      摘要:Objective: To investigate applicability of ultrafiltration membrane with different materials in Qihong Maitong injection. Method: With transmissivity of active ingredients and bacterial endotoxin as indexes,4 kinds of different materials(polysulfone,polyether sulfone,polypropylene and blending) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane with the same entrapped relative molecular mass of 100 kDa were selected to ultrafiltrate.The removal of bacterial endotoxin and transmittance of active ingredients before and after ultrafiltration was detected by kenitie-turbidimetry method,which were adopted to determine the best appropriate ultrafiltration membrane material. Result: Polypropylene-100 kDa ultrafiltration membrane not only could effectively remove bacterial endotoxin,but also had a higher transmittance of active ingredients,it was suitable for purification of Qihong Maitong injection. Conclusion: Ultrafiltration could effectively remove bacterial endotoxin,while removal effect of bacterial endotoxin with different materials of ultrafiltration membranec was different.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare acetaminophen-sodium alginate-carbon nanotubes gels microsphere,and investigate its in vitro release properties. Method: With acetaminophen as a model drug,1-ethyl-3(3-dimethylamino-propyl) carbodiimide as a coupling agent,and surface properties were improved by sodium alginate in order to prepare acetaminophen-sodium alginate-carbon nanotubes gels microsphere.Surface morphology of modified acetaminophen-sodium alginate-carbon nanotubes gels microsphere was analysed by FTIR and characterized by scanning electron microscope,release mechanism of acetaminophen-sodium alginate-carbon nanotubes gels microsphere artificial intestinal fluid was investigated. Result: After modified,drug loadings and release amount in medium of acetaminophen-sodium alginate-carbon nanotubes gels microsphere decreased with increasing the content of carbon nanotubes in this gels microsphere,and this gels microsphere showed a long time of release and drug release completely in simulated intestinal fluid. Conclusion: Multi-walled carbon nanotubes could be used as a drug delivery carrier for sustained-release preparations.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology of Catharsius molossus extract by DA201-C macroporous resin. Method: Single factor test was adopted to evaluate absorption capacity of DA201-C macroporous resin and some factors affecting purification technology,such as pH,eluting agent,flow rate and other factors.Automatic amino acid analyzer was used to analyze purified intermediates. Result: The best purification technology were as follows:the concentration of the sample solution 17.6 g·L-1,adsorption rate 2 BV·h-1, pH of the sample solution 4.0,eluted by 1 BV of deionized water and 4 BV of 70% ethanol,respectively.Desalination rate was up to 98.81%,the recovery rate of peptides in intermediates of C. molossus was up to 87.39%,the total content of bound amino acids (polypeptides) in alcohol eluate was 32.26%. Conclusion: This technology was simple,feasible and could be used for desalination and purification of intermediates of C. molossus.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of Coptis total alkaloids gelatin microsphere. Method: Coptis total alkaloids gelatin microsphere was prepared by emulsified cross linking method,with composite score of encapsulation efficiency and drug loading as index,effects of the concentration of gelatin,the dosage of crosslinking agent,feeding dosage and ratio of oil phase-water phase on preparation technology was investigated by orthogonal design. Result: Optimal preparation technology was obtained with the concentrations of gelatin 12%,the dosage of Coptis total alkaloids 1.7%,ratio of water phase to oil phase 1:12,the dosage of crosslinking agent 15%.These drug loaded microsphere were spherical with smooth surface,encapsulation efficiency was 63.7%,drug loading was 6.50%. Conclusion: This optimized preparation technology was reliable and stable,the prepared microsphere had good quality.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize trypsin extraction technology of polysaccharides from Houttuynia cordata by BP-neural network model and orthogonal test. Method: With yield and content of polysaccharides as indexes,effect of the dosage of trypsin,time and temperature on extraction technology by orthogonal test and artificial neural network. Result: Optimum extraction technology of orthogonal test was as following:the dosage of trypsin 2%,soaked 2.5 h at 45 ℃;Optimum extraction technology of BP neural network model was as following:the dosage of trypsin 2.5%,soaked 2.4 h at 45 ℃,which was higher than orthogonal design in comprehensive score. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology of BP neural network model had good results in practical applications for short time and low energy consuming.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate feasibility of UV and co-chromatography for evaluating in vitro dissolution of Chinese medicine preparations. Method: With 0.1 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid as release medium,in vitro dissolution of Xiaochaihu tablets was determined according to the 2005 edition of 'Chinese Pharmacopoeia',absorbance of release solution at 272 nm was determined by UV,the content of baicaline was determined by HPLC.UV absorption ingredients of this solution were divided into two parts—the defined ingredient (baicaline) and the undefined ingredients (other ingredients). Result: HPLC could reflect dissolution of baicaline(the defined ingredient);UV could describe dissolution of other ingredients through deducting UV absorption of baicaline from release solution. Conclusion: In vitro dissolution of Chinese medicine preparations could be better measured and assessed by co-chromatography and UV.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize alcohol extraction technology of Qingzhi Tongmai granules. Method: With total content of saikosaponin a,saikosaponin d,jujuboside A,spinosin and yield of dry extract as index,orthogonal design was taken for investigating effects of the concentration of alcohol,the amount of alcohol,extraction time and times on extraction technology. Result: Optimal extraction conditions were as followings:reflux extracted 3 times with 6 folds of 70% ethanol for 1.5 hours each time. Conclusion: This optimized technology was reasonable,stable,simple,and suitable for industrial production of Qingzhi Tongmai granules.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize inclusion technology of pennyroyal-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes. Method: Pennyroyal-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes were prepared by saturated aqueous solution method,with inclusion rate of pennyroyal as index,effects of materials feed ratio,inclusion time and tempreature on inclusion technology were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test,and the inclusion complexes was identified by TLC and UV. Result: The best inclusion conditions were as followings:ratio of pennyroyal and HP-β-CD 1: 4,inclusion time 1 h,inclusion temperature of 30 ℃.Under these conditions,inclusion rate of pennyroyal was 15.45%. Conclusion: This optimized inclusion technology was stable and feasible,pennyroyal-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes had been formed,and inclusion process had no effects on volatile oil components.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare dehydroandrographolide self-emulsifying formulation and evaluate its quality. Method: Types of prescription accessories were screened by solubility test;With emulsifying effect,emulsification equilibrium time,particle size and distribution of this emulsions,accessories were determined by orthogonal test,and optimum prescription was determined by combining with ternary phase diagrams.After diluted,appearance,particle size,Zeta potential and stability of this formulation were investigated. Result: Optimum prescription of dehydroandrographolide self-emulsifying formulation was as following:mtween-80: mMCT:mglycerin=50:20:30,particle size of 23.7 nm,Zeta potential of -14.47 mV.Self-emulsifying speed was rapid,and it had good stability at room temperature for 3 months. Conclusion: This optimized preparation technology was simple with fast emulsifying time and small particle size,prepared self-emulsifying formulation was clear and transparent with stable quality.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize forming technology of Huanglian Zicao ointments by orthogonal test. Method: With release rate of ferulic acid,berberine and phellodendrine as comprehensive evaluation index,the content of indicators ingredients was determined by HPLC,the amount of CMC-Na,glycerol,propylene glycol and azone were selected as factors,prescription of Huanglian Zicao ointments was investigated by orthogonal test and in vitro release properties test. Result: The best formula was as following:CMC-Na 4%,glycerin 8%,propylene glycol 6%, azone4%. Conclusion: This optimized forming technology had good stability,the main factor of in vitro release was matrix dosage,followed by the dosage of glycerin and propylene glycol,and azone had less effect.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Huangqi Jianzhong granules. Method: Water extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design method and response surface method with yield of paeoniflorin and dry extract as indexes.Effects of the amount of water,extraction time and times on extraction technology of Huangqi Jianzhong granules was investigated,and extraction effect of this two methods was compared in order to choose the better one,transfer rate of paeoniflorin of 87.4%. Result: Optimum extraction procedure was:extracted 3 times with 8 folds of water,1 hour each time. Conclusion: This process was simple,economical,practical and suitable for extraction of active ingredients from Huangqi Jianzhong granules.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology of Kubai Fuyan suppositories. Method: Macroporous resin method was adopted,with the content of berberine hydrochloride,matrine and osthole as index,type of macroporous resin and its purification technology was screened by single factor test.The content of indicators ingredients were determined by HPLC. Result: HPD-400A type macroporous resin was selected with optimum purification technology was as following:ratio of resin and crude drug 1: 3,the sample solution concentration of g·mL-1 with pH 8,elution flow rate of 1.5 BV·h-1,eluated with 5 BV water,then eluated with 5 BV of 20% ethanol and 40% ethanol,merged ethanol eluent,recovered,dried,then received purified extracts. Conclusion: Drug loading of suppositories increased 4.3 times after purified with HPD-400A type macroporous resin.This optimized purification technology was stable and feasible,which could be used for industrial production of Kubai Fuyan suppositories.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation technology of andrographolide suspensions. Method: Andrographolide suspensions were prepared by dispersion method.Prescription was optimized by orthogonal test with composite score of sedimentation ratio,re-dispersibility and dissolution as index. Result: Optimum formulation technology was composed of andrographolide 100 mg,glycerol 5 mg (0.5%) and carboxymethyl-cellulose sodium 5 mg (0.5%) per 1 mL suspensions.These prepared andrographolide suspensions showed satisfactory properties including 99% sedimentation ratio and 100% re-dispersibility with dissolution of 99.59% in 1 hour. Conclusion: This optimized formulation technology was stable and feasible, and the obtained andrographolide suspensions had good physical stability which met quality requirements of suspensions.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of total saponins from Mirabilis himalaica. Method: Taking Ginsenoside Re as a reference substance,the content of total saponins was determined by vanillin-perchloric acid colorimetric method.Effect of ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time,extraction times and solid-liquid ratio on yield of total saponins was investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Effect of factors on yield of total saponins was in order of extraction temperature>extraction time>solvent concentration.Optimum process was as following:extracted 2 times with 12 folds of 60% ethanol at 70 ℃,2 h per time. Yield of total saponins was 0.704%. Conclusion: It is feasible that total saponins from M. himalaica was extracted by reflux method.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize conventional,microwave and ultrasonicwave-assisted vacuum reflux extraction technologies for total from Epimedium brevicornu,and compare extraction efficiency of this 3 technologies. Method: Taking yield of icariin as index,L9(34) orthogonal test was used to optimize conventional,microwave and ultrasonicwave-assisted vacuum reflux extraction technologies. Result: Optimum technology conditions of conventional vacuum reflux extraction were as followings:vacuum degree 0.07 MPa,extracted 3 times with 20 minutes each time,yield of icariin 88.06%.Optimum conditions of microwave-assisted vacuum reflux extraction technology were:extraction power 500 W,extracted 2 times with 20 minutes per time,extraction rate of icariin was 93.27%.Optimum conditions of ultrasonicwave-assisted vacuum extraction technology were:extraction power 200 W,extracted 2 times with 10 minutes per time,extraction rate of icariin was 94.16%. Conclusion: These three vacuum reflux processes were all better than atmospheric reflux extraction.In practical application,we should choose process with high efficiency,little pollution,energy saving,convenient operation.

