摘要:Objective: Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS) to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for cancerous pain collected in the ’Access Database of Cancerous Pain of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine’.Method: The prescriptions used for cancerous pain in the database was collected,then by using software integrated data mining method in the TCMISS the composing principles were analized.Result: Based on the analysis of 105 cases of external treatmental prescriptions,the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed,Fifty core combinations and 10 new external treatmental prescriptions were mined from the database.Conclusion: Activating blood circulation and removing stasis analgesic drugs often appear in the prescriptions.TCMISS can be used to enter,administrate,search and analyze the prescriptions and it’s a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: To investigate into the feasibility of complex network for data mining on chronic obstructive lung disease(COPD) with effective chinese herb prescriptions.Method: Effective prescription drugs network was established based on COPD effective clinical data collected.Then the combination rules of Chinese herb prescriptions were mined by analyzing statistical information of the complex network.Result: Core drugs were found by central analysis of the network.Core prescriptions were found by condensed subgroup analysis of the network.The results,for the most part,correspond with the actual clinics.Conclusion: Complex systems entropy network is suitable for analysis of the combination rules of COPD effective Chinese herb prescriptions,which is one of the effective methods to study the compatibility law of Chinese herb prescriptions.
摘要:Objective: This paper aims to analyze and discover the rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,and explore the research methods of TCM clinical usage.Method: This paper collects 1 116 TCM prescriptions curing jyperplasia of mammary glands and builds up prescription database.With the help of association rules,this paper tries to analyze the compatibility rules of TCM treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Result: Among the 321 Chinese herbs,the combination of soothing the liver,nourishing the blood,promoting blood circulation,reduce phlegm,tonifying spleen,tonifying kidney and so on is more common in prescription,and clinical physicians always based on Xiaoyao powder.Conclusion: Through association rules,the prescriptions of TCM treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands showed the healing thought that treatment of both incidental and fundamental aspects.And this paper aims to provide references to the following researches.

摘要:Objective: To optimize flash extraction process conditions of active ingredients from Lonicera japonica.Method: With the content of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside as indexes,taking the concentration of ethanol,ethanol dosage and extraction time as factors,flash extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test,and compared with reported method.Result: When chlorogenic acid alone as index,optimum extraction technology was:flash extracted 1.5 min with 15 times the amount of 40%ethanol;When luteoloside alone as index or comprehensive chlorogenic acid and luteoloside as indexes,optimum extraction technology was:flash extracted 1 min with 15 times the amount of ethanol.Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and economic with high extraction ratio,it could provide new ideas for rapid extraction and quality control of active ingredients from L.japonica and its preparations.

摘要:Objective:To prepare phencynonate(PC)-β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compound and investigate its properties.Method:PC-β-CD inclusion compound was prepared by grinding method,and ultraviolet absorption method,microscope observation method and X-ray diffraction method were used to verify formation of it;Drug loading and entrapment efficiency of PC-β-CD inclusion compound were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Result:Weight ratio of β-CD and PC in PC-β-CD inclusion compound was 1∶2,drug loading was 33.30%,entrapment efficiency was 80.20%.Conclusion:PC-β-CD inclusion compound could be prepared by grinding method with high drug loading and entrapment efficiency.
摘要:Objective:To optimize prescription technology of gardenia extract pellet,and investigate its micromeritic properties.Method: Gardenia extract pellets were prepared by extrusion-spheronization equipment which was made in China,formulation and preparation process were obtained by single factor test,micromeritic properties of and yield of pellet were evaluated.Result: Gardenia extract pellets prepared by extrusion-sphemnization had beautiful appearance,good roundness,size uniformity and high yield of products.Conclusion: Extrusion-sphemnization method could prepared gardenia extract pellet with good nature,this method was rapid and stable with good maneuverability,simple process,low cost,energy saving and environmental protection,particularly suited for industrial large-scale production.
摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavones from Prunus tomentosa.Method: Taking yield of total flavones as evaluation index,the content of total flavones was determined by UV,orthogonal test method was used to optimize ultrasonic extraction technology with extraction time,ratio of solid-liquid,the concentration of ethanol and ultrasonic power as factors,extraction condition of total flavones was optimized by response surface method.Result: The best extraction condition was:the concentration of ethanol 95%,ratio of solid-liquid 1∶20,ultrasonic power 400 W,extractive time 45 min,under this condition,average yield of total flavones could be up to 1.135%.Conclusion: Ethanol ultrasonic extraction was low consumption,common used and convenient,it could be widely used in extraction technology of Chinese herbal medicine.

摘要:Objective:To investigate influence of different sterilization methods on the content of imperatorin from Baoji pill and Angelica dahurica.Method:The content of imperatorin from handled by different sterilization methods(microwave sterilization-A,microwave sterilization-B,wet microwave disinfection-A,wet microwave disinfection-B,moist heat sterilization,Co-60 radiation sterilization) and non-sterilization of Baoji pill,A.dahurica were determined by HPLC.Result:This trial established determination method was precision,stability and repeatability.The content of imperatorin in A.dahurica and Baoji pill which handled by wet microwave disinfection-A was comparatively large as other sterilization methods.Conclusion:The content of imperatorin from A.dahurica and Baoji pill could be retained by wet microwave disinfection-A.
摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction technology of Rehmannia glutinosa and Arnebia euchroma from Huanglian Zicao gel.Method: With the content of the catalpol,verbascoside and shikonin,yield of dry extract as indexes,to investigate influence of ethanol concentration,extraction time,ethanol dosage and extraction times on extraction process,weight coefficient of indexes were determined by analytic hierarchy process,ethanol extraction technology was optimized by uniform design method.Result: The best extraction process was:extracted 2 h with 12 times the amount of 65% ethanol.Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible,it could provide basis for determination of extraction technology and formulations reformation.
摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of Angelica dahurica and Acorus tatarinowii on in vitro percutaneous permeation of active ingredients from Chonghe gel.Method: Improved Franz-type diffusion cell was used,with isolated rat skin as transdermal barrier,with the content of paeoniflorin and osthole as indexes which was determined by HPLC,effect of A.dahurica,A.tatarinowii alone and their compatibility combination on promote transparent role of main ingredients from Chonghe gel were investigated,respectively.Result: Enhancement ratios(ER) of A.dahurica and A.tatarinowii alone on percutaneous penetration of peoniflorin were 0.84,1.02,while ER of osthole were 1.54,0.79.Percutaneous penetration role of peoniflorin and osthole by compatibility combination of A.dahurica and A.tatarinowii could reach optimum level,ER of peoniflorin and osthole were 1.00,1.89.Conclusion: A.dahurica and A.tatarinowii used jointly could benefit to transdermal permeation of active ingredients,which had important role on therapeutic effect of Chonghe gel.

摘要:Objective: To optimize the best ground substance of water-soluble Zizhu ointment.Method: Character,stability,ductility,consistence,pH value and microexamination of the ointment were selected as index,L9(34) orthogonal test was employed to determine the effects of the four factors including the proportion of pure water,Poloxamer 407,PEG400 and PEG4000.Result: The best proportion of the prescription was as follows: 12.5% main drug,35%pure water,17% Poloxamer 407,4.5% PEG400,1.5% PEG4000,4.5% PEG1500,12% Poloxamer188,13% glycerine.Conclusion: The optimized ointment was fine uniform,with suitable consistence and ductility and stable properties.It was appropriate for the clinical use.

摘要:Objective:To establish content determination of phenolic acid from Ginkgo biloba,and investigate its removal method.Method:The content of phenolic acid from G.biloba was determined by HPLC;with quercetin as reference,the content of total flavones glycosides was determined by HPLC,to investigate its removal method.Result:Removal of ginkgolicacad by combining absorbent with ion-exchange resin could get a good effect,phenolic acid from extract of G.biloba was 2.77 μg·g-1after handled.Conclusion:Received phenolic acid from extract of G.biloba was in line with international standards,its removal method didn’t affect total flavones and total bilobalide yield from G.biloba.

摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Banqiao Jiedu granules.Method: With the content of forsythin and indirubin as indexes,extraction technology of Banqiao Jiedu granules was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test,taking the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times as investigated factors.Result: Optimum extraction technology was:extracted 3 times with 10 times the amount of water,2 hours each time.Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology had a high extraction rate,and it was stable.
摘要:Objective: To optimize high temperature baking process of Aconitum carmichaeli.Method: With the content of six kinds of alkaloid and total alkaloids in processed products were determined by HPLC and titration method,and with them as indexes,taking baking time,baking temperature and softening method as factors,orthogonal test was used to comprehensive evaluate high temperature baking technology of A.carmichaeli.Result: Optimum high temperature baking technology of A.carmichaeli was A5B3C1,as that of A.carmichaeli was treatmented by moistening method,baked 8 h at 110 ℃.Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple,practical and easy to control,it could be instead of traditional processing technology of A.carmichaeli as a new method.

摘要:Objective:To optimize ethanol extraction process of Didang capsule.Method:Taking comprehensive extract rate of rhein,emodin and chrysophanol as evaluation index,the content of index components were determined by HPLC,extraction temperature,the concentration of ethanol,dosage of ethanol,extraction time,and extraction times were selected by single factor test;Ethanol extraction process of Didang capsule was optimized by orthogonal design,with the concentration of ethanol,ethanol dosage and extraction time were chosen as factors.Result:Optimum ethanol extraction process was as follows:coarse powder of the whole prescription was subjected to reflux extraction for 2 times with 8 fold volume of 70% ethanol at 90 ℃,each extraction lasting 40 min.Conclusion:This optimized process was reasonable and reliable,which could serve as references for industrial large scale production of Didang capsule.
摘要:Objective:To optimize ethanol extraction technology of Toutong dropping pill.Method:With yield of ferulic acid and luteoloside as indexes,taking the concentration of ethanol,extraction time,the amount of ethanol and extraction times as factors,ethanol extraction technology of Toutong dropping pill was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test.Result:Optimal extraction technology was as follows:reflux extracted 3 times with 8 times the amount of 60% ethanol,2 hours every time.Conclusion:This optimized extraction technology was feasible,stable and reasonable with high yield of active ingredients.

