摘要:Objective:To investigate percutaneous penetration effect of different concentrations of volatile oil from Fructus Litseae(FL),Rhizoma Zingiberis(RZ) and Flos Magnoliae(FM) on model drug-tetramethylpyrazine phosphate(TP).Method: Modified Franz diffusion cell method was used,enhancing penetration effect through mouse skin of 1%,3%,5%,7% volatile oil extracted from FL,RZ and FM on LP were investigated with azone as comparison,the content of LP was determined by HPLC.Result: 5% azone,1% volatile oil from FL,3% volatile oil from RZ,5% volatile oil from FM had the best effect on enhancing permeation effect of LP through skin of mice,average cumulative permeation quantity on 20 g·L-1LP in 12 h(Q12)were 0.841 2,0.915 9,0.740 3,0.932 8 mg·cm-2·h-1,respectively;enhancing times in 4 h of each were 1.357,1.279,1.054,1.156,respectively.After t-test,Q12 of LP which added 1% volatile oil from FL was higher than the negative control group significantly.Conclusion: 1% volatile oil from FL,3% volatile oil from RZ and 5% volatile oil from FM could increase percutaneous permeation quantity of LP.
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction process of Chongcao Anfei tablet.Method: With yield of ephedrine hydrochloride as index,the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times was selected investigation factors,extraction technology of Chongcao Anfei tablet was optimized by orthogonal design.Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows: 10,8,8 times the amount of water boiled 2,1,1 h.Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology was simple,feasible and met needs of large-scale production,it could provide references for further development of Chongcao Anfei tablet.
摘要:Objective:To optimize purification technology parameters of effective material group from Anemarrhena asphodeloides for damp arthralgia in clinical.Method: With mangiferin as index,eight different types macroporous resins were investigated,optimum resin and its purification conditions were optimized.Result: Optimum macroporous resin was HPD-400 resin,and its purification conditions were as follows:added 2 BV extract liquid to adsorption,then eluted by 3 BV water,and eluted with 6 BV 30% ethanol.After purified,purity of mangiferin increased 6.6 times as original liquid,total solids reduced 87.3%.Conclusion: After purified,polysaccharide and other impurities reduced significantly in medicine liquid,mangiferin(as represent of saponins) was preserved better,this study provided preliminary research base for treatment of damp arthralgia with A.asphodeloides.
摘要:Objective:To study on in vivo releasing characteristics of Shuangqin eye gel.Method: The content of aesculin was determined by HPLC,which was used as index;Modified Franz diffusion cell method was applied to investigate in vitro release characteristics of Shuangqin eye gel with semi-permeable membrane as a barrier.Result: Aesculin in Shuangqin eye gel released fitted well with first order model,fitting equation of it:Y=-1.258 8 X-0.816 2(r=0.999 2).Conclusion: Release of Shuangqin eye gel was non-Fick diffusion.
摘要:Objective:To study on drug release mechanism of panax notoginsenosides microporous membrane osmotic pump tablets(PNSMPOP).Method: With comparing drug release behavior of PNSMPOP in different osmotic pressure medium and investigating effects of different release methods on drug release velocity,to investigate release mechanism of this preparation.Result: Drug release velocity declined with difference of osmotic pressure between inside and outside of coating film increased;Drug release behavior was similar between in distilled water and pH 6.8 phosphate buffer,but release rate decreased in pH 1.0 hydrochloric acid solution;There was no significant influence on drug release by different drug release methods.Conclusion: This tablet released mainly in gradient-driven mechanism of osmotic pressure between inside and outside of membrane,a small amount of drug released by directly spread.

摘要:Objective:To study on enzymatic technology of ethanol extract from Periplaneta americana by papain and screen out optimum enzymatic technology.Method: Taking degree of hydrolysis as index,effect of enzymatic temperature,enzymatic time,pH,the amount of papain and substrate concentration on papain were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.Result: Optimum enzymatic technology conditions of papain was determined as follows:enzymatic temperature 55 ℃,enzymatic time 3 h,pH 7.0,the amount of papain 8 400 U·mg-1,substrate concentration 0.5%.Under these conditions,degree of hydrolysis could reach to 9.87%.Molecular weight of sample were smaller and molecular weight distribution were wider after enzymolysis.Conclusion: This optimized method was stable,easy to operate,and provided basis and foundation to further study of P.americana.
摘要:Objective:To study on difference of properties of cross-linked povidone(PVPP) and its application in the traditional Chinese medicine.Method: Four kinds of domestic PVPP and three kinds of imported PVPP were chosen,and to study on particle morphology,mobility,swelling capacity,water absorption rate constant and specific surface area,etc;Performance of different PVPP was investigated with Chuangxinlian tablet,Shiquan Dabu tablet,Liuwei Dihuang tablet as model medicine.Result: There were some differences in powder properties and functional parameters of different PVPP,especially it was used in model medicine as disintegrating agent,imported PVPP was better than domestic PVPP on disintegrating performance.Conclusion: Performance of domestic PVPP need to be optimized.
摘要:Objective:To study on separation and purification technology of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide by macroporous resin.Method: Based on screening model of resin,characteristics of adsorbing and eluting parameter had been obtained by HPD100 resin,and the content of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were determined by HPLC.Result: Optimum parameter of purification were as follows: maximum sample volume was 1.0 g of resin per medicine material,5 BV 20% ethanol was used for eluting impurity,for eluting target components was 10 BV 35% ethanol(for andrographolide) and 5 BV 55% ethanol(for dehydroandrographolide).Purity of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were respectively 48.59% and 19.87% and total lactone was 68.46%.Conclusion: HPD100 resin was favorable to andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide under condition of determined process,and it had significance for large-scale production.
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction process of Matteuccia struthiopteris.Method: Orthogonal test was carried out to investigate influences of the concentration of ethanol,material-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times on extraction with yield of total flavonoids as index.Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 70%,ratio of material-solvent was 1∶ 12(g·mL-1),extracted 2 times with 1 h per time.Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable and reasonable.
摘要:Objective:To study on optimum forming technology of Zexie dropping pill.Method: With appearance quality,dissolved time,weight difference of dropping pill,orthogonal test was used to optimize ratio of matrix,the content of drug,temperature of liquid,dropping distance and other factors.Result: Optimum forming technology conditions of Zexie dropping pill were as follows: liquid paraffin was refrigerant,the content of drug was 30%,PEG 4000-PEG 6000(1∶3) was optimal matrix ratio,liquid temperature was(85±1) ℃,dropping distance was 2 cm,temperature of refrigerant was(6±0.2) ℃,freeze-pillar height was 70 cm,dropping velocity was 40 drops per minute,internal and external diameter of burette was 1.64 mm and 2.22 mm.Conclusion: Optimized forming technology of Zexie dropping pill was simple and feasible,and suitable for industrial production.
摘要:Objective:To optimize water extraction process of Shuyu decoction.Method: With extract yield of aqueous extract and the content of geniposide as indexes,the content of geniposide was determined by HPLC,optimum water extraction conditions was selected by L9(3)4orthogonal design.Result: Optimal water extraction process of Shuyu decoction was:12 times the amount of water,soaked 1 h,extracted 3 times with 1.5,1,1 h,respectively.Conclusion: Optimized water extraction process was stable,feasible and suited for industrial production.It could settle foundation for preparation study of Shuyu decoction.

摘要:Objective:To determine optimum drying process for Zhongling Jiangzhi capsule.Method: With the amount of powder,water content,thin layer chromatography,the content of salvianolic acid B as indexes,vacuum drying,spray drying,belt drying process was investigated to screen optimum drying method and optimized technology.Result: Spray drying was the best drying method for Zhongling Jiangzhi capsule.Conclusion: Optimized drying process was reasonable,stable,and was suitable for continuous large-scale production with reducing production costs.
摘要:Objective:To improve bioavailability of oleanolic acid,PLGA was used as carrier material to optimize prescription and preparation technology of oleanolic acid nanoparticles.Method: Nanoparticles were prepared by nanoprecipitation method,the content of oleanolic acid was determined by HPLC.With entrapment efficiency as index,prescription was optimized by orthogonal test.Result: Under optimum technology conditions,prepared OA-PLGA-NP was creamy white colloidal solution with a blue color,average particle size 129 nm,entrapment efficiency 88.64%.Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple,stable and applicable to preparation of OA-PLGA-NP.
摘要:Objective:To prepare high-purity dauricine.Method: Nature of gender alkaloids(could dissolve in acid and alkali) and easy to form precipitation in pH 8-9 were used for extracting phenolic alkaloids from Asiatic Moonseed Rhizome;Dauricine was separated from other phenolic alkaloids by alkaline aqueous solution extraction with using difference of acidity of dauricine and other alkali.Result: Average content of Dauricine reached above 96% by HPLC.Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable,feasible and easy to operate.
摘要:Objective:To optimize formulations of total flavonoids from Euphorbia humifusa(EFCTT) by central composite design-response surface method.Method: With the amount of lactose and L-HPC,coating weight gain as factors,with cumulative release at 2,6,9 h of quercetin from total flavonoids as index,Design-Expert software was used to fit multivariate linear models and quadratic multinomial models for experimental data,and obtained optimum mathematical model,drew effect diagram and contour maps,optimum prescription was obtained by overlapping contour maps and verified.Result: The correlation coefficient of quadratic multinomial models was better than multivariate linear models,and it was the final fitting model;Cumulative release in four time point of optimum prescription was close between observed value and predicted value with relative deviation was less than 5%.Conclusion: Model established by central composite design-response surface method had good predictive,it could be used to optimize prescription of EFCTT.