      摘要:Objective: To get anti-hypertensive activity polypeptides from porcine blood. Method: Through in vitro simulation of in vivo metabolism,enzymatic hydrolysis,ultrafiltration and gel column chromatography were adopted to separate polypeptides,and MALDI-TOF-MS was used to identify structures.Inhibition of anti-hypertensive activity polypeptides from porcine blood to angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) was detected,and in vitro activity tracking adopted;Effect of these activity polypeptides on systolic blood pressure (SBP) of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) was detected,and adopted in vivo activity verification. Result: An active polypeptide pep4 was obtained from porcine blood,its amino sequence was VVLLGDV with relative molecular mass of 714 Da,it had a strong in vitro ACE inhibitory activity with IC50=0.325 g·L-1.During 1-36 h after administration,pep4 had a significant reduction(P<0.05) in blood pressure on SHR and SBP decreased 10-25 mmHg,antihypertensive effect after administrating 15 h was the most obvious. Conclusion: Polypeptide pep4 was first obtained from porcine blood,it had a significant antihypertensive effect.As a active peptide source for looking for antihypertensive activity peptides,it had prospects for development of new antihypertensive drugs,and it was worth of further study.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules. Method: HPLC was used with Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 in a gradient elution,detection wavelength was 327 nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and column temperature was 30 ℃.Fingerprints of 10 batches of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules were established. Result: Under these selected spectrum condition,14 common peaks were marked in fingerprints of 10 batches of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules,similarity of 10 batches soft capsules were more than 0.97. Conclusion: This method had good precision,repeatability and stability,which were satisfied to comprehensive evaluation for quality of Yinqiao Jiedu soft capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the chemical constituents of the liposoluble content among different levels Lonicerae Japonica Flos in Hebei. Method: The liposoluble constituents were extracted by CO2 supercritical extraction and the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Result: The Lonicerae japonica flos in Hebei was rich in liposoluble content that first-class has 57 varieties, second-class has 48 varieties and the third has 47 varieties. The essential components were hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters, unsaturated fatty acid, alkenes, ketones, aldehydes. The 12 kinds of constituents were same in three samples and of them the content of nonacosane was the highest with 31.345%, 30.642%, 37.64%. Conclusion: There are many differences in liposoluble content among different levels of Lonicerae Japonica Flos.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determining hesperidin in Fufang Doukou mixtures. Method: Chromatography conditions were as followings:Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), mobile phase of methanol-2% acetic acid (35: 65),a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength at 283 nm,the column temperature at 35 ℃,the injection volume 10 μL. Result: A good linear relationship between peak areas and the concentration of hesperidin was observed within the range of 2.084-83.36 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 98.6% with RSD 1.8%. Conclusion: This method was rapid,accurate and reliable,it could provide a reference for quality control of Fufang Doukou mixtures.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD characteristic fingerprint for Ermu granules. Method: HPLC-ELSD was employed,separation was carried out on Global Chromatography C18column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of water-acetonitrile with gradient elution,flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,temperature of drift tube maintained at 45 ℃,the gain value 1,flow rate of atomizing air set at 1.5 L·min-1.Ten batches of Ermu granules were determined,and fingerprints of them were compared with raw materials of Anemarrhena asphodeloides and extracts of A. asphodeloides,similarity among them was analysed by 2004 Edition A of 'Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine'. Result: The similarity between ten batches of Ermu granules and raw materials of A. asphodeloides,extracts of A. asphodeloides were very high(0.960-0.998). Conclusion: HPLC-ELSD fingerprint of Ermu granules could make its quality evaluation system more completed, which could provide a reference for study of 'raw materials of Chinese medicine-intermediate materials-products' for the whole process control of other preparations varieties.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of loganin in Ziyin Mingmu tablets. Method: HPLC was adopted,chromatographic conditions were as followings:Kromasil ODS column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),column temperature at 25 ℃,mobile phase of water-acetonitrile(90: 10),flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength 250 nm. Result: The linear range of loganin was 0.16-0.8 μg,the regression equation of it was Y=2 117.5X-10.638(r=0.999 5),the average recovery was 99.79% with RSD 0.64%(n=6). Conclusion: This method was reliable,rapid and reproducible,so it could be used for quality control of Ziyin Mingmu tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To establish quality standard of Maxing Qinlong mixtures. Method: TLC was used to qualitative identification of Ephedra sinica,Scutellaria baicalensis,Pheretima aspergillum,Glycyrrhiza uralensis in Maxing Qinlong mixtures;The content of baicalin in Maxing Qinlong mixtures was determined by HPLC. Result: TLC showed specific,negative non-interference;The regression equation of baicalin was Y=1.552 3×106X+9.428 6 (r=0.999 9) with the linear range of 0.115 2-0.806 4 μg,and the average recovery was 98.6% (RSD 1.44%). Conclusion: This method was convenient,accurate with higher sensitivity,it could be used for controlling quality of Maxing Qinlong mixtures.

      摘要:Objective: To study the constituents from Oxytropis falcate and their antitumor activity. Method: Constituent isolation and purification was carried by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis.Cytotoxicity of compounds 1, 3, 5 was assessed using MTT colorimetric method against HepG2, B16F10, SMMC-7721, HuH7 and MDA-MB-231 tumor cell lines. Result: Five compounds(1-5) were elucidated as 7-methoxy flavanone (1), 7-hydroxy flavonone (2), 2', 4'-dihydroxy chalcone (3), 2', 4'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxy chalcone (4) and N-2-phenylethylcinnamamide (5). The compounds 3 showed the strongest cytotoxic effect on these five cell lines with IC50 values of 68.60, 169.67, 105.88, 175.18, 172.37 μmol·L-1 respectively. Conclusion: Compound 5 was isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 3 showed significant antitumor activity.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, rutin, hyperoside, quercetin and kaempferol in Hypericum scabrum. Method: A high-performance liquid chromatography equipped a Sunfire C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with UV detector used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid, rutin, hyperoside, quercetin and kaempferol were 0.01-0.61 μg (r=0.999 6), 0.10-2.02 μg (r=0.999 7), 0.10-1.01 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.10-1.24 μg (r=0.999 7), 0.005 7-0.17 μg (r=0.999 7), the average recoveries were 98.87% (RSD 1.43%), 99.81% (RSD 0.86%), 99.98% (RSD 0.82%), 98.8% (RSD 1.73%), 99.85 (RSD 1.79%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be used for quality control of H. scabrum.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and Re in Shenmai injection of different manufacturers. Method: Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water (19:81) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was set at 220 nm; the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and injection volume was 20 μL. Result: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.086-4.296 μg (r=0.999 9) for ginsenoside Rg1, 0.050-2.480 μg (r=0.999 8) for ginsenoside Re. The average recovery of ginsenoside Rg1 was 99.7% (RSD 1.11%), ginsenoside Re was 100.0% (RSD 1.32%). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, which can be used for the determination of Shenmai injection.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of six ingredients protocatechuic aldehyde, hyperoside, rosmarinic acid, sithospermic acid, salvianolic acid B, quercetin in hawthorn and salvia miltiorrhiza extracts. Method: The separation was performed on a Phenomsil-C18 ODS (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with the gradient elution of acetonitrile-water of 0.5% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Detection wavelength was set at 300 nm. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: Protocatechuic aldehyde, hyperoside, rosmarinic acid, lithospermic acid, salvianolic acid B, quercetin had good linearity in the ranges of 0.021 58-0.107 9 μg (r=0.999 4), 0.102 6-0.513 0 μg(r=0.999 2), 0.157 5-0.787 5 μg (r=0.999 0), 0.245 6-1.228 μg (r=0.999 1), 2.600-13.00 μg (r=0.999 0), 0.085 1-0.425 6 μg (r=0.999 1) respectively. The average recoveries (n=6) of protocatechuic aldehyde, hyperoside, rosmarinic acid, lithospermic acid, salvianolic acid B, quercetin were 99.1%, 99.3%, 100.2%, 99.2%, 98.9%, 99.2% respectively with RSDs of the recovery were less than 3%. Conclusion: The developed method is helpful to control the quality of hawthorn and salvia miltiorrhiza extracts.

      摘要:Objective: High-performance liquid chromatography array mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) method was developed for determination of the concentration of 10 different ginsenosides of different medical parts of Panax quinquefolium, which collected from original habitat in Ontario of Canada. Method: Sample solution was separated on a DIKMA diamonsil (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). Acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile-0.05% acetic acid aqueous solution were used as mobile phase and the flow rate through the HPLC column was 0.3 mL·min-1 and the entire effluent was directed to the mass spectrometer. The column temperature was kept at 35 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. MS analysis was monitored in positive mode. The conditions of ESI source were as follows: sheath gas flow rate, 10 L·min-1; sweep gas flow rate, 10 L·min-1; spray voltage, 4.5 kV; capillary temperature, 320 ℃; capillary voltage 30 V. Result: All calibration curves showed good linearity (r>0.999) within the test ranges. The average recovery of the method was between 95% and 102%, RSD<2.68%. The concentration of single ginsenoside of root, stem and leaf was quite different; that of Re and Rb1 of root and that of Rb2 and Rb3 of leaf was higher than others; that of stem was lower than that of root and leaf, moreover that of some samples of leaf was higher than that of root. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, replicate and suitable for the determination of P. quinquefolium. It is suggested that the leaf of P. quinquefolium can be used a new resource of ginsenoside.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the correlation between the average weight of Ligusticum chuanxiong and the content of effective components, thus revealing the connotation of grades division of L.chuanxiong, and compare the content of ferulic acid, total phenolic acids in L.chuanxiong from new and traditional producing areas, thus providing references for the quality control of L.chuanxiong. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of ferulic acid in L.chuanxiong from new and traditional producing areas. UV spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of total phenolic acids with gallic acid as reference. SPSS software was adopted to analyze the correlation between the weight of L.chuanxiong and the content of ferulic acid and total phenolic acids. Result: The content of ferulic acid in L.chuanxiong from new and traditional producing areas was 0.173 4% to 0.312 9%, while the content of total phenolic acids was 0.978 6% to 1.472 3%. There were small differences between the content of ferulic acid and total phenolic acids in L.chuanxiong from different producing areas. The average weight of L.chuanxiong had a positive correlation between the content of ferulic acid. Conclusion: There were no significant differences between the content of ferulic acid and total phenolic acids, showed that the new and traditional producing areas all were suitable for the cultivation of L.chuanxiong, and the imbalance between supply and demand of L.chuanxiong could be relieved by introduction cultivation. The average weight of L.chuanxiong had a positive correlation between the content of ferulic acid, thus revealing the connotation of grades division of L.chuanxiong and providing theoretical supports for its grades division.

      摘要:Objective: To research the infrared and Raman spectroscopic of three batches of realgar and one batch of realgar piece. Method: The realgar samples were identified and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy combine with second derivative Raman spectroscopy. Result: There appear infrared absorption peak near the location of 3 400, 1 630 cm-1 of each sample; there also appear the absorption peaks in the range of 1 500 cm-1 to 400 cm-1. However, none of them is the characteristic infrared absorption peak of realgar. There appear strong characteristic Raman peaks at the wave number location of 182,234,271,342 cm-1, etc, both in Raman spectroscopy and its second derivative spectra. Conclusion: Infrared spectroscopy is not applicable for identify the characteristics of realgar; Raman spectroscopy can reflect characteristic absorption peaks of realgar better than Infrared spectroscopy, and it has the advantages of fast, easy, accurate, etc. This method is worth to get a wider range of applications in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the belonging of fingerprint peaks of HPLC fingerprints for Gardeniae Fructus and the prepared medical materials. Method: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by injecting the sample solution each time on a CenturySIL C18 BDS column (4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 1% acetate acid -water and 1% acetate acid -acetonitrile. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the column temperature was maintained at (30±0.15)℃ and the DAD detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Result: 35 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks by taking Geniposide peak as the reference peak. The fingerprint peaks were classified according to the characters of their UV-spectrum. The normalization value of fingerprint peak of Gardeniae Fructus and the prepared medical materials were calculated. Conclusion: The iridoid glycosides, organic acids and saffrons were the main compositions in Gardeniae Fructus, but their proportion varied among the crude drugs from different areas and their proportion also varied as they were prepared in different conditions.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of vitexin,lsovitexin and narcissin in extract of Microcos paniculata. Method: Waters XbridgeTM C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a step gradient of methanol-1%phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm, and the column temperature was at 25 ℃. Result: There was good linear relationship in the range of 8.152-29.79 mg·L-1 forvitexin,8.208-28.73 mg·L-1 forlsovitexin and 41.60-145.6 mg·L-1 for narcissin.The average recoveries of vitexin,lsovitexinand narcissinwere 96.30%,97.32%and 102.22% respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of extract of M.paniculata.

