      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of effective ingredients from Majie Pingchuan cataplasma. Method: With extraction rate and transmittance of amygdalin and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride as comprehensive evaluation index,extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test,transdermal test of extract was adopted by Franz diffusion cell,the contents of amygdalin and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum extraction process was as following:reflux extracted 2 times with 6-fold the amount of 80% ethanol,1.5 h per time. Conclusion: Optimized technology met actual application requirements by combining with pharmacodynamic index,it could provide basis for clinical practice of Majie Pingchuan cataplasma.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize matrix formulation of Zhitong gel ointments and investigate its in vitro release properties. Method: With initial bonding strength,endurance bonding strength and film residual as indexes,optimal proportion of matrix formulation(NP-700,aluminum compounds,glycerin and tartaric acid) was selected by central composite design-response surface methodology.Modified Franz diffusion cell and millipore membrane were used to investigate in vitro release properties of ferulic acid in Zhitong gel ointments. Result: Optimum matrix formulation was NP-700-aluminum compounds-glycerin-tartaric acid (1.5:0.16:8.8:0.12).Cumulative release rate of ferulic acid in Zhitong gel ointments was (86.31±6.73)% in 12 h. Conclusion: This optimized matrix formulation had high drug loading and good spreadability,moisture resistance and adhesion.In vitro release behavior of ferulic acid in Zhitong gel ointments was close to the zero-order equation with a dual mechanism of diffusion and dissolution,but mainly by diffusion.

      摘要:Objective: To compare stability and reproducibility of three preparation processes for Hypericum perforatum extract. Method: HPLC fingerprint of H. perforatum extract was established,and different batches of extract were analyzed by similarity analysis,cluster analysis and pattern recognition. Result: These three processes had good stability and reproducibility,and enzymatic hydrolysis was superior to before enzymatic hydrolysis,purification was superior to before purification,optimum preparation technology was purified by LSA-10 macroporous resin after enzymatic hydrolusis.Mirror degree of different batches of extract was high with good similarity(>0.9). Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint analysis method could be adopted for quality control and process evaluation of similar extract.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize enrichment and purification technology of total iridoid glycosides from Jasminum officinale by macroporous resin. Method: With oleuropein as index,its content was determined by HPLC. Types of macroporous resin were optimized by static adsorption-elution test,enrichment and purification technology was investigated by orthogonal test and single-factor tests. Result: XDA-16 macroporous resin showed better effect than others,optimum purification technology was as following:the concentration of sample liquid 0.08 g·mL-1,height-diameter ratio of 1:3,absorption velocity 2 BV·h-1,dosage of sample liquid of 0.7 g·g-1,washed impurity with 8 BV water,then eluted wtih 4 BV 70% ethanol at 2 BV·h-1,collected eluent. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible.XDA-16 macroporous resin had a good enrichment and purification effect on total iridoid glycosides from J. officinale.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize separation and purification technology for total steroids of withanolides from effective part of trearment psoriasis in Datura metel. Method: With content and purity of total steroids as indexes,optimum resin model was screened by comparing adsorption properties and elution ability of different macroporous resins.Single factor tests were adopted to investigate effect of loading capacity,type of eluent,elution rate and other parameters on purification technology. Result: D941 macroporous resin was selected,its optimum purification technology was as following:ratio of sample mass to macroporous resin<7.5 g·L-1,pH of sample liquid 7,eluted with 3 BV water at elution flow speed of 6 BV·h-1.After purified,purity of total steroids was more than 90%. Conclusion: This optimized purification technology was simple,stable and feasible with good purification effect.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize in vitro transdermal enhancer of odynolysis cataplasms. Method: Franz diffusion cell was adopted with pH 7.4 phosphate buffer as receiving medium,in vitro skin permeation studies of ferulic acid were conducted across excised rabbit abdominal skin.The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC to calculate cumulative doses of skin permeation and cumulative penetration rate.Effect of used alone or mixed use of azone,N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and propylene glycol on in vitro transdermal of ferulic acid was investigated. Result: Optimum transdermal enhancer was 3% azone+3% propylene glycol,it could increase about 2.2 times of transdermal amount of ferulic acid.N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone could hardly increase transdrmal amount of ferulic acid,alone adding 2% azone could increase 1.7 times and 3% propylene glycol increased 1.4 times. Conclusion: 3% Azone+3% propylene glycol could be as transdermal enhancer for odynolysis cataplasms with optimum effect.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Peitu Qingxin granules. Method: With yield of volatile oil as index,single factor tests were adopted to investigate effect of the amount of water,soaking time and distillation time on extraction technology of volatile oil.With yield of phillyrin and extract rate as comprehensive evaluation index,based on single factor tests,effect of extraction time,the amount of water,extraction times and soaking time on water extraction technology was investigated by orthogonal test. Result: Optimum extraction technology of volatile oil was as following:soaked 0.5 h with 8 times the amount of water,then distilled 6 h.Optimum water extraction technology conditions were as follows:boiled 3 times with 10 times the amount of water,1 each time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology was simple,stable and feasible,it could settle foundation for molding technology of Peitu Qingxin granules.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate online monitoring of separation technology with macroporous resin column for extract of Gardenia jasminoides by conductivity method. Method: Conductivity changes of eluted components after macroporous resin absorption were determined by conductivity apparatus,and its correlation with changes of geniposide,genipin-1-β-D-gentiobioside and deacetyl-asperulosidic acid methyl ester was detremined respectively. Result: Conductivity decreased first, and then significantly increased with elution of geniposide and other components, showing a good correlation. Conclusion: Conductance method could be used to monitor separation technology with macroporous resin for extract of G. jasminoides.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize smashing tissue extraction technology of total naphthaquinones in Arnebia euchroma. Method: With transfer rates of total naphthaquinones and β,β'-dimethylacrylalkannin as evaluation indexes,L9(34) orthogonal design was adopted for investigating effect of the amount of solvent,extraction time and voltage on smashing tissue extraction technology,and compared with percolation method. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 2 times with 14,8 folds the amount of 95%ethanol at 140 V,2 minutes per time.Transfer rates of total naphthaquinones and β,β'-dimethylacrylalkannin were 90.72% and 70.68%,but they were 79.03% and 65.43% with percolation method,respectively. Conclusion: Smashing tissue extraction method was better than percolation method,the former was suitable for extracting total naphthaquinones in A. euchroma, this optimized technology was stable and feasible with good application prospects.

      摘要:Objective: To comparative analyze different extraction methods for protein in tissue of Saussurea involucrate. Method: Protein in tissue of S. involucrate was extracted by phenol method,TCA/acetone method and urea method,prepared protein was detected by one-dimensional SDS-PAGE and two-dimensional electrophoresis,then optimum extraction method for protein in tissue of S. involucrate was determined by comparing electrophoretic patterns. Result: Phenol extraction method was optimal with the highest purity and the least impurities,one-dimensional SDS-PAGE and two-dimensional electrophoresis showed that there were more protein spots and species. Conclusion: Three extraction methods had some protein loss,but phenol method was the best for extracting protein from tissue of S. involucrate,this study could provide reference for investigating proteomics of S. involucrate.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize microwaves-assisted extraction technology of total polyphenols from banana peel. Method: Total polyphenols was extracted by microwaves-assisted technique with yield of total polyphenols as index,effect of the concentration of ethanol,microwave power,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on extraction technology of total polyphenols was investigated by single-factor tests and orthogonal test. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:extracted 100 s with 35 times the amount of 50% ethanol under microwaves power of 380 W.Yield of total polyphenols was 2.16%. Conclusion: Microwave-assisted technology could be adopted for extracting total polyphenols with shorten time,high efficiency and other advantages.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Apocynum venetum in Jieduyin pills. Method: With the content of hyperoside and analgesic efficacy reaction as indexes,extraction solvent was selected by single-factor test;With the content of hyperoside and dry extract yield as comprehensive index,effect of the amount of solvent,extraction time and frequencies on extraction technology was investigated by orthogonal test.the content of hyperoside was determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:extracted 3 times with 12 times the amount of 50% ethanol,1 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and effective,which could lay foundation for further study of Jieduyin pills.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare yuanhuacine reference with high purity and low cost. Method: Yuanhuacine was obtained by Silica gel column-preparative TLC method.Purity of yuanhuacine was determined by RP-HPLC and structure was identified by NMR. Result: Cost of silica gel column-preparative TLC method was lower than preparative HPLC,no visible impurity spot,purity of prepared yuanhuacine was good. Conclusion: Problem of high cost,low yield of yuanhuacine in preparation could be resolved by this method,it provided a reference for research and development of terpenoids in Daphne genkwa.

      摘要:Objective: To compare ursolic acid content in Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus before and after being processed. Method: Chromatographic conditions were as follows:Inersil ODS-2 C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (90:10),flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength 210 nm,column temperature 30℃. Result: The content of ursolic acid in different processed products of Fructus Gardeniae was in order of Gardeniae Fructus (middle,1.03 mg·g-1)>Gardeniae Fructus (small,0.68 mg·g-1) >Gardeniae Fructus (large,0.57 mg·g-1)>Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus (0.12 mg·g-1)>Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus (light,0.11 mg·g-1)>Fructus Gardeniae Praeparatus (heavy,0.09 mg·g-1). Conclusion: Heating time and tempreture may have some effect on the content of ursolic acid in Fructus Gardeniae.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate pyrolytic degradation kinetic characteristics of ferulic acid in compound Tianning dripping pills. Method: With the content of ferulic acid as index,which was determined by HPLC,classic constant temperature acceleration test and sample observation method were adopted for investigating validity period of compound Tianning dripping pills. Result: Content change of ferulic acid was in line with first-order kinetics,validity period of compound Tianning dripping pills was 20.8 months. Conclusion: Results of classic constant temperature acceleration test and sample observation method were basically the same,classic constant temperature acceleration test could quickly determine validity period and shorten development cycle of new drugs.

      摘要:Objective: To choose the best extraction for paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba from different extracting processes and provide the basis. Method: The medicinal materials from original growing areas were extracted by water, enthanol reflux, enthanol ultrasonic extracting and enthanol Soxhlet extracting respectively. The best extracting process was chosen from different extracting processes based on determining the content of index components of paeoniflorin by HPLC according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 and verified three times. A Kromasil 100-5C18 analytical column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% H3PO4 (14:86); the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was kept at 30℃. The sample size was 10 μL. Result: The determining condition of paeoniflorin was good according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010. The content of paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba was 3.02% for 50% enthanol ultrasonic extracting, 2.90% for 80% enthanol reflux extracting, 2.64% for 50% enthanol reflux extracting, 1.83% for 80% enthanol Soxhlet extracting and 1.56% for water extracting respectively. Conclusion: The best extraction for paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba from different extracting processes is 50% enthanol ultrasonic extracting.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze the optimized conditions in essential oil of Dendranthema indicum. Method: The fibers of SPME and extract temperature, including polydimethysiloxane-divinylbenzene (PDMS-DVB), polyacrylate (PA) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fibers, were chosen and the conditions were optimized. Result: The best response was obtained using a 65 μm PDMS-DVB fibern at 70℃. Conclusion: The suitable fiber should be chosen according to the target compounds under the best temperature. This method could improve the extract efficiency.

