treatment lasted 2 weeks. HZ efficacy, and the treatment of depression, pain and sleep before and after treatment were observed and assessed. Result: The two groups showed efficiency of 94.5% and 64.9% accordingly; the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). The depression, pain and sleep scores of the observation group were improved and better than those in the control group (P<0.01). No significant adverse reactions in the two groups in the medication process. Conclusion: Treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for herpes zoster with middle and severe depressive emotion is effective.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the joint effect of Guanxinning injection combined with Xueshuantong injection for treatment of unstable angina. Method: Eighty patients with unstable angina patients were randomly divided into two groups by order of admission. Forty patients was treated by conventional therapy based on puerarin injection 400-600 mg+5% glucose 250 mL gtt as the control group, and another 40 patients were treated by joint Guanxinning injection 20 mL 5% glucose 250 mL combined with Xueshuantong injection 120 mg+5% glucase 250 mL gtt on the basis of the conventional treatment as the observation group. The clinical course was lasted for two weeks. Before and after treatment, C-reactive protein (CRP), hemorheological parameters, ECG and the outcome of treatment were observed and compared. Result: After treatment, compared with the control group, hemorheological parameters (hematocrit, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen) and CRP were decreased more significantly (P<0.05). Angina symptoms were improved in the observation group and the total effective rate was 87.50%, while 65.00% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ECG effective rate in the observation group was 75.00%, and 50.00% in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The joint effect of Guanxinning injection combined with Xueshuantong injection for treatment of unstable angina can significantly improve hemorheological parameters and reduce CRP.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine on patents Jianpi Xiaotang granule in treating prediabetic state and the effects on inflmation factors interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and hypersensitive 3C-reactive protein(HsCRP). Method: One hundred and serenteen cases with diabetes mellitus(DM) was divided into treatment group of 59 cases and control group of 58 cases. Both groups received health education and life intervention treatment. The treatment group received Jianpi Xiaotang granule and acarbose tablets and the control group was given the acarbose tablets. The treatment courselasted six months and the change of the fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and 2 hour plasma glucose(2 hPG), hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) and IL-6,TNF-α and HsCRP was observed. Result: The inflamtion factor indexes were reducd (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the TNF-α,HsCRP level was reduced significantly(P<0.01).The level FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c was reduced significantly(P<0.05), compared with FPG, HbAlc was reduced more significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion: Both Jianpi Xiaotang granule and acarbose can improve the level of FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c and the curative effect of Jianpi Xiaotang granule is even more satisfied.The reinforcing spleen and hypoglycemic granule significantly reduce the level of infalmation factor.  
摘要:Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of mecobalamine Iadacum of Zusanli combined with Buqi Huoxie Tongbi soup (BTS) on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Method: Seventy-eight cases of DPN were divided randomly into two groups. Treatment group with 40 cases was orally given BTS plus mecobalamine Iadacum of Zusanli and control group with 38 cases was orally given BTS plus mecobalamine gluteal region intramscular injection; the clinical symptom, motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) and other indicators were observed; the course of treatment was 2 weeks. Result: The total effective rate was 97.5% in treatment group and 84.21% in control group(P<0.05), respectively; MNCV and SNCV improved better in treatment group than in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05); the integral of clinical symptom was less in treatment group than in control group(P<0.01) after two-week treatment. Conclusion: Mecobalamine Iadacum of Zusanli combined with BTS in patients with DPN is effective in relieving the clinical symptoms and improving MNCV and SNCV.

