摘要:Objective:To optimize the prescription of pH-triggered colon specific pellets of Sophora flaves-cens to evaluate drug release.Method: The pellet core was prepared by extrusion-spheronization method,taking sphericity,friability,yield,particle size distribution and dissolution as index to optimize the prescription of the pellet core.The prescription of pH-triggered coat was optimized by fluidized bed coating technology with drug release as index.The drug release in vitro was evaluated with paddle method.Result:The pellet core was prepared by extrusion-spheronization method with 4 times principal agent cellulose microcrystalline as diluent,6% CMS-Na and 28% water added to prepare soft material.The coat solution was prepared with Eudragit S100 as film-forming agent,95% alcohol as solvent,25% talcum powder and 20% triethyl citrate added.The accumulation leakage ratio of matrine and oxymatrine from the coat pellets in gastric juice and small intestinal juice in vitro was 21.6%,and 95.3% in colon juice.Conclusion:The prescription of pH-triggered colon specific pellets of Sophora flavescens was made;the quality of pellets was stable and the drug release of colon target was satisfactory.

Method: The nanoparticles were prepared by microemulsion-ionic crosslinking method with Na5P3O10 used as crosslinkers.The morphology of nanoparticles was evaluated by the transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The mean size and zeta potential of nanoparticles were determined by dynamic light scattering (DLS).The in vitro release of the drug-loaded chitosan nanoparticles was evaluated using a dialysis method. Method: The macroporous resin was selected and the purification process was evaluated by measuring the content of baicalin,paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizin and total saponins. Result: The AB-8 macroporous resin was selected with 0.75 g ·mL-1 the loading concentration of crude drug and 3 BV ·h-1 current velocity,70% ethanol as the eluting reagent with the eluting velocity of 5 BV ·h-1. Conclusion: The method is effective for purification of Chaiqin Qinggan formula extract.

Method :Main parameters of licorice flavanone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion were investigated by orthogonal experiment with inclusion compound and receive rate as the target to screen out the best technology;the inclusion compound was identified by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and the thin layer chromatography. Result: The best technique of licoflavone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was as follows: the batch feeding ratio of licoflavone to β-cyclodextrin was 1 ∶10;the water quantity to be added was 10 times of β-cyclodextrin batch feeding's; the package temperature was at 40 ℃ and mixed for 1 hour by stirring. Conclusion :The preparation of licoflavone-β-cyclodextrin by saturated aqueous solution is simple to operate.

Method: Rhizoma coptidis,cortex phellodendri and angelica were extracted with water by reflux.The content of berberine hydrochloride and dry paste were used as index to inspect the influence of water multiple added,immersion time,extraction time and extraction numbers on extraction process,to determine the optimal water extraction technology. Result: The best water extraction technology was as follows:8 times of water,soaking 30 min,extracted for 60 min and extraction three times. Conclusion: The results can provide the basis for determination of water extraction process and the reform of dosage-form.

摘要:The effects of different factors on extraction ratio of theabrownine from Oolong tea were studied, and at the same time antioxidant activity of the resulting product, the content of protein,polysaccharides as well as the total phenols were determined.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶10,extraction temperature at 70 ℃,extraction 3 times and extraction for 20 min.Under these conditions,the content of theabrownine was 9.23%.Theabrownine are mainly made up of protein 21.47%,polysaccharides 28.28% and total phenols 11.19%,respectively.Theabrownine had scavenging ability for hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical and DPPH radical,and its scavenging ability increased with the growth of theabrownine content.  
摘要:Objective:To screen out the the optimal technology for deproteinization of polysaccharide from Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata.Method:The protein was removed by the enzyme,TCA and Sevage methods with the percentage of the removed protein(the PRP) and the decomposed polysaccharide(the PDP) as index.Result: The PRPs for the enzyme,TCA and Sevage methods were 87.62%,73.12% and 62.56%,the PDPs were 8.13%,29.36% and 20.24%.Conclusion:Enzymatic method of removing protein is an effective and alternative method.  
摘要:Objective: To screen out the the optimal technology for deproteinization of polysaccharide from Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata. Method: The protein was removed by the enzyme,TCA and Sevage methods with the percentage of the removed protein (the PRP) and the decomposed polysaccharide (the PDP) as index. Result: The PRPs for the enzyme,TCA and Sevage methods were 87.62%,73.12% and 62.56%,the PDPs were 8.13%,29.36% and 20.24%. 摘要:Objective: To optimize the technology for the microwave extraction of lignanoids from Isatidis Radix . Method: With the comprehensive extraction ratio of total lignanoids and clemastanin B (CB for short) as indexes,whose content was separately determined by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC,four main factors including microwave power,extraction time,volume of solvent and soak period were optimized by orthogonal test. Result: The optimal extraction process was that 15 times amount of water was added,soaking for 15 minutes with the microwave power at 700 w for 8 minutes,twice in all.Under that condition,the extraction ratio of total lignanoids and CB was 3.39% and 0.019 3%,which was close to the yield achieved by water decoction for 3.5 hours. Conclusion: Microwave extraction of lignanoids from Isatidis Radix is characterized by rapid,efficient,simple,energy conservation,and should be popularized in the future.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the molding technology of rhynchophylline sustained-release dripping pills.Method:The Rhynchophylline sustained-release dripping pills were prepared.The technical parameters such as the temperature of liquid medicine,excipients proportion,speed of dripping and the temperature condensed fluid were optimized by orthogonal design.Result:The in vitro drug release behavior of the prepared products in pH 1.2 hydrochloric acid and pH 6.8 phosphate buffer solution was comparable,which indicated that the drug release be-havior was pH-independent.

摘要:Objective: To explore the possibility of removing plumbum ion from extract of Qingcha compound using γ-mercaptopropyl-modified silica gel (MPS). Method: MPS was synthesized by heterogenous route and characterized by DR-IR.Plumbum-polluted medicinal materials were extracted with water and the extract was passed through MPS column at a rate of 9 BV ·h-1.The content of plumbum was measured by AAS.The solid content and HPLC profiles of the extract were determined to evaluate the process changes. Result: Compared with unmodified silica gel (SG),MPS could effectively reduce the content of plumbum in the extract,with 74.6% of removal efficiency.During the removal process,there were no obvious changes of solid content (only 2.6% loss) and comparability of HPLC (similarity was 0.976). Conclusion: MPS can be used for the removal of plumbum ion from the extract of Qingcha compound.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the stability of volatile oil inclusion from Amomum and solubilization of volatile oil by hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin. Method: The content of bornyl acetate and camphor in inclusion complex and physical mixture under the high temperature,humidity and strong light conditions was determined by HPLC with bornyl acetate and camphor as index and the solubilization of the volatile oil by hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was determined by phase solubility method. Result: Under the high temperature,humidity and strong light conditions,the content of bornyl acetate and camphor in inclusion was higher than that of in physical mixture,the results of solubility test showed that 50% concentration of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin could increase the solubility of essential oil of about 35 times. Conclusion: The inclusion complex had higher capability on anti high temperature,high humidity and strong light intensity than the physical mixture,and the hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin could increase the solubility of essential oil significantly.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method of the determination of content of total alkaloids in the small pinellia added in the Poria cocos soup. Method: The absorbance of total alkaloids was measured by UV spectrophotometer after visualization with bromothymol blue,and the max detection wavelength was set at 414 nm,the concentration of total alkaloids was linear in the range of 2.2-7.7 mg ·L-1(correlation coefficient r =0.999 8),and its average recovery and correlation coefficient r were 97.38% and 0.999 8. Result: The content of alkaloids in compound prescription decoctum was 0.057 22%,disassembled prescription decoctum was 0.023 25% and simple prescriptions decoctum was 0.008 47%. Conclusion: The method established was simple,sensitive,accurate and with good repetition,which can be suited for the quality control of total alkaloids in the small pinellia added in the Poria cocos soup.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a method for the content determination of CaCO3 in Ophicalcitum. Method: The content of CaCO3 in Ophicalcitum was determined by the method of the EDTA-capacity. Result: The content of CaCO3 in Ophicalcitum from the different sources varied from 36.65% to 98.88%,and the average recovery was 98.85% (RSD 1.03%,n=5). Conclusion: This method was simple and feasible for the quality control of Ophicalcitum.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical compounds of the volatile oil in pre-and past-honey processed Aristolochia contorta by GC-MS. Method: The volatile oil was obtained from A.contorta by steam distillation.The amount of the compounds from the volatile oil was determined by area normalization method.The separated compounds were identified by GC-MS. Result: One hundred and thirty three compounds were separated and identified from crude and honey processed A.contorta, accounting for over 90% of the total volatile oil. A.contorta processed by honey produced new compounds,while the content of some compounds was changed. Conclusion: The method is reliable,stable and has good repeatability.This method can be applied to the analysis of volatile oil components in A.contorta.It will provide certain scientific proof for further evaluation of A.contorta quality.

