摘要:Objective:To establish content determination method of puerarin from Baoji pills,evaluated superiority and inferior of several sterilization method.Method: In this method,methanol-water(30∶70) at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 as mobile phase,detection wavelength was 250 nm at 30 ℃.Determined the content of puerarin in Baoji pills by RP-HPLC,which handled by various sterilization methods or without handling by any sterilization method.Result: Puerarin showed a good linear relationship at range of 4.212-84.24 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9).Average recovery was 98.18%,and RSD 0.44%.Heat steam sterilization method was the best method in this four methods.Conclusion: It was simple,rapid,high sensitivity and accurate with good repeatability and could be used for quality control in Baoji pills.
摘要:Objective:To purify enzymolysis liquid of Gecko,prepared small peptide.Method:Paraffin extraction was used to remove gease,and Sephadex G-15 was adopted to except AA and salts.Result:Added 40% paraffin into enzymolysis liquid of Gecko,melted it,stirred,stilled 4 h at 6 ℃,discarded paraffin,the remaining water solution was added onto Sephadex G-15(1.6 cm×64 cm) every 2 mL,eluted with deionized water by 2 mL·min-1,collected eluate after 60 mL and stopped at 84 mL.Conclusion:The selected purification technology was simple and feasible.
摘要:Objective:To investigate change of physical,chemical properties and out-degree of Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis with different size.Method: To deal with Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis for superfine grinding using ultrafine grinding technology.Powders with different particle size were investigated bulk density,tap density,hygroscopicity,moisture content,mobility etc.Determined the content and dissolution by HPLC with adenosine as index.Result: To compare powder properties between common powder and micropowders of Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis,there was no significant change in angle of repose,increase heavy percentage of moisture absorption and content.The powder density becomes greater after superfine grinding.To some extent of superfine grinding,these ways help to dissolution of index component.But the dissolution of index component will be impeded by excessive superfine grinding.Conclusion: There was no significant change in physical and chemical properties around the superfine grinding of Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis.The effect of dissolution rate which superfine grinding in Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis.
摘要:Objective:Established evaluation method of THTPM(traditional human taste panel method) which is suitable for bitterness study of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Method: Choose single herb decoction of 35 different intensity of bitterness,with different concentrations of berberine hydrochloride solution as reference solution,using default of intensity of bitterness ratings and scoring table to evaluate taste test results of 20 healthy volunteers,removing outliers of the evaluation results by using Grubbs test method.Result:Got results of single herb decoction of 35 different bitterness intensition and distribution characteristics,and established for a system of THTPM which was suitable for bitterness study of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Conclusion: Established method of THTPM in this paper was objectively and accurately and could be used as the reference method to evaluate bitterness of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.

摘要:Objective:To establish purification technology of coumarin from Cortex Daphnes.Method: Investigated adsorption capacity of 3 kinds of macroporous resin with daphnetin and coumarins as indexes,and adsorption characteristics and elutive ratio of coumarin from Cortex Daphnes were studied systematically.Result: D-101 resin had a better purification performance to daphnetin and coumarins.Optimum conditions were as follows:concentration of durg 50 g·L-1 in terms of raw material,adsorption speed was 2 BV·h-1,pH of sample for loading 3.0.After eluted with 4 BV of distilled water,5 BV 50% ethanol was used with desorption speed was 2 BV·h-1.Conclusion: This process of applying macroporous resin to purify coumarin in Cortex Daphnes was reasonable and feasible.
摘要:Objective:To optimize preparation process for total flavonoids from Rhododendron Capitatum Maxim-PVP solid dispersions.Method:To establish experiment by orthogonal design test.Decompress dryness was used to prepare the solid dispersions,using dissolution in vitro to determine optimum technologic parameters.Result: Optimum process was established as following:6 times carriers,6 times alcohol as solvent,2 h as drying time,dryng temperature was 60 ℃.Conclusion:Total flavonoids of Rhododendron Capitatum Maxim solid dispersion prepared with PVP could increase dissolution of total flavonoids obviously.

摘要:Objective:To optimize matrix components of Huoxue Fengshi cataplasm by response surface method.Method: The amount of four matrix agents(sodium polyacrylate,polyvinyl alcohol,gelatin,glycerin) were optimized based on several appraisal indexes including quantity of remains on polyethylene membrane,repeatedly exposing paste,skin following nature,adhesion,peel strength and so on.Determinated optimize ratio by Box-Behnken central composite design.Result: Optimal proportion of matrix components was as following:sodium polyacrylate 6.68 g,polyvinyl alcohol 0.34 g,gelatinum 4.57 g,glycerol 1.01 g.Conclusion: Optimal matrix components of cataplasma was stable,comfortable,all indexes could meet requirements of external patching,and could be prepared easily.
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction and preparation technology of Shebai Fuyan suppository.Method: Optimize extraction technology of Shebai Fuyan suppository by orthogonal design with extraction quantity of berberine and osthole as indexes to composite score.By examining results of mixed state of matrix and drug,mobility,appearance,hardness,melting time changes,dissolution and remaining sample observation in preparation process of suppository to determine it’s preparation technology.Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 2 times with 6 folds of 85% ethanol for 2 h each time;Optimum preparation technology were select matrix PEG6000,PEG600 with proportion of 3∶7,the same amount of weight with concentrated liquid.Conclusion: This technology wss rational,could be used as basis for trial production of preparation.
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction process of Schisandra chinensis fruit by central composite design/response surface method.Method: Independent variables were ethanol concentration,extraction time and solvent ratio,dependent variable was extraction rate of total saponins in S.chinensis.Linear or no-linear mathematic models were used to estimate relationship between independent and dependent variables.Response surface methodology was used to optimize extraction process,prediction was carried out through comparing observed and predicted values.Result: Optimal conditions of extraction process were as following:extracted 3 times with 85% ethanol for 170 min each time.The bias between observed and predicted values was 0.19%.Regression coefficients of binomial fitting complex model was as high as 0.994 2.Conclusion: This extraction process of S.chinensis fruit by central composite design/response surface methodology was simple,high precision,good predictability.

摘要:Objective:Study cortex moutan and carbonized cortex moutan determination of chemical composition.Method:High performance liquid chromatography,on carbonized cortex moutan changes before and after a preliminary qualitative and quantitative composition of.Result: Gallic acid and 5-HMF content increased with frying time and frying temperature increased,but decreased after an increase to a certain extent,flavonoids quercetin,kaempferol,isorhamnetin,etc.decreased.Conclusion:By analyzing the carbonized cortex moutan changes before and after the various chemical components,carbonized cortex moutan for further study of the hemostatic mechanism paeonol provide some basis.
摘要:Objective:To determine the compatibility stability of Yuxingcao injection mixed with fifteen drugs and three transfuses.Method:According to clinical compatibility,Yuxingcao injection was mixed with fifteen drugs and three transfuses,and then the appearance,the pH value,the insoluble particles and the content of decanoyl acetaldehyde in the mixed solution were detected.Result: The compatibility of Yuxingcao injection with Ganciclovir and vitamin B1 for injections was obviously changed in PH value;with all injections were significantly increased in insoluble particles except gentamicin injection,5% and 10% glucose injection transfuses,the content of decanoyl acetaldehyde with Levofloxacin,Ciprofloxacin,Gentamycin,Dexamethasone and vitamin C for injections were decreased about ten percent.Conclusion: Yuxingcao injection can be compatible with 5% and 10% glucose injection transfuses,it cannot be compatible with 5% glucose saline injection transfuses and fifteen drugs mentioned above.
摘要:Objective:To study on the processing technique of Gardenia jasminoids roasted with ginger by orthogonal design.Method: With the contents of geniposide,crocin 1 and crocin 2 in G.jasminoids as evaluation index,the amount of ginger,baking temperature and time were selected as experimental factors and each factor had three levels.Result: The optimum conditions were that G.jasminoids mixed with 12.5% ginger juice,which should be throughtly soaked in an airtight ware,were baked at 180 ℃ for 15 min in the oven.The amount of ginger had significant effect on the experimental results.Conclusion: The processing technology determined by orthogonal design was reasonable reliable and stable.

