      摘要:Objective: To study the mechanism of bitter taste masking by β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Method: With decoction of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Gentianae Radix et Rhizma, Andrographis Herba, et al. and water solution of berberine as model drugs,sulfobutyl ether-β-CD(SBE-β-CD) and β-CD as taste masking agent,the degree of bitter before and after masking was evaluated by mouth-tasting. Result: β-CD showed more significant effects of bitter taste masking than SBE-β-CD,except Gentianae Radix et Rhizma. Conclusion: This study proved that β-CD could used as taste-masking agent for decoction of several TCM.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology of total saponins from Allium sativum with macroporous resin. Method: With transfer rate of total saponins as index,single factor tests were adopted to optimize purification process parameters,such as type of macroporous resin,adsorption capacity of resin (adsorption capacity,the concentration of sample solution,pH and adsorption speed) and elution performance (the concentration,flow rate and volume of eluent). Result: Optimized purification technology was as following:selected AB-8 macroporous resin,ratio of crude drug-resin 1.3:1,the concentration of sample solution 0.8 g·mL-1,pH 7,adsorption speed 2 BV·h-1,removed impurities with 30% ethanol,eluted with 5 BV of 95% ethanol,elution speed 3 BV·h-1.Under these conditions,purity of total saponins was over 65%. Conclusion: AB-8 macroporous resin could be adopted to purify total saponins from A. sativum,this optimized purification technology was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of total flavonoids from Callicarpa macrophylla (TFCM) and estimate its anti-inflammatory,antalgic and hemostatic activities. Method: With yield of total flavonoids as index,on the basis of single factor test,effect of the concentration of ethanol,liquid-solid ratio,extraction times and time on extraction technology of TFCM;Anti-inflammatory,antalgic and hemostatic activities of TFCM were evaluated by xylene-induced ear edema,acetic acid-induced writhing,glass capillary tube method in mice,respectively. Result: Optimal extraction parameters of TFCM were ethanol concentration 90%,ratio of solid to liquid 1:20,extraction temperature 80℃,extracted 2 times with 2 h per time.Under these conditions,yield of TFCM was 63.1 g·kg-1.After purified by macroporous resin and polyamide resin,purity of TFCM was up to 53.3%.TFCM displayed potent anti-inflammatory, antinociceptive activity and significantly shortened the blood coagulation time in mice at the dose of 200 and 400 mg·kg-1,but TFCM merely exhibited antalgic activity at the dose of 100 mg·kg-1. Conclusion: Optimized process could achieve purpose of enrichment of active ingredients,TFCM possessed significant anti-inflammatory,antalgic and hemostatic activities with dose-related.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid from Isodon lophanthoides. Method: A HPLC method was established to determine the content of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in I. lophanthoides.With yield of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid as indexes,based on single factor test,extraction technology was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test by screening extraction solvent,material-liquid radio,extraction time as factors. Result: Optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 40 min with 20 times the amount of 30% ethanol. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was simple and economical with high extraction rate,it could provide a reference for development and utilization of I. lophanthoides.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize formula of gastric floating tablets of total glucosides from Centella asiatica. Method: Gastric floating tablets were prepared by direct compression with dry powder.With floating properties and in vitro release as indexes,single factor tests and mixture design test were adopted to optimize formulation parameters which impacted properties of gastric floating tablets of total glucosides from C. asiatica. Result: Optimum formulation included 25% total glucosides from C. asiatica,28.6% HPMC K15M,15.6% NaHCO3,20.8%CMS-Na and 10%PEG20000.The results showed that these products could float within (3.2±0.2) min and maintain for over 12 h,in vitro release of this tablets fitted zero-order kinetics model. Conclusion: These prepared gastric floating tablets showed a good sustained-release and continual floating property,it could increase residence time and improve efficacy for gastric ulcer.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize enzyme-linked semi-bionic extraction technology of total flavanoids from Pyrola decorata. Method: With yield of total flavanoids as index,based on single factor test,Box-Behnken central composite design was adopted by selecting the amount of enzyme,material-liquid ratio,enzymolysis time,extraction time and temperature as factors,extraction technology was optimized by response surface methodology. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the amount of enzyme 1.25 mg·g-1, ratio of material to liquid 1:65, enzymolysis time 1.0 h,extraction time 1.75 h,extraction temperature 85℃. Under this conditions,yield of total flavanoids was up to 5.54%,which was close to the predicted value(5.68%). Conclusion: Optimized technology was reasonable and feasible with good predictability.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize fermentation technology of bacillus natto producing glycosidase. Method: Conversion of isoflavones in fermented natto was analyzed by TLC.With enzyme activities as index,based on single factor test,effect of fermentation time,the amount of water,inoculum size and initial pH on fermentation technology was investigated by orthogonal test. Result: Glycosidase produced from natto was determined as intracellular by TLC.Optimum fermentation technology was as following:fermentation time 36 h,the amount of water 70%,inoculum size 10%,initial pH 7.5.Enzyme activities was up to 205 205 U·mL-1 under these conditions. Conclusion: After fermented by bacillus natto,isoflavones could be aglycone from glycosidic,intracellular enzyme producing from bacillus natto showed higher enzyme activities than extracellular for transforming genistin to genistein.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize prescription of ginkgolide B (GB) self-microemulsifying drug delivery systems (SMEDDS) and evaluate its quality and security. Method: With particle size,Zeta potential,equilibrium solubility as indexes,the mass fraction of oil phase,ratio of surfactant and co-surfactant,rate of the mixed surfactant as factors,pseudo-ternary phase diagram and central composite design and response surface method were adopted to optimize prescription.The content of GB was determined by HPLC.Morphology,pH value,particle size distribution,Zeta potential,stability and some security of GB-SMEDDS were studied. Result: Optimal prescription was GTCC/EL-35/lecithin/ethanol (25.99:39.47:9.87:24.67),while the drug loading and particle size were (24±1.4) g·L-1 and 30-60 nm,respectively. The preparation was stable under different temperature for a week, including 25,40,4,-20℃.Stability of prepared GB-SMEDDS was good in the state of normal temperature,high temperature and low temperature within 1 week,its had good security. Conclusion: Central composite design-response surface method had successfully built a model for optimizing formulation of GB-SMEDDS optimized preparation technology of GB-SMEDDS was simple,repeatable and stable with good prediction.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology conditions of total flavonoids from Hemisteptia lyrata by macroporous resin. Method: Two models of macroporous resins were selected by static adsorption-elution test,purification technology of total flavonoids from H. lyrata with macroporous resin was optimized by dynamic adsorption method. Result: D101 resin was adopted,optimized purification technology was as following:the concentration of sample solution 1.5 g·L-1 with pH 5,adsorption velocity 3 BV·h-1,sample volume 4 BV,then eluted with 5 BV 50% ethanol at the speed of 2 BV·h-1,collected eluate.Under these conditions,yield of total flavonoids was 47.8%. Conclusion: D101 macroporous resin could purify total flavonoids from H. lyrata effectively.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification process of total valepotriates from extract of Valeriana jatamansi. Method: Models of macroporous resin was screened by dynamic adsorption-elution test,effect of sample volume,elution flow rate,elution solvent and its amount on purification process of total valepotriates was investigated by single factor test. Result: ADS-8 macroporous resin was adopted,optimized purification technology was as following:the concentration of sample solution 1.692 g·L-1,elution flow rate of 2 mL·min-1,sample capacity 42.3 mg·g-1,after eluted with 30% ethanol and 6 BV of 95% ethanol,yield of total valepotriates was 26% and purity was 51%. Conclusion: Optimized purification technology was stable,reliable and reproducible.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate in vitro transdermal behavior of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA) in Guyu prescription. Method: Percutaneous absorption test was performed on excised mice skin in Franz diffusion cell,with the content of HSYA as index,effect of the concentration of ethanol and drug on transdermal property of HSYA was investigated. Result: The accumulation skin permeation ratio of HSYA with 20% ethanol,50% ethanol and 70% ethanol were 1.26%,1.69%,5.28%,respectively;And results of 0.5,1,2 g·mL-1 of drug solution were 1.06%,1.26%,1.50%,respectively.Increasing of the concentration of ethanol and drug solution were conducive HSYA through skin;the concentration of 1 g·mL-1 and 70% were selected. Conclusion: 70% ethanol could significantly promote transdermal property of HSYA,it could provide a reference for preparing Guyu liniments.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize depigmenting technology of polysaccharides from Portulace oleracea with activated carbon. Method: On the basis of single-factor tests,according to Box-Behnken center-united experimental design principles,response surface analysis of three factors and three levels was adopted with activated carbon dosage,depigmenting time and temperature as factors.A second order quadratic equation for de-colorization of polysaccharides was built,after analyzed significance of three factors,optimal decolorization conditions of polysaccharides solution was concluded. Result: Optimal decolorization technology were as follows:the amount of activated carbon 30 g·L-1,decolorization time 50 minutes,decolorization temperature at 40℃.Under these conditions,decolorization rate of polysaccharides was up to 68.05%. Conclusion: This optimized decolorization technology was simple and stable with good predictability.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from Baeckea frutescens L. Method: With the content of total flavonoids as index,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time as factors,central composite design and response surface methodology was used for optimize of extraction technology of total flavonoids from B. frutescens L.,then predicted optimal exaction process. Result: Optimum extraction technology conditions were as follows:extracted 3 times with 16 times the amount of 70% ethanol,60 min each time.Under this technology,the average mass fraction of total flavonoids was 1.43%. Conclusion: The observed value and the predicted value were close,which proved that optimizied technology was reasonable and feasible with good predictability.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate transdermal absorption characteristics of ursolic acid in Hedyotis diffusa. Method: The content of ursolic acid was determined by HPLC.Utilized skin on the back of SD rats,Franz vertical diffusion cell was adopted to investigate transdermal performance of ursolic acid,and effect of azone,eucalyptus oil,synthetic borneol,water extract and alcohol extract of H. diffusa on transdermal performance of ursolic acid was investigated. Result: Ursolic acid was difficult to penetrate the skin,it must be added to certain transdermal absorption enhancer.Effect of enhancers on ursolic acid was in order of 5% ethanol extract>5% ethanol extract+2% borneol>5% water extract>2% azone+10% PG>2% eucalyptus oil>4% azone>3% eucalyptus oil>2% azone>1% azone. Conclusion: Azone and eucalyptus oil was good penetration enhancers for ursolic acid in H. diffusa,compound water extract and ethanol extract had a collaborative effect in promoting penetration.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare curcumin-loaded mPEG114-PCL36 nanomicelles and investigate its in vitro release. Method: mPEG114-PCL36 block copolymer was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization method and its structures was identified by FT-IR and 1H-NMR,the critical micelle concentration was detected by fluorescence techniques with pyrene as a probe.Polymer micelles containing curcumin were prepared by dialysis,effects of the concentration of copolymer and curcumin,volume ratio of aqueous phase to organic phase on particle size of micelles,entrapment efficiency and drug loading was evaluated by orthogonal design.Eencapsulation efficiency and drug loading were determined by HPLC,particle size was examined by laser light scattering,dynamic dialysis method was used to investigate in vitro release characteristic of nanomicelles. Result: Average particle size of these prepared nanomicelles was (48.5±1.7) nm with polydispersity index of (0.20±0.07),drug loading of (49.12±1.26)% as well as encapsulation efficiency of (4.46±0.12)%.In vitro cumulative release of curcumin nanomicelles in 72 h was 41.9% and without significant burst release at initial stage. Conclusion: These prepared curcumin-loaded nanomicelles showed a good sustained-release property with small and evenly distributed particle size.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification technology of total coumarins in Daphne giraldii. Method: With the content of total coumarins as index,model of macroporous resin was screened by static and dynamic adsorption-elution test,effect of the maximum sample volume,the concentration and amount of eluent,elution speed on purification technology was investigated by single-factor test. Result: AB-8 resin showed the best due to its adsorption and desorption properties,optimum purification conditions were as follows:the maximum sample volume 3 BV,added deionized water for removing impurities,and eluted with 10 BV of 75% ethanol at the flow rate of 2 BV·h-1. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and reliable,which could meet requirements of total coumarins in D. giraldii osmotic pump tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC-RID method for determination of glycerin in ibuprofen oral solution. Method: Waters Spherisorb NH2 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (85:15),column temperature 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and RID temperature was 35℃. Result: This established method had good linear relationship within the range of 0.881 2-88.12 μg (r=0.999 9) for glycerin.The detection and quantitation limits were 11.05,110.05 ng respectively,the average recovery (n=5) was 102.8%(RSD 1.4%). Conclusion: This method was convenient,accurate and reliable,which could provide a reference for quality control of ibuprofen oral solution.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize enzymatic extraction technology conditions of polysaccharides from Eclipta prostrasta. Method: Composite score of yield of polysaccharides and the content of protein as index,type of enzyme was screened by single factor test.With total yield of polysaccharides as index,based on single factor tests,effect of the amount of enzyme,pH,hydrolysis time and temperature on extraction technology of polysaccharides was investigated by orthogonal test. Result: Cellulose enzyme was adopted,optimum extraction technology was as following:pH 5.0,the amount of cellulose enzyme 3%,hydrolysis time 3 hours and temperature at 50℃. Conclusion: Yield of polysaccharides from E. prostrasta could significantly increase by enzymolysis water extraction method.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a method for the determination for three prototype constituents into the blood from the extract of Rehmannia glutinosa. Method: The prototype constituents into the blood from R. glutinosa were confirmed by using the method of serum pharmacochemistry, and then the extracts were determined by HPLC. Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase; the column temperature was kept at 35℃, and flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Result: It was found that in rat serum catalpol, rehmannioside D and leonuride could enter into the blood in prototype forms. The calibration curves of catalpol, rehmannioside D and leonuride were within 0.32-1.60 μg (r=0.999 6), 0.406-2.03 μg (r=0.999 8), 0.8-4.0 μg (r=0.999 8). The average recoveries were 99.74% (RSD 2.53%), 96.14% (RSD 1.31%) and 100.10% (RSD 2.73%) respectively. Conclusion: The developed methods are simple, feasible and repeatable. They are used to determine three components from 12 batch extracts of R. glutinosa in Jiaozuo district, Henan Province. The maximum total content is 20.28%, and the minimum one is 11.32%. Suggestion that the total content of these three components from the extract of the R. glutinosa must not be less than 15% is provided.