摘要:Objective: To establish the HPLC-DAD-ELSD fingerprint of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen grown indifferent provinces and provide new methods for scientific evaluation and effectively controlling the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae. Method: Fourteen Semen Ziziphi Spinosae samples from different provinces were determined by using HPLC-DAD-ELSD technique.The software"similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of Chinese material medical"was applied to analyze date,and established the mutual model.The similarity of chromatogram was evaluated with correlation degree. Result: There were fifteen common peaks of flavonoids and eleven common peaks of saponins in the fingerprint of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.The established method is good for the separation of flavonoids and saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and simultaneous determination of the two differentcomponents in one sample injection. Conclusion: he method is workable to simultaneously determine flavonoids and saponins fingerprint from semen Ziziphi Spinosae,and provide experimental data for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method of the determination of content of total alkaloids in the small pinellia added in the Poria cocos soup.Method:The absorbance of total alkaloids was measured by UV spectrophotom-eter after visualization with bromothymol blue,and the max detection wavelength was set at 414 nm,the concentration of total alkaloids was linear in the range of 2.2-7.7 mg.L-1(correlation coefficient r = 0.999 8),and its average re-covery and correlation coefficient r were 97.38% and 0.999 8.Result:The content of alkaloids in compound prescrip-tion decoctum was 0.057 22%,disassembled prescription decoctum was 0.023 25% and simple prescriptions decoc-tum was 0.008 47%.Conclusion:The method established was simple,sensitive,accurate and with good repetition,which can be suited for the quality control of total alkaloids in the small pinellia added in the Poria cocos soup.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a quantification method for determination of quercetin,rutoside and kaempferol in Lespedeza virgata by HPLC. Method: RP-HPLC was applied on the determination of quercetin,rutoside and kaempferol in L.virgata with C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),DAD detector,and a mixture of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (60 ∶40) as a mobile phase with the flow rate at 1.0 mL ·min-1.Three flavonoids were detected at 251 nm,column temperature was set at 35 ℃. Result: Quercetin,rutoside and kaempferol were linear in the range of 0.210-4.19,0.084-1.68, 0.066-1.33 μg.The average recovery of rutoside,quercetin and kaempferol was 99.48%,98.53% and 99.33% with RSD (n=5) 0.51%,1.35% and 2.13% respectively. Conclution: The method is accurate and sensitive,which can be used rapidly for the content determinatinon of rutoside,quercetin and kaempferol from L.virgata.It can be applied to the quality control of this crude drug.

摘要:Objective:To develop a method for the content determination of CaCO3 in Ophicalcitum.Meth-od: The content of CaCO3in Ophicalcitum was determined by the method of the EDTA-capacity.Result:The content of CaCO3 in Ophicalcitum from the different sources varied from 36.65% to 98.88%,and the average recovery was 98.85%(RSD 1.03%,n = 5).Conclusion:This method was simple and feasible for the quality control of Ophical-citum.

摘要:Objective: A compregensive evaluation on quality of Amomi Fructus volatile oil dropping Pills was studied with the content of the major effective composition-bornyl acetate in volatile oil dropping pills as the major quality index and the weight difference,dissolution time as well as exterior of dropping pills as the supplementary quality indexes. Method: The quality standards were established by measuring the weight difference and dissolution time along with the exterior of droping pills and also determining the content of bornyl acetate in dropping pills by GC. Result: The average content of bornyl acetate in the six batches of dropping pills was 165.95 mg ·g-1,RSD 2.83%;the weight difference and dissolution time as well as the exterior of dropping pills was up to the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition). Conclusion: The quality of six batches of dropping pills was controllable and up the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition).

摘要:Objective:To analyze the chemical compounds of the volatile oil in pre-and past-honey pro-cessed Aristolochia contorta by GC-MS.Method:The volatile oil was obtained from A.contorta by steam distillation.The amount of the compounds from the volatile oil was determined by area normalization method.The separated com-pounds were identified by GC-MS.Result:One hundred and thirty three compounds were separated and identified from crude and honey processed A.contorta,accounting for over 90% of the total volatile oil.A.contorta processed by honey produced new compounds,while the content of some compounds was changed.Conclusion: The method is reliable,stable and has good repeatability.This method can be applied to the analysis of volatile oil components in A.contorta.It will provide certain scientific proof for further evaluation of A.contorta quality.  
摘要:Objective: To advance the quality standard of Danqi Quyu Zhitong granules. Method: Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Paeoniae Alba in this medicine were identified by TLC.The paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B were identified by HPLC. Result: The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference.The stability,precision and reproducibility of the determined method were studied. Conclsion: The method is simple,reliable and accurate,and can be applied as the quality control method of Danqi Quyu Zhitong granules.

摘要:Objective:To establish the HPLC-DAD-ELSD fingerprint of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen grown indif-ferent provinces and provide new methods for scientific evaluation and effectively controlling the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.Method:Fourteen Semen Ziziphi Spinosae samples from different provinces were determined by u-sing HPLC-DAD-ELSD technique.The software"similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of Chi-nese material medical"was applied to analyze date,and established the mutual model.The similarity of chromatogram was evaluated with correlation degree.Result:There were fifteen common peaks of flavonoids and eleven common peaks of saponins in the fingerprint of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.The established method is good for the separation of flavonoids and saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and simultaneous determination of the two differentcomponents in one sample injection.Conclusion:he method is workable to simultaneously determine flavonoids and saponins fin-gerprint from semen Ziziphi Spinosae,and provide experimental data for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.

摘要:Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Chrysanthemi Flos formula granules by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by HPLC with Waters Xbridge C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution;the solvent system composed of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphric.The wavelength was set at 351 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: Seventeen shared peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Chrysanthemi Flos formula granules and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.85 were found in fingerprints between the different samples of Chrysanthemi Flos Formula Granules and the standard fingerprint. Conclusion :The method with good reproducibility is simple and accurate;it can be used as a quality control method for Chrysanthemi Flos formula granules.

摘要:Objective:To establish a quantification method for determination of quercetin,rutoside and kaempferol in Lespedeza virgata by HPLC.Method:RP-HPLC was applied on the determination of quercetin,rutoside and kaempferol in L.virgata with C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),DAD detector,and a mixture of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(60∶ 40) as a mobile phase with the flow rate at 1.0 mL.min-1.Three flavonoids were detected at 251 nm,column temperature was set at 35 ℃.Result:Quercetin,rutoside and kaempferol were linear in the range of 0.210-4.19,0.084-1.68,0.066-1.33 μg.The average recovery of rutoside,quercetin and kaempferol was 99.48%,98.53% and 99.33% with RSD(n = 5) 0.51%,1.35% and 2.13% respectively.Conclution:The method is accurate and sensitive,which can be used rapidly for the content determinatinon of rutoside,quercetin and kaempferol from L.virgata.It can be applied to the quality control of this crude drug.