      摘要:Objective: To study and improve the quality standard of Hypericum japonicum with isoquercitrin and quercitrin as index. Method: TLC was used for qualitative identification method. Quercitrin and isoquercitrin were determined by HPLC. Result: The TLC spots of isoquercitrin and quercitrin were clear, well separated; the results of 10 batch of H. japonicum from different area were consistent. Average content of isoquercitrin was 0.4%, the average content of quercitrin was 0.5%; the recovery of isoquercitrin was 99.39% with RSD of 1.85%, and the recovery of quercitrin was 98.98% with RSD of 2.76%. Conclusion: Qualitative and quantitative methods are rapid, accurate, with strong specificity and good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Hypericum japonicum.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Lysionotus pauciflorus from Guizhou, and to compare the difference of L. pauciflorus, so as to provide scientific basis for quality evaluation of L. pauciflorus. Method: HPLC analysis was performed on a Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the eluting system of gradient consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% H3PO4.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 334 nm. Result: The HPLC fingerprint was established and compared by 12 batch of samples similarity with 15 common peaks. The main composition of different origin samples is basically the same. But there is large difference between each component. Conclusion: This method is reliable and repeatable, it can be used to determine HPLC fingerprint in different origin L. pauciflorus from Guizhou. And it helps to regulate the quality of medical resources and provide scientific basis in the future.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of different processing factors on content of curcumin and germacrone in Curcuma wenyujin. Method: The content of curcumin and germacrone in C. wenyujin and different processed products were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions of curcumin: the column was Lichrospher ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm); the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water(5% glacial acetic acid) (45: 55); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength was 262 nm. The column temperature was room temperature. The chromatographic conditions of germacrone: the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water (75: 25); the detection wavelength was 210 nm; the column, flow rate and column temperature were the same to the chromatographic conditions of curcumin. Result: Different processing methods had different influence on the content of curcumin and germacrone in C. wenyujin,the content of curcumin in descending order was C. wenyujin mixed with vinegar>C. wenyujin>C.wenyujin mixed with vinegar after baking=C. wenyujin stir-baked with vinegar>C. wenyujin stir-baked; the content of curcumin in descending order was C. wenyujin mixed with vinegar>C. wenyujin=C. wenyujin mixed with vinegar after baking>C. wenyujin stir-baked>C. wenyujin stir-baked with vinegar. Conclusions: Adding vinegar can promote curcumin and germacrone dissolve out,but heating can reduce their content.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for simultaneously determining calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and astragaloside Ⅳ in Astragali Radix by HPLC. Method: HPLC was performed on Waters symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of 30% acetonitrile and 70% water at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The column temperature was set at 35 ℃, and the eluate was detected at 260 nm and 210 nm. Result: Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the linear ranges of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and astragaloside Ⅳ were 0.391 2-9.78, 0.973 6-24.34 μg respectively. The average recoveries of two ingredients were 99.18% (RSD 2.43%) and 99.41% (RSD 2.59%). Conclusion: The method set up is simple and rapid, therefore available for the quality control of calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and astragaloside Ⅳ in Astragali Radix.

      摘要:Objective: To study the fingerprints of python oil by GC and establish the method of standard quality for python oil. Method: Methyl oleate was used as the internal standard substance. A Quartz capillary column was used (0.25 μm×30 m×0.25 mm). Injector temperature was set at 280 ℃. FID temperature was 280 ℃. The carrier gas flow rate is 0.8 mL·min-1. Distributary ratio was 20: 1.Incoming sample amount was 1 μL. The obtained data was analyzed by computer aided similarity evaluation and cluster analysis software. Result: There were 9 common peaks in 24 groups of python oil. The similarity degree between 24 python oil groups and standard python oil was found to be higher than 0.998.The range of abundance of reference peaks in 24 python oil groups was 0.454-0.493.The similarity and reference to the peak abundance distinguish the Python oil and other oil such as palm oil, peanut oil, lard oil and average snake oil. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, repeatable and reliable, which can be used as a quality control method for Python oil.

      摘要:Objective: Through studying the cumulative change process of main alkaloids from Coptis chinensis in Lichuan at different growth stages, provides scientific truth for standardization planting. Method: The effective components of C. chinensis were measured by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC methods. Result: The leafs and dry weight of root of C. chinensis were constantly increasing by the growth of the age growth. The main alkaloids content in different parts of C. chinensis was in the order of root>fibrous root>leaf. C. chinensis was growing fastest during two to three years stages, and the content of the tyrosine, total alkaloids, epiberberine, coptisine, palmatine and berberine was growing fastest too. These four alkaloids content was in the order of epiberberine>coptisine>palmatine>berberine. The proportion was insearsing that the sum content of the four alkaloids accounts for total alkaloids content. Conclusion: The result can be used to provide reference for planting and managing C. chinensis.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of puerarin in Chaiyin oral solution. Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (25: 75); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm; the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. Result: The puerarin peak was well separated with other peaks, and a good linear correlation was observed within the range of 0.020 64-0.825 6 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.44% with RSD 1.45% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple, it can be used for the quality control of Chaiyin oral solution with good selectivity, sensitivity and repeatability.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for simultaneously determining puerarin, calycosin-7-O-D-glycoside, naringin and icariin in Xintong oral liquid by HPLC-DAD. Method: HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result: Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the linear ranges of puerarin, calycosin-7-O-D-glycoside, naringin and icariin were 0.441-11.0, 0.031 2-0.780, 0.186-4.66, 0.134-3.47 μg respectively. The average recovery was 98.53%, 98.03%, 98.64% and 99.16%. Conclusion: The method set up is easy and rapid, therefore available for the quality control of Xintong oral liquid.

      摘要:Objective: To study the steroidal alkaloids from Sarcococca hookeriana. Method: High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was employed first to separate and purify compounds.A biphasic solvent system composed of n-hexane-EtAc-dehydrated alcohol-water (6: 1.2: 7.1: 1) was used. Result: Three steroidal alkaloids were isolated from the total alkaloids and their structure were identified as:sarcovagine D (1), physamine G (2) and physamine H (3). Conclusion: Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To understand the molecular mechanism in genetic variation within species, and identify the differentially expressed genes among 3 anomalies of rhubarb under the same genetic background and cultivated environment. Method: The differentially expressed genes of different anomalies of rhubarb in vigorous growing stage were identified by cDNA-SRAP.Their functions were inferred through bioinformatics method. Result: Five different gene fragments and 4 common gene fragments but differentially expressed were identified, among which, the function of 5 were unknown, and the rest were involved in plant growth, light signal transmitting, disease-resistance, and water transporting. Conclusion: For the first time, the differentially expressed genes were cloned from the different anomalies of rhubarb. This provided the basis of the screening of fine anomalies and varieties, and the research of functional genomics.

      摘要:Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the chemical quality of main species of Aesculus planted in China. Method: The contents of aescin A and aescin B,31 samples of 7 officinal species of Aesculus were determined by HPLC. Physical and chemical test (H2O and total ash) were also investigated to evaluate their chemical qualities. Result: There were significant differences in contents of triterpenoid saponin such as aescin A and aescin B in different species, meanwhile, the physical and chemical parameters results also showed that there were obvious differences in chemical quality among different species of Aesculus. Conclusion: The results provided theoretical and experimental basis for the establishment of comprehensive quality assessment system of Aesculus in China.

      摘要:Objective: Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellare in compatibility on liver injury induced by alcohol and hepatocellular carcinoma have been verified by experiments. Method: In this study, four active chemical components of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellare were docked with cycloxygenase(COX-2), respectively. The binding mode and docking energy of those components with COX-2 were analyzed. Result and Conclusion: It has been found that saikosaponin A and saikosaponin D in Radix Bupleuri have no binding capability with COX-2 and baicalin and baicalein in Radix Scutellare have strong binding capability with COX-2.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprint of Pyrrosia calvata for evaluating its quality by HPLC. Method: The HPLC analysis was carried out on SinoChrom ODS-BP (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(gradient elution)at the flow of 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was 205 nm. Result: The established fingerprint of P. calvata was used to determine 10 batches of sample from different soures. 12 common peaks were confirmed as the character fingerprints through similarity analysis on the fingerprint of the P. calvata. Conclusion: The method has good precision, stability and reproducibility, providing a scientific base for controlling the quality of P. calvata by establishing fingerprint of the P. calvata.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate pharmacokinetics process of the major components of Atractylodes lancea oil in rats. Method: A preliminary HPLC method based on internal standard method was employed to analysis 7 constituents simultaneously in plasma and to study their pharmacokinetics after oral administration of volatile oil from A. lancea in rats. Pharmacokinetic parameters of compound 2~7 were acquired by DAS 3.0 software and the integrative concentration-time curve was obtained based on the corresponding weighting coefficients. Result: Integrative pharmacokinetic parameters was as follows: T1/2 was 8.01 h,Tmax was 4.00 h,Cmax was 3.84 mg·L-1,AUC(0-∞) was 42.31 mg·L-1·h-1 and MRT(0-∞) was 11.65 h, respectively. Conclusion: This study was thought as an appropriate method for traditional Chinese medicine and we carried out some exploratory survey for pharmacokinetics of volatile oil from A. lancea.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of different concentrations of tetrahydroxy stilbene glycoside (TSG) on the growth and proliferation of neural stem cells(NSCs) which were injured by Aβ25-35, to discuss the protective effects of TSG on the NSCs injury induced by Aβ25-35. Method: NSCs were extracted on both sides of brain cortex from the embryos of 14 days of Kunming mice pregnancy,NSCs were cultured by Aβ25-35(25 μmol·L-1) to establish cell model of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and then were cultured with TSG. All cells were divided into 5 groups,control group; model group(Aβ25-35 25 μmol·L-1), (TSG 1×10-8mol·L-1+Aβ25-35)group, (TSG 1×10-7 mol·L-1+Aβ25-35)group and (TSG 1×10-6mol·L-1+Aβ25-35)group.Using the chemical fluorescence staining method (EDU) to detect the proliferation of NSCs; applicating WST-1 cell proliferation and cell toxicity test to detect the activity of NSCs of different time and then after cultured 7 days in vitro, counting neurospheres was used to observe the update ability of NSCs. Result: TSG could protect NSCs from Aβ25-35 damage. Compared with model group, the morphology, reproduction rate, cell viability and ball count of NSCs were significant different from TSG group (P<0.05或P<0.01). Conclusion: TSG can protect the NSCs injury induced by Aβ25-35 in some ways.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of tilianin on the level of serum lipids and inflammatory factors in rats. Method: Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, normal control group, model control group, simvastatin group (2.5 mg·kg-1·d-1), tilianin high does group (5.0 mg·kg-1·d-1), tilianin medium does group (2.5 mg·kg-1·d-1), tilianin low does group (1.5 mg·kg-1·d-1). Rats in normal control group were given ordinary diet, and rats in other groups were given high fat diet and perfused with vitamin D3 twice to establish the atherosclerosis model. After 12 weeks, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), interleukin-1 (IL-1), IL-6, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) in serum were determined. Result: Compared with normal control group after 12 weeks, the level of TC(29.6±3.52)mmol·L-1, TG(2.63±0.41) mmol·L-1, LDL-C(5.51±0.76) mmol·L-1, IL-1(18.3±1.86) ng·L-1, IL-6(49.7±6.77)ng·L-1, TNF-α(68.5±8.26) ng·L-1, hs-CRP(11.1±1.14)μg·L-1 in model control group were increased significantly, and HDL-C (2.87±0.52)mmol·L-1 level was decreased significantly, (P<0.01). Compared with model group, tilianin groups could decrease the content of TC, TG, LDL-C, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP and increase the content of HDL-C (P<0.01, P<0.05) in serum. Conclusion: Tilianin may inhibit atherosclerotic formation in rats by its regulatory lipid and anti-inflammatory effects.

