摘要:Objective: We developed traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system on the basis of the comprehensive and objective analysis of pattern and features of succession of Chinese medicine. Method: It concludes Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment information collection module of for clinical data, knowledge management and service module for ontology of Chinese medicine and potential knowledge mining module for inheritance and innovation individually to effectively solve the problems of non-standardization and individuation, establishing a self-service platform based on the thinking of satisfying individual demand, taking methods and techniques of artificial intelligence, data mining, network science and other disciplines, supplying the core demands of inheritance, development, dissemination and innovation in clinical diagnosis and treatment and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine. Result: This system could improve the applications of experience succession of rich experiential doctors, individual experience conclusion of physicians, and study of young physicians and prescription discovery of new Chinese medicine. Conclusion: It enriched inheritance model and effectively satisfied the demand of inheritance and development of Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: Using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance support system(V1.1) to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions given by Professor LU Shangling for intermittent headache. Method: Collecting the prescriptions used for Intermittent Headache cases, then enter the data into the TCM inheritance support system, by using principle analysis, revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze composing principles. Result: Based on the analysis of 86 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among herbs included in the database are computed, 33 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion: The TCM inheritance support system can be used to analyze and summarize the famous old TCM doctors' clinical experience.

摘要:Objective: To optimize matrix prescription and determine rheological parameters of Huanglian ointment. Method: With appearance,stability constant,hot and cold damage and other factors as indexes,prescription of Huanglian ointment was optimized by uniform design method, and determined rheological parameters. Result: Optimized prescription was octadecanol 12.060 g, monostearate 10.018 g, tween-80 7.831 g, span-60 3.173 g, rheological parameters (viscosity,yield value,thixotropy,creep etc.) of Huanglian ointment were fine. Conclusion: Optimized matrix prescription was stable and feasible,it had good appearance,viscosity and ductility which were suitable for needs of production and clinical applications.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of prescription drugs from Jiedu Tongluo granule by orthogonal test. Method: With extract rate, salvianolic acid B and gastrodin as indexes,extraction technology conditions of Jiedu Tongluo granule was investigated by L9(34) orthogonal test method. Result: Optimum extraction technology was:extracted 3 times with 1.5 h each time by 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable,feasible.Meanwhile,it could save time,labor and energy and be suitable for industrial mass production,it could settle foundation for preparation of Jiedu Tongluo granule.  
摘要:Objective: To explore quality control method of Citrus anrantium pieces with different fermentation time. Method: Taking C. anrantium with different fermentation time as object,camera and Adobe Photoshop software were used to obtain basic information of pieces color,the content of naringin and neohesperidin in pieces were determined by HPLC.Information of pieces color and relationship of active ingredients were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Result: There was a significant correlation between color differenceand active ingredients. Conclusion: Color difference could be used as one index of quality criteria for C. Anrantium with different fermentation time.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Li'ankang tablet. Method: Extraction process of Li'ankang tablet was optimized by orthogonal design with multiple indexes. Astragaloside was used as index in water extract part, but with icariin as index in ethanol extract part. Result: Optimal extraction process of Li'ankang tablet was as follows: ratio of Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis 5∶1,added 8 times the amount of water to boil together, decocted 3 times with 1.5 h each time, vacuum drying under 70 ℃;Epimedium brevicornu was added 14 times the amount of 70% ethanol to extract 2times, one h per time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process of Li'ankang tablet was reasonable, stable and feasible, and could be extraction technology of Li'ankang tablet.

Method: Dissolution rate of Calcium were analyzed in artificial gastrointestinal environment,to calculate dissolution ratio with detected the content of principal component(calcium) by coordination titration. 摘要:Objective: To determine optimum extraction technology of Inula helenium. Method: Orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology of I. helenium with the content of alantolactone and isoalantolactone as indexes. Effect of the concentration of ethanol, the amount of solvent, extraction time and extraction times were investigated, the content of index components were determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows:refluxing extracted 3 times with 15 times the amount of 85% ethanol, 1 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible with high extraction ratio, it could provide scientific basis for extraction of I. helenium.

摘要:Objective: To explore application of information entropy theory in evaluation of extraction technology for traditional Chinese medicine. Method: With Smilax china as a model drug,with the content of total flavonoids,resveratrol,astilbin and engeletin as indexes,comprehensive evaluation index was determined by calculating information entropy and weight coefficient of multi-indexes. Result: Orthogonal test data was handled by data processing method basing on information entropy,factors were selected which affected extraction effect of S. china,optimized optimum program of extraction technology for S. china was:added 10, 8 times the amount of water to extract 2, 1.5 h, respectively. Conclusion: Data processing method could be used in comprehensive evaluation of extraction technology for traditional Chinese medicine which basing on information entropy theory.

Method: With baicalin and matrine as indicators, main factors of extraction process were optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test, the content of baicalin and matrine were determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum extraction process was determined as follows: Scutellaria baicalensis and other five herbs was extracted 2 times with 6 times the amount of 70% ethanol,1 hour each time; Residues of above mentioned drugs and the others herbs (Bubalus bubalis and the others herbs) were extracted 3 times with 10 times the amount of wate,1.5 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized technology for Zidianling granules was economic, stable and suitable for mass production.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction. Method: With ephedrine,pseudoephedrine,benzoyl aconine, benzoyl mesaconitine,benzoyl hypaconitine and yield of extract as indexes,the content of these were determined by HPLC,effect of extraction time,extraction times and the amount of solvents on extraction technology was investigated by L9(3)4 orthogonal test. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were:extracted 2 times with 16 times the amount of hydrochloric acid (pH 2.0) with 2.5 hours each time. Conclusion: It was more suitable for integral view of Chinese medicine by multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,this optimized extraction technology was reasonable,feasible,stable,reliable,operable and good reproducibility.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology parameters of sauchinone from Saururus chinensis. Method: With the content of sauchinone as index,it was determined by HPLC. Optimum extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with grinding degree,the concentration of ethanol,ratio of solid-liquid,extraction time and soaking times as factors. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were:drugs passed 10 mesh sieve,extracted 2 times with 95% ethanol,14 times the amount of 95% ethanol was added for extracting 2 hours firstly, extracted 1 h with 10 times the amount of 95% ethanol in second time.In this conditions,average extraction yield of sauchinone was 0.21%,extraction transfer ratio was 96%. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology was stable,reasonable and could be used for extraction of sauchinone from S. chinensis.

摘要:Objective: To study on influence of different compatibility of Chaihu Shugan powder on dissolution of saikosaponin a. Method: L8(27) orthogonal design method was used with determining the content of saikosaponin a in each compatibility samples by HPLC/DAD,and data was analyzed by single-factor variance analysis. Result: Influence degree of every factors in orthogonal test on dissolution of saikosaponin a was:guide> adjuvant> associate. Effect of it(dissolution of saikosaponin a) had significant difference by single-factor, but there was no significant difference in interaction. It had significant difference among groups in the 4 groups classified.In the different number of drugs classified,dissolution of saikosaponin a was different in every major groups with different compatibility, dissolution rates among every groups:the compound group> five-five compatibility group> single-decoction group> six-six compatibility group, two-two compatibility group> four-four compatibility group> three-three compatibility group. Conclusion: Dissolution of saikosaponin a was lower from groups including Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Cyperi and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, it was higher from groups including Auranti Fructus and Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, it was the highest from the compound group.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Corydalis yanhusuo from Yuanhu Zhitong soft capsule. Method : With the content of tetrahydropalmatine as an indictor by HPLC,L9(34) orthogonal test was used to investigate influencing factors,such as the concentration of ethanol,the amount of ethanol,extration times,extraction time and so on. Result :Optimized extraction technology was:extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of 70% ethanol,each time 1.5 h.RSD of three batches of validation tests was 2.60%. Conclusion :This optimized extraction pocess of C. yanhusuo from Yuanhu Zhitong soft capsule was stable and available.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction and inclusion technology of volatile oil from Aifu Nuangong capsule. Method: With soaking time, extraction time and the amount of water as investigating factors, yield of volatile oil as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology of volatile oil.With ratio of volatile oil-cyclodextrin,inclusion temperature and inclusion time as investigating factors,composite score of inclusion yield and inclusion ratio as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize inclusion technology of volatile oil,and inclusion compound was identified. Result: Optimized extraction technology was:powder was soaked 1 h with 8 times the amount of water, extracted 7 h.Optimized inclusion technology was:ratio of β- CD and volatile oil was 8∶1, inclusion temperature was 50 ℃,inclusion time was 1.0 h. Conclusion: This optimized technology was feasible with high yield,it could be suitable for large-scale production.

摘要:Objective : To optimize extraction process conditions of total anthraquinones from Rheum spiciforme by supercritical CO2. Method: With extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time as factors,the content of total anthraquinones from extract of R. spiciforme as index,the content of total anthraquinones was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry,technology conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Optimum technology conditions were as follows:extraction pressure was 25 MPa,extraction temperature was 50 ℃,extracted 2.0 h.The content of total anthraquinones in extract was 23.4 mg·g-1, transfer rate was up to 91.4%. Conclusion: This process was stable and feasible,it could be used to extracting total anthraquinones from R. spiciforme.

摘要:Objective: To design and optimize technology of artemisinin self-emulsifying preparation,and evaluate its in vitro quality evaluation. Method: Excipients was selected by determining solubility of artemidinin in different oils,surfactants and co-surfactants. Based on ternary phase diagram,artemisinin self-emulsifying prescription was optimized by central composite design method.With appearance,solubility,emulsification time,particle size after emulsified and polydispersity coefficient as indexes to do quality evaluation of artemisinin emulsifying preparation. Result: Optimum prescription of this preparation was:MCT-tween-80-ethanol 31∶37∶20, it had uniform and transparent appearance,particle size was 234.7 nm,polydispersity coefficient 0.235,self-emulsifying time was 25 s,solubility was 2.775 g·L-1. Conclusion: Technology of arteannuin self-emulsifying preparation was simple and stable,it had good physical and chemical properties.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of gallic acid from Phyllanthus urinaria by inner ebullition method. Method: With a small amount of ethanol as wetting agent to soak power of P. urinaria,gallic acid was resolved fully, added a certain amount of heat extraction agent to make ethanol boiling which penetrated into internal organization of P. Urinaria,enhanced extraction technology.Orthogonal test was used with the concentration of ethanol,resolution time,the amount of ethanol,extraction time and extraction temperature as factors,the content of gallic acid was determined by HPLC. Result: Optimized extraction technology of gallic acid from P. urinaria by inner ebullition method was as follows: resolved 30 min with 1.6 times the amount of 60% ethanol, extracted 15 min at 80 ℃. Conclusion: Under this optimized technology conditions,yield of gallic acid was 0.970%,and it had good application prospect.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction process of Corydalis yanhusuo from Yuanhu Zhitong soft capsule.Method: With the content of tetrahydropalmatine as an indictor by HPLC,L9(34) orthogonal test was used to investigate influencing factors,such as the concentration of ethanol,the amount of ethanol,extration times,extraction time and so on.Result:Optimized extraction technology was:extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of 70% ethanol,each time 1.5 h.RSD of three batches of validation tests was 2.60%.Conclusion:This optimized extraction pocess of C.yanhusuo from Yuanhu Zhitong soft capsule was stable and available.  
摘要:Objective : Optimizing the extract process for Kundan capsule. Method : The content of 5,7-Dimethoxycoumarin, butenolideⅠand butenolide Ⅲin the extract was the index, and the concentration was determined by HPLC. The concentration of number of times,extract time,alcohol, and extraction solvent were considered. The orthogonal test was used for optimization. Result : The optimum extract process was:8 times as much 75% alcohol extracted 0.5 h, the extract number of times were three times. Conclusion : The optimum process provides a high yield for both three components, and easy to carry out.

摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction and inclusion technology of volatile oil from Aifu Nuangong capsule.Method:With soaking time,extraction time and the amount of water as investigating factors,yield of volatile oil as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology of volatile oil.With ratio of volatile oil-cyclodextrin,inclusion temperature and inclusion time as investigating factors,composite score of inclusion yield and inclusion ratio as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize inclusion technology of volatile oil,and inclusion compound was identified.Result:Optimized extraction technology was:powder was soaked 1 h with 8 times the amount of water,extracted 7 h.Optimized inclusion technology was:ratio of β-CD and volatile oil was 8∶ 1,inclusion temperature was 50 ℃,inclusion time was 1.0 h.Conclusion:This optimized technology was feasible with high yield,it could be suitable for large-scale production.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate extraction methods of pigment from Hypericum japonicum by different solvents,and investigate effects of different factors on stability of pigment. Method: Pigment was extracted with 6 different solvents,stability of pigment was tested with pH, temperature, light, reducing agents and oxidants. Result: Extraction effect of pigment was optimum by ultrasonic extraction 10 min with 95% ethanol at 30 ℃, These pigment was unstable in light, strong acidity and alkaline,metal ions of Mg2+, Al3+ and other conditions.Food additives, reducing agents and oxidants had little effect on stability of pigment. Conclusion: These pigment had good stability, but it must prevent pigment using in light and avoid acidity and alkaline condition. Pigment from H. japonicum could be used as a good resource of natural plant pigment.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process conditions of total anthraquinones from Rheum spiciforme by supercritical CO2.Method:With extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time as factors,the content of total anthraquinones from extract of R.spiciforme as index,the content of total anthraquinones was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry,technology conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.Result:Optimum technology conditions were as follows:extraction pressure was 25 MPa,extraction temperature was 50 ℃,extracted 2.0 h.The content of total anthraquinones in extract was 23.4 mg·g-1,transfer rate was up to 91.4%.Conclusion:This process was stable and feasible,it could be used to extracting total anthraquinones from R.spiciforme.

摘要:Objective: To establish content determination method for gentiopicroside,naringin and protosappanin B from Xuanbi gel plaster. Method: HPLC was used with Merck RP-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), gradient eluted with mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(0-33 min, 11% acetonitrile; 33-36 min,11% acetonitrile-20% acetonitrile; 36-67 min, 20% acetonitrile),column temperature was 20 ℃,flow rate was 0.6 mL·min-1,detection wavelength 283 nm,injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The linear range of gentiopicroside, naringin and protosappanin B were 0.014 9-0.745 μg, 0.007 1-0.355 μg, 0.002 2-0.107 5 μg, respectively.Average recovery of these ingredients were 98.87% (RSD 2.19%), 103.51% (RSD 0.94%), 99.58% (RSD 2.49%),respectively. Conclusion: This established method was simple,accurate and repeatable,it could be used as quality control method for Xuanbi gel plaster.

摘要:Objective:To design and optimize technology of artemisinin self-emulsifying preparation,and evaluate its in vitro quality evaluation.Method:Excipients was selected by determining solubility of artemidinin in different oils,surfactants and co-surfactants.Based on ternary phase diagram,artemisinin self-emulsifying prescription was optimized by central composite design method.With appearance,solubility,emulsification time,particle size after emulsified and polydispersity coefficient as indexes to do quality evaluation of artemisinin emulsifying preparation.Result:Optimum prescription of this preparation was:MCT-tween-80-ethanol 31∶ 37∶ 20,it had uniform and transparent appearance,particle size was 234.7 nm,polydispersity coefficient 0.235,self-emulsifying time was 25 s,solubility was 2.775 g·L-1.Conclusion:Technology of arteannuin self-emulsifying preparation was simple and stable,it had good physical and chemical properties.

摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted from roots and stems of Bupleurum chinense cultivated in Gansu Province. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from different parts (roots and stems) of Bupleurum chinense with steam distillation method, and the chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative content of each constituent was calculated by area normalization method. Result: The yield of extracted volatile oil from roots and stems of B. chinense was 0.04% and 0.01%, respectively. A total of 95 compounds were identified from the two parts, of which 52 from roots and 72 from stems. There were 29 common compounds in both parts and accounted for 61.29% and 53.54% of the total volatile oil, respectively. The major components of volatile oil from roots include hexanal (17.00%), 2-pentyl-furan (8.10%), palmitic acid (6.71%), 5-(1-methylethyl)-2-methyl-phenol (6.65%), thymol (5.23%), heptanal (4.64%), and etc. The major components of volatile oil from stems include n-hexadecanoic acid (10.79%), 3-methyl-4-isopropylphenol (8.31%), carvacrol (6.19%), hexanal (6.09%), 2-pentyl-furan (4.42%) and etc. Conclusion: There are big differences both in the kind and content of volatile oil from different parts of B. chinense cultivated in Gansu Province. The results can be taken as a basis for the further development and utilization of B. chinense.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction process of gallic acid from Phyllanthus urinaria by inner ebullition method.Method: With a small amount of ethanol as wetting agent to soak power of P.urinaria,gallic acid was resolved fully,added a certain amount of heat extraction agent to make ethanol boiling which penetrated into internal organization of P.Urinaria,enhanced extraction technology.Orthogonal test was used with the concentration of ethanol,resolution time,the amount of ethanol,extraction time and extraction temperature as factors,the content of gallic acid was determined by HPLC.Result: Optimized extraction technology of gallic acid from P.urinaria by inner ebullition method was as follows: resolved 30 min with 1.6 times the amount of 60% ethanol,extracted 15 min at 80 ℃.Conclusion: Under this optimized technology conditions,yield of gallic acid was 0.970%,and it had good application prospect.  
摘要:Objective: To study the composition change information of chromatographic fingerprint of Buyanghuanwu Decoction in the extraction single and together with total quantum statistical moment method (TQSM). Method: The extracts of Buyanghuanwu decoction were prepared by decocting single and together under the same process.The comparison was done between the different parameter of decocting single and together by TQSM. Result: Control article's additional parameter λT,j=1 was 96.21%,σr,i=12 was 129.6%,average additional parameter was 97.47%. Medical material's additional parameter λT,j=1 was 70.50%,σr,i=12 was 81.97%,average additional parameter was 50.55%. Conclusion: Its chemical substances are different between the two extracts. The TQSM was of the characters of additional properties for chromatographic fingerprint.

摘要:Objective : To analyze and identify the buds of different germplasm resources of Lonicera japonica Thunb.cultivated in ShanDong. Method : Multi-steps infrared macro-fingerprint method(infrared spectroscopy,secondary derivative spectroscopy and two dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy) was used to analyze the buds of different germplasm resources of Lonicera japonica Thunb. Result : In the one-dimensional spectra,there have some similarity among different germplasm,appearing the absorption peak of -OH in 3 371 cm-1, the absorption peak of -CH2 in 2 924 cm-1 and 2 853 cm-1,the absorption peak of C=O in 1 735 cm-1, the absorption peak of =C-O in 1 637 cm-1 and the absorption peak of C-O in 1 637 cm-1. In the second derivative spectra,there have significant difference among different germplasm between 1 800 cm-1 and 1 300 cm-1. Otherwise,the 2D-IR correlation spectra also have significant differences in the absorption strength,frequency and form. Conclusion : The FTIR Analysis is effective for the identification of the buds of different germplasm resource.

摘要:Objective: To establish a new RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of calycosin, atractylenolide-1, atractylenolide Ⅲ in crude extract of Radix astragali- Atractylodis Macrocephalae herb couple. Method: Analysis was carried out on a Kromasil 100-5C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm) column with acetonitrile-pure water as mobile phases in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, and the UV detector was monitored at 220 nm. Result: All calibration curve showed good linear regression in test ranges(r>0.999 5); and the overall recoveries were in the range of 97%-103%(n=3)with RSD less than 3%. The overall RSD of precision test was less than 3%. Conclusion: The method is rapid,acute,credible and repeatable,and can provide bases for the material basis and compatibility for Radix astragali- Atractylodis Macrocephalae herb couple.

摘要:Objective: To study the tritepenoid constituents from air-dried whole plant of Lycopodium japonicum, Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by normal-phase silica gel column chromatography from the n-butanol extract.Their structure were identified by1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS. Result: Seven triterpoinds were purified and identified as serrat-14-en-3β,21α-diol(1),serrat-14-en-3β,21β-diol(2),lycoclaninol(3),lycoclavanol(4), α-onocerin(5),16-Oxo-3α-hydroxyserrat-14-en-21α-ol(6),daucosterol(7).Conclution:Among these compounds 16-Oxo-3α-hydroxyserrat-14-en-21α-ol(6),daucosterol(7)were isolated from the plants of Lycopodium japonicum for the first time.

摘要:Objective: To analyze the volatile compounds in Hedyoti diffusae. Method: Volatile components in H. diffusae were analyzed and identified by GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by steam distillation. Result: 55 compounds in H. diffusae were detected by GC-MS and 29 compounds were identified by MS combined with Kovats retention index. Conclusion: GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by steam distillation is a simple,rapid and accurate way for the analysis of volatile compounds in H. diffusae.

摘要:Objective :Establish a method for determining the content of water soluble saponins of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae which grow in Daxinganling area of Heilongjiang Province. Method: RP HPLC was used on an Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with acetomitrile-water as mobile phase by gradient elution for the separation and determination of saponins of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae,the detection wavelength was at 203 nm,column temperature 30 ℃. Result :The linear ranges were 50-500 mg·L-1 for protodioscin concentration,35-350 mg·L-1 for methyl protodioscin concentration,15-150 mg·L-1 for pseudoprotodioscin concentration,the calibration curve of each solvent had good linear relationship within the range with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9(n=6). On the basis of methodology of the test results show RSD <3%. Conclusion :All the results show that the method has good reproducibility, recovery rate and stability. This has provided a basis for Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae quality control.

摘要:Objective: To improve the drug standard and provide a theoretical basis for the correct evaluation of the quality of the drugs, the qualities of Huanglian Shangqing tablets from different manufactures were investigated and some problems were analyzed. Method: The core tablets of 10 batches from 7 manufacturers were weighed and the powder samples were microscopically observed. Method for determination of 5 kinds of anthraquinone (aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion) was established and the content of anthraquinone was assayed. Result: There are no microscopic indifferences exist among different tablets, while the weight of the tablets as well as the content five kinds of anthraquinone was quite different. Conclusion: Big differences of the quality of the products exist among different products, which may result from different raw materials and preparation process.

摘要:Objective: To establish the dissolution method of emodin and rheic acid in Sanhuang Tablets and research the dissolution behavior of emodin and rheic acid in Sanhuang Tablets of different pharmaceutical factory. Method: The content of emodin and rheic acid was determined by HPLC. The Grace-C18 (4.5 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)column was used,the mobile phase was CH3OH-0.1% H3PO4 (85∶15), the detection wavelength was 254 nm and flow velocity was 1 mL·min-1. The determination conditions of dissolution were selected, accumulation dissolution curves were calculated, drawn and compared by similarity factor values (f2) and do the model simulation. Result: The determination conditions of dissolution included paddle method with the rotating speed of 100 r·min-1 and 0.1 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid plus 0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate as dissolution medium. The result of determination showed that the similarity factor values (f2) of emodin and rheic acid dissolution curves of different pharmaceutical factory of Sanhuang tablets were mostly less than 50. And the dissolution model simulations of this two components are not uniform. Conclusion: There was significant difference in emodin and rheic acid dissolution among Sanhuang tablets of different pharmaceutical factory. The dissolution of the main components should be added to the quality control systems of Chinese patent medicines, and should seek appropriate dissolution mechanism model to describe the dissolution behavior of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid and isofraxidine in Wujia Shenghua capsules. Method : The chromatographic separation was performed on a Welch Materials XBP-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm),the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. The UV detection wavelengths were at 327, 323, 343 nm. A gradient elution of methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was adopted at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The injection volume was 20 μL. Result: The good resolution can be achieved among chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid and isofraxidine. Chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid and isofraxidine were linear in the range of 18.15-108.90 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8), 5.10-30.60 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 5) and 7.35-44.10 g·L-1 (r=0.999 4), respectively. The average recoveries (n=6) were between 95% and 105%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, easy and reproducible, which can be applied to quality control of Wujia Shenghua capsule.

摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of the contents of gallic acid in Polygonum capitatum and Relinqing granules. Method: The reserved HPLC method was achieved. Diamonsil C18 colunm (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with MeOH-H2O-DMF-HAc (1∶95∶3∶1) as amobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min- 1and detection wavelength was at 272 nm and the column temperature was at 25 ℃. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.139 6-1.396 0 μg (r=0. 999 97). The average recovery rate of gallic acid in P. capitatum was 99.35% (RSD 2.61%), and was 99.35% (RSD 0.73%) in Relinqing granules. 摘要:Objective:Establish a method for determining the content of water soluble saponins of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae which grow in Daxinganling area of Heilongjiang Province.Method:RP HPLC was used on an Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetomitrile-water as mobile phase by gradient elution for the separation and determination of saponins of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae,the detection wavelength was at 203 nm,column temperature 30 ℃.Result:The linear ranges were 50-500 mg·L-1 for protodioscin concentration,35-350 mg·L-1 for methyl protodioscin concentration,15-150 mg·L-1 for pseudoprotodioscin concentration,the calibration curve of each solvent had good linear relationship within the range with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9(n=6).On the basis of methodology of the test results show RSD <3%.Conclusion:All the results show that the method has good reproducibility,recovery rate and stability.This has provided a basis for Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae quality control.  
摘要:Objective: The content distribution of total flavonoids in different parts of Berchemia lineate from city of DuYun in Guizhou was investigated. Method :Flavonids in different parts of Berchemia Lineate(L)DC. were extracted by ethanol as solvent reflux, The total flavonoids were determined by spectrophotometry, rutin as control sample. Result: The absorbency and concentration of rutin have good linear correlation in the range of 5-30 μg·L-1.The regression equation was Y=0.011 2X+0.041 9(r=0.999 1), the average recovery rate was 98.56%,Accuracy experiment RSD 0.279%,repeatability test RSD 0.634%,stability test RSD 1.49%,the contents of total flavonoids in leaf and stem was respectively 12.30% and 1.42%,that the means content of total flavonoids in leaf is 8.7 times higher than that in stem. Conclusion: the content of total flavonoids in the leaf and in the stem has a big difference, thereby the leaf of B. lineate from Duyun in Guizhou has value to be developed and used.  
摘要:Objective: To improve the drug standard and provide a theoretical basis for the correct evaluation of the quality of the drugs,the qualities of Huanglian Shangqing tablets from different manufactures were investigated and some problems were analyzed.Method: The core tablets of 10 batches from 7 manufacturers were weighed and the powder samples were microscopically observed.Method for determination of 5 kinds of anthraquinone(aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion) was established and the content of anthraquinone was assayed.Result: There are no microscopic indifferences exist among different tablets,while the weight of the tablets as well as the content five kinds of anthraquinone was quite different.Conclusion: Big differences of the quality of the products exist among different products,which may result from different raw materials and preparation process.  
摘要:Objective: The self contrast and correction factor method was established to determinate of rabeprazole sulfone in rabeprazole rodium. Method: The slope of linear equation was used to determine the correction factor between rabeprazole sulfone and rabeprazole sodium. And then, by validation of the analytical method and compare the results determined were compared by the external standard method to ensure the HPLC method to determine the content of impurity rabeprazole sulfone in Rabeprazole sulfone meeting the requirement for the intended analytical applications. Mobile phase:0.05 mol·L-1phosphates solution(0.05 mol·L-1disodium hydrogen phosphate solution is adjusted pH to 7.0 by 0.05 mol·L-1potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution)-methanol(40∶60); flow rate: 1 mol·min-1;column temperature 35 ℃;wavelengh 290 nm. Result: The relative retention time between Rabeprazole sulfone and rabeprazole rodium is 0.74 and the correction factor between rabeprazole sulfone and rabeprazole rodium is 0.74, and there is no apparent statistical difference of the contents of rabeprazole sulfone in rabeprazole Sodium determined by the above two methods. Conclusion: The method using the correction factor to determine the content of rabeprazole sulfone in rabeprazole sodium is available.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the dissolution method of emodin and rheic acid in Sanhuang Tablets and research the dissolution behavior of emodin and rheic acid in Sanhuang Tablets of different pharmaceutical factory.Method: The content of emodin and rheic acid was determined by HPLC.The Grace-C18(4.5 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column was used,the mobile phase was CH3OH-0.1% H3PO4(85∶ 15),the detection wavelength was 254 nm and flow velocity was 1 mL·min-1.The determination conditions of dissolution were selected,accumulation dissolution curves were calculated,drawn and compared by similarity factor values(f2) and do the model simulation.Result: The determination conditions of dissolution included paddle method with the rotating speed of 100 r·min-1 and 0.1 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid plus 0.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate as dissolution medium.The result of determination showed that the similarity factor values(f2) of emodin and rheic acid dissolution curves of different pharmaceutical factory of Sanhuang tablets were mostly less than 50.And the dissolution model simulations of this two components are not uniform.Conclusion: There was significant difference in emodin and rheic acid dissolution among Sanhuang tablets of different pharmaceutical factory.The dissolution of the main components should be added to the quality control systems of Chinese patent medicines,and should seek appropriate dissolution mechanism model to describe the dissolution behavior of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determining the content of ecdysterone in Achyranthis bidentatae and Juejin Granula. Method: Ecdysterone was extracted from Radix Achyranthis bidentatae and Juejin Granula using reflux and ultrasonic extraction and optimizing the extraction condition. Determining the content of ecdysterone was determined by HPLC, the chromatography was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃ with acetonitrile-water (17∶83) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and UV detection wavelength was at 242 nm. Result: The optimal extraction condition of Radix Achyranthis bidentatae: reflux extracting two times by adding 15 times of 70% ethanol and once for 1 hour, the optimal extraction condition of Juejin Granula: ultrasonic extracting with warter as solvent for 30 min. The linear range of ecdysterone was 10.37-103.7 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 5), the regress equation was Y=24 867X+1 563(r=0.999 5), the recoveries were 97.8% and 97.9%, RSDs were 1.8% and 1.4% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is accurate, available and reduplicate, and providing the basis for evaluating the quality of Radix Achyranthis bidentatae and Juejin Granula.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and isofraxidine in Wujia Shenghua capsules.Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Welch Materials XBP-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃.The UV detection wavelengths were at 327,323,343 nm.A gradient elution of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was adopted at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The injection volume was 20 μL.Result:The good resolution can be achieved among chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and isofraxidine.Chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and isofraxidine were linear in the range of 18.15-108.90 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8),5.10-30.60 mg·L-1(r=0.999 5) and 7.35-44.10 g·L-1(r=0.999 4),respectively.The average recoveries(n=6) were between 95% and 105%.Conclusion: The method is accurate,easy and reproducible,which can be applied to quality control of Wujia Shenghua capsule.

摘要:Objective: To study on the constituent change of Fructus Gardeniae before and after processing. Method: GC-MS was used to analyze and compare of the liposoluble constituents between Fructus Gardeniae and its proceseed products. Result: The results showed that there were changes sophisticatedly before and after processed. Eight chemical compounds produced after processed were alcohol, alkene, furan and pyrone, and eight acids and esters compounds were not detected or the content was reductive. Conclusion: The chemical changes in the processing may be the reason of the difference in the effectiveness between Fructus Gardeniae and its proceseed products.  
摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of the contents of gallic acid in Polygonum capitatum and Relinqing granules.Method: The reserved HPLC method was achieved.Diamonsil C18 colunm(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with MeOH-H2O-DMF-HAc(1∶ 95∶ 3∶ 1) as amobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1and detection wavelength was at 272 nm and the column temperature was at 25 ℃.Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.139 6-1.396 0 μg(r=0.999 97).The average recovery rate of gallic acid in P.capitatum was 99.35%(RSD 2.61%),and was 99.35%(RSD 0.73%) in Relinqing granules.Conclusion: The method is reliable,specific and with good repeatability.It can be used for the quality control of P.capitatum and Relinqing granules and provide a science bases for the planting of polygonum cap itatum.  
摘要:Objective: Research the HPLC fingerprint of the pieces of commercial Glycyrrhizae Radix from the north-west China, and establish the quality standards of commercial Glycyrrhizae Radix to provide a basis for the industry. Method: High performance liquid chromatography was used for the soparation on. Choice ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18 column (4.60 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃, with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid was selected as mobile phase by gradient elution, the detection wavelength was set at 237 nm, the gradient elution were adopted. Using the 'chromatographic fingerprint evaluation system 2004A' and SPSS software was used to establish HPLC fingerprint comparison and cluster analysis. Result: Established the HPLC fingerprint of the pieces of commercial Glycyrrhizae Radix from the north-west area China was established, and the results of methodological study met the technical requirements for fingerprinting. Ten common peaks were found in the fingerprint of Sixteen batches of commercial Glycyrrhizae Radix, the similarity was greater than 0.904, and four groups were divided by cluster analysis, together into four groups. Conclusion: This is the first use of HPLC fingerprint to compare different levels of commercial Glycyrrhizae Radix from the north-west China. The HPLC method is stable and reliable to provide a scientific basis of quality inspection and classification for the commercial Glycyrrhizae Radix.

摘要:Objective: For improving the quality level of Zhisou Qingguo pill, the qualitative and quantitative method for controlling the quality of Zhisou Qingguo pills was established. Method: Thin-layer chromatography was used for identifying the Fructus Terminaliae Immaturus which was developed with toluene-ethyl acetate-formic acid (5∶4∶1), and ephedra developed with chloroform-methanol-strong ammonia (20∶5∶0.5); HPLC method was used for quantitative analysis with Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution [5∶95(containing 0.1% triethylamine)] as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 flow rate, detection wavelength was at 210 nm and column temperature was at 350 ℃. Result: Fructus Terminaliae Immaturus and ephedra were clearly detected in Thin-layer chromatography atlas; Linear relationship was set up (r =0.999 8) within 0.085-0.427 2 μg as the sample size of Ephedrine hydrochloride; The average recovery was 95.88%; RSD was 1.17%. Conclusion: The method was exclusive, accurate, and simple, and it can be used for the quality control of Zhisou Qingguo pills.

摘要:Objective: To determine the content of conduritol A in the leaf of Gymnema sylvestre. Method: HPLC was adopted, the separation was performed on a Thermo NH2 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water (87∶13) was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was set at 207 nm. Result: The liner range of conduritol A was 2.4-12 μg (r=0.999 7), the average recovery rate was 101.39%, RSD was 0.74%. Conclusion: The method was accurate, sensitive, quick and simple. It can be used as the quality control method of the leaf of G. sylvestre.

摘要:Objective: To develop a HPLC method to determine paeoniflorin in Paeonia delavayi var. lutea, and to investigate content of paeoniflorin in different parts of P. delavayi var. lutea. Method: The analysis was carried out at 30 ℃ on a TC-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) eluted with a mobile phase consisting of a mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (12∶88). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; and the detected wavelength was 235 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear within the concentration ranges of 0.40-4.00 μg. The regression equation was A=1 095.3 C+31.608 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.59%, while RSD was 1.66%. The concentration distribution of paeoniflorin in different parts of P. delavayi var. lutea is as follows: fruit>leaf>cork>cortex>stem>xylem. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and with good repeatability. The paeoniflorin can be selected as a quality control component in P. delavayi var. lutea.

摘要:Objective: To study the stability of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside of Semen Cassiae. Method: Rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside was processed under different temperature, humidity and solvent respectively. The content was determined by HPLC and the remaining percentages of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside were calculated. Result: The stability of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside was influenced mostly by temperature, and secondly by humidity. The stability of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside reduced along with the temperature rising and the humidity increasing; rubrofusarin- 6-O-β-gentiobioside was much more stable in methanol and ethanol than in water and 0.1% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, and rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside transferred to other substance in 0.1% ammonia aqueous solution. Conclusion: Rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside should be preserved under low or room temperature in dry condition. Methanol or ethanol should be selected as solvent of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside solution, preserved under low temperature.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Elsholtzia penduliflora. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various column chromatography, and the structures were identified by spectral analysis. Result: Nine compounds were obtained from E. penduliflora, and identified as 7-methoxylchrysin (1), 5,7,8-trimethoxyflavanone (2), ferulic acid (3), betulinic acid (4), luteolin (5), caffeic acid (6), 3β-O-acetyl ursolic acid (7), hyptadienic acid (8) and euscaphic acid (9). Conclusion: Compounds 2, 7-9 were isolated from genus Elsholtzia for the first time. Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from E. penduliflora for the first time.

摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the aerial parts of Euphorbia wallichii. Method : The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and was identified by GC-MS. The relative amount of each constituent was calculated by peak area normalization method. Result: Twenty-five components were isolated, 20 compounds were identified from the aerial parts of E. wallichii and their amount accounted 94.28% of total volatile oil. Conclusion: Chemical constituents of the volatile oils from the aerial parts of E. wallichii include organic acids, alkane, terpenoids and its derivatives. The main constituents were hexadecanoic acid (60.36%), nor-prist-2-one (7.674%) and tetradecanoic acid (5.433%).

摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprints of Woodwardiae unigemmmata from different habitats by HPLC. Method: HPLC was applied to detect W. unigemmmata samples from 9 different habitats with a DiamonsilTMC18 column by acetonitrile A-water B as mobile phase (gradient elute: 0-60 min, 22%-100%A). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was at 25 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Result: The HPLC fingerprints of W. unigemmmata from different habitats were established and the correlation coefficients of them were calculated. Furthermore, two peaks in HPLC chromatogram were identified as kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside -7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside, kaempferol-3-O-α-L-(4-O-acetyl)-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyran-oside respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and can be used for quality control of W. unigemmmata.

摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Bergenia scopulosa. Method: The constituents were isolated and purified with the use of macroporous adsorption resins, silica gel column chromatography, Sephedex LH-20, re-crystallization. Their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical properties and special analysis. Result: Twelve compounds were isolated from methanol extracts of Bergenia scopulosa and their structures were identified as: β-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), (+)-catechin (3), gallic acid (4), arbutin (5), bergenin (6), 4-O-galloylbergenin (7), 11-O-galloylbergenin (8), pyrocatechol (9), syringic acid (10), quercetin (11), rutin (12). Conclusion: Compounds 8-12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To study the stability of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside of Semen Cassiae.Method: Rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside was processed under different temperature,humidity and solvent respectively.The content was determined by HPLC and the remaining percentages of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside were calculated.Result: The stability of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside was influenced mostly by temperature,and secondly by humidity.The stability of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside reduced along with the temperature rising and the humidity increasing;rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside was much more stable in methanol and ethanol than in water and 0.1% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution,and rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside transferred to other substance in 0.1% ammonia aqueous solution.Conclusion: Rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside should be preserved under low or room temperature in dry condition.Methanol or ethanol should be selected as solvent of rubrofusarin-6-O-β-gentiobioside solution,preserved under low temperature.  
摘要:Objective: To compare the effects of 6 phenylallyl compounds on cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and prostaglandin synthase(PGES) mRNA expression, and provide some evidence for their structure-activity relationship. Method : Macrophages stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) model was used to test the effects of cinnamic alchohol, O-methoxy cinnamic alchohol, cinnamaldehyde, O-methoxy cinnamaldehyde, cinnamic acid and O-methoxy cinnamic acid on COX-2 and PGES at mRNA level. The RAW264.7 cells was treated with 1 mg·L-1 LPS and phenylallyl compounds (0,12,19,32,54,90,150 mg·L-1) for 4 h, and the mRNA was detected by TaqMan real time PCR. Result : The cinnamaldehyde had the strongest effect, showed significant effect on COX-2 (P<0.05) and membrane-associated PGES-1(mPGES-1) (P<0.01) at 32 mg·L-1. The O-methoxy cinnamaldehyde took second place, showed significant effect on COX-2(P<0.05) and mPGES-1 (P<0.05) at 54 mg·L-1. The other 4 phenylallyl compounds had effects in different degree, but was much weaker than cinnamaldehyde and O-methoxy cinnamaldehyde. Conclusion : It is key mechanism of anti-inflammatory and antipyretic for the phenylallyl compounds to down-regulate PGE2 production by inhibiting COX-2 and mPGES-1. The efficacy of the phenylallyl compounds was aldehyde>alcohol>acidum, and it is degraded by the methoxyl. The action intensity may be closely related to the different oxidation state of propenyl and impacted by methoxyl.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Elsholtzia penduliflora.Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various column chromatography,and the structures were identified by spectral analysis.Result: Nine compounds were obtained from E.penduliflora,and identified as 7-methoxylchrysin(1),5,7,8-trimethoxyflavanone(2),ferulic acid(3),betulinic acid(4),luteolin(5),caffeic acid(6),3β-O-acetyl ursolic acid(7),hyptadienic acid(8) and euscaphic acid(9).Conclusion: Compounds 2,7-9 were isolated from genus Elsholtzia for the first time.Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from E.penduliflora for the first time.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of prescription with functuon of tonifying the kidney on the resistance ability against pathogenic escherichia coli and phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system(RES)in newborn mice with intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR), and to investigate the theory of TCM:'the kidney being the origin of congential constitution and foundation of reproduction and development of an individual','invigorating the mother to benefit the children'. Method: The pregnant mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. The control group was fed normally. In model group,the pregnant mice were fed with alcohol on the 7th day,ig,12 mL·kg-1,for 14 days. In other 4 experiment groups,the pregnant mice were fed respectively by Zuogui Wan (ZGW, a prescription for reinforcing kidney Yin) or Yougui Wan(YGW,a prescription for reinforcing kidney Yang)or Wuzi Yanzong Wan(WZYZW,a prescription for reinforcing both of kidney Yang and kidney Yin)or Sijunzi decoction(SJZD,a prescription for supplementing Qi) ig,30 g·kg-1,30 mL·kg-1,for 14 days,at the same time. After birth, the newborn mice were infected with pathogenic escherichia coli, the phagocytic functions of reticuloendothelial system (RES)were detected. Result: In the treated groups,the survival rate of newborn mice infected by pathogenic escherichia coli(8) for 24 hours was higher than that in model group(P<0.05) and control group(P<0.05). The phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system (RES)in model group (K:1.15±0.14,α:5.68±2.63)was markedly lower than control group(2.14±0.14,9.26±1.67,P<0.05). The phagocytic function in the treated group was markedly higher than that in model group(ZGW:2.54±0.12,8.51±1.94,P<0.05,YGW:0.98±0.07,8.86±1.76, P<0.05,WZYZW:2.28±0.09,8.70±1.32,P<0.05).But same result was not found in for supplementing Qi group. Conclusion: Prescriptions with function of tonifying the kidney like ZGW can enhance immunologic functions in newborn mice with IUGR.And this may provide an evidence for the theory-'the kidney being the origin of congential constitution and foundation of reproduction and development of an individual ','invigorating the mother to benefit the children'in TCM from the aspect of immune theory.

摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the aerial parts of Euphorbia wallichii.Method: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and was identified by GC-MS.The relative amount of each constituent was calculated by peak area normalization method.Result:Twenty-five components were isolated,20 compounds were identified from the aerial parts of E.wallichii and their amount accounted 94.28% of total volatile oil.Conclusion:Chemical constituents of the volatile oils from the aerial parts of E.wallichii include organic acids,alkane,terpenoids and its derivatives.The main constituents were hexadecanoic acid(60.36%),nor-prist-2-one(7.674%) and tetradecanoic acid(5.433%).

摘要:Objective: To explore the protective effect of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) with the optimized Danggui Shaoyao San (FBD) and its underlying mechanisms. Method: PC12 cells were treated with H2O2/Fe2+ to reproduce the cell injury model. The rabbits were randomly divided into 1 d group and 14 d group and they were given FBD by intragastric administrate. PC12 cells were treated with different concentrations of CSF containing FBD (5%,10%,20%). Cell survival was assessed by Thiazzolyl blue (MTT) assay. The content of maleic diadehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were determined respectively by thiobarbituric acid and xanthine oxidation enzyme. The Ca2+content within cell was measured by MTB colorimetry. The protein expression of α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAchR) was examined by using immunocytochemical detecting kit,bicinchoninic acid(BCA) protein kit and Dot blot assay. Result: The 20% group for 1 day (1.241±0.117) and 14 days(1.297±0.213) of FBD improved the survival of the PC12. The content of SOD increased from (18.18±0.12) U·mL-1 in the 20% group for 1 d to (19.48±0.34)U·mL-1 and 14 d (19.52±0.33) U·mL-1(P<0.01).In addition,α7nAChR in PC12 cells was significantly up-regulated. The expression of α7nAChR in 20% group for 14 d (0.161±0.024) was significantly higher than that in the group for 1 d(0.132±0.021)(P<0.05).These groups reduced MDA and Ca2+within cell from (3.26±0.13)mmol·L-1, (74.89±3.66)nmol/105 cell and (2.77±0.05)mmol·L-1,(74.25±2.64)nmol/105 cell to (4.41±0.23)mmol·L-1, (82.42±4.25) nmol/105 cells). Conclusion: The CSF containing FBD can prevent from the neurotoxicity induced by H2O2/Fe2+. It may be related to α7nAchR up-regulation.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprints of Woodwardiae unigemmmata from different habitats by HPLC.Method: HPLC was applied to detect W.unigemmmata samples from 9 different habitats with a DiamonsilTMC18 column by acetonitrile A-water B as mobile phase(gradient elute: 0-60 min,22%-100%A).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was at 25 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.Result: The HPLC fingerprints of W.unigemmmata from different habitats were established and the correlation coefficients of them were calculated.Furthermore,two peaks in HPLC chromatogram were identified as kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,kaempferol-3-O-α-L-(4-O-acetyl)-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyran-oside respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple,reproducible and can be used for quality control of W.unigemmmata.

摘要:Objective : To explore the protective effect and mechanism of Guipi Tang on acute liver injury reduce by ethanol extract from Tripterygium wilfordii in rats. Method : Totally 50 rats were randomly divided into control group, T. wilfordii model group,large-dose,medium-dose and small-dose groups of Guipi Tang(4.5,9,18 g·kg-1)groups. Each group was respectively perfused with the corresponding dose of drug for 5 days. Then T. wilfordii by Ethanol was perfused for 3 days to produce the mode 1. The pathological tissue of liver was detected. The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondiadehyde(MDA) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were measured. Result : Compared with the control group. The serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px in model group decreased and MDA increased obviously(P <0.05). Pathological investigation showed that liver cell steatosis was took place with cell turbid. Compared with model group,Guipi Tang of all doses could effectively decrease ALT,AST and MDA level,increase GSH-Px level(P <0.05). Large-dose and medium-dose also increased SOD level(P <0.05). The liver injury was alleviated. Conclusion : Guipi Tang has effect of protecting the liver and the mechanism of liver injury has a relationship with lipid peroxidation.

摘要:Objective: Extraction and isolation of betulinic acid from Marsdenia tenacissima and investigate the anti-tumor activity were investigated. Method : By using silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and semi-preparative reversed phase liquid chromatograph, extraction and isolation of betulinic acid, and MTT assay was applied in demonstrating effect on antitumor effect in four tumor cells with different concentrations and at different action time. Result: The growth of cervical cancer cells HeLa, gastric cancer cells MGC, breast cancer MCF-7 was significantly inhibited by betulinic acid with a manner of dose-dependence. After 48 h, the cell death rate of HeLa and MGC was 77.9%, 81.7%, respectively. When the concentration of the sample was 500 mg·L-1, the cell death rate of MCF-7 was 74.1%, when the concentration of the sample was 100 mg·L-1, the effect on ducal carcinoma cells was not significant. Conclusion: Betulinic acid has an anti-tumor activity on HeLa, MGC, MCF-7.

摘要:Objective : To investigate the effects of Dahuang Fuzi decoction on the function of peritoneal macrophages inmice. Method : Macrophages were seeded onto glass cover slips (5×105 cells/mL).Different concentrations of Dahuang Fuzi decoction(25, 50, 100,200, 400, 800 mg·L-1) were added to the normal or LPS-activited peritoneal macrophages. Metabolic activity of peritoneal macrophages was measured by MTT assay, nitric oxide was detected by Griess reagent, malondiadehyde(MDA) content was detected by hydroxylamine method, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities was assayed by thiobarbituric acid method, concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in supernatants were determined by using quantitative sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kits. Result : Dahuang Fuzi decoction had no obvious effect on the metabolic activity of peritoneal macrophages, but could markedly inhibit the secretion of NO, MDA, TNF-α and IL-6(P<0.01), furthermore, Dahuang Fuzi decoction could improved the production of SOD(P<0.05). Conclusion : Dahuang Fuzi decoction can promote the immune and antioxidant capacity of peritoneal macrophagesin BALB/c mice.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Wuji Baifeng Wan on benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) in mice. Method: Experimental prostatic hyperplasia mouse model was produced in the gonadectomy mouse by hypodermic injecting testosterone propionate 5 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 30 d. The model mice were divided into 5 groups, respectively were fed with 9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1 Wuji Baifeng Wan suspension, 450 mg·kg-1 longbishu capsule suspension and the same volume of normal saline solution. The blank control group was fed with the same volume of normal saline solution. Every group was given daily for 30 days. At two hours after the last administration, mice were sacrificed. The serum testosterone and estradiol levels,the prostate index and histomorphology changes of prostate gland, thymus gland that were observed. Result: Compared with model group, the Wuji Baifeng Wan at the dosage of 9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1could reduce the testosterone and increase the estradiol levels observably. Levels of testosterone and estradiol in different groups were (2 713.2±1 282.8), (3 767.2±1 044.9), (4 350.2±1 632.9) nmol·L-1 and (131.9±36.0), (78.4±34.9), (80.2±26.2) nmol·L-1. Wuji Baifeng Wan at the dosage of 9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1 could reduce the prostate indexes and alleviate the BPH observably. The volume density of prostate glands in different groups were (5.1±0.4), (4.2±0.3), (6.8±0.4). Wuji Baifeng Wan at the dosage of 9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1 could incrassate thymus gland and increase the number of lymphocyte observably. Conclusion: Wuji Baifeng Wan have good therapeutic actions on gonadectomy BPH model caused by testosterone propionate in mice