摘要:Objective: To determine the active components alignments (ACA) of four flavonoids in hollow root of Baikal Skullcap (hollow root of Scutellaria baicalensis ),so as to provide scientific basis for the establishment of quality standard in accordance with its therapeutic. Method: The ACA were determined by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) & herb-herb compatibility. Result: The content of Baicalin-Baicalein-Wogonoside-Wogonin in four formulas of hollow root of Baikal Skullcap was (75.83±7.25),(2.72±0.53),(18.62±2.89), (1.44±0.37) mg ·g-1. Conclusion: The ACA ratio of flavonoids in hollow root of Baikal Skullcap was 52.44 ∶1.89 ∶12.88 ∶1,with the action of clearing away lung-heat.There were high significant differences between hollow roots and lateral root of Baikal Skullcap (P<0.01).Therefore,the quality evaluation criteria of hollow roots and solid lateral root of Baikal Skullcap should be established separately.

摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determining hesperidin and cinnamaldehyde in Hewei powder. Method: The analysis was performed on an Inertsil ODS-SP column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in gradient mode.The detection wavelength was set at 290 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 7.0-70.0 mg ·L-1 for hesperidin and 4.4-44.0 mg ·L-1 for cinnamaldehyde.The average recoveries of hesperidin and cinnamaldehyde were 98.52% (RSD 1.05%) and 99.20% (RSD 1.52%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is quick,simple,and reproducible,which can be used to control the quality of Hewei powder.

摘要:Objective: HPLC fingerprints of the hemostatic fraction of Rehmannia glutinosa were established. Method: Akasil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used and the acetonitrile-water was chosen as the mobile phase in a gradient mode.The column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 210 nm.The detection time was 60 min,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result: Fifteen characteristic peaks were indicated in HPLC fingerprints.The relative retention time is as of the common peaks were also determined. Conclusion: The method established is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and will provide a reference standard for the quality control of R.glutinosa .

摘要:Objective: The volatile compounds from Pimpinella candolleana were studied. Method: Solid-phase micro-extraction (SPME) was used to extract the volatiles.The chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) coupled with Kovats index. Result: Twenty-eight compounds were separated and 19 compounds were identified,representative of 86.23% of total volatile compounds.The main compounds were (S)-1-methyl-4-(5-methyl-1-methylene-4-hexenyl)-cyclohexene (48.83%) and 1-(1,5-dimethyl-4-hexenyl)-4-methyl-benzene (6.15%). Conclusion: The main compounds in P.candolleana were terpenes.

Method :The protein yield,protein purity and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) patterns were determined and analyzed. Result: More proteins were extracted by the method of protein extracted liquid and trichloroacetic acid(TCA)-acetone,but their bands were not clear and the resolution was low because of more impurities extracted.It waseasy to produce high-abundance proteins and interfered in the electrophoresis resolution.Protein yield and band numbers by Tris-base/acetone were the lowest.Besides,the protein content by commonly used direct extraction was low,but with less impurity,clearer bands and highest resolution. Conclusion: Direct extraction is the most suitable method for PAGE and more protein can be extracted by protein extracted liquid extraction method.

摘要:Objective: To explore the anti-fatigue effect of Acanthopanax senticosus fermented by Hericium erinaceus. Method: Fourty mice were divided randomly into 5 groups: low dose group(1.625 g ·kg-1),middle dose group(3.25 g ·kg-1),high dose group(6.5 g ·kg-1),blank control group(0.9%NaCl),positive control group(3.25 g ·kg-1).Drug were administered to mice for 30 days.The dosage was 0.02 mL ·g-1.The antifatigue effect was evaluated by the swimming time,the blood lactic acid clearance rate,the content of BUN and glycogen. Result: Each index in middle-dose group of A.senticosus fermented by H.erinaceus showed significant difference compared with the Blank and positive control groups respectively. Conclusion: A.senticosus processed by H.erinaceus has stronger antifatigue effects than the A.senticosus raw material.

摘要:Objective: To observe effects of oils in Alpinia officinarum Hance(OAOH) on serum gastrointestinal hormones in gastrelcosis mice model. Method: ICR mice were randomly divided into 7 groups:control group,model group,liangfu pills group (2 g ·kg-1)racanisodimine group(0.005 g ·kg-1),OAOH low dose group,OAOH middle dose group,OAOH high dose group(2,4,8 mL ·kg-1).The gastrelcosis mice model was induced by reserpine,which was then given drugs for 6 days.The content of motilin(MOT),somatostatin(SS),substance P(SP),vasoactive in testinal peptide(VIP) in serum were determined by ELISA. Result: Compared with the model group:① All the treatment decreased ulcer index and increased ulcer inhibition rate(P<0.01).②OAOH,liangfu pills,group racanisodimine obviously decreased MOT,SP in serum(P<0.01,P<0.05),significantly increased SS in serum (P<0.01,P<0.05);High dose OAOH increased VIP content in serum(P<0.01). Conclusion: OAOH treats gastrelcosis by reducing the content of MOT and SP,increaseing the content of SS and VIP in serum.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of extracts from Pothos chinensis (Raf.)Merr.on hyperglycemia. Method: Experimental observation was performed by using diabetic mice induced by alloxan and glucose injection.The mices were randomly divided into the control and treated group to detect blood glucose level respectively. Result: Both the extract of water extracting-alcohol precipitating solution of P.chinensis (A1) and extract of water extracting-alcohol precipitating sediments (A2) exhibited considerable beneficial effect on lowering the abnormal blood glucose level induced by alloxan in mice.The 70% alcohol extract (B) showed little effect.Both A1 and A2 reduced significantly the high blood glucose level induced by glucose injection in mice after 0.5,1 and 2 hours. Conclusion: Both A1 and A2 exhibited the same beneficial effect on the two kinds of diabetic mice model,suggesting a considerable hypoglycemic effect.B has no obvious effect on diabetic mice model.  
摘要:Objective:To analyze ten nucleosides compounds in nine tonic traditional Chinese medicines of fruit and seeds.Method:HPLC was performed on an ApolloTM-C18 column to analyze the nucleosides compounds.Methanol-10 mmol.L-1 ammonium acetate was used as mobile phase with gradient elution;the flow rate was 0.5 mL.min-1,detection wavelength was at 260 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃.Result:Uridine was detected in nine tonic traditional Chinese medicines with high content.The cAMPwas detected only in Jujubae fructus.The total content of nucleosides compounds in Mori fructus was more than other crud drugs.Conclusion: Nucleoside compounds were probably widespread in tonic traditional Chinese medicines of fruits and seeds.The nucleosides compounds would be considered as quality control components for tonic traditional Chinese medicines;the content of nucleosides and their compositions had significant difference because of different origins of tonic traditional Chinese medicines.There is a correlation between nucleosides compounds and the tonification efficacy.

摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidative effect of Yangtaogen polysaccharide (YTGP) in vitro . Method :The effect of YTGPon superoxide anion (O2-) was investigated by the auto-oxidation of pyrogallol and its effect on hydroxyl free radical ( ·OH) was measured by Fe2+-H2O2 system.Malondialdehyde(MDA) content in liver was measured by thiobabituric acid assay,and the total reducing power of YTGPwas measured in vitro chemical simulated system. Result :YTGPinhibited MDA and ·OH and O2- formation. Conclusion :YTGP appears a good antioxidative effect in vitro.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect and its action mechanism of persimmon leaf polysaccharide in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin (STZ). Method: The diabetic mice were induced by STZ.Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group,model group,glibenclamide group (25 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1),low and high dose groups of persimmon leaf polysaccharide (150 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1,600 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1).The drugs were administrated to mice in every morning for 15 days.In the corresponding time,the contents of fasting blood glucose (FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),malondialdehyde (MDA),superoide dismutase (SOD) activity,insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) were determined. Result: The persimmon leaf polysaccharide could markedly decrease blood glucose in STZ-induced diabetic mice.Meanwhile it could reduce the content of MDA and increase the activity of SOD in liver,and increase insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and the amount of islet cells. Conclusion: The persimmon leaf polysaccharide decreases blood glucose,and it has a very potential value in the treatment of diabetes.  
摘要:Objective:To observe effects of oils in Alpinia officinarum Hance(OAOH) on serum gastrointes-tinal hormones in gastrelcosis mice model.Method:ICR mice were randomly divided into 7 groups:control group,model group,liangfu pills group(2 g.kg-1) racanisodimine group(0.005 g.kg-1),OAOH low dose group,OAOH middle dose group,OAOH high dose group(2,4,8 mL.kg-1).The gastrelcosis mice model was induced by reser-pine,which was then given drugs for 6 days.The content of motilin(MOT),somatostatin(SS),substance P(SP),va-soactive in testinal peptide(VIP) in serum were determined by ELISA.Result:Compared with the model group:① All the treatment decreased ulcer index and increased ulcer inhibition rate(P < 0.01).②OAOH,liangfu pills,group racanisodimine obviously decreased MOT,SP in serum(P < 0.01,P < 0.05),significantly increased SS in serum(P < 0.01,P < 0.05);High dose OAOH increased VIP content in serum(P < 0.01).Conclusion:OAOH treats gas-trelcosis by reducing the content of MOT and SP,increaseing the content of SS and VIP in serum.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of the Shenfu Yixin Granule on chronic heart failure rats. Method: The chronic heart failure model was established by left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion.in sham operation group (n=20) the sutures were passed under the left anterior descending coronary artery without ligation.After 8 weeks the chronic heart failure rats with the value of left ventricle ejection fraction(LVEF) <50% were randomly assigned to 5 groups (n=10 in each group):model group, captopril group, losartan group, two groups of Shenfu Yixin Granule(5.475,21.9 g ·kg-1 ·d-1).All the medicine was given through gavage once a day for 4 weeks, the rats in model group and sham operation group were administered with equivalent water once a day for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks The LVEF was valued again with Color Doppler Ultrasound, Weighs were measured.The blood was collected to detection index. Result: Shenfu Yixin granule(21.9 g ·kg-1 ·d-1) improved the LVEF obviously,lowered the left ventricular mass index(LVMI) serum ANP and, serum BNP. Conclusion: Shenfu Yixin granule can cure chronic heart failure evidently and may intervene ventricular remodeling.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of extracts from Pothos chinensis(Raf.)Merr.on hyperglyce-mia.Method:Experimental observation was performed by using diabetic mice induced by alloxan and glucose injec-tion.The mices were randomly divided into the control and treated group to detect blood glucose level respectively.Result:Both the extract of water extracting-alcohol precipitating solution of P.chinensis(A1) and extract of water extracting-alcohol precipitating sediments(A2) exhibited considerable beneficial effect on lowering the abnormal blood glucose level induced by alloxan in mice.The 70% alcohol extract(B) showed little effect.Both A1 and A2 reduced significantly the high blood glucose level induced by glucose injection in mice after 0.5,1 and 2 hours.Conclusion: Both A1 and A2 exhibited the same beneficial effect on the two kinds of diabetic mice model,sugges-ting a considerable hypoglycemic effect.B has no obvious effect on diabetic mice model.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of "TCM prescription for Reinfocing Pi Qi"on regulating the kinase of nuclear factor-kappa B inhibitor β(IKKβ) and the level of interleukin 8 (IL-8) in asthmatic rats’lung tissue. Method: SPF male wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group(A),asthmatic group(B)and therapeutic group of "TCM prescription for reinfocing Pi Qi"(C).Asthmatic model was established via sensitizing and provoking ovalbumin.Rats of the C group were taken medicine ig once a day in 10 g ·kg-1 for 21 days.The protein expression level of mRNA of IKKβ in lung tissue was determined by Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR);the level of interleukin eight (IL-8) was detected in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) by enzymes linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result: ① The expression of mRNA of IKKβ in lung tissue in B group was significantly higher than that in A group and C group(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively).②The expression of protein of IKKβ in lung tissue in B group was significantly higher than that in A group and C group(P<0.01).③ The level of IL-8 in BALF in B group was significantly higher than that in A group and C group(P<0.01). Conclusion: "TCM prescription for reinfocing Pi Qi" inhibits IKKβ expression and reduce the level of IL-8.

摘要:Objective:To study the antioxidative effect of Yangtaogen polysaccharide(YTGP) in vitro.Method:The effect of YTGPon superoxide anion(O2-) was investigated by the auto-oxidation of pyrogallol and its effect on hydroxyl free radical(.OH) was measured by Fe2 +-H2O2 system.Malondialdehyde(MDA) content in liver was measured by thiobabituric acid assay,and the total reducing power of YTGPwas measured in vitro chemical sim-ulated system.Result:YTGPinhibited MDA and.OH and O2-formation.Conclusion:YTGP appears a good antioxi-dative effect in vitro.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect and mechanism of three extractives of Evodia lepta(Spr.) Merr. Method: The pain models were induced by acetic acid,the hot-plate tests, the Swelling auricles caused by Xylol and swelling paws induced by dextran in mice were used to observe the pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects, the spectrophotometric and fluorometric method and The enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay were used separately to measure prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in inflammatory tissue and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in serum. Result: There was significant difference between four types of models and the negative control group in 2 extractives of E.lepta. Conclusion: E.lepta has effect of anti-inflammation and analgesia. The anti-inflammation function may be related to its suppression of and PGE2, COX-2.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the hypoglycemic effect and its action mechanism of persimmon leaf polysaccharide in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin(STZ).Method:The diabetic mice were induced by STZ.Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,model group,glibenclamide group(25 mg·kg-1·d-1),low and high dose groups of persimmon leaf polysaccharide(150 mg·kg-1·d-1,600 mg·kg-1·d-1).The drugswere administrated to mice in every morning for 15 days.In the corresponding time,the contents of fasting blood glu-cose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoide dismutase(SOD)activity,insulin sensi-tivity index(ISI)and oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)were determined.Result:The persimmon leaf polysaccha-ride could markedly decrease blood glucose in STZ-induced diabetic mice.Meanwhile it could reduce the content ofMDA and increase the activity of SOD in liver,and increase insulin sensitivity index(ISI)and the amount of isletcells.Conclusion:The persimmon leaf polysaccharide decreases blood glucose,and it has a very potential value inthe treatment of diabetes.  
摘要:Objective: To explore effects of Achyranthes bidentata saponins(ABS)on bone metabolism of rats with osteoporotis induced by retioic acid. Method: ABS was given to rats with osteoporosis induced by retioic acid,at doses of 30,100,300 mg ·kg-1.Calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P),alkaline phosphatase (ALP), bone gla protein (BGP) and hydroxyproline (HOP) were measured and compared with those of model group. Result: ABS could increase levels of Ca and BGP,enhance ALP activity and decrease HOP level. Conclusion: ABS showed effects on improving bone metabolism of osteoporosis induced by retioic acid in rats.

摘要:Objective: To explore the mechanism of intervention effect of Dahuang Zhechong Wan on the formation stage of pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Method: The pulmonary fibrosis model was induced by bleomycin A 5(BLMA 5).Rats in herbal groups were administrated with Dahuang Zhechong Wan(consisted of rhubarb and eupolyphaga) from the day 14,and sacrificed on day 28.Then superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum and in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were determined and analyzed. Result: The SOD activity in serum and BALF in model group were lower than those in control group.the MDA contents in serum and BALF in the model group were higher than those in the control group.SOD activity in Dahuang Zhechong Wan group were higher than those in the model group,MDA contents in Dahuang Zhechong Wan group were lower than those in the model group. Conclusion: Dahuang Zhechong Wan had the functions of restraining the decline of the SOD activity and the increase of MDA contents of the mode with pulmonary fibrosis and serum.The SOD activity and MDA contents of serum indirectly reflected the level of lipid peroxidation and antioxidation of the lung.