      摘要:Objective: To observe vasodilation effect of baicalein (BAI) and its mechanism. Method: Isotonic tension was recorded in isolated rat thoracic artery induced by norepinephrine(NE,1×10-6mol·L-1) and KCl(6×10-2mol·L-1). To investigate the vasodilation effect of BAI and the influence of various drugs on it were observed in the rings with endothelium intact or endothelium denuded. Result: BAI was shown to significantly relax the endothelium-intact arteries induced by NE and KCl, relaxation had fall down on endothelium-denuded arteries. NG-nitro-L-argininemethylester (L-NAME,1×10-4mol·L-1), methylene blue (MB,1×10-5mol·L-1), tetrathylamonium(TEA,1×10-3mol·L-1), 4-aminopyridine (4-AP,1×10-4mol·L-1), BaCl2(1×10-4mol·L-1) had no effect on the vasodilation of baicalein on thoracic aortas induced by NE, but indomethacin (INDO,1×10-5mol·L-1) and glibenclamide (1×10-5mol·L-1) did block the vascular effect of baicalein. In the absence of extracellular Ca2+ pre-incubation of the aortic rings with baicalein reduced significantly the contraction induced by NE. Conclusion: BAI can lead to a significantly relaxation in rat aortic rings. The effects are dependent on the concentrations, the role of endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent characteristics. Moreover, prostaglandin(PGI2) pathway might be involved in the endothelium-dependent relaxation. The other mechanism was related to the inhibition of KATP channel, voltage-dependent Ca2+channel and receptors-operate Ca2+ channel.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chuanping compound on guinea pigs with asthma. Method: All guinea pigs were given intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin(OVA)and forced inhalation of atomized OVA to induce asthma. From the 14th day of modeling,the treatment groups were given the corresponding drugs according to the experimental design,ephedra groups (0.20 g·kg-1), datura flower group (0.07 g·kg-1), Chuanping compound group (0.32 g·kg-1), dexamethasone group (7.5×10-4 mg·kg-1), and the normal group and model group were given normal saline(NS),once a day for 7 days. The general state of the guinea pigs and the changes of immunoglobulin E(IgE);transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF)were observed. Result: The levels of IgE,TGF-β1 and TNF-α in BALF of guinea pigs: normal group IgE(68.25±5.92) mg·L-1,TGF-β1(78.72±10.92) ng·L-1, TNF-α(388.02±55.61) ng·L-1); model group IgE(137.28±14.38) mg·L-1,TGF-β1(172.39±14.04) ng·L-1,TNF-α(752.76±51.25) ng·L-1;Chuanping compound group IgE(76.35±6.22) mg·L-1,TGF-β1(115.76±9.17) ng·L-1,TNF-α(569.32±39.7) ng·L-1;The levels of IgE,TGF-β1 and TNF-α in BALF of the model group and Chuanping compound group were higher than those in the normal group. After treatment,IgE,TGF-β1 and TNF-α levels in BALF of chuanping group were lower than those in the model group. Conclusion: Chuanping compound has an effect of reducing airway hyperresponsiveness,alleviating airway inflammation,controlling or delaying the process of airway fibrosis through up-regulation of IgE,TGF-β1 and TNF-α levels in BALF of guinea pigs.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an experimental animal model of carotid atherosclerotic in rabbit. Method: Thirty male Japanese White rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. The control group fed with normal diet, the fat-emulsion group gavage with high cholesterol fat emulsion, the experimental group gavage with high cholesterol fat emulsion and operated by nitrogen-drying(fat emulsion formulation: cholesterol: pork fat: custard powder 1: 5: 4; nitrogen-drying operation: lasted 5 min and 150 mL·min-1 airflow rate). Blood lipids and pathological change examination of carotid artery were done at the 4 and 8th week after surgery. Result: At 4th week later, the content of total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were (17.55±5.36), (13.68±2.67) mmol·L-1, which significant higher than blank-control group (P<0.01), and the pathological studies suggested that early atheromatosis appeared, such as intimal thickening lightly. At 8th week later, the content of TC and LDL-C were (21.13±3.59), (15.18±3.29) mmol·L-1, and the typical carotid atherosclerosis was observed which include significant intimal thickening and secondary vascularization in intimal, the accumulation of lipid and cholesterol in the associated cells in the high cholesterot fat emulation and operated by nitrogen-drying group. No arthersclerosis were seen in the control group, fat-emulsion group and self-control group. Conclusion: The animal model of carotid atherosclerotic in rabbit can be effectively established by fat emulsion plus nitrogen gas injury.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of the compatibility of Panax notoginseng saponinsn and icariin on high glucose-induced proliferation inhibition of osteoblasts. Method: The third-fifth generation cells were taken as experimental model, osteoblast density was 1×105/mL,the growth of the osteoblasts was observed when glucose (Glu) concentrations were 20,40,60 mmol·L-1.The concentration of P. notoginseng saponins and icariin were 10,20,50,100 mg·L-1,MTT was applied to determine the protective effect of high glucose-induced proliferation inhibition of osteoblasts. Result: Compared with control group, the growth of the osteoblasts was significantly inhibited when Glu concentrations was 60 mmol·L-1 (P<0.05,P<0.01).P. notoginseng saponins and icariin in a dose of 10,20,50 mg·L-1 had significantly protective effect of high glucose-induced proliferation inhibition of osteoblasts(P<0.05,P<0.01).When the component formula of P. notoginseng saponinsn and icariin was 50 mg·L-1: 20 mg·L-1,compared with control group,the component group can promote proliferation of osteoblasts(P<0.01). Conclusion: The compatibility of P. notoginseng saponinsn and icariin was feasible in the protective effect of high glucose-induced proliferation inhibition of osteoclasts.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action in blood stasis syndrome of aged rats by Danshen injection. And the change of hemorheology and the components of erythrocyte membrane were studied. Method: Thirty Wistar rats which were 70-72 weeks were randomly assigned to Danshen injection high-dose group (drug 4.4 g·kg-1), low-dose group (drug 1.1 g·kg-1) and model group with 10 rats in each group. Another ten younger Wistar rats were as young control group. The related indexes of hemorheology such as the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, the red blood cell deformability and the components of erythrocyte membrane were determined after giving medicine 14 days by intraperitoneal injection. Result: Compared with the control group, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the model group were increased (P<0.05, P<0.01). And the red blood cell deformability was decreased significantly under 200 s-1 and 500 s-1 (P<0.01) and 1 000 s-1 (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the Danshen injection group was effective. The whole blood viscosity (P<0.01), plasma viscosity (P<0.05), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in erythrocyte membrane (P<0.01)were decreased. The red blood cell deformability (P<0.01) and the content of sialic acid, sulfhydryl, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Na+-K+-ATPase activity (P<0.05) in erythrocyte membrane were increased. Conclusion: Danshen injection can improve the situation of blood stasis through increasing the content of sialic acid and SOD and reducing the content of MDA in erythrocyte membrane. It indicated that the metabolism of lipid was affected, ability of anti-oxidation was enhanced, the content of oxygen radical was decreased and the carrying capacity of negative charge in erythrocyte membrane was improved.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antitussive and expectorant activity of different extracts from the crude and honey-stir-baked Tussilago farfara flower. Method: Antitussive experiment:Mice were randomly divided into the normal control group, the negative control group(the solvent), the positive control group (pentoxyverine citrate, 0.01 g·kg-1), the high, low-dose group of aqueous extract (6.20, 3.10 g·kg-1), the high, low-dose group of alcohol extract (6.0,3.0 g·kg-1), the high, low-dose group of ether and ethyl acetate extract (0.5,0.25 g·kg-1) from the crude and honey-stir-baked T. farbara flower. The intragastric administration volume was 25 mL·kg-1 for 5 days. The latent period of cough and frequency of cough in 2 min were determined after 25% ammonia quantitative spray. Expectorant experiment: SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, the negative control group, the positive control group (NH4Cl, 0.16 g·kg-1), the high, low-dose group of aqueous extract (2.70, 1.35 g·kg-1), the high, low-dose group of alcohol extract (3.0, 1.5 g·kg-1), the high, low-dose group of ether and ethyl acetate extract (0.25,0.125 g·kg-1) from the crude and honey-stir-baked T. farbara flower. The intragastric administration volume was 25 mL·kg-1 for 3 days. The secretory volume of sputum was determined by glass capillary method after 2 h of the last administration. Result: Compared with model control group, Ethanol extracts of the crude and honey-stir-baked T. farfara flower had strong antiasthmatic activity, could prolong the latent period of cough (P<0.05) and reduce the frequency of cough (P<0.05) significantly. At the same time, aqueous extracts of the crude and honey-stir-baked T. farfara flower had some antitussive effect. Expectorant experiment: compared with model control group,the volume of sputum was increased significantly (P<0.05) in high, low-dose group of aqueous extract from honey-stir-baked T. farfara flower, low-dose group of ethyl acetate extract from crude T. farfara flower and high dose group of ethyl acetate extract from honey-stir-baked T. farfara flower. Moreover, the body weight of mice significantly reduced in the group of different solvent extracts from crude T. farfara flower (P<0.05). Conclusion: T. farfara flower has antitussive and expectorant activity. Its antitussive ingredients possess high-polarity and are soluble in water and ethanol freely;But its expectorant ingredients possess low-polarity and are fat-soluble. At the same time, different solvent extracts of crude T. farfara flower may have some toxicity.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the growth inhibition and cell cycle arrest on gastric cancer cell line caused by Weikang Shuning compound. Method: After the 24, 48, 72 and 96 h action of Weikang Shuning, growth inhibition and DNA content of each phase cell cycle were detected by using MTT and flow cytometry technique. Result: The inhibition rate and DNA content in G0/G1 phase of Weikang Shuning groups were significantly higher than those of negative control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Weikang Shuning could inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells in vitro, and arrest the cell cycle at G0/G1 phase.