摘要:Objective:To quickly and effectively discriminate Radix Paeoniae Rubra originates from Paeonia lactiflora and Paeonia veitchii,and evaluate the quality of them by HPLC fingerprint.Method:HPLC fingerprint was adopted to analyze 12 batches of P.lactiflora and 29 batches of P.veitchii that from different fields and picking time,and setting the profile of reference crude drug of P.lactiflora and P.veitchii Lynch as a control.The similarity was evaluated according to the software-’Herb Fingerprint Similarity Assessment System’(2004A),and established Fisher’s linear discriminant functions were astablished by discriminant analysis.Result: The similarity index of reference crude drug of P.lactiflora and P.veitchii is about 0.7,lower than 0.9.The similarity index of 12 batches P.lactiflora and 29 batches P.veitchii with their relative reference crude drug is both above 0.9.The Fisher’s linear discriminant functions was as follows: Y(P.lactiflora)=139.797X1+21.961X2+30.927X3-14.796,Y(P.veitchii)=45.688 X1-10.867X2+69.898X3-13.440(The independentsX1,X2,X3were respectively stand for relative area of catechin,albiflorin and benzoic acid with paeoniflorin area as reference).Conclusion:Combining the chemometric.Such as similarity evalution or discriminant analysis,we could quickly and effectively discriminate Radix Paeoniae Rubra by HPLC fingerprint.Component similarity and differentiation were existing between P.lactiflora and P.veitchii,and P.veitchii was more complex.Species differentiation was the major factor of different constituents between them,fields and picking time were not important.In order to instruct application in clinic safely,it was worth establishing normative quality standard of Radix Paeoniae Rubra by relative research and experiment.
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for the determination about the contents of neomangiferin in the drug couple about Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and Gypsum Fibrosum,To explore the variation of the composition in the compatibility of different proportions.Method: High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to determine the changes in different groups of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma compatible with Gypsum Fibrosum.Separation was performed on C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) analytical column.The mobile phase was ACN-0.2% CH3COOH(15∶85).flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.detection wavelength was at 258.0 nm.Result:The contents of neomangiferin changed when Gypsum Fibrosum was added into the groups of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma.Some of ratios of Gypsum Fibrosum can increase the content of neomangiferin at first then decrease when the protortion was 3∶1(Gypsum Fibrosum-Anemarrhenae Rhizoma).Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and good repeatability.It can be used for the determination about the contents of neomangiferin in the drug couple about Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and Gypsum Fibrosum.The reseach proved the theory that ’the secret of Chinese medicine is due to the dose’,which points out the direction for further research.
摘要:Objective:To provide a basis for scientific evaluation and effective control of the quality and harvest of Paeonia lactiflora in Bozhou through studying the content of paeoniflorin in P.lactiflora in Bozhou at different harvest.Method: With the content of paeoniflorin as criteria,the content of paeoniflorin in P.lactiflora in Bozhou was compared and studied by TLCS.Result: The content of paeoniflorin in P.lactiflora in Bozhou at different harvest is as follows(arranged in order of height of the content): 6 years old,1 year old,5 years old,4 years old,2 years old,3 years old,the content of paeoniflorin of 6-year-old P.lactiflora in Bozhou is the highest and is up to 3.85%.Conclusion: According to the content and output of paeoniflorin at different harvest,P.lactiflora in Bozhou should be planted for five years old,which can not only ensure the quality of P.lactiflora,but also have the higher output.

摘要:Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition method of R.sambucifolia.Method:Ten batches of samples,R.sambucifolia.come from different producing areas and harvest time of Guizhou and Yunnan were carried out to gain fingerprints by HPLC.The chemical pattern recognition of the characteristic fingerprint of R.sambucifolia,known as cluster analysis and principal component analysis,formed.Result:The fingerprint of 10 batches of R.sambucifolia.showed 10 characteristic peaks.The chromatographic profiles of 10 batches of samples were similar.The major difference resulted from intensity of chromatographic peaks.The samples were grouped into 2 types of harvest time Conclusion:The components of R.sambucifolia were well separated on HPLC,The results showed that this method had a good repeatability and stability.The fingerprint established can be used for quality control of R.sambucifolia.
摘要:Objective:To establish ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the determination of total flavones in Desmodium Sambuse.Method: Quercetin was used as reference material,and the samples were determined at 510 nm.Result: The linear range for quercetin was 0.020 8-0.104 0 g·L-1.(r=0.999 7),The recovery rate was 98.09%;RSD 1.34%(n=5).Conclusion: This method was easy to handle with accuracy and reproducibility and suitable for quantitative determination of flavonoid in Desmodium Sambuse.
摘要:Objective:Determination of three kinds of flavonoid aglycones in the leaves of Camellia chrysantha(Hu)by RP-HPLC.Method:The determination of three kinds of flavonoid aglycones was carried out with Agilent TC-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),using methanol-water(52∶48)and flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1and detected at the wave-length of 365 nm.Result: The quercetin and kaempferol of quercetin,luteolin and kaempferol were linear in the range of 3.3-16.7,2.7-28.8,4.1-14.7 mg·L-1 respectively.The average recovery was 98.00%,99.06%,98.11%.RSD were 1.27%,0.62%,0.94%.Conclusion:The methods were simple,rapid and reliable and could be used to control the quality of the C.chrysantha(Hu).

摘要:Objective:To develop a reserved-phase HPLC method for the content determination of polygonin and resveratrol in different age root of Polygonum cuspidatum.Method: The analysis was carried out with Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1.0% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(50∶50) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 319 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.Result: The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.716-7.160 μg(r=0.999 6) for polygonin and 0.740-7.400 μg(r=0.999 8) for resveratrol.The average recoveries were 99.7% for erbascoside and 98.5% for resveratrol.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and precise,and applicable for the determination of polygonin and resveratrol in different age root of Polygonum cuspidatum.
摘要:Objective:To determine the dissociation constants of syringopicroside and its partition coefficients for the n-octanol-water/buffer solution systems.Method: To determine the dissociation constants of syringopicroside were determined by UV-visible spectrophotometer,at the same time,the partition coefficients in the n-octanol-water /buffer solution systems of syringopicroside were determined by shaking flask method.Result: The pka value is 9.628 4±0.14,and the n-octanol/water partition coefficient Papp is 1.206 9(logPapp=0.081 7).When the pH is 4.5,5.5,6.5,7.5,8.5,the n-octanol/water partition coefficient Papp is 1.388 1,1.352 9,1.335 8,1.370 4,1.133 3 respectively,indicating that there is little effect on the n-octanol/water partition coefficient of syringopicroside in different pH values buffer solution.Conclusion: In the physiological environment,drugs most existed as most molecular state.The syringopicroside has good hydrophilicity,but poor liposolubility,it maybe affect the absorption,distribution of syringopicroside and the design of dosage forms.
摘要:Objective:Determination of the heavy metal elements in Gardeniae Fructus samples from different habitats.Method:The content of Pb,Cd,As contents in Gardeniae fructus was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GF-AAS).Determination of Hg contents in Gardeniae fructus by hydride generation-cold as(HG-AAS).Result:All batch test result could meet the pertinent regulations of the national standards.Conclusion:The method was quick,simple with high sensitivivty.It is a reliable method for the determination of the heavy metal elements in Gardeniae fructus.
摘要:Objective:To establish the method for determination of catalpol and cinnamicacid in Yanbianning granule.Method: Catalpol and cinnamicacid were determined by HPLC on C18-column at 212 nm and 278 nm,with water-methanol-acetonitrile(95∶4∶1) and methanol-1% ice acetic(50∶50) as mobile phase,the flow rate were 1.0 mL·min-1 and 1.2 mL·min-1,respectively.Result:Under each condition,The calibration curves of catalpol and cinnamicacid were linear in the ranges of 3.36-168,0.156-104 mg·L-1,respectively.And the each average recoveries of the method were 101.59% for catalpol(RSD 1.36%,n=5),101.28.% for cinnamicacid(RSD 1.28%,n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,it can be used for quality control of Yanbianning granule.
摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in Muxiangbinglang pill.Method: An Agilent C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water(65∶35),the detection wavelength was at 225 nm,the column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result:Costunolide showed a good linear relationship in the range of was 0.046 4-0.371 2 μg(r=0.999 6),the average recovery was 99.0%,RSD 0.86%(n=6).Dehydrocostus lactone showed a good linear relationship in the range of was 0.045 2-0.361 6 μg(r=0.999 5),the average recovery was 99.2%,RSD 0.23%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable,it can be used for the quality control of Muxiangbinglang pill.
摘要:Objective:To establish a quantitative method for detarminazion of mangiferin in Anshen capsule by HPLC.Method: Using a HPLC method was used with Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphate(15∶85) at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,the UV detection wavelength was 258 nm.Result: The linear range of mangiferin was in the range between 2.5 mg·L-1 and 7.5 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of mangiferin was 99.58% with RSD of 0.79%.Conclusion: This method is simple,efficient and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of mangiferin in Anshen capsule.
摘要:Objective:To establish a determination method of the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Halenia elliptica by HPLC.Method: The mobie phase was a mixture of methanol-0.5%H3PO4(85∶15),the column temperature was set 20 ℃,the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1,the deterion wave leght was 210 nm.Result: The linear range of oleanolic acid was 0.01-0.05 g·L-1,the linear range of ursolic acid was 0.02-0.1 g·L-1,and the average recovery was 101.17% with RSD 1.90% and 101.79% with RSD 1.65%.Conclusion: The method was rapid,convenient,accurate,and suitable for quality control of oleanolic acid and ursolic in H.eliptica.
摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Lidanpaishi tablet.Method:The analysis was carried out with Agilent SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column and the mobile phase consisted of Acetontrile-Methanal-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(42∶35∶23)at a flow of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 3.4×10-3-1.14 μg(r=0.999 9),5.3×10-3-1.06 μg(r=0.999 8) and 1.9×10-3-0.49 μg(r=0.999 2) for emodin,chrysophanol and physcion,respectively.The average recoveries were 101.1%(RSD 1.1%),100.5%(RSD 0.9%) and 99.3%(RSD 1.1%) for emodin,chrysophanol and physcion,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and prcise,can be used for the quality of Lidanpaishi tablets.
摘要:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of immunity composite decoction.Method:The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography on microporous resin,silica gel,RP-silica gel and sephadex LH20.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectra data.Result:Ten compound were isolated and identified as ethyl caffeate(1),pelargidenon(2),methyl salvianolate A(3),salvianolic acid N(4),rosmarinic acid(5),salvianolic acid A(6),methyl litospermate B(7),salvianolic acid B(8),galloylpaeoniflorin(9),succinic acid(10).Conclusion: All of compounds were isolated from immunity composite decotion for the first time,among them compound 1-7 were from Salvia miltiorrhiza,compound 8 was from Paeonia suffruticosa,compound 9 and compound 10 were from Leonto podium leonto podioid.
摘要:Objective:To investigate chemical constituents of Ilex asprella.Method: Reflux extraction,silica gel chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 were used for separation.MS,1H-NMR,13 C-NMR and other spectroscopic techniques were used for identification of compounds.Result:Seven compounds were isolated and identified,they were kaempferol-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopynanoside,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopynanoside,kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopynanoside,rutin,oleanolic acid,triacontanoic acid,and sucrose respectively.Conclusion: All compounds were first isolated from this plant except for compound 2.
摘要:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Polygonum capitatum.Method: Compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly by silica gel,Sephadex gel,ODS C18 and MCI gel column chromatography.Their structures were identified by physical,chemical methods and spectral data.Result: Seven compounds were obtained form 80% ethanol extract of P.capitatum,and identified as tetracosane-1,3-diol(1),(24R)-cycloart-25-ene-3β,24-diol(2),emodin(3),daucosterol(4),1-O-butyl-β-D-mannopyranoside(5),2-O-butyl-β-D-fructofuranoside(6) and 2-O-butyl-α-D-fructofuranoside(7),respectively.Conclusion: Compounds 1,3,5 and 6 were obtained from P.capitatum for the first time.Compound 2 and 7 were obtained from Polygonaceae for the first time.

