摘要:Objective:To investigate transdermal permeation effect of Wantong Jingu sprays.Method:Modified Franz diffusion cell was applied to investigate in vitro transdermal absorption behavior of Wantong Jingu sprays,with the content of chlorogenic acid as index,which was determined by HPLC.Result:In six hours,accumulated transdermal rate of Wantong Jingu sprays and chlorogenic acid sprays were 13.53%,3.78%,respectively;Transdermal rate were 27.919,6.636 μg·cm-2·h-1,respectively.Conclusion:In vitro transdermal absorption behavior of Wantong Jingu sprays was in accordence with zero-level equation,its transdermal absorption effect was better than chlorogenic acid sprays.

Method: The content of crude polysaccharides was determined by sulfuric-phenol method,crude polysaccharides content from different tissues of A. carmichaeli in different harvest timewas compared,including mother root,sub-root,fibrous root,stem and leaves. 摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction and separation technology of total saponins from aboveground part of Cimicifuga dahurica. 摘要:Objective:To investigate in vitro permeability of Panax notoginseng total saponins gel ointments,and optimize permeation medium and permeation enhancer.Method:With the total content of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 as index,in vitro permeation of total saponins from P.notoginseng was detected by transdermal diffusion instrument,permeation amount of total saponins from P.notoginseng was determined by HPLC.Result:Penetration effect was the best with nitrocellulose membrane as permeation medium and azone as permeation enhancer;Accumulative permeation amount of P.notoginseng total saponins gel ointments in 24 h was 683.97 μg·cm-2,in vitro permeation could be described by model of Higuchi equation,and permeation rate was 17.80 μg·cm-2·min-1.Conclusion:P.notoginseng total saponins gel ointments had good permeability,it was suitable as a novel transdermal drug delivery formulation of total saponins from P.notoginseng.

摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction and inclusion technology of volatile oil from anti-rheumatism capsules.Method:Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation method,with yield of volatile oil as index,effect of water amount and extraction time on extraction technology was investigated by single factor test;Volatile oil was inclused by saturated aqueous solution method using inclusion ratio as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize inclusion technology with ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin,inclusion time and temperature as factors.Result:Optimum extraction conditions were:extracted 4 h with 14 times the amount of water;Optimal inclusion technology was as followings:ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin 1∶ 8,inclusion tempemture 40 ℃,inclusion time 3 h.Conclusion:These optimized extraction and inclusion technology conditions were reasonable and feasible.

摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction and inclusion technology of volatile oil from anti-rheumatism capsules. Method: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation method,with yield of volatile oil as index,effect of water amount and extraction time on extraction technology was investigated by single factor test;Volatile oil was inclused by saturated aqueous solution method using inclusion ratio as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize inclusion technology with ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin,inclusion time and temperature as factors. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were:extracted 4 h with 14 times the amount of water;Optimal inclusion technology was as followings:ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin 1∶8,inclusion tempemture 40 ℃,inclusion time 3 h. Conclusion: These optimized extraction and inclusion technology conditions were reasonable and feasible.

摘要:Objective:To optimize processing technology parameters of Strychnos nux-vomica heated with sand,in order to control quality of S.nux-vomica effectively.Method:With the content of brucine and strychnine as indexes,orthogonal test was used to evaluate effect of oil-sand degree,sand-material ratio,frying temperature and time on processing technology parameters of S.nux-vomica.Result:Optimum processing technology parameters were as followings:medium sand(300-600 μm),sand-material ratio 7∶ 1,frying temperature(190±5) ℃,frying time 4 min.Conclusion:Optimized processing technology was suitable and feasible,it was suitable for mass production.

摘要:Objective:To compare effect of different drying methods on the content of sennoside B in Cassia angustifolia extracts.Method:With the content of sennoside B as index,effect of reduced pressure condensing and vacuum drying at different temperatures on the content of sennoside B were investigated by single-factor test;Orthogonal test was used to investigate influence of inlet temperature,outlet temperature and spray velocity on spray drying technology of C.angustifolia extracts.Result:Optimal temperature of reduced pressure concentrating and vacuum drying for C.angustifolia extracts were 60 ℃,their time-consuming were 87 min,58 h,respectively;Optimum spray drying technology parameters were as followings:inlet air temperature 120 ℃,outlet air temperature 55 ℃,spraying velocity 16 mL·min-1.Conclusion:Loss of sennoside B by vacuum drying was more than spray drying;spray drying was time saving and beneficial to retention of effective ingredients,optimized spray drying process was stable and feasible,and it could be used for drying of C.angustifolia extracts with thermal instability.

摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction technology of sulfur dioxide from Dioscorea opposita by Plackett-Burman design and central composite design-response surface methodology.Method:With yield of sulfur dioxide as index,effect of extraction method,solvent amount,extraction temperature,extraction time and the mass fraction of NaOH solution on extraction technology of sulfur dioxide was investigated by single-factor test.Significant influencing factors were screened by Plackett-Burman design,independent variables were the concentration of NaOH and solvent amount,dependent variable was yield of sulfur dioxide,each level of independent variables was handled with multiple linear regression and binomial fitting,response surface methodology was used to optimize extraction process,and prediction was carried out through comparing the observed and predicted value.Result:Optimal extraction technology conditions were as followings:the mass fraction of NaOH 0.7%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 50.99,Bias of the observed value and the predicted value 3.23%.Conclusion:Optimized extraction technology was simple with good predictability,it could provide reference for sample pretreatment in determination of sulfur dioxide residues of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determining entrapment efficiency(EE) of chlorin e6 liposomes,and to investigate effect of different factors on it.Method:Sephadex G50 and Sephadex G75 column filtration methods were used to separate free drug and liposomes,in order to optimize a method to determine EE of chlorin e6 liposomes;With EE as index,influence of phospholipid concentration,cholesterol amount,hydration medium,temperature and time on preparation of chlorin e6 liposomes were investigated by single factor test.Result:EE of chlorin e6 liposomes was determined by Sephadex G50 column chromatography,its recovery for free drug was up to 100.6%,RSD of repeatability test was less than 0.02;Ratio of phospholipid-cholesterol,drug-lipid ratio and hydration medium had great effect on EE.Conclusion:Sephadex G50 column filtration method was a good way to determine EE of chlorin e6 liposomes easily and quickly,established method was stable and feasible.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determining entrapment efficiency (EE) of chlorin e6 liposomes,and to investigate effect of different factors on it. Method: Sephadex G50 and Sephadex G75 column filtration methods were used to separate free drug and liposomes,in order to optimize a method to determine EE of chlorin e6 liposomes;With EE as index,influence of phospholipid concentration,cholesterol amount,hydration medium,temperature and time on preparation of chlorin e6 liposomes were investigated by single factor test. Result: EE of chlorin e6 liposomes was determined by Sephadex G50 column chromatography,its recovery for free drug was up to 100.6%,RSD of repeatability test was less than 0.02;Ratio of phospholipid-cholesterol,drug-lipid ratio and hydration medium had great effect on EE. Conclusion: Sephadex G50 column filtration method was a good way to determine EE of chlorin e6 liposomes easily and quickly,established method was stable and feasible.

摘要:Objective:To optimize dry granulation technology of Houyin’an tablets.Method:With wheel rolling pressure,wheel speed and feeding speed as investigation factors,L9(34) orthogonal test was used to optimize dry granulation technology conditions with muiti-index composite score as index;Under 25 ℃,90%RH conditions,hygroscopicity of prepared Houyin’an tablets was investigated.Result:Optimum dry granulation technology was A1B3C3,that was the wheel rolling pressure of 4 MPa,pressure wheel speed 30 r·min-1,feeding speed of 20 r·min-1.On the tenth day,average increased weight of Houyin’an tablets was 1.5% by hygroscopicity test.Conclusion:Quality of Houyin’an tablets was stable with good moisture resistance,which was prepared by optimized technology.

Result: Optimum dry granulation technology was A1B3C3,that was the wheel rolling pressure of 4 MPa,pressure wheel speed 30 r·min-1,feeding speed of 20 r·min-1.On the tenth day,average increased weight of Houyin'an tablets was 1.5% by hygroscopicity test. Conclusion: Quality of Houyin'an tablets was stable with good moisture resistance,which was prepared by optimized technology.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate relationship between deposition amount and time of breviscapine common gel and solid lipid nanoparticle(SLN) gel in mice abdominal skin,and their topical pharmacokinetic of transdermal drug delivery.To investigate mechanism of SLN gel in enhancing breviscapine to penetrate into skin.Method:To set up an assaying methodology of breviscapine deposition amount in skin and compare accumulation deposition amount of breviscapine in skin between common gel and SLN gel,pharmacokinetics parameters were fitted by DAS software,in order to discuss topical pharmacokinetic of these two gels.Result:Within 24 h,per unit area deposition amount of breviscapine in skin of common gel were 1.73 times more than SLN gel;Dermatopharmacokinetic process of SLN gel and common gel were fitted with tow-compartment model and one-compartment model,respectively,AUC0-24 were 17.804,24.675 mg·L-1·h and T1/2 were 10.855,15.534 h,respectively.Conclusion:Transdermal degree and speed of SLN gel were greater and faster than common gel,which showed that SLN gel had function to enhance drug to penetrate into skin.

摘要:Objective:To compare efficiency of vacuum extraction and conventional extraction of Epimedium brevicornum.Method:Taking composite score of icariin and total flavonoids extraction rate as index,L9(34) orthogonal test was used to optimized vacuum extraction and conventional extraction technology of E.brevicornum,and extraction efficiency of them was campared.Result:Extraction efficiency of vacuum extraction was significantly better than that of conventional extraction,optimum vacuum extraction conditions were as followings:extracted 3 times with 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol at 50 ℃,20 minutes each time,vacuum degree 0.07 MPa;Optimum conventional extraction conditions were:extracted 3 times with 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol,1 h each time.Extraction effect of vacuum extraction 1 h and conventional extraction 3 h was equal,and yield of dry extract with vacuum extraction could be reduced by about 30% than that of conventional extraction.Conclusion:Vacuum extraction was superior to conventional extraction technology,and the former was effective and stable,it could be used for industrial production of E.brevicornum.

摘要:Objective:To improve the method for determining the content of trace chromium in gelatin vacant capsules.Method:Microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrophometry was adopted,samples were digested by microwave digestion instrument,the content of trace chromium in gelatin vacant capsules was determined by graphite furnace program heating method of atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Result:The regression equation was Y=4.767×10-4X(r=0.999 8) with the linear range of 0-50 μg·L-1.The average recovery of the low,medium and high mass concentration samples were 92.2%(RSD 1.8%),96.8%(RSD 1.6%),100.7%(RSD 1.3%),RSD of the precision was 1.1%,RSD of the repeatability was 1.2%,which were in full compliance with the requirements.Conclusion:This method was simple,accurate,reliable and rapid with digesting completely,which was suitable for determining the content of trace chromium in gelatin vacant capsules.

摘要:Objective:To explore the component differences of Euodia rutaecarpa and the processed products. Method: Using boiling water and licorice as auxiliary materials,two processed products were obtained. Each ten batches fingerprints of E. rutaecarpa and the processed products were established.The information of each product was extracted in traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint similarity evaluation system,and was analyzed by SPSS. Result: the similarity of E. rutaecarpa, the processed product using boiling water and the processed product using licorice were more than 0.9,compared with E. rutaecarpa as reference. With the methods of Hierarchical Cluster Analysis, 22 characteristic peaks were obtained from 30 samples. And than through analyzing the 22 characteristic peak areas, the results showed that 8 characteristic peak areas decreased significantly after being prepared.Another 6 characteristic peak areas declined significantly using immersing with licorice,but the peak areas of evodiamine and limonin increased significantly. Conclusion: The difference between characteristic components of E. rutaecarpa and the processed products was significant.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of mulberroside A in Ramulus Mori by HPLC. Method: Dikma Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (15∶85). The temperature of column was maintained at 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 324 nm. Result: The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range from 10.34 to 206.8μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.8%. The content of mulberroside A in Ramulus Mori in defferent areas was 0.10%-1.69%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid as well as precise and reliable, and can be used for the determination of mulberroside A in Ramulus Mori.

摘要:Objective:To establish a UPLC method for simultaneous determination of saikosaponins a, c, d in Bupleurum chinense. Method: Saikosaponins a, c, d in B. chinense were simultaneously determined by UPLC with Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm ×50 mm, 1.7 μm) column. With a gradient program of acetonitrile-water at the flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1, use an evaporative light-scattering detector (UPLC-ELSD) as the detector. The drift tube temperature was set at 40 ℃; the gas flow rate was 2.5 L·min-1. Result: Saikosaponins a, c, d in B. chinense were separated clearly and respectively in 6 min. The linear ranges of Saikosaponins a, c, d were 0.043 6-0.348 8, 0.046 8-0.374 4 and 0.049 2-0.393 6 μg respectively. The RSD of recovery, precision and reproducibility were all less than 3.0%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, reliable and accurate, has been successfully used to the quantification of saikosaponins a, c, d in B. chinense.

摘要:Objective:To establish a rapid detection method for plasticizing agents in food and drugs by using near infrared spectroscopy (NIR). Method: The spectral data of a black tea beverage were measured and acquired by NIR spectrometer. After spectral preprocessing, partial least squares (PLS) regression models were established for the total amount of plasticizer in the beverage, as well as single quantitative analysis of the plasticizer content. Result: The model coefficients of determination (R2) of the total amount of plasticizers, phthalate, methyl phthalate, ethyl phthalate, butyl phthalate, octyl were 0.992 3, 0.989 5, 0.992 7, 0.984 2, and 0.987 9, respectively. The external validation coefficients (r) of the established prediction model were 0.987 7, 0.988 1, 0.989 1, 0.977 1, and 0.976 2, respectively. The standard deviations of the prediction sets (RMSEP) are 0.164 0, 0.147 0, 0.027 6, 0.025 8, and 0.070 2, respectively. Conclusion: The rapid and quantitative analysis method for plasticizer by NIR is characterized by fast and accuracy and might be used as a method for rapid determination of the plasticizer content in quality control of food and medicine.

摘要:Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents in the volatile oils of Gentiana haynaldii Kanitz. Method: The volatile oils of Gentiana haynaldii were extracted by water steam distillation and its chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. Result: Eighteen components were identified, which constituted about 98.4% of the total volatile oils. The main compounds were hexadecanoic acid (28.05%),15-crown-5(14.29%),n-docosane(10.19%),n-nonacosane(6.82%),3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecene (6.25%),tetradecanoic acid(5.96%),n-tetracosane(5.46%),(E)-3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadedcen-1-ol(4.84%). Conclusion: Many components in the volatile oils had obvious biological activity, and this research provided a scientific evidence for deep exploitation and usage of G. haynaldii.

摘要:Objective:To establish the method by HPLC for determination of psoralen in different leave type of Radix Fici. Method: HPLC was conducted with a Extend-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(35∶65)with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 245 nm. Result: Psoralen's linearity was good in a range of 1.04-104 mg·L-1, The linear regression standard curve was Y=72.150 6X+133.483 0(r=0.999 1) and the average recovery was 96.3% with RSD 1.975%. Conclusion: Psoralen is different in quantity of different leave type of Radix Fici. This method is simply and accurate, and has good repeatability. It could be used to quality evaluation method for Radix Fici.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the technology parameters of the oil from Hedyotis diffusa by SFE-CO2, and to analyze the extractive components by GC-MS. Method: The experiments were designed with the method of orthogonal experiment, and efficiency of essential oil was used as value standards. The effect of various parameters, i.e., pressure, temperature and sample particle size on yield was investigated with an analytical-scale supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) system to find the optimal conditions. The extractive components were analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content in the essential oil was determined by area normalization. Result: The optimized conditions were as follows: pressure (25 MPa), temperature (50 ℃) and a sample particle size of 20-40 mesh. The result of the extractive components showed that in addition to containing higher fatty acid and its esters, the oil from H. diffusa also contained a lot of steroidal compounds. Conclusion: The oil from H. diffusa by SFE-CO2 is steady and feasible. It is an accurate and rapid method to identify structure by using GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index.