      摘要:Objective: Effect of Zuogui Wan on the expression of c-Jun amino-terminal kinase(JNK) and c-Jun in rats with gentamicin-induced renal tubular injury. Method: Forty male Wistar rats were divided randomly into control group(C), model group(M), Sp600125 group(S) and Zuoguiwan group(Z). The C group was given ip injection of 0.9% saline 2.5 mL·kg-1·d-1, M group was given ip injection of gentamicin sulfate 100 mg·kg-1·d-1, S group was given ip injection of gentamicin sulfate 100 mg·kg-1·d-1 and ip injection of SP600125 15 mg·kg-1·d-1 Zuoguiwan group was given ip injection of gentamicin sulfate 100 mg·kg-1·d-1 and gavage Zuoguiwan aqueous solution 10 g·kg-1·d-1. Four groups of rats administered for 10 consecutive days. After the experiment measuring the NAG of rat. Hematoxylin-eosin to detect renal histopathology. Immunohistochemical techniques to detect JNK and c-Jun's expression of the rat kidney. Western blot techniques to detect JNK and c-Jun's expression of the rat kidney. Result: The results of biochemical index show: compared with the C group, the rats of M group NAG significantly increased, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01); compared with the M group, the biochemical parameters improved of S group and Z group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The HE staining results show: the C group of renal tubule, renal interstitial no change; the M group of renal tubular epithelial cells swelling, vacuolar degeneration. The S group and Z group renal tubule epithelial cells slight swelling, degeneration. The immunohistochemical results show: compared with the C group, the rats of M group JNK, c-Jun abundantly expressed in the renal tubules, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01); compared with the M group, protein expression was not significant in the S group and Z group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). The results of western blot show: compared with the C group, the rats of M group JNK, c-Jun's gray values increased significantly, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01); compared with the M group, the gray values of S group and Z group decreased, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The protective effect of Zuogui Wan relieved the gentamicin-induced renal tubular injury in rats, which mechanism may be involved in the inhibition of the c-Jun N-terminal kinase activation.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the protective effects of Dengzhan Shengmai capsules(DZSM) on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis, and to discover new functions and applications for DZSM capsules. Method: All 40 C57BL/6 female mice were divided into four groups averagely and randomly: NS group, model group, DZSM group and N-acetyl-N- cysteine(N-AC) group. Pulmonary fibrosis mouse models were generated by intratracheally instilled of bleomycin solution and then treated with saline, N-AC solution and DZSM solution for 21 days respectively. The body weight and life state of each mouse was recorded every two days. After the last treatment, the lung compliance and resistance were tested using Buxco invasive lung mechanics machine. Lung tissues were collected after the mice were killed and observed following staining with HE solution or Masson's solution to estimate the inflammatory level and fibrosis degree respectively. bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were collected for inflammatory cytokines assay. Hydroxyproline levels were also detected to estimate fibrosis degree. Result: The body weights and appetites were significantly decreased after giving bleomycin. DZSM solution (222 mg·kg-1·d-1) could retard the loss of body weights, slightly reduce the lung compliance and improve the lung resistance significantly (P<0.05). The inflammatory cytokines such as transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in BALF and the hydroxyproline level in lung tissue were also significantly down-regulated (P <0.05). Furthermore, the inflammatory state and fibrosis level were also relieved in pathological specimens. Conclusion: DZSM could improve the weakness in bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis mouse models, ameliorate the lung compliance, lower the lung resistance, inhibit the inflammatory statement, decrease inflammatory cytokines levels and relieve fibrosis.

      摘要:Objective: To explore stimulates the proliferation of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in vitro rat lung fibroblasts. Method: The rat lung fibroblast were cultured in vitro,the 4th generation of cells in logarithmic growth phase were used to proliferation experiments. These cells were randomly divided into five groups:serum-free Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium(DMEM) group, 10.0,5.0,2.5,1.25 μg·L-1 of TGF-β1 DMEM group. We selected the optimal stimulation point of TGF-β1 in three different stimulation time points of application(24,48,72 h) by the tetrazolium salt colorimetric method (MTT method) to explore the TGF-β1 stimulating rat lung fibroblast proliferation optimal concentration and the best time point by statistical analysis of variance and multiple comparison. Result: TGF-β1 in 24 h time point directly stimulated the 5 different groups of SD rat lung fibroblast proliferation based on MTT results by analysis of variance,the five groups were no significant difference. In 48 h time point,by the non-parametric test, P<0.05, these groups were significantly different.Seventy-two h time point,by analysis of variance, P<0.05, these groups were significantly different; further two multiple comparisons: control group,10.0, 2.5 μg·L-1 group, P<0.05, 2.5, 1.25 μg·L-1were P<0.01, the rest of the group, P>0.05. Conclusion: 48 h, 72 h time point were observed to promote the proliferation of TGF-β1, and the best proliferative activity of stimulate concentration and time point of TGF-β1 were 2.5 μg·L-1, 72 h.In this concentration and time point, rat lung fibroblast proliferated significantly.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the inhibition effects of Xiancidan(XCD) on the lung-cancer cell in Lewis tumor-bearing mice and explore its mechanism. Method: C57BL/6 mice were taken as model, and divided into model group, cis-platinum group,high dose group XCD, middle dose group XCD, low dose group XCD, combination of XCD and control group 5 days later, All groups were administrated for 13 days,and the respective dosage was 0,2.0(ip),0.648(ig),0.324(ig),0.162(ig),0.162(ig)+2.0(ip).To observe the effect of XCD on inhibition of the lung cancer cell and immune regulation,AnnexinⅤ-FITC/PI method was applied to determine the apoptosis and cycle of transplanted cancer cells and Western blot method was used to observe the p53,Bcl-2 gene expression. Result: ①The inhibition rate in positive control group,high dose group, middle dose group, low dose groupof XCD, combination of XCD and control group were(63.02±3.21)%,(46.59±2.60)%,(42.48±2.77)%,(15.74±1.94)%,(64.56±1.62)%.②The pleen Index of high dose group XCD, middle dose group XCD and low dose group were significantly different from model group(P<0.01). ③The apoptosis rate of model group, control group,high dose group XCD, middle dose group XCD, low dose group XCD, the combination group of XCD and positive drug was 0.04%,30.40%,14.80%,17.98%,16.04%,20.34%, respectively.④Compared with model group, the percentage of G0/G1 cell in positive control group, high dose group XCD, middle dose group XCD and the combination groupm was significantly decreased. ⑤The p53 expression and Bcl-2 rate was significantly different from model group. Conclusion: The XCD effective parts can inhibit the growth of lewis tumor, which is related to its apoptosis-inducing and immune regulation effect.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Mori Folium total flavonoid (MFTF) on β-cells in rats with type-2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM). Method: The rat T2DM model was replicated by streptozotocin(STZ,30 mg·kg-1 body weight) injection,the modeling rats were randomly divided into five group,the model group,the MFTF (50,100,150 mg·kg-1)groups and rosiglitazone (1.8 mg·kg-1)group. 10 normal rats were taken control group. The treatment groups were orally administered once per day,model group was orally administered with distilled water.After treatment for 5 week, fasting blood glucose(FBG) and insulin(FINS) level in serum were estimated. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in pancreatic tissue were measured. The expression of Bcl-2/Bax in islet tissue was examined by using immunohistochemistry. The pancreatic islet β cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL. Result: MFTF could decrease MDA level significantly and increase SOD,GSH-Px level in pancreatic tissue (P<0.05-P<0.01),increase the levels of Bcl-2 expression and decrease the expression of Bax protein significantly(P<0.05-P<0.01). Decrease pancreatic β-cell apoptosis(P<0.05-P<0.01),decrease the level of glucose, insulin and insulin resistance index(P<0.05-P<0.01), especiallythe high dose group (150 mg·kg-1) showed a best action. Conclusion: MFTF can improve insulin resistance and resists oxidative stress reaction and decrease apoptosis of pancreatic islet β cell.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect of flavonoids from Mori Folium and discuss its mechanism. Method: Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into groups of flavonoids group (0.4, 1g·kg-1 mulberry leaves flavonoids, respectively), creatine group (creatine 3 g·kg-1), control and normal group (stomach irritation with saline only). The exhaustive swimming experiment was performed 14 days later. The time of exhaustive swimming of mice was recorded and chemistry parameters correlated with fatigue was determined. The effects of flavones of Mori Folium on scavenging free radicals and anti-oxidation were investigated in vitro. Result: The time of exhaustive swimming of flavonoids groups and creatine group was longer than that of control group (P<0.05). The content of the creatinine and urea nitrogen level of serum decreased significantly the MDA production in liver tissues of mice in flavonoids group is lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Flavonoids from Mori Folium can improve the anti-fatigue capacity obviously and has a significant effect on scavenging free-radicals. The anti-fatigue effect of total flavonoids from Mori Folium may have correction with its radicals scavenging effects.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of total flavonoids of Oxytropis falcate Bunge on the expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) and matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP-9) mRNA of human renal tubular epithelial cells HK-2 induced by transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1), and to explore the mechanism of total flavonoids of O. falcate on the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis. Method: The HK-2 cells were cultured by DMEM/F12(1: 1) with 10% fetal bovine serum and divided into control group, TGF-β1 10 μg·L-1 group, animal blank serum control group(TGF-β1 10 μg·L-1+10% animal serum), total flavonoids of O. falcate-containing serum therapy groups (TGF-β1 10 μg·L-1+10% total flavonoids of O. falcate). After 24 h, the expression of CTGF, PAI-1, and MMP-9 mRNA were tested by fluorescence quantitatiye PCR assay. Result: After the HK-2 cell was induced by TGF-β1, the expression of CTGF and PAI-1 mRNA was increased and the expression of MMP-9 mRNA was decreased compared with the control(P<0.05). But the expression of CTGF and PAI-1 mRNA was decreased and the expression of MMP-9 mRNA was increased in HK-2 cultured with TGF-β1 plus total flavonoids of O. falcate compared with only TGF-β1 group(P<0.05), but only rat serum had no such effect. Conclusion: Total flavonoids of O. falcate could prevent the development of renal fibrosis to a certain extent via regulating the expression of fibrosis cell factor.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of extract from Rhizoma Phragmitis on male rats renal calcium oxalate. Method: Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=8 each):control, model, and Rhizoma Phragmitis intervention groups. After 4 weeks,the 24 h urine concentration oxalate(Ox),Ca2+,the concentration of serum blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),Ca2+,P,and malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) of renal tissue were detected. The calcium oxalate deposit in the kidney was observed by microscopy. Immunohistochemistry were used to assess the protein expression of osteopontin(OPN) in rat renal tissue of every groups. Result: The 24 h urine concentration Ox,Ca2+ and serum Cr of Rhizoma Phragmitis intervention group was lower than stone formation group obviously(P<0.05).rhizoma phragmitis intervention group the enzyme activity of SOD of renal tissue was higher than stone formation group(P<0.05). Stone formation group concentration of MDA of renal tissue was higher than Rhizoma Phragmitis intervention group(P<0.05).In normal control group, only a weak OPN protein staining was found. The expression was enhanced in the stone group. The extract from Rhizoma Phragmitis-treated rats tended to have lower OPN protein expression than the stone group. Conclusion: The extracts from rhizoma phragmitis can block the formation of renal calcium oxalate stone in rats potently.

