摘要:Objective:To prepare baicalin flexible nano-liposomes.Method:By film dispersion method to prepare flexible nano liposome suspension to the content of baicalin in encapsulation efficiency as the technology of the evaluation index,particle size,particle size dispersion coefficient,Zeta potential and entrapment efficiency of the indexes,the best prescription by orthogonal test and the preparation conditions,and studied its physical and chemical properties.Result:The best prescription and conditions for the preparation of lecithin and sodium cholate mass ratio of 6 :1,lecithin and baicalin is a 10 :1 ratio,ultrasonic probe time is 15min.The encapsulation efficiency was 60.11%,from the flexible nano-liposomes are spherical solid particles,average particle size of 175 nm,the average Zeta potential was-78.9 mV.Conclusion:Baicalin flexible nano-liposomes formulation and preparation process are basically feasible.
摘要:Objective:To establish the extraction of the total flavonoids in Mesona chinemis.Method:The total flavonoids were extracted by refluxing.During this course,quercitrin was used as a index to control the abstraction.All the experiments were determined with UV.The best target was selected by L9(34) orthogonal test.Result:The best extract technology was to distill with 10 times 50% ethanol,refluxed 2 times and extracted for 45 min.Conclusion:The method is simple and feasible,and is the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids from M.chinemis.

摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method by gradient elution for comparative analysis of the ef-fective composition in two kinds of Yinhuang decoction.Method:The column was Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength were at 276 nm and 328 nm for the content determination of chlorogenic acid,baicalin and wogonoside.Results:Chlorogenic acid,baicalin and wogonoside were linear in the range of 0.011 8-0.059 μg(r = 0.999 9),0.19-9.5 μg(r = 0.999 9) and 0.0104-0.52 μg(r = 0.999 9) respec-tively.The average recoveries of them were 98.30%,102.87% and 104.33% respectively.The total solid content of Yinhuang decoction separated by filtration membrane was more than 50% compared with that of Yinhuang oral liq-uid(13.36%).Conclusion:The HPLC can be applied to content determination of chlorogenic acid,baicalin and wogonoside in Yinhuang decoction,the content of effective parts separated by filtration membrane was more than 50%.Filtration membrane was conducive to developing the fifth class new drugs.
摘要:Objective:To study the method of preparing ginkgolides sustained-release tablets and investigate its vitro release characteristics.Method:the release of ginkgolides A(GA) and ginkgolides B(GB) was used as indicators to evaluate and optimize the formulation.The effets of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) type and amount,the lactose amount,low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose(L-HPC) amount and carboxymethyl starch sodium(CMS-Na) amount on release behavior in vitro were observed in single-factor testing method.Then the formula-tion was optimized by orthogonal design test to determine the best preparation technological conditions.Result:The sustained-release tablets which were taken once a day,were prepared with HPMCK4M as matrix,low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose as disintegrant,microcrystalline cellulose and lactose as fillers.The tablets released 30% in 2 h,60% in 6 h,and exceeding 90% in 12 h,meeting the requirements for sustained-release.Conclusion:Ginkgolides sustained-release tablets prepared in this method has good behavior of release characteristics.The shape of tablets and compressibility were good.The preparative technology is also simple with low producing cost.
摘要:Objective:To find a method to eliminate residual barium in Bubali Cornu neutralization solu-tion.Method:Residual barium in Bubali Cornu exact was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry,the exact was produced by concentrating and drying the neutralization solution which was produced by neutralizing the extracting sulfuric acid solution with barium hydroxide solution,the dosage of barium hydroxide solution was controlled by the pH.Result:Barium can not be detected when the pH was less than 3.20,and barium content increased with the pH value.Conclusion:Residual barium can be effectively eliminated by controlling pH of the neutralization solution.
摘要:Objective:To compare the different extraction techniques for Coptis and Magnolia and the changes of the main components in extracting Coptis and Magnolia with different proportion.Method:Coptis and Magnolia were extracted together or alone by using two kinds of solvents including water and alcohol with different propor-tions as 3:1,2:1,1:1,1:2 and 1:3 to determine the content of berberine,magnolol and honokiol by HPLC.Result:The extraction rate of Coptis and Magnolia with alcohol was better than that with water.The content of berberine was decreased 40% as extracting together by water,but was decreased only 1% as extracting together by alcohol.The content of magnolol and honokiol was increased 2% as extracting together with alcohol or water.The extraction rate of berberine was high when the ratio was 1:1.The higher of the extraction rate,the lower of the content of magnolol and honokiol would be.Conclusion:Coptis and Magnolia should be extracted together by alcohol.In the extraction process,in order to take the appropriate solvent and extraction methods,the chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine should be considered in different physical and chemical properties.
摘要:Objective:To develop an economic and sensitive method for separation of quercetin-3-O-gluco-side from Lophatherum gracile.Method:High-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC) and UNIFAC math-ematic model were successfully used to separate the target component.The solvent system composed of ethyl acetate-n-butanol-water(2:1:3) was singly prepared by UNIFAC mathematic model,and the comparison of the results pro-duced by HSCCC of using the solvent system prepared by UNIFAC and the conventional method were carried out.Result:The quercetin-3-O-glucoside with purity > 99% was successfully separated from L.gracile by HSCCC using the singled prepared solvent system,which had no difference compared with the classic method for preparation of the solvent system,but much of ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water were saved.Conclusion:In the HSCCC separation of quercetin-3-O-glucoside from L.gracile,using the single prepared solvent system by UNIFAC mathematic model can not only save resource,but also protect environment.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the extracting process of Zhuangyao Jiedu Kangbai granule.Method:Or-thogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum extracting process for the main active ingredients of Zhuangyao Jiedu Kangbai granule with the content of scutellarin as the indexes.Result:The best extraction process was as fol-lows:smashing the medicinal substances into moderate,12 times amount of 50% ethanol added and soaked for 0.5 h,extracted for 1.5 h by reflux,and then 8 times amount of 50% ethanol added and extracted for 1.0 h by re-flux.Conclusion:The optimum extraction process condition was stable,reasonable and economical.

摘要:Objective:To select the best vacuum extraction process of honeysuckle.Method:Orthogonal design was used on the optimum extracting process to determine the effect of water dosage,vacuity,time,pH with the extracting rate of chlorogenic acid as maker,which compared with warm immersion and ordinary pressure refluxing extraction.Result:The optimal vacuum extracting process for chlorogenic acid was:adding 20 folds of water(pH 5.0),-0.070 mPa(75 ℃) vacuum;extracted 2 times for 1 hour each time.And the decompressed refluxing extraction method was superior to the warm soaking method and the boiling method.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible,and it offers a certain reference value for the same kind herbal to extract.
摘要:Objective:To research the changes of flavonoids content and the rate of extractum extracted be-tween improvement technology and traditional technology,extraction technique to be improved.Method:Rutin was used as reference substance to determine the total flavonoid content in propolis by UV spectrophotometry.three dif-ferent extraction methods including soaking method,ultrasonic extraction,cold soak and the extraction temperature were investigated with total flavonoids and the rate of extractum extracted as the investigation indexes;4 factors of ethanol concentration,extraction time and ethanol,extraction times were investigated by orthogonal design.Parallel testing was adopted in the investigations.Result:Extraction times had significant impact on the total flavonoids of propolis at 60 ℃.The optimum technology conditions were as follows:10 times amount of 75% ethanol,soaking 3 times,extracted for 2 hours each time.The total flavonoids increased 14.43% and the rate of extractum extracted decreased 61.71%.Conclusion:Propolis wax removed before the effective parts of the extraction could greatly reduce the cream and did not decrease the effective site content,better than the effective parts of traditional direct extraction process and the method is simpler.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the technological condition of ethanol refluxing for Zhentong patch.Method:L9(34) table of orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process with alcohol concentration,alco-hol quantity,extraction time and extraction number as the investigate factors,the content of curcumin and daphnetin,dried cream yield as the indexes,to analyze the data by Comprehensive Evaluation of Multiple marks.Result:the best extraction process was as follows:ten times 70% alcohol,to reflux for 2 hour and extracted for 2 times.Conclusion:This extraction process is stable,reasonable and practical,and can provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
摘要:Objective:To evaluate the performance of macro-reticular resin ZTC-1 for the separation and purification of tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside from Radix Poligoni Multiflori.Method:The concentration of tetra-hydroxystilbene glucoside was determined by HPLC.The optimum process conditions were obtained through the study of the dynamic adsorption and desorption characteristics of macroporous adsorption resins by small scale and pilot scale tests.Result:The adsorption and elution characteristics of macro-reticular resin ZTC-1 used to separate and purify tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside were very good.In the course of adsorption,the amount of used adsorption was 1 g dried mL-1 resin and the volumetric rate was 2.5 BV.h-1;in the course of elution,the resin column chromatogra-phy was eluted gradient with 10 BV 30% and 10 BV 70% EtOH after removing impurities with 5 BV water,and the 30% ethanol fractions were required to be purified again according to the above process after recovering the solvent.Conclusion:Macro-reticular resin ZTC-1 can be used to refine the tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside from the extraction of Radix Poligoni Multiflori.
摘要:Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Pubescent Holly Root,Japanese Yam,Rhizo-ma Alismatis and kudzu-vine root in Co-danshenjiangzhuo pill.Method:Single factor investigation and orthogonal experiment method were used with ratio of extraction and transfer rate of diosgenin as the test criteria.Result:The best extracting condition was as follows:60% ethanol,ratio of ethanol to materials was 6,extracted 3 times and 1 hour for each time.Conclusion:The optimal extraction technology is accurate,reproducible,specific and highly fea-sible,suited for industrial mass production.
摘要:Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compound of volatile oil in Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Method:The study was carried out with L9(34) orthogonal design,using three indexes including the proportion of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin,inclusion temperature and stirring time as the investigation factors,to evaluate the volatile oil utilization efficiency,inclusion yield and inclusion oil content compre-hensively,then choose the best preparation technology and validate the inclusion compound.Result:The optimum preparation condition for inclusion was established as:the ratio of volatile oil from Rhizoma Chuanxiong to β-CD was(1:8);the temperature was at 45 ℃ and the stirring time was 2 h.Conclusion:The preparation procedure of including volatile oil was stable,reliable and was suitable for improving dosage form of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.