摘要:Objective:To determine the total saponins from P. hookeri in different medicinal part and compare the differences in the different parts. Method: Ursolic acid was selected as control article. Coloration was used with 5% vanillin and perchloric acid. The content of total saponins from P. hookeri in different medicinal parts was determined at 550 nm by UV. Result: Ursolic acid was linear within the range of 0.058 2-0.203 8 mg; the correlation coefficient r=0.999 1. The average recovery was 97.06%, RSD 93%. Conclusion: The average content of total saponins from aerial parts was up to 5%. Combining Tibetan hospital drug use and pharmacological research status, in the premise of resource protection, and do not affect its curative effect at the same time, it is recommended that the aerial part of P. hookeri should be its medicinal part.  
摘要:Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents in the volatile oils of Gentiana haynaldii Kanitz.Method: The volatile oils of Gentiana haynaldii were extracted by water steam distillation and its chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.Result: Eighteen components were identified,which constituted about 98.4% of the total volatile oils.The main compounds were hexadecanoic acid(28.05%),15-crown-5(14.29%),n-docosane(10.19%),n-nonacosane(6.82%),3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecene(6.25%),tetradecanoic acid(5.96%),n-tetracosane(5.46%),(E)-3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadedcen-1-ol(4.84%).Conclusion: Many components in the volatile oils had obvious biological activity,and this research provided a scientific evidence for deep exploitation and usage of G.haynaldii.

摘要:Objective:To established a HPLC method for determination of three organic acid compounds in Schisandra processed with vinegar. Method: High performance liquid chromatography was performed on content determination of three organic acid compounds. Acetonitrile-15 mmol·L-1 KH2PO4 (1∶99) were used as the mobile phase and the detected wavelength were at 210 nm for quinic acid and citric acid determination; the mobile phase of protocatechuic acid were methyl-0.5% glacial acid (25∶75) and detect wavelength was set at 260 nm. Result: Three organic acid compounds can be detected in different samples, and the average content of the total amount was about 17.6%, among which the citric acid was highest for almost 15.6%. Conclusion: As an important part of material basis of Schisandra pieces, we should take the organic acids as the quality evaluation index along with the lignans and carry out further research on pharmacological in different pieces of Schisandra. It will provide scientific basis for processing principle research of Schisandra pieces.

摘要:Objective:To establish the method by HPLC for determination of psoralen in different leave type of Radix Fici.Method: HPLC was conducted with a Extend-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(35∶65)with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 245 nm.Result: Psoralen’s linearity was good in a range of 1.04-104 mg·L-1,The linear regression standard curve was Y=72.150 6X+133.483 0(r=0.999 1) and the average recovery was 96.3% with RSD 1.975%.Conclusion: Psoralen is different in quantity of different leave type of Radix Fici.This method is simply and accurate,and has good repeatability.It could be used to quality evaluation method for Radix Fici.  
摘要:Objective:To determine the content of piefeltarraenin IA in different medicinal parts of Picria fel-tarrae in different growth periods. Method: High performance of liquid chromatography (HPLC) was adopted, the separation was performed on C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous acetic acid solution (36∶64) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was set at 264 nm and the column temperature was kept at 25 ℃. Result: From the last year in June to the next year in January, average content of piefeltarraenin IA in leaves were listed monthly as follows: 0.37%, 0.66%, 0.59%, 0.45%, 0.35%, 0.34%,0.31%, 0.23%; and in the stems: 0.24%, 0.38%, 0.36%, 0.24%, 0.13%, 0.08%, 0.03%, 0.02%; the content of piefeltarraenin IA in roots was 0.18% in July and was not detected in other times of the whole year. Conclusion: The content of piefeltarraenin IA was highest in July and August, regarded the content of piefeltarraenin IA as standard, the optimum collection time of Picria fel-tarrae was in July and August. This research could provide scientific basis for optimizing the collection time and actualizing standard planting of Picria fel-tarrae.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize the technology parameters of the oil from Hedyotis diffusa by SFE-CO2,and to analyze the extractive components by GC-MS.Method: The experiments were designed with the method of orthogonal experiment,and efficiency of essential oil was used as value standards.The effect of various parameters,i.e.,pressure,temperature and sample particle size on yield was investigated with an analytical-scale supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) system to find the optimal conditions.The extractive components were analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content in the essential oil was determined by area normalization.Result: The optimized conditions were as follows: pressure(25 MPa),temperature(50 ℃) and a sample particle size of 20-40 mesh.The result of the extractive components showed that in addition to containing higher fatty acid and its esters,the oil from H.diffusa also contained a lot of steroidal compounds.Conclusion: The oil from H.diffusa by SFE-CO2 is steady and feasible.It is an accurate and rapid method to identify structure by using GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index.

摘要:Objective:To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the volatile constituents of Cynanchum stauntonii. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from C. stauntonii by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Result: Thirty-seven compounds were separated and twenty-nine of them were identified, which accounted for 87.28% of all the volatile oil. The major components were hexanal (25.728%), 2-pentyl-furan (15.509%), 1-nonen-3-ol (4.025%), (Z)-2-nonenal (3.577%), 1-caryophyllene (3.527%), (+)-camphor (3.198%), (E)-2-octenal 2.501%, borneol (2.025%), 2-methyl-5-(1-methylethyl)-phenol (2.980%), 3-methyl-4-isopropylphenol (2.333%), a-gurjunene (2.156%). Conclusion: The composition of volatile oils of C. stauntonii was determined by GC-MS to provide the fondation for reasonable utilization of C.stauntonii.

摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of four indicative components (paconiflorin, naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin) in decoction of Zhishao powders. Method: Syncronis C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was adopted; and the mobile phase was 0.3% phosphoric acid solution (A)-acetonitrile (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was 230 nm (0-30 min) for paconiflorin, 283 nm (30-60 min) for naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin. Result: The content of five indicative components in decoction of Zhishao powders was stable. The method had a good linearity in the ranges of 0.12-1.73 μg (r=0.999 6) for paconiflorin, 0.38-5.68 μg (r=0.999 9) for naringin, 0.64×10-1-0.96 μg (r=0.999 9) for hesperidin, 0.72-10.83 μg (r=0.999 7) for neohesperidin. The average recoveries was 104.17%, 100.98%, 103.72% and 101.01% respectively. Conclusion: This method is dependable, simple and practical, and may be use to control the quality of Zhishao powders.

摘要:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of catechin in Eucommia ulmoides. Method: The orthogonal test was used to optimize the pretreatment process. RP-HPLC was adopted, on a column of Agilent HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (13∶87), at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Result: Catechin was linear in the range of 9.620-194.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 3). The average recovery of catechin was 97.38% with RSD 2.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reliable with good reproduciblity, which can be used for the content determination of catechin in E. ulmoides.

摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous determination of rutin, quercetin and quercitroside in Incarvillea mairei. Method: A Dikma Diamonsil C18column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃; the investigated compounds were separated with gradient mobile phase consisting of methanol (A)-0.5% phosphoric acid (B); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was kept at 254 nm. Result: The good separation of three flavonoids was achieved within 10 min. The linearity was achieved in the range of 0.30-1.0 mg (r=0.999 8) for rutin, 0.030-0.10 mg (r=0.999 8) for quercetin and 0.010-0.033 mg (r=0.999 5) for quercitrosid. The average recoveries were 100.95% (RSD 0.98%), 99.51% (RSD 1.54%) and 102.84% (RSD 3.53%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be able to detect rutin, quercetin and quercitroside simultaneously, and can be used for quality control of I. mairei.

摘要:Objective:To improve the quality standard of Pishen Liangzhu pills, the study of HPLC methodology was carried out to determine the paeoniflorin in the pills. Method: Using HPLC. The separation was performed on Kromasil-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), using a mixture of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (10∶90) as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was wet at 230 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.106 2-1.062 μg (r=0.999 95). The average recovery for paeoniflorin was 96.83%. Conclusion: The method is selective, accurate and simple. It is suitable for controlling the quality of Pishen Liangzhu pills.

摘要:Objective:In order to develop natural antibacterial agents, the antibacterial activity of Aspergillus niger xj was investigated. Method: The disc diffusion method was used to measure the antibacterial activity of petroleum ether (P.E), ethyl acetate (EtOAc) and water extracts of Aspergillus niger mycelia. The P.E fraction with antibacterial activity was separated by silica gel column chromatography method, then separated and identified by GC-MS after being esterified with methanol. Result: Ten compounds were isolated and identified from the petroleum ether extract of mycelia which exhibited inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion: The petroleum ether extract of Aspergillus niger xj mycelia contained natural substances with antibacterial activity in which fatty acids are the main constituents.

摘要:Objective:To improve the quality standard of Jiawei Yiqi Pill. Method: The TLC method was used to identify Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium in prescription. The HPLC method was used to detect the content of saikosaponin A and D in Bupleuri Radix. Result: This TLC method is good in separation, strong in specificity and negative in interference; saikosaponin A was detected in the range from 0.050 4-0.352 6 mg·mL-1 indicating good linear relationship(r=0.999 7); the mean sample recovery rate was 96.17% and the RSD was 0.18%, and saikosaponin D in the range from 0.034 6 -0.242 3 g·L-1 indicating good linear relationship(r=0.999 3), the mean sample recovery rate was 96.22% and the RSD 0.16%. Conclusion: The TLC method and HPLC are simple and accurate in operation, high precision and good in reproducibility, and they can be taken as the standard of quality control Jiawei Yiqi Pill.

摘要:Objective:To provide scientific basis for formulating quality standard of Zhuang medicine Bufonis Corium. Method: Experience, physical and chemical methods were adopted to analyze and determine the characters, TLC identification, content of cinobufagin and resibufogenin, the standard of quality control was formulated according them. Result: The characteristics of materia medica, TLC, the total count of cinobufagin and resibufogenin were formulated; quality standard of Zhuang medicine Bufonis Corium was worked out. Conclusion: The quality of Zhuang medicine Bufonis Corium can be controlled effectively with the quality standard.

摘要:Objective:To determine the content of hypericin, chlorogenic acid and oleanolic acid from Yin Chen of different commodity by gradient elution. Method: The Diamonsil C18column (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and detected at the wavelength of 235 nm. Result: The content of active ingredients from Yin Chen was different.The content of hypericin,chlorogenic acid and oleanolic acid was 2.93-15.58,5.858-47.73,1.89-4.98 mg·g-1 respectively. Conclusion : The method can expend the content determination of the active ingredients, and help to establish the quality standards of Yin Chen.

摘要:Objective:Set up a flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) method with content of trace elements in Rhodiola crenulata. Method: The trace elements including Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn in 6 kinds of Rhodiola crenulata samples were determined by FAAS. Result: Results showed that the content of trace elements was abundant. They are listed here in order of relative quantity from high to low, Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu. The recovery rate of this method was 92.71%-102.23%. Conclusion: The method was of high sensitivity, good stability, precision and accuracy requirements can provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of R. crenulata resources.

摘要:Objective:An HPLC method was established for determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimucao Soft Capsule. Method: Chromatographic column was Kromasi-C18 with acetonitrile-water (80∶20) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 192 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Stachydrine hydrochloride was separated with a good linearity in the sample size ranges of 2.456-12.280 μg. The average recovery was 98.67%, with RSD 1.39%. Conclusion: The method is simple, specific and reproducible to control the quality of Yimucao Capsule.

摘要:Objective: Study the dissolution of ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue Pill, in order to control the quality of pill. Method: Paddle method was chosen and the content of ferulic acid of the pill in different sample time was measured by HPLC. At last time, the dissolution percentage was accounted, to fit the Weibull model and get the dissolution parameters of T50 and Td by SAS software. Result: The dissolution percentage of ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue Pill was 95% in four hour of sample time, and the best dissolution model was Weibull model. The T50and Td of ferulic acid were 47min and 69min. Conclusion: The established dissolution method was accuracy, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Danggui Buxue Pill.  
摘要:Objective:To determine the content of hypericin,chlorogenic acid and oleanolic acid from Yin Chen of different commodity by gradient elution.Method: The Diamonsil C18column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and detected at the wavelength of 235 nm.Result: The content of active ingredients from Yin Chen was different.The content of hypericin,chlorogenic acid and oleanolic acid was 2.93-15.58,5.858-47.73,1.89-4.98 mg·g-1 respectively.Conclusion: The method can expend the content determination of the active ingredients,and help to establish the quality standards of Yin Chen.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the method for determining nvzhenoside in Liuwei Wuling tablet by HPLC. Method: Nvzhenoside was analyzed by HPLC. The optimal conditions of separation and detection were achieved on a Agilent ZORBAX SB (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) by isocratic elution with the mobile phase of methanol-water (30∶70) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detective wavelength of deoxyschizandrin was set at 224 nm. Result: The regression equation of nvzhenoside was Y=1 233 200X+2.476 4×104(r=0.999 9). So the linearity was acceptable. The average recovery of nvzhenoside was 99.96% (RSD 0.58%). Conclusion: This method was simple, rapid and feasible for the quantification of nvzhenoside in Liuwei Wuling tablet by HPLC.  
摘要:Objective:Set up a flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS) method with content of trace elements in Rhodiola crenulata.Method: The trace elements including Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn in 6 kinds of Rhodiola crenulata samples were determined by FAAS.Result: Results showed that the content of trace elements was abundant.They are listed here in order of relative quantity from high to low,Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu.The recovery rate of this method was 92.71%-102.23%.Conclusion: The method was of high sensitivity,good stability,precision and accuracy requirements can provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of R.crenulata resources.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the determination method of umbelliferone content in Dichondra repens. Method: VP-ODS Cl8(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-tetrahydrofuran-water solution (15∶85); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength was at 325 nm. Result: The linear relation of hyperin was good in the range from 0.050 7 to 0.507 0 μg. The average recovery was 98.85%, RSD was 1.00%. Conclusion: The method established is accurate, sensitive and good in reproducibility. It can be applied to the quality control of D. repens.  
摘要:Objective:An HPLC method was established for determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimucao Soft Capsule.Method: Chromatographic column was Kromasi-C18 with acetonitrile-water(80∶20) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 192 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result: Stachydrine hydrochloride was separated with a good linearity in the sample size ranges of 2.456-12.280 μg.The average recovery was 98.67%,with RSD 1.39%.Conclusion: The method is simple,specific and reproducible to control the quality of Yimucao Capsule.

摘要:Objective:To explore feasibility of multi-components quantitation by one marker(QAMS) used in quality evaluation of Psoralea corylifolia. Method: P. corylifolia was chosen as the research object,with psoralen as index,and the relative correction factors(RCF) of psoralen-isopsoralen,psoralen-corylifolin(bavachin) and psoralen-isobavachalcone were determined by HPLC.Difference of QAMS and external standard method was investigated,effects of different instrument and column on RCF was investigated. Result: RCF of psoralen-isopsoralen,psoralen-corylifolin(bavachin) and psoralen-isobavachalcone were 0.863 0(1.17%),0.299 6(0.86%),0.201 3(0.37%),respectively.No significant difference were found in quantitative results of four components in P. coryfolia determined by external standard method and QAMS. Conclusion: It is feasible and suitable to evaluate the quality of P. coryfolia by QAMS.