摘要:Objective:To optimally select the extraction technology of total flavonoids of leaves of Lycium barbarum by microwave-assisted and to determine the content of total flavonoids of leaves of L.barbarum of different picked time.Method: The effects of four single-factors(including ethanol concentration,material-liquid rate,microwave irradiation time and current intensity) on the extraction of total flavonoids of leaves of L.barbarum have been studied.And the results of the orthogonal experiment were analyzed by variance analysis.The best extraction technology was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in leaves of L.barbarum at different picked times.Result: The best single factor was determined and the best extraction of total flavonoids of leaves of L.barbarum by microwave-assistant with orthogonal experiment was optimized.The best extraction technology was as follows: using 55% ethanol as extractor with the ratio of material to liquid at 1∶45 and extraction for 40 s in 60 mA current intensity.Conclusion: By comparing the content of total flavonoids in leaves of L.barbarum at different picked time,the content of total flavonoids in leaves was decreased with the leaves growing.It is conclude that the best picked time of leaves of L.barbarum is in the middle of May.

摘要:Objective:To study the chemical components of the cultured filaments of an actinomycete strain(N2010-37).Method: Compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques and recrystallization,and the structures were identified by spectral methods together with physiochemical analysis.Result: Seven compounds were identified.There were 6,7-dimethoxy-5,8-dihydroxylflavone(Ⅰ),5,6,7,8-tetramethoxyflavone(Ⅱ),p-hydroxybenzonic acid(Ⅲ),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(Ⅳ),uracil(Ⅴ),adenosine(Ⅵ),daucosterol(Ⅶ).Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰand Ⅱ were isolated from marine actinomycete for the first time.Compounds Ⅲ-Ⅶ have been isolated from this actinomycete for the first time.
摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Anshen Dingzhi Ling(ADL) on expression of dopamine transporter(DAT) of spontaneously hypertensive(SHR) rats’ striatum and the mechanism of this medicine to treat with ADHD.Method: Thirty SHR rats were randomly divided into 5 groups including model group,ritalin group,ADL high dose group,ADL medium dose group and ADL low dose group,6 rats each group,meantime,6 Wistar-Kyoto rats constitute normal control group.The dosages of the 3 groups of ADL were 34.1,17.1,8.5 g·kg-1,ig respectively and the dosage of ritalin group is 2.1 mg·kg-1,ig,as for the model group or normal control,rats were given physiological saline as per 10 mL·kg-1,ig.After 2-week,the rats in experiments were killed and separate the brain tissues,then examine the expression of striatum DAT protein or mRNA of each group with RT-PCR as well as laser scanning confocal microscope.Result: Statistic difference of DAT protein expression was observed among different groups(P<0.05).Comparing with the normal control group,the DAT protein expression of striatum of SHR model group was higher obviously(P<0.01);the DRT protein expression of ADL medium or high group was lower than model group(P<0.01),meanwhile,the protein expression of ritalin group was lower than model group also(P<0.05),but no statistic difference was observed between groups of low-dose ADL group and model in expression of DAT protein expression.The protein expression levels from the lower to the higher were ADL low dose group,ritalin group,ADL medium group as well as ADL high dose group.Conclusion: ADL has the potent to depress the expression of DAT mRNA as well as protein in SHR rat striatum,to block the reuptaking DA process performed by presynaptic neuron,and then to increase the DA concentration in synaptic clefts,to improve the conduction function of nerve signals of centrum DA,to play a role to treat with ADHD after all.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Maxing Shigan decoction on citric acid-induced cough in guinea pig.Method: Guinea pigs were randomly divided into six groups such as normal,model,codeine and three Maxing Shigan decoction groups(high-doses,middle-doses and low-doses).Drugs had been continuously administered for 7 days before citric acid-induced cough model in guinea pig was established.Frequency of cough and latent period were counted with the system of biomechanical parameter collection,which are responsible for cough signal,voice recording and counting.The content of serum H2O2 and catalase were detected using biochemical methods.Result: The frequency of cough(53.6±10.7),infiltration of inflammatory cells in bronchial submucosa and content of serum H2O2(71.3±18.8) mol·L-1 were increased in model groups.The frequency of cough,infiltration of inflammatory cells in bronchial submucosa and content of serum H2O2 were decreased by Maxing Shigan decoction(P<0.05).But latent period of cough was only prolonged by high-doses Maxing Shigan decoction(P<0.05).Conclusion: The citric acid-induced cough model in uinea g pig could be prevented and cured by Maxing Shigan decoction,and the changed H2O2may be one of mechanisms.
摘要:Objective:To observe the ameliorative effect of Qiju Dihuang decoction for N-methyl-N-nitrosourea(MNU)-induced retinal degeneration rats.Method:Sprague Dawley(SD) rats were divided into three groups: the control group,the model group and the Qiju Dihuang decoction group.After intraperitonal injected by the compound MNU,all SD rats were turned into retinal degeneration models.Every rat was tested by flash electroretinograms(FERG) at scheduled time points.The photoreceptor cells apoptosis was marked with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP-digoxigenin nick end labeling(TUNEL).The thickness of outer nuclear layer(ONL) was measured by HE coloration.Result:Compared with the model control group,the Qiju Dihuang decoction can obviously sustain the FERG pattern of rats for a long time,remarkably reduce the apoptotic indexes and add the thickness of ONL.Conclusion:The Qiju Dihuang decoction can protect MNU-induced apoptosis of photoreceptor cells.
摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Jingyuankang capsule(JYK capsule) on the mouse hemopoiesis ancestor cells in cyclophosphamide(CTX) induced myleosuppression.Method:Group: Seventy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Likejun group,Tonic Capsule group,JYK capsule high dose group,JYK capsules medium dose group,JYK capsule low dose group.The mouse models of CTX-induced myleosuppression were adopted.All groups mice received an intraperitoneal injections of 100 mg·kg-1 CTX while normal group’s mice received NS as control in the morning for 3 days,and intragastric infusion with different drugs in the afternoon.then,only done those as in the afternoon.Model: the progenitor cell colony,progenitor cells cultured by implantation in vivo diffusion chamber method and count in the light microscope Olympus.Result: The results of hematopoietic progenitor cells in vivo culture: JYK each dose group could improve bone marrow progenitor cells(granulocyte monocyte progenitor cell CFU-GM,erythroid progenitor cells CFU-E/BFU-E,megakaryocyte hematopoietic progenitor cell CFU-Meg) colony yields rate of mices.JYK capsule high dose group was more produced.Conclusion: JYK capsule can promote the proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells by humoral factor or some of bioactive materials to increase three progenitor cells colony and promote the proliferation of damaged blood cells.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Yifei Huoxue granule(YFHXG) on the nitric oxide(NO) leveland inducible nitric oxide synthesis(iNOS) activation of rat pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells(PASMCs) upon exposure to chronic hypoxic conditions.Method: Tissue block anchorage was useed to the primary culture of rat PASMCs,PASMCs were randomly divided into normoxia group,hypoxia group,hypoxia+ YFHXG group(7.5,1.5,0.15 g·L-1).NO level was measured by nitrate reductase method,mRNA abundance of iNOS was detected by RT-PCR,the expression of iNOS were examined by immunohistochemistry.Result: Compared with PASMCs in normoxia group,hypoxia caused NO levels to increase,the transcription and translation of iNOS improved a lot in hypoxia group(P<0.05);But compared with hypoxia alone group,YFHXG group had a significantly effect in increasing NO level and iNOS activity which was based on hypoxia induced(P<0.05).Conclusion: YFHXG can directly promote NO level and iNOS activation of PASMCs on hypoxic conditions through enhancing the transcription and translation of iNOS,thus inhibiting the proliferation of PASMCs and mediating vasodilation,it may play a crucial role in the protecting of hypoxic pulmonary arterial hypertension.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Sini decoction(SND) on the intestinal mucosal injury and intestinal bacterial translocation induced by hemorrhagic shock.Method: The animals were randomly divided into normal group,shock model group,SND high dose group,SND low dose group.The shock model was induced by hemorrhaging for one hour and then resuscitating with shedding blood and same-volume Ringer lactate solution.The morphological changes in ileum mucosa were observed under light microscope.The intestinal bacteria in the liver,spleen,kidney and mesenteric lymph nodes was counted after 24 h culture.The level of endotoxin and D-lactate(D-Lac) in plasma was determined after 3 h resuscitation.Result: Compared with the model group,the intestinal pathology in SND groups significantly improved,the number of translocated intestinal bacteria and the level of endotoxin and D-Lac in SND groups were significantly reduced.The nitric oxide synthase(t-NOS) was significantly reduced and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) tended to decrease in SND group.The efficacy of SND was in a dose dependent manner.Conclusion: The SND can reduce intestinal injury and inhibit the translocation of intestinal bacteria.The mechanism may be related to inhibition of t-NOS,TNF-α.