摘要:Objective: To observe uptake process of Isoliquiritigenin (ISL) in Caco-2 cell. Method: The concentration of ISL in cells was detected by HPLC and the mechanism of ISL absorption in cells was explored by studying the time, pH,drug concentration and inhibitors on the uptake of ISL in cells. Result: ISL in Caco-2 cells uptake was time-dependent. ISL at 4-15 mg ·L-1concentration range of uptake increased linearly, consistent with passive diffusion process. The drug intake amount (0.48±0.006) μg ·mg-1 under pH 8.0 was significantly lower than pH 5.0 (0.98 ± 0.03) μg ·mg-1 (P<0.01).Compared with the control group, ISL cell uptake was significantly higher after additional treatment with verapamil(1.19 ± 0.030) μg ·mg-1,(P<0.01), sodium azide (1.10 ± 0.004) μg ·mg-1(P<0.05)and 2,4-dinitrophenol(1.17 ± 0.020) μg ·mg-1(P<0.01). Conclusion: The mechanism of ISL absorption in cells mainly was passive transport and P-glycoproteins participates in the conveying process of ISL in Caco-2 cells.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Xiangdan Injection on hemorheology and platelet aggregation in acute blood stasis rats. Method: The acute blood stasis rats model was established by subcutaneous injection of high-dose adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water.Then the model rats were treated with drugs by intravenous injection.The blood samples were taken through common carotid artery (CCA) at 0.5 hours after last administration.Viscosity of blood and plasma,content of fibrinogen and the rates of platelet aggregation were determined. Result: Xiangdan Injection could not only reduce viscosity of whole blood, erythrocyte aggregation index, viscosity of plasma and content of fibrinogen, but also remarkably inhibit the rates of platelet aggregation in model rats. Conclusion: Xiangdan Injection obviously ameliorates the hemorheology and inhibits platelet aggregation in acute blood stasis rats.

摘要:Objective: To study the renal protective effects of Qidan Yishen Jiangtang Capsule (QYJC)in diabetic nephropathy rats. Method: The DN rats model was established by one side nephrectomy and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin.Then rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham-operation group,model group,QYJC group,10 in each group.Rats were given the relevant drugs respectively for 12 weeks.Finally the levels of body weight (BW),fasting blood glucose (FBG),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatine (SCr),albumin (ALB),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),24-hour urinary protein excretion (UPE)were detected.The kidney tissue was taken for histopathological observation and lesion grade. Result: QYJC decreased the levels of FBG,BUN,TC,TG,UAE significantly (P <0.05 or 0.01),it also reduced glomerulosclerosis index ( P <0.05 or 0.01)and tubulointerstitial fibrosis index ( P <0.05 or 0.01)as compared with DN model group. Conclusion : QYJC has a good renal protective effect in rats with diabetic nephropathy.The mechanism may be related to relieving blood lipid metabolism disorders.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the immune regulatory effect of Wuzi Yanzong decoction on immunosuppression mice. Method: Thirty two Balb/C mice, half male and femal,were divided into four groups.Three groups of mice were administered Cy ip (50 mg ·kg-1 once a day for 5 days)to induce immunosuppression; two of these groups received Wuzi Yanzong decoction treatment (2,4 g ·kg-1 orally once a day for 35 days; 5 days after Cy ip).A vehicle treated control group was also included.The body weight and spleen weight were measured.The absolute number of total splenocytes and bone marrow cells was analyzed.The absolute number of CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells,CD8+ T cells,B cells and NK cells in spleen was detected by flow cytomety. Result :Cy-treated mice showed a significant decrease in the number of leukocytes on peripheral blood,total splenocytes,bone marrow cells and the absolute number of CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells,CD8+ T cells,B cells and NK cells in spleen.Wuzi Yanzong decoction significantly increased the number of leukocytes in peripheral blood,antagonist the loss of immune organ and body weight,restore the number of leukocytes,bone marrow nucleated cells,total splenocytes and improved the ratio and number of CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells,CD8+ T cells,B cells and NK cells in spleen. Conclusion: Wuzi Yanzong decoction markly improves the immune function in immunodepressed mice induced by Cy.

摘要:Objective : To study the bacteriostatic effects of Belamcanda chinensis extract in vitro and in vivo. Method : Inhibition zone diameters were measured to investigate the bacteriostatic effects of B.chinensis extract on various germ strains,and to identify the sensitive strains to B.chinensis extract;Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC)of B.chinensis extract was determined by double-fold dilution method. Bacteriostatic effect of B.chinensis extract in vivo was determined in the mice model with peritoneal injection of Staphylococcus aureus. Result : Streptococcus pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were more sensitive to B.chinensis extract than S.aureus,Bacillus coli,Streptococcus agalactiae,Micrococcus scarlatinae and Shigella dysenteriae.MIC of S.aureus,S.pneumoniae,B.coli,P.aeruginosa,S.agalactiae,M.scarlatinae and S.dysenteriae were 0.062 5,0.015 6,0.250 0,0.031 2,0.015 6,0.015 6, 0.062 5 g ·mL-1,respectively.After mice were administrated low-,medium-or high-dose(0.46,0.92,1.82 g ·kg-1)of B.chinensis extract ig for 7 days,the mortality of mice injected S.aureus and yeast suspension were 45%,35%,30% respectively. Conclusions : B.chinensis extract has bacteriostatic activity in vitro and in vivo.

摘要:Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qishen Jiangu Granule. Method: Models of xylene-induced mice ear edema,albumin-induced rats paw edema were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effect.Acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgeic effect. Result: The inhibitory rates of low,medium and high dose of Qishen Jiangu Granule on mice ear edema were 13%,12%,and 16% respectively.Albumin-induced rat paw edema were significantly suppressed by Qishen Jiangu Granule (the medium dose was the optimum one).The writhing time of mice induced by hot plate and acetic acid-induced writhing were remarkably improved in a dose-dependent manner.(The inhibitory rate of which were 18%,39%,93%,73% and 12%,25%,48%,79%). Conclusion: Qishen Jiangu Granule has obvious anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect.  
摘要:Objective:To study the renal protective effects of Qidan Yishen Jiangtang Capsule(QYJC)in diabetic nephropathy rats.Method:The DN rats model was established by one side nephrectomy and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin.Then rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham-operation group,model group,QYJC group,10 in each group.Rats were given the relevant drugs respectively for 12 weeks.Finally the levels of body weight(BW),fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatine(SCr),albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),24-hour urinary protein excretion(UPE)were detected.The kidney tissue was taken for histopathological observation and lesion grade.Result:QYJC decreased the levels of FBG,BUN,TC,TG,UAE significantly(P < 0.05 or 0.01),it also reduced glomerulosclerosis index(P < 0.05 or 0.01) and tubu-lointerstitial fibrosis index(P < 0.05 or 0.01)as compared with DN model group.Conclusion: QYJC has a good re-nal protective effect in rats with diabetic nephropathy.The mechanism may be related to relieving blood lipid metabo-lism disorders.  
摘要:Objective: To dynamicaly observe the effects of pungent-hot herb decoction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Cortex Cinnamomi Aconite and Rhizoma Zingiberis on metabolism and second messenger. Method: Fourty Male SD rats were divided into two groups.The control group was given 4 mL of water; the experimental group was given 4 mL of pungent-hot decoction.About 2 mL blood samples were collected from orbit on 12th day,24 th day,36 th day,48 th day and 60 th day.Plasma GLU,TG,TC,TP levels were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer,Plasma cAMP,cGMP levels were determinated by radio-immunity. Result: Compared with the control group,the plasma GLU and TP levels changes with the trend of high→low→high,while cGMP level was significantly higher.The other parameters were not changed significantly. Conclusion: During the experimental process,there were significant fluctuation on metabolism and second messenger.It should pay more attention on the study of Yin deficiency model and choose administration time with the experimental requirements.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the immune regulatory effect of Wuzi Yanzong decoction on immuno-suppression mice.Method: Thirty two Balb /C mice,half male and femal,were divided into four groups.Three groups of mice were administered Cy ip(50 mg.kg-1 once a day for 5 days) to induce immunosuppression;two of these groups received Wuzi Yanzong decoction treatment(2,4 g.kg-1 orally once a day for 35 days;5 days after Cy ip).A vehicle treated control group was also included.The body weight and spleen weight were measured.The abso-lute number of total splenocytes and bone marrow cells was analyzed.The absolute number of CD3 + T cells,CD4 + T cells,CD8 + T cells,B cells and NK cells in spleen was detected by flow cytomety.Result:Cy-treated mice showed a significant decrease in the number of leukocytes on peripheral blood,total splenocytes,bone marrow cells and the ab-solute number of CD3 + T cells,CD4 + T cells,CD8 + T cells,B cells and NK cells in spleen.Wuzi Yanzong decoction significantly increased the number of leukocytes in peripheral blood,antagonist the loss of immune organ and body weight,restore the number of leukocytes,bone marrow nucleated cells,total splenocytes and improved the ratio and number of CD3 + T cells,CD4 + T cells,CD8 + T cells,B cells and NK cells in spleen.Conclusion: Wuzi Yanzongdecoction markly improves the immune function in immunodepressed mice induced by Cy.