摘要:Objective: To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Wenjing Yangxue Huoxue recipe (YWYHC) combined with reduced glutathione (GSH) for preventing the chronic neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin. Method: Seventy patients with malignant tumor of digestive system treated with mFOLFOX6 regimen were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 35 in each group. The patients in the control group received infusion of 1 500 mg·m-2 of GSH intravenously with NS 100 mL before chemotherapy with oxaliplatin, while the patients in the treatment group additionally received YWYHC 2 days before chemotherapy with oxaliplatin, once daily for 5 days. The incidence and severity of oxaliplatin-induced chronic neurotoxicity were observed. Result: The chronic neurotoxicity degree was lessened in the treatment group by the end of the fourth cycle, the eighth cycle and the twelfth cycle, showing statistical difference when compared with the control group (Z=-3.069,-2.856,-2.271, respectively, and P=0.002, P=0.012, P=0.046, respectively). Conclusion: YWYHC combined with GSH is effective in preventing the chronic neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Wendan decoction combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treating chronic insomnia of internal disturbance of phlegm-heat. Method: Sixty chronic insomnia patients with the syndrome of internal disturbance of phlegm-heat were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group patients was given the Jiawei Wendan decoction combined with cognitive behavioral therapy. The control group was only given cognitive behavioral therapy. The changes between after and before treatmentaccording to traditional Chinese medicine sign and PSQI scores were observed. The effect of Jiawei Wendan decoction combined with cognitive behavioral therapy. Was evaluated. Result: Two groups showed differences between after and before treatment inthe aspects of PSQI scores, but treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05). Two groups had differences between after and before treatment in the aspects of sign of the syndrome, but treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiawei Wendan decoction combined with cognitive behavioral therapy is more efficient in treatment of chronic insomnia than cognitive behavioral therapy.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis combined with laparoscopy on serum monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1), activation of regulatory factor(RANTES) in infertile patients with mild endometriosis. Method: Fifty patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine after laparoscope, while the control group was only accepted laparoscopy. The pregnancy rate, recurrence rate,serum MCP-1 and RANTES were observed. Result: The effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Danzhu Xiaoyi decoction combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of mild endometriosis infertility may improve the pregnancy rate, reduce recurrence rate, its mechanism may be related to the regulation of the immune, and decrease serum MCP-1 and RANTES.  
摘要:Objective: To observe clinical effects of Yishen Juanbi decoction plus fire attack therapy on ankylosing spondylitis in. Method: Forty-nine patients were randomly divided into treatment group (group A) with 26 cases and control group (group B)with 23 cases, group A was treated with Yishen Juanbi decoction plus fire attack therapy, group B was treated with conventional drug for 2 months. Result: The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 96.15% and 82.61%, respectively, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yishen Juanbi decoction plus fire attack therapy in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS) can improve back pain, spinal ankylosis and morning stiffness symptoms.  
摘要:Objective: Evidence-based Meta-analysis was used to evaluate efficacy and safety in the treatment of chronic renal failure by traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Xiezhuo method. Method: Retrieval of domestic medical journals was made, and Chinese medicine Bushen Xiezhuo method with Oxyamyli tectus Aldehydum was chosen in the treatment of chronic renal failure randomized controlled experimental study. 13 randomized controlled clinical trials and Meta-analysis were selected. Result: Compared with Oxyamyli tectus Aldehydum, Bushen Xiezhuo method in the treatment of chronic renal failure in overall efficacy, lower serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen are superior to that of oxyamyli tectus aldehydum treatment group. Conclusion: Bushen Xiezhuo method in the efficacy of treating chronic renal failure is superior to oxyamyli tectus aldehydum, but needs to be well designed randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial and further confirmed.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the application regularity of compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza (SM) injection. Method: The data set on compound SM injection was downloaded from Chinese BioMedical literature database. The regularities of syndrome, diseases, symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment method, acupuncture point and western medicines on compound SM injection were mined out by data slicing algorithm. The results are demonstrated with tables and networks. Result: TCM syndrome of compound SM injection was mainly correlated with blood stasis and deficiency. The diseases such as cerebral infarction, angina pectoris, diabetic complications, heart failure, liver cirrhosis and viral myocarditis were often treated with compound SM injection. The symptoms such as chest distress, dizziness, headache, ulcer and abdominal pain were frequently reported. Activating blood and resolving stasis were main Chinese medicinal therapy of compound SM injection. Acupuncture points such as retrobulbar, Zusanli, Fengchi and Shenshu were commonly related with compound SM injection. For western medicines, it was usually used together with low molecular dextran, citicoline, aspirin and vitamin B group. Conclusion: Text mining approach provides a novel method in the summary of application regularity in both TCM and western medicine.