      摘要:Objective: A rapid and specific RP-HPLC-UV method was developed for the analysis of polyphyllin Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and hyperoside. The method was applied to study the content determination of Chonglou Kegan capsule containing polyphyllin Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and hyperoside. Method: The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 (2) reversed-phase column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) by isocratic elution with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid (42:58). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 203, 360 nm. Result: Linear responses were obtained for polyphyllin Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and hyperoside ranging from 0.1 to 10 μg. The extraction recovery ranged from 98.91%-102.12%. Stability studies showed that polyphyllin Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and hyperoside were stable in preparation and analytical process. Conclusion: The results indicated that the validated method was successfully used to determine the concentration of polyphyllin Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and hyperoside.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a phosphomolybdic acid-casein spectrophotometry for determination of total tannins in fruits of Phyllanthus emblica from different areas. Method: With gallic acid as reference substance and phosphomolybdic acid as chromogenic agent,detection wavelength 760 nm,the content of total tannins in P. emblica from eight different areas was determined. Result: The linearity range of gallic acid was 0.306-2.448 mg·L-1 with r=0.999 1,the average recovery was 99.27% with RSD 2.30%.The content of total tannins in P. emblica from different areas were significantly different (6.72%-11.95%),the content of total tannins in samples from India and Nepal were the highest. Conclusion: This method was simple,accurate and reproducible which could be adopted for determination of total tannins in P. emblica.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effects of Andrographis Herba compatibility with Artemisiae Scopariae Herba on content change of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide. Method: RP-HPLC was performed on an Innersil ODS-3 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water in gradient elution,flow rate was 1.2 mL·min-1,detection wavelengths were set at 225 nm for andrographolide in 0-10 min and 254 nm for dehydroandrographolide in 10-20 min,column temperature was 35℃. Result: The linear range of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were 19.66-314.6(r=0.999 5),4.3-69.12 g·L-1(r=0.999 5),respectively.Average recoveries of these two components were 99.7% and 99.9%,respectively with RSD were less than 2.3%. Conclusion: The contents of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide from Andrographis Herba increased significantly after compatibility with Artemisiae Scopariae Herba.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content of polysaccharides in Laggera pterodonta and investigate its in vitro antioxidative activity. Method: Polysaccharides in L. pterodonta was extracted by ultrasonic-microwave synergistic method,the content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry,its antioxidant activity was measured by FRAP assay,salicylic acid assay,ABTS assay and adjacent benzene pyrogallol assay. Result: The content of polysaccharides in L. pterodonta was 200 mg·g-1.Compared with the positive control of ascorbic acid and tea polyphenols,reducing Fe3+ antioxidant capacity of polysaccharides in L. Pterodonta (829.75 μmol·g-1) was weaker than ascorbic acid (1 536.5 μmol·g-1),but higher than tea polyphenols (739.75 μmol·g-1).Scavenging ABTS+radical capacity (IC50 0.197 g·L-1) and superoxide anion radical capacity (IC50 0.289 g·L-1) was lower than ascorbic acid (IC50 were 0.032,0.259 g·L-1, respectively),but higher than tea polyphenols (IC50 were 0.233,0.335 g·L-1,respectively).Scavenging OH·(IC50 0.245 g·L-1)was lower than ascorbic acid (IC50 0.199 g·L-1) and tea polyphenols (IC50 0.233 g·L-1). Conclusion: Phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry to determine the content of polysaccharides from L. pterodonta was simple,rapid and accurate with good sensitivity,antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from L. pterodonta was strong.

      摘要:Objective: To establish TLC for compound Naoqing capsules. Method: TLC was performed to qualitatively identify Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng,Rhizoma Acori tatarinowii,Fructus Forsythiae and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. Result: Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng,Rhizoma Acori tatarinowii,Fructus Forsythiae and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were well identified by TLC.TLC spotting was clear with high separation and strong specificity. Conclusion: This method was simple and accurate with highly reproducible,it could be adopted for quality control of compound Naoqing capsules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cinnamaldehyde and eugenol in Goupi Gao. Method: The HPLC method was performed on a phenomenex-luna C18(2) (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at 40℃ and detected at 280 nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (45:55) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 0.141 69-14.169 mg·L-1 for cinnamaldehyde and 1.066 04-106.604 mg·L-1 for engenol. The average recoveries of cinnamaldehyde and engenol were 102.98% (RSD 1.33%) and 95.40% (RSD 0.40%). Conclusion: The method is simple, effective, accurate and reproducible for the determination of cinnamaldehyde and eugenol in Goupi Gao.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods for Yangjingzhongyu Granules. Method: Radix Paeoniae Alba, Angelica sinensis and Fructus corni in the preparation were identified by TLC, and the content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Result: The TLC spots were clear without interference of the other constituents in the preparation. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 60.56-605.6 ng (r=0.999 6). The average recovery was 99.2% (RSD 1.5%). Conclusion: The method is easy, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of the preparation.

      摘要:Objective: Study on the electrochemical fingerprints of Fructus chaenomelis from different areas by B-Z oscillation system. Method: With adding F. chaenomelis to chemical oscillation system of H2SO4-CH2(COOH)2-Ce(SO4)2-KBrO3, electrochemical workstation was used to record potential(E) with time(t) changes.The induction phase, oscillating period, amplitude and oscillating life of every fingerprint were recorded and oscillation fingerprint of F. chaenomelis was also obtained. By investigating the factors of reactant concentrations on oscillation curves, the results obtained showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:12 mL of H2SO4(3.0 mol·L-1), 6mL of CH2(COOH)2 (0.4 mol·L-1), 3mL of Ce(SO4)2(0.005 mol·L-1), 3mL of KBrO3(0.2 mol·L-1), reaction temperature 310 K, added 0.3 g of F. chaenomelis powder. Result: Analyzing these fingerprints, there were significant differences in induction curve, oscillation curve and characteristic parameters of electrochemical fingerprints among F. chaenomelis from different producing areas. Conclusion: This method can be used to identify F. chaenomelis from different habitats and it was convenient, sensitive and credible,and without need sample preparation.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of α-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid in Oviductus Ranae. Method: Alltima C18(4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (80:20);the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1;the column temperature was kept at 30℃;the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Result: The linear ranges of α-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid were 4.755-152.16 mg·L-1 (r=1),15.362-491.59 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8) and 47.275-1512.8 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9) respectively.The average recoveries were 95.8% with RSD 1.79% for α-linolenic acid, 98.6% with RSD 1.32% for linoleic acid, 99.3% with RSD 1.59% for oleic acid. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, convenient, specific and repeatable, which can be used to control the quality of α-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid in Oviductus Ranae.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprint of Radix Pulsatillae Formula Granules for identifying and evaluating its quality by HPLC. Method: The HPLC analysis was carried out in Waters XbridgeTM C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm;the column temperature was kept at 40℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. Result: Eighteen peaks were selected as the character fingerprint peaks of Radix Pulsatillae Formula Granules with the identified of pulchinenoside B4.Good similarities were found in the established fingerprint through similarity analysis and the resolution was good. Conclusion: The method can be used as the quality control for Radix Pulsatillae Formula Granules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standards for Tongzu Granules. Method: The thin layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted for qualitative identification;aloin was detected by HPLC. Result: The identifying method of Aloe, Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Terminalia chebula were established. The determination method for the content of aloin was established. The calibration curve of aloin was liner in the range of 0.41-2.46 μg. The regression equation was Y=12 704X+48.84 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 96.39% and RSD was 0.76% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Tongzu granules.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of kaempferol in D. caudatum. Method: D. caudatum was extracted by reflux with the mixed solution of methanol 25% hydrochloric acid (4:1) for 1.5 hours. The chromatographic column was ThermoBDS Hyperl C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (30:70) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 368 nm, and the column temperature was kept at 30℃;the inject volume was 10 μL. The content of kaempferol in D. caudatum was determined by external standard method. Result: Kaempferol was linear in the concentration range of 18.94-189.4 ng (r=0.999 6), and the average recovery of kaempferol was 105.5% (RSD 1.2%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible with good stability, which can be used as quality control method for D. caudatum.

      摘要:Objective: To study synthesis and total antioxidant ability in vitro of menthyl Ferulate. Method: The vanillin was used as raw material and menthyl hydrogen malonate was used as intermediate,condensation reaction between them was used to synthesize menthyl ferulate, and the ferric reducing ability of plasma (FRAP) method was used to measure its total antioxidant ability in vitro. Result: Menthyl ferulate was obtained through three steps reaction route,this compound has not reported, its structure was confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS. Menthyl ferulate showed the antioxidant ability in the trial concentration range, but weak than ferulic acid. Conclusion: Menthyl ferulate has antioxidant activity, the synthetic method is applicable to other ferulic acid ester or ferulic acid amide derivatives.

      摘要:Objective: To develop the HPLC method for the determination of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid in Sarcandra Zhongtongning cream. Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on Hypersil ODS C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column. Acetonitrile with 0.1% formic acid-0.1% formic acid was used as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was at 330 nm, column temperature was maintained at 30℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Isofraxidin was linear in the range of 4.06-64.96 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.48% and 0.73% respectively. Rosmarinic acid was linear in the range of 12.3-196.8 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 101.98% and 0.1.5% respectively. Conclusion: This method was simple, accurate and specific with good reproducibility. It can be effectively used for the quality control of Sarcandra Zhongtongning cream.

      摘要:Objective: To develop an UPLC method for determining the content of four flavones in Yinhuang granule. Method: The analysis was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18column (2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm) eluted with methanol and water containing 0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phases in a linear gradient mode. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1, the column temperature was set at, and the detection wavelength was set at 274 nm. Result: The linear ranges were 1.09-21.8 μg for baicalin, 0.340-6.80 μg for wogonoside, 0.116-2.32 μg for baicalein, 0.102-2.04 μg for wogonin respectively. The average recoveries of the four flavones were 100.8% (RSD 0.32%), 97.1% (RSD 0.95%), 101.5% (RSD 1.6%), 98.7% (RSD 0.059%) respectively. Conclusion: The method appeared to be simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used for quality control of the four flavones in Yinhuang granule.