摘要:Objective: Antioxidation of different extracts from Isatidis indigotica were studied in vitro to supply the separating base of antioxidative components. Method: The extracts were prepared by macroporous resin and anion/cation exchange resin. Their antioxidant activities were assessed by two complementary test systems, namely 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay. Result: The total lignin displayed strong activity in all test systems. (DPPH IC50 160.6 mg·L-1; FRAP 0.78 mmol·g-1) Banlangen Keli (DPPH IC50 595.97 mg·L-1; FRAP 0.12 mmol·g-1) showed relatively lower activity. Total organic acids and total alkaloid have a little activity. Conclusion: Antioxidative components could be justified existing in the total lignin initially.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect and mechanism of mangiferin on the airway inflammation in BALB/c mice model of asthma. Method : Seventy-two BALB/c mice, aged 4-5 weeks, were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group, model control group, dexamethasone group (0.001 25 g·kg-1), mangiferin high-dose group (0.4 g·kg-1), mangiferin middle-dose group (0.2 g·kg-1) and mangiferin low-dose group (0.1 g·kg-1). The mice were sensitized and challenged with ovalbumin (OVA) to establish a murine model of asthma.Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected for total and differential cell count. HE staining was used to observe airway inflammation in lung tissue. Quantification of leukotriene C4(LTC4), prostaglandin D2(PGD2) in BALF and OVA special immunoglobulin E (OVA-sIgE) in serum were detected by ELISA. Result: The number of eosinophil(EOS) in BALF, compared with model group (6.57±1.44)%, could obviously be reduced by three mangiferin groups (1.63±0.43, 2.72±0.83, 4.11±1.08)% (P<0.01-P<0.05). The total number of white cells in BALF, compared with model group (83.25±10.19)×105/mL, could be cut down by mangiferin high-dose and middle-dose group (25.66±6.16, 53.38±9.19) ×105/mL(P<0.01); HE staining showed that three mangiferin groups could improve, to some extent, the histological changes of lung and bronchus and reduce airway inflammation. The level of OVA-sIgE in serum, compared with the model group (0.26±0.04) ng·mL-1, could significantly be decreased by three mangiferin groups (0.10±0.04, 0.12±0.02, 0.18±0.03) ng·mL-1 (P<0.01). And the level of PGD2 in BALF, compared with model group (74.36±22.72) ng·mL-1, could be reduced by mangiferin high-dose group (60.30±12.19) ng·mL-1 (P<0.05). For the level of LTC4, there was a reduce tendency in every mangiferin group, but no statistical significance. Conclusion: Mangiferin, through reducing the number of EOS, decreasing the level of OVA-sIgE and PGD2 in mice, could obviously inhibit the airway inflammation in mice model of asthma, which promises to be a potential drug in the treatment of allergic asthma.  
摘要:Objective: Extraction and isolation of betulinic acid from Marsdenia tenacissima and investigate the anti-tumor activity were investigated.Method: By using silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and semi-preparative reversed phase liquid chromatograph,extraction and isolation of betulinic acid,and MTT assay was applied in demonstrating effect on antitumor effect in four tumor cells with different concentrations and at different action time.Result:The growth of cervical cancer cells HeLa,gastric cancer cells MGC,breast cancer MCF-7 was significantly inhibited by betulinic acid with a manner of dose-dependence.After 48 h,the cell death rate of HeLa and MGC was 77.9%,81.7%,respectively.When the concentration of the sample was 500 mg·L-1,the cell death rate of MCF-7 was 74.1%,when the concentration of the sample was 100 mg·L-1,the effect on ducal carcinoma cells was not significant.Conclusion: Betulinic acid has an anti-tumor activity on HeLa,MGC,MCF-7.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects of combination of Catsia tora, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Ilex kudingcha (compositeⅠ) and Combination of C. tora, S. miltiorrhiza and Gynostemma pentaphyllum (compositeⅡ) on the levels of serum lipids and antioxidant activity in hyperlipidemic mice, as well as comparison of the synergistic reaction of two different combinations in hyperlipidemic mice. Method: Fifty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control, high-fat control, positive control group, compositeⅠand compositeⅡ group, each consisting of 10 animals. In addition to normal group which was fed with normal diet, other four groups were fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks to establish the experimental hyperlipemia model. Then the normal control and high-fat control were given distilled water orally, positive control group was given simvastatin at the dose of 7 mg·kg-1, compositeⅠgroup was given C. tora (1 596 mg·kg-1), S. miltiorrhiza (197 mg·kg-1) and I. kudingcha (230 mg·kg-1) gavage, compositeⅡ group was given C. tora (1 596 mg·kg-1), S. miltiorrhiza (197 mg·kg-1) and G. pentaphyllum (648 mg·kg-1)gavage. Daily intragastrical administrations of traditional Chinese medicine combination for 4 weeks consecutive days were on the experimental groups mice. The effects of two combination groups on body weight, serum levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), malondildehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured. The pathological changes of liver, kidney, spleen tissues stained with Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) were observed under light microscope. Result: Compared with the hyperlipidemic model group, both combination groupss could significantly decreased the level of serum TC, TG, MDA, and remarkably increased the concentration of serum HDL-C and the activity of SOD in the hyperlipemia mice (P<0.01), and compositeⅠhad a stronger effects on reducing the level of serum TC and MDA than compositeⅡ. Conclusion: Two combination groups have the potent, hypolipidemic effect and liver protective effects, and could improve the antioxidant activity. Furthermore, the effect of compositeⅠis more remarkable.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Dahuang Fuzi decoction on the function of peritoneal macrophages inmice.Method: Macrophages were seeded onto glass cover slips(5×105 cells/mL).Different concentrations of Dahuang Fuzi decoction(25,50,100,200,400,800 mg·L-1) were added to the normal or LPS-activited peritoneal macrophages.Metabolic activity of peritoneal macrophages was measured by MTT assay,nitric oxide was detected by Griess reagent,malondiadehyde(MDA) content was detected by hydroxylamine method,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities was assayed by thiobarbituric acid method,concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in supernatants were determined by using quantitative sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kits.Result: Dahuang Fuzi decoction had no obvious effect on the metabolic activity of peritoneal macrophages,but could markedly inhibit the secretion of NO,MDA,TNF-α and IL-6(P<0.01),furthermore,Dahuang Fuzi decoction could improved the production of SOD(P<0.05).Conclusion: Dahuang Fuzi decoction can promote the immune and antioxidant capacity of peritoneal macrophagesin BALB/c mice.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanisms and reversal effects of Jianpi Jiedu formula on human colon carcinoma multidrug resistance (MDR) in HCT8/V cells. Method: Human colon carcinoma MDR cells were cultured conventionally. The concentration of Jianpi Jiedu formula (5%) combined with chemotherapy drugs and the reversal effect of multidrug resistance (MDR) in HCT8/V cells was evaluated by the MTT assay. The variation of intracellular concentration of vincristine(VCR) in HCT8/V cells was evaluated by the HPLC, and the effects of Jianpi Jiedu formula on 5-Fu induced apoptosis and cell cycle were evaluated by flow cytometry (FCM). Result: Jianpi Jiedu formula could increase the sensitivity of HCT8/V cells to VCR,DDP,5-Fu,THP. The IC50 value of VCR decreased from (191.08±18.18) mg·L-1 to (90.13±6.33) mg·L-1, DDP was from (290.79±28.38) mg·L-1 to (22.16±1.82) mg·L-1, 5-Fu was from (23.12±1.99) mg·L-1 to (9.88±0.86) mg·L-1, and THP was from (26.40±2.92) mg·L-1 to (19.41±1.48) mg·L-1. HPLC results showed that Jianpi Jiedu formula increased the concentration of drugs in HCT8/V cells in a dose-dependent manner after treatment for 48 h. Flow cytometry assay result verified that the inhibited effects of Jianpi Jiedu formula combined with 5-Fu on the proliferation of HCT8/V cells was closely related to the arrest in G1 phase and increasing of apoptosis. Conclusion: Jianpi Jiedu formula can reverse MDR in HCT8/V cell, which possibly through inhibiting cell proliferation, inducing cell-apoptosis, ultimately affect the concentration of drugs inside the cells.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of Wuji Baifeng Wan on benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) in mice.Method:Experimental prostatic hyperplasia mouse model was produced in the gonadectomy mouse by hypodermic injecting testosterone propionate 5 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 30 d.The model mice were divided into 5 groups,respectively were fed with 9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1 Wuji Baifeng Wan suspension,450 mg·kg-1 longbishu capsule suspension and the same volume of normal saline solution.The blank control group was fed with the same volume of normal saline solution.Every group was given daily for 30 days.At two hours after the last administration,mice were sacrificed.The serum testosterone and estradiol levels,the prostate index and histomorphology changes of prostate gland,thymus gland that were observed.Result:Compared with model group,the Wuji Baifeng Wan at the dosage of 9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1could reduce the testosterone and increase the estradiol levels observably.Levels of testosterone and estradiol in different groups were(2 713.2±1 282.8),(3 767.2±1 044.9),(4 350.2±1 632.9) nmol·L-1 and(131.9±36.0),(78.4±34.9),(80.2±26.2) nmol·L-1.Wuji Baifeng Wan at the dosage of 9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1 could reduce the prostate indexes and alleviate the BPH observably.The volume density of prostate glands in different groups were(5.1±0.4),(4.2±0.3),(6.8±0.4).Wuji Baifeng Wan at the dosage of 9,4.5,2.25 g·kg-1 could incrassate thymus gland and increase the number of lymphocyte observably.Conclusion:Wuji Baifeng Wan have good therapeutic actions on gonadectomy BPH model caused by testosterone propionate in mice

摘要:Objective : To observe the influence of the hemp seed oil on the related parameters of skin in the aging mice, and study the anti-aging function of the fructus cannabis. Method : D-galactose was given by hypodermic injection to copy the subacute aging model of the mice. 1 h later, corresponding drugs were given to their groups for 42 days. The influence of hemp seed oil of high, medium, and low doses (12.0,6.0,3.0 mL·kg-1) on superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondiadehyde(MDA), lipofuscin(Lpf), hydroxyproline(Hyp) and skin moisture content were observed, respectively. Histopathological observation of mice skin including the epidermal and dermal thickness of the mice skin at the same part of the body was observed. The difference between dermal collagen fibers arrays of different experimental groups was compared, and the area and morphological changes of the elastic fibers were examined. Result: The average contents of MDA and Lpf in skin homogenates of large dose group were 7.13 nmol·mg-1and 0.83 μg·g-1, the average contents of MDA in skin homogenates of medium dose group were 7.29 nmol·mg-1, all of these indexes were decreased significantly compared with which of model group(P<0.05).The average activitis of SOD in skin homogenates of large & medium dose groups were 21.95 U·mg-1 and 21.45 U·mg-1,the Hyp contents of them were 8.31 μg·mg-1 and 7.92 μg·mg-1,all of these indexes were increased significantly compared with which of model group(P<0.01~P<0.05).The large and medium doses could greatly increase moisture content in the mice skin(P<0.01~P<0.05). The small dose showed some influence on the above indexes, but the effect was not significant.The hemp seed oil could improve the fur growing condition of the model mice.The dermal thickness and the number of hair follicles of the model mice were considerably increased. The texture of dermal collagen fibers and elastic fibers were obviously improved. Conclusion: The hemp seed oil can exert its function of anti-skin-aging and antioxidation.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Zuogui Wan on follicular development and ovarian angiogenesis in the rats. Method :The SD rats (160-170 g) were divided into 6 groups: control group(group A), conjugated estrogens group(group B), Zuogui Wan patent medicine low dose group (group C), Zuogui Wan patent medicine high dose group (group D), Zuogui Wan decocted extract low dose group(group E), Zuogui Wan decocted extract low dose group(group F), 10 rats each group. The rats were seperately administered with distilled water 20 g·kg-1, conjugated estrogens 65 μg·kg-1, Zuogui Wan suspension 1.875 g·kg-1, Zuogui Wan suspension 5.625 g·kg-1,Zuogui Wan extract equivalent to crude drug 11 g·kg-1, Zuogui Wan extract equivalent to crude drug 33 g·kg-1,qd, for 15 d. Ovarian follicle and corpus luteum of rats were counted. Uterus indexes were counted. In addition, E2 in blood was determinated by enzyme immunoassay(EIA). The rats were divided into 4 groups: control group, conjugated estrogens group(65 μg·kg-1), Zuogui Wan patent medicine group (5.625 g·kg-1), Zuogui Wan decocted extract group(equivalent to crude drug 33 g·kg-1), 6 rats each group. Ovarian micrangium was measured by perfusion of ink. Results :D, F, B groups increased antral follicles(21.70±10.40,15.60±2.22,15.60±8.04)and total follicles(32.10±11.57,25.30±5.06,29.10±18.62); B-F groups increased ovary index(0.68±0.11,0.55±0.05,0.68±0.08,0.61±0.10,0.68±0.03); D-F, B groups increased E2 level in blood of the rats(86.92±5.05,68.98±9.19,87.16±10.37,87.39±12.81)ng·L-1, all P<0.01 or P<0.05. Ovarian blood vessel density and lumen in conjugated estrogens group, Zuogui Wan patent medicine group and Zuogui Wan decocted extract group were increased significantly. Conjugated estrogens group and Zuogui Wan decocted extract group group increased ovarian small blood vessels(13.33±2.50,13.17±3.87), conjugated estrogens group, Zuogui Wan patent medicine group and Zuogui Wan decocted extract group increased ovarian large blood vessels(33.00±5.44,34.33±8.59,35.83±7.63)and the total number of blood vessels(46.33±7.82,45.00±10.84,49.33±11.11), P<0.05 or P<0.01. Conclusion: Zuogui Wan can improve follicular development and ovarian angiogenesis in 160-170 g rats. The effect may be related to improving the level of E2, estrogenlike effect and ovarian blood vessels. Zuogui Wan decocted extract is more effective than Zuogui Wan patent medicine.