摘要:Objective: To observe anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity in mice of Haijin Huwei San micro-powder. Method: The model of xylene-induced auricular swelling in mice was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects.Analgesic effect of Haijin Huwei San micro-powder was investigated by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice. Result: Haijin Huwei San micro-powder could reduce the degree of tumefaction in auricle,with dose-dependent manner.Could reach the similar effect compared with Haijin Huwei San normal powder and aspirin.The micro-powder Showed analgesia effect demostrated by hot plate method and stretching method,It’s analgesic effect was the same to Haijin Huwei San normal powder. Conclusion: It indicates that Haijin Huwei San micro-powder has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice.

摘要:Objective:To study the bacteriostatic effects of Belamcanda chinensis extract in vitro and in vi-vo.Method: Inhibition zone diameters were measured to investigate the bacteriostatic effects of B.chinensis extract on various germ strains,and to identify the sensitive strains to B.chinensis extract;Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of B.chinensis extract was determined by double-fold dilution method.Bacteriostatic effect of B.chinensis ex-tract in vivo was determined in the mice model with peritoneal injection of Staphylococcus aureus.Result: Streptococ-cus pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were more sensitive to B.chinensis extract than S.aureus,Bacillus coli,Streptococcus agalactiae,Micrococcus scarlatinae and Shigella dysenteriae.MIC of S.aureus,S.pneumoniae,B.coli,P.aeruginosa,S.agalactiae,M.scarlatinae and S.dysenteriae were 0.062 5,0.015 6,0.250 0,0.031 2,0.015 6,0.015 6,0.062 5 g.mL-1,respectively.After mice were administrated low-,medium-or high-dose(0.46,0.92,1.82 g.kg-1)of B.chinensis extract ig for 7 days,the mortality of mice injected S.aureus and yeast suspension were 45%,35%,30% respectively.Conclusions: B.chinensis extract has bacteriostatic activity in vitro and in vivo.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of Shenqi Feibao on rat model of chronic pulmonary disease(COPD)and Qi Deficiency. Moethod: Wistar rat was employed in the study.COPD with Qi deficiency model was estbablished by smoke inhalation combined with papnin administration.Shenqi Feibao treatment was carried out meanwhile as the model was establishing.Two dose groups were designed as 12 and 6 g ·kg-1 daily for 60 days.The general conditions,the changes in bronchial and lung and serum SOD,MDA of the rats were observed and determined. Rsult: Shenqi Feibao could improve the systemic and respiratory conditions for the model rats,alleviate the injury in bronchina and lung tissues siginficantly, The high dose of the alleviate the injury in brochinal and lung tissues significantly.The high dose of the drug could significantly decrease MDA level compared with that of the model group (P<0.05).However,the level of SOD in the treatment groups did not change significantly compared with that of the model. Conclusion: Shenqi Feibao has the effect of protectiong airway mucosa,alleviatiing the injury in lung,and decreasing the serum level of MDA.So,to some degree,it may prevent the development of Qi deficiency.

摘要:Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qishen Jiangu Granule.Method: Models of xylene-induced mice ear edema,albumin-induced rats paw edema were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effect.Acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgeic effect.Result: The inhibitory rates of low,medium and high dose of Qishen Jiangu Granule on mice ear edema were 13%,12%,and 16% respectively.Albumin-induced rat paw edema were significantly suppressed by Qishen Jiangu Granule(the medium dose was the optimum one).The writhing time of mice induced by hot plate and acetic acid-induced writhing were remarkably improved in a dose-dependent manner.(The inhibitory rate of which were 18%,39%,93%,73% and 12%,25%,48%,79%).Conclusion: Qishen Jiangu Granule has obvious anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the complemental antitumor and immunity regulative effect of Fuzheng Kangliu Decoction Method: Sl80 tumor-bearing mice model was established.Tumor weight and immunological indexes of Sl80 tumor-bearing mice were observed. Result: The growth of S180 sarcoma in Fuzheng group and cyclophosphamide(CTX) group was inhibited and the effect with combined drug was more significant.The thymus index,spleen index,phagocytic index and paw edema volume in Fuzheng group and combined drug group were increased compared with the model group.There was significant difference between combined drug group and model group (P<0.05).The levels of ALT was significantly decreased in Fuzheng group and combined drug group than those in model group( P < 0.05).NK cell activity of Fuzheng group and combined drug group were significantly higher than that in the model group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng Kangliu Decoction combined with anti-tumor chemicals has good immunomodulatory effects which not only inhibit tumor growth but also improve immune function.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of the berberine (BBR)on ischemia-reperfusion for renal tubular epithelial cells (NRK-52E)of rat. Method: Using chemical hypoxia cobalt chloride (CoCl2)to stimulate NRK-52E cells to develop a chemical model of hypoxia-reoxygenation injury.Then,the cells were treated with different concentrations (1×10-6,1×10-5,1×10-4 mol ·L-1)of BBR.Methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT)was used to test the activity of the cells.Malondialdehyde (MDA)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)content of each group were determined; Hoechst33258 staining was used to detect the morphological changes of apoptotic cells of each group; Annexin V-FITC/PI staining was applied to detect the rate of apoptosis cell in each group. Result: MTT results showed that 1×10-4 mol ·L-1 BBR was toxic to the cells,but 1×10-6 mol ·L-1and 1×10-5 mol ·L-1 BBR could increase the ischemia-reperfusion group cell survival,especially in 1×10-5 mol ·L-1 for the high; Hoechst33258 showed almost no apoptotic cells in the normal group,in the model group there were mostly nuclear staining of apoptotic cells,while BBR (1×10-5 mol ·L-1)pretreatment significantly reduced apoptosis cells; With the normal control groups,the MDA of ischemia-reperfusion group content was significantly higher ( P <0.05),but the SOD was significantly lower ( P <0.05).The pretreatment with BBR group,MDA was significantly lower than that of before treatment ( P <0.05),SOD was higher than the ischemia-reperfusion group ( P <0.05),the role of BBR depends on the concentration between 1×10-6 mol ·L-1 and 1×10-5 mol ·L-1.The Flow Cytometry showed that the apoptosis rate of 1×10-5,1×10-6 mol ·L-1 BBR group and ischemia-reperfusion group were 11.1%,32.2% and 56.2%,and the differences were significantly ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The pretreatment with BBR on the ischemia-reperfusion cell has protective effects on renal tubular epithelial cells,especially the concentration of 1×10-5 mol ·L-1 was most effective.

摘要:Objective: To study the protection of anthraquinone of rhizoma polygoni cuspidati for the kidneys of early diabetic nephropathy (DN)model rats. Method: DN rats were induced by streptozotocin(STZ), which were randomized into high, middle and low dose of anthraquinone groups, control group with 15 in each, blank group with 10, model group with 16. The protection of anthraquinone of rhizoma polygoni cuspidati for the kidneys of early diabetic nephropathy model rats was synthetically evaluated by the changes concerning urine volume, mAlb and nephritic morphology before and after treatment. Result: Anthraxquinone of rhizoma polygoni cuspidati had no obvious effect on urine volume. High dosage and middle dosage of anthraquinone can lower mAlb level after 8 weeks of medication(P<0.05). High dosage and middle dosage of anthraquinone can lower serum glucose level, after 4 weeks of medication(P<0.05). Anthraxquinone of rhizoma polygoni cuspidati can effectively improve nephritic morphology. Conclusion: Anthraquinone of rhizoma polygoni cuspidate owns protective effects on the kidneys of early diabetic nephropathy model rats.

