      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of blank pellets core with different pharmaceutical excipients,and explore the suitability between process conditions of pellets core and raw materials of preparation. Method: Blank pellets core of microcrystalline cellulose,starch,dextrin and lactose were prepared by centrifugal granulation,with yield of pellets core between 0.25-0.355 nm of particle size as main index,single factor test,uniform design test and multiple linear regression analysis method were used to optimize preparation process conditions of blank pellets core of this four kinds of pharmaceutical excipients,and comparison and difference analysis were made after optimization. Result: The appropriate process parameters of these four pharmaceutical excipients blank pellets core were as follows:water as adhesive of microcrystalline cellulose blank pellets core,and 50%-60% sucrose solution as that of other blank pellets core of three excipients,the jet velocity between 12-16 r·min-1,the bost rotating speed of blank pellets core with microcrystalline cellulose,dextrin and lactose 225 r·min-1,and that of blank pellets core with starch 275 r·min-1,the jet pressure between 0.025-0.05 MPa, the temperature at 25 ℃,the slit air flow chose minimum or medium. Conclusion: There was generally appropriate ranges of process parameters of these four different excipients blank pellets core prepared by centrifugal granulation,it could provide references in screening prescription and optimizing process parameters of drug pellets prepared by centrifugal granulation method.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare an appropriate puerarin-loaded nanostructured lipid carriers(Pue-NLC) for brain targeted drug delivery,and investigate its physicochemical properties and in vitro release. Method: Pue-NLC was prepared by emulsion-ultrasonic dispersion method.With encapsulation efficiency as index,single factor test and orthogonal test was adopted to optimize preparation technology with the amount of solid lipid material,ratio of soybean lecithin and poloxamer-188,ratio of lipid material and emulsifier,the amount of drug as factors;Particle morphology of dispersion was observed by transmission electron microscopy,surface potential and particle size were determined by Zeta potential and particle size analyzer,entrapment efficiency was determined by centrifugation ultrafiltration method.In vitro drug release behavior was studied by dialysis,the content of puerarin was determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum preparation technology was as following:the dosage of solid lipid material 400 mg,ratio of soybean lecithin and poloxamer-188=1:3,ratio of lipid material and emulsifier 1:2,the amount of drug 10 mg.Under transmission electronic microscope, Pue-NLC assumed spherical shape. Its distribution of particle size was even with the average value of (89±7) nm.Entrapment efficiency was (91.33±1.2)%.The average Zeta potential was (-22±0.4) mV;Cumulative release of puerarin was 69.25% in 24 h without burst effect. Conclusion: These prepared Pue-NLC had uniform particle size distribution,high encapsulation efficiency,sustained release effect.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of different aperture ultrafiltration membranes on removal technology of pyrogen for geniposide. Method: Effect of removal process of pyrogen in geniposide with different aperture ultrafiltration membranes was investigated,kinetic turbidimetric limulus reagent method was adopted to quantitative determine the content of endotoxin in raw material of geniposide before and after ultrafiltration,in order to screen the best removal process of pyrogen in geniposide. Result: The 100 kDa aperture ultrafiltration membrane could be better remove pyrogen in geniposide liquid,and it had little influence on geniposide. Conclusion: Ultrafiltration method could be used to remove pyrogen in geniposide,this result could provide reference for removing pyrogen in other traditional Chinese medicine injections and raw material production processes.

      摘要:Objective: To compare physical properties and in vitro dissolution of Dracaena cochinchinensis powder with different particle size. Method: Comparison study of for D. cochinchinensis with different particle size was adopted,including apparent characteristics,flowability,extractive,moisture content,hygroscopicity,in vitro dissolution and so on. Result: Physical properties and in vitro dissolution of D. cochinchinensis had a certain changes after been ultrafine grinded.Along with decreases of particle size,the powder appeared aggregation gradually and the colour shallowed,the grainy disappeared;The flowability was worse,the content of extract and water increased,the hygroscopicity strengthened,the in vitro dissolution increased. Conclusion: Comparing with the powder of 80 mesh, physical properties and in vitro dissolution of D. cochinchinensis ultrafine powder were changed,which provided experimental foundation for the further study of D. cochinchinensis ultrafine powder.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of hesperidin and nobiletin from Citrus reticulata by Box-Behnken design-response surface method. Method: The content of hesperidin and nobiletin was determined by HPLC.Independent variables were extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time,dependent variable was the overall desirability of extraction rate of hesperidin and nobiletin.No-linear mathematic models was used to estimate relationship between independent and dependent variables,response surface methodology was used to optimize extraction process,prediction was carried out by comparing the observed and predicted values. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:reflux extracted 1.6 h with 19 times the amount of 70% ethanol at 77 ℃.Deviation between the observed and predicted values was small(<5%). Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible with high predictability.

      摘要:Objective: To synthesize galactose ligand in non-aqueous medium by enzyme-catalyzed method. Method: Structure of the product was confirmed by IR,ESI-MS,1H-NMR and1C-NMR;With conversion rate of substrate as index,effects of enzyme species,reaction medium,the amount of enzyme,molar ratio of substrate,reaction temperature on ligand synthesis was investigated by single factor tests. Result: Characterization by catalytic reaction,C1' bit hydroxyl of galactose occurred esterification,the received products was the target product.Optimized reaction conditions were as followings:tetrahydrofuran(THF)-dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)3:1 as reaction medium,Novozym 435 immobilized lipase as catalyst,the amount of enzyme of 600 U·mL-1,molar ratio of galactose to vinyl stearate at 1:4,and reacted at 55 ℃ for 8 h,the conversion rate of galactose reached more than 70%. Conclusion: Enzyme catalysis method could be used for synthesizing ligand of liver targeted liposomes.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of robinin from flowers of Robinia pseudoacacia. Method: According to the design principle of Box-Benhnken,effects of ethanol volume fraction,liquid-material ratio,extraction time and extraction times on extraction rate of robinin were studied by response surface method,meanwhile regression analysis of these experimental data was used by SAS 9.2 software. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extracted 2 times with 23 times the amount of 76% ethanol,60 min per time.Under these conditions,the average extraction rate of robinin could be up to 1.834% with the transfer rate of 86.88%. Conclusion: These optimized conditions could provide experimental evidence for extracting of robinin from flowers of R. pseudoacacia.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a new method for simultaneous determination and comparison of the content of camphor,borneol and gaultherolin in compound Nanxing pain patch formed with different stroma by GC. Method: DB-WAX capillary column(0.53 m×30 mm,1.00 μm) and FID were used,column temperature raised by a program of the beginning temperature at 90 ℃,then increased to 120 ℃ at the rate of 1 ℃·min-1,the inlet temperature was 230 ℃ and the detector of FID temperature was 250 ℃.The content of four kinds of volatile components in the solvent and emulsion type pressure-sensitive adhesive patch was compared by statistical software. Result: The linear ranges of camphor,borneol,isoborneol and gaultherolin were 18.80-75.14(r=0.999 8),11.50-46.14(r=0.999 7),13.50-54.08(r=0.999 8),99.60-3 982.40(r=0.999 7) g·L-1,respectively.The average recoveries of them were 100.56%,100.60%,100.54%,99.79%,respectively,and all RSD were less than 3%(n=6).The content of 4 kinds of volatile components in the solvent type pressure-sensitive adhesive patch were more than the emulsion type pressure-sensitive adhesive patch,which were compared by t-test. Conclusion: This established method was sensitive,simple and accurate.It could adopt to simultaneously determine 4 kinds of volatile components in compound Nanxing pain patch, and compound Nanxing pain patch was more superior to be prepared as solvent transdermal patch.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate in vitro transdermal permeability of Evodia rutaecarpa powder vinegar dressing in guinea pigs. Method: Modified Franz diffusion cell was adopted,with isolated guinea pig skin as transdermal barrier,through in vitro percutaneous absorption test,the content of evodiamine and rutaecarpine was determined by HPLC,then cumulative amount and permeation rate,in order to obtain penetration curve equation. Result: Transdermal absorption rate of evodiamine and rutaecarpine were 0.34,0.19 μg·cm-2·h-1,the cumulative amount of them in 24 h were 7.78,4.42 μg·cm-2. Conclusion: Evodiamine and rutaecarpine from E. rutaecarpa powder dressing vinegar had good in vitro transdermal absorption characteristics,it could provide a reference for study on percutaneous absorption preparation of E. rutaecarpa.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize subcritical water extraction technology of Codonopsis tangshen. Method: With composite score of yield of lobetyolin and polysaccharides from C. tangshen as index,effects of liquid-solid ratio,extraction time and temperature on subcritical water extraction technology was investigated by single-factor tests and orthogonal test,and compared with traditional extraction technology. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 150 ℃,liquid-solid ratio 12 mL·g-1,extraction time 45 min;Under these conditions,yield of lobetyolin and polysaccharides from C. tangshen was up to 0.110 2,195.1 mg·g-1, respectively. Conclusion: Comparing with conventional water boiling technology,this optimized technology could significantly shorten extraction time and significantly improve yield of lobetyolin and polysaccharides from C. tangshen.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of total valepotriates from Valeriana jatamansi by Plackett-Burman combined with central composite design-response surface methodology. Method: Based on single factor test,Plackett-Burman test was adopted to screen main influencing factors;Extraction technology of total valepotriates was optimized by central composite design-response surface method,with the concentration of ethanol,soaking time,ultrasound time as independent variables,dependent variable was the content of total valepotriates,through complete quadratic response surface regression fitting of independent variables and the dependent variable,optimum technology was determined by intuitive analysis of 3D surface chart,and predictive analysis was used. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:the concentration of ethanol 65%,soaking time 3 hours,liquid-solid 10: 1,ultrasonic extracted 2 times at room temperature,30 minutes per time. Conclusion: This optimized process was simple,accurate,reproducible with good predictability.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize multiple composite penetration enhancers(MCPE) of Bitong cataplasm. Method: In vitro percutaneous absorption test was used by Frans diffusion cell method,with cumulative release per unit area as index,effects of 1% borneol(BO),1.5% azone(AZ),5% propylene glycol(PG) and 1% menthol(MT) on in vitro percutaneous penetration of cinnamic aldedyde in Bitong cataplasm were investigated by single factor test;With composite score of permeation rate,appearance and initial adhesion as index,U7(74) uniform design was used to optimize the prescription of MCPE. Result: 1% BO,1.5% AZ,5% PG and 1% MT had different degrees role in promoting for transdermal penetration of cinnamic aldehyde in Bitong cataplasm;Optimum ratio of MCPE was BO-AZ-PG-MT=1.33%:1.90%:6.40%:1.30%. Conclusion: This optimized MCPE could significantly improve transdermal rate constant of Bitong cataplasm,while effects on appearance and initial adhesion was small.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extracting conditions of polysaccharides from stems of Megacarpaea delavayi,and investigate its anti-oxidation effects. Method: Polysaccharide in stems of M. delavayi was isolated by water extracting-alcohol precipitating method,taking extraction rate of polysaccharides as index,optimal extracting conditions were studied by orthogonal test.The content of polysaccharides was determined.by phenol-sulfuric acid method,moreover,in vitro activities on scavenging free radicals of ·OH and O2-· of the polysaccharide were also observed. Result: Optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides were as followings:extracted 12 h with 15 times the amount of water at 80 ℃;under these conditions,the average yield of polysaccharides was 1.973% (RSD 1.87%),the conversion factor between glucose and the polysaccharides was 1.127(n=5),the content of polysaccharides was 80.17% (RSD 2.13%)in the crude polysaccharides.In addition,the polysaccharides had a certain effect on scavenging free radicals of ·OH and O2-· in vitro and exhibited the dose-effect relation. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible with high extraction rate;Polysaccharides in stems of M. delavayi possessed a certain anti-oxidant effect.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total saponins from Anemone flaccida. Method: With extraction rate of total saponins as dependent variable,soaking time,the amount of water,extraction time as independent variables,effects of influencing factors on extraction technology was investigated by single factor test and Box-Behnken response surface methodology. Result: Optimum process parameters were obtained as followings:soaked 90 min with 8.8 times the amount of water,boiled 2 times with 2.5 hours per time.Extraction rate of total saponins was 11.23%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible,the predictive value of mathematical model and the experimental observation value was fitted.