摘要:Objective: Study the dissolution of ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue Pill,in order to control the quality of pill.Method: Paddle method was chosen and the content of ferulic acid of the pill in different sample time was measured by HPLC.At last time,the dissolution percentage was accounted,to fit the Weibull model and get the dissolution parameters of T50 and Td by SAS software.Result: The dissolution percentage of ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue Pill was 95% in four hour of sample time,and the best dissolution model was Weibull model.The T50and Td of ferulic acid were 47min and 69min.Conclusion: The established dissolution method was accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of Danggui Buxue Pill.

摘要:Objective:To study gingkolides in Ginkgo biloba extract by HPLC-APCI-MS. Method: Analysis of gingkolides was done by HPLC-APCI-MS in negative ion mode. The separation was performed on Agilent 3000 Extend-C18 column with methanol-water (30∶70) as mobile phase, and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. The spectrometer was APCI-MS. Result: Bibobalide, ginkgolide A,B,C,J were identified, the m/z of molecular ion peak is respectively 324.8,407.1,422.9,438.9,422.9. Conclusion :The established method by HPLC-APCI-MS can be adopted for sensitive and rapid identification of gingkolides.

摘要:Objective:To explore the influence of tannins from Chebulae Fructus on aconitum alkaloids of Aconitum processed with Chebulae Fructus,and analyze the mechanism of how Chebulae Fructus effect on Aconitum kusnezoffii by process. Method: Processing Aconiti Kusnezoffii Ratix with Chebulae Fructus decoctions,pure water and Chebulae Fructus decoctions without tannins. Detecting the concentration of aconitine,hypaconitine,mesaconitine,benzoyl aconine,benzoyl hypaconitine and benzoyl mesaconitine by using HPLC method. Result: The concentration of biester-type aconitum alkaloids: processed with Chebulae Fructus decoctions>processed with pure water>processed with Chebulae Fructus decoctions without tannins. The concentration of monoester-type aconitum alkaloids: processed with Chebulae Fructus decoctions>processed with Chebulae Fructus decoctions without tannins>processed with pure water. Conclusion: Tannins can inhibit alkaloids dissolved out and make it slow to hydrolysis so that reduce the toxic effects.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of phytohormone on the breaking seed dormancy and plant morphogenesis of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis under aseptic culture condition. Method: The mature seeds of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis were used for the experimental materials. The effects of gibberellic acid (GA3), trans-zeatin-riboside (ZR), 3-indolyl-acetic acid (IAA), and active carbon (AC) on the breaking seed dormancy of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis were investigated under aseptic culture condition by orthogonal experimental design, at the same time, during the aseptic germination process the plant morphogenesis was observed. Result: The best ratio for the seed protrusion of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis was GA3-ZR-IAA-AC 1.0 mg·L-1∶1.0 mg·L-1∶0.1 mg·L-1∶0.5 g·L-1, and seed protrusion rate is up to 80.00%. The role sequence of four factors on the seed protrusion rate of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis has been found to decrease in the order: IAA>GA3>ZR>AC. The best ratio for the seed germination of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis is: GA3-ZR-IAA-AC 1.0 mg·L-1∶1.0 mg·L-1∶0.1 mg·L-1∶0.5 g·L-1, and seed germination rate is up to 66.66%. The role sequence of four factors on the seed germination rate of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis was found to decrease in the order: AC>IAA>ZR>GA3. Conclusion: Adding the phytohormone GA, ZR, IAA, and AC into the culture medium has very important influence on the breaking seed dormancy, seed protrusion and germination of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis.

摘要:Objective:To perform a pharmacognostical study of the part on the ground of Barleria lupulina Lindl. Method: Classical pharmacognostical methods were used to identify the source and characteristics, and the paraffin sections, temporary water tablets and slide with chloral hydrate were used to identifiy and analyse the microscopic structure. Result: The B. lupulina was characterized by slightly square stem as young and the old stem was round; there are some purple thorns in the base of petiole. The stem has multiple epidermis, broad cortex, clear endodermis and casparian dots, and some acicular crystals in its pith parenchyma cells.In both of the the upper and lower epidermis of leaf, there are some cystolith cells, glandular scales and diacytic type of stoma. Conclusion: The results can be used as evidence for characterization and microscopic identification of B. lupulina.

摘要:Objective:To study the mechanism and protective effects of tilianin on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats. Method: Sixty Wistar rats were randomized into sham operation group, model group, positive control and tilianin high, medium, low dose groups (n=10). Rats in tilianin group were perfused with Tilianin (5.0, 2.5, 1.5 mg·kg-1·d-1) a week before operation, positive control group were perfused with propranolol at 25 mg·kg-1·d-1, to the sham operation group and the model group, 0.5% CMC-Na was given instead. The MIRI model was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery for 30 min and followed for 120 min. To observe the changes of ST segment on ECG during ischemia and reperfusion and pathological changes after reperfusion. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinas (CK), creatine kinase isozyme (CK-MB), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), interleukin-1 (IL-1), IL-6, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in serum were detected. Result: Compared with model group, the changes of ST segment elevation were attenuated by tilianin significantly during ischemia and reperfusion. Tilianin groups ameliorated the damage of myocardial pathomorphology markedly. Significantly the release of myocardium enzyme in serum decreased (P<0.01, P<0.05). Tilianin high, medium dose group can increase the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and decrease the content of MDA, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α(P<0.01,P<0.05) in serum. Conclusion: Tilianin has a significant protective effect on MIRI in rats. The mechanism of cardioprotection may be associated with clearing oxygen free radial (OFR) and lowering release of inflammatory factors.

摘要:Objective:To study the protective effect of rhubarb on intestinal barrier injury of dogs with severe acute pancreatitis. Method: Fifteen healthy Beagel dogs were used to establish severe acute pancreatitis model by retrograde pancreatic duct injection and were randomly divided into sham group,model group and treatment group. The treatment group was given rhubarb anthraquinones of total extracted by stomach injection at 6 hours after modeling. Result: The contents of endotoxin in peripheral blood was less than sham operation group, at 7,11 hour after modeling was significantly lower (P<0.05), after administration the level of endotoxin had the tendency of increase and 3 hours after drug administration it was significantly higher than the model group (P<0.05). In early times of severe acute pancreatitis, peripheral blood amylase and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) was significantly increased, while the level of endotoxin was lower. Rhubarb anthraquinone had not significant affect on the serum amylase of SAP, it could inhibit the sustained increaseof peripheral blood TNF-α levels and increase in peripheral blood plasma levels of endotoxin in early time of SAP. Conclusion: The effect of Rhubarb on severe acute pancreatitis with endotoxin translocation in early time may be ralated to that it can inhibit the inflammatory response improve intestinal microcirculation and restore normal intestinal absorption.

摘要:Objective:To explore the influence and mechanism of Sarcandra Glabra on apoptosis and expression of B-cell lymphoma-2(bcl-2)/bcl-2 associated x protein(bax) of parotid glands in the miniature pig irradiated by 60Co γ rays. Method: Sixty miniature pigs were randomly divided into normal control group, radiation control group and medicine radiation group(0.3 g·kg-1),then each group was randomly divided into parallel group numbered a,b,c and d. Sarcandra Glabra Herb was given to the corresponding groups from a week before exposure to the irradiation until the parotid glands were removed. Each pig in the radiation control group and the medicine radiation group was received 60Co gamma-rays with parotid gland(total radiation dose:30 Gy), which in the normal control group was not received rays.On the 1th day, 10th day,40th day and 90th day after irradiation,the parotid glands of miniature pigs were removed for experiment. The expression of bcl-2/bax was detected by Western blotting,and the apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method. Result: The expression of bcl-2 in medicine radiation group was incresed compared with radiation control group on every time point. The expression of bax in three groups decreased. The apoptosis rate in the radiation control group and the medicine radiation group was higher than the normal control group on every time point(P<0.05). In radiation to control group, the minimum of expression of bcl-2 was in 10th day,and the maximumwas in 90th day. The highest expression of apoptosis is in 10th day,then decreased with time(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sarcandra Glabra diminished the expression of bax and apoptosis,while augmented the expression of bcl-2. The mechanism of Sarcandra Glabra reducing apoptosis may be related to augmenting the expression of bcl-2 and diminishing the expression of bax.

摘要:Objective:Through the establishment of high-intensity endurance training and exhaustive swimming damage model, to investigate the function of anti-fatigue, maintaining the osmotic pressure of cell membrane and the balance of transmembrane potential of Siraitia grosvenori Leaves Flavonoid. Method: Forty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats (2-3 months old; body weight of (200±20) g were randomly divided into five groups (n=8): quiet control group, quiet exhaustive exercise group, quiet-administration exhaustive exercise group, training exhaustive exercise group and training-administration exhaustive exercise group. The rats in all drug treated groups were intragastrically administrated by S. grosvenori leaves flavonoid extract (20.0 g·L-1) at the dose of 10.0 mL·kg-1·d-1 (200 mg·kg-1), while the rats in unadministrated groups were treated by physiological saline solution according to the same dose. The rats in each group were trained by 3% weight-bearing exhaustive swimming after four-week increasing load swimming training. Blood samples were collected when all rats were killed immediately by decapitation after the accurate records of exhaustive time to determin the relevant indicators of ATPase in quadriceps. Result: At the point of immediately after exhaustive exercise, the activity of Na+/K+-ATPase was extremely significantly decreased (P<0.01) in all the exhaustive exercise groups except the training-administration exhaustive exercise group. The activity of Na+/K+-ATPase was significantly higher in the training-administration exhaustive exercise group than that in other exhaustive exercise groups, but it was no significant difference compared to quiet control group. The activity of Ca2+ATPase was also decreased at the point of immediately after exhaustive exercise in all the exercise groups. Ca2+ATPase activity in training-administration exhaustive exercise group was significantly lower than that of quiet control group. While Ca2+ATPase activities in administration exhaustive exercise group and training exhaustive exercise group were significantly higher than that of quiet exhaustive exercise group (P<0.05,P<0.01), Ca2+ATPase activities were appeared upward trend, though these data had no statistically significance. At the point of immediately after exhaustive exercise, the activity of total ATPase was significantly decreased, though the total ATPase in administration exhaustive exercise group and training exhaustive exercise group were significantly higher than that of quiet exhaustive exercise group (P<0.01), and it in training-administration exhaustive exercise group was significantly higher than that of quiet-administration exhaustive exercise group and training exhaustive exercise group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Na+/K+-ATPase, Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase and total ATPase in quadriceps of swimming exhaustive rats could increased by administration of S.grosvenori leaves flavonoid. This data indicated that Siraitia Grosvenori leaves flavonoid has important significance to maintain the osmotic pressure of cell membrane and the balance of transmembrane potential. And the S. grosvenori leaves flavonoid could also maintain the balance of Ca2+/Mg2+ to ensure higher energy supply, improve the capacity of anti-oxidant, and delay the onset of exercise-induced fatigue.

摘要:Objective:To study the mechanism and protective effects of tilianin on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) in rats.Method: Sixty Wistar rats were randomized into sham operation group,model group,positive control and tilianin high,medium,low dose groups(n=10).Rats in tilianin group were perfused with Tilianin(5.0,2.5,1.5 mg·kg-1·d-1) a week before operation,positive control group were perfused with propranolol at 25 mg·kg-1·d-1,to the sham operation group and the model group,0.5% CMC-Na was given instead.The MIRI model was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery for 30 min and followed for 120 min.To observe the changes of ST segment on ECG during ischemia and reperfusion and pathological changes after reperfusion.The activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinas(CK),creatine kinase isozyme(CK-MB),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px) and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),interleukin-1(IL-1),IL-6,tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in serum were detected.Result: Compared with model group,the changes of ST segment elevation were attenuated by tilianin significantly during ischemia and reperfusion.Tilianin groups ameliorated the damage of myocardial pathomorphology markedly.Significantly the release of myocardium enzyme in serum decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Tilianin high,medium dose group can increase the activity of SOD,GSH-Px and decrease the content of MDA,IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α(P<0.01,P<0.05) in serum.Conclusion: Tilianin has a significant protective effect on MIRI in rats.The mechanism of cardioprotection may be associated with clearing oxygen free radial(OFR) and lowering release of inflammatory factors.