摘要:Objective:To investigate optimum enzyme extraction technology of hypericin from Hypericum perforatum.Method: With the content of hypericin was determined by HPLC as index,optimum enzyme was selected from cellulase,pectinase,xylanase,β-glucanase and enzyme SPE-007A,extraction technology conditions was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.Result: The best enzyme was cellulase,optimum extraction process was as follows:the amount of enzyme 2.0%,pH 4.8,extraction temperature 50 ℃,hydrolysis time 5 h,liquid-solid ratio 8 times.Conclusion: This optimized technology was efficient and stable.
摘要:Objective:To investigate change of extract rate of main active ingredient before and after compatibility of Ephedrae sinica and Erodium stephanianum,such as ephedrina hydrochloridum and galic acid,and explore synergistic effect mechanism when compatibility of this two medicines.Method: Taking the contents of ephedrina hydrochloridum and galic acid as indexes,before and after compatibility,optimum extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test and HPLC was adopted to determine the content of each index components.Result: Before and after compatibility,Extract rates of ephedrina hydrochloridum from E.sinica were 5.136,5.485 mg·g-1,extract rates of galic acid from E.stephanianum were 1.352,1.564 mg·g-1.Conclusion: After compatibility of E.sinica and E.Stephanianum,extract rate of ephedrina hydrochloridum and galic acid increased respectively.It provided basis for synergistic effect when two medicines were companied with each other.
摘要:Objective:To determine the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves.Method: The effects of extraction time and frequency,solid to liquid ratio,level of alcohol on the extraction rate of flavone was investigated with Rutosids,Meletin,Hyperoside as index;the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves was determined by orthogonal experiment.Result: The optimum flavone from Persimmon leaves were: the extraction time was 1 h,the level of alcohol was 70%,solid to liquid ratio(g·mL)was 1∶ 8,and it was extracted two times.Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is achieved,suitable for industrialization.
摘要:Objective:To study the influences of combination and pH of Aconiti Lateralis Radix decoction on the six ester alkaloids contents and probe into chemical essence of combination taboo of Aconiti Lateralis Radix.Method: The HPLC analytical method was established for quantifying the six ester alkaloids contents in decoctions when Aconiti Lateralis Radix combined with Pinelliae Rhizoma,Trichosanthis Fructus,Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus,Ampelopsis Radix and Bletillae Rhizoma,respectively,or extracted with acidic,alkaline water of different pH or combined with acidic,alkaline traditional Chinese medicine.Result: For the co-decoctions of Aconiti Lateralis Radix combined with Pinelliae Rhizoma,Trichosanthis Fructus,Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus,Ampelopsis Radix and Bletillae Rhizoma,the pH values were all less than that of single Aconiti Lateralis Radix decoction and the contents of diester alkaloids was more than that of the single decoction.The contents of diester alkaloids in decoctions was correlated with the decoction pH.When Aconiti Lateralis Radix was extracted with acidic water or combined with acidic traditional Chinese medicine,the contents of diester alkaloids obviously increased with the increment of decoction acidity.When Aconiti Lateralis Radix was extracted with alkaline water or combined with alkaline traditional Chinese medicine,the decoction pH was greater than 7,the diester alkaloids were completely hydrolyzed.Conclusion: The chemical essence of combination taboo of Aconiti Lateralis Radix was that the diester alkaloids contents and the toxicity increased with the reduction of decoction pH.The diester alkaloids were relatively stable in acidic conditions and unstable in alkaline conditions.
摘要:Objective:To simultaneously determine the active components alignment which is Ligustilide-Butylidenephthalide-Butylphthalide in Oleum Angelicae Sinensis extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid.Method: The HPLC chromatographic analysis was performed on a ZORBAX-Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×25 cm,5 μm) with gradient elution(0-10 min,30% B;10-60 min,30%-60% B;60-65 min,60% B;65-70 min,60%-30% B)of 0.05 mol·L-1ammonium acetate(using acetic acid to adjust pH in the range of 4.0±0.2)(A)and acetonitrile(B).The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm,the flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1and the colunm temperature at 25 ℃.Result: The calibration curves were linear with in the range of 0.461 0-20.842 6 μg,0.012 6-0.476 8 μg,0.022 8-0.825 1 μg for ligustilide,butylidenephthalide,butylphthalide,respectively.The average recoveries of the active components alignment were 101.27%,99.12%,97.14%,respectively.Conclusion: This method has been successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of the active components alignment in Oleum Angelicae Sinensis extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid,which provides new methods and index to build the quality standard of Oleum Angelicae Sinensis and its preparations corresponding to clinical effect.

摘要:Objective:To determine the content of macrozamin and total flavonoids in Rhizoma Heterosmilacis.Method: The content of macrozamin and total flavonoids was determined separately by HPLC and ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV).Result: The average content of macrozamin in Rhizoma Heterosmilacis was 0.48%.The calibration curve of macrozamin showed good linearity in the range of 0.148 8-0.744 1 μg(r=0.999 4),with recovery rate 101.07% and RSD 1.27%.The average content of total flavonoids was 0.52%.The calibration curve of hesperidin showed good linearity in the range of 3.708-25.956 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),with recovery rate 99.44% and RSD 1.46%.Conclusion: The methods were approved accurate and simple.They could be used to scientifically evaluate Rhizoma Heterosmilacis.
摘要:Objective:To instruct the fingerprint of Armeniacae Semen Amarum,enhance the method of quality control.Method: The separation was performed on an C18 chromatography column,using acetonitrile-0.1% of phosphoric acid as mobile phase,with the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1;the wavelength was set at 225 nm.’TCM chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system(2004A edition)’ recommended by state food and drug administration was used for calculating,to determine the methods of Armeniacae Semen Amarum fingerprint research.Result: Methodology of fingerprint investigation results is qualified;the similarity in 10 batch samples was between 0.5 and 0.9.Conclusion: The characteristics of large difference absorption wavelength of multiple components for effectively improve fingerprint information,Armeniacae Semen Amarum decoction pieces quality control to provide the reference.
摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of palmatine hydrochloride in Tinospora hainanensis.Method: HPLC method was applied on Agilent TC-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) at 40 ℃ with acetonitrile-0.4% triethylamine(24∶76)and adjusts pH with phosphoric acid to 4.0 as the mobile phase;detected wavelength was at 347 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result: The linear rage of palmatine chloride was 0.006-0.15 mg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.8% and RSD was 0.8%.Conclusion: This determination method is accurate and reproducible,which can offer a suitable method for the determination of palmatine hydrochloride in T.hainanensis
摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination off ferulic acid in Jiehong Dieda cataplasm.Method: Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used,acetonitrile-water-triethylamine(9∶91∶0.15,pH was adjusted to 4.0 by acetic acid) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength at 316 nm,and column temperature at 40 ℃.Result: The linear response ranges were 0.631-20.20 mg·L-1 with regression curve A=0.794 8C+0.006 4(r=0.999 7) for ferulic acid.The average recovery of ferulic acid was 100.62%(RSD 3.08%,n=6).Conclusion: A simple,accurate and reproducible HPLC method is provided for determination of ferulic acid in Jiehong Dieda cataplasm.
摘要:Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Saposhnikovia divaricata in 10 different habitats and provide scientific basis for its quality control.Method: The components of volatile oil were separated and identified by GC-MS.Result: There were 11 common constituents in different habitats which were panaxynol,9,12-octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z)-,hexadecanoic acid,oleic acid,(-)-spathulenol,myristicim,heptanal,octaldehyde,nonanal,and et al.The maximum content of panaxynol was 60.87% in No.10 Heilongjiang’s,then was 59.15% in No.2 Yunnan’s,and No.8 Neimenggu’s 6.69% was minimum.Conclusion: There were 11 common compounds in ten volatile oil,but the chemical consituents of volatile oil were different in different habitats.
摘要:Objective:HPLC method was establisheet for simultaneous determinaton of chlorogenic acid,rutin and quercetin in honeysuckle and red gland honeysuckle.Method: The separation was performed on a Elite Hypersil ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).acetonitril-0.05% H3PO4 was used as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 327 nm.The temperature was maintained at 25 ℃.The volume was 10 μL.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result: Within Linear range,the three components of the standard curve are in good linear relationship within linear range.The average recovery was 97%-101% recovery.RSD of precision and repeatability accord with quantitative analysis requirements.Conclusion: This method is accurate,simple,with good repeatability and stability and can be used for honeysuckle and red gland honeysuckle quality control.
摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standards for Granules of Jugetianma.Method:The thin-layer chromatography was adopted for qualitative identification.Puerarin was detected by HPLC.Result:The identifying method of Kudzuvine Root,Chrysanthemum Morifolium Ramat,Chinese Angelica and Gastrodiae Elata were established.The determination method for the content of puerarin was established.The content of puerarin in the three batches of samples was determinated as 8.10,7.72,8.74 mg·g-1.The calibration curve of puerarin was liner in the range of 19.95-159.6 μg.The regression equation was Y=224 765.8X+79 379.77(r=1.000),the recovery was 97.50% and RSD was 1.45%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of compound Juge Tianma granules.