      摘要:Objective: To establish content determination method for effective component from FDQ particles,and investigate correlation of the content and transfer rate. Method: Content and transfer rate of effective component in herbs were calculated by different methods,including determination of sieving medicinal powder and in accordance with percentage of effective component in sifted medicinal powder and unsifted fiber,then calculated the content of effective component. Result: The content of effective component could not reflect its real value in herbs,which was determined by the standard method,and it may affect the transfer rate of effective component. Conclusion: when calculate transfer rate of effective component,we must rely on the real content of effective component in Chinese medicines.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation of self-emulsifying drug delivery systems of puerarin-soybean lecithin complex. Method: With the degree of emulsifying and particle size of emulsion droplet as indexes,oil phase,non-ionic surfactant and co-surfactant in the formulation were screened by solubility experiment and drawing phase diagram,and to determine optimum formulation. Result: Optimum formulation of the self emulsifying drug delivery system was as following:ethyloleate as oil phase,Tween-80 as nonionic surfactant and ethanol as co-surfactant,the proportion of them 5:3:2,emulsifying time 40.53 s,the average particle size 107.3 nm. Conclusion: Prepared self-emulsifying drug delivery systems of puerarin-soybean lecithin complex was yellow clear liquid,it could be a clear and transparent with light blue opalescent emulsion after adding water,and this system had good emulsifying effect without blistering.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction and purification technology of salidroside from Ligustrum lucidum. Method: The content of salidroside was determined by HPLC,with composite score of the content of salidroside and yield of extract as index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction technology with solvent,liquid-solid ratio,extraction time and times as factors;model of macroporous resin was screened by single factor test,and its purification technology was optimized. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:reflux extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of water,each time for 1 hour;optimized purification technology of D4020 type resin was:the concentration of sample solution 0.5 g·mL-1,adsorption velocity for 1 BV·h-1,eluted with5 BV 20% ethanol,collected eluate,vacuum recovery,then received salidroside crude product with purity of 16.34%. Conclusion: By following these optimized extraction and purification conditions,the purity of salidroside in L. lucidum could increase 2.12 times.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC-DAD method for determination of forsythiaside B,poliumoside,verbascoside in the leaves and stems of Callicarpa kwangtungensis from different habitats. Method: The separation was performed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid(20:80),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detecting wavelength was at 330 nm. Result: The linear ranges of forsythiaside B,poliumoside and verbascoside were 10.1-505,9.96-498,20.8-1004 mg·L-1,respectively;The average recoveries of three kinds of benzene glycosides were 104.2%(RSD 0.71%),101.3% (RSD 0.59%),98.69% (RSD 1.1%),respectively.Samples of C. kwangtungensis from different habitats were analyzed,the results showed that content range of forsythiaside B,poliumoside and verbascoside were 0.102%-1.59%, 0.076%-1.87%, 0%-3.19%, respectively. Conclusion: This established method was rapid,accurate and repeatable.It could be used to simultaneously determinate the content of forsythiaside B,poliumoside and verbascoside in C. kwangtungensis and provide experimental basis for quality control of C. kwangtungensis.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a rapid method for determination of sulfur dioxide residue in Chinese herbal medicines. Method: By the principle of in dilute hydrochloric acid,the active metal zinc could restore the sulfurous acid or sulfite to produce hydrogen sulfide,while hydrogen sulfide could lead acetate test paper strips black.We had determined sulfur dioxide residue in 18 batches(3 categories,6 varieties) of Chinese herbal medicines,and then used the 'Chinese Pharmacopoeia' method to verify this experimental method. Result: PbS spots of each batch of Chinese herbal medicines was clear,then compared with standard color card,you could determine the range of sulfur dioxide residue. Conclusion: This method was simple with short measurement time and simple device,it could be applied to rapid qualitative or semiquantitative determination of sulfur dioxide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of morphine in childhood cough mixture and cough mixture. Method: Samples were purified by solid phase extraction column and were determined by HPLC.Chromatography conditions were as followings:Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase of 0.05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4-0.002 5 mol·L-1 sodium heptane-acetonitrile (18:18:5),the detection wavelength 220 nm. Result: Morphine had a good linear relationship in the rang of 1.717-12.02 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of childhood cough mixtrue was 99.4% (RSD 2.01%),the average recovery of cough mixtrue was 100.9% (RSD 0.36%). Conclusion: This established method was simple and accurate with good reproducibility,it could be used to effectively control the content of morphine in childhood cough mixture and cough mixture.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze chemical compositions in the seed of fried Vaccaria segetalis. Method: Compounds were isolated and purified by C18 reverse phase silica gel column chromatography,gel column chromatography,polyamide column chromatography and preparative HPLC;Chemical structure was identified by determining physico-chemical constants and UV,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,FAB-MS,et al. Result: Four compounds were obtained and identified as (2S)-N,N,N-trimethyl tryptophane betabine,celereoin-6-C-arabinose-glucopyranoside,vaccaria flavonoid glycosides(apigenin-6-C-glucose-arabinose-4'-O-glucosiede),celereoin-6-C-double-glucopyranoside. Conclusion: Among them ,(2S)-N,N,N-trimethyl tryptophane betabine was first isolated from plants.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical components and bioactivity of volatiles from the kernels of Cephalotaxus fortunei. Method: the essential oils were extracted with Soxhlet extraction method. The chemical composition were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Study the antibacterial and antitumor activity of fatty acids by filter paper diffusion and MTT method. Result: Twenty-three components were identified from the kernel of C. fortunei, the main components were oleic acid (34.53%), palmitic acid (12.04%), linnleic acid, butyl ester (9.56%), ethyl oleate (9.31%) and so on. The volatiles exhibited strong antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella. In addition, the sample had cytotoxic activity against K562 tumor cell lines. Conclusion: The volatiles were composed of aliphatic acids,alkanes and terpenoids, exhibited antimicrobial and cytotoxic bioactivities.

      摘要:Objective: Dynamic differences of synephrine content from same plant of cirtus peel were studied by comparison of production area in different growth period, to explain the multi-function scientific intension of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (PCR) and Pericarpium Citri Retieulatae Viride (PCRV), which provides the scientific basis. It will provide a basis for the improvement of the quality control standards by dynamic accumulation relationship by picking time and effective component. Method: Synephrine content from 45 batchs of cirtus peel which is of four different habitats and different harvest time was determined by reverse-phase HPLC method. Result: The experimental results showed that synephrine content of citrus peel from same plant of four origin in different growth period was reduced with the increasing maturity of the fruit; synephrine content tends to be stable after samples collected in November; synephrine content of citrus peel from the same plant and the same growth period in different years had no significant differences. Conclusion: Different harvesting period exerts a great impact on the flavonoids content in PCR and PCRV. Citrus immature fruit is in the highest content of synephrine, synephrine content of citrus peel in different growth period decreases with increasing fruit maturity.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the seeds of Camellia pitardii. Method: Chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods and were identified by physicochemical characters and spectroscopic analysis or comparison with standard compounds. Result: From the EtOH extract of the seeds of C. pitardii, seven compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside](1), kaempferol-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-(4''''-acetyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside](2), D-galactitol(3), sucrose(4), daucosterol (5), β-sitosterol(6), lupeol(7). Conclusion: Compounds 1-7 were obtained from the seeds of C. pitardii for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for quantitative analysis of curcuminoids in Huangsi Yujin and Lvsi Yujin derived from Cucurmae Radix. Method: Ten batches of samples were collected respectively, and were extracted with methanol in ultrasonic bath for 60 min, the separation was performed on a YMC ODS-A C18 reversed column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid in water (45:55), the mobile phase flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the UV detector was monitored 425 nm for quantitative analysis. Result: The linear of curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin were within 3.516-450 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8), 2.734-350 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9) and 2.422-310 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8) respectively. The average recoveries of curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin were 101.36% (RSD 2.62%, n=5), 102.19% (RSD 2.75%, n=5) and 102.86% (RSD 3.06%, n=5) respectively. Conclusion: The validated HPLC method could be used as quality control method for Cucurmae Radix. Curcuminoids were only detected in Huangsi Yujin, while not detected in Lvsi Yujin.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determination of the content of ferulic acid and hydroxy safflower yellow A in Shuxiong pulsatile controlled-release dropping pill. Method: Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used, methanol-0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (22: 78, pH was adjusted to 3.0 by phosphoric acid) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, detection wavelength at 403, 322 nm, and column temperature at 30 ℃. Result: The linear response ranges were 1.409-90.16 mg·L-1 with regression curve A=0.820 6 C-0.287 4 (r=0.999 9) for ferulic acid, 4.035-258.3 mg·L-1 with regression curve A=0.412 7C-0.487 8 (r=0.999 7) for hydroxy safflower yellow A. The average recovery of ferulic acid and hydroxy safflower yellow A were 99.43% and 100.03% (RSD 3.42%, 3.55%, n=6). Conclusion: A simple, accurate and reproducible HPLC method is provided for determination of ferulic acid and hydroxy safflower yellow A in Shuxiong pulsatile controlled-release dropping pill.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the gallic acid and ellagic acid in the traditional Tibetan drug Sanguotang by RP-HPLC and compare the content of different batches. Method: The separation was performed on a welchrom C18 (4.60 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with gradient elution.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.25% methanoic acid solution,and the flow rate was 0.85 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. The column temperature was kept at 25 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of gallic acid and ellagic acid were within 0.050 0-0.700 0,0.050 2-0.714 0 mg respectively. The average recoveries for gallic and ellagic acid were 103.22%,97.49% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of gallic acid and ellagic acid in the traditional Tibetan drug Sanguotang. The results provide a basis for medicinal value research and product development of the traditional Tibetan drug Sanguotang.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a LC-MS/MS method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine, paeoniflorin, berberine, magnolol and honokiol in Guang Tong Xiao water extract. Method: To measure the content of the target samples by LC-MS/MS method. Result: tetrahydropalmatine, paeoniflorin, berberine, magnolol and honokiol were all analyzed exactly, The linear ranges were 0.882 812 5-113(r=0.999 8),1.543 75-49.4(r=0.999 5),0.904 687 5-115.8(r=0.999 7),0.881 25-112.8(r=0.999 4), 0.165 625-21.2 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9) respectively. The spike recovery were 1.998%,1.14%,3.117%,1.828% and 1.596%. Conclusion: A sensitive,accuracy and suitable LC-MS/MS method has been developed,and the method can be applied for the detemination of tetrahydropalmatine, paeoniflorin, berberine, magnolol and honokiol in Guang Tong Xiao aqueous extract.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for content determination of gallic acid, salidroside, tyrosol and p-coumaric acid in Rhodiola Extract. Method: Phenomenex Luna C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3% HAC at a flow rate of 0.7 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 275 and 308 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of gallic acid, salidroside, tyrosol and p-coumaric acid were in the range of 0.435-13.912 mg·L-1 (r=1, n=9), 22.813-730.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8, n=6), 7.819-250.20 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8, n=6), 1.618-51.76 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8, n=6). The average recoveries of four components were in accordance with the determination requirement. Conclusion: This method was simple, accurate and reproducible for the four components determination of the Rhodiola Extract.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of swertiamain and swertisin in herba Lomalogonium rotatum. Method: Swertiamain and swertisin were simultaneously analyzed using HPLC accompanied with Phenomenex C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column and UV detector. Methanol-water was chosen as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The wavelength was set at 237 nm, while the flow rate was set at 1.5 mL·min-1. Result: Swertiamain and swertisin were linear within the range of 0.27-5.40 mg (r=0.999 8), 0.165-3.3 mg (r=0.999 6), respectively. Meanwhile, the average recoveries were 98.49% (RSD 1.06%) and 97.35% (RSD 1.45%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and possesses good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Lomalogonium rotatum.

