摘要:Objective: To optimize prescription technology of rhynchophylline sodium alginate gel microspheres, and investigate its in vitro release. Method: Rhynchophylline sodium alginate gel microspheres were prepared by dropping method, effects of the mass fraction of sodium alginate, CaCl2 concentration, ratio of sodium alginate and rhynchophylline, crosslinking time on drug release were investigated by single factor test, then its in vitro release curve was fitted. Result: Optimal formulation was as following:sodium alginate concentration 1.5%, ratio of sodium alginate sodium to rhynchophylline 1:1, CaCl2 concentration 0.18 mol·L-1;These prepared gel microspheres had a good appearance, encapsulation efficiency 92.45%, drug loading 3.71%;Drug released 33.14% in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer solution during 2 hours, released 62.11% during 6 hours, released 94.70% during12 hours, in vitro drug release behavior of Zero order release model was F=6.114 7t+23.47. Conclusion: These prepared gel microspheres had a good release behavior in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer solution, this optimized preparation technology was simple, feasible and repeatable.  
摘要:Objective: To prepare 20(S)-protopanaxadiol polylactic acid-glycolic acid(PLGA)microspheres. Method: 20(S)-protopanaxadiol PLGA microspheres were prepared by emulsion-solvent evaporation method, with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as emulsifier, mixture of ethyl acetate and methylene chloride as oil phase.Based on single factor test, with composite score of microspheres yield, encapsulation efficiency and drug-loading as index, formulation technology was optimized by orthogonal test, then to investigate its in vitro release characteristics. Result: Optimized formulation technology was as following:volume ratio of O/W 1:50, the mass fraction of PVA 0.5%, feeding dosage 20 mg.These prepared microspheres had round appearance with average particle size of about 1.16 μm, microspheres yield of 35.58%, encapsulation efficiency of 41.76%, drug loading of 19.61%.In vitro release of these microspheres within the first 0.5 h was 18.24%, and cumulative release was up to 98.99% in 192h. Conclusion: This optimized formulation and preparation technology was stable and feasible.These prepared microspheres had significant sustained release effect.

摘要:Objective: To optimize prescription technology of nasturtium total flavonoids dispersible tablets. Method: Single factor test was used to investigate lubricants, fillers, adhesion agents and disintegration agents;With disintegration time as index, orthogonal test was used to optimize prescription technology of nasturtium total flavonoids dispersible tablets with quality of MC, PVPPXL-10, PEG 6000 and PVPPXL as factor. Result: Optimum prescription process was as following:with MC as fillers, PEG 6000 as lubricants, 95% ethanol as adhesion agents, PVPPXL-10 and PVPPXL as disintegration agents;Dry cream powder of total flavonoids from Trollius chinensis 200 g(50%), MC 148.48 g(37.12%), PVPPXL-10 34.09 g(8.52%), PVPPXL 11.36 g(2.84%), PEG 6000 6.06 G(1.52%), made of 1 000 tablets.Disintegration time of these prepared tablets were less than 3 min, tablet weight 0.4 g, tablets disintegrate within 3 min were through the 2nd sieve, uniformity qualified compliance. Conclusion: This prescription process was stable and feasible with good traceability, it could provide experimental basis for quality standard of nasturtium total flavonoids dispersible tablets.

摘要:Objective: To optimize polyamide purification technology of total flavonoids from Mentha haplocalyx. Method: With the content and transfer rate of total flavonoids as indexes, adsorption capacity of 5 different kinds of purification materials for total flavonoids was investigated by single factor test, in order to determine optimum purification material, and adsorption, impurity removing and eluting conditions in purification technology were optimized. Result: Optimum purification conditions were as follows:The concentration of sample solution 0.1 g·mL-1, diameter-height ratio of column 1:9, adsorption rate 2 BV·h-1, proportion between the total amount of solution and resin column 1:6, 3 BV of 10% ethanol to wipe off impurity with flow rate of 4 BV·h-1, then 3 BV of 90% ethanol to elute with 8 BV·h-1.After purified by polyamide(30-60 mesh), purity of total flavonoids was up to 50%. Conclusion: This optimized purification technology was simple and feasible with good reproducibility, it could be used for the separation and the enrichment of total flavonoids from M.haplocalyx.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology of wine-steamed Cibotium barometz. Method: Taking the content of protocatechuic acid and protocatechuic aldehyde as comprehensive evaluation index, with the amount of wine, infiltration time, steaming time, moistening time as factors, L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize processing technology of wine-steamed C.barometz. Result: Optimal processing technology of wine-steamed C.barometz was as following:plusing 15 kg rice-wine per 100 kg C.barometz, infiltrated for 2 h at ambient temperature, steamed 4 h by high-heat, and then moistened 4 h. Conclusion: This optimized processing technology was reasonable and practical with energy and time saving.  
摘要:Objective: To determine optimum extraction technology by comparing traditional and modern extraction methods of Yinchenhao prescription. Method: Based on traditional decoction of Yinchenhao prescription, the content of index components were determined by UV spectrophotometry, with composite score of total chlorogenic acid, total iridoid glycosides, total anthraquinones and total polysaccharides as index, extraction technology of Yinchenhao prescription was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimum extraction process was as following:extracted 3 times with 12, 8, 6 times the amount of water, extraction time of 1, 1, 0.5 h, respectively;Then extracted 2 times with 6 times the amount of 80% ethanol, 0.5 h per time. Conclusion: Different extraction methods had significant effects on the content of active ingredients in Yinchenhao prescription, two-step extraction method was better than other methods in extracting active ingredients from Yinchenhao prescription, and it was stable and feasible, it could provide experimental basis for reasonable application and further study of in Yinchenhao prescription.

摘要:Objective: To prepare rutin solid dispersions(RSD), and compare influence of different carriers on in vitro dissolution of it. Method: RSD was prepared by solvent method and its in vitro dissolution was tested.Influence of different carriers on drug dissolution was evaluated.Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to examine presence state of rutin in carrier. Result: Types and amount of carriers had significant influence on rutin dissolution, PVPK30 was chosen as optimum carrier, DSC showed that rutin dispersed in PVPK30 with amorphous and microcrystalline. Conclusion: Rutin dissolution and dissolution rate of these prepared rutin-PVPK30 solid dispersions were significantly improved.

摘要:Objective: To establish variation relationship equation between alkaloids content and time in processing process of Aconiti Radix. Method: Aconiti Radix Cocta samples were prepared by pressurized steaming method, the content of six kinds of alkaloids in each sample was determined by HPLC, and optimum processing time was estimated by curve fitting of their content-time trend. Result: After Aconiti Radix was processed 15-150 min at 111 ℃(0.05 MPa), fitting regression equation of variation relationship curve between diester alkaloids content in Aconiti Radix Cocta with processing time was C=0.273+0.236×lnt(R2=0.753, F=48.818, P<0.01), monoester alkaloids was C=0.115×t-0.005(R2=0.850, F=90.660, P<0.01). Conclusion: This established method provided a theoretical support about fast processing Aconiti Radix and estimating processing time of Aconiti Radix.

摘要:Objective: To observe effects of different boiling methods of Maxing Shigan decoction on hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)and MUC5AC in the airway of asthmatic model mice. Method: 50 qualified mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 in each(normal control group, model group, Maxing Shigan decoction divided boiling group, Maxing Shigan decoction same boiling group A and Maxing Shigan decoction same boiling group B), except for the normal control group, mice in all other groups were sensitized with ovalbumin(OVA)by intraperitoneal injection, and asthmatic models were made by atomization inhalation stimulation with low concentration of OVA.Treatment groups were administered medicine for 7 days from stimulating, MUC5AC in bronchial lavage fluid and HIF-1α in lung tissues of all groups were determined. Result: Maxing Shigan decoction divided boiling group reduceed the concentration of MUC5AC and HIF-1α was better than group A and group B(P<0.01). Conclusion: Maxing Shigan decoction boiling method with Herba Ephedrae scum eliminated had the best effects, its effect was optimum in reducing mucus hypersecretion in the airway of bronchial asthma and improving acute hypoxia environment.

摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology conditions of Shenqi Sherong prescription. Method: With the content of astragaloside Ⅳ as chemical index, while BBB score and pathological section of rats after spinal cord injuried and toe swelling rate as pharmacodynamic indexes, purification technology of water extract from Shenqi Sherong prescription was optimized according to the above mentioned indexes. Result: Optimized purification conditions was as following:after concentrated, water extract was added alcohol until the alcohol content of 60%. Conclusion: Purification technologies for water extract of Shenqi Sherong prescription had consistency by screening chemical index and pharmacodynamics indexes, it could provide experimental basis for guaranteeing quality of Shenqi Sherong prescription.

摘要:Objective: To study influence of different extraction technology on chemical compositions changes from addition and subtraction prescription of Huoluo Xiaoling Dan(HLXL) by HPLC fingerprint. Method: With swertiamarin, paeoniflorin, cryptotanshinone, isoimperatorin and other seven characteristic fingerprint peaks as index, which were determined by HPLC, with YMC-Pack ODS-A column, methonal-water(gradient elution) as mobile phase, detection wavelength 210 nm, flow rate 0.8 mL·min-1, column temperature 30 ℃.Effects of different solvents(water, ethanol, acetone), extract models(ultrasound, refluxing, macerating) and mixed-extract and separated-extract on relative content of each characteristic peaks were systematically investigated. Result: Different technology extracts had significant difference on relative peak area of eleven evaluating indexes.Kinds of solvent and extraction types and order of mixing had a great influence upon extraction efficiency of chemical compositions from HLXL. Conclusion: This method was reproducible, precise, stable and could be applied to study on fingerprint of HLXL with different extraction technology.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology conditions of Dieda Kangfu tinctures. Method: With weight of extract and the content of safflower yellow A as indexes, effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time and extraction times on extraction technology were investigated by orthogonal test. Result: According to weight of extract, the concentration of ethanol had very significant effect, extraction times had significant effect;According to the content of safflower yellow A, only the concentration of ethanol had significant effect.Optimum extraction technology was as following:impregnated 3 times with 75% ethanol, 30 days each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was not only benefiting for extraction of effective components in transition of powders to tinctures, but also simple and reasonable for industrial production in small and medium-sized hospitals.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of effective parts from Sophora tonkinensis. Method: Taking the content of total alkaloids as index, with extraction time, extraction times, ethanol concentration and amount as factors, extraction technology of total alkaloids from S.tonkinensis was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test;With the content of total polysaccharides as index, taking the amount of water, extraction time and times as factors, extraction technology of total polysaccharides was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Optimal extraction technology of total alkaloids was as following:extracted 2 times with 6 times the amount of 70% ethanol, 1 h per time;Optimum extraction technology of total polysaccharides was as following:extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of water, 1.0 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible, it was suitable for industrial production with a good prospect.

摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of phosphorylated polysaccharides from Dimocarpus longan. Method: Phosphorylation reaction was used to prepare phosphorylated polysaccharides from D.longan by using POCl3, with degree of substitution as index, which was determined by phosphomolybdate blue method, a Box-Behnken central composite design of response surface methodology design and single factor test were used to investigate three factors influencing preparation technology, such as volume ratio of pyridine-POCl3, reaction temperature and time. Result: Optimum preparation technology was as following:volume ratio of pyridine-POCl3 3:1, reaction temperature 0 ℃, reaction time 60 minutes, a higher degree of substitution of 0.018 4 was obtained. Conclusion: This optimized preparation technology was stable and feasible, it could be extended to application in industrial production.

摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of coumarin from Angelica dahurica phospholipid complex. Method: With recombination rate as index, feeding ratio, the concentration of coumarin from A.dahurica, reaction time and temperature were selected as factors, preparation technology of coumarin from A.dahurica phospholipid complex was optimized by four factors quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design method. Result: Optimum preparation technology was as following:with tetrahydrofyran as reaction solvent, proportion of coumarin from A.dahurica to phospholipid 1:3, the concentration of coumarin 2 g·L-1, reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 101 min.Recombination rate of the complex was up to 98.58%. Conclusion: This optimized preparation technology was stable and feasible, it could provide reference for further study on new preparations of coumarin from A.dahurica.

摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology of total flavonoids in Angelica pubescens by macroporous resin. Method: With adsorption rate and desorption rate of total flavonoids as indexes, macroporous resin models were optimized by static adsorption and desorption experiments as well as dynamic adsorption and desorption tests;Purification technology parameters of total flavonoids were optimized by single factor test. Result: LSA-33 macroporous resin presented the best effect of purification, optimum purification conditions were as followings:the concentration of total flavonoids from sample solution 0.1 g·mL-1, pH of sample solution 2-3, adsorption rate 4 BV·h-1, eluted with 3 BV 75% ethanol, desorption rate 3 BV·h-1, collected eluent, purity of total flavonoids in dry extract of A.pubescens was changed from 9.87% to 32.59%. Conclusion: LSA-33 macroporous resin was suitable for preliminary purification of total flavonoids in A.pubescens.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize molding formula of Xiaoshi granules. Method: Taking relative density of extraction solution, accessories multiples and proportion of mixed subsidiary materials as investigating factors, with composite score of qualified granules ratio and solubility as index, molding formula of Xiaoshi granules was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test. Result: The best molding formula was that the relative density of extraction solution of 1.30(60 ℃), the amount of subsidiary material of 2.5 times, dextrin-starch of 1:1. Conclusion: This optimized molding formula of Xiaoshi granules was reasonable, stable and reliable, it could be extended to large-scale production application.

摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology conditions of heme ferrous tablets. Method: With disintegration time and friability as indexes, diluents and disintegrating agents were investigated by single factor test;Orthogonal test and single factor test were used to optimize preparation technology of heme ferrous tablets with ratio of dextrin and sucrose, the mass fraction of sodium carboxymethyl starch and PVP as factors. Result: Optimum preparation technology was as following:dextrin-sucrose 0.6:1, the concentration of PVP 15%, sodium carboxymethyl starch 5%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was reasonable and feasible, these prepared tablets had good friability and disintegration time.

摘要:Objective: To make a comparative study of daturae flos from different habitats. Method: HPLC was used to determine the content of scopolamine and other characteristic compositions. Result: The content of scopolamine and other composition in daturae flos from different habitats were more different, the content of scopolamine in daturae flos from Hainan province was 1.953 times that from Guangxi province.There is also a big difference in other compositions, the total quantity of five characteristic compositions of Hainan province was 1.687 times that from Guangxi province. Conclusion: The method can be used for the quality control of daturae flos, and the analysis of fingerprint is workable for quality evaluation.

摘要:Objective: The Ca2+ content in calcium standard solution, the gypsum decoction, Baihu decoction, Maxing Shigan decoction and Zhuye Shigao decoction was determined by comparing the difference of EDTA titration method and ICP-OES method to discuss the effect of organic matric and other factors of decoction with the degree of Ca2+ content on using EDTA titration and to establish a credible method of Ca2+leaching quantity of the decoction. Method: The EDTA titration method and the ICP-OES method results were compared to determine Ca2+ content of the same sample in calcium standard solution, gypsum decoction, Baihu decoction, Maxing Shigan decoction and Zhuye Shigao decoction. Result: The results of the calcium standard solution between EDTA titration method and ICP-OES determination were no significant(P>0.05), two methods were the same results.The results of Ca2+ content were significantly different with the determination of two methods for gypsum, Baihu decoction, Maxing Shigan decoction and Zhuye Shigao decoction(P<0.01).The value of results by EDTA direct titration method was higher than that by ICP-OES method. Conclusion: Ca2+content determination by using EDTA titration is affected with the complex degree of sample's organic matrices, influence factors on the determination of EDTA titration methods are homogeneous and linear relationship.The Ca2+ content determination result value of decoction is high by EDTA direct titration method, and it is less suitable for the determination of Ca2+ content of the traditional medical formulae.

摘要:Objective: To approach the quantitative determination of Pb, As, Cu, Cd and Hg in efficacious on Heat Expelling and Enlightening Injection by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.To probe into the quality control of heavy metal and hazard elements in Efficacious on Heat Expelling and Enlightening Injection. Method: The samples, digested via microwave, calibrated by internal standard elements such as Sc, In, Ge and Bi, with tea leaves as the controlled reference standard, were inlet into ICP-MS to analyze the quantity of Pb, As, Cu, Cd and Hg. Result: The correlative coefficients of the standard curves surpasses 0.997, with the recovery at 93.2%-100.3%, while their RSD was below 2.7%. Conclusion: The method is proved to be accurate and fast, seldom interfered, consultable for quality control of heavy metal and hazard elements in Efficacious on Heat Expelling and Enlightening Injection.

摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin, daidzein-8-C-apiosyl-(1→6) glucoside and daidzin in Radix Pueraria thomsonii. Method: The mobile phrase was methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid (25: 75) with a Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), detection wavelength at 250 nm. Result: The accuracy, stability, and reproducibility of this method all met the requirements.The linearity range of puerarin, daidzein-8-C-apiosyl-(1→6) glucoside and daidzin is 0.123-0.737, 0.024 9-0.150 μg and 0.021 7-0.130 μg.The average recovery of three components is 99.4%, 99.0% and 99.1%.The method was applied to determine the content of four batches of Radix Pueraria thomsonii. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate, which can be used in the quality control in Radix Pueraria thomsonii.  
摘要:Objective: To ascertain the contribution of different floral parts to the total flavonoids of Trollius chinensis and the mainly enriched part of total flavonoids. Method: Colorimetric method was employed to assay the content of total flavonoids of different floral parts and gravimetric analysis method was used to determine the mass fraction of floral parts.The contribution degree was calculated with special algorithm. Result: The content of total flavonoids in each floral part is as follows: calyx(6.18%), stalk(2.84%), corolla(2.22%), ovary(1.52%), and stamen and pistil(1.07%).The mass fraction of each floral part is as follows: calyx(41.90%), stamen and pistil(22.40%), ovary(15.29%), corolla(10.24%), and stalk(10.17%). Conclusion: The contribution of five floral parts to total flavonoids is as follows: calyx(72.00%), stalk(8.19%), stamen and pistil(6.85%), ovary(6.54%), and corolla(6.42%).Calyx is the most enriched part of total flavonoids.

摘要:Objective: To establish quantitative methods of total diterpene in Caesalpinia minax and optimization of extraction process. Method: The content of total diterpene was determined at 530 nm by vis-spectrophotometry using caesalpinins K as standard and using the color reaction with 5% vanillina-glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid. Result: Linear relationship of caesalpinins K reference solution was good in the range of 2.0-6.1 mg·L-1(r=0.999 5), the average recovery was 101.8%(RSD 2.3%). Conclusion: The present methods are simple, accurate with good reproducibility, and could be used to control the quality of Caesalpinia minax.

摘要:Objective: To set up the determination of total bufadienolides content in cinobufotalin injection by UV. Method: A rapid and validated method was established for the determination of total bufadienolides in cinobufacini injection using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Result: Total bufadienolides in cinobufacini injection were analyzed with acceptable linear regression relationship from 6.4 to 32 μg.The regression equation was Y=0.005 66X+0.027 6(r=0.999 9).Five batches of cinobufacini injection were included in the analysis.The content of total bufadienolides was from 4.62 to 5.80 mg·L-1. Conclusion: A simple method with good repeatability was established, which was benefit for the quality control of total bufadienolides in cinobufacini injection.  
摘要:Objective: To conduct quality standard study of Angelica megaphylla in a large reservoir area focused on the establishment of ferulic acid assay method. Method: Chromatographic conditions: TSK-GEL DDS-C18(4.6 mm×150mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water-phosphoric acid(30: 70: 0.3); flow rate: 1.0 mL·min-1; detection wavelength: 320 nm; column temperature: 40 ℃. Result: Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0.006-0.15 μg, and the linear regression equation was: Y=4 564 754X-3 882.699(r=0.999 9).ferulic acid in ten batchs of A. sinensis was determined in 0.09-0.33 mg·g-1. RSD was 1.26%. Conclusion: The method for determination of ferulic acid and the limit developed is simple, fast and accurate, reproducible, can effectively control the quality of A.megaphylla  
摘要:Objective: To establish an HPCE method for determination of the content of three flavonoids in Oxytropismyriophylla from different areas. Method: High-performance capillary electrophoresis with an elastic silica capillary (75 μm×50 cm) was used.The electro-injection time was 15 s, voltage 18 kV, capillary temperature at 25 ℃, and the detection wavelength at 283 nm.The electrolyte buffer was composed of 0.25 mol·L-1 borax with 30% acetonitrile. Result: Content of three flavonoids in Oxytropismyriophylla from different habitats varied greatly.All calibration curves showed good linear regression (r≥0.999 6) within the tested range.All average recoveries were more than 96.00% and RSD less than 2.0%. Conclusion: This experiment has established an HPCE method which can become a quality control access of Oxytropismyriophylla.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of rhien, emodin and chrysophanol in Weishuanjiaonang by HPLC. Method: Rhien, emodin and chrysophanol in Weishuanjiaonang was determined by HPLC on VP-ODS (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column with methyl petchloric acid (0.1%)(85: 15) as a mobile phase and the detective wavelength was 254 nm, the flow rate is 0.6 mL·min-1. Result: The good linear relationship of rhien, emodin and chrysophanol in Weishuanjiaonang.The average recovery of rhien was 98.76%, RSD 0.56%;The average recovery of emodin is 97.22%, RSD 0.33%.The average recovery of chrysophanol was 97.53%, RSD 0.76%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and gives satisfying results.It can be suitable for quality control of Weishuanjiaonang.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate and establish the fingerprint of Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma Formula Granules by RP-HPLC. Method: The samples were injected with 10 μL in a HPLC system coupled with Ultimate® AQ-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), and eluted with methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(35: 65) at 1.0 mL·min-1 under 30 ℃.The data was recorded for 60min by UV director at 290 nm. Result: Two compounds(astilbin, resveratrol)were identified from the 7 common peaks in the fingerprint which had a good reproducibility and similarity with correlation coefficient (>0.98) in the analysis of 10 different batches products. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint would be a selective, simple, acute and suitable method for quality control in the herbs and Formula Granules of Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate antioxidant activity of Desmodium heterocarpon in vitro. Method: 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, diamonium salt (ABTS) radical scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay were used to evaluated D.heterocarpon with BHT as positive control. Result: Antioxidant activity of D.heterocarpon was good.Ethyl acetate extract of D.heterocarpon showed the DPPH radical scavenging (IC50=35.66 mg·L-1), ABTS radical scavenging (IC50=8.49 mg·L-1), and ferric reducing antioxidant power (TEAC=756.20 μmol·g-1) and those were higher than that of other extracts.But it was still inferior to positive control BHT (IC50=3.69 mg·L-1, IC50=6.64 mg·L-1 and TEAC=4 997.76 μmol·g-1, respectively). Conclusion: Ethyl acetate extract showed the best antioxidant activity in three extracts.

摘要:Objective: To develop a method to determine the content-of ginsengnoside Rb1, Rb2 and Rc in ginseng tail and the main root of ginseng by using HPLC-MS-MS. Method: C18 HPLC column was used in the system including HPLC-MS-MS with a gradient elution program.The mobile phase was consisted of: A for water(0.05%FA), B for acetonitrile, A: B=65: 35; gradient elution program was as follows:0-3 min, 65%(B); 3-4 min, 100%(B).The flow rate was 0.35 mL·min-1; column temperature was kept at 40 ℃. Result: Simultaneous quantitation of ginsengnoside Rb1, Rb2 and Rc in ginseng tail and the main root of ginseng by HPLC-MS-MS was developed. Conclusion: The method is accurate, convenient and rapid, which can be applied for the quality control of ginseng tail and the main root of ginseng.

