摘要:Objective: To investigate the characteristics of drug application and combinational law of prescription in Gudao disease of Zhuang medicine. Method: Two hundred and seven prescriptions for Gudao disease in Zhuang medicine were collected, and the database containing the prescription information was established and analyzed with association rules. Result: Of the total 437 Zhuang herbs using in the 207 prescription, the top 15 high frequency Zhuang herbs, such as Rhizoma Iridis lectori, Exocarpium Citri Rubrum and Herba Tadehagi Triquetri, etc account for 1 452 times of total frequency. The association rule analysis showed that there were 12, 9 and 6 rules meet the requirement of minimum sport and the minimum confidence in bigeminy herbs, trigeminy herbs and tetragenus herbs using, respectively. Conclusion: Application of association rules analysis on discovery the inherent law of the Gudao disease was a practicability and the result can provide theoretical guide for clinical practice.  
摘要:Objective:Using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance System (TCMIS) to analyze the composing principles of the classical prescriptions for insomnia. Method: The classical prescriptions used for insomnia in the literature in nearly 57 years since 1955 were collected, then entered into the TCMIS, by using revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze composing principles. Result: Based on the analysis of 73 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed, 29 core combinations and 4 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: It preliminary reveals composing principles of the classical prescriptions for insomnia, and TCMIS can be used to analyze composing principles and discover new prescription.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize enzymatic hydrolysis conditions of proDer f 1,and investigate allergenicity of enzymatic hydrolysate. Method: With hydrolysis degree as index,optimum hydrolysis technology of proDer f 1 was investigated by orthogonal test using papain and trypsin;Allergenicity of enzymatic hydrolysate was tested by ELISA. Result: Temperature was main factor affecting hydrolysis effect of proDer f 1,optimal hydrolysis conditions of proDer f 1 digested by papain were as follows:pH 6.5,temperature 60 ℃,hydrolysis time 4 h,the amount of papain 4 000 U·g-1;Optimum hydrolysis conditions of trypsin was pH 8.0,temperature 45 ℃,hydrolysis time 4 h,the amount of enzyme 5 000 U·g-1.Compared with proDer f 1 allergen,ELISA analysis showed that allergens were reduced significantly of papain hydrolysate and trypsin hydrolysate,allergen of trypsin hydrolysate was lower than papain hydrolysate. Conclusion: Optimized enzymatic hydrolysis process of proDer f 1 protein was feasible,and after enzymatic hydrolysis of allergen,there was different degrees reduction of allergenicity,especially change of trypsin hydrolysate had the most significant.

摘要:Objective:To investigate feasibility of extraction and concentration technology for protein from Buthus martensii rapidly by wet superfine grinding-ultrafiltration method. Method: Pharmacodynamic difference of protein from B. martensii was compared by in vivo anticoagulant and in vivo antithrombotic experiments in rats,which were prepared by two different extraction technology(wet superfine grinding-ultrafiltration method and pepsin enzymatic hydrolysis method),in order to investigate feasibility of extraction and concentration for protein from B. martensii by wet superfine grinding-ultrafiltration method. Result: Protein from B. martensii through two kinds of extraction methods could both significantly prolong blood coagulation time and plasma APTT,PT,TT of rats.Furthermore, they could reduce dry and wet weight of rat arteriovenous thrombosis significantly,compared with physiological saline control group,there were statistically significant difference. Conclusion: After approved by in vivo anticoagulant and in vivo antithrombotic experiments in rats,it was feasible of wet superfine grinding-ultrafiltration method used to extract and concentrate protein from B. martensii rapidly.  
摘要:Objective:To screen microbial with attenuated efficiency for Aconitum carmichaeli by solid-state fermentation,and preliminary explore its biotransformation mechanism. Method: With A. carmichaeli powder as raw material,bacteria growth,the content of diester alkaloid and material composition changes as evaluation indexes, suitable bacteria for biotransformation of A. carmichaeli was screened by solid-state fermentation.Structure of new substances were preliminary identified by HPLC-MS,and in order to provide a theoretical basis for biotransformation feasibility of A. carmichaeli. Result: Biotransformation with aspergillus could reduce the content of aconitine, and added a new compound of benzoylaconitine with less toxic. Conclusion: Benzoylaconitine could achieve purpose of attenuated efficiency for A. carmichaeli,which provided a theoretical basis and feasibility to depth study of new processing method for A. carmichaeli.  
摘要:Objective:To study on optimum separation and purification technology conditions of genidenoside from extraction liquid of Gardenia jasminoides by macroporous resin. Method: With adsorption-elution volume, adsorption-elution rate as indexes,eight kinds of macroporous resins were selected by adsorption and desorption test,optimum separation and purification technology conditions of genidenoside was investigated by single factor test of static-dynamaic adsorption and desorption. Result: X-5 type macroporous resin had the best effect of separation and purification,its optimum separation and purification technology conditions were:the concentration of sample liquid 20.00 g·L-1,temperature 25 ℃, pH 5.0,eluent of 60% ethanol,flow rate of dynamaic adsorption 2.0 BV·h-1,sample solution volume 3.0 BV,flow rate of dynamaic desorption 3.0 BV·h-1,eluent volume 7.5 BV. Conclusion: This optimized method was feasible and reliable, it should be widely applied.

摘要:Objective:To prepare Ginkgo biloba extract stomach floating retention sustained-release tablet,and investigate its in vitro release property. Method: With floating time and floating start time as indexes,single factor test was used to investigate sustained framework material,start floating agent,the amount of HMPC and octadecanol;With composite score of cumulative release rate,floating start time and floating time as index,the amount of HPMC K4M,PVPP,octadecanol and effervescent were selected as factors,orthogonal test was designed to optimize prescription and preparation technology,and in vitro release mechanism of this sustained-release tablet was investigated. Result: Optimum prescription:mass fraction of HPMC K4M,PVPP,G. biloba extract,octadecanol and effervescent were 30%,2%,20%,48%,4%,respectively;with MCC as diluent agent to fill quality.Release dynamical model of G. biloba extract stomach floating retention sustained-release tablet was coincident with Higuchi equation. Conclusion: Prepared sustained-release tablet had good appearance,compressibility and release property,release mechanism of it was dual function of diffusion and dissolution.

摘要:Objective:To optimaize matrix formulation of Baijie Pingchuan gel ointment. Method: With appearance and shaped type,adhesion,membrane residue,skin to follow and peeling strength as indexes,matrix prescription and composition of Baijie Pingchuan gel ointment were optimized by uniform design method. Result: Optimal ratio of matrix was glycerol-sodium polyacrylate-carbomer-citric acid-aluminum chloride-kaolin pigment 4∶4.5∶0.2∶0.4∶0.2∶2.5. Conclusion: This optimized matrix had moderate adhesion,no film residue,and with better uniformity,spread property and skin to follow.

摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction and purification technology of Buxin Ruanmai granule. Method: With transfer rate of salidroside and yield of extract as comprehensive evaluation indexes,the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times were chosen as investigated factors,orthogonal design was used to optimize water extraction process of Rhodiola crenulata and four other Chinese herbal pieces from Buxin Ruanmai granule;With transfer rate of total flavonol glycoside as index,ethanol extraction technology of Ginkgo biloba piece was investigated by single factor test;With transfer rate and cleaning rate of salidroside as indexes,alcohol precipitation technology of water extraction liquid from Buxin Ruanmai granule was optimized by single factor test. Result: Optimized water extraction technology of R. crenulata and four other Chinese herbal pieces was:extracted 3 times with 8 times the amount of water,0.5 h each time;Optimized alcohol extraction technology was:extracted 2 times with 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol,1 h per time;Optimal alcohol precipitation conditions were as follows:water extraction liquid concentrated to its relative density of 1.10-1.15,slowly added 95% ethanol until the concentration of ethanol of 70%,stirring at the same time,precipitated 24 h in cold. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple,it could provide experimental basis for large-scale production of Buxin Ruanmai granule.

摘要:Objective:To optimize water extraction process of zhizichi decoction. Method: With the content of geniposide as index which was determined by HPLC,orthogonal test design was adopted to investigate influence of extraction times,extraction time and the amount of water on water extraction technology of Zhizichi decoction. Result: The best extraction technology conditions were as follows:extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of water for 20 minutes per time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was efficient,safe,simple.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize matrix prescription of Jiangni cataplasma. Method: With adhesion,uniformity of appearance,spread property and follow as comprehensive evaluation indexes,proportion and dosage of adhesive,the amount of moisturizing agent and crosslinking agent were chosen as factors,adjuvant prescription and preparation technology parameters was optimized by L16(45) orthogonal test;With in vitro transdermal drug release ratio as index,type and amount of transdermal absorbent was optimized by single factor. Result: Optimal matrix formulation was:proportion of adhesives(sodium polyacrykate-CMC-Na 4∶3),moisturizing agent(glycerol), crosslinking agent(aluminum trichloride),penetrating agent(azone-propylene 1∶1) to dry extract powder were 35∶100,160∶100,2∶100 and 30∶100,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible,and it could provide experimental basis to define preparation technology parameter of Jiangni cataplasma.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction technology of quercitrin from bark of Carya cathayensis,and establish its content determination method. Method: Ethanol reflux extraction method was conducted,extraction solution was absorbed by polyamide to remove dopant, then condensed, crystallized and recrystallized to obtain pure product. After identification by NMR, the content of quercitrin was determined by HPLC.Orthogonal test was used to investigate influence of the concentration of ethanol,extraction time and extraction times on yield of quercitrin. Result: NMR verified product as quercitrin,HPLC showed that quercitrin had a good linear relationship in the range of 4.8-91.2 mg·L-1,the content of quercitrin from bark of C. cathayensis was up to 8.37%.Optimum extraction technology was:reflux extracted 2 times with 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol,1 h per time,extraction rate of quercitrin 90%. Conclusion: Established content determination method of quercitrin from C. cathayensis was accurate and simple,optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize forming prescription of lutein microcapsule dispersible tablet. Method: With appearance,suspension,disintegration time and dissolution as comprehensive evaluation indexes,type and amount of filler and lubricant,type of disintegrating agent,wetting agent and swelling accessories were determined by single factor test,forming technology prescription of lutein microcapsule dispersible tablet was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Optimum forming prescription was:with consisted of 25%CMS-Na and PVPP(1∶1) as disintegrating agent,6% HPC as swelling accessory,and 70% ethanol as wetting agent.These prepared dispersible tablet could disintegrate completely within 80 s,dissolution was more than 90% within ten min. Conclusion: This optimized formulation was rational and stable with smooth appearance,rapid disintegration,high dissolution and good development prospect.