摘要:Objective:Observing the effect of secretion from the skin of Rana dybowskii on the wound healing of experimental mice.Method: Sixty mice were randomly divided into three groups: glycerol control group,external emergency ointment group and dybowskin-1ST group(50 mg·L-1,10 μg each wound).The wound model of skin was established.Experimental material(0.2 mL) was used to smear each wound and extend 2-3 mm once a day.Measured the square of wound every two days.Then the healing rate of wound in mice was measured.At the third and seventh days,we maked the wound with the skin around into tissue sections and observed their histomophological changes in light microscope.Result: We can obtain that dybowskin-1ST and external emergency ointment can respectively increases the rate of wound healing by 16.04% and 20.87% at the 7th day.Corresponding healing rates were(86.74±0.27)% and(91.57±0.14)%.On the other hand,histomophology suggets dybowskin-1ST group and external emergency ointment group display more fibroblasts and blood capillary,futhermore,tissue demixing appear more conspicuous.Conclution: We prove that dybowskin-1ST can improve the state of granulation tissue and collagen fibers,accelerating significantly the healing of impaired wound in mice.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of ten traditional Chinese medicine and pseudolaric acid B(PB) on Candida albicans yeast and biofilm in vitro.Method:Moutan Cortex,Coptidis Rhizoma,Caryophylli Flos,Cinnamomi cortex,Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma,Cinnamomi Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Sophore flavescentis Radir,Cnidii Fructus and Hedyotis diffusa Willd.were extracted with water,dissolved in DMSO.The microtiter method was used to test the antifungal effect against planktonic and biofilm C.albicans in vitro.Result: The MIC of PB inhibit the planktonic C.albicans was 15.6 mg·L-1,The MIC50 of PB inhibit the biofilm C.albicans was 31.2 mg·L-1.The MIC50 of Moutan Cortex and Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma inhibit the biofilm C.albicans was 125 mg·L-1 and 250 mg·L-1,respectively.The other medicines did not show any antifungal effect at 2 000 mg·L-1.Conclusion: PB showed some antifungal effect against planktonic and biofilm C.albicans,all the other traditional Chinese medicine water preparations did not show much activity against planktonic and biofilm C.albicans.The water extracts of traditional Chinese medicine did not showed much antifungal activity against the planktonic and biofilm C.albicans.The evaluation of the antifungal activity of traditional Chinese medicine need to be further discussed.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Weichangan decoction,a Chinese herbal formula,on epithelial mesenchymal transition in gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells.Method: SGC-7901 cells were seeded and allowed to attach,then the model of epithelial mesenchymal transition was established by transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)(5 μg·L-1) treatment.In Weichangan group,cells were further treated with Weichangan decoction(1 000 mg·L-1).Five days later,cell morphology was observed by microscope,expressions of E-cad,N-cad,vimentin,Protein kinase B(P-AKT,AKT),Twist and Snail were detected by western blot.Result: After TGF-β1 treatment,SGC-7901 cells exhibited a narrow elongated and more loosely connected morphology,the relative expression of E-cad was down-regulated 0.241,and the relative expression of N-cad and vimentin were up-regulated 0.225 and 0.371 respectively,suggested epithelial mesenchymal transition was induced in SGC-7901 cells.Compared with model group,SGC-7901 cells in Weichangan group exhibited a pebble-like atypical epithelial morphology.In addition,upon Weichangan decoction treatment,the relative expression of E-cad were up-regulated 0.210,and the relative expression of N-cad,vimentin,P-AKT,AKT,Twist and Snail were down-regulated 0.119,0.124,0.248,0.085,0.402,0.382 respectively.Conclusion:Weichangan decoction has inhibitory effects on epithelial mesenchymal transition in gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells,and may related to inhibition of AKT expression and phosphorylation,and down-regulation of Twist and Snail.
摘要:Objective:To assess the formular Buyang Huanwu decoction on α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA) in renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis rats caused by unilateral ureteral obstruction.Method: The renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis model was caused by unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO) in SD rats.The rats were divided into four groups,namely,sham operation group,modeling group,enalapril treated group and Buyang Huanwu decoction treated group.Rats were sacrificed at 7,14,28 d during experiment period for examination of renal function using light microscopy,hematoxylin-eosin staining,Masson staining for the evaluation of interstitium injury index and immunohistochemistry for α-SMA.Result: The renal function of modeling rats declined compared with sham-group rats.The renal function of rats received either enalapril or Buyang Huanwu decoction significantly improved compared modeling rats.Light microscopy showed that the rats undertook UUO had significant tubulointerstitial fibrosis and both enalapril and sig Buyang Huanwu decoction nificantly improved the renal lesions.At each time point,the interstitium injury index and expression of α-SMA in modeling rats were significantly increased compared with rats received sham operation.Enalapril and Buyang Huanwu decoction significantly decreased the interstitium injury index and expression of α-SMA at d 7(P<0.05);the index and expression of α-SMA was further decreased in the next three weeks with extreme significance(P<0.01).Conclusion: The formular Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve renal function and morphology destruction,decrease the interstitium injury index and expression of α-SMA in renal fibrosis rats caused by UUO.The results indicate the formular Buyang Huanwu decoction may have beneficial effects on tubulointerstitial fibrosis.
摘要:Objective:To study the pathomorphological change of uterus in rats loaded by estradiol and progesterone and the interfering effects of Feke Zaizao pill(FKW).Method: Sixty female SD rats were divided into 6 groups randomly:the normal group,the model group,the FKW low,moderate,high group(0.28,0.56,1.12 g·kg-1·d-1),the Guizhi Fuling capsule group(0.3 g·kg-1·d-1).The rats,except for the normal group,were injected with diethylstilbestrol and progesterone for eighteen weeks to establish uterine leiomyoma-like hyperplasia model.And from the end of the ninth week,FKW was used to interfering with the model rats by gastric perfusion.The uterus tissue was used to processing pathology detection by hematoxylin-eosin staining to observe the pathomorphological changes and the thickness of uterine smooth muscle to study the influence of FKW.Result: Compared with the normal group,the myometrium of rats in the model group incrassation obviously(P<0.01),and the pathologic changes of uterus tissue of rats in the model group,such as smooth muscle fibre hypertrophy、irregular arrangement、interveined and the neutrophil infiltration in the uteri tissue,appeared significant differences which were analyzed by semiquantitative statistic analysis(P<0.01).FKW could minish the degree of myometrium incrassation(P<0.05,P<0.01),and improve the pathomorphological changes of uterus of model rats.Conclusion:FKW has the function of restraining and improving the uterine leiomyoma-like hyperplasia in rats,which could be produced by diethylstilbestrol and progesterone loaded.
摘要:Objective:Mangiferin,quercetin and gallic acid are the main chemical compositions of mango leaves with a content of more than 2% each.This article is to investigate the interaction effects of mangiferin and quercetin/gallic acid when they were used together for antitussive purpose.Method:Ammonia-induced cough model was employed to study antitussive effect.Factorial analysis of variance was employed to study interaction effects.Result:Compared with the ’mangiferin group’,the antitussive effect of ’mangiferin+quercetin group’ was stronger(P<0.01),while the effect of ’mangiferin+ gallic acid group’ was equal(P>0.05).Conclusion:There exists interaction between mangiferin and quercetin;quercetin can significantly improve mangiferin’s antitussive effect.No interaction effect between mangiferin and gallic acid;gallic acid indicates no antitussive effect when it is taken orally together with mangiferin.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the mechanisms of the alcohol extract of Thladiantha dubia fruits(AETF) on secondary dysmenorrhea-induced endometritis.Method:The secondary dysmenorrhea model of endometritis was established by implanting the plastic tube into uterus.The effect of AETF on concentration of nitric oxide(NO) and malondialdehyde(MDA),and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in homogenate of uterus was observed by adopting the rats model.Result:AETF groups(0.3,0.6,1.2 g·kg-1) clearly decreased concentration of NO and increased activities of SOD,compared with model group(P<0.01 and P<0.05);AETF groups(0.6,1.2 g·kg-1) clearly decreased concentration of MDA and increased activities of GSH-Px,compared with model group(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Conclusion: The mechanisms of AETF on secondary dysmenorrhea may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory mediators and pianful mediators,the clearance of peroxides.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Xiaojianzhong decoction(XJZD) on the experiment model with deficiency cold of Spleen and Stomach in rat.Method: Rats were randomly divided into six groups,rats were treated with intragastric 4 ℃ vinegar to establish deficiency and cold of spleen andstomach model.Except for the normal group,rats were given appropriate treatment for each groups 15 days later.The general condition of the rats and the body weight were observed,and the indexes of T-SOD,MDA,cAMP and cGMP were detected.Result:Compared with the model group,body weight of the XJZD group rats was increase(P<0.05),the activity of SOD of gastric tissue in XJZD large doeswas increased and the content of MDA was decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05);the content of cAMP in plasma was increased,the cGMP level declined and the A/G ratio was also raised(P<0.05).Conclusion: XJZD can protect effectively on deficiency cold of spleen and stomach,the mechanism may be related to preventing the lipid peroxidation and condition of cylic nucleotides disorder.