摘要:Objective:To study the factors which affect the preparation of dropping pills of Flos Sophorae Im-maturus and acquire the optimum preparation process.Method:The main evaluation criteria include the apparent quality,melting time and difference between pill weights by using orthogonal design.The substrate was a mixture of po-lyethylene glycol 6 000 and polyethylene glycol 4 000(with a ratio of 9:1);the mass ratio of rutin to substrate was 1 :3 at the temperature of 82 ℃;condensate was dimethicone at 7 ℃.The dropping speed is 50 drops per minute and the inside diameter of the dropping tip was 4.5 mm.Result:The content of rutin in pill was determined with absorben-cy at 410 nm by using the ultraviolet spectrophotometry-AlCl3 method;and the linear range was from 10 to 60 mg·L-1(r =0.999 7).Conclusion:Under the above preparation process,the type of dropping pills had stable rutin,a fine ap-pearance,a short melting time and subtle difference between pill weights;in the mean time the above preparation process is accurate,convenient and can be used as quality control method for Flos Sohporae Immaturus.

摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of content and related substances in schizonepetin.Method:Two stability columns based on silica gel were used respectively(Waters XTerra MS C18 column for related substances analysis;And Kromasil C18 column for content determination).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(45:55),and when analyzing substances destroyed by alkali,the pH value of the mobile phase should be adjusted to 10.0 by sodium hydroxide.Both of the two columns were maintained at a constant temperature of about 30 ℃.The flow rate was 0.8 mL per minute.The UV detection wavelength was set at 216 nm.Result:Related substances and degraded substances were completely separated from schizonepetin.The linear range of determination was 0.012 6-0.403 6 g·L-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9.The LOD was 0.25 μg,and the LOQ was 0.63 μg.The average recovery was 100.04%,RSD 1.40%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and sensitive and it is suitable for the determination of the content and related substances in schizonepetin.
摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for determination of the content of Betulinic Acid in Rosae Laevigata michx.Method:Chromatograthy was performed on a 3 μm Diamonsil C18(2) column with the column temperature at 30 ℃.and the sample size at 10 μL.The mobile phase composition was methanol-water(0.2% formic acid)(84:16).The flow rate was 0.30 mL·min-1.Result:The betulinic acid had a good linearity re-lationship(r = 0.999 3,n = 6) between 4.8-230.4 ng.mL-1.The average recovery of betulinic acid in Rosae laevi-gata michx was 98.3%(RSD 2.6%).Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
摘要:Objective:To estabilsh an UV method for determination of the content of total polyphenol for hops.Method:Folin-Ciocaileu was adopted determining the content of total polyphenol by UV at 765 nm.Result:The total polyphenol was linear in the range of 0.049-0.595 g·L-1 with the relative standard deviation r = 0.999 4.The average recovery was 99.7%,101.7%,98.3%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and simple with good reproducibility,and can control the quailty of this prepararion effectively.
摘要:Objective:To discuss and establish the habitat processing method of Angelica dahurica.Meth-od:The water content of medicinal parts of A.dahurica were determined under the different dry conditions,then,e-valuate the quantities in different pieces by comparing the contents of ethanol soluble extraction,imperatorin and iso-imperatorin accordance with the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia".Result:It is more convenient for processing when the water content of medicinal parts were at 29%-21%.At the same times,the contents of extraction and active ingredients were close to traditional pieces.Conclusion:Habitat processing method not only shorten the soften time in processing,but also save the cost of production to ensure quality of pieces.It is a new processing method for modern scale and standardized production of Chinese herbal pieces.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the changes of flavone components in Radix Scutellari fermented by Pleurotus ostreatus and Aspergillus niger.Method:Radix Scutellari was fermented by P.ostreatus and by A.niger respectively,then the flavone components were detected by HPLC methods.Result:The results of HPLC showed that the majority of flavones in fermented sample of P.ostreatus were disappeared,but in the Radix Scutellari processed by A.niger,the content of baiclin was reduced,and the content of baicalein and wogonin were 2.73 and 5.77 times of those in raw Radix Scutellari.Conclusion:Significant changes of the flavone components were found in Radix Scutellari fermented by P.ostreatus and A.niger,the glycosides may be transformed into aglycon and other components,which maybe improve bioavailability and pharmacological activities of Radix Scutellari.
摘要:Objective:To determine chlorogenic acid of honeysuckle rapidly by near-infrared spectroscopy and data analysis software.Method:HPLC was used as a reference method to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle.Multivariate calibration model based on PLS algorithm wasdeveloped to correlate the spectra and the corresponding values determined by the reference method.Result:The correlation coefficients(R2),the root-mean-square error of cross-validation(RMSECV) and the root-mean-square error of calibration(RMSEC) of the cal-ibration model for chlorogenic acid were 0.993,0.380 and 0.158,respectively;the root-mean-square error of pre-diction(RMSEP) and the average rate of recovery were 0.170 and 101.78%.Conclusion:The method is fast、con-venient、accurate and lossless.The correction model could be used to predict chlorogenic acid of honeysuckle rapidly.

摘要:Objective:To establish HPLC chromatographic fingerprint of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis and investigate variation of the main components in samples at various collecting seasons.Method:The main com-ponents were separated on a Agela Venusil XBP-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column and detected at 210 nm by gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 using acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase.Column temperature was at 35 ℃.Result:A satisfactory method for HPLC fingerprint determination of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis was obtained.The established fingerprint showed that 20 peaks were common and 4 peaks were identified.The main com-ponents of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis differed from collecting seasons.Conclusion:The method can be used for quality control and provide a valuable reference for Good Agriculture Practice of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis.