摘要:Objective:To prepare triptolide- folic acid chitosan nanoparticle with targeting,and study on its in vitro release property. Method: With particle size and PDI as indexes,influence of solution pH,reaction temperature,proportion and mass concentration of chitosan and sodium polyphosphate on preparation technology of chitosan nanoparticle were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal design;Optimum preparation technology was selected by coupling ratio of triptolide and chitosan,amino reaction of triptolide,folic acid active ester and chitosan,triptolide-folic acid chitosan nanoparticle was prepared by ionic crosslinking method.In vitro release property was examined by HPLC. Result: Optimum preparation technology was as following:reaction temperature 25 ℃,solution pH of 3.5,chitosan-sodium polyphosphate 3∶1,the mass concentration of chitosan and sodium polyphosphate of all 0.3%.Average particle size of prepared nanoparticle was about 170 nm,PDI was about 0.21.Release rate of drug-loading nanoparticle reached equilibrium after 4 h,the maximum release rate was about 68%. Conclusion: Quality of triptolide-folic acid chitosan nanoparticle was stable and reliable,which was prepared by optimized preparation technology,and optimized technology was simple.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize ultrasonic assisted extraction technology of polyphenol from fruit of Cerasus humilis,and compare the content of polyphenol from peel, pulp, juice and other parts in Jingou 1, Jingou 2 and B7-1 of different varieties of C. humilis. Method: Single factor test was used to investigate influence of the concentration of ethanol,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and temperature on ultrasonic extraction effect of polyphenol from fruit of C. humilis,and extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test.Difference of the content of polyphenol was compared,which were in different parts of fruit from different varieties of C. humilis. Result: Optimal ultrasonic assisted extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 75 min with 25 times the amount of 40% ethanol at 70 ℃,under these conditions,yield of pilyphenol was up to 16.3 mg·g-1.The content of polyphenol was in order of peel>edible parts (removal kernal)>pulp>juice in three varieties. Conclusion: It suggested that difference in the content of polyphenol from peel and pulp among different varieties were found,and this study provided a theoretical basis for comprehensive utilization and depth processing industry in peel of C. humilis in the future.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize matrix prescription of compound Huangbai anti-inflammatory analgesic cataplasm. Method: With holding adhesive power as index,the amount of sodium polyacrylate,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,aluminum trichloride and glycerol were chosen as factors,matrix formulation of compound Huangbai anti-inflammatory analgesic cataplasm was optimized by orthogonal design. Result: Optimal matrix formulation of sodium polyacrylate-sodium carboxymethyl cellulose-aluminum trichloride-glycerol was 13∶6∶6∶100. Conclusion: Prepared compound Huangbai anti-inflammatory analgesic cataplasm had good initial adhesive power,holding adhesive power,skin conformability,and showed good compatibility of matrix and compound extract.

摘要:Objective:To explore forming prescription and preparation technology of sugar-free Jianpi granule, and verify its rationality and feasibility. Method: Forming prescription and preparation technology of sugar-free Jianpi granule and Jianpi granule were compared, and this two kinds of granule were identified quantitatively and qualitatively by HPLC and TLC. Result: Prepared sugar-free Jianpi granule with lactose and dextrin complied with requirement of 2010 edition 'Chinese Pharmacopoeia’;Atractylodes macrocephala,Citrus reticulata and Citrus aurantium from two kinds of granule could be identified by TLC;The mass fraction of hesperidin from sugar-free Jianpi granule was 10.15 mg·g-1,but hesperidin from Jianpi granule was 10.64 mg·g-1. Conclusion: Sugar-free Jianpi granule could completely replace Jianpi granule, because it had advantages of stable quality,low dosage and large scope of clinical application with removing medication restriction of ban sugar patients.

摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction technology conditions of total flavonoids from residues of Stevia rebaudiana. Method: With yield of total flavonoids as index,effect of the concentration of ethanol,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and reflux extraction times on yield of total flavonoids from S. rebaudiana were studied by single-factor test;Basis on single factor test,the concentration of ethanol,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature were chosen as factors,extraction technology of total flavonoids from residues of S. rebaudiana was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Influence of various factors on yield of total flavonoids were in order of solid-liquid ratio>extraction time>the concentration of ethanol>extraction temperature. Optimum extraction technology was:reflux extracted 3 times with 20 times the amount of 80% ethanol at 80 ℃,extraction time of 2.5 h,yield of total flavonoids of 4.21%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple,reliable and safe with low cost,and it benefited to rational utilization of S. rebaudiana resources.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize purification technology of tea-polyphenol from tea stalk by macroporous resin,and provide a reference for secondary development of tea stalk. Method: Static absorption-desorption and dynamic adsorption-desorption was used to select the best one from 9 different type macroporous resin;With the content of tea-polyphenol as index,purification technology parameters of tea polyphenol were optimized by single factor test. Result: LX-18 type resin showed the best purifying profile,its optimum technology conditions were as follows:crude drugs-dry resin weight 1∶1,adsorption rate of 2 mL·min-1,eluted by 10 BV distilled water and 10 BV 50% ethanol;Purity of tea polyphenol was 53.79%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and feasible with good purification effect,so it could provide a reference for development of related products of tea polyphenol.

摘要:Objective:To optimize of extraction technology of antibacterial substances from Eugenia caryophyllata. Method: With malassezia furfur as test bacteria,antibacterial effect was tested by cup-plate method,extraction technology of extract from E. caryophyllata was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:refluxing extracted 2 h with 25 times the amount of 70% ethanol at 65 ℃.diameter of inhibition zone was (23.08±0.46) mm,antibacterial activity was hypersensitive. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible.

摘要:Objective:To explore the influence of prescription factors on the release of water-soluble retard tablets with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC) matrix. Method: In the single factor experiments, the cumulative release rate was detected by UV spectrophotometry to analyze the effects of various formulation factors to the release of four water-soluble retard tablets with HPMC matrix. Result: The amount of HPMC in the drug is the most important factor to influence the drug solubility; the second important influencing factor is viscosity of HPMC, but the influence of bulking agent type and tablet hardness were weak. The influence of the block agent amount, the lubricant type or tablet surface area and size can be neglected. Conclusion: This article summarizes the law of retard tablets and provides a reference for the research of water-soluble retard tablets with HPMC matrix.  
摘要:Objective:To establish fingerprint of purified total alkaloids from processed Strychnos nux-vomica by HPLC-DAD,and provide a new method for quality control of S. nux-vomica. Method: The contents of brucine,strychnine and brucine N-oxide from purified total alkaloids of S. nux-vomica were determined by HPLC,and fingerprint was investigated.Analytical conditions of content determination were:Superstar C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.01 mol·L-1 1-heptane sulfonate and 0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate mixed with equal amount(adjusted pH to 2.8 with 10% phosphonic acid) (24∶76),analysis time 20 min,column tempreture 30 ℃,detection wavelength at 264 nm;Analysis conditions of fingerprints were on Superstar C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), acetonitrile(A)- 0.2∶0.2)](B) as mobile phase with a method of gradient elution(0-21 min, 10%-16%A;21-55 min,16%-40%A;55-65 min,10%A),parsing time 65 min,column tempreture 30 ℃,UV detection wavelength at 254 nm. Result: Parameters of content determination and fingerprint analysis of total alkaloids from S. nux-vomica were in line with requirements of 2010 edition ‘Chinese Pharmacopoeia’;Content analysis of 10 batches of purified total alkaloids samples from S. nux-vomica showed that mass fraction of brucine,strychnine and brucine N-oxide were 32.3%-37.5%,15.0%-18.4% and 0.19%-0.23%,respectively; Fingerprint analysis of each batch of samples showed 10 common peaks and fingerprint similarity were all above 97.0%. Conclusion: Combination of content determination and fingerprint could well reflect the overall quality of total alkaloids from S. nux-vomica,preparation process of depurated total alkaloids from processed S. nux-vomica was stable,reproducible,reliable,so it was an effective quality analysis and evaluation method.

摘要:Objective:To analyze the components of volatile oil from Liquidambar formosana leaves by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Method: The constituents of volatile oil extracted with steam distillation from maple leaves were analyzed by GC-MS. A capillary column DB-5 was used. The column temperature was controlled by a program and the MS analysis was performed with EI and quadrupole mass analyzer. The chemical composition was identified by NIST05 searching and mass spectra comparing and the relative content was calculated by area normalization method. Result: The result showed that 25 compounds which accounted for 92.81% of crude volatile oil were identified. Among the compounds, 18 compounds were terpines, 5 compounds were aliphatics and 2 compounds were aromatics. The major constituents were α-pinene (34.48%), β-pinene (19.25%) and limonene (26.97%). Conclusion: The terpines were the major components of the volatile oil, besides pharmacological components. Ten kinds of components of volatile oil were first reported. The result provided a scientific basis for understanding the constituents of volatile oil and further exploitation of Liquidambar formosana leaves.  
摘要:Objective:Identification and quality evaluation of complex traditional Chinese medicine preparation of Qinbaiqingfeinongsuo Pills were carried out by HPLC fingerprint analysis. Method: UV-ELSD fingerprint of Qinbaiqingfeinongsuo Pills was conducted with Zorbax column and non-linear elution with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1.5%glacial acetic acid and detective wavelength was set at 280 nm. Result: Components of Qinbaiqing feinongsuo Pills were separated completely in the chromatographic condition. The standard fingerprint consisted 10 co-possessing peaks. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprint represents the whole character of Qinbaiqingfeinongsuo Pills. The method is found to be simple and accurate which enhanced the specialty for control and assessment of the product quality.

摘要:Objective:To determine the content of puerarin in dry pills of Xiaoke pills rapidly by near-infrared spectroscopy. Method: Near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy technology was used to collect NIR spectra of the dry pills. With HPLC analysis values as reference, the fast determination method for puerarin was established with partial least squares (PLS). Result: R2, RMSECV and RPD of the calibration model for puerarin were 0.948 2, 0.248 and 4.40, respectively. The average relative deviation of the predication set was 3.51%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, fast and simple, which could be generalized to the quality monitor of intermediates and on-line quality control in the manufacture process of the Xiaoke pills.  
摘要:Objective:To determine the conversion rate of baicalein of S. baicalensis and S. baicalensis decoction pieces from different factories, and study the processing quality of S. baicalensis decoction pieces. Method: The content of baicalin and baicalein of S. baicalensis and S. baicalensis decoction pieces from different factories was determined. The content of baicalein after ultrasound combined with self-enzymolysis was determined by calculated respective conversion rate of baicalein. Result: The conversion rate of baicalein of radix scutellariae was 81.1%. The conversion rate of baicalein of S. baicalensis decoction pieces processed by pharmacopoeias method was 5.3%. The conversion rates of baicalein of S. baicalensis decoction pieces from different factories were 76.3% and 73.0%, 54.81%, 52.7%, 61.3% and 71.5%. Conclusion: The processing quality of S. baicalensis was low.

摘要:Objective:The free and total ferulic acid content in dried and fresh Angelica sinensis Radix was measured by HPLC. Method: Free and total ferulic acid content was determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid (17∶83) as mobile phase at temperature of 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detected wavelength was set at 316 nm; the injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The linear relationship of free and total ferulic acid was excellent within the range of 0.024 2-0.121 0 μg and 0.024 2-0.192 36 μg, and the recovery rates were 96.34% and 97.35%, respectively. The free ferulic acid in dried A. sinensis Radix of 2009 was the highest and the total ferulic acid in fresh A. sinensis Radix was the highest. Conclusion: This method was simple and accurate with good repeatability and stability. It will help to improve the quality control of A. sinensis Radix.

摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of mesaconitine,hypaconitine,aconitine in Bitong medicated wine. Method: A Agela Promosil-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was adopted, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran (25∶15, phase A), 0.1 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate(containing 0.5 mL glacial acetic acid per 1 000 mL, phase B) with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was at 235 nm. Result: The linear range of mesaconitine was 0.118 9 -0.990 9 μg (r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.07% with RSD of 1.7%. The linear range of hypaconitine was 0.074 5-0.621 0 μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.08% with RSD of 1.5%.The linear range of aconitine was 0.009 4-0.078 3 μg(r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.32% with RSD of 2.0%. Conclusion: The developed method was reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Bitong medicated wine.  
摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of eight major compounds in Mailuoning injection, including chlorogenic acid, neochlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, cinnamic acid, 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid. Method: The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.8% acetic acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm for chlorogenic acid, neochlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and 278 nm for cinnamic acid. The injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The linear ranges of eight compounds were as follows: 2.57-25.7 mg·L-1(r=0.999 7) for chlorogenic acid, 2.05-20.5 mg·L-1(r=0.999 7) for neochlorogenic acid, 2.26-22.6 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9) for cryptochlorogenic acid, 1.92-19.2 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9) for caffeic acid, 1.16-11.6 mg·L-1(r=0.999 7) for cinnamic acid, 2.282-22.82 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8) for 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 1.839-18.39 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8) for 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and 2.194-21.94 mg·L-1(r=0.999 7) for 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid. The average recoveries were 95.26%(RSD 1.21%),96.03%(RSD 1.09%),97.25%(RSD 2.18%),100.98%(RSD 1.98%),97.44%(RSD 2.38%),97.78%(RSD 2.24%),98.37%(RSD 2.15%),95.82%(RSD 2.30%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is convenient, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility and could be used for the quality control of Mailuoning injection.

摘要:Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine in Sini decoction. Method: Hypersil C18 was used as chromatographic separation column, and methanol-0.2% triethylamine (pH adjusted to 5.3 with CH3COOH) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 230nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was set at 25 ℃. Result: Aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine were linear in the range of 0.875-28 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8),1.125-36 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9) and 0.812-26 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8), respectively. Their average recoveries were 94.9% for aconitine, 100.2% for hypaconitine and 99.9% for mesaconitine, respectively. Conclusion: The established method is convenient and can be helpful for the quality control of Sini decoction.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determination of the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid in Xielongjiegu powder. Method: The quantitative analysis was carried out by HPLC with a Inertsil C8-3 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid-tetrahydrofuran(28∶70∶2) with a flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.Detection wavelength was set at 340 nm. Result: The linear ranges for hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid were 11.13-111.35 mg·L-1 and 3.42-34.2 mg·L-1respectively. The average recoveries were 100.35% and 99.23%. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and recovery. It is suitable for the determination of the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid in Xielongjiegu powder.

摘要:Objective:To study the volatile oil composition differences from Four of Cyperus rotundus of Jianchangbang and raw materials of Cyperus rotundus, and discuss the influence of Jianchangbang processing method on the volatile components. Method: The comparative analysis was performed with HPLC and GC-MS on the constituents of volatile oil of Rhizoma Cyperi before and after processing. Result: the HPLC method showed that the principal component of Four of Cyperus rotundus and raw materials Rhizoma Cyperi (relative peak area of more than 10%) had no significant differences (including 3). The relative peak area of main component was slightly different. The results of GC-MS detection showed that Four of Cyperus rotundusand health products of Rhizoma Cyperi contained a number of different compounds. 33 kinds of compounds of volatile oil extract from Rhizoma Cyperi raw materials were distinguished, and 41 kinds of compounds were distinguished from Four of Cyperus rotundus volatile oil extract. But the main components had no obvious difference. The relative peak area of principal component from volatile oil by preparation method was in overall downward trend. Conclusion: 20 components of volatile oil extracts from Four of Cyperus rotundus are increased compared with crude volatile oil extracts of Cyperus rotundus, but the relative peak areas of principal component are comparatively different. HPLC method and GC-MS analysis get the consistent results.

摘要:Objective:A HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of liensinine, isoliensinine and neferine in Nelumbinis Plumula and the amounts of alkaloids in Nelumbinis Plumula from ten different areas of Fujian province were determined. Method: A Platisil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(55∶45)(adjusted pH to 9.8 using ethanediamine) at detection wavelength of 282 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The linear ranges of liensinine, isoliensinine and neferine were 3.9-115.9 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8),4.0-120.7 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8),9.7-290.2 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8) respectively. The average recoveries were 100.24%,99.17%,100.10%,and RSD were 0.78%,1.31%,1.40% respectively. Most of the amounts of total alkaloids in Nelumbinis Plumula from ten different areas of Fujian Province were 1.50-2.00%. Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive, accurate and reliable for the determination of three alkaloids in Nelumbinis Plumula. The amount of total alkaloids in Nelumbinis Plumula named Jihe from Jianning was 2.28% and it was the highest in the ten samples.

摘要:Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of C. indicum to provide the basis for the standards of quality control and identification of the Chinese crude drug. Method: The HPLC method was used on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid as mobile phase by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 290 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1; the sample injection was 10 μL. Result: HPLC fingerprints of 16 samples of C. indicum were established. 16 common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks in 11 samples. Among the obtained fingerprints, most of the detected peaks were separated effectively. 11 samples had high similarities. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprint has desirable accuracy, repeatability and stability, which can be used for one of the quality control of C. indicum.

摘要:Objective:Compare the content of the fat oil and the euphorbia factor L1 of semen euphorbiae seed kernel before and after oil-releasing. Method: Soxhlet extraction was used to extract the fat oil and determine content. The content of euphorbia factor L1 were determined by HPLC. An Agilent rx-sil column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used with normal hexane-ethyl acetate-acetonitrile (87.5∶10∶2.5) as the mobile phase, the flow velocity was at 1.0 mL·min-1, UV detection was at 275 nm and temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The content of the fat oil and the euphorbia factor L1 of normal semen euphorbiae seed kernel were 62.48% and 1.20%. The content of the fat oil and the euphorbia factor L1 of oil-releasing semen euphorbiae seed kernel was 53.66% and 1.10%. Conclusion: The content of the fat oil and the euphorbia factor L1 of oil-releasing semen euphorbiae seed kernel was reduced.

摘要:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the root of Cinnamomum camphora. Method: The essential oil was obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction(SFE).Extraction conditions were: extracting 2 h at 50 ℃,25 MPa.Separation and determination of the extract were performed by GC-MS,structures were identified with computer retrieval technology,calculated the relative content of the extract with chromatographic peak area normalization method. Result: The extraction efficiency of SFE was 1.7%, 54 chemical constituents were separated and identified,39 chemical compositions which matching degree above 90%,accounting for 70.37% of total volatile oil.Main constituents include safrole(29.44%), elemicin(23.58%), stigmast-5-en-3-ol(12.43%), linoleic acid(11.32%),benzyl benzoate(4.64%), elaidinic acid(3.37%),etc. Conclusion: This paper reports the conditions of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction of the root C. camphora and research the composition of volatile oils by GC-MS for the first time.Provides a basis for the use and in-depth study.

摘要:Objective:To determine and compare the main effective constituent (geniposide and crocin-1) content of Gardenia jasminoides in Chongqing Hou-shan and other domestic by ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Method: The samples were separated at 30 ℃ on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7 μm) column eluted with methanol and water containing 0.2% phosphate acid as mobile phases in a linear gradient mode. Flow rate was set at 0.3 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength were set at 238 nm and 440 nm. Result: The calibration curve of geniposide was linear within the range from 0.008 1 to 1.300 g·L-1 (r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 99.6% (RSD 1.24%). The calibration curve of crocin-1 was linear within the range from 0.008 7 to 1.392 g·L-1 (r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 101.0% (RSD 1.9%). Conclusion: The developed method was proved to be simple, reliable and useful by analysis of the samples from different areas, and the experimental result could provide scientific reference for quality evaluation and offer basis for further exploitation and utilization of G. jasminoides in Hou-Shan area, Chongqing Province.

摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of salvianolic acid B in Danxi Granula. Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% formic acid (40∶60) with the detection wavelength at 286 nm; the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: A good linear correlation of salvianolic acid B was observed within the range of (0.207-8.264) g (r=0.999 9), with the average recovery was 100.20% (RSD 1.14%). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good specificity and reproducibility, and it can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Danxi Granula.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of cholesterol content in different kinds egg yolk; and comparing study on cholesterol content in the yolks by different cooking methods was made in the article. Method: Saponification bath with 2.0 mol·L-1 KOH-EtOH, using gas chromatography determination after petroleum ether extraction. Column temperature program:maintaining at 200 ℃ for 4 min, up to 300 ℃ by 12 ℃·min-1, keeping 10 min. Injector temperature 260 ℃; FID detector temperature was 300 ℃; nitrogen flow rate was 30 mL·min-1; hydrogen flow rate was 47 mL·min-1; air flow rate: 400 mL·min-1. Result: Cholesterol checked within 20 min, linear relationship was good within the range of 1.2-7.2 μg (r=0.999 4). The precision (RSD 0.16%) and repeatability (RSD 2.5%) of this method was good and the recovery was between 97.53%-101.92%. Cholesterol content of different eggs: local eggs>normal eggs>duck eggs, general eggs, quail eggs (little difference between the three); the results of cholesterol content by comparing different cooking methods of eggs was: boiled eggs>normal eggs>tea eggs. Conclusion: Gas chromatography as a rapid method for cholesterol content determination in egg yolk has characteritics as small amount of reagent, easy operation and accurate results etc.

摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard of Toufengtong pill. Method: Chuanxiong in the Toufengtong pill was identifed by TLC. The content of imperatorin was determined by HPLC. Result: The TLC spots developed were fairly and simply identical. There was a good linear relationship for imperatorin with in the range of 0.323 2-1.616 μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.0%(RSD 0.84%). Conclusion: This method is sensitve, accurate, reproducible and specific, it can be used for the quality control of Toufengtong pill.

摘要:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining paeoniflorin content in Lidan Zhitong capsules. Method: The content of paeoniflorin from Radix paeoniad rubra was idetermined by HPLC. The Agilent Extend-C18 column (4 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15∶85) as mobile phase; the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm; flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. Number of theoretical plates by paeoniflorin peak calculation should not be less than 4 000. Result: The calibration curve of paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0.144-0.720 μg.RSD of precision was 0.54%. RSD of stability was 1.17%. RSD of reproducibility was 1.48%. The average recovery was 97.77% with RSD of 1.48%. Conclusion: The method is selective and sensitive, can be used for quality of control of Lidan Zhitong capsule.  
摘要:Objective:To establish Dioscorea nipponica HPLC fingerprint. Method: The separation was performed on a Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column,with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase for gradient elution; the UV detector was set at 203 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. There were 28 samples of wild and cultivated from various places to be analyzed. There were 12 samples selected by principal component analysis (PCA), the result of cluster analysis was similar with PCA, except one sample which had been eliminated. 11 samples were selected to establish the common pattern of the fingerprint. Result: 14 marked common peaks were established, inspection results of the method were good, the similarities of 11 samples were more than 0.866. Conclusion: The method provides an academic reference for the quality control of Dioscorea nipponica.  
摘要:Objective:to build a high performance liquid chromatography on determination of the polydatin and bergenin in Gandujing Pill. Method: C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (20∶80), methanol-water (20∶80), wavelength detection at 303, 275 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Polydatin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.121 2-0.323 2 μg (r=0.999 9); the average recovery was 97.99% with RSD of 0.69%. Bergenin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.148 5-0.396 μg (r=0.999 9); the average recovery was 98.65% with RSD of 0.92%. Conclusion: The method with good repeatability is simple and accurate, which provides a basis for quality control of the Gandujing Pill.

摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC-DAD-ELSD method for the simultaneous determination of spinosin, jujuboside A, jujuboside B and betulinic acid in Semen Ziziphi Spinosa dispersible tablet. Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Venusil XBP reversed phase C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) analytical column by a gradient elution program with acetonitrile-water (containing 0.1% acetic acid) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was at 25 ℃ and the optimum detection wavelength of DAD was set at 335 nm, the evaporator tube temperature of ELSD was set at 100 ℃ with the nebulizing gas flow rate of 2.9 L·-1. Result: The linear range of spinosin, jujuboside A, jujuboside B and betulinic acid were 3.36-32.36(r=0.999 2), 1.12-11.24(r=0.999 6), 1.36-13.56(r=0.999 7) 5.04-50.45 μg·g-1 (r=0.999 3), respectively. The average recoveries were 99.23% (RSD 1.51%),101.25 % (RSD 1.49%), 98.63% (RSD 2.57%), 102.09% (RSD 0.72%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate,it can be used for the quality control of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae dispersible tablet.  
摘要:Objective:To study the content changes of Saikosaponin a, b1, b2, h in the process of the preparation of Saiko decoction. Method: A HPLC method was employed, which was carried out on a Hypersial C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution of acetonitrile-water (0-70 min, 28∶78-50∶50). The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The wavelength was set at 210 and 254 nm. Result: The contents of saikosaponins vary greatly with the time of decoction. The content of saikosaponin a, which decreased with the decoction time, tended to be stable after 4 hours. However the content of saikosaponin b1,b2,h increased with the decoction time. The content of saikosaponin b1 was also in the ascent stage after 5 hours. The saikosaponin b2 reached its stability stage after 2 hours. And the saikosaponin h tended to be stable after 4 hours. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to the influence of decoction process when research was carried out on the chemical constitution compatible regularity of saiko. This paper set foundation to the research model of compatible regularity for the Chinese crude medicines containing unstable chemical constitutions.  
摘要:Objective:To compare and analyze the quality of different germplasm type of Fructus Crataegi in Northeast of China by determining their components content. Method: Content of organic acid was idetermined with acid-base titration, content of soluble sugar and total flavonoids were determined with UV spectrophotometry and the content of rutin, hyperin and quercetin was determined with RP-HPLC. Cluster analysis method and difference significance test of statistics method were also adopted in finally result analysis. Result: Content of components varied with germplasm type. Conclusion: ‘Mian Shanlihong’ has medical value and higher edible value;‘Tie Shanlihong’ has low edible value and higher medical value.  
摘要:Objective:A new method based on the HPLC scaveng enzyme inhibition activity and HPLC MS/MS method for the identification of active constituent from glycyrrhiza extract was developed. Method: Glycyrrhiza extract was separated by HPLC and the outlet of HPLC photo diode array detector flow cell was receiving every 30s. Enzyme inhibition react with tyrosinase in post column reaction and IMARK detect at 419 nm. Result and Conclusion: The results showed that 4 compounds in glycyrrhiza extract have scavenging enzyme inhibition activity, and all the 4 compounds including Liquiritin, methyl 18α-hydroxyglycyrrhetate, licochalcone C,18α-glycyrrhetic acid were identified by MS/MS spectrogram and UV spectrum.  
摘要:Objective:The feasibility of application of near infrared spectroscopy fast identification method in Chinese patent medicine was studied. Method: Seventeen species of commonly false Chinese patent medicine are selected to establish a night-time ozone profile(NIR) model, which is tested in both laboratory room and practical application. Result: The near infrared spectroscopy identification method could identify the true and false of Chinese patent medicines more accurately. The accuracy rate of different kinds was 80%-100%. Conclusion: There is practical value in the application of near infrared spectroscopy fast identification method in Chinese patent medicine. At present, there is certain blank in relevant research, thus, it deserves further study, popularization and application.  
摘要:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the n-butanol extract of Stelmatocrypton khasianum. Method: The n-butanol extract was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, HP-20 and Sephadex LH-20.Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data (1H-NMR,13C-NMR). Result: Five compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extract. They were identified as pregn-4-ene-3,20-dione ( 1 ), 3β,5β-pregn-20-one-3-ol ( 2 ),3α-hydroxy-5β-pregnan-20-one ( 3 ), 2β-hydroxy subergorgic acid methyl ester ( 4 ), suberosanoe ( 5 ). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.

摘要:Objective:In order to guide cross breeding and artificial pollination. Method: We studied effects of plant growth regulators on pollen germination and tube growth in Amomum kravanh with pollen in vitro . Result: The results showed that: different plant growth regulators have a different effect on pollen germination and pollen tube growth in vivo . 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA), GA showed a strong inhibitory effect on pollen germination and pollen tube growth in all concentrations of the experiment in A. kravanh; naphthylacetate can promote the pollen germination and pollen tube growth at a concentration of 0.5 mg·L-1; the promotion concentration for boric acid is at 100-200 mg·L-1 range, the optimal concentration is 100 mg·L-1; paclobutrazol inhibits pollen germination in A. kravanh, inhibitory effect weakened with the increased of paclobutrazol concentration, 800 mg·L-1 concentration of paclobutrazol can promote pollen germination in A. kravanh. Conclusion: In the production practice, spraying a certain concentration of naphthyl acetic acid(NAA),boric acid or paclobutrazol in the flowering period can promote pollen germination and pollen tube growth, and improve fruit set rate of Amomum Kravanh.

摘要:Objective:To establish a rapid RP-HPLC method for the determination and to study the pharmacokinetics of gentiopicroside after ig the total iridoid glucosides (TIG) extracted from Gentiana macophlla in rats and to assess the effect of other component in the TIG extracted from Gentiana macophlla. Method: The rats were orally treated with the TIG extracted from Gentiana macophlla. Plasma in centrifuge tube heparinized was separated by centifugation at 4 000 r·min-1 for 10 min, and five times acetonitrile in volume was added to deposit proteins. After centrifugalized, the concentration of gentiopicroside in plasma was determined by RP-HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with Kinetic software. Result: A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of gentiopicroside from 33.5 to 4 020.0 μg·L-1, and the lowest limit of detection of gentiopicroside in plasma was 6.7 μg·L-1. The mean extraction recoveries were 80.82%, 97.38% and 89.10% for high, middle, low concentrations of the samples respectively. The concentration-time profiles of gentiopicroside were fit with noncompartment model. The main pharmacokinetics parameters t1/2, Tmax, Cmax, MRT, HVD, AUC(0~∞), CL(s) were relatively stable. Conclusion: The method applied for determination of gentiopicroside content in blood was quick, simple, accurate, sensitive and feasible for the study of the gentiopicroside pharmacokinetics in rats.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb. extract (COE) on invasion and migration of human gastric carcinoma MGC-803 cells. Method: The human gastric carcinoma MGC-803 cells were divided into negative and positive control group and COE groups (20, 40, 80 mg·L-1, respectively). The cytotoxicity effect was measured by using the MTT assay. The invasion and migration ability of MGC-803 were assayed by transwell assay. The expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2 and MMP-9 in MGC-803 were examined by western blot assay. Result: COE suppressed the proliferation of MGC-803 cells in a time and does-dependent manner. The concentrations of 40, 80 mg·L-1 of COE significantly inhibited the invasion and migration activity of MGC-803 cells. In addition, the expression levels of MMP-2, MMP-9 were dramatically suppressed by COE in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion: COE could obviously inhibit the migration and invasion ability of MGC-803 cells. Its mechanism may be related to the down-regulated expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9.

摘要:Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of Xianling Gubao (XLGB) extracts by microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) and traditional extraction(TE) on osteoporosis, and to provide data for the further generalization of MAE and clinical application of XLGB. Method: Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: normal control group, osteoporosis model group, Fosamax group, middle-dose of XLGB by TE group(1.0 g·kg-1), low-dose of XLGB by MAE group(0.33 g·kg-1), middle-dose of XLGB by MAE group(1.0 g·kg-1), high-dose of XLGB by MAE group(3.0 g·kg-1). In the morning all the rats except the normal control group were given retinoic acid (80 mg·kg-1)through intragastric administration for 2 weeks, at the same time in the afternoon all the rats except the normal control group and the osteoporosis model group were given corresponding drugs once per day for 4 weeks. After that, bone density (BMD) of tibial metaphysis, femoral metaphysis and lumbar were determined. Result: Compared with the normal control group, the BMD of tibial metaphysic (0.267 5±0.011 9) g·cm-2, femoral metaphysic (0.228 9±0.015 2) g·cm-2 and lumbar (0.247 1±0.012 6) g·cm-2 of the osteoporosis model group were obviously decreased (P<0.01); compared with the osteoporosis model group, the BMD of tibial metaphysis, femoral metaphysis and lumbar of all the administration group were obviously increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01); compared with middle-dose of XLGB by TE group(0.272 7±0.013 3) g·cm-2, the BMD of tibial metaphysis of middle-dose of XLGB by MAE group (0.283 3±0.020 0)g·cm-2 were obviously increased (P<0.05); only did the BMD of tibial metaphysic (0.290 1±0.014 3)g·cm-2, femoral metaphysic (0.251 5±0.006 7)g·cm-2and lumbar(0.261 7±0.007 9)g·cm-2 of the high-dose of XLGB by MAE group have no obvious differences with Fosamax group. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of XLGB by MAE on osteoporosis was exact and dose dependent. The effect of XLGB by MAE was better than that by TE. It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the therapeutic effect and safety of MAE.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of the flavonoids of Ilex pubescens on blood stasis with cerebral ischemia in rats. Method: Dexamethasone was used to induce blodd stasis model. Suspension of flavonoids of I. pubescens was given for 10 days, the carotid artery was blocked for 30 min 1 h after administration of determining on the day 11.Viscosity of whole blood was measured and brain tissue was collected for HE staining and determination of lactic acid(LD), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), adenosine triphosphate(ATP) enzyme levels and malondialdehyde(MDA) content. Result: The model of blood stasis with cerebral ischemia was successfully induced. Compared with model group the large and medium doses of the flavonoids of I. pubescens could reduce the viscosity of whole blood significantly,the value was (7.25±1.78),(7.52±1.06),(8.75±2.02),(9.26±1.35),(17.06±3.77),(18.36±2.29)mPa·s. The small dose of the flavonoids of I.pubescens could reduce the whole blood viscosity,value being (7.92±2.32)mPa·s. The medium dose of the flavonoids of I. pubescens could reduce the LD content(3.51±0.69)mmol·g-1, increased LDH level(1 822.2±128.0)U·mg-1 significantly and lower MDA content (2.66±0.42)nmol·mg-1,The large and medium dose of the flavonoids of I.pubescens could significantly improve the Na+-K+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP activity,values were (8.230±0.633),(8.53±0.52),(7.15±0.20),(7.98±0.24),(8.17±0.33),(8.54±0.29)μmol·mg-1·h-1. The medium dose of the flavonoids of I. pubescens could significantly improve the Ca2+-ATPase activity(8.84±1.00)μmolpi·mg-1·h-1. The small dose of the flavonoids of I.pubescens could significantly improve the Na+-K+-ATPase activity(7.94±0.16)μmol·mg-1·h-1. Each group of the flavonoids of I.pubescens could significant improvement the pathological changes in brain tissue. Conclusion: The flavonoids of I.pubescens can improve the cerebral ischemia injury of the blood stasis with cerebral ischemia.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects and mechanism of the serum containing Buyang Huanwu decoction on endothelial dysfunction induced by homoeysetine(Hcy) in human umbilical vein endothelial cell. Method: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (Eahy926) were incubated with Hcy.Cell viability,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the medium were determined and the concentrations of sICAM-1(by ELISA), TNF-α(by ELISA) in the conditioned medium. The activity of NF-κB was determined by fluorescence microscopy and the expression of I-κBα protein were measured via Western-blot. Result: Incubation of Eahy926 with different concentrations of the serumcontaining Buyang Huanwu decoction (5%, 10%, 20%)enhanced cell viability. Pretreatment with the serum containing Buyang Huanwu decoction 10%, 20% group improved activity of SOD·mL-1] compared with the model group (11.44±1.00) U·mL-1,P<0.01;decreased the levels of LDH,MDA(1.62±0.06),(1.47±0.18)nmol·L-1, compared with the model group (1.89±0.25) nmol·L-1,P<0.01; down-regulated the content of sICAM-1(0.93±0.11),(1.00±0.14) μg·L-1and TNF-α(63.71±2.64),(66.22±4.43)ng·L-1,compared with the model group(2.32±0.23) μg·L-1,(125.67±2.69)ng·L-1,P<0.05;as well as markedly inhibited the increased activity of NF-κB. Conclusion: The serum containing Buyang Huanwu decoction could prevent endothelial dysfunction induced by Hcy and inhibition the activity of NF-κB may be its mechanism of preventing.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Lingxue Huoxue capsule complete ingredients (LC) and its Liangxue(LX) and Jiedu(JD) components on proliferation, activation and cytokine production of activated T lymphocytes, which simulate the key pathological aspects of psoriasis in vitro, under the guidance of therapeutic 'cooling blood and detoxification’. To investigate the scientific basis of TCM therapeutic principles. Method: Jurkat T cell lines were stimulated with phorbol 12, 13-dibutyrate(PDB) and ionomycin(Iono) in vitro to simulate the key pathological aspects of psoriasis. Lingxue Huoxue capsule complete ingredients were divided into LX and JD groups. Serum pharmacological method was used for the experiments. The CCK-8 assay was used for T cell proliferation, flow cytometry was adapted to CD69 expression, and the level of cytokines was measured by enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) in this study. Result: LC and its LX and JD components significantly inhibited the T lymphocyte activities and obviously inhibited CD69 expression, decreased the level of IFN-γ,IL-2 and TNF-α. Among the three groups, LC group was the superior, particularly in cells activities and TNF-α production. The inhibition of JD group was stronger than LX group's, except for the secretions of IL-2 and TNF-α. In addition, the immunosuppression of JD group was close to the effects of LC especially on T cells activities and the level of IFN-γ. Conclusion: LC and its LX and JD components can inhibit proliferation, activation and cytokine production of T lymphocytes, as well as, the effects of the complete prescription of LXHX is superior among the three groups. This suggests that 'heat and toxin coexist in blood’ which is the key point of the pathogenic mechanisms in psoriasis, and cooling blood and detoxicification cannot be separated in clinical treatments.