摘要:Objective:To study the molecular mechanism of the treatment in which Xiaoyong Kuidekang would be applied to a model of gastric ulceration in rats. Method: Rats were divided into 5 groups randomly:normal group,sham group,ulcer model group, Xiaoyong Kuidekang group and Omeprazole group.Eight rats in each group.Acetic acid was applied to a certain part of the gastric mucosa to establish the ulcer model.The Xiaoyong Kuidekang treatment group had been administrated with drugs 4 g·kg-1and the Omeprazole group had been administrated with drugs 1.25 g·kg-1 since the second day after the operation.after 10 days The stomach and the serum was taken.The healing process of gastric ulcers was observed and the areas was measured.The content of EGF,VEGF,Bcl-2,and C-myc was measured by ELISA method.Total RNAs were extracted from the ulcer part of the gastric tissue by Trizol method,then the RNAs were transcribed reversely into cDNAs.The relative expression levels of EGF mRNA was measured by the QPCR assay. Result: There was no difference between the normal group and the sham operation group on levels of EGF,VEGF,C-myc and Bcl-2.the concentration of EGF,Bcl-2 in model group were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05)and The concentration of VEGF,C-myc in model group were higher than those in the normal(P<0.05).The concentration of EGF,VEGF or Bcl-2 in the Xiaoyong Kuidekang group and in the Omeprazole group were much higher than those in the ulcer model group(P<0.05).The concentrations of C-myc in the Xiaoyong Kuidekang group and in the Omeprazole group were much lower than those in the ulcer model group(P<0.05).The mered result of the the rat EGFmRNA expression through the QPCR method is revealed.The expression of EGFmRNA in the Xiaoyong Kuidekang group were much higher than that in the ulcer model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoyong Kuidekang can raise the expression of VEGF, EGF in rat serum, promote the growth of gastric epithelial and endothelial cell, promote healing, raise the level of Bcl-2, inhibit apoptosis.At the same time, reduce the level of C-myc, reducing the probability of occurrence of carcinogenesis.  
摘要:Objective:To study the protective effect of rhubarb on intestinal barrier injury of dogs with severe acute pancreatitis.Method: Fifteen healthy Beagel dogs were used to establish severe acute pancreatitis model by retrograde pancreatic duct injection and were randomly divided into sham group,model group and treatment group.The treatment group was given rhubarb anthraquinones of total extracted by stomach injection at 6 hours after modeling.Result: The contents of endotoxin in peripheral blood was less than sham operation group,at 7,11 hour after modeling was significantly lower(P<0.05),after administration the level of endotoxin had the tendency of increase and 3 hours after drug administration it was significantly higher than the model group(P<0.05).In early times of severe acute pancreatitis,peripheral blood amylase and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) was significantly increased,while the level of endotoxin was lower.Rhubarb anthraquinone had not significant affect on the serum amylase of SAP,it could inhibit the sustained increaseof peripheral blood TNF-α levels and increase in peripheral blood plasma levels of endotoxin in early time of SAP.Conclusion: The effect of Rhubarb on severe acute pancreatitis with endotoxin translocation in early time may be ralated to that it can inhibit the inflammatory response improve intestinal microcirculation and restore normal intestinal absorption.  
摘要:Objective:The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the impact of tiotropium on the pathological process of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and respiratory function. Method: Wistar rats were randomized into three groups:normal control group(group A),COPD group(group B),tiotropium bromide treated group(group C).The COPD rat model was constructed by intratracheal instillation of 200 μg lipopolysaccharide three times and daily exposure to cigarette smoking,in 12 weeks. Histological examination on the right side of the mid-lung tissue was performed with Hematoxylin-Eosin staining.The concentrations of IL-6 and LTC4,total and differential cells counts in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were examined,and the concentrations of IL-6 and LTC4 in blood surem were also examined by ELISA. Result: Severe lung inflammation and decreased lung function were demonstrated in the group B compared with those in the group A.The inflammatory cell counts in BALF,and the levels of IL-6 and LTC4 in BALF and serum were significantly increased in the group B compared with those in the group A.Tiotropium bromide administration improved the parameters above.①The body weight decreased significantly after four weeks in the group B compared with the group A (P<0.05); Compared with the group B, thiophene care bromide interventional treatment after two weeks the body weight was gained (P<0.05). ② Respiratory function was significantly deteriorated in the group B compared with those in the group A.Tiotropium repair improved compared with the group B. ③ lung inflammation and emphysema were demonstrated in the group B compared with those in the group A.The group C also appeared inflammation and emphysema, but to a lesser extent. ④ The inflammatory cell counts in BALF,and the levels of IL-6 and LTC4 in BALF and serum were significantly increased in the group B compared with those in the group A(P<0.05).Tiotropium bromide administration improved the above parameters (P<0.01). Conclusion: Tiotropium bromide administration can significantly reduce the inflammatory cells infiltrating the lung, and the levels of IL-6 and LTC4 in BALF and serum in the COPD rats.The pathological conditions and respiratory function in the COPD rats can be improved.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the influence and mechanism of Sarcandra Glabra on apoptosis and expression of B-cell lymphoma-2(bcl-2)/bcl-2 associated x protein(bax) of parotid glands in the miniature pig irradiated by 60Co γ rays.Method: Sixty miniature pigs were randomly divided into normal control group,radiation control group and medicine radiation group(0.3 g·kg-1),then each group was randomly divided into parallel group numbered a,b,c and d.Sarcandra Glabra Herb was given to the corresponding groups from a week before exposure to the irradiation until the parotid glands were removed.Each pig in the radiation control group and the medicine radiation group was received 60Co gamma-rays with parotid gland(total radiation dose:30 Gy),which in the normal control group was not received rays.On the 1th day,10th day,40th day and 90th day after irradiation,the parotid glands of miniature pigs were removed for experiment.The expression of bcl-2/bax was detected by Western blotting,and the apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method.Result: The expression of bcl-2 in medicine radiation group was incresed compared with radiation control group on every time point.The expression of bax in three groups decreased.The apoptosis rate in the radiation control group and the medicine radiation group was higher than the normal control group on every time point(P<0.05).In radiation to control group,the minimum of expression of bcl-2 was in 10th day,and the maximumwas in 90th day.The highest expression of apoptosis is in 10th day,then decreased with time(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sarcandra Glabra diminished the expression of bax and apoptosis,while augmented the expression of bcl-2.The mechanism of Sarcandra Glabra reducing apoptosis may be related to augmenting the expression of bcl-2 and diminishing the expression of bax.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chineses herbs with reinforcing qi, warming yang, activating blood and promoting diuresis in improving hemodynamic abnormity in rabbits with heart failure, then to decide their best compatibility proportion. Method: Seventy-two rabbits were randomly diveded and equally into 9 Chinese herb groups, digoxin group, model group and sham-operated group. Rabbit model of pressure overloaded heart failure was induced by costricting abdominal aorta. According to L9 (34) orthogonal design, all groups were given corresponding traditional Chinese compounds. Digoxin group was given digoxin. model group was given saline. Hemodynamic parameters of left ventricular were detected through carotid artery cannula ten days later. Result: Carotid systolic blood pressure(SBP),carotid diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP)in Chinese herb groups and digoxin group increased significantly, compared to model group and sham-operated group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).±dp/dtmax,+dp/dtmax in Chinese herb groups(1-4,7-9) and digoxin group increased significantly, compared to model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). But±dp/dtmax and+dp/dtmax in Chinese herb groups(5,6) and sham-operated group compared with model group, there was no significant difference. Left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) and-dp/dtmax of every group were insignificantly differenet. Conclusion: Herbs with reinforcing qi, warming yang, activating blood and promoting diuresis can improve hemodynamic abnormity and systolic function of rabbit model with heart failure, delay the development of heart failure. The best compatibility proportion of four kinds of herbs might be 4∶2∶1∶4, dosage of reinforcing qi is 8.67 g·kg-1, dosage of warming yang is 4.33 g·kg-1, dosage of activating blood is 2.17 g·kg-1, dosage of promoting diuresis is 8.67 g·kg-1.  
摘要:Objective:Through the establishment of high-intensity endurance training and exhaustive swimming damage model,to investigate the function of anti-fatigue,maintaining the osmotic pressure of cell membrane and the balance of transmembrane potential of Siraitia grosvenori Leaves Flavonoid.Method: Forty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats(2-3 months old;body weight of(200±20) g were randomly divided into five groups(n=8): quiet control group,quiet exhaustive exercise group,quiet-administration exhaustive exercise group,training exhaustive exercise group and training-administration exhaustive exercise group.The rats in all drug treated groups were intragastrically administrated by S.grosvenori leaves flavonoid extract(20.0 g·L-1) at the dose of 10.0 mL·kg-1·d-1(200 mg·kg-1),while the rats in unadministrated groups were treated by physiological saline solution according to the same dose.The rats in each group were trained by 3% weight-bearing exhaustive swimming after four-week increasing load swimming training.Blood samples were collected when all rats were killed immediately by decapitation after the accurate records of exhaustive time to determin the relevant indicators of ATPase in quadriceps.Result: At the point of immediately after exhaustive exercise,the activity of Na+/K+-ATPase was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01) in all the exhaustive exercise groups except the training-administration exhaustive exercise group.The activity of Na+/K+-ATPase was significantly higher in the training-administration exhaustive exercise group than that in other exhaustive exercise groups,but it was no significant difference compared to quiet control group.The activity of Ca2+ATPase was also decreased at the point of immediately after exhaustive exercise in all the exercise groups.Ca2+ATPase activity in training-administration exhaustive exercise group was significantly lower than that of quiet control group.While Ca2+ATPase activities in administration exhaustive exercise group and training exhaustive exercise group were significantly higher than that of quiet exhaustive exercise group(P<0.05,P<0.01),Ca2+ATPase activities were appeared upward trend,though these data had no statistically significance.At the point of immediately after exhaustive exercise,the activity of total ATPase was significantly decreased,though the total ATPase in administration exhaustive exercise group and training exhaustive exercise group were significantly higher than that of quiet exhaustive exercise group(P<0.01),and it in training-administration exhaustive exercise group was significantly higher than that of quiet-administration exhaustive exercise group and training exhaustive exercise group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Na+/K+-ATPase,Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase and total ATPase in quadriceps of swimming exhaustive rats could increased by administration of S.grosvenori leaves flavonoid.This data indicated that Siraitia Grosvenori leaves flavonoid has important significance to maintain the osmotic pressure of cell membrane and the balance of transmembrane potential.And the S.grosvenori leaves flavonoid could also maintain the balance of Ca2+/Mg2+ to ensure higher energy supply,improve the capacity of anti-oxidant,and delay the onset of exercise-induced fatigue.

摘要:Objective:To invastigate the site of analgesic effect of the total saponin from Thladiantha dubia root (TSRT). Method: Kunming mice 120 were devided into formalin test and improved Randall-Selitto method grougs, 60 in each groug. Sixty mices were divided into TSRT 240,120,60 mg·kg-1grougs, Asp 200 mg·kg-1groug,Mor 5 mg·kg-1,grpop and NS group. The Mor group was given by sc,the others were given by ig.The site of analgesic effect of TSRT respectively was analysed by formalin test and mend Randall-Selitto method in mice. Result: In formalin test in mice,TSRT of 120, 60 mg·kg-1 significantly lowered the pain score of the second phase(P<0.05 vs NS group), but there is no effect on the pain score of the first phase(P>0.05 vs NS group),TSRT of 240 mg·kg-1 lowered both the pain scores of the first phase and second phase(P<0.05-0.01 vs NS group). In imoroved Randall-Selitto method in mice, TSRT markedly increased the pain threshold value on inflammation foot(P<0.01 vs NS group),but pain threshold value in normal foot did not obviously elevated(P>0.05 vs NS group). Conclusion: The site of analgesic effect of TSRT is mainly located in the periphery.

摘要:Objective:To establish the HepG2 cells model of insulin resistance by the method of insulin-induced in vitro,and provide a reliable model of insulin resistance in vitro for the study of the insulin resistance and the type 2 diabetes. Method: RPMI 1640 medium with different insulin concentrations was used to the HepG2 cells, the medium glucose content was detected at different time points by the method of glucose-hexokinase and the HepG2 cell viability of different insulin concentrations was detected by the method of MTT, and to determine the optimal concentration and time of the insulin resistance; then the changes of cell morphology was observed by the oil red O staining; the expression of insulin receptor substance(IRS)-2 mRNA was detected by the method of real-time PCR and the expression of G-6-Pase was detected by the method of ELISA. Result: The best time of insulin resistance was 36 h, the best concentration of insulin resistance was 1×10-8 mol·L-1. After the establishment of the model, the lipid droplets of model cells was significantly increased compared with normal cells; the IRS-2 mRNA expression was significantly reduced compared with normal cells (P<0.05); the G-6-Pase expression was significantly increased compared with normal cells (P<0.05). Conclusion: By the method of insulin-induced in vitro, a stable HepG2 insulin resistance model can be established when the 1×10-8mol·L-1 concentration of insulin act on the HepG2 cell for 36 h.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of Supplemental Sini San(SNSJW) on rats liver hepatic fibrosis. Method: The immunohepatic fibrosis model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum.in to rats.Seventy Wister rats were divided into seven groups:normol control,model control,SNSJW high-dose group,mediate-dose group and low-dose group,prevention group,Sini San(SNS) group. Except the normol control groups,all the other groups were injected with pig's serum without inactivation into abdominal cavity, twice per week and 0.5 mL each time,persisting for 10 weeks. The prevention groups were injected the stomach with the medicines(SNSJW 7 g·kg-1,10 weeks)at the same time when models began to be made, the other treatment groups were dealed with just as the prevention groups 6 weeks later persisting for 4 weeks. Ten rats were randomly taken for decollation in all six groups at the end of 10th week.SNS group 4 g·kg-1,SNSJW high-dose group 14 g·kg-1,mediate-dose group 7 g·kg-1,low-dose group 3.5 g·kg-1.The changes of hepatic fibrosiswere detected respectively.The expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1), p38motogen-activated protein kinase(p38MAPK),a-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),matrixmetalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13),and tissue inhibitive factor of metalloprote-ase(TIMP-1) in liver tissue were detected by immunohistochemical techniques. Result: Compared with SNSJW mediate-dose group with model group, the expression of TGF-β1, p38MAPK,α-SMA and TIMP-1 protein was lower, but the expression of MMP-13 protein was significantly higher in SNSJW mediate-dose group. Conclusion: Supplemental Sini San has a positive action of treatment on hepatic fibrosis model rats,the mechanism is related with its inhibiting the expression of TGF-β1, TIMP-1 protein and enhancing MMP-13 in rats.

摘要:Objective:To study the antimicrobial effect and screen antimicrobial effective parts of the tubers and fibrous roots of Bletilla striata. Method: Filter paper method and photoelectric turbidimetry method were carried out to evaluate the antibacterial effect of the extracts of the tubers and fibrous roots of B. striata. The system solvent extraction method was adopt to further location of the active sub-fractions. Finally, HPLC method was applied to compare the chemical difference between tubers and fibrous root extract of B.striata. Result: The aqueous extract of tubers and fibrous roots of B. striata had no inhibitory effect while the 95% ethanol extracts of both tubers and fibrous root showed antibacterial effect; sub-fraction analysis manifested that the chloroform layer, ethyl acetate and n-butanol layer were the active part of the tubers and fibrous, which the ethyl acetate layer of the fibrous roots with the strongest inhibitory activity. HPLC revealed that the chemical composition of 95% ethanol extraction of both fibrous roots and tubers of B. striata were similar, while the former had remarkable amounts of content in several components. Conclusion: The antibacterial active components were mainly deposit in the hydrophobic 95% ethanol extract for both fibrous roots and tubers of B. striata, and they were similar in chemical composition, while the former showed higher amount of chemical components and better antibacterial activity, which implied the fibrous roots of B. striata with potential value.  
摘要:Objective:To invastigate the site of analgesic effect of the total saponin from Thladiantha dubia root(TSRT).Method: Kunming mice 120 were devided into formalin test and improved Randall-Selitto method grougs,60 in each groug.Sixty mices were divided into TSRT 240,120,60 mg·kg-1grougs,Asp 200 mg·kg-1groug,Mor 5 mg·kg-1,grpop and NS group.The Mor group was given by sc,the others were given by ig.The site of analgesic effect of TSRT respectively was analysed by formalin test and mend Randall-Selitto method in mice.Result:In formalin test in mice,TSRT of 120,60 mg·kg-1 significantly lowered the pain score of the second phase(P<0.05 vs NS group),but there is no effect on the pain score of the first phase(P>0.05 vs NS group),TSRT of 240 mg·kg-1 lowered both the pain scores of the first phase and second phase(P<0.05-0.01 vs NS group).In imoroved Randall-Selitto method in mice,TSRT markedly increased the pain threshold value on inflammation foot(P<0.01 vs NS group),but pain threshold value in normal foot did not obviously elevated(P>0.05 vs NS group).Conclusion: The site of analgesic effect of TSRT is mainly located in the periphery.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Xiaochaihu decoction (XCHD) containing drug serum on the cell proliferation of hepatocarcinoma HepG-2 cell. Method: XCHD containing drug serum was prepared. The cells were separated into four groups: 10% control serum group, 5% XCHD containing drug serum, 10% XCHD containing drug serum and 20% XCHD containing drug serum. The HepG-2 cell morphologic changes were observed using the inverted microscope; HepG-2 cell viability was measured by MTT assay. Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry assay. Mitochondrial membrane potential changes were measured using fluorescent rhodamine123. Result: Compared with the control group, XCHD containing drug serum could significantly inhibit the proliferation of HepG-2 cell and the inhibition effect of 10% XCHD containing drug serum exhibited time-dependent relationship; flow cytometry results showed that after being treated with 10% XCHD containing drug serum, the apoptosis rate of HepG-2 cell elevated from 6.78% to 19.51%; rhodamine123 staining revealed that the mitochondrial membrane potential was reduced. Conclusion: XCHD containing drug serum could inhibit the proliferation of hepatocarcinoma HepG-2 cells and promote the apoptosis rate. The main mechanism of XCHD inhibiting HepG-2 cell is related with mitochondrial function.