摘要:Objective:To search α-glucosidase inhibitors from Cornus officinalis.Method:All the extracts were extracted by organic solvent and the trace enzyme reaction system was constructed in vitro.Taking PNPG as substrate,acarbose as positive control,and inhibitive effect of extracts from C.officinalis on α-glucosidase was detec-ted.Result:The IC50 value of petroleum ether extracts(38.90 mg·L-1),ethyl acetate extracts(2.40 mg·L-1) and n-butanol extracts(4.26 mg·L-1) were far lower than that of acarbose(1 081.27 mg·L-1) as positive control.Con-clusion:All the extracts of C.officinalis showed a better α-glucosidase inhibitory activity and ethyl acetate extracts showed the strongest inhibitory activity on α-glucosidase.
摘要:Objective:To establish a TLC method for identification of Semen Zizyphi Spinosae and a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of jujuboside A in Suanzaoren Hehuan Formula.Method:Quality of Semen Zizyphi Spinosae was identified with thin layer chromatography.The analytical column was Ameritech Accurasil-ODS(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phrase consist of methanol-water(60:40).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 35 ℃.The tube temperature of the detector was 102 ℃.Result:TLC could be used for the identification of Semen Zizyphi Spinosae,the spots were clear and accurate.The jujuboside A was linear with-in the range of 0.6-3.0 μg(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.98% and RSD was 1.19%.Conclusion:These methods are sensitive,accurate and simple.The methods can be used for the quality control of Suanzaoren He-huan Formula.
摘要:Objective:An analytical method was developed for determining D-pinitol in Lespedeza cuneata by HPLC-ELSD.Method:Sample was extracted by ethanol-water solution(70:30 by volume) for 1.0 h,then filtered and the residue was extracted by ethanol-water solution(63:37 by volume) for another hour,filtered again and combined the filtrate then concentrated it,and diluted it into 100 mL.The separation was performed on a Cosmosil-sugar D column with the mobile phase consisting of water and acetonitrile(20:80 by volume).And the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,the temperature of drift tube was55 ℃ with Nitrogen as developing solvent.The linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 0.377-1.844 μg with a linear correlation coefficient(r) of 0.999 5.The RSD is 0.22%,and the add mark recovery was 96.78%.This method is simple,high sensitivity and good precision,it is suitable for determation D-pinitol in Lespedeza cuneata.
摘要:Objective:To determine 5 active compounds in Geranium sibiricum,namely gallic acid,protocat-echuin acid,quercetin,kaempferol-7-O-rhamnoside and kaemferitrin.Method:The HPLC method was applied and the separation was performed on an Agilent TC-C18 analytical column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol(A)-water containing 0.4% H3PO4(B) with gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 0.9 mL·min-1.The detection was set at 270 nm(0-23 min),370 nm(23-55 min),and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Result:The liner ranges of gallic acid,protocatechuin acid,quercetin,kaempferol-7-O-rhamnoside and kaemferitrin were 0.192-1.732 g·L-1(r = 0.999 7),0.016-0.256 g·L-1(r = 0.999 9),0.004-0.039 g·L-1(r = 0.999 9),0.004-0.041 g·L-1(r = 0.999 9),0.200 4-1.603 2 g·L-1(r = 0.999 8).The average recoveries(n = 3) were 99.93%(RSD 1.5%),97.27%(RSD 1.7%),100.07%(RSD 2.2%),99.92%(RSD 1.8%),99.63%(RSD 1.0%).Conclusion:The methord is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control methord for G.sibiricum of different sources.

摘要:Objective:To analyze and compare the volatile constituents which were extracted from the differ-ent parts of Picrasma quassioides.Method:The volatile components were extracted from the different parts of P.quassioides by the methods of MAE-HS-SPME and the chemical components of them were identified by GC-MS and Kovats retention index.Result:Eight-four volatile constituents in the petiole,76 in the leaf blade and 60 in the branch of P.quassioides were separated and identified,Accounting for 97.247%,97.179% and 97.141% of the to-tal peak areas,respectively.Which is the main component in petiole carvacrol(5.201%),thymol(6.185%),trans-caryophyllene(6.562%),alpha-bergamotene(6.295%),trans-beta-farnesene(5.088%),cuminol(10.807%),beta-bisabolene 6.136%).And in the leaf blade trans-caryophyllene(7.017%),alpha-bergamotene(7.848%),trans-beta-farnesene(8.297%),cuminol(10.728%),beta-bisabolene(7.150%),(-)-caryophyllene oxide(5.094%).And in the branch trans—caryophyllene(5.530%),alpha-bergamotene(9.997%),trans-beta-far-nesene(7.994%),cuminol(15.416%),beta-bisabolene(12.733%).Conclusion:Contain volatile components in the petiole,leaf blade and branch three parts of P.quassioides are quite different.
摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard of Xinshenghua granule.Method:Thin-layer chro-matography was used to identify Radix Angelica Sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiang and Glycyrrhizin uralensis.The con-tent of ferulic acid from Radix Angelica Sinensis and Rhizoma Chuanxiang was determined by HPLC.Result:The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TCL was distinct,accurate and repro-ducible.The linear range of ferulic acid was 1.244-9.952 mg·L-1(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.65% with RSD of 2.00%(n = 6).Conclusion:The methods are accurate and quick in qualitative identification and quantitative assay of this preparation,which can be used for the quality control of Xinshenghua granule.
摘要:Objective:Set up a flame-atomic absorption spectroscopy method with cadmium,niccolum,and lead in oficinal magnesium stearate.Method:Oficinal magnesium stearate disposed via microwave digestion or ac-customed digestion,adopting Flame-Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy to determine trace amount lead,niccolum,and cadmium,and review the influence of determination from both disposal.Result:The result of determination by micro-wave digestion is better than accustomed digestion.The results of determination are as follows:cadmium was 0.42-1.12 mg·L-1,niccolum was 3.80-4.06 mg·L-1,lead was 5.07-10.31 mg·L-1.The limit of determination of cad-mium,niccolum,and lead are 0.001 2,0.002 9,0.003 4 mg·L-1,the RSD are 0.2%,2.9%,2.7%,the recovery are 109.18%,101.30%,99.69%.Conclusion:This method possesses excellence of simplify manipulation,high ve-racity and nicer repeatability.It can content the need of trace amount,cadmium,niccolum,and lead determination and offer basis for quality control of oficinal magnesium stearate.
摘要:Objective:To establish quality standard of Yikang medicinal liquor.Method:TLC was used to identify Epimedy,Morinda officinalis,Cynomorium,Angelica sinensis,Psoralea fruit and Cornus officinalis;HPLC was used to determine the content of icariin.Result:The reproducibility and specialization of the TLC method were good.The linear range of icariin was 0.246-0.574 μg(r = 0.999 9) by HPLC,and the average recovery rate was 99.71% with relative standard deviation of 0.47%.Conclusion:The method can control the quality of Yikang Me-dicinal Liquor.
摘要:Objective:To study the determination method about the catalpol and verbascoside,provide basis for quality evaluation.Method:Gradient elution was applied in HPLC analysis.Agilent SB-AQ chromatographic column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),velocity 1mL·min-1,column temperature was 25 ℃,wavelength was 210 nm.Result:Two components can achieve good baseline separation,linear.Conclusion:After the systematic methodology,the method is simple,accurate,reproducible,applicable to the provisions by pharmacopoeia rehmannia glutinosa two content determination.
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for content determination of adenosine in Pegasus laternarius Cuvier.Method:HPLC conditions were as follow:the mobile phase was phosphate buffer saline(pH 6.5)-methanol(80:20),Hypersil ODS-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),volume flow 1.0 mL·min-1,wave length at 260 nm.Result:Linearity was found in the range of 0.128 3-0.342 1 μg,the average recovery was 98.4% and RSD was 1.1%.Conclusion:The results show that this method is simple,accurate and reproducible,it call be used for quality control in P.laternarius.
摘要:Objective:To estahlish a method for the determination of the content of dioscin in Bulbus Liliiusing high-performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD).Method:HPLC-ELSD analysis was performed on Akzonobel Kromasil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)with a mixture of acetonitrile(A) and 0.2% formic acid water(B)(45:55) as the mobile phase.Drift tube temperature was 46 ℃,pressure of nebulizer gas was 1.56 bar.Result:The resolution of dioscin was good.The linear calibration curves were obtained over the range of 3.31-26.5 μg.The average recovery of the method was 99.23% with RSD of 1.02%.Conclusion:This method is convenient,reliable and can be used reliably for analyzing dioscin in bulbus Lilii.
摘要:Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of shikimic acid in Songling Xuemaikang capsules.Method:The separation was performed on a Venusil XBP-C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) and detected at 214 nm at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1 using methanol-1% phosphoric acid (3:97) as the mobile phase.Column temperature was at 25 ℃.Result:The good linear relation was showed in the ranges of 0.4-8.0 μg(r = 0.999 8) for shikimic acid.The recovery was 98.87%.Conclusion:The method had been successfully applied to determine shikimic acid in Songling Xuemaikang capsules.It can be used for quality control of Songling Xuemaikang capsules.
摘要:Objective:To establish the method for determining the content of caffeic acid,ferulic acid,ros-marinic acid in Rosmarinus officinalis for its quality standards to provide the scientific basis for the study.Caffeic acid,ferulic acid,rosmarinic acid were determined by HPLC simultaneously with changing ultraviolet-visible wave-length.Chromatographic condition was composed of C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase methanol – 0.1% phosphoric acid(32:68);Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the detection wavelength of caffeic acid at 323 nm,Ferulic acid at 316 nm and rosmarinic acid at 329 nm.the isolation effect among caffeic acid,ferulic acid,and ros-marinic acid showed good linear correlation,the average recoveries were 103.7%,99.5%,101.7%;RSD were 1.5%,1.2%,1.5%.the method and was convenient,accurate and good reappearance,It can be used as quantity basis of the quality control of R.officinalis.
摘要:Objective:The influences of drought stress on the seed germination,seedling growth and accumula-tion of the secondary metabolites of Rabdosia rubescens were investigated to disclose the correlation between the accu-mulation of the active components and drought stress.Method:Polyethylene glycol(PEG)-6000 was used to mimic the drought stress condition and HPLC technique was applied to this study.Result:Under the drought stress condi-tion,all of the germination rate,germination index,germination potential,and the growth of the seedlings were more or less inhibited.The accumulation of oridonin,along with the stress increasing,was also significantly affected,but rosma-rinic acid showed no significant changes.Conclusion:The drought stress can remarkably influence the seed germina-tion,seedling growth and oridonin biosynthesis of R.rubescens.
摘要:Objective:The morphological and microscopic characteristics of Origanum vulgare from different parts were studied to provide the basis for identification to promote resources of the drug and scientific basis for its fur-ther development and utilization of the drug resources.Method:The plant was identified by morphological,histological identification and microscopic identification methods.Result:The morphological characteristics of leave,flower,stem of O.vulgare and the microscopic characteristics of powder were described and the pictures of powder were drawn.Conclusion:The microscopic characteristics of different parts of O.vulgare are more visible and the morphological characteristics of leave,flower,stem and microscopic characteristics of the powder are reported for the first time.
摘要:Objective:To determine the influence of the aqueous extraction of the fallen leaves of Castanea mollissima on the germination rate and seedling growth of the Pinellia pedatisecta seeds,and to provide the reference of the rationality for the intercrop of C.mollissima and P.pedatisecta.Method:The germination rate,growth index of seedling and enzymatic activity of superoxile dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and peroxidal(POD) of the seeds of P.pedatisecta were investigated with distilled water as the blank by dealing with different concentrations of aqueous extraction(20,40,60,80 g·L-1) of the fallen leaves of C.mollissima.Result:When the concentration was below 60 g·L-1,the germination rate was above 87% and the average height of seedling was above 8.8 cm,with no significant difference compared with the control.While the concentration reached to 80 g·L-1,the average germination rate was 61.33% and the average height of seedling was 7.60 cm,with significant difference compared with the contro(P <0.01).The root length of all treated groups was smaller than the average of the control,i.e.2.90 cm(P <0.05).The number of the laterals dealt with the concentration 20 and 40 g·L-1 increased(P < 0.05,0.01respectively),while it diminished under the concentration 60 and 80 g·L-1(P < 0.01).The enzymatic activity of SOD,CAT and POD of the leaf blade of P.pedatisecta under different dealt concentration had significant difference compared with the control(P < 0.01).Conclusion:When the concentration was below 60 g·L-1,there was no signifi-cant influence on the germination rate and seedling growth,but there was some difference on the root length,the num-ber of laterals,and the enzymatic activity of SOD,CAT and POD of the leave blade under high concentration.