      摘要:Objective: To determine shikimic acid in Pinus khasys from different position. Method: The content of shikimic acid was determined by HPLC; the Agilent zorbax-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used as analytical column, the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-1% phosphoric acid (3:97), the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 213 nm, and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: Shikimic acid has a good line in the range of 0.05-0.8 μg (r=0.999 9); the average recovery was 99.00%, and with RSD 0.81% (n=9). Conclusion: The content of shikimic acid was different in P. khasys from different position, while the highest content of shikimic acid was 29.17 mg·g-1 in the pine needles, the pine needles can considered to be shikimic acid new resources exploited and utilized.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the method of chromatography-AFS for separating and determining As from different existing forms in Bupleurum chinense. Method: Chromatography-AFS was used to determine the content of As. The conditions of chromatography and spectrum were as follows: negative ion column of PRP-X100 (4.1 mm×250 mm, 10 μm) was used, mobile phase was the solution of 15 mmoL·L-1 (NH4)2HPO4 (pH 6.0). The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1; column temperature was set at 25 ℃; element lamp was hollow cathode lamp of As, lamp current/auxiliary cathode lamp current was 100/46 mA. Result: The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.002-0.01 μg. The average recovery was 97.35% with RSD 1.5% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of As in different existing forms.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of essential oil from different batches of Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Aurantii Fructus extracted with supercritical CO2 fluid mixing extraction, and to evaluate and control the quality of it. Method: The analytical column was a Hypersil ODS2 C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); a mixture of acetonitrile-water was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution. Flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 wavelength was set at 283 nm. Column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: The fingerprint of essential oil from Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Aurantii Fructus obtained by mixing extraction was established. The ligustilide peak was taken as the reference peak. Thirteen common peaks were assigned, and two peaks were confirmed by comparing with reference standards. The fingerprint of essential oil obtained by steam distillation can be identified. Conclusion: The method could be used for the quality control of essential oil from Angelicae Sinensis Radix and aurantii fructus obtained by mixing extraction accurately and reliably.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Morus alba,which was expected to be standards of quality control and identification of the Chinese crude drug. Method: The HPLC method was used,chromatography conditions were Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid,UV detection wavelength was 290 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, the sample injection was 10 μL. Result: HPLC fingerprints of 13 samples of M. alba were established.16 mutual peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks in 11 samples.Among the obtained fingerprints,most of the detected peaks were separated effectively.11 samples had high similarities. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprint has desirable accuracy,repeatability and stability,which can be used for one of the quality control of M. alba.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and buddleoside in Compound Yejuhua Buccal Tablets. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of baicalin and buddleoside. The Kromasil-C18 Column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid (25:75); the detection wavelength was set at 334 nm. Result: There was good linearity between the peak area and concentration within the range of 0.460-2.760 μg (r=0.999 9) for baicalin and 0.020-0.400 μg (r=0.999 9) for buddleoside respectively. The average recoveries of baicalin and buddleoside were 101.77% (RSD 0.98%) and 98.36% (RSD 1.68%) respectively (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific for quality control of Compound Yejuhua Buccal Tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprints and establish a sensitive and specific method for the quality control of Atractylodes lancea from different habitats. Method: All 13 samples of A.lancea from different habitats were determined by RP-HPLC. Use Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation software to analyze data and evaluate HPLC fingerprint established. Result: The simple and specific method with good repeatability was established. There was different content of each component contained in habitat samples produced in individual area. The content of atractylodin had greater difference. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint can be used for the quality evaluation of A. lancea.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the determination methods for muscone in Jiuwei Fangwensan and to study the stability of the formulation. Method: Firstly,the HPLC-MS method for muscone in Jiuwei Fangwensan was established. In addition, the effect of temperature and sealed condition on the stability of Jiuwei Fangwensan was evaluated. Result: Muscone showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2-20 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9).Precision, recovery rate, stability, repeatability were in line with the experimental requirements. Stability experiment showed that the loss rate of muscone in group without package was faster than group with package. Meanwhile, the loss rate of muscone in 35 ℃ and well package groups was faster than 4 ℃ and tightly package groups, respectively. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and could be used in the quality control and the stability study of Jiuwei Fangwensan. Muscone in the formulation is basically stable at 4 ℃ and tightly packaged condition.

      摘要:Objective: To program a quality evaluation of organochlorine pesticides residue on Radix Astragali produced from different places. Method: Samples were extracted with mixed solvents by ultrasonic, then purified with sulfuric acid. The capillary column was rtx-5 (0.25 μm×0.25 mm×30 m), splitless injection and detected by ECD detector. Result: The detection limits were less than 0.01×10-6, recoveries of organochlorine pesticides were 86.9%-105.0%. Radix Astragali. produced from Gansu, Neimeng, shanxi ect were more lower than the standard of pharmacopeia. Conclusion: A simple and handing analytical method to detect the organochlorine pesticides of Radix Astragali. has been established.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method and a standard fingerprint for quality control of Radix Actinidiae. Method: The HPLC characteristic chromatographic profiles of 11 samples from different sources were eluted with the mobile phases of water containing 0.25% formic acid and acetonitrile in gradient mode. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. By the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine (Version 2004 A),mean chromatogram was generated as the representative standard fingerprint and the similarity of each chromatogram against the standard chromatogram was also calculated. Peaks were applied to grade by hierarchical cluster analysis. Result: Fifteen main marker peaks were selected in the standard fingerprint and 7 peaks of them were identified. Conclusion: The quality control of crude drug can be evaluated by comparing with the standard fingerprint. The method was rapid, accurate, and can be applied for quality assessment of Radix Actinidiae.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint analysis method for stem of Lonicera confusa,and to offer evidence for quality evaluation in stem of Lonicera confusa. Method: RP-HPLC method was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with CH3CN-0.3% CH3OOH as mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, column temperature was kept at 30 ℃; the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm. Similarity evaluation system for HPLC fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine (2004A) was used in data analysis. Result: The common modes for the HPLC fingerprints were set up by ensuring sixteen common peaks in the chromatograms. Stem of L. confusa from ten batches samples were of high similarity in HPLC fingerprint. Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate,and have a good repeatability,which will supply evidence for the quality evaluation in stem of L. confusa.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the volatile constituents from fresh Piper sarmentosum. Method: The volatile constituents from fresh P. sarmentosum were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction, coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (SPME-GC-MS) for the first time. Result: Forty-eight compositions were separated and identified, among which β-myrcene acetate, α-phellandrene, limonene,L-linalool were major compounds, the content was 34.4%, 5.5%, 8.9%,6.0%,respectively. Conclusion: Comparing with traditional steam distillation, the present method is simple, rapid and less sample-demanding, can be used for the fast analysis of volatile compounds in fresh P. sarmentosum.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content of cytidine, uridine, guanosine and adenosine in walnut kernel by HPLC. Method: The HPLC method was used to determine respectively the content of cytidine, uridine, guanosine and adenosine in walnut kernel from 10 different regions. The analysis was carried out on Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). Methanol-10 mmoL·L-1ammonium acetate was used as mobile phase with gradient elution; the flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1, detection wavelength was set at 260 nm and the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. Result: The injection amounts of four nucleosides compounds over respective ranges displayed good linear relationship with the peak area and the correlation coefficients equaled or exceeded 0.999 3.The average spike recoveries for four nucleosides compounds ranged from 97% to 102%, with a RSD of less than 3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, accurate and reproducible, and can be provide reference for the quality control of the walnut kernel.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Forsythia suspensa and antioxidant activity of forsythoside A. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC, and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. DMPD.+ and DPPH experiments were conducted to examine the antioxidant activity of forsythoside A. Result: Six compounds were isolated from the fruits of F. suspensa. The structures of the compounds were determined as forsythoside A(1), calceolarioside B(2), rutin (3) and forsythin (4), isoolivil (5), daucosterol (6), respectively. Conclusion: Forsythoside A showed excellent antioxidant activity.

      摘要:Objective: To identify Fructus Schisandra chinensis and Fructus Schisandra Sphenanthera in Xiaochuanning Tablets. Method: Schisantherin A, schisandrin, deoxyschizandrin, schizandrin B served as the reference substances. The assay was conducted on SunFireTM C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (2004 A) was used in data analysis. Result: Fructus Schisandra Chinensis from habitats were of strong similarity with those from Xiaochuanning Tablets, but the similarities with Fructus Schisandra Sphenanthera from habitats or tablets were less than 0.20. Conclusion: HPLC can be used for identification of Fructus Schisandra Chinensis and Fructus Schisandra Sphenanthera in Xiaochuanning Tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the study of tissue distribution of compound Salvia plebeian granules in rats and provide theoretical basis for its clinical application. Method: The biological samples were extracted with acetonitrile, the Agilent TC-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used as analytical column with a mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(55: 45) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The content of homoplantaginin was highest in stomach, and the concentration was (7.496±0.636) μg·g-1 after administration 1 hour later, then decreased to (5.237±0.373) μg·g-1 and (1.763±0.157) μg·g-1 after 4 h, 7 h. Followed by kidney and small intestine, the content in heart, spleen and lung was relatively low. Conclusion: The homoplantaginin was distributed in all organs of rats after administrated compound S. plebeian granules. The higher distribution of homoplantaginin in kidney can be explained by the forming theory of urinary tract infection.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Simiao prescription on cartilage matrix of rat osteoarthritis, as well as to explore their mechanism of prevention and treatment for osteoarthritis(OA). Method: Eighty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham group,model group,Simiao prescription low,moderate and high does group,glucosamine sulfate group(n=14). Except the sham group, underwent surgical destabilization (anterior cruciate ligament transection and partial medial meniscectomy) of the right knee to induce OA. The sham group and model group were fed with saline,glucosamine sulfate group were fed with glucosamine sulfate and others with Simiao prescription. After 6 weeks, using blood obtained from the abdominal aorta,and then measured the C-terminal peptide of collagen typeⅡand Collagen typeⅡC-propeptide, and then rat right femoral were removed.Sections of the articular cartilage were stained with HE, to observe cartilage damage, Toluidine blue stain, collagenⅡimmunohistochemistry stain was performed to assess the contents of proteoglycan and collagenⅡ. Result: Compared with the sham group,thinning of the cartilage surface of the model group, the cartilage cells decreased significantly and Mankin's score significantly higher, toluidine blue stain, collagen Ⅱ immunohistochemistry stain indicated that there was proteoglycan and collagen Ⅱ loss in the model group. The serum CTXⅡ was significantly increased,CPⅡ significantly decreased.Compared with model group, Simiao prescription can significantly reduce the Mankin's score, increase proteoglycan and type Ⅱ collagen content,lower levels of CTXⅡ raise CPⅡ. Conclusion: Simiao prescription can effectively reduce articular matrix destruction of experimental rat osteoarthritis, the metabolism may be related with inhibition of the main component of cartilage matrix, regulation of typeⅡcollagen synthesis and degradationmarkers.