摘要:Objective: To compare WSD and HS-SPME influence on volatile components of Ziziphora clinopodioides. Method: Volatile components of Z.clinopodioides were extracted by methods of WSD and HS-SPME and then analyzed by GC-MS. Result: The results showed that 20 chemical compounds were identified by WSD, and its total content was 89.18%.The main components were pulegone(36.27%), 3-methyl-6-(1-methylethylidene-2-cyclohexen-1-one(28.12%), thymol(5.55%); and 23 chemical compounds were identified by HS-SPME, and its total content was 92.99%.The main components are pulegone(28.38%), 3-methyl-6-(1-methylethylidene-2-cyclohexen-1-one(26.31%), thymol(9.38%), 2, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9a-octahydro-3, 5, 5-trimethyl-9-1H-benzocycloheptene(5.07%). Conclusion: The HS-SPME method is the best with less sample usage and higher extraction rate for extracting volatile composition from Z.clinopodioides.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of elevated temperature in genome cytosine methylation changes in Isatis indigotica. Method: Methylation sensitive amplification polymorphism (MSAP) approach and 36 pairs of selective primers combinations were used in this study. Result: A total of 1 612 bands were obtained.In all, 82(5.1%) CCGG sites displayed cytosine methylation changes after exposure to elevated temperature.Among these sites, 58(3.6%) CCGG sites had undergone hypermethylation changes and 24(1.5%) CCGG sites undergone demethylation changes. Conclusion: This result provided evidence for genome-wide DNA methylation remodeling occurring immediately after exposure to elevated temperature in I.indigotica.  
摘要:Objective: To study the liver protecting chemical constituents of Caesalpinia minax. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel columns, and recrystallization, and the structures of these compounds were identified by MS and NMR. Result: A total of 16 kinds of compounds were obtained.They were identified as caffeine(1), β-sitosterol(2), octadecanoic acid(3), ursolic acid(4), oleanolic acid(5), β-daucosterol(6), 3, 5, 7-3-hydroxy-4'-methoxy dihydroflavonol(7), neocaesalpin L(8), neocaesalpin L1(9), neocaesalpin K(10), minaxin C(11), ferulic acid(12), caffeic acid(13), gallic acid(14), 12α-ethoxyl-1α, 6α, 7β-triacetoxy-5α, 14β-dihydroxy-cass-13(15)-en-16, 12-olide (15) and stigmasta-5, 22(E)-dien-3-beta-ol(16). Conclusions: Compound 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 16 were isolated from C. minax for the first time, and compound 7 was first obtained from the Leguminosae.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate fraction of ethanol extract of Euscaphis japonica. Method: Various preparative chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification of the compounds and their structures were determined by comparison of their chromatographic and spectral data with those of the authentic samples and those reported in the literature. Result: Seven compounds were obtained and identified as vanillin(1), vanillic acid(2), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(3), sinapic aldehyde(4), oleanolic acid(5), gallic acid(6), and protocatechuic acid(7). Conclusion: Compounds 2-7 were isolated from the genus Euscaphis for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a method for separation and purification of alkaloids from the crude extract of Corydalis yanhusuo by combination of semi-preparative HPLC and high-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC). Method: First, high speed counter-current chromatography was successfully performed with a two-phase solvent system, petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-Methanol-water(2: 3: 3: 2).From 300 mg of crude extract, a mixture and two compounds were obtained.And then, the mixture was separated by semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the target compounds were identified by ESI-MS and NMR. Result: 4 compounds with glaucine (125 mg, 1), tetrahydropalmatine (40.5 mg, 2), tetrahydroberberine (23.5 mg, 3) and d-corydaline (10 mg, 4) were obtained with purities of 96.5%, 97.54%, 98.3% and 97.3%, respectively. Conclusion: Combination of HSCCC and semi-preparative HPLC is an efficient method for separation of alkaloids from the crude of C.yanhusuo.

摘要:Objective: To study the characteristic chromatogram of saponins in effective parts of Xuechangning formula by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic condition of HPLC was as follows: Synergi Fusion-RP column C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at 30 ℃, the mobile phase being acetonitrile with water, gradient elution in chromatographic separation, the detective wavelength being 203 nm, and flow rate being 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Except for three batches of 12 batches of saponins in Xuechangning formula, the characteristic chromatogram similarity value of the other eight batches was above 0.9 as compared with system generation spectrum, and 19 common characteristic peaks were presented.The results showed that the main chemical constituents of medicinal materials were similar among samples from different habitats, but their relative ratios are significantly different. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Xuechangning formula.

摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Citrullus lanatus vine in extracting with petroleum ether. Method: Compounds were isolated and purified by polyamide column chromatography.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties, and spectral data. Result: Ten compounds were isolated from C. lanatus vine andelucidated as β-sitosterol, daucosterol, stigmasterol, monomyristin, palmitic acid, monopalmitin, monobehenin, ursolic acid, monoheneicosanoin, stearic acid. Conclusion: Compounds of 1-10 were obtained from C. lanatus vine for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Stephania micrantha. Method: The powered tuber of S.micrantha were extracted with 2% H2SO4-H2O and purified by silica gel, alumina oxide and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph.The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physico-chemical evidence. Result: Seven alkaloid compounds were obtained from the tuber of S.micrantha, they are characterized as sinoacutine(1), sinomenine(2), cephamonine(3), tetrahydropalmatine(4), palmatine(5), capaurine(6), and(+)-stepharine(7). Conclusion: Compounds 3, 5, 7 were isolated for the first time from S.micrantha.

摘要:Objective: To study the changes of quality and quantity of chemical components in compatibility of Zhishi Shaoyao Powder. Method: HPLC was used to determine and analyze the peaks change of chemical components of single and co-decoction.The determination of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Radix Paeoniae Alba was performed on Syncronis-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric-water at detection wavelength of 230 nm. Result: Nineteen peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks.It was found that eight ingredients were increased and nine were decreased.This indicated that some changed more in all chemical components of co-decoction than single decoction. Conclusion: The compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine is not the simple adding of single herbs, but it includes some scientific base.  
摘要:Objective: Hairy root of Vaccaria segetalis were induced by the infection of four Agrobacterium rhizogenes strains R15834, R1601, R1000, A4 and an in vitro culture system of the hairy roots was established. Method: Hairy roots were induced by co-culture.Effects of explants, A. rhizogenes, exogenous phytohormones, infecting time, pre-culture time and co-culture time on growth of hairy root were studied. Result: The highest induction frequency was obtained from blade leafs with 60 h pre-culture and 48 h co-culture which were induced by R1601 for 10 mins.The transformation frequency could be raised by culture media with 0.1 mg·L-1 indole-3-batytric acid (IBA). Conclusion: The successful induction of Vaccaria segetalis hairy roots provided a basis for genetic transformation.

摘要:Objective: This study is aimed to develop and validate a HPLC method for quantitative analysis of ephedrina hydrochloridum and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoerganmaodan Patch. Method: Phedrina hydrochloridum and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were analyzed quantitatively by HPLC method. Result: A good linearity was obtained over the concentration range of 0.12-0.60 μg for ephedrina hydrochloridum (r=0.999 9), and 0.148-0.740 μg for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (r=0.999 8).The average recovery of ephedrina hydrochloridum was 100.8%(RSD 1.8%), and the average recovery of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was 99.12%(RSD 1.4%), respectively. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that the HPLC method was simple, sensitive and selective.It is suitable for the quality control of this preparation.  
摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1, Re and Rb1 in Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza Capsule. Method: The column was Thermo ODS-HYPERSIL (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm).The gradient elution mixture mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water.The determination wavelength was set at 203 nm. Result: Linear ranges were 0.053 45-5.345 μg for notoginsenoside R1, 0.224 25-7.475 μg for ginsenoside Rg1, 0.044 05-4.405 μg for ginsenoside Re, 0.225 15-7.505 μg for ginsenoside Rb1.The average recovery was 96.2%(n=9) for notoginsenoside R1, 95.6%(n=9) for ginsenoside Rg1, 105.6%(n=9) for ginsenoside Re, 100.4%(n=9) for ginsenoside Rb1. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, specific and reproducible in the quality control of Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza Capsule.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprint of total flavonoids from Exochorda serratifolia leaves. Method: The fingerprint of E. serratifolia was established by HPLC. Result: Ten samples were determined, 19 common peaks in the fingerprints were positioned with index component of flavonoids.The Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM software was adopted, and the similarity of the fingerprint of flavonoids extracts was greater above 0.90. Conclusion: The precision, repeatability and stability of all measurement were up to standard, this study will provide a scientific basis for the development of the E. serratifolia.  
摘要:Objective: To study the determination of conduritol A in the flower of Gymnema sylvestre. Method: The best extraction technology for conduritol A was studied through orthogonal experiment; HPLC was adopted to determine the content of conduritol A.The separation was performed on a Thermo NH2 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); acetonitrile:water(90: 10)was used as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wave was set at 207 nm and the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. Result: The best extraction technology of conduritol A was ultrasonic extraction in 50% methanol of 150 times for 50 min.The liner range of conduritol A was 0.400 4-20.02 μg(r=0.999 7); the average recovery rate was 98.98%, RSD was 1.15%(n=6). Conclusion: The method was accurate, quick, sensitive with good reproducibility, it could be used as the quality control method of the flower of Gymnema sylvestre.  
摘要:Objective: To study the condition of determination of sodium sulfate content in Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus samples by ion chromatography and make a comparison with the assay method described in Ch.P, volume I. Method: The DIONEX ICS-3000 ion chromatograph was adapted and equipped with IonPacRRASII-HC analytical column, eluted by 35 mmol·L-1 of NaOH solution at a flux of 1.0 mL·min-1.Each injection volume was 40 μL, using DIONEX ASRS®300 4-mm suppressor, connected to the conductive detector to assay the content of sodium sulfate in Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus samples. Result: In the interval between 1.053 and 105.300 mg·L-1, the concentration of sodium sulfate was in good linearity at R2 of 0.999 7.The mean recovery was 98.39% with the RSD 0.26%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and operational, proved to be convenient and more stable respect to the assay method described in the Chinese pharmacopeia, appropriate to the rapid control for medicinal Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus quality.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the quantitative analysis method for adenosine, cordycepin and ergosterol in Cordyceps sinensis by HPLC. Method: HPLC was performed on Diamosil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃, and the eluate was detected at 260 nm. Result: Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the linear ranges of adenosine, cordycepin and ergosterol were 0.032 2-0.805, 0.015 4-0.385 and 0.084 3-2.107 5 μg respectively.The average recoveries of adenosine, cordycepin and ergosterol were 98.94%(RSD 1.16%), 99.73%(RSD 2.19%), 99.55%(RSD 2.02%)respectively. Conclusion: The method set up is accurate, feasible and reliable, therefore available for the quality control of C. sinensis.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard for anti-inflammation pills. Method: Viola yedoensis, Taraxacum mongolicum, Gardenia jasminoides and Forsythia suspense were identified by TLC.Baicalin was determined by HPLC. Result: The results of TLC showed that the relevant spots were clear without interference in the blank reference.The content of baicalin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.016 48-0.082 4 g·L-1 (r=1.0).The average recovery rate was 99.95% and RSD was 0.89%. Conclusion: The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be effectively used for the quality control of anti-inflammation pills.

摘要:Objective: To study in vivo intestinal absorption kinetics of rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline of Tiangou Jiangya capsules. Method: HPLC method was used to determine the content of rhynchophylline, isorhynchophylline and Ultra-violet (UV) spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of phenol red in the rat in vivo intestinal perfusion tests. Result: The regression of rhynchophylline is Y=-0.331 7X-0.771 8(r=0.998 5), Ka=0.331 7(h-1), t1/2=2.09(h). The regression of isorhynchophylline is Y=-0.687 0X-0.150 4(r=0.985 2), Ka=0.687 0(h-1), t1/2=1.01(h). Conclusion: The absorption of rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline of Tiangou Jiangya capsules in rat's intestine comply with the first-order kinetics process.

摘要:Objective: To study effect of Yiqi Jiedu formula on oxidative stress in rat focal cerebral ischemia injury model. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into Yiqi Jiedu groups(25, 5, 1 mg·kg-1), the model group, sham operation group, and positive control group(4 mg·kg-1).Rsts were given drugs before anesthesia and establish middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model.The microplate reader was used to detect superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), monoamine oxidase(MAO) and myeloperoxidase(MPO) in the serum and cerebral homogenate. Result: Compared with the sham group, in model group SOD and GSH-Px decreased(P<0.01), the content of MDA and the activity of MAO and MPO increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group, SOD and GSH-Px of Yiqi Jiedu groups and positive group were significantly higher(P<0.01), however MAO, MDA and MPO were decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqi Jiedu formula can exert protection antion in focal cerebral ischemia rats, the mechanism may be related to raising efficiency and reducing toxicity.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tongxie Yaofang on ulcerative colitis(UC), and identify its underlying mechanism. Method: Sixty SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into the blank group, model group, Tongxie Yaofang low-, moderate-, high-dose groups and sulfasalazine (SASP) group; Except the blank group, the UC models were established by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)/ethanol enema; after modeling, the Tongxie Yaofang low-, moderate-, high-dose groups were given at dose of 11, 22, 44 g·kg-1 by gavage)the SASP group was given at dose of0.3 g·kg-1 by gavage, the blank group and model group were treated with the same volume's physiological saline for 21 days.The morphological injury was observed with the naked eye and scored.Intercellular adhesion molecular-1(ICAM-1)gene and protein expressions were detected by means of RT-PCR and immunohistochemical method. Result: Inflammation and ulceration were found on the colonic mucous membrane of rats in the model group(2.50±1.08), and compared with the blank group(0.08±0.28), P<0.05, and the discrepancy was statistically significant, the successful model was proved.The expression amount of ICAM-1 gene and protein of colonic tissues of rats in the model group(0.27±0.05, 0.44±0.016 6) was increased than that in the blank group(0.17±0.02, 0.32±0.012 3), and the discrepancy was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the model group(0.27±0.05, 0.44±0.016 6), the expression amount of ICAM-1 in the Tongxie Yaofang high-(0.19±0.03, 0.32±0.005 9) and moderate-dose groups(0.20±0.04, 0.34±0.010 4) were decreased, and the discrepancy was statistically significant(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The prescription probably decreases the expression amount of ICAM-1 mRNA and ICAM-1 protein, inhibit inflammation cell infiltrate, reduce colon tissue damage, play a role in treatment of UC.

摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Yisui Shengxue granule on the cell cycle of bone morrow cells(BMCs)in mice irradiated by 60Co-γ rays, and to explore its mechanism in hematopoietic regulation. Method: Seventy-eight male Kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups, normal control group, model group, G-CSF group, low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose Yisui Shengxue granule group.Except normal control group, mice were established by 60Co-γ ray in other five groups.2 days before modeling, mice in low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose Yisui Shengxue granule group received 12, 6, 3 g·kg-1·d-1 Yisui Shengxue granule ig respectively, mice in other groups received the same volume distilled water.The 2nd day after modeling, mice in G-CSF group received 30 μg·kg-1·d-1 recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor by injection, mice in other groups received the same way as before modeling, the course lasted 14 days.Cell cycle distribution of BMCs was detected by flow cytometry(FCM) analysis. Result: The data showed that, compared with normal control group, the BMC population in model group and all the Yisui Shengxue granule groups obviously decreased in G0/G1 phase(all P<0.001), significantly increased in S phase and G2/M phase(all P<0.001), and their proliferation index (PI) were obviously elevated (all P<0.001).Compared with model group, the BMC population in high-dose Yisui Shengxue granule group obviously decreased in G0/G1 phase (P<0.05), its PI was obviously elevated (P<0.05), and the BMC population in all the Yisui Shengxue granule groups obviously increased in S phase (all P<0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that Yisui Shengxue granule can promote the proliferation of BMCs in mice irradiated by 60Co-γ rays by activating the entry of G0/G1 phase into S phase.

摘要:Objective: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of Jiawei Jiaotai pill on rats diabetic retinopathy and its potential mechanism. Method: The model of type 2 diabetes mellitus in rats was established by injecting streptozotocin from tail vein and feeding with high fat and high caloric diet.The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Jiawei Jiaotai pill group.Rats in Jiawei Jiaotai pill group were treated by Jiawei Jiaotai pill decoction from gastric tube.The oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT), hemoglobin (HbA1C) and the relative parameters of oxidative stress in the serum were determined after 100 days.Ultrastructural changes in the rat retina were examined under the electron microscop.The apoptosis indexe of the ganglion cells was determined with the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) method and the results were analyzed in a computer-picture system. Result: The fasting blood glucose, postpradial blood glucose at 1 hour(BG-1h), postpradial blood glucose at 2 hour(BG-2h), HbA1C and malonaldehyde (MDA) level were all increased in model group while significantly decreased nitrogen monoxide(NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in serum compared with those in normal group.The thickness of retinal capillary basement membrane was increased in the rats of model group.The apoptosis indexe of the ganglion cells in rats of model group was apparently higher than that in rats of normal group.Compared with those in model group, FBG, BG-1h, BG-2h, HbA1C and MDA level were all decreased in rats of group treated with Jiawei Jiaotai pill while significantly increased NO, SOD and GSH-Px activity in serum.The thickness of retinal capillary basement membrane was decreased in the rats treated with Jiawei Jiaotai pill.The apoptosis indexes of the ganglion cells in rats of treated group was apparently lower than that in rats of model group. Conclusion: Jiawei Jiaotai pill can impede the progression of rat diabetic retinopathy on the early stage.The potential mechanism may be related to the ability of anti-oxidative stress and reduction of retinal ganglion cells apoptosis in diabetic rats treated with Jiawei Jiaotai pill.  
摘要:Objective: The comparison in treatment of hypoglycemia and hyperlipemia by Zengye Tang prescription with Rehmanniae Radix Processed by different method in diabetes rats was performe. Method: The high fat diet and intraperitoneal injection (ip) streptozotocin (STZ) 35 mg·kg-1 was used to establish diabetic model.Three weeks later ig, weight, food intake, the amount of water, hypoglycemic and hyperlipemia were observe. Result: Fresh Rehmanniae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix and Rehmanniae Radix Processed of Zengye Tang water extraction, alcohol extract could significantly reduce food intake, the amount of water, oral glucose tolerance and triglyceride(TG), radix Rehmanniae Radix of Zengye Tang water extraction also could significantly reduce total cholesterol (CHO) and increase high density lipoprotein (HDLC), fresh Rehmanniae Radix Radix and Rehmanniae Radix alcohol extract could reduced CHO, and there is no significant differencein HDLC, Rehmanniae Radix preparata water extraction, alcohol extract had no significant difference compared with model group. Conclusion: Fresh Rehmanniae Radix and Rehmanniae Radix could reduce the hyperglycemic and hyperlipemia in diabetes rats, water extraction and alcohol extract have no significant difference.Rehmanniae Radix preparata water extraction, alcohol extract have no apparent effect. Rehmanniae Radix with different processed method have a great influence on the hyperglycemic and hyperlipemia.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of total flavonoid from Scutellaria amoena on voltage-gated Na+ channels in cardiac tissues. Method: Adult guinea-pigs were heparinized and then sacrificed by decapitation after being anesthetized.The heart was removed immediately, and the aorta of the isolated heart was connected to a Langendorff apparatus and perfused with Ca2+-free Tyrode's solution for 10 min, and then with the same solution containing collagenase I.After dissociation and collection, cells were mechanically dispersed and single ventricular myocytes were enzymatically dissociated from adult guinea-pig heart.Voltage-dependent Na+ current was recorded using whole cell voltage-clamp technique. Result: Total flavonoid reversibly inhibited Na+ current with an IC50 value of 106 mg·L-1 (95% confidence range: 92-112 mg·L-1).The inhibitory effects of total flavonoid on Na+ current exhibited use-dependence.Total flavonoid at 106 mg·L-1 caused a negative shift (about 12 mV) in the voltage-dependence of steady-state inactivation of Na+ current, and retarded its recovery from inactivation, but did not affect its activation curve. Conclusion: In addition to blocking other voltage-gated ion channels, total flavonoid can block Na+ channels in guinea-pig ventricular myocytes.Total flavonoid acts as inactivation stabilizer of Na+ channels in cardiac tissues.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Shenlian (SL) extracts on mast cells activation. Method: Rat peritoneal mast cells (RPMC) were collected and seeded on 96-well plates. Compound 48/80 was added into the cultural supernatants after the cells were pretreated with SL extracts for 2 h. Then we collected the supernatants and detected Histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine and tryptase content with ELISA kits. Result: The results show Compound 48/80 increased histamine release from 32.36% to 61.71% (P<0.01). SL extracts(100, 50, 25, 12.5 mg·L-1) reduced RPMC histamine release to 16.24%, 26.25%, 27.81%, 31.50%(P<0.01). Compound 48/80 increased tryptase release from 13.19% to 21.72% (P<0.01), SL extracts(100, 50, 25, 12.5 mg·L-1) reduced RPMC tryptase release to 8.60%, 15.78%, 8.80%, 12.15% (100, 25, 12.5 mg·L-1, P<0.01, 50 mg·L-1, P<0.05). Compound 48/80 had no obvious effect on RPMC 5-HT release. But 100, 50, 25 mg·L-1 of SL extracts can increase 5-HT release (100, 50 mg·L-1, P<0.01; 25 mg·L-1, P<0.05). Conclusion: We concluded SL extracts can stabilize mast cells.  
摘要:Objective: To study the possible mechanism of Weiweikang (WWK) on treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). Method: Randomly selected 12 rats from 70 wistar rats were as normal control group(normal group).The remaining 58 rats were made CAG model with the multiple stimulations for 6 weeks.The remaining 50 rats which were modeled successfully were randomly divided into five groups such as model group, WWK whole formula group (the whole formula group), its component group (Buyi group), component II group (Quxie group) and western medicine control group (western medicine group).The groups were ig 0.9% saline(0.09 g·kg-1), WWK decoction(8 g·kg-1), component I(5.5 g·kg-1), components II(2.5 g·kg-1) and the neomycin-dimensional suspension (0.3 g·kg-1), once a day.After 90 days, the gastric mucosa pathological changes were observed, the change of G and D cell in gastric mucosa was detected. Result: There was no marked difference in gastric mucosa pathematology between the whole formula group and the normal group.Compared with normal control group whose G cell was (63.54±6.73) cell/mm2 and D cell was (38.32±3.87) cell/mm2, G cell of model group with (24.46±3.39) cell/mm2 and D cell of model group with (14.66±1.57) cell/mm2 decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with model group, the other medication groups had a significant increase of G and D cell(P<0.01);Compared with the whole formula group with G cell: (56.66±5.70) cell/mm2, D cell: (34.72±4.01) cell/mm2, the Buyi group, Quxie group and neomycin-dimensional suspension group decreased significantly (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: WWK can significantly repair gastric mucosa in rats with CAG and its mechanism may be actualized by improving the gastrointestinal hormone's regulating effects on stomach.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective effect of Yixinnao dripping pills (YXN) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (I/R) in Wistar rats. Method: The rats were randomly divided into six groups: sham-operated (sham) group, I/R group (I/R), Diao Xinxuekang(DAXXK, 0.07 g·kg-1) treated group, high, medium and low dose groups pretreated by YXN (3, 1.5, 0.75 g·kg-1), each group orally administered 7 days.Then, the left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated for 30 min, followed by 60 min of reperfusion to establish the rat myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model.Hemodynamic and electrocardiogram(ECG) were observed continuously, and ventricular arrhythmias were measured.At the end of reperfusion, the serum malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity were measured.The myocardial infarct size was measured after reperfusion. Result: Heart rate(HR), left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP), the maximum rise rate of left ventricular pressure (+dp/dtmax) and the maximum descending of left ventricular pressure (-dp/dtmax) and activity of SOD decreased obviously in I/R group compared with those in sham group; MDA content increased obviously (P<0.01) and the area of necrosis(An)/area at risk(AAR) was significantly elevated (P<0.05) in the I/R group. Compared with I/R, YXNH could significantly improve the HR, LVSP, ±dp/dtmax and reduce the LVEDP(P<0.01 or P<0.05), decrease the lasting time of ventricular arrhythmias(P<0.01); the activity of SOD was obviously increased, and MDA content was decreased (P<0.01); the An/AAR was smalle r(P<0.01).The effect was similar to that of DAXXK.YXNM and TXNL also had protective effect on I/R in rats, but their effect was not as good as DAXXK. Conclusion: YXN has protective action on I/R in rats, which may be related to promoting the functions of myocardium and enhancing the antioxidant ability.

摘要:Objective: To study the antibacterial activity of the flavonoids from Trollius ledebouri Reichb (FTLR) were observed in vivo and in vitro. Method: By methods of tube continuous dilution and agar plate diffusions to 14 strains of bacteria, for example Staphylococcus aureus, minimal bacteriostatic concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of FTLR were determined in vitro. To evaluate antibacterial activity of FTLR in vivo, the model of mice infected by the type strain of S. aureus 26002-6 was preparated and they were randomly divided into groups of 440, 220, 110 mg·kg-1 of FTLR, 2 400 mg·kg-1 Jinlianhua tablet (2 400 mg·kg-1 of Jinlianhua tablet and 440 mg·kg-1 of FTLR were the same of crude drug dose)and model control group and the mortality of mice in different groups was calculate in 24, 48 h mice after infection. Result: In bacteriostasis experiment in vitro, FTLR shows obvious bacteriostatic activity on the used strains and its MIC and MBC were lower than those of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid. In bacterostasis activity in vivo, the mortality of mice in all groups of FTLR was lower than in modle control group in 24, 48 h mice after infection. Conclusion: FTLR has obvious inhibition effect on several kinds of bacteria in vitro and protective effect on infected mice induced by S.aureu 26002-6.