摘要:Objective:To establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method for determination of the plasma concentration of palmatine and berberine in rabbit plasma and study pharmacokinetic parameters.Method:Rabbits were given Yulian cataplasm 12 g.kg-1 by transdermal administration.Then detected the plasma concentration of palmatine and berberine at different time points by HPLC and estimated major pharmacokinetic parameters.Result:The calibration curve of palmatine and berberine was linear over the range from 73.75 ng.mL-1 to 1 180 ng.mL-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.999.The mean recovery rate of palmatine was 82.95% and berberine’s was 85.35%.The RSD within day and between days were less than 15%.The concentration-time curves of palmatine or berberine conformed to a one compartment model.The main pharmaeokinetic parameters of palmatine or berberine were estimated to be as follows:Cmax(74.208 ± 32.890),(541.869 ± 367.341) ng.mL-1;Tmax(3.3164 ± 2.490),(2.911 ± 2.259) h;AUC(0 ~t)(1 259.118 ± 720.882),(9 847.251 ± 7 145.931) ng.mL-1.h-1;MRT(0 ~t)(13.492 ± 1.833),(14.779 ± 2.430)h;t1/2(6.842 ± 2.225),(9.913 ± 6.820)h.Conclusion:The established HPLC method is simple and sensitive to determine the concentration of palmatine or berberine in rabbit plasma andcan be used for pharmacokinetic studies.From the result of the tests,we can find that palmatine or berberine were quickly absorded,and slowly released.So Yulian cataplasm can exert long-term effects.
摘要:Objective:To explore the influence of the cold or heat prescription on ulcer with cold or heat syndrome in gastric ulcer model rats induced by pylorus deligation or smearing acetic.Then to verify the feasibility of this model from the point of pharmacodynamics,and to elucidate the objective regularity of ‘formula-syndrome corre-sponding’.Method:Adopting cold or heat factors combined with pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid meth-ods,gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome was established.Then the ulcer indexes were ob-served.Result:The ulcer indexes of‘disease-syndrome combination model group’are all higher than the ‘simple disease model group’obviously,and the differences are significant(P < 0.01).Compared to the ‘disease-syndrome combination model groups’,the ulcer indexes decreased in Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction therapeutic group or Lizhong Pill therapeutic group remarkably(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The therapeutic action of cold prescription Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on heat model is superior to heat prescription Lizhong Pill.The therapeutic ac-tion of heat prescription Lizhong Pill on cold model is superior to cold prescription Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin De-coction,(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction has conspicuous preventive and therapeutic effects·Lizhong Pill performs remarkable preventive and therapeutic effects.They both can decrease the ulcer indexes for corresponding model,indicating certain objective regularityof ‘formula-syndrome corresponding’.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of the combination of Herba Epimedii,Fructus Ligustrilucidi and dexamethasone on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical(HPA) axis and bone metabolism of asthmatic model in rats during withdrawal stage.Method:The following indexes,including the content of serum COR,plasma ACTH,hypo-thalamic CRH and plasma BGP,were observed.Result:ACTH content of group Ⅰand Ⅱ of the combination of Her-ba Epimedii,Fructus Ligustrilucidi and GC(YN and GC groupⅠ,Ⅱ) were significantly lower(P < 0.05 and 0.01,respectively),YN and GC group Ⅱ had a significant difference for the level of COR and BGP(all P < 0.05),com-pared with the GC group.Conclusion:The combination of Herba Epimedii,Fructus Ligustrilucidi has the adjustment effects of the inhibition of dexamethasone to the HPA axis and bone metabolism in asthma treatment.
摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effect of Zuogui Jiangtang Qingzhi Recipe(ZJQR) on the liver steatosis in type 2 diabetes MKR mice.Method:Thirty MKR mice were randomly divided into the control group(CG),the model group(MG) and the ZJQR group(ZG).Except for CG mice which were raised by standard animal feeds,the others were all raised by high fat feeds to make liver steatosis model and after 8 weeks ZG were adminis-tered by ZJQR for 4 week.Histopathological changes were observed in the liver,including fasting blood-glucose(FBG),insulin(INS) level,blood-lipid,liver quality,hepatosomatic index and liver function.Result:In the MG,the histopathological investigation showed increased fatty droplet within hepatocyte and fatty degeneration.As were liver quality,hepatosomatic index,the levels of FBG,INS,total cholesterol(TCHO),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),but the level of triglycercide(TG) was reduced compared with CG(P < 0.01).In the ZG,fatty degeneration within hepatocyte was improved·Liverquality,hepatosomatic index,the levels of FBG,INS,TCHO,LDL-C and TG were reduced(P < 0.05),but HDL-C was enhanced compared with that in CG(P < 0.05,0.01).Conclusion:ZGQR can significantly regulate glucose-lip-id metabolism,improve fatty degeneration and protect the liver.
摘要:Objective:This study was designed to evaluate the effect of three active ingredients of Astragali Radix,namely a Astragalus flavonoids,polysaccharides,and astragalosides,on blood glucose,serum insulin and adi-ponectin in diabetes rats.Method:Diabetes rats were induced by STZ(52 mg.kg-1,peritioneal injection).The rats were grouped for administrating with astragalus flavonoids,polysaccharides,and astragalosides accordingly for 4 weeks,then detection of blood glucose and ELISA assay of serum insulin and adiponectin were done.Result:The blood glucose of diabetes rats ascended(P < 0.05),serum insulin and adiponectin descended(P < 0.05),all of these changes were antagonised in various degrees by astragalus flavonoids,polysaccharides and astragalosides,spe-cially,the effect of astragalus flavonoids was obvious(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The three active ingredients of Astrag-alus Radix could influence the content of blood glucose,serum insulin and adiponectin in diabetes rats,the best one was astragalus flavonoids.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Yiqi Buxue Recipe on peripheral blood cell counts of mice with myelosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide.Method:Kunming mice were used and randomly divided into 3 groups:normal control group,model group,Yiqi Buxue group(17.47 g.kg-1.d-1).The marrow-depressed model were established by ip cyclophosphamide(CTX)100 mg.kg-1.d-1 to the mice for 3 d.The Yiqi Buxue group was given the recipe for 7days in advance before modeling until the end of the experiment.White blood cell(WBC),red blood cell(RBC)and platelet(PLT)counts in peripheral blood of the mice were detected on 0,1,3,5,7,10 d days after model established.Result:After model was established,the WBC of the model group on 1,3 d were(1.19 ± 0.55) × 109 /L and(3.17 ± 1.20) × 109 /L,the Yiqi Buxue group were(2.05 ± 1.13) × 109 /L and(7.99 ± 5.70) × 109 /L(P < 0.01).The PLT of the model group on 3,5 d were(406.60 ± 137.51)109 /L and(290.10 ± 104.58)109 /L,the Yiqi Buxue group were(644.20 ± 159.75)109 /L and(355.30 ± 72.06)109 /L(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),RBC had no change in the process.Conclusion:The Yiqi Buxue Recipe can ease the myelosup-pression induced by CTX and can accelerate the recovery of the WBC and PLT of mice.
摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Siwu decoction and its composite drugs on isolated mouse uter-ine contraction in vitro.Methods:The model of isolated mouse uterus contraction was adopted and the inhibition rates of mean contraction force,constriction amplitude,constriction frequency were calculated to evaluated the influ-ence of Siwu decoction and its composite drugs.Result:Siwu decoction and its composite drug-pairs and drugs had certain pharmacological effect on the isolated mouse uterine contraction in vitro,by suppressing the mean contraction force,constriction amplitude and constriction frequency.Conclusion:Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba may be the most significant drugs to the model of isolated mouse uterine contraction.The two drugs had syner-getic effect with each other on this activity;Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata and Angelicae Sinensis Radix also had synergetic effect with each other on the activity of suppressing the constriction of isolated mouse uterine;This study provides a reliable reference for the follow-up study.
摘要:Objective:To investigate influence of Dusuqing(DSQ),a traditional Chinese medicine prescip-tion,on expression of inflammatory factor in lung tissue of rat models with bacterial pneumonia and phlegm-heat syn-drome and to reveal the mechanism of DSQ in treatment of the disease.Method:Wistar rats were randomized into five groups:normal,pneumonia,pneumonia with phlegm-heat syndrome,positive control and DSQ treated groups.Rat models with bacterial pneumonia accompanied by Phlegm-heat syndrome were made.The expressions of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 proteins in lung tissue were analyzed by immunohistochemistry staining.The expression of IL-1βmRNA,IL-10mRNA was measured by RT-PCR.Result:The expressions of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10,IL-1βmRNA and IL-10mRNA in pneumonia group and pneumonia with phlegm-heat syndrome group were markedly higher than those in normal control group(P < 0.01).And in pneumonia with phlegm-heat syndrome group the ex-pressions of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 proteins and IL-10 mRNA were significantly higher than those in the pneumonia group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).Compared with pneumonia with phlegm-heat syndrome group,the expressions of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β mRNA were markedly weakened in positive control group and DSQ treated group(P < 0.01) and the expressions in DSQ treated group were weaked significantly than those in positive control group(P < 0.05).Compared with pneumonia with phlegm-heat syndrome group,the expressions of IL-10 protein and mRNA were en-hanced in DSQ treated group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The unbalance between proinflammatory and anti-inflammato-ry factor is involved in the pathological damage of lung tissues in pneumonia with phlegm-heat syndrome.The mecha-nism of DSQ in treating bacterial pneumonia with phlegm-heat syndrome may be related to its ability of inhibiting ex-cessive release of proinflammatory cytokine and promoting IL-10 secretion to regulate the balance between pro-and anti-inflammatory responses.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Keyu Shushen granule on the brain-derived neurotrophic fac-tor(BDNF)in the hippocampus for experimental dysthymia and stagnation of liver-qi syndrome in rat.Method:Sixty male rats were randomly divided into six groups:control,model,Keyu Shushen granule(1.50,0.75,0.375 g.kg-1),fluoxetine(10 in each group).The rats were put under chronic unpredictable mild stress and separately raised,in order to induce the model of dysthymia.Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of BDNF in the hippocampus of rat.Result:Compared with those in control group,BDNF positive neurons in the hippocampus of rat were decreased obviously in the model group.After treatment,the area ratio of BDNF positive neurons in The Keyu Shushen granule(low dose,middle dose)on experimental dysthymia stagnation of liver-qi syn-drome rat was improved.It was exceeded that of the fluoxetine group(P < 0.01).Difference between middle dose and low dose had no statistical significance.Conclusion:Decrease of the BDNF positive neurons in hippocampus in rat is one of the mechanisms responsible for the dysthymia stagnation disease Keyu Shushen granule can increase thecontent of BDNF in hippocampus with better efficacy compared to fluoxetine.