摘要:Objective: To simultaneously determine epiberberine,jatrorrhizine,coptisine,palmatine,berberine,evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Zuojin pill ethanol extracts.Method: The chromatographic analysis was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase comprised acetonitrile(A) and water phase(B) [0.1% phosphoric acid and 0.05% triethylamine].Detection was performed at a wavelength of 265 nm(0-40 min) and 225 nm(40-55 min).Result: Epiberberine,jatrorrhizine,coptisine,palmatine,berberine,evodiamine and rutaecarpine had a good linearity in the range of 0.275 9-17.66,0.267 0-17.09,0.262 5-16.80,0.221 4-14.17,0.948 7-60.71,0.050 4-3.229 and 0.044 9-2.874 mg·L-1.The average recovery was 100.4% with RSD of 1.8%,99.8% with RSD of 1.2%,100.2% with RSD of 2.1%,100.0% with RSD of 2.1%,99.0% with RSD of 2.0%,98.9% with RSD of 2.0% and 97.4% with RSD of 2.2%.Conclusion: This is a simple,accurate method for determining the content of epiberberine,jatrorrhizine,coptisine,palmatine,berberine,evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Zuojin pill ethanol extracts.
摘要:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of juglone in the husk of walnut,to provide the basis for the resource exploitation and utilization of juglone.Method:The method was evaluated by HPLC in methodology and the samples which were fresh and stored in freeze temperature were determined.Result: This HPLC methord have a simple preparation for popularization easily.The results indicate that this certain method had good linear relationship under the condition that the content was between 0.01 μg and 8 μg(r=0.999 3) and the detection limit of this method was 0.195 ng.The average recovery was 98.67%(n=6),RSD was below 2.03%;the RSD of the indicated accuracy was below 0.58%(n=7).Juglone in the husk of fresh walnut was 1.66 mg·g-1 and another sample was 1.54 mg·g-1 which was stored in freeze temperature.Conclusion: This certain method is simple,fast and reproducible with a high accuracy and precision,which fit for the analysis of juglone.
摘要:Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprint of Saxifraga stolonifera from Guizhou.Method: HPLC analysis was performed on a DiamonsiL C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with the gradient eluting system consisted of methanol and 0.1%H3PO4.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 250 nm.Result: There were twelve characteristic peaks indicated in fingerprints.The main composition of different origin S.stolonifera is basically the same.But there is a large difference between each content of components.Conclusion: This method can be used to determine fingerprint of S.stolonifera in different origin from Guizhou.And it helps to regulate the quality of medical resources and provide scientific basis in the future.
摘要:Objective:To develop a method by HPLC for determination of flavonoid of Bupleurum marginatum.Method: Agilent Zorbax SB C18 column(4.60 mm×150 mm,5 μm),mobile phase methanol-0.1% phosphoric gradient elution,flow rate 0.8 min·mL-1,detected wavelength 360 nm.Result:The linear ranges of rutin,quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 667.8-33 390 ng(r=0.999 8),216.0-10 798.4 ng(r=0.999 9),27.5-1 372.8 ng(r=0.999 9),and 130.6-6 528.0 ng(r=0.999 8),the average recovery rates were 100.3%(RSD 0.78%),94.5%(RSD 1.13%),94.5%(RSD 1.15%) and 94.1%(RSD 1.09%).Conclusion:The HPLC method is simply and rapid,and suitable to assess qualitative of B.marginatum.
摘要:Objective: Use the method of HPLC to determine the conten of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Dracocephalum moldovia.Method: The content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was detected by HPLC.The separation was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% sodium dihydrogen phosphate(88∶ 12);the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the detective wavelength was set at 210 nm.The column temperature was at 25 ℃.Result: The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 0.42-2.10 μg(r=0.999 4) and 0.436-2.18 μg(r=0.999 7),respectively.The average recoveries were 98.9% with RSD of 1.14%(n=6) and 98.1% with RSD of 1.80%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion: This method was rapid,accurate and reliable;it could be used to determine the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in D.moldovia simultaneously.
摘要:Objective: To develop a method to determine cefoperazone sodium in compound injection of cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium by differentiated pulse voltammetry.Method: The different electrochemical behaviors of cefoperazone sodium was analyied by electrochemical analysis methods of cyclic voltammetry and differentiated pulse voltammetry to optimize the analytical method and conditions.Result: The tazobactam sodium in the compound injection had no response in the buffer solution of 250 mmol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate,cefoperazone sodium was in good linear relation with its peak current at a concentration range of 13.7-171.4 mg·L-1(r=0.999 4);the lowest detectable limit was 2.58 mg·L-1 and the recovery rate was up to 97.8%-102.3%.Conclution: The method can eliminated the interference of tazobactam sodium for the determination of cefoperazone sodium.The content of cefoperazone sodium in compound injection could be determined by the method.The method has high sensitivity,less cost and reliable reproducibility.
摘要:Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprint of tall gastrodia capsules to provide the reliable method for its quality control.Method: The separation was performed by a Phenomenex Hydro-RP 80A column(4.6 mm×150 mm,4 μm)with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphonic acid using gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The column was maintained at 40 ℃ and wavelength detection was set at 270 nm.Result: HPLC fingerprint of Tall gastrodia capsules from 25 batches contained 33 common peaks,and eight peaks in the fingerprint were identified,the similarities ranged from 0.924 to 0.990.Conclusion: This method was simple,accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used specifically for the quality control of tall gastrodia capsules.
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for the quantitative determination of hederagenin,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Herba Patriniae Simudtanoukly by HPLC.Method:The analysis was performed on Ultimate C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% ammonium acetat water by Gradient elution.The detected wavelength was set at 210 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was at 25 ℃.Result: The linearity was good in the ranges of 0.026-0.26,0.082-0.82 and 0.079-0.79 g·L-1 respectively for ederagenin,oaleanolic acid and ursolic acid(r>0.999 8).The average recoveries of hederagenin,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 100.62%(RSD 2.01%,n=6),96.71%(RSD 1.89%,n=6) and 97.85%(RSD 2.17%,n=6).Conclusion: This method was highly sensitive,rapid,simple,specific,accurate and well represented,which can be used for the quality control of Herba Patriniae.
摘要:Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted from Xueshuan Xinmaining tablet.Method: Volatile oil was extracted by water-steam distillation.The components were quantitatively determined with normalization method,and were identified by GC-MS.Results: Forty-two compounds were separated by GC from batch of 110603 and 36 of them were identified.The major components were borneol(43.25%),isoborneol(30.03%)and muscone(7.95%).40 compounds were separated by GC from 110309 and 33 of them were identified.The major components were borneol(43.37%),isoborneol(30.14%)and muscone(7.71%).Conclusion: The chemical components in volatile oils were basically same in two samples,so the medicine is stable.The method is simple and rapid with good repeatability.It will provide theoretical foundation for its quality evaluation and clinical medication.
摘要:Objective: To study the fingerprint of Echinopsis Radix from different habitats by high performance liquid chromatography.Method:Fourteen batches Echinopsis Radix samples were determined with the HPLC method.The separation was carried out at 25 ℃on a Hypersil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution as mobile phase by gradient elution.The detective wavelength was at 280 nm with the flow rate of 0.9 mL·min-1.Result: The fingerprint of Echinopsis Radix was estabtisned,a total of 10 fingerprint peaks had been marked out.Conclusion:This method was reliable and simple good repeatability,which can be the method of quality control for Echinopsis Radix.

摘要:Objective: GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile oil components in Yinhua Miyanling tablet to enrich the study of chemical composition and provide a theoretical basis for quality control.Method: The volatile oil were extracted with steam distillation method according to ChP(2010).The chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatography,and the relative content of constituents were determined by area normalization method.The GC-MS analysis was performed on an Agilent 19091M-436 capillary column(0.25 mm×30 m,0.25 μm).The inlet temperature was maintained at 280 ℃.The column oven was begun at 60 ℃,then programmed from 60 to 280 ℃ at 10 ℃·min-1,held for 12 min.Mass spectrometer conditions were: ionization mode,EI electron;energy 70 eV;ion source temperature 230 ℃.The mass selective detector was operated in the TIC mode,mass scan range,20-500 amu.Result: Thiry compounds were detected and 21 compounds of them were identified.And the compounds that the relative content was more than 5% were palmitic acid(34.15%),ethyl palmitate(21.01%) and 1,5,9-trimethyl-12-(1-methylethenyl)-1,5,9-cyclotetradecatriene(10.81%),(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-ethyl linoleate(7.71%).Conclusion: The main components in the oil were palmitic acid,ethyl palmitate,ethyl linoleate ingredient.
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of sodium oleate,which is a domestic pharmaceutical excipient for injection.Method: The constituents of domestic sodium oleate were identified by GC-MS and reference substance,and their relative amounts were determined by area normalization.Results: Twelve kinds of substances were isolated and 8 compounds were identified representing 99.64% of the total composition.Conclusion: The main constituents of sodium oleate were identified as sodium laurate,sodium myristate,sodium palmitate,sodium stearate,sodium oleate,sodium linoleate,sodium arachidate and sodium arachidonate.
摘要:Objective: To develop the method for qualitative and quantitative determination of the volatile oil in Tibet medicine Langqing Ata granule.Method: All the volatile oil was identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,and the content of linalool in volatile oil was determined by headspace gas chromatography.Result: Thirty-six compounds,about 90% of the total volatile oil,were separated and identified.The calibration curve of linalool was linear within the range of 10.62-169.92 μg,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,and the average recovery(n=6) was 99.2%.Conclusion: The established method is simple,accurate and reliable.It could be used for quality control of Tibet medicine Langqing Ata granule.

摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of Radix Rosae Laevigatae.Method: Sample was determined according to the procedures recorded in Appendix IXH,IXK and XA of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,published in 2005,on moisture,ashes and extracts determination respectively.The content of total flavonoid was measured by UV method.Result: The safe moisture in Radix Rosae Laevigatae was less than 13.53%,with the total ash content within 5.03%,acid insoluble ash content was that lower than 1.21%,the content of water extract with cold soak was higher than 11.03%,and the hot soak was higher than 22.18%;the content of alcohol extract with cold soak was higher than 18.08%,and the hot soak was higher than 26.65%;that of ether extract was higher than 0.32%;the total flavonoid content in the dry weight of Radix Rosae Laevigatae should not be lower than 7.41%.The average recovery was 103.27%(RSD 2.03%).Conclusion: The method is easy to operate and the result is reliable,it can be used for the quality control of Radix Rosae Laevigatae.
摘要:Objective: To develop a method for the determination of ferulic acid,notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Qigui drop pill by HPLC.Method: The content of ferulic acid was quantified by HPLC.A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.6% glacial acetic acid solution(30∶ 70),at the detection wavelength of 323 nm.The content of sanchi notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 was quantified by HPLC.A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water gradient elution.Equilibrium was 0.8 min and the wavelength of detector was set at 203 nm.Result: The average recovery of ferulic acid was 99.18%(RSD 1.4%).The average recoveries of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 were 98.77%(RSD 1.71%),98.94%(RSD 1.58%) and 99.48%(RSD 1.65%).Conclusion: The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Qigui drop pill.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the impact of processing on chemical composition in Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis.Method: Ginger juice was used to process the samples of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis.An HPLC and a GC-MS method were established to analyze the changes of lignans,phenylpropanoid glycosides,alkaloids,volatile oil in processed and unprocessed samples.Result: Compared with unprocessed samples,no big difference was observed on the content of lignans,alkaloids and volatile oil,while the content of phenylpropanoid glycosides decreased by 50% in processed samples.Conclusion:The processing can reduce the content of phenylpropanoid glycosides in Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis.

摘要:Objective: To establish the validation of microbial limit test method for Xiaochuan tablets.Method: The microbial limit test mothod of Xiaochuan tablets was validated using Escherichia coli,Bacillu Subtilis,staphy lococcus aureus,Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia Edition 2010.Result: Xiaochuan tablets has a strong inhibition on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.Conclusion: Medium dilution method were used with count of bacterium.The routine method were used with counts mold and yeasts.Pathogenic bacteria can be tested when general method were used.The method is cogent,effective and can be used to the quality concrol of the Xiaochuan tablets.
摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Illicium micranthum.Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods and the structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.Result: Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol(1),quercetin(2),rutin(3),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(4),magnolol(5),dictagymnin(6),(+)-syringaresinol(7),(+)-diaeudesmin(8) and gallic acid(9).Conclusion: Compounds 4 to 9 were discovered from this plant for the first time.
摘要:Objective: To study the volatile constituents in male flower of Cucurbita moschata.Method: The volatiles were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction,coupled with GC-MS and Kovats indices.A quantitative analysis in percent was performed by peak area normalization measurements.Result: Fifty-nine compounds were identified in Jingou accounting for 90.99% of the total volatiles.Conclusion: α-bergamotene(21.71%) was the highest.The study can provide scientific basis for the further development of the seeds of C.moschata.
摘要:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Hedyotis lancea.Method: Two kinds of volatile oil were separately prepared by steam distillation(SD) and supercritical CO2 extraction(SFE).The constituents were separated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with the area normalization method to determine the relative percentage content of each component.Result: Sixty-seven compounds were isolated and 32 compounds were identified by SD that composed about 73.76% of the total essential oil;and 82 compounds were isolated and 45 compounds were identified by SFE that composed about 61.62% of the total essential oil.Conclusion: The principal chemical constituents of the volatile oil from H.lancea are aliphatic derivatives,aromatic derivatives and terpene derivatives.There are some differences in the principal chemical constituents and content of the volatile oil extracted by SD and SFE.
摘要:Objective: To develop a method for determination of amino acids by on-line derivatization.Method: The amino acids were analyzed by HPLC with orthophthalaldehyde(OPA) and 9-formic acid methyl ester of fluorene chlorine(FMOC) on line derivatization.The sample was analyzed on a Zorbax Eclipse-AAA column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution of 40 mmol·L-1 Na2HPO4(make pH be 7.8 with 8 mol·L-1 NaOH)(A) and acetonitrile-methanol-water(45∶ 45∶ 10)(B) at the flow rate of 2.0 mL·min-1,detected at 338 nm and 262 nm.Result: This method could be used to analyze 27 amino acids in the range of certain concentration,but it wasn’t fit for the determination of amino acids in Qingkailing injection.Conclusion: This method couldn’t determine amino acids in Qingkailing injection accurately.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the absorption mechanism of dauricine based on Caco-2 cell line.Method: Bidirectional transport of dauricine in Caco-2 cell model was used;apparent permeability coefficients(Papp),efflux ratio(ER) and accumulation transport amount were calculated;the effect of drug concentration,pH gradient and EGTA on the bidirectional transport of dauricine were studied.Result: At high,middle and low concentrations the efflux ratio(ER) was 1.11,4.49,7.24 respectively,so there was significant polar phenomenon for transport of dauricine;at apical lateral when pH was 7.4 and 6.5,ER were 3.95 and 9.38 respectively,so pH gradient could reduce the absorption of dauricine;chelator EGTA couldn’t affect the Papp,ER and accumulation transport amount of dauricine.Conclusion: The active transport was included in the absorption mechanism of dauricine,pH gradient could increase the polar phenomenon,transmembrane pathway is the main absorption route for dauricine.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the neuroprotective effects of Tianshu capsules on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats,and to explore its initial mechanism.Method: Eighty male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,the model group,Tianshu low-dose group(0.6 g·kg-1),Tianshu high-dose group(1.2 g·kg-1).After oral administration for 5 days,cerebral ischemia for 90 min and reperfusion for 24 h model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) with thread embolism method.The effect of the Tianshu capsules on survival rate,absence of neurological symptom score,brain water content,infarct volum and pathological lesion to brain tissue were observed,serum creatine rinase brain isoenzyme(CK-BB) and neuronal apoptosis in ischemic rats were measured.Result: Compared with the model group,Tianshu capsules significantly reduced infarct volume(low dose group and high dose group,29.11%,27.85%) and serum CK-BB levels(low dose group and high dose group,9.95,9.87 U·L-1,P<0.01).Meanwhile Tianshu capsules could improve the symptoms of neurological deficiencies and brain tissue pathological damage(P<0.01).The neuronal apoptosis and brain water content(low dose group and high dose group,79.03%,78.89%) were reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tianshu capsules pretreatment on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats has a protective effect by reducing the level of CK-BB and decreasing neuronal apoptosis.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction(BYHWD) combined with enriched environment on learning memory function and the expressions of apoptosis-related proteins Fas,Bax and Caspase-3 in rats with vascular dementia.Method: The animal model of middle cerebral artery(MCA) ischemia was adopted.The BYHWD group,enriched environment group and combing group were given relative treatment.The rats were killed after thirty days continuous treating.Learning and memory ability of animal were evaluated by Morris water maze method.The ELISA method was used to measure the levels of Caspase-3 in the frontal cortex.The expression of Fas and Bax were observed by immunohistochemical staining and then analyzed by imaged analysis system.Result: The BYHWD group and enriched environment group could improve the spatial reference memory ability(P<0.01),BYHWD combined with enriched environment could improve the spatial reference memory and working memory ability of rats(P<0.01 or P<0.05);YHWD treatment could reduce the expression of Fas and Bax in the frontal cortex(P<0.01 or P<0.05),enriched environment intervention also could reduce the expression of Bax(P<0.01);after the treatment of BYHWD combined with enriched environment,the expression of Fas in the frontal cortex was significantly decreased compared with enriched environment group(P<0.05),the expression of Bax was markedly decreased compared with the BYHWD group(P<0.05),the expression of Caspase-3 was significantly decreased compared with the BYHWD group and enriched environment group(P<0.01).Conclusion: BYHWD combined with enriched environment had synergistic effect that it could improve the ability of learning memory of rats with vascular dementia,reduce the expression of Fas,Bax and inhibite the activation of Caspase-3.
摘要:Objective∶ To study the protective effect of Chaihuang Yishen granules on dysregulated lipids metabolism in kidney of rats with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Method: Wistar rats were undergone uninephrectomy and a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin(STZ) to induce diabetes,and administratered with 0.56 g·kg-1 Chaihuang Yishen granules.At the end of 20 weeks,renal cortex of rats was removed and UPLC-QTOF MS was used to lipidomic study and to investigate the alterations of abnormal lipidome after administration of Chaihuang Yishen granules.Result: At the end of 20 weeks,multiple species of significantly decreased glycerophosphocholines,glycerophosphoethanolamines,glycerophosphoglycerols,glycerophosphoinositols and sphingomyelins,and clearly elevated cholesterol esters and triglycerides were identified in renal cortex of rats with DN.Among them,several lipid metabolites,such as 2 glycerophosphocholines and 4 sphingomyelins-SM(d18∶ 1/16∶ 1),SM(C33∶ 1),SM(C42∶ 2),SM(C42∶ 3),PC(36∶ 4) and PC(42∶ 10),can be normalized towards their baseline by the intervention of Chaihuang Yishen granules with individually relative fold change: 1.38,1.50,1.29,1.23,1.15 and 1.30.Conlusion: Chaihuang Yishen gruanules can retard the development of DN in rats,which might be associated with its regulation in abnormally expressed lipids,especially sphingomyelins.