      摘要:Objective: Isolation and identification of saponins from Gocaekmbaw before and after heat-processing was studied. Method: The leaves of Gocaekmbaw were steam-heated at 125℃ and 0.24 MPa for 3 h, then extracted with 80% ethanol for 3 h. The extracts were isolated with chromatography using HP-20, silica gel and reversed ODS column. The constituents isolated from Gocaekmbaw before and after heat-processing were identified with 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and LCMS-IT-TOF spectra. Result: Two dammarane-type saponins were isolated from the original Gocaekmbaw. And four different compounds were got from the heat processed Gocaekmbaw. They were identified as gypenoside XLVI, gypenoside LVI, gypenoside L, gypenoside LI, damulin B and damulin A, respectively. Conclusion: Sugar chains in C20 position of gypenoside XLVI and gypenoside LVI were hydrolyzed by heat-processing to change the constituents of Gocaekmbaw.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the UPLC fingerprint analysis method of Musa basjoo, for its quality control. Method: Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18 (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm) column was used, the mobile phase was composed 0.1% acetic acid water-acetonitrile with gradient elution, detection wavelength was set at 290 nm, the flow rate was 0.2 mL·min-1, column temperature was 35℃. Determination of fingerprint of Musa basjoo, the system cluster and similarity comparison was used to analysis the different origin M. basjoo herbs. Result: The UPLC fingerprint of M. basjoo was established and calibration of 16 common peaks, M. basjoo herbs can be divided into three categories by hierarchical cluster analysis, combined with the similarity analysis results indicate that the different origin of the M. basjoo had difference content of chemical composition. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible, so it can be used for quality control of the M. basjoo herbs.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Thalictrum foeniculaceum. Method: The solvent extraction and the normal phase silica gel column chromatography were used to isolate and purify the constituents from ethyl acetate-soluble fraction of the ethanol extract of T. foeniculaceum.Structures of the constituents were identified by spectralanalyses. Result: Three compounds were isolated from T. foeniculaceum. They were identified as 4-hydroxybenzenemethanol, 2,4-dihydroxyethylphenylacetate and β-sitosterol respectively. Conclusion: The former two compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a UPLC and develop an UPLC fingerprint for the identification of Lycopodii Herba for controlling the drug quality quickly and accurately. Method: The UPLC fingerprint of ten batches of Lycopodii Herba and adulterants were determined on an Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18 (2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm) column eluted with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile (1:1)-water containing 0.05% phosphoric acid in gradient mode and the detection wavelength was at 256 nm, the flow rate of 0.1 mL·min-1. Result: The method of HPLC fingerprints was established and the 19 mutual peaks were indicated. The similar degrees of the ten batches were between 0.923-0.985.The similarities among the Lycopodii Herba and adulterants from different sources were obtained, there were apparent difference in fingerprint. Conclusion: The method is quick and accurate. The UPLC fingerprint of Lycopodii Herba with high specificity can be used to control the quality of Lycopodii Herba.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical composition of Bamboo Juice. Method: The components of Bamboo Juice were analyzed by GC-MS. Result: The bamboo juice that prepared for 50 min from which the qualitative material were 31 out of 57 detected material,the content of qualitative material in detected material were 83.18%. Conclution: Five compounds were found with the match degree above 95%, including 2-propanone, 1-hydroxy-;furfural;2-furylmethanol;4h-pyran-4-one, 2,3-dihydro-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl-;2-furancarboxaldehyde, 5-(hydroxymethyl).

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of patchouli alcohol in Kangganzhibao Mixture by capillary gas chromatography, and develop and improve the quality standards of this mixture. Method: Samples were pretreated with petroleum ether (30-60℃). Chromatographic condition was as follows:HP-5 capillary column (0.25 mm×0.25 μm×30 m), FID detector and 1 177 injector;the column temperature was controlled by programming:the initial temperature was set at 180℃ for 10 min, and then rose up (5℃·min-1) to 230℃ for 3 min;the detector and injector temperature were set at 280℃;split ratio was 37:1;the flow rate of nitrogen was 1 mL·min-1 and the injection volume was 1 μL;internal standard was n-octadecane;and the number of theoretical plates was not less than 50 000 (calculated by patchouli alcohol). Result: Patchouli alcohol was linear in the range of 0.012-0.072 μg (Y=294X+12.8) (r=0.999 6). The average recovery was 98.45% with RSD 1.09% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable with good repetition, which can be used as one of the quality control methods for Kangganzhibao Mixture.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of morphine in Xiaoyanzhike Tablets. Method: The method of high performance liquid chromatography was carried out on a column of Sinochrom-C18 using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-methanoic acid (7.5:92.5:0.1) with a flow rate of 0.7 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm. Result: The calibration curve of morphine was linear over the range of 42.40-424.0 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.25% (RSD 1.67%). Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, which can be used to determine the content of morphine in Xiaoyanzhike Tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the correlation between color traits of Licorice and its quality evaluation by colorimeter to determine the color traits of Licorice. Method: The colors of Licorice cortex and transection were determined by colorimeter. In addition, the content of the marker components of licorice, glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin were determined by HPLC. Result: The RSD values of all colorimetric values of licorice were less than 2%, indicating a good stability of colorimetric values, and also, the method can quantify the color traits. It avoids the individual subjective discrepancy to color recognition and the insensitivity to slight difference in color. In addition, the correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation between colorimetric values and the marker components of wild licorice, providing a basis for the traditional sensory color evaluation for the quality of Chinese drugs. However, this rule was not applicable for planting liquorices. So the traditional sensory color evaluation to the planting materials requires further studying. Conclusion: Applicating colorimeter to determine the color traits of traditional Chinese medicine is feasible, and provides a new method and reference for the traditional evaluation methods for Chinese drugs.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a non-aqueous titration method to determine the content of sodium danshensu. Method: Non-aqueous titration method was performed with acetic acid and acetic anhydride (1:1.5) as the solvent and crystal violet as indicator. The sodium danshensu solution was titrated with 0.1 mol·L-1 perchloric acid solution. The end point was decided by potentiometric method and indicator method. Result: The results of non-aqueous titration were in agreement with the results of HPLC. Conclusion: The non-aqueous titration method was accurate, reliable and precise, and it can be used to determine the content of sodium danshensu.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a simultaneous determination method for paeoniflorin and pepper alkali in Zhitong Tablets. Method: The determination was performed on a Phenomsil ODS column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm (0-15 min, paeoniflorin) and 343 nm (15-30 min, pepper alkali). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Result: paeoniflorin presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 4.82-48.24 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 100.59% with RSD 1.43% (n=6). Pepper alkali presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 2.51-25.12 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 7). The average recovery rate was 99.84% with RSD 1.45% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used as the basis for quality control of Zhitong Tablets.

      摘要:Objective: To establish DNA fingerprint method for the identification of Bupleurum chinese and adulterants. Method: The improved CTAB method was used to extract genomic DNA from B. chinese and common adulterants, designning the specific primer that identifies the B. chinese and common adulterants, and using DNA fingerprint Technology to identify the B. chinese and common adulterants by PCR. Result: The 23 kb DNA was separated from the B. chinese and common adulterantsthe by the improved CTAB, which purity was (1.71±0.11), the diagnostic results of PCR with specific primer showed that a 173 bp fragment was only amplified from the B. chinese. Conclusion: B. chinese DNA fingerprint has specific characteristics, it can be used for the crude drugs in the current market.

      摘要:Objective: This article assessed the genetic relationship and genetic diversity in Erodium stephanianum. Method: Twenty-three germplasmic resources of E. Stephanianum. were analyzed by inter simple sequence repeat(ISSR) molecular markers. Genetic similarities were calculated by using NTSYS software and the dendrogram was constructed by using UPGMA method. Result: Fourteen ISSR primers were selected from 100 ISSR primers,and 185 DNA fragments were amplified from 23 samples.Of which,142 fragment were polymorphic(percentage of polymorphic bands was 76.8%). The genetic similarity among all accessions ranged from 0.458 to 0.916.Clustering analysis showed that the 23 samples of Fritillaria could be distinctively classified into 6 groups. Conclusion: Results from the cluster analysis were correlated significantly with the morphological characteristics and geographical location of 23 samples. The data indicate that ISSR technique is useful to determine genetic diversity and genetic relationship among E. stephanianum. provenances, providing a scientific basis for genetic breeding,differentiation and new cultivar selection.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influences of different concentrations and different seed soaking times of gibberellin on breaking dormancy and seedling growth of Pesudostellaria heterophylla. Method: The methods of ten gibberellin concentrations and five seed soaking times combined with lamination at low temperature to breaking dormancy of P. heterophylla were observed. Germination rate, germination energy, plant height, taproot length, fresh weight and dry weight were determined in different conditions. Result: Soaked in 500-600 mg·L-1gibberellin for 24 hours, then treated with lamination under-2-3℃ for 45 days, the germination rate was over 80%,in other different concentrations no obvious difference, but were significantly higher than control group. Soaked in 600 mg·L-1 gibberellin for 6 hours, then treated with lamination under -2-3℃ for 40 days, the germination rate reached 84.17%. In 600 mg·L-1gibberellin group fresh weight and dry weight were significantly higher than those in other soaking times and control group. There were no obvious difference in other different seed soaking times within groups, but were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: The seeds breaking dormancy time of P. heterophylla could be shortened with the method of soaked in 500-600 mg·L-1 gibberellin for 6 hours, then treated with lamination under -2-3℃.

      摘要:Objective: Research on the resource of Medicinal Pteridophytes in leigongshan natural reserve was performed. Method: The field study, data checking, collection and identification of specimen, as well as investigation of the deposit of Medicinal Pteridophytes resource, and so on were used. Result: The medicinal pteridophytes, including 35 families, 75 genera and 190 species are distributed in Leigongshan natural reserve. The combination of families, genera and species are rational. The species of Medicinal Pteridophytes for clearing heat are the majority. Conclusion: The majority species of medicinal pteridophytes in Leigongshan natural reserve were ascertained.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a GC-FID method for determination of borneol concentration in mice tissues and investigate its tissues distribution after oral administration. Method: Wholebrain,heart,liver,spleen,lungs and kidneys were quickly isolated by executing mice at 1,3,5,10,20,30,60,90,120 min after oral administration of borneol with a dosage of 30.0 mg·kg-1.These tissues were extracted with ethyl acetate and detected by GC-FID,octadecane was used as an internal standard. Result: Calibration curve was good linear,extraction recoveries,RSD of within-day and between-day with low,medium and high concentration were satisfied for analysis requirements of biological samples.Borneol distributed in all major organs after administration with the order of liver>kidney>heart>brain>spleen>lung,Tmax in liver,lung and spleen was earlier than in heart,brain and kidney. Conclusion: Established GC-FID could be applied to determination of borneol in tissues.There were differences of borneol distribution in each tissues,it mainly distributed in abundant blood-supply tissues such as liver,kidneys,heart and brain.