摘要:Objective:To study the antioxidant activity of different extracts of Uraria lagopodioides.Method:The total flavonoids content of ethyl acetate extract,acetone extract and 95% ethanol extract from U.lagopodioides by UV methods.Their antioxidant activities were investigated in present study with different doses(0.2-1.2 g·L-1),employing various methods established in vitro systems,such as the scavenging activities on ABTS+ radical and DPPH radical,and reducing power.Result: The total flavonoids content of EAE,AE and EE was 74.0,65.7,84.2 g·kg-1,respectively.These plants possessed good scavenging activities on ABTS·+radical,DPPH· radical and reducing power activities,and the most outstanding one was found to be the ethanol extract,the IC50 value of EE in these three essays was 0.52,1.36,4.88 g·L-1,respectively.Conclusion: This study showed that all the extracts could be employed as natural antioxidants and health care products.
摘要:Objective:To study protective effects of aqueous extract of Cinnamon cassia on the whole cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Method: Fifty SD male rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal group,model group,C.cassia group(10,20,40 g·kg-1 as low,moderate and high dose respectively).The model of the whole cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was established by four-vessel occlusion(4-VO).Intragastric administration of C.cassia continued 7 days before modeling and stoped the administration 3 h after the modeling.The activities of MAO and CAT in the brain,heart,liver,kidney tissues were determined by the Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer.Result: Compared with the model groups,the activity of MAO was decreased remarkably(P<0.05 or P<0.01) in all tissues by all doses of C.cassia and the result of the low dose was the best.The activity of CAT in all tissues was enhanced remarkably(P<0.05 or P<0.01) by the high dose,while the activity of CAT in brain and heart was enhanced remarkably(P<0.05 or P<0.01) by the low group and moderate group,without effects in liver and kidney.Conclusion: Aqueous extract of C.cassia had protective effects on the whole cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats,and the mechanism may relate to lipid peroxidation and inhibitory action of MAO.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Huoxue Jiedu formula on expression of pigment epithelium derived factor(PEDF)in retina of rats with diabetes.Method: A single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(65 mg·kg-1)was used to induce diabetic rats.Model rats were randomly divided into diabetes mellitus(DM)group,Huoxue Jiedu formula groups(15.8,7.7 g·kg-1) and Doxium group(0.167 g·kg-1).The normal group and model group were given normal water by intragastric administrate.All rats were killed after 20 weeks.The serum PEDF levels were measured.Immunological histochemistry assay was used to observe the expression of PEDF.The expressive abundance of PEDFmRNA in rats’ retina was detected by real-time quantitative PCR.Result: The level of PEDF in serum,the retinal PEDF protein expression and PEDFmRNA were significantly lower in DM rats than in control group(P<0.01).The level of PEDF in serum of Huoxue Jiedu formula groups were higher than those in model group.Compared with the model group,the expression of PEDF in Huoxue Jiedu formula groups increased evidently(P<0.01)and the expression of PEDFmRNA were added than those in model groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Huoxue Jiedu formula medicine can increase the expression of PEDF in retina of rats with diabetes.
摘要:Objective:To study the proliferation and function in human embryonic hepatocytes treated by Adiantum reniforme L.var.sinense Y.X.Lin extracts.Method: Human embryonic hepatocytes L-O2 104in culture were treated for 24 h with 1 g·mL-1 the aqueous extract solution.The cell proliferation was measured by the MTT assay.The albumin secretion was detected by the bromcresol green colorimetry.The activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in culturalmedia were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Result: The extracts promoted the cell proliferation with dose-dependent.At drug concentration in 100 g·L-1,the aqueous extract solution increase the secretion of albumin to 2.14 g·L-1,and decreased LDH activity.Conclusion: The extract of A.reniforme can promote the hepatic proliferation and function.