摘要:Objective: To clone the promoter of the adiponectin gene and investigate its transcriptional activity in the Chinese hamster ovary cells(CHO) cell lines. Method: The promoter of the human adiponectin gene was amplified from human genomic DNA by PCR, and then it was subcloned into PUC-19T and luciferase reporter gene.The Luciferase report systems with the promoter of the adiponectin gene were used to transfer CHO cells.The luciferase activities of the transferred cells were compared by luciferase assay. Result: The luciferase activity demonstrated that the constructed vector had the promotor activity.The CHO cells presented a stronger adiponectin promoter activity in 48 h than pGL-3basic vector. Conclusion: The human adiponecitin luciferase reporter gene vector has been constructed successfully, and it will become essential material for further study of obesity therapy with the traditional Chinese medicine.  
摘要:Objective: Based on rat adriamycin-caused model of nephritic syndrome (NS) by constant release technology using osmotic pump, to evaluate the efficacy of Zhenwu decoction on NS. Method: Osmotic pump filled with adriamycin (14.5 mg·kg-1) was implanted into rats enterocoelia, then induced the NS on rats by constant release of adriamycin with osmotic pump, and after intervention of Zhenwu decoction, the urine protein, blood pressure, serum lipid parameters, plasmaprotein, renal function indicators, and IgG expression in glomerulus were detected, which was to assess the establishment of model of NS rat and the efficacy of Zhenwu decoction on it. Result: The survival rate of rats with adriamycin-caused NS using osmotic pump was improved significantly, no rats died during experiment.The NS occurred in the rats of model group at second week after giving driamycin, and compared with control group, the urine protein on 24 h and blood pressure were increased significantly after model establishment, and blood lipid, as well as markedly decreased serum protein and renal hypofunction were detected(P<0.01). Compared with model group, the mental state, activity, food intake and hair colour of rats were observably improved after administrating lower and higher doses of Zhenwu decoction (24, 12 g·kg-1·d-1), and both doses were capable of significantly decreasing urine protein and blood pressure(P<0.01), recovering rats serum protein level(P<0.05), improving blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) levels, decreasing the content of total cholesterol(TC) and triglycerides(TG) (P<0.01), and the notably decreased IgG deposition in rats mesangial area. Conclusion: The stable model of rat with NS could be successfully established using constant release function of osmotic pump and after intervention with Zhenwu decoction, it showed the efficacy on improving NS from the aspects of decreasing the urine protein, increasing plasma protein level, relieving hypercoagulable state, the decline in contents of BUN and Scr and restoring glomerular structure.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of compound Wuguteng capsule on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), natural killer cell (NK) activity of in mice with Lewis lung cancer. Method: Fifty C57 BL/6 male mice of vaccination Lewis lung cancer were randomly divided into five groups within 24 hours, tumor-bearing control group, Cyclophosphamide group (CTX, 0.02 g·kg-1), Compound Wuguteng capsule large, medium and small dose groups (2.25, 1.125, 0.562 5 g·kg-1).give medicine, once a day, for 12 days, the next day after the last time given medicine, put to death mice, strip and weigh the neoplasm, calculate the tumor inhibition rate, take the spleen preparation splenic cell suspension liquid, detection of TNF-α, NK activity. Result: Tumor inhibiting rate of compound Wuguteng capsule 2.25, 1.125 g·kg-1 dose group was 31.43% and 22.38%. Compared with tumor-bearing control group, TNF-α cytotoxic index (45.79±7.01)%, compound Wuguteng capsule 2.25, 1.125 g·kg-1 dose group of cytotoxic index(60.48%±8.29) %, ( 56.00±9.72)%, are significantly improved (P<0.01, P<0.05).Compared with tumor-bearing control group, NK cell kill rate(10.37±21.33)%, compound Wuguteng capsule 2.25, 1.125, 0.562 5 g·kg-1 dose group of NK cell kill rate(32.23±24.03)%, (35.22±12.67)%, (26.70±12.11)%, are significantly improved (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound Wuguteng capsule has inhibitory effecton on tumor in mice with Lewis lung cancer, enhance TNF-α and NK activity so as to improve the immune function of mice tumor-burdened.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of mailuoning injection on noxious heat stasis syndrome rat model induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in combination with carrageenan(Ca). Method: Fifty SPF SD male rats were randomly divided into five groups, namely blank control group the model control group and Mailuoning of low, medium and high dose group(3.75, 15, 30 mg·kg-1).The animals in the model group were pretreated with Ca ip at the doses of 50 mg·kg-1, and then treated by LPS iv at the doses o f 5 μg·kg-1 sixteen hours later, while the control group was given normal saline(NS).After 24 hours, the apprence of congestion in rat tails was considered as successfully established models.Blank control group and model control group were injected with the same capacity of NS, mailuoning low, medium and high dose groups were injected intraperitoneally mailuoning injection(3.75, 15, 30 mg·kg-1), for 14 consecutive days, once a day. Then they were fasted for 12 h.The blood, liver and spleen were collected. The serum interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were detected.Meanwhile whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, plasma thrombin original time (PT) and platelet aggregation rate and the histopathology of the liver and spleen were observed. Result: The mailuoning groups reduced IL-6 and TNF-α(P<0.05), whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate were lower(P<0.05 or P<0.01), prothrombin time increase(P<0.01), and the liver and spleen had no obvious inflammation and congestion. Conclusion: Mailuoning injection has a certain therapeutic effect on the noxious heat stasis syndrome rat model induced by lipopolysaccharide in combination with carrageenan.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of reformatted Linggui Zhugan decoction on metabolic syndrome. Method: Seventy male specified-pathogens free (SPF) Wistar rats, aged 3 weeks, were divided into seven groups in randomized manner: control group treated with distilled water diet; high fat (49% lard) and high salt (4% NaCl, model group); high fat and salt group treated with atovastatin (lipid-lowering group); high fat and salt group treated with metformin (hypoglycemic group); high fat and salt group treated with reformatted Linggui Zhugan decoction large dose, middle dose and small dose groups.The rats of these groups were taken in high fat and high salt except control group.And rats of each group were administrated by gavge at the same time once every day for 8 weeks.Among them, lipid-lowering group rats were given 8 mg·kg-1 atovastatin; hypoglycemic group rats 670 mg·kg metformin; reformatted Linggui Zhugan decoction large dose group, middle dose group and small dose group rats 18, 12, 6 g·kg-1 reformatted Linggui Zhugan decoction concentrated solution differently.Control group and model group rats were given normal salt administration by gavage equal content.The level of serum resistin, adiponectin and insulin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).And insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) index was counted. Result: The level of resistin, adiponectin, insulin was of a very significant difference after reformatted Linggui Zhugan decoction were given for 8 weeks, compared with control group and model group (all P<0.01).The level of insulin and HOMA-IR index was not significantly difference compared with the control group, lipid-lowering group and hypoglycemic group, but there was a significant difference compared with the model group (all P<0.01). Conclusion: The reformatted Linggui Zhugan decoction can regulate metabolic syndrome, adiponectin, insulin and HOMA-IR index.It is suggested that reformatted Linggui Zhugan decoction have effect on regulation fat and saccharide metabolism.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of puerarin on the Nrf2/ARE pathway in substantia nigra tissue of Parkinson's disease (PD) rats model induced by 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). Method: SD PD rats model was established, the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, madopar group (40 mg·kg-1), low-, medium-and high-dosage groups of puerarin (20, 40, 80 mg·kg-1).The drugs were intragastrically perfused to rats daily for 30 consecutive days.The activities of γ-glutamylcysteine synthetase (γ-GCS), glutathione (GSH) and catalase (CAT) in substantia nigra tissue were tested by ELISA method.The expression of cytochrome c oxidase (COX) mRNA was tested by RT-PCR assay.And the nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2), Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keapl) protein expressions were tested by Western blot analysis. Result: Compared to model group, puerarin effectually elevated the activityof γ-GCS, GSH and CAT in substantia nigra tissue of PD rats (P<0.01).And the COX expression at mRNA level in substantia nigra was upregulated (P<0.01).The expression of Nrf2 and Keapl proteins was markedly increased. Conclusion: The results reveal that puerarin effectively fight against the oxidative stress damage in nerve cells in substantia nigra of PD rats induced by 6-OHDA, and its probable mechanism may be involved in regulation of Nrf2/ARE pathway.

摘要:Objective: To study the antifungal effect and antifungal mechanism of the essential ethanol extract of Coptidis Rhizoma and Galla Chinensis on Streptococcus agalactiae from viscera of ill tilapia. Method: Low concentration and middle concentration were determined by the agar dilution method(Brain Heart Infusion Broth).Select Galla Chinensis MIC(3.125 g·L-1), 2 time MIC(6.25 g·L-1), 3 time MIC(9.375 g·L-1) for the experiment concentration.Select Coptidis Rhizoma MIC(13.33 g·L-1), MBC(20.00 g·L-1), 2 time MIC(26.67 g·L-1) for the experiment concentration.The single colony was selected into medium, cultured on the 37 ℃ 200 r·min-1, under the three concentrations, on the 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5 h samples were collected and the quantity of the bacterial colony was counted.Then, time-kill curves observation of the S. agalactiae was carried out. Result: The antifungal effcet of Galla Chinensis low concentration on occuerred from 2.5 h, until 8.5 h.The antifungal effcet of middle concentration and high concentration from 2.5 h, until 6.5 h.The antifungal effcet of Coptidis Rhizoma, middle concentration and high concentration was found at 2.5 h, low concentration at 4.5 h. Conclusion: The Coptidis Rhizoma and Galla Chinensihas powerful antifungal effcet.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Guanmaitong capsule (GMT) on hemodynamic in Beagle dogs. Method: Forty-two Beagle dogs were randomly divided into seven groups: the sham operated control group, model group, GMT groups(0.20, 0.40, 0.80 g·kg-1), Guanxin Danshen capsules group(0.07g·kg-1), isosorbide dinitrate tablets group (0.80×10-3g·kg-1).The Beagle dogs were administered by ig for six days. At the seventh day, acute myocardial ischemic model dogs were established by ligating left anterior decending coronary artery(LAD).Guanmaitong capsule was administered to the canine by duodenal enema. Some hemodynamic parameters were observed. Result: Compared with the sham operated control group, the model group of left ventricular end dilated pressure (LVEDP) was decreasing (P<0.05, P<0.01) and left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP). ±dp/dtmax and cardiac output(CO) was raising obviously (P<0.05, P<0.01).At the points of 90, 120, 180 min, the low, medium and high dose of Guanmaitong capsule could decrease LVEDP (all P<0.05), but raise LVSP, ±dp/dtmax, CO(all P<0.05) after ligation of LAD. Conclusion: It indicates Guanmaitong capsule can improve the hemodynamic conditions of myocardial ischemic dogs.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma polysaccharide (GP) on gamma delta T(γδT) cells isolated from human peripheral blood. Method: Peripherals blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) were obtained from peripheral blood of healthy donors by density gradient centrifugation on Ficoll-Hypaque. γδT cells were amplified from PBMCs by IPP. Then γδT cells were treated with different concentrations of GP (final concentrations: 25, 50, 100 mg·L-1). CCK-8 assay was performed to measure the proliferation of γδT cells; ELISA assay was used to detect the concentrations of information-γ(IFN-γ) and tumor necrosis factor -α(TNF-α) secreted by γδT cells; cell counting kit 8(CCK-8) assay was performed to measure the cytotoxicity of γδT cells. Result: The results showed that GP could promote γδT cells proliferation in a dose-dependent manner; GP could also remarkably promote γδT cells to secrete IFN-γ and TNF-α (P<0.01); moreover, after being treated with GP, cytotoxicity of γδT cells to HepG2 cells was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: The results indicated that GP was able to promote proliferation, cytokine secretion and cytotoxicity of γδT cells, which provided new evidences for exploring anti-tumor and immunoregulation mechanism of GP.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Dachengqi decoction on defecating function in the treatment of constipation. Method: In normal mice, the water deprivation constipation model and compound diphenoxylate(DC)induced constipation model were established.Mice were randomly divided into control group, model control group, positive control group of Maren capsule (2 g·kg-1) and three dosage groups of Dachengqi decoction (29.6, 14.8, 7.4 g·kg-1), each group was respectively treated with corresponding drugs, and then the time of defecation of the first black feces, the number of feces within 6 hours, and the promoting rate of ink were measured. Result: In the mice treated by Dachengqi decoction, the time course of excretion of carbon powder was shortened and the counts of black feces were significantly increased (P<0.01).The acceleration of the propulsive rates were increased in the normal mice and compound diphenoxylate (DC) model mice which were treated with Dachengqi decoction (P<0.01). Conclusion: Dachengqi decoction has a strong promoting defecation and increasing intestinal peristalsis in normal and constipation model mice, it would provide experimental basis for clinical application.