      摘要:Objective: To determine and compare vitamin E content in five different regions of Amygdalus mongolica. Method: HPLC method was established for determining the content of vitamin E. Methanol-water (98:2) was used as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.00 mL·min-1. The chromatographic column was WondaSil-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); the detection wavelength was set at 300 nm; the column temperature was kept at 25℃, and the ethanol was used as solvents. Result: The calibration curves of vitamin E was in good linearity over the range of 1-100 μg (r=0.999 6). The average recovery of vitamin E was 100.1% (n=3, RSD 1.740). Among five samples from different areas, the highest content of vitamin E is determined in the sample of Yabuge Gebi and the lowest is the one from Guyang Payushu. Conclusion: The method was proved to be rapid, accurate and credible.

      摘要:Objective: To study the N-hexane extract components of dried urine of Trogopterus. Method: Trogopterus dried urine was extracted by N-hexane and analyzed by GC-MS. Result: 42 components of dried urine of Trogopterus were identified and the main components were squalene (15.25%) and cholesterol (2.68%). Conclusion: Some of the ingredients in the composition of the dried urine are same compared with fresh urine and local wild-collected feces. Its main ingredients are reported ingredients of Faeces Trogopterori. The dried urine product should be collected but the drying process needs further research and standardization.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of total saponins of Aralia taibaiensis. Method: A. taibaiensis was identified by TLC and spots were visualized by heating silica gel plates sprayed with 10% H2SO4 in EtOH, and the content of total saponins of A. taibaiensis was determined by visible ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Result: The TLC spots of A. taibaiensis were clear and well separated. The linear ranges of total saponins was 0.020 65-0.123 9 g·L-1 (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery rate was 100.20% (RSD 0.885%). Conclusion: The established standard is applicable for the quality control of A. taibaiensis.

      摘要:Objective: The research aimed to establish a high pressure digestion and a hydride-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) method for the determination of selenium in Gastrodia elata and Quantianma capsules. Method: The samples, include G. elata herbs, Quantianma capsules and CRM Tea, Astragalus and Ginseng were prepared by high pressure digestion. The reaction medium was HNO3-HCl, which had reducing and interference diminishing effects. K3Fe (CN)6 was added to diminish the interference of coexist elements. Selenium in G. elata and Quantianma capsules is researched by HG-AFS. Meanwhile, selenium in the CRM Tea, Astragalus and Ginseng was detected in order to control the quality of the measured results. Result: There was a good linear relation between fluorescence intensity and concentration. The LOD was 0.16 μg·L-1. The precision and repeatability were satisfactory. The recovery was 98.26%-101.2% and RSD was 2.4%-4.4%. The method was used to detect the concentration of selenium in 22 batches of G. elata herbs and 5 batches of Quantianma capsules. The concentration of selenium in 22 batches of herbs is 0.012 4-0.660 mg·kg-1. The content was obviously different due to the different origins. As the origin of the Quantianma capsules is same, the concentration of selenium is 0.214-0.385 mg·kg-1. Conclusion: The method is easy and simple to handle. It has low cost and little pollution to environment. This method can be applied into the determination of selenium in G. elata and Quantianma capsules. It provides useful references for the quality control and further application of G. elata and Quantianma capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the content of effective components of Bupleurum marginatum from Northwest Hubei Province before and after processing by different methods. Method: The total saponins and volatile oil from B. marginatum processing with honey, wine and vinegar were extracted and the content of effective components was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry. Result: The content of the total saponins and volatile oil of B.marginatum before and after processing by different methods had many sign changes. The content of the total saponins of B.marginatum increased after processing with honey roasted, but decreased after processing with wine and vinegar. The content varies in different processing methods, the consequent succession was as follows:processing with honey roasted>crude drug>processing with vinegar>processing with wine. The order of the content of total saponins was as follows:2.037 5%, 1.519 6%, 1.317 4% and 1.127 4%. The content of volatile oil of B.marginatum increased after processing by different methods. The result was as follows:processing with honey roasted>processing with wine>processing with vinegar>crude drug. The order of the content of total saponins was as follows:0.736%, 0.689%, 0.630% and 0.395%. Conclusion: The content of effective components of B.marginatum changed in varying degrees after processing, and it can be trusted that the B.marginatum was processed by different methods for medical purpose.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a rapid FTIR method for formula granule of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Winy Rhei Radix et Rhizoma identification, and give a demo for the processed formula granule identification. Method: Formula granule of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Winy Rhei Radix et Rhizoma were researched by FTIR. Result: The infrared spectrums of two formula granule were similar, while the position, intensity and shape of absorption peak were different in 1 447, 1 367, 1 146, 1 079, 925, 576 cm-1. In second derivative spectra, the peak position and intensity were different in the range of 1 800-500 cm-1. Conclusion: The methods used in this study were rapid, accurate and simple. It can be used to identify formula granule of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Winy Rhei Radix et Rhizoma effectively.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard for Chaiqingxiaopi capsule. Method: TLC method was used to identify Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Semen Vaccariae, Radix Notoginseng, Radix Bupleuri; HPLC method was used to determine the hesperidins in Citri reticulate pericarpium. Result: The specific spots of drugs were presented clearly by TLC, without interference of the negative control. Sodium hesperidins linearity was found in the range of 0.101-1.01 μg; the average recovery was 102.5%, RSD 1.03% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is reliable and recurrent well, which can be used as quality control standard of Chaiqingxiaopi capsule.

      摘要:Objective: Discussion on color difference between imitation wild and artificial cultivated pieces of Saposhnikovia divaricata, provides a new method for objectively quantifying appearance color of Saposhnikoviae Radix. Method: HP-C220 colorimeter was used to determine total color of processed pieces of Saposhnikoviae Radix. SPSS statistical software were used to calculate the range of total color in different planting patterns of pieces and to analysis the relationship between planting pattern and skin color of Saposhnikoviae Radix. Result: Total color of 9 batches of imitation wild Saposhnikoviae Radix pieces were at 35.49-39.18 and the artificial cultivations' were at 48.11-56.10, the two average color difference is 14.7, wild and artificial cultivation of Saposhnikoviae Radix pieces skin color difference were significant. Conclusion: Colorimeter can provide objective data for imitation wild and artificial cultivation pieces of Fangfeng appearance color, not only can be used as a detection method for the identification of two pieces, but also can provide a reference for the establishment of Saposhnikoviae Radix pieces classification.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Herba Euphorbia Humifusae for quality control of the herbal medicine. Method: A Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) analytical column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% H3PO4 water. The elution was in gradient mode and detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. The column temperature was maintained at 32℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. The analytical time was 60 min. Result: There were 24 common peaks in the fingerprint of 10 batches of Herba Euphorbia Humifusae samples, and each peak in the fingerprint was well separated under the chromatographic condition above. The similarity of the 10 batches of Herba Euphorbia Humifusae was not lower than 0.90. Conclusion: This method is available for the identification and quality control of Herba Euphorbia Humifusae.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining osthole in Huashe Jieyang capsule. Method: The Phenomenex Synergi C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 4 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water (62:38) as mobile phase. The UV detection wavelength was set at 322 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Column temperature was set at ambient temperature. Result: A good linearity was obtained as the content of osthole within the range of 0.077-0.772 μg (r=0.999 9) and the average recovery rate (n=6) was 105.0% with RSD 1.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, available, reliable and accurate, so can be used to contro1 the content of osthole in Huashe Jieyang capsule.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method to determine the related substances of alliin. Method: RP-HPLC was adopted for the determination of the related substances of alliin. The chromatographic procedure was carried out with DIKMA DiamonsilTM C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) as an analytical column and water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1 at 25℃. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. Result: There was a good linear relationship within the ranger of 0.049 6-1.008 6 μg (r=0.999 6), the limit of detection for alliin was 4 ng. The precision was 0.43%, the average recovery was 99.22% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific and sensitiveness for quality control of alliin.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method for the content determination of tilianin and glycyrrhizic acid in Abnormal Savda Munziq granules. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of tilianin and glycyrrhizic acid. The column for Tilianin is Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% formic acid (27:73) with the detection wavelength at 324 nm. The column temperature was set at 35℃ and the flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1. The column for glycyrrhizic acid was Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.2 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid (67:33:1) with the detection wavelength at 250 nm. The column temperature was kept at 30℃ and the flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: There was good linearity between the peak area and concentration within the range of 1.14-114 μg (r=0.999 9) for tilianin and 20.6-206 μg (r=0.999 7)for glycyrrhizic acid respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific for quality control of Abnormal Savda Munziq granules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint method of Sargentodoxa cuneata. Method: Chromatography was carried out on a Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm) with gradient eluting system of 0.05% acetic acid water-methanol at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1,detection wavelength was 280 nm,column temperature was at 35℃.Ten batches of S. cuneata,two batches of S. suberectus and a batch of Schisandra sphenunthera were determined for similarity comparison. Result: UPLC fingerprint analysis method of S. cuneata was established,there were 19 common peaks,four of them were identified.Similarity of 10 batches S. cuneata was more than 0.837,and fingerprint of S. cuneata had a significant difference to S. suberectus and S. sphenunthera. Conclusion: This method was rapid,accurate and reproducible,it could provide a reference for quality evaluation and control of S. cuneata.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of total lignans in Myristica fragrans and M. fragrans roasted with wheat bran. Method: UV spectrophotometry was developed at 275 nm with dehydrodiisoeugenol as a reference substance. Result: The concentration of dehydrodiisoeugenol had a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 1.5-9.0 mg·L-1,r=0.999 8,the average recovery was 97.6% with RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion: This method was simple,rapid and repeatable.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of three active components including geniposide, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Niuhuang Xiaoyanling capsule. Method: The determination was performed on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase by gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.8-1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm for geniposide and hydrochloride baicalin, 278 nm for berberine respectively. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Result: The calibration curves of geniposide, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin were linear in the ranges of 0.020 4-0.408 μg (r=0.999 7), 0.041 2-0.412 μg (r=0.999 8), 0.060 8-0.608 μg (r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 99.12%, 99.92% and 99.32% respectively; RSDs were 1.77%, 1.24%, 1.63% respectively. Conclusion: This proposed method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the determination of the content of three analytes in Niuhuang Xiaoyanling capsule; it can be also used for quality control and evaluation of related capsule.

