摘要:Objective: To analyze the regularity between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM's) characteristics and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) on the basis of the modern medical research literatures, establish a mathematic model in order to give a reference for clinical study and clinical prescription for treatment of RA with TCM's. Method: Articles about 376 RA-treating prescriptions with TCM's published were collected during the past 30 years, in which 50 medicines were identified as high frequency in 205 RA-treating medicines, and screened to summarize the number of 50 high frequency medicines with its different function, channel tropism, property and flavor. A mathematic model was established on the multivariate discriminatory analysis. Result: Medicines for rheumatism (33.33%), those activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis (25.71%), and medicines of urinary bladder meridian (23.68%) were relatively active for treatment of RA and showed difference (P<0.05). According to the findings of the logistic regression screen, TCM's attribute to medicines for rheumatism, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, medicines for calming liver to stop endogenous wind heart, tonic, medicines for relieving exterior syndrome, heat-clearing medicines, and urinary bladder meridian medicines were important factors with therapeutic effect on RA (regression coefficient>0 and P<0.01). The coincidence was 90.0%. Conclusion: There are certain relationships between TCM's characteristics and its therapeutic effect on RA, the high frequency medicines are the representative on treatment of RA, and also give an important reference for clinical prescription. The result indicates the coincidence with relevant theories of the traditional Chinese medical science by the logistic regression analysis.  
摘要:Objective: Using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance system to analyze the composing principles of herbs in prescriptions for treating fatty liver. Method: The prescriptions for treating fatty liver in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) were collected and a database was set up,then by using the TCM inheritance system inherent the composition principles of herbs in the prescriptions were analyzed. Result: Based on the analysis of 454 cases of prescriptions in the database, the frequency of each herb appeared in the database was computed, combination mode of herbs, association principles and relationship framework between herbs were mined from the database. Conclusion: Composition principles of prescriptions for treating fatty liver can be showed better by TCM inheritance system through analyzing combination mode of herbs, association principles and relationship framework between herbs.  
摘要:Objective: To explore purification technology of total phenol from seed of Forsythia suspense by macroporous adsorption resin. Method: With adsorption capacity and desorption ratio of total phenol from seed of F. suspense as indexes,optimum resin model was screened from AB-8,CAD-40,HPD-300 and D101 macroporous resin; With yield of total phenol from seed of F. suspense as index,effect of four factors on purification technology for total phenol from seed of F. suspense was investigated by single factor test,such as the amount of resin and water,kind and amount of elution solvent;With yield of total phenol from seed of F. suspense as index,adsorption flow rate,elution flow rate and resin diameter-high ratio were selected as factors,purification technology of total phenol from seed of F. suspense was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Experiment result showed that AB-8 resin possessed optimal purification effect,its optimized purification technology was as follows:resin-crude drug 2: 1,diameter-high ratio 1: 5,adsorption flow rate 0.25 BV·h-1,washed by 5 BV water to impurity,eluted with 2 BV 80% ethanol,elution flow rate 0.25 BV·h-1.Under these technology conditions,purity of total phenol from seed of F. suspense was up to 65.56%. Conclusion: Optimized purification technology of total phenol was stable and feasible,it provided evidence for industrial production of total phenol from seed of F. suspense.

摘要:Objective: To optimize processing technology of Rehmannia glutinosa carbon. Method: Orthogonal test was used to investigate effect of processing factors,such as processing time,processing temperature and processing method,with adsorption force and the content of water-soluble extract as indexes,comprehensive scoring method was adopted for optimizing processing technology of R. glutinosa carbon. Result: Processing temperature had significant influence on experimental result.Optimum processing technology of R. glutinosa carbon was:processing temperature of 200℃,baked 15 min. Conclusion: Optimized processing technology of R. glutinosa carbon was reasonable and feasible,it could provide experimental basis for establishing quality standard of its pieces.

摘要:Objective: To prepare Zhixue Zhentong powder, and establish its quality standard to control its therapeutic efficacy. Method: Total flavonoids from water extract of Lamiophlomis rotatawas removed by polyamide column, total iridoid glycoside was enriched by macroporous resin,Zhixue Zhentong powder was prepared with iridoid glycoside as raw material.TLC qualitative identification was adopted with 8-O- acetylshanzhiside methylester as reference substance; The content of total iridoid glycosides was determined by first derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry;the content of shanzhiside methylester and 8-O- acetylshanzhiside methylester were determined by HPLC. Result: TLC spots of shanzhiside methylester and 8-O- acetylshanzhiside methylester were all clear. Total iridoid glycosides determination for this preparation was established, average recovery of this method was 104.40%, RSD 0.64%. HPLCfor determination of shanzhiside methylester and 8-O- acetylshanzhiside methylester in this preparation was established,average recoveries were 94.74%,100.59%, RSD were 2.27%,1.61%, respectivly. Conclusion: Optimized preparation technology of Zhixue Zhentong powder could be extended for use in industrial production;This established quality control method was accurate and reliable,it could evaluate quality of Zhixue Zhentong powder effectively.

摘要:Objective: To investigate film-forming property of main film-forming materials in water and ethanol extraction liquid of Lycopus lucidus,and to provide a reference for selection and application of film-forming materials from Chinese medicine spray including L. lucidus. Method: According to solubility of film-forming materials,polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP),polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),ethyl cellulose (EC) and methyl cellulose (MC) were used to investigate property of film-forming materials in different extraction solution of L. lucidus by picture analyzing membrane structure with microscope and image capture software. Result: PVP-K30 and PVP-K90 had a goof film-forming ability with a fine texture,smooth and neat membrane.PVA-1788 would form membrane in water and ethanol extraction liquid of L. lucidusin,but membrane surface was uneven and rough with a small amount of particles.MC-400 and MC-1500 could from a layer of thick,smooth,dense membrane with excellent film-forming property in different extraction solution of L. lucidusin,but EC-9-11 and EC-6-9 had poor film-forming properties in 80% ethanol extraction liquid of L. lucidusin,membrane structure was unobvious,film-forming property of MC decreased with increasing ethanol concentration from extraction liquid of L. lucidusin. Conclusion: Polarity of solvent showed relationship with selecting of film-forming materials,PVP-K30 was optimum film-forming material for Chinese medicine spray and film agent including L. lucidusin.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize alcohol-precipitation technology of Qingyan buccal tablet. Method: Relative density of liquor,the concentration of alcohol precipitation and temperature of liquor were chosen as factors,with transfer rate of acetylharpagide and yield of drying extract as indexes,alcohol precipitation technology was optimized by single-factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimal alcohol precipitation technology was as follow:concentrated extraction liquid to its relative density 1.13,added ethanol until the concentration of 70%,liquor temperature 60℃,rest for 24 h in condition of cold storage. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple, practicable and suitable for practical production.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize infiltration and cutting technology conditions for pieces of Isatis indigotica. Method: With the content of water extract,alcohol extract and (R,S)-goitrin as indexes,water consumption, infiltration time and thickness of pieces were selected as factors,infiltration and cutting technology for pieces of I. indigoticawas optimized by orthogonal test.The content of extract and (R,S)-goitrin were determined by gravimetric method and HPLC. Result: Thickness of pieces was major factor for infiltration and cutting technology of pieces of I. indigotica,followed by infiltration time and water consumption.Optimum infiltration and cutting technology was:infiltrated 20 h with 0.6 times the amount of pieces of I. indigotica,thickness of pieces 3 mm and drying at 60℃. Conclusion: Optimized infiltration and cutting technology was stable and feasible,it could provide experimental basis for processing technology standardization and quality standard of pieces of I. indigotica.

摘要:Objective: To optimize molding process of Naodesheng dispersible tablet,and to evaluate its in vitro release. Method: With disintegration time and formability as indexes,kind and ratio of accessories from Naodesheng dispersible tablet were screened by single factor test and orthogonal test;With puerarin as detection index,in vitro release comparative evaluation of Naodesheng dispersible tablet and Naodesheng ordinary tablet was determined by dissolution method. Result: Optimum preparation technology was as follows:with CaSO4 as filler,95% ethanol as adhesive,combined disintegrating agent of 5% microcrystalline cellulose-5% PVPP-5% croscarmellose sodium and 0.5% HPC,hardness of 6-7 kg was suitable for this dispersible tablet;Dissolution rate of Naodesheng dispersible tablet was more than 80% in 10 min and 90% in 15 min,dissolution rate of Naodesheng ordinary tablet was far below 50% within 10 min and less than 80% in 45 min,but dissolution rate of Naodesheng dispersible tablet was 94.65% in 45 min. Conclusion: Preparation process of Naodesheng dispersible tablet was stable,simple and feasible,its in vitro release effect was significantly better than Naodesheng ordinary tablet.  
摘要:Objective: To prepare puerarin microemulsion gel,and to investigate its in vitro release. Method: In vitro release test of puerarin microemulsion gel was studied by modified Franz diffusion cell. Result: Puerarin microemulsion gel released quickly in 5 h,but it stable release within 6-24 h.Through the first-order equation, zero-order equation and Higuchi equation of 3 kinds of common mathematical model fitting,it showed that in vitro release of puerarin microemulsion gel conformed to Higuchi release model. Conclusion: Puerarin microemulsion gel had a good property of in vitro release,and had a certain sustained release effect.