      摘要:Objective: To compare in vivo pharmacokinetic parameters of Chuanping compound in rats and human. Method: HPLC was adopted for determining the concentration of ephedrin and pseudoephedrine in SD rats blood and human urine,pharmacokinetic parameters in rats blood and human urine were calculated by 3P87 software and urine drug deficiency,respectively. Result: Pharmacokinetic parameters of chuanping compound in rats and human were not the same,interaction of Ephedra sinica and Datura metel had no significant effect on metabolism of ephedrin and pseudoephedrine in rats,but it had influence in human. Conclusion: Metabolic process was different between drugs with high dosage in animals and drugs with normal dose in human.In vivo metabolic process of animals with high dosage could not accurately reflect drugs in human.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Kuijieling decoction contained serum on cell proliferation in Caco-2 cell injury model. Method: Rectal instillation of trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid (TNBS) was used to establish the rats model of ulcerative colitis,3 days later blood simples were collected and serum was separated, which was used to intervene Caco-2 cells for a period of time to simulate cell inflammatory injury model, the effect of different concentrations of Kuijieling decoction contained serum oncell proliferation was observed by the method of MTT. Result: Compared with the model serum group, 10%, 5%, 2.5%, 1.25%, 0.625% of Kuijieling decoction contained serum promoted proliferation, especially 10% of Kuijieling decoction contained serum was best(P<0.05). Conclusion: Kuijieling decoction contained serum could promote the proliferation of Caco-2 cells after injury.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor activity in vivo of extract from compound Fomes fomentarius (ECF), and reveal the anti-tumor mechanism of ECF. Method: S180-bearing and Lewis tumor-bearing mice models were established. Mice were divided into five groups, model group, cyclophosphamide (CTX) group, high-(0.15 g·kg-1), middle-(0.1 g·kg-1)and low-dose (0.05 g·kg-1) of ECF.The S180-bearing and Lewis tumor-bearing mice in every group received corresponding drugs for 10 and 15 days respectively, then the effects of ECF on tumor growth, thymus and spleen indexs, tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α)and macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) levels were determined. Result: The inhibition rate of the three groups(low-,middle-, and high-dose group) of ECF in S180-bearing mice was 11.8%, 47.1% and 58.8% respectively, and in Lewis tumor-bearing mice, the inhibition rate was 7.1%, 57.1% and 28.6% respectively. Compared with model group, high-dose group of ECF could inhibit tumor growth and reduce M-CSF levels of S180-bearing mice (P<0.05), middle-dose group could inhibit tumor growth and reduce M-CSF levels of Lewis tumor-bearing mice (P<0.05), high-dose group could increase thymus indexes, high-, middle-and low-dose groups of ECF could elevate TNF-α levels (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: ECF could exhibit effect on the growth of transplanted S180 and Lewis tumor, probably via increasing indexes of immune organ and the regulation of TNF-α and M-CSF expression.

      摘要:Objective: To observe effects of puerarin and oleanolic acid on blood glucose, blood lipid, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), advanced glycation end products (AGEs), serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and pancreatic histopathology in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), and to approach their pharmacological mechanism. Method: T2DM rats induced by high calories diet and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotacin(STZ) were randomly divided into five groups:diabetes mellitus (M)group, melbine(D) group, puerarin(P) group, oleanolic acid group(OA) and puerarin with oleanolic acid(POA)group. Fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (P2hPG) of rats in each group were measured before treatment and after 2, 4, 6 weeks of administration. After 6 weeks, blood simples were collected for measurement on blood glucose, as well as following indexes, cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TG), HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C), LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C), hs-CRP, SOD, MDA and AGEs. Pathological changes were observed under light microscope by HE staining. Result: All indexes were inhibited to certain degrees in every treatment group except HDL-C and SOD. The level of LDL-C in POA group decreased more significantly than that in the P group and OA group(P<0.05), meanwhile, the injury pancreas tissue was improved significantly. Conclusion: The puerarin and oleanolic acid could markedly improve glucose and lipid metabolism in experimental type 2 diabetic rats. It may prove that puerarin with oleanolic acid can relieve the degree of oxidative stress reaction through antioxidant activity and suppressing inflammatory reaction. In terms of decreased LDL-C and improvement of the structure of islet cells, the effects in POA group are more stronger than those in P and OA group.

      摘要:Objective: To study the mechanism of interaction between phloretin and human serum albumin (HSA). Method: The binding constant, binding site and binding distance was investigated by fluorescence spectrometry. Result: Phloretin could induce an endogenous fluorescence quenching of HSA under a mechanism of static quenching. The binding constants were determined to be 1.518 1×105(298 K), 9.441 2×104(303 K) and 5.417 8×104(313 K)L·mol-1, respectively. The binding site (n) was about 1.The thermodynamic parameters suggested that the interaction forces between phloretin and HSA were mainly hydrophobic force. According to förster nonradiation energy transfer mechanism, the binding distance was estimated to be 4.27 nm. The results obtained from synchronous fluorescence spectra showed that phloretin had only a slight influence on the HSA conformation. The common ions could affect the binding constant of phloretin-HSA complex. Conclusion: Fluorometric analysis is a good method for the study on phloretin-HSA binding reaction. It has the advantages of high speed and high sensitivity.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the relationship between aquaporin-4(AQP4) expression and brain water content in brain edema after cerebral ischemic/reperfussion(I/R) in rats. Method: Total 50 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham group and 6,12,24,48 h cerebral ischemic/reperfussion groups. Brain water content was measured by the Wet-dry method and the expression of AQP4 was observed by Western blot. Result: Brain water content and APQ4 expression of ischemic side in model group was increased with delayed I/R period, and at 24 h the change was most marked, brain water content increased significantly and AQP4 expression increased from 12 h to 24 h,There was a slight decrease at 48 h. The difference of brain water content and APQ4 expression in contralateral side was not significant among different time points. The data were analyzed by method of Spearman, the results showed that the correlation was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The consistency is obvious between the change of AQP4 expression and brain edema in ischemic side after cerebral ischemic reperfusion.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of scutellarin(Scu) on expression of several inflammatory factors in the brains of rats with dementia and to reveal the possible therapeutic mechanism on dementia. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, ie, normal, sham operation, learning and memory deficit model, Scu treatment and piracetam treatment groups. The rat dementia model was produced by bilateral ventricle injection with β-amyloid peptide (Aβ25-35) and abdominal cavity injection with D-galactose. The rats in Scu or piracetam group were treated with 28 mg·kg-1 and 365 mg·kg-1 of 0.5% Scu or 64 g·L-1 piracetam by intragastric gavage (ig) for 20 days after modeling. NF-κB p65 at mRNA levels were detected by real-time PCR, and the expressions of interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were observed by immunohistochemistry method in the brain of rats. Result: As compared to normal or sham operation groups, NF-κB p65 mRNA expression in the model group was up-regulated by 27% and 31%, the expressions of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α were increased from 1.3±0.48,1.6±0.52,1.6±0.69 and 1.5±0.53,1.6±0.70,2.0±0.67 to 2.9±0.74,3.2±0.79,3.0±0.82(P<0.05). After treatment by Scu, NF-κB p65 mRNA expression were down-regulated by 20% (P<0.05) and scores of positive cells of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α were respectively decreased by 2.1±0.67, 2.3±0.70, 2.2±0.53 (P<0.05) in brain tissues as compared to learning and memory deficit group. Conclusion: By preventing activation of NF-κB p65 and inhibiting releasing of mediators of inflammation, Scu may be able to improve the ability of learning and memory of the rats with dementia and to educe neuroprotective effects.

      摘要:Objective: The skin protection of scallop shells extract in vitro was studied. Method: There were some bioactive components in scallop shells. The extract of Patinopecten yessoensis scallop shell was used to evaluate the skin protection by observation of skin fibroblast cells TIG-101(MTT assay) and collagen synthesis(direct red 80%). Result: The result indicated that the bioactive components of scallop shells could enhance the bioactivity of chymotrypsin, but had a strong inhibitory effect on the bioactivity of elastase and trypsin;enhance cell proliferation of the skin fibroblast(P<0.05) and collagen synthesis(P<0.05). Conclusion: These results indicate that the components of the scallop shell contain the biological active substances that protect the skin tissue.

      摘要:Objective: To study the anti-aging effect and mechanism of Shouzhangshen-37 pill from Mongolian medicine on subacute aging mice. Method: One hundred and twenty ICR females were categorized into six groups randomly:normal control group, aging model group, vitmin E groups (VE) high, middle, low doses of Shouzhangshen-37 pill groups. Except the normal control group, all other groups were injected D-galactose (120 mg·kg-1) once per day, lasting 7 weeks, to established subacute aging model. The high, middle, low doses of Shouzhangshen-37 pill groups were ig administered Shouzhangshen-37 pill respectively for 0.5 mL each mouse (2.4, 1.2, 0.6 g·kg-1 prepared with normal saline), VE group was ig administered VE same volume (38.9 mg·kg-1, prepared with normal saline) for 7weeks. After the treatment, the anti-aging effect and mechanism were evaluated by observing the learning and memory a bility by step-through test, calculating indexes of brain, thymus, spleen, taking brain tissue, measuring the content of SOD, CAT and MDA and observing the changes of pathomorphism of cerebral tissue in mice by HE coloration. Result: Compared with model group, the Shouzhangshen-37 pill improved memory ability in mice [incubation period (152.22±38.16), (185.75±35.03) s,(P<0.01)], enhanced the indexes of brain[(10.43±1.66), (13.39±1.39) mg·g-1, (P<0.01)], thymus[(0.91±0.18), (1.21±0.20) mg·g-1, (P<0.01)], spleen [(3.63±0.55), (4.76±0.82) mg·g-1, (P<0.01)], improved the ability of SOD [(156.9±14.5), (180.6±14.7) U·mg-1, (P<0.01)] and CAT [(5.24±0.51), (7.14±0.72) U·mg-1, (P<0.01)] in brain tissue, decreased content of MDA in brain tissue [(4.31±0.47), (3.17±0.73) nmol·mg-1,(P<0.01)]. Conclusion: Shouzhangshen-37 pill has an anti-aging effect in subacute aging mice. The mechanism may enhance antioxidant activity in brain tissue, decrease content of MDA in brain tissue, protect the brain nerve cells, improve memory ability in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of Yiqi Huatan Fang(YQHTF) and its component on the serum copper, zinc in chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) model in rats. Method: Sixty male rats were divided into five groups randomly.The depression model was established by chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) and living individually. On the second day,the adjusting zinc and copper group (3.25 g·kg-1) and the YQHTF group 7.0 g·kg-1 were administrated the diluent by intragastric injection with 10 mL·kg-1. The positive drug group was administrated the maprotiline by intragastric injection with 10 mg·kg-1.The model group and the control group were administrated the saline by intragastric injection with 10 mL·kg-1.During the experiment,the data of open-field test and the percentage of sucrose preference were detected.On day 23,all the rats were decapitated after the last treatment,then blood was immediately isolated for detecting the concentration of the level of serum copper and zinc by atomic absorption method. Result: The depression model was successfully established. Compared with control group, the serum copper level in the model rats was increased significantly and the serum zinc level was decreased significantly. YQHTF could reverse all these changes.The adjusting zinc and copper group could significantly increase the level of serum zinc and decrease the level of serum copper. Conclusion: YQHTF and its component have a good effect of anti-depression. It can improve the behavior of the depressed rats, increase serum copper level and decrease serum zinc level significantly in depressed rats. The adjusting zinc and copper group is likely the major components of YQHTF.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the mechanism underlying the insomnia-treating effect by Sini San. Method: SD rats were ig given 21.7 g·kg-1·d-1Sini San for 7 d. Serum from the abdominal aorta was collected and added into rats cortical neurons at the final concentration of 10%,cultured at 37℃ for 3 h.Whole-cell recording technique was used to observe the γ-aminobutyric acid A (GABAA) receptor activated Cl- flux(IGABA)of rats cortical neurons cultured with the serum from Sini San-treated rats. Result: A series concentration of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)from 0.3-300 μmol·L-1was given, the cortical neurons treated with Sini San-containing serum for 3 h resulted in left shift of GABA concentration-response curve and half maximal effective concentration(EC50)was decreased(P=0.05).Also the peak amplitude (P<0.05), τ1(P<0.05) and τ2(P<0.05) of IGABA significantly increased. Conclusion: Sini San affects the IGABA of cortical neurons and this may be contributed to the insomnia-treating effect of Sini San.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the mechanism of inhibiting the bone injury by Fuzi Baizhu decoction in bone metastases of breast cancer by regulating osteoprotegerin(OPG)/receptor activator of nuclear-κB ligand(RANKL). Method: The model of breast cancer bone metastases was established by injecting the MDA-MB-231BO cells into left ventricle. 24 nude mice in model group were divided into model group, zoledronic acid group, Fuzi Baizhu decoction group and rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae-radix aconiti carmichaeli group randomly, and another 6 normal unde mice were as normal group (n=6). Four days after the modeling,the drug intervention was carried out respectively:zoledronic acid group was treated with, zoledronic acid, 0.2 mg·kg-1;model group, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalaeradix aconiti carmichaeli decoction group, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae-radix aconiti carmichaeli group and normal group:normal sodium(NS) 20 mL·kg-1, Fuzi Baizhu decoction 5.6 g·kg-1, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae-radix aconiti carmichaeli 2.4 g·kg-1 and NS 20 mL·kg-1 merely, po;3 times every week, lasting 6 weeks. The weight, pathology of bone metastases focus were observed and OPG mRNA and RANKLmRNA expression was detected. Result: ①In the model group, the number and rate of bone metastases and weight loss of the pair of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and radix aconiti carmichaeli group and Fuzi Baizhu decoction group declined obviously(P<0.05), the number of TRAP(+) reduced in the bone metastases (P<0.01),the OPGmRNA relative expression content increased (P<0.01),the RANKLmRNA relative expression content and ratio declined obviously (P<0.01);② In the group of the Fuzi Baizhu decoction, the number and the rate of bone metastases,the rate of weight loss,the number of TRAP(+),the OPGm RNA and the RANKL mRNA relative expression content and ratio had no statistically significant differences between rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and radix aconiti carmichaeli group. Conclusion: Both decoction of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and radix aconiti carmichaeli and the pair of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and radix aconiti carmichaeli could regulate OPG/RANKL, decrease osteoclast and restrain activity of them, reduce osteolytic damage accordingly.