      摘要:Objective: Study rabbits carotid atherosclerosis model test by comparing carotid artery cannula method with the external carotid artery ligation method, the differences of modeling time and model stability of two methods are obtained. Method: Thirty Male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups which are control group (n=6); cannula group (n=8); ligation group (n=8); fat group (n=8). Lipid levels of all rabbits were measured before and after the high fat diet. After 8 weeks, all rabbits were sacrificed and pathological examinations were made by taking the cannula proximal end and ligation of the proximal end of the vascular. Result: High-fat group formed a significant hyperlipidemia after 8 weeks. Compared with the high-fat group, simply cannula carotid intimal lipid deposited lighter, but vascular intima thickness was obvious increasing, at the same time, intima, media and membrane were necrosis in varying degrees. The ligation lesions were lighter than the tube method, while it is still more serious than the normal group. Conclusion: Compared with the high-fat diet alone, using simple cannula technique, rabbits can also form atherosclerotic vascular lesions for 8 weeks, and sleeve proximal end would form a local low shear stress model which has good stability.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium adjusting sex hormone and estrogen receptor-α(ER-α) in prostatic hyperplasia tissue. Method: Thirty-two benign prostatic hyperplasia mice were modeled by subcutaneous injecting testosterone propionate for 12 consecutive days, and randomly grouped in four, including: the normal control group, the model group of prostatic hyperplasia, treatment groups with 20,40 mg·kg-1·d-1 of 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium. After sacrificed the animal, prostate glandular wet weights, and it's propotion of total body weight, morphological changes of prostate gland, sex hormone including serum testosterone(T), estrodiol(E2) contents, ER-α expression were measured. Result: 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium could significantly inhibit testosterone propionate induced mouse benign prostatic hyperplasia, reduce the serum testosterone、estrodiol contents and the ratio of T/E2, and inhibit the expression of ER-α. Conclusion: 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium has significant antagonistic effect on experimentally induced mouse benign prostatic hyperplasia by testosterone propionate, the mechanism which may related to the regulative impact on the balance of sex hormone and the expression of ER-α.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the possible mechanism of Qingnao Yizhi(QNYZ)decoction on vascular dementia(VD) through testing the effect of vcerebrospinal fluid which contained Qingnao Yizhi decoction on synaptic remodeling so as to provide more scientific evidence for the clinical medication on VD patients. Method: The primary cultured rat cortical neurons were vaccinated in 96-well cell culture plates and the vaccination concentration was 1×106/mL.And the cells were divided into control group,H/R group,cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) group,high dose CSF containing QNYZ group(QNYZ-H),low dose CSF containing QNYZ group(QNYZ-L) and CSF containing butylphthalide(NBP) group(except the control group,the other groups were firstly dealt with hypoxia for 24 hours and then received reoxygenation for 24 hours). The concentration of synaptic remodeling markers such as synapsin,microtubule associated protein 2 and growth associated protein-43 of the supernatant were assayed by the ELISA way. Result: The concentration of synaptic remodeling markers such as synapsin(SYN),microtuble associated protein 2(MAP-2) and growth associated protein-43(GAP-43) of the supernatant of the QN-H,QN-L groups increased,and the three indices'level are obviously higher than these in the H/R group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Qingnao Yizhi decoction could improve the synaptic remodeling of the H/R CNC through regulating the expression of SYN,MAP-2 and GAP-43.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of Jiawei Sijunzi decoction containing serum on B16 malignant melanoma cell proliferation and apoptosis. Method: Jiawei Sijunzi decoction was administrated by serum pharmacological method, which B16 melanoma cells were cultured in 37 ℃ and 5% CO2 thermostat incubator, and logarithmic phase cells were collected and exposed to final concentration 10% mice containing serum in 12, 24,48 h, respectively.The experimental group were divided into blank control group, serum control group, traditional Chinese medicine group (high dose,middle dose and low dose), and cisplatin group, and each group contained 5 samples. MTT and Flow cytometry Annexin V-FITC/PI assay were used to analyse the Jiawei Sijunzi decoction containing serum influence on B16 malignant melanoma cell proliferation and apoptosis respectively. Result: A time-dependent increase in inhibiting B16 malignant melanoma cell proliferation by Jiawei Sijunzi decoction containing serum was observed compared to blank control group, serum control group in the same time period, and middle dose traditional Chinese medicine group inhibition rate was 50.22% in 12 h and 53.81% in 24 h respectively,and reached the half of inhibition rate, and half of inhibition rate in 48 hours period and 24 hours period were compared to no significant change. Middle dose traditional Chinese medicine group, high dose traditional Chinese medicine group and cisplatin group (5 mg·L-1) apoptosis rate were (19.70±0.98)%,(25.21±1.03)%,(21.31±1.00)% respectively, and promote significantly B16 malignant melanoma cell apoptosis compared to the blank control group and serum control group, the rate of cisplatin group apoptosis is high than middle dose traditional Chinese medicine group, and lower than high dose traditional Chinese medicine group. Conclusion: Jiawei Sijunzi decoction containing serum can inhibit the proliferation of B16 malignant melanoma cells, and promote the apoptosis of B16 malignant melanoma cells, which could be the therepy mechanism of Jiawei Sijunzi decoction antitumor.

      摘要:Objective: To approach the effect of Changweiqin (CWQ) drug serum associated with oxaliplatin on the proliferation and apoptosis of human colon cancer resistant cell lines HCT116/L-OHP. Method: To investigate the growth and inhibition of HCT116/L-OHP treated with Oxaliplatin (L-OHP) and CWQ drug serum in HCT116/L-OHP by MTT assay, analyze the cell cycle distribution by flow cytometry propidium iodide (PI) staining, and monitor its apoptosis by Annexin V-FITC kit. Result: Oxaliplatin resistance index to HCT116/L-OHP is 9.17.The IC50 value of Oxaliplatin in 48 hours when treated to HCT116 and HCT116/L-OHP respectively is (9.88±0.42) mg·L-1 and (85.81±2.76) mg·L-1. After connected with CWQ drug serum, the IC50 value decreased to (35.2±2.8) mg·L-1, and the reverse index is 2.44(P<0.05). The cell cycle which treated before and after Oxaliplatin associated with CWQ respectively arrested at the G1,G2 phase and G1 phase. The P value between each group in G1 and G2 phase are all less than 0.001.The P value between each group in S phase are all less than 0.001 while the P value between Oxaliplatin treated with CWQ group and Oxaliplatin group is equal to 0.021.The apoptosis rate of HCT116/L-OHP were(8.6 ± 0.31)% and (23.73 ± 2.36)% respectively. The P value is equal to 0.037 when Oxaliplatin group is compared with blank group. The P value of Oxaliplatin group compared with blank group is equal to 0.046, while the P value of others is less than 0.001. Conclusion: CWQ drug serum can reverse the resistance of Oxaliplatin to human colon cancer cell lines HCT116/L-OHP, induce cells' apoptosis and change the cell cycle's distribution.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Anshen Dingzhiling (ADL) on the expression of dopamine receptor-3(DRD3), dopamine receptor-4(DRD4) and dopamine receptor-5(DRD) in Limbic system and DRD4 in Prefrontal Cortex of spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR) as an model of attention deficit hyperactive disorder(ADHD), and to investigate the mechanisms of ADL treatment for ADHD. Method: Thirty SHR rats were randomly divided into groups: untreated model group,ritalin group (2.1 mg·kg-1 by ig),high dose of ADL group,middle dose of ADL group and low dose of ADL group (ig ADL with the crude drug dosage 34.1, 17.1, 8.5 g·kg-1 respectively). The normal control group includes 6 Wistar rats (given normal saline 10 mL·kg-1 by ig). The rats were sacrificed after a month of treatment, then the expression of DRD3, DRD4 and DRD5 mRNA in Limbic system and DRD4 mRNA in Prefrontal Cortex of brain were detected by RT-PCR. Result: compared to the normal rats, Regardless of the expression of DRD3, DRD4 and DRD5 in Limbic system or DRD4 in Prefrontal Cortex of brain of model rats were reduced. Compared with the model rats, the expression of DRD3, DRD4, and DRD5 gene in limbic system and that of DRD4 gene in the prefrontal cortex of Ritalin group was called back by Ritalin, the expression of DRD3, DRD4, and DRD5 gene in the limbic system and that of DRD4 gene in prefrontal cortex was called back by the low-dose ADL, only the expression of DRD4 gene in prefrontal cortex was called back by the middle-dose ADL, the high-dose of ADL raised the expression of DRD3 in limbic system significantly meanwhile lowered the expression of in DRD4 frontal cortex. Conclusion: The produce of ADHD had a certain correlation with DRD3, DRD4 and DRD5.The results showed that different dose of ADL played different roles in the regulation of the dopamine pathways of the brain-the cortex-the limbic system, so prompted that the clinical dosage should be considered with symptoms.

      摘要:Objective: The aim of this paper is to estimate the anti-bacterial effects of baicalin and borneol on Staphylococcus epidermidis. Method: A modified turbidimetry, which referred to the solution absorbance assay at 600 nm, was applied to determine the inhibition ratio of S. epidermidis growth by adding different concentrations of baicalin, borneol and baicalin-borneol mixed solutions. Result: The inhibition ratios of S.epidermidis growth of different baicalin concentration solutions with borneol added showed significant increase compared with blank baicalin solutions. The inhibition ratios were 49.78% with 1 200 mg·L-1 baicalin solution, and 13.41% with 600 mg·L-1 borneol solution, separately. The significant inhibition ratio which indicated the synergistic effect was 78.15% under the mixed solution with the baicalin concentration of 1200 mg·L-1 and borneol 600 mg·L-1. Conclusion: The compatibility of a certain amount of baicalin and borneol, which significantly enhanced the anti-bacterial effects of two compounds separately, indicated the outstanding synergistic effect on the inhibition of S.epidermidis growth.

      摘要:Objective: Study the effect of cryptotanshinone(CTS) on the survival of in PC12 cells promoted by insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and possible mechanisms. Method: The serum deprivation model was constructed to determine the dose of IGF-1 to play the survival-promoting effect, then pretreat PC12 cells with different concentrations of CTS, then treated with IGF-1 processing 24 hours, MTT assay was used to detect the effect of CTS on protective function of IGF-1.The effect of CTS and IGF-1 on the phosphorylation level of IGF-1 receptar(IGF-1R) were analyzed by Western blot and downstream targets were also detected such as protein kinase B(Akt) and extracellular signal regulated kinase(ERK). Result: After treatment with IGF-1, cell viability of PC12 cells was increased in a dose-dependent manner as same as the phosphorylation level of IGF-1R, whereas CTS attenuated the survival promoting effect of IGF-1 in PC12 cells and decreased the phosphorylated IGF-1R. Moreover, CTS attenuated the phosphorylation of Akt and ERK1/2 induced by IGF-1in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: These data indicate that CTS has an inhibitory effect on PC12 cells viability via down-regulate the phosphorylation of IGF-1R and downstream Akt and ERK.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Kanli granule on myocardial energy metabolism and cardiac function. Method: Heart failure model were developed in rats by transverse aortic constriction(TAC). After 1 week of the operation, rats were treated orally with trimetazidine(0.36 mg·kg-1),perindopril(5.4 mg·kg-1),Kanli granule high-medium-low dose(13.5,6.75,3.38 mg·kg-1). After 32 weeks, myocardial energy metabolism and hemodynamic were examined. Result: Compared with group sham,LVSP(P<0.01) and LVEDP(P<0.05) was increased in model group,+dp/dtmax(P<0.01) and -dp/dtmax(P<0.05) was large in group BD, ATP,ATP/ADP was reduced (P<0.001) in model group BD;Compared with model group,LVEDP(P<0.05) were all reduced in group of Kainli granule,+dp/dtmax(P<0.05),ATP was increased(P<0.05) in group M of Kainli granule. Conclusion: Kanli granule can improve left ventricular diastolic function, energy metabolism and improve the efficacy of cardiac structure and function.

      摘要:Objective: To study the characteristics of Goto-Kakizaki(GK) diabetes prone rat-a spontaneous type 2 diabetes mellitusanimal model. Method: Twenty Wistar rats were as a control, the based glucose, body weight, food and water intake of GK rats in 61 rats were monitored continuously since thirteen weeks. At the age of thirty-second weeks, a glucose tolerance test was conducted, stool routine, liver index and kidney index were screened, the content of lipid, renal function and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in plasma were tested as well as a pathological examination of pancreas and kidney was carried out. Result: At the age of twenty-four weeks, GK rats are at the start of the pathogenesis, and the plasma glucose remained steady at more than 11.0 mmol·L-1 high blood glucose levels, and the HbA1c level were also significantly elevated. These indicators could remain at least till the age of thirty-second weeks. At the same time, GK rats also demonstrate symptoms similar to those of the diabetes patients such as 'emaciation', 'overeating', 'excessive drinking of water' and the rest. The mortality rate of GK rats was relatively low, being only about at 11.47%. GK rats to glucose load were in a reduced metabolic capacity, and the pathological changes of pancreas and liver tissue were aggravated. Conclusion: At the age of 24 to 32 weeks, GK rats were in the period of the pathogenesis, with the obvious and stable characteristics of diabetes, and the mortality rate is low. Therefore, GK rats can be suitable for the research of pathogenesis and drug effectiveness evaluation for diabetes.