摘要:Objective:To study the antidepressant effects of the total flavonoids of Scutellaria baicalensis(TFSB) in mice.Method: Male ICR mice were divided into control and four treatment groups.The treatment groups were received TFSB at dose of 25,50,100 mg·kg-1 and fluoxetine at 20 mg·kg-1 administration for 7 days respectively.Forced swimming test(FST),tail suspension test(TST) and reserpine reversal test were conducted for behavior evaluation at 1 h after the last administration.Result: 50,100 mg·kg-1 of TFSB and 20 mg·kg-1 of fluoxetine significantly decreased immobility time of mice in both FST and TST.Moreover,50,100 mg·kg-1 of TFSB significantly antagonize the decrease in body temperature,akinesia and eyelid ptosis induced by reserpine in mice.Conclusion: These results suggested that TFSB possessed potent antidepressant-like properties,and the mechanism may involved in monoaminergic nervous systems.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of psychological stress on gastric emptying and gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT) in rats and the preventive effect of Shengjiang Fang.Method:Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups: control group,psychological stress group,psychological stress plus low dose of Shengjiang Fang 5.5 g·kg-1 and high-dose group(11.0 g·kg-1),respectively.Gastric emptying ratios,GAS and MOT contents were measured.Result:Compared with the control group,the body weight,the gastric emptying ratio and GAS and MOT contents significantly decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05) in psychological stress group.Compared with the psychological stress group,the body weight and the gastric emptying ratio and GAS and MOT contents both in psychological stress plus low and high-dose of Shengjiang Fang group were all increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological stress can decrease the gastric emptying rate and the GAS and MOT contents,Shengjiang Fang can antagonize the inhibitory effect of psychological stress on gastric emptying and increase the GAS and MOT contents in rats.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of icariin(ICA) on the levels of matrix metalloprotease-2(MMP-2) in rat carotid artery injured by balloon and to evaluate the mechanisms of inhibiting intima hyperplasia and vascular remodeling.Method: Fourty-four rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: natural group,model group and ICA low dose group(60 mg·kg-1) and ICA high dose group(120 mg·kg-1).Rat carotid balloon injury restenosis model was established.Rats of ICA group were treated with(ig) drugs for 2 or 4 weeks.Then the mRNA expression of MMP-2 was assessed by RT-PCR,and immunohistochemistry analysis was applied to detect the expression of MMP-2.Result: Compared with model group,the ICA group significantly decreased the expression of MMP-2,at 14 and 28 day after injury(P<0.01).Conclusion: ICA could inhibit neointimal proliferation of rat carotid artery injured after balloon injury,the mechanism might be related to the effects of ICA in decreasing mRNA level of MMP-2,inhibiting migration of vascular smooth muscle cells.
摘要:Objective:To evaluate Shuminfang influence on allergies and itching model.Method: The pharmacodynamic effects were observed in Passive cutaneous anaphylaxis by intravenous injection of Evans blue and subcutaneous injection of histamine phosphate,and itching model by intravenous injection of dextran in experimental animals.Result: Shuminfang high dose group can reduce the blue stained area of mice abdominal skin(P<0.05),the inhibition rate was 73.85%,high and middle dose group can inhibit the skin vascular permeability induced by histamine phosphate(P<0.01),the inhibition rates were 45.16%,41.94%;and can significantly reduce dextran-induced itching scratching number and shorten the duration(P<0.01).Conclusion: Shuminfang has certain effect on skin allergies and itching.
摘要:Objective:Establishment and evaluation of type 2 diabetic retinopathy model in rats,exploring the efffects of calcium dobesilate on the model.Method: SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group,model rats with high fat diet for 3 months,then ip STZ(45 mg·kg-1) one times.12 weeks later,the model rats were randomly divided into model group and drug group.Drug group ig daily calcium dobesilate(150 mg·kg-1).After the administration period,detection of retinal tissue malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione(GSH),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),glycosylated of products(AGEs) and other indicators.Result: Compared with model group,drug group SOD activity,VEGF expression are significantly different(P <0.05),but GSH,MDA content and the expression of AGEs was not significantly different.Changes of the aboved index proved that the model was successful.Conclusion: The experimental rat model was established successfully.It may provide a perfect animal model for investigating type 2 diabetic retinopathy and pharmacology successful.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Qingchang granule in experimental functional constipation.Method: Qingchang granule low,medium and high(6.5,13,26 g·kg-1·d-1)dose group,Dahuang Tongbian Keli(3.12 g·kg-1·d-1)group,polyethylene glycol PEG 4 000 powder(5.2 g·kg-1·d-1) group.ig every day to medicine,the continuous 5 d.To investigate the role of Qingchang granule in the time and number of defaecation,volume of intestine,propulsive movement of small intestine of the experimental mouse(defaecation experiment,volume of intestine experiment,charcoal powder propulsion experiment),explore the biological effect of the Qingchang granule in experimental functional Constipation.Result: Dry and water loss model group comparison,Qingchang granule,high dose group of mice,shorten the time required for the first time defecate in row 4 h and black points increased(P<0.01).And intestinal power obstacles model,Qingchang granule group compared low,medium and high dose group first row black mice and shorten the time and increase in row 4 h black then points(P<0.01,P<0.05).And blank compared to the Qingchang granule with mice increased defecate time reduced doses,defecate number increased(P<0.01).And blank compared Qingchang granule low,medium and high quality throughout the obvious increase of the dose group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Carbon ink distance and promote blank compared increases obviously(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The results indicate that Qingchang granule could promote defecation,decrease the intestine absorbed the moisture,increased volume of intestine,enhanced the enterocinesia and propulsive movement of intestine.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Angong Niuhuang Wan on the cerebral ischemia and blood rheology in the rats.Method: Rats were randomly divided into sham group,vehicle group(normal saline was poured into the stomach at 12 mL·kg-1),Angong Niuhuang Wan group(Angong Niuhuang Wan solution was at 0.25 g·kg-1),Western medicine group(mannitol at 10 mL·kg-1 furosemide injection at 1.5 mg·kg-1 and citicoline sodium injection at 20 mg·kg-1 were determined tail vein injection),integrated Chinese and Western medicine group.The model of focal cerebral ischemia of rat was established by the sutureoccluded method.Medications were administered after four days continuously of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) and stroke index evaluation was respectively studied at the first,second and third day after MCAO.By HE coloring,to observe the ischemic tissue after MCAO in four days later under the light microscope and examine the change of hemorheology.Result:After MCAO in four days the whole blood viscosity(ηb),plasma viscosity(ηp),platelet aggregation rate(PAgT) erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI),erythrocyte rigidity index(IR) in vehicle group were much higher than those in sham group(P<0.05) and the DI in vehicle group was apparently lower than that in control group(P<0.05);all the treatment groups could decrease the stroke index,the ηb,ηp,PagT,EAI and IR and increase the deformability index(DI) at different levels.Integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment showed more significant effect compared with other groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Angong Niuhuang Wan may protect brain from ischemia injury.The effect of Angong Niuhuang Wan might be related with improvement in hemorheological parameters.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of Rg3 on inhibiting and inducing apoptosis of human adenoid cystic carcinoma cells.Method: The human adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line SACC-83 was treated with Rg3 of various concentrations.Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay.Morphological changes of cells were observed by fluorescent microscope.Cell cycle and cell proliferation index were analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM).The expression of hTERT in cells was detected by immunohistochemistry.Result: Rg3 inhibited proliferation of SACC-83 cells in a manner of time-concentration-dependent relationship.When treated with 20 mg·L-1 of Rg3 for 24 h and 48 h,the cells showed apoptotic morphological characteristics including the condensed chromatin,the nuclear fragmentation,the apoptotic body and bright fluorescentgranules.When treated with Rg3 of various concentrations for 72 h,the percentage of cells in G0/G1 phase was increased,whereas the percentage of cells in S phase and G2/M phase was decreased.The cell proliferation index was decreased in a manner of obvious concentration-dependent relationship.The expression of hTERT in cells was inhibited by Rg3.Conclusion: The results suggest that ginsenoside Rg3 exerts an inhibiting effect on proliferation of SACC-83 cells by inducing apoptosis and down regulation of telomerase activity.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effects and its antioxidant mechanism of tetramethylpyrazine on renal injury induced by high-fat diet and streptozotocin(STZ).Method:Seventy rats were randomly divided into normal control group(14 rats) and model group.All model rats were fed by high-fat diet for 4 weeks and then injected with STZ(40 mg·kg-1,ip).Blood glucose levels were measured 72 h after STZ injection using a one-touch glucometer.Rats with fasting blood glucose level above 16.67 mmol·L-1 were randomly divided into four groups: model control,metformin(250 mg·kg-1)and tetramethylpyrazine(80,160 mg·kg-1) groups.All rats were treated for 8 weeks.At the end of experiment,urine was collected from the rats for 24 h to measure the urinary volume and protein.And then blood was collected to detect the changes of creatinine(Cr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),contents of glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc) and advanced glycation end products(AGEs).Contents of AGEs and malondialdehyde(MDA),activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme in kidney tissues were tested respectively.Result: Compared with normal control,the levels of SCr,BUN were significantly increased in the models(P<0.01),content of MDA increased,while activity of SOD and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme decreased significantly(P<0.01) in kidney tissues,and contents of HbAlc,concentrations of AGEs in serum and kidney were increased markedly.Treated with Tetramethylpyrazine(80,160 mg·kg-1) for 8 weeks,the levels of SCr and BUN in blood were decreased(P<0.05);and the MDA content in kidney tissues was reduced,activities of SOD and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme were also enhanced respectively(P<0.01,P<0.05),and contents of HbAlc,concentrations of AGEs in serum and kidney were decreased markedly.Conclusion:Tetramethylpyrazine appears protective effect for renal injury rats induced by high-fat diet and STZ,and its mechanism may be concerned with increasing the antioxidative ability.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Guanxin Danshen tablet on balloon catheter injury to common carotid artery of rat with hyperlipidemia.Method: For induction of hyperlipidemia,high fat emulsion was offered to rats by intragastric administration once a day for 30 d,after that,balloon catheter injury to the left common carotid artery was performed.after ballon injury,the high fat diet was continously given for 14 d.Meanwhile,the animals in diferent groups were accordingly given Guanxin Danshen tablet(0.72,0.36,0.18 g·kg-1),simvastatin(4×10-3 g·kg-1) and normal saline(for model and sham-operated group) for 45 d.levels of cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein in serum were detected,Neointimal hyperplasia was observed by HE staining,and neointimal area,media tunica area and ratio of neointimal area/media tunica area were caculated.Result: Guanxin Danshen tablet could lower the cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in serum of rats with hyperlipidemia,reduce the area of neointiaml and diminish the ratio of neointimal area/media tunica area.Conclusion: Guanxin Danshen tablet could suppress the neointimal hyperplasia after ballon catheter injury to the common carotid artery of rat with hyperlipidemia.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Tianshengyuan oral solution(TSY),a new candidate Chinese medicine,in mice with immunologically mediated aplastic anemia(IAA).Method: Mouse models with IAA were developed and given TSY by gavage for 14 days.Then peripheral WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT,reticulocyte(RET),femoral bone marrow nucleus cell(BMNC),spleen index,and pathological features of femoral bone marrow and spleen tissues were examined.Result: The values of WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT,RET,BMNC,and spleen index in the model group were remarkably lower than those in the normal group(P<0.001).TSY(12.4,24.8 g·kg-1·d-1)could significantly increase the amount of WBC(at the ratio of 150.0% and 133.3%,respectively),RBC(9.5% and 37.1%),HGB(12.9% and 44.5%),HCT(11.6% and 28.4%),PLT(94.8% and 252.3%),RET(115.4% and 123.1%),BMNC(71.1% and 95.6%)and spleen index(18.7% and 33.7%),compared with IAA model group(P<0.050.001).Furthermore,pathological examination for the femoral bone marrow and spleen tissues indicated that TSY could obviously increase in hematopoietic cells,decrease in fatty cells,alleviate the atrophy of the splenic corpuscles,and accelerate the growth of hematopoietic focuses in spleen.Conclusion: TSY could promote the proliferation of hematopoietic cells inside and outside bone marrow,improve the function of hematopoiesis,thus have a great potential for the treatment of mice with IAA.