      摘要:Objective: To screen the antidepressant effects of different fractions from Xiao Chaihu decoction. Method: Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 10 groups:control group,fluoxetine and the petroleum ether extract (part Ⅰ), ethyl acetate extract (part Ⅱ), butanol extract water saturated butanol extract (part Ⅲ) and residual water layer extract (part Ⅳ) of the Xiao Chaihu decoction. The treatment groups received part Ⅰ-Ⅳ at dose of 9.0, 18.0 g·kg-1 and fluoxeine at 20 mg·kg-1 for 7 days respectively. The tail suspension test (TST) and forced swimming test (FST) were carried out to compare the antidepressant effects of different fractions from Xiao Chaihu decoction at 1 hour after the last administration. Result: The group of part Ⅱand part Ⅲcould significantly shorten mice immobility time in FST and TST(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The antidepressant pharmacodynamic tests shows that ethyl acetate extract and butanol extract can be initially determined as the antidepressant effective fraction of Xiao Chaihu decoction.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of 17-methoxyl-7-hydroxy-benzfuranchalcon (YLSC)on intracellular calcium overload in cultured cardiac myocytes of neonatal rats injured by H2O2and L-type calcium current(ICa-L) in isolated ventricular myocytes. Method: The cells of primary cultured cardiac myocytes of neonatal rats were divided into groups:①control group;② model group:administrated with 0.3 mmol·L-1 H2O2;③YLSC treated groups:incubation respectively with 100, 200, 400 μmol·L-1YLSC for 24 h, and add 0.3 mmol·L-1 H2O2.Laser confocal microscopy was used with Fluo-3/Am as indicator to detect changes of [Ca2+]i immediately and 15 mintues after H2O2 intervention. Single ventricular cell was obtained enzymatically by Langendorff perfusion apparatus. The wholecell patch clamp was used to record the ICa-L. Result: ①The average fluorescence intensity values of the model group treated by H2O2 higher significantly than control group and the fluorescence enhancement ratio was 60.43%±7.75%. The YLSC could decline the intensity values in a does-dependent manner manner, the fluorescence enhancement ratios of low, middle and high does respectively were 38.39%±13.87%, 14.49%±2.94%,-28.1%±1.52%, and all of them were much lower compared with H2O2 group(P<0.01). ②YLSC can up-shifted the current-voltage(I-V) curves and markedly shifted the steady state activation and inactivation curve of ICa-L to the left. Conclusion: YLSC inhibited the L-type calcium channel, it can significantly reduce the myocardial intracellular Ca2+ overload induced by H2O2.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the toll like receptor(TLR)4 mRNA expression decoction on rat diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome (D-IBS)colon tissue model by Fuzi Lizhong(FZLZ) decoction. Method: SPF 50 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, FZLZ high and low dose group(30,15 g·kg-1), pinaverium bromide group(30 mg·kg-1). IBS rat model was made by restraint stress combined with ig rhubarb. After modeling,corresponding drugs were given at the dose, once a day for 14 days. TLR4 mRNA expression was observed through PCR method. Result: The expression of TLR4 in the model group (1.229±0.172)was higher than that in the control group(1.109±0.062)(P<0.01). While the expression of TLR4 in the FZLZ decoction was similar to normal groups, there was no significant difference between the high (1.068±0.056) and low (1.067±0.071)dose group, pinaverium bromide group(1.205±0.290) compared with the normal group TLR4 expression increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: FZLZ decoction may maintain intestinal homeostasis by enhancing the whole body tolerance, and decreaseing the expression of TLR4 and immune response.

      摘要:Objective: To investi gate the influence of ultra-filtration extract from the mixture of Angelica sinensis and Hedysarum polybotrys(UFE-AH) on myocardial cell apoptosis induced by adriamycin(ADR) of neonatal rats. Method: Myocardial cells of neonatal rats born 1 to 2 days were primarily cultured by differential adherent method for 48 h at 37℃,5%CO2 incubator,adjusting the cell concentration to 1×106/mL,then randomly divided into five group:normal control group, adriamycin group,low-does,medium-does,and high-does UFE-AH.to detect MTT method was used to inhibition of cell growth rate, and to detect the level of de-oxyribonucleic acid damage (DNA damage) the single cell gel electrophoresis was used,western blot was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax. Result: Compared with the normal group, the inhibition of cell growth rate in adriamycin group increased significantly, head DNA%(HDNA%),tail DNA%(TDNA%),tail length(TL), tail moment(TM),olive tail moment(OTM) were significantly increased, the protein expressions of Bcl-2 were decreased and the protein expressions of Bax were increased significantly (P<0.01);In comparison of the four other groups with model group, UFE-AH, HDNA%, TDNA%, TL, TM, OTM numerical and the protein expressions of Bax,but increase the protein expressions of Bcl-2 of the myocardial ceels in neonatal rats and the radio of Bcl-2/Bax. Conclusion: can reduce the DNA damage of the myocardial cells induced by adriamycin and increase the radio of Bcl-2/Bax, and has the protective effects on myocardial cell apoptosis induced by adriamycin of neonatal rats.

      摘要:Objective: Equivalence studys of refined extract and crude solution of anti-radiation pneumonia decoction (ARPD) on radiation-induced lung injury. Method: Refined extract of ARPD was made by alcohol purification from crude solution. Experiment group: model group, crude solution treatment group, refined extract treatment group and control group. Rats in model group, crude solution treatment group and refined extract treatment group were thoracically exposed to 6 MVX-rays at a dose of 17 Gy. The rats were treated with different solutions by gastrogavage once a day just after X-ray exposure. Rats in crude solution treatment group and refined extract treatment group were treated with 3.5 g·mL-1 crude and refined ARPD respectively,and rats in model group and control group were gavaged with 0.9% sodium chloride,each time 10 mL·kg-1. The rats were sacrificed at the day of 7, 15, 30,45 and 60 after X-ray exposure. The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and hydroxyproline (HYP) in lung tissues and sera were measured simultaneously. Result: ①Pathological examination of lung tissue of model group revealed inflammatory changes and proliferation of collagenous fibers,in lung tissue and serum SOD activity decreased, while the content of HYP and MDA increased, much higher than the concurrent control group (P<0.01), with a statistically significant difference; ②The inflammatory reactions and collagenous proliferation in crude solution treatment group and refined extract treatment group were much slighter,compared with the same period of model group, but there was no difference between these two treatment groups;③The reduction of SOD activity and the rises of content of MDA and HYP in the model group severely greater than the crude solution treatment group and refined extract treatment group(P<0.01), while no significant difference between two treatment groups. Conclusion: ①ARPD may reduce the inflammatory reaction of radiation-induced lung injury and reduce pulmonary fibrosis caused by radiation injury. ②There are similar anti-radiation effects on treating lung injury between refined extract and crude solution of ARPD.③The method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation is viable in purifying ARPD.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect and investigate the mechanism of Xiao Chaihu decoction with dosage of Bupleurum chinense on the content of motilin,acetylcholinesterase(AchE),nitrogen monoxide(NO) in gastric antrum in normal rats. Method: All 40 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, including normal group, Xiao Chaihu decoction group(B. chinense high dose), Xiao Chaihu decoction group(B. chinense middle dose) and Xiao Chaihu decoction group(B. chinense low dose). All rats were given corresponding Xiao Chaihu decoction(high dose,13 g·kg-1·d-1;middle dose,10 g·kg-1·d-1, low dose,9.1 g·kg-1·d-1)or equal volume of normal saline by gavage for 3 days. After the last administration,MTL,AChE ang NO content in gastric antrum were measured with ELISA. Result: MTL and AChE contents in gastric antrum with Xiao Chaihu decoction groups(high dose) were increased than normal group (P<0.05),but no difference was found between Xiao Chaihu decoction group(high dose) and normal group in NO content. The contents of MTL,AChE,NO in gastric antrum were no difference between the normal group and Xiao Chaihu decoction groups (middle and low dose). Conclusion: The Xiao Chaihu decoction group (high dose) can promot gastric motility,and the action mechanism may be correlated with increased MTL and AChE contents in gastric antrum.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of matrine on proliferation, apoptosis in human cervical cancer Hela cells and its possible molecular mechanism. Method: Hela cells were treated with matrine of different concentrations. MTT assay was used to measure the cell proliferative effect. The Annexin V FITC/PI double staining analysis by flow cytometry was used to evaluate apoptotic rate and the cell cycle. RT-PCR and western blotting were performed to detect the expression of Survivin gene. Result: Matrine could inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells in vitro, and dose-effect relationship was significant (P<0.01). IC50 of Hela cells was 2.60 g·L-1. The flow cytometry test indicated that matrine could make Hela cells G0-G1 phase gradually increasing, G2-M period and S phase reduce gradually, and with the increase of the dose, Hela cells apoptosis rate increased significantly (P<0.01). Matrine could suppress the expression of Survivin gene (P <0.01), and with the dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Matrine could effectively inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of Hela cells. Its molecular mechanisms might be related to modulating the expression of Survivin.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the mechanism of the modified Yinchenhao decoction(YCHT) in treating acute liver injury. Method: Seventy-two female SD rats were randomized into six groups with 12 in each group:blank control group, model group, compound glycyrrhizin tablets group, and low, middle and high dosage group of supplemented Yinchenhao decoction. All the rats were fed with common feed and clean water in the 15-20℃ and humidity level at 60%-80% of laboratory for seven days, seven days later, single intraperitoneal injection of D-GalN at a dosage of 600 mg·kg-1 was administered to the rats except those in the blank control group to induce acute liver injury. Medications were given orally to each treatment group at the same time, the daily dose of compound Glycyrrhizin tablets was 15.75 mg·kg-1, and dosage of the three herbal groups was 14.7,29.4,58.8 g·kg-1 respectively. The blank control group was fed with the 0.9% physiological saline.All the medications were given at a volume of 10 mL·kg-1, twice a day for two days. 48 h after modeling, all rats were sacrificed and livers werecollected, RT-PCR and western blot were used to detect the expression of TLR-4 mRNA and TLR-4 protein in liver cells. Result: Compared with the model group, YCHT could significantly reduce the TLR-4 mRNA (P<0.01) and TLR-4 protein expression (P<0.01). Conclusion: Through reducing the TLR-4 mRNA and TLR-4 protein expression of rats liver cells,modified YCHT could effectively intervene the liver cells fibrosis.