      摘要:Objective: To study the compatibility of the Suoquan pill based on excretion of urine. Method: The combinations including Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Linderae Radix, Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus+Linderae Radix,Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus+Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Linderae Radix+Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Linderae Radix+Dioscoreae Rhizoma and Suoquan pill.Treated respectively with the combination of herbs and D-gal,seted up normal group at the same time.To assess the bladder function by urodynamics and measure the aquaporin 2(AQP2),aldosterone (ALD),antidiuretic hormone (ADH) associated with the urine formation by ELISA technology. Result: Compared with the normal group, model group AQP2,ADH,ALD content significantly reduced (P<0.01),Bladder Leak Point Pressures(BLPP),abdomen leak point pressure(ALPP),maximum voiding pressure(MVP)significantly reduced (P<0.01),also,and the bladder compliance(BC)elevated (P<0.01).Among separated recipes groups,Suoquan pill was better than other groups.Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus has strongest efficacy of single herb;Linderae Radix was significant effects in the urine formation,combination of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus has better efficacy. Dioscoreae Rhizoma plays an important part in ameliorating the senescent bladder function,combination of Linderae Radix has better efficacy in all we check. Conclusion: The result is conformed to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of β-elmene on the growth of human hepatocarcinoma HepG2 cells and the effect on microtubular. Method: Proliferation of HepG2 cells was evaluated by MTT assay. Cell cycle of HepG2 cells was analyzed by flow cytometry.The expression and distribution of microtubule in HepG2 cells were investigated by confocal microscopy. The mRNA expression of β-tubulin was detected by RT-PCR. Immunoblotting analysis was used to determine protein expression of β-tubulin and the proportion of polymerization of tubulin. Result: β-elmene inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner, and induce tumor arrested cells at S-phase.Confocal microscopy showed an abnormal microtubular network in HepG2 cell treated with β-elmene. RT-PCR and Western-blot analysis showed that β-elmene down-regulated β-tublin at both mRNA and protein level. The mRNA expression of β-tubulin in the observed groups were lower than that in the control group and presented a dose-dependent manner. Further analysis by immunoblotting confirmed the down-regulation of β-elmene on the expression for β-tubulin in a dose-dependent manner.Moreover, β-elmene reduced the proportion of polymerization of microtubule in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: β-elmene could inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells,down-regulation of the expression of β-tubulin and inhibit the microtubular polymerization might be one of mechanism that β-elmene contribute to growth inhibition of HepG2 cell.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the effects of Yinchenhao Tang water extract and its alcohol extract on rat liver injury model and explore the possible reasons for differences in efficacy. Method: The differences were compared in composition of the two extracts by TLC and determining the content of geniposide and emodin by HPLC. The liver injury model was established with galactosamine,the rats were randomized into natural group,model group,Yinchenhao Tang water extract of high dose group,Yinchenhao Tang water extract of low dose group,Yinchenhao Tang alcohol extract of high dose group,Yinchenhao Tang alcohol extract of low dose group. Rats in medication groups were administrated ig with corresponding herbs, water extract group(1.67,0.84 g·kg-1), alcohol extract group(1.67,0.84 g·kg-1)and natural group was given normal diet.After treatment for 8 days,the influence of the treatments on the serum hepatic injury indicators was investigated.Hepatic tissues were detected by HE. Result: There were differences between the compositions of two extracts, but both had the protection effect of liver injury with different intensity,and the level of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),triglycerides(TG), total bilirubin(T-Bil)in liver of water extract group were significantly lower than those of model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).It can improve the steatosis of liver in rats. Meanwhile,the level of AST,ALT,ALP in serum of alcohol extract group were also significantly lower than those of model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).And the content of geniposide and emodin of water extract were lower than those of alcohol extract. Conclusion: Comparing with ethanol extracts of Yinchenhao Tang, its water extracts had certain advantage of the protective effect on D-galactosamine-induced liver injury in rats according to pharmacodynamics results.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of breviscapine on renal tissue vasoactive substances and to analyze the protective mechanism of breviscapine on renal tissue in obstructive nephropathy rat. Method: According to the weight the SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, sham operation group(SOG), obstructive nephropathy model group(MG), benazepril group(BG), 100 mg·kg-1 breviscapine group(100 mg-BVG) and 200 mg·kg-1 breviscapine group(200 mg-BVG). BG was given benazepril 5 mg·kg-1 by gavage (ig), 100 mg-BVG and 200-mgBVG were given breviscapine 100 mg·kg-1 and 200 mg·kg-1 gavage, SOG and ONMG were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride solution by gavage, 1/day. The administration lasted 7 days. After administration the rat kidneys were weighed and NAG-U were measured, left renal histopathology were observed by HE and Masson staining; the expression of α-SMA was detected by immunohistochemistry; angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ), angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET-1) content change were measured by radioimmunoassay and colorimetric determination. Result: Compared with the SOG, ONMG rats NAG-U and left renal weight were significantly increased(P<0.01), and a large amount of inflammatory cell infiltration and hyperaemia had showed, ET-1, ACE and Ang Ⅱ were obviously increased but the content of NO were significantly decreased(P<0.01). Compared with the ONMG, in the BG, 100 mg-BVG and 200 mg-BVG NAG-U and the left renal weight were reduced (P<0.05,P<0.01), inflammatory cell infiltration and hyperaemia were also reduced. Compared with the ONMG, the two BVGs ET-1, ACE and Ang Ⅱcontent were decreased but NO were increased(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Breviscapine probably alleviate obstructive nephyropathy by affecting the vasoactive substances, downregulation of ET-1, ACE and Ang Ⅱcontent, the upregulation of NO.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Fuke Qianjin tablets on inflammatory cytokines in blood serum in rats. With chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method: The rat chronic pelvic inflammation model was established by mixed bacteria of Staphyloccocus aureus,Escherichia coli and M.urealyticum. The rats were randomly divided into 7 groups. Fuke Qianjin tablets in high,middle and low dosage were used to treat chronic pelvic inflammation model rat for 21 days. The content of blood serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in chronic pelvic inflammation model rat was measured by enzyme-linked immumsorbent assay(ELASA).Pathologic change of uterus was measured by a microscope. Result: Visual inspection: the Fuke Qianjin tablets in high, middle and low dosage uterine swelling, hyperemia significantly reduced, the structures were clear. Light microscopic inspection: The Fuke Qianjin tablets in high, middle and low dosage can suppression of inflammatory cells in the rat endometrial hyperplasia, to promote its lesion repair of epithelial cell proliferation alleviates seasonal congestion and edema.Serum expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α in model group were markedly higher than those in normal control group(P<0.01). Serum expressions of IL-10 in model group were markedly lower than those in normal control group(P<0.01).Compared with model group, the serum expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α were significantly lower in Fuke Qianjin tablets high and middle groups(P<0.01,P<0.05). Serum expressions of IL-10 were markedly higher in Fuke Qianjin tablets high and middle groups (P<0.01). The serum expressions of IL-1β and IL-10 in Fuke Qianjin tablets low group were higher and lower than those in model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fuke Qianjin tablets promote the recovery of morphology and physiological function of damaged tissues and cells. Its mechanism may be associated with reduced promoting inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, TNF-α release to promote the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 expression, regulation of Th1/Th2 balance related.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of serum containing Guantong Fang and its compositions on apoptosis in rat vascular smooth muscle cells. Method: SD rats in each group were administered corresponding doses:Guantong Fang group(23.75 g·kg-1),Huoxue Huayu(HXHY) group(8.75 g·kg-1), Yiqi Yangyin(YQYY) group(5 g·kg-1), Qingre Huatan(QRHT) group(10 g·kg-1) for 7 days. Then th serum containing drugs was prepared, VSMCs were divided into: blank control group (5% normal rat serum), model group (5% normal rat serum and 1×10-6mol·L-1 AngⅡ), Guantong Fang group(5% Guantong Fang Containing serum and 1×10-6mol·L-1AngⅡ),HXHY group(5% HXHY Containing serum and 1×10-6mol·L-1AngⅡ),YQYY group(5% YQYY Containing serum and 1×10-6mol·L-1AngⅡ),QRHT group(5% QRHT Containing serum and 1×10-6mol·L-1AngⅡ),After incubated 48h,cell apoptosis was evaluated by laser flow cytometry. Result: in the model group the early apoptosis rate of vascular smooth muscle cell was (0.36±0.14)%,late apoptosis (1.02±0.86)%, and in blank control group:early apoptosis (2.22±0.43)%,late apoptosis (1.29±0.57)%;In the Guantong Fang group:early (23.4±0.95)%,late (9.1±0.69)%,in HXHY group: early (8.08±0.54)%,late (18.6±1.48)%, in YQYY group early (16.9±0.79)%,late (4.38±0.90)%,in QRHT group early (5.9±0.99)%,late (11.5±0.7)%. Conclusion: Guantong Fang can inhibit the proliferation of VSMC and induce apoptosis; and effect of Guantong Fang group is better than its compositions.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of Agaricus blazei polysaccharide (ABP) on rat thymocyte apoptosis and mitochondrial membrane potential which were induced by dexamethasone (DEX). Method: Forty Wistar rats were divided into four groups randomly with 10 in each group. The four groups were as follows: normal group, model group, low dose ABP group and high dose ABP group.Normal group and model group were prepared by normal saline solution; low dose ABP group and high dose ABP group were prepared by ABP solution(60,120 mg·kg-1), once a day for seven days continuously. Model group and low dose ABP group were injected through belly by DEX(0.02 g·kg-1). All groups were killed three hours later and rat thymocyte was taken out clenly. Mcroscopic observation and flow cytometry were used to observe morph ological changes and apoptosis of rat thymocyte,percentage of deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) strand breakage,mitochondrial membrane potential changes and contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rat thymocyte and malomialdehvde (MDA). Result: Mitochondria cristal dilatation of thyocyte obviously released in ABP group compared with model group. Rate of rat thymocyte apoptosis in ABP group [low dose(5.96±1.14)%,high dose(5.07±1.02)%], DNA breakage rate[low dose(3.67±0.49)%,high dose(3.24±0.45)%]and MDA content in rat thymocyte [low dose(1.87±0.25)μg·mg-1,high dose(1.72±0.23)μg·mg-1] were obviously lower than model group[(7.14±1.62)%,(4.25±0.86)%,(2.16±0.38)μg·mg-1]; mitochondrial membrane potential in rat thymocyte (fluorescence index:low dose 38.57±6.29,high dose 41.36±7.18)and SOD conten in rat thymocyte [low dose(25.78±3.94)μg·mg-1,high dose(27.36±4.21)μg·mg-1]; mitochondrial membrane potential in rat thymocyte (fluorescence index:low dose 38.57±6.29,high dose 41.36±7.18)and SOD conten in rat thymocyte·mg-1,high dose(27.36±4.21)μg·mg-1]were significantly higher than model group(32.76±5.48) fluorescence index,(21.45±3.52)μg·mg-1. Conclusion: ABP prevent DNA strand breakage and the decreasing of mitochondrial membrane potential which can inhibit rat thymocyte apoptosis induced by DEX. The mechanism may be that ABP strengthen antioxidan function of thymus.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder on the concentraion changes of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and corticosterone (CORT) in blood plasma of depression model in rats, and discuss the effect of Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder on the function of HPA in the depression rats. Method: Depression model of rat was produced by using chronic unpredictable mild stress stimulation combined with lonely raising for 42 days.The first 21 days is built model,From the twenty-second days of models,the rats received the stress and medicine intervention.Use radioimmunoassay(RIA) to determine the change of cortisol(CORT) and adrenocorticotropin(ACTH). Result: The concentraions of CORT and ACTH were increased significantly in blood plasma of the model rats compared to that of the normal group(P<0.05);also the concentraions of CORT and ACTH were reduced significantly in blood plasma of Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder group compared to that of the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder can reduce the concentraion changes of CORT and ACTH in blood plasma of depression model in rats, thereby play its treating role.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of essential oils of Ageratum conyzoides. Method: The essential oils of A. conyzoides were preparated into different doses (0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0 g·L-1) with 95% ethanol. And the antioxidant activities were studied using DPPH assay, ABTS+·assay and reducing power assay. Result: The reducing power of iron ion and the scavenging activities of ABTS+·radical and DPPH radical were enhanced while the concentration of oil was increased(in the sequence of 2.0 g·L-1>1.6 g·L-1>1.2 g·L-1>0.8 g·L-1>0.4 g·L-1). The ABTS+·radical scavenging rate reached to 64.63%, but the maximal DPPH radical scavenging rate just reached to 19.61%. Conclusion: The essential oils of A. conyzoides showed good activities on both scavenging ABTS+·radical and reducing power, but low activity on scavenging DPPH radical. All antioxidant activity showed a concentration-effect relationship. The essential oils can be employed as natural antioxidants and health care products.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the protective effects of Xingnao Zaizao capsules on vascular dementia in rats. Method: The rats were divided into sham-operation group,model group,Co-dergocrine Mesylate group(5 mg·kg-1)and three Xingnao Zaizao capsules groups at high,median and low doses(0.4,0.2,0.1 g·kg-1·d-1).VD rat models were reproduced by bilateral carotid artery occlusion.The learning and memory was assayed by Y maze.The cerebral blood flow was measured with the help of Laser Doppler flowmeter. At the end of the experiment,the rats were sacrificed and samples of brain tissues were used to determine the monoamine neurotransmitters by HPLC-FLD. Result: The time of correct response in the model group was significantly less than sham-operation group whose (P<0.01 or P<0.05),and administered with Co-dergocrine Mesylate and Xingnao Zaizao capsules increased the correct response(P<0.01).Also, the cerebral blood flow were increased (P<0.05),NE,DA,5-HT in brain tissueswere increased remarkably compared with model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: Xingnao Zaizao capsules ameliorate the ability of learning and memory in VD rats, increase thecerebral blood flow,monoamineneurotransmittersin brain tissues.