摘要:Objective:To study the dissolubility proteins and activity of fibrinolytic enzyme of fresh and dry earthworm comparably.Method: Bradfold method was used to detect protein content,SDS-PAGE was used to analyze the protein compositions,and the agarose-fibrin plate was used to detect the activity of fibrinolytic enzyme.Result: On dried basis,the protein extraction rate of fresh earthworm was(13.89±0.86)%,the protein content was(63.14±0.38)%,the activity of enzyme led to(8 743±17) IU·g-1;compared with dry earthworm,the protein extraction rate was(9.82±0.75)%,the protein content and enzyme activity were(45.16±0.12)% and(206±14) IU·g-1.The SDS-PAGE result showed that there were 12 protein bands in fresh earthworm and only several bands in dry earthworm.Conclusion: The extraction rate,content and enzyme activity of the dissolubility proteins at fresh earthworm were higher than dry earthworm,and the constituents exhibited obvious difference.

摘要:Objective:To observe and compare the absorption effects of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and its fibers on nitrite.Method: Colorimetry and infrared spectroscopy are adopted to detect the absorption effects of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and its fibers on nitrite under the acid environment.Result: In five minutes,the absorption rate of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and its fibers are,respectively,8.64 and 18.6 mg·min-1.In three hours,the absorption of the two materials are 71.9% and 94.8% respectively.Conclusion: The absorption effect of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae fibers is good.This absorption effect may effectively reduce the danger of nitrous acid poisoning,bringing about the detoxication to patients at the early stage and reducing the damages to organs.
摘要:Objective:To establish the simultaneous determination of muscone,borneol,camphor and isoborneol in Xingnaojing Injection.Method: The GC system consisted of capillary column,DB-FFAP-30M;FID as the detector.The column temperature was programmed from 85 ℃ to 185 ℃ at 5 ℃·min-1,then to 215 ℃ at 20 ℃·min-1,to 230 ℃ at 1 ℃·min-1(holding 5 minutes).The inlet temperature was 230 ℃.The detect temperature was 240 ℃.Nitrogen was used as carrying gas(2.5 mL·min-1).The split ratio was 15∶1;injection volume was 1 μL.The external standard method was employed.Result: Muscone,borneol,camphor and isoborneol in Xingnaojing Injection have been separated well under the same chromatographic condition.Muscone,borneol,camphor and isoborneol are in the determination of a good linear relationship within the scope.Recovery rate of the determination method all corresponded to the experimental standard.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,separable and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of Xingnaojing Injection.
摘要:Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Chuanxiong Intermediate and provide a method to control the quality of Chuanxiong.Method:HPLC method was applied for quality assessment of Chuanxiong Intermediate.HPLC analysis was performed on a Phenomenex Hyperclone BDS C18(4.00 mm×250 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution using methanol-1% acetic acid solution as mobile phase.Flow-rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 322 nm.Result: The intermediate of Rhizoma Chuanxiong were closely related to each other.Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate.It was used for determination of Chuanxiong Intermediate and Chinese formulated medicine with it.
摘要:Objective:To find a quality evaluation method of Concisum Rhizoma Wenyujin.Method: HPLC fingerprint profiles of sixteen samples were established.Column Kromasil 100-5C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water,and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.A matrix including 41 variations(characteristic peaks area) and 16 cases(samples) was constructed for similarity evaluation,cluster analysis and principle component analysis.Result: The results showed that the collected samples had a good similarity.A specificity fingerprint chromatogram was produced and fourteen characteristic peaks were designated.Sixteen samples were divided into three groups.Conclusion: It was a reliable and available method of quality control of Rhizoma wenyujin concisum and it was necessary for the safe and practicable use of this herbal medicine.
摘要:Objective:To establish a GC method for determination of ligustilide in volatile oil from Danggui Shaoyao San(DSS).Method: The gas chromatography was used with DB-WAX(0.32 mm×15 m,0.25 μm),FID as detector,and octadecane as internal standard.Result: The calibration curves for ligustilide was linear in the range of 0.14-0.70 g·L-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.64%,and RSD was 2.62%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is rapid,simple,accurate,reproducible and selective,which can be used for the quality control of DSS.
摘要:Objective:To produce the polysaccharide components from Faeces Bombycis Gui and analyze its composition.Method: Polysaccharide component of Faeces Bombycis Gui was extracted by the methods of water extracting-alcohol precipitating after degreasing,and then removed protein with 10% content of trichloroa cetic acid(TCA),purified with AB-8 macroreticular resin and decolored by active carbon.Finally,the polysaccharide component after derivatization was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass.Result: The yield of crude polysaccharide could attain 23.5%.The polysaccharide of Faeces Bombycis Gui was composed of ribose,xylose,rhamnose,galactose,glucopyranose and arabinose.The proportion of it was 1.97∶3.14∶0.58∶0.92∶5.62.Conclusion: The GC-MS method could analyze the polysaccharide components of Faeces Bombycis Gui effectively.
摘要:Objective:To analyze the constituents of volatile oil from Erigeron canadensis by GC-MS.Method: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,and then separated by capillary gas chromatography.The constituents of volatile oil were identified and their amount was determined by normalization method.Result: Twenty-six components were identified from E.canadensis and their amount accounted 98.25% of total volatile oil.The main components were limonene(58.30%),2,6-dimethyl-6-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl) bicyclo -2-heptene(8.7%),β-pinene(6.28%),2-methyl-6-(4-methyl-phenyl)-2-heptene(5.13%),palmitic acid(5.07%),myrcene(4.52%),1,3,5-trimethylene-cycloheptane(2.05%).Conclusion: The main component of volatile oil from E.canadensis is limonene.
摘要:Objective:To study Synthesis and antimicrobial properties of complexes of Pr3+ with Low molecular weight chitosan.Method: Chitosan was degraded by H2O2.The complexes was synthesized from the low-molecular weight chitasan(L-CTS) and Pr3+,and it was characterized by IR,UV-VIS,TG-DTA and GPC,respectively.Result: Pr3+ formed the steady complexes with low-molecular weight chitasan.The antibacterial activity test showed that it exhibited high antibacterial ability against Escherichia coli.and Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion: The complexes is expected to be applied in the field of fruit and vegetable preservation and environmental purification.
摘要:Objective:To establish the method for determination of the uronic acids in Polysaccharides isolated from Panax ginseng.Method: Mix the D-glucose and D-galacturonic in different proportions,and then use Carbazole method and Meta-hydroxyldiphenyl method to determine the D-galacturonic in the mixed sugar.Compare the interference of D-glucose on the determination results of D-galacturonic in this two methods.Choose the method of small disturbance as the determination method of the uronic acid in Panax ginseng Polysaccharides.Result: Using Meta-hydroxyldiphenyl method to determine the aldonic acid in Panax ginseng Polysaccharides and the average content is 29.34%.The optimized parameters were obtained as follows: the dosage of Na2B4O7-H2SO4 and m-hydroxydiphenyl was 6.0 mL and 100 μL,time for heating and color development were 12 min and 40 min respectively.The detection wavelength was 525 nm.Conclusion: Experimental results show that the method is easy and accurate,so it can be used for quality control of polysaccharides in Panax ginseng and its preparations.
摘要:Objective:To probe rhynchophylline contents in part of Uncaria Schreb.plant breeds,and further provide experimental basis for evaluating the quality of medicinal materials.Method:Rhynchophylline in Uncaria Sandens,U.rhynchophylloides,U.hirsuta,U.lancifolia,U.homomalla and U.sinensis from 33 different producing areas were determined by HPLC.HPLC column was Gemini C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was methanol-0.002 mol·L-1 triethylomine(pH value 7.5,adjusted with acetic acid)(64∶36),flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and detection wavelength was 254 nm.Result: 5 batches of sample in U.Sandens and U.rhynchophylloides contained rhynchophylline,but content of rhynchophylline was low.The others do not contain rhynchophylline.Conclusion: The different breeds of Uncaria Schreb.plant vary in quality,while the quality of the same breed varies in different producing area.
摘要:Objective:To compare and identify leaf venation characteristics of Alocasia cucullatat and A.macrorrhiza.Method: An identification method for LMVP(leaf morphological-venation pattern for identification Chinese herbs) was established and applied.Result: The difference between A.cucullatat and A.macrorrhiza is as follows: A.cucullatat: leaf blade is oval-cordate,leaf base cordate or round,leaf apice cuspidate,lateral veins 5-8,inclined up and close to the central;A.macrorrhiza: leaf blade is broad-ovate,leaf base auriculate,leaf apices mucronate,lateral veins 9-12,tend to the left or right side extension respectively.Conclusion: The leaf morphological-venation pattern can be used to identify the characteristic of A.cucullata and A.macrorrhiza and provide basis for the establishment of its quality standard.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the time-dependent metabolic profiles of hydrocortisone-induced Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome in rats and to identify the corresponding potential biomarkers.Method:Proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR) technique was used to analyze the rat metabonome in urine.Principal components analysis(PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA) were processed to analyze the time trajectories of urinary metabonome in rats with ’Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome’.OPLS-DA was employed to study the metabonome difference between the control and hydrocortisone treated samples.Potential biomarkers were selected via the parameter of variable importance in the projection(VIP).Result:Time trajectories of urinary metabonome of hydrocortisone-treated rats were drawn.Thirteen potential biomarkers were selected in rat urine.Conclusion:After hydrocortisone treatment,the energy metabolism and gut microflora environment were seriously disturbed,and transmethylation and transportation of amine were surpressed,in combination with kidney impairment.The results obtained suggested that metabonomic studies could be treated as a potential powerful approach in investigation of the onset and progression of ’Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome’,the pathological mechanism studies,objective diagnosis and the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicines that can replenish the kidney.