      摘要:Objective: To study expression of p38 mitogen-activated proteikinase(p38 MAPK) and Caspase-3 in cartilage of the rabbit of knee osteoarthritis (KOA),and discuss the possible mechanisms by Shexiang Wulong pill in treatment of osteoarthritis. Method: Forty only adult male rabbits were randomly divided into 4 group he control group,the model group, high dose group and low dose group of Shexiang Wulong pill (n=10). 1.6% papain protein was injected to the rabbit knee joint cavity to establish rabbit knee osteoarthritis model, Shexiang Wulong pill groups were ig treated with Shexiang Wulong pill 0.6, 1.2 g·kg-1·d-1 for 4 weeks. To observe the pathomorphology of cartilage HE staining was used and the expression levels of p38MAPK and caspase-3 was detected by immunohistochemistry technology. Result: Shexiang Wulong pill could alleviate the rabbit cartilage pathological changes. Compared with the model group, Shexiang Wulong pill could reduce the expression of p38MAPK and Caspase-3 in cartilage tissue (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Shexiang Wulong pill may reduce expression of p38MAPK and Caspase-3,and inhibit excessive cartilage cell apoptosis-related.

      摘要:Objective: To study anti-fatigue effects of Xinjiang jujube juice and investigate its primary mechanisms. Method: One hundred and twenty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: the normal control group, Xinjiang jujube-juice low, middle, high dose group. The normal control group was fed with distilled water, while the experimental Xinjiang jujube -juice-feed group was fed with different concentrations (25%, 50%, 100%) at dose of 20 mL·kg-1for 30 days. After 30 days, each group mice were trained by doing a weight-loaded swimming until they were exhausted, and weight-loaded swimming time, serum lactates (LAC), and serum urea nitrogen (BUN) and liver glycogen contents were measured after weight-loaded swimming. Result: Weight-loaded swimming times in all three doses of Xinjiang jujube juice groups were prolonged significantly, LAC and BUN levels in serum were decreased significantly, and liver glycogen content was increased significantly by comparing with normal control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xinjiang jujube juice has anti-fatigue effect.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of essential oils of Lamtana camara. Method: The essential oils of L. camara were preparated into different doses (0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0 g·L-1) with 95% ethanol. And the antioxidant activities were studied using DPPH assay, ABTS+assay and reducing power assay. Result: The essential oils of L. camara possessed good scavenging activities on ABTS+radical (reaching to 52.50%),but weak scavenging activities on DPPH radical (only reaching to 21.05%). Their reducing power activities were in the sequence of 2.0 g·L-1>1.6 g·L-1 > 1.2 g·L-1 > 0.8 g·L-1 > 0.4 g·L-1. Conclusion: The essential oils of L. camara showed good activities on both scavenging ABTS+radical and reducing power, but low activity on scavenging DPPH radical. All antioxidant activity showed a concentration-effect relationship. The essential oils can be employed as natural antioxidants and health care products.

Method: The antioxidant activities were evaluated by using 2,2'-azinobis -diammonium salt (ABTS), hydroxyl, and superoxide anion radical scavenging assay, and Fe2+ chelation assay. The anti-prostatic cancer activity was evaluated by MTT assay. Result: Ruditapes philippinarum oligopeptide exhibited potent scavenging activity on ABTS radical (EC50 0.204 g·L-1), superoxide anion (EC50 0.066 g·L-1), and hydroxyl radical (EC50 0.815 g·L-1), and significient Fe2+ chelation (EC50 1.554 g·L-1) ability and proliferation inhibition ability (IC50 5.202 g·L-1) of DU-145 cells. Conclusion: The antioxidant and anti-prostatic cancer activities of oligopeptide were due to the small molecular weight and special oligopeptide sequence.

      摘要:Objective: The research that the juvenile male juvenil rats serum testosterone and testicular tissue (cyto-chrome P450 side chain cleavage,P450scc) was impacted by Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides (GTW) and its intervention role Bushen Chinese herbs (flavonoids from Cuscuta chinensis, Liuwei Dihuang Wan). Method: SD 3-4 week-old 48 male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group(CMC-Na), GTW(9 mg·kg-1·d-1),Liuwei Dihuang Wan Group (Liuwei Dihuang Wan 1 g·kg-1·d-1+GTW 9 mg·kg-1·d-1),flavonoids from C.chinensis group(flavonoids from C.chinensis 0.1 g·kg-1·d-1+GTW 9 mg·kg-1·d-1).After 12 weeks, rats were sacrificed,the blood serum was collected from the rats for the determination of serum testosterone;specimens of testicular tissue for the detection of P450scc in the expression of the gene and protein level by two experimental methods using RT-PCR and Western blot. Result: GTW can significantly decrease serum testosterone values,GTW group and blank group comparison there is a significant difference (P<0.01), Liuwei group with GTW group can significantly increase serum testosterone values,Liuwei group and GTW group comparison GTW group have significant significant difference (P<0.05);GTW at the protein level can significantly decrease the testicular tissue P450scc value,GTW group P450scc protein expression values were lower than other groups, GTW group and blank group comparison have significant difference (P<0.05); GTW cannot reduce the testicular tissue P450scc value at the genetic level,GTW group and other groups showed no significant difference. Conclusion: Prompted GTW certain inhibitory effect on the reproductive system of male juvenil rats; prompted Liuwei Dihuang Wan can significantly improve male rats serum testosterone levels and achieve the role of protecting reproductive damage.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of triptolide (TPL) on proliferation and apoptosis of C6 cells. Method: C6 cells was cultured with different concentrations of TPL for different hours. MTT assay was employed to evaluate the survival of TPL-treated C6 cells. The induction of apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry analysis (FCM). The expressions of B cell lymphoma/lewkmia-2(Bcl-2) and Bcl-2 assaciated x protein(Bax) mRNA were detected by Real Time - Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR), while the protein by Western blotting (WB) methods. Result: Our results showed that TPL induced apoptotic cell death in a dose- and time-dependent manner, which was accompanied by the regulation of Bcl-2 and Bax expressions. Conclusion: The results indicated that TPL induce the apoptosis and inhibit the proliferation of C6 glioma cellsby regulating the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of cinobufacini injections on the proliferation and expression of topoisomerase of hepatocarcinoma HepG-2 cells. Method: Experiment were divided into control group and experimental group (cinobufacini injections group 0.105,0.21,0.42 mg·L-1).Cell proliferation was assessed by Methyl Thiazolyl Tetrazolium blue reduction (MTT)assay.Apoptosis was detected by Annexin V/PI staining. Cell cycles were shown through flow cytometry method (FCM). TopoisomeraseⅠ(TopoⅠ),TopoisomeraseⅡ (Topo Ⅱ) mRNA were analyzed by Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Expressions of TopoⅠ,Topo Ⅱ protein were analyzed by Western-blot. Result: Cinobufacini injection significantly inhibited HepG-2 cellproliferation(P<0.05),induced apoptosis(P<0.05) in a dose and time dependent manner,induced tumor cells arrested at the S-phase a dose dependent manner.Down regulated mRNA and protein expressions of TopoⅠ,Topo Ⅱ(P<0.05)in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion: Cinobufacini injections can inhibit human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG-2 cells proliferation,induced apoptosis and induced tumor cells arrested at the S-phase.The down regulation of TopoⅠ,Topo Ⅱ expressions might be one of the anti-tumor mechanisms of cinobufacini injection.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Qingying Jiebiao mixture (QJM) on immune function in mice infected by flu virus. Method: The model of influenza virus in mice was established by lung infection with Asia line(A/PR/8/H1N1). QJM suspension (0.8 g·mL-1) 0.4 mL was orally given to each mouse (16 g·kg-1) daily for 12 days. After administration of 3, 6, 9 d and 12 d, the expression level of specific cytokine interferon-gamma, tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin 3, 4, 6, 10, the ratio of Th1 (interferin-γ, IFN-γ) and Th2 (interleukin-4, IL-4) were determined by flowcytometry. Result: After the mice was infected with influenza virus, cytokines IFN-γ at 3 d was increased significantly (P<0.05), those at 6, 9 d and 12 d showed no significant changes. IFN-γ at 6, 9 d was decreased significantly compared with that at 3 d (P<0.05); and cytokine tumar necrosis factoi-α(TNF-α) at 3, 6, 9, 12 d were increased significantly (P<0.01, P<0.05); cytokines IL-3 at 3, 6, 9, 12 d was increased, those at 3, 6 d showed significant difference (P<0.05). Cytokines IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 at 3, 6, 9, 12 d were significantly increased (P<0.01), and reached the peak in the early 3 d. Peripheral blood Th1 (IFN-γ)/Th2 (IL-4) at 3, 6, 9,12 d were decreased obviously (P<0.01, P<0.05), and dropped to the lowest point at 6 d, and then increased significantly at 12 d compared with that at 6 d (P<0.05). After treatment of QJM, cytokines IFN-γ at 3 d was slightly increased, without significance to the model, however those at 6, 9, 12 d were increased significantly (P<0.01, P<0.05) compared to the model. Cytokines level of TNF-α expression at 3, 6, 9, 12 d were significantly decreased compared to those in the model group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Cytokine IL-3 at 3, 6, 9, 12 d was slightly decreased, without significance to the model. Cytokines IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 at 3, 6, 9, 12 d were significantly lower than those in the model group. Peripheral blood Th1 (IFN-γ)/Th2 (IL-4) at 3, 6, 9, 12 d were significantly increased (P<0.01), and that at 12 d was increased significantly compared with that at 3 d (P<0.01). Conclusion: QJM can control the infection of influenza virus through regulating Th type cytokine expression in infected mice, improving immune function and restoring the resistance to infection.

