摘要:Objective:Noisome gel and conventional gel of Semen Strychni alkaloids extract(SSAE) were prepared.The comparative studies of transdermal diffusion in vitro and anti-inflammation were performed.Method: Noisome gel and conventional gel of SSAE were prepared and the Franz-diffusion cell was employed to compare noisome gel and conventional gel in vitro and their inhibition on acute inflammatory swelling by FCA.Result: SSAE noisome gel was pale yellow viscous gel.The accumulative permeation amount and permeation rate of noisome gel and conventional gel had no significant difference.Three doses of SSAE noisome gel(6.25,12.5,25 mg·kg-1) and high dose of SSAE gel(25 mg·kg-1) could inhibit acute inflammatory swelling by FCA.Conclusion: The results suggested that the SSAE noisome gel was valuable to be studied further.
摘要:Objective:To study the influence of different preparation methods on the entrapment efficiency.Method: Sophoridine liposomes was prepared by passive loading method and active loading method.The entrapment efficiencies were determined by high speed freeze centrifugation-HPLC method.Result: The entrapment efficiency with passive loading method was low,while the entrapment efficiency was up to 93.27% with active loading method.Conclusion: The sophoridine liposomes with high entrapping efficiency can be prepared by active loading method.
摘要:Objective:To prepare osthol microcapsules and study its release rate in vitro.Method: Osthol microcapsules were prepared by complex coacervation using gelatin-acacia and uniform design.Osthol content was determined by UV.150 mL artificial gastric and PBS(pH 6.8) were used as releasing media,the temperature was(37±0.5) ℃ and the rate of rotation was 100 r·min-1.Result: The optimized conditions were: the ratio of osthol and coating material of 1∶1.5,temperature of 60 ℃ and a hardening agent of 0.8 per 120 of coacervation system.The microcapsules were round under sphere.The average microcapsules diameters were(51.6±4)μm.And the content of osthol was 47.2% with coating ratio of 85.0%.The microcapsules could be released for 6 h in vitro and its releasing curve fit first-order dynamic equations.Conclusion: The preparation method is simple and osthol microcapsules have obvious sustained-release effect.

摘要:Objective:To screen out the best extraction technique of chemical composition of phenolic acids from cuneata.Method: The HPLC method for determination of gallic acid,protocatechuic acid and chlorogenic acid in Sargentodoxa cuneata was firstly established.The orthogonal experimental design was used to study the optimum extraction with extracting time,ethanol concentration,solvent usage,extraction times as factors,gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid as the evaluation index to determine the best extraction technology.Result: the optimum extraction technology was 80% ethanol concentration,10 times of solvent usage,extracted for 30min,3 times of extraction.Conclusion: A multi-index evaluation method can optimize the extraction process conditions of chemical composition of phenolic acids from S.cuneata and provide a reference for separation and purification of total phenolic acids from S.cuneata.
摘要:Objective:To optimize the ethanol extraction process and the condition of Danhuang gel for quantified fingerprint technique by uniform design.Method: An U8(82×42) uniform design was used to prepare the samples according to the results and the effects of ethanol concentration,ethanol amount,times of extraction and the number of extraction on the yield of extract by HPLC fingerprint technology.Multi-nonlinear mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between response index and factor variables with multi-index of the content of chrysophanol and berberine,the total area of characteristic peaks of HPLC and the yield of powdered extract.The response surface and contour plots were delineated according to best-fit mathematic model,and the optimum range of technological parameters and optimum ethanol extraction condition were selected by the response surface and contour plots.Result: Two order quadratic equation described the relationship between response indexes and factor variables with a regression coefficient of 0.983 3.The optimum condition of the ethanol extraction was obtained that the raw material amount was extracted with 7 volumes of 65% ethanol three times for 2 h per extraction process.Conclusion: The extraction method optimized by quantified fingerprint technique combined with uniform design and response surface analysis is stable and feasible.The study could provide the references and groundwork for its further investigation.
摘要:Objective:To establish the optimized preparation procedure and study the method to control the quality of Ziwan Zhike dropping pills.Method: The preparation conditions,such as the proportion between the extracts(ZDE) and PEG,the temperature,dropping distance were studied with orthogonal test.The content of total flavonoids and saponins was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method.Result:The optimized preparation process was as follows: PEG4000-PEG6000(1∶1) was optimal base,ratio between ZDE and base was 1∶2.5,the temperature of drug solution was 70 ℃,the dropping distance was 4cm.Three batches of the prepared products meet the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia on dropping pills.The content of total flavonoids and saponins of Ziwan Zhike dropping pills was 14.15% and 3.091% respectively.The average recovery was 98.90% and 100.06%.Conclusion: The preparation procedure is feasible,simple and suitable.The method eatablished in this paper can be adopted for the quality control of Ziwan Zhike dropping pills,and the determination method is simple,relatively fast and accurate.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the extraction process for synephrine in Citrus aurantium.Method: According to the yield rate of synephrine,the use of extraction solvent and distilling methods was studied.And L9(34) orthogonal design was used to determine the optimum extraction conditions.Three factors were studied as indexes that might affect the yield rate of synephrine,including water quantity,extraction temperature and time required.Result: The yield rate of synephrine in the water extraction was obviously higher than that in the other distilling methods.The optimized extraction procedure was as follows: refluxed three times,1.0 hour each time,the amount of water was 12,10,10 in turn.Conclusion: This extraction method is convenient and feasible,and can improve the extraction of synephrine from Citrus aurantium.
摘要:Objective:To use chemical index and pharmacodynamics index to optimize the extraction technology of Zijintougu sprays.Method: six samples of Zijintougu sprays were prepared by different extraction technology.The content of plumbagin,methyl salicylate and militarine was determined in Zijintougu sprays by HPLC.The resistance to acute soft tissue injury and anti-inflammtory effect of 6 technological samples was observed.Result: Integrating the results of chemical index and pharmacodynamics index,the samples with ethanol low temperature extraction(percolation extraction,macerate extraction) were superior to the samples with ethanol refluxing extraction and water boiling extraction,and the sample with percolation extraction was superior to the sample with macerate extraction.Conclusion: The comprehensive indexes of Zijintougu sprays with ethanol percolation extraction were superior to that of other extraction technology.
摘要:Objective:To develop an extraction technology for plantarenaloside from a Yi medicinal plant Incarvillea arguta.Method: Plantarenaloside was extracted with ethanol by refluxing,the condition of extraction was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design method.The constituents of extracts were determined by HPLC.Result: The optimal extraction technology was using 25 folds of 75% ethanol as solvent and refluxing twice for duration of 1h each time.Conclusion: The present extraction technology is simple,quick,cost-effective and high efficient for the extraction of plantarenaloside from Incarvillea arguta.
摘要:Objective:The macroporous adsorptive resins chromatotraphic column combining with polyamide chromatographic column was used to separate the flavonoides,iridoid glycosides and maximum polarity ingredients in industrialization.Method: The flavonoides,iridoid glycosides and maximum polarity ingredients were separated and enriched by CCPP serial laminar analysis equipment,the content of total iridoid glycosides was assayed by the first derivative spectrophotometry;the content of shanzhiside methylester and 8-O-acetyl shanzhiside methylester was determined by HPLC and the change of total iridoid glycosides was investigated in different elution requirement.Result: 70% alcohol was used as dissolvent.Using the ’introduction from inferior surface’ sample introduction mode and ’introduction from superior surface’ eluting mode in the macroporous adsorptive resins,the yield was 20.80%,transfusion ratio for shanzhiside methylester and 8-O-acetyl shanzhiside methylester was 70.77% 73.36% and 68.74% respectively.Conclusion: This production technology may transform experimental achievement to industrial production successfully.