摘要:Objective:To study the protective effect of the Liuyueqing saponins on the CCl4-induced liver injure in rats. Method: Sixty-six SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: 10 in normal group and 56 in hepatic injury model group. The rats in hepatic injury model group were established by 1 mL·kg-1of 50% CCl4 ig, twice a week for continuous 6 weeks. The rats in normal control group were given normal saline (NS). Six rats of them were taken for liver pathological inspection, the hepatic injury model was conformed. Fifty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, positive control group (colchicin, 0.2 mg·kg-1), low-, medium-and high-dosage groups of Liuyueqing saponins (20, 40, 80 mg·kg-1). The rats in the normal control group and model group were given normal saline. The drugs were given to rats one time daily for 30 consecutive days. At the end of 30 days, the blood was collected and examined the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), tumor necrosis factor -α(TNF-α), and Interleukin-6 (IL-6)in serum; then expression of COX-2 in liver was detected by using Western blot analysis. HE staining of rats pathomorphological change was observed. Result: Compared to model control group ALT,AST, TNF-α,IL-6 was (91.62±4.84) U·L-1,(98.56±9.37) U·L-1, (135.64±5.38) ng·L-1, (147.38±6.34) ng·L-1, low-, medium-and high-dosage groups of Liuyueqing saponins significantly decreased the levels of ALT(80.94±4.68),(69.51±4.07), (65.89±3.85)U·L-1, AST (90.87±8.76), (81.53±6.62), (73.64±5.71)U·L-1, TNF-α (98.57±3.09), (81.74±4.33), (65.93±3.20) ng·L-1, IL-6 (115.78±4.81),(95.83±5.34),(74.29±4.76) ng·L-1in rat liver injury induced by CCl4 (P<0.05); down-regulated the expression of COX-2 level (0.91±0.03) ,(0.79±0.06),(0.67±0.04) in hepatic tissue (P<0.05), and alleviated the liver damage condition. Conclusion: The results suggest that Liuyueqing saponins has protective effect on the CCl4-induced liver injury in rats, which mechanism may be related to anti-inflammatory effect.  
摘要:Objective:To study the time-effect of serum containing the formula of Tanyu Tongzhi (TYTZ). Method: Serum containing TYTZ was obtained in 2 ways: administration was twice and once,respectively, a day or for 5 days. The blood was collected at 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3 h after last administration. The influence of the serum containing TYTZ on cell proliferation was detected with MTT colorimetric method, the stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1)content in the different serum was detected with the kit. Result: Compared with blank serum, the serum containing medicine could promote cell proliferation, which showed time-dependent. There was significant difference in SDF-1 content between the serum containing medicine and blank serum. While there was no significant difference in cell proliferation between the two ways of obtaining serum. And there was a significant difference in SDF-1 content between the two ways. Conclusion: In the conditions of this experiment, preparing serum need not to be constrained to the 'general principles’, but depends on the specific experiment.

摘要:Objective:To screen and establish the experimental animal model of simultaneous liver and kidney lesion in mice, and to provide experimental animal models for screening drugs which used to cure kidney and liver damage. Method: We investigated the damage effect of concanavalin A (Con A), D-galactosamine (D-Gal) and carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in the mouse liver and kidney, and we established the effective modeling method by determing the biochemical indicators and the histopathological changes related to the liver and kidney function. To further inspect if the model is able to effectively evaluate the efficacy of drugs for kidney and liver damage, we study the protective effect of Dahuang Gancao decoction on liver and kidney damage using the established model. Result: 1 g·kg-1 D-Gal, CCl4(60 mg·kg-1) could induce liver injury in mice, but there is no evident about the renal injury; 20 mg·kg-1 Con A could induce liver and kidney damage simultaneously, and we determine the best dose of Con A to built simultaneous liver and kidner damage model as 15 mg·kg-1 after further optimization. The biochemical index and histological examination of kidney and liver damage mice were significantly improved after giving the prescription Dahuang Gancao decoction. Conclusion: We initially established the experimental model of simultaneous liver and kidney damage by injecting Con A 15 mg·kg-1 through tail vein, and proved to be successful by verification of Dahuang Gancao docoction.

摘要:Objective:To investigate effect of polysaccharides extracting from Liuwei Dihuang decoction metabolized by photosynthetic bacteria (LW-PSB) on the antioxidative ability of Drosophila melanogaster. Method: Eight h eclosion unmated (D. melanegaster) were collected. Male and female were separated, cultivated in the artificial box with the culture medium at the temperature of (25±1) ℃, relative humidity for(60±5)%.D. melanogaster were randomly divided into 5 groups: negative control group, positive control group, LW-PSB polysaccharides groups(1,3,9 g·kg-1).Thirty-day old D. melanogaster were made into homogenate and the liveness of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) and the malonaldehyde (MDA) content were detected. Result: Compared with the negative group, the antioxidase activity such as SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,TAOC of 30-day old D. melanogaster were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01 or P<0.001) and the MDA content was decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.001).Compared with the positive group, the antioxidase activity such as GSH-Px,TAOC of 30-day old D. melanogaster were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.001) and the MDA content was decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.001). Conclusion: LW-PSB polysaccharides might have a satisfactory effect on anti-oxidant.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the inhibitive effect of the serum containing Abrus mollis on hepatitis B virus(HBV). Method: HepG2.2.15 cells were cultured in medium containing the serum with A. mollis for 72 h and 144 h. The Effect of the serum containing A. mollis on HBsAg and HBV DNA reproduction in culture media of the HepG2.2.15 cells were determined by ELISA and fluorescence quantitative pdymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR). Result: The serum containing A. mollis had a inhibiting effect on the HBsAg and HBV DNA reproduction with maximum inhibition ratio adding up to 34.4% and 41.7% respectively in which the affective time is 144 h and the density is 30 g·kg-1·d-1. Conclusion: A. mollis can significantly inhibit HBV in vitro.  
摘要:Objective:To find the protective role of compound denshen dripping pills(CDDP) on acute myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol(ISO) in rat,and it in apoptosis-related mechanism. Method: Rats were divided into: normal group, model group, compound Danshen Dripping Pill group (referred to as the compound group),the tim Seoul heart group. Rats of each group were in advance administrated for one week, the compound group dose 80 mg·kg-1·d-1, Tim dongle group dose 16 mg·kg-1·d-1, the normal group and model group were given normal saline. Subcutaneous injection of large doses of ISO 20 mg·kg-1·d-1was used to induce model,for two days. The hemodynamics by multichannel physiologic recorder was recorded with PE50 catheter into left ventricle through right arteria carotis. Content changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), troponin I(TnI) in serum were tested. The myocardial tissue paraffin section was obtained for HE staining to observe pathological changes of myocardial tissue. Expression changes of apoptosis-related proteins apoptosis signal regulating kinase 1(ASK-1)and caspase-9 were detected using Western blot. Result: In model group, hemodynamics of systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), and mean arterial blood pressure(MBP), heart rate(HR), left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP) and left ventricular end diastolic blood pressure(LVEDP), left ventricular pressure the greatest change in systolic and diastolic rate(± dp/dtmax) were significantly lower compared with the normal group (P<0.05). Compared with model group,in the compound group, hemodynamic parameters, in addition to LVEDP and +dp/dtmax, were statistically significant(P<0.05). In model group, serum SOD levels compared with normal group was significantly increased (P<0.05); the compound group SOD levels compared with the model group was significantly elevated (P<0.05). Serum MDA and TnI in model group were significantly increased compared with the normal group (P<0.05), the compound group compared with the model group, MDA and TnI were decreased statistically (P<0.05). Western blot results showed that in the model group, the ASK-1, caspase-9 protein expression was significantly increased compared with the normal group (P<0.05), the ASK-1 and caspase-9 protein expression of the compound group were significant decreased compared with the model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: CDDP has a protective role on acute myocardial ischemia in ISO-induced rat model, and the target may be involved in myocardial apoptosis associated signal conditioning.