摘要:Objective:The effect on reproductive system is one of the main pharmacological actions of Epi-medii Foliun,and also the important basis for the clinical efficacy of Epimedium Folium,but the related mechanism remains unclear.Therefore,the role of upstream of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis(HPGA)on total flavonoids of Epimedium(TFE)stimulating the estradiol(E2)level and the growth of accessorysexorgans would be studied in this research.Method:Model rats with blocked HPGA were prepared via Hypophysectomizing,and were administered by gavage with TFE at 400,200,100 mg.kg-1 for 20 days,at the same time,three groups of normal rats were also ad-ministrated with the same doses.The level of gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH),E2 and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)was determined,as well as the organic index of uterine and ovary.Result:TFE 400 mg.kg-1 showed effect on increasing organic index and GnRH,E2 level of both hypophysectomized and normal rats;the smaller dose behaved similar on normal animals.The results indicated that the larger dose still kept effect even on HPGA blocking rats,but the degree of influence was weaker than on normal rats.Conclusion:HPGA and hypothalamus play impor-tant role for Epimedi Folium to promote the sex hormone secretion.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the anti-tumor effect of Rhaponticum uniflorum water extract(RUWE)in H22-bearing mice.Method:The H22 transplanted mouse models were established and randomly divided into 5 groups:model,high,medium and low dose RUWE,and 5-Fu group.Animals were treated with ig 400,200,100 mg.kg-1.d-1 RUWE once daily for 10 days,and with ip 5-Fu 25 mg.kg-1.d-1 every other day for 3 times,then the tumor growth in-hibition ratios,spleen and thymus indexes were caluclated.The serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interlekin-2(IL-2)was determined with ELISA method,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and malondialdehyde(MDA)con-tent were detected by colorimetric method.Result:The administration with 400,200,100 mg.kg-1.d-1 RUWE inhibi-ted the growth of transplanted tumor with the inhibitory ratios of 38.05%,34.98%,26.95%,respectively.In addi-tion,RUWE treatment elevated the spleen index,reduced the serum TNF-α level,increased the serum T-AOC and de-creased serum MDA level of H22-bearing mice.Conclusion:RUWE could exhibit an inhibitory effect on the growth of transplanted H22 tumor,probably via the improved immune function and antioxdative capability.
摘要:Objective:To study the hepato-protective effect and the related mechanisms of protoporphyrin disodium(NAPP) on carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) induced acute hepatic injury in mice.Method:Sixty ICR mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,bifendate pills group,NAPP low dose group,NAPP medium dose group and NAPP high dose group,with 10 animals in each group.Bifendate pills(0.2 g.kg-1) or dif-ferent dosages(0.03,0.06,0.12 g.kg-1)of NAPP were given for each treatment by intragastric administration con-tinuously for 10 days and then a single dose of CCl4 at 0.06 g.kg-1 CCl4was given by intraperitoneal injection to es-tablish acute hepatic injury model.Sixteen hours later,blood was collected to detect the activities of alanine amin-otransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in serum·Liver was taken out by laparotomy and weighed to calculate liver index,and liver homogenate was prepared to determine the activities of catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA).The observationof liver histopathological change was made for the mice.Result:Compared with CCl4model group,the liver indices and the activities of ALT and AST in serum of each treatment group were decreased significantly to various degrees(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),the activities of CAT,GSH-Px and SOD in liver homogenate of each treatment group were in-creased dramatically at different extent(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),and the content of MDA of each treatment group in liver homogenate was reduced remarkably at different degree(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).The pathological sections showed that hepatic injury of each treatment group was relieved to different extent clearly,and the slightest group was NAPP high dose group.Conclusion:NAPP has a good protective effect on the acute hepatic injury in mice induced by CCl4,and the mechanism is probably related with the anti-lipid-peroxidation effect and the prevention of the decrease of liver anti-oxidative enzyme activities.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jingui Shenqi Pill(JGSQ)on pulmonary fibrosis.Method:Pulmonary fibrosis was induced by bleomycinA5 in SD rats.Rats in drug group were killed after being treated by taking JGSQ daily for 28 days.The lungs of all rats were harvested for histopathological studies.The contents of platelet-derived growth factor-BB(PDGF-BB)in lungs were measured and compared.Result:The degree of the alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis,the contents of PDGF-BB in lungs increased significantly in the model group as compared with that in the normal group and the JGSQ treated group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The contents of PDGF-BB in lungs from the rats with pulmonary fibrosis were significantly higher than that of the normal rats,JGSQ could significantly alleviate the increase and the degree of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis.
摘要:Objective:To study the relation between cerebral ischemia and Bcl-2(B cell lymphoma/leuke-mia-2,Bcl-2) and the effect of electroacupuncture and total flavones of Acanthopanacis Senticosi Folium for treat-ment.Method:Male Wistar rat model of cerebral ischemia was established with the method of thread middle cerebral artery occlusion.The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:model control group(group A),acupuncture treat-ment group(group B),total flavones group(group C),acupuncture and Chinese medicine group(group D),sham operation group(group E)and normal control group(group F).The neurological deficit score was evaluated and im-munohistochemistry was used to observe the expressions of Bcl-2.Result:Compared with those of the model group,the neurological deficit scores were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).The expres-sion of Bcl-2 increased markedly in the A,B,C and D groups(P < 0.01).Compared treatment of acupuncture with Chinese medicine,group D was more obvious(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture and total fla-vones of Acanthopanacis Senticosi Folium both can increase the expression of Bcl-2 and diminish apoptosis inducedby ischemic cerebra,and electroacupuncture combined with Chinese medicine has significant effect.