      摘要:Objective: Comparing urine reduction of Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae (FAO) after stir-frying with salt water in water-loading diuresis model rats, so as to prove the correction of traditional processing theory that the FAO would effect on kidney after salt processing. Method: According to the weight and volume of urine, Sprague Dawley rats were divided into 9 groups: normal group; model group; Suoquanwan group; low, middle and high dose group of FAO before and after salt processing. The dose of Suo Quan Wan group was 1.5 g·kg-1. The dose of low, middle and high dose group of FAO before and after salt processing was 4.5, 9, 18 g·kg-1 of raw FAO respectively. The metabolism cage method was used to determine the urine volume and the initial excretion time of rats. The excretion rate in 6 h was calculated, and (AVP) content in rat serum was determined by radioimmunoassay. Result: Compared with the model group, FAO before and after salt processing groups(in addition to FAO low dose group) could reduce volume of urine in 0-1 h significantly(P<0.01), and prolong the first excretion time(for high dose group of FAO, P<0.05; for low, middle, high dose group of FAO after salt processing, P<0.01), and also decrease excretion rate in 6 h significantly(for high dose group of FAO,P<0.05; for high dose group of FAO after salt processing, P<0.01). Compared with model group, the content of AVP of each group was increased, and high dose group of raw FAO, middle and high dose group of FAO after salt processing had significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae has the effect of urine reduction, and this effect could be enhanced after salt processing.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of artesunate(Art) on Matrix Metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) activity, explore the mechanism against liver fibrosis. Method: Liver fibrosis model of rats was induced by injecting N-nitroso dimethylamine (DMN) for 6 weeks. Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: the normal group, the model group, the positive control group treated by colchicine(0.1 mg·kg-1·d-1), and the three Art groups(5,15,45 mg·kg-1·d-1). The content of hydroxyproline (Hyp) of liver tissue, hyaluronic acid (HA),laminin (LN),collagen type Ⅲ peptide (PⅢP) of serum were analyzed. Expressions of MMP-2 protein and mRNA were assayed by Western blot and RT-PCR. Result: The content of Hyp in liver and HA,LN,PIIIP of serum in artesunate group were remarkably decreased and expressions of MMP-2 protein and mRNA were down-regulated compared with the model group. Conclusion: Artesunate can effectively inhibit the progress of hepatic fibrosis and the expression of MMP-2 in rats of liver fibrosis induced by DMN.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Yinaokang capsule (YC) on blood-brain barrier opening and expression of zonular occludens protein (ZO-1 protein) after thrombolysis therapy by recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator (rt-PA) in rats. Method: The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, thrombolysis group, YC low dose group (1 g·kg-1daily for 3 d), YC high dose group (3 g·kg-1daily for 3 d). Model of middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats was established by embolizing left middle cerebral artery with autologous blood clots. The permeability of the brain-blood barrier was observed with Evan's blue (EB) with spectrophotometer and the expression of ZO-1 protein was detected by Western blot. Result: Compared with the sham group, EB leakage in brain tissue was increased significantly and the expression of ZO-1 protein was decreased obviously in all other groups. Compared with the thrombolysis group,the EB leakage showed no difference in YC low dose group and increased in the high dose YC group; the expression of ZO-1 protein was increased significantly in both YC groups. Compared with the low dose YC group, the EB leakage in the high dose YC group was decreased, and the expression of ZO-1 protein in the high dose YC group was increased. Conclusion: YC could attenuate the breakdown of brain-blood barrier after thrombolysis therapy. Its mechanisms may be associated with up-regulated expression of ZO-1 protein.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the impacts of the drug-containing serum of decomposed formulas based on Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu method on growth, rate of apoptosis, apoptosis related genes and autophagy gene expression t in human colorectal cancer cell line HCT-116 cells. Method: The experiment was divided into a control group, Jianpi group, Huoxue group, Jiedu group, Jianpi+Huoxue group Jianpi+Jiedu group and Jiapi+Huoxue+Jiedu group respectively, using the acid phosphatase enzymatic (APA), flow cytometry (FCM) and Western blot to assay each drug-containing serum' treated tumor cell's growth, apoptosis rate changes, apoptosis-related genes Caspase-3 expression and autophagy LC3 gene expression. Result: After 10% drug-containing serum treated for 24 h, it showed inhibited proliferation of HCT-116 cells, however, no significant difference between the groups was found. The decrease in cell number and the shrinking in volume could be observed by light microscope after drug-containing serum treated for 24 h. Early and late apoptotic rate compared with the control group showed no significant difference, but autophagy related protein LC3 appeared active shear bands. Conclusion: The drug-containing serum of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu method can inhibit human colorectal cancer cell line HCT-116 cells on proliferation in vitro. The mechanism may be closely related to the autophagy pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Weiyan I decoction (WID) on chronic atrophy gastritis (CAG) and the related molecular mechanism. Method: Ninety SD rats were divided into 4 groups: control group, model group and two treatment groups(1.08, 0.54 g·kg-1). The CAG model was established in model group and treatment group, and the treatment of WID was continued for 12 weeks started from 20 weeks after model establishment. Afterwards, the pathological specimens of gastric mucosa were collected and investigated. The expression level of β-catenin and cyclin D1 mRNA were examined by RT-PCR. Result: Compared with the control group, the expression of β-catenin and cyclin D1 were increased in the model group, while treatment with WID could reduce the induction. The difference were significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: WID has good therapeutic effect on CAG. The mechanism of WID in treating CAG may be related with inhibition of the expression of β-catenin and cyclin D1.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of the total flavones from Carambola leaf (TFCL) in decreasing blood sugar level in animals with diabetes mellitus (DM). Method: DM mouce model was induced by abdominal injection of alloxan 80 mg·kg-1 and DM rat model was induced by abdominal injection of streptozocin 40 mg·kg-1 respectively. Successful model animals confirmed by detecting fasting blood-glucose were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group (distilled water), model group (distilled water), glibenclamide group (0.3 g·kg-1), high,medium and low dosage groups of TFCL (0.8, 0.4, 0.2 g·kg-1). The drugs were given daily for 7 consecutive days. After 1.5 h of last administration of drugs, the influence of TFCL on blood sugar level in DM mice and rats was observed. Result: TFCL (high and medium dosages) could decrease the blood sugar level and enhance glucose tolerance significantly in DM mice and rats. Conclusion: TFCL has hypoglycemic and enhancing glucose tolerance effects in DM mice and rats.

      摘要:Objective: To select the compatibility ratio of formulation Zhigeju water extracts which have the best protective effect on alcoholic liver injury by in vitro antioxidant activity. Method: The orthogonal test method was employed to design the different compatibility ratio of Hovenia Dulcis-Flos Puerar and exocarpium Citrus Grandis. The antioxidant assays (DPPH, O2-·,·OH scavenging activity) were employed to evaluate the antioxidant activities of the water extracts, and select the optimal compatibility ratio of formulation Zhigeju by the best total antioxidant ability. Result: The orthogonal test analysis got the best compatibility ratio was Hovenia Dulcis-Flos Puerar-exocarpium Citrus Grandis 3: 3: 2, the total antioxidant ability of water extraction was strongest at the ratio. The clearance rate of DPPH·, superoxide and hydroxyl free radical were 69.94%, 32.47%, 58.81% at the concentration of crude drugs 1.0 g·L-1. Conclusion: Formulation Zhigeju's best compatibility ratio of antioxidant ability is Hovenia Dulcis-Flos Puerar-exocarpium Citrus Grandis 3: 3: 2, and their total antioxidant abilities were better.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Yitangkang by analyzing the changes in the glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and blood pressure, body mass index (BMI) and other parameters for patients with impaired glucose regulation (IGR), metabolic syndrome (MS) and phlegm-heat interties using glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) 6.5% as the cut off point. Method: Multi-centered 165 patients with MS and IGR were selected and divided into two groups (n=82), patients in treatment group were given Yitangkang, patients in control group(n=83) were given placebo, all the patients were treated for 12 weeks, the HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose(FPG), postprandial 2 h glucose, total glycerin (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), blood pressure(BP), BMI before and after treatment were detected and statistical analyzed with HbA1c 6.5% as the cutoff point. Result: Patients with IGR, MS and phlegm-heat interties accounted 120 cases (75%) as HbA1c<6.5%. The 2 hPG and BP of treatment group were decreased (P<0.05) no matter the HbA1c level. FPG and TG could decrease by Yitangkang when HbA1c≥6.5%; TC levels could decrease by Yitangkang when HbA1c<6.5% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yitangkang, the Chinese herbal compound, can significantly improve glucose and lipid metabolism parameters for patients with IGR and MS, and can regulate the BP and BMI and also plays different roles at different HbA1c layers.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of Jianpi Huayu Jiedu for the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and its influence on the Cyclin E protein expression. Method: Sixty cases were divided into control group and treatment group (n=30 each) randomly. Another 10 persons were selected as the healthy controls. The patients in the control group were given Weifuchun tablets of 4 tid. The cases in the treatment group were received Jianpi Huayu Jiedu decoction (one decoction divided taken 3 times daily). Clinical effect, endoscopic images, pathological changes and the effect on helicobacter pylori (HP) were observed in each group. The expression of Cyclin E protein in every group was investigated using immunohistochemistry. Result: The total effect in treatment group was 93.33%, that of the control group was 86.67%, having no significant difference. The endoscopic images (80.00%), pathological changes (76.67%) and the HP eradication rate (68.18%) in the treatment group were better than those (60.00%, 60.00% and 21.05%) in the control group, having significant difference (P<0.05). The expression of Cyclin E protein was decreased after treatment in the both treatment group and control group, and the treatment group was also better than control group, with significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of Jianpi Huayu Jiedu can influence the expression of the Cyclin E protein in the patients with precancerous lesion of gastric carcinoma, so it may prevent the development of precancerous lesion of gastric carcinoma.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect and the safety of Yangxin Tongmai Xiaobi decoction (YTXD) on chest stuffiness and pains with syndrome of qi deficiency and combined stasis of phlegm and blood. Method: Using prospective study method, 64 patients with chest stuffiness and pains were divided into two groups randomly: the treated group and the controlled group (n=32 each). The former was given self-designed YTXD and the later was given Baoxinning capsule. The period of treatment was 4 months. Items such as symptoms, electrocardiogram, and adverse reactions were examined before treatment and after treatment. Result: The total efficacy rate in the treated group was 90.7%, the rate of the controlled group was 78.1%. Primary symptoms and total integral of electrocardiogram after the treatment of both groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05). No adverse reaction was found on routine blood test, routine urine test, and liver and kidney function test. Conclusion: YTXD is safe and reliable for treating chest stuffiness and pains with syndrome of Qi deficiency and combined stasis of phlegm and blood.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the conservative treatment of acute uncomplicated appendicitis by traditional Chinese medicine with different routes. Method: Ninety-two cases of acute uncomplicated appendicitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (n=46 each). Both groups were given fasting, nutritional support; symptomatic treatment, anti-infection by antibiotics. On this basis, the observation group was received decoctions of Chinese herbs, Chinese medicinal enema and external application of Chinese medicine at appendix area. The treatment lasted for 7 d. After the treatment 1-3 d, the fever, the abdominal pain, the tenderness, the nausea, the vomiting and the other symptoms, the physical signs and the abdominal pain, the tenderness to restore the normal time were observed. Result: The total effective rate of 93.47% in the observation group was better than 78.26% in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment of 2 and 3 days, the fever, the abdominal pain, the tenderness, the nausea, the vomiting and the other symptoms and signs in the observation group were improved significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The time required for body temperature to return normal, abdominal pain and tenderness to relieve in the observation group was significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Chinese conservative treatment with different routes for acute uncomplicated appendicitis could quickly control the clinical symptoms of fever, pain, tenderness, nausea and vomiting, could improve the clinical efficacy.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of treating functional dyspepsia (symptoms of disharmony between liver and stomach) by the method of smoothing the liver and fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach. Method: Eighty-six patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group. domperidone 10 mg was taken orally 0.5 h before dinner three times per day for the control group and omeprazole enteric-coated tablets 10 mg was taken orally 0.5 h before dinner one times per day to the patients who had epigastric pain and burning. Method of smoothing the liver and fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach was used to treat the observation group. The courses of two groups were both four weeks. The symptoms of disharmony between liver-stomach and evaluate the quality of life of the patients were observed. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group (90.7%) was better than that (72.1%) of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate for syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in observation group (93.02%) was better than that (67.44%) in the control group (P<0.01). Scores of the syndrome of abdominal distension, early satiety, abdominal pain, epigastric burning sensation and disharmony between liver-stomach after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Scores of the trunk function (PF), general health (GH), role emotional (RE), social function (SF), bodily pain (BF) and mental health (MH) after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of smoothing the liver, fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia, the quality of life and the clinical efficacy.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction (BHD) on hemorheological parameters in Patients with coronary heart disease. Method: Seventy six cases of patients were divided into 2 groups, including control group and treatment group. Control group was treated with conventional therapy medicine. Based on the conventional therapy medicine treatment group was also received BHD. The 2 groups were treated for 1 month, hemorheological parameters and clinical symptoms were observed. Result: The treatment group was significantly improved in hemorheological parameters and clinical symptoms(P<0.05), and better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: BHD is obviously able to improve coronary heart disease patient's hemorheological parameters and relieve clinica1 symptoms.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the treatment based on differentiation of liver and blood stasis for sedative hypnotics dependence insomnia. Method: One hundred and twenty subjects were randomly divided into two groups. control group was given estazolam, 1-6 mg, qn; Qianyang Huoxue was added to the treatment group, all for 8 weeks. Daytime function and the usage amount of estazolam were observed. Result: The incidence of daytime dysfunction of the treatment group was more lower than control group (P<0.05); the average amount of estazolam given between treatment group (1.47±1.28) mg was lower than that in the control group (4.05±1.59) mg (P<0.01). The total effective rate of treatment group (93.3%) was higher than the control group (70%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qianyang Huoxue decoction can significantly improve daytime function of sedative hypnotics dependence insomnia and reduce the dosage of anti-psychotic drugs so as to enhance clinical effects.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction on diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM) patients' plasma B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), C-reactive protein (CRP) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) change levels. Method: The subjects were divided into diabetic control group (30 cases) and DCM group (23 cases). The DCM group, on the basis of conventional western medicine, plus Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction, after 3 weeks of treatment, and then measure the plasma BNP, CRP, and HbA1c level before and after treatment. Result: Diabetic cardiomyopathy patients' BNP, CRP and HbA1c significantly higher than that of the diabetic control group (P<0.05) and DCM group, after the treatment of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction, BNP and CRP decreased (P<0.05) than before treatment, while the change of HbA1c level is not statistically significant before and after treatment. Conclusion: The higher levels of BNP and CRP can reflect the lesion severity of DCM as a clinical serological markers, while Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction can reduce their levels, displaying its good effect on the treatment of DCM.