摘要:Objective: To screen the active fraction of compound Sanhuang capsules for inhibiting angiogenesis in tumor. Method: Experimental study of tumor angiogenesis in vivo was carried out with model of chorioallantoic membrane. Result: ①Mixed and suspended the ultrafine powder of compound Sanhuang capsules,which were irradiated by Co60 at the seventh day,with ethanol in different concentrations.Then added it into gelatin sponge,the diameter was 5 mm and under the ultraviolet radiation.Two days later,around the gelatin sponge appeared round and radicalized capillary vessels.the number of the blood vessel was fewer than that in the normal saline control group (P<0.05); there ware no significant differences between Taxol group and normal saline control group.②Extracted the irradiated ultrafine powder of compound Sanhuang capsules with ethyl acetate before,next used pH gradient method to extract the different positions,and then each part tested with chorioallantoic membrane(CAM) model.At last the vessel around the gelatin sponge decreased,compared with that in the normal saline control group (P<0.05),and there were significant differences between suramin positive control group and normal saline control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Compared the two different extracted methods and two different positive control drugs,the ethyl acetate extracted part was better in pharmacological repetition,and with convenient methods.Also suramin positive control group was better in stability (P<0.05).So to chose the ethyl acetate extract part and suramin positive control group was exercisable.

摘要:Objective: The antioxidant activity of siraitia grosvenorii leaves,stems and fruits was studied by 2,2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. Method: The stems,leaves and fruits of siraitia grosvenorii were extracted with ethanol by ultrasonic extraction,and the DPPH clearing rate of different extracts was determined by spectrophotometry. Result: Half clearance of scavenging effect on radical DPPH by three parts including stem,leaf and fruit from Siraitia grosvenorii,i.e.IC50,was 0.756,0.119, 0.358 g ·L-1 respectively. Conclusion: Extracts from three parts of Siraitia grosvenorii have antioxidant activity.The leaf owns the strongest antioxidant capacity.

摘要:Objective: To investigate pharmacokinetics process of the major components of the extract Corydalis tetrahydropalmatine (tetrahydropalmatine,THP)and d-corydaline (corydaline,CDL)in rats. Method: Using LC-MS/MS to measure plasma concentration at different time after ig administration concentration of Corydalis extracts was determined, WinNonlin software was used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters. Result: ESI (+)ions under the condition of using MRM mode with m/z370-354,m/z 356-340 was used to detecte CDL,THP,while the m/z 306-140 was used to detect the internal standard anisodamine (anisodaminehydrochloride,ADM). In the range of 1.13-565,1.5-750 ng ·mL-1, CDL,THP showed good linearity,high,medium and low recovery rates of THP,and CDL,day and inter-day precision met the demands of quantification,Cmax were (84.3±9.2),(157.3±99.6),(497.1±71.3)ng ·mL-1 and (30.8±1.3),(54.4±22.7),(91.2±15.4)ng ·mL-1,Tmax were (54.8±6.9),(119.2±5.7),(62.5±7.5)min and (31.5±0.07),(65.6±10.6),(111.5±4.2)min. Conclusion: LC-MS/MS had good selectivity,high sensitivity for the determination of plasma sample.  
摘要:Objective: To Compare the pharmacokinetics of ferulic acid after oral administration of the extracts from Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and Tongmai formulations in rats. Method: The blood samples were collected at different time points after oral administration of the extracts from Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and Tongmai formulations (equivalent to 9.0 mg ·kg-1 ferulic acid)to wistar rats respectively.The plasma concentration of ferulic acid was measured by HPLC after extracted with ethyl acetate,and then pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated from the plasma concentration-time data with the 3P97 software. Result: The mean plasma concentration-time curves of ferulic acid after oral administration of the extracts from Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and Tongmai formulations were fitted to one compartment open model.The (Ke)s of the extracts from Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and Tongmai formulations were (0.015±0.002), (0.008±0.001)min,t1/2(Ke) were (46.850±5.414), (87.033±11.025)min respectively.Significant differences were found between the two groups (P<0.01).There existed significant differences (P<0.05)in AUC and CL/F(s)between the extracts from Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and Tongmai formulations. (AUC)s were (328.440±115.461), (625.718±139.798)μg ·min-1 ·mL-1,CL/F(s)were (0.032±0.013),(0.015±0.004)L ·kg-1 ·min-1 respectively. Conclusion: The work proved that the compatibility of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza and Radix Puerahae with Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong could reduce the elimination rate,prolong the action time of ferulic acid in vivo and enhance the ferulic acid biological exploitability.

Method: Ten rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.One group was administered with phillyrin (1 mg ·kg-1)by iv,while the other were treated with phillyrin (1 mg ·kg-1)-baicalin (90 mg ·kg-1)compound by iv.The concentration of CA in plasma was determined by HPLC.The key parameters of pharmacokinetics were calculated and anylyzed by kinetic software.The calibration curve was linear (r=0.997 3)in the range of 1.016-254 mg ·L-1. Result: Concentration-time courses of phillyrin alone and phillyrin-baicalin compound were consistent with non-compartment model after iv.The key pharmacokinetic parameters of phillyrin alone were different with that of phillyrin-baicalin compound (P<0.05). Conclusion: Baicalin can affect the pharmacokinetics of constituent phillyrin in rabbits.

摘要:Objective: Toinvestigate the clinical effects on the tratment for cough variant asthma (CVA)by Babao Xiaokesan plus Liuwei Dihuangwan. Method: Thirty-five patients suffered from cough variant asthma were received the treatment of Babao Xiaokesan plus Liuwei Dihuangwan. Result: Among the 35 CVA patients,23 cases were clinically cured,9 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,1 case was non-effective.The total effective rate was 97.1%. Conclusion: Babao Xiaokesan plus Liuwei Dihuangwan is a very effective therapy for the treatment of cough variant asthma.  
摘要:Objective:To study the in situ intestinal absorption behaviors of shikonin in rats.Method:The in situ rat single-pass intestinal perfusion model was used and the concentrations of the perfusate were determined by UV to investagate the intestinal absorption site and mechanism.Result:The Ka and Pappof shikonin showed colon > jejunum > duodenum > ileum in four different region of rat intestine.The Ka and Papp of every segment had no signifi-cant different from the others.The Ka and Papp of different drug concentration had no significant influence.Conclu-sion: Shikonin could be absorbed in whole intestinal segment,the best intestinal absorption site was colon.Its ab-sorbing mechanism may be related to passive diffusion.

摘要:Eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen mutual antagonistic herbs are the main contents prohibited combination of Chinese medicine.From ancient times to the present days,they are recorded in many herbal medicine books.Whether eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism are incompatibile has become one of the hot spots of academic issues.According to statistics,there are 1 062 products of Chinese patent medicine in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (volume I,2010), in which 5 products contain eighteen incompatible herbs and 6 products contain nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism.This paper analyses the formula of Chinese patent medicine containing eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism recorded in the 2010 Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.Based on the prescriptions,the frequency,the prescription’s quantity of medicine,the forms,usages,and the modern clinical applications are reviewed.Then the author summarizes the characteristics of application in order to explore the essence of 18 incompatibilities and 19 mutual antagonisms.

摘要:Five Chinese medicine marketing enterprises,namely Tianjing Tasly pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,Guizhou Yibai pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,Yunnan Baiyao group Co.Ltd,Beijing Tongrentang Co.Ltd,Jiangsu Kanion pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,among the top 20 enterprises with core competitive ability listed in 2009,were selected as the investigation samples.The statistical correlation between the patent output and economic output from 1999 to 2009 of the five enterprises was carried out.The results suggested there showed a positive correlation between patent output and economic in these enterprises.The preliminary conclusion is that the protection of intellectual property rights would bring a huge economic efficiency.For an enterprise,the importance of intellectual property rights can be related with its sales and profits,and the number of patents may likely be related with the increase in sales.