摘要:Objective:To compare the anti-depressant effects of Guizhi Jieyu Fang by different techniques.Method:Mice were divided randomly into four groups:two treatment groups(Guizhi Jieyu Fang-A and Guizhi Jieyu Fang-B orally given for 10 days,12.66 g.kg-1,daily),amitriptyline hydrochloride group(amitriptyline hydrochlo-ride orally given for 3 days 50 g.kg-1,daily)and control group.The forced swimming test,tail suspension test,open field activity test and reserpine-induced hypothermia test were carried out to determine the antidepressant activity in mice.Mice immobility time in forced swimming test and tail suspension test,spontaneous activity frequency in open field activity test,and body temperature decrease in reserpine-induced hypothermia test were observed.Result:Guizhi Jieyu Fang-A could significantly shorten immobility time in forced swimming test and tail suspension test and inhabit the decrease of body temperature in reserpine antagonistic test at the 4th hour(P < 0.05),but no impact in open field activity test.Conclusion:Guizhi Jieyu Fang-A is better than Guizhi Jieyu Fang-B for anti-depression.
摘要:Objective:To explore the material basis of the fluoritum’s influence on the rat model with ovula-tion failure on FSHR and LHR.Method:Sixty 24-day-old SD female young rats were divided into six groups at ran-dom:model group,clomifene group,fluoritum group(4.8 g.kg-1),calcium fluoride group(4.0 g.kg-1),Bushen Huoxue soup group(16.2 g.kg-1) and normal control group.And using the immunohistochemical method,the level of FSHR and LHR of the rats with ovarian failure was observed.Result:FSHR in ovarian failure model rats was un-der-expressed and LHR was up-expressed in theca cells and granulose cells.Compared to the model group,FSHR,LHR levels in the group of fluoritum,calcium fluoride.Bushen Huoxue soup,clomifene were obviously adjusted(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion:Fluoritum can adjust the expression of FSHR,LHR in theca cells and granu-lose cells.Fluoritum can stimulate the follicular development and the excretion of follicle on the anovulative model rats.
摘要:Objective:The purpose of this study was to screen the effective herbal combination to resist ex-ercise-induced fatigue by decomposing Sijunzi decoction.Method:The total of 64 mice were randomly divided into four groups:Sijunzi decoction swimming group,Sijunzi decoction(no swimming)group,Dangshen group,and Baizhu-fuling group.There were 16 mice in each group.Animal model of exercise-induced fatigue was created by gradually increasing swimming time.Mice were killed four weeks later after exhausted swimming.Chang of indices including body weight of the mice,lactic acid(LD),creatine kinase(CK),liver glycogen(HG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were tested.Result:There was no statistically significance of body weight,LD,HG,BUN and LDH between each group.CK level of Sijunzi decoction swimming group was significantly lower than other groups(P < 0.05).BUN level of Dangshen decoction was significantly lower than other groups(P < 0.05).Conclu-sion:Danshen resists exercise-induced fatigue by reducing BUN and Sijunzi decoction resists exercise-induced fa-tigue by reducing CK.
摘要:Objective:To investigate influences of Bushen Xingnao Decoction(BSXND)on expression of vas-cular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),IL-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in vascular dementia brain and se-rum level of VEGF,IL-1β and TNF-α in vascular dementia rats,to study neuroprotective mechanism of BSXND for vas-cular dementia.Method:Wistar rats were randomly divided into:normal group(N),sham group(S),vascular dementia model group(M)and minocycline treatment group(MT).After the model was successfully established,observation was carried out at 2,4,6 weeks.Expression of VEGF,IL-1β and TNF-α in serum and brain were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Result:The expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α in MT groups were lower than that of in M(P <0.05),the expression of VEGF in MT groups was higher than that of in M(P <0.05);the level and expression of VEGF,IL-1β and TNF-α in MT and M groups were higher than that in N and in S(P < 0.01).Conclusion:BSXND can restrain the expression of IL-1β,TNF-α and increase the expression of VEGF in vascular dementia.BSXND can enhance recovery of cerebral vascular to protect neural function by restraining neuroinflammation.
摘要:Objective:To observe the synergism of Shanzhayin gastric gavage and Yuyang Shengxin formula clysis in the treatment of immunity ulcerative colitis(UC) mices’ model therapeutic action and the relation between the effects and the dose,provide experiment basis for clinical application.Method:Selected 100 Kunming male mice and divided randomLy into five groups:normal group;model group;the Shanzhayin gastric gavage combined Yuyang Shengxin formula clysis high dose group and the low dose group;the salicylazosulfapyridine group.Except group A,the rest groups were made models,then gave them medicine after making model two days later.The mice in Group the Shanzhayin gastric gavage combined Yuyang Shengxin formula clysis high dose filled in the stomach with Shanzhayin 0.01 g.g-1 body weight and used the enema of Yuyang Shengxin formula 0.008 g.g-1 once a day.the low dose group filled in the stomach with Shanzhayin 0.005 g.g-1 body weight and used the enema of Yuyang Shengxin formula 0.004 g.g-1 once a day.The mice of the salicylazosulfapyridine group,were given intragastric administration and enema of 1% salicylazosulfapyridine with 0.000 2 g.g-1 once a day.The mice of normal group and the model group.were given intragastric administration and enema of normal saline with 0.02 mL.g-1 once a day.After 21 days of treatment,observed the changes of disease activity index(DAI) and body weight of mice in each group.Then killed the mice and took the total colon,got the colon’s wet weight and measured the colon weight index.Surveryed the conditions of colon inflamation reaction and the change of colon histopathology.Result:The DAI of mice,the changes of weight,the length conditions of eace group,the colon conditions of inflammation and ulcer reaction of eace group:made marks according to the criterion of colon inflammation and ulcer marking,the conditions of group the Shanzhayin gastric gavage combined Yuyang Shengxin formula clysis high dose,the low dose group and the salicylazosulfapyridine group were all better than model group.The difference was found in group the Shanzhayin gastric gravage combined Yuyang Shengxin formula clysis high dose,the low group and the Salicylazosulfapyridine group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Shanzhayin gastric gavage combined Yuyang Shengxin formula clysis showed better effects on the treatment of mice immunity ulcerative colitis:decreasd the marks of DAI,ulcer and inflammation,reduced colon congestion,edema,thickening of the inflammatory response,etc,improved significantly in mice immunity ulcerative colitis colon shorten degree,promoted mice ulcer healing and improved inflammatory reaction.Its curative effect and the dosage were positively correlated.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effects of trichostatin A(TSA) against myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats.Method:Wistar rats were divided randomly into six groups:sham group,model group,positive control and 0.05 mg.kg-1,0.1 mg.kg-1 and 0.2 mg.kg-1 TSA groups.Animal model was made by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery.Drug was administered five consecutive days before the operation by intraperitoneal injection.Rats were sacrificed after 30 min ischemia and 24 h reperfusion.Myocardial infarction size(MIS) was measured,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum were detected and myocardium HE staining results were observed.Result:Compared with model group,TSA can reduce the MIS,increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in serum.Conclusions:TSA played a crucial role in cardioprotection against the ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of zedoary oil on XIAPmRNA expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell and its mechanism.Method:Using the MTT assay to display the sensitivity to the drug,the inhibition of zedoary oil(400,300,200,100 mg·L-1) to nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell(CNE-2)in vitro was observed.XIAP mRNA expression was tested by RT-PCR assay in CNE-2 cell.Result:The inhibition rate of zedoary oil to CNE-2 indicated both dose-dependent and time-dependent antiproliferative effect by MTT assay(P < 0.01).Compared with control group,the expression level of the XIAPmRNA was decreased obviously in the experiment group(zedoary oil 139.41 mg·L-1)(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The proliferation of CNE-2 cell was inhibited obviously by zedoary oil and the mechanism may be related to inbhibition of expression of XIAP.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Chinese thorowax root(CTR)and lobed kudzuvine root(LKR) compatible application on relieving fever rats and anti-inflammation.Method:the fever rat models are induced with back hypodermic injection of 20% dry yeast suspensions,observing the influence of CTR,LKR and their different com-patible proportions of decoction 10 g.kg-1 on body temperature of fever rats and the serum content of Interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and activity of myeloperoxidase(MPO).Result:The different compatible proportions of CTR and LKR,CTR,and LKR can relieve fever,anti-inflammation compared to model group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),but the effect of that compatible application obviously outstripped CTR or LKR only.Conclusion:The effect of CTR and LKR has signifi-cant synergistic effect on the aspects of relieving fever,anti-inflammation and so forth.The best compatible proportion of CTR and LKR on relieving fever,anti-inflammation is 4:5.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of different formulas correlated therapy to cytokines in insu-lin resistant rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:The research set on the rats model by feeding with high glucose and fat diet together with peritoneal injection of STZ.Fasting plasma glucose,fasting insulin,level of se-rum leptin,tumor necrosis factor ɑ and interleukin-6 of rats were tested when the experiment finished.The degree of insulin resistance was measured by insulin sensitivity index(ISI).Result:Compared with the model group,the level of FPG,Fins of formula Ⅰ(Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Huoxue) group were decreased obviously,the ISI level was in-creased obviously.The level of leptin,TNF-α,IL-6 were decreased obviously.Conclusions:Formula Ⅰ(Yiqi Yan-gyin Huatan Huoxue) is the best among different formulas correlated therapy.Formula Ⅰ(Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Huoxue)and Formula II(Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Jiangzhuo)have improvement effect on glucolipid metabolism to rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus,probably,through decreasing levels of cytokines in rats.
摘要:Objective:To observe anti-alcoholism effect of Yangyuan Decoction on drunken mice and rats.Method:The drunken model of mouse and rat was established through a single ig wine drink.Effects of Yangyuan Decoction(ig)were tested for prevention and treatment.The influence of Yangyuan Decoction on the disappearance of righting reflex and recovery time for drunken mice was observed.We employed gas chromatography to detect alco-hol concentration in rat serum.Result:The dose of 0.7,1.4 g.kg-1group of Yangyuan Decoction could significantly reduce the ethanol-induced sleep time in mice;the 0.35,0.7 g.kg-1dose group of Yangyuan Decoction could signif-icantly reduce alcohol concentration in rat serum.The effect was better than Neptune Jinzun.Conclusion:Anti-alco-holism effect of Yangyuan Decoction is likely achieved through mitigating gastrointestinal damage and speeding up alcohol metabolism in vivo.
摘要:Objective:To investigate changes in brain energy metabolism for different durations of cerebral ischemia in rats.Method:Permanent cerebral ischemia was induced by permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion(pMCAO) in rats,and ischemic cortex Lac and Pyru content,Na +,K +-ATPase and Ca2 +,Mg2 +-ATPase activity were measured at 6,24,72,168,336 h after ischemia.Result:At different time points after ischemia,brain energy metabolism in vehicle-treated rats showed significant changes compared with sham-operated group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion:There were fluctuation changes in ischemic cortex Lac and Pyru content,Na +,K +-ATPase and Ca2 +,Mg2 +-ATPase activity at different time points after ischemia in rats in vehicle-treated groups.Changes of is-chemic cortex Lac and Pyru content,Na +,K +-ATPase and Ca2 +,Mg2 +-ATPase activity may be used as important indexes for early diagnosis and treatment assessment of cerebral ischemia.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Buqi Xiaopi decoction on experimental chronic fatigue syn-drome(CFS).Method:weight loading swimming time,passing morris water maze time,weight of spleen,delayed hypersensitive reaction(DHR)and serum hemolysin contents were selected to observe the effect of Buqi Xiaopi de-coction in mouse.Result:Buqi Xiaopi decoction could prolong the weight loading swimming time,reduce the passing morris water maze time,increase the weight of spleen,inhibit the DHR due to 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene,and prove the serum hemolysin contents.Conclusion:Buqi Xiaopi decoction has the effect of antifatigue,improving learning and remembrance ability,immunity,so that it can be an effective traditional Chinese medicine prescription for CFS.The study establishes the foundation for clinical application and further researches.
摘要:Objective:To explore the protective effect of total flavone of Engelhardtia roxburghiana(TFER) on experimental cerebral ischemia of rats.Method:Sixty Wistar rats were randomized into pseudo operation group,model group,TFER groups(500,250,125 mg.kg-1),Sanqi Tongshu Capsule group(50 mg.kg-1).Methods of oc-clusion of middle cerebral artery and occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries with ligation were used to estab-lish rat models of cerebral ischemia,and the effect of symptom of neurological function and area of cerebral infarc-tion were measured for focal cerebral ischemia injury model,and cerebral water content,the SOD activity,MDA and NO level were determined for acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model.Result:TFER could improve neuro-logical function and decrease the area of ischemia,and palliate cerebral edema,increase the SOD activity,and de-crease the MDA and NO level in the brain tissue in the rats.Conclusion:TFER has a protective effect on experimen-tal cerebral ischemia of rats.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacies of Okra(Huangkui capsule)on diabetic nephropathy with hyperlipidemia.Method:One-hundred and six patients of diabetic nephropathic patients who following hyperlip-idemia were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,traditional therapy)and treatment group(56 cases,tradi-tional therapy + Okra),the duration was 24 weeks.triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein were determined in all the patients before and after the treatment.Result:The effective rate of treatment group was 80.36%.There was the obvious reduction in triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipopro-tein of the treatment group in some extent(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Okra is a better efficient treatment agent for dia-betic nephropathy with hyperlipidemia.
摘要:Objective:The influence of the Shenqi Fuzheng injection to the patients who got the injection to go with the chemotherapy in hematology change,digestive response,the KPS grades along and after chemotherapy.Method:One-hundred patients were selected according to the standard of the lung cancer chemotherapy.With the quantization random controlled method,we devided the patients into two groups.The treatment group patients re-ceived the administration of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and、PD chemotherapy.The control group patients received only PD chemotherapy.We observed the influence of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the aspects of myelosuppression,the response to chemotherapy in gastrointestinal and the KPS.Result:The reduce of the white blood cell(WBC),the neutrophilic granulocyte(NEU) in the treatment group were lower than the control group obviously(P < 0.05);The response to chemotherapy in gastrointestinal of the treatment group was lighter than the control group(P < 0.05);The reduce of KPS were lower than the control group obviously(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng in-jection can reduce the decrease of WBC,NEU after the chemotherapy,Shenqi Fuzheng injection can reduce the chemotherapy-induced nausea and diarrhea,Shenqi Fuzheng injection can improve the patient ’s KPS physical strength condition
摘要:Objective:To discuss traditional Chinese medicine treatment for Xiaoke Xuebi,to find the ef-fective treatment for the disease,and to reduce the morbidity.Method:Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated by Chinese medicine,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction.The control group was purely treated by western medicine.Therapeutic effectiveness was evaluated for the two groups.Result:Effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control.There was significant difference in total effectiveness between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction is good for treating Xiaoke Xue-bi,and worthwhile for generalization.
摘要:Objective:The present study aimed at comparing and analysing the effect of single chemothera-py and the chemotherapy combined with Cinobufagin in the medium and advanced esophageal patients,in order to the strength chemotherapy’s effects,improve the patients’ life qualities,and reduce the side effects.Method:Seventy cases of esophageal patients were randomLy divided into two groups,35 patients for each group.The control group were treated by the single ND chemotherapy,using NVB combined with DDP;while the treatment group were treated by 20 mL Cinobufagin injection and 500 mL 5% glucose infusion iv,once a day,at the same time with chemothera-py,the chemotherapy method was the same as the control group.We took 21 days as one period.After two weeks’ treatment,we analyzed the effect,the patients’ life qualities and the side effects of the two groups.Result:The effec-tive rate of treatment group and control group were 62.8%,48.5%,they have the statistic significance(P < 0.05).The patients’ life qualities between the two groups have statistic significance(P < 0.05).The treatment group’s side effects incidence rate was lower than the control group.Conclusion:The Cinobufagin injection combined with chem-otherapy had a better effect in the esophageal patients,reduced the side effects and improved the patients’ life quali-ties,deserved to be used in the clinical furtherly.