摘要:Objective:Optimization of extraction process of Anke capsule.Method: Orthogonal experimental design was used with the content of loganin and puerarin as index to study the condition of extraction process.Result: The optimal extract technique was boiling 3 times,adding 6 times of water,boiling 1h each time.The average transfer rate of loganin and puerarin were 87.5% and 80.6%.Conclusion: The technique is reasonable and it is suitable for industry production of Anke capsule.
摘要:Objective:To select the optimum purifying process of total alkaloids from Sophora flavescens by means of cation exchange resin.Method: The purifying process of total alkaloids from S.flavescens was performed by cation exchange resin of 732 type,with the solvent of ammonia water and the mixture of ammonia water and ethanol,and the content of matrine and total alkaloids from S.flavescens were determined to choose the optimal technological parameters.Result: The ideal concentration of solvent was:S.flavescens firstly immersed in concentrated ammonia for 2 h,then eluted to alkaloid reaction negative by 10% ammonia.Conclusion: The purification process has high efficiency.It can be used for purifying total alkaloids from S.flavescens by means of cation exchange resin.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the extraction procedure of compound Hongjingtian buccal tablets.Method: The extraction ratio of the content of salidroside and 2,3,5,4′-terahydroxystilbene-O-β-D-glucoside(stilbene glycoside) was used as index,and the optimum condition of the extraction was studied by the orthogonal L9(34).Result: The influencing effects of factors were as follows C>A>B(A: liquid-solid ratio,B: alcohol concentration,C: extraction time).The optimize extraction condition was as follows: 12 times of 60% alcohol,soaking 30 min,reflux 60 min.Conclusion: The optimum extraction procedure is stable and practical.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the water extraction technology of the Chinese Sanaotang Preparation.Method:The water extraction technology optimized by orthogonal design L9(34),while ephedrine hydrochloride content and the rate of paste as indexes.Factors of water quantity,extraction time and extracting frequency were evaluated for their effects on extraction process.Result:The best water extraction technology was that 10 times of water decocting 1.5 hours,then 10 times of water decocting 2 times,with 1 hour for each time.Conclusion:This technology is stable,practical and worthy of a trial in pharmaceutical production.
摘要:Objective:To study the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in Incarvillea arguta.Method: The orthogonal experimental design was used with the extraction yield of total flavonoids as the assessment index,water extraction volume,extracting time,extraction times as factors.The total flavonoids content extracted from I.arguta was determined by spectrophotometric method at detection wavelength of 498 nm.Result: The optimum extracting conditions were as follows: adding 10 fold of 0.5% NaOH-H2O,three times,heating for 3 hours.Rutin was linear in the range of 8.72-52.32 mg·L-1 and the average recovery was 101.98% with RSD of 1.23%.Conclusion: The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in I.arguta was reliable and the determination method is easy and accurate which can be used for the extraction of total flavonoids in this herb.
摘要:Objective:Extract the cyanidin flavones like cyanidin 3-O-glucoside from the Begonia fimbristipula,and prepare the effervescent tablets with the extract.Method: The macroporous resin was used to separate and purify the cyanidin flavones from B.fimbristipula.The parameters of the effervescent tablet preparation technique were studied with the orthogonal experimental design.Conventional preparation test methods for tablets,TLC,and RP-HPLC methods were used to evaluate the quality of the prepared effervescent tablets.Result: The effervescent tablets retained the flavor of the soft drink made from B.fimbristipula and the quality conformed to the requirements of effervescent tablets.Conclusion: The preparation technique developed in the research was applicable for preparing B.fimbristipula effervescent tablets.
摘要:Objective:To clear total polysaccharide content of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver,so as to provide evidence for the future explotion and development of Eucommia ulmoides.Method:The experiment for extracting EUP with multiple factors and multiple levels was designed by the uniform design according to U6(64)and its usage table.The mathematic model for the extraction of EUP was acquired to show the correlation between the EUP and three factors,and the optimal technological conditions were obtained.Result:The optimumextraction technology is:the ratio of solid to liquid being1∶5,extracting temperature being 100 ℃,and extracting time being 7h.Under the optimal condition,the yield rate of the polysaccharide is predicted to be 8.231%.Conclusion:By using U6(64),the optimal yield rate of EUP can be calculated by the mathematic model within experiment range,and then the factors affecting the extraction of EUP can also be investigated.

摘要:Objective:To study the distribution of artemisinin of wild A.annua growth in Jiangkou of Guizhou.Method: Artemisinin was extracted with petroleum ether,and analyzed using gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Result: The content of artemisinin of wild A.annua follow as: Minhe town(0.49%-1.72%),Shuangjiang town(0.66%-1.66%),Taoying town(0.44%-1.20%) and Bapan town(0.75%-1.25%).The distribution of artemisinin in sixty-five wild A.annua strains was two strains(≥1.50%),twenty-four strains(≥1.00%),sixty-one strains(≥0.60%) and four strains(<0.60%).For the content of artemisinin,the lowest one is 0.44% and the highest one is 1.72%.Conclusion: Wild A.annua growth in Jiangkou have better quality,it is expected to give a new strains of A.annua that were high quality and high yield by artificial domestication and cultivation.At the same time,Jiangkou county of Guizhou can be considered as a new choice for raw material base of artemisinin.

摘要:Objective:To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on Yinqiao Chaigui Decoction,work out the characteristic fingerprint,and study the influence of various compatibilities on fingerprint peaks.Method:HPLC with Hypersil ODS was used,methanol-water(gradient elution)as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 230 nm,flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,and column temperature was 35 ℃.Result:Seventeen common peaks were separated in 10 batches of Yinqiao Chaigui Decoction.A little influence on characteristic peaks was found in various compatibilities,but there was no new characteristic peak.The characteristic peaks were the summation,peak 2(chlorogenic acid),3,4,6,7 were from Lonicera japonica,peak14(baicalin),15,16,17 were from Scutellaria baicalersis;peak 5(paeoniflorin) was from Paeonia lactiflora Pall;peak 11,12 were from Cinnamomum cassia presl and peak 1,11 were from Forsythia suspense.Conclusion:The method is reliable,accurate and provides a reference for the rules of the compatibility and material base of Yinqiao Chaigui Decoction.
摘要:Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of cordycepin in Mycaelia of Paecilomyces verticillatus.Method:The sample was extracted by 20% alcohol,detected by Spheriorb C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)under 30 ℃.The mobile phase was methyl alcohol and acetic acid ammonium(0.02 mol·L-1) under the rational of 15:85.the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelengths was 260 nm.Result:The recovery rate of cordycepin was 94.0%-98.3% with RSD of 0.98%,the limit of detection was 0.01 mg·kg-1.The content of cordycepin in my caelia was 3.12 mg·g-1.Conclusion:It was proved that the RP-HPLC method was simple,rapid reliable,well-separated and precise,which could be used for quality control in formenting cordycepin.
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determining the content of gentiopicroside,swertiamarin and sweroside in wild Gentiana rigescens.Method: Column was Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH and water(30∶70).Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 at 25 ℃.Detecting wavelength of gentiopicroside was at 270 nm while swertiamarin and sweroside were detected at 245 nm.Result: The linear rang of calibration curve was 0.4-2 g·L-1 with the relation coefficient of 0.999 7,0.999 6 and 0.998 7 respectively.The average recovery of three active constituents was 100.04%(RSD 1.49%),98.48%(RSD 1.67%)and 98.46%(RSD 1.15%).Conclusion: The method is accurate and can supply basis for the exploitation and utilization of Gentiana rigescens resources.
摘要:Objective:To determine hypoxanthine and uridine in leech to provide scientific basis for its quality control.Method: An ODS-BP liquid chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water.Wavelength was at 254 nm.Result: The linear range of hypoxanthine was within 0.88-14.08g·L-1(r=0.999 7).The sample recovery rate was 99.69%,RSD 1.23%.The linear range of uridine was within 2.12-33.92 g·L-1(r=0.999 8).The sample recovery rate was 99.20%,RSD 1.17%.Conclusion: This method has good repeatability and flexibility.It can be used for quality control in production of leech.
摘要:Objective:To study the qualitative and quantitative methods for Fufangkaliziran Tincture.Method: Psoralea corylifolia,Vernonia anthelmintica,Angelica sinensis,Cnidium monnieri and Eugenia caryophyllata in Fufang Kali Ziran Tincture were identified with the method of TLC.Psoralen was determined with the method of HPLC.The analytical colomn was Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water(50∶50).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the UV detector wavelength was at 246 nm,injection volume was 10 μL.Result: The spots of five herbal drugs were well separated and without interference in TLC.Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the linear range of psoralen was 0.050 04-0.350 28 μg.The average recovery of psoralen was 98.4%.The RSD(n=9)was 0.9%.Conclusion: The method set up could effectively control the quality of Fufang Kali Ziran Tincture.