      摘要:Objective: To provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of sodium quercetin-7-mono-sulfonate (SQMS), its antioxidant property and DNA oxidative damage protective effect in vitro were studied. Method: The antioxidant activity of SQMS was evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (·DPPH), hydroxyl radical (OH·) and superoxide radical (·O2-) scavenging assays. Gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometry methods were used to study the protective effect of SQMS on H2O2 induced DNA oxidative damage in vitro. Result: SQMS exhibited a concentration-dependent scavenging effect on·DPPH,·OH and O2-·, and its scavenging effects are stronger than vitamin C(VC) and quercetin. By gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometry, the DNA ladder disappeared and the DNA concentration obvious increased by treatment with H2O2.Pretreatment with quercetin or sodium quercetin-7-sulfonate, the DNA ladder was more clear and the concentration of DNA decreased obviously. Conclusion: SQMS has stronger antioxidant activity in vitro, and has protective effect on H2O2induced DNA oxidative damage.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of glucosidorum tripterygll totorum (GTT) tablet on serum high mobility group box chromosomal protein 1(HMGB1) and interleukin 17 (IL-17)in rats with collagen-induced arthritis. Method: Forty SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, methotrexate group(3 mg·kg-1), GTT tablet low dose group(5 mg·kg-1), and GTT tablet high dose(10 mg·kg-1)group.Collagen induced arthritis model was made by bovine type II collagen. The medicines were given to relevant groups 12 hours after the establishment of the model once a day for 4 weeks,then the changes of arthritis index(AI) were estimated, and the contents of HMGB1 and IL-17 were analyzed by ELISA. Result: The results showed that the AI of treated groups were significant different from CIA group. Compared with the normal control group rats, the contents of HMGB1 and IL-17 were increased significantly in CIA group rats (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Compared with the CIA group rats, the contents of HMGB1 and IL-17 were decreased significantly both in GTT tablet high dose group rats and methotrexate group rats (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: GTT tablet can improve the joint swell in CIA rats, it may be associated with lower HMGB1, IL-17 expression correlated.

      摘要:Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of extracts of Psoralea corylifolia and different processed products (P. corylifolia processed by tripterygium wilfordii method, fried salt P. corylifolia, wine fried P. corylifolia, fried P. corylifolia and salt steamed P. corylifolia), and to compare the effects of different processing methods on antioxidant activity. Method: 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical and diamonium salt (ABTS) radical scavenging and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay were used to evaluate the extracts of P. corylifolia and different processed products with BHT as positive control. Result: Petroleum ether (PE) extracts of P. corylifolia processed by tripterygium wilfordii method, fried salt P. corylifolia, wine fried P. corylifolia and fried P. corylifolia showed lower DPPH radical scavenging activity (IC50=97.1, 97.7, 99.9, 95.7 mg·L-1) than that of PE extract of P. corylifolia (IC50=77.3 mg·L-1). PE extract of P. corylifolia had higher ABTS radical scavenging activity (IC50=1.8 mg·L-1 respectively) than that BHT as positive control (IC50=2.3 mg·L-1). n-BuOH (BU) extracts of wine fried P. corylifolia and salt steamed P. corylifolia showed higher ABTS radical scavenging activity (IC50=5.8 and 5.1 mg·L-1) than that of n-BuOH extract of P. corylifolia(IC50=6.8 mg·L-1). The extracts of different processed products exhibited ferric reducing antioxidant power lower than that of P. corylifolia extracts. Conclusion: The extracts from P. corylifolia and different processed products showed different antioxidant activity, and different processing methods had obvious gap on antioxidant activity.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Zhongfeng Fangzhiling Pill (ZFP) on neurological function, brain water content, cerebral infarction and pathological morphology in rat with cerebral ischemia. Method: Sixty rats were randomly divided in sham group, model group, high dose group of ZFP (5.184 g·kg-1), middle dose group of ZFP (2.592 g·kg-1), low dose group of ZFP (1.296 g·kg-1) and Naoxintong (NXT) group (0.691 g·kg-1). There were 10 rats in each group.Rats were taken medicine by gastric gavage in 7 days before operation. The cerebral ischemia model was established by blocking middle cerebral artery in rat with suture method at 8th day. The course of treatment was 11 days before and after operation.Score of nervous symptoms in rats was evaluated at 6, 24 and 72 h after operation by improved Zealonga 5 class. The cerebral infarction area was measured by 2,3,5 -triphenyltetrazoliumcheoride(TTC) staining at 72 h after operation. The brain water content was calculated through weighing anhydrous brain and hydrous brain at 72 h. The pathological change of brain tissue was analyzed by HE staining at 72 h. Result: Compared with model group, score of nervous symptoms was obviously improved and cerebral infarction area was reduced significantly in high dose and middle dose groups of ZFP (P<0.05,P<0.01). Brain water content was decreased obviously in all groups of ZFP (P<0.05,P<0.01). The degree of cerebral tissue injury in all groups of ZFP was less than that of in model group by observing brain tissue slice. Conclusion: ZFP could protect cerebral tissue in rat with localized cerebral ischemia.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Bushen Tongluo decoction (BTD) on mRNA expression of receptor activator of NF-κΒ lingand (RANKL)/osteoprotegerin system (OPG) in the osteoporosis rats by bilateral ovariotomy and explore the molecular mechanism of treating osteoporosis with BTD. Method: Rat model of the osteoporosis was established by bilateral ovariotomy. The rats were divided into six groups randomly:the sham operated group,model group,Xianling Gubao group(5.0 g·kg-1),Bushen decoction group(5.4 g·kg-1),Tongluo decoction group(0.9 g·kg-1),BTD group(6.3 g·kg-1). After ten weeks treatment. The mRNA expression of OPG and RANKL in L3 bone tissues was analyzed by RT-PCR. Result: BTD group, Bushen decoction group and Tongluo decoction group could reduce RANKL mRNA expression,decrease the ratio of RANKL/OPG compared with model group, and there was significant difference(P<0.01).The effect of BTD was superior to Bushen decoction and Tongluo decoction(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect and related mechanism of BTD in the treatment of primary osteoporosis may be related to regulation of RANKL mRNA and improve RANKL/OPG ratio, thereby inhibiting osteoclast activity and reducing bone resorption.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the influence of daily administration frequency of rhubarb on the antioxidant effect in vitro and to determine the rational frequency for rhubarb application. Method: Rhubarb extract was administrated to Wistar rats(G1,G2 and G3 group)in a dose of 3.6 g·kg-1 once a day, 1.8 g·kg-1 twice a day, 1.2 g·kg-1 three times a day, respectively. Blood sample was collected from orbital venous before the administration (0 h) and after the administration of 0.083,0.167,0.25,0.5,1,2,4,6,8,10,12,24 h. Blood sample was used for the experiments of antioxidant in vitro, such as scavenging effect of superoxide anion radical, diphenyl-generation bitterness acyl radical and hydroxyl radicals. And then antioxidant effect-time curve was obtained by fitting its compartment model and calculating parameters. Result: There was good correlation between daily administration frequency and antioxidant effects of rhubarb. Area under the curve of E-T (AUCE) of administration twice daily was significantly higher than those of administrated 1 or 3 times daily (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is more appropriate to administrate rhubarb twice daily when it is used as antioxidant.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the effect of engineering Niuhuang Jiangya capsule (ENJC) and artificial Niuhuang Jiangya capsule (ANJC) on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertension rats (SHR). Method: SHR were randomly divided into 7 groups in accordance with the systolic blood pressure:model control group, ANJC group and enalapril control group, and ENJC groups (80%, 60%, 30%, 10% alternated respectively). SHR were given oral drug for 14 d accordingly. ALC-NIBP blood pressure monitoring system was employed to determine blood pressure before drug given and at 5 h, 6, 10, 14 d after drug administration, the blood pressure of 3, 7 d after drug application was also monitored. Result: After administration of 5 h, the rats of 80% ENJC showed significantly(P<0.05)reduced blood pressure, compared with the control group. On the 6 d of administration 80% and 60% ENJC showed significant antihypertensive effect, and the reduced DBP tended to be stable. After taking drug for 14 days, the hypotensive effect of 80% ENJC was most obvious. ENJC of 80% and 60% had significant effect of reducing heart rate. The function is proportional to the dose of ENJC. ANJC did not show the similar effect. Conclusion: Antihypertensive effect of ENJC is better than the original ANJC, with less dose, rapid onset and stonger and lasting effect.

      摘要:Objective: To study the protection effects of Flavonoids extraction from Morus alba leaves (FE) on carbon tetrachloride(CT)induced liver injury mice and investigate the possible mechanisms. Method: Kunming mice were randomized into six groups (n=10, each), The blank group, the model group, bifendate group(100 mg·kg-1), high dose of FE group (200 mg·kg-1), middle dose of FE group (400 mg·kg-1) and low dose of FE group (800 mg·kg-1). Mice were orally administered corresponding drugs one time daily for 14 days, the same volume of saline was infused in blank group and model group. The treated groups and model group were ip given 0.15% CCl4 in peanut oil (0.01 mL·g-1) once to produce acute liver injury on the 15th day. The morphological changes of the liver tissue were oberserved by HE stain. the serum activity of alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in liver were detected by spectrophotometry. Result: Compraed with the model group,the activity of ALT,AST and content of MDA in serum were obviously decreased (P<0.01), the activity of SOD,GSH-Px were increased markedly (P<0.01). Conclusion: FE has protective effects against acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice.