摘要:Objective:To study on in vivo pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution of wogonin albumin microspheres in rats.Method: The concentration of wogonin in plasma of rats was determined by HPLC and pharmacokinetics parameters after tail intravenous administration were calculated by software program 3P97 with wogonin solution as reference.Targeting efficiency(Te) was used to evaluate in vivo tissue distribution and targeting of wogonin albumin microspheres in rats.Result: Pharmacokinetic model of wogonin albumin microspheres in rats was in line with a two-compartment model,and main pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows: t1/2α=(0.550 0±0.128 2) h,t1/2β=(14.776 1±1.578 2) h,CL=(0.005 96±0.001 4) mL·h·kg-1,AUC0→∞=(126.3317±9.5012) mg·h·L-1.Compared with wogonin solution,Te in live,spleen,heart,hung and kidney were 2.21,2.02,0.581,0.64,0.26,respectively.Conclusion: Compared with wogonin solution,wogonin albumin microspheres could improve tendency in liver and spleen,and it could enhance therapeutic effect of wogonin albumin microspheres in rats.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Coptis-scute herb and combined(2∶1,1∶1) use on the P-glycoprotein function in rat jejunum.Method: The rats were randomly divided into five groups.Rhodamine 123(R123) and fluorescein sodium(FS),a P-gp substrate and a non-P-gp substrate model drug were taken as investigating indicator.After oral administration of four different decoctions of Coptis-scute herb and its combination(2∶1,1∶1) for successive 7 days,the cumulative permeability percentage and the apparent permeability coefficient(Papp) of R123 or FS were evaluated by applying a rat everted gut sac as well as a non everted gut sac method.Result: The absorptive directed permeability(mucosa to serosa,M-S) of R123 can be increased after oral administration of Coptis decoction,and on the other hand,the secretory directed transport(serosa to mucosa,S-M) be decreased,but there is no significant effect.The other three groups can increase M-S of R123 as well as reduce S-M,but there is no significant difference on the S-M after oral administration of Scute decoction.In parietal cells transport of FS,no significant effect can be found in Coptis-scute herb and its combination 2∶1 group on two direction transport but decreased effect can be found in combination1∶1 group.Comparing with the efflux ratios(ER) of physiological saline,there are no significant differences on the four groups.Conclusion: Coptis could increase P-gp activity,and Scute may have opposite effect.The rest of the two groups have stronger inhibition than Scute.1∶1 group was the strongest one,followed by 2∶1,the weakest was the Scute group.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of compatibility with Fructus Evodiae on intestinal absorption of alkaloids in Rhizoma Coptidis and its mechanism in rats.Method: In situ single-pass perfused rat intestinal model was used and the concentrations of berberine and palmatine were determined by HPLC.The drug absorption rate constant(Ka) and apparent absorption coefficient(Papp) were tested to evaluate the effect of compatibility with verapamil or Fructus Evodiae on their absorption.Result: Rhizoma Coptidis extractive and Fructus Evodiae extractive(6∶12) can significantly enhance Ka and Papp of berberine and palmatine.Two alkaloids in Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae extractive(6∶12) promoted their intestine absorption.When the compatible proportion was 6∶1,the absorption of berberine decreased,and the absorption of palmatine increased.Verapamil had a promoting effect on the absorption of berberine and palmatine.Conclusion: Fructus Evodiae extractive can promote the intestine absorption of berberine and palmatine,and the mechanism may be related to its inhibition of P-glycoprotein activity.

摘要:Objective:To study the mechanism of oxymatrine treating ulcer colitis(UC)in rats.Method: SPF rats were randomly divided into normal group,UC model group,oxymatrine +UC group(oxymatrine 180 mg·kg-1,ig),sulfasalazine+UC model group(sulfasalazine 600 mg·kg-1,ig),2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS) was used to induce rat ulcer colitis model,and corresponding drugs were given for 21 d.after 21 days of administration,colitis were collected,immunohistochemistry method was used to detect expression of κBα(IκB-α) protein in colon tissue,while the expression of tumor necrosis-factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,IL-8 cytokines were measured in each colonic tissue,and microscopic examination of colonic biopsy were carried out.Result: IκB-α protein expressions in oxymatrine group 21.8%±5.0% was significantly lower than that of model group 25.6%±2.9%(P<0.01);and the expressions of TNF-α(66.23 ±2.64)pg·mg-1,IL-1β(149.42 ±64.69)pg·mg-1,IL-6(668.83±98.11)pg·mg-1and IL-8(91.83±23.1 4) pg·mg-1was significantly decreased(P<0.05),compared with model group.Microscopic examination of colon tissue showed that the colonic inflammation,lymphocyte infiltration,mucosal damage in treatment group were significantly better than these of model group.Conclusion: Oxymatrine has anti-inflammatory effect by interfering with the IκB-α protein expression,and inhibiting the nuclear transcription factor κB(nuclear transcription factor-kappaB,NF-κB) activity in colitiscells.

摘要:Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of Aralia echinocaulis Hand-Mazzin produced in Guizhou.Method: Dimethylbenzene and carrageenin were used to,respectively,to cause ears edema in mice and paw swelling in rats;medical cotton and freund’s complete adjuvant were used to,respectively,reduce granulomatous inflammation in mice and adjuvant arthritis(AA)in rats.Rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,positive drug group(tripterygium wilfordii 12 mg·kg-1),A.echinocaulis high dosage group,middle dosage group,low dosage group(the dosage 3.5,1.75,0.88 g·kg-1).The corresponding drugs were given at the day of modelling for 35 days.Nitric oxide(NO) content in serum was detected by nitrate reductase method and the level of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) was measured with radioimmunoassay(RIA).Result: High dosage group and middle dosage group of A.echinocaul were inhibited the ear edema in mice and swelling of paw(P<0.01,P<0.05);meanwhile granuloma inflammation in mice was reduced(P<0.05),the level of NO,IL-1β and TNF-α was decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:A.echinocaul can restrain inflammatory reaction,the mechanism of which may be related to inhibiting secretion of NO,L-1β and TNF-α

摘要:Objective:To investigate the immunoregulation function of Erzhi pills and Dihuang decoction.Method: Female mice were adopted and divided into 6 groups: control group,model group,lentinan group(10 mg·kg-1),group of Erzhi pills and Dihuang decoction(18.2 g·kg-1),Erzhi pill group(7.8 g·kg-1) and Dihuang decoction group(10.4 g·kg-1).Except for control group,mice in other groups were given cyclophosphamidum(CY) by intraperitoneal injection to establish immunosuppression model.Drugs were given intragastrically for one week in each group continuously according to respectively-designed doses.The thymus index,spleen index,level of serum interlukin-1α(IL-1α),cellular cycle and apoptosis of spleen cells of mice were detected.Result: In model group,the thymus index(1.84±0.46)mg·g-1,spleen index(2.14±0.61)mg·g-1 and IL-1α level(135.21±28.69)ng·L-1 markedly decreased,proliferation of spleen cells were inhibited(2.37±3.08)% and their apoptosis rate was up to 52.86%,whereas the group of Erzhi pills and Dihuang decoction,Erzhi pill group,Dihuang decoction group and lentinan group could all increase the thymus index(group of Erzhi pills and Dihuang decoction(2.41±0.66) mg·g-1,Erzhi Pill group(2.57±0.62)mg·g-1,Dihuang decoction group(2.47±0.63) mg·g-1,spleen index(group of Erzhi pills and Dihuang decoction(5.17±1.58),Erzhi Pill group:(4.40±0.87),Dihuang decoction group(5.03±1.21) mg·g-1 and IL-1α level(group of Erzhi pills and Dihuang decoction(180.72±38.94) ng·L-1,Erzhi pill group(179.51±43.46)ng·L-1,Dihuang decoction group(172.93±40.91) ng·L-1 and resist the proliferation(group of Erzhi pills and Dihuang decoction(15.17±2.79)%,Erzhi pill group(9.55±3.73)%,Dihuang decoction group(10.86±4.29)% and apoptosis of spleen cells(group of Erzhi pills and Dihuang decoction(5.26±7.14)%,Erzhi Pill group(8.34±3.68)%,Dihuang decoction group(6.79±4.31)%caused by CY to varying degrees.Conclusion: Erzhi pills,Dihuang decoction and group of Erzhi pills and Dihuang decoction can enhance the immune function in immunosuppressed experimental animals and have the function of anti-apoptosis,in which the effect of Erzhi pills combined with Dihuang decoction is better than that of single one.
摘要:Objective:To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of the total saponins from Thladiantha dubia roots(RTDS).Method: The effects of RTDS on acute and chronic inflammation were observed in the mouse nflammatory models of ear edema induced by dimethy benzene,paw swelling induced by carrageenan and granuloma induced by cotton pellet.Mice were divided into five groups,RTDS-high dose,middle dose and low dose(240,120,60 mg·kg-1)groups,aspirin(asp,100 mg·kg-1) group and the model group(saline).Mice in ear edema and paw swelling model groups were administrated intragastrically for three days once a day.The models were established in 30 minutes after the last administration.The mice in granuloma model group induced by implantation of cotton pellet were administrated intragastrically for seven days.Result: The degree of ear edema in RTDS groups [(1.46±0.19),(1.68±0.15),(1.99±0.17) mg] was lower than that of the model group(2.31±0.24) mg(P<0.01),the degree of paw swealing in RTDS groups [(28.7±5.03),(33.8±4.65),(43.33±4.98) mg] was also lower than that of model group(55.18±2.96) mg(P<0.01),the granulomatous weight in RTDS groups [(5.08±0.37),(6.76±0.44),(8.66±0.55) mg] was lower than that of model group(12.05±1.22) mg(P<0.01),and the effect of the high and(or medium) dose of RTDS was better than that of aspirin group(P<0.050.01).The prostaglandin E2(PGE2) absorbance value(0.193±0.022),(0.219±0.035),(0.250±0.037) and nitric oxide(NO) content(5.85±3.50),(9.62±3.61),(16.79±3.14) μmol·L-1 of serum in RTDS groups were lower than that of the model group(0.545±0.06),(23.02±3.18)μmol·L-1)(P<0.01).Conclusion: RTDS has significant anti-inflammatory effects,and this effect may be related to inhibiting synthesis and release of PGE2 and NO.