摘要:Objective: To study the anti-metastasis effect and mechanism of Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction and its functional groups in metastasis of C57 BL/6J mice Lewis lung cancer. Method: The Lewis lung metastasis model was established in C57 BL/6J mice, randomly divided into 6 groups: saline model group, Tegafur positive control group (78 mg·kg-1), Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction (21 g·kg-1), Liujun Qutan decoction (11 g·kg-1), Jiedu decoction (10 g·kg-1)and Qutan decoction (5 g·kg-1).After oral administration for 16 days, the tumor was stripped and weighed to calculate the inhibition rate.The metastatic tumor foci on lung surface in mice were counted to calculate the rate of cancerometastasis and anti-metastasis.Expression of CD44 in tumor cells was measured by immunohistochemistry and image analysis system, the concentrations of serum hyaluronic acid(HA) and collagen Ⅳ(Col Ⅳ) were detected by radioimmunoassay. Result: Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction and its functional groups could inhibit the metastasis of Lewis lung carcinoma.The metastatic foci occurrence rates of treatment groups on lung surface were lower than model group.The effect of Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction was the best.All treatment groups can inhibit the expression of CD44 to some degree.Compared with the model group, Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction had a significant difference(P<0.05), Liujun Qutan decoction and Qutan decoction had a more significant difference(P<0.01);All four treatment groups could reduce the concentrations of serum HA and Col Ⅳ, however, the effect of Liujun Qutan decoction was the best, the effect of Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction and Qutan decoction were the second(P<0.01), and the function of Jiedu decoction was relatively weak. Conclusion: Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction and its functional groups all have anti-metastasis activities on Lewis lung metastasis model in C57BL/6J mice, and the underlying mechanisms were possibly related to inhibiting the breaking of extracellular matrix(ECM) caused by tumor cells, reducing the concentrations of serum HA and Col Ⅳ.At the same time, the mechanism also related to inhibiting tumor cells moving, attacking and transferring by reducing the expression of CD44 and its adhesion to ECM.  
摘要:Objective: To study the protective effects of Yiganqing on acute hepatic injury in mice. Method: The healthy mice were divided into six groups at random, ten in each group: normal control group, model group, Bifendate group, Yiganqing high, middle and low dose group(30, 15, 7.5 g·kg-1 of crude drug, respectively).The mice in treatment groups were intragastric administration respectively, measwhile, the mice in normal control and model groups were treated with the same dose of distilled water, once a day for ten days.The models of liver injury induced by Carbon tetrachloride and D-galactosamine in mice were used.The activities of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were determined, and the pathological change of liver tissue was observed. Result: In the mouse models induced by Carbon tetrachloride, the level of ALT in serum of rats in the middle dose group and the high dose group of Yiganqing was reduced significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The level of AST in serum of rats in the high dose group of Yiganqing was reduced significantly (P<0.05).And the liver pathological injury was alleviated obviously.In the mouse models induced by D-galactosamine, the levels of ALT and AST in serum(P<0.05) could be reduced significantly in the high dose group of Yiganqing and protect the liver from pathological injury. Conclusion: Yiganqing has protective effects on acute hepatic injury in mice.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine proved recipe anti-ulcer powder(PRAUP) on three kinds of experimental rats' gastric ulcers, including stress gastric ulcer, alcohol gastric ulcer and pylori-ligation gastric ulcer. Method: Healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups.Each group included 5 small groups as model group, 3 different doses of PRAUP groups(2.26, 1.13, 0.56 g·kg-1), and Ranitidine group(0.15 g·kg-1) or Colloidal bismuth pectin group(0.25 g·kg-1).Each small group consisted of 10 animals.Every medication group was continuously administrated once a day for 7 d.The model group was given same volume of water once a day for 7 d.After the final administration, animals were made the ulcer models.After killed, appearances and areas of rats' ulcers were totally visual studied and taken pictured by ipWin software, gastric total acidities and pepsin activities of the all were measured to research effect of the medicine on the each ulcer. Result: Compared with model group, the PRAUP could reduce areas of stress gastric ulcer of rats evidently (P<0.05 or P<0.01), control amount points and areas of alcohol gastric ulcer of rats markedly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and could restrain gastric total acidities and pepsin activities of pylori-ligation gastric ulcer of rats (P<0.05). Conclusion: The PRAUP has the obvious preventive effect on experimental rats' gastric ulcer and protective effect on gastric mucosa of rats.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of breviscapine on renal cell apoptosis and expression of apoptosis-related proteins in mice with cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity. Method: Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, breviscapine experimental groups by 25 mg·kg-1 or 50 mg·kg-1.Three groups were given a single injection of cis-platinum complexes(CDDP)to establish the model of renal injury(8 mg·kg-1, ip) except the control group, then the mice in two breviscapine experimental groups were given different dose(25, 50 mg·kg-1, ig) once a day for seven days.The urine samples were collect for measuring Urine protein(Upr)/Urine creatinine(Ucr) and N-aletyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase(NAG-U).Apoptosis of the renal cells were determined by TUNEL method, also the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 was evaluated by immunohistochemical SP method after the mice were sacrificed. Result: The Upr/Ucr ratio, NAG-U in the model group were higher than those in the control group, but they were significantly lower in two breviscapine groups(P<0.05, P<0.01), also apoptosis index of the renal cells, the expression of Bax and Bcl-2, the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio in the model group were higher than those in the control group.But, in the breviscapine experimental group of 50 mg·kg-1, apoptosis index was significantly declined(P<0.05, P<0.01), the expression of Bcl-2 was increased, the expression of Bax was declined, the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio was declined compared with those in model group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The Upr/Ucr ratio and NAG-U might be useful for evaluating renal injury induced by CDDP.Breviscapine could suppress renal cell apoptosis induced by CDDP and protect renal from injury by means of increasing the expression of Bcl-2 and declining the expression of Bax and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio.

摘要:Objective: To observe the protective function of rutaecarpine (Rut) on learning and memory impairment induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice and its possible mechanisms. Method: The bilateral common carotid artery occlusion for 5 min were conducted in mice, the mice in Rut-treated groups were administered with Rut(84, 252, 504 μg·kg-1, respectively)ip before 30 min of the operation. The other groups were administered with DMSO(0.02 mL·10 g-1).The abilities of learning and memory were examined by step-down test.The content of nitric oxide(NO) and the activities of nitric oxide syhthase(NOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) were measured by UV spectrophotometry scenery. Result: Focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury could induce the disorder of learning and memoryin step-down test, the latency of Rut-treated groups was significantly extended(P<0.01), rutaecarpine could decrease the content of NO significantly and the activities of NOS and iNOS in mice brain. Conclusion: Rut could significantly improve the impairment of learning and memory and might decrease cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury by decreasing the activities of NOS and iNOS of mice brain.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the expression of TLR9 in gastric cancer cell line MGC803 and the influence of TLR9 inhibitor chloroquine (chloroquine, CQ) treated the MGC803 cell in different period on the secretion of interleukin-6(IL-6). Method: To Measure TLR9 expression in MGC803 gastric cancer cell line by immunofluorescence staining.Observed the effect of CQ in MGC803 cell at 24, 48, 72 h by CCK-8 assay.The bioactivity of IL-6 in the MGC803 cell suspension treated with different concentration CQ in three period was detected by ELISA. Result: MGC803 cells expressed TLR9.Different concentration of CQ could inhibit the growth of MGC803 cells (P<0.05) at different time point.200 mg·L-1 CQ decreased the bioactivity of IL-6 in 24, 48, 72 h, but 50, 100 mg·L-1 CQ suppressed IL-6 expression only after 72 h(P<0.05). Conclusion: MGC803 cells expressed TLR9 and TLR9 inhibitor CQ could inhibit IL-6 bioactivity.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of total flavonoids of Broussonetia papyrifera on growth and apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma HepG-2 cells. Method: The MTT assay was used, and the hepatocellular carcinoma HepG-2 cells in logarithmic phase of growth were randomLy divided into drug group and control group, with the concentration of 3, 6, 9, 12 g·L-1 total flavonoids of B. papyrifera in hepatocellular carcinoma HepG-2 cells, intervention durations were 24, 48, 72 h accordingly.The percentage of apoptotic cell were detected by FCM.The expression of protein Bcl-2 was analyzed by Western blot. Result: Inhibition rate of the hepatocellular carcinoma HepG-2 was obviously enhanced along with increase of the total flavonoids of B. papyrifera concentration, the effect is also showed in time course.Flow cytometry study revealed, with the concentration increased, the percentage of apoptotic cells raised after 48h.The expression of protein Bcl-2 was down-regulated along with increase of the total flavonoids of B. papyrifera concentration. Conclusion: The quartering can effectively inhibit tumor cell growth and induced tumor cells into apoptosis.It may be associate with the low expression of protein Bcl-2 in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG-2.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the pharmacological role of 95% ethanol extract of Rhodiola algida var. tangutica on hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) and the related molecular mechanism. Method: Seventy-five male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group, hypoxic control group(HC), hypoxic and physiological saline group(HS), hypoxic and low dose herb group(1.25 g·kg-1·day-1), hypoxic and high dose herb group(2.5 g·kg-1·d-1).The rats were kept in a hypobaric chamber which simulated the environment of a 4 500 m altitude except the control animals.Every 24 h, the hypobaric chamber was opened for 30 min to administrate the herb and the treatment was lasted for 30 days.After that, the hemodynamic changes were recorded and right ventricular hypertrophy index were [RV/(LV+S),%] calculated.The lung tissues were stained in HE and morphological parameter of vascular wall thickness(WT, %) was used to assess the remodeling of small pulmonary arteries.The levels of endothelin 1(ET-1) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)mRNA were measured by real-time PCR analysis.The levels of ET-1 and eNOS protein were measured by ELISA method. Result: Compared with the HC and HS group, the high dose of R. algida var.tangutica showed the pharmacologic actions as follows: ① The development of mean pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP), RV/LV+S, hemoglobin(Hb), haematocrit(Hct) (%) were inhibited(p<0.01); ② The muscularization and WT of pulmonary small artery were decreased(P<0.05); ③ The level of ET-1 mRNA was decreased and the level of eNOS mRNA was increased in lung(P<0.05).④ The level of ET-1 protein content was decreased and the level of eNOS protein content was increased in sera(P<0.05). Conclusion: R. algida var.tangutica attenuates hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and remodeling of pulmonary small artery in HPH rats.The mechanisms are likely related to increase in level of eNOS mRNA and protein and decrease in level of ET-1mRNA and protein.

摘要:Objective: To study the dynamic changes of SP mRNAs in lung tissue of animal models with differentiated syndromes of Weifen, Qifen, Yingfen, and Xuefen. Method: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group and Weifen, Qifen, Yingfen, and Xuefen groups(2, 6, 12, 24 h four subgroups, corresponding to Weifen, Qifen, Yingfen and Xuefen, n=6 each), Lipopolysaccharides(LPS, 1 mg·kg-1)was given by intravenous injection through auricular vein in the groups.Rabbits in each subgroup were killed after injection, lung tissue specimens were collected and tested.Expressions of SP-A, SP-B, SP-C mRNA at different points of time were measured by using real-time PCR.The control group was received no treatment, lung tissue specimen was tested as in the treatment group. Result: Compared with the control group, levels of transcription of SP-A, SP-B, SP-C mRNA were decreased significantly in Weifen, Qifen, Yingfen and Xuefen groups(P<0.05).Levels of transcription of SP-C mRNA showed no significant changes in Weifen and Qifen groups, besides, levels of transcription of SP-A, SP-B, SP-C mRNA among every two subgroups in Weifen, Qifen, Yingfen and Xuefen groups were decreased significantly(P<0.05).In addition, the expression of SP mRNAs was decreased significantly as time passed after the injection of LPS, and the expression was negatively correlated with the degree of lung injury. Conclusion: The changes of the SP-A, SP-B, SP-C mRNA in rabbits following acute lung injury are decreased in a time-dependent manner, which maybe one of the important material basis of acute lung injury induced by syndromes of Weifen, Qifen, Yingfen, and Xuefen.