Method: The relevant information and references were looked through, and further analyzed and reviewed. Result: Up to now, the chemical components isolated from S. tonkinensis include mainly flavonoids, alkaloids, polysaccharides, etc. Pharmacological references show that it has effects on antitumor, anti-inflammation, antimicrobial, hepatoprotection, immune stimulation, antiarrhythmia, antihypertension and so on. However, it may also induce toxicity such as hepatotoxicity, neurotoxicity, and gastrointestinal side effects. Conclusion: We should carry out further studies on mechanism-based antitumor activity and toxicity for the radix et rhizoma S. tonkinensis , to determine the safe and effective therapeutic window, and even to explore detoxification and enhancement actions by combing other medicines with it so to ensure its safe and effectiveness in clinic application.

Result: The structure of breviscapine is clearly known and searching new pharmaceutical preparation of breviscapine is helpful for clinical. Conclusion: Although so many breviscapine preparations existed, but few used in clinical. However, in order to better utilize the preparations, it is important to study on biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics about scutellarin.

摘要:Reported cases of adverse reaction of Chinese medicine injection has gradually increased. Safety issues for traditional Chinese medicine injection is questioned and unprecedented attention by the government, business, doctors, patients and rest of the society. It is imperative to establish an accurate, early, rapid detection method for Chinese medicine allergic reaction. Screening allergenic substances in traditional Chinese medicine injection by in vivo and in vitro method is reviewed in this paper. These methods can provides a useful reference in exploring the allergen, selecting efficient sensitive detection of allergens, increasing the accuracy to resolve adverse effects of Chinese medicine injections and ensuring the clinical safety of drugs.

摘要:Objective: To overview the comparative studies between single-decoction and mixed-decoction of Chinese medicine. Method : The literatures which comparative studied the similarities and differences between single-and mixed-decoction of the chinese medicine collected by Wangfang data,VIP information and CNKI in 2001-2010 were analized. Result : The comparative studies between single-and mixed-decoction of Chinese Medicine related mainly to five areas: chemical composition, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and clinical efficacy,the medicine including single herbs,drug pairs and compounds,the related chemical composition included the index components and the effective components,one or more pharmacological effects and the diseases were observed; and the chemical compositions, effects and clinical effect increased and decreased both in single-and mixed-decoction,the mechanisms and related factors of the different chemical compositions in single-and mixed-decoction are very complicated,drug metabolism, efficacy and clinical application show both similarities and differences too. Conclusion : Using some quantitative active ingredients, pharmacological effects or efficacy for treating diseases, the comparative evaluation between single-and mixed-decoction is insufficient. The comparative studies on single-and mixed-decoction of Chinese medicine is not suitable for evaluation the traditional decoction and the Chinese medicine dispensing granule. The different formulations of drugs should be evaluated by the pharmacological equivalence, bioequivalence or clinical non-inferiority/ superiority researches, the current research reflects these trends.

摘要:Objective: In order to make guidance to clinical treatment, we analyze the application of prescription of wind-heat pneumonia in children in literatures between 1994 and 2009, and sum-up the situations of medicine usage. Method: The articles related to the treatment of wind-heat pneumonia in children, published in domestic medical journals from January 1994 to December 2004 were collected, and the principles of treatment, prescription and medicines were analyzed. Result: There are 96 articles chosen by adoption standards. the primary treatment principles are ventilating lung, clearing heat, removing phlegm, and relieving exterior disorder. The most important prescription is Maxingshigan soup, followed by Yinqiaosan; the most frequently used herb is kernel of apricot, followed by ephedra, licorice, gypsum. Conclusion :The primary treatment principles of wind-heat pneumonia are ventilating lung and clearing heat, the prescription, Maxingshigan soup, is most widely used.

摘要:Objective: Gegen Qinlian decoction is a traditional Chinese classical formula for diarrhea of damp-heat syndrome.Professor Tong Xiao-lin used this formula to treat type 2 diabetes with damp-heat syndrome according to "treating different diseases with the same therapy" thought in traditional chinese medicine.The result showed it had good effect on type 2 diabetes with damp-heat syndrome.Not only the herbs in this formula affect the effect,the dose of the herbs had sigificant influences on the effect.In this article,four clinical examples were chosen to explain the clinical use of different doses of Gegen Qinlian decoction.When treating type 2 diabetic disease with high level blood glucose,the large doses should be used,and when the blood glucose were controlled,the small doses should be used to keep the patient's condition and the blood glucose stable.When the formula was used to treat diseased,the appropriate dose should be selected to fit for different status of the illness to get the best effect.

摘要:Objective:To overview the comparative studies between single-decoction and mixed-decoction of Chinese medicine.Method: The literatures which comparative studied the similarities and differences between sin-gle-and mixed-decoction of the chinese medicine collected by Wangfang data,VIP information and CNKI in 2001-2010 were analized.Result: The comparative studies between single-and mixed-decoction of Chinese Medicine re-lated mainly to five areas: chemical composition,pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics and clinical efficacy,the medicine including single herbs,drug pairs and compounds,the related chemical composition included the index components and the effective components,one or more pharmacological effects and the diseases were observed;and the chemical compositions,effects and clinical effect increased and decreased both in single-and mixed-decoction,the mechanisms and related factors of the different chemical compositions in single-and mixed-decoction are very complicated,drug metabolism,efficacy and clinical application show both similarities and differences too.Conclu-sion: Using some quantitative active ingredients,pharmacological effects or efficacy for treating diseases,the com-parative evaluation between single-and mixed-decoction is insufficient.The comparative studies on single-and mixed-decoction of Chinese medicine is not suitable for evaluation the traditional decoction and the Chinese medicine dispensing granule.The different formulations of drugs should be evaluated by the pharmacological equivalence,bioequivalence or clinical non-inferiority / superiority researches,the current research reflects these trends.  
摘要:The description of Cordyceps sinensis in pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China needs to be discussed. Our suggestion for the description is as the fellows: Dongchongxiacao is the compound body of fungus and larva's corpse that fungi C.sinensis. In clavicipitaceae infected insect larva in hepialidae.

摘要:Objective:In order to make guidance to clinical treatment,we analyze the application of pre-scription of wind-heat pneumonia in children in literatures between 1994 and 2009,and sum-up the situations of medicine usage.Method:The articles related to the treatment of wind-heat pneumonia in children,published in do-mestic medical journals from January 1994 to December 2004 were collected,and the principles of treatment,pre-scription and medicines were analyzed.Result: There are 96 articles chosen by adoption standards.the primary treatment principles are ventilating lung,clearing heat,removing phlegm,and relieving exterior disorder.The most important prescription is Maxingshigan soup,followed by Yinqiaosan;the most frequently used herb is kernel of a-pricot,followed by ephedra,licorice,gypsum.Conclusion:The primary treatment principles of wind-heat pneumo-nia are ventilating lung and clearing heat,the prescription,Maxingshigan soup,is most widely used.

摘要:Objective:Gegen Qinlian decoction is a traditional Chinese classical formula for diarrhea of damp-heat syndrome.Professor Tong Xiao-lin used this formula to treat type 2 diabetes with damp-heat syndrome ac-cording to"treating different diseases with the same therapy"thought in traditional chinese medicine.The result showed it had good effect on type 2 diabetes with damp-heat syndrome.Not only the herbs in this formula affect the effect,the dose of the herbs had sigificant influences on the effect.In this article,four clinical examples were chosen to explain the clinical use of different doses of Gegen Qinlian decoction.When treating type 2 diabetic disease with high level blood glucose,the large doses should be used,and when the blood glucose were controlled,the small doses should be used to keep the patient’s condition and the blood glucose stable.When the formula was used to treat dis-eased,the appropriate dose should be selected to fit for different status of the illness to get the best effect.  
摘要:Huanglian with the function of clearing heat dampness,purging fire,clearing away heat and tox-ic material and other effects.In the treatment of a particular disease,Huanglian often plays its part of effects.This paper describes the effectiveness of compatibility on controling the function of Huanglian,to avoid the arbitrary use of clinicians,to improve Formula targeted,to improve clinical efficacy.