摘要:Objective:To investigate studying the effect of Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction on cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in rat model with splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome(SHS) of chronic gastritis.Method: The SHS and damp-heat syndrome modes were manufactured by 2%sodium salicylate and artificial climate box and Qingzhuo Anzhong decotion.The inflammation situation of gastric mucosa were observed by using gastroscope and common pathological staining method.The protein expression of gastric mucosa COX-2 was detected by immunohisochemistry.Result: The gastritis damp-heat syndrome rats model appeared symptom,physical sign with clinic.The rat gastritis splenic asthenia group and gastritis moist heat group are quite serious in gastric mucosa inflammation,by comparing with the normal group,the difference is significant(P<0.05).SHS group’ COX-2 protein expresses strongly is splenic asthenia group and the normal group(P<0.05).The inflammation degree and COX-2 protein expression appears positive correlation(P<0.01).Qingzhuo Anzhong decotion can improve above-mentioned condition after applying it.Conclusion: Rat model consistents with attribute to SHS.Adjusting COX-2 protein expresses may be one of mechanism of action on treating SHS with Qingzhuo Anzhong decotion.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of epoxyaurapten on the function of smooth muscle myosin and the contractility of isolated intestinal smooth muscle strips.Method: Mg2+-ATPase activity and phosphorylation of myosin and contractility of isolated intestinal smooth muscle strips were chosen to determine the effects of epoxyaurapten on the activity of smooth muscle myosin and smooth muscle contractility.Result: Epoxyaurapten(40-320 μmol·L-1) exerted inhibitory effects on myosin Mg2+-ATPase activity in the presence of Ca2+/calmodulin and in a dose-dependent manner;and epoxyaurapten(40-320 μmol·L-1) exerted inhibitory effects on myosin phosphorylation in the presence of Ca2+/calmodulin and in a dose-dependent manner.Epoxyaurapten inhibited the muscle contraction of isolated rat intestinal strips in a dose-dependent manner,antagonized the stimulation induced by neostigmine and acetylcholine.Synergy inhibition on contractile activity was induced by concurrent use of atropine.Conclusion: Epoxyaurapten has prominent inhibition on the contractile activity of isolated rat intestine strips,which may be related to inhibition of the function of smooth muscle myosin.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of the aqueous extract from Cyclocarya paliurus on hypertensive rats induced by L-NAME(Nω-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester hydrochloride).Method: Hypertensive rats were given by L-NAME for 4 weeks to produce hypertensive model.The 40 hypertensive rats were randomly divided into model group,C.paliurus extract low,medium and high dose group(3.0,6.0,12.0 g·kg-1),captopril group(0.010 g·kg-1),additional 8 rats were choose as control group.Non-invasive blood pressure measurement was used to detect the arterial blood pressure of rat tail once a week for 6 weeks.The left ventricular weight index and kidney weight index were calculated,and morphological changes of the thoracic aorta were observed.Result: After 6 weeks of administration,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of hypertensive rats significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),in low,medium and high-dose groups,the decreased systolic blood pressure rate was 16.18%,16.92%,16.92%;the decreased diastolic blood pressure rate was 15.98%,15.73%,16.64%.The treatment groups decreased left ventricular thickening and kidney weighting,and could moderate medial membrane thickening of the thoracic aorta.Conclusion: C.paliurus extract could reduce blood pressure in L-NAME induced hypertensive rats.

摘要:Objective:To study the main pharmacological effects of Wulinsan capsule.Method:The effects of Wulinsan capsule on dissolved stones and antibacterial activity in vitro were observerd;mice were randomly divided into five groups: normal group,positive group,high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group of Wulinsan capsule(14.19,7.10,3.55 g·kg-1).Rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal group,model group,positive group,high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group of Wulinsan capsule(9.93,4.97,2.48 g·kg-1),ig.The anti-inflammatory effects were studied by following midels: the corton oil induced swelling in mice,the capillary permeability in abdominal cavity in mice and cotton ball granuloma reaction in rats.The diuretic effects were studied by metabolism cage of rats;the renal calculus model induced by ethlene glycd and annonia chloride in rat was applied to observe the anti-renal calculus effct,the hemorrhagic cystitis coused by cyclophosphamide in rats and the non-bacterial prostatitis coused by carrageenan in rats were applied to observe the anti-inflammation of the urinary.Result:Wulinsan capsule could inhibit the growth of Staphyococcus aureus,Staphyococcus epidermidis,Escherichia coli,Proteus,Candida albicans,MIC was 18.5,74,295,18.5,295 g·L-1,Wulinsan capsule at doses of 14.19,7.10 g·kg-1 could also obviously inhabit the increase of capillary permeability and swelling ear in mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and could reduce the weigh of the cotton ball granuloma in rats(P<0.01)at all doses,increased the urine output of water load for 6 h period in rat(P<0.05)at the dose of 4.97 g·kg-1,20% solution of Wulinsan could reduce the weigh of stone(P<0.05),lowered the rate of rat calcium oxalate stone formation and improve kidney change at the dose of 9.93 g·kg-1,significantly reduced the bleeding and the degree of edema in bladderand at all doses(P<0.05),improve the acute prostatitis lesions caused by carrageenan in rats at the dose of 4.97 g·kg-1(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wulinsan capsule has the effects of antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,diuresis,promoting the recovery of kidney and reducing the stone formation.
摘要:Objective:To study the effects of alcohol extracts from Bidens bipinnata L.on fasting blood glucose(FBG),oral glucose tolerance(OGT) and index of thymus,spleen ofin diabetic mice induced by alloxan.Method:Diabetic mice were induced by intraperitioneal injection of alloxan and divided into different groups.The diabetic mice were treated with glibenclamide(25 mg·kg-1·d-1),high-dose,mid-dose and low-doses of alcohol extracts of B.bipinnata(585,292,146 mg·kg-1·d-1) and normal saline,respectively,ig for 14 days.Meanwhile the levels of FBG were detected.After 30 min of administration on the day 14,the mice were administered glucose solution.The changes of glucose tolerance and the index of thymus,spleen were observed respectively.Result:The FBG level in diabetic mice treated by high-,mid-,low-doses of the alcoholic extracts of B.bipinnata was decreased significantly compared with model group,the FBG of high-,mid-,low-doses group was(19.88±9.26) mmol·L-1(P<0.01),(21.68±6.17)mmol·L-1(P<0.05),(22.05±11.02)mmol·L-1(P<0.05)respectively.The OGT enhanced at 0,0.5,1,2 h after giving glucose solution.The index of thymus,spleen was improved significantly compared with model group,the index of thymus(2.78±0.12),(2.21±0.91),(1.57±0.11)mg·g-1(P<0.05),the index of spleen(4.61±0.37),(3.31±0.62),(3.25±0.36)mg·g-1(P<0.05).Conclusion: The alcohol extracts of B.bipinnata have hypoglycemic effect in diabetic mice induced by alloxan.It also can improve the OGT and the index of thymus,spleen.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Puwei Pill(PWP) on expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in gastric tissue in gastric ulcer recurrence rats.Method: The SD rats were randomly divided six groups: the normal control,the sham,the model without recurrence,the model with recurrence,the omeprazole and PWP groups.The chronic gastric ulcer model was built by using acetic acid.The rats in each group were administrated by ig at 24 h after modeling.The rats in the omeprazole group were ig given 3.6 mg·kg-1,once a day,the rats in the PWP group were ig given 40 mg·kg-1,once a week,and the rats in other groups were ig distilled water.To induce the gastric ulcer recurrence,the rats in other group except for the model without recurrence were ip given interleukin-1β(IL-1β) at 90 d after modeling.The recurrence rate was calculated at 48 h after inducing ulcer recurrence.The VEGF and bFGF in gastric tissue were determined by immunohistochemical staining and western blot methods.Result: The ulcers were not found in the normal control,the sham and the model without recurrence groups.The recurrence rate was 83.3% in the model recurrence group,but it was lower in PWP and omeprazole groups(P<0.01),which was separately 11.1% and 33.3%.Compared with the model with recurrence group,the average positive dense of VEGF and bFGF was separately 127.03±13.47 and 122.40±23.17,and the average value of optical-density was separately 126.78±13.62,121.16±20.09,which was higher than in the normal control,the sham and the model without recurrence groups(P<0.01),but was lower than in PWP and omeprazole groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: PWP could decrease recurrence rate of gastric ulcer by increasing expression of VEGF and bFGF in gastric tissue.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in airway remodeling of chronic asthmatic rats,to reseach the mechanism of Shegan Mahuang Tang in asthma treatment.Method:Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:the asthma chronic model group(group A),the Shegan Mahuang Tang low dose group(group B),the Shegan Mahuang Tang high dose group(group C) and the control group(group D).The asthmatic rat model was established by sensitization and challenge with ovalbumin(OVA).And the rats in B,C group were administrated the Shegan Mahuang Tang by ig(0.96,3.84 g·kg-1,respectively),and in A,D group administrated the equal physiological saline in the same way for eight weeks.The airway total wall thickness(Wat/Pbm),the airway inwall thickness(Wai/Pbm),the bronchial smooth muscle thickness(WAm/Pi) were measured by using image analysis system.Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to measure the level of HIF-1α and VEGF protein and mRNA in the rats′lung tissues.Result:Wat/Pbm,Wai/Pbm,Wam/Pbm in group A [(68.19±4.48),(38.27±1.62),(7.61±1.33)μm2/μm,respectively] were all significantly higher than those in group D [(34.76±1.38),(16.25±2.20),(2.89±0.45)μm2/μm,respectively,P<0.05].The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF protein and mRNA in the lung tissues of the asthmai model group was higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).After Shegan Mahuang Tang therapy,the thickness of the airway wall,the HIF-1α and VEGF levels in Shegan Mahuang Tang group were decreased compared to the asthma model group(P<0.05).HIF-1α and VEGF protein and mRNA expressions were positively correlated with airway wall thickness.Conclusion: Shegan Mahuang Tang may decline the expression of HIF-1α,VEGF protein and mRNA and inhibition airway remodeling in asthmatic chronic rats.And its effect was positively correlated with its dosage.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Shiteng capsules on the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in blood serum of rats with adjuvant arthritis(AA).Method: Thirty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as follows: control group,model group,shiteng capsules group,tripterygium wilfordii group.The model was induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant.The TNF-α and IL-1β level in blood serum was detected by radioimmunity,at the same time,the inhibition ratio of paw edema,arthritis index and pathological score was observed.Result: Shiteng capsules cauld decrease TNF-α and IL-1β level in rats with AA obviously(compared with model group,P<0.01),and increse the inhibition ratio of paw edema.Conclusion: Shiteng capsules can play therapeutical effect to AA by redusing the levevl of serum TNF-α and IL-1β.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Shenfu Tang on chronic heart failure with heart-yang deficiency.Method: The rats were randomly divided into four groups,normal control group,model group,digoxin group,Shenfu Tang group(5 g·kg-1,ig).The chronic heart failure model with heart-yang deficiency was established by intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin 4 mg·kg-1 once a week,lasted 6 weeks.Meanwhile the corresponding drugs were administrated for 7 weeks.The cardiac function was measured.The serum was collected to examine superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,calcineurin(CaN) and calcium content.The expression of relative phosphorylation and the dephosphorylation protein of nuclear factor of activated T cell 3(NFAT3) was assayed.Result: Compared with control group,model group decreased heart function,body weight and SOD activity,and increased cardiac index,MDA content,cardiac CAN content,calcium content,the light density ratio of dephosphorylation NFAT3/β-actin(P<0.01).Compared with model group,Shenfu Tang group increased heart function,body weight and SOD activity and decreased cardiac index,MDA content,cardiac CAN content,calcium content,the light density ratio of dephosphorylation NFAT3/β-actin(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shenfu Tang can treat chronic heart failure with heart-yang deficiency by suppressing CaN-NFAT3 signal transduction pathway.