摘要:Objective: To observe the anti-inflammation effect and related mechanism of anti-gout capsules (AGC) in rat with acute gouty arthritis (AGA). Method: AGA model was made by injection of sodium urate in the ankle joint cavity of rat.The joint swelling degree was estimated by volume method.The level of intereukin-1β(IL-1β) was detected by ELISA method in serum and joint fluid.The expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) protein was observed and analysis by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Result: Compared with normal rats, the joint swelling degree of foots and ankles were higher after injection of sodium urate in the ankle joint cavity of rat for 1-5 d.AGC (0.3, 1.2 g·kg-1) and colchicine group (0.8 mg·kg-1) significantly decreased joint swelling degree of foots and ankles compared to the model group(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Especially in 5 d, the joint swelling degree of foots and ankles showed obviously reduced to normal group in AGC high dose and colchicine groups.Compared with normal group, the level of IL-1β was higher in joint fluid of AGA model rat.The levels of IL-1β were decreased by AGC and colchicine in joint fluids of AGA rat compared with model group.The expression of TNF-α protein was higher in model group than that in the normal rats (P<0.01).The expression of TNF-α protein was significantly decreased in articular cartilage tissues of AGA rat in AGC group compared with those in the model group. Conclusion: The mechanism of AGC on therapeutic effect of AGA is related to decreasing in the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in articular tissue of AGA rats.  
摘要:Objective: To observe influence of Jintiange capsules (JC) on articular cartilage lesions and osteoarthritis induced by papain in rats. Method: Adult male SD rats were divided into sham operated group, model group, Xianling Gubao (XG) group(0.80 g·kg-1), JC high, medium and low (0.96, 0.48, 0.24 g·kg-1) dose groups.The bilateral knee joint cavities were injected with papain 20 μL to induce osteoarthritis.Three weeks after the establishment of the models, different drugs were lavaged for 4 weeks.Then the rats were sacrificed and the knee joint cartilage was collected.Pathological section and microscopic observation were carried out for evaluating joint cartilage lesions. Result: Articular cartilage in model group showed thin rough surface, fiber fracture, tide line disappear, cell arrangement disorder, cell clusters, part of the joint synovial hyperplasia and finger-shaped bulge towards the joint cavity.JC of 3 doses showed different degree of alleviation for the pathological changes. Conclusion: JC can repair the damage of cartilage surface of articular cartilage with protective role.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of URWell on withdrawal syndrome and nitricoxide(NO)/nitric oxide synthase (NOS) system in morphine-dependent mice and its action mechanisms. Method: Sixty mice were divided into 6 groups randomly, namely the control group, model group, positive control group(clonidine, 0.4 mg·kg-1·d-1, ig), URWell group (20, 10, 5 g·kg-1·d-1, ig).Except the control group, the morphine-dependent mice model of other groups was established by administration of gradually increasing doses of morphine.Oral URWell or saline (control, model) was administered from the 5th day to the 10th day.The acute withdrawal was induced by naloxone (4 mg·kg-1, ip) in the 8th day, then withdrawal syndrome and body weight loss were recorded.NO concentration and NOS activity in brain tissues were tested by nitrate reductase method. Result: Compared with the model group, URWell (20, 10 g·kg-1), respectively, significantly suppressed morphine withdrawal syndrome within the 8th day and 9th day(P<0.05), clonidine and URWell (20, 10 g·kg-1·d-1) significantly reduced body weight loss in morphine-dependent mice following morphine withdrawal, as well as clonidine and URWell(20 g·kg-1)significantly inhibited levels of NO and NOS in brain tissues. Conclusion: URWell treatment attenuated withdrawal syndrome in morphine-dependent mice, and the mechanism may be associated with inhibiting NO and NOS in the brain.

摘要:Objective: To explore the metabolic syndrome (MS) and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome type of insulin resistance(IR)and C-reactiveprotein (CRP), leptin (LEP) correlation. Method: Testing ninety-nine cases diagnosed patients with MS of blood lipid, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting plasma insulin (FIns), CRP, LEP etc index, and 24 cases of patients with normal physical examination as a control, Sas9.13 analysis application of TCM syndrome type and the detection index correlation. Result: MS TCM syndrome type group the blood fat, FPG, Fins, CRP, LEP are higher than normal group, and there is a certain rule. Conclusion: MS the TCM syndrome type and IR and CRP, LEP closely related, but will CRP, LEP as dialectical parting reference index.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Huoxue Sanjie decoction on hepatic cirrhotic portal system hemodynamics. Method: Ninty cases of cirrhotic portal hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, control group (n=46) received oral propranolol therapy, the treatment group (n=44) oral propranolol, but liver area external application of Chinese medicine Huoxue Sanjie decoction, 1 times a day, two groups were treated for 1 months.Before and after treatment using color ultrasound observation portal venous hemodynamic changes. Result: The control group treated with portal vein diameter was reduced after treatment (P<0.05), but no significant changes in the diameter of splenic vein, the control group treated with portal vein, splenic vein of the mean velocity and flow volume did not change significantly; treatment group treatment of portal vein, splenic vein were significantly reduced, portal vein, splenic vein and average flow velocity flow was significantly reduced, and the comparison of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine Huoxue Sanjie decoction on liver packet can significantly decrease in patients with liver cirrhosis portal vein, splenic vein pressure, improve the portal vein hemodynamic status, improve the therapeutic effect of propranolol.

摘要:Objective: To study the contribution of high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and homocysteine (Hcy) on coronary lesions and investigate the association of that with traditional cardiovascular risk factors in postmenopausal women. Method: This study involved 150 consecutive postmenopausal women (CHD female group) with coronary heart disease (CHD), 150 consecutive men with CHD (male group) and 146 postmenopausal women with non-CHD (non-CHD female group).All patients underwent coronary angiography.The levels of hs-CRP and Hcy were detected in three groups.The association of hs-CRP, Hcy with coronary lesions and traditional cardiovascular risk factors was analyzed. Result: There were significant difference traditional cardiovascular risk factors including hypertension, type 2 diabetes in CHD female group than male group, the levels of hs-CRP and Hcy higher in CHD female group, but smoking and glomerular filtration rate(GFR) lower in CHD female group.In postmenopausal women, increased number of compromised arteries and total Gensini scores for the lesions were associated with increased levels of hs-CRP and Hcy.Correlation analysis showed a significant correlation among hs-CRP and Hcy(r=0.472, P<0.001); Hcy and body mass index(BMI), systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastdic blood pressure(DBP); hs-CRP and BMI, SBP in postmenopausal women. Conclusion: The levels of hs-CRP and Hcy significant increased in postmenopausal women, and associated with each other.There was significant correlation among two newly emerged cardiovascular risk factors and obesity, hypertension.

摘要:Objective: Through clinical studies, discuss whether using invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow treament of syndrome differentiation and sequential therapy, can have rehabilitation effects on the patients after the articular fracture operations. Method: Choose about 60 patients with knee fracture, who have go through the internal fixation operations, to set up a invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow group, a Celebrex group and a blank group. The invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow group will take the oral medication of invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow treament. Three weeks and eight weeks after operation, evaluate the curative effect by means of overall scoring on the related symptoms, physical signs and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) symptoms. Result: There are little difference among the scorings of all the three groups in the 3rd week. In terms of pain scoring, the Celebrex group are much better than the other two groups, while the invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow group exceeds the blank group in the 8th week. Judging from the comparison between the total scorings and function scorings of the three groups in the 8th week, the difference in the invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow group and the Celebrex group are no significance. In terms of TCM symptom scoring, the invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow group's scores are all higher than that of the other two groups. Conclusion: Using invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow treament with syndrome differentiation, can promote the healing process of the joint function of the patients after the articular fracture operations for a better curative effect, and can have overall conditioning and rehabilitation effects on the patients after the articular fracture operations.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of astragalus polysaccharides (APS) injection on 3-Dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT) for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Method: One hundred stage I-IV NSCLC patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n=50) and control group (n=50).Parients in experimental group were treated by APS combined with radiotherapy while the control group only received radiotherapy.And both groups were treated by 3D-CRT, with the total dose of 50-70 Gy and 2 Gy a time, 5 times a week.250 mg APS injection (traditional Chinese medicine) with the addition of 500 mL or physiological saline was used for intravenous drop.The whole treatment course was synchronized with the radiotherapy.The comparison on short-term efficacy, peripheral blood, immune function and quality of life were given to the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.0% and that of the control group was 74.0%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.However, the increase rate of Karnofsky performance scale (KPS) for the two groups is 74.0% and 26.0%, respectively, showing extremely significant difference(P<0.01).T cell subset in the experimental group changes significantly before and after treatment (P<0.05) while there is no significant difference in the control group.Only neutrophilic granulocyte counting in the experimental group of peripheral blood routine has no significant change, while WBC counting before and after treatment and neutrophilic granulocyte counting in the control group have significant difference (P<0.05).There is significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: APS injection can reduce the side effects of 3D-CRT treatment for patients with NSCLC, meanwhile, it can improve the immunity of patients.

摘要:Objective: To examine the effect of treatment of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) combined with traditional Chinese medicine on inflammation factors in exhaled breath condensate (EBC) of patients with obstructives sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Method: Sixty OSAHS patients were divided into two groups: control group (CPAP group), observe group (CPAP with traditional Chinese medicine group), each 30 cases, and another 10 cases of health people as normal group.Control group was received CPAP and observation group received CPAP with traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine were Xianzhuli oral liquid(20 mL, bid), Qingyandi pill(4-6 pills tid) and Bingyong Tongmai lozenge (l piece under tongue, tid).We collected the patient's EBC before treatment and 3 months after treatment and analized the inflammation factors of interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) in EBC. Result: The concentration of IL-6 and TNF-α in control group and observation group were significant higher than those in normal group (P<0.01).After treatment, apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) of control group and observation group was decreased significantly than those before treatment (P<0.01).Night minimum oxygen saturation of control group and observation group were increased significantly than those before treatment (P<0.01).The concentration of IL-6 and TNF-α in control group and observation group were significant lower than those before treatment (P<0.01).The improving of indexes in observation group was better than those in control group(P<0.01).The effective rate in observation group (90.0%) was better than that in control group(56.66%) (P<0.01). Conclusion: Treatment of CPAP combined with traditional Chinese medicine can decrease the inflammatory reaction in patients of OSAHS to improve the effect.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling capsules (GFC) supplemented to western medicine for treating ectopic pregnancy. Method: Eighty cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group.Mifepristone was used in control group, 25 mg orally bid for 3 days; and methotrexate (MTX) 50 mg·m-2, deep intramuscular injection on both sides of the buttocks, once daily.On the basis of the control group, the observation group were received GFC 9 capsules bid for 4 weeks.Serum β-HCG level and mass changes were monitored, the β-HCG returned to normal and mass disappearance time required were recorded. Result: The conservative success rate (90%, 35 cases) in the observation group was better than that (72.5%, 29 patients) in control group (P<0.05).The average recovery time of serum β-HCG 35 of observation group was (14.5±7.7)d, less than that in control group (18.4±8.5)d (P<0.05).The mass narrowing of 32 cases in observation group in 3 weeks was better than that (21 cases) in control group.The clinical symptoms disappeared in 34 cases in observation group within 2 weeks was superior than 23 cases in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: GFC combined with methotrexate and mifepristone improves the success rate of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, and safe for clinical use.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Fang (YHF) combined with ketamine anesthesia in vertebral canal on treating intractable postherpetic neuralgia(PHN). Method: One hundred and ten cases of PHN were randomly divided into control group (n=54) and treatment group (n=56).All patients were given ketamine spinal block therapy once a week for a total of eight times.The treatment group on this basis was received YHF once daily(given by half dose, bid).The patients in two groups were given multi-analgesic tramadol when necessary during the investigation of 8 weeks. Result: After treatment for 7 days, 4 weeks and 8 weeks, the Visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01); the efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).The quality of life(QOL) scores in the treatment group after treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01); and the consumed tramadol in the treatment group was (230.5±72.4)mg, which is lower than that in the control group (725.7±581.9)mg (P<0.01). Conclusion: YHF combined with ketamine spinal block is effective and safe in the treatment of intractable PHN.