摘要:Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of Ephedra sinica-Glycyrrhiza uralensis herbal compatibility and explore its mechanism.Method: ICR mice were divided into 5 groups randomly,namely the model group,dexameathone group(0.01 g·kg-1),E.sinica-G.uralensis herbal compatibility groups(22.4,11.2,5.6 g·kg-1).Each drug was administrated to mice orally once a day for 5 days.After 30 min of the last administration,anti-inflammatory effect was observed by the method of acetic acid-induced permeability accentuation.SD rats were divided into 6 groups randomly,namely the control group,model group,dexameathone group(0.01 g·kg-1),E.sinica-G.uralensis herbal compatibility groups(22.4,11.2,5.6 g·kg-1).Each drug was administrated to mice orally once a day for 5 days.After 30 min of the last administration,the rat model of carrageenan-induced acute pleurisy was also selected to observe the anti-inflamatory activity.The anti-inflammatory mechanisms were investigated by detecting the contents of prostaglandins(PGE2),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-lβ(IL-1β) in exudates,and the contents of TNF-α,IL-1β,malondialdehyde(MDA) in lung tissue were also detected.Result: Compared with the model group,E.sinica-G.uralensisherbal compatibility(22.4,11.2 g·kg-1)produced significant inhibitory effects on acetic acid-induced permeability accentuation in mice,and inhibited the increase of the volume of exudates(P<0.01),as well as the total leukocytes in the exudates(P<0.01) induced by carrageenan,22.4 g·kg-1 inhibited the increase of the percentage of neutrophil,and three doses of herbal compatibility had no significant effects on the percentage of lymphocytes,E.sinica-G.uralensis drug pair(22.4,11.2 g·kg-1)significantly reduced the levels of PGE2,TNF-α,IL-1β in exudates(P<0.05),drug pair 22.4 g·kg-1 also reduced the contents of TNF-α,IL-1β,MDA in lung tissue in carrageenan treated rats(P<0.01),11.2 g·kg-1 reduced the contents of IL-1β in lung tissue(P<0.01).Conclusion: E.sinica-G.uralensis herbal compatibility possess significant anti-inflammatory effects,which can be related with the inhibition of the generation of mediators of inflammation and its antioxidation.
摘要:Objective: To investigate and compare the antipyretic effect of different processed rhubarb products as well as the mechanism of their antipyretic effect.Method: SD rats were given subcutaneous injection of dry yeast and treated with the processed rhubarb products an hour later.And then anal temperatures of the rats were measured at the 1st,2nd,4th and 6th hour,respectively.Radioimmunoassay was adopted to detect the level of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) in the hypothalamus of rats.Result: All the processed rhubarb products could lower the rised body temperature to a certain degree and the effect duration could last more than 4 hours.Regarding the effects of all the processed products,the wine-cooked and crude rhubarb showed stronger action than the other two processed products of rhubarb.The correlation analysis further showed that content of cAMP in hypothalamus was positively correlated with the change of body temperature of rats.Conclusion: All the processed rhubarb products have antipyretic effects and their antipyretic mechanisms may be associated with lowering the increased content of cAMP in hypothalamus.
摘要:Objective:To observe the antibacterial and antiviral activities,and provide certain experimental data for strictosamide that is intended for upper respiratory tract infection.Method: The in vitro antibacterial activities on standard staphylococcus aureus and other 9 strains were observed by both test-tube and plating methods,and the protective effects on mice infected by staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus pneumonia were also observed.Mice were divided into 5 groups,such as normal group,model group,reduning group(crude drugs 8.7 g·kg-1),low and high dosage(20,40 mg·kg-1) of strictosamide groups.They were injected intraperitoneally once a day for 7 days.At 1 h after the last injection,staphylococcus aureus or streptococcus pneumonia was injected intraperitoneally to mice,and then the death of mice was observed within 7 days.The in vitro antiviral activities were observed on the model of MDCK cells infected by influenza A(A/PR8/34(H1N1)) and B(B/Jingfang 98-76) virus,and the in vivo antiviral activities were observed by the model of mice infected by influenza A virus.Mice were divided into 5 groups,such as normal group,model group,reduning group(crude drugs 8.7 g·kg-1),low and high dosage(20,40 mg·kg-1) of strictosamide groups.They were injected intraperitoneally once a day for 5 days,and virus was given to mice by nose on the first day.After the last injection,the lung lesions and pathological changes were observed,and the pulmonary index was also calculated.Result: Strictosamide had inhibiting effects on standard escherichia coli and other 6 strains in vitro with MIC of 5 g·L-1.At 10 g·L-1,the diameters of inhibiting bacteria circle of diplococcus pneumonia and other 4 strains were 13-25 mm.At 40 mg·kg-1,the survival rate of mice infected by staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus pneumonia was 70% and 55%,separately.Strictosamide showed inhibitory effects on both influenza A and B viruses in vitro with IC50 values of 0.649,0.323 g·L-1,respectively.It also significantly inhibited increased pulmonary index and improved pulmonary pathological lesions of the infected mice caused by influenza A virus,and the inhibitory rate of pulmonary index was 39.8% at 40 mg·kg-1.Conclusion: Strictosamide possesses antibacterial and antiviral activities.
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Fufang Danshen tablets and clopidogrel on the platelet activation in hyperlipidemic mice and its mechanism.Method: Fifty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups: normal diet control group,high fat diet control group,clopidogrel gavage group,Fufang Danshen tablets gavage group and combined therapy gavage group.After administration of two weeks,the mice were killed and the blood samples were collected for the determination of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and function of platelets.Result: Either clopidogrel or Fufang Danshen tablets had no effect on body weight in hyperlipidemic mice.Clopidogrel could significantly reduce the elevated TC and LDL-C of hyperlipidemic mice(P<0.05).Fufang Danshen tablets could significantly reduce the elevated TC,TG and LDL-C in hyperlipidemic mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The activated platelets ratio(45.75±6.94)% in hyperlipidemic mice was significantly higher than that in control group(28.02±5.86)%(P<0.01).Clopidogrel could significantly reduce the elevated activated platelets ratio and neutrophil-platelet aggregation ratio in hyperlipidemic mice(P<0.01).Fufang Danshen tablets could significantly increase the inhibitory effect of clopidogrel on the elevated activated platelets ratio,neutrophil-platelet aggregation ratio and monocyte-platelet aggregation ratio in hyperlipidemic mice(25.19%±4.16%) vs(32.48%±4.74%),(8.64%±2.69%) vs(11.46%±2.33%),(20.12%±4.65%) vs(24.74%±4.67%),(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion: The platelet in hyperlipidemic mice is highly activated.The comnined clopidogrel and Fufang Danshen tablets have synergistic effect.Fufang Danshen tablets can significantly enchance the inhibitory effect of clopidogrel on function of platelets in hyperlipidemic mice.
摘要:Objective: Observe the effect of extractive from Periplaneta americana(CⅡ-3) on immune and on inhibitory tumor action in S180-bearing mice.Method: S180 sarcoma was implanted into right-fore oxter,then randomly divided into normal group,model group,cyclophosphamide group(30 mg·kg-1,ip quaque die alterna),CⅡ-3 high dosage group,medium dosage group and low dosage group(200,100,50 mg·kg-1,ig),the S180-bearing mice in every group were received corresponding treatment for 10 days.Tumor growth of the mice was observed,immune organs were weighted to calculate the organ index and ELISA was used to test the concentration of vascular tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum.Results: CⅡ-3 inhibited the growth of S180 sarcoma significantly,200,100,50 mg·kg-1 dosages inhibited the tumor weight by 58.22%,45.66%,35.37%.CⅡ-3 had protective function on immune,the liver indexs in high dosage group,medium dosage group and low dosage group were 53.54,54.15 59.53 mg·g-1 respectively,spleen indexs were 3.60,4.44,5.18 mg·g-1 respectively and thymic indexs were 2.45,2.00,2.30 mg·g-1 respectively.And it dramatically increased the concentration of TNF-α in serum,the concentrations of TNF-α of three groups were 324.92,304.81,278.84 ng·L-1.Conclusion:These results suggest that the CⅡ-3 can obviously inhibit the growth of tumor in S180-bearing mice and toxic effects on immune organs have not fpund,one of anti-tumor effects by CⅡ-3 may be mediated by increasing concentrations of TNF-α in serum.
摘要:Objective: To study the scavenging action of alcoholic extracts from Riadix Asparag on oxygen free radical.Method: The Asparagus ethanol-extraction liquid was estracted by ethanol refluxing extraction.Auto-oxidation in alkalcsent solution with pyrogallol can generate O2-and the system of 1,10-phenathroline-Fe(Ⅱ)/H2O2 canproduce·OH.Spectropholomemy was used to observe the effect of alcoholic extracts from Riadix Asparag upon O2-and·OH.Result:The alcoholic extracts from Riadix Asparag could decrease the levels of O2-and inhibit the generation of O2-in vitro;alcoholic extracts from Riadix Asparag could reduce the leve of ·OH(P<0.05).Inhibition ratio is 35.1%±0.16%.Conclusion:Guizhou alcoholic extracts from Riadix Asparag could scavenge and inhibit O2-markedly and scavenge·OH as well.
摘要:Objective: To study the influence of the different ratio of cold-heat compatibility of Polyonum Cuspidatum(PC) and Ramulus Cinnamomi(RC) of Tongfengke in rat gout model.Method: SD rats were divided into normal group,the model group,PC-RC 3∶ 1(A group),PC-RC 6∶ 1(B group) and(PC+SX)-RC 6∶ 1(C group) and positive medicine Colchicine group,the treatment groups were given corresponding drugs for 7 days.At 5th day using micro crystal uric acid sodium(MSU) method was used to reduce model,.After 2,6,8,12,24 h,of injecting MSU suspension the diameter and circumference of ankle joint were measured,and the foot swelling rate was calculated;serum uric acid and PGE2 level were determined two days after modeling The right rear ankle joint was collected to observe the ankle joint synovial organization and the pathological morphology change by light microscopy.Result: The foot swelling was inhibited,C formula at 24 h showed amarked inhibition(18.2%,P<0.05);B,C formula could reduce serum uric acid levels(77.8 μmol·L-1 and 60.1 μmol·L-1,P<0.05)and PGE2 level(9.0 pg·L-1 and 9.1 pg·L-1,P<0.05) Inflammation change score could drop to 0.7;C formula showed a few inflammatory cell in synovial and soft tissue,the dilated small blood vessels were found;The actions of B and C grous were superior to other divisions.Conclusion: Cold-heat compatibility of Tongfengke with 6∶1 ratio is a good compatibility proportion;and can improve pathological changes.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the antidepressant action of Xiaochaihu Tang in mice.Method: Mice were randomly divided into five groups: Xiaochaihu Tang high,middle,low dose groups(orally given for 7 days,27,18,9 g·kg-1·d-1),fluoxetine group and control group.The tail suspention test(TST),forced swimming test(FST) were applied to evaluate antidepressant activities.Mice immobility time in forced swimming test and tail suspension test were observed.Result: Compared with the control group,the immobility time of TST and FST were shorted in Xiaochaihu Tang high,middle,low dose groups.Conclusion: Xiaochaihu Tang has certain antidepressant effect.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Biejiajian Wan(BJJW) on hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) expression in the rats with immune hepatic fibrosis,and analyze therapeutic functions of anti-hepatic fibrosis of BJJW and explore the mechanism.Method: Ninety male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group,model control group,colchicine prevention group,colchicine treatment group,BJJW prevention group,BJJW treatment group.The rat liver fibrosis model was produced by porcine serum.After 10 weeks eight rats from each group were selected randomly.The hepatic tissues of the rats were taken and stained by immunohistochemistry,HGF of them was detected by image analysis.Hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),collagen type Ⅲ(PCⅢ),type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C)in serum.Result: Compared with model group,the level of HA,LN,PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C was obviously decreased in preventive groups and therapeutic groups,but BJJW preventive groups and therapeutic groups decreased most significantly.The expression of HGF were obviously increased in preventive groups and therapeutic groups,but BJJW preventive and therapeutic groups increased most significantly.Conclusion: BJJW can inhibit the rat’s pathological changes of hepatic fibrosis,significantly increase the expression of HGF,which indicates the obvious function of anti-hepatic fibrosis.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of icariin on the femur tissue in vitro.Method: The rat femur tissue was isolated from SD rats with enzyme digestion.Icariin was supplemented into the culture at 1×10-5 mol·L-1,alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity and calcium content were compared between the icariin group and the control group.Total RNA was isolated and the gene expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG),collagen-1,Rurt-related transcription factor 2(Runx-2) was detected by Real-time RT-PCR.Result: 1×10-5 mol·L-1 icariin significantly promoted femur tissue metabolism related gene expression level,increased ALP activity and calcium content.Conclusion: Icariin can enhance the rat femur tissue in bone metabolism related gene expression,increase calcium content and ALP activity.
摘要:Objective :To observe the effect of Jiawei Yiguan Jian on hepatic injury in rats induced by antituberculosis drugs isoniazid(INH) and rifampin(RFP).Method: The hepatic injury model rats were induced by intragastric administration with RFP and intraabdominal cavity administration with INH.Jiawei Yigan Jian decoction(high dose,medium dose and low dose 25.2,18.0,12.6 g·kg-1,ig)was given to the toxic rats respectively for 8 weeks.The general condition of rats,content of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in serum,content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in liver,histopathologic changes of liver were detected.Result: The content of ALT,AST in serum and MDA in liver tissue of the three treatment groups were decreased obviously.The extent of hepatic injury under light microscope was obviously improved.Conclusion: Jiawei Yiguan Jian can ameliorate the hepatic injury induced by antituberculosis drugs INH and RFP.
摘要:Objective: To reveal the mechanism of drug action to compare and analyze of the effect of anti-tuberculosis particles extract on multi-drug resistant-mycobacterium tuberculosis proteomics to reveal the mechanism of drug action.Method:The clinical mycobacterium tuberculosis with multidrug resistance was added in Middlebrook 7H9 OADC liquid medium at 37 ℃ for 6-8 d,when the bacterial density researched 1×108/mL-2×108/mL,the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of anti-tuberculosis particulate extracts was 0.638 8 g·L-1,the final concentration was equivalent to 0.255 6 g·mL-1.Local environment and external environment was completely isolated,two-dimensional gel electrophoresis separation of whole cell total protein was used to analyze differentially expressed protein spots.Result: Before and after treatment by anti-tuberculosis particles extract,multidrug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis showed eight differences spots,including two determined proteins: thiosulfate sulfur transferase and hypothetical protein Rv0634A.Conclusion: The results indicate that anti-tuberculosis particles have an impact on the translation,composition,amino acid metabolism,cyanide,H2S detoxification as well as sulfur and iron transfer of the multi-drug resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis,inhibition of mycobacterium tuberculosis may be contributed to undermining the livelihood of the mycobacterium tuberculosis ability.