摘要:Objective:To observe the antitumor effects of extract from Christia vespertilionis in vivo.Method: The mice S180-mice model and H22-mice model were established by inoculation into subaxillary with 0.2 mL tumor cell suspension.After 24 h of inoculation,mice were randomly divided into five groups,extract from C.vespertilionis low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose group,tumor-bearing control group,positive control group.The extract from C.vespertilionis at dose of 3,6,12 g·kg-1,was ig administrated,for 10 days.The tumor-inhibition rate of extract from C.vespertilionis were tested with S180-mice model and H22-mice model in vivo,the immune function and hematopoietic system of tumor-bearing mice were observed,and the S180-mice model and H22-mice model was used to test the survival rate.Result:Compare to the tumor-bearing control group,the extract from C.vespertilionis could significantly inhibit the growth of S180 tumor and H22 tumor cells(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the inhibition rate at high-dose group nwas 54.42%,60.77%,respectively.The extract could also greatly prolong life of the mice with S180 and H22 ascitic tumor,and life span at high-dose was 82.13%,83.10%,respectively.No significant changes in immune function and hematopoietic system of tumor-bearing mice were found.Conclusion: The extract from C.vespertilionis is able to significantly inhibit tumor growth and prolong the survival period of the tumor-bearing mice.

摘要:Objective:To observe therapeutic effect and mechanism of Dandelion extract in rat ulcerative colitis(UC) model.Method: Sixty rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,sulfasalazine group(SASP,400 mg·kg-1),high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose group of Dandelion extract(50,100,150 mg·kg-1).Trinitrobenzene sulphonic acid(TNBS,100 mg·kg-1) was instilled into the colon of rats to induce ulcerative colitis.These groups were given relevant drugs with 2 mL,once a day for 14 d.On the day 14,the rats were sacrificed to collect blood and colon specimens.The morphology and histological changes of mucous membrane were observed,ELISA was performed to detect the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and streptavidin-perosidase(SP) was performed to detect expression of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) p65.Result: Compared with model group(7.89±0.31,12.17±1.56),the Dandelion extract at high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose could reduce the morphologic score of mucous membrane significantly(5.11±0.43),(6.11±0.31),(7.01±0.38),(P<0.05),and histological changes was(8.11±1.23),(9.37±1.12),(10.12±1.32)respectively,(P<0.05).The level of IL-6 and TNF-α was decreased(68.53±18.21),(71.41±13.38),(80.24±15.29),(36.27±8.35),(46.29±9.32),(64.18±8.98) ng·L-1 compared with model group(89.91±19.13),(71.27±8.81) ng·L-1(P<0.05,P<0.01).Expression of NF-κB p65 was reduced from(0.411±0.086)% to(0.301±0.038)%,(0.351±0.053)%,(0.389±0.041)%(P<0.05,P<0.01).But there was no obvious difference between Dandelion extract high-dose group and SASP group.Conclusion: These results indicated that Dandelion extract has effects on ulcerative colitis.
摘要:Objective:To observe the therapeutic action of compound Qiying granules on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in rats.Method: The model of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was established as follows: the rats were given high-fat and high-sugar feed for 8 weeks,and then injected streptozocin(35 mg·kg-1)by intraperitoneal injection for 12 weeks,next the model rats were treated by compound Qiying granules for 8 weeks.Result: The results showed that compound Qiying granule has preferable effect on regulating level of the blood sugar and restraining producing of saccharify products simultaneously,improving parameters of hemorheology and the activity of Na+/K+ATP-ase and postponing enhancement activity of aldose reductase.Conclusion: Compound Qiying granule can protect against nerve injury caused by diabetic peripheral neuropathy in diabetes type II rats.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Jianpi oral liquid(JPOL)on gastrointestinal motility,gastrointestinal hormones in mice with syndrome of spleen-deficiency to explore the mechanism.Method: Sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal group,model group,low dose JPOL group,middle dose JPOL group,high dose JPOL group and positive control group(10 each group,including half male and half female).The normal group and model group were given physiological saline of 15 mL·kg-1;while JPOL groups were administrated with JPOL at dose of 22.88,11.44,5.72 g·kg-1 respectively,and positive control group was given Qipi oral liquid(QPOL) of 8 mL·kg-1.Observation started from 14 days after modelling and administration of 7 successive days.Gastrointestinal motility,gastrins(GAS) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in each group were observed.Result: Different doses of JPOL could improve the function of gastric emptying and inhabit small bowel peristalsis of mices to different extent.The different doses of JPOL could increase the content of GAS and decrease the content of VIP to different extent.Conclusion: The effect of JPOL may result from improving the function of gastric emptying,inhabiting small bowel peristalsis,the mechanism of which may be related to increasing the level of GAS and decreasing the level of VIP.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Danlou tablet on myocardial Infarct size and expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 protein in rats with acute isoproterenol-induced myocardial infarction.Method:Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: Control group(normal saline 10 mL·kg-1·d-1,n=10),model group(normal saline 10 mL·kg-1·d-1,n=10),Danlou high dose group(900 mg·kg-1·d-1,n=10),Danlou low dose group(450 mg·kg-1·d-1,n=10).Each group was ig given for 14 d.Except for control group,the acute myocardial infarction model was induced by subcutaneous injection of Iso 15 mg·kg-1 in 14 d afte administration.The pathological changes in myocardial,myocardial infarct size and expression of myocardial Bcl-2,Caspase-3 protein were observed in 24 h after injection of Iso.Result: Compared with model group,Danlou tablet could significantly reduce the extent of ischemic myocardial injury,reduced myocardial infarct size(2.185±0.637)% vs(1.224±0.365)%,P<0.01),Bcl-2 IA:(27.32 ± 7.00) vs(42.41 ± 8.13),(P<0.01) protein expression was up-regulated,and Caspase-3 IA:(38.40±6.33) vs(26.26±6.79),(P<0.01)protein expression was reduced,conclusion Danlou tablet can up-regulate Bcl-2 protein expression and reduce protein expression of Caspase-3,which may be related to protection against myocardial ischemic injury.
摘要:Objective:To monitor changes in serum TNF-α,interleukin-4(IL-4) and interlukin-1β(IL-1β) in rabbit with acute pulmonary thromboembolism(APTE),and to investigate the relation between inflammatory factors and lung injury.Method: Rabbit APTE model was established by auto-thrombus.The rabbits were randomly divided into control group and model group.ELISA was employed to determine serum TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-1β.Pathological analysis was carried out after the experimental operation.Result: In the early stage of APTE,there was no significant change in the parameters.After 6 h of thromboembolism,IL-4 was(42.8±1.35) ng·mL-1,whereas(16.9±1.59) ng·mL-1 in the controls(P<0.05).After 4 h and 2 h of thromboembolism,TNF-α and IL-1β were(3.52±0.42) ng·mL-1 and(2.66±0.12) ng·mL-1accordingly,whereas(1.29±0.36) ng·mL-1(P<0.05) and(0.34±0.15) ng·mL-1(P<0.05) in the controls.Pathological evidence showed that arterial thrombus,lung tissue atrophy,bleeding and inflammatory responses were significant.Conclusion: The inflammatory factors induced by APTE play important role in acute pulmonary lung injury.
摘要:Objective:To observed the effect of tonifying kidney and replenishing essence prescription(TKREP) on two regulation factors interleukin-11(IL-11) and eryhropictin(EPO) in Aplastic Anemia(AA) rats.Method: Forty eight clean grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely normal control group,AA model group,TKREP group and the aplastic blood-forming tablet(ABFT)group.The normal control group was fed with normal foods and vihicle.The other three groups were given the fluorouracil(5-FU) plus Myleran to induce AA model of rat.After that,the TKREP group and ABFT group rats were fed with TKREP(10 g·kg-1·d-1)and ABFT(0.015 g·kg-1·d-1) for 4 weeks.While,the AA model group was fed 0.9% NaCl.Result:①Compared to model group,the numbers of red blood cells and hemoglobin in treatment group were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the numbers of white blood cells and platelet in TKREP group were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);②EPO levels were elevated in treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);③while the IL-11 level was increased slightly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: From point view of tonifying kidney,the TKREP could significantly improve bone marrow hematopoietic function against 5-FU plus Myleran,to a certain extent,effectively improve abnormal secreteing of regulation factors(IL-11 and EPO) and encouraged the bone marrow hematopoietic function’s recover.