摘要:Objective: To investigate dissolvability of Danhuang gel extract and its active components (chrysophanol and berberine) in commonly used solvents in topical preparations,and to determine oil-water partition coefficient of chrysophanol and berberine in Danhuang gel extract. Method: Dissolvability of Danhuang gel extract and its index components (chrysophanol and berberine) were determined by precipitation method and dissolvability method,oil-water partition coefficient of chrysophanol and berberine were determined by shaking flask method. Result: Danhuang gel extract,chrysophanol and berberine had optimum solubility in propylene glycol,solubility of them were 8.25,60.17,353.01 mg ·L-1;Oil-water partition coefficients of chrysophanol and berberine in Danhuang gel extract were affected by pH. Conclusion: Danhuang gel extract and its index components could be better dissolved in propylene glycol and ethanol;Chrysophanol and berberine had certain fat-soluble and water-soluble in suitable pH,which was beneficial for transdermal absorption.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate disslolution of ligustrazine hydrochloride cucurbituril inclusion compound(LHCIC). Method: With ligustrazine hydrochloride as index,accumulated dissolution rate at different time of LHCIC was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Result: Ligustrazine hydrochloride showed good linear relationship of 2.0-10.0 mg ·L-1,accumulated dissolution rate of LHCIC was 1.33 times that of ligustrazine hydrochloride in 5 min,this was maximum difference of them. Conclusion: LHCIC could improve dissolution of ligustrazine hydrochloride and enhance its bioavailability.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction and precipitation technology conditions of Liuyueqing polysaccharide capsule. Method: With the content of polysaccharide as index,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate influence of solid-liquid ratio,decoction times and decoction time on extraction technology of Liuyueqing polysaccharide capsule;With the content and yield of polysaccharide as comprehensive evaluation index,alcohol precipitation time and times,the amount of ethanol and alcohol precipitation concentration were chosen as factors,alcohol precipitation technology was optimized by orthogonal test.The content of total polysaccharides was determined by phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid method. Result: Optimal extraction technology of Liuyueqing polysaccharide capsule was as follows:decocted three times with 10-fold water, 2 hours each time.Optimum alcohol precipitation conditions were:filtered extraction liquid, mixed and concentrated to 0.5 g ·mL-1, and then precipitated one time with 7-fold 95% ethanol for 12 hours.Under these conditions,purity of polysaccharide was up to 71.05%,yield of it was 6.83%. Conclusion: This optimized extraction and precipitation procedure was proved to be stable and reliable, it could provide experimental basis for Liuyueqing polysaccharide capsule.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize ethanol extraction technology of Guihuang Jiangzhi granule. Method: With quality of drying extract, the content of quercetin and tanshinone ⅡA as comprehensive evaluation indexes, soaking time,extraction time,the concentration of ethanol and the amount of ethanol were selected as factors,orthogonal design was used to optimize ethanol reflux extraction technology of Guihuang Jiangzhi granule. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:soaked 60 min,refluxing extracted 90 min with 10 times the amount of 55% ethanol. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was stable,reasonable and practical, it could provide experimental basis for industrial production of Guihuang Jiangzhi granule.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process conditions of Xiaoer Pingchuan Qutan granule. Method: Using extraction amount of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,hesperidin and yield of dry extract as indexes,HPLC was used to quantitative analysis,water extraction technology of Xiaoer Pingchuan Qutan granule was optimized by L9(34) orthogoral design. Result: Optimum water extraction technology was as follows: extracted 3 times with 10,8,8 times the amount of water,extracted 1.5,1,1 h in turn. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible,it could be used in industrial production of Xiaoer Pingchuan Qutan granule.

摘要:Objective: To compare smashing and reflux extraction of total amino acid in Periplaneta americana. Method: With extraction rate of total amino acid as index,which was determined by UV-vis,effect of smashing and reflux extraction on total amino acid inP. americana was investigated. Result: The content of total amino acid in P. americana of smashing extraction was basically the same with reflux extraction. Conclusion: Smashing extraction method for total amino acid in P. americana could save time,working and energy,it should be widely used in extraction of animal medicine.

摘要:Objective: To optimize alternative method instead of traditional processing methods of Curcumae wenyujin. Method: Fresh crude Curcumae wenyujin was sliced and dealt with different drying methods,such as infrared drying, microwave drying and different temperature drying method.Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, and chemical compoents was analyzed by GC-MS.Drying rate of processed products, yield of volatile oil and the content of each ingredients from volatile oil were compared with traditional processing methods. Result: With the mass fraction of each ingredients from volatile oil as index,infrared drying method was closest to traditional processing methods of C. wenyujin;Therefore with yield of volatile oil as index,40℃ drying herbs was closest to traditional processing methods of C. wenyujin. Conclusion: The best alternative method for traditional processing method of C. wenyujin was infrared drying method, but yield of volatile oil was slightly less than traditional method.  
摘要:Objective: To investage optimal preparation technology of compound silymarin-Danshensu dropping pill by solid dispersion technology. Method: PEG 4000,PEG 6000 and Poloxamer 188 were used as carrier material of solid dispersion,compound silymarin-Danshensu dropping pill was prepared by fusion method.With weight difference of dropping pill,roundness and dissolution as indexes, orthogonal design was used to optimize composition of matrix, ratio of drug-matrix, temperature of drug liquid, dropping distance;Cooling agent,cooling temperature,dropping speed and other factors. Result: Optimal technology conditions were as follows:composition of matrix PEG 4000-PEG 6000-Poloxamer 188 as 5: 5: 1, ratio of drug-matrix 1: 2,temperature of dropping drug liquid 90℃, dropping distance 5 cm, dripping rate was 40 drops·min-1,dimethyl-silicone oil as cooling agent, cooling temperature 10-15℃. Conclusion: This optimized process of compound silymarin-Danshensu dropping pill was reasonable and feasible,it had good solubilization effect on main drugs.  
摘要:Objective: To establish an method for determination of methyl nonyl ketone in Maozhiqing Oral Liquid. Method: The methyl nonyl ketone was determined by gas chromatography with Rtx-1 capillary chromatographic column(0.25 mm×30 m,0.25 μm). Column temperature: 80℃ for 2 min, increased at 10℃·min-1 to 220℃,then 20℃·min-1 to 270℃. Injector temperature: 240℃, FID temperature: 280℃. Injector volume was 1 μL; Split ratio was 30: 1. Nitrogen was used as carrier gas, the flow of column was 1.13 mL·min-1. Air: 400 mL·min-1. Hydrogen: 40 mL·min-1. Result: Methyl nonyl ketone has a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range of 0.032 1-0.641 6 g·L-1 with an regression equation being Y=3.00×106X-19 844(r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 97.76% and the relative standard deviation was 1.82%. Conclusion: The established method of gas chromatography can be used for quality control of Maozhiqing Oral Liquid because of its simplicity, accuracy, high sensitive and good reproducibility.  
摘要:Objective: To study the volatiles fromE. humifusa Method: The volatile compounds from Euphorbia humifusa were extracted by head-space solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A quantitative analysis in percentage was performed by peak area normalization measurements. Result: Twenty-two compounds were identified, presenting for 93.89% of total volatiles. The volatile constituents were mainly ketones (32.33%), acids (25.32%), esters (14.55%), and other substances. Conclusion: The main compounds were N-hexadecanoic acid (20.35%), phytol (16.41%), 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol (10.98%) and so on. The main fragrance constituents were dihydroactindiolide and copaene.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the method of specific chromatogram analysis of Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma by HPLC,and to study the correlation between Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma and its ethanol extract and to estimate the alcohol extracting technology. Method: HPLC was used with the Zorbax SB-Aq C18 column,the acetonitrile-phosphoric acid solution(φ=0.1%)(gradient elution) was employed as a mobile phase,detection wavelength was at 430 nm and 280 nm,column temperature was set at 40℃,and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Fourteen common peaks were separated in the decoction pieces and its ethanol extract of Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma and 5 peaks were identified in 430 nm,the similarities of 8 batches of the decoction pieces and ethanol extract were over 0.96 and 0.95,the similarities of the other 2 batches were below 0.90.10 common peaks were separated in the decoction pieces and its ethanol extract and 2 peaks were identified in 280 nm,the similarities of 8 batches of the decoction pieces and ethanol extract were over 0.94 and 0.92,the similarities of the other 2 batches were below 0.90.The similarities between the decoction pieces and its ethanol extract were 0.992-0.999 in 430 nm and 0.987-0.999 in 280 nm,which respectively indicates that the traditional alcohol extracting technology of Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma can reserve the main characteristic component. Conclusion: The method is reliable,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of the decoction pieces and ethanol extract of Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma as well as for compound preparation containing Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma.

摘要:Objective: Studying the stability of the protein of atitumor activity from Periplaneta americana. Method: The factors of pH, inorganic salt and organic solvent on stability of the protein were studied by the UV and Lowrry method. Result: pH, sodium chloride, ammonium sulfate, acetonitrile and methanol are added and the structure of protein is changed. Conclusion: The physical and chemical properties are changed by different kinds of factors, and finally the stability of the protein is damaged.  
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical components of Qili Qiangxin capsule and to clear its material basis for efficacy. Method: The compounds were isolated from fractions eluted by 50% ethanol and 10% ethanol on sephadex LH-20, MPLC and PHPLC repeatedly. Result: Twelve compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical methods and spectral analysis. They were identified as 5', 7-dihydroxy-3'-methoxyisoflavone (1), ginsenoside Rb1 (2), ginsenoside Rf (3), ginsenoside Re (4), 2'-hydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxy- isoflavane-7-O-β-D-glucoside (5), formononetin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), (20R)- ginsenoside Rh1 (7), 8Z-decaene-4,6-diyne-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), periplocin (9), 5-hydroxy-2-methoxy-phenmerhylol (10), adenine riboside (11), quercetin-3-O-β-D-gluco- pyranosyl-7-O-β-gentiobioside (12). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 5-12 are isolated from Qili Qiangxin capsule for the first time and compound 10 is a new natural product.

摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC-ELSD fingerprints of Bulbus Fritillariae Pallidiflorae and determine the content of sipeimine in them. Method: The HPLC-ELSD fingerprints of Bulbus Fritillariae Pallidiflorae from different places were obtained. The HPLC separation was performed on a Cosmosil Cl8 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) in gradient elute mode with a mixture consisting of acetonitrile and 0.03% diethylamine solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The ELSD detector is used and the drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 67℃ with the flow rate of 2.0 L·min-1. Result: The HPLC-ELSD fingerprints were set up and the similar degrees to the crude drugs collected in different places were compared. The content of sipeimine was determined. Conclusion: The method is simple and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Bulbus Fritillariae Pallidiflorae.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the dynamic change of flavonoid fractions in different harvesting period of Scutellariae baicalensis that use the content ratio of 19 kinds flavonoid fractions for the standard. And it can define the optimal harvesting period of medicinal materials. At the same time it can find the best Scutellariae baicalensis to provide basis for the standard of clinical medication. Method: A gradient mobile system was applied in the experiment. The HPLC separation was performed on a C18analytical column gradient eluted with acetonitrile-0.1%CH3COOH, detection wavelength was set at 276 nm,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the temperature of column was maintained at 25℃ and use the area normalization method for data analysis. Result: The content ratio of flavonoid fractions is different form a year to three years between spring and fall. Conclusion: The method provide reliable scientific basis for the the optimal harvesting period and quality control of S. baicalensis.  
摘要:Objective: To determine the quercetin content of Polygonum flaccidum from different growing areas. Method: The chromatographic column was Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid (50: 50).The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was at 365 nm. The column temperature was at room temperature.The sample volume was 20 μL. Result: The standard curve regression equation was A=73 185C-21.47(r=0.999 5).It showed a good linear relationship between 0.004-0.014 g·L-1,and average recovery was 99.29%,RSD 1.30%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable,could be used to control the quality of these medicinal materials.

Method: The content of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Radix Isatidis and its preparations was determined by HPLC based on a Lichrospher C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 um)with a gradient elution solvent system composed of methanol -0.1%H3PO4 water(42: 58)solution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Result: Salicylic acid had good linearity in the range of 4.36-21.8 mg·L-1, and the average recovery rate was 98.45% with RSD of 1.26% (n=9),while benzoic acid had good linearity in the range of 4.04-20.2 mg·L-1,and the average recovery rate was 97.90% with RSD of 1.36% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple,stable and reliable,which can be used to determine salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Radix Isatids and its preparations.