摘要:Objective:To establish the HepG2 cells model of insulin resistance by the method of insulin-induced in vitro,and provide a reliable model of insulin resistance in vitro for the study of the insulin resistance and the type 2 diabetes.Method: RPMI 1640 medium with different insulin concentrations was used to the HepG2 cells,the medium glucose content was detected at different time points by the method of glucose-hexokinase and the HepG2 cell viability of different insulin concentrations was detected by the method of MTT,and to determine the optimal concentration and time of the insulin resistance;then the changes of cell morphology was observed by the oil red O staining;the expression of insulin receptor substance(IRS)-2 mRNA was detected by the method of real-time PCR and the expression of G-6-Pase was detected by the method of ELISA.Result: The best time of insulin resistance was 36 h,the best concentration of insulin resistance was 1×10-8 mol·L-1.After the establishment of the model,the lipid droplets of model cells was significantly increased compared with normal cells;the IRS-2 mRNA expression was significantly reduced compared with normal cells(P<0.05);the G-6-Pase expression was significantly increased compared with normal cells(P<0.05).Conclusion: By the method of insulin-induced in vitro,a stable HepG2 insulin resistance model can be established when the 1×10-8mol·L-1 concentration of insulin act on the HepG2 cell for 36 h.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Gexia Zhuyu decoction on rat liver fibrosis, and examine its effects on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1). Method: Rats were randomly divided into four groups as follows: blank control group, Gexia Zhuyu decoction group, porcine serum group, porcine serum plus Gexia Zhuyu decoction group. The fibrosis model of rats was achieved by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum twice weekly for 12 weeks, simultaneously Gexia Zhuyu decoction was administered daily by gavage for 12 weeks. All rats were sacrificed at the end of experiment, and liver was collected for analysis. The liver histopathology was examined by Masson trichrome staining. The content of MMP-13 and TIMP-1 in the liver was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(Rt-PCR) was used to analyze MMP-13 and TIMP-1 mRNA levels in the liver. Result: Compared with the porcine serum group (10.38±2.01)%;MMP-13 protein(14.05±2.64)ng·g-1 liver;MMP-13 mRNA(1.91±0.73) folds;TIMP-1 protein(14.91±1.07)ng·g-1 liver;TIMP1 mRNA( 18.40±2.84) folds, the histopathology of rats given Gexia Zhuyu decoction improved significantly (6.66%±1.04%). The expressions of TIMP-1 mRNA and protein were decreased significantly:protein(13.47±1.22)ng·g-1 liver, and mRNA(4.89±0.74) folds, and MMP-13 mRNA and protein in liver were elevated significantly in porcine serum plus Gexia Zhuyu decoction group:protein(20.03±2.14)ng·g-1 liver; and mRNA(4.12±0.59) folds (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Gexia Zhuyu decoction may exert anti-hepatic fibrosis effect in rats via regulation of MMP-13 and TIMP-1 gene expression.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of Supplemental Sini San(SNSJW) on rats liver hepatic fibrosis.Method: The immunohepatic fibrosis model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum.in to rats.Seventy Wister rats were divided into seven groups:normol control,model control,SNSJW high-dose group,mediate-dose group and low-dose group,prevention group,Sini San(SNS) group.Except the normol control groups,all the other groups were injected with pig’s serum without inactivation into abdominal cavity,twice per week and 0.5 mL each time,persisting for 10 weeks.The prevention groups were injected the stomach with the medicines(SNSJW 7 g·kg-1,10 weeks)at the same time when models began to be made,the other treatment groups were dealed with just as the prevention groups 6 weeks later persisting for 4 weeks.Ten rats were randomly taken for decollation in all six groups at the end of 10th week.SNS group 4 g·kg-1,SNSJW high-dose group 14 g·kg-1,mediate-dose group 7 g·kg-1,low-dose group 3.5 g·kg-1.The changes of hepatic fibrosiswere detected respectively.The expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),p38motogen-activated protein kinase(p38MAPK),a-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),matrixmetalloproteinase-13(MMP-13),and tissue inhibitive factor of metalloprote-ase(TIMP-1) in liver tissue were detected by immunohistochemical techniques.Result: Compared with SNSJW mediate-dose group with model group,the expression of TGF-β1,p38MAPK,α-SMA and TIMP-1 protein was lower,but the expression of MMP-13 protein was significantly higher in SNSJW mediate-dose group.Conclusion:Supplemental Sini San has a positive action of treatment on hepatic fibrosis model rats,the mechanism is related with its inhibiting the expression of TGF-β1,TIMP-1 protein and enhancing MMP-13 in rats.

摘要:Objective:To study the protective effects of Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizome, Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen and Galangae Fructus on stomach mucous membrane in rat stomach cold models, revealing the correlation between the volatile oil in these Chinese medicine and the efficacy of warming middle-jiao to dispel cold, explaining the scientific connotation of medication by boiling water extracts. Method: Two hundred and twenty rats were randomly divided into 22 groups: blank group, model groupⅠand Ⅱ, positive group, high and low dose volatile oil groups, high and low dose boiling water extract groups, high and low dose boiling water extract without volatile oil groups. All rats except blank group were fed cold drugs in the dose of 30 g·kg-1 twice a day for two days. Then they were given different volatile oil, boiling water extract and boiling water extract without volatile oil of the three kinds of Chinese medicines. The pathological changes of the stomach mucous membrane were observed under optical microscope. Result: The high and low dose volatile oil groups and high dose boiling water extract group and high dose boiling water extract without volatile oil group of Lesser Galangal Rhizome, all the groups of Katsumada Galangal Seed and Galanga Galangal Fruit could significantly improve the inflammatory cell infiltration(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The high dose volatile oil group, high dose boiling water extract group and high dose boiling water extract without volatile oil group of Lesser Galangal Rhizome, high and low dose volatile oil groups, high dose boiling water extract group, high and low dose boiling water extract without volatile oil groups of Katsumada Galangal Seed, high and low dose volatile oil groups, high and low dose boiling water extract groups, high dose boiling water extract without volatile oil group of Galanga Galangal Fruit could significantly improve glandular reduction or glandular destruction(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The high and low dose volatile oil groups, high and low dose boiling water extract groups of Lesser Galangal Rhizome, all the groups of Katsumada Galangal Seed, high and low dose volatile oil groups, high dose boiling water extract group, high dose boiling water extract without volatile oil group of Galanga Galangal Fruit could significantly improve mucosal congestion and edema(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The treatment groups of Lesser Galangal Rhizome, Katsumada Galangal Seed and Galanga Galangal Fruit all have the protection on stomach mucous membrane in rat stomach cold models, the main active ingredients are volatile oil, the boiling water extract and boiling water extract without volatile oil also contained active ingredient, the medication by boiling water extracts was scientific.

摘要:Objective:To study the antimicrobial effect and screen antimicrobial effective parts of the tubers and fibrous roots of Bletilla striata.Method: Filter paper method and photoelectric turbidimetry method were carried out to evaluate the antibacterial effect of the extracts of the tubers and fibrous roots of B.striata.The system solvent extraction method was adopt to further location of the active sub-fractions.Finally,HPLC method was applied to compare the chemical difference between tubers and fibrous root extract of B.striata.Result: The aqueous extract of tubers and fibrous roots of B.striata had no inhibitory effect while the 95% ethanol extracts of both tubers and fibrous root showed antibacterial effect;sub-fraction analysis manifested that the chloroform layer,ethyl acetate and n-butanol layer were the active part of the tubers and fibrous,which the ethyl acetate layer of the fibrous roots with the strongest inhibitory activity.HPLC revealed that the chemical composition of 95% ethanol extraction of both fibrous roots and tubers of B.striata were similar,while the former had remarkable amounts of content in several components.Conclusion: The antibacterial active components were mainly deposit in the hydrophobic 95% ethanol extract for both fibrous roots and tubers of B.striata,and they were similar in chemical composition,while the former showed higher amount of chemical components and better antibacterial activity,which implied the fibrous roots of B.striata with potential value.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the antioxidant effect in vitro of polysaccharides in Sophora alopecuroides (SAP) and its derivatives. Method: After sulfation and phosphorylation of the SAP, the scavenging capacities of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, superoxide anion radicals, hydroxyl free radicals and reducing power were assayed, with vitamin C(VC) as control. Result: The activity of modification products was increased with the concentration increasing. The scavenging rate against 1,1-dipheny 1.2-picrylhydmiyl DPPH 50% inhibition concentration (IC50, 4.573 mg·L-1) and superoxide anion radicals IC50 2.651 mg·L-1 of SAPS were more than SAP. The scavenging rate against DPPH IC50, 6.542 mg·L-1 and hydroxyl free radicals IC50 4.368 mg·L-1 of SAPP were more than SAP. Conclusion: The antioxidant activity of polysaccharides in S. alopecuroides can be improved through sulfation and phosphorylation of the SAP.

摘要:Objective:To explore the dose-effect relationship among different ratio of Zexie decoction(ZD) on phlegm vertigo. Method: By feeding high fat diet and neck injection of sclerosing agent the phlegm vertigo model was established, according to the principle of uniform design 48 rabbits were divided into normal group, model group, ZD of 3 different ratio groups and flunarizine group, 8 rats in each group, ratio of ZD was matched with groups respectively according to the 5∶2 (Zexie 50 g, Baizhu 20 g) 1∶1 (Zexie 20 g, baizhu 20 g), 1∶1 (Zexie 35 g, Baizhu 35 g) prescription medication,which were rally given for 2 weeks, 10 weeks respectively after observation of tongue fur, nystagmus duration and carotid artery hemodynamics. Result: The weight in model group increased significantly compared with in the normal group(P<0.01), appeared thick and greasy fur, nystagmus duration was significantly longer (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, cholesterol total(TC) of match group 2, decreased low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) level (P<0.05) and glycerin trilaurate(TG) level had more obvious difference (P<0.01); in match group 1 and 3 group TG, TC, LDL-C levels had significant differences (P<0.01). And the ratio of the two groups was compared, match group 1 and 3 group TG, LDL-C level was statistically different (P<0.05,P<0.01). Systolic flow velocity(Vs), diastolic flow velocity(Vd) and the average flow velocity(Vm) of Left vertebral artery(LVA) in match group 3 were faster than those in the model group (P<0.05), speed up its Vs, Vd and Vm of right vertebral artery(RVA) than those in the model group (P<0.01), significantly speeding up basilar artery(BA) velocity of the systolic wave (Vs), diastolic peak velocity (Vd) and mean peak velocity (Vm) than those in the model group (P<0.05 or 0.01) was accelerated apparently. And flunarizine group, 3 groups of experimental animal ratio of RVA, BA Vd have markedly were vaccelerated(P<0.05). Conclusion: ZD with different ratio can regulate lipid metabolism, improve nystagmus symptoms of vertigo model, 1∶1 (Zexie 35 g, Baizhu 35 g) ratiohas a better effect.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of puerarin on the expressions of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), quinone oxidoreductase-1 (NQO-1) in substantia nigra tissue of Parkinson's rat model induced by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). Method: Parkinson's rat model was established, the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, Madopar group (40 mg·kg-1), low-, medium-and high-dosage groups of puerarin (20, 40, 80 mg·kg-1). The drugs were intragastrically perfused to rats daily for 30 consecutive days. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) as well as the contents of malonaldehyde (MDA) in substantia nigra tissue were tested by biochemical method. The morphologic changes in nerve cells of substantia nigra were observed by HE staining. The expression of HO-1 mRNA was tested by RT-PCR assay. And the NQO-1 protein expression was tested by in situ hybridization analysis. Result: Compared to model group, puerarin effectively increased the activities of GSH-Px and SOD in substantia nigra tissue of parkinson's rats, while the MDA content was reduced (P<0.01). And alleviated the nerve cell damages in substantia nigra induced by 6-OHDA. And the level of HO-1 mRNA in substantia nigra was down-regulated (P<0.01). The expression of NQO-1 protein was notably up-regulated. Conclusion: The findings indicate that puerarin effectively reverse the neuronal cells injure in substantia nigra of Parkinson's disease(PD) rats induced by 6-OHDA, and its underlying mechanism may be linked to suppression of oxidative stress pathway.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on lipid metabolism and oxygen free radicals in hyperlipidemic rats. Method: Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, high-lipid model group, LBP high, medium and low-dose group and positive control group. The rat model of hyperlipidemic was established by high-fat diet feeding. After 4 weeks, the rats were given with LBP (80, 40, 20 mg·kg-1) and simvastatin 2 mg·kg-1. At the end of 4 weeks, the abdominal aortic blood was collected and determined total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). Result: Compared with hyperlipidemia model group, serum TC, TG, LDL-C level in each treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), HDL-C significantly increased (P<0.05); SOD and GSH-Px activity significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01), MDA levels decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: LBP could adjust the level of lipid metabolism of rat model of hyperlipidemia, inhibit the damage from oxygen free radicals, prevent lipid peroxidation, and delay atherosclerotic formed.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of quercetin on free radical and nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) change after streptozotocin-induced diabetic in rats and analyze the protectiive mechanisms of quercetin on kindey in diabete rat. Method: The diabetic rats were induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal group(A1, A2), diabetic model group(B1,B2), quercetin treatment group (C1, C2), and each group was set into two groups (n=8). Respectively they were applied for the quercetin (50 mg·kg-1·d-1) lavage treatment for 6 weeks and 12 weeks and then killed for kidneys. The cell morphologic changes of renal tissue were observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining. The rats' renal hypertrophy index was calculated. Changes of the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and NOS, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and NO in renal tissue were observed by means of spectro-photometry. Result: Quercetin treatment for 12 weeks could obviously reduce renal hypertrophy index (6.99±0.58)×10-3,(P<0.05).Quercetin treatment for 6 weeks and 12 weeks could obviously enhance SOD activities(165.31±14.89),(148.33±13.22)U·mL-1,P<0.05), reduce the MDA conten (17.89±2.88),(19.46±3.02)μmol·L-1,(P<0.01), the activities of NOS(15.13±2.89),(17.65±2.46)ng·L-1,(P<0.01)and the contents of NO(0.42±0.12),(1.41±0.48)μmol·L-1,(P<0.01), and obviously improve the glomerular pathological changes. Conclusion: Quercetin can protect diabetic kidney of the rats with quercetin, which may be mediated by its anti-free radical and reducing the contents of NO and the activities of NOS.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the dose-effect relationship among different ratio of Zexie decoction(ZD) on phlegm vertigo.Method: By feeding high fat diet and neck injection of sclerosing agent the phlegm vertigo model was established,according to the principle of uniform design 48 rabbits were divided into normal group,model group,ZD of 3 different ratio groups and flunarizine group,8 rats in each group,ratio of ZD was matched with groups respectively according to the 5∶2(Zexie 50 g,Baizhu 20 g) 1∶1(Zexie 20 g,baizhu 20 g),1∶1(Zexie 35 g,Baizhu 35 g) prescription medication,which were rally given for 2 weeks,10 weeks respectively after observation of tongue fur,nystagmus duration and carotid artery hemodynamics.Result: The weight in model group increased significantly compared with in the normal group(P<0.01),appeared thick and greasy fur,nystagmus duration was significantly longer(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,cholesterol total(TC) of match group 2,decreased low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) level(P<0.05) and glycerin trilaurate(TG) level had more obvious difference(P<0.01);in match group 1 and 3 group TG,TC,LDL-C levels had significant differences(P<0.01).And the ratio of the two groups was compared,match group 1 and 3 group TG,LDL-C level was statistically different(P<0.05,P<0.01).Systolic flow velocity(Vs),diastolic flow velocity(Vd) and the average flow velocity(Vm) of Left vertebral artery(LVA) in match group 3 were faster than those in the model group(P<0.05),speed up its Vs,Vd and Vm of right vertebral artery(RVA) than those in the model group(P<0.01),significantly speeding up basilar artery(BA) velocity of the systolic wave(Vs),diastolic peak velocity(Vd) and mean peak velocity(Vm) than those in the model group(P<0.05 or 0.01) was accelerated apparently.And flunarizine group,3 groups of experimental animal ratio of RVA,BA Vd have markedly were vaccelerated(P<0.05).Conclusion: ZD with different ratio can regulate lipid metabolism,improve nystagmus symptoms of vertigo model,1∶1(Zexie 35 g,Baizhu 35 g) ratiohas a better effect.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of Dihuang Yinzi on the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 proteins and protective cerebral mechanism after cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Method: Sixty SD rats were selected and randomized into six groups: sham group, model group and high, medium, low dose groups of Dihuang Yinzi(32,16,8 g·kg-1) and nimodipine positive drug group(1 mg·kg-1), each involved ten rats. The cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was established. The expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 proteins were detected 120 min after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion treated by Dihuang Yinzi. Result: The expression of Bax and Caspase-3 proteins in the models were significantly higher than those in the sham group (P<0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 proteins in the model group were significantly lower than those in the sham group (P<0.05). While the expression of Bax and Caspase-3 proteins in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P<0.05),the expression of Bcl-2 proteins in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dihuang Yinzi can upregulate the expression of Bcl-2 protein and downregulate the expression of Bax and Caspase-3 proteins. Dihuang Yinzi may protect the cerebral injury induced by ischemia/reperfusion through inhibiting neuron apoptosis.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of puerarin on the expressions of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),quinone oxidoreductase-1(NQO-1) in substantia nigra tissue of Parkinson’s rat model induced by 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA).Method:Parkinson’s rat model was established,the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group,Madopar group(40 mg·kg-1),low-,medium-and high-dosage groups of puerarin(20,40,80 mg·kg-1).The drugs were intragastrically perfused to rats daily for 30 consecutive days.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) as well as the contents of malonaldehyde(MDA) in substantia nigra tissue were tested by biochemical method.The morphologic changes in nerve cells of substantia nigra were observed by HE staining.The expression of HO-1 mRNA was tested by RT-PCR assay.And the NQO-1 protein expression was tested by in situ hybridization analysis.Result: Compared to model group,puerarin effectively increased the activities of GSH-Px and SOD in substantia nigra tissue of parkinson’s rats,while the MDA content was reduced(P<0.01).And alleviated the nerve cell damages in substantia nigra induced by 6-OHDA.And the level of HO-1 mRNA in substantia nigra was down-regulated(P<0.01).The expression of NQO-1 protein was notably up-regulated.Conclusion: The findings indicate that puerarin effectively reverse the neuronal cells injure in substantia nigra of Parkinson’s disease(PD) rats induced by 6-OHDA,and its underlying mechanism may be linked to suppression of oxidative stress pathway.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of modified Cangfu Daotan decoction (CDD) on endometrial receptivity in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Method: Female rats of 85 days were selected as the control group. The other rats were induced by Poretskyp's method for PCOS model, and then were randomly divided into model group, metformin treatment group (0.135 g·kg-1), and CDD group (15.84 g·kg-1) respectively. After 14 days of treatment, the rats were killed, and the expression of glucose transporter 4(GLUT4), insulin(INS), insulin recptor(INS-R) in endometrium were detected. Result: GLUT4 and INS-R of endometrial glandulan epithelium in PCOS model group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05), INS in PCOS model group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05); GLUT4 and INS-R in CDD group and metformin treatment group were significantly higher than those in PCOS model group(P<0.05),and had no significant difference with those in control group.INS in CDD group and metformin treatment group were significantly lower than those in PCOS model group(P<0.05), and had no significant difference with those in control group. Conclusion: CDD can increase expression of GLUT4, INS-R in endometrial tissue, improve endometrial defects of INS-R and IR, improve endometrial on glucose utilization, thereby increasing the endometrial receptivity.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP) on lipid metabolism and oxygen free radicals in hyperlipidemic rats.Method: Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group,high-lipid model group,LBP high,medium and low-dose group and positive control group.The rat model of hyperlipidemic was established by high-fat diet feeding.After 4 weeks,the rats were given with LBP(80,40,20 mg·kg-1) and simvastatin 2 mg·kg-1.At the end of 4 weeks,the abdominal aortic blood was collected and determined total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px).Result: Compared with hyperlipidemia model group,serum TC,TG,LDL-C level in each treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),HDL-C significantly increased(P<0.05);SOD and GSH-Px activity significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),MDA levels decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: LBP could adjust the level of lipid metabolism of rat model of hyperlipidemia,inhibit the damage from oxygen free radicals,prevent lipid peroxidation,and delay atherosclerotic formed.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine. Method: The analgesic effects of prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine were observed by hot-plate in mice and acetic acid writhing assay(2,1,0.5 g·kg-1,ig,for 7 d).The anti-inflammatory effect were observed by evaluating xylene-induced ear edema in mice and cotton ball-induced granuloma in mice(2,1,0.5 g·kg-1,ig,for 7 d). Result: Prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine could prolong the latent time of reaction on hot-plate in mice, and reduce the wristle reaction times in mice.It could inhibit the ear edema caused by xylene in mice and the granuloma hyperplasia caused by cotton ball (all P<0.05). Conclusion: Prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.