摘要:Objective : To observe the impact of bufei capsule on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in rats model. Method : The model of COPD was established by applying intra-tracheal injection of lipopdysaccharide(LPS) and smoking. The drugs was given by gavages for four weeks,and the changes of lung function was observed. The ear swelling method and the carbon clearance test, ammonia cited cough, histamine induced asthma method and phenol red method were used to observe the anti-inflammatory, immunity regulation and relieving cough, asthma and phlegm. Result : Compared with the model group,the indexes of forced expiratory volume in 0.3 seeond(FEV0.3),forced vital capaeity(FVC), FEV0.3/FVC and arterial pH,partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2) increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05),and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2) decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05) in the bufei capsule group.The relieving cough,asthma and phlegm anti-inflammatory effects and immunoregulation were more significant in bufei casule group than that in modle group. (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion : The Bufei capsule can improve lung function and a variety of clinical manifestations in COPD.

摘要:Objective: To observe inhibition of Qiaojing Bushen capsules(QJBS) in vitro on glucose absorptionin small intestinal. Method : SD rats were fasted and gave water for 24 hours, then sacrificed to prepare small intestine in vitro everted model. Rats were divided into the blank control group, and acarbose tablets group 0.25 g·L-1 and QJBS group: QJBS 1-QJBS 5(2.5, 5.0, 10.0, 20.0, 40.0 g·L-1). The sugar substrate and tested drugs were added into gut sac, which were incubated for 120 min at 37 ℃ to determin glucose concentrations, and the inhibition rate was calculated. Result: Each group of QJBS can inhibit small intestinal absorption of glucose, when the drug concentration was 20 g·L-1, inhibitory effect was the most obvious. The inhibition rat was (67.7±10.5)%, which was equal to acarbose. Conclusion: QJBS can inhibit intestinal glucose absorption, the effect may be related to inhibition of intestinal α-glucosidase.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Sanhua Tang on expression of zona occludens-1(ZO-1) in brain tissues of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat. Method: The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,low dose group of Sanhua Tang, large dose group of Sanhua Tang and nimodipine group. The middle cerebral artery was blocked with suture method to prepare cerebral ischemia reperfusion model. After cerebral ischemia for two hours and reperfusion for twenty-fourth hours, the expression of ZO-1 was detected in every brain tissues by immunohistochemical technique. Result : Compared with sham operation group,in model group expression of ZO-1 in brain tissues of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat was significantly decreased(P<0.01);compared with model group,expression of zo-1 in brain tissues was significantly increased in large dose group of Sanhua Tang(P<0.01).In nimodipine group the expression of zo-1 was evidently increased(P<0.05).there were no significant differences between model group and low dose of Sanhua Tang. Compared with nimodipine group, the expression of ZO-1 in brain tissues of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat was significantly increased in large dose group of Sanhua Tang(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sanhua Tang can protect against injure of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rat.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Zuogui Wan on follicular development and ovarian angiogenesis in the rats.Method:The SD rats(160-170 g) were divided into 6 groups: control group(group A),conjugated estrogens group(group B),Zuogui Wan patent medicine low dose group(group C),Zuogui Wan patent medicine high dose group(group D),Zuogui Wan decocted extract low dose group(group E),Zuogui Wan decocted extract low dose group(group F),10 rats each group.The rats were seperately administered with distilled water 20 g·kg-1,conjugated estrogens 65 μg·kg-1,Zuogui Wan suspension 1.875 g·kg-1,Zuogui Wan suspension 5.625 g·kg-1,Zuogui Wan extract equivalent to crude drug 11 g·kg-1,Zuogui Wan extract equivalent to crude drug 33 g·kg-1,qd,for 15 d.Ovarian follicle and corpus luteum of rats were counted.Uterus indexes were counted.In addition,E2 in blood was determinated by enzyme immunoassay(EIA).The rats were divided into 4 groups: control group,conjugated estrogens group(65 μg·kg-1),Zuogui Wan patent medicine group(5.625 g·kg-1),Zuogui Wan decocted extract group(equivalent to crude drug 33 g·kg-1),6 rats each group.Ovarian micrangium was measured by perfusion of ink.Results:D,F,B groups increased antral follicles(21.70±10.40,15.60±2.22,15.60±8.04)and total follicles(32.10±11.57,25.30±5.06,29.10±18.62);B-F groups increased ovary index(0.68±0.11,0.55±0.05,0.68±0.08,0.61±0.10,0.68±0.03);D-F,B groups increased E2 level in blood of the rats(86.92±5.05,68.98±9.19,87.16±10.37,87.39±12.81)ng·L-1,all P<0.01 or P<0.05.Ovarian blood vessel density and lumen in conjugated estrogens group,Zuogui Wan patent medicine group and Zuogui Wan decocted extract group were increased significantly.Conjugated estrogens group and Zuogui Wan decocted extract group group increased ovarian small blood vessels(13.33±2.50,13.17±3.87),conjugated estrogens group,Zuogui Wan patent medicine group and Zuogui Wan decocted extract group increased ovarian large blood vessels(33.00±5.44,34.33±8.59,35.83±7.63)and the total number of blood vessels(46.33±7.82,45.00±10.84,49.33±11.11),P<0.05 or P<0.01.Conclusion:Zuogui Wan can improve follicular development and ovarian angiogenesis in 160-170 g rats.The effect may be related to improving the level of E2,estrogenlike effect and ovarian blood vessels.Zuogui Wan decocted extract is more effective than Zuogui Wan patent medicine.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese herbs with cold and heat characteristics repsesented by rhubarb and atractylodis on gastrointestinal hormone levels in normal rats. Method : The rats were divided into the rhubarb group and the atrattylodis group randomly,each group included two doses,drug administration after 1,7,14,28 d,the MTL,GAS in both serum and gastric tissue were analyzed using radioimmunoassay method. The relevant hormone receptors including receptor binding constants(k1),receptor binding numbers(q1) in gastric tissue were analyzed using radioligand receptor binding method assay. Result : ① After single time drug administration,the MTL level in serum of rats in Rhubarb groups with both high and low doses were decreased,the MTL level in serum of rats in atractylodis groups with both high and low dose were increased;the GAS level in serum of rats in rhubarb-high dose group were decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the rats in atractylodis groups showed no significant change. Both the GAS receptor binding numbers and contants of rats in rhubarb -low dose groups were increased significantly(P<0.05),the GAS receptor binding numbers of rats in atractylodis-high dose group were increased significantly(P<0.01). Both characteristics of herbs effect on the levels of receptor binding contants and MTL level in gastric tissue showed no significantly change.② After multiple times drug administration,both characteristics of medicines effect on the MTL level in serum were not significantly change,except the rats in atractylodis-low dose group were increased significantly(P<0.05) after 7 d;the GAS level in serum of rats in rhubarb-low dose group were decreased significantly(P<0.05),and rats in Atractylodis groups with both high and low dose were increased slightly. Both characteristics of herbs effect on the GAS level in serum were not significantly change after 14,28 d. Both characteristics of medicines effect on MTL,GAS receptor binding contants were not significantly changed,except the effect on the receptor binding numbers. The MTL receptor binding numbers in gastric tissue of rats in rhubarb-high dose group after 28 d,and atractylodis groups with high and low dose after 14 d were increased significantly(P<0.05),the GAS receptor binding numbers in gastric tissue of rats in both rhubarb group and atractylodis group with high dose after 14 d,and both characteristics of medicines groups with each doses after 28 d were increased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion : ① The difference in effects of rhubarb and atractylodis on rat gastrointestinal hormone is mainly reflected in serum MTL level with opposite trend. As the drug administration goes on, the influence of the two herbs on serum MTL and GAS are getting closer. ② The main difference in effects of rhubarb and atractyloids on rat gastrointestinal hormones is mainly reflected in serum MTL level with opposite trend after administration for 28 days.③ The effects of rhubarb and atractyloids on receptors in gastric tissue are similar reflected by the increase in number of GAS receptors with stable binding constant.

摘要:Objective: To observe the impact of bufei capsule on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in rats model.Method: The model of COPD was established by applying intra-tracheal injection of lipopdysaccharide(LPS) and smoking.The drugs was given by gavages for four weeks,and the changes of lung function was observed.The ear swelling method and the carbon clearance test,ammonia cited cough,histamine induced asthma method and phenol red method were used to observe the anti-inflammatory,immunity regulation and relieving cough,asthma and phlegm.Result: Compared with the model group,the indexes of forced expiratory volume in 0.3 seeond(FEV0.3),forced vital capaeity(FVC),FEV0.3/FVC and arterial pH,partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2) increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2) decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05) in the bufei capsule group.The relieving cough,asthma and phlegm anti-inflammatory effects and immunoregulation were more significant in bufei casule group than that in modle group.(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion: The Bufei capsule can improve lung function and a variety of clinical manifestations in COPD.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of the antioxidation on Parbin II formula in Parkinson's disease (PD) rats. Method: PD rats were induced by injection of 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) twice stereotaxically into the left side of striatum, the rotation test was diagnosed by injecting apomorphin (APO), the PD rats were randomly divided into five groups: model group, Parbin Ⅱ formula (32.0, 16.0,8.0 g·kg-1) and madopar group(0.075 g·kg-1), at the same time , the normal group was established and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The model group and the normal group were given vehicle only. The colorimetric assays were used to detect the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), superoxidase dismutase (SOD) and the levels of malonaldehyde (MDA) in tissue homogenate that came from the the left side of striatum and behavioural changes were detected by injection of APO after the treatment. Result: There was no significant difference in the rotation behavior between before and after treatment in model group; compared with model group , the rotation behavior was significantly decreased in Parbin Ⅱ formula high and media dose group(P<0.05), and there was a significant difference between before and after treatment (P<0.05). Madopar could also change the rotation behavior in PD rats. However, Parbin Ⅱ formula low dose group had no change. Compared with the normal control group , the contents of MDA were obviously increased and the activities of GSH-Px and SOD were obviously reduced in model group (P<0.05). However , the above indicators were improved in Parbin Ⅱ Formula treatment group, the high, media dose group can dereased obviously MDA contents and had the significant difference (P<0.05), which were (9.29±3.25), (9.62±2.78) nmol·mg-1 respectively, increased obviously the activities of GSH-Px and SOD (P<0.05), which was (612.53±53.20), (637.03±133.21) NU·g-1,(123.93±9.84),(120.21±10.63) U·mg-1 respectively; low dose group could only remove the activities of GSH-Px and had no change in MDA and SOD contents. However, there was no significant difference in the above indicators in madopar group. Conclusions: Pabing Ⅱ formula can significantly improve the rotation behavior of PD model rats, enhance antioxidation ability and eliminate free radicals ability,and its effect is in a dose dependent manner.

摘要:Objective: To observe inhibition of Qiaojing Bushen capsules(QJBS) in vitro on glucose absorptionin small intestinal.Method: SD rats were fasted and gave water for 24 hours,then sacrificed to prepare small intestine in vitro everted model.Rats were divided into the blank control group,and acarbose tablets group 0.25 g·L-1 and QJBS group: QJBS 1-QJBS 5(2.5,5.0,10.0,20.0,40.0 g·L-1).The sugar substrate and tested drugs were added into gut sac,which were incubated for 120 min at 37 ℃ to determin glucose concentrations,and the inhibition rate was calculated.Result:Each group of QJBS can inhibit small intestinal absorption of glucose,when the drug concentration was 20 g·L-1,inhibitory effect was the most obvious.The inhibition rat was(67.7±10.5)%,which was equal to acarbose.Conclusion: QJBS can inhibit intestinal glucose absorption,the effect may be related to inhibition of intestinal α-glucosidase.  
摘要:Objective: To study the rationality for compatibility of Kushen and Baituling. Method: Four mouse models of tumor, pain, hemorrhage and inflammation were used to evaluate the pharmacodynamic effects of Compound Kushen injection (15.75, 3.75 g·kg-1), Kushen injection (10.5, 5.25, 2.63 g·kg-1)and Baituling injection (4.5, 2.25, 1.13 g·kg-1). Result : Compound Kushen injection and Kushen injection showed significant anti-tumor effect (high and middle doses), analgesia (high and middle doses), anti-inflammation (high dose)and hemostasis (high dose) effects. Baituling injection showed effects on analgesia (high and middle doses) and hemostasis (high dose). Compound Kushen injection could enhance the anti-tumor effect and anti-inflammation (three doses) of Kushen, promote the action of analgesia for strengthen and duration, shorten the coagulation time and hemorrhage time (high dose). Conclusion : Kushen and Baituling have synergistic action with compatible rationality in Compound Kushen injection.