摘要:Objective: To study on secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus No·SK7RN3G1 from the south china sea. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basia of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Six metabolites were obtained and elucidated as 3,8-dihydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1-carboxylate(1),lichenxanthone (2), Griseoxanthone C (3), 1,3,6-trihydroxy-8-methyl-9H-xanthen-9-one(4), harman(1-methyl-β-carboline) (5), N9- methyl -1- methyl -β- carboline (6). In the preliminary bioassay, 1 and 2 show inhibittory activity on the HepG2 cell line with IC50 values of 20μg/mL and 25μg/mL,respectively. According to the literatures, 5 shows anti HIV activity with EC50 values of 10.7 μmol ·L-1, 6 hasimportant physiological activity of anti HIV and anticancer. Conclusion: The six metabolites were obtained from endophytic fungus No·SK7RN3G1 for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the methods of quality control for Wangbiwan capsules. Method: Cortex Cinnamomum, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Paeoniae Bubra and Radix Saposhnikoviae were identified by TLC; and the content of osthole, cinnamaldehyde and cinnamic acid in Wangbiwan capsules was determined by HPLC. Result: TLC spots developed were fairly clear and the blank tests showed no interference for Radix Paeoniae Alba, Paeonia lactiflora Pall and Radix Saposhnikoviae, but similar component in TLC were found for Cinnamomum cassia and Ramulus Cinnamomi. The linear ranges of osthole, cinnamaldehyde and cinnamic acid were 1.0-200, 5.0 -100.0 and 0.50-15.0 mg·L-1respectively with average recovery of 98.16%-101.6%, RSD of 1.9%-3.0%. Conclusion: The TLC and HPLC methods were smiple, accurate and fast, which could be used effectively for the quality control of Wangbiwan capsules.  
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the chloroform portion of Ailanthus altissima. Method: The chloroform portion were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, HP-20 and Sephadex LH-20.Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data (1H-NMR,13C-NMR). Result: Six compounds were isolated from the chloroform portion. They were identified as betulinic acid (1), α-amyrin (2), 6α-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-oic acid (3), 2α,3β-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (4), β-sitosterol (5), ursolic acid (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To establish an effective TLC and HPLC method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of salviaflaside in P. vulgariswhich can be used to be one of the quality control of P. vulgaris. Method: Salviaflaside was identified by TLC in P. vulgaris and different parts from P. vulgaris;salviaflaside was determined by RP-HPLC. Chromatography conditions were Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-1.0% acetic acid (16: 84), UV detection wavelength was set at 319 nm and the column temperature was set at 30℃ with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1; the sample injection was 10 μL. Result: The TLC sports developed were fairly clear only in flower spike with no interference; good linearity of salviaflaside was obtained in the range of 0.032 667-0.653 34 μg (r=0.999 9). The recovery of salviaflaside was 99.18% and RSD was 0.25%. The content of salviaflaside was more than 0.1‰. Conclusion: Salviaflaside was characteristic compound in flower spike of P. vulgaris. The method is simple, reliable and accurate, which can be applied as the quantity control method of P. vulgaris.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a new method for on-site rapidly analyzing Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution by near-infrared fibre-optical spectroscopy. Method: The samples are 100 batches of Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution. Baicalin in Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution was examined by HPLC, and then,scaning spectral. Quantitative analysis model of baicalin in Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution was established using partial least squares(PLS).The model conditions was researched,such as different spectral pretreatments and wavelength regression. Result: The correlation coefficients (R2), the root-mean-square error of estimated(RMSEE) and the RPD of the calibration model for baicalin were 0.915 4, 0.040 3 and 3.44,respectively;the root-mean-square error of prediction(RMSEP) and the average rate of recovery were 0.039 9 and 100.299%. Conclusion: The analysis method based on near-infrared fibre-optical spectroscopy provides a foundation for rapid quantitative analysis of Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution,which sets up the foundation of product-line control of Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution and can be used for on-site rapid testing of drugs.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoerqingfeihuatan granule by HPLC. Method: HPLC was used on an Agilent XDB C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 4.6 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (47: 53) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with detection wavelength at 280 nm and column temperature at 40℃. Result: The regression equation of baicalin is A=34 884.9C-19 478.8, R2=1.000 0 (n=6). The linear range of baicalin was from 1.482-148.2 g ·L-1. The average recovery was 97.8%, and RSD was 1.9% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of Xiaoerqingfeihuatan granule.  
摘要:Objective: To evaluate decoction quality of compressed chrysanthemum decoction pieces by contrasting decoction quality with ordinary chrysanthemum pieces Method: The method of traditional decoction extraction, the content of chlorogenic acid and dry extract yielding rate were used as indexs to investigate the decotion quality of ordinary chrysanthemum pieces and compressed chrysanthemum decoction pieces in chrysanthemum decoction and Juhua Tang. Result: The content of chlorogenic acid and dry extract yielding rate in compressed chrysanthemum pieces were a little higher than ordinary chrysanthemum pieces in the chrysanthemum decoction and Juhua Tang,but the difference is not significant. Conclusion: Compressed chrysanthemum decoction pieces dosen't affect the ingredients boiled out from the herbal,which can assure the decoction quality.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a determination method of eugenol in traditional Mongolian medicine Shunqi Buxin-11 Pill. Method: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was applied with Hypersil ODS C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column by methanol-water- phosphoric acid (65: 35: 0.05) as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1; the column temperature was maintained at 30℃, and the UV detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. Result: Eugenol was linear in the range of 0.025-0.150 μg, r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 96.94%, RSD was 1.95% (n=6). Conclusion: Precision of the method was high, and separating was good, and the method can be used for determination of eugenol in traditional Mongolian medicine Shunqi Buxin-11 Pill.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of six alkaloids (dehydrocheilanthifoline, protopine, corynoline, acetylcorynoline, oxysanguinarine, dihydrosanguinarine) in Corydalis bungeana. Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at room temperature with the 0.02 mol ·L-1 KH2PO4-methanol as the mobile phrase in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 289 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. Result: All the compounds were linear(r>0.999)in the range of the test concentrations, and the average recovery of the method was between 98.26% and 102.10%, RSD<3.0%. Conclusion: The method established by this paper can be used to determine six alkaloid components in C. bungeana simultaneously, and provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of C. bungeana.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a method for simultaneously determining imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Shizen ointment by single marker. Method: Using imperatorin as the internal reference substance,the relative correction factor (RCF) of isoimperatorin was determined by HPLC on different instruments and columns, with good reproducibility. The content of imperatorin in 10 batches of ointment was authentically determined by the external standard method,and the content of isoimperatorin was calculated by external standard method and RCF, respectively. Result: No siginificant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method were observed. Conclusion: QAMS is feasible for determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin simultaneously, and the developed method can be used for quality control of Shizhen ointment.

摘要:Objective: To determine indigo blue and indirubin content in Compound South Baphicacanthus Granules by HPLC. Method: Samples were separated by Angilent C18 column (4.60 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of methonal-2% phosphate (by gradient elution) with flow rate at 0.9 mL·min-1, UV detection wavelength was set at 289 nm, column temperature at 35℃, and sample size was 20 μL. Result: The linear range of indigo blue was 0.030 4-0.0.608 μg (r=0.999 3), and indirubin was 0.099 3-1.986 μg (r=0.999 6). The average recovery of indigo blue was 98.1% (RSD 2.31%), indirubin was 101.4% (RSD 2.61%). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Compound South Baphicacanthus Granules.

摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method to determine the entrapment efficiency (EE) and drug loading (DL) of biochanin A loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (BCA-SLN) and biochanin A loaded nanostructured lipid carriers (BCA-NLC). The distinction between the two kinds of nanoparticles in EE and DL was investigated. Method: Centrifugation ultrafiltration method was used to isolate the free drug. The content of drug was determined by HPLC. The analytical column was Cosmosil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) and column temperature was at 30℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (60: 40). The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. The UV detecting wavelength was set at 260 nm. Result: BCA was linear in the range of 0.005-5.000 g ·L-1 (r=1.000). The EE and DL of BCA-SLN were (97.15±0.28)% and (6.38±0.043)%, respectively. The EE and DL of BCA-NLC were (99.57±0.11)% and (6.91±0.044)%, respectively. There was significant difference between two kinds of nanoparticles in EE (P≤0.05)and DL (P≤0.05). Conclusion: HPLC combined with centrifugation ultrafiltration method to determine the EE and DL of BCA-SLN/BCA-NLC is accurate and efficient. The EE and DL of NLC are higher than SLN.  
摘要:Objective: To study the antifungal active constituent of essential oil from Oplopanax elatus. Method: The essential oil of Oplopanax elatus was steam-distilled according to the China Pharmacopoeia to extract. Antifungal activity studies were carried out in vitro and antifungal active constituent were analyzed by GC-MS. Result: Antifungal active MIC of essential oil from Oplopanax elatus ranged from 0.034%-0.063% and MFC 0.070%-0.126%. 18 components were obtained from water-soluble essential oil and 12 components were identified. 89.83% of them were terpenol compounds, nerolidol (38.40%) and T-cadinol (28.44%) Conclusion: Antifungal activity of water-soluble essential oil from Oplopanax elatus was strong. The main components were nerolidol and T-cadinol.  
摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical compositions of the essential oil and petroleum ether extract from wenyujin decoction. Method: Essential oils of wenyujin decoction were extracted by water-decoction, separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative percent content of each volatile component was quantified by area normalization method. Result: Twenty-two of the 24 separated constituents in volatile oil of wenyujin decoction were identified and quantified. Conclusion: The study on the volatile components and petroleum ether extract from wenyujin decoction provided certain scientific evidence for better clinical applications.  
摘要:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in Longbishu pills(LBSP). Method: An C18 column was used as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate Solution (45: 55),the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was at 246 nm. Result: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of psoralen and peak area value when the concentrations of psoralen was within the range of 0.144 0-0.720 0 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.16%,RSD 1.21%(n=6).There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of isopsoralen and peak area value when the concentrations of isopsoralen was within the range of 0.136 2-0.681 0 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.52%,RSD 1.58%(n=6). Conclusion: The method was accurate,sensitive,reproducible and may be used in the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in LBSP.