      摘要:Objective: To study the influence of Xuebijing injection on expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) during lipopolysaccharide-induced white matter damage in the prematured neonatal rat induced by intrauterine infection. Method: Twelve rats with pregnancy duration of 16 days were intra-peritoneally injected LPS 450 μg·kg-1for 2 day, and another 8 similar rats were injected with normal saline as the controls. The premature delivery was difined as a delivery before 22 days of pregnancy. Eight normal born rats from the controls were selected as the blank control group, and 24 premature delivered rats induced by LPS were selected as the models. The models were then divided into 3 groups:the model group, Xuebijing 4 g·kg-1 and Xuebijing 2 g·kg-1group,ip,for 14 d.The neurobehavior of rat was observed by suspention test. The expressin of GFAP and TNF-α were detected in brain sections by immunohistochemistry. Result: Compared with the Blank model control, Xuebijing low dose and high dose could improve the neurobehavior in rats (P<0.05);Compared with the model control group, expression of TNF-α was decreased and GFAP was increased in both dose groups of Xuebijing (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xuebijing injection can treat intrauterine infection-induced white matter damage in the prematured neonatal rat, the mechanism may be related to removal of TNF-α expression and increase in GFAP expression.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Huayu Tongbi capsule therapy treating rheumatic arthritis. Method: Induce the model of arthritis in rats by Freund's complete adjuvant(FCA).The rats were used and randomly divided into 6 groups:blank control, model control (isovolumic deionized water), Hanshibi granule(3.5 g·kg-1)and low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage with Huayu Tongbi capsule(1.1,0.55,0.27 g·kg-1). Drugs were administered to animals by gastric perfusion once a day for 14 days. During the experiment, measured the paw swelling of inflammation rats at 3, 6, 8, 11, 14, 18, 21,24 d, measured the opposite paw swelling of inflammation rats 8, 11, 14, 18, 21, 24 d and measured the pain threshold value of rat by mechanical compression at 18, 21 d.To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of drug by the mean of the ear edema resulted from dimethyl benzene, paw edema induced by egg white and mice twisting test. The experiment of rats same to above, The mouse were used and randomly divided into 5 groups: model control (isovolumic deionized water), Hanshibi granule(3.5 g·kg-1)and low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage with Huayu Tongbi capsule(1.4,0.7,0.35 g·kg-1), once a day for 7 days. Result: Compared to model group, the results degree of the paw swelling of inflammation rats were improved in the middle dosage and high dosage with Huayu Tongbi Capsule at 18, 21 d (P<0.05), the results degree of the pain threshold value of rats by mechanical compression were improved in the high dosage with Huayu Tongbi capsule at 18, 21 d (P<0.05). Compared to blank group, the paw swelling of inflammation rats by egg white were decreased significantly in the middle dosage and high dosage with Huayu Tongbi capsule at 4 h(P<0.05), the ear edema resulted from dimethyl benzene was decreased in the high dosage(P<0.05), the mice twisting test were decreased significantly in the middle dosage and high dosage(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huayu Tongbi capsule has the effect of anti-inflammatory and analgesia, can prevent and treat the Rheumatic arthritis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Zhuling Tang on serum arginine vasopressin and γ-ENaC in adriamycin-induced nephropathy rats. Method: One hundred and ten male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,sham operation group,model group,14 days after tail vein injection of adriamycin, urine protein quantitation≥100 mg·(24 h)-1 prompt model copied successfully. The survival model group rats were again randomly divided into the model group, Zhuling Tang group,furosemide group. Respectively gavage two weeks,four weeks,six weeks,eight weeks,some rats were sacrificed and specimens of urine and kidney specimens,semi-automatic biochemical analyzer detect serum albumin,lipids,liver and kidney function,urine protein,ELISA method was use d to detect the expression of the serum acrginine(AVP),γ-ENaC protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical. Result: ① Compared with blank group, in model group rats urine protein,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,serum lipids,serum Na+,AVP gradually increased(P<0.05),serum albumin gradually decreased (P<0.05);compared with the model group, Zhuling Tang could increase rat urine output (P<0.05),lowered AVP (P<0.05);② In terms of cell morphology:in the model group, group of Zhuling Tang and furosemide groups focal segmental glomerulosclerosis,tubular protein casts,renal interstitial edema,fibroblasts and inflammatory cell infiltration were found;③ For kidney γ-ENaC:in the model rats kidney γ-ENaC show a trend of increase and then decrease, within the group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),in Zhuling Tang, kidney γ-ENaC expression was lower than the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The diuretic effect of Zhuling Tang may be related to downregulating the serum AVP and kidney γ-ENaC protein.

      摘要:Objective: To study the toxicity of cinnabr,Zhusha Anshen Wan,Liaoyuan Hetang Huafeng Dan,Wansheng Huafeng Dan,HgS,HgCl2 and MeHg in human liver HL-7702 cells. Method: Cultured cells were treated with cinnabar containing compounds and mercurial for 24 h,and was determined by the MTS assay, extracellular and intracellular Hg contents were determined by atomic fluoresence detector. Result: The cytotoxicity of cinnabr,Zhusha Anshen Wan,Liaoyuan Hetang Huafeng Dan,Wansheng Huafeng Dan,HgS had a obvious difference compared with HgCl2 and MeHg is same as the intracellular and extracellular mercury accumulation. Conclusion: The toxicity of cinnabr,Zhusha Anshen Wan,Liaoyuan Hetang Huafeng Dan,Wansheng Huafeng Dan,HgS with same mercury accumulation and same mercury dissolution is extremely lower than the corresponding HgCl2 and MeHg in human liver HL-7702 cells.

      摘要:Objective: To observation the clinical efficacy Jiawei Dachaihu Tang in the treatment of phlegm-stasis blocking type obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Method: Seventy-eight patients with phlegm-stasis blocking type obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome were randomly divided into treated group (n=52) and control group (n=26). Patients in the control groups were treated with basic treatment, complications therapy, drug therapy, airway pressure therapy and other comprehensive treatment. Jiawei Dachaihu tang was used in the treated group and 15 days as one cycle. Using polysomnography (PSG) monitoring the sleep apnea-hypopnea index (AHI), mean nocturnal SaO2, minimum SaO2 of the night, using the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) Evaluation of excessive daytime sleepiness, using the SF-36 scale evaluation of patients living quality. Result: The total efficacy of the treated group (96.15%) was significantly better than the control group (80.77%) (P<0.05). After treatment, AHI, ESS score and SaO2<90% ratio of treated group were less than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). Nighttime minimum SaO2 level of treated groups were with higher than control group(P<0.01). Physiological function, social function, physical function, mental health, role emotional, vitality, general health scores of patients in treated group were higher than patients in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Jiawei Dachaihu tang in treating of OSAHS have significant clinical effect, it can improve the clinical symptoms and clinical signs, improve patient quality of life, improve clinical outcomes, worthy of clinical use and is worth for clinical use.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Lianpu drink combined with Pinellia ternate soup for removing the stomach-fire on damp heat syndrome of Chronic Superficial Gastritis (CSG) and its effect on serum superoxide dismutase (SOD). Method: One hundred and ten patients with CSG (chronic superficial gastritis) were divided into control group and observation group, 55 patients in each. The control group took Selbex capsules orally 3 times per day and 1 grain per time, while the observation group received Lianpu drink combined with Pinellia ternate soup for removing the stomach-fire 1 dose per day. The treatment courses were both 8 weeks. Stomachoscopy was given before and after the treatment, the score of the damp heat syndrome was assessed, the clearance rate of the Helicobacter Pylori (HP) was calculated, and the SOD levels in serum were detected. Result: the total effective rate of the gastric mucosa of the control group under the endoscope was 81.8%, which was significantly lower than that of the observation group (96.4%, P<0.05). As for the total effective rate of the gastric mucosa histology, observation group was markedly higher than the control group, (96.4% vs 78.2%, P<0.01). The total effective rate of the TCM syndrome of the control group was 76.4%, while that of the observation group was 98.2%, which is better than the control group (P<0.01). the total effective rate of abdominal fullness, early fullness, and aching in the upper stomach after dinner of the observation group were 87.3%, 90.9% and 92.7% respectively, all better than those of the control group, which were 65.5%, 67.3% and 69.1% (P<0.01). The HP clearance rate of the control group was 65.9%, while that of the observation group was 80%, and the difference was of no statistical significance. The SOD level in serum of the observation group after treatment increased significantly, and was higher than that of the control group (66.7% vs 39.4%, P<0.01). Conclusion: Lianpu drink combined with Pinellia ternate soup for removing the stomach-fire can significantly relieves the clinical symptoms of CSG and the effect is favorable. Meanwhile it can kill HP and increase the SOD level in serum, and reduce the recurrence rate. Therefore, it is worth to be widely used clinically.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the efficacy of combined therapy of Jiawei Zuojin pill and triple therapy for gastric ulcer (GU) and the influence on trefoil factor (TFF2) and epidermal growth factor (EGF). Method: 80 patients with GU (the stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach) were randomly divided into treated group (n=40) and control group (n=40). Patients in the control group received triple therapy, that is Omeprazole Enteric-coated capsules Azithromycin (20 mg, two times per day), Clarithromycin Capsules (0.5 g, two times per day) and Amoxicillin capsules (0.5 g, two times per day, oral). Jiawei Zuojin pill (6 g, two times per day) combined with triple therapy was administrated to patients in the treated group. The course is last for 4 weeks. The score of stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach, eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori (HP), efficacy of endoscopy and TFF2 and EGF levels in Serum were observed. Result: The score of stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach in the treated group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01). Ulcer area of treatment group (0.17±0.21)cm2 was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total efficiency between treated group (97.5%) and control groups (92.5%).Curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treated group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01). Eradication rate of HP of the treated group(84.8%) was better than that of the control group (67.6%)(P<0.01). After treatment, TFF2 and EGF levels in treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group, though levels of the two cytokines in both group increased. Conclusion: Jiawei Zuojin pill can significantly improve the curative effect of triple therapy for gastric ulcer, the mechanism may be related to the increasing of TFF2 and EGF.