摘要:Objective: To investigate influence of Danshen injection (DI) on inflammatory indexes in patients of type 2 diabetes with vascular lesions of lower extremities. Method: Retrospective analysis was carried out for 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2006 to December 2011 with diabetic vascular lesion of lower limbs.Randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, positive drug parallel control method were used.According to the ratio of 1: 1 the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy, while the treatment group was given DI combined with conventional therapy.Serum inflammatory factor C reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 6(IL-6) levels in the two groups before and after treatment were analized.Meanwhile, another 40 cases of type 2 diabetics without lower extremity vascular disease as the non-treatment group were compared. Result: Serum CRP, IL-6 levels in patients of diabetes mellitus with vascular lesions in the lower extremities were significantly higher than those in diabetic patients without vascular lesions.Serum CRP, IL-6 levels after treatment were significantly lower than those in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Inflammatory indexes in patients of type 2 diabetes with vascular lesions in lower extremities were increased significantly.DI intervention is effective for lowing the inflammatory indexes.

摘要:Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on complications of phacoemulsification. Method: Ninety-six patients performed routine phacoemulsification surgery were randomly divided into observation group (n=48) and control group (n=48).There were 60 eyes in the control group, which were treated with bramycin dexamethasone oculentum (interval between application:4-6 h), pranoprofen eye drops(interval between application: 2-4 h) and levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops (interval between application: 2-4 h) for 4 weeks.There were 62 eyes in the observation group, on the basis of the western medicines in control group, patients in the observation group were orally taken Qinggan Mingmu Fang, 1 dose daily for 8 weeks.The eyesight, anterior chamber reaction, corneal endothelial count, posterior capsule opacification incidence and the residual cortical absorption were observed at 1 d, 1, 8, 12, 24 weeks after surgery. Result: The recovery of eyesight in the observation group was better than the control group at 1, 8, 12, 24 weeks after surgery(P<0.01).The anterior chamber reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1, 8 weeks after surgery(P<0.01).The corneal endothelial counts in the observation group were higher than the control group at 1, 8, 12, 24 weeks after surgery(P<0.01).The rate of occurrence of after-cataract in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 8, 12, 24 weeks after surgery(P<0.05).The cortical absorption in the observation group was superior to the control group at 1, 8, 12, 24 weeks after surgery(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Combination of Chinese and western medicine could suppress anterior chamber reaction after phacoemulsification, facilitate corneal endothelial cells regeneration, improve residual cortical absorption, decrease rate of occurrence of after-cataract and promote eyesight recovery.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection and Compound Danshen injection combined with antibiotic for treatment of drug-resistant bacterial infections of the lower respiratory tract in elderly. Method: Six hundred and forty-seven patients formed a natural team cases according to whether the use of traditional Chinese medicine(Tanreqing injection and Compound Danshen injection).After drug-resistant screening, 54 cases of drug-resistant bacteria in the observation group (total 284 cases) and 72 cases in the control group(total 363 cases).Both groups were treated with antibiotics empirically, and make adjustments based on susceptibility results.The observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection and Compound Salvia injection(20 mL in 250 mL normal saline, iv dripping) for 14 days.Clinical symptoms, signs, and sputum bacterial clearance rate were investigated. Result: There were 126 cases of drug-resistant patients, accounting for 19.47%(126/647).Resistant pathogens were gram-negative bacilli.The symptoms of physical disease integral in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after 4 d and 14 d of treatment(P<0.05 and P<0.01).The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Bacteriological efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Tanreqing injection and Danshen injection combined with antibiotics can inhibit and treat drug-resistant bacterial infections of the lower respiratory tract, and reduce the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the clinical efficacy.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate influence of Zhikeqing capsule on blood inflammatory factors in patients with hyperlipidemia. Method: Ninty-five patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group of 47 cases and control group of 48 cases.Another 15 healthy cases were established as the normal control.The treatment was given oral Zhikeqing capsule 3 capsules tid; control group was received simvastatin 20 mg daily (all for 8 weeks).Blood lipid levels were determined and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was used for the determination of high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), von Willebrand factor (vWF) and homocysteine (Hcy). Result: After treatment, the differences in TC, TG and HDL-C between the two groups with the normal controls were not significant; however LDL-C in the two groups was higher than that in the normal control group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment hs-CRP and IL-6 in control group were higher than those of the normal control group (P<0.01); in the treatment group, hs-CRP and IL-6 were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05) and without significant difference to the normal controls.After treatment, vWF and Hcy in treatment group and the control group showed no significant difference with the normal controls. Conclusion: Zhikeqing capsule can regulate lipid metabolism, adjust inflammatory factor, so as to reduce arterial stiffness index.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Liangying Qingqi decoction (LQD) for treating syndrome of disease involving qifen and yingfen. Method: Forty-seven patients with syndrome of disease involving qifen and yingfen were randomly divided into A group(had treated by infusions for anti-inflammatory, antiviral and other specific problems) and B group (had not been treated by infusions for anti-inflammatory, antiviral and other specific problems).The two groups of patients were given LQD.Body temperature and changes in clinical symptoms were observed for the two groups. Result: The body temperature of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05), B group was faster in onset time.The scores of syndrome in two groups were decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05), the score in B group changed quickly and the curative rate was higher in B group(P<0.05).In two groups the total effective rate was 93.62%. Conclusion: There has good curative effect in the treatment of syndrome of disease involving qifen and yingfen by LQD.LQD is worth to be applied clinically.

摘要:Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Fanmu Xietu Tang (FXT) for treating hyperlipemia. Method: One hundred and fifty patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=75 each).The treatment group was given FXT, 1 agent daily.The control group was given atorvastatin, 20 mg daily.Treatment was lasted for 8 weeks.Blood lipids, blood rheological indexes were investigated. Result: Total effective rate in treatment group was 81.3%, and that was 71.3% in the controls.After treatment, blood lipids and apolipoprotein in two groups were obviously improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01).Except total cholesterol, other indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the controls (P<0.05, P<0.01).After treatment the hemorheological indexes in the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment, and better than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: FXC could effectively control blood lipids in hyperlipidemia and improve blood flow condition.It is safe and effective.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huayu Xiaowei decoction (HXD) in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Method: One hundred and fifty-one patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 76 cases was given self-made HXD I dose daily.The control group was given vitacoenzyme tablets, 1 g, tid.In the two groups, three months were selected as a course of treatment.The treatment was lasted for 2 courses.For evaluation of the clinical efficacy, changes in symptom scores and gastroscope images were investigated. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.8%, and that of the control group was 69.3%.The comparison of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of stomach tingling, stomach fullness, facial darkness, anorexia and melena in the two groups showed statistical significances(P<0.05). Conclusion: HXD is effective for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.The data provide a reference for colleagues working in the same area.  
摘要:Objective: To explore traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes regularity of psoriasis and primary Chinese herbs treating blood-heat syndrome psoriasis and their combination regularity with text mining technique. Method: Literatures on Chinese herbs treating psoriasis were collected from Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM).And access database was established.Above data was processed by SQL, meanwhile, data noise was removed with artificial means.And then, TCM syndromes regularity of psoriasis and primary Chinese herbs treating blood-heat syndrome psoriasis and their combination regularity were received by text mining technique. Result: The top five TCM syndromes of psoriasis include successively blood-heat syndrome, blood deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, wind-heat syndrome, as well as wind-damp syndrome.In paticular, blood deficiency syndrome often occurred simultaneously with other syndrome.The top five primary Chinese herbs treating blood-heat syndrome psoriasis were following: rehmannia, indigo, soil Poria, tuckahoe and salvia.Especially, indigo was the most commonly used in combination with other Chinese herbs when treating blood-heat syndrome psoriasis. Conclusion: TCM syndromes regularity of psoriasis and primary Chinese herbs treating blood-heat syndrome psoriasis and their combination regularity not only reflect clinical practical state, but also provided an objective basis for standardization of TCM diagnosis and treatment to psoriasis.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate clinical effects of Tongfu Therapy for acute period of cerebral hemorrhage. Method: Systematically search PubMed, EM base, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database, collect randomized controlled trial(RCT)of treatment cases of tongfu therapy on acute period of cerebral hemorrhage.Randomized controlled clinical trials were screened and reviewed by Meta-analysis in RevMan version 5.0 software. Result: Nine controlled clinical trials were reviewed by meta-analysis.The result demonstrates that the effectiveness rate of treatment based on tongfu therapy show significant difference compared with the control group [OR: 2.54, 95%CI(1.81,3.56), Z=5.39,P<0.000 01], also improve neurological function rating score significantly [OR: 2.54, 95%CI(1.62,3.99),P<0.000 1]. Conclusion: The treatment based on tongfu therapy show advantage on efficacy and neurological function rating score compared to the control group.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Danshen injection for treating diabetic nephropathy(DN). Method: Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on Danshen injection in treatment of DN were searched in PubMed, Cochrane Library, CMCC, VIP, CNKI, CBM, WANFANG data. Their methodological quality were evaluated with jadad method.Data were strictly extracted and Meta-analysis was Performed using Rev Man 5.0 software. Result: Nine RCTs of 723 patients of DN were included. Meta-analysis showed that:compared with basic therapy, Danshen injection was superior to routine treatment in increasing effective rate [OR=5.70,95% CI(2.54,12.78),P<0.000 01] and decreasing the 24 h-UTP[DN Ⅲ,MD=-32,95% CI(-58.30,-5.70),P<0.002],24 h-UAER[MD=-38.17,95%CI(-54.31,-22.02),P<0.000 1],[BUNMD=-0.97,95% CI(-1.37,0.56),P<0.000 1],β2-MG[MD=-0.61,95% CI(-0.91,-0.31),P<0.000 01], but Danshen injection had similar effects in reducing creatinine(Cr), hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c), total cholesterol(TC), total glycerin(TG), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), Systolic blood pressure(SDP), et al. Some side effects were observed in 3 studies, such as cough(5 patients), bulbar conjunctiva bleeding(1 patient), vascular edema(1 patient), immediate skin itchingm(2 patients), response similar to phlebitis(12 patients), diarrhea(4 patients), sinus tachycardia(2 patients). Conclusion: Meta-analysis currently manifests that Danshen injection has some effect in treating patients with DN. However, the evidence is insufficient to determine the effects of Danshen injection due to low-quantity and low-quality trials. Double-blinded RCTs are needed to verify effects and relatively safe of danshen injection for DN.  
摘要:Refer to the related literature in recent 10 years, the properties, the preparation, drug entrapment, and the applications of the proniosmes were reviewed in this paper. The characters are gel and a dry free-flowing granular.Preparation methods are mainly slurry method, coacervation phase separation method and slow spray-coating method.Factors the drug entrapment rate are the type and content of surfactant, cholesterol and lecithin content and the pH of the hydration medium.Applied to difficult soluble drugs, nsaids, hormone drugs, antihypertensive drug, anti-inflammatory analgesic, cerebrovascular expansion medicine, antiallergic, etc. But the former research of pronisomes are mainly pauses in the laboratory stage, the mechanism of action and clinical treatment need further exploration.

摘要:Summarizing the processing evolution and modern applications of stir-fried into carbon of Gardenia so as to provide a reference for its further study.By referring to the relevant literatures, it has been summarized and analyzed the processing research of stir-fried into carbon of Gardenia.The review has mainly contained the evolution of the processing history, the records of the processing procedures, the situation of processing technique, the variations of the chemical constituents and the pharmacological actions after being processed of stir-fried into carbon of Gardenia.The processing method of stir-fried into carbon of G. jasminoides, which has been recorded in the processing procedures of the entire nation and 12 provinces, was firstly seen in(Zhouhou Beiji fang).There are a lot of differences which lead to lack of uniform quality standards in its modern research of processing technology, and it has not been well studied on the modern chemical constituents and pharmacological actions.It is necessary to have further and more systematical research on the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of stir-fried into carbon of Gardenia to reveal its scientific connotation of processing principle and make a standard for its processing technology and quality evaluation criterion.

摘要:Bioavailability was important evaluation index of safety and effectiveness of drugs.Consult data library such as Wan Fang, CNKI, OVI and so on, comprehensive analyzed and reviewed more than 150 related data recent 10 years from domestic and abroad. Summarized the influencing factors of bioavailability from two aspects of medicine and biology, consist of the form of drugs, physicochemical property, the preparation technology, physiological environment of gastrointestinal, the delivery time and way and so on. Some new research ideas like the pro-drug strategy, the gastro-retentive drug delivery system, cyclodextrin closure technology, solid dispersion technique, co-grinding technology, nano-technology etc. for improving bioavailability of traditional chinese medicine (TCM)preparations were discussed in order to provide reference for the research on modernization of TCM preparations.