摘要:Due to wide applications of various new drugs and more and more combination therapies,drug-induced liver injury(DILI)has become a major and common problem for workers engaged in health care,pharmaceu-tical industries and drug administration departments.Many studies reported that oxidative stress(OS) could play an important role in the liver injury induced by Chinese medicine.In recent years,researchers have found that Chinese medicines which have antioxidant action can inhibit DILI by preventing against OS.The present study mainly re-viewed on the OS-based mechanism of DILI and the protection against it by the common antioxidant Chinese medi-cine.
摘要:Objective:To make a review about the research of Chinese herbal medicines in anti-bacterial in-fections of gastrointestinal tract,as the meaning of providing reference for clinical use and further research.Method:The monographs and literatures over the past decade in China about anti-bacterial infections of gastrointestinal tract of Chinese herbal medicines,analyze and summary separately from the two major categories of single herb and com-pound herbs in anti-bacterial infections of gastrointestinal tract.Result:Single and compound Chinese herbal medi-cines have good effect in anti-bacterial infections of gastrointestinal tract,and also are with the advantages of rich re-sources,little side effects,low drug resistance and so on.Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine is another good ‘anti-biotic’in clinical treatment of anti-bacterial infections of gastrointestinal tract,and has the great significance of de-velopment.
摘要:Objective:By studying the pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of Angelica sinensis in treating Alzheimer’ disease which based on its active compositions,in order to evaluate the A.sinensis’s multi-component,multi-channel,multi-target pharmacological characteristics,action spectra,molecular mechanisms in treating Alzheimer′s disease and offer the references and research ideas for innovative drugs.Method:The related references in recent years both at home and abroad about A.sinensis were analyzed,collated and summarized.Result:The causes of Alzheimer′s disease’s are complex;there is no special clinical drug to cure this disease in west-ern countries.As A.sinensis has many active compositions,and shows pharmacological effects to treat Alzheimer’ disease,this provide new ideas for clinical treatment of Alzheimer’ disease.Conclusion:As the studies on pharmacologi-cal effects and molecular mechanisms of A.sinensis in treating Alzheimer’ disease were usually focused on the single composition,the multi-component studies have little advancements,so we must do more researches in this respect,in order to provide references and research ideas for innovative drugs.
摘要:The drug delivery system of compound Chinese medicine was proposed based on the drug delivery system of western.Depending on the material basis of chinese medicine which was studied clearly,according to the principle of compound compatibility,these material basis of chinese medicine were combined into different drug units,and completed the delivery proceduring in vivo to play the whole concept of chinese medicine treatment fully under the guidance of tractional Chinese medicine theory.With yuchangning as a model drug,through the research survey of the DDS of compound Chinese medicine,the author initially proposed its research ideas and objectively pointed the problems existed and prospects in the study of the DDS of compound Chinese medicine.