摘要:Objective:To establish a quality control for compound prescription Baitouweng tang colon slow release tablets.Method:TLC method used in the preparation Pulsatilla Radix,Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Fraxini Corte qualitative identification;Determination by HPLC preparation Pulsatilla saponin B4 and berberine content.Result:Pulsatilla Radix,Coptidis Rhizoma,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Fraxini Cortex layer of map spots were clear,separation effect,specific,limiting without interference,pulsatilla saponin B4 in 0.60-6.00 μg linear relationship,(r = 0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 100.08%,RSD 0.19%.Berberine in 0.135-1.350 μg linear relationship(r=0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 99.25%,RSD 0.58%.Conclusion:Establish the qualitative and quantitative method is simple,reproducible,accurate and reliable,and can be used as compound prescription Baitouweng tang colon slow release tablets quality control.

摘要:Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Lager alata collected in different regions.Method: The chemical constituents of volatile oil were extracted by distillation and analyzed by GC-MS and relative content of volatile oil was determined by peak area normalization method.Result: Fourty-two components were identified in L.alata from Nanning,which accounted for 87.9% of the total relative content.The main chemical compositions in the studied sample were heterocyclic aromatic acid,monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids.43 components were identified in L.alata from Shangsi county,which accounted for 82.0% of the total relative content.The main chemical compositions in the studied sample were heterocyclic aromatic,ketones,monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids.Conclusion: The study offers theoretic base for utilization of L.alata.
摘要:Objective:By comparing the different infiuence to the quantity of volatile coponents in the decoction of Spear Mint,Swallowwort Root,Cinnamoni,Lilac and Cortex Moutan Radicis,which have been gained by three different way(thoes pieces added behind in traditional and earthen pot and Chinese medicine extracting machine,and added innormal way in Chinese medicine extracting machine)in different decocting time pot.The method of extracting volatile components in piecesof chinese medicine in traditional chinese medicine extracting machine has been determined.Method:Decocting volume of volatile components in decoction was determined by HPLC-GC,and the difference of decocting volume of volatile components in different extracting methods are analysised by statistical software SPSS 13.0.Result: There are very signficent differences(P<0.01)on the content of volatile components in different decoctions of having been made by using traditional chinese medicine decoting machine and the traditional decoting tools.However,results of the pieces of traditional chinese medicine which contain volatile components added behind into traditional chinese medicine decoting machine and the regular mean has no apparent differences(P>0.05).Conclusion: The pieces of traditional chinese medicine composing volatile components could be extrated with other pieces,but it is necessary and scientistic to added behind for extrating those pieces in the regular means.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determining naringin in Zhuanggu controlled release mini-pill.Method: HPLC was used for determination of naringin in Zhuanggu controlled release mini-pill.The separation was performed on a Agilent SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)at 27 ℃ with methanol-phosphoric acid(33∶67)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,detected at wavelength of 283 nm.Result: Naringin was linear in the range of 0.128 8-0.644 0 μg,r=0.999 9.The average recovery was 100.02% with RSD 0.192%.Conclusion: The method is simple and reproducible for the determination of naringin in decoction of Zhuanggu controlled release mini-pill by HPLC.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determination of kaempferol in Bairui particles.Method: HPLC method was used.The samples were separated by Kromasil ODS column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphate(60∶40).The detection wavelength was at 268 nm with a flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.Result: The linear range of kaempferol was from 13.10-52.40 g·L-1(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 99.63% with RSD of 0.66%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,specific,and can be used for quality control of kaempferol in Bairui particles.
摘要:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in Mori Cortex.Method: The central composite rotatable design was used to optimize extracted conditions.The content of chlorogenic acid in Mori Cortex was determined by HPLC on a Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)detected at the wavelength of 327 nm with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(11∶89)solution as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.Result: The optimum extractable conditions to obtain desirable extraction yields for chlorogenic acid were found at the methanol concentration of 60%,extraction time of 45 min and solvent quantity of 10 time,chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.045-0.45 μg,regress equation was Y=2 329.028 9X+8.184 1(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 97.89% with RSD of 3.14%.Conclusion: The method of HPLC determination is simple,reliable and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Mori Cortex.
摘要:Objective:To improve the quality standard of Cimicifugae Rhizome.Method: Quantitative and qualitative determination methods were established by phenolic acids and separated triterpenoid saponins firstly.Result: The separated triterpenoid saponin was Cimicifuga glycosides H-1.The sum of ferulic acid,ferulic acid and caffeic acid was 0.22%-1.90%.The content of Cimicifuga glycosides H-1 was 0.10%-1.28%.Conclusion: The tests fully reflected the intrinsic quality of Cimicifuga Rhizome and the methods established are stable,simple,and suitable for the quality improvement of Cimicifugae Rhizome.
摘要:Objective:To establish the methods of gallic acid in Platycarya longipes by HPLC.Method: The determination was carried out on a Waters C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid(3∶97).The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.096-0.48 μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 97.8%,RSD 1.79%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple,easy,and suitable for determination of gallic acid in P.longipes.