      摘要:Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of diarrheaⅠrecipe for treatment of pediatric rotavirus (HRV) diarrhea. Method: Sixscore patients which had damp-heat rotavirus diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each. Two groups were given necessary symptomatic treatment, fluid therapy and oral montmorillonite powder. The control group oral ribavirin particles, the treatment group oral diarrheaⅠrecipe. Course of treatment was 3 d. Diarrhea, vomiting and fever's disappearance time were recorded. The score of damp-heat syndrome were assessed before and after treatment, rotavirus was detected and myocardial enzymes observed. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, whicn was higher than the control group's (78.33%, P<0.05). The average disappearance time of diarrhea, vomiting, fever in observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01). The HRV negative conversion rate in observation group was dramaticlly incerased compared with the control group (90.0% vs 73.33%, P<0.01). The score of damp-heat syndrome in observation group (4.5±1.7), was lower than that in control group (6.1±1.8) (P<0.01). The level of creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) in observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: DiarrheaⅠrecipe can shorten the course, reduce symptoms, improve clinical outcomes of the pediatric rotavirus diarrhea, also it can clear the HRV, and reduce myocardial injury.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound matrine injections intrapleural perfusion combined with Fuzhenxiaoshui-prescrip oral in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Method: Eighty-seven patients with malignant pleural effusion were divided into the control group of 43 cases and the observation group 44 cases according to random number. Central venous drainage placed in pleural was used in the two groups. Cisplatin was intrapleurally injected in the control group. The observation group was treated with the compound matrine injection and Fuzhenxiaoshui-prescrip oral besides cisplatin intrapleural injection. Course of treatment was three weeks. The amount of pleural effusion was monitored. Quality of life in patients was evaluated. Clinical symptoms and signs and adverse reactions were recorded. Result: Remission rate (CR+PR) of the observation group was 84.1%, which was higher than 58.13% of the control group (P<0.01). The quality of life of the observation group was improved compared with the control group (P<0.05). Clinical symptoms and signs, such as dyspnea, cough and chest pain of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05). The number of cases of chest pain and gastrointestinal reactions of the observation group was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, compound matrine injections intrapleural perfusion combined with "Fuzhenxiaoshui-prescrip" oral, can increase the clinical efficacy of malignant pleural effusion, improve the patient's quality of life, and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy. Therefore, it is worth to be widely used clinically.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Aidi injection on quality of life in cancer-related depression patients. Method: Total one hundred and seven cases were divided randomly into control group and observation group. The control group are treated with Fufang Kushen injection. The observation group received Aidi injection. To observe the quality of life questionnare(QOL) through the scale of European organization fou research and treatment of cancer(EORTC) quality of life questionnare-Core 30(QLQ-C30). Result: After treatment the observation group can improve physical function, fatigue, insomnia and global QOL better more than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Aidi injection can improve the QOL in patients with cancer-related depression.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of edaravone on intracranial artery hemodynamics and acute cerebral infarction in advanced age patients. Method: One hundred and fifty-two cases with acute cerebral infarction patients were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group, the clinical efficacy of edaravone on acute cerebral infarction and blood rheology were observed after for treatment of 30 days. Result: In the treatment group, compared with control group the difference between Chinese stroke scale(CSS) score was statistically significant (P<0.05).The efficacy and the hemorheological indexes in treatment group were better than control group in advanced age patients with acute cerebral infarction.The immediate and after 7 d collateral circulation compensation improvement rate in the treatment group patients after treatment were better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Edaravone has accurate curative effects, it can effectively improve the intracranial arterial hemodynamics of patients and the nerve function.

      摘要:Objective: To explore protective effect and mechanism of Shengmai injections combined with Danshen injection on viral myocarditis in children. Method: One hundred and eight-nine cases with viral myocarditis were divided into two group randomly,the cases in control group were treated by conventional therapy while cases in treatment group were treated with Shengmai injections combined with Danshen at the base of conventional therapy, the level of interleukin (IL) -6, monocyte macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interferon-γ(IFN-γ),malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and activity of myocardial enzyme,superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)were measured at treatment before and after. Result: The level of IL-6,MIF,TNF-α,IFN-γ,MDA,NO in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),activity of myocardial enzyme in both groups decreased significantly and activity of SOD,GSH-Px in both groups increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05-P<0.01),indices change in treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of Shengmai injections combined with Danshen Injection can inhibit inflammatory reaction and enhance myocardial free radical scavenging to reduce myocardial damage.

      摘要:Objective: To observe influence of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with berberine on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with insulin resistance patients. Method: One hundred and twelve cases with PCOS were randomly divided into observation group (Guizhi Fuling pill combined with berberine) and control group (diane-35 combined with metformin), glucose metabolism, lipid levels, sex hormone levels,clinical manifestations and ovulation and pregnancy were observed before and after treatment. Result: After the treatment, the level of fasting insulin(FINS), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) was decreased significantly (P<0.05). Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), FINS, HOMA-IR between two groups had no difference (P>0.05). The level of total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides cholesterol (TG) in observe group were significantly decreased (P>0.05). High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in two groups increased significantly, especially degree of HDL-C in observation group was better than that in control grousignificantly (P<0.05). Luteinizing hormone(LH), LH/FSH, estriol(E2)in two groups decreased significantly and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), E2 increased significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01). especially The improvement degree of LH, LH/FSH, E2, oligomenorrhea, acne, ovarian volume in observation group was better than those in control group (P<0.05). Ovulation was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling pill combined with berberine can decrease insulin resistance, changing the fasting insulin and androgen levels in different ways, improving insulin sensitivity, restoring menstrual cycle, improving the pregnancy rate.

      摘要:Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Shegan Mahuang decoction versus western medicine on cough variant asthma in children. Method: Pubmed, CNKI, VIP, WanFang Data were researched for the randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of Shegan Mahuang decoction for cough variant asthma in children. Two reviewers evaluated the quality of the included RCTs and extracted data criticallyand independently, and then the extracted data were analyzed by using RevMan 5.1 software. Result: Eight RCTs involving 850 patients entered the inclusion criteria. The results of meta-analyses showed that compared with Western medicine treatment, Shegan Mahuang decoction could increase the total effective rate [OR=5.24,95%CI(3.51,7.83),P<0.000 01];Shegan Mahuang decoction could decrease the total content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) [SMD=-1.26,95%CI(-2.37,-0.15),P=0.03], significant differences. Conclusion: The current evidence shows that Shegan Mahuang decoction is effective in treatment cough variant asthma in children,and can significantly reduce the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α.) However, the quality of methodology and report of small sample of RCT is lower, and the curative effect of Shegan Mahuang decoction needs to be approved further by strict designed clinical trials with large sample.

      摘要:Objective: To explore treatment law of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Method: Taking data mining technology,combined with visualization,literarure data for treating ulcerative colitis were collected in Chinese biomedical literature database.Data slicing algorithm based on sensitive keywords frequency statistics was adopted,combined with literature review and artificial reading noise reduction,then treatment law of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for ulcerative colitis was investigated.Law showed of one-dimensional and two-dimensional network diagram. Result: Using frequency of western drugs for treatment of ulcerative colitis was in order of sulfasalazine>metronidazole>dexamethasone>prednisone>hydrocortisone,dexamethasone was commonly associated with other western medicine;Using frequency of Chinese patent drugs was in order of Yunnan Baiyao>Wumei pills>Bupi Yichang pills>Lizhong pills>mirabilitum praeparatum,Buzhong Yiqi pills and Bupi Yichang pills was always associated with other Chinese patent drugs;Chinese materia medica was in order of Rhizoma Coptidis>Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalea>Radix Pulsatillae>Radix Astragali>Fructus Mume,Rhizoma Coptidis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalea and Radix Astragali often combined with other herbs;Bupi Yichang pills,Yunnan Baiyao and Wumei pills were always associated with dexamethasone,metronidazole and sulfasalazine. Conclusion: Text mining technology could be adopted for objective summing up treatment law of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for ulcerative colitis,then provide useful exploration and reference to clinical experience.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the relationships between prescription and syndrome on Chinese herbal medicines with properties of cold or hot. Method: Data of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma, Isatidis folium, Cinnamoni Cortex, Eudiae Fructus, Piperis Fructus were downloaded from CBM database. The rules of disease, pattern/syndrome, symptom, and decoction were mined out with data slicing algorithm. The results are visually demonstrated with cytoscape. Result: For diseases, there was no clear separation between cold herbs and hot herbs, because they covered disease of several system. For traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) pattern/syndrome, the hot herbs were mainly focused on yang deficiency, coagulated cold, qi stagnation, blood stasis. For cold herbs, they were mainly focused on dampness-heat, yin deficiency, heat-toxicity, wind-heat. For symptoms, hot herbswere mainly focused on diseases of digestive and nervous systems. But for cold herbs, not only the digestive system, but also the skin diseases, i.e., pruritus and papule were included. For decoctions, formulae of Wen-Yang and Wen-Li were associated with hot herbs, on the country, cold herbs were mainly focused on formulae of Qing-Re and He-Jie. Take digestive disease for example, these relationships between prescription and syndrome are existed. Conclusion: Text mining, together with artificial reading for anti-noising, is an important approach in exploring the rules among disease, TCM pattern/syndrome, symptom, and prescription associated with cold and hot herbs.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the application of mathematical modeling strategies in material foundation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), and try to establish a set of objective modeling methods. Method: From the database establishment, data preprocessing, modeling strategy choosing and model's evaluations the most appropriate recognition model for CHMP-markers was choose. Result: Seventeen kind of modeling strategies from 64 was selected,and 4 kind was chosen in view of the visual expression ability, and PLS was selected as the most appropriate one via statistical simulation. Conclusion: It is difficult to find ready-made formula or law express the relation between the relation of Chinese medicine medicinal properties and material base, exhaustive method can be used to choose the most suitable model, database establishment, data preprocessing, modeling strategy choosing and model's evaluations are the 4 key steps.

Traditional cytotoxic anticancer drugs in lung cancer chemotherapy in the treatment of tumors, normal vital organs of the human body and cause serious toxicity in the pathogenesis of lung cancer and the cause has not been fully elucidated, you need to find one within the derived low toxicity, readily biodegradable anticancer drugs, such as small molecule peptide-hormones and their analogues has become the research focus in recent years. Accordingly this article endogenous polypeptide hormone summarized to provide a reference for the latter part of the design and development of anticancer drugs.

      摘要:The purpose is to summary the research of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) to treat asthma and provide a reference for the study of the mechanism of asthma and the treatment of asthma. The asthma mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed. A lot of research of traditional Chinese medicine on the mechanism of asthma has a single, westernized research method. Animal models and TCM syndromes do not match, and failed to reflect the changes in the TCM syndromes. The research of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to treat asthma should be in conjunction with the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine, focusing on changes in the TCM syndromes, selecting TCM animal models to establish a systematic, multi-level method.

      摘要:PAC-1 is a new type of small molecular targeted drugs which is being developed for caspase-3 zymogen (procaspase-3) in recent years. Studies in vitro have shown that it can selectively inhibit tumor cell activity, by directly activating procaspase-3 to induce apoptosis. Its anti-tumor effect is clear in vivo. For the NCI-H226 subcutaneous transplanted mice model of lung cancer, the inhibition rate of 50 mg·kg-1 reached 53%, and inhibition rate of 100 mg·kg-1 reached 77% by intragastric administration. In this review we also discussed its analogues, pharmacodinanics, mechanism, toxicology and pharmcokinetics. These results demonstrate that PAC-1 has reliable antitumor activities in vivo and in vitro, but PAC-1 also have disadvantages of low bioavailability and neurotoxicity. In the future, its chemical structure can be modified to improve anti-tumor activities, bio-availability, and reduce the possible side-effects or toxicities.

      摘要:Based on the analyzing for an overview of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine prescriptions and the significance of the protection of intellectual property rights, objective to elucidate the necessity and urgency of the protection of intellectual property rights in prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM); The paper analysis the difficulties facing prescriptions of TCM intellectual property protection, and summarized the protection way on domestic and international prescriptions of TCM of intellectual property rights, to put forward the feasibility measures, such as multi-level protection strategy of intellectual property rights protection in prescriptions of TCM, and expect to provide new ways for decision-making and implementation for protection in prescriptions of TCM.