      摘要:Objective: The method for determination of total saponins in Dioscoreae hypoglauca from different areas was developed. Method: Spectrophotometer was used to determine the total saponins with perchloric acid for colorimetric reaction and diosgenin as the reference substance at 408 nm as measurement wavelength. Result: The linearity range of diosgenin was 1.55-12.42 mg·L-1(r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 100.69%, RSD 2.75%. The content of total saponins in D. hypoglauca from different areas was 2.85% (Yulin, Guangxi), 2.76% (Nanning, Guangxi), 2.54% (Linan, Zhejiang), 1.94% (Yinchang, Hubei), 0.84% (Chongzhou, Sichuan) respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and reproducible, which could be applied to the determination of saponins in D. hypoglauca from different areas.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in the supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) extract of fruits of Piper nigrum (black pepper) in Hainan. Method: The black pepper oil was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction and its chemical constituents were separated, determined and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with computer retrieval in compound databases. The relative percentage content of each compound was calculated by peak area normalization method. Result: 32 compounds were separated from black pepper oil and 24 of them were identified, which covered 86.86% of the total oil. The major constituents with higher relative content were piperine (39.47%), chrondriamide B (6.25%) and oleic acid (5.49%). Conclusion: Piperine is the major constituent in the black pepper oil. The research provided basis for the further research and exploitation of black pepper oil.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the chemical constituents of the volatile oils from different parts of Aralia echinocaulis. Method: The volatile oils were extracted from leaves, roots bark and stems bark of A. echinocaulis by steam distillation, and GC-MS was used to analyze the chemical constituents.The relative percentage of each chemical constituent was calculated using peak areas normalization. Result: A total of 95 compounds were identified from three volatile oils of A. echinocaulis. There were 8 kinds of the same composition, and the main component was sesquiterpenes and their oxides, the second component was alkanes, aldehydes, esters and fatty acids. Conclusion: The comparative analysis shows that volatile oils of A. echinocaulis of different parts have some differences in composition and content.

      摘要:Objective: To study the change of total ginkgolic acids in Ginkgo biloba leaves of different habitats. Method: The content of total ginkgolic acids in G. biloba leaves was determined by HPLC. A Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase of methanol and 1% acetic acid (90:10) were used; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the wavelength was set at 310 nm. The content was calculated with external standard method. Result: The content of total ginkgoic acids in G. biloba leaves varied with different habitats. The content in the samples from Tancheng was the highest, while Pizhou is the lowest. Conclusion: The content of total ginkgolic acids in G. biloba leaves from different habitats is markedly different. We should have a choice in use.

      摘要:Objective: To study application of partial least squares in fourier transforn infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) spectrum analysis for Angelica sinensis at different growth stages. Method: Pretreatment method of orthogonal signal correction and wavelet compression(OSCW) was used to reject uncorrelated variables in the original spectra before partial least squares(PLS) analysis. the first two principal components were employed to cluster samples of A. sinensis at different growth stages. Result: All samples are properly classified into three categories according to their growth stage, the results of clustering was closely related to their growing period, which reflect the differences in relative content of main chemical composition among the samples from various growing period. Conclusion: The proposed method that established with orthogonal signal correction plus wavelet compression can decrease noise of FT-IR spectrum and help to improve the clustering performance.

      摘要:Objective: To determine of the contents of β-phenylethyl cinnamate in Illigera aromatic from different collection periods, to discover the inherent rule about the content change of different collection periods. Method: Using Ultimate C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) 0.1% the phosphate buffer solution-acetonitrile(37:63) as mobile phase, the column temperature was at 30℃, the flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result: The content of β-phenylethyl cinnamate varied in different collection periods, with the highest point in August and January. Conclusion: This method has good sensitivity, precision and simplicity, offers the basis of controlling the quality of I. aromatic and the realization of good agricultural practice.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quantitative analysis method for determination of the content of chrysoeriol in Cardiospermum halicacabum by HPLC. Method: High perforamce liquid chromatogrphy was employed using Inertsil ODS-3C18Column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and mobile phase comprising acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(35:65) at a floe rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detecting wavelength of 348 nm,the column temperature was room temoerature. Result: Chrysoeriol was linear in the range of 0.0134-0.268 μg(r=0.999 97) and the average recovery of chrysoeriol was 99.74% with RSD 2.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible,which can be used for determination of the content of chrysoeriol in C.halicacabum.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate pharmacokinetics process of the major components of the total phenolic acids of Salvia miltiorrhiza in rats. Method: Using HPLC to measure plasma concentration at different time after ig total phenolic acids of S. miltiorrhiza was determined; DAS 3.0 software was used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters. Result: Lithospermic acid was linear in the range of 1.0-20.0 mg·L-1.Absolute recoveries were between 97.15%-100.21%.The RSD of intra-day and inter-day was less than 10.23%.Salvianolic acid B was linear in the range of 2.0-20.0 mg·L-1.Absolute recoveries were between 94.80%-99.96%. The RSD of intra-day and inter-day was less than 10.06%. Pharmacokinetic parameters of lithospermic acid were as follows:t1/2=19.4 min,Cmax=14.9 mg·L-1,AUC=418.0 μg·L-1·min-1. Pharmacokinetic parameters of salvianolic acid B were as follows:t1/2=27.2 min,Cmax=17.1 mg·L-1,AUC=831.3 μg·L-1·min-1. Conclusion: HPLC had good selectivity,high sensitivity for the determination of plasma sample. for the pharmacokinetic studies of lithospermic acid and salvianolic acid B in total phenolic acids of S. miltiorrhiza.

      摘要:Objective: To set up an LC-MS-MS method for the simultaneous determination of Cytochrome P450 probe substrates, including tolbutamide and its metabolite 4-hydroxytolbutamide for CYP2C9, chlorzoxazone for CYP2E1. Method: Probe drugs with the IS gliclazide were extracted using ethyl acetate. Gradient elution was performed on an Agelient Eclipse Plus-C18 column (2.1 mm×50 mm, 3.5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.01% formic acid (1 mmol·L-1 ammonium formate) and acetonitrile. The flow-rate was 0.3 mL·min-1, and the injection volume was 10 μL. The probe drugs were analyzed by ESI MS in MRM mode. The MS-MS reaction selected ions 269.1/170.0 m/z for tolbutamide, 285.1/186.0 m/z for 4-hydroxytolbutamide, 168.1/132.1 m/z for chlorzoxazone and m/z 322.3/170.2 ions for gliclazide. Result: The tolbutamide, 4-hydroxytolbutamide and chlorzoxazone had good linear relationship within the range of 0.98-4 000, 0.25-125, 0.98-2 000 μg·L-1, respectively. The extraction recoveries for all probe dings were more than 70%.The stability RSD were less than 11% and matrix effects in plasma on the ionization of probe drugs were negligible. Conclusion: The method described in this report has accuracy, sensitivity and reproducibility. The established LC-MS-MS method was suitable for pharmacokinetic study of tolbutamide and chlorzoxazone as a cocktail probe group and could be applied to hepatic microsomal enzyme study.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of astragalus polysaccharide (APS) on intercellular adhesion molecular-1(ICAM-1),vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(VCAM-1) and p38 MAPK signal pathway in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups:normal, model, APS(20 mg·kg-1), APS(40 mg·kg-1), SB203580(5 mg·kg-1), APS+SB203580(APS 20 mg·kg-1, SB203580 5 mg·kg-1), APS+SB203580(APS 40 mg·kg-1, SB203580 5 mg·kg-1). After 30 days of administration, the left anterior descending coronary artery ligation was performed. Western blot method was used for the determination of myocardial ICAM-1, VCAM-1, p38, p-p38 protein expression. Result: Compared with ICAM-1,VCAM-1,p-p38 of protein of the sham operation group(0.535 0±0.076 5,0.345 3±0.035 6,0.576 7±0.015 0), in ischemia reperfusion model group ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 protein expression (1.367 3±0.131 9,0.810 3±0.051 3)and signaling pathway of protein p-p38 protein(1.110 7±0.046 1) were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with a model group, APS combination with SB203580 showed a stronger inhibition on ICAM-1, VCAM-1, p-p38 protein(0.870 2±0.120 7,0.474 5±0.047 2,0.807 5±0.076 2) expression than the single application of APS (1.225 1±0.086 5,0.657 3±0.062 1,1.056 3±0.070 3)or action of SB203580(1.013 1±0.073 1,0.562 3±0.045 6,0.942 3±0.035 8) (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: APS combination with SB203580, can inhibit the p38 pathway by down-regulating ICAM-1, VCAM-1 expressionin the endothelial plasma membrane,which contributed to the protection of ischemia and reperfusion injury.