摘要:Objective:To observe the amelioration of Naoerkang and its splited prescription on the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in cortex and hippocampus of senile dementia mice model. Method: Seventy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 for each group, then ip AlCl3 solution 100 mg·kg-1,ip, q.o.d for 40 days to induce the model. After the examination of their ability in learning and memory, each mouse of the control group and model group had been forced to drink saline solution(0.5 mL·d-1), the other groups had been forced to drink the response medicine(14.3 g·kg-1·d-1)every day for 30 days. The positive expression of BDNF in right cortex, hippocampus, and the dentate gyrus of the mice in each group were examined. Result: ①Compared with the model group, the expression of BDNF was increased evidently(P <0.01)in the mice of Naoerkang group and splited prescription 1 group, while the expression of different levels increased only in other groups (P<0.05). ②All of its decomposed recipes compared with the Naoerkang group, there were no significant differences existed in splited prescription 1 and Naoerkang group. ③Compared with the splited prescription 1, there were no significant differences existed neither in dentate gyrus and cortex of splited prescription 2, nor in dentate gyrus of splited prescription 3 and 4. Conclusion: Decomposed recipe 1 and Naoerkang groups have a better effect of promoting the expression of BDNF in brains of AD mice model than any other splited prescription.  
摘要:Objective:To study influence of Sini powder on interleukin(IL )-6 and IL-13 in experimental ulcerative colitis (UC) rats. Method: Rats were divided into 5 groups, including the normal group, model group, Sini powder group, Chaishaozhi group and Chaishao group. The model was made with immunization that fresh rabbit colonic mucosa were made into antigen emulsion, and injected into the rat’s bilateral paws, groins and backs in 1st, 10th, 17th, 24th day after modeling. Meanwhile, corresponding drugs were ig given from the 2nd day after modeling. The normal group and model group were gavaged with 10 mL·kg-1 distilled water; and Sini powder powder group with 1.75 g·kg-1 Sini powder solution; and Chaishaozhi group with Chaishaozhi 1.31 g·kg-1 Chaishaozhi solution; and Chaishao group with 0.88 g·kg-1 Chaishao solution. On the 29th day, we sacrificed the rats and drawn. Through detecting IL-6 and IL-13 levels of rat’s colon mucosal tissue and serum with ELISA. Result: IL-6 levels of model group(163.64±22.17)μg·L-1 higher than normal group(59.80±11.72)μg·L-1,P<0.05, and IL-13 levels(78.64±12.66)μg·L-1 lower than normal(616.00±133.80)μg·L-1,P<0.05.After feeding experimental herbal medicine, Sini powder can significantly reduce experimental rat’s IL-6 levels (73.00±9.92)μg·L-1(P<0.05) increased IL-13 levels (264.89±128.05)μg·L-1(P<0.05). After removing licorice, Chaishaozhi compatibility could only reduce the level of IL-6 (131.75±31.93)μg·L-1(P<0.05)with no increased level of IL-13.While the compatibility of Chaishao could not only reduce the levels of IL-6, but reduce IL-13 content. Conclusion: The mechanism of Sini powder intervening experimental UC is related to the balance of cytokine network. The function of Sini power lies in influencing IL-6, IL-13, but the compatibility of Chaishao did not play a major role.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huoxue Huatan decoction on experimental model of nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats. Method: Experimental animals model of nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats were established by feed of fatty food for 6 weeks, then experimental animals were divided into 6 groups which were treated with Huoxue Huatan decoction and Rosiglitazone respectively for another 6 weeks. Biochemical indexes and liver tissue of rats were tested after treatment. Result: Huoxue Huatan decoction could reduce the level of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),which was much better than Rosiglitazone[(50.7±12.2),(41.3±9.9),(66.3±29.1),(56.9±14.2),(71.3±25.9)U·L-1 ,P<0.05], and Huoxue Huatan decoction can also reduce the level of total cholesterol (TC) [(1.3±0.3),(1.5±0.4),(2.6±1.1) mmol·L-1,P<0.01]and triglyceride (TG) [(0.3±0.2),(0.4±0.2),(0.5±0.2) mmol·L-1, P<0.05], while the high dose group of Huoxue Huatan decoction could reduce glucose (Glu) obviously[(9.0±1.3)(11.4±2.0) mmol·L-1, P<0.01] and improve the hemorheology indexes(P<0.05), reduce the level of FFA[(1.77±0.29),(1.66±0.44),(2.04±0.27) μmol·mg-1, P<0.05] and TG[(0.73±0.16),(0.81±0.22),(0.57±0.11),(1.06±0.33) mmol·mg-1, P<0.05] in liver. Conclusion: Huoxue Huatan decoction can improve pathological conditions of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) model by adjusting metabolism of blood liquid and improving liver function.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Huanglian Ejiao decoction on serotonin(5-HT) and γ-aminobutyric acid content of p-chlorophenylatanine(PCPA) induced insomnia model in mice. Method: Normal group and model group were given saline solution; positive group was given Tianwang Buxin suspension 1.5 g·kg-1; medicine group was given Huanglian Ejiao decoction 5 g·kg-1; dosing volume was 10 mL·kg-1 and cycle was one week. Then positive, medicine and model groups were intraperitoneally injected PCPA 350 mg·kg-1 with dosing volume of 20 mL·kg-1, and normal group was given same volume of saline solution all for 2 days. The contents of 5-HT and γ-aminobutyric acid were determined by enzyme immunoassay. Result: The contents of 5-HT and γ-aminobutyric acid in medicine, normal, model and positive group were (89.12±5.81) pg·mg-1, (13.72±1.83) μmol·L-1; (116.08±8.36) pg·mg-1, (12.01 ±0.66)μmol·L-1; (68.45±17.63) pg·mg-1, (16.13±2.26) μmol·L-1; (98.08±4.11) pg·mg-1, (14.17±2.17) μmol·L-1.Compared with normal group and model group, 5-HT and γ-aminobutyric acid content in treatment groups showed significant differences. Compared with positive group, only 5-HT content of treatment groupindicated significant difference. Conclusion: Huanglian Ejiao decoction could reverse PCPA induced insomnia, improve the content of neurotransmitters in the brain, and provide experimental basis for the treatment of insomnia by Huanglian Ejiao decoction.  
摘要:Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of flavonoids from Seriphidium santolium on the proliferation of the lung carcinoma A549 cell line. Method: Six flavonoids were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel. They were identified as hispidulin, arteanoflavone, 5,7, 4'-trihydroxy-6,3',5'-trimethoxyflavone, eupatilin, quercetagetin-3,6-dimethyl ether-7-O-β-D-glucoside, luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside-(3'-O-7″)-quercetin-3″-methyl ether. MTT was performed to examine the proliferation of A-549 cells, and flow cytometry was used to determine the cell cycle distribution and cell apoptosis. Result: There was a dose-dependent inhibition of cell proliferation of A-549 by five compounds. The antiproliferative effect of compound Ⅰ(hispidulin) was attributed to its inducing cell cycle (G1) arrest, and compound Ⅲ(5,7,4'-trihydroxy-6,3',5'-trimethoxyflavone) attributed to its inducing cell cycle (G2) arrest. Compound Ⅳ (eupatilin) induced the apoptosis and inhibited the cell circle of A-549 cell. Conclusion: Flavonoids from S. santolium could exert an anti-lung cancer effect via induction of cell cycle arrest or cell apoptosis.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Qishen Jiangu granula(QSJGG) on lipid metabolism of avascular necrosis of the femoral head induced by hormone combining endotoxin. Method: Sixty SD rats were divided into 6 groups, respectively the control group, the model group, the low, medium, high-dose group(15,30,60 g·kg-1) of QSJGG, and the positive control group(3 g·kg-1), and each group was replicated. Avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH) experimental animal model was made by muscle injection of methylprednisolone(20 mg·kg-1) for 3 days after injection of IOCV lipopolysaccharide(20 μg·kg-1) for 2 days in addition of the control group, after 8 week intragastric pre-administration of the medication, rats were sacrificedto collect blood from abdominal vein to determination of serum cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), and femurs were obtained from both sides, of which the right side was used for pathological sections of HE staining to make observation of bone tissue. Result: To Compared with the model normal rats, fat cells of medullary cavity in the QSJGG group was more and relativity big(P<0.01),TC,TG and LDL-C leels were increased(P<0.01, P<0.05),HDL-C was reduced(P<0.05). Compared with group, fat cells of medullary cavity in the model group was less and relativity small, TC,TG and LDL-C were reduced,HDL-C was increased. Conclusion: QSJGG can significantly improve fat metabolism of model of femoral head necrosis, which control femoral head necrosis.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Shenfu injection on endogenous subs-tances in plasma of acute cardiogenic shock rats. Method: Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, model group,positive group, administration group, with ten rats in each group. Each group was made by blocking left coronary artery except the control group, the positive group was administrated with Dopamine injection. the administration group was administrated with Shenfu injection.The control group and model group were only administrated with normal saline. Fourty-five minutes later, plasmawas collected from cardiac apex. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the endogenous compounds, principal component analysis (PCA) was used to observe the difference between the four groups,and orthogonal signal correction-partial least square was used to discriminate analysis (OSC-PLS-DA) of biomarkers. Result: In the scatter plot of PCA, there was no samples coincidence among the four group. The further analysis on loading plot of OSC-PLS-DA indicated that creatine,3-hydroxydodecanoic acid,arachidonic acid,lysophospholipid.etc have changed in the different groups. Conclusion: Shenfu injection has important effect on the endougenous substances in the acute cardiogenic shock rats. Creatine, spermine, 3-hydroxydodecanoicacid, arachidonicacid, lysoph-ospholipid may be the potential biomarkers.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the anti-liver fibrosis effect of water extract of Cudrania cochin\|chinensis in rats. Method: One hundred and thirty Sprague-Dauley(SD) rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, postitive control group and three differrent doses(4.57 g·kg-1,3.05 g·kg-1,1.52 g·kg-1) of water extract of C. cochinchinensis treatment group. Liver fibrosis rat model was induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4). Except control group, other groups were given drugs when being given carbon tetrachloride. Ending the study at the eighth week, liver function(alanine amino transferase(ALT), aspartate amino transferase(AST), total protein(TP), albumin(Alb), globulin(Glob)), serum concentrations of nitric oxide(NO), malondialdehyde(MDA), alkaline phosphatase(AKP), hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN), procollagen-III(PCⅢ) and collagen-IV(CⅣ) were measured.The concentrations of hydroxyproline(HYP) in liver hydrolysate were measured too.Moreover, pathological examination on liver tissue was made. Result: Serum concentrations of ALT, AST, AKP, HA, LN, CⅣ and concentration of HYP in liver hydrolysate was significantly higher in liver fibrosis model group,however, the concentrations of TP, Alb, SOD were significantly lower in model group. Compared with model group, the serum concentrations of ALT, AST, PCⅢ,HA and concentration of HYP in liver hydrolysate were significantly decreased in water extract of C. cochinchinensis treatment groups and the serum concentrations of SOD, TP, Alb were significantly increased in water extract of C. cochinchinensis treatment groups. Pathological result showed that the liver fibrosis in water extract of C. cochinchinensis groups was significant improved. Conclusion: Water extract of C. cochinchinensis has significant therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride in rats.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Jiawei Sijun Guben Decoction with iressa on human non small cell lung cancer cell A549 xenograft model. Method: Subcutaneous A549 xenograft nudemice were divided into 4 groups randomly: control group (treated with glucose solution), Western medicine treatmen(WMT) group (Iressa,100 mg·kg-1·d-1), Chinese medicine treatment(CMT) group (Jiawei Sijun Guben decoction, 0.10 g·kg-1·d-1) and Combined treatment(CT) group (Jiawei Sijun Guben decoction+Iressa). Tumor growth and life quality of tumor-bearing nude mice were observed. Western blotting and RT-PCR were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression of EGFR. Result: The tumor volumes of WMT, CMT and CT groups decreased greatly compared with control group, the inhibitory rate of tumor of was 55.75%, 35.22% and 82.3% respectively (P<0.01). And the significant difference of tumor volumes in CT group was also showed compared with WMT and CMT group respectively (P<0.01). Life quality(amount of exercise, diet and body weight) of CT group was better than that of WMT group. EFGR protein and mRNA expression in tumor tissue of CT group were significantly lower than those of other groups. Conclusion: Jiawei Sijun Guben decoction plus Iressa therapy could inhibit tumor growth more effectively, which led to better treatment effect instead of using Iressa treatment alone. Jiawei Sijun Guben decoction therapy could greatly improve life quality of tumor-bearing nude mice during the treatment.