摘要:Objective:To observe the colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma and apoptosis treated by Yangyin Huayu Jiedu decoction . Method: Forty mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, Yangyin Huayu Jiedu dicoction prevention group (18.72 g·kg-1 ig for 7 weeks, starting from the beginning of model inducement), treatment group (18.72 g·kg-1 ig for 7 weeks, starting from the established model). Model of colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma was established by intraperitoneal single injection of azoxymethane (AOM) and feeding of dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) in drinking water (7 days later after AOM injection) for 7 days in three groups of mice except the controls. The colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma and apoptosis treated by Yangyin Huayu Jiedu decoction was investigated. Result: Yangyin Huayu Jiedu decoction of prevention and treatment groups showed significant improvement of colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma; Apoptosis index (AI) in the prevention group and the treatment group showed significant difference compared with that in model group (P<0.01). AI of treatment group showed significant difference compared with that of prevention group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Yangyin Huayu Jiedu decoction can be used for prevention and treatment of colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma. The mechanism might be related to promoting apoptosis in lesion cells.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the hypotensive effects of Jiangya Prescription,a Zhuang folk herbal medicine,on spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR). Method: Forty SHRs were randomly divided into five groups, untreated control, the high (2.0 g·kg-1),middle (1.0 g·kg-1), low(0.5 g·kg-1)-dosage groups of extract from Jiangya Prescription and captopril group (10 mg·kg-1), with 8 rats in each group. Wistar-Kyoto rats were used as the blank group. Tail blood pressure was measured every week. Rats were sacrificed to determine serum nitric oxide(NO), endothelin(ET), angiotensinogen Ⅱ(AngⅡ) after six weeks of treatment. Result: The extract of Jiangya Prescription could significantly lower blood pressure, meanwhile significantly increase NO content, decrease markedly the content of ET and AngⅡ. There were significant differences with untreated control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: The extract from Jiangya Prescription had a significantly hypotensive effect to SHR. Its mechanism may be related to up-regulation of NO and down-regulation of ET and Ang II.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of essential oil from Chenopodium ambrosioides fruit and study their antibacterial activities and inhibitory effects on HepG2 cell proliferation. Method: Essential oil of C.ambrosioides fruit was extracted with steam distillation (SD) and chemical constituents of the oil extrated were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS); Continuous twifold liquid gradient dilution method and transfection method were employed to determine the antibacterial activity (MIC and MBC) and MTT assay was performed to observe the inhibitory effect of the essential oil on the proliferation of HepG2 cells. Result: There were 21 ingredients identified in the the essential oil from Chenopodium ambrosioides fruit, mainly including 7-Oxabicyclo [4.1.0] heptan-2-one,6-methyl-3-(1-methyle-thyl)-(66.93%), followed by 1-methyl-(1-methyl-alkenyl) Cyclohexene (15.67%) and o-methyl-isopropyl benzene (12.96%). A good antibacterial effect of chenopodium ambrosioides fruit volatile oil was showed on white chain strains of bacteria, staphylococcus epidermidis, streptococcus A, streptococcus B and Proteus and a strong inhibitory effect on proliferation of human hepatoma HepG2 cells(P<0.01). The IC50 for 48 h and 72 h was 0.034 1 μg·mL-1 and 0.069 μg·mL-1,respectively. Conclusion: The main ingredients of the essential oil from Chenopodium ambrosioides fruit are monoterpenes, with a good antibacterial effect and inhibition of the proliferation of HepG2 cells.

摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of Dedu Honghua Qiwei powder (DHQP) on liver mitochondrial energy metabolism in rats with chronic liver injury induced by Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4). Method: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, colchicine positive control group, DHQP low and high dose groups based on body weight, 8 rats in each group. Except the blank control group, other groups were injected intraperitoneally 30% of CCl4 olive oil solution 20 mL·kg-1, twice a week, continued for 7 weeks. Blank control group and model group were given distilled water orally; colchicine group was given 0.4 mg·kg-1, DHQP low-dose group and high-dose group were given 0.62, 1.04 g·kg-1 respectively, 20 mL·kg-1, bid, continued for 7 weeks. Forty-eight hours after last administration, the rats were fasted 12 hours, and then anesthetized by 10% of chloral hydrate 0.3 mL·kg-1, blood was collected. Liver was taken out immediately, and the left lobe of liver was used to make liver homogenates, then sodium potassium adenosine triphosphatase(Na+-K+-ATPase)activity of liver mitochondrial and superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) content of liver tissue were measured. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to measure the liver mitochondrial adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP), adenosine monophosphate (AMP) and the energy charge was calculated. Result: Compared with blank control group, model group's SOD, Na+-K+-ATPase activity were decreased significantly, MDA contents was increased, colchicine group's Na+-K+-ATPase activity was decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with model group, the colchicine group, DHQP high, low dose group's liver mitochondrial Na+-K+-ATPase activity was significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with blank control group, modeling group's ATP, ADP contents and ED decreased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with model group, DHQP high, low dose group and colchicine group's ATP, ADP contents and ED were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: DHQP may act an anti-lipid peroxidation role to protect the liver mitochondrial energy metabolism, and act a role as protecting the chronic liver injury.

摘要:Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Jingfukang Granule by water extraction coupling rectification(WER). Method: The anti-inflammatory effect was evaluated by ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene, celiac capillary vessel permeability induced by acetic acid in mice and foot swelling induced by carrageenan in rats. The analgesic effect was evaluated by writhing method in mice,hot-plate method in mice and water bath method in rats. Result: Compared to Jingfukang Granule, Jingfukang Granule by WER could significantly inhibit the ear edema formation (P<0.01,P<0.001), acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability and foot swelling (P<0.05,P<0.01). Jingfukang Granule by WER could also significantly increase the threshold of pain (P<0.01,P<0.001). It could also decrease the contents of interleakin(IL-1),fumor mecrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and prostaglaodin E2(PGE2)(P<0.01,P<0.001). Conclusion : Jingfukang Granule by WER has more significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,which may be related to the inhibition of IL-1, TNF-α and PGE2.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the hypotensive effects of Jiangya Prescription,a Zhuang folk herbal medicine,on spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR).Method: Forty SHRs were randomly divided into five groups,untreated control,the high(2.0 g·kg-1),middle(1.0 g·kg-1),low(0.5 g·kg-1)-dosage groups of extract from Jiangya Prescription and captopril group(10 mg·kg-1),with 8 rats in each group.Wistar-Kyoto rats were used as the blank group.Tail blood pressure was measured every week.Rats were sacrificed to determine serum nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET),angiotensinogen Ⅱ(AngⅡ) after six weeks of treatment.Result: The extract of Jiangya Prescription could significantly lower blood pressure,meanwhile significantly increase NO content,decrease markedly the content of ET and AngⅡ.There were significant differences with untreated control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: The extract from Jiangya Prescription had a significantly hypotensive effect to SHR.Its mechanism may be related to up-regulation of NO and down-regulation of ET and Ang II.

摘要:Objective:To observe digestive system disease of rats after oral administration by Gamboges,compare the toxicity on rat intestinal epithelial cell line IEC-6 of the gamboges and the processed products and discuss the possible mechanism of detoxication. Method: Single administration of the gamboges, the gamboges processed with water and the gambogic acid was carried out, and the heart, liver, kidney, esophagus, stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon were collected to observe digestive system change. The method of MTT was adopted to detect the cell proliferation of intestinal epithelial cell line IEC-6; the shapes of cells were observed by inverted microscope. Result: The results of the pathological section showed that there was no visible toxicity in the liver, kidney, heart, stomach and esophagus. But there was toxicity in duodenum and jejunum, showed the intestinal villus dropsical. All the experimental drugs could cause the toxicities in intestinal tract, and the gamboges were harmer than the other two. Cell toxicity results showed that the gamboges could obviously inhibit the cell proliferation when compared with control group (P<0.01), the cell toxicities of produced products were obviously lower than gamboges (P<0.01). Conclusion: The results of the pathological section and the cell toxicity both showed that the toxicity of gamboges was obviously reduced after processing, which provides a basis for further exploration of detoxication mechanism of gamboges and the processed products.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of essential oil from Chenopodium ambrosioides fruit and study their antibacterial activities and inhibitory effects on HepG2 cell proliferation.Method: Essential oil of C.ambrosioides fruit was extracted with steam distillation(SD) and chemical constituents of the oil extrated were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS);Continuous twifold liquid gradient dilution method and transfection method were employed to determine the antibacterial activity(MIC and MBC) and MTT assay was performed to observe the inhibitory effect of the essential oil on the proliferation of HepG2 cells.Result: There were 21 ingredients identified in the the essential oil from Chenopodium ambrosioides fruit,mainly including 7-Oxabicyclo heptan-2-one,6-methyl-3-(1-methyle-thyl)-(66.93%),followed by 1-methyl-(1-methyl-alkenyl) Cyclohexene(15.67%) and o-methyl-isopropyl benzene(12.96%).A good antibacterial effect of chenopodium ambrosioides fruit volatile oil was showed on white chain strains of bacteria,staphylococcus epidermidis,streptococcus A,streptococcus B and Proteus and a strong inhibitory effect on proliferation of human hepatoma HepG2 cells(P<0.01).The IC50 for 48 h and 72 h was 0.034 1 μg·mL-1 and 0.069 μg·mL-1,respectively.Conclusion: The main ingredients of the essential oil from Chenopodium ambrosioides fruit are monoterpenes,with a good antibacterial effect and inhibition of the proliferation of HepG2 cells.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the efficacy of Bushen Anshen capsule in treating diabetes mellitus complicating depression. Method: Sixty cases of diabetes complicating depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of the conventional treatment of diabetes, the control group was given oral fluoxetine and the treatment group received oral Bushen Anshen capsule for 12 weeks. Before and after the treatment,the clinical effect were evaluated separately with hamilton depression(HAMD),fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose (PBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin A(HbA1C). Result: Both treatment group and control group could relieve the depressive symptoms, decrease the blood glucose level.There was significant difference of PBG between treatment group and control group. Conclusion: Bushen Anshen capsule is effective in treating diabetes mellitus complicating depression.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of Dedu Honghua Qiwei powder(DHQP) on liver mitochondrial energy metabolism in rats with chronic liver injury induced by Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4).Method: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,colchicine positive control group,DHQP low and high dose groups based on body weight,8 rats in each group.Except the blank control group,other groups were injected intraperitoneally 30% of CCl4 olive oil solution 20 mL·kg-1,twice a week,continued for 7 weeks.Blank control group and model group were given distilled water orally;colchicine group was given 0.4 mg·kg-1,DHQP low-dose group and high-dose group were given 0.62,1.04 g·kg-1 respectively,20 mL·kg-1,bid,continued for 7 weeks.Forty-eight hours after last administration,the rats were fasted 12 hours,and then anesthetized by 10% of chloral hydrate 0.3 mL·kg-1,blood was collected.Liver was taken out immediately,and the left lobe of liver was used to make liver homogenates,then sodium potassium adenosine triphosphatase(Na+-K+-ATPase)activity of liver mitochondrial and superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) content of liver tissue were measured.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to measure the liver mitochondrial adenosine triphosphate(ATP),adenosine diphosphate(ADP),adenosine monophosphate(AMP) and the energy charge was calculated.Result: Compared with blank control group,model group’s SOD,Na+-K+-ATPase activity were decreased significantly,MDA contents was increased,colchicine group’s Na+-K+-ATPase activity was decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the colchicine group,DHQP high,low dose group’s liver mitochondrial Na+-K+-ATPase activity was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with blank control group,modeling group’s ATP,ADP contents and ED decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with model group,DHQP high,low dose group and colchicine group’s ATP,ADP contents and ED were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion: DHQP may act an anti-lipid peroxidation role to protect the liver mitochondrial energy metabolism,and act a role as protecting the chronic liver injury.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and part of the mechanism of Jiawei Zhaqu yin in treating the non-alcoholic fatty liver. Method: Fourty-six patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group of 24 patients was treated with Jiawei Zhaqu yin and control group of 22 cases with Dangfei Liganning pian.12 weeks after treatment,the 1evel of liver B-mode ultrasound,serum alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate amino transferase (AST), transforming growth factor-beta1(TGF-β1),and superoxide dismutase (SOD)of the patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were observed. Result: After treatment,the serum ALT and AST of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum ALT and AST of the treatment group patients had no significant difference.After treatment, histological liver lesions of two groups of patients had improved to a certain extent, prompted by Color B-mode ultrasonography.After treatment,the serum TGF-β1 of the patients in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while serum SOD increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiawei Zhaqu yin plays a significant hepatoprotective effect on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, while it also can improve liver histological lesions.This may be related to reducing serum TGF-β1,elevated serum SOD of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients,exerting anti-inflammatory,antioxidant effect.