      摘要:Objective: To find the best matching dosage of Panax notoginseng and Ixeris sonchifolia Hance in Sanku dropping pills through observing the effect of its separated recipe on a acute myocardial ischemia. Method: The health Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group, Sanku dropping pills 2:8 (P. notoginseng:I. sonchifolia) high-dose group, 3:7 high-dose group, 4:6 high-dose group, 2:8 middle-dose group, 3:7 middle-dose group, 4:6 middle-dose group, 2:8 low-dose group, 3:7 low-dose group, 4:6 low-dose group, ig administration lasted 7 days. The animal model of acute myocardial ischemia was reduced by continuous intraperitoneal injection isopropylarterenol (20 mg·kg-1) during three days and observe the change of electrocardiogram S-T, myocardial enzyme in blood serum, and the index related to oxygen free radicals in myocardial tissue were observed. Result: It showed that,all the proportion group of Sanku dropping pills could decrease electrocardiogram ST(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)and the value of lactic clehydrogense(LDH) and creatine kinase(CK) in blood serum(P<0.05,P<0.01), increase the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lessen the value of malondi aldehyde MDA in myocardial tissue(P<0.05,P<0.01), but the effect and educe seasoning of dosage of 3:7 and 4:6 groups were inferior to dosage of 2:8 groups. Conclusion: The best matching dosage of P. notoginseng. and I. Sonchifolia in Sanku dropping pills were 2:8.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the Rehmanniae Radix and Corni Fructus water extracts and drug-containing serum on the proliferation of advanced glycation and generatedproducts (AGEs). Method: The reaction system composed of 200 mmol·L-1 glucose and bovine serum albumin was added to the Rehmanniae Radix and Corni Fructus and its water extracts with different compatibility drug-containing serum to determine early glycated protein (fructosamine) at 530 nm after two weeks at 37℃ incubation;the excitation wavelength of 360 nm and emission wavelength at 460 nm were used for the determination of AGEs fluorescence value (F) at 37℃ after four weeks of incubation. Result: Rehmanniae Radix and Corni Fructus water extracts and drug-containing serum had a certain inhibitory effect on fructosamine and AGEs, and Rehmannia dride rhizome and common macrocarpium fruit decoction group inhibited fructosamine and AGEs more obvious than other groups. Conclusion: Rehmanniae Radix and Corni Fructus with different compatibility have a synergistic effect on the inhibition of fructosamine and AGEs.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the prevention effect of Huangqin Tang (HQT) on iriontecan (CPT-11) induced delayed diarrhea in mice. Method: Forty healthy male ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, a model of delayed-onset diarrhea was set up by intraperitoneal injection CPT-11 continuously to establish a model group, control group was given saline instead of irinotecan. Low dosage group (5 g·kg-1), medium dosage group (10 g·kg-1) and high dosage group(20 g·kg-1)of Huangqin Tang were ig administration respectively, once a day for 8 days before one day of ip. The occurrence of delayed diarrhea and the change of body weight were observed;the mice were killed on day 9th, the samples of blood; colon; cecum; jejunum and ileum were collected.The level of mucositis was observed by using light microscope based on Chiu criteria; nitrogen oxide(NO) levels in intestinal tissue homogenate were detected by classic Griess method. The expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Numbers of neutrophils were determined by Giemsa staining. Result: Injection of CPT-11 could cause significantly delayed diarrhea. The degree of diarrhea incidence from medium and high dosage groups of HQT was significantly lower compared with the diarrhea model group (P<0.05), and the degree of weight loss also got the same result. The degree of intestinal bowel damages resulted from group of cecum; colon's medium and high group of HQT were significantly lower than the diarrhea model group(P<0.05),which showed a certain dose-effect relationship with the dosage. The level of NO expression in colon homogenates was promoted and the PCNA expression in colon mucosa was decreased(P<0.05), the number of neutrophils also got increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: The pre-application HQT can prevent the occurrence of delayed diarrhea CPT-11 by improving the degree of intestinal mucosa, promoting the level of NO expression, decreasing PCNA expression, it can also alleviate neutropenia syndrome.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of Astragali Radix and Pseudostellariae Radix,Cortex Moutan Radicis and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Arnebiae Radix and Leonuri Herba on m-RNA expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in mesangial cell of rats. Method: Using serum phamacological method,we got harmaeologieal serum of 3 couplet medicines.Cultured the glomerular mesangial cells and prolifelated them with angiotensin Ⅱ as stimulating factor.m-RNA expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were measured by RT-PCR. Result: Effect of these 3 couplet medicines on MMP-2 were not statistically significant.Group of Astragali Radix and Pseudostellariae Radix obviously inhibited expression of TIMP-2,and there was significant difference by comparing with the modle group;Other groups also could inhibite the expression of TIMP-2,but there were not statistically significant. Conclusion: Couplet medicines of Astragali Radix and Pseudostellariae Radix could play prevention and treatment roles of glomeruselerosis by inhibiting gene expression of TIMP-2.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the effect of Senqi Xiaobi(SQ) granules on serum levels of growth hormone(GH), epidermal growth factor(EGF) and gastrin (GAS) in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Method: CAG model was established by N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) and other comprehensive factors for 14 weeks. Then the model rats were divided into 6 groups randomly, which were ig administered with saline, Moluodan, folic acid, SQ granules 2, 4, 8 g·kg-1, respectively, taking normal Wistar rats as control group at the beginning of modeling. Body weight of rats was observed for 22 weeks. In 22nd week, the pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed, serum levels of GH,EGF GAS were measured by radioimmunoassay. Result: in 22nd week, in the model group, there were typical CAG pathological morphological changes on the gastric mucosa, Compared with model group, there were improvements on pathological changes at different degrees in the SQ Granules-treated groups; serum levels of GH in the SQ Granules 8 g·kg-1 group were significantly higher than that in the model group[(5.42±0.68),(5.02±0.71 μg·L-1, P<0.05)];serum levels of EGF in the SQ granules 4,2 g·kg-1 group were significantly higher than that in the model group[(0.88±0.22),(0.86±0.18),(0.72±0.17)μg·L-1,P<0.01)]; serum levels of GAS in the SQ granules 4 g·kg-1 group and SQ granules 2 g·kg-1 group were significantly lower than that in the model group[(68.07±11.38),(62.42±10.19),(74.85±7.06) ng·L-1,P<0.05 or P<0.01)]. Conclusion: SQ granules improve mucosal atrophy possibly by increasing serum levels of GH,EGF and reducing serum levels of GAS in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of astragalus polysaccharide(APS) on regulatory T cells (Treg) in tumor-bearing mice. Method: Mice were subcutaneously implanted with B16-F10 cells in the right back region. Then these mice were randomly divided into model group, cyclophosphamide(CTX) group, APS low dose group (0.15 g·kg-1), APS high dose group (0.3 g·kg-1). Another ten normal mice were used as normal control. After 24 h, intragastric administration was performed. After 14 days of intragastric administration, tumors were removed and weighed, Treg of spleen were detected by flow cytometer(FCM), mRNA expression of transforming grwoth factor-β(TGF-β) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in spleen was measured by real-time PCR. Result: The results showed that APS could inhibit the B16-F10 tumor growth, reduce the proportion of Treg in spleen(P<0.01), decrease mRNA expression of TGF-β and IL-10 in spleen(P<0.05). Conclusion: The results indicated that APS might inhibit tumor growth partly by reducing the proportion of Treg in spleen and decreasing mRNA expression of TGF-β and IL-10 in spleen.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method to assay antioxidant activity in vitro of Leonuri Herba and Leonuri Fructus, as a guide for clinical rational use of Leonuri Herba and Leonuri Fructus. Method: 75% ethanol extracting solutions of Leonuri Herba and Leonuri Fructus were prepared with ultraphonic for 30 min at 25℃, and their antioxidant capacity were evaluated with 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical-2,2-Diphenyl-1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl) hydrazyl (DPPH·) spectrometry, compared with vitamin E. Result: The extracts of Leonuri Herba and Leonuri Fructus both had good scavenging effects on DPPH·. IC50 of Leonuri Herba extract, Leonuri Fructus extract and vitamin E solution were 2.70, 1.28, 5.89 g·L-1, respectively. In other words the antioxidant capability was:Leonuri Fructus extract>Leonuri Herba extract>vitamin E. The repeatability inspection were:Leonuri Herba, RSD 3.34%; Leonuri Fructus, RSD 2.25%. Conclusion: Leonuri Fructus has a stonger antioxidant than Leonuri Herba in vitro.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of the compatibility of Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix and Astragali Radix,Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix and Leonuri Herba on glucose, lipid metabolism and blood rheology in diabetic nephropathy rats. Method: Diabetic nephropathy was induced by streptozotocin(STZ) peritoneal injection with a dose of 60 mg·kg-1(the normal control group was excluded).Based on fasting blood-glucose(FBG) the rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:model group, Kaibotong group,Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix and Astragali Radix group,Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix and Leonuri Herba group. The drugs were given to rats daily for 8 consecutive weeks. At the end of the 2nd,4th,8th week, the rats were fasted after the last administration and then collected the blood samples,glucose oxidase(GOD) was used to examine the fasting blood glucose, trigluceride(TG), cholesterol(CHO), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were also tested, the blood rheology indexes were detected. Result: Compared with the model group, the treatment group could effectively restore the condition of diabetic nephropathy rat, the compatibility of Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix and Astragali Radix,Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix and Leonuri Herba could significantly reduce the levels of blood sugar and blood lipid, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 and P<0.01), andcould change the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the diabetic nephropathy rats, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 and P<0.01). Conclusion: Different compatibility of Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix demonstrates hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects, and can reduce the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antidepressant effect of extracts of the water (HZ-W) and 75% ethanol (HZ-E) from rhizome of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. Method: Mice were treated with HZ-W(1.5, 3 g·kg-1), HZ-E(1.5, 3 g·kg-1), and fluoxetine hydrochloride (FH, 10 mg·kg-1) everyday for seven consecutive days by intragastric administration (ig). The mouse forced swim test (FST), tail suspension test (TST) and open field test (OFT), were used to observe antidepressant activities of HZ-W and HZ-E, respectively, at 1 h after the last administration. Result: The immobility time of TST and FST in model mice was (95.83±17.18), (126.00±20.79) s respectively and there was significant decrease among HZ-W(1.5, 3 g·kg-1), HZ-E(3 g·kg-1), FH(10 mg·kg-1) groups compared with model group. The numbers of crossing squares in 3 min in model mice during OFT were (88.44±19.22), and there was no significant difference among HZ-W, HZ-E, FH groups compared with model group. Conclusion: The present study firstly indicates that HZ-W and HZ-E exerts antidepressant activity and the former is more potent than the latter at the same dose.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Tongluo Huatan capsule on H2O2-induced apoptosis in PC12 cells. Method: PC12 cells were cultured, and the cell viability of PC12 cells injured by different H2O2 concentrations and proliferated by different Tongluo Huatan Capsule were observed by MTT assay to determine the concentration that will cause a H2O2-induced apoptosis model of PC12 cells and the security concentrations of Tongluo Huatan Capsule for PC12 cells. PC12 cells in the logarithmic growth phase were divided into control group, model group and low, medium and high dose Tongluo Huatan capsule treatment groups. Apoptosis of PC12 cells were induced by H2O2 at the concentration of 200 μmol·L-1, MTT assay was used to detect the cell viability of PC12 cells protected by Tongluo Huatan capsule at different concentarions, Hoechst33342 fluorescent staining was used to observe morphological changes of cell apoptosis, the flow cytometry were used to detect the rate of apoptosis in PC12 cells, and the Western blot technology was used to detect the expressios of protein CytC and Caspase-3. Result: PC12 cells were injured by H2O2 at 200 μmol·L-1 concentration, while Tongluo Huatan capsule at less than or equal to the concentration of 100 μmol·L-1did not inhibit the cell viability of PC12 cells. Compared with the model group, Tongluo Huatan capsule groups improved cell viability (P<0.01), decreased apoptotic cells and apoptosis rate (P<0.01), and decreased the expression of Cytc and Caspase-3 (P<0.01) which was related to doses Tongluohuatan capsule. Conclusion: Tongluo Huatan capsule can inhibit H2O2-induced apoptosis in PC12 cells, while the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of the expression of apoptosis-related protein CytC and caspase-3 in the mitochondrial pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the action of tonifying kidney prescription, invigorating spleen prescription and tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen prescription on the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in tail suspension model rats. Method: Rats were assigned to five groups randomly:control(C),tail suspended(S),tonifying kidney (TK), invigorating spleen(IS) and tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen (TKIS) groups. Rats in S,TK, IS and TKIS groups were suspended by head down tilt-30° for 21 days. Rats in TK, IS and TKIS groups were orally administrated with three decoctions and other groups with equivalent saline from the first day. Bone mineral density of left tibia was measured respectively using dual energy X ray absorptiometry in rats on day 22. Meanwhile calcium and phosphorus in serum and urine in rats of these five groups were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. Calcium content in fecal and feed were detected by EDTA. Result: Compared with the C group, bone mineral density, serum calcium and phosphorus and apparent absorption rate of calcium are decreased, urine calcium and phosphorus and fecal calcium were increased obviously in S group. Compared with the S group, the bone mineral density, serum calcium and phosphorus, calcium intake and apparent absorption rate of calcium were raised but urine calcium and phosphorus and fecal calcium are reduced in TKIS group. Bone mineral density, serum calcium and phosphorus and apparent absorption rate of calcium were higher in TK and IS groups than the values in S group. Urine calcium and phosphorus and fecal calcium were lower in TK and IS groups than the values in S group. Calcium intake in IS group is increased above S group. Compared with the TKIS group, bone mineral density and serum calcium were decreased in TK and IS groups and apparent absorption rate of calcium was reduced in TK group. Conclusion: Three prescriptions including tonifying kidney prescription, invigorating spleen prescription and tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen prescription can improve the abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism caused by simulated weightlessness and the invigorating spleen prescription has a synergistic effect on tonifying kidney prescription in promoting calcium absorption and maintaining serum calcium concentration.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium on retina after ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Method: Rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury modeling was established by blocking arteria cerebri media,the size of cerebral infarction area and the content of brain water were compared before and after sublingual intravenous injection of normal saline, 1.0, 2.0 mg·kg-1 of 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium, respectively. Retinal ischemia was induced by clamping the common carotid artery unilaterally. Various doses of 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium (1.0, 2.0 mg·kg-1) was injected via the sublingual vein prior to clamping the common carotid artery, and the same volume of normal saline was administered to the model group in rats. The differences of fundus fluorescein angiography and electroretinogram (ERG) at 1 hour were observed before treating and 1 hour after reperfusion. Result: Cerebral infarction area and brain water content of 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium (1.0, 2.0 mg·kg-1) treating groups were significantly lower than it in model group. Compared with normal saline control groups, the amplitude of ERG increased while the peak latencies reduced significantly in 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium (1.0, 2.0 mg·kg-1) treating groups. The 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium could also significantly shorten the refill time of fundus fluorescein angiography retinal artery. Conclusion: 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium show significant protect effect on rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium can greatly dilate retinal vessels and protect it from suffering retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate regulation of Jinxin oral liquid on expression of interferon-α(IFN-α) in BALB/c mouse infected by respiratory syncytial virus(RSV). Method: BALB/c mice were divided into 24,72 h and 144 h groups, which were infected with RSV after 24, 72, 144 h respectively and then collected the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) to detect the content of IFN-α with Sandwich ELISA assay. Result: IFN-α expression(385.38±16.54)ng·L-1 was increased significantly(P<0.01) in BALF of RSV infected BALB/c mice after 24 h, Jinxin prevention group could increase the expression of IFN-α. After 72 h the increased IFN-α expression in Jinxin prevention group was still significant(32.83±4.77)ng·L-1 (P<0.01), but compared with 24 h group, the IFN-α expression was decreased obviously. Jinxin treatment group could increase IFN-α expression(131.41±6.96) ng·L-1, (P<0.01). In 144 h group IFN-α expression still had a higher expression, which was lowered significantly compared with 24,72 h group. In 144 h group IFN-α expression(14.21±0.80) ng·L-1 decreased in Jinxin treatment group (P<0.01). Conclusion: In the early stages of BALB/c mice infected with RSV, Jinxin oral liquid prevention and treatment group can significantly increase IFN-α expression, and along with the infection prolonged, IFN-α expression was dropped, Jinxin oral liquid can further lower its expression level.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate biological difference in hemorheology and erythrocyte membrane in rats with blood stasis caused by cold stagnationl. Method: Twenty Wistar rats were randomly assigned to blank control group and cold stagnation and blood stasis group, 10 rats in each group. These rats were put into ice water (0-1℃) for 8-10 minutes until the rats were titanic everyday, and the duration of modeling aws 14 days. On the day of 15, 0.8 mL·kg-1 adrenalin hydrochloride was subcutaneously injected, the interval duration was 4 hours.Hemorheology indexes and activity of erythrocyte membrane were determined after 15 days. Result: Compared with blank control group,weight of rats in model group was decreased significantly. The whole blood viscosity was increased significantly (P<0.05). There were no significant change in plasma viscosity and blood-fat. The red cell deformability index was decreased significantly (P<0.05). Blood sedimentation K value and the content of fibrinogen (FIB) of rats in model group was increased significantly. Activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) was decreased significantly while thrombin time (TT) and prothrombin time (PT) showed no significant change. Super oxide dismutase (SOD) and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity of erythrocyte membrane were decreasing and the content of sialic acid was decreased (P<0.05). There was no significant change in the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and plasma cholesterol. The content of hydrosulphonyl was no change. Conclusion: In cold stagnation and blood stasis model the decreased content of sialic acid, SOD and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity of erythrocyte can be found membrane which maybe one of the mechanism of increasing deformability of erythrocyte and improving the blood viscosity.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the elevating expression of Bcl-2 by anemarrhena total saponins on beta-amyloid (Aβ)-induced PC12 cell injury. Method: PC12 cells were randomly divided into 6 group as following:normal group, model group, anemarrhena total saponins groups(5, 10,20 mg·L-1), the donepezil HCl group. Excluding the normal group, the PC12 cells in others groups were exposed to DMEM containing beta-amyloid (20 μmol·L-1) and anemarrhena total saponins groups(5, 10,20 mg·L-1, the donepezil HCl(1 μmol·L-1).The mRNA and protein expression level of the Bcl-2 were detected using semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) and western blot respectively. The cell survival were measured by MTT methods. Result: Anemarrhena total saponins significantly attenuated Aβ-induced PC12 cell injury, and elevated the mRNA and protein expression of Bcl-2,compared with model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Anemarrhena total saponins can inhibit PC12 cell injury induced by Aβ25-35, and the mechanism maybe involving in increasing, the expression levels of Bcl-2 mRNA and protein.