摘要:Objective: Using in vitro and in vivo models,the role of bitter melon extract on protein non-enzymatic glycation were investigated.Method: In vitro model,different doses of the extract(0.01,0.1,1.0 g·L-1) or aminogunidine(4 mmol·L-1) were added,non-enzymatic glycation end products were measured at different time points by fluorescent measurer.In vivo model,diabetes mice were fed with different doses of extract(10,30 g·kg-1).The effects of bitter melon extract on blood glucose,advanced glycation end products(AGEs) levels,superoxide dismutases(SOD) activity and maleic dialdehyde(MDA) content in heart,liver and kidney tissue were assayed.Result: In vitro system,protein glycation products formation was positively correlated with the incubation time,bitter melon extract inhibited the formation of advanced glycation end products dose-dependently(P<0.01).Animal experiments showed that bitter melon extract inhibited blood sugar of diabetic mice(P<0.05,P<0.01).AGE levels and MDA content of heart,liver and kidney tissue were lowed significantly in group which fed with extract(P<0.05,P<0.01).Also,SOD activity was enhanced in group which fed with extract(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Bitter melon extract have inhibitive effects on the formation of advanced glycation end products in vitro and in vivo.
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Fuyan decoction on inflammatory cytokines in blood serum in acute pelvic inflammation rats.Method: The rat acute pelvic inflammation model was established by mixed bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus,Mycoplasma urealytium and Escherichia coli.Fuyan decoctions in high,middle,low dosage were used to treat acute pelvic inflammation rat for 20 days.The content of blood serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in acute pelvic inflammation rats was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Pathologic changes of oophoron and uterus were studied by microscope,in the same way,the number of blood corpuscle was measured by blood corpuscle analyzer.Result:The content of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α in normal group was(117.62±3.24),(74.40±3.76),(22.17±2.87)ng·L-1 respectively.In compare with normal group,the concentration of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α in model group was severally decreased and increased to(95.44±2.83),(89.85±4.57),(33.48±4.52) ng·L-1(P<0.01);IL-2 and IL-6 concentration in low and middle Fuyan decoction groups were respectively higher and lower than those in model group(P<0.05),TNF-α content was not different.Change of those in high dosage group was prominent(P<0.01);totality of white blood cell and percentage of neutrophile granulocyte were decreased obviously in three groups,Fuyan decoction could also abated the inflammation reaction of mucosa,lower number of inflammatory cell in mucosa.Conclusion: Fuyan decoction can prevent and treat acute pelvic inflammation by regulation of expression of inflammatory cytokines.
摘要:Objective: To observe the improvement effect of Anti-earthworm Tongbi-complex decoction on bone biomechanics of cartilaginous tissue on the rabbit models of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and elucidate its potential mechanism.Methods: Forty healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group,model group,Anti-earthworm Tongbi-complex decoction group and glucosamine hydrochloride capsules group.All rabbits were prepared for right knee osteoarthritis model induced by anterior cruciate ligament transaction except the normal control group.The model rabbits were treated with Anti-earthworm Tongbi-complex decoction(0.6 g·kg-1,ig) and glucosamine hydrochloride Capsules(0.1 g·kg-1,ig) for 4 weeks.The following indexes was observed in all rabbits at experimental endpoint like the ultrastructure changes of arthrodial cartilage and synovium,levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in synovial fluid by ELISIA,and the expression of matrix metallo-proteinase(MMP-1) and tissue inhibitor of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) by immunohistochemistry in cartilage tissue.Meanwhile,biomechanical test was performed to measure the maximal loading and compression modulus.Results: Compared with model group of OA,the indexes showed significant improvement in rabbits treated with Anti-earthworm Tongbi-complex decoction and glucosamine hydrochloride capsules group like the ultrastructure changes of arthrodial cartilage and synovium,levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in synovial fluid,the expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in cartilage tissue,and biomechanical characters including the maximal loading and compression modulus.Conclusion: Ant-earthworm tongbi-complex decoction can decrease the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in synovial fluid,improve the unbalancing expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in articular chondrocytes,so as to protect cartilaginous tissue in the rabbit with knee osteoarthritis.
摘要:Objective: To observe the protection of Shuxuening injection on myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rats.Method: A myocardial ischemia model of rats was established by intravenous injection with pituitrin,through the electrocardiogram we could observe theⅡ electrocardiogram(ECG) ST segment,T wave and heart rate at different time points after inject pituitrin.The changes of the positive rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia.Meanwhile we also observed the levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),malondialdehyde(MDA),creatine kinase(CK) after 30 min and changes of myocardial infarct size and infarct rate.Result: Shuxuening injection could significantly improve the heart rate and electrocardiogram in acute myocardial ischemia induced by the pit,and reduce the positive rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia.The content of LDH,CK,MDA was decreased,SOD activity was increased in serum and myocardial infarct size and infarct rates were reduced.Conclusion: Shuxuening injection has significant protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pit.
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of compoun Dcordyceps militaris(CCM) on immune function in C57BL/6 tumor bearing mice.Method: Transplanted Lewis tumor mice were established using subcutaneous injection of Lewis cells into C57BL/6 mice.C57BL/6 tumor bearing mice were randomly divided into five groups,namely,control group and positive group(cyclophosphamide ip 20 mg·kg-1),the low,middle and high dosage groups(ig 1.2,2.5,7.5 g·kg-1) for 14 constitutive days.The tumor inhibition rate,CD4+/CD8+ ratio,contents of interleukin(IL)-2,IL-12 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in tumor bearing mice serum,antibody-producing cells and forced swimming time were respectively determined.Result: CCM(7.5 g·kg-1),orally administered,had a significant inhibitory action on the growth of tumor,with the inhibition rate as 40.3%(P<0.05).CCM(7.5 g·kg-1) also improved CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ ratio compared with the control group.Meanwhile,CCM(2.5,7.5 g·kg-1) enhanced the content of IL-2,IL-12 and TNF-α level,forced swimming time and antibody-producing cells(P<0.05).Conclusion: These findings suggested that CCM could promote the function of immunity in C57BL/6 tumor bearing mice.
摘要:Objective:To explore influences of Fuzi Lizhong decoction on blood sugar,triglyceride and total cholesterol in rats with spleen yang deficiency syndrome.Method: The rats were randomly divided into four groups,16 cases each group ①control group: fed with ordinary food and water.②yang deficiency syndrome group: the same as the control group’ except removing brown adipose tissue.③spleen yang deficiency syndrome group: the same as the yang deficiency syndrome group except that fed with high fatty diet(including 83% ordinary diet,15% triglycerides,2% cholesterol) and placed in circumstance of 19 ℃.④Chinese herbal decoction group: the same as the spleen yang deficiency syndrome group’ except ig 4 g·kg-1 each day with Fuzi Lizhong decoction.On the first day after 4 weeks blood from left common carotid artery was collected in all the rats in the four groups and then to test the content of blood sugar,triglyceride,total cholesterol.Result: ① Content of blood sugar: compared with control group(5.41±0.080)mmol·L-1,content of blood sugar was lower than that in yang deficiency syndrome group(1.40±0.071) mmol·L-1(P<0.01);compared with yang deficiency syndrome group,content of blood sugar in spleen yang deficiency syndrome group(5.81±0.081) mmol·L-1 was higher(P<0.01);compared with yang deficiency syndrome group,content of blood sugar in Chinese herbal decoction group(5.01±0.080) was higher(P<0.01).② Content of triglyceride: compared with control group(0.487±0.076)mmol·L-1,content of triglyceride was lower than that in yang deficiency syndrome group(0.284±0.11) mmol·L-1(P<0.01);compared with yang deficiency syndrome group,content of triglyceride in spleen yang deficiency syndrome group(0.62±0.184) mmol·L-1 was higher(P<0.01);compared with yang deficiency syndrome group,content of triglyceride in Chinese herbal decoction group(0.462±0.111) mmol·L-1 was higher(P<0.01).③ Content of total cholesterol compared with control group(0.081±0.020)mmol·L-1,content of total cholesterol in both spleen yang deficiency syndrome group(0.183±0.025) mmol·L-1 and Chinese herbal decoction group(0.211±0.026) mmol·L-1 was higher(P<0.01).Conclusion: Fuzi Lizhong decoction can decrease the content of triglyceride and increase use of glucose and its metabolism and then causes its levels lower.Fuzi Lizhong decoction embodies its effect of refreshing spleen in traditional Chinese medicine by recovering the normal metabolism of blood sugar and lipids.