摘要:Objective:To find a suitable way of quantitative composition-activity relationship of Chinese herbal for reducing the carcinogen of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) based on uniform design.Method: Chinese herbal active ingredient formula was composed of total flavonoids of glycyrrhiza(TFG),ginkgo biloba extract(GBE),total flavonoids of epimedium(TFE) and astragaloside(AST).The herbal efficacy was detected by scavenging polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in vivo.And the mathematical model was constructed to describe the connection between different combinations and their scavenging capacity by the method of least angle regression(LARS) regression.Result: The best effect was in the ratio of TFG 3.144 g·L-1,GBE 0.8 g·L-1,TFE 0.024 g·L-1,AST 0.036 g·L-1.Conclusion: Uniform designed research is one of efficient ways to describe the quantitative composition-activity relationship for reducing the carcinogen of PAHs.

摘要:Objective:To study the Jiangtang Fanglong fang on high glucose cultured osteoblast osteocalcin secretion in vitro.Method:Modified separation of tissue was used to culture neonatal rat calvaria osteoblasts.The α-MEM medium with different concentrations of serum containing Jiangtang Fanglong fang and drug-free serum were added to the osteoblasts cultured in high glucose system(final concentration of sugar).The levels of osteocalcin were measured by radioimmunoassay.Result: The serum containing Jiangtang Fanglong fang with 100,50,10 mg·L-1 had a significant promoting action.The higher concentrations had no significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of osteoblasts.Conclusion:The serum containing Jiangtang Fanglong fang can regulate in vitro cultured osteoblast osteocalcinsecretion.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory action of propolis.Method: Anti-inflammatory action of propolis for external use was observed on the models of xylene-induced auricular swelling in mice,the edema of rat hind paw induced by carrageenan,the content of prostaglandine E2(PGE2) and nitric oxide(NO) in the serum of mice,the content of PGE2 in the inflammatory tissue of rats.Result: Propolis obviously inhibited the swelling of mouse pinna induced by xylene(P<0.05),and suppressed the edema of rat hind paw induced by carrageenan(P<0.05),decrease the content of PGE2 and NO in the serum of mice,decrease the content of PGE2in the inflammatory tissue of rat(P<0.01).Conclusion: External use of propolis has significant anti-inflammatory effect.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Huogu Ⅱ formula and its combination with different meridian-guiding herb on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the femoral head of rabbits with osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH),as well as to explore the mechanism of prevention and treatment for ONFH.Method: The animal model of ONFH was established by liquid nitrogen frozen in the rabbit left hind leg.Ninety-eight.Japanese white rabbits were randomized to sham-operated group,model group,Huogu Ⅱ group and Huogu Ⅱ plus achyranthes root,Pubescent angelica,asarum and Balloonflower respectively,evenly 14 in each group.During the course of ONFH animal model establishment,all the rabbits were subcutaneously injected with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)(30 μg·kg-1·d-1,for continuous 7 days).Meanwhile normal saline and decoction of the formulae were administrated by gavage respectively.Materials were drawn at the second and forth week after model establishment Histopathological changes were observed by HE staining,vascular morphology was observed by ink perfusion,VEGF was measured by immunohistochemical assay in femoral heads of the left hind leg.Result: Compared with sham-operated group,the ratio of empty lacuna increased sharply,vessel area and VEGF levels decreased obviously in the model group.But in comparison with the model group,the empty lacuna ratio of Huogu II group decreased obviously,vessel area,VEGF increased significantly.Compared with Huogu II group,the empty lacuna ratio decreased and vessel area increased significantly at the forth week,and the expression of VEGF increased both at the second and forth week in the achyranthes root group.As for the balloonflower group,empty lacuna ratio showed the increase potention trend,and the number of VEGF-positive cells decreased obvious at the forth week.There were no significant changes in Asarum and Pubescent angelica combination group.Conclusion: The medicinal guide achyranthes root could enhance the effect of Huogu Ⅱ formula to increase the expression of VEGF in the ONFH animal model.It may contribute to the preventive and therapeutic effect for ONFH.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Jinhuang Fuzheng tea on spleen T,B lymphocyte proliferation and peritoneal macrophage immune function in the Immunosuppressed mice.Method: Mice were ig administrated Jinhuang fuzheng tea at high,middle and low dose for 10 days.The immunosuppression mouse model was caused by subcutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide(30 mg·kg-1) every other day.The determination of concanavalin A(Con A) induced T lymphocyte proliferation and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) induced B lymphocyte proliferation and natural killer cells(NK cells) and lymphokine-activated killer cells(LAK cells) activity was examined by tetrazolium blue(MTT).The inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) secreted by peritoneal macrophages activity was measured by enzymic method.Automatic detection microplate reader was used to determine the capability of phagocytosis neutral red.Result: The immunosuppressed mice which were given Jinhuang Fuzheng tea at low,medium and high dose groups showed a increased T and B lymphocyte A value(P<0.01);The medium and high dose groups significantly improved NK cells LAK cell activity,phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages and iNOS activity in immunosuppressive mice(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion: The Jinhuang Fuzheng tea can promote the immune function in Immunosuppressed mice.
摘要:Objective:To observe the histopathology effect of compound Danshen droppills on hepatic fibrosis in rats.Method: Wistar rats was injected 0.5% dimethylnitrosamine solution for 3 days,lasted for 4 weeks(2 mL·kg-1,once a day) to establish hepatic fibrosis model.The model was determined by biopsy and treated by Danshen droppills(292,146,73 mg·kg-1)through intragastric administration for 30 days.The histopathology of liver was observed and the size of hepatic fibrosis was calculated through IPP 5.0 soft ware.Result: After treatment for 4 weeks,the size of hepatic fibrosis in the 292,146,73 mg·kg-1 group was reduced(1 602±1 966),(631±1 589),(2 759±1 965)μm2 respectively,compared with model group,the three groups mentioned above had significant difference(P<0.01).For the same group,there was no significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion:The result showed that compound Danshen droppills has therapeutic effect on rat hepatic fibrosis.
摘要:Objective:To study the Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata(RRP) and its paired medicines on bone metabolism in rats with diabetes.Method: Alloxan intraperitoneal injection was applied for establishing rat model of diabetes mellitus,according to blood glucose levels the rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,and then RRP and its paired medicines were used for treatment.Serum insulin,bone density,bone metabolism biochemical index were observed.Result: RRP and its paired medicines showed obvious regulating effect on bone metabolism.RRP and RRP+Herba Epimedii appeared to be the best.Conclusion: The different compatibility of RRP has different efficacy for prevention and treatment in diabetic rats with osteoporosis.
摘要:Objective:To discuss efficiency of combined treatment of enalapril and tanshinon on acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease and evaluate its safety.Method: One hundred and fourteen collected patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease in hospital were randomLy divided into two groups,observation group and control group,57 patients in each group.On the basis of conventional clinical therapy,enalapril treatment was given to patients in the control group,the observation group was given tanshinon on base of the treatment in the control group,after treatment,the curative effect in the two groups were assessed,while the indicators of changes in hemorrheology in patients were monitored.Result: The observation group and control group response rate were 90.7% and 80.7%,respectively,the rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment inindicators of blood gas,blood flow and cardiac function and others were different(P<0.05) in two groups,while after treatment in observation group,the indicators were significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05);adverse reactions between the two groups had no significantly difference.Conclusion: The curative effect of combined treatment of enalapril and tanshinon medicine is significant better,and the treatment is safe.The combined application of enalapril and tanshinon should be widely recommend.
摘要:Objective:To observe the change of interleukin-6(IL-6) in peripheral blood and improvement of symptoms in the treatment of wind-cold-damp Lumber Disc Herniation(LDH) with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy and Duhuo Jisheng decoction.Method:The patients were randomized into a 51-case control group treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction and a 52-case treatment group with Duhuo Jisheng decoction and heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy in which some special acupoints(e g Zhiyang,Guanyuan,Weizhong etc.) were selected.IL-6 in peripheral blood was tested and symptomatic change was surveyed.Result:Modified Machabt were used for therapeutic evaluation and it was found that the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment IL-6 in both groups declined(P<0.05)and effectiveness of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effectiveness of combined therapy of heat-sensitive moxibustion and Duhuo Jisheng decoction was significantly better than that of single decoction method.It may have been caused by moxibustion stimulated heat-sensitive acupoints,excited meridian transmission,promoted movement of meridian qi,provoked endogenous modulating system and regulated disordered physiochemical process.