摘要:Objective: To establish a sensitive ultraperformance liquid chromatography(UPLC) method for determining the plasma concentration of paeonol in liver cancer model rat and to evaluate its pharmacokinetic characteristics. Method: Rats were divided into three groups, a single ig dose of 259.2,194.4,129.6 mg·kg-1 paeonol was given respectively.Paeonol was separated on a C18 column with methanol:water(70: 30) as mobile phase.The plasma concentration of paeonol was determined and its pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by using WinNonlin 5.2.1. Result: The linear range of the method for paeonol was 0.323-41.4 mg·L-1.The plasma concentration-time course showed two compartment model, with the increased dose, AUC, Cmaxhas a significant increase, while Tmax,T1/2β,CL have no significant change. Conclusion: The UPLC method for determining paeonol concentration in plasma is simple,rapid,sensitive and suitable for pharmacokinetic study. There are some differences between pharmacokinetic parameters in liver cancer model rats with different dose of paeonol.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the enzyme kinetics of norisoboldine glucuronidation in rat liver microsomes. Method: An UPLC-MS method was developed for determination of norisoboldine-9-O-α-glucuronide, a major metabolite of norisoboldine, in liver microsomes incubation system with sinomenine as internal standard. An optimum incubation system was found and the enzyme kinetics parameters of norisoboldine-9-O-α-glucuronide were analyzed and calculated with Linewearve-Burk graphic method. Result: The Km, Vmax and CLint(Vmax/Km)of norisoboldine-9-O-α-glucuronide were 40.7 μmol·L-1, 909.1 pmol·(min·mg pro)-1 and 22.3 μL·min-1·mg-1, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, specific and reliable, which is suitable for the in vitro research of norisoboldine glucuronidation.

摘要:Objective: To investigate human immunodeficiency virus(HIV/AIDS) in urine of patients with metabolic changes and to explore future application value of metabonomics technique in research of preventing and delaying the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. Method: Using liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (LC-MS), urine metabolic components in 55 HIV/AIDS patients and 20 healthy human beings were studied by metabonomics method, and combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and t test analysis technology, the specific metabolic substances (or group spectrum)were analyzed. Result: The urine metabolic profiles in the two groups showed differences with 10 potential biological markers. Conclusion: From the metabonomics method, HIV/AIDS patients and healthy people can be well differentiated. Comprehensive metabolic markers indicate HIV/AIDS metabolic characteristics. Metabonomics approach in the study of prevention and delay of HIV virus infection will have good prospects.

摘要:Objective: To clarify the interaction of the compatibility Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra on the thrombus formation and the coagulation time(CT). Method: The arteriovenous bypass thrombogenesis in rats and the CT in mice were as evaluation indicators to evaluate the interaction of the compatibility Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra by orthogonal experimental design and variance analysis method, and then pharmacodynamic data were statistically analyzed and estimated whether the two kinds of medicines had interaction. Result: The different combinations of two kinds of medicines could remarkably inhibit the arteriovenous bypass thrombogenesis in rats and significantly prolong CT in mice. The compound compatibility had interaction. Conclusion: The compatibility of Erigeron Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra has significant interaction on thrombosis and CT.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Jiangtang Xiaozhi (JTXZ) tablets on decreasing levels of blood glucose and serum lipid in rats with type 2 diabetes and provide the experimental basis for the clinical therapy of type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM). Method: The rats were fed on a diet enriched in fat and glucose to induce insulin resistant. And a low dose streptozotocin (STZ) was injected intrapertoneally (25 mg·kg- 1) to induce hyperglycemia to establish T2DM. The experimental rats were divided into normal control group, model group, JTXZ tablets groups (8, 4 and 2 g·kg-1), metformin group (0.2 g·kg-1) and Jinqi Jiangtang tablets group(2 g·kg-1). After all the treatment groups were received their own medicine for 8 weeks, the rats were sacrificed and fasting blood glucose(FBG), serum lipids (TC and TG), insulin (INS) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) were determined. A pathological examination was performed for the pancreas and the livers. Result: Hyperinsulinism with high level TC occured and the IR was successfully induced when the rats were fed on an enriched in fat and glucose diet for 4 weeks. Low dose of STZ were injected to establish T2DM. The FBG and TG in high dose of JTXZ tables group were significantly decreased (31.23%, P<0.01) and the INS were increased (P<0.05) comparing to the model rats. In the middle dose group the TG and TC were decreased significantly (P<0.01~P<0.05). The TNF-α in the 3 dose groups showed a decreasing trend. The morphological study demonstrated that number of islets markedly increased in high dose group compared to the model group (P<0.05). The liver steatosis in middle and low dose groups was significantly milder than that in model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: JTXZ tablets have obvious effects for decreasing levels of blood glucose and serum lipid in T2DM rats.  
摘要:Objective: To calculate the physical and chemical properties of compounds in Shoutaiwan. The molecular targets of these compounds were predicted by molecular structure similarity search method. Method: Eighty seven compounds of Shoutaiwan were collected for this research. The molecular descriptors of those compounds were calculated and in-depth analyzed to forecast the nature of their drug-like, ADME and toxicology using Discovery Studio (2.5) software. Target proteins prediction was conducted by uploading the SML format of these compounds to ChemProt sever. Result: Eight compounds such as hyperin, quercetin and Swertia glycosides are the active compounds of Shoutaiwan. Their target proteins were also predicted respectively. Conclusion: The result provides useful information for further cell and animal research. It will be helpful for new drug development based on Shoutaiwan.  
摘要:Objective: To extract and separate the geniposide monomer rapidly, and study its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Method: Macroporous resin was used to rich and isolate geniposide from Fruit Gardenia jiaminoides and medium pressure column chromatography system was used to purify geniposide monomer quickly. BALB/c mice were divided into 5 groups: normal control group (saline), geniposide groups (50,100,200 mg·kg-1) and morphine group or aspirin group (5, 100 mg·kg-1). Administrated by tail vein injection, hot plate test, acetic writhing test, xylene ear swelling test and the carrageenan paw edema test were used to evaluate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of geniposide monomer in mice. Result: The content of geniposide was raised to 78.96% with macroporous resin, and 98.47% with medium-pressure column chromatography purification. Geniposide monomer could significantly reduce the writhing actions, which were induced by the intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid in mice, inhibit the xylene-induced ear swelling and carrageenan-induced paw swelling with a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05), but it could not increase the hot plate pain threshold. Conclusion: Geniposide was separated and purified rapidly and successfully and it exhibited good analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects in mice.  
摘要:Objective: To observe anti-adenovirus 3 (AdV3) effect and cytotoxicity of andrographolide sulfonated (ADS) in vitro. Method: The maximum nontoxic concentration (0% toxic concentration, TC0) and 50% toxic concentration (TC50) of ADS were analyzed by cytopathic effect (CPE) and methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) colorimetric test. The AdV3 at 100TCID50(50% tissue cell infection dose) attacked Hep-2 cellin vitro culture to cause AdV3 infection model. The anti-adenovirus activity of ADS at 6.10,12.21,24.41,48.23,97.66,195.31,390.63,871.25 mg·L-1 in vitro were measured with ribavirin as control, and the minimum effective concentration (MEC), 50% effective concentration (EC50) and therapeutic index (TI) were used as the indicators. Result: ADS and ribavirin TC0 were 781.25 mg·L-1and 6.25 mg·L-1; MECs were 97.66 mg·L-1and 0.390 6 mg·L-1, TIs were 8 and 16, respectively. Conclusion: ADS 97.66-781.25 mg·L-1can effectively inhibit the intracellular proliferation of AdV3 in vitro, and showed a significant dose-effect relationship.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate whether Yangfei Huoxue prescription can inhibit lung inflammation of Pingyangmycin(PYM) -induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Method: PYM(5 mg·kg-1) was instilled into the rat trachea with a microliter injector to induce pulmonary fibrosis. Rats were randomLy divided into five groups: sham-operated group, control group, dexamethasone group, Huoxue group and Yangfei Huoxue group. Sham operated group and control group were given 0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC sodium) solution 1 mL/100 g weight. Dexamethasone group was given equal volume of dexamethasone solution. Huoxue group was given equal volume of Huoxue prescription. Yangfei Huoxue group was given equal volume of Yangfei Huoxue prescription for consecutive 28 days. The rats were anesthetized and killed by carotid exsanguination to calculate the lung index based on lung weight and body weight. The blood was separated at 3 000 r ·min-1 fot 10 min and obtained serum to examine IL-4, TNF-α and IFN-γ by radioimmunoassay. Left lungs were fixed, embedded, and 4um sections were prepared. Sections were stained with hematoxylin/eosin to assay alveolitis and score. TGF-beta and CTGF of the lung tissue were inspected by immunohistochemistry SABC and calculated the average gray scale. Result: Yangfei Huoxue prescription can significantly reduce the degree of alveolar inflammation and IL-4,TNF-α,IFN-γ in blood of PYM-induced lung injury in rats. Yangfei Huoxue prescription can significantly increase the gray scale of TGF-beta and CTGF. Conclusion: Yangfei Huoxue prescription can inhibit lung inflammation and PYM-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats.  
摘要:Objective: The therapeutical effect of Rougan Xiaozhi decoction(RXD) in rats with fatty liver disease was studied. Method: The rat model with fatty liver disease was established by feeding high fat diet for 6 weeks.Then the rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:RXD groups(high dose,middle dose,low dose),Xuezhikang group,model group and control group.Four weeks later,Liver pathologic changes were observed together with the activity of serum alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartale transaminase(AST),the blood lipid,and the content of liver free fatty acids(FFA),total cholesterol(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonaldehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO). Result: Compared with the natural model group,the level of ALT[(20.38±7.04),(29.74±6.77)U·L-1,P<0.05],AST[(118.37±5.14),(167.43±15.67)U·L-1,P<0.05],FFA[(453.12±81.36),(1 447.62±205.85)μmol·L-1,P<0.05],TG[(0.47±0.42),(1.85±1.46)mmol·L-1,P<0.01];LDL-C[(0.33±0.08),(0.44±0.05) mmol·L-1,P<0.05],HDL-C[(1.03±0.18),(0.78±0.16) mmol·L-1,P<0.05] mmol·L-1,SOD[(38.72±1.15),(30.81±4.52)U·mg-1,P<0.05],MDA[(2.76±0.25),(6.51±2.66)nmol·mg-1,P<0.01],NO[(32.27±2.65),(83.54±6.21)μmol·L-1,P<0.01],further more it shows dose-effect relation,the effect of high dose group was correspond with Xuezhikang group;the hepatic steatosis degree were lighten obviously(P<0.01). Conclusion: RXD has a good effect on fatty liver disease.This may lie in decreasing blood lipid and prevention of lipid peroxidation.  
摘要:Objective: To study mechanism of Qingzhuo Anzhong decotion in treating splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome(SHS) of chronic gastritis. Method: The 50 rats were randomly divided into normal control group, gastritis splenasthenic syndrome group, gastritis splenogastric hygropyrexia group,traditional Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction high dose, low dose 2,1 g ·kg-1 ·d-1 prevention and cure group. The rats were given corresponding drugs by intragastric administration for 20 days.The gastritis splenasthenic syndrome model, gastritis damp-heat syndrome model, and gastritis damp-heat syndrome model were induced by mean of 2%sodium salicylate, honey, fats, senna leaf, the artificial climate box and Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction. The inflammation situation of gastric mucosa were observed by using gastroscope and common pathological staining method. The protein expression of gastric mucosa Bcl-2 was detected by immunohisochemistry. The cell apoptosis of gastric mucosa was detected by the home position terminal sign notation. Result: There all were lightly-hyperphlogosis,apoptotic index being 0.236±0.021,Bcl-2 proteinum expression 0.247±0.041 in 10 rats of splenogastric hygropyrexia group.The gastritis damp-heat syndrome rat model appeared some symptoms and physical sign. The rat gastritis splenic asthenia group and gastritis moist heat group were quite serious in gastric mucosa inflammation, compared with the normal group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). In SHS group Bcl-2 protein expresses was more obvious than that in splenic asthenia group and the normal group (P<0.05). The cell apoptosis index of SHS group and splenasthenic syndrome group was larger than the normal group (P<0.05), but SHS group was lower than spleen asthenic syndrome group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Adjusting apoptosis, Bcl-2 protein expresses may be one of mechanisms of Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the therapeutic mechanism of the total organic acid of Thladiantha dubia Bunge(FTDBP) on the primary dysmenorrhea. Method: The primary dysmenorrhea model was induced by oxytocin in rat.The content of prostaglandin F2α(PGF2α) and endothelin(ET) were detected by Elisa assay, and the Ca2+ were detected by Methyl thymol blue(MTB). Result: Compare with model group,the content of PGF2α both in rat serum and uterus tissue decreased obviously by the FTDBP.And the content of ET and Ca2+ in uterus tissue were also significantly decreased compared to model group. Conclusion: Therapeutic mechanism of FTDBP on experimental primary dysmenorrheal may be related to restraining release or synthesis of PGF2α,Ca2+and ET.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction metabolized by photosynthetic bacteria(LW-PSB) on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA in hippocampus neurons of aging model mice. Method: Mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: model group, positive control group(VE 0.27 g·kg-1), LW-PSB-treated group(0.50 g·kg-1) and normal group. Each group was administrated continuously for 30 days. After 30 min of administration, the hippocampus of each group was separated and RT-PCR was adopted to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA in hippocampus neurons. Result: Compared with the model group and positive control group, the Bcl-2 2-△△Ct and Bcl-2/Bax were increased and Bax 2-△△Ctwas decreased in LW-PSB-treated group. Conclusion: LW-PSB might up-regulate expression of Bcl-2 mRNA and down-regulate expression of Bax mRNA to anti-aging.