摘要:Objective : To study the protective effects of Cassia obtusifolia extract (COE) on oxidative stress of lens in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mice. Method: STZ (130 mg·kg-1) was intravenously injected from the tail vein to induce diabetes in mice, which were randomly divided into STZ model, metformin positive control (300 mg·kg-1), and different dosages of COE (50, 150,450 mg·kg-1), with 10 mice in each group. Metformin and COE were given to mice once daily for 10 consecutive days by oral administration, while normal control and STZ model groups were given water only. Blood glucose level and parameters of oxidative stress oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC), malonaldehyde(MDA), nitric oxide(NO), L-glutathione(GSH), total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) and glutathione eroxidase (GSH-Px) were detected in mice lens. Result: STZ injection increased plasma glucose significantly and also induced oxidative stress in mice lens. Although COE was not effective on the elevated blood glucose level, it could significantly lower the contents of NO and MDA in lens (P<0. 01). At the same time, ORAC and GSH levels of lens were significantly increased (P<0. 01). The activity of T-SOD and GSH-Px was also increased (P<0. 01). Conclusion: COE could improve oxidative stress conditions in lens of STZ-induced diabetic mice. The mechanism should be related to the elimination of free radicals and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effects and mechanism of Huanglian Wendan decoction on experimental autoimmune neuritis (EAN). Method: EAN model was established by immunizing Lewis rats with peripheral nerve myelin sheath antigen (P257-81)peptide and complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA). Lewis rats were randomly divided into Huanglian Wendan decoction high-dose group and low-dose group, the EAN model group and normal group. Huanglian Wendan decoction high-dose group and low-dose group were lavaged with 26.89 g·kg-1·d-1 or 6.79 g·kg-1·d-1 once daily from day 0 to day 15 post-immunization. The effects were assessed in terms of appearance of clinical signs, histopathology and T cells, macrophages infiltrating in sciatic nerve sections, T help 17 (Th17) cells and Foxp3+ regulatory T (Foxp3+Treg) cells in peripheral blood, mRNA levels of inflammatory cytokines: tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-17(IL-17) in the lymph nodes. Result: Huanglian Wendan decoction high-dose group primaryneurological signs were found at day 11.92±1.38,it was later than that in EAN group. The maximal neurological score (2.41±1.09) and the mean histological scores (0.58±0.51) of high-dose group were lower than that in EAN group. Huanglian Wendan decoction high-dose group and low-dose group reduced accumulation of macrophages and T cells in sciatic nerves. In peripheral blood, Foxp3+Treg cells in high-dose group and low-dose group (15.06±1.35,9.18±1.00)% were increased, but Th17 cells (1.88±0.47,2.71±0.39)%were decreased. Furthermore, TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6, IL-17mRNA levels in the lymph nodes of high-dose group (0.38±0.02)%, (0.45±0.08)%, (0.34±0.13)%, (0.63±0.17)%and low-dose group (0.45±0.03)%, (0.60±0.05)%, (0.74±0.12)%, (1.04±0.17)% significantly suppressed. Conclusion: Huanglian Wendan decoction could effectively suppress autoimmune response in EAN,it can treat EAN effectively.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Dryopteris laeta polysaccharide on α-glucosidase enzyme and blood glucose in mice. Method :The α-glycosidase enzymes activity determination method was used to determine the polysaccharide dryopteris beautiful plants for α-glucosidase inhibitory activity; D. laeta polysaccharide was considered as experimental drugs, the mice with blood glucose range of 4.0-9.0 mmol·L-1, were chosen. According to the weight mice were divided in at random into 16 groups, 10 each group. After 3 days of adaptive feeding, mice were given with normal saline (0.135 g·kg-1), acarbose(0.625 g·kg-1),high doses of crude polysaccharide(0.48 g·kg-1),low dose of crude polysaccharide (0.24 g·kg-1), once a day. After 4 days of modeling, at day 5 mice were fed with glucose (2.0 g·kg-1), sucrose (4.0 g·kg-1), maltose (4.0 g·kg-1), starch (6.0 g·kg-1) as a loading dose. In 15, 30, 60, 120 min, blood glucose was measured, the influence of D. laeta polysaccharide on glucose, maltose, starch loading doses of blood glucose was observed after feeding sucrose in normal mice. Result :When D.laeta polysaccharide concentration in the sample was under 10 g·L-1, reaction of α-glucosidase inhibitory activity reached more than 90.8%, which was considered as a competitive type of inhibition (Ki=2.53 g·L-1). The polysaccharide as the experimental drug, after giving a loading dose of starch sugar, compared with control group, blood glucoselevel in maltose and starch group decreased more significantly (P<0.01), followed by sucrose group (P<0.05). Conclusion: D.laeta polysaccharide has an inhibitory activity on α-glucosidase, which is considered as a competitive inhibition, and can improve glucose tolerance in normal mice.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of 3 kinds of formulas with different therapeutic methods on hemorheology and endothelin-1 (ET-1) level in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Method: The rat model was established by feeding of high glucose and fat diet with peritoneal injection of (STZ). Different formulas were given to the modeling rats. Then indexes of,hemorheology and levels of ET-1 were tested. Result: Compared with the model group, the level of the whole blood viscosity at the 200 s-1, 5 s-1 shear rate and plasma viscosity of theⅠformula (Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Huoxue fang) group and the Ⅲ formula (Huatan Jiangzhuo Huoxue Huayu fang) group were decreased obviously, the level of ET-1 of all formulas was decreased obviously. Conclusion: The effect of Ⅰformula (Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Huoxue fang) is the best among the 3 kinds of formulas.The Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Huoxue fang has an improvement effect on hemorheology and endothelial cell injury in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus.  
摘要:Objective: To study the protective effects of Cassia obtusifolia extract(COE) on oxidative stress of lens in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic mice.Method: STZ(130 mg·kg-1) was intravenously injected from the tail vein to induce diabetes in mice,which were randomly divided into STZ model,metformin positive control(300 mg·kg-1),and different dosages of COE(50,150,450 mg·kg-1),with 10 mice in each group.Metformin and COE were given to mice once daily for 10 consecutive days by oral administration,while normal control and STZ model groups were given water only.Blood glucose level and parameters of oxidative stress oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC),malonaldehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO),L-glutathione(GSH),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) and glutathione eroxidase(GSH-Px) were detected in mice lens.Result: STZ injection increased plasma glucose significantly and also induced oxidative stress in mice lens.Although COE was not effective on the elevated blood glucose level,it could significantly lower the contents of NO and MDA in lens(P<0.01).At the same time,ORAC and GSH levels of lens were significantly increased(P<0.01).The activity of T-SOD and GSH-Px was also increased(P<0.01).Conclusion: COE could improve oxidative stress conditions in lens of STZ-induced diabetic mice.The mechanism should be related to the elimination of free radicals and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of saponin of Yulangsan (SYLS) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in isolated rat hearts. Method: Fourteen Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, ischemia reperfusion group,verapamil group(5×10-7 mol·L-1), and SYLS groups(2×10-2, 4×10-2 g·L-1). Langendorff-perfusion isolated rat hearts were prepared. Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury was induced by 30 minutes global ischemia followed by 30 minutes reperfusion. The effect of SYLS on cardiac hemodynamics was observed by MPA-CFS. The activities of creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), lactate dehydrogenase isozyme-1 (LDH-1) in the effluent from coronary artery were measured to evaluate the injury of myocardial cells and the protective effect of SYLS. Meanwhile, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in myocardial tissues were determined. Result: Compared with the I/R group,high dosages of SYLS could recover cardiac function, and reduce the releases of CK, CK-MB, LDH and LDH-1 from I/R rat hearts. It could increase the activity of SOD, and decrease the MDA product(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: SYLS may offer myocardial protective effects against ischemia reperfusion injury, which may be related to its effects of scavenging oxygen free radical, reducing lipid peroxidation.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the effects and mechanism of Huanglian Wendan decoction on experimental autoimmune neuritis(EAN).Method:EAN model was established by immunizing Lewis rats with peripheral nerve myelin sheath antigen(P257-81)peptide and complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA).Lewis rats were randomly divided into Huanglian Wendan decoction high-dose group and low-dose group,the EAN model group and normal group.Huanglian Wendan decoction high-dose group and low-dose group were lavaged with 26.89 g·kg-1·d-1 or 6.79 g·kg-1·d-1 once daily from day 0 to day 15 post-immunization.The effects were assessed in terms of appearance of clinical signs,histopathology and T cells,macrophages infiltrating in sciatic nerve sections,T help 17(Th17) cells and Foxp3+ regulatory T(Foxp3+Treg) cells in peripheral blood,mRNA levels of inflammatory cytokines: tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-17(IL-17) in the lymph nodes.Result: Huanglian Wendan decoction high-dose group primaryneurological signs were found at day 11.92±1.38,it was later than that in EAN group.The maximal neurological score(2.41±1.09) and the mean histological scores(0.58±0.51) of high-dose group were lower than that in EAN group.Huanglian Wendan decoction high-dose group and low-dose group reduced accumulation of macrophages and T cells in sciatic nerves.In peripheral blood,Foxp3+Treg cells in high-dose group and low-dose group(15.06±1.35,9.18±1.00)% were increased,but Th17 cells(1.88±0.47,2.71±0.39)%were decreased.Furthermore,TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-17mRNA levels in the lymph nodes of high-dose group(0.38±0.02)%,(0.45±0.08)%,(0.34±0.13)%,(0.63±0.17)%and low-dose group(0.45±0.03)%,(0.60±0.05)%,(0.74±0.12)%,(1.04±0.17)% significantly suppressed.Conclusion:Huanglian Wendan decoction could effectively suppress autoimmune response in EAN,it can treat EAN effectively.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of the Yulangsan (YLS) extracts (YLS flavonoids, polysaccharide and aqueous extract) on enzymes of lipoprotein metabolism and fatty liver in the hyperlipidemic rats induced by high fat diet. Method : Eighty healthy SD rats were raised by hyper-fatty feed for 6 weeks to induce the hyperlipidemia rat model. Then the rats were divided into 8 groups randomly according to their serum TC: model group, high dose group of YLS flavonoids (YFH), low dose group of YLS flavonoids (YFL), high dose group of YLS polysaccharide (YPH), low dose group of YLS polysaccharide (YPL), high dose group of YLS aqueous extract (YAH), low dose group of YLS aqueous extract (YAL) and lovastatin group. Model group and blank control group were given with vehicles (15 g·kg-1·d-1), lovastatin group was given with lovastatin solution (3.0 mg·kg-1·d-1), YFH and YFL groups were given with YLS flavonoids (0.1 g·kg-1·d-1 and 0.025 g·kg-1·d-1 respectively), YPH and YPL groups were given with YLS polysaccharide (0.15 g·kg-1·d-1 and 0.037 5 g·kg-1·d-1 respectively), YAH and YAL groups were given with YLS aqueous extract (15.00 g·kg-1·d-1 and 3.75 g·kg-1·d-1 respectively). Serum lipoprotein level, lipoprotein lipase (LPL), hepatic lipase (HL), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyda (MDA) were tested after treated with corresponding drugs once per day for 14 days, and the changes of pathomorphology of liver tissue were observed by HE dye. Result :Compared with the model group, the levels of the serum TC, TG, LDL-C, and MDA were decreased significantly, while HDL-C, LPL, HL and SOD were increased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In all treated groups, the liver weight, liver coefficient decreased significantly, and the liver adipose degeneration was ameliorated in some degree after the treatment with YLS extracts. High- and low-dose groups of YLS flavonoids had especially the most obvious improved effects. Conclusion: The lipid metabolic disorder and the liver adipose degeneration in hyperlipidemia rats were improved significantly after the treatment with YLS extracts, which may be related with the increase on enzyme activity of lipoprotein metabolism and SOD.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Dryopteris laeta polysaccharide on α-glucosidase enzyme and blood glucose in mice.Method:The α-glycosidase enzymes activity determination method was used to determine the polysaccharide dryopteris beautiful plants for α-glucosidase inhibitory activity;D.laeta polysaccharide was considered as experimental drugs,the mice with blood glucose range of 4.0-9.0 mmol·L-1,were chosen.According to the weight mice were divided in at random into 16 groups,10 each group.After 3 days of adaptive feeding,mice were given with normal saline(0.135 g·kg-1),acarbose(0.625 g·kg-1),high doses of crude polysaccharide(0.48 g·kg-1),low dose of crude polysaccharide(0.24 g·kg-1),once a day.After 4 days of modeling,at day 5 mice were fed with glucose(2.0 g·kg-1),sucrose(4.0 g·kg-1),maltose(4.0 g·kg-1),starch(6.0 g·kg-1) as a loading dose.In 15,30,60,120 min,blood glucose was measured,the influence of D.laeta polysaccharide on glucose,maltose,starch loading doses of blood glucose was observed after feeding sucrose in normal mice.Result:When D.laeta polysaccharide concentration in the sample was under 10 g·L-1,reaction of α-glucosidase inhibitory activity reached more than 90.8%,which was considered as a competitive type of inhibition(Ki=2.53 g·L-1).The polysaccharide as the experimental drug,after giving a loading dose of starch sugar,compared with control group,blood glucoselevel in maltose and starch group decreased more significantly(P<0.01),followed by sucrose group(P<0.05).Conclusion: D.laeta polysaccharide has an inhibitory activity on α-glucosidase,which is considered as a competitive inhibition,and can improve glucose tolerance in normal mice.  
摘要:Objective: To observe long-term effects of contralateral testis with unilateral testicular torsion/detorsion in prepubertal rats,and investigate the protective effect of Shengmai injection on it. Method: Twenty-four healthy male SD rats aged 5 weeks were equally randomized into a Shengmai injection group (experimental group),saline group(control group)and a sham operation group,8 rats per group. The rats with testicular torsion were killed after 7 weeks of surgery and excised their right testes and epididymides immediately for the measurement of superoxide dismutase (SOD), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the testis, the weights of testis and the sperm motility in epididym. Result: Compared with the controls,the experimental group and the sham operation group exhibited a remarkable increase in the weights, the sperm motility,SOD activity (P<0.05) and an obvious decrease in NOS activity,MDA content(P<0.05). Compared with the sham operation group, the experimental group showed no significant changes in the sperm motility,the weights of testis,SOD,NOS activity and MDA content. Conclusion: The contralateral testis of prepubertal rats can be damage dafter unilateral testicular torsion/detorsion. Shengmai injection has the long-term protective effect role in prepubertal rat testicular injury after torsion/detorsion.