      摘要:Objective: To screen the effective parts from Baihu Chengqi Tang for antipyretic effect. Method: The rats were allotted into 13 groups as following:A (normol group),B1,B2,C1,C2,D1,D2,E1,E2,F1,F2,G1,G2,the first rat febrile models was induced by injecting lipopolysaccharide(LPS,20 μg·kg-1) intraperitonealy and treating with five parts from Baihu Chengqi Tang (18.6 g·kg-1) after two hours. The second rat febrile models were induced by injecting 20% fresh yeast subcutaneously 10 mL·kg-1 and treating with five parts from Baihu Chengqi Tang after two hours. Then the rectal temperature was monitored to show the differences of effect from those groups. Result: Butanol and water fractions could reduce the rectal temperature of the rat febrile models(P<0.05);essential oil and petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions could not reduce the rectal temperature of the rat febrile models. Conclusion: The results show that essential oil and petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions were invalid, butanol and water fractions were the effective of Baihu Chengqi Tang for antipyretic effect.

      摘要:Objective: To screen the effective fractions of Sanjiu Weitai prescription for anti-gastric ulcer activity. Method: The SD rats were divided into eight groups, including normal control group, model group, positive control(cimetidine and Sanjiu Weitai granules)groups, petroleum ether extract group, ethyl acetate extract group, n-butyl alcohol extraction group and water extraction group, with different dose lavage for seven days. Rat experimental gastric ulcer model was induced by intragastric administration of ethanol. Gastric ulcer inhibition rate, pepsin activity, malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in serum were determined to evaluate anti-gastric ulcer activities of different fractions extracted by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n- butanol and water extraction parts. Result: All of the extracts of Sanjiu Weitai prescription could significantly inhibit gastric mucosa damage in rats induced by ethanol (P<0.05). The gastric ulcer inhibition rate of petroleum ether extract was 89.15%, higher than those of Sanjiu Weitai capsules group (55.31%) and cimetidine group (59.90%). All of the extracts could significantly reduce pepsin activity (P<0.05) and increase activity of SOD in serum (P<0.05). Conclusion: All of the various polarity fractions of Sanjiu Weitai prescription can significantly inhibit gastric ulcer. The petroleum ether fraction exhibits the best anti-gastric ulcer activity.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate he efficacy and the mechanism of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Tang (TJ-12) on posttraumatic stress disorder. Method: ICR mice and EL mice were used to establish the social defeat stress (SS) model. The animals were divided into five groups:TJ-12 high, middle, low dose groups(orally given for 4 weeks, 1,0.5, 0.1 g·kg-1 ·d-1),SS group and control group. Contextual fear conditioning test (CFC)was evaluated, and mRNA expression of glicocorticoid receptor(GR) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the hippocampus of the animals were measured by real time RT-PCR. Result: In SS group the freezing pecent scores of CFC test were increased and the mRNA expression level of GR and BDNF in hippocampus of SS mice was also significantly higher than the controls; Compared with the SS group, freezing percent of CFC test and mRNA expression of BDNF in hippocampus were decreased in TJ-12 high, middle,low dose groups. Conclusion: TJ-12 may be effective for treating the posttraumatic stress disorder by altering the gene expression of BDNF in hippocampus.

      摘要:Objective: To observe effect of Fuzi Lizhong decoction on aquaporin 4(AQP4) in rats with spleen Yang deficiency syndrome and discuss its antidiarrheal mechanism. Method: One hundred Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,model group, low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group,20 rats each group. low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group were ig given with Fuzi Lizhong decoction according to 10,20,40 g·kg-1 based on model group, once a day for four weeks.colon was collected as sample to examine content of AQP4 by ELISA method and expression of AQP4 mRNA by RT-PCR method. Result: Compared with control group, in model group both content of AQP4(13.25±4.22) ng·L-1 and expression of AQP4 mRNA (0.38±0.11)reduced (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Compared with model group, in middle-dose group both content of AQP4 (23.84±5.68)ng·L-1and expression of AQP4 mRNA (0.54±0.26)increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, in high-dose group both content of AQP4 (28.98±6.12)ng·L-1and expression of AQP4 mRNA (0.62±0.32)increased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: Fuzi Lizhong decoction could recover content of AQP4 and expression of AQP4 mRNA, and high dose had a better effect. Fuzi Lizhong decoction could up-regulate expression of AQP4 mRNA and promote gastrointestinal reabsorption of water,which perhaps are one of its antidiarrheal mechanisms.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the protective effects of Guanxin Shutong capsules (GSC) and its single herbs on hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury and proliferaion in primary cultured myocardial cells and aortal smooth muscle cells. Method: The protective effects of six groups of drugs with four carnitine concentrations (0.01,0.05,0.10,0.20 μg·L-1), including Choerospondia axillaris extracts of Salvia miltiorrhizae, water extracts of Bambusa texeilis, alcohol-extract B. texeilis, Borneol and GSC, on the proliferation of myocardial cells and aortal smooth muscle cells induced by Angiotension Ⅱ were detected with MTT colorimetric method. (H/R) cell model was established by cultured primary myocardial cells and aortal smooth muscle cells of neonatal rats. The cells were divided into normal control group, H/R group and administration group(0.01,0.05,0.10 μg·L-1),after 24 hours, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malondialchehyche (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were measured. Result: Compared with the normal control group, the survival rate of cells, SOD, NO and NOS in H/R group were obviously decreased, while LDH, MDA were obviously increased. Compared with the H/R group, the survival rate of cells, SOD, NO and NOS in administration group were obviously increased, while LDH, MDA were obviously decreased. Conclusion: GSC and its single herbs can protect myocardial cells and aortal smooth muscle cells injury induced by H/R, and the mechanism may be related with the effects on anti-lipid peroxidation and vasodilation of blood vessels and inhibition of cell proliferation.

      摘要:Objective: To study pharmacological effect of Shufeng Ningtong capsule (SNC) on gout. Method: Rat paw edema model was induced by injection of 1% carrageenan in footpad. SNC of 0.06, 0.018, 0.006 g·kg-1 (ig 7, 15 d) was given to the model rats, and effect on paw thickness was investigated and analyzed. Gouty nephropathy model in rat was established by adding 5% oxonic acid potassium and uric acid 1% (15 g each rat) in the limited feed for 24 d. Mouse model of hyperuricemia was induced by yeast. Blood uric acid level was monitored at 11 d and 24 d. Pain threshold at 7, 15 d in mice was determined by using hot plate method and writhing reaction.SNC dose in mice were 0.1, 0.03, 0.01 g·kg-1. Result: Rat footpad swelling induced by carrageenan was antagonized by SNC (0.06, 0.018 g·kg-1) after 7-15 d. SNC (0.1, 0.03 g·kg-1) showed significant analgesic effect in mice. SNC (0.06, 0.018 g·kg-1, 11, 24 d) could significantly inhibit oxonic acid potassium induced rat hyperuricemia uric acid level. SNC (0.1, 0.03 g·kg-1, 15 d) could significantly decrease hyperuricemia uric acid in mouse model induced by yeast. Conclusion: SNC has good therapeutic effect on gout.