      摘要:Objective: The detection and analysis the proportion of CD19+CD5+B cells (B1) and CD19+CD5+CD1d+B cells (B10) in peripheral blood of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC), exploring the effect of baicalin on up-regulating both the two subpopulations expression in vitro. Method: Separate peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of UC patients, using the PBMCs of age and gender-matched helthy people as normal control, lymphocytes were stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)+baicalin in vitro, B1 and B10 cells proportion were detected by the flow cytometry before and after stimulation. Result: The proportion of B1 and B10 cells are decrease in UC patients peripheral blood compare to the normal control group(P=0.029,0.049). In vitro, LPS+baicalin stimulation raised the proportion of B10 lymphocytes of UC patients(P=0.02), but no significant impact on normal subjects. Conclusion: UC may be related to the expression of B1 and B10 cells, baicalin might upregulates the proportion of B10 cells of UC patients.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antibacterial mechanisms of total flavonoids (TF) from Ampelopsis grossedentata on Staphylococcus aureus. Method: The antibacterial mechanisms were studied by scanning electron microscope for ultrastructural morphology of TF (155 mg·L-1). Microbial adhesion method was used for determination the effect of TF (155 mg·L-1) on cell-surface hydrophobicity of hydrocarbons. Cell permeability and conductivity colorimetric method were employed for the determination of dehydrogenase activity of S. aureus after being treated by different concentrations of total flavone(310-38.75 mg·L-1)from Ampelopsis grossedentata of Guangxi. Result: As the concentration increased and time prolonged, bacterial cell ultrastructural change was evident, characterized by cell surface uneven, warty protrusions, intercellular boundaries blurred, cell diameter increase. TF could significantly reduce the bacterial cell-surface hydrophobicity (P<0.01) and increase in permeability of the bacterial cell. Activity of bacterial dehydrogenase was obviously inhibited by TF. Conclusion: The antibacterial mechanisms of TF from Ampelopsis grossedentata on S. aureus are related with reducing surface hydrophobicity, increasing permeability of the bacterial and inhibiting dehydrogenase activity of S. aureus.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a mouse model with kidney Yang deficiency infected by influenza virus. Method: Kidney Yang deficiency mice were established by intraperitoneal injection of estradiol benzoate (0.008 mg·g-1) as previously described. The physical signs in mice were observed, and the swimming time of mice, rectal temperature, toe temperature, autonomic mobility were examined.On the basis of above model, Mice were inoculated with mouse lung influenza virus (FM1) by the nasal cavity to establish the mice model with kidney Yang deficiency infected by influenza virus. Then physical signs, mortality, body weight and temperature changes were observed daily.The concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in mouse serum were measured, and the organ indexes of lung, spleen,kidney, adrenal and thymus were detected. Pathological changes of lung were observed. Result: The swimming time, rectal temperature, toe temperature, and autonomic activities of mice model were significantly decreased compared with normal group (P<0.01); Viral pneumonia was detected in lung tissue. Compared with the normal control, the thymus index of model mice was remarkably reduced (P<0.01). The level of IFN-γ was obviously increased (P<0.05) and TNF-α level was decreased. Conclusion: To some extent, the symptoms of kidney-yang deficiency with influenza disease could embodied in this mouse model, which was successfully established by combining estradiol intraperitoneal injection with nasal cavity by influenza virus FM1 and this provided a more ideal experimental model for pathogenesis and drug intervention.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the gastrointestinal toxicity of ethyl acetate extract of Kansui Radix (KS) and Kansui Radix stir-baked with vinegar (VKS). Method: ICR mise were dosed for 7 days with the ethyl acetate extract of KS(256,160,100 g·kg-1)and VKS(256,160,100 g·kg-1), and then were killed to collect the stomach and intestines. Afterwards, the gastrointestinal tissues were sliced and stained with Hemetoxylin and Eosin (HE) staining to observe the pathological changes. The activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH) were measured from gastrointestinal homogenate. Result: After treated with KS and VKS, weight of ICR rats was reduced and diarrhea was occured. However, in comparison with the KS treated groups, the VKS treated groups had less weight lose and lighter diarrhea, while the control group had no weight losing and bowel movement was normal. In comparison with the control group, KS groups had lower SOD activities and GSH content, but higher MDA content and LDH activities (P<0.05, P<0.01); in comparison with KS groups, VKS groups had higher SOD activities and GSH content, but lower MDA content and LDH activities (P<0.05, P<0.01). HE staining of gastric and intestinal tissues showed less gastric mucosa and intestinal mucosa damage in VKS treated groups (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Stir-baked processing with vinegar could attenuate the gastrointestinal toxicity of kansui due to reducing the oxidative injury of kansui, which provided significant data for promoting safer and better use of this herb in clinic.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of raw Pinellia ternate and processed P. ternates on the secretion of inflammation cytokines of mice aorta endothelial cells. Method: Ligroin,acetidin,95% ethanol and water were used to extract the components in P. ternate, and these components were added to cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Normal control groups(without drugs and LPS),model groups(without drugs, with 10 mg·L-1LPS)and treatment groups (each with 10 mg·L-1LPS and different extracts of P. ternate,the dosages are 0.1,1,10,20 mg·L-1, respectively)were set up. After 24 h, the contentrations of interleukin-6 (IL-6) andtumor necrosis facor-alpha (TNF-α) in supernatant were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result: The extracts of P. ternate decreased the secretion of inflammation cytokines, significant differences were found in each treatment group(P<0.01 or P<0.05), compared with control groups. The inhibitory effect of each composition of raw P. ternate on TNF-α was relevant to the dosage. At the highest dosage(20 mg·L-1), the secretions of IL-6 and TNF-α were the lowest. Different processed P. ternates at the dosage of 20 mg·L-1 could decrease the secretion of TNF-α; the ligroin composition of the prepared P. ternate without adjuvant decreased IL-6 most. The water extracts of raw P. ternate and processed P. ternates could decrease the secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α; the ligroin composition of the prepared P. ternate without adjuvant decreased the secretion of inflammation cytokines most. Conclusion: The secretion of inflammation cytokines of mice aorta endothelial cells are inhibited by P. ternate to some extent.The effects are relevant to the processing methods and extract solvent.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of notoginsenoside R1 on acute myocardial ischemia (AMI) in rats. Method: The SD rats were randomly assigned to 5 groups: normal group, model group, diltiazem group (5 mg·kg-1), notoginsenoside R1 groups (5, 10 mg·kg-1, respectively). The changes of electrocardiogram in AMI rats were observed after treatment. The levels of aspartete transaminase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and lactate dehydrogenase-1 (LDH1) in serum were detected and analyzed. The double staining method was used for the determination of the ischemic area. Additionally, the histopathological changes of cardiac tissue were observed of by HE staining.The expression of B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2), Bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax) proteins in cardiac tissue were observed using Western blot analysis. Result: Compared to model group, notoginsenoside R1 lessened the elevation value of ST-segment and inversion rate of T-wave (P<0.01), and effectively reduced the levels of myocardium enzyme in serum (P<0.05), in addition, notably reduced the area of myocardial ischemia in AMI rats (P<0.01). And the pathological damages of myocardial ischemia were improved. Meanwhile, the expression of Bcl-2 protein in heart tissue was increased, whereas the level of Bax protein was decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion: The results suggest that notoginsenoside R1 has protective effect on AMI rats, and mechanisms may be related to lessening the release of myocardium enzyme in serum and inhibiting the apoptosis of cardiomyocyte.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic function and therapeutic effect on acute soft tissue injury of Shenjin Huoxue mixture(SJHXM). Method: ICR mice and SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly including model control group, indomethacin group and SJHXM groups. SJHXM was given at dose of 6, 18, 54 g·kg-1 in mice and 2,6,18 g·kg-1 in rats for 7 days while indomethacin was 10, 5 mg·kg-1, respectively. The anti-inflammatory effects of SJHXM were observed with the models of mouse ear swelling induced by xylene, rat paw swelling induced by carrageen, and mouse increasing peritoneal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid. Methods of acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgesic effect. Models of acute soft tissue injury in rats caused by strike were established to observe the therapeutic effect of SJHXM. Result: Compared with the model group, SJHXM could significantly inhibit the ear swelling, lessen the paw swelling in rats, decrease the capillary permeability and the writhing times of mice, improve tissue repair ability, yet the pain threshold was almost unchanged. Conclusion: SJHXM showed anti-inflammatory,analgesic function and alleviated acute soft tissue injury to various degree.