摘要:Objective:To study on tissue distribution and metabolism of 8-acetylharpagide in rats.Method: The content of 8-acetylharpagide in tissue and excreta at different time points after tail vein injection were determined by HPLC,then analyzed distribution of 8-acetylharpagide.Result:After injected,the content of 8-acetylharpagide in heart,spleen,lung,kidney and uterus reached peak in 10 min,the highest concentration was in kidney;Concentration of 8-acetylharpagide in liver reached peak in 30 min,the content of 8-acetylharpagide in liver,lung and kidney reduced to a lower level in 60 min,it could not be detected in heart,spleen and uterus;after injected,8-acetylharpagide was discharged mostly through urine,less excreted by stool.Conclusion: By injection,8-acetylharpagide excreted in prototype drugs mainly.
摘要:Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of modified Chaihu Wendan decoction(mCWD) on atherosclerosis and its possible mechanisms.Method:Selected elder hypertensive patients were divided into three groups at random,i.e.Atrovastatin group,mCWD group andAtrovastatin plus mCWD group.These three groups were referred to as A group,C group and A+C group hereafter,respectively.Based on regular lowering-pressure treatments,specifically,A group was treated with Atrovastatin of 20 mg per day further,C group with mCWD in dose of 20 g per time,around each meal and three times a day,and A+C group with both Atrovastatin and mCWD in the same way and the dose for each medicine above mentioned.At selected time points,the effects of above treatments were examined by testing the changes of platelet alpha-granule membrane protein(GMP)-140(Radioimmunoassay,RIA) and intima-media thickness(IMT) of left common carotid(ultrasonic waves).Result: Firstly,at the end of 12 and 18 month treatments,the plasma concentrations of GMP-140 of both C and A+C groups decreased significantly compared with those in A group and the initial values(P<0.01),and there was no difference between C group and A+C group;But until the end of 18 months the value of A group was lower than the initial one(P<0.05).Secondly,at the end of 12 moths,compared with A group and the values prior to treatments,the change values of IMT in C group and A+C group were apparently lower(P<0.01),there was no appreciable difference between C group and A+C group.At the end of 18 moths,the IMT values of both C group and A+C group were lower than those in A group as well(P<0.01),there was no difference between C group and A+C group yet;and the IMT values in all groups were lower obviously than those at the end of 12 moths and those prror to treatment,too(P<0.01).Conclusion:MCWD can attenuate the activity of platelet alpha-granule membrane protein and is an effective medicine for the treatment of anti-atherosclerosis.
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Fangxian decoction(FX) on rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease.Method:Forty-five patients with rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease were randomLy divided into control group received prednisone and cyclophosphamide,and treatment group received FX,prednisone and cyclophosphamide orally for 3 months.The changes of symptoms,signs,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),c-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),lung high resolution CT,lung function were observed.Result:After the treatment,symptoms,signs,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),c-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),lung high resolution CT,lung function were improved compared with those before the treatment,while the effects of the treatment group were significantly better than the effects of the control group(P<0.05,or P<0.01).Conclusion: FX is obviously effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease with favorable safety.
摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of Dachaihu Tang on serum concentration of total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in Post-operative patients with obstructive jaundice surgery.Method: 366 cases of post-operative patients with obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group of 201 cases and control group of 165 cases.The control group received conventional treatment after surgery of obstructive jaundice,treatment group was supplemented with high daisaikotofrom the second day after surgery,lasting a total of seven days,the serum concentrations of TBIL,ALT and AST were observed after 5-7 d and 12-14 d in both group.Result:The serum concentrations of TBIL,ALT and AST in both group were significantly decreased compared with pre-operation.Compared with the control group there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The serum concentrations of TBIL,ALT and AST in treatment group decreased significantly,compared with the control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion: Dachaihu Tang can effectively reduce the serum concentration of TBIL,ALT and AST,playing an active role in liver protection.
摘要:Objective:To research the effect of Ningxin Tang left ventricle diastole dysfunction(LVDD)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with hypertensive heart disease.Method:Sixty five patients with essential hypertension were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine-Ningxin tang and routine western medicine.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine.The period of treatment was 6 months.Result:The LVDD of the treatment group was obviously improved compared with that of the control group.The level hs-CRP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of Ningxin Tang on LVDD and hs-CRP was super than that of the western medicine alone.
摘要:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of thymosin,low molecular weight heparin,Xuebijing and other Western drugs in combination therapy for multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Method: Eighty patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome selected by the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each.Two groups were given thymosin α1 and low molecular weight heparin sc.Thymosin α1,1.6 mg/d;low molecular weight heparin,5 000 U/d.Observation group was additionally Xuebijing injection gtt,100 mL/d.Two groups were treated both for 14 days(2 courses).Effects were evaluated.Result: The marked effective rate was 50%,total effective rate was 80% in observation group;for control group,markedly effective rate was 40%,total effective rate was 67.5%.Markedly effective rate,the total effective rate were significantly different(P<0.05).MAP,HR,RR,T,urine output in both groups before and after treatment and between the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).CPK,AST,ALT,blood oxygen saturation,SCr,BUN,TNF-α in both groups before and between groups after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: For multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,thymosin,low molecular weight heparin,Xuebijing and other Western drugs in combination therapy can significantly improve organ function.