      摘要:Objective: To study the Yanghe Tang to reduce elderly lung cancer for the treatment of postoperative pain curative effect. Method: The data of 120 cases of lung cancer in elderly patients postoperative patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, while the study group with Yanghe Tang treatment, control group using tramadol hydrochloride tablet treatment, and the two groups of patients, curative effect and adverse reaction pain score comparison. Result: The effective rate was 91.67% in patients with the treatment was better than 85.00% in control group (P<0.05); Two groups of patients before and after medication pain score is no significant difference, the patient the adverse reactions occur opportunity was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yanghe Tang to reduce elderly lung cancer postoperative pain has good curative effect, and at the same time, patients can enhance immunity.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction prescription on platelet activation and endothelial function in patients with diabetes and unstable angina. To evaluate the efficacy and possible mechanisms in patients with diabetes and unstable angina. Method: minty-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and unstable angina pectoris(UAP) were randomLy divided into two groups: The control group (46 cases) was given conventional therapy; Chinese medicines group (46 cases) was given Buyang Huanwu decoction prescription on the basis of conventional treatment. These patients of two groups were treated for 30 days. Indicator of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA),platelet α-granule membrane glycoprotein(CD62P),glycopropean complex of activated platelets(PAC-1),maximum platelet aggregation rate(MAR),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),von Willebrand factor(vWF),flow-mediated vasodilation(FMD)were observed before and after treatment. Result: Before the treatment, there were significant difference between the control group and the health group in these indicators of LPA,CD62P,PAC-1,MAR,NO,ET-1,vWF,FMD (all P<0.01),there were no significant difference in these indicators between two groups(all P>0.05), it has comparability. After 30 days, there indicators had significantly improved compared with before treatment in patients of two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),But patients in Chinese medicines group improved more significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Incidence of cardiovascular events TCM group was significantly lower than the control group within 30 days(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Application Chinese medicines group were no adverse reactions. Conclusion: It was safe and effective that Buyang Huanwu decoction prescription in the treatment of patients with T2DM and UAP,inhibition of platelet activation and protection of endothelial function may be one mechanism of the improvement prognosis of T2DM and UAP.

      摘要:Objective: Discussion on combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treatment. Method: Choose sixty-six patients with non-small cell lung cancer (Ⅲ,Ⅳperiod) who were received and cured in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012,these patients were intravenous dropped docetaxel 75 mg·m-2 and cisplatin 25 mg·m-2,the former was d1 and the latter was d1-3, before using hexadecadrol 6 h and 12 h,the patients could respectively take orally dexamethasone 8 mg, former 0.5 h and were intramuscular injection diphenhydramine 40 mg, static injection cimetidine 300 mg. Giving stop vomiting drugs when they were proceeding to conventional chemotherapy, 54 cases regarded as control group and were treated in this way.52 cases in the treatment were treated with 50 milliliter Eddie based on control group and joined 10% glucose solution to intravenous drop, one treatment every day. Two groups were continuously treated for 12 weeks. Observe and compare the efficacy of two groups, average rates of disease progression time and improved quality of life and reduce rates. Result: Total effective rate of 48.1% per cent of the control group, the study group total effective rate in the treatment of 64.8%, compared to the two groups, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05); control group and the study group's average time of disease progression respectively 128.35, 174.56 d,compared to the two groups, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05); compared of two groups improved quality of life and reduce rates efficacy, control group karnofsky(KPS) score increase 10 (19.2%),stable 13 cases (25%), reduced in 29 cases (55.8%), research group KPS scores improve to 18 cases (33.3%), stable in 13 cases (24.1%), reduced 23 cases (42.6%), compared of two groups improved quality of life and reduce rates efficacy, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Effect treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer significantly, living longer, disease progression time for longer, play a role in improving the quality of life for patients with that merits promotion.

      摘要:Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of Siwu decoction modified for primary dysmenorrhea. Method: As Siwu decoction and dysmenorrhea for key terms, retrieved the randomized controlled trial of Siwu decoction modified for primary dysmenorrhea from CNKI, Wan fang data and Chinese biomedical Literature database from January 1994 to December 2012. Finally, evaluated the quality of incorporating literature with Cochrance system and analyzed them with the Meta analysis of Rev Man 5.0 version. Result: A total of 13 trials involving 1 531 patients were included. The meta-analyses showed that the cure rate, total efficiency and recurrence rate of Siwu decoction for primary dysmenorrhea were better than the control group. The combined OR values were OR=4.05,95%CI[3.18,5.16];OR=5.61,95%CI[3.98,7.90];OR=0.21,95%CI[0.12,0.35]. Conclusion: Compared with control group, Siwu decoction modified has some advantage in Cure rate, the total effective rate and recurrence rate for primary dysmenorrheal.

Result: 616 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were be in 〈Chinese Pharmacopoeia〉 2010 edition 1, plant sources accounted for 87.66%, animal sources accounted for 8.28%, fossil sources accounted for 4.06%. Conclusion: The origin of Chinese medicine resources must be needed to expand.The qualities of chinese herbal medicine were be further studied from kinds of origin and multiple parts of the same species.

      摘要:To study prescription significance of the theory in the guide of proprietary Chinese medicine quality standards, in order to ensure this research are always under the guidance of the Chinese medicine theory. Published papers on the research about Chinese medicine quality standards and a series of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China and literature were inspected to summary. Investigation was made from the overview of development of Chinese medicines, the existing limitations and related issues in Chinese medicine quality research, prescription significance of the theory in the guide of proprietary Chinese medicine quality standards. Due to lack of equipment, personnel and interdisciplinary background, the complexity of proprietary Chinese medicine ingredients, as well as the study of the arduous nature, led to the existence of index components selected unscientific and non-standard function and indications problem in Chinese medicine quality standards research. Prescription significance of the theory in the guide of proprietary Chinese medicine effective substances, the verification experiment design and guidance of proprietary Chinese medicines effects indications specification writing plays an important role. The current study of Chinese medicine quality does not pay enough attention on prescription theory, a prescription theory under the theoretical guidance should be always ensured.

These results demonstrate that flavonoids have a wide physiologic function and have great potential of development and application.This paper is a systematic review of the research advances of flavonoids and its derevatives in clinical application, pharmacodynamic mechanisms and SAR studies in the past years. The current review would provide some useful information for further study on flavonoids.

      摘要:Eighteen incompatible pairs is a set of strict incompatibility formed at opposite basis, however, many combination of two incompatible herbs are applied in clinical to treat disease from the ancient time to today. Combination of two incompatible herbs are opposite or counter, there are many disputes in modern property theory, and has not formed a unified and objective judgment standard. Through the literature review, Glycyrrhiza co-administered with Sargassum pallidum, Euphorbia pekinensis, E.kansui and Daphne genkwa are introduced from the clinical application, preparation and administration, compatibility proportion,cytochrome P450 and toxicological aspects, pointing out that the past study of Glycyrrhiza co-administered with S.pallidum, E.pekinensis, E.kansui and D.genkwa focus on long-term toxicity, acute toxicity, and experimental study of specific site is very few, and experimental conditions are not unified phenomenon, such as drug source, mode of delivery, compatibility proportion.This paper presents that experimental conditions should be standardized to reduce all kinds of uncertain factors, and system study should be carried out based on the characteristics of different drugs from specific parts, in order to accurate medication of Glycyrrhiza co-administered with S.pallidum, E.pekinensis, E.kansui and D.genkwa and further research with literature foundation.

The classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, set thousands of years of experience, have scientificalness and subtleties, use a strict differentiation.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, must according to the patient's constitution, fracture location, severity to consider, treatment should change with its license, strengthen pertinence treatment, improve the curative effect.

Since 1995, it is proved that celastrol is effective in the treatment of cancer in many researches. The mechanisms include inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells, affecting angiogenesis, affecting the related proteins of tumor and so on. However there are few researches on the in vivo process of celastrol. People should pay more attention on the in vivo process of celastrol to establish the foundation of the use of celastrol.

      摘要:The Chinese traditional medicine sophora avescens aiton is the dry root of leguminous plant radix sophorae flavescentis, the early researches showed that, as the main active component, matrine and oxymatrine have the functions of anti-inflammation, arrhythmia and, anti-virus. Further studies found that they also can kill tumors, and its antitumor activity mainly displays in inhibiting proliferation and metastasis, inducing differentiation and apoptosis, promoting apoptosis, inhibiting telomerase activity,inhibiting the formation of new blood vessels, inhibiting the drug resistance, promoting antitumor immune response of the host and so on. In addition, studies confirm that matrine and oxymatrine can obviously improve the cachexia state and improve the patients' quality of life. Matrine and oxymatrine are natural plant drugs, curative effect practicaly, has the important research and application value.

      摘要:Understand the history of the development and function of the wine, choose the appropriate specifications, variety and quality control to provide a basis for the wine applications. Literature,the traceability of wine,the ages the wine function and application evolution,wine varieties in the application of Chinese medicine requirements,and are analyzed and summarized. The brewing of wine originated in the Paleolithic Age,the earliest application of records are found in 〈Wushier Bingfang〉,the function of wine is summarized as:sweet,bitter,pungent,warm,toxi.Into the heart,liver,lung,stomach meridian. unclog arteries by promoting blood,scattered cold wind, do medicine potential, flavoring correction smelly.treat Bi syndrome induced by wind and cold, muscle spasm,heart cold pain. The ancient physicians advocate yellow wine into medicine,and think Shaoxing yellow better. The Chinese traditional medicine process accessories to make use of the specifications of the wine quality varieties to provide literature basis.

      摘要:Jianghuang has special function in Shengjiang San which is a famous prescription to treat pestilence. This paper discussed its dosage and function in Shengjiang San by the research,induction,organization and analysis of literatures. Jianghuang is Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum but not Turmeric tablets in Shengjiang San. Its dosage is 3-10 g rams in decoction as usual,while 0.5-2 g in powder per serving. Jianghuang,as an adjuvant with pungent, bitter and cool in property,strengthens the function of dispersing and purging of Shengjiang San in pestilence treatments. Moreover,this therapeutic theory of ‘pass through and Scatter Swelter' also can be applied to internal diseases treatment.