摘要:Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination the concentration of breviscapine in plasma of healthy volunteers.Method:The assay was conducted on the Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)columnn with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(30∶70∶1)as the mobile phase.The detection wave length was set at 335 nm,and scutellarin was taken as the internal standard.Result:The linearity range was 0.30-18.0 mg·L-1 with a regressive equation of Y=0.008 7 C-0.001 56(r=0.999 6).The recovery was above 80%,with both intra-day RSD and inter-day RSD below 10%.Conclusion:The method was shown to be convenient,rapid,accurate,and suitable for the pharmacokinetic study of breviscapine and monitoring its concentration in clinical application.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma combined with different proportions of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex on the pharmacokinetics of mangiferin in rats.Method: SD rats were randomized into 4 groups and administered by single intragastric administration of mangiferin compound,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma decoction,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex 1∶1 and 1∶3 decoctions(the dose of mangiferin:35 mg·kg-1)respectively.LC-MS-MS method was used for determination of mangiferin in rat plasma.The main pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with DAS software by non-compartmental methods.Result: After intragastric administration of 4 formulations to the rats,the plasma concentration level of mangiferin in Anemarrhenae Rhizoma decoction group was significantly higher than that in mangiferin compound group,and was decreased by combination of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex.The main pharmacokinetic parameters of mangiferin in 4 formulations were as follows:AUC0-t were 0.626,122.4,94.36,53.97 mg·L-1·h;Cmax were 0.149,21.52,16.26,8.27 mg·L-1;Tmax were 1.0,3.0,4.0,6.0 h;t1/2 were 3.41,1.46,1.65,1.77 h.Conclusion: Following combined with Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,the absorption of mangiferin from Anemarrhenae Rhizoma was decreased and prolonged with the proportion increasing of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,and while t1/2Z showed no obvious change.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the influence of rhubarb processed by different processing methods on its purgation,antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.Method: Using the method of carbo medicinalis powder efflux time determination and excreting frequency test,the purgation effects of Quanshui rhubarb in different picking Period and different processing methods were observed.The influence of rhubarb in different processing methods on its antipyretic effects was investigated,by effecting fever in rats with dried yeast.The influence of rhubarb in different processing methods on its anti-inflammatory effects was investigated,by effecting paw edema in rats with carrageenin.Result: All drug groups with different processing methods and in different picking time showed obviously as the reducing of melena efflux time and the increasing of amount of melena.Comparing with the control groups,the drug groups showed as difference significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05).One or two-year-old raw quanshui rhubarbs showed difference with 3-year-old one.The drug groups with rhubarb steaming or stir-heating with liquor also showed difference with 3-year-old one.Each raw rhubarb group(1-10 h),liquor-steaming rhubarb group(0.5-8 h)and rhubarb group stir-heating with liquor(1-8 h)could inhibit the rise of body temperature visibly and differ from the model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).After inflammation,the swelling degree of rats in drug groups with raw rhubarb and the rhubarb steaming(0.5-1 h)or stir-heating(0.5-4 h)with liquor declined significantly,therefore,differed from the control group obviously(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion: All the Quanshui rhubarbs with different processing methods and in different picking time have obvious purgation effects.Among them,the effect of 3-year-old raw rhubarb is stronger than the 1 or 2 year-old one.After being processed,the purgation effect of Quanshui rhubarb is reduced.All the Quanshui rhubarbs processed by different methods have obvious antipyretic and anti-inflammatory action.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the association of the pathogenesis and drug action target of Jingqianping and Jingqianshu granule with the expression level of 5-HTR2C in hypothalamus of rats with anger-in and anger-out constitution.Method:The model rats were prepared by the methods of residential intrusion,and treated with Jingqianping or Jingqianshu granule.Then we gained control groups,model group and treated groups.The expression of 5-HTR2C in the hypothalamus of the models was detected by RT-PCR and western blotting.Result:The levels of 5-HTR2C mRNA and protein in the hypothalamus of models decreased significantly as compared to the controls,and the levels of the anger-out-model group were higher than the anger-in group.And the levels of 5-HTR2C mRNA and protein in groups treated with Jingqianping or Jingqianshu granule increased significant as compared to the models.There were significantly difference for mRNA between the treated and the control rats.There were no significant difference for protein between the treated and the control rats.Conclusion:The expression of 5-HTR2C in the hypothalamus of the two model group decreased significantly compared to the controls,and then the protein recovered to the control level and the mRNA was adjusted after treated with Jingqianping or Jingqianshu granule.So,the result demonstrates that the association of the expression of 5-HTR2C maybe exist with anger-out and anger-in.And the gene could be one of the action target of Jingqianping and Jingqianshu granule.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Zhaqi Jiangtang Decoction on blood glucose and oxidative stress in diabetic rats.Method:The mode1 rats of diabetes were made by injection STZ into the abdominal cavity.After the model formed,the rats with diabetes were treated with Zhaqi Jiangtang Decoction,Youjiangtang through gastric feeding.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks,the influence on fasting blood glucose(FBG),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)maleicdialdehyde(MDA)for treated rats with diabetes was observed.Result: The levels of FBG and SOD were increased significantly,and the levels of CAT and SOD reduced significantly in the blood serum of the model rats compared to the normal group(P<0.05);Zhaqi Jiangtang Decoction could not only reduce the 1evers of FBG and MDA,but also rise the 1evels of CAT and SOD in the model rats(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhaqi Jiangtang Decoction has obvious effect to reduce the blood glucose and its mechanism may be related to inhibition of oxidative stress in diabetic rats.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of pachymaran on the intestinal mucosal immune response in mice,and explore the molecular mechanism of the effect.Method: ELISA was used to detected the content of ovalbumin(OVA) specific sIgA in mice fecal,and the expression rate of CD80 and CD86 in Peyer’s patches were detected by flow cytometry,the change of them were also observed after administration of pachymaran.Result: Control mice showed only background levels of anti-OVA antibody.The levels of anti-OVA specific sIgA were increased by co-administration with pachymaran.And the expression rates of CD80 and CD86 in Peyer’s patches were increased significantly,compared with those of the control mice.Conclusion: The mucosal immunity against OVA was enhanced by co-administered with pachymaran,and the function of pachymaran was related to activation of B cell.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Dachengqi Decoction(DT)on inflammatory cytokines in rats suffered from the endotoxemia,and to discuss the mechanism of DT when curing the endotoxemia.Method: Fifty SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly:sham operation group,model group,DT group,Rhei Radix et Rhizome group and Magnolia officinalis group.Two days before model establishment,rats were intervented by intragastric administration(1 g·kg-1)for the medication groups;and 1 hour after the last drug administration,model was established by CLP,then medication was continued for 3 days.The serum content of endotoxin,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-10 was detected.Result: The content of plasma endotoxin,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-10 was decreased evidently in curing group compared with those in the model group(P<0.01).Concerning IL-1β/IL-10,model group(1.218 6±0.387 9),DT group(0.389 1±0.223 9),Radix Et Rhizome Rhea group(0.366 7±0.248 9),M.officinalis group(0.372 5±0.185 8),each treatment group compared with model group also had significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: It shows that the mechanism of DT on endotoxemia is related with the antagonistic to the serum inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-1β and the moderating effect to the ratio of IL-1β/IL-10.
摘要:Objective:To observe regulation of scorpio and scolopendra on intestinal mucosal immunity system in rats with collagen induced arthritis(CIA).Method: Sixty rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,model control group,low-dose Scorpio and Scolopendra group,middle-dose Scorpio and Scolopendra group,high-dose Scorpio and Scolopendra group,and typeⅡcollagen group.Rheumatoid arthritis was induced by Collagen.Level of lymphocyte subsets from peyer’s patches was measured by flow cytometry,and expression of TGF-β1,sIgA in intestine was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Result: Cellular level of CD4+,CD8+ was obviously descending in all treated groups when compared with the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Except for middle-dose Scorpio and Scolopendra group,while expression of sIgA in enteric homogenate from other treated groups was notably heightened(P<0.01).On the contrary,TGF-β1 was remarkably lower in middle-dose Scorpio and Scolopendra group and type Ⅱcollagen group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Regulation of Scorpio and Scolopendra on intestinal mucosal immunity system in rats with collagen induced arthritis was potentially implemented by regulating balance of T-lymphocyte subsets,down-regulating expression of TGF-β1 and increasing sIgA expression in intestine.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Indigo Naturalis by different administrations.Method: Two administration ways(ig and external application)were applied respectively for 4 days.The experimental animals were randomly divided into different groups:blank control group,positive control group and Indigo Naturalis therapy groups(150,300,600 mg·kg-1 by ig;400 mg for a mice and 500 mg for a rat by external application).Analgesic effects of Indigo Naturalis were investigated by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice;anti-inflammatory effects of Indigo Naturalis were investigated by xylene-induced aruical swelling in mice and granuloma induced by cotton ball implantation in rats.Result: By ig,Indigo Naturalis decresed the pain threshold in mice caused by hot plate test to 47% and acetic acid writhing test to 40%,shown a strong difference,compared with blank control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The inhibition rate of aruical swelling was 48% on the acute inflammation model,shown a striking anti-inflammatory effect,compared with blank control group(P<0.05);but there was no great effect on the sub-acute inflammation model.By external application,Indigo Naturalis had a good analgesic effect to the pain in mice caused by hot plate(P<0.01),but did not had a good effect in the acetic acid writhing test.However,it showed good effects on both acute and subacute inflammation models(P<0.01).Conclusion: The results show that Indigo Naturalis have certain analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by different administrations.But there are several differences in the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects due to the different ways of administration.
摘要:Objective:To establish and to evaluate rat model of metabolic syndrome(MS) with abnormal glucose metablism.Method: Wistar male rats were fed with a diet of high fat,salt and sugar for 12 weeks.Afterwards,body weight,blood pressure,blood glucose,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein and insulin level were determined.According to the MS diagnostic criteria established by Chinese Diabetes Society(CDS) and statistical theory,the model was evaluated.Result: In the first 8 weeks,rats were significantly increased body weight and systolic blood pressure;in the first 12 weeks,fasting blood glucose,triglycerides,insulin level were significantly elevated,high-density lipoprotein significantly reduced.Based on the evaluation criteria,a success rate of 80% for the model was found.Conclusion: We successfully established the rat model of MS with abnormal glucose metabolism,and also the preliminary evaluation criteria for the model.