摘要:Objective:To observe the treatment of Deduhonghua-7 Powder on rat with carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) induced hepatic fibrosis. Method: Rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Colchicine group and Deduhonghua-7 powder group. Except the normal control group, other groups were caused hepatic fibrosis by ip 30% CCl4 solution of olive oil. Modeling the same time, the rats in Deduhonghua-7 powder group and Colchicine group were ig 0.62 g·kg-1 and 0.4 mg·kg-1 each day of Deduhonghua-7 powder and Colchine respectively, continued for 7 days. Liver indexes, liver function, fibrosis four projects were observed, pathological changes in liver tissues were evaluated by HE, Gomori, Masson stainings. Result: Comparing with normal control group, aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine transpeptidase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total protein(TP),total bilirubin(TBIL), liver indexes, fibrosis four projects of serum and liver tissues homogenates were significantly increased, albumin(Alb), and bodyweight were decreased in the model group (P<0.05). Comparing with model group, in the Deduhonghua-7 Powder group, AST, ALT, ALP, liver indexes, liver tissues homogenates Hyp, serum and liver tissues fibrosis four projects were significantly decreased, Alb was increased; and in the Colchine group, ALT, AST, ALP, BIL were decreased, liver tissues hyaluronic acid(HA) was increased, IV was decreased (P<0.05). Comparing with Colchine group, Deduhonghua-7 Powder group’s Alb was increased, serum HA, LN contents were decreased, liver tissues HA, LN, IV-C, Hyp contents were decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Deduhonghua-7 Powder showed good effect on reducing enzyme, protecting liver and anti-fibrosis for liver.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of paeoniflorin on behavior and the brain tissue content of monoamine neurotransmitters in reserpine-induced depression model in mice. Method: The animals were randomly divided into 6 groups, namely the control group, model group, clomipramine(40 mg·kg-1) group and paeoniflorin (50,100,200 mg·kg-1) group. The drugs were given daily for 7 days. Reserpine-induced depression model was established to evaluate the antidepressant effect of paeoniflorin. The content of monoamine neurotransmitters in mice was measured by the HPLC. Result: Paeoniflorin(100, 200 mg·kg-1,ig 7 day) could significantly increase the body temperature in mice model of depression(P<0.05, P<0.01), improved ptosis (P<0.01)and activity inhibition(P<0.05),significantly increased content of Norepinephrine(NE) (P<0.01, P<0.001)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) (P<0.05, P<0.001)in mice. Conclusion: Paeoniflorin has remarkable antidepressant effects, its mechanism may be involved in monoaminergic nervous system.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of wolfberry polysaccharide on diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin. Method: Fifty male SD rats were injected peritoneally by streptozotocin (STZ) with a dose of 40 mg·kg-1 toestablish diabetic rat models. Successful rats model confirmed by detecting fasting blood-glucose (FBG) were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, model group, rogridone group (0.4 g·kg-1·d-1), low-, medium-and high-dosage groups of wolfberry polysaccharide (0.4, 0.8,1.6 g·kg-1·d-1). The rats in the normal and model control groups were given same volume of normal saline. The drugs were given to mice daily for 30 consecutive days. Glucose oxidase (GOD) method and radioimmunoassay (RIA) were used to examine the Fasting blood glucose (FBG); fasting insulin (FNS), the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and insulin resistance (IR), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine serum leptin, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6), iNOS expression in islet tissue was measured with RT-PCR assay. Result: Wolfberry polysaccharide significantly reduce the levels of blood-sugar, and effectively alleviate insulin levels(P<0.01),reduce serum levels of inflammatory factor significantly (P<0.01) and in addition, down-regulate iNOS mRNA expression in islets (P<0.01). Conclution: The results suggest that wolfberry polysaccharide has the obvious hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects which is related to its improving antioxidant capacity and restoring islet function and inhibiting lipotoxicity.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the impact influence of Shufeng Liangxue decoction of on platelet count,interferon-γ (IFN-γ),CD80,CD86 and programmed cell death gene (PD-1) of the model mousein of peripheral blood in disease of immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) model mice in peripheral blood on treatment with Shufeng Liangxue decoction. Method: It was designed to use guinea pig anti-mouse guinea pig platelet serum(APS) was injected into mice continuously in order to induce the immune thrombocytopenic purpura mouse models.Then mice of Shufeng Liangxue treatment groups,positive group, model group and control group were administered orally with Shufeng Liangxue decoction(112.5,75,37.5 g·kg-1·d-1)of large, medium and small doses prednisone (10 mg·kg-1·d-1)and saline respectively,and all groups were maintained its treatment for continuel 7 days.The blood cell counter was used to detect platelet count,The the levels of cytokine IFN-γ was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbentassay (ELISA),CD80,CD86 and PD-1 were detected by flow cytometry. Result: Platelet count reduced and IFN-γ,TCD80,CD86 and PD-1 increased significantly in model group mice. Platelet count increased significantly(P<0.05)and IFN-γ,TCD80,CD86 and PD-1 significantly decreased(P<0.05) in Shufeng Liangxue decoction group mice. Conclusion: The Shufeng Liangxue decoction could enhance platelet count decrease IFN-γ,CD80,CD86 and PD-1express,improve unbalance of cellular immunity function in ITP model miceto to treat ITP.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of the extract of Corni Fructus on the mRNA expression of tyrosinase(TYR), tyrosinase related protein-1(TRP-1) and TRP-2 in co-culture model of melanoma cells and keratinocytes. Method: Differences concentration of the extract of Corni Fructus(1.0,0.5 g·L-1) were added in co-culture model of A375 melanoma cells and HaCat keratinocytes.RT-PCR assay was used to detect the effects of the extract of Corni Fructus on the TYR,TRP-1 and TRP-2 mRNA expression in A375 melanoma cells. Result: Compared with control group,the extract of Corni Fructus(1.0, 0.5 g·L-1) down-regulated mRNA expression of TYR, TRP-1 and TRP-2 in A375 melanoma cells by 36.07%,62.34%, 44.69% and 24.10%,53.00%,16.11% respectively(P<0.01). Conclusion: The extract of Corni Fructus can decrease the melanogenesis by down-regulating the mRNA expression of tyrosinase and its related protein.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Fengshiqing (FSQ) conlaining serum on the expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG),receptor activator for nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) in human fibroblast-like synoviocytes of rheumatoid arthritis(RA-HFLS). Method: RA-HFLS were cultured with different volume ration of FSQ in serum. Cell proliferation was evaluated by MTS assay.The expression of OPG, IL-17 and TNF-α in cell culture supernatant was examined by ELISA, and expression of RANKL was detected by Western blot analysis. Result: FSQ containing serum could obviously decrease the RA-HFLS viability in a dose-dependent style. The RA-HFLS could secret certain level of OPG, and FSQ containing surum could promote the secretion of OPG with a dose-dependent style. FSQ containing surum also suppressed the expression of RANKL, IL-17 and TNF-α. Conclusion: FSQ has an notable inhibiting effect on proliferation of RA-HFLS, increasing the level of OPG, and suppressing expression of RANKL, IL-17 and TNF-α, which may be a part of the mechanism of FSQ for rheumatoid arthritis.  
摘要:Objective:To evaluate influence of Qushi Qingre decoction on model of Dampness-heat syndrome. Method: The model of dampness-heat syndrome was induced by multi-factors, including feeding high sugar and high fat food, keeping in an environment, with high temperature and humidity, and infection of rat Salmonella typhi periodically. The effect of Qushi Qingre decoction (3.6, 1.8, 0.9 g·kg-1, ig 7 d) on dampness-heat syndrome was investigated by whole blood viscosity and the activity of superoside dismutase(SOD) and the malondialdehyde(MDA) in the model rats. Result: Qushi Qingre decoction high dose and middle dose groups could significantly reduce whole blood viscosity (P<0.01,P<0.05), and could significantly reduce the concentration of the blood and skin MDA (P<0.01,P<0.05). High dose group showed the best effect, of blood viscosity at high, medium, low rates was respectively (2.43±0.22),(2.88±0.19),(8.07±0.75) mPa·s, significantly lower than those in the model group (2.92±0.20), (3.26±0.25), (9.88±0.63) mPa·s. Qushi Qingre decoction high dose could significantly increase SOD activity in blood and skin (P<0.01,P<0.05), SOD in high-dose group was (6.16±1.12), (4.05±1.54) U·L-1respectively, significantly higher than that in the model group (2.67±1.04) U·L-1. In the high, medium and low doses groups, the serum MDA (3.78±1.18), (4.56±0.96), (7.39±1.79) mmol·L-1 was obviously lower than those in the model group (9.15±1.72) mmol·L-1. The skin MDA levels in the high, medium and low dose groups were (0.65±0.23) (0.84±0.20), (1.04±0.35) mmol·L-1 respectively, significantly lower than that·L-1] in the model group. Conclusion: Qushi Qingre decoction improves the parameters of the model of damp-heat syndrome significantly.