摘要:Objective: The present work was designed to study the effects of Liangxue Huoxue formula on fibrinolytic function and collagen metabolism of intestinal tissue in septic rats. Method: Fifty Wistar rats were divided into control, model and treatment group randomly. Sepsis model was established by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) in rats. Rats in treatment group were administered orally with Liangxue Huoxue formula liquid extract once daily for 72 hours, while those in control and model group with same amount of distilled water. The survival rate was measured. The concentrations of tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), fibroblast growth factor-10 (FGF-10), type Ⅰ collagen and type Ⅲ collagen in intestinal tissue were determined by ELISA method. Result: Liangxue Huoxue formula decreased the mortality to 25%, much lower than that in model group (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the t-PA level was decreased (P<0.01) while the expressions of PAI-1, CTGF, FGF-10, type Ⅰcollagen and type Ⅲ collagen in intestinal tissue were increased (P<0.01) in model group. Liangxue Huoxue formula increased t-PA level (P<0.01) and reduced the expressions of PAI-1, CTGF, FGF-10, type Ⅰcollagen and type Ⅲ collagen in intestinal tissue significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: The fibrinolytic function and collagen metabolism play an important role in the pathological process of multiple organ dysfunction in sepsis and Liangxue Huoxue formula has therapeutic effect on sepsis model by regulating the fibrinolytic function and collagen metabolism.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Dongyao Wuwei Zhixie decoction on expressions of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)mRNA and nuclear factor kappa B p65 (NF-κB p65)in ulcerative colitis rats and its mechanisms. Method: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Dongyao Wuwei Zhixie decoction low,middle and high dose groups,Mesalazine group,10 each group. 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS)/ethanol solution was administered by enema to make ulcerative colitis model.The activity index (DAI) and colonic mucosal injury degree were observed,NF-κB p65 was determined by immunohistochemical staining (SABC method) and colonic tissue HSP70 mRNA expression was detected real time fluorescent quantitative PCR (real-time PCR) 10 days later. Result: Dongyao Wuwei Zhixie decoction can significantly reduce the DAI sores and tissue damage score of the rats’ colon,increase the HSP70 mRNA level, and decrease the expressions of NF-κB p65 in rats. Conclusion: Dongyao Wuwei Zhixie Decoction in the treatment of UC mechanism may be associated with the enhancement of protective protein HSP70 mRNA expression level and inhibition of NF- κB p65 activation.

摘要:Objective: To observe influence of Jiawei Sini San on serum corticosterone(Cort), estradiol(E2) content in chronic mild unpredictable stress rats,and reveal the adjustment mechanism of endocrine disorders in female rat depression. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups according to the weight and basis for sucrose: control group, model group, Jiawei Sini San high, medium and low dose group (315,158,78 mg ·kg-1, ig), positive drug fluoxetinegroup (18 mg·kg-1, ig), stress with every day 8: 30 ig,was performed on the first day control group and model group were ig given distilled water. On 22 day of stress,samples were collected to measure serum Cort, serum E2 content changes by radioimmunoassay in female rats. Result: Serum Cort concent in model group (0.11±0.08) μg·L-1,compared with the control group (0.05±0.04)μg·L-1 was significantly increased(P<0.05). In Jiawei Sini San group cort concentration was lower than in model group, but the difference was not statistically significant. In model group serum E2 levels (0.04±0.02) μg·L-1 compared with control group (0.12±0.03) μg·L-1 decreased significantly (P<0.05).but compared with model group was not significant. In Jiawei Sini San group high, medium and low dose group serum E2 levels (0.10±0.04), (0.08±0.02), (0.07±0.05) μg·L-1 were significantly elevated, increased compared with the model group(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: The antidepressant effect of of Jiawei Sini San may be related to secretion of the E2.