      摘要:Objective: To research the effect of Weiyangning pill on gastrointestinal motility. Method: The experimental animal were randomized into control, Weiyangning pill low, medium and high dose (0.395, 0.79, 1.58 g·kg-1) groups, Weikangning group (0.4 g·kg-1), domperidone group (0.05 g·kg-1). Pigeon vomiting experiment was used to determine the incubation period of vomiting and vomiting frequency. Intestinal motility in rat, normal isolated rabbit intestinal and inhibition of spasm induced by acetylcholine in isolated rabbit intestinal were employed to determine the muscle tension of intestine before and after administration then calculating the inhibition rate. Result: Weiyangning pill could reduce the frequency of pigeon vomiting, inhibit the contraction of in vivo intestinal, inhibit the contraction of normal isolated rabbit intestinal and inhibit the spasm induced by acetylcholine in isolated rabbit intestinal. Conclusion: Weiyangning pill can inhibit the gastrointestinal motility in experimental animals.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanism of protection action of 5 kinds of ethanol-extractions of traditional Chinese medicine (Camellia sinensis, Carthamus tinctorius; Scutellaria baicalensis; Hypericum perforatum; Oroxylum indicum) on cardiac microvascular endothelial cells damaged by oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL). Methed: The protection of 5 kinds of ethanol-extractions from traditional Chinese medicine and VitE were investigated after ox-LDL (100 mg·L-1) induced injury on the third generation of rat cardiac microvascular endothelial cells.Cell morphology before and after damaged by ox-LDL was observed under the inverted microscope after joining the different concentration of the above ethanol-extractions. Cellular viability was determined by MTT method. The supernatant was collected for detecting malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. Result: Five kinds of ethanol-extractions from traditional Chinese medicine increased the endothelial cells survival rate, reduced MDA contents and improved SOD, GSH-Px activity. Conclusion: The above ethanol-extractions of traditional Chinese medicine showed obvious anti-oxidative effect on cardiac microvascular endothelial cells damaged by ox-LDL. The anti-oxidative effect may be related to enhancing endogenous antioxidant activity and inhibiting cellular lipid peroxidation.

      摘要:Objective: To study effect of compound rehmannia on expression of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF) mRNA in hippocampus of rats with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Method: Forty healthy Wistar rats were screened by the Morris water maze, then the rats were divided 4 groups: the normal group,model group, western medicine group and traditional Chinese medication group randomly (n=10 each).The normal group was given tape water and routine food without any treatment. The remaining 3 groups were established with AD model induced by streptozotosin(STZ), and the model group was not given any treatment after the model establishment. The rats in traditional Chinese medication group were orally given compound rehmannia 10 g·kg-1, and the rats in western medication group were orally given donepezil hydrochloride 0.4 g·kg-1 for a course of 4 weeks.The Morris water maze test was used to evaluate learning and memory ability in rats; and the expression of GDNF mRNA in hippocampus was detected by in situ hybridization and RT-PCR. Result: Compared with normal group,the learning and memory abilities in model group were lowered (P<0.05). After given compound rehmannia all the abilities were significantly improved (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, GDNF mRNA in hippocampus in the model group was obviously decreased, the difference was marked (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, GDNF mRNA in the western medicine group and traditional Chinese medication group was obviously improved, the difference was marked (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound rehmannia may protect the nerve in AD rats by improving the expression of GDNF mRNA in hippocampus.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of elemene injection on proliferation and apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE1. Method: The cytotoxic effect of elemene injection (20,10,5,2.5,0 g·L-1: 12,24,48 h) on CNE1 cells was tested by Prestoblue,cell morphological changes was observed by light microscope and apoptosis of CNE1 cells was observed by Hoechst-PI double staining and flow cytometric analysis. Result: Elemene injection showed an inhibitory effect with dose-response relation on CNE1 cells. The IC50 values at 12,24,48 h were (10.70±0.26),(7.06±0.11),(5.52±0.10) g·L-1 respectively.Light microscope and hoechst-PI double staining showed apoptotic morphology change. Conclusion: Elemene injection can inhibit the proliferation of cell line CNE1 through the induction of apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the regulated renal gene expression prolife of cyclovirobuxine-D(CVB-D) in rats, and explore its mechanism of renal toxicity. Method: Ten SD rats were divided into 2 group randomly: normal group and CVB-D 10 mg·kg-1 group.Rats were continuous gavaged 14 days.The total RNAs were isolated and purified from kidney of normal and CVB-D 10 mg·kg-1 rats. Both the mRNAs from two kinds of tissues were reversely transcribed to cDNA with the incorporation of fluorescent labeled hybridization probes. The mixed probes were hybridized to cDNA chip, and then were screened through the analysis of fluorescent intensity.RT-PCR was used to confimed the results of 4 choosing gene chip. Result: Compared with the control group, gene expression of 309 were changed, 147 gene expression up-regulated, and 162 gene expression down-regulated. All of the gene changes were related with apoptotic signal, MAP Kinase cascade, calcium-mediated signaling, and cell cycle proteins. Conclusion: The renal toxicity of CVB-D involved in regulating specific genes abnormal expression including apoptosis, MAP Kinase cascade,Calcium-mediated signaling and cell cycle protein, etc.

Method: Seventy-six patients with h-type hypertension were randomly divided into two groups: the enalapril maleate folic Acid tablet group (n=38) and the enalapril group (n=38), and selected 40 healthy person as control group. Serum leptin,BP,and plasma Hcy and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) were analysed the first 24 hours after admission and 2 mouths after treatment. Result: Serum leptin in h-type hypertension patients[(15.83±3.75)μg·L-1] was significantly higher than that of the controls [(7.35±2.17)μg·L-1]; the serum leptin increased with the increase of degree of h-type hypertension(P<0.05); after 2 mouths' treatment, controlled blood pressure, and decreased serum leptin and LVMI were seen in both the enalapril maleate folic acid tablet group and the enalapril group,significane was found in enalapril maleate folic acid tablet group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of serum leptin is avaluable negative index to indicate the severity of heart failure. Enalapril with folic acid tablets has a better effect on lower the serum leptin and improve myocardial hypertrophy.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of modified Shengji Baiyu powder on the wound healing after loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). Method: All the 307 cases with LEEP were randomly divided into the group of modified Shengji Baiyu powder and the group of collagen sponge, and blank control group.During the period of the wound healing, the total effect, wound healing and healing time, vaginal fluid, bleeding volume and duration were observed. Result: In the group of modified Shengji Baiyu powder, the period of the wound healing and the duration of vaginal discharge were shortened greatly,and the quantity of vaginal discharge was much less than that of blank control group. During the treatment without adverse reactions. Conclusion: It is suggested that modified Shengji Baiyu powder can accelerate the wound healing of LEEP evidently,the exact efficacy of safe and reliable.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenteng Sanhuang decoction for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method: The was a prospective quasi-randomized controlled study, 58 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group parameters Shenteng Sanhuang decoction and the control group maleate rosiglitazone treatment, four weeks as a course of continuous observation of two courses. Result: The treatment group and the control group both have some improvement in clinical indicator. Treatment group has better efficacy in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms, blood lipids, blood rheology, carotid intima-media thickness and plaque regressions than control group. Conclusion: Shenteng Sanhuang decoction have significant effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and can effectively control the development of the 2 diabetes and its complications.

      摘要:Objective: Integrative care given to diabetic patients, to explore the efficacy of such care on the treatment of diabetic patients, and provide an effective way to learn for the future treatment of diabetes. Method: One hundred and eighteen diabetic patients admitted to our hospital in May 2010-2011 in May were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, for the conventional group and Western group, 59 cases in each group. For the conventional group routine general care, and for integrative Chinese and Western group care to care. After treatment, the statistics on the situation of the patients glucose concentration, the patient satisfaction. Compare, contrast and blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients after treatment effect analysis integrative care efficacy. Result: survey of patients and found that glycemic control for patients of Chinese and Western medicine is superior to the conventional group, and patient satisfaction is also higher than the satisfaction of the general group(P<0.05), statistically significant. Conclusion: The study of Chinese and Western medicine combined with care for the treatment of patients with diabetes have a significant role in promoting future integrative care for the treatment of patients with diabetes should use more ways to improve the treatment efficiency.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of halitosis with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection by Xiehuang powder with trigeminy therapeutic resist Hp. Method: Choose 71 patients diagnosed with halitosis with Hp infection,belonging to damp-heat in spleen and stomach, were randomly divided into treatment group of 36 patients and control group of 35 patients. The control group had been treated with trigeminy therapeutic resist Hp, the treatment group had been treated with Xiehuang powder with trigerniny therapeutic resist Hp. Both group take 1 week as a period. Reexamine the halitosis nurnerical value after 1 week to observe the short-term curative effect.Reexamine the halitosis numerical value and Hp after 4 week to observe the long-term curative effect. Result: Therapeutic effect in the near future, treatment group total effectiveness was 94.44%, the control group was 80.00%,comparison differences has statistics significance (P<0.05).After one month observe the long-term therapeutic effect, comparison differences has statistics significance too. Comparison of general effects on Hp between the treatment group and comparison group, treatment group effectiveness was 86.11%,the control group was 62.85%,comparison differences has statistics significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effects of halitosis with Hp infection by Xiehuang powder with trigeminy therapeutic resist Hp is significant.

      摘要:Objective: To study hemorheology indexes and serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) levels influence of 'Xiere Huatanfa'. Method: During clinical research,60 cases were randomly divided into testing group and contrasting group(30 cases each group).There were 2 phases in one period of treatment amounting to 21days.Some indexes including hemorheology indexes, Serum sICAM-1 levels and safe indexes were examined, at the same time,we examined the mind,language and movement function. Result: Xiere Huatanfa can not only improve patient's functions,but also obviously improve the clinic symptoms(P<0.05), it shows testing group was better than contrasting group.Experiment indicates, After treatment, two groups of hemorheology indexes were improved in different degrees, and testing group was better than contrasting group. The concentration of serum sICAM-1 in testing group was lower than in the contrasting group, there was significant difference. Conclusion: Xiere Huatanfa is obviously effective on the treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke with phlegm-heat syndrome and enrich the mechanism of Xiere Huatanfang.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Tianshu capsule in prophylactic treatment of migraine. Method: A multicenter stratified block randomized, double blind, positive drug parallel controlled clinical trials were conducted. 600 cases of migraine patients were divided into three groups, the treatment group was treated with oral Tianshu capsule 4 pills,tid; the control group was treated with oral sibelium capsules 2 pills, bid; the other control group was treated with oral Yuanhu Zhitong capsule 4 pills, tid. The treatment time was 12 weeks. Headache frequency, duration, VAS score of headache severity, symptom and adverse events of patients were recorded in follow-up study respectively on the First day, fourth weeks, eighth weeks, Twelfth weekend. Result: After 12 weeks treatment, Tianshu capsule improved the efficacy on relieving headache and TCM syndromes (syndrome of blood stasis mingled with hyperactivity of liver Yang), reduced headache frequency compared with those before treatment The curative effect was equivalent with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, better than Yuanhu Zhitong capsule control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was equivalent with Yuanhu Zhitong capsule control group, lower than flunarizine hydrochloride. Conclusion: Tianshu capsule is the effective and safety drug for treatment and prevention of migraine.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the treatment of appendixmass. Method: A total of 68 patients suffering from appendixmass were treated,35 were treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine(the treatment group), 33 patients were treated only by western medicine (the control group). Result: The results showed that the average stay and the time return body temperature to normal and the pain relax time and the time of bowel function return to normal of this integrated therapy was shorter than that the patients were treated with western medicine only. Conclusion: The integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy is an appropriate mean in treating appendixmass.

      摘要:Objective: To analysis the influence of gait on children with cerebral palsy for herbal fumigation and individualized rehabilitation therapy. Method: The 124 patients with cerebral palsy and point foot gait who treated in our hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,62 cases in each group. The control group were used by individualized rehabilitation scheme. The observation group were applicatiooed by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment based on the individual rehabilitation therapy. Result: The supporting maximum forward ground reaction force(GRF), supporting phase early ankle dorsiflexion angle, the largest support end-stage ankle joint maximum plantar flexion angle, passive range of more ment(PROM), gross motor function measure(GMFM), GMFM walking running jumping standing in the observation group patients after treatment were (1.32±0.18), (30.17±14.18), (-21.28±15.14), (18.82±8.84), (44.28±9.91), (34.62±1.85), was higher than that of the control group (1.19±0.17), (27.89±15.12), (-24.81±13.87), (14.49±8.76), (34.62±1.85), (29.15±4.88); the support maximum posterior to the GRF, composite spasticity scale(CSS) score, in the observation group patients after treatment were respectively (-0.27±0.12), (8.04±1.88), lower than that of the control group (-0.23±0.13), (9.37±2.04). Conclusion: Herbal fumigation and individualized rehabilitation therapy can improve the curative effect of children with cerebral palsy.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis treated by and Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang on clinical symptoms,lipid levels and arteriosclerosis index. Method: Fifty-eight cases of carotid carotid atherosclerosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,both groups were given general treatment,gave control group patients Cilostazole 50 mg twice a day,gave treatment group patients Cilostazole 50 mg twice a day and Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang (Radix Astragali,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Fructus Mori,Pheretima,Rhizoma Acoritatarinowii,Camellia sinensis, Alisma plantago-aquatica,Achyranthes bidentata etc). After 12 weeks' treatment and follow-up,compared the clinical symptoms changes,statistical syndrome integral,lipid levels and arteriosclerosis index before and after treatment. Result: After treatment,the clinical symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome integral are improved in treatment group compare to control group,the difference is of statistical significance (P<0.05);the treatment group patients' serum total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C) are lower than control group,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) level is higher than control group,the differences are of statistical significance (P<0.05).AI is lower than control group, the differences are of statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang can effectively improve the elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis on clinical symptoms,lipid metabolism,reducing the arteriosclerosis index function,have positive effects on elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis.