摘要:Objective:To observe the degree and mechanism of the hepatotoxicity induced by extract of saikosaponin in mice. Method: The time-toxicity relationship in mice were observed by giving the dosage of 36.075 g·kg-1 of extract of total saikosaponins and the changes of cytochrome P450(CYP450) and alenine transaminase(ALT), aspartase aminotransferase(AST) were tested at different time points after being administered, and the morphological changes of hepatic tissue were observed by light microscope. The dosage-toxicit relationship in mice wereobserved by giving different dosages (36.075, 21.650, 12.975, 7.925, 4.675 g·kg-1 respectively) of extract of total saikosaponins and the corresponding treatment was performed 2 hours after administration in accordance with the method of time-toxicit relationship study. Result: The time-toxicity relationship study indicated that the level of CYP450 and ALT, AST in serum began to increase at 1 h after administration, and showed obvious differences compared with the control group, then it reached a peak level at 8, 2 h and 2 h respectively. The dose-toxicity relationship study indicated that, compared with the control group, the level of CYP450 and ALT, AST in serum increased to different degrees at 2 h after administration, which showed a correlation with the dosage. Conclusion: The hepatotoxicity induced by the extract of saikosaponins is related to drug metabolism ability of the liver.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the influence of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule (YXC) on expressions of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA), P53 protein and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastric cancer tissue. Method: Treatment group was treated by YXC combined with chemotherapy for 6 months. The control group was simply treated by chemotherapy for 6 months. The expressions of PCNA, p53 protein and VEGF were determined by s-p dying, and the data were analyzed by statistics. Result: The expressions of PCNA, P53 Protein and VEGF in the treatment group were lowered compared with those in the controls.They were (33.16±12.6)%,(41.35±11.4)%,(42.16±13.61)% in the treatment group,compared with(63.20±15.3)%,(59.15±11.9)%,(63.19±12.47)% in the controls (P<0.01). Conclusion: YXC inhibits expressions of PCNA, P53 protein and VEGF effectively, and so restrains the malignant appearance of stomach mucosal.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Cinobufagin injection on prevention of recurrence of primary liver cancer with radical resection. Method: Sixty postoperative patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into three groups: Cinobufagin group, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) group and combined treatment group(Cinobufagin+TACE). Each group contained 20 cases. The patients with radical resection after 1 month were given with the corresponding treatment. The life quality, side-effects, survival and recurrence rate in the patients were evaluated. Result: The improvement rates of life quality in Cinobufagin group and combined treatment group were 55.0% and 50.0%, respectively, which were obviously higher than that of TACE group (30.0%, P<0.05). The patients in Cinobufagin group showed the slight side-effects. The over-24-month survival rates of Cinobufagin group and combined treatment group were 75.0% and 70.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of TACE group (60.0%, P<0.05). The over-24-month recurrence rates of three groups showed no difference statistically. Conclusion: Cinobufagin injection is an effective medicine for prevention of recurrence of primary liver cancer with radical resection, which is worthy of wide application.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of amlodipine and atorvastatin combined with Shuxin Jianzhi tables on treatment of hypertension with dyslipidemia. Method: One hundred and ten hypertensive patients with abnormal lipid were randomly divided into two groups, 58 in the control group and 57 in the treatment group, All patients were experienced a two-week washout period, the control group was given with Shuxin Jianzhi tables, 4 tablets/time, tid; the treatment group was given amlodipine and atorvastatin(Duodayi,5 mg∶10 mg)once daily for 24 weeks. Changes in blood lipids, blood pressure and cardiovascular adverse event before and after treatment were observed. Result: The blood pressure in the treatment group was more efficient compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). The level of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were significant improved in the two groups, the treatment group's improvement was better than that in the control group(P<0.05); The adverse event rate in the treatment group was 8.77%, and that in the control group was 18.86%. Conclusion: Amlodipine and atorvastatin combined with Shuxin Jianzhi tablets was an effective and safe medication program. It can effectively control blood pressure with hypertension and dyslipidemia, can significantly improve the blood lipid levels.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Revised Maziren Pill (RMP) for the treatment of intestinal constipation caused by opium alike. Method: Sixty-six subjects with intestinal constipation caused by opium alike were randomly divided into two groups, 33 patients in the treatment group administered with RMP, 33 in the control group administered with aetulose liquo. Then the clinical symptom scores, quality of life, defecation interval, the time of each defecation, stool form, the dimensions of the difficulty for the defecation and so on were evaluated before treating and after 2 weeks of treating. Result: Treatment group showed improved clinical symptom and quality of life, and relieved difficulty. Treatment could shorten interval, the first time of defecation and the time of each defecation, relieve the difficulty for the defecation, and so the effectiveness in the treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: RMP can release constipation induced by opium alike and pain effectively, also can improve quality of life.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect and the mechanism of Feixin capsules on patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD). Method: One hundred and twenty patients with CPHD were randomly divided into two groups. the control group and the treatment group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional therapy of western medicine alone. The treatment group was treated based on conventional therapy of western medicine and combined with Feixin capsules (4 capsules, tid). Before the treatment and two months after the treatment, typical symptoms,signs and complications were observed,and hemorheological parameters and blood gas analysis were examined. Result: The effective rates in the control group was 80% and 91.67% in the treatment group with significant difference (P<0.05). The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving and removing clinical symptoms and physical signs (P<0.01 or P<0.05). PaCO2 and PaO2 of the two groups were decreased and those after the treatment were increased,and the differences were statistically significant in the same group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). After treatment, the differences of PaCO2 and PaO2 were statistically significant between the two groups (P <0.05). The blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit in two groups dropped after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The differences of the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit were statistically significant between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of Feixin capsules for treatment of CPHD is good,it is safe with less adverse reaction. It is worthy for popularizing clinical application.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the impact of Shenfu Qiangxin pills on cardiac function, brain natriuretic peptide and inflammatory factor levels on patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Method: Seventy-six cases of CHF were equally divided into treatment group (39 cases) and control group (37 cases). The control group was given conventional western treatment, the treatment group was used Shenfu Qiangxin pills 6 g, tid for 8 weeks on the basis of the control group. Cardiac function, left ventricular function, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, N-terminus of the original brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP), C-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the two groups were observed before and after the intervention. Result: The treatment group was better than the control group on the aspects of decreasing left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and increasing ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)(P<0.01). The TCM syndrome scores,plasma NT-proBNP level,plasma CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Shenfu Qiangxin pills can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with CHF, reduce TCM syndrome score and reduce the level of plasma NT-proBNP. Its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory cytokines to reduce the inflammatory response.

摘要:Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of Danshen injection in common diseases with the nature of blood stasis. Method: The indication (blood stasis) of the injection was strictly pointed by the researchers. The conduct of the study was regulated for monitoring of medication from beginning to the end during seven days, including adverse reactions, dosage, administration time, solvent, blood stasis score. Result: A total of 546 patients were studied. Six cases showed adverse reactions (incidence 1.09%), and the degree was mild to moderate with allergic reactions as the common case. All patients with adverse reactions were treated by combination therapy. Blood stasis syndrome scores was significantly reduced when compared with that before the treatment. Conclusion: When indication is specified to blood stasis syndrome and the use of the injection is rationalized, the clinical application of Danshen injection is safe and effective.  
摘要:Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of Kang'ai injection combined with FLO chemotherapy regimen for advanced gastric cancer. Method: According to case inclusion criteria, 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each. Two groups were treated with FLO regimen: 5-fluorouracil 2 600 mg·m-2 +500 mL intravenous saline infusion, d1-8; calcium folinate 200 mg·m-2+500 mL intravenous saline infusion, d1-8; oxaliplatin 85 mg·m-2+500 mL intravenous saline infusion, d1-8. The observation group was given Kang'ai injection intravenous infusion of 40 mL·d-1, d1-14, every 3 weeks for a cycle, 2 consecutive cycles at least, then followed with the evaluation of the clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and living quality. Result: The total effective rate was 57.50% in the observation group, 25% in control group, and the two groups showed significant difference (P<0.05). The two groups showed neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, nausea and vomiting, abnormal liver function, renal function abnormalities, peripheral neurotoxicity, hair loss and other side effects, but the control group toxicity reaction rate was higher than that in the observation group, with significant difference statistically (P<0.05). The quality of life in observation group was improved significantly compared with that in the control group (P<0.05), the increasing rate of karmovsky performance statas(KPS) score was 70% in the observation group, while 37.5% in control group; the declining rate of KPS score was 5% in the observation group, while 22.5% in the control group. These changes in KPS score in the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion: Kang’ai injection combined with FLO chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastric cancer shows good clinical curative effect, less side effects, and improved quality of life.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoai mixture combined with gemcitabine-ciplatimon(GP) regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Method: Sixty patients with advanced NSCLC were randomized into two groups, each 30 cases. The control group was treated with GP regimen, the treatment group was trea-ted with Fuzheng Xiaoai mixture combined with GP program. A treatment cycle lasted 21 days, at least two cycles. Result: The effective rate was 23.33%, 16.67% in the treatment group and the control group,respectively, but there was no significant difference between two groups. But the treatment group has significant differences compared with the control group in the quality of life score, immune function, toxicity and adverse in-cidence,and the change of VEGF levels in peripheral blood (P<0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng Xiaoai mixture combined with GP program can improve the quality of life in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients, immune function and can reduce toxicity and increase efficiency.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) dietary supplements (Shenqi Jianpi decoction) combined with TP (paclitaxel plus cisplatin) chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer. Method: Randomly divided the 86 patients into chemotherapy group and TCM dietary supplements combined with chemotherapy group. The chemotherapy group patients were treated with TP chemotherapy, and no did not accept drug treatment after chemotherapy; on the above basement, the TCM dietary supplements combined with chemotherapy group patients were given TCM dietary supplements (Shenqi Jianpi decoction) after the second day chemotherapy, until the next cycle chemotherapy. The life quality after 1 and 2 year’s treatment, and the follow-up 3 year’s death and transfer situation was observed, and the immune indexes of T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer(NK) cells in peripheral blood were detecte. Result: The life quality of TCM dietary supplements combined with chemotherapy group patients after 1 year treatment was obviously higher than the chemotherapy group, and there was significant difference; the life quality after 2 years had no significant difference (P>0.05); the death rate and transfer rate after 3 years were lower than the pure chemotherapy group, and there was significant difference compared with the pure chemotherapy (P<0.05).The CD4+ was increased significantly, the CD8+ was decreased significantly, the CD4+/CD8+was increased significantly, and the activity of NK cell was increased significantly, and there was significant difference (P<0.05) compared with the pure chemotherapy group after treatment. Conclusion: The activity of immune cells in peripheral blood of the advanced ovarian cancer after the treatment of TCM dietary supplements combined with chemotherapy was improved, the immunity was enhanced, and the patient ’s life quality was improved, the life prolonged, and the death rate and transfer rate decreased. The clinical efficacy was exact and patients had good tolerance, and there was clinical promotion.  
摘要:Objective:To discuss the feasibility and clinical efficacy of ginkgo leaf injection combined with Zhibitai capsuleinthe treatment of senile coronary heart disease. Method: One houndred and forty-nine cases aged more than 60 from May. 2009 to May. 2012 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group. 74 cases in control group were treated with ginkgo leaf injection, while 75 cases in observation group were added Zhibitai capsule on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, changes of blood lipid and hemorheology in two groups were observed and compared. Result: The efficacy of observation group was superior to control group (P<0.05 or 0.01). The change of blood lipid and hemorheology in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group after treatment (P<0.01). The adverse reactions of two groups had no obvious difference. Conclusion: The combination of ginkgo leaf injection and Zhibitai capsule can obviously improve blood lipid and hemorheology of senile coronary heart disease. It has obvious effect with less adverse reactions, which is worth of spreading in clinic.

摘要:According modeling methods and evaluation index of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) real heat syndrome to literature review and analysis.According to the related literature at home and abroad of and subject experience, to discusse TCM real heat syndrome from the modeling methods, evaluation indexes. Tthere are have four modeling methods of TCM real heat syndrome and discusse evaluation index from cytokines,hormone secretion,humoral immune and so on.Although modeling methods and evaluation index of TCM e real heat syndrome has made a lot of progress in recent years, which is referenced Western medicine modeling methods. From the point of science translational medicine establishment TCM real heat syndromes model close to Chinese medicine clinical, to put forward the improvement ideas, reference and diagnostic Chinese veterinarian technology, to established animal model of TCM at four diagnostic methods and evaluation index system as far as possible.

摘要:The methods of building constipation models were analyzed and summarized completely. With constipation, animal models as key words, China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database and Springer Link were retrieved. Relevant 86 references were get. 24 articles for reference were adopted through screening. This paper reviewed the methods of building constipation models in the rats, mice, monkeys, rabbit and ferret, and summed up the characteristics and applicable range of each method. The making methods of constipation model were various, but that methods and observation index of constipation models were not in-depth. Detection technology of modern biochemical, molecular and cellular should be used for exploring constipation mechanism. The design thoughts of the models should conform to clinical constipation pathogenesis, and then the evaluation standards of specific constipation model should be found, that can provide convenience for the innovative research of constipation models and research and development of treating constipation medicines.  
摘要:The effect embodies the quality of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Therefore, the quality standards of TCM should describe its curative effect characteristics. The active components alignment theory is a new theory. It is based on the objective fact that different efficacy material combinations (active components alignment) produce different clinical curative effect with ‘clinical curative effect’ as the core. Puerariae is the model medicine in the manuscript. It explores historical evolution of its quality assessment, and looks for authentic ‘standard substance’ (active components alignment) on the basis of curative effect, under the guidance of active components alignment theory and clinical practice of TCM. Apply the analysis method that clinical effect is corresponding to active components alignment to establish general study mode of quality standard of Radix Puerariae. It provides a new idea and method for further study of quality standards based on clinical curative effect.