摘要:Objective: To study the antipyretic effect and the mechanism of Peristrophe japonica by comparing with variances of the antipyretic effect among water extract of P. japonica,ligarine fraction and water fraction. Method: The rat febrile model was induced by injecting fresh yeast subcutaneously and treated with water extract of P. japonica,ligarine fraction and water fraction,then the rectal temperature was monitored to show the differences of effect from those groups.The contents of interleukin-1 (IL-1),interleukin-6 (IL-6) in blood serum and cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in the hypothalamus were measured by radioimmunoassav (RIA),respectively. Result: Three drug administration groups(including water extract of P. japonica,ligarine fraction and water fraction) showed marked antipyretic effect on the yeast-induced fever(P<0.05) and the effects were stronger on the ligarine fraction and water fraction groups than water extract of P. japonica group. The ligarine fraction group showed remarkable decreased the contents of IL-6 in blood serum and PGE2,cAMP in the hypothalamus of febrile rats. Conclusion: The water extract ofP. japonica,ligarine fraction and water fraction all have obvious antipyretic effect,but the effect of ligarine fraction and water fraction are stronger than that of water extract of P. japonica,which might be related to decreasing the levels of IL-6 in serum and the interferencing the content of PGE2,cAMP in the hypothalamus.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Qinggong decoction(QGD)on behavior and neurotransmitter in the elevated plus-maze mice,and to explore the anti-anxiety effects and the mechanisms. Method: Fifty male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group (normal saline), diazepam group (0.001 5 g·kg-1), QGD high-dose group (12 g·kg-1), medium-dose group (6 g·kg-1) and low- dose group (3 g·kg-1), and gavage administration was carried out once per day for continuous 10 days. Then adopted anxiety animal model with the elevated plus-maze was used to observe the influence of QGD on behavior, and the concentration of brain neurotransmitter was detected in mice by ELISA. Result: QGD could increase the percentage of the times entering the open arms (OE%) and stay duration in the total period (OT%); compared with diazepam group, the high-dose group had a significant difference in OE%, and low-dose group had a significant difference in OT%. In the neurotransmitter testing, QGD significantly lowered the concentration of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and noradrenaline(NE), and in which medium-dose group significantly reduced the concentration of 5-HT(P < 0.05), and high-dose group reduced significantly concentration of NE (P < 0.01); compared with diazepam group, the concentration of 5-HT and NE of QGD groups had no obvious difference; the concentration of dopamine(DA) was not statistically different in groups. Conclusion: QGD has anti-anxiety effect,and the mechanism is related to lowering the concentration of 5-HT and NE in mice brain tissues.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Compound Qizhu tablet on the expression of tumor necrosis factor -α(TNF-α), interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-8(IL-8) and Interleukin-10(IL-10) in rats with liver fibrosis. Method: Seventy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Qizhu high-dose group(water preparation),Qizhu low dose group(water preparation), Qizhu high-dose group(ethanol preparation),Qizhu low dose group(ethanol preparation),and colchicine group. All the rats except normal group received 40% CCl4 subcutaneous injection twice a week for 8 weeks, rats was firstly given 40%CCl4(5 mL·kg-1)and 3 mL·kg-1secondly. Rats in both Qizhu high-dose group and small dose group were ig given 16.2,9.72 g·kg-1 Qizhu decoction respectively, while rats in colchicine group were fed with 0.5 mg·kg-1 colchicine. Liver histology and liver and spleen index were observed after the modelling. The expression of TNF-α,IL-4,IL-8 and IL-10 was detected by enzyme linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA). Result: The degree of hepatic fibrosis in all treatment groups was obviously reduced compared with model group. Compared with normal group, the expression of TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-8 in model group was elevated significantly, whereas the expression of IL-10 was decreased(P<0.01). Compared with model group, the expression of TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-8 in treatment groups were decreased significantly, whereas the expression of IL-10 was increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: Compound Qizhu tablet has obvious therapeutic effect on rats with liver fibrosis. The mechanism may be correlated to interfering the disturbance of some cytokines such as TNF-α,IL-4,IL-8 and IL-10.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Dusuqing granule on immune function and cytokines in the aged rat with mycoplasma pneumonia (MP). Method: Young rats were randomly divided into young control and young model groups, aged rats into aged control, aged model, Dusuqing and Azithromycin groups. Mycoplasma pneumonia rat model was duplicated by trachea intubation, and were ig administrated with Dusuqing granule (3.995 g·kg-1·d-1) and Azithromycin (23 mg·kg-1·d-1) for 7 days, and sacrificed at day 8.White blood cells (WBC) and neutrophilic granulocyte (NEU) count in peripheral blood were observed, and mycoplasma polymerase chain reaction (PCR), levels of secretory immunoglobulin (sIg) A and fibronectin (FN) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), lung water content and pathological changes, and expressions of tumor necrosis factor (TNF )- α, interleukin (IL )- 6, IL-8 in serum were also measured. Result: Mycoplasma is negative in Azithromycin group (0 animal/0%), positive in Dusuqing group (3 animals/30%). Compared to young and aged control group, levels of sIgA and FN in BALF significantly decreased in young and aged model group (P<0.01), and expressions of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 increased in serum (P<0.01), respectively. And those changed obviously in aged model group than in young model group (P<0.01). Compared to aged model group, levels of sIgA and FN significantly increased in Dusuqing and Azithromycin groups (P<0.01), while lung tissue water content, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 decreased (P<0.01). And sIgA levels in Dusuqing group were higher than Azithromycin group (P<0.01), and IL-8 was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dusuqing granule has obvious efficiency on MP in the elderly, which may be relevant to the improvement of immune function, reduction of inflammatory cytokines and inflammatory response.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Shenfu Yixin granule on circular and myocardial angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)level in chronic heart failure rats. Method: One hundred and fifty heathly male SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group(n=5) and model group(n=130).In model group the left anterior descending coronary artery was occluded, in sham operation group the sutures were passed under the left anterior descending coronary artery without ligation. After 8 weeks the modeling group was randomly assigned to 5 groups (n=10 in each group) based on the value of left ventricular eijection fraction(LVEF)<50% obtained by Color Doppler Ultrasound, such as Captopril group, Losartan group, two groups of Shenfu Yixin granule(5.5,21.9 g·kg-1), model group. All the medicine was given through gavage once a day for 4 weeks, the rats in model group and sham operation group (n=10) were ig administered with equivalent sodium chloride once a day for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks LVEF was recorded with Color Doppler Ultrasound;the aortaventralis blood and cardiac muscular tissue were collected to detect index. Result: The LVEF was improved markedly in Shenfu Yixin granule(21.9 g·kg-1) group. Two Shenfu Yixin granule groups obviously decrease circular and myocardial angiotensin Ⅱlevel, the function was similar to Captopril. Conclusion: Shenfu Yixin granule can improve cardiac function in chronic heart failure(CHF) rats, decrease circular and myocardial angiotensin Ⅱleve to block renin angiotensin system(RAS), maybe delay or improve cardiac remodeling.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid on the anti-oxidation and expression of the epithelial growth factor receptor(EGFR)in gastric mucosa of rats with dampness retention syndrome(DRS). Method: Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,DRS group and treatment group (DRS + Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid), 8 rats in each group.DRS was induced in all rats,except the control group,by modified enviromental and fatigued method for 6 days.After DRS model was formed,control and DRS group were lavaged with normal saline(NS, 20 mL·kg-1). Rats in treatment groups were lavaged with Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid(20 mL·kg-1) for 8 days.Then the content of melatonin(MT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum were determined by colorimetric method and the expression of EGFR on gastric mucosa was determined by immunohistochemistry. Result: Rats of model groups exhibited typical DRS, with sign of hyperaemia, edema, hemorrhagic spots and sludged blood in the gastric mucosa compared to control. The content of MT,GSH-Px in serum decreased(P<0.05),while the content of MDA in serum increased(P<0.05),and the expression of EGFR in gastric musoca significantly decreased in DRS group compared to that of control group(P<0.05).Conversely, exposure of DRS rats to Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid resulted in increase in the content of MT and GSH-Px in serum(P<0.05 versus DRS group) and the expression in EGFR in the gastric mucosa(P<0.05,versus DRS group), and decrease the content of MDA in serum(P<0.05 versus DRS group). Conclusion: Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid could have the protective effect on DRS-induced gastric mucosal injury, increasing anti-oxidation and expression of EGFR may play an important role.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Suanzaoren decoction (SZRD) on the expression of astrocytes and microglia cells in the dorsal raphe nuclei (DRN) insomnia rats. Method: The insomnia rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of DL-4-Chlorophenylalanine (PCPA)at the dose of 350 mg·kg-1 for two days. Rats were divided into control group, model group, SZRD groups, and estazolam group. The SZRD groups were treated by intragastric administration of SZRD at 15,7.5,3.75 g·kg-1 each day for seven days. The estazolam group was treated the same way using estazolam at 2 mg·kg-1 for 7 days. HE staining was use to check the neural damage in the DRN and test animal’s midbrain glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP); and OX42 expression was examined using immunohistochemical staining. Result: The level of neural damage in the DRN was significantly higher in the insomnia model group than in the control group(P<0.01). Insomnia model group rats showed significantly higher levels (P<0.01) of GFAP and OX42 positive cells in the DRN than control animals. Treatment animals receiving a high dose of SZRD (15 g·kg-1) showed significantly lower levels (P<0.01) of GFAP and OX42 positive cells in the DRN than insomnia model group animals. This treatment group showed no significant difference when compared to animals treated using estazolam. Conclusion: PCPA can damage the DRN neurons. Insomnia induced by PCPA can activate midbrain astrocytes and microglia. SZRD reduces midbrain GFAP and OX42 expression, and reduces the damage from PCPA. This may be one of the mechanisms for SZRD in treatment of insomnia.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Bansizuo prescription on nitric oxide and gastrin of blood serum in experimental rats with gastric ulcer and to search out the possible mechanism of cure gastric ulcer Method: The experimental gastric ulcer model in rats was induced by acetic acid and water immersing excitability. After be intervened with Bansizuo prescription, the ulcer index was measured for the model rats induced by water immersing excitability, the ulcer area was determined for the rats of acetic acid model, and nitric oxide and gastrin in serum were evaluated for the rats of two models. Result: Bansizuo prescription could reduce obviously the ulcer area in rats of acetic acid model and the ulcer index in rats of aqueous extract excitability model (P<0.01). It could bring down the nitric oxide and gastrin in serum of experimental rats to near normal level (P<0.01). Conclusion: Bansizuo prescription can repaire stomach mucosa damage to withstand gastric ulcer, its mechanism maybe related with the influenced in the nitric oxide and gastrin in serum.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Xingnaojing and Shengmai injection on the expression of aquaporin-4 (AQP4) in rat brain tissue after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Method: The ICH model was induced by injecting self-blood. Forty male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into ICH group (n=10), saline group (NS, n=10), Xingnaojing and Shengmai injection group (XNJSM, n=10), hirudin group (HIR, n=10). Six hours after model establishment, rats in XNJSM were received Xingnaojing of 2 mL·kg-1 and Shengmai of 10 mL·kg-1through intraperitoneal injection, once daily, the therapeutic course was 3 days; Hirudin (10 U in 5 μL) was injected into the hematoma in HIR. Hematoxylin and eosin staining was performed to examine perihematomal neurocyte morphological changes, and the expression of AQP4 in perihematomal tissue was determined by immunohistochemistry and Western bloting respectively after 72 h. Result: AQP4 positive cells and protein expression in perihematomal tissue was increased at 72 h after ICH, with significant difference to those in NS (P<0.05), Compared with ICH, in XNJSM group and HIR group, perihematomal tissue morphological changes were improved obviously, and AQP4 expression was also decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: XNJSM injection could play a neuroprotective effect by inhibiting the expression of AQP4 and alleviating cerebral edema after ICH.

摘要:Objective: To clarify the mechanism of purgative and promoting blood circulation on stewed rhubarb and rhubarb, by comparing the influence of them on hemorheological parameters in rats with blood stasis induced by high molecular dextran; and the influence of yellow wine in processing rhubarb on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Method: Rats with blood stasis were made by injected high molecular dextran into the abdominal cavity, in the same time, stewed rhubarb without yellow wine, stewed rhubarb and rhubarb in different doses (2.5, 5.0 g·kg-1, ig, for 7 days) were given. Then the hemorheological parameters of the rats were observed and compared. Result: The parameters of stewed rhubarb were lower than those for rhubarb at the same dose, and there was extremely significant difference in whole blood viscosity between stewed rhubarb at low dose and rhubarb at low dose (P<0.01). The parameters of stewed rhubarb without yellow wine were higher than those of stewed rhubarb, and there was significant difference in whole blood viscosity and hematocrit between stewed rhubarb and rhubarb (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficiency on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis of stewed rhubarb is definitely better than rhubarb, and stewed rhubarb is definitely better than stewed rhubarb without yellow wine.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the prevention effect of modified Alismatis Rhizoma decoction (MARD) on hyperlipidemia in rats. Method: Wistar male rats were fed by high fat diet and treated with MARD of small dose, middle dose and large dose (5,10,20 g·kg-1) by oral administration for 30 days. And calculated the changes of weight at the end of the experiment, study the influence of MARD on the serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein AΙ (ApoAΙ), apolipoprotein (ApoB), lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] in rats. Result: A significant difference between the model group and the MARD groups on the weight of rats. Each MARD group showed significant inhibition on the rise of TC, TG, LDL-C. The HDL-C, ApoAⅠ were increased significantly, and ApoB, lp(a) were significantly decreased by MARD. Conclusion: MARD has obviously prevention effect on hyperlipidemia in rats.  
摘要:Objective: To study the protective effect of coeloglossum extract (CE), an exact isolated from a Tibetan traditional herb, against ibotenic acid (IBO)-induced cholinergic injury in rats. Method: Rats were randomly assigned into six groups: sham(NS), model(IBO), piracetam(IBO+400 mg·kg-1),and CE(IBO+0.31,1.25,5 mg·kg-1)groups. After 28 days, step-down test was employed to evaluate the learning and memory function, Nissl staining was adopted to detect the Nissl body changes in basal forebrain, and immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) in hippocampus CA1. Result: Compared with the sham group, rats in model group exhibited a shorter latency to platform, and lower levels of nissl body in frontal cortexes and of NFG in hippocampus CA1.Compared with the model rats, CE(5 mg·kg-1) prolonged significantly the latency of step-down test (P<0.05), partly recovered the pathological changes in basal forebrain, and increased the level of NGF in hippocampus CA1(P<0.05). Conclusion: These results suggested that CE can improve the cholinergic impairment and the disability of learning and memory in IBO rats.

摘要:Objective: To observe anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of ethanol extracts of Dong-medicine Inual cappa. Method: Mice divided into blank control group,low dose group and high dose group (2.5, 5 g·kg-1) of ethanol extracts of I. cappa DC. and positive control group of aspirin (0.25 g·kg-1). The anti-inflammatory action was assessed by tests including HAc-induced peritoneal capillary permeability in mice,xylene-induced ear edema in mice.The analgesic effect was verified by HAc-induced writhing response in mice and hot-plate test. Result: The dose group of the ethanol extracts of I. cappa DC. (5 g·kg-1)could significantly inhibit the ear edema induced by xylene (P<0.05)and very significantly inhibit the phlogistic infiltration induced by acetic acid in mice(P<0.01).The dose group of the ethanol extracts of Inual cappa DC. (5 g·kg-1)could significantly reduced writhes of abdominal cavity induced by acetic acid in 20 minutes and increased the pain threshold in the hot-plate test(P<0.01,P<0.01). Conclusion: Ethanol extracts of Inual cappa DC. have obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.