      摘要:Objective: To study a detection method for drug early nephrotoxicity based on Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) cells monolayer. Method: MDCK cells were cultured on microporous membrane to form a complete monolayer. Then the cells were treated with different drug concentration which had obviously inhibition on MDCK or not selected by MTT test. After 24 h, the cells were detected with fluorescein sodium permeability test and investigated by scanning electron microscope. At the same time, the activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) that secreted by both sides of the cell layer were also detected. Result: We choose three concentration of aristolochic acid(AA) to detect it's toxicity, they were 3.13, 6.25, 12.5 mg·L-1. And their inhibition on MDCK cell were-0.93%, 0.93% and 24.30%. AA 3.13 mg·L-1 could not disrupt the integrity of cell monolayer, and fluorescein sodium also can not penetrate the monolayer. AA 6.25, 12.5 mg·L-1 could obviously increase the permeation of fluorescein sodium after 30 min (P<0.05,P<0.1), especially for AA 12.5 mg·L-1. In either side of the cell layer, there showed no difference with ALP or γ-GT secretion. However, AA 12.5 mg·L-1 could increase LDH leakage on both sides of monolayer evidently (P<0.05). In SEM detection, cells treated with AA 6.25, 12.5 mg·L-1 emerged a large number of small spherical objects in surface, and the monolayer became incomplete. Conclusion: Based on MDCK monolayer, AA toxicity can be detected at the concentration which has no obviously inhibition on cells. It suggests that MDCK monolayer system established on microporous membrane could be used for early detection of drug nephrotoxicity.

      摘要:Objective: To probe the therapeutic mechanism of Qiji Shenkang granule total polysaccharide on glomerular sclerosis by observing the effect of Qiji Shenkang granule total polysaccharide on the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) of mesangial cells of rats. Method: Serum containing Qiji Shenkang granule total polysaccharide was collected by serum pharmacology method. The cultured rat glomerular mesangial cells were stimualted to proliferate by angiotensin II (Ang II). The protein expression of MCP-1 and IL-6 was measured by ELISA. Result: Qiji Shenkang granule total polysaccharide had markedly inhibitory effect on IL-6 with significant difference compared with the Ang II group (P<0.01). Qiji Shenkang granule total polysaccharide had remarkably inhibitory effect on MCP-1 with significant difference compared with the Ang II group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Qiji Shenkang granule total polysaccharide may inhibit the protein expression of IL-6 and MCP-1 to relieve the inflammatory reaction and thereby to prevent and treat glomerular sclerosis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective mechanism of total salvianolic acid (TSA) against myocardial I/R injury. Method: The models of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats were established by Langendorff mathod. 30 male wistar rats were divided into control group, ischemia-reperfusion group and TSA group. The left ventricular pressure(LVP),coronary flow(CF) were recorded. The creatine kinase (CK) activities in the flow were measured. The morphological changes of cardiocytes in rats were observed by light microscopy. The protein expression of protein kinase C(PKC) ε was analyzed by Western blotting. Result: TSA significantly improved postischemic contractile function,±dp/dtmax,CF and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP) (P<0.05,P<0.01). TSA distinctly reduced the activities of the CK in the flow (P<0.05,P<0.01).TSA could obviously ameliorate cell injury. And TSA could reinforce PKCε translocate from cytosol to mitochondria. Conclusion: TSA protects the heart from I/R injury partially by activating and translocating PKC ε.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Qianbai Biyan tablet and its main ingredients on allergic rhinitis in mice. Method: BALB/c male mice were administrated with 200 μL ovalbumin (OVA, 0.5 g·L-1) and aluminium hydroxide (20 g·L-1) on the first, fourth, seventh day of the experiment. Starting from the 22nd day, each mouse was poured with 20 μL OVA (50 g·L-1) by nasal drip for 10 days consecutively, but physiological saline instead of OVA in control group. Take 50 modeling successful mice to divide into five groups randomly, the allergic rhinitis model group were nasal drop 10 μL OVA solution (50 g·L-1) and Qianbai Biyan tablet group (17.2 g·kg-1·d-1), chlorogenic acid group (260 mg·kg-1·d-1) and ρ-coumaric acid (30 mg·kg-1·d-1) group were administrated orally in 10 minutes prior to OVA infusion. Meanwhile, the positive drug group were treated with dexamethasone 5 mg·kg-1·d-1 by subcutaneous injections in 30 minutes prior to OVA administration, and the control group were drop with saline continuously. Immunoglobulin E(IgE)and histamine in serum were detected and the nasal mucosa of mice was evaluated by pathological observation. Result: Qianbai Biyan tablet, chlorogenic acid and dexamethasone could obviously inhibit the typical symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, scratched nose and thin or watery nasal discharge and so on. Moreover, the nose mucosa membrane hyperemia, dropsy and the inflammatory damage induced by allergic rhinitis were all reduced, and the increase of IgE and histamine level in the serum was decreased. Conclusion: Qianbai Biyan tablet is effective for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, and chlorogenic acid may be the one of active ingredients of Qianbai Biyan tablet.

      摘要:Objective: To abserve the effects of Shanmai capsules on blood pressure and myocardial hypertrophy in renovascular hypertensive rats induced by 'two-kidney one-clip'method. Method: Renovascular hypertensive models were established in rats by ‘two-kidney one-clip' method, then the rat models successfully established were chosen by noninvasive blood pressure measurement system and randomly divided into model group(normol saline, NS), the high, middle, low dose group of shanmai capsules(1.8,0.9,0.45 g·kg-1, respectively), captopril group(7 mg·kg-1) and normal control group(NS), were all orally for 4 weeks. The blood pressure of rats were measured before, and after modeling as well as at the last day of drug delivery. Serum and heart specimens of rats were collected at the end of the 4 week to determined the levels of nitric oxide(NO), angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)and endothelin(ET). The heart weight(HW)and left ventricular weight(LVW)were measured by precision balance. Remodeling of myocardial fiber diameter(MD)was detected by pathologically method. Result: Shanmai capsules at high dose could reduce the blood pressure(P<0.01), MD(P<0.01) and the levels of Ang Ⅱand ET in serum(P<0.01)obviously, meanwhile, increased NO (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shanmai capsules could lower the blood pressure of renovascular hypertensive rats, inhibit the formation of myocardial hypertrophy.

      摘要:Objective: To establish stable hyperlipidemia animal model with self-designed high-fat diet. To evaluate lipid-lowering effect of Shenqi Mixture and investigate lipid-lowering mechanism of Shenqi Mixture. Method: One hundred and twenty SD rats were randomly divided into control group(30)and model group(90).The SD rats of model group were fed with self-designed high-fat diet. Hyperlipidemia models were evaluated successfully by testing four indexes of blood lipids after 10 days. Model rats were divided on lipid level and randomly divided into model group(1 g·kg-1), Shenqi Mixture group and Simvastatin group(0.001 g·kg-1)(30 each) orally for 20 days. Four indexes of blood lipids and hemorheology indexes were measured and pathological change of liver tissue was observed on 31th day. Result: Four indexes of blood lipid of model SD rats' showed that the hyperlipidemia rats models were successful made on 11th day. The four indexes of blood lipid,hemorheology indexes and pathological change of liver tissue showed that Shenqi Mixture and Simvastatin could decrease total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low-density lipoproteins cholesterol(LDL-C)and blood viscosity,increase high-density lipoproteins cholesterol(HDL-C),and alleviate hepatic steatosis of liver tissue on 31th day. The results of TC, HDL-C and hepatic steatosis of liver tissue in Shenqi Mixture group were significant different from Simvastatin group. Conclusion: Stable hyperlipidemia rat model can be established with self-designed high-fat diet. Shenqi Mixture can decrease lipid level and blood viscosity,alleviated hepatic steatosis of liver tissue.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Gegen Qinlian decoction on type 2 diabetes in rats and the dose-effect relationship, to obtain the dosage threshold of the classical prescription. Method: SD rats were randomly assigned into normal control group and diabetic model group,which was established by injection small dose of streptozotosin(STZ) (30 mg·kg-1) after feeding a diet with high glucose and lipids for 4 weeks. Diabetic rats were randomly assigned into model group, dimethylbiguanide group (200 mg·kg-1) and different dose of Gegen Qinlian decoction groups (1.65, 4.95, 8.25, 11.55, 14.85, 18.15, 21.45, 24.75, 28.05 g·kg-1 accordingly). The serum glucose, insulin, insulin resistance (IR), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), glycosylated serum protein (GSP) were determined. Result: Compared with model group, Gegen Qinlian decoction could decrease serum glucose, insulin, IR, HbA1c and GSP level(P<0.05,P<0.01). As dose of Gegen Qinlian decoction increased, the drug action was more obviously in the specified dose range. The dosage threshold of Gegen Qinlian decoction on diabetes in rats was 27.01-1.09 g·kg-1. Conclusion: The effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction on type 2 diabetes in rats shows fine dose-effect relationship.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective and curative effects between panax notoginsenoside (PNS) enteric-coated pellets and PNS on experimental atherosclerosis(AS) in rabbits. Method: Fifty rabbits were randomly divided into five groups:blank control group,AS model group,PNS group,Xueshuangtong injection(lyophilization) and PNS enteric-coated pellets.They were administered normal diet+NS,high fat diet+NS, high fat diet+PNS(30 mg·kg-1·d-1,ig), high fat diet+Xueshuangtong (lyophilization,15 mg·kg-1·d-1,im)and high fat diet+PNS enteric-coated pellets(30 mg·kg-1·d-1,ig) respectively after injecting bovine serum albumin 250 mg·kg-1 on ear vein except blank control group.At the end of 12th week,the blood Lipid was detected by ELISA and the pathological changes of aortic intima was observed under light microscopes. Result: After 12 weeks of administration, PNS group, Xueshuangtong injection(lyophilization) and PNS Enteric-coated pellets could decrease total cholesterol(T-CHO),triglycerides(TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) obviously (P<0.01)and increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(P<0.01). The levels of T-CHO,TG and LDL-C in Xueshuangtong injection and PNS enteric-coated pellets group were lower than PNS group group(P<0.01),and HDL-C was much higher(P<0.01). The levels of LDL-C in PNS enteric-coated pellets group was much lower than Xueshuangtong injection group(P<0.01).The morphological observation showed that Xueshuangtong injection and PNS enteric-coated pellets group could alleviate aortic intimal lesions(P<0.01)and there was no difference between them. The effect of PNS enteric-coated pellets was better than PNS group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Both PNS entetic-coated pellet and PNS can decrease blood lipid and aortic intimal lesions of AS rabbits.The prevention effect of PNS Entetic-coated pellet is better than PNS on AS rabbits.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the anti-inflammatory effect and related mechanism of Sophora tonkinensis granula and its herbal piece. Method: The effect of Sophora tonkinensis granula and its herbal piece (7.0,3.5,1.75 g·kg-1) on carrageenan foot swelling in mice was determined, and the content of proateglandin E2(PGE2) in inflammatory exudate was measured. Tampons induced inflammation in mice was employed, and adrenal weight and vitamin C(Vit C)content were determined. Acute inflammation model was established in mice with lipopolysaccharide(LPS), and the influence of Sophora tonkinensis granula and its herbal piece on mice serum nitric oxide synthase(NOS),nitrogen monoxide(NO), maleic dialdehyde (MDA), tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6)were determined. Result: Compared with model control group, Sophora tonkinensis granula and its herbal piece in each dose groups all could significantly inhibit foot swelling degree in mice (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Sophora tonkinensis granula and its herbal piece high, middle dose group can inhibit mice granulation weight (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Sophora tonkinensis granula and its herbal piece of high dose group could reduce adrenal Vit C, inflammation foot PGE2 and serum MDA, NO, NOS, TNF-α, IL-6 content (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The anti-inflammatory mechanism of Sophora tonkinensis granula and its herbal piece may be related to its ability of scavenging oxygen free radicals, inhibiting lipid peroxidation reaction, reducing the release of inflammatory cytokines, inhibiting cytokine expression and so on.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of modified formula Rupixiao on mammary hyperplasia rats. Method: Rat models with hyperplasia of mammary glands were established by injection of estradiol benzoate and progesterone. The rats were randomly divided into control group, vehicle group, Rupixiao tablet group (4 g·kg-1) and modified formula Rupixiao groups (8, 4, 2 g·kg-1). There were 15 rats in vehicle group, and 10 rats in each of other group. The rats were orally administrated with drugs for 9 weeks. The contents of estradiol and progesterone in rat plasma were measured by radioimmunity, and the pathologic examination was carried out on the second and third pairs of breasts after usual fixation and staining. Result: Modified formula Rupixiao 2 g·kg-1 of did not have obvious therapeutic effect on mammary hyperplasia rats. Modified formula Rupixiao 4, 8 g·kg-1could not only make the ratio of estradiol to progesterone back to normal(P<0.01)but also improved their pathologic status. Conclusion: Modified formula Rupixiao has conspicuous therapeutic effect on mammary hyperplasia rats.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the impacts on protein and mRNA expression of MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9, collagen I, collagenⅢ and explore the mechanisms of cardiac collagen fibers. Method: Sixty 24\|week\|old SHR were randomly divided into the model group,perindopril group(0.4 mg·kg-1),perindopril associated with Qishen Jianpi decoction group(0.4 mg·kg-1+20 g·kg-1),and another 3 groups individually high,middle low dose of Qishen Jianpi decoction(40,20,10 g·kg-1),the normal group is 10 normal arterial pressure WKY at the same age and kind.Gastric infusion was administered continuously for 6 weeks,once per day and the forage feeding was applied normally.At the end of the 6th week,after anesthetized, the heart tissues were separated.Immunohistochemical (IHC) method was to the protein expression of collagen I and collagen Ⅲ;RT-PCR was to the content of mRNA and Western blot was to the protein expression of myocardial MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9 in each group. Result: The protein expression of collagen I and collagenⅢ was significantly decreased in perindopril group,perindopril associated with Qishen Jianpi decoction group and high dose group compared with model group (P<0.01,P<0.05),and the expression of collagenⅢ was significantly decreased in middle dose group(P<0.05).The mRNA and the protein expression of MMP-1, MMP-2,MMP-9 was significantly increased in perindopril group,perindopril associated with Qishen Jianpi decoction group and high dose of Qishen Jianpi decoction compared with model group (P<0.01,P<0.05),and the expression of MMP-1 was significantly increased in middle dose group(P<0.05). Conclusion: By regulating the level of MMPs and collagen, Qishen Jianpi decoction could improve the function of hearts,it may be one of the mechanisms prevent the development of arterial blood pressure in SHR and inhibit accumulation of cardiac collagen fibers.