摘要:Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of antitussive and expectorant decoction combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MMP).Method: Eighty children with MP were randomly divided into azithromycin group and the group treated with azithromycin and antitussive and expectorant decoction,40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect were observed after 2 courses(7 days for a course)of treatment.Result: In the azithromycin group,the cure rate was 82.50%,the total effective rate was 97.50%.For the combination group,67.50% and 82.50%,respectively(P<0.05).The disappeared time of cough,fever,fine rales,asthma,sound and other clinical symptoms in the azithromycin group is shorter than the combination group(P<0.05).Chest X-ray negative rate was 97.50% for the former and 85% for another(P<0.05).Bilateral lesions negative rate of the former was statistically significant compared to the later(P<0.05).Conclusion: Relieving cough and eliminating phlegm decoction combined with azithromycin had remarkable curative effect on MMP,can eliminate cough,fever,earlier fine rales,asthma,sound and other clinical symptoms,decreased white blood cell,improve X-ray negative rate.
摘要:This paper presented the reseach progress of the relationship between vascular endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis via literature review and analysis on therapeutic regulation on vascular endothedial dysfunction for treatment of atherosclerosis using traditional Chinese medicine.Through the keywords of vasomotor,endothelial dysfunction,atherosclerosis,etc.thirty eight literature introducing the relationship between endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis,and summing up the research progress of treatment of endothelial dysfunction in the recent decade was collected and reviewed.The methods of treating atherosclerosis through regulating vascular endothelial dysfunction were summarized generally as the complementary therapy of natural substances for restoration of endothelial function,endothelial plantation and gene therapy,exogenous nitric oxide(NO),endothelin antagonists,etc.;the progress on treating atherosclerosis through regulating NO and endothelin(ET) using Chinese single herb and formulas was presented.The results show that the methods of regulating the vascular endothelial dysfunction were diversified,the further study on the relationship between atherosclerosis and vasomotor substances such as NO/ET is the important research direction.The traditional Chinese medicine has significant role in the protection of endothelial dysfunction andregulating the endothelial secretion of active substances,but it lacks the depth on the material basis and mechanism that regulating vascular dysfunction,efficacy,so it will has broad prospects in the fields of preventing and treating cardiovascular disease to further explore the anti-atherosclerotic mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine,playing the advantages of multi-target regulation of Chinese herbal compound,developing the anti-atherosclerosis traditional Chinese medicine based on the regulation of vascular dysfunction.
摘要:To review and analysis the reference literatures of researching on plastics.Refer to the relevant literatures and summarize,summarize the study progresses of plastics,including the preparation process,film-forming materials,quality control,stability,transdermal absorption and clinical application et al.The ingredients of preparation of plastics are mainly used traditional Chinese medicine,and little used Western-style pharmaceuticals.Some problems need to research,such as single in film-forming materials and inadequate in quality standards.Plastics preparation is simply and easily to use.Therefore,if develop the reasonable quality evaluation methodology,plastics will have wider medical applications.
摘要:This article summarized and analyzed the cell composition and different functions of blood-brain barrier.Searching recent studies on blood-brain barrier function and particular structure of relative cells and interaction between different cells in 10 years through CNKI,PubMed,Elsevier,etc databases.The blood-brain barrier cells included asement membrane,neuron,small glial cells,pericytes,astrocytes,and endothelial cells etc,each cell played an importantrole in the formation of the blood brain barrier function.The study of the blood-brain barrier has become a key research area.The research work on cell composition of the blood-brain barrier in recent years has achived barrier-related research.
摘要:This topic systematically analyzed the research progresses of the treatment of Maxing Shigan decoction in cough variant asthma.Presented a review of the clinical efficacy and its related pathological mechanisms on the basis of combing with the pathogenesis of cough variant asthma and the composition and pharmacology of Maxing Shigan decoction.Maxing Shigan decoction is one of the classic party for the treatment of asthma,and the mainly therapy is long hot cough and asthma syndrome.Recent research suggests that Maxing Shigan decoction has significant effect,little toxic side effects and greater potential in the treatment of cough variant asthma.But there are still limitations of pharmacokinetics of Maxing Shigan decoction,consistency in diagnosis and treatment knowledge of the etiology and pathogenesis and a uniform diagnostic and treatment criteria of cough variant asthma,these all need us to futher study.With the development of modern medicine,we should provide more evidences,new ideas and a new way to make Maxing Shigan decoction used in scientific treatment of cough variant asthma.
摘要:To analyze traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions treating arthralgia in outpatients of A3 level hospital.One thousand one hundred and four pieces from five thousand eight hundred and seventy-five pieces of prescriptions used to treating arthralgia were chosen and the statistical analysis was performed based on applicationfrequencies,drug dose,the distribution of age and consulting room.There appeared 25 kinds of regular medicines,the frequency of appearance was 1 566,the frequency of using tripterygium was the highest,up to 29.53%.Some dosage went beyound the rule of pharmocopia.The highest frequency of usage between age distribution of 16 and 45 was 57.54%;the single herb was most used in the single prescription;continuous application of 7 prescriptions was most common;there were some external applications except for internal application.The review may provide direction for the practical work of pharmocy.

摘要:We built and analyzed the molecular networks of RA with heat pattern and the target proteins of herbs corresponding to RA with heat pattern,in order to find the molecular mechanism of ’herbs-pattern correspondence’ in RA with heat pattern in Traditional Chinese Medicine.We searched for the most commonly used herbs on heat pattern RA by literatures mining;searched for the target proteins of herbs corresponding to heat pattern RA in PubChem database;collected the peripheral blood CD4+T cells in both heat pattern RA patients and healthy persons,in order to find the differential expression genes by microarray.We built the network of heat pattern RA and the network of target proteins of herbs corresponding with heat pattern;by ’Ingenuity Pathway Analysis’,to compare and analyze the two networks.We got 4 commonly used herbs treating heat pattern RA: Cortex phellodendri,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Rhizoma Atractylodis and Radix achyranthis bidentatae by literatures mining.There were 123 target proteins of the four herbs corresponding to heat pattern from PubChem.21 differential expression genes between heat pattern RA patients and healthy persons were found.The networks of heat pattern RA and the target proteins of herbs corresponding to heat pattern were built by IPA.There were four common canonical pathways between them: GM-CSF Signaling,CLTA4 Signaling in Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes,T cell Receptor Signaling and CD28 Signaling in T Helper cells,which were related with the cell survival,cell-mediated immune response,inflammatory response and so on.The results show that the four common canonical pathways: GM-CSF Signaling,CLTA4 Signaling in Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes,T cell Receptor Signaling and CD28 Signaling in T Helper cells,may be the molecular mechanism of ’herbs-pattern correspondence’ in RA with heat pattern,but the confirmation of it still be needed further.