摘要:Objective: To discusse effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction (BSHXD) on chronic heart failure in rat as well as mechanism. Method: The spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were radomly divided into Bushen Huoxue decocotion high, medium and low dose group, Captopril group, the model group, normal rats were as normal group.Corresponding drugs were given for 8 weeks, then echocardiography index and kidney tissue aquaporin 2(AQP-2) level were measured. Result: BSHXD could delay left ventricular remodeling process, high, medium and low dose compared with model group showed statistically significant (P<0.05); and reduce tissue AQP-2 expression (P<0.05), which was positively correlated with drug concentration. Conclusions: Bushen Huoxue decoction can improve cardiac function and reduce tissue AQP-2 level.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction on the airway inflammation and the cytokine production in asthmatic mice. Method: Thirty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group (group A), asthmatic model group (group B), Xiaoqinglong decoction treatment group (C group). B, C, ovalbumin was injected intraperitoneally and aerosol inhalation to stimulate the production of the asthma model. From 21 to 28 days, group A, group B were given normal saline 15 mL ·kg-1 orally, group C was given Xiaoqinglong decocotion 15 g ·kg-1 1 h before stimulating. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) was collected to count the number of total number of inflammatory cells and esinophil and determine BALF supernatant interleukin-4(IL-4) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) levels. Result: Xiaoqinglong decocotion intervention could significantly reduce the total number of inflammatory cells and Eosnumber, the supernatant of IFN-γ levels were significantly elevated, IL-4 levels were significantly decreased.There was a significant difference among group C and group A, B(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoqinglong decocotion can significantly reduce the number of inflammatory cells in BALF of asthmatic mice and impact the levels of cytokines, thereby improving airway inflammation in asthma.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-d-epressant effects of pueraria isoflavone in mice. Method: Male KM mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:control groups (normal saline), fluoxetine group (10 mg ·kg-1), pueraria isoflavone groups (50, 100, 200 mg·kg-1). After oral administration for 14 days, the open field test (OFT), forced swimming test (FST), tail suspension test (TST), 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)-induced head-twitch test and reserpine-antagonism test were carried out to evaluate the anti-depressant effects of pueraria isoflavone. In particular, reserpine (2 mg·kg-1) and 5-HTP (150 mg·kg-1) were given by intrapertioneal injections before the reserpine-antagonism test and 5-HTP-induced head-twitch test respectively. Result: The number of wearing and grooming in 2 min in control mice were (57.23±18.35) and (22.16±13.28) respectively, and there was no significant different between pueraria isoflavone groups and control group. The immobility time of FST and TST in control mice was (132.7±37), (98.4±28 ) s respectively and there were significant decrease in pueraria isoflavone groups. pueraria isoflavone at dose of 100 mg·kg-1could short immobility time to (72.1±27), (68.8±19) s. Moreover, pueraria isoflavone enhanced the head-twitch respone evoked by 5-HTP in dose-dependent manner (P<0.001). Compared with model group, pueraria isoflavone could significantly reverse the ptosis, acinesia, and decrease in body temperature induced by reserpine in mice (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pueraria isoflavone has anti-depressant effects, and its mechanism may be related to regulating the functions of monoaminergic nervous system.

摘要:Objective: To study the cytotxicity and cellular uptake of CD44 receptor targeting paclitaxel-hyaluronic acid-octadecyl (PTX-HA-C18) and folate and CD44 receptors dual targeting PTX-folate-HA-C18 (PTX-FA-HA-C18) micelles. Method: Cytotoxicity and cellular uptake in vitro of Taxol and PTX-loaded micelles were performed using folate and CD44 receptors over expressing MCF-7 cell. Result: PTX-loaded HA micelles exhibited higher cytotoxicity compared with Taxol at lower PTX concentration. The cellular inhibition of FA-HA-C18 micelle was more obvious than that by HA-C18 micelle. HA micelles possessed high cellular uptake capacity, and the cellular uptake was concentration and time-dependent. FA-HA-C18 micelles exhibited higher cellular uptake compared with HA-C18 micelles. Conclusion: HA micelles has good tumor targeting ability, and FA-HA-C18 micelle exhibits excellent tumor targeting efficiency.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Wenshen Tongluo Zhitong granule on osteoporosis in rat ovariectomized model, to explore its mechanism. Method: Ninety female rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, low-dose, medium-dose, high-dose Wenshen Tongluo Zhitong granule groups and nyestrid(CEE3) group. Animal models of osteoporosis was induced with the ovariectomized method, and intragastric administration was performed.The bone mineral density(BMD),calcitonin(CT), bone Gla protein (BGP) and estradiol(E2) after 3 months were measured. Result: The BMD content in the control group, model group, CEE3 group,low-dose, medium-dose, high-dose of Wenshen Tongluo Zhitong granule group was(0.231 8±0.003 6), (0.198 8±0.003 9), (0.219 9±0.002 4),(0.201 1±0.000 9), (0.202 3±0.002 7), (0.220 2±0.002 1)g·cm-2,the CT content is (74.61±10.54),(48.33±13.72),(71.72±14.83),(56.76±12.58),(68.39±13.74),(75.29±15.63) ng·L-1,the BGP content is (5.95±1.20),(5.46±1.34),(6.27±1.21),(6.08±1.24),(6.12±1.47),(6.15±1.19) μg·L-1,the E2 content is (88.61±17.54),(28.45±11.39),(71.71±8.69),(68.11±12.63),(70.93±10.42),(75.21±9.37) ng·L-1. The BGP content in ovariectomized rats had no significant change in the model group,treatment groups and CEE3 group compared to the control group. The BMD and CT content in treatment groups significantly increased compared with the model group,and the high dose group improved most significantly (P<0.01). The E2 content in treatment groups significantly increased compared with the model group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Wenshen Tongluo Zhitong granule can significantly increases bone mineral density and improve bone metabolism in ovariectomized rats, which plays the role of anti-osteoporosis.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Xiancidan(XCD) effective parts on inhibition of lung cancer A549 in vitro,and explore its mechanism. Method: The A549 cells in vitro were treated with the XCD effective parts at different concentrations, the concentrations of the XCD effective parts were 5,10,15,25,50,100,200 mg ·L-1 respectively. The inhibitory rate of the A549 cell proliferation was measured by MTF assay, the IC50 (the 50% inhibitory concentration)was determined. The effects of XCD effective parts on A549 cell cycle and cell apoptosis were determined by Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining assay. Result: MTT assay was used to calculate XCD effective parts in A549 role for 24, 48, 72 h. the 50% inhibitory concentration(IC50) of the 3 manners above were 136.550,56.671,55.322 mg·L-1 respectively. Flow cytometry was used to measured the XCD effective parts in A549 role for 24, 48, 72 h. The rates of apoptosis of the above 3 manners were(17.98±0.11)%,(23.34±0.23)%,(29.54±0.78)% respectively. After treated by XCD for 24 h, A549 cells were arrested in S phase, and for 48 h in G0/G1 phase. Conclusion: The XCD effective parts can inhibit the growth of A549 cells remarkably by inducing apoptosis and blocking cell cycle.  
摘要:Objective: To Study 'stasis heat’ index of Taohe Chengqi decoction and its decomposed recipes on rat model with heat and blood stasis syndrome. Method: The ratswere injected with lipopolysaccharide (LPS 50 μg·kg-1) via tail veins at interval of 24 hours to make rat stasis syndrome model. Each group was orally administrated the test drugs or saline after the first injection of LPS for 0.5, 12 h and the second injection of LPS for 0.5 h. The dosages of Taohe Chengqi group, Tiaowei group, Tiaotao group, Tiaogui group and Taogui group were respectively 10,5.7,8.6,7.1, 4.3 g·kg-1 body weight. Model group and normal control group were given the same volume saline. Blood were collected at last injection. The serum tissue type plasminogen activator(t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1), superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), nitric oxide(NO) and plasma endothelin-1(ET-1), 6-keto- prostagland in F1α(6-keto- F1α), thromboxane B2(TXB2) were measured. Result: Taohe Chengqi group, Tiao wei group, Tiao tao group and Tiaogui group increased SOD(P<0.01)and decreased MDA(P<0.01). Tao he Cheng qi group, Tiaowei group decreased PAI-1 and t-PA/PAI-1(P<0.01). Tiao wei group, Tiaogui group increased t-PA(P<0.01). Taogui group had no obvious effect on SOD,MDA and PAI-1, but showed significant difference compared with Tao he Cheng qi group. All test drug group increased TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1α/ TXB2 and descended NO. Conclusion: Tao he Cheng qi decoctionon ‘stasis’ and ‘hot’ is superior to other compatibility groups. Tiao wei group has good regulating effects on ‘stasis’ and ‘hot’. Tiao gui group in the regulation of'stasis’was better than Tao he Cheng qi group. Tao gui group was the worst in the regulating effects on ‘stasis’ and ‘heat’.

摘要:Objective: To evaluate clinical effect of Tangzhiping in treating patients of metabolic syndrome (MS) with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Method: Eighty cases of MS who met the research standards were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Lifestyle interventions were given to both groups, Tangzhiping (3 g, bid) was used for the treatment group, and metformin tablets (0.25 g, tid) for the control group. The fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2 hours plasma glucose(2 hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), triglyceride (TG), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), fasting insulin (FINS), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), weight, waist circumference (WC), body mass index (BMI) and clinical symptoms changes were compared between two groups after three months. Result: There months after treatment, the total efficiency on clinical syndrome in the treatments group was as high as 86.84%, higher than that of the control group of 56.76% (P<0.05). The treatment group could reduce FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c,FINS, TC, TG, LDL-C, SBP and weight, and improve insulin resistance (P<0.05), especially in blood-lipid regulation, blood pressure decreased, clinical symptom improvement, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tangzhiping can significantly regulate glucose-lipid disorder for MS patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and it is a safe and effective.

摘要:Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Chinese medicine therapy in prevention and treatment of radiation-induced oral mucositis (OM). Method: Ninety-five cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with radiotherapy were randomly divided into test group of 47 cases and control group of 48 cases. The test group in the beginning of radiotherapy was treated with Chinese herbs by oral and gargle. The control group was treated with physiological gargle and taken symptomatic treatment when the OM above gradeⅡ. The treatment lasted from beginning of radiotherapy to one week after the end of radiotherapy or mucositis alleviated ≤ grade I. The time of OM in grade Ⅲ,Ⅱ, the accumulated dose of radiotherapy and the incidence of OM above grade Ⅲ at the end of radiotherapy were observed; The concentration of salivary epidermal growth factor (EGF) at the end of the radiotherapy was determined. Result: The appearance time of gradeⅡand Ⅲ in the test group was later than that in the control group (P<0.01). The incidence rate of the OM above grade Ⅲ in the test group was 31.91% at the end of radiotherapy, Lower than that in the control group (70.83%, P<0.01); The EGF in the test group was(652.5±120.6)ng·L-1 at the end of radiotherapy, higher than that in the control group(382.5±51.6 ng·L-1, P<0.01). Conclusion: The Chinese herbs and (oral and gargle) is worthwhile to be used in clinic, because they can increase the level of salivary EGF, protect oral mucosa, prevent and treat OM effectively, reduce the radiation-induced injury of oral mucosa and conduct the radiotherapy to be carried out smoothly.