摘要:Objective: To study the protection of compound recipe Hovenia dulcis powder and water extract groups on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) in rats.Method: Sixty male and female rats were devided into six groups randomly,the control group,the high-dose,middle-dose,low-dose of crude powder groups,the aqueous extract of H.dulcis group and model groups.The rats were injected carbon tetrachloride to copy the acute liver injury model,to observe activity of serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) after oral administrating compound recipe H.dulcis for 30 days.Result: Compared with model group and blank control group,ALT,AST and LDH levels were significantly increased.Compared with model groups in crude powder high-dose group,LDH were significantly improved.In the crude powder middle-dose group,ALT and LDH levels were significantly improved.In the crude powder low-dose group,ALT,AST and LDH levels were significantly improved.In the aqueous extract of H.dulcis group,ALT and LDH levels were significantly improved.The pathological change of liver was observed,compared with model and test groups,liver injury was alleviated by sum analysis of ranks,especially in the aqueous extract of H.dulcis group.Conclusion: Compound recipe H.dulcis shows protective effect against experimental liver injury in rats,especially the the aqueous extract of H.dulcis group has more significant action.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the proliferation inhibition and apoptosis in human hepatic cancer cell strain HepG2 by ilexgenin A and its mechanism.Method:HepG2 were treated by iexgenin A with different concentration and time.MTT assay,around totally orange(AO) fluorescence staining method,flow cytometry(FCM),SP method of immunocytechemistry were used to determine the inhibiting effect on HepG2 cells,the cell cycle and apoptosis morphological changes and the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax.Result:Ilexgenin A inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells in dosage and time dependent manner.After HepG2 cells were treated by ilexgenin A for 24 hour,ilexgenin A induced a G1 cell cycle arrest and reduced the cell population in S phase and the apoptosis rate were 7.89%,8.37%,9.93%,respectively.With the increasing of the medicine density,the expression of Bcl-2 was down-regulated,while the expression of Bax up-regulated in the apoptosis.Conclusion:Ilexgenin A can inhibit proliferation of the HepG2 cells and induced a G1 cell cycle arrest and reduced the cell population in S phase.It also can induce apoptosis of human prostatic carcinoma through down-regulating the expressions of Bcl-2,up-regulating the expression of Bax.
摘要:Objective: To explore and establish animal model of psoriasis combined with spleen deficiency syndrome.Method: Propranolol emulsion(5%) was used to establish psoriasis model.After the psoriasis model was successfully established,twenty-four guinea pigs were randomly divided in to two groups,psoriasis(group I,n=12) and psoriasis with spleen deficiency syndrome group(group II,n=12).Another twelve guinea pigs were used as the blank control.For establishing spleen deficiency syndrome,group II was orally given bitter and cold purgative rhubarb twice(10 mL·kg-1) daily for a continuous duration of 7 d.Visual inspection and pathological section were carried out on ear skin lesions for all groups.Result: The total symptom scores of group II were higher than those in group I and the blank group,while the difference in Baker scores between the blank group and group I or group II appeared to be significant(P<0.05).However,the Baker scores between group I and group II showed no statistical significance.Conclusion: The psoriasis model with spleen deficiency syndrome shows the pathological features of psoriasis,and with similarities of Traditional Chinese Medicine spleen deficiency syndrome.