摘要:Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Jingfukang Granule by water extraction coupling rectification(WER).Method: The anti-inflammatory effect was evaluated by ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene,celiac capillary vessel permeability induced by acetic acid in mice and foot swelling induced by carrageenan in rats.The analgesic effect was evaluated by writhing method in mice,hot-plate method in mice and water bath method in rats.Result: Compared to Jingfukang Granule,Jingfukang Granule by WER could significantly inhibit the ear edema formation(P<0.01,P<0.001),acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability and foot swelling(P<0.05,P<0.01).Jingfukang Granule by WER could also significantly increase the threshold of pain(P<0.01,P<0.001).It could also decrease the contents of interleakin(IL-1),fumor mecrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and prostaglaodin E2(PGE2)(P<0.01,P<0.001).Conclusion: Jingfukang Granule by WER has more significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,which may be related to the inhibition of IL-1,TNF-α and PGE2.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate Xinjikang program efficacy in improving acute viral myocarditis in patients with electrocardiograph(ECG) and Holter. Method : One hundred and sixty-one acute viral myocarditis patients in Henan Province Chinese Medicine Hospital, Heilongjiang Provincial Academy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of TCM, met the inclusion criteria, and does not meet the exclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group on the basis of measures Xinjikang program, the control group using conventional western medicine treatment on the basis of measures with curative course of 30 d. The efficacy of the patient ’s ECG and Holter indicators was observed and recorded by the application of statistical methods. Result : The comparison of two sets of ECG ST-segment efficiency showed that the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The comparison of two groups before treatment and the group of dynamic electrocardiogram normal rate in the first 30 days showed that the difference was not statistically significant. The two groups before treatment, the comparison between the treatment of the first 30 days the premature views group, the difference was not statistically significant. Before treatment and 30 days premature difference in the number of group, the difference was not statistically significant. No significant differences between the two groups before treatment and the groups of premature number within 30 days were found. Conclusion : TCM treatment can effectively improve viral myocarditis in patients with ECG ST-segment changes, and it is better than Western conventional treatment. In the aspects of premature number of reduction, the two groups before and after treatment were not statistically significant. The two groups failed to reduce premature times indicates that it may be related to the small sample size.

摘要:Objective:To discuss the clinical effects that the Longli Pinchuan tang of the found base on treating lung and nose disease simultaneously treats heat syndrome infantile asthma in acute onset stage. Method : Sixty cases were divided into treatment group and control group at experimental design principle of randomized block and parallel controlled trial, each group had 30 cases. The average age of treatment group is(7.99±2.52), patient's condition grading: mild 9 cases, moderate 21 cases, 23 cases of allergic rhinitis. The average age of control group is (8.02±2.44), patient's condition grading: mild 11 cases, moderate 19cases, 21 cases of allergic rhinitis. 14 days after treatment, mainly observe and recorded allergic rhinitis symptom scores, counts of peripheral blood easinophilic(EOS), numerical values of peak espiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1). Result: Clinical total effective rate of treatment group is 93.3%, the difference comparing with control group is not statistically significant. Allergic rhinitis symptom scores are significantly lower comparing with before treatment between 2 groups(P<0.05),and clinical total effective rate (87%)of treatment group is statistically significant comparing with it of control group(P<0.05). In posttreatment, the counts of peripheral blood EOS were significantly lowe and numerical values of PEF,FEV1. were significantly rise(P<0.05,P<0.01), but the comparison difference is not statistically significant between treatment group and control group. Conclusion : The clinical effects that the Longli Pinchuan tang treated heat syndrome infantile asthma in acute onset stage was obvious.It can inhibition airway inflammation, improve asthma children allergic rhinitis symptoms, ease bronchial smooth muscle spasm, reduce airway resistance, and improve lung respiratory function.

摘要:Objective:To assess the treatment methods of Ligustrazine combined with Xingnaojing injection to radiation-induced optic neuropathy (RION) patients. Method: A retrospective study, 32 eyes in 18 patients with RION from June 2003 to March 2012. All patients were treated with Ligustrazine injection 160 mg and Xingnaojing Injection 20 mL each day for two weeks, and repeated it after two weeks interval. The visual acuity(VA),visual field(VF),visual evoked potential(VEP) and peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL) thickness were evaluated after 2nd,6th week. Result: After 2 and 6 weeks, there were in increasing mean sensitivity(P<0.01), in shortening P100 latency (P<0.01), in improving VEP amplitude (P<0.01) of the RION patients. But there weren't statistical changes of in VA and RNFL. Conclusion: Ligustrazine combined with Xingnaojing injection can improve the mean sensitivity and VEP of RION.

摘要:Objective:To study effect of the Jiangzhi Jianfei Capsule on 50 cases of metabolic syndrome. Method: Fifty metabolic syndrom were recruited according to the national health organisis criteria. Each patient was administrated with refiined rhubarb powder 2-6 capsules bid for 4 weeks. Routin clinical assays: serum glucose,lipids,liver function and blood pressure were massured. Result and Conclusion: The capsule of powder extracted from rhubarb reduced the body weight, triglyceride, serum aspartate aminotrans ferase(AST),alanine transaminase(ALT) uric acid and blood pressure were effective on the metabol 50 patients suffering from metabolic syndrome.The same time, the level of insulin, peptide C and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) remarkably lowered. There was a positive relationship between the serum insulin and TNF-α level.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the feasibility of clinical treatment of chinese medicine in treatment of male secondary obstructive azoospermia. Method: All thrity-on patients were enrolled, diagnosis of obstruction site was carried out, semen and seminal plasma biochemistry, sperm quality and function, serum sex hormone levels were observed. Result: The total effective (rate) of 13 cases (41.94%) and the number of invalid cases (rate) of 18cases (58.06%) were observed. Conclusion: The poly fine Juju particles can treat obstructive azoospermia.

摘要:Objective:To explore effect of Bixie Shenshi decoction combined with fluconazole on the complex type of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC) and the vaginal microbial ecology. Method: Ninety cases which met the inclusion criteria of complex VVC between June 2010 to December 2011 were divided into three groups:Each group of 30 cases: Western medicine group (group A), oral fluconazole; traditional Chinese medicine group (group B),oral Bixie Shenshi decoction, combination of Chinese and Western medicine group(group C): application with Chinese medicine combined with fluconazole.Observe the therapeutic effect of three groups of patients and the vaginal microbial ecology changes before and after medication, and follow-up relapse after treatment. Result: The cure rate and total effective rate of three groups were as folloes:A group 73.3%, 83.3%;B group 6.7%, 73.3%;C group 93.3%,100%,group C was compared with group A and group B (P<0.05), group A and group B had differences.In group A and group C recurrence rate was 31.8% and 3.6%, respectively, the two groups had significant difference(P<0.01).Before treatment of vaginal microecological exception occurrence rate in group was A 83.3%, group B 76.7%, group C 73.3%,comparison between groups was no difference.In three groups othe microecological anomaly rate after treatment was as follows:group A 46.7%; group B 16.7%;group C 6.7%, and compared with before treatment there were significant differences. Conclusion : Bixie Shenshi decoction combined with fluconazole in treatment of complicated VVC has notable efficiency.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment on the Qiyinliangxu type lung cancer of Renshen Yangrong soup plus and minus combined with chemotherapy. Method : Sixty cases of Qiyinliangxu type lung cancer in middle and late period were randomly grouped to chemotherapy group and Renshen Yangrong soup combined with chemotherapy group, each group for 30 cases. The chemotherapy groups were only used western medicine chemotherapy scheme, and the Renshen Yangrong soup combined with chemotherapy groups were cured together with Renshen Yangrong soup based on the treatment of control group. After 3 months' treatment continuously, the short term curative effect, the improvement of life quality, the changes of body weight, the improvement of peripheral blood and immune function, and the occurrence of adverse reaction were observed. Result : The total effectiveness of chemotherapy group and Renshen Yangrong soup combined with chemotherapy group were respectively 86.67% and 63.33%, the short term curative effect of Renshen Yangrong soup combined with chemotherapy group was better than the chemotherapy group, and there was significant difference(P<0.05); the improvement rate of life quality was respectively 60.0% and 33.3%, the Renshen Yangrong soup combined with chemotherapy group was better than the chemotherapy group, and there was significant difference (P<0.05); the improvement rate of body weight was respectively 16.67% and 13.33%, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05); the peripheral blood abnormality rates of Renshen Yangrong soup combined with chemotherapy group were obviously lower than the chemotherapy group, and there was significant difference (P<0.05); the Renshen Yangrong soup combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy group were compared before and after treatment, the immune indexes (CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ and the activity of NK cell) all presented significant difference of different degree (P<0.05 and P<0.01), and the immunity of Renshen Yangrong soup combined with chemotherapy group was obviously improved; compared with chemotherapy group, the occurrence rate of adverse reaction of Renshen Yangrong soup combined with chemotherapy group was obviously lower than chemotherapy group, and there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion : The Qiyinliangxu type lung cancer was cured with Renshen Yangrong soup plus and minus combined with chemotherapy, and it could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the immunity, reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction, and improve the life quality, and the TCM combined with chemotherapy had the efficacy improved and toxicity lowered, and it was worthy popularized and applied in clinic.  
摘要:Objective:To study effect of the Jiangzhi Jianfei Capsule on 50 cases of metabolic syndrome.Method: Fifty metabolic syndrom were recruited according to the national health organisis criteria.Each patient was administrated with refiined rhubarb powder 2-6 capsules bid for 4 weeks.Routin clinical assays: serum glucose,lipids,liver function and blood pressure were massured.Result and Conclusion: The capsule of powder extracted from rhubarb reduced the body weight,triglyceride,serum aspartate aminotrans ferase(AST),alanine transaminase(ALT) uric acid and blood pressure were effective on the metabol 50 patients suffering from metabolic syndrome.The same time,the level of insulin,peptide C and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) remarkably lowered.There was a positive relationship between the serum insulin and TNF-α level.

摘要:Objective:To approach the effect of the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients of kidney Yin deficiency with combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Method: Sixty selected standard cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group with 30 cases. The two groups were both given oral metformin hydrochloride tablet for western medicine therapy, but the prescription for nourishing the Kidney-Yin was added to the therapy for the treatment group. The changes of syndrome efficacy,fasting plasma glucose(FPG), postprandial 2 hours plasma glucose(P2hPG), hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c), and, hyperlipidemiu(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) in serum lipid were observed after 60 days medication. And then treatment efficacy was evaluated. Result: The treatment group comparing with the control group after treatment: the difference of syndrome efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.05); the effects of FPG, P2hPG and HbA1c were statistically significant difference(P<0.05); the difference of the effects of TG and TC in blood lipid between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), but the effects of LDL-C and HDL-C in blood lipid of comparative differences had not statistically significant. Conclusion: Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus of Kidney-Yin deficiency with traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve patient clinical syndrome, reduce blood sugar, and regulate blood lipids. So it was worthy of clinical application.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the feasibility of clinical treatment of chinese medicine in treatment of male secondary obstructive azoospermia.Method: All thrity-on patients were enrolled,diagnosis of obstruction site was carried out,semen and seminal plasma biochemistry,sperm quality and function,serum sex hormone levels were observed.Result: The total effective(rate) of 13 cases(41.94%) and the number of invalid cases(rate) of 18cases(58.06%) were observed.Conclusion: The poly fine Juju particles can treat obstructive azoospermia.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of seaweed adjustable acorus calamus umbilical compress therapy combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of cerebral palsy epilepsy in children. Method: All 126 cases of children with cerebral palsy and epilepsy who treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 63 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treatmented by oxcarbazepine, the patients in observation group were treatmented by Chinese medicine umbilical based on theoxcarbazepine therapy, the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups of patients were compared after treatment. Result: The frequency of epileptic seizures and epilepsy symptom of two group of patients who treatment after 3 months were comparied, the difference was not statistically significant: the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups of patients who treatment for 6 months were comparied, difference has statistics significance (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in patients of observation group were 5 cases,the incidence of adverse reactions in patients of control group were 4 cases. The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups of patients was compared, the difference was not statistically significant (χ2=0.120, P=0.729). Conclusion: Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can improve symptoms in children more effectively than simple western medicine treatment  
摘要:Objective:To explore effect of Bixie Shenshi decoction combined with fluconazole on the complex type of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC) and the vaginal microbial ecology.Method: Ninety cases which met the inclusion criteria of complex VVC between June 2010 to December 2011 were divided into three groups:Each group of 30 cases: Western medicine group(group A),oral fluconazole;traditional Chinese medicine group(group B),oral Bixie Shenshi decoction,combination of Chinese and Western medicine group(group C): application with Chinese medicine combined with fluconazole.Observe the therapeutic effect of three groups of patients and the vaginal microbial ecology changes before and after medication,and follow-up relapse after treatment.Result: The cure rate and total effective rate of three groups were as folloes:A group 73.3%,83.3%;B group 6.7%,73.3%;C group 93.3%,100%,group C was compared with group A and group B(P<0.05),group A and group B had differences.In group A and group C recurrence rate was 31.8% and 3.6%,respectively,the two groups had significant difference(P<0.01).Before treatment of vaginal microecological exception occurrence rate in group was A 83.3%,group B 76.7%,group C 73.3%,comparison between groups was no difference.In three groups othe microecological anomaly rate after treatment was as follows:group A 46.7%;group B 16.7%;group C 6.7%,and compared with before treatment there were significant differences.Conclusion: Bixie Shenshi decoction combined with fluconazole in treatment of complicated VVC has notable efficiency.