摘要:Objective: To study the impact of Tuiyin tang on expression level of neutrophil elastase(NE) in peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris. Method: Competing-ELISA was used to detect peripheral blood levels of NE in 40 cases of psoriasis vulgaris before and after treatment with Tuiyin tang,and those of the control group were also detected. Result: Forty cases of psoriasis vulgaris showed that serum level of NE was (16.90±3.30)mg·L-1, and normal control group was (3.67±1.49) mg·L-1, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). After Tuiyin tang treatment for 12 weeks, NE level in psoriasis patients was significantly decreased (9.16±2.43) mg·L-1,which had statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion: Tuiyin tang can reduce the serum level of NE in patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and NE may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of radiation intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in treatment of tubal pregnancy. Method: Sixty-two patients were randomly divided the into control group and research group. The control group was treated with radiation intervention to fallopian tube combined with continuously methotrexate(MTX) infusion. The research group was treated with ectopic pregnancy prescription for 2 weeks based on above mentioned method. The disappeared time of clinical symptoms, the β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG) level in serum, the changes of lesion size, and the occurrence of side effect before and after the therapeutics were observed. Result: After 2 weeks, the cure rate for research group was 90.3%, and the control group was 74.2%, and there was significant difference(P<0.05). The relative efficacy indexes of research group (such as the disappeared time of clinical symptoms, the recovered time of β-HCG level in serum, and the narrow rate of lesion size) were better than control group. Conclusion: The radiation intervention combined with TCM indicates significantly therapeutic efficacy, it can obviously reduce the cure time and side effects, and there was certain clinical application value.  
摘要:Objective: This clinical study aims to investigate the effects of Jieyu Dingji decoction on the arrhythmia of young and middle-aged women. Method: Sixty young and middle-aged women with ventricular premature beats or superaventricular premature beats were chosen and randomized into treatment group and control group with thirty people respectively. The treatment group was treated with Jieyu Dingji decoction and metoprolol, and the control group was treated with placebo and metoprolol. The efficacy, side effects and recrudescence of the two groups were then investigated. Result: The symptoms and the ambulatory electrocardiographs of both groups were improved after therapy. However, the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05), and the recrudescence of the treatment group was less than the control group (P<0.05). Neither of the groups shows adverse events. Conclusion: Jieyu Dingji decoction is effective and safe to treat young and middle-aged women with arrhythmia. It provides an innovated way for the clinical medication.

摘要:Objective: To study effect of Pingmin Granule (PMG) on chronic eczema and its impact on tumor necrosis factor 2α(TNF-2α),soluble inter leukin 2 thereceptor(slL-2R) and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) levels. Method: The effects of PMG and cetirizine on chronic eczema patients in two groups were observed respectively, and the serum levels of TNF-2α, slL-2R and ECP were measured by ELISA before and after treatment. Result: In PMG group effective rate was 86.1% vs 54.3%(cetirizine) and recurrence rate was 8.0% vs 44.4% (cetirizine)(all P<0.05). Serum levels of TNF-2α, slL-2R and ECP in patients were higher than those in normal subjects(P<0.01), and PMG group could be significantly lower than cetirizine group in the serum of patients with TNF-2α[(36.93±9.51),(42.83±11.72)ng·L-1,(P<0.05)],sIL-2R[(46.42±10.61),(53.34±15.66)μg·L-1,(P<0.05)],ECP[(25.81±9.64),(30.16±8.68)μg·L-1,(P<0.05)]after treatment. Conclusion: PMG has effect on chronic eczema, its regulation on serum levels o f TNF-2α, slL-2R and ECP may be the mechanism of action.  
摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Shenxiong glucose injection on vascular dementia and arginine vasopressin(AVP). Method: We chose 60 cases hospitalized patients according to the selection criteria, and randomLy divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. On the basis of cell diphosphate choline sodium injection, the treatment group was given Shenxiong Glucose injection 200 mL, once daily, the control group was give Shuxuening injection 20 mL,once daily. The course lasted for 28 days. patients’ MMSE, ADL, Chinese medicine symptom scores, hemorrheologic indices and AVP content were observed. Result: ① In MMSE, ADL, Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after treatment, there was significant differences (P<0.05) between two groups; ②In MMSE, ADL, Chinese medicine symptom scores after treatment of one day between the two groups there was no significant difference; ③the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, the red cell aggregation index, fibrinogen after treatment showed significant difference (P<0.05), suggesting two groups can both improve blood rheology; But action of Shengxiong glucose injection was better than Shuxuening in degrading fibrinogen.④In treatment group plasma AVP content onday 29 of treatment is higher significantly than before treatment(P<0.05),and the control group has no obvious changes,indicating that the treatment group have an effect on AVP. Conclusion: Shenxiong glucose injection has a good effect on VD patient, which is correlate with AVP.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Zhenwu decoction for Treating elderly type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Method: Eighty patients with elderly type 2 diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into two groups (n=40, each). The control group was treated by routine western medicine for type 2 diabetic retinopathy, the observation group was treated by Zhenwu decoction in addition. Two groups were treated for 3 months. The improvement in visual acuity and retinopathy and plasma endothelin level were measured before and after treatment. Result: After treatment, endothelin level in the two groups was significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and the one in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate was 80.00% and 50.00% in the observation group and in the control group respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine for treating elderly type 2 diabetic retinopathy, can significantly improve efficacy, and reduce the level of plasma endothelin. It is also important for the prevention and treatment of microvascular complications.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the influence of Huanglian Wendan decoction plus or minus on insulin resistance and serum leptin levels of elderly metabolic syndrome. Method: One hundred and twenty six cases of elderly patients with metabolic syndrome hospitalized from January, 2010 to december, 2011 were given Huanglian Wendan decoction plus or minus and the comparison was carried out before and after treatment for body weight, blood pressure (BP), fasting plasma glucose (FBG), serum insulin (INS), insulin resistance index (IRI), lipids, and serum leptin and other indicators. Result: After treatment, FBG, INS, and IRI were lower compared with those before treatment. IRI was (4.36±1.25), significantly lowered than that before treatment (8.31±2.18). After treatment serum concentrations, triglyceride concentration were lower compared with those before treatment. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was increased after treatment; leptin level was significantly lowered from (22.65±4.39) μg·L-1 before treatment to (6.83±2.31) μg·L-1 after the treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huanglian Wendan decoction plus or minus can control blood sugar, improve insulin resistance, lowering blood pressure, lower level of leptin. It is an effective prescription for the treatment of metabolic syndrome.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Dunhuang Analgesia Ointment (DAO) on functional recovery of dysfunction of knee joint caused by lower extremity fracture. Method: Eighty patients with dysfunction of knee joint caused by lower extremity fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each. Two groups of patients were given surgical operation treatment, and from the second day after operation rehabilitation exercise was gradually given. The patients in observation group were additionally given DAO after the lower limb fracture fixation, affixed to the affected area, replacing 1time daily. The treatment in the two groups lasted for 2 months. The therapeutic effects were observed after 1 courses of treatment. Result: The cure rate was 75% in the observation group, 62.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The total efficiency was 95% in the observation group, 85% in the control group (P<0.05). Knee function scores after treatment in two groups were both significantly improved (P<0.05) two groups had significant differance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation exercise and DAO application contribute to the functional recovery of dysfunction of knee joint caused by lower extremity fracture.  
摘要:Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Xiangdan injection for treating the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis. Method: Using cohort study method, 142 patients with different diseases agreed to the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis, and also agreed to use Xiangdan injection were regarded as the observation group by natural queue. Other 96 patients without Xiangdan injection treatment composed the control group. Result: Xiangdan injection could reduce the scores of the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis (P<0.01), and the total effectiveness was 89.43%, better than 72.91% in control group (P<0.01). In the observation group, eight cases (5.63%)showed mild-moderate adverse reaction. Conclusion: Xiangdan injection for treating the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis is effective, but needs to pay attention to the safety in clinical use.

摘要:Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is an important pathogen of lower respiratory tract infection in infants and young children. Because of high incidence and mortality, it has been of great concern for a long time. However, there is lack of vaccine and the therapeutic options for treatment of this disease are limited. The advantages of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of viral infection is attracting more attention. To explore novel anti-viral inhibitors of RSV from Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese compound formula is meaningful. This article reviewed recent experimental studies of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus infection.  
摘要:To study the anti-osteoporosis applications and mechanisms of Herba Epimedii and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi with the collation and analysis of litertures. Herba Epimedii, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and anti-osteoporosis as the subject headings are used to screen litertures in the last five years by CNKI and Pubmed, and then make an overview of anti- osteoporosis effects of Herba Epimedii and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi. This anticle summarizes the clinical application reports of anti-osteoporosis by Herba Epimedii and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, and analyzes the progress in the study of the mechanisms of anti-osteoporosis effect of the two herbs. Herba Epimedii and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi has made a significant effect in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, but the development of research is in its infancy, long-term efficacy of the compound preparation is inaccurate, and do not find the reports of the two herbs compatibility of anti-osteoporosis. So research on compatibility of the two herbs in the anti-osteoporosis has broad prospects.

摘要:Based on the Database, including ScienceDirect、JNP、ACS、Wiley Online and CiNii,retrieved by the search term of Curcuma and choreographied in chronological order. By the relevant reports, 190 compounds were isolated and identified from Curcuma currently, among which the main components were volatile oils and curcuminoids, and others were diterpenes, alkaloids, sterols, etc. Curcuma rich in volatile oil and known as a treasury of sesquiterpene compounds. This article reviewed the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects in Curcuma more comprehensive, and aimed to expand the material basis for the development of new drugs.  
摘要:This research provides three suggestions about the Fourth State General Survey of Chinese medicinal material resources in Xinjiang based on analysis of the current resources situation of natural medicinal materials. ① The comparison between traditional Uygur medicine and Chinese medicinal materials should be highly emphasized, and the collection of the ethnic medicine knowledge such like Uygur medicine must be enlarged. ② As the cultivation is an important part of the resources of Chinese medicinal materials in Xinjiang, the specialty cultivation should be gotten a great attention. ③ Draw on the experience of the Third general survey of resources of Chinese medicinal materials in China, more researches should be carried on the geographical variation of medicinal materials in Xinjiang. The relevant achievements of these researches can be used as reference to the Fourth general survey of resources of Chinese medicinal materials in China.