      摘要:Objective: In order to evaluate the differences in ability of learning and memory of offspring between normal and blood-stasis pregnant rats treated with Curcumae Rhizoma. Method: One hundred female Wistar rats were randomized into normal group and blood-stasis model group. A model of blood stasis model in rats by injecting adrenalin and simultaneously being immersed in ice water was used. The rats were mated and pregnant rats of two groups were randomized into the low, medium and large dose (1.4, 2.8,5.6 g·kg-1) and control sub-group. Curcumae Rhizoma was orally administered to pregnant rats from gestational day (GD) 6 through 19 at dose levels of 0, 1.4, 2.8,5.6 g·kg-1. The functions of learning and memory of the infant rats from the postnatal day 28 to 32 were determined with Morris water maze. Result: There was a difference in ability of learning and memory of offspring between normal and blood-stasis pregnant rats treated with Curcumae Rhizoma. Compared with the blank group, the infant rats in normal pregnant group treated with Curcumae Rhizoma at 5.6 g·kg-1 had significantly longer escape latency to find the platform on postnatal day 29 to 31, whereas the number of crossings over a platform position was significantly decreased. We could not find any significant changes in that of blood-stasis rats group. Conclusion: Ability of learning and memory of offspring of normal pregnant rats was weaker than that of offspring of blood-stasis pregnant rats treated with Curcumae Rhizoma, confirmed the rationality of evaluating the toxicity of Chinese medicines based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome theory.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Danxiang Guanxin injection combined with Xingling dispersible tablet for treating angina pectoris with heart stagnation. Method: One hundred and twenty-eight patients with angina pectoris were admitted in hospital from June 2009 to June 2012, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n=64 each). The control group was given Danxiang Guanxin injection for treatment while the observation group was received Xingling dispersible tablet on the basis of the control group. After 6 weeks, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Result: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01); after the treatment, the serum lipids levels and hemorheological parameters of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.01). Nitroglycerin discontinuation rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); and the adverse reactions between the two groups showed no significant difference. Conclusion: Danxiang Guanxin injection combined with Xingling dispersible tablet can effectively improve the hemorheological parameters and serum lipids levels for the patients suffered from angina pectoris with heart stagnation. The clinical effect is significant, and has less adverse reactions, which is worth to be applied in clinic.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy on the treatment of chronic gastritis with masculine Helicobacter pylori (HP) by combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine. Method: Ninety patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=45 each). Patients in two groups were treated with omeprazole capsules 20 mg, clarithromycin 500 mg and amoxicillin 1 000 mg (twice daily and ten days as one course) and Xiaoyou Huwei prescription (once a day, four weeks as one course) was applied in the observation group. Eradication rate of HP, spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome and adverse reactions were recorded. Result: The negative conversion cases of HP in the observation group (35 cases, 77.78%) were better than that of the control group (26 cases, 57.78%) (P<0.05). The therapeutic efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01). The effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.01). Accumulating points of big belly, abdominal pain, epigastric burning, ozostomia, nausea and vomitting, spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.01). No significant adverse reactions observed in the course of treatment. Conclusion: Combination of TCM and western medicine has better therapeutic efficacy, marked improvement in clinical symptoms and less adverse reactions, it could be chosen as the preferred alternative.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of elderly simple chronic bronchitis treated by dryness differentiation. Method: Eighty cases of the simple chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (n=40 each). The control group was given the treatment of anti-infective, expectorant and anti-cough. The observation group was received Qingzao Runfei decoction daily (decocted conventionally and given half by half). The treatment lasted 14 d. The score of lung injury induced by dryness syndrome was investigated. Level of serum interokin-6(IL-6) and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) was detected. Result: After the treatment, the efficacy and the syndrome improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01). The score of lung injury induced by dryness syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The IL-6, TNF-α levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: In the autumn and winter, the diagnosis and treatment of the elderly simple chronic bronchitis by dryness differentiation could gain better efficacy.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Ginkgo leaf dripping pill in auxiliary treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and the influence on P-selectin. Method: Ninety-four patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=47 each). Patients in two groups were both given conventional treatment, including nitrates, anti-platelet drugs, beta blockers, calcium antagonists, and Ginkgo leaf dripping pill (5 tablets at a time, tid orally, for 12 weeks) was used in the observation group. Nitroglycerin tablets of 0.5 mg were used for temporarily sublingual when angina pectoris attacks happened. Frequency of angina pectoris and dosage of nitroglycerin, heart blood stasis syndrome score and serum P-selectin levels were record every week. Result: Total effective rate of the observation group (95.74%) was better than the control group (82.99%) (P<0.05). Heart blood stasis syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group (95.74%) was better than that (80.85%) in the control group ( P<0.05). Frequency of angina pectoris attacks and nitroglycerin consumption of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Levels of serum P-selectin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Ginkgo leaf dripping pill could reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks, improve symptoms and clinical curative effect. It can also reduce the level of P-selectin, inhibit the platelet aggregation and inflammation.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Gastrodin tablets plus manipulation in treating cervical headache. Method: Ninety patients with cervical headache were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=45 each). Patients in the control group were treated with manipulation every two days. Patients in the observation group were treated with Gastrodin tablets (4 tablets per times, three times per day) plus manipulation. diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets were given when necessary. Four weeks were considered as one cycle. Visual analog scale (VAS) was used in evaluation of pain before and after treatment. Frequency and duration of headache, frequency of taking painkillers was recorded. Cervical activity (ROM) was observed. Result: VAS scores and ROM scores of the observation group were both lower than those in the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01). Frequency and duration of headache, frequency of taking painkillers of the observation group were less than those of the control group (P<0.01). Therapeutic efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Gastrodin tablets plus manipulation show better therapeutic effect in treating cervical headache

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Shenqi Baiji soup (SBS) on the treatment of stress ulcer (SU) after acute cerebral stroke. Method: One hundred and four SU patients were randomly dividing into observation group and control group (n=52 each). The control group was injected intravenously with omeprazole 20 mg two times a day:cimetidine 200 mg intravenous dripping, 6 h a day. Observation group was additionally given SBS, one dose daily through stomach tube.Two groups were treated with medicine until the occult blood in excrement showed negative result. Gastric juice occult blood and pH value were monitored. Hemoglobin, the count of red blood cell, hematocrit and excrement occult blood were determined. Plasma endothelin level (ET-1), gastrin level, incidence of abdominal distention, diarrhea and gastric retention were also tested and investigated. Result: The clinical effect of observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05)after treatment. Gastric juice pH value of observation group was higher than that of control group. Blood ET-1 and gastrin level were lower than those of control group(P<0.01). The incidence of abdominal distention, diarrhea, gastric retention and hemorrhoea in observation group was lower than those of control group(P<0.01); fecal occult blood clearance time (8.2±2.64) d in observation group was shorter than that (10.5±2.92) d of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: SBS can lower SU patients' ET-1 and gastrin level, increase gastric juice pH value, promote the gastrointestinal function, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction, improve clinical effect.

      摘要:Objective: To study the clinical effect of Qingzhi capsule combined with atorvastatin tablets in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and its influence for the vascular endothelial function. Method: One hundred and thirty patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin tablets,20 mg po. Daily. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was additionally treated with Qingzhi capsule,2 capsules po. tid. Two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Then the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein (HDL-C),apolipoprotein A (ApoA) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) were detected,and the nitric oxide(NO), von Willebrand factor (vWF) were determined too. Result: The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and Apo B100 of the observation group after the treatment were all lower than those of control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and HDL-C and ApoA1 were higher than those of control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 93.85%,it was better than 81.54% of control group(P<0.05),while the vWF in the observation group after the treatment was lower than that in the control group. NO was higher than that of control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Qingzhi capsule combined with atorvastatin tablets can improve the blood lipids in patients, elevate the effectiveness and protect vascular endothelial function.

      摘要:Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of Qinggan Huatan Huoxue recipe(QHHR)on clinical symptoms and liver imageology of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH). Method: One hundred and fifty NASH patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group(78 cases) and the control group(72 cases). QHHR was given to patients in the treatment group while Danning tablet was given to patients in the control group. The course of treatment was three months. Before and after the treatment changes of clinical symptoms, integral of liver ultrasound B and CT ratio of liver-spleen were observed. Result: The total effective rate of the treated group was higher than that of the control group and better effects were obtained in the amendment of the clinical symptom of thypochondrium distending pain, restlessness or tantrum, nausea or emesis and dry mouth or bitter taste of mouth (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment. The integral of liver ultrasound B were significantly reduced and the CT ratio of liver-spleen was significantly increased in two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the treated group was superior to the control group in the descended integral of liver ultrasound B and increased extent of the CT ratio of liver-spleen (P<0.05). Conclusion: QHHR had definite effects on the improvement of clinical symptom and liver imageology of patients with NASH. Its therapeutic effects were better than Danning tablet.