摘要:Objective: To study effects of ethanol extract from Boschniakia rossica on proliferation and apoptosis of rat hepatic stellate cell-T6(HSC-T6) cultured in vitro.Method: HSC-T6 was cultured in vitro.The influence of B.rossica ethanol extract on HSC-T6 proliferation was detected at 12,24,36,48 h for concentrations of 0.25,0.5,0.75,1.0 g·L-1 by MTT assay.Morphological changes of HSC-T6 with drug treatment were observed by fluorescent microscope and transmission electronic microscope.Flow cytometry by double staining of Annexin V and PI was used to detect cell cycle distribution and apoptosis rate of HSC-T6.Result: ①MTT assay revealed that the Boschniakia rossica ethanol extract could inhibit HSC-T6 proliferation in dose and time dependent manner.The proliferation inhibitory ratios of B.rossica ethanol extract at concentration 0.75 g·L-1 for 12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h were(44.58±1.42)%,(51.56±1.34)%,(63.83±0.99)% and(74.77±3.40)%,respectively.②The typical morphological changes in apoptotic HSC-T6 were observed under fluorescent microscope and transmission electronic microscope: cell surface microvilli disappeared,cell volume became smaller,cytoplasm concentrated,nuclear chromatin margined,nucleus pyknosis,karyorrhexis,blebbing.③Flow cytometry analysis showed that the HSC-T6 treated with the B.rossica ethanol extract was arrested in G0/G1 phase.The apoptosis rate increased significantly in drug treated group compared with that in the control group and positively correlated with dose increase in B.rossica ethanol extract.B.rossica ethanol extract changed cell cycle distribution,G0/G1phase cell percentage was increased from(50.33±0.80)% to(61.46±1.07)%,and apoptotic ratio was increased from(1.44±0.43)% to(14.20±0.98)%.The changes were significant compared with the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion: B.rossica ethanol extract has significant anti-proliferation effect on HSC-T6 in vitro.B.rossica ethanol extract can induce HSC-T6 apoptosis and arrest HSC-T6 in G0/G1 phase.
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of compound Jiaogulan Yizhi granules(CJG)for improving memory in mice.Method: Experiments of avoiding darkness,jumping stage and water-maze were conducted in mice.The effect of CJG with three doses(0.83,1.67,5.00 g·kg-1·d-1) on memory of mice was observed.Result: In the avoiding darkness test,compared with the control group,the latency time of CJG(medium and high doses) was significantly prolonged(P<0.05),the error times and the number of entering the darkroom were significantly reduced(P<0.01).In the water maze test,compared with control group,the swimming time in CJG high dose group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the number of mice to reach the final destination within 2 min in CJG groups(low,medium and high doses) was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion: CJG has the effect of improving memory.
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Puhui-Simiao San(PSS) on treatment of experimental acute gouty arthritis(AGA) in rabbits.Method: AGA were established in rabbits by injection of monosodium urate solution in the ankle cavity.The degree of joint swelling,the level of white blood cells(WBC),serum urate and the histomorphological changes in joint were evaluated for the treatment of PSS at doses of 1.0,2.0,4.0 g·kg-1(ig).Result: For joint swelling degree,the models at 1,2,3 h showed(41.98±5.74)%,(37.84±8.03)% and(33.30±9.05)%;PSS of low dose showed(26.40±3.96)% at 3 h(P<0.05);PSS of middle dose at 2h and 3 h showed(27.61±5.40)% and(20.22±7.75)%(P<0.05);PSS of high dose at 1,2 and 3 h showed(34.25±5.93)%,(26.00±5.66)% and(12.30±7.07)%(P<0.05).Compared with the model,high dose PSS could reduce the WBC level in ankle cavity(P<0.05) and the serum urate(P<0.05).The morphological evidences showed that PSS could decrease the injury in joint.Conclusion: PSS has treatment effects for AGA.
摘要:Objective:To study Sangdown’s mechanism for prevention and treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Method: Sodium urate crystal was used to induce rat model of acute gouty arthritis.Rats were daily ig given Sangdown(120,60 mg·kg-1),colchicine(0.28 mg·kg-1) for 7 days.Afterwards,tissue specimens were prepared.The level of synovial tissue adhesion molecule 1(ICAM-1) and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-kappa B) was measured by ELISA determination.Result: In the normal gnoup,model group,Sangdown low and high dose groups,colchicine group,ICAM-1 were(142.83±22.30)(376.00±20.99)(292.67±24.78)(202.50±27.03)(179.17±28.19) μg·L-1 respectively and NF-κB were(856.67±50.84),(3 023.83±121.73),(2 685.33±189.85),(1 684.25±206.62) ng·L-1,(1 566.17±206.05)ng·L-1 respectively.ICAM-1,NF-κB in model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.01);Sangdown(low and high dose) could significantly reduce the expression of the two.Conclusion: Sandown can reduce ICAM-1 and NF-κB in synovial tissue in rats.This may be one of the mechanisms for prevention and treatment of gouty arthritis.
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of invigorating blood circulation group of Qigong Kangxian prescription(QF) on transforming growth factor betal(TGF-β1) and Smad 2/3 in immunity-damaged liver fibrosis rats.Method: Use porcine serum by intraperitoneal injection to copy the rat model of immunity-damaged liver fibrosis was established by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum rat.Use the double antibody sandwich method was used to determine the contents of serum TGF-β1.Use the immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of liver tissue TGF-β1,Smad2 and Smad3.Result: ①Serological index: the content of TGF-β1 in model group was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the content of TGF-β1 in invigorate blood circulation group was decreased significantly(P<0.01).And with thea manner of dose-effect relationship.②Test the results of immunohistochemical assay: the expression of TGF-β1,Smad2 and Smad3 in model was obvious.Expression of TGF-β1,Smad2 and Smad3 in invigorating blood circulation group was significantly lower than that in model group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Invigorating blood circulation group of Qigong Kangxian prescription has the function of inhibiting liver fibrosis by inhibiting TGF-β1and Smad 2/3.
摘要:Objective:To explore the effects of Huazhuo Jiedu Recipe(HZJD) on the proliferation and activity in rat hepatic Stellate cells(HSCs) in vitro.Method:The drug-containing serum of HZJD was prepared by feeding healthy SD rats at various doses(20,15,10 mL·kg-1·d-1) of HZJD,and used to incubate the HSCs cultured in vitro.The impact of drug-containing serum on HSCs proliferation was estimated by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)at 24,48 h and 72 h after by intervention of drug-containing serum;the content of collagen 1(COL I) was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);the expression of transforming growth factor betal(TGF-β1) mRNA was measured by RT-PCR.Result: The proliferation of HSCs was inhibited significantly after intervention with various dose of HZJD drug-containing serum.With a concentration-dependent mannercompared with the normal serum control group(P<0.05).The content of COL I and the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA were degraded after intervened with HZJD drug-containing serum at various dose in HSCs(P<0.05).Conclusion: Drug-congtaining serum of HZJD could inhibit the proliferation and activity of HSCs in vitro.
摘要:Objective: To observe the Simiao Yongan decoction on qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome in patients with chronic heart failure and to explore the related mechanism.Method: Cases of stagnancy of Qi and blood stasis with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group,the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given aspirin enteric-coated tablets,oral,100 mg daily;atorvastatin tablets,oral,20 mg daily.In the observation group based on the treatment of control group given Simiao Yongan decoction.The two groups were daily 4 weeks as 1 course.An interval of 1 week,was scheduled before starting second course.The total treatment lasted 4 courses.Result: The clinical cure rate was observed in observation group 57.50%,control group 40%(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group was 95%,control group 75%(P<0.05).After treatment of high shear viscosity of whole blood,blood middle shear viscosity,blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit in observation group were(3.52±0.62),(4.33±0.54),(7.18±1.55),(1.32±0.14)mPa·s,(34.43±5.54)%,compared to the control group respectively(3.72±0.58),(4.52±0.64),(7.41±1.23),(1.41±0.15)mPa·s,(36.78±5.68)%,(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C group respectively(3.62±1.60),(2.32±1.54),(3.15±1.55),(1.92±0.14) mmol·L-1,the control group respectively(4.75±1.58)(3.32±1.64)(4.31±1.23)(1.56±0.15) mmol·L-1,(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical curative effect of Simiao Yongan decoction on qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure is significant.Its mechanism may be related to effect on hemorheology and blood lipids indicators concerned.