摘要:Objective:To observe the influences of water extract of Zuogui Wan on the proliferation of bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) of SD rats in vitro.Method: BMSCs of SD rats were isolated with adherent separation method and primarily cultured in vitro,morphologically observed under inverted microscope,and identified with immunohistochemical method.The proliferation of BMSCs effected by different concentration of water extract of Zuogui Wan were detected with MTT assay.Result: The BMSCs presented a long spindle shape and a colony growth pattern.CD44,CD29 on BMSCs were positive and CD34 was negative detected by immunohistochemical method.MTT assay showed absorbance of BMSCs treated with Zuogui Wan for 24 hours at the dose range of 2.5-4 g·L-1(crude drug) was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),especially the absorbance at 1 g·L-1.Conclusion: The BMSCs isolated with adherent separation method in this experiment presented the characteristics of BMSCs both in phenotypic expression and cell morphology.Within certain range of concentrations,water extract of Zuogui Wan could improve the proliferation activity of BMSCs in vitro.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of the compounds of Yulangsan polyose,Yulangsan flavones and Liuyueqing polyose against CCl4-induced liver fibrosis in rats and its mechanism.Method: Wistar rats were divided into two groups randomly:hepatic fibrosis model group and normal control group.The model group of rats with hepatic fibrosis was established by 2 mL·kg-1 intragastric administration(ig)of 50%CCl4 for 7 weeks.The rats in the normal control group were given normal saline(NS).Forty Wistar rats with hepatic fibrosis confirmed by the pathological inspection were divided into 4 groups randomly.All rats were treated with drugs or NS for four consecutive weeks by ig,once daily.Twenty-four hours after the last administration of drugs,all rats were killed,and the hepatic tissue were taken.The contents of Hyp,SOD,MDA in hepatic tissue were measured,the extent of liver fibrosis was observed by HE staining.Result: The contents of MDA(10.43±0.95) nmol·mg -1(P<0.01),Hyp(0.26±0.05) μg·mg-1(P<0.05)were decreased significantly and the contents of SOD(39.19±6.00) U·mg-1(P<0.05)were increased significantly in high dose group.All drug groups could relieve liver Fibrosis.Conclusion: The compounds of Yulangsan polyose,Yulangsan flavones,Liuyueqing polyose can relieve liver fibrosis induced by CCl4.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Taohong Siwu Decoction on myocardium interstitial collagen reconstitution in the non-infarction regions of left ventricle in rats after acute myocardial infarction.Method: Male Wistar SPF rats were used.The ventricle remodeling was induced by ligating the left main coronary artery.Ventricle remodeling rats were divided into 4 groups:Model group,Taohong Siwu Decoction group,captopril group,sham group(n=12,each).Taohong Siwu Decoction group was orally given the decoction of 4.86 g·kg-1.Captopril group was given captopril suspension at 0.2 g·kg-1 with free drinking of water.Sham group and model control groups were given the same volume of drinking water.All the rats were continuously treated for 12 weeks.Afterwards,the rats were killed,the myocardial tissues were sampled and then pathologically observed through Masson trichrome staining.The proteins of myocardial tissue collagen Ⅰand collagen Ⅲ were determined through immunohistochemical methods.Result: Myocardial myofibril and myofilament in Taohong Siwu Decoction group were in good order,normal morphology,evenly and thinly distributed collagenous fibers,myocardial mesenchyme fibrosis obviously decreased compared with those in the model comparison group.The content of myocardium collagen and the ratio of myocardial collagen type Ⅰto Ⅲ collagen protein in model control group were obviously higher than that in the sham operation group.The content of myocardium collagen and the ratio of myocardial collagen type Ⅰto Ⅲ collagen protein in Taohong Siwu group and captopril group were lower than those in model control group.Conclusion: Taohong Siwu Decoction can inhibit proliferation of myocardium interstitial collagenous fibers and expression of collagen protein after acute myocardial infarction in rats,cut down the ratio of myocardial collagen type Ⅰto Ⅲ collagen protein in the non-infarction regions of left ventricle,relief collagen reconstitution.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects two kinds of centipede on anti-tumor in vivo.Method:The effect of the two kinds of medicine contained in serum for growth inhibition of human liver cell Bel-7402 was evaluated by MTT.Inhitition of inoculated S180 tumor in mice was used to compare the two kinds of centipede.Result: There were different inhibition for liver cell proliferation of Bel-7402 of the two kinds of centipede;the inhibition rates of S180 tumors in mice were 60.95%,63.68%,69.01% and 48.52%,50.18%,50.83% by the prickly and less thorn of centipede(0.2,0.4,0.6 g·kg-1).There were obvious inhibition to grow of S180 tumor in mice(P<0.01).Conclusion: Two kinds of centipede have strong antitumor effect.Prickly centipede shows a tendency of stronger effect than that of the less thorn centipede.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the estrogenic effects of Psoraleae Fructus in ovariectomized rats.Method: Female SD rats were ovariectomized(ovx)and randomly assigned to four groups:ovariectomized without treatment,sham operated,ovx rats treated with 0.08 mg·kg-1 progynova and ovx rats treated with Psoraleae Fructus at dose of 0.59 g·kg-1 for four weeks.The rectal temperature,wet weight of uterus and adrenal gland were observed,levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH) and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) in serum were detected by ELISA.Result: Compared with untreated OVX controls,both Psoraleae Fructus and progynova treatments showed significant and clear estrogenic activity as indicated by increased weight of uterus and adrenal gland,and the reduction in rectal temperature(P<0.01).Significant increased in serum E2 and decreased in serum LH and FSH were found compared with the untreated OVX controls(P<0.01).Conclusion: Psoraleae Fructus has estrogenic activity in ovariectomized rats.
摘要:Objective:To observe the protection of genistein(Gen)on rat’s myocardial hypertrophy caused by isopropylarterenol(iso),the changes in Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activities,and the content of hydroxyproline(Hyp).Method: The rat’s myocardial hypertrophy model was formed through hypodermic injection which extended 10 days at back skin with iso,1 mg·kg-1·d-1.Once the model was formed,various doses of Gen,DMSO or NS were administrated through hypodermic injection from the second day,and the process will extend 14 days.After the last administration,the rats were fasted for 12 hours,and then hearts were taken under anesthesia.The indexes of heart and left ventricle were calculated,the concentration of Hyp as well as the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in myocardial tissue were investigated.Result: There was obvious difference between iso group and NS control group.Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activities in myocardial tissue of iso group were much weaker than those in the controls,while Hyp content,indexes of heart or left ventricle were increased.Administrated with Gen,those changes were reversed.Conclusion: Gen has a protection on rat’s myocardial hypertrophy caused by iso,and its mechanism probably comes from promoting Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activities and decreasing Hyp content.
摘要:Objective:To study the protective effect of Kadsura heteroclita(Roxb)Craib(KHC)on ethanol-induced hepatotoxicity in mice.Method: Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups to set up the model of hepatotoxicity by ethanol in mice:the normal,the ethanol model and 3 groups of KHC(33.40,16.70,8.35 g·kg-1).The activities of alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),glutathione s-transferase(GST),superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),triglyceride(TG)in liver were measured.Result: KHC(33.40,16.70 g·kg-1,qd×7)could reverse the activities of serum ALT,AST,GST,SOD and could decrease the contents of MDA,TG in liver.Conclusion: KHC showed effective protection on ethanol-induced hepatotoxicity.
摘要:Objective:To study the mechanisms of Fuxin Jian against myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Method: The experimental animals were randomly divided into the sham operation group,ischemia reperfusion model group,fluvastatin group(4 mg·kg-1),high dose of Fuxin Jian group(28 g·kg-1)and low dose of Fuxin Jian group(14 g·kg-1).The rats in each group were administrated intragastrically with defined preventive drugs for seven days.The myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury model was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary.All rats were dissected to observe pathological changes of cardiac muscle by HE staining.The contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonaldenhyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and nitric oxide(NO) in serum were measured.Apoptosis in myocardial tissue was detected by TUNEL.The expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)mRNA in rat myocardium was detected by RT-PCR.Result: Fuxin Jian could obviously ameliorate the pathological lesion caused by ischemia reperfusion injury.Compared with model group,the contents of MDA in high dose group of Fuxin Jian were decreased(P<0.05),and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were increased(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between low dose group and model group.The number of apoptotic cells were reduced significantly in both groups of Fuxin Jian(P<0.01 or P<0.05)and the expression of iNOS mRNA was inhibited to some extent.Conclusion: Fuxin Jian has protective effects on myocardial ischemia reperfusion in rats.The mechanisms might be related to scavenging oxygen free radicals,inhibiting apoptosis and reducing the expression of iNOS mRNA.
摘要:Objective:To study the molecular mechanism of treatment by Sanjia powder on the hepatic fibrosis in rats.Method: Hepatic fibrosis model of rat was established by administration of CCl4.Rats were divided into model group,malotilate group and low,middle,high dosage groups of Sanjia powder.After eight weeks,the level of transforming growth factor β(TGF-β),augmenter of liver regenration(ALR),biochemical and hepatic fibrosis pathology were observed for different groups.Result: The concentrations of HA,LN,PⅢNP,PⅣ in serum and transforming growth factor β,augmenter of liver regenration in liver of model group were higher than those in the control(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,all the Sanjia powder dosage groups could improve the liver function,reduce serum markers of hepatic fibrosis(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sanjia powder inhibited rat hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4,and the mechanism is likely related to decrease of the expression of TGF-β and ALR.