摘要:Objective:The clinic effects of Shuanghuanglian(freeze-dried),Acyclovir,Compound Danshen Injection in treating herpes zoster.Method: 90 herpes zoster patients were divided randomly into treated group and control group.For the treated group,patients were treated with Acyclovir Injection 0.5g,Shuanghuanglian(freeze-dried) 3.0g,and Compound Danshen Injection 250 mL,IV drip.Qd as well as Acyclovir ointment,Ext.Qid.For the control group,patients were treated with Acyclovir 0.25g I.V drip,Tid as well as Acyclovir ointment,Ext.Qid.Both groups were treated for one week.Result: 40 patients of 50 were cured in treated group.The cure rate was 96%.In 40 controls,25 were cured.The rate was 85%.By comparing the efficiency of treated and control groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acyclovir Injection,Shuanghuanglian(freeze-dried) and Compound Danshen Injection are effective in treating herpes zoster with acting quickly in relieving pain,shortening the course,and lowering the incidence of PHN.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of the Chinese medicine on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).Method: Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),liver to spleen ratio triglyceride(TG),body mass index(BMI) and symptom signs of impact in patients were used for effecacy evaluation.In all,202 patients with NASH were collected from four sub-centers and randomly divided into treatment group(101cases) and control group(101 cases).The patients of treatment group were treated for 3 months with a daily traditional Chinese medicine,and the patients of control group were treated for 3 months with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules(Essentiale),1 368 mg·d-1.Each patient was advised regular aerobic exercise and dietary modification.Result: The treatment group was significantly better than control group on improved serum ALT levels,liver to spleen ratios,TG,body mass index BMI and symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Chinese medicine for the treatment of NASH was better than Essentiale for improveing ALT levels,liver to spleen ratios,TG,BMI and symptoms.It can be promoted as a clinical treatment.
摘要:In this paper we analyzed and organized the literatures about the protection and treatment actions of heptic diseases by Gardenia jasminoides.Both pubmed and medline basedata were used,and G.jasminoides combined with liver was considered as the retrieval term.About 36 papers from home or abroad during the past 20 years were reviewed to demonstrate the protection and treatment effects of G.jasminoides on heptic diseases.In order to elucidate the protective effects of G.jasminoides biochemical indicators represented heptic functions,GSTs system and apoptosis of heptic cells were considered as the research objects;while the treatment effects of G.jasminoides on heptic diseases including the functions of anti-hepatoma,anti-hepatic cirrhosis,anti-hepatitis and anti-fatty liver,et al,were summerized.Currently pharmacodynamic studies always focus on the mono-component in G.jasminoides,and the characters of traditional Chinese medicine which are multicomponents,multitargets and combined application could not be manifested.For improving the protection and treatment actions of heptic diseases by G.jasminoides,further research work about the action of the active components in G.jasminoides should be performed.

摘要:Literatures about study on pharmaceutical excipients of nasal preparations have been analyzed.Thirty-two literatures at home and abroad were sieved.This paper reviews basic physicochemical properties,functionality and security of common nasal excipients(absorption enhancer,bio-adhesion,preservative).It was demonstrated that based on manufacture,package,quality,storage and application of domestic nasal excipients,researchers have recognized the closing relation between nasal excipients and nasal preparation.To push forward the development and clinic application of nasal preparation,and quality standard of pharmaceutical excipient,strengthen organic combination of production,study and research,promote new excipients,new technology and new drug deliver system is important.
摘要:To organize and analyze relative literatures about research progress on the toxicity of medicinal plants of E.Based on CNKI,PubMed and CQVIP databases,this paper collected literatures on E.kansui,E.ebracteolata,E.fischeriana and E.pekinensis in the three decades,including 49 references.Toxic ingredients in three Euphorbia were chemical constituents of terpenoids and contained a large number of ester bonds.Euphorbia kansui and pekinensis both had Ingenane diterpenoids.Abietane type diterpenoids were also found in Euphorbia ebracteolata,fischeriana and pekinensis simultaneously.Three Euphorbia could drain and precipate to expel water and be the treatment of edema.They were usually processed with vinegar in clinical application to reduce the toxicity.Traditional Chinese medicine from same family and genera has the common features.The toxicity problem of Euphorbia could be solved by studing processing detoxin mechanism according to common chemical constituents of toxicity.

摘要:Objective:To summarize and analyze the research on application of microdialysis in the study of local pharmacokinetics in targeting drug delivery system.Method: Papers in ISI and CNKI within five years recently are searched.The keywords are microdialysis and local pharmacokinetics.Papers are analyzed and summarized according to the different targeting organs,where the microdialysis is implanted.Result: Microdialysis is widely used for determine local drug concentration in vivo and real time,combined with various analytical techniques,and for assessing local pharmacokinetics in heart,liver,lung,colon,brain,skin,arthrosis,tumor,spinal meninges,cochlea and eyes.Conclusion: Microdialysis provides the opportunity to study targeting drug delivery system in vivo and local pharmacokinetics.

摘要:To summerizethe historical evolution of processing methods for Aconitum carmichalii.This paper was ’based on Abstract of Chinese herbal processing for dynasties’ and reviewed 59 books on the herbal medicines from the Western Han Dynasty to the Ching Dynasty.and analyzed 8 books of ’Chinese Pharmacopoeia’ after the founding of new China,’National Chinese Herbal processing Procedures’ 1998 Edition,14 books of local processing procedures.To analyze the ancient and present literature which was related to A.carmichalii processing and evidence based literature.There are varities of traditional processing method of Aconiti Lateralis radix praeparata.It had a long story,it had been seeing in Han dynasty,the method usually cooking,stewing,scrambing,roasting and so on;after Tang dynasty,additioning to processing of black beans,honey,ginger,vinegar Glycyrrhiza uralensis,kids manure and kinds of processing method of subsidiary materials for immersion,boiling,steaming,the main aim to subject to detoxification.The summary can offer literature evidences for A.carmichalii processing and specifications of the commodity.
摘要:The origin of Erzhi pills and pharmacological effects were reviewed and analyzied.The ancient medical literatures and CNKI database were studied,the origin of Erzhi pills and pharmacological effects of the new progress were summarized and classified.It was indicated that it might derive from Fushou Jingfang of the Ming dynasty.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it can be used in liver protection,liver fibrosis,anti-aging,immune function regulation,shortening the coagulation time,improving blood rheology,inhibiting rumor,increasing intelligence,anti-inflammatory,decreasing blood sugar,resisting fatigue.In recent years,study on the liver protection has more reports,other pharmacological effects,for instant the kidney Yin,need to be strengthen.Related animal model need to be established.It is suggest that further mechanism research,pharmacokinetic and metabolomics research should be proceeded.Material basis of therapeutic effects should be cleared in order to provide a basis of clinical application and further development.
摘要:Objective:To provide a reference for improving the therapeutic effects of Chinese herbal medici and rational prescriptions through screening and analyzing prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicines for treatment of diabetes and its complications on diabetes.Method: Chinese herbal prescriptions from the first affiliated hospital of guangdong pharmaceutical university,’Chinese Pharmacopoeia’(2010) and Chinese health ministry standards on treatment of diabetes medicine prescriptions were statistically analyzed.Result: Chinese herbal medicines for treatment of diabetes and its complications mainly played an action of supplementing Qi and nourshing Yin with supplement of nourshing Yin and clearing away heat and activating blood circulation for removing blood stasis.Its main treatment methods include basic treatment,Chinese patentmedicine,single herbal medicine.Conclusion: Rational use of Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese patent medicine can play an important action in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications advantage.
摘要:The reports concerned with renal injury markers in recent 10 years were consulted through Science Direct database,and literature related to specific markers of renal tubular injury were compiled and analyzed.Some biomarkers have been partially verified the good sensitivity and high specificity in experimental studies and clinical observations.For example,Kidney injury molecule-1,which would over express in the kidney injury in renal tubular epithelial cells,is sensitive to the early diagnosis of kidney cancer,ischemic and renal toxic renal injury,and detected with high stability.Liver-type fatty acid binding protein involved in local lipid metabolism of renal,with high specificity to renal proximal tubule.Its content in urine were of great value for early evaluation of various types of acute kidney injury.As a diagnostic indicator,sensitivity and specificity of Interleukin-18 were more than 90%.It could distinguish acute tubular necrosis from other types of kidney diseases,also predict the renal injury occurrence and renal function recovery.Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin was often detected as the first expressed product in the injury kidney,which changed earlier than creatinine and other markers,with obvious time advantage.All biomarkers have different characteristics and respective shortage.So joint detection were better to wider and sensitive evaluation of renal injury.
摘要:Objective:’Shanghanlun’ the role of Gancao soup organs,mechanism and clinical applications for in-depth discussion,and thus the function of Gancao soup re-understanding.Method: Decoction in the ’Shanghanlun’ in attending Shaoyin disease,and other drugs in the understanding of Gancao start of previous studies carried out in-depth discussion,in question,based on ancient knowledge,the role of the organs of Gancao,mechanism of action,application compatibility,and in the ’Ganwenchure,’ the role of the governing law in the analysis.Result: Decoction role in kidney and stomach organs;Su-down mechanism is superficial qi;in the ’Ganwenchure,’ the governing law,used to Sulower stomach,kidney floating of the qi.Conclusion: The key role of Gancao soup that is the inverse of the Su-down superficial qi,the qi including kidney and stomach,Su-down superficial through the qi,so collection the qi on the inside,then back to normal keep muscles warm up to the table the way up,to play a normal physiological role,through the fall that make up,to restore the yin and yang organs of righteousness.