摘要:Objective: To compare the effect of integration of traditional and western medicine with western medicine therapy for insomnia. Method: Relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial (RCT) scale. All reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale. Data statistical analysis were performed by RevMan 5.1 software. Result: Recently clinical efficient showed that since test for heterogeneity P=0.007<0.05, it indicates the data do not has homogeneity, so we use the random effect model. With OR=3.83, 95% CI, the effect size was between 2.40 and 6.13, P<0.000 01.It means that intergration of traditional and western medicine treatment for insomnia in improving clinical symptom has obvious advantages compared with western medicine. Conclusion: Integration treatment for insomnia shows curative effect, and there are obvious advantages compared with western medicine.

摘要:Objective: To establish the PLC fingerprint of Murraya exotica, to determine the contribution of the fingerprint peaks from different solvents extracts to anti-inflammation. Method: The HPLC fingerprints of M. exotica and different solvents extracts were established; mice paw edema model induced by carrageenan was used to study the anti-inflammation activity, and gray relational analysis was used to study the fingerprint-effect relationship. Result: The HPLC fingerprint of M. exotica was established from 10 batches of M. exotica samples, which had identified 17 common peaks, with similarity of more than 0.90.The anti-inflammative activity of different solvents extracts was obtained from many constituents collaboratively. The contribution of different peaks to inhibit the mice paw edema was ranked with 9>7>2>1>10>5, and 5>10>7>9>4 for down-regulation of the serum PGE2 content. Conclusion: The method for establishing HPLC fingerprint of M. exotica is simple, repeatable, which can provide the information for identification and quality evaluation of M. exotica. The relationship between the fingerprint of different solvents extracts from M. exotica and anti-inflammation suggests to be paralleled to some extent.  
摘要:Objective: To analysis the prescriptions and medication characteristics of ‘Waike Zhenquan'. Method: List all the prescriptions of ‘Waike Zhenquan' and establish a database, analysis the preparation formulation, drug property and numbers of taste. Result:‘Waike Zhenquan' contains 352 prescriptions including 224 oral side and 128 external side. The majority of oral prescriptions are decoction, powders and pills, while the external are powders, oils and ointments. It contains 343 kinds of drugs, including 149 kinds of cold medicine, 124 kinds of warm medicine, 58 kinds of flat medicine, and 12 drugs are unknown. The cold herbs were used 715 times, the warm ones were used 1 058 times, and the flat were used 432 times. There are 33 kinds of toxic drugs, 44 kinds of animal drugs, 20 kinds of channel ushering drugs and 12 kinds of medicinal usher. The prescriptions composed by 4-8 drugs account for 40.63%. Conclusion:‘Waike Zhenquan' is one of the ‘Quansheng Sect' book. Its medication characteristics are common use of toxic, animal and channel ushering drugs.

摘要:The chemical constituents of Lycopus genus were collected by retrieval database of ScienceDirect, ACS, Wiley Online and CNKI and progress of chemical constituents of Lycopus genus was summarized by literatures. The chemical types were diversity and main were volatile oils, terpenes, flavonoids, phenol acids and steroids including 31 flavonoids, 20 terpenoids, 20 phenol acids and 3 steroids isolated and identified from Lycopus. By the system summary of the chemical constituents, it can benefit for the further research and development of Lycopus.

摘要:To overcome problems about the treatment and control of diabetes mellitus.According to the trend of drug combination of diabetes, combined with the classification、development and application of combination principles, proposed making twin medicine with the covalent bond by using suitable traditional Chinese and Western medicine molecule using the principle. Combined the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, we will obtain the new hpyerglycemic drugs with decreased toxic side effects and increased pharmacological effect. This application will not only open up a new way for drug combination, but reflect a new development trend of drug combination.