      摘要:Objective: To investigated the Yindan Xinnaotong capsule (YXC) for treatment of diabetes and hyperlipidemia, to provide therapeutic remedy for treating diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Method: Two hundred and twenty patients from Jan 2011 to Jan 2012 were studied, they were divided into two groups randomly. The control was given metformin on the basis of diet control and moderate exercises. The treatment group was received YXC on the basis of the control remedy. The therapeutic course was 8 weeks, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG), the lipid levels, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and the total clinical effect were compared after treatment. Result: FPG, the lipid levels and HbA1c in two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05). FPG, HbA1c, triglyceride (TG), total cholestrol (TC) and low density lipoprotein-C (LDL-C) were lower than control, while HDL-C was significant higher (P<0.05). The total clinical effect was 93.6% and 66.4% in treatment group and control group accordingly (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of YXC in treatment of diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia is remarkable, the blood sugar and lipid levels were improved, more obvious clinical efficient, higher significantly compared with single metformin treatment. It is worth clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for intra-abdominal abscess postoperative appendicitis. Method: One hundred and twenty-four cases of suppurative appendicitis patients complicated with postoperative abdominal abscess were randomly divided into control group of 60 cases given western medicine routine treatment, and the treatment group of 64 examples given Chinese medicine internal and external treatment. The clinical curative effect, clinical symptoms (the body temperature to restore normal, blood picture back to normal, abscess disappeared, bowel sound recovery, abdominal pain disappear and defecation time, and hospitalization days) in the two groups were compared. And the complications (infection of incision, increase of pelvic abscess, between intestinal abscess, intestinal adhesion) and the recurrence rate were also compared. Result: The total effective rate was 78.4% and 92.2% in the control group and the treatment group accordingly (P<0.05). The normalization time for body temperature was (4.1±0.6), (2.8±0.9) d, for blood picture (7.8±0.7), (5.9±0.10) d, for abscess (4.5±0.6), (2.9±0.9) d, for bowel sound (59.1±1.4), (38.5±1.7) h, for the first bowel movement (5.6±3.8), (3.2±3.2) d, for abdominal pain improvement (7.1±3.2), (4.3±3.0) d and for hospitalization days (8.5, 6.7) d in controls and treatment group respectively (P<0.05). The postoperatie infection rate of incision was (13.3%, 3.1%), intestinal adhesion (25.0%, 7.8%), relapse (16.7%, 4.7%)in the controls and in the treatment group accordingly (P<0.05). Conclusion: The internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for intra-abdominal abscess postoperative appendicitis can improve clinical efficient, improve the clinical symptoms and reduce postoperative complications.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Baihe Gujin decoction for treating stabilization period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Method: One hundred cases in stable period of COPD by diagnostic criteria, with the lung yin deficiency syndrome, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=50 each). The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with routine therapy and Baihe Gujin decoction. The clinical symptoms, signs, symptoms and pulmonary function in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result: In observation group, the total efficiency of 90% was better than 74% of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the respiratory symptoms and diseases affecting the activities of 3 dimensions and total score of St George's respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ) in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment in the two groups, the forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) was significantly increased, the treatment group increased more obvious (P<0.05). After treatment FEV1/forced vital capacity (FVC) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment lung yin deficiency score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Baihe Gujin decoction could improve the stable stage of COPD with lung yin deficiency syndromes, improve the clinical symptoms and lung function, improve patients' quality of life.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Shexiang Baoxin pills on patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its influence for the oxidative stress. Method: Eighty-four patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases in each group,the two groups were both treated with basic treatment of conventional antithrombotics and plaque stabilization treatment,the control group were treated with only isosorbide mononitrate tablets,10 mg each time,tid,the observation group were treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills based on the treatment of control group,2 pills each time,tid. The course was 8 weeks. The patients with angina attack were treated with nitroglycerin tablets,0.5 mg each time. The serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonaldehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(TAC) and lipid peroxide(LPO)before and after the treatment were detected,and the frequency of angina pectoris and dosage of nitroglycerin were recorded. Result: The total effective rate of observation group after the treatment was 95.24%,and it was higher than 80.95% of the control group(P<0.05),while the frequency of angina pectoris and dosage of nitroglycerin were both lower than those of control group(P<0.05),SOD and TAC of two groups after the treatment were higher than those before the treatment,the increasing of observation group was more obvious(P<0.01),MDA and LPO of two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,the decreasing in observation group was more obvious(P<0.01). Conclusion: Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with western medicine for treating patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is good,and mechanism of action may be related to the regulation for oxidation and antioxidation balance of myocardial cells.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Kang'ai injection combined with chemoradiation scheme on treating middle-late esophageal cancer. Method: Sixty-seven cases with middle-late esophageal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases respectively. Two groups were all given radiation therapy and chemotherapy, the observation group supplemented by Kang'ai injection, 60 mL, with 5% glucose 250 mL dilution by intravenous drip daily for 6 weeks as the treatment. The fatigue status was observed, and the quality of life and side reactions were evaluated for the two groups. Result: After treatment, the fatigue in observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group (P<0.05); the score of life quality(57.54±4.77) in the observation group was better than that (51.45±6.12) in the control group (P<0.05). The Ⅲ degree suppression of bone marrow was 7 cases in observation group (20.58%), lower than 15 cases in the control group of (45.45%) (P<0.05). The average appearance time in observation group was (21.5±5.7) d, later than (15.7±6.9) d of control group (P<0.01). The effective rate was 55.88% in observation group, and 39.39% in control group, the difference was not obvious. Conclusion: Kang'ai injection combined with chemotherapy and radiation for patients with middle-late esophageal cancer can reduce fatigue degree, reduce bone marrow suppression, delayed the appearance of Ⅲ degree bone marrow suppression and improve the patient's quality of life.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Tongxinluo capsule combined with low-molecular-weight heparin in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome, to provide evidence for clinical application of the remedy. Method: One hundred and twenty-two patients suffered from acute coronary syndrome were divided into two groups randomly, the control and the treatment group. The control group was given the low-molecular-weight heparin with the basic therapy, and the treatment group was given the Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control intervention. The treatment duration was both 4 weeks, the cardiac function, electrocardiogram curative effect, total effect and adverse effect were compared. Result: The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), cardiac output(co) and the ratio of E peak(E/A) over A peak in treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the controls(P<0.05). The total effect in electrocardiogram curative was 63.9% in treatment group and 57.4% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant. Anginal attacks and duration in treatment group were obviously less than those in the controls. Total clinical effect was 95.1% in the treatment group and 73.8% in the controls (P<0.05). The incidence of cardiovascular events is 6.6% in treatment group and 39.5% in control, The adverse effect was significant lower in treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tongxinluo capsule combined with western medicine is effect for the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. The treatment shows obviously improved cardiac function and angina symptoms, with higher clinical efficient and less adverse cardiovascular events. So, it is worth clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Shuxuening injection on serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), plasma von Willebrand factor (vWF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Method: Eighty subjects with ACI were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40). Both groups were received conventional treatment. The control group was given edaravone 30 mg ivgtt, bid; the observation group was given Shuxuening injection 25 mL ivgtt. qd, all for 14 days. The level of VEGF, vWF and MMP-9 were observed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and neurologic function was evaluated. Result: The post-treatment NHISS scores of both groups showed a declining curve, the NHISS score of the observation group at 14 day was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The post-treatment neurological function evaluation of the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). The level of serum VEGF of the observation group at 14 day was higher than the control group (P<0.05), the level of vWF and MMP-9 in the observation group was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Shuxuening injection can improve neurologic impairment of patients with ACI, the mechanism may be related to the levels of VEGF, vWF and MMP-9.

      摘要:Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Rongshuan Tongluo capsule in the treatment of thrombo angiitis obliterans added on the basis of routine treatment. Method: Based on the basis of routine treatment, 132 patients with thromboangiitis oblitenans(TAD) were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (67 cases) accepted Rongshuan Tongluo capsules treatment, and the control group (65 cases) received Mainuoning injection treatment. Two groups were treated for 60 d after treatment, clinical efficacy data were collected and analyzed. Result: after the treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was 90.8%, the effective rate of control group 78.1%, with significant difference (P<0.05). Symptom score showed after treatment the scores in two groups were improved significantly compared with that before treatment. Conclusion: Loaded the Rongshuan Tongluo capsule to the routine treatment for TAO is more effective than the routine treatment. It is convenient and economic and worthy of clinical application.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Aidi in treatment of transplanted tumor. Method: We searched the databases up to September 2011 to identify randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about traditional Chinese medicine Aidi in treatment of transplanted tumor in animals. They evaluated the quality of the included studies and analyzed data by Cochrane Collaboration's RevMan 5.0 software. Result: Thirteen RCTs involving 1 643 animal were included. Meta analysis results suggested that there were some certain differences between Aidi groups and model groups bearing tumor, reducing the weight of transplanted tumor and improving immune function in some degree. Besides this, compared with chemotherapy alone, Aidi plus chemotherapy has an advantage in tumor weight. Conclusion: The results of indicate that Aidi may have adjuvant therapeutic effects in treatment of transplanted tumor.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the application status and development trend blood circulation of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital for clinical reference on the rational use of drugs. Method: The utilization of blood circulation of Chinese patent medicines during 2009-2011 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum, defined daily doses(DDDs) and average daily cost etc. Result: Over the 3 years, the consumption sum and DDDs of the blood circulation of Chinese patent medicines used in our hospital increased year by year, especially the compound danshen dripping pill, Xuesaitong soft capsules and Shuxuetong injection, Salvia tetramethylpyrazine injection dominated the first two places over the 3 years in the list of consumption sum. compound danshen dripping pill and Shuxuetong injection took the lead in the list of DDDs. Conclusion: The utilization structure of blood circulation of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital is in line with the general drug consumption tendency, with low-cost, definite effect and less ADRs, it has important clinical significance.

      摘要:To review recent developments in the etiology and new medication reports of age-related macular degeneration(AMD). The related paper of age-related macular degeneration were analyzed. Related literature revealed the pathogenesis of the disease and the patient's age, smoking, diet, oxidative stress, inflammation response, cardiovascular disease and other factors. Its method of treatment including photodynamic therapy, radiotherapy, laser photocoagulation, submacular operation, thermotherapy for treatment, drug treatment. Drug therapy as an important method, including antioxidant, inhibiting angiogenesis drugs, Chinese medicine treatment. Through reviewing recent developments in the etiology of AMD and new medication reports of AMD, the results showed that Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of AMD.

      摘要:Regularity in forming prescription and use of Chinese medicine is an important part of the modernization research of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the regularity in combination of Chinese medicine, it is an element of prescriptions combination. If the ratio of medicine dosage in the combination is different, the function will be different. The medication using the formula of Zhang zhongjing's formulas is discussed form the aspects of prescriptions and functions of the medicine combination, and impact on future generations, so as to provide guidance for clinical rational medication.