摘要:Objective: To observe the combinational effects of resveratrol and curcumin on cell proliferation, apoptosis and the possible mechanisms in human hepatocarcinoma SMMC-7721 cells in vitro. Method: SMMC-7721 cells were treated with resveratrol or curcumin or both. Cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay. Cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry, apoptotic morphology was visualized by hoechst 33258 staining. Caspase-3, caspase-8 and caspase-9 activities were detected by colorimetric assay, and cleaved poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase(PARP) was detected by Western blot. Result: Compared with the control, resveratrol and curcumin significantly inhibited the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells. The combination of resveratrol and curcumin was found to be more effective in inhibiting growth (P<0.01), and inducing apoptosis in SMMC-7721 as indicated by apoptotic morphological change and PI/Annexin V-FITC staining. The apoptosis rate of resveratrol, curcumin and combination group was (17.39±1.41)%, (14.96±2.23)%, and (25.36±2.68)% respectively. In addition, caspase-3, caspase-8 and caspase-9 were significantly activated by combinational treatment of resveratrol and curcumin, accompanied by increased PARP cleavage, and compared with either agent alone. Conclusion: Combination of resveratrol and curcumin may elicit synergistic anti-cancer effects in human hepatocarcinoma SMMC-7721 cells, and associated with caspase-8, -9/caspase-3/PARP mediated apoptosis.

摘要:Objective: To compare the influence of body weight in diagnostic importance for experimental diabetic nephropathy rats among three urinary protein screening methods. Method: Seventy-two SPF male Sprague-dawley rats were randomLy divided into control group (NC, n=27) and diabetic group(DM, n=45), which were induced with streptozotocin once intraperitoneal injection. At 4,8,12, 16 w after injection,the 24 h urine albumin levels were measured by immunoturbidime-try.The body weight and general renal function index were monitored and the tissue sections of renal were examined with lightmicroscopy. Result: The levels of UTP,UAER,UTP/BW,UAER/BW and UACR/BW were higher in diabetic rats than that of the normal group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in UACR between the two groups.There was no correlation between the levels of the five different urinary albumin screening methods and renal-related indicators in diabetic rats. Conclusion: These data indicate that the body weight only affect the diagnostic importance of UACR and the five different urinary albumin screening methods could not be a perfect marker in diagnosis of diabetic early-stage nephropathy and indicator of the developing process of glomerulosclerosis.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of treatment of Miao medicine fumigation for early femoral head necrosis, try to provide a new treatment for the early femoral head necrosis. Method: Patients were randomly assigned to two groups. All were treated with Compound Ossotide injection 6 mL·d-1 and Breviscapine 60 mg·d-1, taking Xianling Gubao 3 tablets 3 times a day. Meanwhile, the Miao medicine fumigation group was given Miao medicine fumigation 30 minutes once a day. All patients were treated for 3 months. We conducted comprehensive assessment of clinical efficacy of Harrls standard before and after treatment. Result: The two groups evaluation scores showed no significant differences before treatment. In the two groups, both treatments showed improvement(P<0.05) evidenced by scores and x-ray images (for miao medicine fumigation group only). According to criteria. After treatment, the rate of good effect of the control group was 80.95% while the Miao medicine fumigation group was 100.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Miao medicine fumigation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and delay the pathological progress of early femoral head necrosis. The Miao medicine fumigation can be used as a new treatment for the femoral head necrosis.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Ginkgo biloba tablets combined with methylcobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method: One hundred and forty-four patients with diabetic neuropathy were randomly divided into three groups: the treatment group(n=48), the control group(n=48) and epalrestat group(n=48), administered with G. biloba tablets combined with methylcobalamin, epalrestat combined with methylcobalamin, respectively,for 12 weeks. In the meantime, their other treatment was same.Then changes of nervous symptoms,physical signs and conduction velocity of the three groups were observed and estimated before and after the treatment. Result: The curative effect of treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in the total effective rate (81.82% to 64.58%,P<0.05)and the sensory nerves conduction velocity(SNCV) and the motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) of median and peroneal nerves(P<0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that G. biloba tablets combined with methylcobalamin has better efficacy in improving subjective symptoms, physical signs and nerve function than methylcobalamin in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy, providing a clinically significant means of treating diabetic neuropathy.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of treatment of Miao medicine fumigation for early femoral head necrosis,try to provide a new treatment for the early femoral head necrosis.Method: Patients were randomly assigned to two groups.All were treated with Compound Ossotide injection 6 mL·d-1 and Breviscapine 60 mg·d-1,taking Xianling Gubao 3 tablets 3 times a day.Meanwhile,the Miao medicine fumigation group was given Miao medicine fumigation 30 minutes once a day.All patients were treated for 3 months.We conducted comprehensive assessment of clinical efficacy of Harrls standard before and after treatment.Result: The two groups evaluation scores showed no significant differences before treatment.In the two groups,both treatments showed improvement(P<0.05) evidenced by scores and x-ray images(for miao medicine fumigation group only).According to criteria.After treatment,the rate of good effect of the control group was 80.95% while the Miao medicine fumigation group was 100.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Miao medicine fumigation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and delay the pathological progress of early femoral head necrosis.The Miao medicine fumigation can be used as a new treatment for the femoral head necrosis.

摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of Ginkgo biloba tablets combined with methylcobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:One hundred and forty-four patients with diabetic neuropathy were randomly divided into three groups: the treatment group(n=48),the control group(n=48) and epalrestat group(n=48),administered with G.biloba tablets combined with methylcobalamin,epalrestat combined with methylcobalamin,respectively,for 12 weeks.In the meantime,their other treatment was same.Then changes of nervous symptoms,physical signs and conduction velocity of the three groups were observed and estimated before and after the treatment.Result:The curative effect of treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in the total effective rate(81.82% to 64.58%,P<0.05)and the sensory nerves conduction velocity(SNCV) and the motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) of median and peroneal nerves(P<0.05).Conclusion:These results suggest that G.biloba tablets combined with methylcobalamin has better efficacy in improving subjective symptoms,physical signs and nerve function than methylcobalamin in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy,providing a clinically significant means of treating diabetic neuropathy.

摘要:Objective: To mine the association rules of Chinese patent medicine and west medicine used for chronic pelvic inflammation. Method: Transfered XML type data sets to the structured database of Microsoft SQL Server and visualized them into different graphs by software Excel and Cytoscape. Result: The results suggested that metronidazole, tinidazole, ofloxacin, gentamicin, and dexamethasone were the commonly used west medicine. Gynecologic Qianjin tablets, Kangfu Antiphlogistic Suppository, Guizhi Fuling bolus, and Qianjin powder are of the core Chinese patent medicine frequently used for chronic pelvic inflammation. Conclusion: The use of text mining methods, From the frequency reported in the literature has shown the Western medicine, Chinese medicine treatment of CPI's drug laws, especially in Western medicine-Chinese medicine combin were worth further study.  
摘要:Through the research of documents, to ascertain the modern research methods and historical changes of preparation method of Chuanxiong Rhizoma. This paper was 'based on abstract of Chinese herbal processing for dynasties' and reviewed 123 books on the herbal medicines from the Southern Qi Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. and analyzed 8 books of 'Chinese Pharmacopoeia' after the founding of new China, 'National Chinese Herbal processing Procedures' 1998 Edtion, 17 books of local processing Procedures. To analyze the ancient and present literature which was related to A carmichalii processing and evidence based liteature.There are varities of varities of traditional processing method of Aconiti Lateralis radix praeparata. It had a long story, all past dynasties processing methods of past dynasties have washing, to the earth, to miao hu; cutting, filing, grinding; enduring, fried, forging, baking, steam, wine fried, wine washing, wine brewed, vinegar boiled, vinegar fried, rice water dipping, rice water fried, tongbian dipping, salt roastting, total 29 methods. The wine fried method since the Song Dynasty till now. The main application of modern sheng products, wine fried also have. Analysis of Chuanxiong Rhizoma modern research in processing condition. Chuanxiong Rhizoma processing standardization, standardization of research awaits further elucidation of.

摘要:Literatures about promoting absorption of oral drugs by borneol are analyzed. It is usual that the oral bioavailability is poor. Appling a safe and effective absorption enhancer to increase oral bioavailability is becoming a focus. This paper mainly reviews three methods about promoting absorption of oral drugs(in situ, in vitro and in vivo).Research showed that the effect of borneol on regulating the absorption of oral drugs was related to the drug structure and concentration, species, concentration and usage of borneol, but the mechanism of absorption is uncertain. Therefore, for the drugs of poor bioavailability of poor solubility and rapid metabolism, the development status of borneol will provide references for further research on borneol promoting absorption.  
摘要:In this paper, the resources distribution, cultivation techniques and quality control of Penthorum chinense had been reviewed. The author analyzed and summarized the resources distribution, cultivation techniques and quality control of P. chinense referring an extensive literature at home and abroad in recent years. In China, wild resources of P. chinense widely distributed, mainly distributed in 24 provinces, cities (autonomous regions); cultivation technology research focus in variety breeding, tissue culture, balanced fertilization, diseases and pests control and best harvesting time; the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) are used to detect the active ingredient of P. chinense, the quality evaluations are based on the principal of one single indicator (ie, quercetin, gallic acid), extraction methods mainly includes hot reflux method, ultrasonic extraction, water decoction method and percolation method. Due to speed up the industrialization process, and wild resources habitat had already changed, wild resources of P. chinense fell sharply in China, the germplasm resources of P. chinense needs to be protected and bred, and carry out GAP research, in order to improve the P. chinense yield and its quality, realize resources reasonable development and sustainable utilization.

摘要:The paper introduced the antitumor mechanisms on Rhizoma Paridis. The antitumor mechanisms were reviewed based on recent 34 relevant articles about Rhizoma Paridis by CNKI and Pubmed. Rhizoma Paridis may play an anti-tumor effect by inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, inducing tumor cell differentiation, inhibiting tumor cell metastasis and regulating immune mechanisms. Inducing apoptosis of tumor cells may be their main way, but further studies on other mechanisms can be needed.