      摘要:Objective: To obtain new potential active traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) compounds for the prevention and treatment of asthma. Method: The drugs with anti-asthma activity were collected from Drugbank database. Two virtual screening methods, active fragment-based and structural similarity-based, were used respectively for the screening of potential active TCM compounds from traditional Chinse medicine database (TCMD 2009). Combined the principles and methods of TCM, the source TCM of the hit compounds were then traced for the formulating prescription against asthma. Result: Thirty-six drugs with the action on eight targets were obtained from the Drugbank database. Seventy-two potential active compounds, which come from 39 commonly used TCM, were hit by virtual screening. Some of the source TCM have been demonstrated to have the anti-asthma effect, such as ephedra, pinellia, asarum, ginger, earthworm, licorice, ophiopogon, aster, evodia and so on. The principle of clearing lung-heat and removing phlegm for lowering adverse qi is always used for the treatment of thermal asthma, while the warming lung for dispelling cold and removing phlegm is for cold asthma. Two prescriptions were discussed for thermal and cold asthma respectively. The prescription consisted by ephedra, pinellia, ginger, licorice was discussed for cold asthma, while the prescription of ephedra, earthworm, licorice for thermal asthma. Conclusion: The results showed that the application of fragment-based search and similarity search methods are feasible for the discovery of Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To observed Yunpi Xiaoshi granule influence of the anorexia children urinary excretion rate of salivary amylase activity, the content of hemoglubin(Hb). Method: Ninty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group, 49 patients taking Yunpi Xiaoshi granule (coke sansen, fried atractylodes, pinellia, pericarpium citri reticulatae, gallus gallus, quisqualic, rhizoma sparganii, picrorhiza, perrin and other traditional Chinese medicine Coke Sansen,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Pinellia Tuber,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli,Fructus Quisqualis,Rhizoma Sparganii,Rhizoma Picrorhizae,Herba Eupatorii) 4 weeks for a course of treatment, the treatment of the two courses. The control group, 49 cases of oral pediatric spleen of the plot oral treatment with the treatment group. Classification quantified before and after treatment in children with primary and secondary symptoms and efficacy evaluation, and observe the changes in height, weight, salivary amylase activity, the content of Hb before and after treatment. Result: The total efficiency of the treatment group was 95.92% and 77.55% in the control group, Comparison of two groups, Yunpi Xiaoshi granule in total efficiency, symptoms, signs, and changes in salivary amylase activity,the content of Hb were significantly better than the Jianpi of plot oral solution group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: Yunpi Xiaoshi granule to improve the symptoms of children with anorexia and signs of efficacy, and can enhance salivary amylase activity, increase the content of hemoglobin.

      摘要:Objective: To observe clinical curative effect and explore the mechanism of stemona compound eliminate acne ointment in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Method: One hundred and thirty Acne Vulgaris patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and control group. In treatment group the patients washed their face with warm water and applied the stemona compound superfine grinding to the skin lesions in every morning and evening. In the control group the patients would do the same but use benzoyl peroxide gel applied to the skin lesions. Both two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Before treatment and 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after the treatment, the two groups were assessed by acne, pustules, the total lesions reduce rate and adverse reactions, and clinical efficacy was compared in two groups. Result: The effective rate of treatment group 92.30%,control group was 67.26%, significantly better than the control group (P<0.01). The depletion rate of acne, pustules, skin lesions after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Among them, the acne treatment depletion rate of the fourth week,sixth week, eighth week was better than control group (P<0.01); the pustules depletion rate of the second week, forth weeks, sixth weeks, eighth week also was better than in control group (P<0.01). Stemona compound eliminate acne ointment has no adverse reaction ointment. Vitro antibacterial acaricidal experiments show that stemona compound eliminate acne ointment on inhibition of pathogenic bacteria of acne is better than that of control group, but also has good killing effect on Demodex mites. Conclusion: Stemona compound eliminate acne ointment in the treatment of acne vulgaris is good, fast, no adverse reaction,and it also have the effect on anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, acaricidal.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Method: Choose 63 cases of the patients with advanced colorectal cancer from January 2010 to 2012 June in our hospital. According to the random sampling method,divided into the control group witn 31 cases and research group with 32 cases. Control group given FOLFOX6 chemotherapy treatments, the rearch group on the basis of the control group treatment, combination with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,after two treatments,compared of the treatment effect of two groups,pain score numerical rating scale (NRS), the life quality score FACT,and the patients serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and sugar chain antigen 19-9(CA199) change before and after treatment. Result: Compared with curative effect (64.5%), the team curative effect (84.3%) increased significantly(P<0.05). After the treatment of the two groups, the pain score NRS decline, the life quality score FACT increase(P<0.05).After the treatment, the two groups of patients serum CEA and CA199 were significantly decreased, significant difference, there is statistical significance (P<0.05). After the treatment, compared to the control group patients serum CEA and CA199 comparison, the rearch group obviously improved(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine combination for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer operation the effect is obvious and it is worth clinical promotion.

      摘要:Objective: To analysis of diclofenac sodium and water separation combined with nuclear transfer technique in phacoemulsification technique application effect. Method: The hospital department of ophthalmology in 2010 April to 2012 April during the hospital treated 160 cases of cataract patients as research object, according to the treatment of specific operation is divided into the observation group and the control group with 80 cases, comparing the two groups of patients with corneal endothelial cell count, after primary cataract grading, mean intracular pressure(IOP) and before and after operation the average visual difference. Result: The patients in the observation group after 1 weeks of March and the corneal endothelial cell count and patients in the control group had no significant difference; the patients in the observation group after treatment of after cataract grading was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05); the patients in the observation group received treatment after a mean intraocular pressure and mean visual acuity were significantly better than the patients in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Diclofenac sodium and water separation joint nuclear transfer technology can effectively improve the phacoemulsification for safety and effectiveness.

      摘要:Objective: To analysis the curative effect of retention enema by traditional Chinese medicine and sequential high colonic dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency. Method: Fifty-seven cases of chronic renal insufficiency patients who treated by sequential high colonic dialysis in our hospital from January 2011 to 2011 December as the observation group, 53 cases of chronic renal insufficiency patients who treated by traditional retention enema colonic dialysis in our hospital from 2010 January to 2010 December. The patients in the observation group were treated by sequential high colon dialysis. The patients in the control group were treated by traditional retention enema colonic dialysis. The curative effect of two groups patients were compared. Result: The serum creatinine[SCr,(451.29±109.34)μmol·L-1],urea nitrogen[BUN,(15.29±6.17)μmol·L-1], uric acid[UA,(462.38±136.72)μmol·L-1],phosphorus[P,(1.26±0.36)μmol·L-1], symptom score (5.42±3.18)in observation group patients after treatment than patients in the control group (478.29±114.35), (18.73±7.73), (482.34±147.69), (1.32±0.44)μmol·L-1,(8.34±4.38). The heart rate, blood pressure, unwell symptom of two groups patients before and after treatment were compared, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The sequential high colonic dialysis can improve clinical symptoms of chronic renal insufficiency patients, treatment effect is safe and reliable, recommendations for clinical.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the Xianlu oral liquid L-carnitine treatment of kidney deficiency type clinical efficacy in patients with oligozoospermia spermatozoa. Method: Senventy cases of oligozoospermia patients as research object, according to the different treatment methods were randomly divided into the use of L-carnitine individual patients in the control group and the combined use of Xianlu oral liquid and L-carnitine in observation group, the clinical efficacy, the semen volume, sperm density and enzyme activity of different body top were compared. Result: The patients in the observation group after treatment, the total efficiency (97.14%)was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05); observe semen volume(4.17±1.25)mL, sperm density group patients(34.26±5.37)×106/mL,a+b(58.00±3.80)%and acrosin activity(76.45±8.36)% significantly better than the patients in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xianlu oral liquid combined with levocarnitine can effectively improve the oligoasthenozoospermic patients, improve the quality and density of sperm.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the prognosis index in acute paraquat poisoning patients for providing reference for the clinical first aid. Method: Analysis on clinical data of the emergency intensire care unit(EICU) treated 134 acute paraquat poisoning patients. Including oxygen index, serum bilirubin, hepatic and renal function, plasma and urine paraquat concentration, to observe the value of above. Result: Compared with death group between survival group,gastric lavage and blood perfusion treatment time, oxygen index, serum bilirubin, plasma and urine paraquat concentration, serum creatinine were significant difference; logistic multiple regression analysis shows that gastric lavage and blood perfusion treatment time, serum bilirubin, serum creatinine values, BE values was associated with the survival rate. Conclusion: Paraquat poisoning patients should be timely treated, clinicians should pay close attention to patients with blood and urine paraquat concentration, serum creatinine value, BE value, these indicators was associated with the survival rate.

      摘要:Objective: To explore influence of compound Danshen injections combined with Naloxone on head on oxidative stress and inflammatory factor neonatus with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Method: One hundred and two cases with HIE were randomly assigned into two group,the cases in control group were treated by conventional therapy and cases in treatment group were treated by compound danshen injections combined with naloxone at the base of conventional therapy, superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), interleukin (IL)-6, high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) were measured at treatment before and treatment for seventh days.NBNA grade was compared. Result: compare before, MDA,NO,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α both groups decreased significantly,SOD,GSH-Px level both two groups increased significantly at seventh days(P<0.05-P<0.01),indices change in treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After 14,28 d after therapy,the neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) score at treatment group was higher than that at control group significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of compound Danshen injections combined with naloxone can inhibit inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress, improving the nerve function.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze medicinal characteristics and compatibility laws of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for active rheumatoid arthritis(RA) from Guang'anmen hospital. Method: Collected and collated TCM prescriptions of hospitalized patients in Guang'anmen hospital from July 2009 to July 2012 on active RA.In the foundation of database,we analyzed frequency with SPSS 16.0 software and calculated correlation degree with association rules. Result: We had collected 314 prescriptions of 99 cases of patients.There were thirteen herbs,frequency of which in prescriptions was more than 50%,such as Angelica sinensis,Coix lacryma-jobi,Paeonia lactiflora,ect. The cold herbs was the most, then was the the warn herbs;The bitter, sweet and spicy herbs respectively;Herbs belonging to liver was the most, then was the herbs belonging to stomach and spleen;toxic Chinese medicines accounted for 5.81% in all.High correlation of the herbs was Atractylodis Rhizoma/Cyathulae Radix/Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex/Coicis Semen, Angelicae Sinensis Radix/Chuanxiong Rhizoma/Paeoniae Rodix Rubra and other couplet medicines. Conclusion: Guang'anmen hospital treated active RA with heat cleaning/dehumidification/activating blood method based on wet,heat and stasis.They paid much attention to the function of liver,also did not forget to regulate function of the spleen and the stomach.

      摘要:To investigate and analysis the chemical constituents,pharmacological actions and clinical applications of Salvia chinensis, in order to provide some references for the further study and development of S. chinensis. Refer to the related reports of domestic and abroad in past 20 years. The chemical constituents of S. chinensis are complex, research are focus on terpenoids and polysaccharides. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidation and anti-tumor effects. At present, we obtain some progress on its chemical constituents and pharmacological actions, however, it is lack of research on its effective constituents and mechanism of actions. The futher research is in favor of the development of new medcines and making the most use of plant resources.

      摘要:To introduce ethosomes as novel carriers for dermal and transdermal drug delivery. Based on literatures in the last decade, the preparation methods, characteristics, mechanism of facilitating permeation and application of ethosomes were summarized. It showed that the system of ethosomes was stable, simply prepared and had a high entrapment capacity for molecules of various lyophilicities. The ethosomal system was much more efficient at delivering drugs to the skin in terms of quantity and depth, and could also dramatically enhance the skin permeation of molecules compared with liposomes.Ethosomes is a good carrier for transdermal delivery, and has broad application prospect.

      摘要:The main treatments of lung cancer are surgical treatment techniques, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which play a certain effect, but a smaller degree of improvement in patients with long-term survival. Targeted therapy technology, because of its safety, availabilityand low toxicity, has become one of the hotspots of the current lung cancer research. This article describes various types of target molecules in the active targeted therapy of lung cancer process and targeting mechanism, summarizes the targeting molecular's activation method and coupling mechanism,and also expounds the progress of targeting preparation at present.Finally, the clinical application prospect.