摘要:Objective:To explore whether there is the effect of Platycodon grandiflorum on the reduction of the acute toxicity of Crotonis Fructus,and the mechanism of this effect.Method: The death condition and LD50 were used to be the index to evaluate the toxic conditions in the compatibility Crotonis Fructus with different dosage of P.grandiflorum.Furthermore,we revealed the mechanism of toxicity reduction via determining the content of crotonoside in the compatibility Crotonis Fructus with different dosage of P.grandiflorum.Result: The toxicity of Crotonis Fructus was reduced after the compatibility of P.grandiflorum,especially when dosage ratio between Crotonis Fructus and P.grandiflorum is 1∶3,the degree of LD50 and the 95% confidence level elevation was biggest.Besides,after the compatibility of P.grandiflorum,the content of crotonoside was changed as parabola,which elevated firstly and reduced then.The result showed the content of crotonoside reduced 32.57%,with masimum degree,when the dosage ratio is 1∶3.Conclusion: 1∶3 of the dosage ratio is the best ratio for reducing the toxicity of Crotonis Fructus in the compatibility of P.grandiflorum.And the effect may relate to the reduction of free-state crotonoside.
摘要:Objective:To study the possible mechanism of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen(FZXZBS)Decoction’s therapeutic effects on chronic renal failure(CRF) in rats.Method: Ten rats were normal in control group(N),which were randomly selected from the total 50 male SD rats,the other 40 rats were established chronic renal failure model by gavaging with adenine.And then the model rats were randomly divided into four groups:model group(M),Losartan Potassium group(LP,5 mg·kg-1),FZXZBS decoction large and small dose groups(37.6,18.8 g·kg-1)with 10 rats per group.Finally the rats were sacrificed after 30 days treatment.Blood sample and kidney tissue were reserved.The kidney index,blood biochemical indices,pathological changes and expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in renal tissue were observed.Result:Compared with M,the levels of Scr,BUN in L and S were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the level of BUN in L was remarkably lower than that in LP(P<0.05).The kidney index in L was obviously lower than those in M and LP(P<0.01),and S was significantly lower than those in M(P<0.01)and LP(P<0.05)respectively.The expression of TGF-β1 in renal tissue in L was remarkably lower than those in M and LP(P<0.01),and even lower than that in S(P<0.05).Conclusion: FZXZBS Decoction has a preventive and therapeutic effect on CRF.Reducing of the expressions of TGF-β1 in renal tissue may be one of the mechanisms to inhibit the progress of CRF.
摘要:Objective:By determining effects of the active compounds of acetoacetate extraction of Jielv Anshentang(JLAST),on the Allopregnanolone(ALLO),a positive allosteric modulator of the action of GABA at GABAA receptors in anxious animal model to elucidate its possible mechanism of antianxiety.Method: Socially isolated male mice were administrated with JLAST(0.21 g·kg-1)for two weeks,the elevated plus maze test(EPM)was performed,and then the ALLO in brain was detected.Result: JLAST could increase the downregulated ALLO in brain of the socially isolated male mice and attenuate anxiety-like behavior in EPM by increasing the percentage of open arm entries(OE%),decreasing the close arm time;and showed a tendency to increase open arm time and entry.Conclusion: These data suggest that to normalize the downregulated ALLO and then enhence the function of GABAA-R might be the mechanism of action for the traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of anxiety disorders.

摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of Persicae Semen on tubular erithelial myofibroblast transdifferentiation in rats with renal interstitial fibrosis induced by unilateral ureteral obstruction.Method: Rat model of unilateral ureteral obstruction was used.The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:nomal group,mode group,monopril treatment group,Persicae Semen treatment group.Renal tissue was examined by light microscopy at the 2th week after operation.Immuno-histochemistry was applied to measure the expression of E-cadherin,α-SMA and FN in the renal interstitium.Result:Fibrosis was observed in the renal interstitium of rats with obstructive nephropathy,the expression of α-SMA and FN in the normal operation group was low in the renal tubular epithellal cell and renal interstitium cell,but the expression of E-cadherin was high.In comparison with normal group,the expression of α-SMA and FN of model group was markedly increased,but the expression of E-cadherin was decreased(P<0.05).In comparison with model group,Persicae Semen group could significantly decrease the expression of α-SMA and FN,but the expression of E-cadherin was increased(P<0.05);no significant difference was detected between Persicae Semen treatment group and monopril treatment group.Conclusion: Pesicae semen may suppress fibrosis development,at least in part via down regulating α-SMA and FN expression.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of quercetin on growth and apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2.Method:Using trypan blue exclusive assay,cell growth which were affected by 20,40,60,80 μmol·L-1 concentrations of quercetin were evaluated after 24,48,72 h.Mean time,the percentage of apoptotic cell was detected by FCM after 48 h.The expression of protein Bcl-2 was analyzed by western blot.Result:Inhibition rate of the nasopharyngeal cancer cell was obviously enhanced along with increase of the quercetin concentration,the effect was also showed in time course.Flow cytometry study revealed,with the concentration increased especially the concentration over 40 μmol·L-1,the percentage of apoptotic cells raised after 48h compared with the control group.The expression of protein Bcl-2 was down-regulated along with increase in quercetin concentration.When the concentration over 40 μmol·L-1,the number was significantly different compared with that of the control group.Conclusion:Quercetin can effectively inhibit tumor cell growth and induce tumor cells into apoptosis.It may be associate with the low expression of protein Bcl-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Kangxian Yixin Formula(KXYXF)for inhibiting plasma aldosterone and angiotensin Ⅱin rats with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Method: Free drinking of furazolidone solution(700 mg furazolidone in 1kg of water)was used to establish DCM in rats.The rats were divided into model group,KXYXF high-dose group,KXYXF low-dose group,captopril control group.KXYXF combined with captopril group.The rats were accordingly treated daily with normal saline,KXYXF 18.8 g·kg-1,KXYXF 4.7 g·kg-1,captopril 10.125 mg·kg-1,KXYXF 18.8 g·kg-1combined with captopril 10.125 mg·kg-1ig for 8 weeks.Plasma angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone were determined by radioimmunoassay.Result: Aldosterone and plasma Ang Ⅱ were higher in the model group and compared with those in normal group[(159.94±12.03) vs(69.47±7.79) ng·L-1 and(1.23±0.09) vs(0.34±0.11) μg·L-1accordingly,both P<0.05].Compared with the model group,angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone in all treated groups(except KXYXF low dose group)were significantly decreased(P<0.05);while the KXYXF high-dose group and the captopril group showed no significant difference(85.23±5.18) vs(87.90±6.02) ng·L-1 and(0.69±0.06) vs(0.74±0.42) μg·L-1 respectively).The KXYXF combined with captopril group showed statistically significant(P<0.05),the KXYXF low dose group was also significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: KXYXF can interfere with dilated left ventricular remodeling in rats with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).This may be related to the inhibition of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the radical scavenging effect of flavonoids from U.crinita.Method: Flavonoids were obtained from U.crinita root by extraction with 50% ethanol,ether and ethyl acetate.Total antioxidant activity was investigated by 2,2′-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate)(ABTS).The abilities of scavenging 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazy(DPPH),·OH and NO,as well as the inhibitory effect of lipid peroxidation were studied through ultraviolet spectrophotometry in vitro.Result: Flavonoids from U.crinita,ranging from 20-100 μg·mL-1,sharply scavenged the DPPH,ABTS+,·OH,NO,and inhibited lipid peroxidation dose dependently.Conclusion: Flavonoids from U.crinita shows potent ability in scavenging radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
摘要:Objective:To observe the toxic effects of Tripterygium wilfordii extract on chronic heart injury in rats.Method: Sprague-Dawley rats were administrated and randomly divided into four experimental groups:control group,low dose group,middle dose group,and high dose group of T.wilfordii(17,34,68 mg·kg-1 accordingly,by gavage)for 90 days.On the 0th,15th,30th,60th and 90th day after administrated,the electrocardiogram,serum potassium and heart function were tested.The pathological changes were evaluated by Haematoxylin-eosin(HE).Result: There was no changes in electrocardiogram,serum potassium and heart function of the rat in low dose group compared with that of the control group.But in the middle dose group,on the 60th day,Q-T interval,S-T interval,QRS interval was prolonged,heart rate decreased significantly,S-T segment changed significantly compared with those of the control group.While potassium was decreased,left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),maximum slop of left ventricular pressure(±dp/dtmax)was significantly reduced,and the left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP)was increased significantly(P<0.05).The high dose group had the similar changes with the middle group on 15th day after administrated(P<0.05).The middle dose and high dose of the T.wilfordii extract could induce significant pathological changes of rat heart compared with that of the low does group and the control group.Conclusion: The middle does and the high does of T.wilfordii extract could induce significantly cardiac injury,and pathological changes of cardiac muscular tissue.But low dose has no obvious toxicity for heart.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of treatment of eliminating dampness with aromatics on damp-pathogen syndrome in impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).Method:Patients were randomly assigned to two groups.All were treated with diet controlling,exercise treatment and diabetes millitus knowledge education.The 40 patients in the treatment group were treated by treatment of eliminating dampness with aromatics and the 40 patients in the control group were given metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets.All for 6 months.Before and after treatment,fastig plasma glucose(FPG),two hour plasma glucose(2 h PG),fasting insulin(FINS),blood fat of all the patients were detected,HOMA-IR was calculated.Result: All patients were treated 6 months later,at the effect decreasing blood glucose,the total effective rate were 87.5% in the treatment group.the total effective rate were 85% in the control group,they were the same effect.Before and after treatment,no significant differences were found between the two groups at BMI and blood lipid level.The two groups had obvious function of decreasing blood glucose.In addition,there was better function of improving clinic symptom and insulin resistance in the treatment group.Conclusion:The Chinese herbal medicine of eliminating dampness with aromatics on damp-pathogen syndrome in IGT can obviously enhance the insulin sensitivity.It can also to reverse IGT.

摘要:Objective:To observe the curative effect of the combination of Qiyudan and Schuell’ language training in treating aphasia after ischemic stroke.Method:A totle of 67 patients with aphasia after ischemic stroke were enrolled into the research and divided randomly into treatmen group and control group.In treatmen group,Qiyudan was applied in combination with language training and only language training was used in control group.To assess the linguistic function,the practical communication ability and the whole therapeutic effect of aphasia before and after treatment.Result:Compare the two groups after treatment,the scores of spoken language expression,reading ablities in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The practical communication ability in the control group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The whole therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiyudan combined with language training provided remarkable therapeutic effects in treating of aphasia after ischemic stroke,and it was better than simple laguage training.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Xingnaojing injection(XNJ)on malondial dehyde(MDA),six-eight superoxide dismutase(SOD),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8) in patients with acute brain injury,and investigate brain protective mechanism of XNJ.Method: 68 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were divided randomLy into experimental group and control group,34 cases in each group.Conventional therapy was used in control group.On the base of control group,30 mL XNJ with 5% glucose injection 500 mL were used in experimental group(once a day,10 days a course).MDA,SOD,TNF-α,IL-8 were measured before therapy and after therapy.Result: Compared with that before therapy,Glasgow comascale(GCS) and SOD increased,MDA and TNF-α and IL-8 decreased significantly in experimental groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with that in control group,GCS and SOD increased,MDA,TNF-α and IL-8 decreased in experimental groups,there was a significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: XNJ can activate SOD,remove intracalvarium oxygen radicals,inhibit inflammatory factor such as TNF-α,and then improve consciousness of brain injury patients.
摘要:Objective:To observe the community-based intervention effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation on Chronic obstructive pulmonary by disease(COPD).Method:Eighty cases of stable stage of COPD were divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both two groups were treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group were treated with comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation.The two groups were treated for six months.Then the clinical effect,infection number of times and quality of life,body mass index,airflow obstruction,dyspnea and exercise capacity index(BODE) in both groups before and after treatment were observed.Result:After six months,the two groups showed improvment in clinical symptoms.The effect of treatment group(90.52%) was better than the control group(70.43%).The treatment ould decrease infection number of times(P<0.01,P<0.05),the control group could not decrease inflammation.Quality of life,somatesthesia and physiological function index were very significantily raised in the treatment group(P<0.05).The effect of treatment group was better than the control group on the BODE index.Conclusion:Comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation can improve clinical symptoms and stabilize the disease,and better than that of purely western medicine treatment.
摘要:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ephedra decoction of original dosage of treatise on febrile disease in the treatment of influenza with cold syndrome.Method: A randomized,positive drug-led trial was conducted on patients(aged 18 to 65 years)with cold syndrome in influenza,which presented influenza symptoms and elevated body temperature(38.0 ℃ or higher) within 48 hours.These patients were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A(32 patients,Ephedra decoction of original dosage,oral decoction 3 times a day,for 3 days),group B(31 patients,Ephedra decoction of conventional dosage recommended by the textbook of the current Chinese medicine colleges and universities,oral decoction 3 times a day,for 3 days),group C(30 patients,compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide granules,1-2 granules once,3 times a day,for 3 days).Result: ninty three patients with cold syndrome of influenza were defined as effective analysis cases(32 cases in group A,31 cases in group B and 30 cases in group C.①The total significant efficiency rate of 24 h temperature effect test in group A was 93.75%(30/32),which was significantly higher than that in group B(67.74%,21/31)and in group C(36.67%,11/30)(P<α′=0.017).②The effective rate of TCM symptoms test in group A was(90.63%,29/32),which was significantly higher than that in group B(61.29%,19/31))and in group C(30.00%,9/30),there was a significant difference between group A,group B and group C(P<0.017).③The effect of remission fever and symptoms:The course of fever and symptoms in group A was(23.91±12.87) h and(38.45±20.53) h,which was significantly shorter than that in group B(35.78±16) h,(51.34±29.71) h and that in group C(85.45±22.16) h,(106.34±35.45)h,through binary comparison of the 3 groups(P<0.05).④The ratio of complications incidence and antibiotic utilization:3.13%(1/32)and 3.13%(1/32)in group A,which was significantly lower than that in group C(30.00%,9/30),30.00%(9/30)(P<0.017).For safety analysis,adverse reaction was found in neither group A nor group B,except for 1 case of somnolence,1 case of dizziness,1 case of stomach discomfort in group C.Conclusion: Ephedra decoction of original dosage can effectively shorten the course of influenza,alleviate influenza symptoms,shorten fever time and reduce the incidence of influenza complications.The clinical curative effect was significantly better than Ephedra decoction of conventional dosage or dextromethorphan hydrobromide granules.Ephedra decoction of original dosage is effective and quite safe in treating early influenza.