摘要:Objective:Observe to see the influences of Compound Scabish Oil soft capsule on each physical index of hyperlipidemia people. Method: Choose the qualified volunteers to take this medicine for 45 days during which observe the index of safety and efficiency caused by the test sample. Result: Each safety index didn't show significant differences after trying the test sample, compared with not trying the sample.After the volunteers taking the test sample, the serum cholesterol and the triglyceride were obviously lower than before and the control group(P<0.05). The high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) didn't appear obvious change. Conclusion: Scabish Oil soft capsule is effective to lower blood lipid without obvious adverse reaction.

摘要:Objective:To study the clinical curative effect and the influence of the life quality of Fufang Biejia Ruangan tablets (FBRT) and Mangan Jieyu capsules (MJC) for treating cirrhosis after hepatitis (compensatory period). Method: Seventy-four cases of cirrhosis after hepatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=35) and the control group (n=39). Two groups were given conventional liver-protecting drugs and antiviral treatment, meanwhile the treatment group was treated by FBRT 4 tablets tid, MJC 4 capsules tid. The course of treatment was 24 weeks. Clinical symptoms, life quality, hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), type Ⅲ procollagen (PC Ⅲ), type IV collagen (IV-C) were observed and determined. Result: After treatment (12, 24 weeks) clinical symptoms scores in the treatment group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). HA, LN, PC Ⅲ and IV-C in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The total scores in physiological, psychological and social aspects in treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The effective rate was 87.18% in the treatment group, and 65.71% in the controls (P<0.05). Conclusion: For treating cirrhosis after hepatitis (compensatory period), FBRT and MJC can obviously relieve clinical symptoms, improve the degree of liver fibrosis, and rise the life quality, increase the efficacy.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the prevention and treatment effect of pre-treatment of Shenjing Fuzheng prescription (SFP) for bone marrow suppression induced by radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer. Method: Seventy patients suffered from esophageal cancer with routine radiotherapy were randomized into observation group and control group (n=35 each). The controls were orally given leucogen 20 mg tid daily parallel to radiotherapy. The patients in the observation group were given SFP daily parallel to radiotherapy. The interventions in the two-group were lasted until the end of radiotherapy. Bone marrow suppression and quality of life were evaluated. Result: WBC count levels in the observation group on 14, 21, 35, 42 d were higher than those in control group (P<0.01). The cases of III degree bone marrow suppression in the observation group appeared less than that in the control group (P<0.05), and with delayed duration of emerging (P<0.01).In the observation group, hemoglobin, platelet count and granulocyte count were higher than those in the controls (P<0.01); clinical symptoms scores were lower than that in the controls (P<0.01); and Karnofsky score higher than that in the controls (P<0.05). In the observation group, the consume of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor was less than that in the controls (P<0.01). Conclusion: SFP can be used for prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by radiotherapy in esophageal cancer, and reduce the clinical side effects, improve patients' quality of life.

摘要:Objective:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese herbal fumigation and washing for postoperative rehabilitation of hand injury. Method: Eighty-four cases of hand trauma after the removal of the suture within 1 week were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (n=42 each). Two groups were treated with routine rehabilitation training. Based on the routine treatment, decoction of activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals was given in the observation group daily supplemented by fumigation and washing of an external prescription. Two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Blood circulation, upper extremity function of (UEFI) and the remaining symptoms after 6 months were investigated. Result: After treatment, blood circulation status score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), blood circulation classification in the observation group better than that in control group (P<0.05). In the observation group, TAM and UEFI were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01). In the observation group, the excellent and good rate was 83.33%, higher than 52.38% of the controls (P<0.01). After 6 months treatment, the legacy symptom score in two groups showed significant difference by rank sum test ( P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing for postoperative rehabilitation of hand injury has significant clinical effect, worthy of further study.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wujia Shenghua capsules(WBC) for promoting postpartum uterine involution. Method: Eighty cases of full-term vaginal delivery postpartum according to the order of admission were divided into two groups: 40 cases of taking WSC (2.4 g bid for 4 days) as the observation group, 40 cases without any medication as the control group. Detailed observation for vaginal bleeding diring 5 d postpartum was carried out for the two groups. Postpartum bloody lochia and pain induced by uterine contraction were also observed. Result: In the observation group, postpartum hemorrhage and severe bleeding appeared one case each. Postpartum hemorrhage (5 cases) and severe bleeding (5 cases) showed in the controls. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). The average postpartum hemorrhage amount in the observation group was (80.51±13.8) mL, and (100.45±20.12) mL in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). In observation group, postpartum bloody lochia duration was (2.56±0.60) d, the pain duration induced by contraction was (2.01±0.34) d, while those in the controls were (3.54±0.89) d, and (2.78±0.45) d. The differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: WSC for maternity can shorten the duration of bloody lochia and pain caused by uterine contraction, reduce postpartum hemorrhage, promote postpartum uterine involution. The effect is significant.

摘要:Objective:To investigate effect of Shuangdan drop pills (SDP) on blood pressure and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) expression in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and to evaluate its safety. Method: Retrospective analysis from February 2009 to December 2011 for EH patients admitted with blood stasis syndrome were carried out in a sample of 200 cases. Methods of randomized, double-blind, double simulation, positive drug parallel control method were employed to divide the sample into treatment group and control group(1∶1, 100 cases each). The treatment group was given SDP 20 pills, tid, po; the control group was taken 10 mg enalaprilat, 5 weeks for one course of treatment. Before and after treatment, dynamic blood pressure (ABPM) check and safety indexes (three conventional and liver, kidney) detection were carried out 24 h respectively.Radioimmunoassay was employed to measure plasma AngⅡ level in two groups before and after treatment. Result: In two groups, mean blood pressure during 24 h, daytime blood pressure mean, night blood pressure mean showed significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.05); no significant difference was found between the two groups. The pressure fluctuation in two groups before and after treatment was significantly decreased (P<0.05); and the treatment group was better than the controls (P<0.05). In the two groups, plasma AngⅡ was significantly lowered after treatment (P<0.05), and the effect in treatment group was better than the controls (P<0.05). Conclusion: SDP has a good stable decompression effect, which is comparable to enalaprilat. SDP can effectively reduce the serum AngⅡ level in EH patients, with effect better than enalaprilat.

摘要:Objective:To explore the regularityof syndrome and therapeutic principles on anemia with text mining technique. Method: The data was from Chinese BioMedical literature database. The regularities of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome, TCM treatment method, TCM decoction and herb on anemia were mined out by data slicing algorithm. The results were demonstrated with tables and networks. Result: The deficiency syndrome was the main TCM pattern of anemia. It generally included the deficiency of liver, spleen and kidney. Reinforcing method was usually used and it was often combined with the method of activating blood and resolving stasis. The herbal decoction was focus on the functions of replenishing qi, blood and activating blood. The decoctions such as Guipitang, Siwutang and Dangguibuxuetang were commonly used. The main function of herbal pieces was the same as decoctions. The herbal pieces such as angelica,atractylodes, ginseng, glycyrrhiza, jujube and astragaluswere most often used. Conclusion: Text mining approach provides an important method in exploring the regularities of syndrome and therapeutic principles.

摘要:Objective:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese herbal fumigation and washing for postoperative rehabilitation of hand injury.Method: Eighty-four cases of hand trauma after the removal of the suture within 1 week were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=42 each).Two groups were treated with routine rehabilitation training.Based on the routine treatment,decoction of activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals was given in the observation group daily supplemented by fumigation and washing of an external prescription.Two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Blood circulation,upper extremity function of(UEFI) and the remaining symptoms after 6 months were investigated.Result: After treatment,blood circulation status score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),blood circulation classification in the observation group better than that in control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,TAM and UEFI were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).In the observation group,the excellent and good rate was 83.33%,higher than 52.38% of the controls(P<0.01).After 6 months treatment,the legacy symptom score in two groups showed significant difference by rank sum test(P<0.05).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing for postoperative rehabilitation of hand injury has significant clinical effect,worthy of further study.

摘要:Objective:To explore and summarize the regularity of traditional Chinese medical(TCM) syndromes of cough variant asthma(CVA). Method: Based on the literature research on TCM syndromes, using a cross-sectional survey method,101 cases with cough variant asthma were collected. Result: The main syndromes of cough variability asthma wer wind evil attacking lung syndrome, liver-fire attacking lung syndrome, phlegm wetness lung syndrome, lung qi deficiency of weak card. Cough variant asthma syndrome clustering analysis results and the clinical syndrome differentiation of comparison, the total coincidence rate was 50.65%. Conclusion: The cough variability asthma has longer course.The clustering analysis results and the clinical syndrome differentiation by comparing the total coincidence rate is not high, prompting the clinical manifestation of cough variability asthma patients are complex.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wujia Shenghua capsules(WBC) for promoting postpartum uterine involution.Method: Eighty cases of full-term vaginal delivery postpartum according to the order of admission were divided into two groups: 40 cases of taking WSC(2.4 g bid for 4 days) as the observation group,40 cases without any medication as the control group.Detailed observation for vaginal bleeding diring 5 d postpartum was carried out for the two groups.Postpartum bloody lochia and pain induced by uterine contraction were also observed.Result: In the observation group,postpartum hemorrhage and severe bleeding appeared one case each.Postpartum hemorrhage(5 cases) and severe bleeding(5 cases) showed in the controls.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The average postpartum hemorrhage amount in the observation group was(80.51±13.8) mL,and(100.45±20.12) mL in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).In observation group,postpartum bloody lochia duration was(2.56±0.60) d,the pain duration induced by contraction was(2.01±0.34) d,while those in the controls were(3.54±0.89) d,and(2.78±0.45) d.The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: WSC for maternity can shorten the duration of bloody lochia and pain caused by uterine contraction,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,promote postpartum uterine involution.The effect is significant.

摘要:To summarize the application status and prospects of the electronic nose in the Chinese medicine industry. The relevant literatures in recent years were reviewed and analyzed.As a technique of olfactory sensor, electronic nose has been developed quickly for about ten years because of its objectivity, reliability and repeatability. The electronic nose has been preliminary used in quality control of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, Chinese patent drug and their intermediate goods. It also has been shown to be possible to use the electronic nose to quantize empirical index during the processing of Chinese medicine.The electronic nose has broad application prospects in the Chinese medicine industry, and further research is needed.

摘要:Objective:To investigate effect of Shuangdan drop pills(SDP) on blood pressure and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) expression in patients with essential hypertension(EH) and to evaluate its safety.Method: Retrospective analysis from February 2009 to December 2011 for EH patients admitted with blood stasis syndrome were carried out in a sample of 200 cases.Methods of randomized,double-blind,double simulation,positive drug parallel control method were employed to divide the sample into treatment group and control group(1∶1,100 cases each).The treatment group was given SDP 20 pills,tid,po;the control group was taken 10 mg enalaprilat,5 weeks for one course of treatment.Before and after treatment,dynamic blood pressure(ABPM) check and safety indexes(three conventional and liver,kidney) detection were carried out 24 h respectively.Radioimmunoassay was employed to measure plasma AngⅡ level in two groups before and after treatment.Result: In two groups,mean blood pressure during 24 h,daytime blood pressure mean,night blood pressure mean showed significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05);no significant difference was found between the two groups.The pressure fluctuation in two groups before and after treatment was significantly decreased(P<0.05);and the treatment group was better than the controls(P<0.05).In the two groups,plasma AngⅡ was significantly lowered after treatment(P<0.05),and the effect in treatment group was better than the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion: SDP has a good stable decompression effect,which is comparable to enalaprilat.SDP can effectively reduce the serum AngⅡ level in EH patients,with effect better than enalaprilat.

摘要:Summarize the main methods and thoughts about the mechanism research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) processing by analyzing articles about mechanism research of TCM processing in recent years and combining with our own research experience. At present, discussing the content change and the qualitative change of the chemical component, and the change of efficacy or change of toxic effect (strong or weak or change)of the herbs before and after processing are the main thoughts of the mechanism research of TCM processing. Besides, we should pay attention to the analysis about the otherness of all chemical components, otherness of pharmacokinetic and otherness of compatibility of medicines of the TCM before and after processing. Building much discipline, multi-level and comprehensive innovation study mode of TCM processing mechanism are making for digging the modern scientific connotation of TCM processing, enriching the theory of TCM processing and promoting the rapid development of TCM processing subject.

摘要:Objective:To explore the regularityof syndrome and therapeutic principles on anemia with text mining technique.Method: The data was from Chinese BioMedical literature database.The regularities of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome,TCM treatment method,TCM decoction and herb on anemia were mined out by data slicing algorithm.The results were demonstrated with tables and networks.Result: The deficiency syndrome was the main TCM pattern of anemia.It generally included the deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney.Reinforcing method was usually used and it was often combined with the method of activating blood and resolving stasis.The herbal decoction was focus on the functions of replenishing qi,blood and activating blood.The decoctions such as Guipitang,Siwutang and Dangguibuxuetang were commonly used.The main function of herbal pieces was the same as decoctions.The herbal pieces such as angelica,atractylodes,ginseng,glycyrrhiza,jujube and astragaluswere most often used.Conclusion: Text mining approach provides an important method in exploring the regularities of syndrome and therapeutic principles.

摘要:Combine with the production status and the outstanding problems, this paper put forward to establish a new production pattern on habitat processing method of Chinese herbal pieces while the root and Rhizome herbs will be taken as research object. The accuracy of pieces information, the quality and stability of pieces will be guaranteed effectively. Moreover, it will supply a new standard production mode of Chinese herbal pieces for the establishment of technology platform on processing and pieces research. At the same time, the establishment and application of this production mode will greatly promote standardization, scale and professional development in Chinese herbal pieces industry.

摘要:Formula is the major style of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical application. Study on medication regularity is the key inheritance content of the methods of TCM. This paper summarized the research methods and development of TCM medication regularity, in order to provide the information for deeply study. We proposed that the combination of traditional inheritance method and computer-assisted data mining method would be the development tendency of study on medication regularity of TCM. On the one hand, we must think highly of the traditional method to summarize the clinical experience and thought of famous veteran teran doctors of TCM; on the other hand, it is important to bring new ideas of analytical method and tool. TCM Inheritance Support System (TCMISS), which was exploited by Institute of Chinese Materia Medica, China Academy of Chinese medical sciences, would be the utility implement to inherit the experience of TCM medication, and have extensive perspective and useful value.

Eph-ephrin interactions mediate distinct forward and reverse signal pathway, especially the bi-directional signals of EphB4-ephrinB2 have attracted lots of attention. Studies on their function in vascular system may bring the scientific research and clinical treatment to a new era for the issue of angiogenesis. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) maintains human health by promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, eliminating phlegm, regulating and reinforcing the vital energy. TCM may also have angiogenic and anti-angiogenic effects. In recent years, with the evidences of bi-directional signals of EphB4-ephrinb2 and the application of TCM, scientists pay great attention on how TCM regulates the signal mechanism during the process of angiogenesis. Research has already reported that Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can up-regulate ephrinB2’ gene expression during angiogenesis of endothelial cell, ECV304. On the basis of the relevant research, we believe TCM plays an important role in regulating angiogenic signals, especially, EphB4-ephrinB2.