摘要:Objective: To study the clinical effect of montelukast combined with Shegan Mahuang Tang in treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA).Method:One hundred and seventy two patients with CVA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and the patients in control group were treated with salbutamol sulfate aerosol(1 dose per time,tid) combined with ketotifen(2 mg·d-1),the patients in treatment group was received with montelukast(10 mg·d-1) combined with Shegan Mahuang Tang.In two groups the treatment lasted for two weeks.Forced expiratory volume 1(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF) and clinical symptom were measured,the clinical effect was compared.Result: The clinical symptom was changed by the teatments significantly.And the score in treatment group and control group was 1.1±0.2 and 1.8±0.3(P<0.05);the PEF changes of treatment group was 5.1%,it was lower than 9.2% in the control’s(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.9%,and the rate of control group was 82.6%,(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shegan Mahuang Tang combined with montelukast shows satisfactory clinical efficacy in CVA,and it is worthy of clinical use.
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of tripterygium wilfordii tablets combined tazarotene in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in patients.Method: One hundred sixteen cases of psoriasis vulgaris patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,58 cases in each group.Two groups were given topical tacalcitol ointment,bid;0.05% tazarotene gel,1 times a day,before going to bed externally.Observation group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablet 30 mg each time,tid.The 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks as 1 courses of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment clinical effect was observed for before and after treatment,including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interleukin 18(IL-18) and dry skin,itching,erythema,burning and other adverse reaction.Result: In observation group basic recovery rate was 51.72%,total effective rate was 94.83%;in control group the basic recovery rate was 37.93%,the total efficiency of 82.76%.Two groups showed significant basic recovery rate and the total efficiency rate(P<0.05).TNF-α,VEGF,IL-18 before and after treatment in 2 groups both showed difference(P<0.05).After the treatment,the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).In observation group the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.34%,in control group the incidence was 8.62% without significant difference.Conclusion: The effect of Tripterygium wilfordii tablets combined tazarotene in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has good clinical curative effect,can reduce the level of serum TNF-α,VEGF,IL-18 levels,so that psoriasis patients immune regulation tends to normal,so as to achieve the purpose of treating disease.
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Tanreqing injection in treatment of lung infection after thoracic operation.Method: Eiighty cases of lung infection after thoracic operation were randomly divided into the observation group,the control group with 40 cases in each group.The two groups underwent routine operation therapy,postoperative broad-spectrum antibiotic for prevention control of infection.At the same time with ambroxol hydrochloride injection 30 mL+250 mL saline,gtt,daily.Based on the treatment of control group the observation group was given Tanreqing injection 30 mL+250 mL saline,gtt daily.Two groups of patients were treateol for 7 days as a 1 course,the therapeutic effects were observed after 1 course of treatment.Result: The cure rate was 77.50% and 62.50% in the observation group and the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the total efficiency was 95% and 82.50% in the observation group and the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Vanishing time of sputum,fever,rales,hospitalization time,chest lesions disappearance time in observation group were(5.82±1.45),(3.68±1.15),(5.27±1.24),(4.68±1.08),(12.62±3.28) d,and in the control group respectively(7.68±1.72),(5.43±1.22),(7.36±1.55),(7.83±1.35),(15.15±3.18) d,the observation group was beffer than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The operation clinical curative effect of Tanreqing injection in treatment of lung infection after thoracic is remarkable.It can shorten the durations of sputum,fever,signs,rale disappearance,hospitalization and chest lesions disappearance.
摘要:Objective:To observe the Lidan Paishi decoction combined with Cefodizime,ursodeoxycholic acid tablet for treating cholelithiasis on clinical curative effect.Method: Sxity cases of cholelithiasis patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were given cefodizime 1.5 g+250 mL saline,gtt,bid.Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets 150 mg,orally bid.The observation group based on the above treatment combined with Lidan Paishi decoction.The 2 group were treated for 5 d as 1 course,2 d rest between courses,total 4 courses.Result: The cure rates were 73.33% and 50%,in the combined treatment group and the control group respectively(P<0.05);the total efficiency was 93.33% and 80% in the combined treatment group and the control group respectively(P<0.05).Onset time,duration of treatment,the stone discharge time,hospitalization time were(33.08±11.83),(2.33±1.22),(42.54±12.67),(53.78±14.42) d in the observation group and(45.14±13.78),(3.67±1.30),(62.93±15.65),(72.42±18.65) d in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Lidan Paishi decoction combined with cefodizime,ursodeoxycholic acid tablets in treatment of cholelithiasis demonstrates remarkable clinical curative effect,the treatment can shorten the onset time,duration of treatment,the stone discharge time and hospitalization time.
摘要:Objective: To observe Addie injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Method: Agreed with the diagnosis standard,80 cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.In the control group chemotherapy(DDP 25 mg·m-2d 1-3 PF scheme,5-FU 750 mg·m-2 d 1-5) was carried out for 2 weeks.In third week with TP regimen(TAX 135 mg·m-2 d 1,DDP 25 mg·m-2d 1-3) was given.At the same time using three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,5 times/ week,for 2 consecutive weeks.The observation group at the start of therapy was given Addie injection intravenous drip,2 times a day.The 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.Result: The comptete releasing rate in observation group was 52.50%,35% in control group,there was a significant difference;the total efficiency in treatment group was 95%,77.50% in control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).For bone marrow toxicity reaction,peripheral neurotoxicity reaction,vomiting and other toxicities,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Appetite,sleep,daily activity,state of mind,emotions,and interest in life,the 2 groups before and after treatment group there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment groups was better than the control gnoup(P<0.05).In 2 groups of patients,the major adverse reactions to bone marrow depression and nausea,anorexia,in particular,rash,white blood cell,hemoglobin,thrombocytopenia and impairment of renal function had no significant difference.Conclusion: Addie injection combined with FP,TP sequential chemotherapy and radiotherapy for advanced lung cancer,the clinical curative effect is remarkable,can improve the quality of life.
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo recipe(YQYYHZTLR) on plasma transforming growth factor beta1(TGF-β1),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Method: Sixty-three patients with DN were randomly divided into the control group(n=31) and the treatment group(n=32).The control group was applied DN regular treatment and the treatment group was added to YQYYHZTLR on the basis of regular treatment.Both of them were treated for three months.Plasma TGF-β1,MMP-9,and TIMP-1 were determined with ELISA in two groups both before and after treatment.β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) were also examined.Result: Plasma levels of TGF-β1and TIMP-1 between the two groups were significantly lower than those of pretreatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Plasma levels of MMP-9 and MMP/TIMP-1 rate between the two groups were significantly higher than those of pretreatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Favorable changes of levels of other parameters(β2-MG and UAER) were also demonstrated(P<0.05,P<0.01).At the same time,plasma levels of TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were different significantly in the treatment group after treatment compared to the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: YQYYHZTLR has a strong influence on regulation and control of extracellular matrix(ECM) metabolism to delay the development of early DN by improving plasma levels of TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1.
摘要:Objective:To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis and significance of the expression,and to study the effect of compound Rhizoma Curcumae powder on expression of VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis,the mechanism of compound Rhizoma Curcumae powder was explored in order to further clinical application.Method:Using immunohistochemistry SP method,the expression level of VEGF was detected in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in hospitalized patients with endometriosis,who had undertaken laparoscopic surgery in Department of Gynecology in Tianjin Nankai Hospital from July 2009 to January 2011,twenty-three cases were given compound Rhizoma Curcumae powder for 3 months before surgery(treatment group)and 30 cases without treatment entered endometriosis group,compared with that in endometrium from hysteromyoma patients of 30 cases(control group).Result:Expression of VEGF was significantly higher in eutopic endometrium of endometriosis group than that of control group(P<0.05).Expression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium was lower than that in eutopic endometrium(P<0.01) and was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium in patients of treatment group were significantly lower than that in endometriosis group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Significantly increased expression of VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis may be closely related to pathogenesis of endometriosis.Compound Rhizoma Curcumae powder may reduce the expression of VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis,thus it may play a therapeutic role in inhibiting angiogenesis in the endometrium.
摘要:Objective: The observation of the clinical effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicinein the treatment of primary hypertension.Method: The selected patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each 50 patients;the control group was given the general antihypertensive,the treatment group was given the Tiaoluo Jiangya fluid.The blood pressure,the clinical general therapeutic effect,the change of hemorrheology and the adverse reaction were observed.Result: The effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 96% and 84%,respectively(P<0.05 vs control group).The systolic pressure,the diastolic pressure,the blood viscosity,the plasma viscosity and the fibronectins were declined in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion: Tiaoluo Jiangya fluid combined with western medicine has a good effect on the hypertension symptoms and the hemorrheology.
摘要:Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of powder of bear gallbladder combined with ganciclovir in infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitiswith cholestasis.Method:Rorty-six infantiles cytomegalovirus hepatitiswith cholestasis were randomly divided into tow groups: the treatment group(n=24)and the control group(n=22).The treatment group received powder of bear gallbladder(0.02 g·kg-1) once day orally,ganciclovir was given in the two groups for two weeks.Result: There were significant differences in IBIL and TBA between the two groups after two weeks(P<0.01).There were very significant differences in time of initial jaundice disappearance and complete disappearance after two weeks(P<0.01).Conclusion:As external ademetionine,powder of bear gallbladder could supplement absent endogenous ademetionine,efficiently decrease intestine-liver circulation,protect scathing liver cell and accelerate jautice to fade away.

摘要:Objective: To research the curative effect of different proportion between Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata in treating chronic renal failure(CRF) by enema method.Method: Sixty patients with CRF were divided into three groups randomLy,they were group A(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparat 1∶1),group B(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparat 1∶2),group C(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparat 2∶1).After 3 courses of treatment,investigate blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr) and curative effect were observed.Result: Scr and BUN in the three groups were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,BUN was decreased(P<0.01).The sequence of curative effect was group A,group C and group B.Conclusion: Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparat 1∶ 1 has the best curative effect on CRF.

摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and effects of’Miao medicine lung frame with warm air fried western medicine’on pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method: One hundred and twenty cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with’Miao medicine lung frame with warm air fried western medicine’and routine treatment;control group in which 60 cases were treated with routine treatment,with the course of 3 months.Result:The treatment group and control group before and after treatment compared comprehensive effect,overall effect of the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05),two groups of patients after treatment forced vital capacity(FVC) improved obviously(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups,the treatment group forced expiratory volume 1 second(FEV1),FEV1% significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:’Miao medicine lung frame with warm air fried western medicine’can relieve the symptoms effectively and improve the pulmonary function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine after laparoscopic surgery on the ovarian chocolate cysts stripping.Method:Seventy-five cases of ovarian cysts after laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups:the first group was given traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,the second group were only given pure western medicine.After treatment,clinical symptoms were enquired by telephone interview.Result:The general effective rate of operation was 100%,cyst recurrence rate of the first group and the second group was 17.2%,13.0% respectively.Comparing of the two groups was performed,the differences were not significant.The pain after operation of the first group wasless than that of the second group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment the pains of ovarian chocolate cysts after laparoscopic surgery.

摘要:Objective: To observe clinical effect of the combine Tongbi decoetion and western medicine treatment for ankylosing spondylitis.Method: Eighty cases of ankylosing spondylitis appeared within three months were randomly divided into two groups: 40 patients were treated by oral indomethacin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride and ibuprofen as control group,the other 40 patients were treated by Tongbi decoction combine the above metioneal western medicine.Two groups of patients were treated for 3 months,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Result: In the observation group the total effective rate was 92.50%,and in the control group the total effective rate was 77.50%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment two groups showed no differences in erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),creaction protein(CRP) and Immunog otulin A(IgA) after treatment,in the observation group ESR,CRP and IgA were(8.05±3.02) mm·h-1,(7.25±3.52)mg·L-1 and(1.58±0.87)mg·L-1,in control group ESR,CRP and IgA were(14.56±6.12) mm·h-1,(12.32±6.27)mg·L-1 and(3.02±0.89) mg·L-1,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combine Tongbi decoction and western medicine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis could achieve benefical effect,and the approach is promising.

摘要:Based on endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) transcription regulation related literatures,this review introduced emphatically the pharmacological mechanism of the cardiovascular protection of traditional Chinese medicine.Combined with the knowledge of related Chinese herbs in ’the senior series of traditional Chinese medicine-Chinese medicine pharmacology’,’the modern research and application of Chinese medicine’ and ’the latest pharmacology and clinical applications of traditional Chinese medicine’,author analyzed the literatures from PubMed database and CNKI database.Briefly stated eNOS transcription regulation mechanism including epigenetic regulation,related transcription factors,27 nt small RNA negative feedback control,mRNA stability,etc;Summarized the traditional Chinese medicine compounds and monomers which can regulate eNOS gene transcription and their pharmacological mechanism.Combined with the advantages of Chinese traditional medicine for the treatment of chronic disease,the study of traditional Chinese medicine at molecular level(such as epigenetic regulation) should be taken up.
摘要:To analyze English translation of Chinese medicine recipes and provide tentative solutions,so as to provide guidelines for standardizing the translation.The data are collected based on literature review,and specific examples are collected and analyzed.Substandard translations widely exist,i.e.a term with different translations,different terms sharing the same translation and cultural misunderstanding.Such problems hinder global spread and application of Chinese medicine.Translation of Chinese Medicine Recipes should follow principles of unity,accuracy and conciseness,and translators should adopt different approaches according to naming methods of the recipes,to ensure transference of original connotation.