摘要:This article summarizes its pharmacological effects,toxicity,and adverse reactions,reported in the literatures in recent some 20 years.Modern pharmacological study has proved its multiple function,such as anti-bacteria,anti-inflammatory,anti-virus,anti-tumor,enhancing immunity etc,the main clinical indication includes thrombocytopenic purpura,acute and chronic nephritis,renal edema and psoriasis.Among them,the actions of anti-inflammatory and immunity are prominent.Polysaccharides and saponins could extensively regulate many cytokines.At present,clinical reports on acute poisoning have been found.Patients all show sympathetic nerve excitement and gastrointestinal irritation with different degrees.Toxic performances were related to digestive,central nervous,cardiovascular,respiratory and other systems.Death could be induced as serious toxicity happened.Animal experiments have also confirmed its toxicity,including potential mutagenicity.Therefore,for safety and effectiveness in the clinic,further research and attention should be paid to the adverse responses of Phytolaccae and the approach of decreasing the toxicity.
摘要:Drugs loaded in drug eluting stents(DESs) were introduced in this review.DESs have been dominant for the treatment of coronary artery disease in the interventional cardiology world owing to their preponderance in reducing restenosis.However,late in-stent thrombosis has become a major concern.Aiming to provide a clue for the design of future DES,this review focuses on the development of drugs(rapamycin,tacrolimus,everolimus,mytrolimus,taxinol) loaded in DESs and their roles in restenosis and thrombosis.Currently,there is insufficient information to evaluate the safety and efficacy of herbal medicine loaded in DESs for clinical use.Traditional Chinese Medicines(TCMs) have been extensively used to prevent and cure many diseases in China due to its low toxicity and rare complications.If herbal extracts(tetramethylpyrazine,emodin,curcumine,triptolide,puerarin,etc.) were loaded in DESs,the restenosis and thrombosis rate would decrease.
摘要:In the present paper,the general situation of analysis on Strychnos nux-vomica.in vitro and in vivo at home and abroad in a decade was summarized from the perspective of drug analysis.It was feasible for application to routine quality control,preliminary screening of trace levels of S.nux-vomica for pharmacokinetic study,forensic analysis as well as doping control.In the light of HPLC,GC-MS,HPLC-MS,HTLC,HPCE etc,comparisons among different analysis were conducted.Furthermore,it was demonstrated that Chromatography-Mass spectrometry and on-line pre-enrichment technology are actively used in analysis on S.nux-vomica in vitro and in vivo currently.

摘要:Insulin is an effective drug for diabetes mellitus in clinical practice,but the main administration is injection because of its quick degradation in gastrointestinal tract.To facilitate the use of insulin in clinical practice,the Non-injecting administration is investigated.In recent years,Non-injecting route of administration of insulin preparations has become a research hotspot.In recent years,better ways of insulin administration are being sought.Insulin has been rapidly developed in its non-injective delivery.Meanwhile,according to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,Chinese herbal medicine was effective in the treatment of diabetes.Traditional Chinese medicine combined insulin therapy can obtain better therapeutic effect.The recent developments for insulin administration and combination with TCM are reviewed and analyzed.
摘要:To explore the establishment of new quality control and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine model.By analyzing the current limitations of traditional Chinese medicine quality control model,Guizhifuling Fangwas selected as the internal reference substance,to review the material basis of their progress.Chinese herbal compound is the main form of the treatment of Chinese medicine,the material base is one of the key issues and the basis for quality control.Guizhifuling Fang of various drugs in the treatment of gynecological diseases from promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis,reducing swelling of the effect,the material basis of their dysmenorrhea have some progresses.However,the research of the material basis of Guizhifuling Fang in treatment-related gynecological blood stasis diseases is not perfect.With the development of modern traditional Chinese medicine preparation,quality control has become a key issue.This review synthesized the relevant literatures of Guizhifuling Fang and summarized the research progress of it and its preparation of quality control material basis.Then put forward the traditional Chinese medicine "component structure" of quality control model based on the "component structure theory " to support a scientific basis for the in-depth study of Guizhifuling Fang branches.

摘要:Objective:This article summarized the clinical research situation in the recent five years in treating neurogenic bladder of diabetes with by integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with western medicine.The literature indicated: The primary treatment is important,and it is the prerequisite of combination of TCM and western medicine.The content includes health education,diet control,suitable sports,the urination training and so on;The practice of western medicine treatment is essential,but it must be reasonable and standard,Generally there are two aspects,the control of blood glucose and the repair of nerves.TCM has many approaches,mainly two aspects: orally applied herbal decoctions and acupuncture.However,the treatment can not leave the basis of symptom-complex differentiation,the characteristic essence of TCM,neurogenic bladder of diabetes can be treated from the kidney,the spleen and the lung,The kidney is the key,it is should also consider that qi deficiency factor,yin deficiency factor,yang deficiency factor and blood stasis factor.The pattern of integrated TCM with western medicine utilizes simultaneously two approaches,the Chinese and the western,and based on the primary treatment.The integrated pattern is better than that of either the Chinese only and that of the western only.The article also put forward the existing problems and the prospect of the future development.Nationwide researches with large samples are expected.

摘要:To explore the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) guide theory and drug targeting so as to provide new ideas for studying the targeting drug delivery system.Investigate TCM guide theory’s evolution,clinical application,affinity of meridian-lead-in drugs and target sites and the results of actions on other drugs’ absorption,distribution and therapeutic effect,summarize and put forward the arguments.Through reviewing a large number of literatures,it has been found that TCM guide theory and modern target-tropism administration have certain correlation.The application of TCM guide theory can pave a new way for studying the modern targeting drug delivery system to enhance the drug targeting.

摘要:Didang Decoction from ’Shanghanlun’ is onsisted of Shuizhi,Mengchong,Taoren,Daihuang.The collected the modern medical research literature on the decoction,benign prostatic hypertrophy,unstable angina,diabetes,deep vein thrombosis,thrombotic phlebitis,post-traumatic constipation,ulcerative colitis,cerebral hemorrhage,anti-cancer,immune function,diabetic complications,atherosclerosis,restenosis after PTCA against coronary heart disease,improving brain blood vessels,anti-inflammatory cytokines,protection for function of brain cells,and other aspects of the decoction.help expand Didangtang applications and related diseases.However,the current researches are mostly samll sized studies,lack of multi-centered double-blined studies.It is recommendated that the future studies should be more scientific and reliable.