摘要:Injection has been playing a significant role in clinical treatment for the rapid and high-efficiency effects,which also leads to various adverse effects gradually.This assay enumerated nephrotoxicity of injection and analyzed the reasons,and then summarized applications of proteomics and cell culture in researching nephrotoxicity of injection,finally,made some points about prospects for these techniques on the studies of drug toxicity.

摘要:Through studying the reform and development of decoction,at present the decoction improvement formulas use convenient,but it do not embody syndrome differentiation and holism actually.The solid decoction com-bine the traditional decoction and modern automated machinery manufacture for oral preparation,not only keeping the traditional decoction advantages and avoiding its shortcomings,the solid decoction is a new form of the traditional decoction.
摘要:Objective:To explore the theoretical mechanisms of treating coronary heart disease with the tra-ditional Chinese wind-medicine,and to provide a new idea for treating coronary heart disease.Method:Through an-alyzing the theoretical mechanisms for treating the coronary heart disease with the traditional Chinese wind-medi-cine,combing with the new pharmacological investigations on the traditional Chinese wind-medicine,the value of tra-ditional Chinese wind-medicine for treatment of coronary heart disease was evaluated.Result:The value of traditional Chinese wind-medicine for treating coronary heart disease was confirmed based on the traditional theory and the modern pharmacological researches.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese wind-medicine is an effective medicine for treating coronary heart disease.

摘要:Objective:To overview the efficacy of Chinese medicine dispensing granule(CMDG) research over the past decade.Method:System atic analysis for the number,classification,experimental design and research results of the literatures collected by Wanfang data,VIP information and CNKI from March 2001 to 20 June 2010 was carried out.Result:The number of the literatures related to CMDG pharmacological studies increased at first and then decreased,the same trends are effectiveness and efficacy comparability studies.Although the herbals come from different regions,lacking positive control,unreasonable dose design,unscientific statistical conclusions and other defects exist in some studies,the current pharmacological studies still can prove the effectiveness and efficacy of CMDGs,by using the plenty kinds of CMDGs,the accurate statistical methods,appropriate animal models and efficacy evaluation system.Conclusion:Both the effectiveness and efficacy comparability studies confirm the feasibility and scientific basis of the CMDGs.However,farther studies are reguired.

摘要:Objective:To study the features of Liu Wansu in prescription.Method:combining the tradition-al documents with prescription metrology,selecting some doctors before or after Liu Wansu as comparison(contrast) to expose the features of Liu Wansu in prescription.Result:The features of Liu Wansu in prescription is:the index of applying ‘clearing heat’method is higher than his previous and contemporary doctors(T = 3),ph/pw 1.22;three compatibility indicators are all comparatively high,especially G is higher than others(P < 0.01),DZis lower(P < 0.01) compared with Liu,there is no difference in the frequency of Han and Re drug,three indexes of compatibil-ity and five indexes of dose by Zhang Zihe;The fh frequency of Wu Jutong is higher than Liu(P < 0.05),and same in Tij(Tij = 3).Conclusion:Liu Wansu’s ‘Theory of Fire and Hot’is the fruit of development of shang-han theory,has further innovation and development.He attached importance to Hanliang,more emphasis syndrome.
